- 0:33Speaker 3: lot of twos, a lot.
- 0:34Speaker 5: Of six of the weddings are going to happen today.
- 0:36Speaker 3: Remember, Oh that's right, you did say today was a
- 0:38Speaker 3: big wedding date. What funny you say that because I'm
- 0:39Speaker 3: getting married. Oh yay, good woo. And I finally tie
- 0:43Speaker 3: the head as well. It's mixed one or two point
- 0:48Speaker 3: nine Billy the Kid, Candice Lopez is here, Producer Poo
- 0:51Speaker 3: is here, Cannas, how are you this morning?
- 0:52Speaker 5: I'm good.
- 0:53Speaker 6: I saw the big, big mystery that's been going on
- 0:55Speaker 6: inside my head for a few months.
- 0:57Speaker 5: I sawd it yesterday at North Park.
- 1:00Speaker 3: What mystery was it?
- 1:01Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:01Speaker 6: Well, I'm going to a wedding this weekend out of town,
- 1:03Speaker 6: and I've been searching for something to wear, which I
- 1:06Speaker 6: still haven't found.
- 1:06Speaker 5: I head up North Park yesterday and.
- 1:08Speaker 6: Realized where all the laboo boos are? Where they at
- 1:12Speaker 6: on people's dashboards of their cars.
- 1:15Speaker 4: Oh wow.
- 1:16Speaker 6: I saw multiple vehicles with stuffies lined up right in
- 1:20Speaker 6: front of the windshield.
- 1:22Speaker 5: And I passed one car and there were five laboo
- 1:24Speaker 5: boos on the dash.
- 1:26Speaker 3: That's a big flex.
- 1:27Speaker 5: Well that's what I can't figure out.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Is that a flex?
- 1:29Speaker 5: Or is it not anymore?
- 1:31Speaker 3: You know, labuoboos were so hot for like a good
- 1:33Speaker 3: couple months and then it just kind of went away.
- 1:35Speaker 6: Yeah, it was such a big deal last summer. We
- 1:37Speaker 6: were giving them away, Like it was such a flex
- 1:39Speaker 6: to hang it off your bag.
- 1:40Speaker 5: But is it the same flex when it's on your dashboard?
- 1:42Speaker 3: I think it is. Okay, I will say this. It's
- 1:45Speaker 3: better than the ducks. Yeah, the ducks. I saw Jeep
- 1:50Speaker 3: the other day and I'm not a Jeep person. I
- 1:51Speaker 3: love jeeps. Yeah, but I saw Jeep with so many
- 1:54Speaker 3: ducks you could barely see what was going on in
- 1:56Speaker 3: the car because it was ducks everywhere, those rubber ducks everywhere.
- 1:58Speaker 6: Yeah, but don't you like leave the duck for other people?
- 2:01Speaker 6: So do you leave the la boo boos for other
- 2:02Speaker 6: people with laboo boos in their dash because I saw
- 2:05Speaker 6: multiple cars with stuffed animals in the front or back
- 2:08Speaker 6: window of their cars.
- 2:09Speaker 3: Maybe I should start doing that.
- 2:10Speaker 5: Well, they're all at North Park.
- 2:12Speaker 3: I've met a North Park and forever. Yeah, I mean
- 2:16Speaker 3: I like a good mall though, right, am I weirdo
- 2:19Speaker 3: for that? Like I still like going to the mall
- 2:20Speaker 3: and just walking around?
- 2:21Speaker 6: Well yeah, it takes you back, right, so when you
- 2:24Speaker 6: could buy everything online, But after searching for this dress
- 2:27Speaker 6: for two different days, I'm just like, I should have
- 2:29Speaker 6: just went online.
- 2:30Speaker 3: But then again, North Parks it's gotten kind of fancy, right, Yeah.
- 2:34Speaker 6: I mean it's pretty fancy. Yeah, but they keep it
- 2:36Speaker 6: clean and there's always like art installations and fresh flowers
- 2:39Speaker 6: and I like that.
- 2:40Speaker 3: I like the gallery just because it's right across the
- 2:42Speaker 3: street from the studio there.
- 2:43Speaker 5: Today because I still don't have a dress.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Yeah, which level you going too? Because you can tell
- 2:48Speaker 3: your financial status by the level on the gallery. You're
- 2:53Speaker 3: a one level girl.
- 2:54Speaker 5: I hit all levels.
- 2:57Speaker 3: The third hot top pack sun is.
- 2:59Speaker 5: Up there, and I'll hit packs on in the corner
- 3:01Speaker 5: by Macy's.
