- 0:43Speaker 1: The Derek's Having murder case. Uh brother mail, you know
- 0:48Speaker 1: we got it for you. It's popping the day. It's
- 0:50Speaker 1: super poper posted on my Instagram already and we read
- 0:52Speaker 1: it to let's go okay, with so much going on
- 0:54Speaker 1: in the world, let's get into a case you missed it.
- 1:00Speaker 1: So first up on the case you miss it, we
- 1:02Speaker 1: want to congratulate Natalia Bryant for getting into USC has
- 1:07Speaker 1: Kobe Bryant's started right there to congratulations to her. The
- 1:11Speaker 1: baby girl Briant. She um, she definitely deserved it. I
- 1:15Speaker 1: heard she went through the regular student way. There was
- 1:19Speaker 1: no um, you know, extra curricular like oh, you're Kobe
- 1:24Speaker 1: Bryant's daughter. We're gonna let you in. I heard she
- 1:26Speaker 1: did it the regular white too. It wasn't like how
- 1:29Speaker 1: do how do white folks do when they pay the
- 1:31Speaker 1: schools off? You know, she actually did her thing, She
- 1:34Speaker 1: got her education, she studied, she held her all. Shout
- 1:37Speaker 1: out to them. That family has honestly been through so
- 1:40Speaker 1: much in the past what two years or so, and
- 1:43Speaker 1: I just I'm so proud of her, just to see
- 1:45Speaker 1: her smile, to see how strong they are, how they
- 1:49Speaker 1: just coming out here doing they think. I'm so proud
- 1:51Speaker 1: of him. What my only issue is, is she gonna
- 1:55Speaker 1: stay on campus freshman year? Because you know, that's kind
- 1:57Speaker 1: of like what you want to do as a freshman,
- 2:00Speaker 1: you want to get the college experience. Is she gonna walk,
- 2:04Speaker 1: gonna be on campus freshman year? And if she does well,
- 2:07Speaker 1: she had bodyguard, w she has you know, it's Bryant daughter. Now,
- 2:11Speaker 1: this saint just goddamn regular decla. Now that's that's that's
- 2:16Speaker 1: real spill. Ferrari Loud. I'm trying to think about it.
- 2:19Speaker 1: If I was being as Brian and I was sending
- 2:22Speaker 1: my daughter to college in a time like this where
- 2:26Speaker 1: everybody talks to you reckless. Everybody thinks they know you
- 2:30Speaker 1: just because you've gone from the family that you come from,
- 2:32Speaker 1: and they feel like they might try her. That's a
- 2:35Speaker 1: damn good question. Now, I don't know if I would
- 2:38Speaker 1: send my kid with a security I don't know. Actually, yes,
- 2:43Speaker 1: I am. How does um the Obama's move? What have
- 2:49Speaker 1: we've learned over the years, Each expiring president always has
- 2:54Speaker 1: a Secret Service security detail, unless you're in peach like
- 2:58Speaker 1: Donald Trump. But uh, you always have a forever security
- 3:04Speaker 1: detail for the rest of your life. So I'm assuming
- 3:07Speaker 1: it goes down to the kids too. But well, you
- 3:09Speaker 1: know who needed security at the time was Quavo on
- 3:11Speaker 1: Sweetis apartment Because TMZ has released footage elevator footage, you
- 3:16Speaker 1: went down in the elevator again, Sweetie and Quevo? What
- 3:19Speaker 1: did you guys? Just take on that I noticed your
- 3:21Speaker 1: man's worry. You go, oh, I'm going first. I noticed
- 3:25Speaker 1: your mass so let us know you go ahead first. Okay.
- 3:29Speaker 1: I watched the video about I'd say about thirty times yesterday.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Watched it a couple of times. I knew y'all was on.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Put me on the spot because Cuevo is my guy.
- 3:39Speaker 1: It looks like, from my opinion, Sweetie was getting in
- 3:44Speaker 1: that ass outside the elevator because something happened. Maybe it
- 3:47Speaker 1: was a text, a big as argument. Who knows what
- 3:51Speaker 1: happened outside the elevator, but it looked like Sweetie was
- 3:56Speaker 1: beating the hell out of quevo ass outside the elevator.
- 3:59Speaker 1: It look slat they were arguing. Looks like something was
- 4:03Speaker 1: important in the bag. Now, I'm not trying to be funny.
- 4:05Speaker 1: I was talking to Suit yesterday on uh Ararian Suit
- 4:09Speaker 1: to two on the streets now for five Monday through Friday.
- 4:12Speaker 1: By the way, I was saying, the suit off the air,
- 4:15Speaker 1: it looked like something was really damn important in that bag.
- 4:18Speaker 1: I would like to say it was about a hundred
- 4:20Speaker 1: thousand dollars in that bag or something similar value. I
- 4:24Speaker 1: think they were tussling over the bag and Quevo for
- 4:28Speaker 1: a good blanked out. He did not punch hit her,
- 4:32Speaker 1: but it was physical. It definitely didn't get physical, which
- 4:35Speaker 1: gives everyone called the pause. That is my guy doesn't
- 4:40Speaker 1: look good. But I don't think I think it was
- 4:44Speaker 1: just more so a relationship tussle, and I hate that
- 4:50Speaker 1: it has happened. I noticed that Sweetie changed her profile picture.
