- 0:29Speaker 3: free tag Well, I named this episode Why, and I
- 0:40Speaker 3: just asked AI, why did Nebraska lose? Because I'm out
- 0:45Speaker 3: of answers. And the answer was Nebraska lost to Oregon
- 0:49Speaker 3: Saturday night because they could not make the ordinary offensive
- 0:52Speaker 3: plays to close a football game, gave away short fields
- 0:56Speaker 3: on special teams, and then failed to get off the
- 0:59Speaker 3: field when Oregon put the entire game on fourth down.
- 1:03Speaker 3: That's why we lost. Podcast over.
- 1:05Speaker 4: I guess I don't remember us giving them that many
- 1:09Speaker 4: short fields and special teams. I don't remember our special
- 1:12Speaker 4: teams making that many mistakes. I might be misremembering that.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Archie was not good.
- 1:18Speaker 5: No, no.
- 1:19Speaker 6: I just saw Spunspore come on the podcast like they
- 1:21Speaker 6: were short. 40 yards, I think. Maybe 150 yarder, but
- 1:25Speaker 6: they're mostly 40 yard kicks.
- 1:26Speaker 5: It's like, dude, he had a rough game.
- 1:30Speaker 4: I saw Panta, Nutterler, and Xavier Archie Wilson probably after
- 1:34Speaker 4: week four last year.
- 1:38Speaker 5: I mean, yeah, there's a conversation we had about him.
- 1:41Speaker 6: Really, the only great game he has had at Nebraska
- 1:44Speaker 6: was against Indiana, I think. Other than that, I don't
- 1:46Speaker 6: think Archie Wilson has been that good for what we
- 1:49Speaker 6: need him to do.
- 1:51Speaker 5: But, again, that's not who I want to come on
- 1:54Speaker 5: here and rip.
- 1:55Speaker 1: No.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Who do you want to rip, Dad?
- 1:58Speaker 6: Matt Brewer and Dana Holgerson. Eventually, okay, all these one-score losses,
- 2:03Speaker 6: close games like this. Eventually, you just got to go
- 2:05Speaker 6: back to one thing. It's go learn coaching.
- 2:07Speaker 5: Totally. It's the same story every freaking year.
- 2:13Speaker 3: I don't know. It's Monday now, so it's been, I guess.
- 2:22Speaker 4: Did you guys stay up and watch it? All the
- 2:24Speaker 4: way through until whatever time?
- 2:25Speaker 3: Yes, obviously. Dak obviously didn't. He knew that was coming.
- 2:30Speaker 7: Nope.
- 2:30Speaker 4: I ran Market to Market Saturday, so I recorded it,
- 2:34Speaker 4: and then I watched it first thing in the morning.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Dak did not run Market to Market for people who
- 2:40Speaker 3: were wondering.
- 2:42Speaker 5: I watched real halftime.
- 2:46Speaker 3: And that was alcohol-related, if you were wondering.
- 2:50Speaker 5: I was tired.
- 2:52Speaker 7: It's weird. So, okay. I, yeah.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Um, Saturday night or Sunday morning, obviously very pissed, disappointed still.
- 3:04Speaker 3: It just, I just, I, it is pissed. Like it's
- 3:10Speaker 3: just sick of watching. And I, we will get all angles.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Obviously just sick of watching, just losing a game that's
- 3:19Speaker 3: in our hands again. Um, And gosh, we don't have
- 3:24Speaker 3: the killer mentality. We're scared to lose and then we lose.
- 3:29Speaker 3: It just sucks. I get we weren't favored to win,
- 3:36Speaker 3: but we had that game won. We played better than them.
- 3:41Speaker 3: It was so similar to the Indiana game. So similar
- 3:45Speaker 3: as far as game script and how it played out
- 3:50Speaker 3: and we didn't win again.
- 3:56Speaker 4: I guess the only thing I felt different about this
- 3:59Speaker 4: game was there in Indiana, there was, there was a
- 4:02Speaker 4: legit moment where I was like, Oh my gosh, we're
- 4:04Speaker 4: going to do this. And I didn't, I didn't get
- 4:06Speaker 4: that feeling on this game. I didn't ever feel like
- 4:09Speaker 4: we had total control offensively. Like we didn't, we would
- 4:14Speaker 4: never really move the ball.
- 4:16Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 4:18Speaker 4: And when they announced that Thomas What's-His-Bucket was going to start,
- 4:26Speaker 4: you know, I was relieved. I was like, I love
- 4:28Speaker 4: it when a coaching staff feels like they have to
- 4:31Speaker 4: start their third string quarterback.
- 4:34Speaker 7: And so when Dylan went into the fourth quarter, I
- 4:36Speaker 7: was like, oh, shit.
- 4:39Speaker 3: That's the icing on the cake that just makes everything
- 4:42Speaker 3: just stop.
- 4:42Speaker 7: I was like, god damn it.
- 4:43Speaker 4: We're going to lose to Dylan, which I don't have
- 4:46Speaker 4: any poor feelings towards Dillon, but boy, did I did.
- 4:49Speaker 4: I did this morning. I was like, or yesterday morning,
- 4:52Speaker 4: I was like, God damn it. Fuck that guy. Come on.
- 4:56Speaker 6: Does this, does this one hurt for you guys more
- 4:58Speaker 6: than losing to Iowa in the lead eight or sweet 16?
- 5:00Speaker 5: Because I, I think this is like, just icy on
- 5:03Speaker 5: the cake right here.
- 5:04Speaker 6: Dillon and Iowa coming in like that and fricking taking the,
- 5:07Speaker 6: taking the game from our hands.
- 5:10Speaker 7: Yeah. It would get him hurt more. The four guys
- 5:12Speaker 7: on the court, that game.
- 5:15Speaker 5: It's just pain over and over again.
- 5:17Speaker 6: It's like, when can we ever pull out one of
- 5:20Speaker 6: these one-score close games like this?
- 5:22Speaker 5: It just feels like it's never going to happen.
- 5:25Speaker 4: I had the– my brain's been broken to where it's like, well,
- 5:30Speaker 4: you know, at the beginning of the year, if you
- 5:32Speaker 4: told me we lost to three points to Oregon.