- 3:02Speaker 7: All day, I'm sure because Old Navy's up there. And
- 3:05Speaker 7: then of course on the other side of the food court. So,
- 3:08Speaker 7: and that's where he's at. I'm posted up at Charlie's
- 3:12Speaker 7: and it's always like thirty degrees hotter on that level.
- 3:15Speaker 3: You know.
- 3:16Speaker 4: They turned off the ac on top the top level.
- 3:20Speaker 5: Raising canes is up there, top levels for my people.
- 3:26Speaker 3: I'll see you at the buckle.
- 3:27Speaker 5: Okay, here, what's up?
- 3:30Speaker 7: Oh, yesterday I went to go see our friend Billy Jack,
- 3:34Speaker 7: who owns an artistic and gaunters the tattoo shop.
- 3:36Speaker 3: And let me tell you, tattoo culture is different.
- 3:39Speaker 5: Oh yeah, yeah.
- 3:40Speaker 3: I walked in.
- 3:40Speaker 7: Because I was he made some hats and stuff that
- 3:43Speaker 7: he's gonna start making for us.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Oh cool.
- 3:45Speaker 7: And he goes, hey, how's the Glizzie healing? And I
- 3:47Speaker 7: was like, oh, it's cool. And then he goes show him,
- 3:50Speaker 7: show them, and there was like ten people there and
- 3:52Speaker 7: he's like, just show them. I'm like, I'm not about
- 3:55Speaker 7: to put my cheek out in front of these. He's like,
- 3:57Speaker 7: they don't care.
- 3:58Speaker 5: Everybody saw it.
- 4:00Speaker 3: You had it online.
- 4:01Speaker 7: I understand that, but in fun of people there was
- 4:03Speaker 7: like guys and girls there, you know, so I did it,
- 4:06Speaker 7: but I'm just saying it.
- 4:08Speaker 3: I'm like you did it. You whipped out your button.
- 4:11Speaker 7: He was like, look, look it's healing up, just nice
- 4:14Speaker 7: and all this stuff.
- 4:15Speaker 3: I haven't seen it. Matter of fact.
- 4:17Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, you don't want to see it.
- 4:28Speaker 3: He was like.
- 4:29Speaker 7: He's like, I could put some extra shading on it
- 4:31Speaker 7: if you want. Was like, no, I'm fine, bro, I'm fine.
- 4:34Speaker 3: I think you should get I think it's lonely.
- 4:36Speaker 5: I think you need on the other side.
- 4:38Speaker 7: Actually, he was like, man, let me do something else
- 4:43Speaker 7: on the other che Yeah, like, no, you're funk sing.
- 4:46Speaker 3: Your booty's just unbalanced, right, and.
- 4:47Speaker 7: Forbid if I go to jail like I used to
- 4:49Speaker 7: with all them tickets, I used to get.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Man okay again No, never, No, I cleaned up. But
- 4:57Speaker 3: if you do, if you have to hit the showers
- 5:01Speaker 3: and they see a big old tattoo, oh it's gonna
- 5:05Speaker 3: be a rough. Yeah.
- 5:07Speaker 1: It's Top Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid
- 5:10Speaker 1: in the.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Morning only on the New Mix one on two point nine.
- 5:13Speaker 3: We got a lot going on this morning on a Thursday.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Canna slow, Paz, what's up?
- 5:17Speaker 6: Yeah, well, I've been following this story all morning. A
- 5:19Speaker 6: police chase that started at three a m. Took Ellis
- 5:21Speaker 6: County officers through Dallas and Terran Counties for around an
- 5:25Speaker 6: hour and a half this morning. That chase did reach
- 5:28Speaker 6: speeds of up to one hundred and ten miles per hour.
- 5:30Speaker 6: I know there were reports of a firearm being used
- 5:33Speaker 6: during the chase. They also tried to use spike strips
- 5:37Speaker 6: at one point that did not work. But the chase
- 5:39Speaker 6: did end up with the vehicle crashing on Camp Buoie
- 5:43Speaker 6: just south of I thirty. I believe at this point
- 5:46Speaker 6: all five suspects are in custody. Had no idea there
- 5:50Speaker 6: were five people in the car. I guess what I
- 5:51Speaker 6: think about a car chase. I always assume it's one person,
- 5:54Speaker 6: maybe two, But you definitely want to avoid this area
- 5:58Speaker 6: if you use it. That investigation is going to be
- 6:00Speaker 6: going on for a while. That vehicle was on its
- 6:03Speaker 6: side last we saw when this ended. But they do
- 6:06Speaker 6: have a pretty large perimeter setup, so that'll probably be
- 6:09Speaker 6: there for a while to keep people away as they wrap.