- 4:55Speaker 1: I think that Cat Williams in that profile picture. Um,
- 4:58Speaker 1: I'm not feeling that. UM not feeling the whole situation. Um,
- 5:04Speaker 1: this looks not reparable, y'all. This, this definitely does not
- 5:07Speaker 1: look reparable. But if it does, if it, if it
- 5:10Speaker 1: does get repaired, I will say just say no, no,
- 5:14Speaker 1: my damn business. Unfortunately, when we look at that elevator,
- 5:17Speaker 1: though it was bad, I ain't ok cap it was bad,
- 5:20Speaker 1: but that's my friend and I'm sticking with him. Okay,
- 5:23Speaker 1: now that this is okay, okay, okay. Well, this is
- 5:27Speaker 1: the thing about this, right, I think a lot of
- 5:30Speaker 1: people are a little bit conflicted because it kind of
- 5:32Speaker 1: seems like we have already normalized abuse, like anytime you
- 5:36Speaker 1: keep someone from leaving in any capacity, that is a
- 5:40Speaker 1: form of abuse. Now do I think that either Quabo
- 5:45Speaker 1: or Sweetie have been more abusive to the other or
- 5:48Speaker 1: came off for abusive in this tussle. It's hard to
- 5:52Speaker 1: say because all we see is an elevator door open,
- 5:56Speaker 1: and it does appear that's that's Sweetie swung at Quabo.
- 6:00Speaker 1: He dugged it, he reached for whatever this case was.
- 6:03Speaker 1: So it kind of seemed like he was trying to
- 6:06Speaker 1: leave with whatever this was, and maybe Swede was trying
- 6:09Speaker 1: to get him to stay, or maybe it was her
- 6:13Speaker 1: belonging that he tried to take with him. We don't know,
- 6:18Speaker 1: but I think what people are trying to figure out
- 6:20Speaker 1: is is this a level of abuse or not. So
- 6:24Speaker 1: many people are in the comments talking about well, no,
- 6:29Speaker 1: and I hate to say this, but some people are
- 6:31Speaker 1: making comparisons, comparisons like, no, what Chris Brown did was abuse,
- 6:35Speaker 1: what this person did was abuse. Like listen, you don't
- 6:39Speaker 1: got to knock a bitch out cold for that to
- 6:42Speaker 1: be considered abuse. Somebody doesn't have to die for it
- 6:45Speaker 1: to be considered abuse. And I think in our culture
- 6:48Speaker 1: we normalize it if it hasn't reached a certain limit.
- 6:52Speaker 1: I didn't know abuse had limits. Okay, now again with
- 6:56Speaker 1: when it comes to their relationship, I don't know what happened.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I don't know what this tustle was about. We did
- 7:01Speaker 1: not see Quevo swing or or actually hit her. What
- 7:06Speaker 1: we did see was a tussle and it looked like
- 7:09Speaker 1: they both fell to the ground while they were both
- 7:12Speaker 1: trying to obtain whatever this this suitcase or box was.
- 7:17Speaker 1: But what I find to be disturbing again is just
- 7:20Speaker 1: going through social media and having the phone calls that
- 7:22Speaker 1: we take on our show and to hear people just
- 7:26Speaker 1: completely normally normalize it and just be like, Oh, that's
- 7:30Speaker 1: that's normal relationship stuff. It's not okay for your girlfriend
- 7:33Speaker 1: to swing on you, and it's not okay for you
- 7:35Speaker 1: man to get any type of physical with you. Let
- 7:38Speaker 1: me just make that clear. I've been in situations where
- 7:41Speaker 1: I got swung on. Uh, that seems pretty normal to
- 7:47Speaker 1: I guess that's not normal. So getting swung on by
- 7:50Speaker 1: your girl like normal because I had swung on for
- 7:53Speaker 1: being bad, you know, not from Misserori right now, you
- 7:56Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. I'm completely on the book so here,
- 8:00Speaker 1: but I was just saying in my past, long long,
- 8:02Speaker 1: long long time ago, I've got swung on in my time,
- 8:06Speaker 1: and uh, it seemed pretty normal for me doing dumb
- 8:08Speaker 1: hoish hoish ship. I'm just trying to figure that out
- 8:12Speaker 1: because that's not normal when when you're female friends at
- 8:16Speaker 1: the time swung on you did you take? Did you
- 8:20Speaker 1: swing back? No? I didn't swing back, but I would
- 8:23Speaker 1: like me like trying to hold her like yo, stop.
- 8:28Speaker 1: You know, I would think that's a physical altercation. It
- 8:31Speaker 1: was to a point where I was putting the police
- 8:33Speaker 1: car for me from I got beat up. I got
- 8:36Speaker 1: beat up. Uh, And you know, the neighbor called the
- 8:39Speaker 1: police and they put me in the car because all
- 8:42Speaker 1: they automatically assumed it was me that was violent, you know.
- 8:45Speaker 1: And I sat in that car for about forty nine minutes.