- 5:35Speaker 7: On the road in the last, you know, maybe– and
- 5:38Speaker 7: I was just like, you can't do that, you know.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Yeah. That's, that's the, yeah, that's another way of looking
- 5:47Speaker 3: at it. I, I just, I hate, I hate, I
- 5:50Speaker 3: hate all of the conversation. Like I just, I hate
- 5:54Speaker 3: seeing all the numbers and the stats of, I mean,
- 5:56Speaker 3: all the one score losses that can't, I know they
- 5:59Speaker 3: weren't ranked, can't beat a ranked team. The, the, the
- 6:02Speaker 3: way you lose after leading in the fourth quarter and
- 6:06Speaker 3: all these graphics. And I mean, we're just at the
- 6:08Speaker 3: top of that. And it's like, it, And it just sucks.
- 6:13Speaker 3: And all we want to do is win. Like, it
- 6:15Speaker 3: doesn't matter how, just win. And what really, I guess,
- 6:20Speaker 3: gets me now and hurts now is I actually, like,
- 6:26Speaker 3: you can see improvement and progress. Like, for me, you
- 6:30Speaker 3: can watch a football team in a game like these
- 6:33Speaker 3: last two and say, like, this is more what we
- 6:36Speaker 3: should be in Nebraska. This is more of the style
- 6:38Speaker 3: that we should be playing with. we're playing a lot
- 6:41Speaker 3: more physical on defense. We have a quarterback that now
- 6:44Speaker 3: can run and, and make plays. And like, we're competing
- 6:49Speaker 3: with the time of possession. We're playing like Iowa, like, yes,
- 6:52Speaker 3: we're doing it, but, but we can't, we still can't win.
- 6:56Speaker 3: Like we still can't put a win in the column.
- 6:58Speaker 3: So that's what hurts us even more is going back
- 7:02Speaker 3: to why like, ah, it's just, it's just frustrating. It, it, it, Again,
- 7:09Speaker 3: you get pissed, you get disappointed. You want to be
- 7:14Speaker 3: positive on what you said, Austin, about the beginning of
- 7:19Speaker 3: the year. You said we were 5-2 and lost to
- 7:23Speaker 3: Indiana and Oregon and took everything else out of the equation.
- 7:26Speaker 3: Everything else. You'd be like, all right, we're having a
- 7:29Speaker 3: pretty damn good year.
- 7:30Speaker 7: If we lost to Indiana and Oregon, both. in the
- 7:34Speaker 7: last two minutes of the game. Yeah.
- 7:36Speaker 3: I wasn't even saying like how any of the games went.
- 7:37Speaker 3: I'm just saying, just take the record and say we're
- 7:39Speaker 3: five and two. We'd be like, okay, how about an
- 7:42Speaker 3: Indiana Oregon? Because they killed us probably.
- 7:44Speaker 7: Right?
- 7:45Speaker 3: No.
- 7:45Speaker 7: Yeah. Oh no. Like we controlled.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Oh, okay. So we're having a really good year. Well, I, yeah,
- 7:52Speaker 3: I would admit that's the part that just sucks. Like you,
- 7:57Speaker 3: I don't know. Like it could be seven. No, like, Yeah, we.
- 8:01Speaker 7: Just need two wins over good programs.
- 8:06Speaker 6: Another thing that hurts the most is not to expect
- 8:07Speaker 6: this coming into the year is the last two games,
- 8:09Speaker 6: the defense has played their balls off, like just played amazingly.
- 8:13Speaker 6: And I think by now we can say confidently we
- 8:15Speaker 6: have a pretty dang good defense on this team.
- 8:17Speaker 3: Until the last drive. Yeah, that's– It sucks, but we'll
- 8:24Speaker 3: get into it. Yeah, until the last drive. You couldn't
- 8:28Speaker 3: get stopped.
- 8:30Speaker 7: Fourth downs. We've lost the last two games on fourth downs.
- 8:34Speaker 7: That's the part.
- 8:35Speaker 4: We had three opportunities to get Oregon off the field.
- 8:40Speaker 7: And then we missed them.
- 8:43Speaker 4: All.
- 8:44Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 8:45Speaker 5: It's heartbreak after heartbreak. It hurts.
- 8:47Speaker 6: And I've talked to a lot of Husker fans now,
- 8:48Speaker 6: and I think this is the breaking point game where
- 8:50Speaker 6: they're like, screw this, I'm out. But then again, they
- 8:53Speaker 6: say it all the time. I think we'll go out
- 8:55Speaker 6: and beat freaking Washington, and then I'll be back.
- 8:57Speaker 5: But It just hurts how close we are to being 7-0.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Who have you talked to that said, I'm curious?
- 9:05Speaker 6: Jeff, my stepdad, my stepbrother, and a couple of my
- 9:11Speaker 6: other uncles. They're like, yep, I'm out.
- 9:17Speaker 3: I'm not saying that opinion is right or wrong, but
- 9:20Speaker 3: it's fascinating on how these games went and obviously we're
- 9:26Speaker 3: at a bye week now it's kind of a little
- 9:28Speaker 3: past midway, but how the rest of the season could go.
- 9:32Speaker 3: These games. Yeah, they suck. But like I said, it
- 9:37Speaker 3: feels like we're, we're by doing this, we should be
- 9:41Speaker 3: able to beat Washington. We should be able to beat
- 9:43Speaker 3: Illinois Rutgers. We should have an eight win season with
- 9:46Speaker 3: a chance to win nine games play in Iowa. I mean,
- 9:49Speaker 3: Ohio state's not out of the question either, which is
- 9:51Speaker 3: still crazy. We're even saying that like with it, I
- 9:56Speaker 3: don't know. Like it's not out. It's still just a
- 9:58Speaker 3: frustrating feel of it. But at least he's getting here's, here's,
- 10:02Speaker 3: I guess the bright side positive, at least these, these
- 10:05Speaker 3: two games happen to I'll call them top five, big
- 10:10Speaker 3: 10 opponents. I'm not sure Oregon's still there, but definitely
- 10:13Speaker 3: we're preseason not to Illinois and Michigan State and Maryland,
- 10:20Speaker 3: you know, those are the games in the past that's
- 10:22Speaker 3: happened on. So, that's why after these two games, yeah,
- 10:28Speaker 3: they hurt really, really bad because they're two really good
- 10:31Speaker 3: teams that we probably could and should have won.
- 10:35Speaker 7: At least one of the two games.