- 6:11Speaker 5: This thing up.
- 6:12Speaker 6: But man, this has finally come to an end. What
- 6:15Speaker 6: a mess this morning.
- 6:16Speaker 3: I mean, you lived in LA and you know that
- 6:17Speaker 3: there's a police chase like every day in La.
- 6:19Speaker 6: I mean, it was like the New reality TV in LA,
- 6:21Speaker 6: people would just watch online together at work.
- 6:23Speaker 5: We would all just crowd around the TV or the computer.
- 6:26Speaker 5: Huge deal.
- 6:27Speaker 6: But they had helicopters that would you know, be dispatched immediately,
- 6:30Speaker 6: which we don't do that here.
- 6:31Speaker 3: And we should start. Yeah, because I want to watch it.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Every time there's a police chase, I want to watch it.
- 6:36Speaker 3: I don't want them to happen, but if it's going
- 6:37Speaker 3: to happen, I want to be involved.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:39Speaker 6: I mean, I was watching it to be real and
- 6:41Speaker 6: Chip Wagner, you know on Fox Sport he's having to
- 6:43Speaker 6: just change techtot cameras on his computer and try to
- 6:46Speaker 6: get ahead of it so you can see just the
- 6:47Speaker 6: flashing lights go by. But I feel like we're seeing
- 6:49Speaker 6: more and more of these car chases in the Metroplex
- 6:52Speaker 6: than ever before.
- 6:53Speaker 3: Have you ever ran from the police camra not know?
- 6:55Speaker 3: I won't. I won't say exactly what happened to me
- 6:59Speaker 3: and my family, but say I have a side of
- 7:01Speaker 3: my family that's a little trashy. Oh and I have
- 7:07Speaker 3: a yes, a niece who ran from the cops pregnant
- 7:14Speaker 3: and abuick Skylark and took them on a police chase
- 7:18Speaker 3: for two and a half hours until she ran out
- 7:20Speaker 3: of gas. Oh and she had her baby in prison.
- 7:24Speaker 3: What Yep, it's real, it's real. She was in prison
- 7:31Speaker 3: at my grandma's funeral. So when I was walking up
- 7:35Speaker 3: to the casket at my grandma's funeral, I saw an
- 7:38Speaker 3: iPad propped up on the casket and I thought to myself,
- 7:42Speaker 3: there's no way someone has an iPad on Grandma's casket.
- 7:47Speaker 3: And I get close to it and I hear Billy
- 7:52Speaker 3: and it was my niece in prison facetiming the funeral
- 7:58Speaker 3: and they propped her up. I'm the casket.
- 8:01Speaker 5: Wow, what a time.
- 8:04Speaker 3: I'm sorry, so proud of my family.
- 8:09Speaker 6: Oh my gosh, that's unbelievable, unbelievable, But.
- 8:13Speaker 5: I enjoyed hearing that. Thank you, guys.
- 8:15Speaker 6: Tota Kopy will continue filling in for Savannah Guthrie on
- 8:18Speaker 6: The Today Show and definitely while the search for Savannah's
- 8:21Speaker 6: mom it continues. You know, Hodah left her full time
- 8:24Speaker 6: spot they're co anchoring with Savannah last year, but she
- 8:27Speaker 6: says she does not plan to stay full time after
- 8:29Speaker 6: Savannah returns. No real updates in that case. The FBI
- 8:33Speaker 6: says they've gotten more than seven hundred and fifty tips
- 8:36Speaker 6: in the first twenty four hours after Savannah offered a
- 8:39Speaker 6: one million dollar reward for her mom's return. But that's
- 8:43Speaker 6: the latest there, and Hillary duff is finally opening up
- 8:46Speaker 6: about Ashley Tisdial's toxic mom group essay. She says she
- 8:50Speaker 6: was pretty taken aback and just felt really sad when
- 8:53Speaker 6: she read it. If you remember, Ashley released this pretty
- 8:56Speaker 6: long essay to a magazine called The Cut, and it
- 9:00Speaker 6: basically went through you know how toxic her mom group
- 9:03Speaker 6: in Hollywood was calling out Well, people assumed she was
- 9:06Speaker 6: calling out people like Megan Trainer, Mandy Moore, Hillary of course,
- 9:10Speaker 6: but you know, Hillary says, it sucks to read something
- 9:13Speaker 6: that's not true, and it sucks on behalf of six women.