- 8:49Speaker 1: I didn't have my watch, your phone or nothing but me,
- 8:51Speaker 1: but I was counting. Uh. And then by the time
- 8:54Speaker 1: she kept a g and they let me out, I
- 8:57Speaker 1: was like, damn bro right. He was like, listen, I
- 8:59Speaker 1: didn't protocol of calls to move the man away, so
- 9:03Speaker 1: I don't know, you know, we can talk like this,
- 9:06Speaker 1: We can talk about this for hours, so I'll let
- 9:09Speaker 1: you know, do a job. But yeah, I just thought
- 9:11Speaker 1: it was normal for, you know, a man to just
- 9:14Speaker 1: do some dude dumb sh like we normally do and
- 9:16Speaker 1: then our girls swing on our slapped out of us.
- 9:19Speaker 1: You know. I had a relationship once for a long
- 9:24Speaker 1: time ago. Normal was what I'm saying. Yeah, And okay,
- 9:29Speaker 1: so I was younger, you know, definitely in love. I
- 9:34Speaker 1: thought that this person was going to be the person
- 9:36Speaker 1: that I was gonna marry. And I had never seen
- 9:42Speaker 1: a man cry over me, you know what I'm saying
- 9:45Speaker 1: now over a potential break up. Not I had never
- 9:47Speaker 1: seen it before, and I took it as damn, like
- 9:50Speaker 1: this man really loves me, Like, look at this man crying.
- 9:53Speaker 1: And it allowed me to kind of excuse certain things
- 9:58Speaker 1: that now I would never a man could never get
- 10:02Speaker 1: away with those things. Um. I remember one breakup was
- 10:06Speaker 1: so bad, I mean, my argument was so bad, like
- 10:09Speaker 1: he actually pushed me, like like pushed me, and it
- 10:12Speaker 1: came out the blue, a bitch loss to a balance
- 10:15Speaker 1: hit the ground. And at the time I told myself, man,
- 10:19Speaker 1: we are so in love that and and that was
- 10:21Speaker 1: just a moment of passion. Whether that's true or not,
- 10:25Speaker 1: I think we really have to start setting boundaries and
- 10:28Speaker 1: the first time something happens, like you need to let
- 10:30Speaker 1: it either be known that it will never happen again
- 10:33Speaker 1: or don't put yourself in that position ever again, whether
- 10:36Speaker 1: that means you leave the relationship or not. But I
- 10:39Speaker 1: think seeing this, and and of course because of how
- 10:42Speaker 1: popular Seweeian Quabos relationship has been and how everybody we're
- 10:47Speaker 1: calling the relationship goals, I think this is stiring the
- 10:50Speaker 1: conversation in the community that really needs to happen. What
- 10:54Speaker 1: are all the ways that abuse looks like? And I
- 10:57Speaker 1: hate that, you know. Unfortunately it's a rounded around this
- 11:01Speaker 1: young couple. They're young, they got a lot to experience,
- 11:05Speaker 1: but it is it is quite of a conversation that
- 11:09Speaker 1: is much needed. So do are we classifying this physical
- 11:13Speaker 1: altercation over? It looks like they were tussling over a object. Um,
- 11:20Speaker 1: we don't know what Okay, Yeah, first of all, happened
- 11:24Speaker 1: outside of the elevator. We just see the end and
- 11:28Speaker 1: then we see what we all we know is we
- 11:30Speaker 1: saw what happened inside the elevator. So we're calling this
- 11:34Speaker 1: physical abuse because no, all I see was her striking him.
- 11:40Speaker 1: I'm not I can't speak for her, I can't speak
- 11:41Speaker 1: for him. And let's get physical. It's it's physical, okay, Okay,
- 11:45Speaker 1: that's all. It's clearly physical. I'm not sure what. Like
- 11:48Speaker 1: we said, we don't know what happened before the elevator
- 11:52Speaker 1: or you know, when they got off. I'm not even
- 11:55Speaker 1: sure who they released, who released the tape, who y'all
- 11:58Speaker 1: think released it? I don't know, I don't know. But
- 12:03Speaker 1: apparently this happened at their apartment at their apartment complex
- 12:07Speaker 1: in in Cali. Uh I don't know. Well, we'll see
- 12:15Speaker 1: how that goes down. Hopefully no lawsuits will be involved,
- 12:18Speaker 1: but there's definitely lawsuits coming to Little not ex Satan
- 12:22Speaker 1: air Max shoes, the company M S C. H if
- 12:25Speaker 1: I guess it's mischief. Uh NICKI fo the trademark infringement
- 12:29Speaker 1: against the Brooklyn based company who are known for creating
- 12:33Speaker 1: controversial viral products. Now, Rory, I know you're a shoe guy.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Do you like do you even like this ship? I'm
- 12:41Speaker 1: a very spiritual guy. Grew up with my grandmother praying,
- 12:46Speaker 1: grandmother anything satanic. I don't even watch movies that have
- 12:50Speaker 1: stuff to do with the devil, so I don't really
- 12:52Speaker 1: even like scary movies and stuff like that. Um sue
- 12:56Speaker 1: all the way spiritual? Do you like this? It'sself Ferrari
- 13:01Speaker 1: like the shoot? Forget the satanic? Do you like the shoot?
- 13:05Speaker 1: The actual shoe? Yes, it's the air Max. I have
- 13:08Speaker 1: them some over here. I got my shoes. But I'm
- 13:10Speaker 1: not talking about just the Airmax, about the design that
- 13:12Speaker 1: the No, you don't like that. I want to talk
- 13:15Speaker 1: about you the shoe. Yeah, do you like the shoes?