- 10:38Speaker 3: And we've lost these games before. Like, it feels like
- 10:41Speaker 3: it's the same story. The reason why, to me, it's
- 10:44Speaker 3: still not quite, it is the same story as the
- 10:46Speaker 3: way that we lost, but It's they're different type of opponents,
- 10:50Speaker 3: the way we lost these games. So whatever. Don't know
- 10:54Speaker 3: that it is frustrating. That's the, the.
- 10:59Speaker 4: Whole, I'm curious what you guys, I know a lot
- 11:02Speaker 4: of the chatter online, the Huster subreddit was Matt rules,
- 11:07Speaker 4: timeout usage.
- 11:10Speaker 7: I think I was okay with all, but one of
- 11:13Speaker 7: the time, like.
- 11:14Speaker 4: His– the last fourth and one or whatever timeout he used,
- 11:18Speaker 4: I was like, I don't know. Maybe make them actually–
- 11:21Speaker 4: don't give them a second to think about it.
- 11:24Speaker 7: The first two I was fine with. And I think
- 11:26Speaker 7: that's a little bit over.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Timeouts to me in football are weird because I completely
- 11:40Speaker 3: understand and know and I think the general– public are
- 11:45Speaker 3: like why are we burning timeouts during games to save
- 11:51Speaker 3: them for we need them late you know you need
- 11:54Speaker 3: to save them for late for situations which a lot
- 11:57Speaker 3: of games like i don't know what which would be
- 12:00Speaker 3: a fun stat to actually look at like what percentage
- 12:03Speaker 3: of games do timeouts at in the last two minutes
- 12:07Speaker 3: like what's the average amount of usage of timeouts when
- 12:10Speaker 3: they matter i don't know it's probably more than 50
- 12:12Speaker 3: 50 i.
- 12:12Speaker 7: Don't know That's probably pretty high.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Maybe not because close games. I don't know. I don't
- 12:16Speaker 3: know what that number is, but I'm kind of under
- 12:19Speaker 3: the opinion that it's okay to use timeouts if you
- 12:22Speaker 3: need to use a timeout early on to kind of
- 12:25Speaker 3: regroup your guys and get them locked in. But the
- 12:32Speaker 3: counter argument to that is if you're a well, good
- 12:35Speaker 3: enough coach team.
- 12:37Speaker 5: You shouldn't need to use those.
- 12:38Speaker 3: You don't have to. If you're all on the same
- 12:41Speaker 3: page and locked in. And I get you as part
- 12:44Speaker 3: of managing the game, too. So, like, I'm going to
- 12:47Speaker 3: go a little both ways. Like, I totally understand, like,
- 12:49Speaker 3: you know, like they're doing something or we don't feel
- 12:52Speaker 3: good about this. We know this is the play. That
- 12:54Speaker 3: was that fourth down. We know this is the play
- 12:55Speaker 3: to win the game. We got to call our timeout
- 12:58Speaker 3: and make our best attack at it. Well, guess what?
- 13:04Speaker 3: If you're going to call a timeout, you better whatever
- 13:07Speaker 3: you call and do, it better fucking work.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Right.
- 13:09Speaker 7: Cause the problem is they're also doing the same thing.
- 13:12Speaker 4: Okay.
- 13:12Speaker 7: We got some time to think about it, bust out
- 13:14Speaker 7: our best play.
- 13:15Speaker 3: So if you're going to use them during those times,
- 13:17Speaker 3: it better work. Right. And it didn't obviously. So it,
- 13:21Speaker 3: I don't know. I go both ways on that. Like I,
- 13:24Speaker 3: I've definitely leaned more like use them. If you, if
- 13:26Speaker 3: you need to use them, use them, but you hope
- 13:29Speaker 3: you want to, you don't want to have to use
- 13:31Speaker 3: them if you're doing things.
- 13:32Speaker 7: Okay.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Now I look at Indiana, what they did in, in
- 13:36Speaker 3: our game, they used all three of their timeouts in
- 13:38Speaker 3: the first quarter. Like, It's not like, oh, my God,
- 13:42Speaker 3: we got to save him. I know people used to
- 13:43Speaker 3: get pissed at Bo all the time, too. Oh, my God. Also, like,
- 13:49Speaker 3: using timeouts for, like, too many men on the field
- 13:52Speaker 3: or delay a game stuff, that stuff's not good. But
- 13:55Speaker 3: that's not what we used him for. That's bad when
- 13:58Speaker 3: that happens.
- 13:58Speaker 4: We used one because Dylan Reola came in and they
- 14:01Speaker 4: were moving the ball really well.
- 14:02Speaker 7: It's like, okay, hey, we need to take a second.
- 14:03Speaker 5: I'll slow this down a little bit.
- 14:05Speaker 7: And then two on their fourth downs when it was, like,
- 14:08Speaker 7: fourth and three. and then the fourth and one.
- 14:11Speaker 4: And yeah, one of those ones that probably were just like, Hey,
- 14:14Speaker 4: let's see if they can figure it out without giving
- 14:16Speaker 4: them a chance to think about it.
- 14:18Speaker 7: But I agree. I think that that comes, I think
- 14:22Speaker 7: it's a little overrated.
- 14:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 14:24Speaker 7: You see, you see the end of the game.
- 14:25Speaker 4: It's like, Oh, if we had a timeout, we could
- 14:26Speaker 4: have called the timeout, maybe got the field goal, but
- 14:29Speaker 4: I don't.
- 14:31Speaker 3: Now I will say overall, just in general, Matt rule
- 14:36Speaker 3: is not known and I don't think he is either
- 14:38Speaker 3: to be a, even good game manager coach. Like I,
- 14:44Speaker 3: and I'm kind of speaking more, not from my opinion,
- 14:46Speaker 3: but just hearing like national people talk, people just don't
- 14:49Speaker 3: think he's not a good game manager. He doesn't understand
- 14:52Speaker 3: a lot of those things. And obviously how to win
- 14:55Speaker 3: a game. Like that's kind of the general opinion there too.
- 15:00Speaker 3: And I'm kind of with it. It's not like he's
- 15:02Speaker 3: great at doing stuff. There's a lot of moments that
- 15:04Speaker 3: have happened over the last four years that you go, well,
- 15:07Speaker 3: that was dumb.