- 9:17Speaker 6: She also pointed out that the timing of this essay
- 9:19Speaker 6: coming out and how it was so close to her
- 9:20Speaker 6: big return to music made her feel used. Of course,
- 9:24Speaker 6: Hillary's new album luck or Something looks like it's going
- 9:27Speaker 6: to debut in the top.
- 9:28Speaker 5: Three on the Billboard chart.
- 9:30Speaker 6: And speaking of new albums, by the way, guys, Tonight
- 9:32Speaker 6: starting at eight o'clock only on the iHeartRadio app and
- 9:35Speaker 6: TikTok Live, Bruno Mars is going to be previewing tracks
- 9:39Speaker 6: from The Romantic, his new album that comes out at midnight,
- 9:43Speaker 6: So definitely want.
- 9:44Speaker 5: To want to watch that.
- 9:45Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you want some romance? Bruno Mars obviously one
- 9:47Speaker 3: of the most talented musicians in our lifetime. Yeah, I
- 9:51Speaker 3: think so. It's so incredible. So and I need some
- 9:54Speaker 3: romance in my life. That's probably the most action I'll
- 9:56Speaker 3: get in a while. All checking out the Bruno Mars album. Yeah,
- 10:02Speaker 3: on the app and TikTok live. But it should be
- 10:04Speaker 3: a good time though.
- 10:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:05Speaker 6: Yeah, it'll get us ready for his show at Globelife
- 10:07Speaker 6: Field April eighteen.
- 10:09Speaker 5: So right, there you go.
- 10:10Speaker 6: I'm Kanaslopez. Those are your Texas top stories.
- 10:12Speaker 3: All right, let's do really fake news real quick though.
- 10:14Speaker 3: You ready, Candis who You're ready? I'm ready. I give
- 10:17Speaker 3: you three headlines. You got to tell me which one
- 10:18Speaker 3: is fake. It's just a fun way to talk about
- 10:20Speaker 3: ridiculous stuff going on in the world. Headline Number one.
- 10:23Speaker 3: Spanish court awards man fifty five thousand dollars after company
- 10:29Speaker 3: fired him for drinking on the job. A Spanish court
- 10:33Speaker 3: awards a man fifty five thousand dollars after company fired
- 10:36Speaker 3: him for drinking on the job. Headline number one. Headline
- 10:38Speaker 3: umber two man arrested for taking wild possum into bar
- 10:43Speaker 3: and pouring alcohol down its mouth? What man arrested for
- 10:50Speaker 3: taking wild possum into a bar and pouring alcohol down
- 10:53Speaker 3: its mouth.
- 10:54Speaker 7: It's a Saturday in Mesqui. I saw that happen in
- 10:58Speaker 7: forty Answer that. That's the one who told me about it.
- 11:01Speaker 7: That's headline number two. Headline number three.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Napping at work is seen as a sign is seen
- 11:07Speaker 3: as a sign you're working hard in Japan. Napping at
- 11:11Speaker 3: work is seen as a sign you're working very hard
- 11:14Speaker 3: in Japan.
- 11:15Speaker 4: I'd be supervisor.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Three headlines right there, Employee of the year. Three headlines?
- 11:24Speaker 3: Which one is the fake headline? Candis? Would you like
- 11:26Speaker 3: to go first? Or do you want to pass it
- 11:28Speaker 3: to pooh?
- 11:29Speaker 6: This is a really tough one. Lockman for that second story,
- 11:33Speaker 6: the wild possum story.
- 11:34Speaker 3: You don't think that's real. No, you're from a skip.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Yeah you haven't seen someone. We don't do that pet possum.
- 11:40Speaker 5: No, you haven't newsflash.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Okay, fine, let's lock that in all right, Producer, Poo,
- 11:45Speaker 3: which one do you think is the fake headline? I'most
- 11:48Speaker 3: I'm gonna go with that first story.
- 11:50Speaker 7: Demand getting fifty five thousand dollars for drinking on the job.
- 11:53Speaker 3: You think that's fake? Yeah, I think it's fake. Lock
- 11:55Speaker 3: me in. You sure you want to get locked in? Yeah?
- 11:57Speaker 3: Lock me in, lock it in, sick of guest? Locked in?