- 13:18Speaker 1: That that's an air Max ninety seven. That's a seven.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Um the color way cool because that's you know, you
- 13:26Speaker 1: think Chicago Bulls black and red, Satanic red. No, sirskey, no, sir.
- 13:32Speaker 1: I will not even put that shoe inside the house. Okay, yeah,
- 13:36Speaker 1: so the shoe could taste, but let's go with it.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Con tastes two fluid ounces of red ink a drop
- 13:43Speaker 1: of human blood, and the blood was drawn from the
- 13:46Speaker 1: mischief team a bronze pentagram charm. It is also on
- 13:51Speaker 1: top of the shop. And if you don't know what
- 13:53Speaker 1: the pentagram is, it's it's kind of the devil's word.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Now six hundred and six, these six pairs are already
- 14:01Speaker 1: sold out at a thousand and eighteen dollars, so a
- 14:07Speaker 1: lot of people are kind of into this care. I
- 14:12Speaker 1: don't care for what it represents, to be honest, I
- 14:15Speaker 1: don't even know what all people are worshiping in in
- 14:20Speaker 1: that realm of world. Um am I offended by it?
- 14:26Speaker 1: I can't really say I'm offended because again, I don't
- 14:29Speaker 1: give that energy too much energy. I don't know what
- 14:33Speaker 1: the hell y'all to praise them like people that that's like,
- 14:35Speaker 1: I don't what are you crazy. I don't know, but
- 14:37Speaker 1: it clearly speaks to some people. They are buying it.
- 14:42Speaker 1: And everything ain't for every damn body. Okay, Now what
- 14:45Speaker 1: I will say though, some of y'all people out here
- 14:48Speaker 1: talking about you canceling little nos Exit. That was before
- 14:50Speaker 1: the shoot, y'all was canceling his ass because he's been comfortable,
- 14:54Speaker 1: he's been himself, he's been showing more his personality. He's
- 14:58Speaker 1: been playing with wigs and giving men lap dancings and stuff. Something.
- 15:02Speaker 1: I don't have, no damn Mike to be canceling a
- 15:04Speaker 1: little Nasa. I'll be doing that ship too. Now y'all
- 15:06Speaker 1: better stop, and let's not act like this is the
- 15:12Speaker 1: first satanic music video ever. It's been thousands and hundreds
- 15:21Speaker 1: of satanic musical videos, you know what I'm saying. It's
- 15:26Speaker 1: been satanic shows, um, the Satanic movies, um. And then
- 15:30Speaker 1: you know, even south Park. South Park has the Devil
- 15:34Speaker 1: as a character in south Park cartoons. So it's let's
- 15:38Speaker 1: not act like this is new, you know, and people
- 15:41Speaker 1: some people like that stuff. So that's why I know
- 15:44Speaker 1: he did it. He did it for attention, and he
- 15:45Speaker 1: did it for I get it. You know, some of
- 15:49Speaker 1: your favorite actors and artists be low key throws subliminals, okay,
- 15:55Speaker 1: and y'all be vided. So stop a lot of these
- 15:58Speaker 1: rappers we talk about when I get the hell and
- 16:01Speaker 1: all this other ship. So let's let let's let's let's
- 16:04Speaker 1: keep the playing field even now exactly, stop picking and
- 16:07Speaker 1: choosing who's allowed to do this, who's allowed to that,
- 16:10Speaker 1: Who you're gonna hey, who you want to cancel? Like,
- 16:12Speaker 1: come on now, y'all, y'all, y'all motherfucking mad that y'all
- 16:16Speaker 1: kids are bumping oldtown bro. Y'all didn't listen to the lyrics. Okay,
- 16:20Speaker 1: y'all did not listen to the lyrics that man had.
- 16:24Speaker 1: I just looked them up. They really sketchy on them lyrics.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Boy wow, parents, come on, parents, stop, don't be mad
- 16:35Speaker 1: at little He just wanted to live his rich life. Okay. Well,
- 16:39Speaker 1: the devil himself is on trial started Monday, Derek Schalvin trial,
- 16:45Speaker 1: you know, the former Minnesota police officer who's being charged
- 16:48Speaker 1: with murder for the death of George Floyd. Um, are
- 16:52Speaker 1: you guys watching? I'm getting up down because you know
- 16:56Speaker 1: we're on airin uh Money through Friday, two pm and
- 16:59Speaker 1: six Dames for five. By the way, we're on air
- 17:02Speaker 1: when that's on, and I'm catching the highlights. But now, Jerry, yeah, now,
- 17:06Speaker 1: Jerry black Were one of the prosecutors in the trial,
- 17:09Speaker 1: repeatedly highlighted Uh in his opening statement that Floyd was
- 17:14Speaker 1: pinned to the ground for nine minutes in twenty nine seconds.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Now remember everybody thought it was eight minutes. It was
- 17:20Speaker 1: actually nine minutes in twenty nine seconds that Derek Shavin
- 17:24Speaker 1: was on his neck. UH. Shavin's attorney, Eric Nielsen, blamed
- 17:29Speaker 1: the growing crowd at the scene, which he said distracted
- 17:34Speaker 1: the officers and Floyd's rest. He said the screaming that
- 17:38Speaker 1: that the that the people were screaming at the officers,
- 17:41Speaker 1: causing the officers to divert their attention from the care
- 17:45Speaker 1: of Floyd Uh to the threat of the growing crowd
- 17:48Speaker 1: in front of them. You guys, I'm not shocked by
- 17:52Speaker 1: nothing that these people say or do. I'm not shocked
- 17:57Speaker 1: at all. The flame always all back on the black community.