- 15:09Speaker 6: Yeah, it's just, especially your head coach, you would prefer
- 15:12Speaker 6: him to know what's going on in the game and
- 15:15Speaker 6: be a good game manager. But I just think that
- 15:20Speaker 6: if he needs to have someone else like run these
- 15:21Speaker 6: timeouts or something, give it to somebody else.
- 15:23Speaker 5: Just don't, if you don't know what you're doing, don't
- 15:25Speaker 5: call him then.
- 15:26Speaker 6: It's like, dude, or like last week in Indiana, it's
- 15:29Speaker 6: fourth and one and you freaking have your goal line
- 15:32Speaker 6: out there and you see they have the wide receivers in,
- 15:33Speaker 6: call that time out there.
- 15:34Speaker 5: Like, again, that's game managing. He just doesn't get it.
- 15:39Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 15:39Speaker 7: I didn't feel like this game was lost because of
- 15:41Speaker 7: Matt Ruhle. I don't know. I just didn't get that feeling.
- 15:44Speaker 7: I'm not like a Matt Ruhle defender, but it was like.
- 15:47Speaker 3: No, and so I'm going to do this tomorrow and
- 15:50Speaker 3: talk more about just Matt Ruhle in general. Like, yeah,
- 15:55Speaker 3: so I won't get into the details now. It's not,
- 15:58Speaker 3: but at some point, if you can't.
- 16:00Speaker 7: Win close games, I mean, ultimately that's where it kind
- 16:03Speaker 7: of goes. Nope, I get that.
- 16:05Speaker 3: But I wouldn't say specifically you're right. That's what's hard
- 16:10Speaker 3: about the whole conversation. So I'm getting deeper into that tomorrow.
- 16:16Speaker 4: But the defense played a little scared at the end,
- 16:19Speaker 4: and I think the offense was cold all game.
- 16:21Speaker 3: It played scared to lose. So let's kind of go
- 16:23Speaker 3: through the game here moments. You know, you start the
- 16:27Speaker 3: game on seven straight. I'm probably more than that. I
- 16:29Speaker 3: don't know. I just remember saying, oh, my God, seven
- 16:32Speaker 3: punts in a row.
- 16:34Speaker 7: Nine straight punts, I think.
- 16:36Speaker 3: Just back and forth, back and forth, back and forth.
- 16:39Speaker 3: Neither team can move the ball. Brock Thomas is horrible.
- 16:44Speaker 3: So I'm glad they kept him in as long as
- 16:45Speaker 3: he did. Like, the whole first part of that game,
- 16:50Speaker 3: you're going, all right, like, I didn't feel bad. Offensively,
- 16:55Speaker 3: you're like, God damn, this sucks. We just need to
- 16:57Speaker 3: move the ball. But we were moving the ball better
- 16:59Speaker 3: than they did. I mean, we had, like, two more
- 17:00Speaker 3: first downs than they did.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:03Speaker 3: It was just a field position game, and it kind
- 17:07Speaker 3: of just slowly, we just went back and forth with them.
- 17:11Speaker 3: And it was hilarious because it was so late at night,
- 17:14Speaker 3: and the only game on, and it was the worst.
- 17:18Speaker 7: A snoozer.
- 17:19Speaker 3: It was for people watching that don't like that kind
- 17:22Speaker 3: of football, the worst type of game to watch. So
- 17:25Speaker 3: I was enjoying it. It was competitive. It was also, like, frustrating.
- 17:29Speaker 3: You just yelled half the time, just going, ah, like,
- 17:31Speaker 3: what are we, like, Just break through. But defensively, again,
- 17:37Speaker 3: came out and did a lot of really good things. And,
- 17:40Speaker 3: I mean, Oregon couldn't do anything, which, again, it's crazy
- 17:44Speaker 3: to say that we were able to do that. I
- 17:47Speaker 3: think Orange did a lot of really good things. But
- 17:51Speaker 3: then our offense, it just couldn't do anything either. And
- 17:56Speaker 3: Oregon's defense... I mean, I think it's probably pretty good.
- 18:01Speaker 3: I see all the stats on what USC and UCLA
- 18:03Speaker 3: put up on them. Like, I get it. But we
- 18:06Speaker 3: obviously couldn't do what they did. So, yeah, it was
- 18:10Speaker 3: just a round one punch, counterpunch, punch. No one moving.
- 18:19Speaker 3: It's a stalemate. I just kind of, not much. It
- 18:24Speaker 3: was just kind of fun. I don't know. I thought
- 18:26Speaker 3: it was a fun first half.
- 18:28Speaker 4: Yes.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Especially the way it ended for us to just go
- 18:34Speaker 3: back and forth with them at late at night.
- 18:38Speaker 7: Which I don't think it was a touchdown. I understand
- 18:40Speaker 7: why I stood on the field, but.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Oh, come on. It was clear. His foot was down.
- 18:45Speaker 3: It was clear.
- 18:46Speaker 7: When I, when that happened, I was like, I don't
- 18:49Speaker 7: think that's a touchdown. And then they showed the replay.
- 18:50Speaker 4: I was like, I really don't think that's a touchdown.
- 18:55Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 18:55Speaker 5: That's, that's just one of them. You probably got to
- 18:56Speaker 5: keep it on the field there.
- 18:57Speaker 6: Cause it was, I don't think it was touched on either,
- 18:59Speaker 6: but it's, it's one of those, you have to be
- 19:01Speaker 6: totally sure to overturn that.
- 19:02Speaker 5: It's like, no, I think you could.
- 19:04Speaker 3: Be totally sure.
- 19:04Speaker 5: You could be.
- 19:08Speaker 3: Totally sure watching that. It was, I was like, Oh
- 19:11Speaker 3: my God. Yeah.
- 19:13Speaker 6: I don't, I don't know what Oregon saw in practice
- 19:16Speaker 6: all week, why they didn't roll down right out there,
- 19:18Speaker 6: right out.
- 19:18Speaker 5: Of the start. Cause that, that Thomas gave us terrible,
- 19:20Speaker 5: but Thank God they didn't.
- 19:22Speaker 7: I don't think it was during the week. It was
- 19:23Speaker 7: the UCLA game.
- 19:26Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know.
- 19:27Speaker 6: That guy's probably never going to play football again at
- 19:29Speaker 6: D1 level, I don't think. But, yeah, he was horrible. So,
- 19:32Speaker 6: thank God they kept him in for as long as
- 19:34Speaker 6: they did. And then here comes our worst nightmare, freaking Raiola.