- 12:02Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 12:02Speaker 3: The winner today is not producer period. Candice low Plazer, congratulations,
- 12:08Speaker 3: Cann's good job. There you go. Yeah, that's a story
- 12:12Speaker 3: I made up. There was not a guy who got
- 12:13Speaker 3: in trouble or arrested for taking a while possum into
- 12:15Speaker 3: a bar and pouring alcohol down its mouth. Don't even
- 12:18Speaker 3: ask me where I get these ideas from Wild Time,
- 12:22Speaker 3: Wild Time. You don't want to go in there. You
- 12:24Speaker 3: don't think a Hickey's bad? Ye, go into my head. Okay,
- 12:28Speaker 3: let's talk about these stories. And Spanish court ruled at
- 12:30Speaker 3: this guy, well, he was deserving fifty five thousand dollars
- 12:33Speaker 3: after his company fired him for drinking on the job.
- 12:36Speaker 3: And this is this is crazy because the guy was drinking.
- 12:40Speaker 3: He was drinking at lunch. So I guess this guy
- 12:43Speaker 3: was caught drinking at lunch. So the company is like, hey,
- 12:46Speaker 3: what are you doing? You can't do that, and they're like, yeah,
- 12:49Speaker 3: you're fired. Whatever. He goes to court and says, no,
- 12:53Speaker 3: you can't fire me for that, and the court ruled
- 12:56Speaker 3: in his favor and said lunchtime is not work time.
- 13:00Speaker 5: Whoa wow.
- 13:02Speaker 3: So he reportedly drank three liters of beer during a
- 13:04Speaker 3: lunch break. But here's the wildest part to me is
- 13:07Speaker 3: he was driving a company vehicle, which would lead me
- 13:11Speaker 3: to believe that, yeah, it might not be work time,
- 13:13Speaker 3: but at the same time, it's still you're representing the company.
- 13:16Speaker 5: Yeah, your liability if you're in their car, right, Yeah.
- 13:18Speaker 3: And they considered it a safety risk, so they let
- 13:20Speaker 3: them go.
- 13:21Speaker 9: Wow.
- 13:22Speaker 3: Spanish court said, no, that's not truly necessarily the case.
- 13:25Speaker 3: We don't know and can't prove that him drinking at
- 13:28Speaker 3: lunch affected his job. Okay, we don't know for a
- 13:31Speaker 3: fact that it affected his job. We don't know for
- 13:33Speaker 3: a fact if he was drunk or intoxicated. We don't
- 13:36Speaker 3: know if it was a safety issue.
- 13:37Speaker 5: Oh so if you can hold d alcohol and come
- 13:41Speaker 5: back to you're fine.
- 13:42Speaker 3: Basically, don't don't do a lot of people drink.
- 13:44Speaker 5: It lunch, Yet they do for sure.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Because we've never had like a job like that.
- 13:49Speaker 5: Like a normal job, right, we don't take a lunch break.
- 13:51Speaker 3: Yeah, we don't get lunch break. Yeah, but I'm not complaining.
- 13:54Speaker 3: We just it's fine.
- 13:55Speaker 5: No, No, it's all good.
- 13:56Speaker 3: But I see people sometimes when I go to lunch
- 13:58Speaker 3: or something. I see it in there, you know, pressed
- 14:00Speaker 3: up doing a nine to five, and I'm like, did
- 14:01Speaker 3: they drink at lunch?
- 14:02Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 14:02Speaker 6: I mean I've had other jobs where everyone would go
- 14:05Speaker 6: to lunch across the street and yeah, Friday, some days
- 14:08Speaker 6: there'd be a little you know, sippy sip happening.
- 14:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 14:12Speaker 7: Sometimes at the airport, I'll be noticing, like pilots drink. Yeah.
- 14:16Speaker 7: I'd be like, ope, they ain't on my flight.
- 14:19Speaker 3: No, not the.
- 14:20Speaker 7: Pilot, you know, they all dressed up, the stewardess, whatever,
- 14:24Speaker 7: flight attendants.
- 14:25Speaker 4: No, they drink.
- 14:27Speaker 5: I'd never see.
- 14:29Speaker 7: Them.
- 14:32Speaker 5: Maybe they got off work and they're just done for
- 14:34Speaker 5: the day. It's surely they're not going back into an airflight.
- 14:38Speaker 3: Pooh, it's not like they're Come on, he's making it
- 14:40Speaker 3: sound like he saw a pilot. I have a drink, Like,
- 14:42Speaker 3: can I get it to go margarita before I get
- 14:43Speaker 3: on this flight? Poo? He can't laughing, So on, what's
- 14:49Speaker 3: wrong with you. I don't know. Yeah, it's just sad,
- 14:56Speaker 3: that's the rumor. No, they're very us responsible airline, all right.