- 18:02Speaker 1: It always falls back on the black victims. None of
- 18:05Speaker 1: this ship is shocking, none of it. What is gonna
- 18:09Speaker 1: be shocking is if we don't continue to put our
- 18:13Speaker 1: foot on their necks and forced change. That's what's gonna
- 18:17Speaker 1: be the shocker. There's no reason for us to wake
- 18:20Speaker 1: up every day surprised at the headline, surprised that another
- 18:23Speaker 1: black person being killed, an innocent black person being killed,
- 18:28Speaker 1: or white people staying there in threat of their lives
- 18:31Speaker 1: just because we're black, just because we're asking for equality.
- 18:35Speaker 1: I'm not shocked, and I'm not gonna keep acting like
- 18:37Speaker 1: I am. I'm not right now. Let me go down
- 18:39Speaker 1: some of these witnesses now Monday. Um, there's a nine
- 18:43Speaker 1: one once the dispatcher, her name was Jenna Scurry, who testified,
- 18:47Speaker 1: and she was the one was one of the people
- 18:50Speaker 1: to actually call the police on the police and what
- 18:52Speaker 1: did you decide to do? I took that instinct and
- 18:54Speaker 1: I called the sergeant. And do you recall who the
- 18:57Speaker 1: surgeon was? It was a surge there, and um, why
- 19:02Speaker 1: did you call a sergeant? The sergeant is the police
- 19:06Speaker 1: officers supervisor. But in your experience, you felt something was
- 19:09Speaker 1: wrong here that a sergeant needed to know about it.
- 19:12Speaker 1: And she actually called the sergeant and said, you can
- 19:15Speaker 1: call me Sniche if you want to, but there's something
- 19:18Speaker 1: suspicious going on, and I think you guys need to
- 19:20Speaker 1: check it out, which is crazy. Donald Williams, he actually
- 19:23Speaker 1: testified Monday into Tuesday. He was a bystander with expertise
- 19:28Speaker 1: in martial arts. He informed that he was in the
- 19:30Speaker 1: bud chocole. You had Darnella Fraser who actually took the video.
- 19:35Speaker 1: She says that she finds herself apologizing to George Floyd.
- 19:39Speaker 1: It's been nice. I stayed up apologizing and apologize and
- 19:48Speaker 1: to sorta Floyd, we're not doing more and not physically interacting.
- 19:54Speaker 1: And I'm not saying in his life, but the if
- 19:58Speaker 1: not what I should have done, it's what he should
- 20:01Speaker 1: have done. Her nine year old cousin actually testified. And
- 20:05Speaker 1: a lot of these people, the Darnella Frazer's, the nine
- 20:08Speaker 1: year old cousin, they couldn't be on camera because they
- 20:11Speaker 1: were minors at the time. Now, the cousin was actually
- 20:15Speaker 1: asked to show shopping was in the courtroom and she
- 20:19Speaker 1: said she couldn't. She didn't see him in the courtroom
- 20:21Speaker 1: because they had on masks. So he actually stood up
- 20:22Speaker 1: and took his mask off. Yes, who is he? I
- 20:28Speaker 1: can't remember his name? Okay, do you remember what he
- 20:32Speaker 1: was doing? How you know him? He was pushing me
- 20:35Speaker 1: with George Floyd. Do you see him in the courtroom today? No? Okay,
- 20:41Speaker 1: how about him? Yes? So is that the person and
- 20:45Speaker 1: you you saw, yes, you actually have Genevieve Henson, year
- 20:51Speaker 1: old Minnesota firefighter who was actually on the scene and
- 20:55Speaker 1: actually asked to help, uh, George Floyd, and they did
- 21:00Speaker 1: not her help. It was pretty focused on trying to
- 21:03Speaker 1: get the officers to let me help and how are
- 21:08Speaker 1: you doing that? In my memory, I tried different tactics
- 21:12Speaker 1: of calm and reasoning. Um, I tried to be assert
- 21:18Speaker 1: of I pled and was desperate. Did you also at
- 21:23Speaker 1: some point start raising your voice, yes, sir, and maybe
- 21:26Speaker 1: used some follow language even why because I was desperate
- 21:33Speaker 1: to help and I wasn't getting what I what I
- 21:38Speaker 1: needed to do. But this case is is one of
- 21:41Speaker 1: the most closely watched cases in decades, I think since O. J. Simpson,
- 21:46Speaker 1: and I think that, like you're right, we need to
- 21:48Speaker 1: pay attention and we need to, um, you know, keep
- 21:51Speaker 1: applying pressure to the system to get this justice. Yeah,
- 21:55Speaker 1: thank you for the details, because what's gonna happen is,
- 21:58Speaker 1: if let's just say he gets all right, it's gonna
- 22:04Speaker 1: be hell on earth. I'm just letting you know, and
- 22:07Speaker 1: that's already you know what I'm saying, It's just going
- 22:10Speaker 1: to be very, very bad. You thought we protested before,
- 22:14Speaker 1: you thought it was right before. If this white man
- 22:20Speaker 1: gets all for putting his knee on this man's neck
- 22:23Speaker 1: for now minutes twenty nine seconds, like you just newly
- 22:26Speaker 1: told us it was an eight minutes and was eight
- 22:28Speaker 1: minutes forty nine seconds. I believe it's nine minutes twenty
- 22:31Speaker 1: nine seconds now. Uh, if this white man gets off
- 22:34Speaker 1: for doing this crime, it's going to be a big,
- 22:39Speaker 1: big scary situation. It's gonna it's gonna remind me of
- 22:43Speaker 1: that Purge to remind me of the Purge movies. I'm
- 22:45Speaker 1: just letting you know. It's gonna listen to this though
- 22:50Speaker 1: Black folks like it's it's not enough to go out
- 22:54Speaker 1: and protest and riot in rage like that. That is
- 22:58Speaker 1: not enough. That's not gonna get us anywhere. Honestly, because
- 23:01Speaker 1: think about this. Even if the man is convicted, what's
- 23:04Speaker 1: gonna happen. He's gonna stay in a nice, nice ass hotel.