- 19:39Speaker 4: Which I was a little disappointed in how we handled Ryola.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Cause it's like, yeah, that's been the, and I, I,
- 19:46Speaker 3: I was, I completely agree. I, that's been the big
- 19:50Speaker 3: conversation that I hear people talking about too. And, and,
- 19:55Speaker 3: Go ahead, Austin.
- 19:56Speaker 7: We know he's bad when he's under pressure.
- 19:59Speaker 4: Well, not bad, but at his worst when he's under
- 20:01Speaker 4: pressure and you're not giving him time to think and dunk.
- 20:05Speaker 4: You're just putting him on his back heels and making
- 20:07Speaker 4: him run around, which he did have a scramble for
- 20:09Speaker 4: a first down, which I thought was hilarious. We just
- 20:14Speaker 4: weren't very aggressive when he came in. I don't know
- 20:17Speaker 4: if that was because, hey, this is what was working
- 20:19Speaker 4: against the other quarterback and we don't want to mess
- 20:22Speaker 4: with it or we're out of juice.
- 20:25Speaker 3: I really– no, I really hope that's not the case.
- 20:28Speaker 3: I mean, I think they announced on Thursday that Brock
- 20:32Speaker 3: Thomas was starting. You got to think that we were
- 20:37Speaker 3: preparing a little bit for him. And not– I don't
- 20:39Speaker 3: think they were that much different. Like, here's– yes, I'm
- 20:45Speaker 3: with you, and I think that's been the– from a
- 20:47Speaker 3: coaching standpoint, is the most frustrating, pissed off you got
- 20:51Speaker 3: to be is how we handled– that whole thing, not
- 20:54Speaker 3: because it's just Dylan, but because we know, we obviously
- 20:57Speaker 3: know Dylan. So it, as fans, so it makes it magnified,
- 21:02Speaker 3: but a non, a non mobile quarterback that you gotta,
- 21:09Speaker 3: he's got a strong arm. Right. And, and we, we,
- 21:12Speaker 3: we know that too, as fans, we just, we let
- 21:16Speaker 3: him do what he wanted to and see the field.
- 21:19Speaker 3: And here's, here's the catch. We didn't have Rob Arch
- 21:24Speaker 3: here last year, right? He has never coached Dylan. He's
- 21:27Speaker 3: never seen Dylan. Football coaches are weird when it comes
- 21:34Speaker 3: to calling plays and defenses and schemes and coming up
- 21:37Speaker 3: with strategy. It's weird how head coaches kind of just
- 21:42Speaker 3: give power to these coordinators and give them authority of
- 21:48Speaker 3: what they want to do. Again, if you're Matt Rule,
- 21:51Speaker 3: this is where it kind of goes back to Matt, like, why, like,
- 21:54Speaker 3: if you're prepping for Dylan Raiola, what did he struggle
- 21:57Speaker 3: with in Nebraska last year? Why would you not do
- 21:59Speaker 3: the same stuff to him? Like, that to me is, like,
- 22:03Speaker 3: so simple. Why would you not try to do the
- 22:05Speaker 3: same thing that what caused him problems in Nebraska? And
- 22:08Speaker 3: why would you not make your defensive coordinator do something
- 22:13Speaker 3: similar to get him off his balance? Like, and again,
- 22:18Speaker 3: don't tell me we didn't prep for him all week. Like,
- 22:21Speaker 3: We knew he was part of the conversation.
- 22:23Speaker 4: It felt like we were scared of what happened against Indiana,
- 22:27Speaker 4: where we gave up the big plays.
- 22:28Speaker 7: And it's like, we don't want that to happen now. Yeah.
- 22:31Speaker 3: Yeah, it did.
- 22:32Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 22:33Speaker 3: And we know Dylan's capable of throwing a deep ball.
- 22:37Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 22:37Speaker 3: We know that.
- 22:38Speaker 7: But we also know he's capable of those short.
- 22:40Speaker 5: Pink and Duncan. That's what his A game is.
- 22:43Speaker 3: That's what Brock Thomas is good at, too. So that's
- 22:46Speaker 3: what I'm saying. It's not like it's that much different
- 22:48Speaker 3: from the two quarterbacks. And Brock Thomas was horrible at
- 22:50Speaker 3: even doing that. Like, I just think that we– the
- 22:56Speaker 3: ones that were really on third and fourth downs, the
- 22:59Speaker 3: ones that were like third and fourth and the fourth
- 23:00Speaker 3: and– like, we literally blitzed– you could tell it pre-snap.
- 23:04Speaker 3: We were bringing three guys and just said, we are
- 23:07Speaker 3: going to try to stop Dylan Rayola, you know, five
- 23:10Speaker 3: on eight in the back end is what we were
- 23:12Speaker 3: trying to do. And I'm like, that's– Dylan's okay with that.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Dylan– if Dylan has time, shit, he'll sit there and
- 23:17Speaker 3: look and look and look and, okay, here's somebody opening. Oh, yeah.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Like– That was the part that you're right. Everybody's like, why?
- 23:27Speaker 3: Play call and coaching, again, going back to our defense,
- 23:30Speaker 3: we've said a lot of good things about Arch, and
- 23:32Speaker 3: he's got it. Our defense is much, much, much improved,
- 23:37Speaker 3: but that stuff is the stuff that wins you games.
- 23:41Speaker 3: That's the killer mentality to win you a game and
- 23:44Speaker 3: take some guts and not playing scared to lose, but
- 23:47Speaker 3: going out and taking the kill shot to win. So
- 23:52Speaker 3: I agree. Frustrating.
- 23:54Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 23:54Speaker 6: You, you know, even though he did take off and
- 23:56Speaker 6: run once, but you know, this guy is not going
- 23:59Speaker 6: to run and you freaking put pressure on him.
- 24:02Speaker 5: He's going to fold. It's like, dude, complete. Yeah. I
- 24:05Speaker 5: think that's complete failure by the coaching staff on that one.
- 24:07Speaker 7: For sure.
- 24:07Speaker 6: I just, I don't get what we were thinking. And
- 24:10Speaker 6: that's one right there. Call your time out and regroup
- 24:12Speaker 6: there and be like, okay guys, what are we doing?