- 15:01Speaker 3: Next story. Napping at work is seen as a sign
- 15:03Speaker 3: you're working very hard in Japan. Japan, falling asleep at
- 15:07Speaker 3: your desk isn't lazy. It's called in mouri, which is
- 15:12Speaker 3: actually seen as a sign you've been working very hard.
- 15:14Speaker 3: If you're that tired, it means you gave it your all.
- 15:18Speaker 3: Quick power naps are accepted, sometimes even encouraged in the
- 15:21Speaker 3: workplace wow to help people reset and stay sharp. Some
- 15:26Speaker 3: offices have even added nap spaces so employees can recharge
- 15:29Speaker 3: and get back to it when they're ready.
- 15:31Speaker 6: I like that, what but I feel like the guy
- 15:33Speaker 6: who just had three leaders of beer at lunch.
- 15:38Speaker 3: So right, it's Mix one on two point nine. Good morning,
- 15:42Speaker 3: Billy the Kid, Canda Slowpez is here, Producer Poo is here.
- 15:45Speaker 3: We talked about this because randomly somebody said the word
- 15:48Speaker 3: hickey today behind the scenes, and we all just almost
- 15:51Speaker 3: threw up. It's just one of those words. It gets me.
- 15:54Speaker 3: I just don't like.
- 15:55Speaker 10: Oh.
- 15:55Speaker 3: We were talking about how I saw a guy waited
- 15:57Speaker 3: on me a server at a restaurant, he had a hickey,
- 16:01Speaker 3: and it was just weird because I thought to myself, like,
- 16:03Speaker 3: what grown man out here is getting hickey? Right? And
- 16:07Speaker 3: I wanted to talk about it. I wanted to be like, hey,
- 16:09Speaker 3: can you call in the show tomorrow talk about your hickey?
- 16:12Speaker 3: Like I want to know all the details about his
- 16:14Speaker 3: hickey in a weird way, because well, let's just go
- 16:16Speaker 3: ahead and say it right now, there's only one person
- 16:18Speaker 3: on the show who has ever had a hickey, okay,
- 16:23Speaker 3: and I will say it is not me, No, it's
- 16:28Speaker 3: Candice Lopez or producer Pooh. Narrowed down to one person
- 16:33Speaker 3: and the answer is me, you had a hickey, yeah,
- 16:43Speaker 3: way way back in the day. But yeah I did,
- 16:46Speaker 3: really yeah, yeah, I gave it to you. I gotta know.
- 16:49Speaker 5: I just I'm scared to ask, but I gotta know.
- 16:53Speaker 3: What girl who gave it to you?
- 16:56Speaker 7: Elizabeth Mindes Wow, full name out there like Mendoza, you don't.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Live here no more, and she doesn't. Where does she live?
- 17:06Speaker 3: She lives in San Antonio? Okay, now she's necking in
- 17:09Speaker 3: San Antonio. Out of your neck and that's a bad word.
- 17:15Speaker 5: I hate that.
- 17:17Speaker 3: Were you mad? Were you upset or you didn't mind.
- 17:20Speaker 4: I didn't realize it.
- 17:21Speaker 5: I looked.
- 17:22Speaker 7: I was like, because you know how dark wait you
- 17:24Speaker 7: are okay, I looked. I was like what, Yeah, I
- 17:28Speaker 7: saw it. I was like, oh man, it wasn't on
- 17:30Speaker 7: your neck?
- 17:31Speaker 4: Yeah, on my neck, sid Yeah, it was a battle wound.
- 17:36Speaker 3: Can ye DAPs for never having a hit you?
- 17:39Speaker 5: Thank you?
- 17:39Speaker 3: All right? Words you can't stand so many good calls
- 17:42Speaker 3: coming in and you can also d m me at
- 17:44Speaker 3: Billy on the radio. Just a word that makes you cringe. Uh,
- 17:47Speaker 3: there's some good ones, Warren, How are you good?
- 17:51Speaker 1: Now?
- 17:51Speaker 3: You hate a certain word that I think a lot
- 17:52Speaker 3: of people hate. What is that word?
- 17:54Speaker 4: Well, not me personally, but most people hate the word moist.
- 17:59Speaker 5: That doesn't bother me.
- 18:00Speaker 3: It doesn't bother me either. I don't know why, but
- 18:02Speaker 3: so a lot of people hate the word moist.
- 18:04Speaker 6: Yeah, it reminds me of the Duncan Hines cake mixbox.