- 23:07Speaker 1: You don't have security. They're gonna feed him organical. He's
- 23:10Speaker 1: gonna have visitations he like, he still will not feel
- 23:14Speaker 1: the wrath of the justice system because it was not
- 23:17Speaker 1: designed for people like him to feel it. We have
- 23:21Speaker 1: to constantly make sure that we are changing on the
- 23:23Speaker 1: daily so that people like him are held accountable, just
- 23:26Speaker 1: as accountable as every other guilty minority in the world,
- 23:30Speaker 1: white people. It is time for y'all to pay y'all dudes. Okay, y'all,
- 23:34Speaker 1: y'all are not y'all are not God. Y'all are not elos.
- 23:38Speaker 1: You're not above the law. And let's talk about the law.
- 23:42Speaker 1: And we're all learning about this new code that they
- 23:46Speaker 1: protect their own. Let's let's let's remember that too. So
- 23:50Speaker 1: like the laws aren't designed for them to be convicted,
- 23:54Speaker 1: like they're normal people. So like we're all learning all
- 24:00Speaker 1: these things. So now everything is changing and being judged accordingly. Yes,
- 24:05Speaker 1: stay tuning the Bather Alert on all social media platforms
- 24:08Speaker 1: for updates on this case. Uh Fiser says that COVID
- 24:13Speaker 1: vaccines are a hundred percent effective in kids twelve to fifteen. Now,
- 24:17Speaker 1: where are you have children? Uh? And I know you
- 24:19Speaker 1: got a teenager? What do you think about that? I
- 24:22Speaker 1: have um? Uh I a soon to be eighteen year
- 24:27Speaker 1: old about to go to college. And it's gonna be
- 24:31Speaker 1: required to at the vaccine to live on campus. She
- 24:35Speaker 1: wants to live on campus, so you know, I mean
- 24:39Speaker 1: our total job. I was gonna take the vaccine. Um
- 24:42Speaker 1: when it becomes a readily readily available I was available.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Um yeah, ms ms Rory won't let me take until
- 24:51Speaker 1: we uh re remodify our mature. I ain't trying to
- 24:56Speaker 1: do what she my wife won't let me take it
- 25:01Speaker 1: until we remodified this. It's a couple of things in
- 25:05Speaker 1: our life insurance we're doing so uh it's not bad,
- 25:09Speaker 1: it's all good. But she just wanted She was like, hey, man,
- 25:12Speaker 1: look just in case, goddamn, let's fix this ship right
- 25:16Speaker 1: here that we've been trying, we've been putting off for
- 25:18Speaker 1: the past couple of years. So I'm gonna fix that.
- 25:20Speaker 1: Then I'm well, I'm sure I'm shooting down whatever wherever
- 25:23Speaker 1: I can go. Now, my mother in law took it yesterday.
- 25:25Speaker 1: She took the one shot. You can do a two
- 25:27Speaker 1: shot Johnson and Johnson Don John's that's the one I'm
- 25:30Speaker 1: gonna take. That's the one that's sixty. Yeah. Now keep mind,
- 25:35Speaker 1: I'm flu shot shouting. I get flu shots twice a year.