- 24:15Speaker 4: That was the only frustrating thing with the defense the
- 24:18Speaker 4: whole game. So that's the annoying part. That was the
- 24:21Speaker 4: annoying part.
- 24:22Speaker 3: So, I want to get your guys' thoughts on, use
- 24:27Speaker 3: the word failure, but the offensive, the lack of production
- 24:31Speaker 3: that we're getting the last couple of games. I mean,
- 24:35Speaker 3: this game was a lot worse than the Indiana game
- 24:37Speaker 3: from our offense. Like, ask why.
- 24:42Speaker 5: Like, where.
- 24:43Speaker 3: The.
- 24:43Speaker 7: Game has disappeared. I don't... The last.
- 24:46Speaker 4: Now, it could be because the defenses are playing a
- 24:49Speaker 4: good defensive line. But Jamal, is it because he's hurt?
- 24:56Speaker 4: He's just not going to come back to form?
- 24:59Speaker 3: I think so. I think he's banged up for sure.
- 25:02Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't know what's happened to this run game.
- 25:05Speaker 6: It's just completely gone. And that's the main takeaway is
- 25:08Speaker 6: I thought, oh, dang, we actually have a solid run
- 25:11Speaker 6: game coming in.
- 25:12Speaker 5: And then these last two games, it's been nonexistent. I
- 25:15Speaker 5: don't know.
- 25:15Speaker 6: It's basically just Calandria running the ball, and that's not
- 25:19Speaker 6: what you want.
- 25:20Speaker 7: It's like, is there any, no. Yeah. I just don't.
- 25:24Speaker 6: That's, that's the most frustrating part. Where is this run
- 25:27Speaker 6: game gone? It's, it's just baffling to me.
- 25:31Speaker 3: And I think part of it, it can't, I mean,
- 25:37Speaker 3: we will go back to it.
- 25:39Speaker 5: Right.
- 25:39Speaker 3: Where does, where does everything start? Especially in the run game.
- 25:43Speaker 5: Offense blind.
- 25:45Speaker 3: Yep. And I, I'm still a believer. Like I get it.
- 25:48Speaker 3: There are people talking about rules out. Like, the running
- 25:52Speaker 3: backs are running backs. I think, I think they're very interchangeable.
- 25:55Speaker 4: Yes.
- 25:55Speaker 3: You can get elite guys that can make guys miss,
- 25:57Speaker 3: but it's not watching that game to people in the room.
- 26:02Speaker 3: We're like, Oh my God, why is McKay? I'm like,
- 26:05Speaker 3: why is McKay in over where's rule? I'm like, I,
- 26:07Speaker 3: you guys watch the place. There's, there's, there's three guys
- 26:11Speaker 3: tackling them at the line of scrimmage. It wouldn't matter
- 26:13Speaker 3: who the hell's back there. You can put Derek Henry
- 26:15Speaker 3: back there. It's not going to matter. Like we cannot
- 26:20Speaker 3: run the ball. anywhere and and so yes that that's
- 26:25Speaker 3: that's a big thing and so then once you once
- 26:27Speaker 3: you realize you can't do that then you gotta then
- 26:30Speaker 3: you go away from it completely and now you gotta
- 26:32Speaker 3: you gotta do other things i personally still think that
- 26:37Speaker 3: we should rely on the quarterback run game more early
- 26:41Speaker 3: designed runs like we we didn't go to that until
- 26:43Speaker 3: the second half when we got a little bit better
- 26:45Speaker 3: production it's like we we wait till we absolutely have
- 26:48Speaker 3: to use it um I think that's a big thing,
- 26:53Speaker 3: and honestly, I think a lot of it starts up front. Yes,
- 26:59Speaker 3: Indiana and Oregon obviously have very good front sevens, both sides.
- 27:07Speaker 3: That's why they're top whatever teams going into the year.
- 27:13Speaker 3: But it's not there. We can't do it, and if
- 27:17Speaker 3: we can't do that, it makes it very hard to–
- 27:22Speaker 3: set anything up off of the run if you can't
- 27:25Speaker 3: run it um and i think a lot of the
- 27:28Speaker 3: good things that with the dana holders and offense is
- 27:30Speaker 3: if you're able to do that you get a lot
- 27:32Speaker 3: of play action guys and do that well you can't
- 27:35Speaker 3: run play action if you can't run the game because
- 27:36Speaker 3: they're not worried about the run so long story short
- 27:41Speaker 3: i mean i do i'm not saying the offensive line's
- 27:43Speaker 3: bad but i just think we got we get we
- 27:46Speaker 3: we got we're getting beat up front like overall And
- 27:50Speaker 3: from a sack perspective and quarterback, you're not noticing it
- 27:53Speaker 3: as much because Calandria gets out of there and is
- 27:56Speaker 3: able to avoid it. If we had Dylan back there,
- 27:59Speaker 3: we'd be getting just sacked as many times this year
- 28:00Speaker 3: as we have in the past. I really believe that. Calandria,
- 28:03Speaker 3: he's able to avoid that more, so it's not noticeable
- 28:07Speaker 3: at all. You're not even thinking about it.
- 28:10Speaker 6: That's, that's what I'm, that's what I was going to
- 28:12Speaker 6: say is I think calendar is masking a lot of
- 28:13Speaker 6: how bad this offense line actually is.
- 28:15Speaker 3: Like I'm not using the word bad. I'm not saying
- 28:17Speaker 3: they're bad, but I don't, I think they're struggling. I think,
- 28:21Speaker 3: I think it's for their hurting. And that's being pretty
- 28:25Speaker 3: evident with our lack of being able to run it.
- 28:27Speaker 3: But again, against two, I think pretty good fronts. So
- 28:31Speaker 3: my thought is our front should still be better than Washington's.
- 28:36Speaker 3: Hopefully it should still be better than Illinois. Like, and
- 28:39Speaker 3: if we can, get that run game going again against
- 28:41Speaker 3: those teams and don't change our complete identity because we
- 28:44Speaker 3: lost these two games. That's my biggest fear, by the way,
- 28:47Speaker 3: I'm not going to dive into it now is that
- 28:49Speaker 3: we start, stop changing what we're doing. Cause I like
- 28:51Speaker 3: what we're doing. So that, that's to me, the run
- 28:54Speaker 3: game piece. And then when I want to ask you
- 28:56Speaker 3: guys thoughts on Dana as well, Holderson, like what do you,
- 28:59Speaker 3: what do you think?