- 18:07Speaker 5: Extra moist.
- 18:08Speaker 3: Oh, extra moist kind of weirds me out. I don't
- 18:11Speaker 3: know why, Lauren, that's okay or moisture? Yeah, people hate
- 18:18Speaker 3: that word. Sometimes I like saying it just to trigger people,
- 18:21Speaker 3: you know exactly. Well, thank you, Warren. I appreciate you
- 18:26Speaker 3: calling you have a great day, buddy, you too, got
- 18:28Speaker 3: another one? What word makes you cringe? What word do
- 18:30Speaker 3: you hate?
- 18:31Speaker 10: Pretty much majority of the course teenagers say word. They
- 18:34Speaker 10: have to abbreviate the word as in like sus or
- 18:43Speaker 10: entire word. It's not that hard.
- 18:45Speaker 3: That's definitely a what would it be a gen Z thing? Yeah,
- 18:48Speaker 3: where they abbreviated thing. Yeah, for sure. Well, thank you.
- 18:52Speaker 3: I'm getting certain good ones on two on my Instagram.
- 18:54Speaker 3: Yeah at Billy. On the radio, Shannon and Frisco said,
- 18:57Speaker 3: I hate the word phlem.
- 18:59Speaker 5: Okay, that reasonable, Yes.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Disgusting word CALLI and Addison said, I'm not sure why,
- 19:06Speaker 3: but I hate the word bay.
- 19:08Speaker 5: Oh yeah, when.
- 19:09Speaker 3: People call each other bay it makes me cringe. It
- 19:12Speaker 3: is a good one. Uh Ken, you got something coming in?
- 19:14Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 19:15Speaker 6: Something Just DM me Sharon, She says, Lugi, I got one.
- 19:23Speaker 11: Yeah, tangy tangy is nice and tan. I just you
- 19:28Speaker 11: don't like tang that's you that doesn't Yeah, I don't
- 19:30Speaker 11: like tangy tangy. Yeah, it's some candy bars like nice
- 19:35Speaker 11: and tangy or something.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, when you say it words mag I didn't
- 19:40Speaker 3: mind it before. This is interesting, Joy says lips is
- 19:44Speaker 3: my least favorite word. I don't know why, but it's
- 19:47Speaker 3: just kind of weird words. Say it out loud and
- 19:49Speaker 3: it feels strange.
- 19:50Speaker 5: Lips lips, lips.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Okay. I had a coworker another another one. I had
- 19:55Speaker 3: a coworker who just would gag every time somebody said
- 19:58Speaker 3: the word maggot. Yeah. Yeah, oh, Justin, I get this one.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Justin just dm me and said I cannot stand the
- 20:06Speaker 3: word discharge. Okay, okay, discharge. Yeah, there are some weird
- 20:13Speaker 3: ones coming in hide a vintage Violet Texas On Instagram,
- 20:17Speaker 3: she said, I hate the word marshmallow and olive. Why
- 20:22Speaker 3: why marshmallow? Okay, that's another good one. Everyone's saying moist.
- 20:29Speaker 3: Somebody else said margin said picks. Just say pictures.
- 20:33Speaker 5: You want to go take some pics?
- 20:35Speaker 3: Yeah, that's kind of straight. Remember my word though, that
- 20:38Speaker 3: we trigger me as splooge.
- 20:39Speaker 5: Yeah, but whoever says that? What even is that? I
- 20:42Speaker 5: don't I don't hear that word ever.
- 20:44Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know why I hear it. Yeah, now
- 20:46Speaker 3: that I think about it, Why am I hearing the
- 20:47Speaker 3: word sploo I think pooh said tangy splooge.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Tough stories on the tens with Billy Kid in the morning.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Only on the new.
- 20:57Speaker 3: Mix it was gonna be Sonny and that looks like
- 21:00Speaker 3: all hazy and weird.
- 21:01Speaker 5: What is that?
- 21:02Speaker 3: Cannis? Are you lying to me with the forecast?
- 21:03Speaker 5: I didn't tell you the forecast today?
- 21:05Speaker 3: Okay, you liars supposed to be eighty and Sonny hopefully later, yeat,
- 21:09Speaker 3: we will be later, all right, Cannas Lopez. What's going
- 21:10Speaker 3: on in our world?
- 21:11Speaker 6: Well, Taylor Sheridan is bringing another TV production to the Metroplex.
- 21:15Speaker 5: The show will be called Frisco King.
- 21:17Speaker 6: It's a spinoff of Tulsa King, and it's gonna star
- 21:20Speaker 6: Samuel L.