- 25:39Speaker 1: Uh from my checkups. I get my checkups all the time,
- 25:41Speaker 1: black man, making sure you go to the doctor. Sometimes
- 25:44Speaker 1: they gotta put your head. They gotta, you know, if
- 25:46Speaker 1: you're getting a little older like me, approaching for it
- 25:48Speaker 1: that yeah, they're gonna have to goddamn do that goddamn
- 25:51Speaker 1: cancer thing when they check your ass and ship It's okay, bro,
- 25:54Speaker 1: we're not gay. It's okay. If you get you get
- 25:56Speaker 1: you're not gay, it's okay. They got to check you
- 25:59Speaker 1: the same to have one. Anyway, back to what I
- 26:01Speaker 1: was originally saying, you gotta go get get your check ups. Okay,
- 26:06Speaker 1: get your damn checkups. If you want to take the
- 26:09Speaker 1: COVID test, cool, If you wanna get the vaccine, cool.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I'm just lett y'all know on in the future, if
- 26:15Speaker 1: you want to go to basketball games, you want to
- 26:17Speaker 1: go to these concerts they just said. They just said
- 26:20Speaker 1: the NFL games, it's gonna be back to regular attendance.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Basketball games about to be back to regular attendance and
- 26:30Speaker 1: a damn show to show think and assume they're gonna
- 26:34Speaker 1: require you to have that vaccination shop for you to
- 26:37Speaker 1: answer that you have to present that fame now much
- 26:40Speaker 1: as why why are the looks soon? You know, I
- 26:44Speaker 1: just feel like this is a bad movie. I'm I'm
- 26:47Speaker 1: just waiting on the government to make everybody taking damn shots.
- 26:52Speaker 1: And then one day everybody's gonna be at their respective
- 26:56Speaker 1: concerts or their church, or their games or their cools,
- 27:00Speaker 1: and they're gonna press a button and all the black
- 27:03Speaker 1: people are gonna be activated. Okay, all the black people
- 27:06Speaker 1: are gonna got them fall to the ground because they
- 27:09Speaker 1: don't funk with us. And y'all noticed, y'all know they
- 27:12Speaker 1: don't work with us. Hello Tuskegee Experiment. Okay, I'm hey,
- 27:18Speaker 1: I'm just I guess I'll just be, you know, watching
- 27:21Speaker 1: the shows from outside. Hey man, we're gonna take a
- 27:24Speaker 1: quick break pace of bills, her cooker. We'll be back
- 27:26Speaker 1: with more of the Baller Alert Show. We got baller
- 27:28Speaker 1: mail up next. We'll be right back. Stay tuned with
- 27:31Speaker 1: more of the Baller Alert Show. Message Okay, it is
- 27:39Speaker 1: time for baller mail. Oh my god, Hey, Rory Man,
- 27:47Speaker 1: I just proposed to my pregnant girlfriend in front of
- 27:49Speaker 1: everyone last week and she said, no, what the fuck?
- 27:55Speaker 1: I ain't speak to us since I've been sleeping at
- 27:57Speaker 1: my mom house. What should I do? We've been together
- 28:00Speaker 1: since eighth grade. We are both seniors in college at FAMI.
- 28:04Speaker 1: You down here in Tallahassee, Florida. So let's see eighth grade,
- 28:08Speaker 1: ninth grade, tenth of level twelve and then freshman year,
- 28:12Speaker 1: sophomore year, uh, junior years. And you've been with the
- 28:16Speaker 1: lady for eight years? Okay, you knew, you knew she
- 28:23Speaker 1: probably gonna say no, big fella. Okay? And what'd you
- 28:26Speaker 1: was this an apology proposal? Something stupid? Before you propose?
- 28:32Speaker 1: You feel me? She tied of your ship? Are you
- 28:37Speaker 1: a ain't ship type of person? Have you been lying you?
- 28:39Speaker 1: Are you tired cheating? Before? You're leaving out a whole
- 28:43Speaker 1: bunch of details that I can't help you with, bro Okay,
- 28:47Speaker 1: because the way that she said no in front of everybody, boy,
- 28:52Speaker 1: she or the kid ain't your Okay, my dad, later
- 28:58Speaker 1: on in my diet, I'm gonna go straight to you
- 29:01Speaker 1: ain't shipped? First. Maybe you ain't ship. Maybe she's looking
- 29:05Speaker 1: at the future and she don't see you in it,
- 29:09Speaker 1: and she just happens to be pregnant by and maybe
- 29:12Speaker 1: and sometimes when women get pregnant, okay, they start seeing
- 29:16Speaker 1: things a little different. Everything is magnified. Yeah, hormones are
- 29:20Speaker 1: off balance, but she's also magnifying the type of man
- 29:25Speaker 1: you are. Maybe you're not a leader. Maybe she doesn't
- 29:28Speaker 1: trust you to lead a household. Okay. There's usually things
- 29:32Speaker 1: that women do when they say no, I don't want
- 29:35Speaker 1: to marry you. Okay, now let's put that to the side.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Maybe that's not it. Maybe the baby ain't yours. Okay.
- 29:43Speaker 1: Maybe she was out doing her thing while you was
- 29:47Speaker 1: doing your thing. Okay, because usually women don't cheat. Usually
- 29:52Speaker 1: women don't cheat unless you know the man is not
- 29:57Speaker 1: taking care of sponsibilities as a man. Maybe it's old
- 30:01Speaker 1: boy from down the hall and the dorm. Maybe it's
- 30:06Speaker 1: the football player that was blowing the back out, making
- 30:10Speaker 1: her secrease baby. It was the athletic director at the school.
- 30:18Speaker 1: Maybe it was somebody underneath you that's cool with you,
- 30:22Speaker 1: that was blowing your girl back out. The baby might
- 30:25Speaker 1: not be yours, bro, So this this is what we're
- 30:27Speaker 1: gonna do. This is the best advice. And I never
- 30:29Speaker 1: give advice. This is the best advice I'm gonna get.