- 29:02Speaker 7: I've had some frustrations too many. I don't know.
- 29:05Speaker 4: Like, I was having flashbacks to Scott Frost where it's like, oh,
- 29:10Speaker 4: it's third and eight, and we throw a pass out
- 29:14Speaker 4: to the flat two yards behind the line of scrimmage,
- 29:16Speaker 4: and then we get tackled at the line of scrimmage.
- 29:18Speaker 7: Or third and 13, and we.
- 29:20Speaker 4: Pass the ball at the line of scrimmage with hopes
- 29:23Speaker 4: that we're going to run for 13 yards after the catch.
- 29:30Speaker 4: And I don't, I just don't feel like, again, maybe
- 29:33Speaker 4: it's because the run game's not working and we don't
- 29:35Speaker 4: have time, but I don't.
- 29:37Speaker 7: Really feel like we're taking any shots to try to
- 29:39Speaker 7: get defensive.
- 29:40Speaker 3: Honest.
- 29:41Speaker 4: It was just like, oh, we're keeping it right here,
- 29:45Speaker 4: 10 yards downfield, no shots. You know, maybe Calandra's going
- 29:51Speaker 4: to run, make them spy, but I don't know. That's
- 29:54Speaker 4: kind of what I felt during the game.
- 29:56Speaker 7: It just, yeah.
- 30:00Speaker 4: I'm waiting for that creativity to pan out.
- 30:04Speaker 7: We did some weird.
- 30:05Speaker 4: Stuff that ended up behind the line of scrimmage, but
- 30:08Speaker 4: we haven't done anything that really got us open.
- 30:10Speaker 6: Yeah, I just don't feel like he gets aggressive enough.
- 30:15Speaker 6: Ever since he's been here, I think it's been every game,
- 30:17Speaker 6: our offense just completely stalls for at least one quarter. Like,
- 30:19Speaker 6: if there's a quarter every game, we do nothing on offense.
- 30:22Speaker 5: And I don't know.
- 30:23Speaker 6: That's got to come back to him eventually there. It
- 30:25Speaker 6: just feels like we stall. And I just don't feel
- 30:27Speaker 6: like he gets aggressive. Like, like you said, deep downfield shots.
- 30:30Speaker 6: He doesn't, we really don't do that. It's like, I just,
- 30:36Speaker 6: he needs to get more aggressive, especially when you take leads.
- 30:38Speaker 6: It feels like he kind of goes, starts coaching a
- 30:40Speaker 6: little bit scared to hold the lead.
- 30:42Speaker 5: It's like, no, keep, keep your foot on the pedal
- 30:44Speaker 5: here and be aggressive.
- 30:47Speaker 3: I'm in between, I guess, where you're at a little bit,
- 30:51Speaker 3: but I, I think he's, I think Dana's a, good
- 30:55Speaker 3: coordinator i don't think he's in like great early i
- 30:57Speaker 3: think he's good i think he he does a lot
- 31:00Speaker 3: of really good things but i think he i think
- 31:02Speaker 3: he can be creative at times like that first half
- 31:05Speaker 3: against indiana i'm like man we schemed the crap out
- 31:07Speaker 3: of indiana and got i mean we identified where indiana
- 31:11Speaker 3: was vulnerable and we freaking.
- 31:13Speaker 7: Took it to we went after it it was.
- 31:16Speaker 3: Great like we schemed it we're organ this game didn't
- 31:18Speaker 3: feel that way obviously the way the first half went
- 31:21Speaker 3: um And maybe Oregon adjusted, obviously. But we didn't really
- 31:25Speaker 3: have an answer on how to move the ball against them.
- 31:28Speaker 3: And I think as far as being aggressive, what I
- 31:35Speaker 3: don't want to happen, I don't want us to change
- 31:37Speaker 3: our style a whole lot. Because, again, these two games,
- 31:42Speaker 3: if you find a way to win it, the style
- 31:44Speaker 3: and the way that we're calling plays is genius. It's perfect. Now,
- 31:50Speaker 3: you can't play the if game all the time, but
- 31:54Speaker 3: we still lost. So, yeah, Dak, I guess what you're saying,
- 31:59Speaker 3: stay aggressive when you need to. Yeah, I mean, to
- 32:03Speaker 3: a point. I don't want us, though, to continue to not,
- 32:06Speaker 3: I don't want us to now not try to win
- 32:08Speaker 3: the time of possession and completely flip what we're trying
- 32:12Speaker 3: to do on offense. Like, I don't, I want us
- 32:15Speaker 3: to continue with what we're doing. So, like, that's the
- 32:20Speaker 3: part to me that I struggle with, but I think
- 32:22Speaker 3: everything's just been good. Like I said, in the mid
- 32:25Speaker 3: season grades last week, like everything's like a B right now.
- 32:29Speaker 3: We're just, we're at a B like we're not, which
- 32:32Speaker 3: is better. It's better than average. It's better than what
- 32:34Speaker 3: we expected, but it's not great. It's not good enough
- 32:39Speaker 3: to beat Oregon, Indiana yet. It's just not.
- 32:41Speaker 4: I mean, you just, you need to put up at
- 32:43Speaker 4: least 20 points to get those teams.
- 32:46Speaker 7: You're not, you know, we're not, that elite of a
- 32:49Speaker 7: defense that we're going to win.
- 32:50Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree. We're not, we're not, we're not all
- 32:52Speaker 3: the way at Iowa level, but we're trying to be,
- 32:54Speaker 3: we're getting there.
- 32:55Speaker 5: Like, so. I, yeah, I just, I just feel like,
- 33:02Speaker 5: and I don't know what you guys think.
- 33:03Speaker 6: I just cannot understand why, again, I'm going to say
- 33:06Speaker 6: it again, why our offense has stalled. And it seems
- 33:09Speaker 6: like it's third quarter every time, but this, this one
- 33:11Speaker 6: was kind of first, second, why we stall for a quarter,
- 33:13Speaker 6: at least every time.
- 33:14Speaker 5: I don't, I don't get it.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Yeah. And Dak, I think what you say, like, stalling
- 33:19Speaker 3: i i get it you watch i i think a
- 33:21Speaker 3: lot of offenses stall in a lot of football games
- 33:24Speaker 3: i think i think that's part of football you're not
- 33:26Speaker 3: always going to look like you're big 12 teams and
- 33:30Speaker 3: moving the ball like it's just not that's not what
- 33:32Speaker 3: it looks like so i i get what you're saying
- 33:35Speaker 3: but at the same time like it wasn't like our
- 33:37Speaker 3: offense stalled for a quarter this.
- 33:39Speaker 4: Game yeah it it was the whole it was both
- 33:41Speaker 4: teams all it was so at home first half yeah
- 33:45Speaker 4: the When you say offense stall for a quarter, I
- 33:47Speaker 4: think that's very common.
- 33:48Speaker 3: That's not an uncommon thing. Same thing in defense when
- 33:52Speaker 3: you say we go on a scoring drought. Like, I
- 33:54Speaker 3: think that happens.
- 33:56Speaker 7: Right, because not everyone's putting up 45 points.
- 33:59Speaker 3: You don't want it to happen. I wish it didn't happen.
- 34:01Speaker 3: Nobody does. But, like, if not like this big phenomenon that, oh,
- 34:06Speaker 3: my God, Nebraska football has offense score, that never happens. No,
- 34:09Speaker 3: it does.
- 34:10Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 34:12Speaker 4: The only reason I think that we might be more
- 34:14Speaker 4: successful being a little more aggressive is I feel like
- 34:17Speaker 4: Holgerson's two-minute drills have been really good. I feel like
- 34:20Speaker 4: we have a lot of success, especially at the end
- 34:21Speaker 4: of the first half. We move the ball really well,
- 34:23Speaker 4: and that's when you're in a position where you have
- 34:25Speaker 4: to be a little bit more aggressive downfield, and it's worked.
- 34:28Speaker 4: I know, obviously, it's situational, and the defenses are doing
- 34:33Speaker 4: different things in the last two minutes as well, because
- 34:35Speaker 4: they're also just maybe trying.
- 34:37Speaker 7: To play a little more prevent or a little.
- 34:39Speaker 4: Less aggressive, but Like, the end of the first half
- 34:43Speaker 4: of this game, two-minute drill worked out. Indiana, two-minute drill
- 34:46Speaker 4: worked out. And, I mean, I feel like there's a
- 34:50Speaker 4: couple other games this year where it's like, hey, we
- 34:51Speaker 4: moved the ball really well. I just want to see
- 34:55Speaker 4: that a little bit more often. I don't need it
- 34:57Speaker 4: the whole game because, obviously, it can't be two-minute drill
- 34:58Speaker 4: the whole game. But it's worked out.
- 35:02Speaker 7: I've seen it work.
- 35:04Speaker 3: Here's my, I guess, honest transition kind of to close here.
- 35:08Speaker 3: Very angry, obviously, and disappointed because, like, The reason why
- 35:14Speaker 3: it makes it a little more angry is there's something
- 35:16Speaker 3: to be worth angry about because we've showed progress and
- 35:21Speaker 3: opportunities against real opponents. That changes the way your expectations
- 35:27Speaker 3: are for the games ahead. It changes the way you
- 35:29Speaker 3: think about stuff because of the way these games went.
- 35:31Speaker 3: You get beat by 20 both these games, you're obviously
- 35:36Speaker 3: still upset, but your brain goes, okay, we're just not
- 35:40Speaker 3: there yet. Let's go ahead and beat Washington. Let's go
- 35:42Speaker 3: ahead and beat But now what makes it angry is
- 35:46Speaker 3: that we're right there. So our defense is better than
- 35:49Speaker 3: it's giving us a chance to compete and win at Oregon.
- 35:53Speaker 3: Beat Indiana, the defending national champs. Your offense has a
- 35:57Speaker 3: quarterback now, and Calandria, he gives you the ability to
- 36:01Speaker 3: actually have some sparks at times. Being 5-2, like I said,
- 36:09Speaker 3: and winning three of the last five games is going
- 36:10Speaker 3: to get to eight. That's something we haven't done. in
- 36:13Speaker 3: a long time. And that's still right there on the table.
- 36:17Speaker 3: And that's why I don't want to change a whole
- 36:19Speaker 3: lot because I think the way we're playing and doing
- 36:20Speaker 3: stuff is there. But when you do this to the
- 36:23Speaker 3: last two teams, your expectations now jump, which I don't
- 36:26Speaker 3: think is bad. I think it's all valid. But yeah,
- 36:31Speaker 3: looking at big picture progress, yeah, great. But now it
- 36:34Speaker 3: becomes more frustrating because we're never going to be satisfied
- 36:37Speaker 3: until we probably win a national title. You're always going
- 36:39Speaker 3: to keep, and you shouldn't, you shouldn't be. You should
- 36:42Speaker 3: always keep working and working and working towards that. So
- 36:46Speaker 3: that's my last. I don't have anything else.
- 36:52Speaker 6: Kind of piggyback off your point is what hurts the
- 36:55Speaker 6: most is I feel like we were the better team
- 36:59Speaker 6: on the field those last two games, but the scoreboard
- 37:01Speaker 6: at the end shows a loss.
- 37:03Speaker 5: I think that's what hurts the most.
- 37:07Speaker 4: I guess the thing that happened to that, I guess
- 37:10Speaker 4: yesterday when I watched the game was After Indiana, I
- 37:14Speaker 4: was still like, we're probably going to be a 7-5 team.
- 37:17Speaker 4: After Oregon, I was like, well, we could be 9-3.
- 37:21Speaker 4: You know, it's like, oh, that could happen. I think
- 37:23Speaker 4: we're actually a good football team.
- 37:24Speaker 3: That's what pisses you off. To me, it's good, but
- 37:28Speaker 3: it pisses you off that we didn't win.
- 37:30Speaker 5: I mean, dead serious here.
- 37:31Speaker 6: If we win anything less than eight games, I think
- 37:34Speaker 6: it's a failure at this point in the season where we're.
- 37:38Speaker 2: At.
- 37:38Speaker 3: Yeah. Dive deeper into that in Wacky Dacky Wednesday, please.
- 37:41Speaker 3: I want to hear you actually explain that, so Okay.
- 37:45Speaker 3: All right. We'll be back this week. Thursday, we're going
- 37:48Speaker 3: to do a Nebraska basketball deep dive preview, get into
- 37:51Speaker 3: all the details. So I know that's probably the most