- 30:33Speaker 1: When your child arrives, you're a DNA test if it's yours,
- 30:39Speaker 1: be a good doctor, to be a good father and
- 30:41Speaker 1: take care of your kids. If it ain't yours, go fly,
- 30:47Speaker 1: my brother, go fly, and go ahead and just find
- 30:50Speaker 1: somebody else to propose to. So you said she's pregnant. Yeah,
- 30:56Speaker 1: he said it's his pregnant girlfriend. Okay, Well, first off, sir,
- 31:01Speaker 1: I feel like, if you really want to marry this girl,
- 31:04Speaker 1: don't go running hide, be a man in text and
- 31:09Speaker 1: figure out why, Like, do some counseling. I feel like,
- 31:14Speaker 1: let's let's figure out the solution or a reason if
- 31:17Speaker 1: you really want to be with her, you know, do
- 31:20Speaker 1: something that that that makes you, that makes everybody believe
- 31:25Speaker 1: that you want to be with her, don't go to
- 31:26Speaker 1: your mama house, Like, just figure out why you don't
- 31:30Speaker 1: want to marry you and then y'all fix it from there. Yeah,
- 31:35Speaker 1: I agree, I would say, before you try to turn
- 31:38Speaker 1: around and put it on her by demanding DNA test
- 31:44Speaker 1: once the baby is born, take the time to make
- 31:46Speaker 1: sure that you guys are actually on the same page
- 31:48Speaker 1: in your relationship to begin with. Like, don't just feel
- 31:51Speaker 1: like she told you know, because the baby might not
- 31:53Speaker 1: be yours. Oh that must be it. Oh I'm gonna
- 31:55Speaker 1: get a DNA test that force before the baby gets here.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Like also T said, maybe y'all should go see a
- 32:02Speaker 1: counselor break it down, try to see if there's, you know,
- 32:06Speaker 1: something missing in y'all's relationship. And honestly, low key, I
- 32:10Speaker 1: kind of feel like most of the time y'all been
- 32:12Speaker 1: know when a woman might say no, Like I kind
- 32:16Speaker 1: of feel like you kind of know when they might
- 32:19Speaker 1: not say yeah, now so great, yeah yeah, but you know,
- 32:28Speaker 1: good luck to you, good luck to you. And no
- 32:31Speaker 1: matter what, whether y'all get married or not, it sounds
- 32:33Speaker 1: like you are assooned to be happy. And I hope
- 32:35Speaker 1: that you are a present man in this child's life.
- 32:38Speaker 1: No matter what happens in your relationship, you still have
- 32:42Speaker 1: a life to raise. Message. You'll be right back with
- 32:47Speaker 1: more of the Baller Alert Show. Back to the Baller
- 32:52Speaker 1: Alert Show started March Ferrari Simmons and Sue Solo. Let's
- 32:58Speaker 1: let's do the word of the that the word of
- 33:01Speaker 1: the day is intent. Okay, what is your intention? Okay?
- 33:05Speaker 1: Like what do you intent? Like you know what I'm saying,
- 33:08Speaker 1: like freemas, I'm just letting you know, hey, been dog,
- 33:12Speaker 1: what is your intentions with this girl? Okay, Quavo, what
- 33:17Speaker 1: was the intent of that physical altercation? Too? So low?
- 33:21Speaker 1: What is your intent for us to eat lunch later
- 33:24Speaker 1: to day for five? Are you? And is your intention
- 33:28Speaker 1: to continue to just drop the pounds and so we
- 33:31Speaker 1: have to eat some bullshit ass salad today? No, I
- 33:34Speaker 1: don't want to eat bullshit as salad. What is your intent? Octavia? Okay?
- 33:39Speaker 1: I see you got red nails. There's somebody significant in
- 33:41Speaker 1: your life that likes the red names of those red
- 33:45Speaker 1: nails that you have today. Okay, And I'm watching you,
- 33:48Speaker 1: by the way, because you've been kind of quiet, and
- 33:50Speaker 1: since you've been quiet, I mean he's talking to somebody,
- 33:53Speaker 1: and I need to find out who this person is. Okay,
- 33:56Speaker 1: because you're asked me real quiet, and I don't like
- 34:00Speaker 1: Tavia being too damn quiet. Okay, don't run off from
- 34:02Speaker 1: going motherfucking boat and then come back and be like, hey,
- 34:05Speaker 1: Rory and Sue, I'm married. Don't do that. What is
- 34:09Speaker 1: your intent with these red nails? Okay? Because I know
- 34:11Speaker 1: when Ms Rory has on red nails. We haven't said
- 34:14Speaker 1: three times a day, oh ms Rory has red nails.
- 34:19Speaker 1: She knows that I like that man or people like
- 34:25Speaker 1: are attracted to red. Okay, so she knows when she
- 34:27Speaker 1: put on red lipstick and red nails, it's going down.
- 34:31Speaker 1: She knows so much. Baller Nation and Ferr wear no
- 34:34Speaker 1: underwear because for the last pipe. Okay, red Na, this
- 34:42Speaker 1: is what I go through already, that's be what I
- 34:45Speaker 1: go through. Al Rri and sup every listener Nation. You
- 34:50Speaker 1: appreciate you'all for for tunity. Then for another episode of