- 21:21Speaker 5: Jackson. Production starts next month. Yeah, we do know at least.
- 21:25Speaker 6: One of the filming locations, and that is the Terran
- 21:28Speaker 6: County Courthouse. They haven't said how much of the show
- 21:31Speaker 6: could actually film in the city of Frisco, but there's
- 21:34Speaker 6: going to be eight episodes in the first season.
- 21:37Speaker 5: So big news.
- 21:38Speaker 3: Wow, Frisco King. I thought you were a kidding.
- 21:39Speaker 6: No, yeah, I think originally it was supposed to film
- 21:42Speaker 6: in New Orleans and then something happened. Yeah, so they
- 21:45Speaker 6: moved it to Frisco and that's the show, you know,
- 21:49Speaker 6: Taylor Sheridan show Lioness with Nicole Kidman that was filming
- 21:52Speaker 6: at Del Frisco's in downtown Fort Worth last week and
- 21:54Speaker 6: then in uptown Dallas earlier this year, So expect to
- 21:58Speaker 6: see more Cruz around town as filming gets going.
- 22:00Speaker 3: I love that I can too. It's everything he does. Yeah,
- 22:03Speaker 3: exactly hits. But I love that they're doing it here.
- 22:06Speaker 5: Yeah, I do too for sure.
- 22:07Speaker 3: So is it about Frisco? Am I an idiot?
- 22:09Speaker 6: We believe it is set in Frisco, but there hasn't
- 22:12Speaker 6: been those details released just yet. But how cool that
- 22:15Speaker 6: it's named after Frisco. Yeah, I'll keep you posted those
- 22:18Speaker 6: as they start releasing more details. Guys, Texas is opening
- 22:22Speaker 6: its first in new state park in twenty five years.
- 22:25Speaker 6: The Palopinto Mountains State Park will open March first, which
- 22:29Speaker 6: is Sunday. It feels weird to say we're hitting March
- 22:31Speaker 6: this weekend, but this is just over forty eight hundred acres.
- 22:35Speaker 6: It's between Fort Worth and Abilene. This has been in
- 22:38Speaker 6: the works for a while. It was originally supposed to
- 22:41Speaker 6: open in twenty twenty three, but they're putting the finishing
- 22:44Speaker 6: touches on the parks of the grand opening will happen
- 22:46Speaker 6: sometime this spring, but starting Sunday, a limited number of
- 22:50Speaker 6: people can get early access by reserving day passes online.
- 22:55Speaker 6: Hopefully this will be, you know, open just in time
- 22:56Speaker 6: for spring break for anyone who wants to go be outdoorsy.
- 22:59Speaker 3: That is cool. I thought it was a huge too,
- 23:01Speaker 3: right Acres No. Forty eight and a way. Yeah, really,
- 23:06Speaker 3: I thought it was even more than that. Yeah, oh
- 23:08Speaker 3: that's cool. People don't understand how big Texas is though,
- 23:10Speaker 3: Like people who come here to visit it or something,
- 23:13Speaker 3: and they'll be like, hey, Billy, I'm coming to Texas
- 23:14Speaker 3: and I'm like, oh, that's cool. Where are you going? Oh,
- 23:17Speaker 3: El Paso? Well you're ten hours away.
- 23:19Speaker 5: Yeah, I see it.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Ever what ten hours? Yes, yeah, you're ten hours away.
- 23:24Speaker 3: Oh I thought it was closed. No it's not. Yeah
- 23:26Speaker 3: it's not. It works here, not at all.
- 23:29Speaker 5: Guys.
- 23:29Speaker 6: Uber is launching their first a flying cab service that could.
- 23:33Speaker 5: Be a reality as soon as the end of the year.
- 23:35Speaker 5: It's called Uber Air.
- 23:37Speaker 6: It's powered by Jobey Aviation, so this is an all
- 23:40Speaker 6: electric air taxi.
- 23:41Speaker 5: You would be able to book through the Uber app.
- 23:44Speaker 6: They expect to carry their first passengers later this year
- 23:47Speaker 6: in Dubai. The air taxi would hold up to four
- 23:50Speaker 6: passengers with large windows and panoramic views from every seat.
- 23:55Speaker 6: They will be flown by a certified commercial pilot. So
- 23:59Speaker 6: these basically look like a cross between a helicopter and
- 24:02Speaker 6: a drone.
- 24:03Speaker 5: They have six tilting propellers.
- 24:05Speaker 6: To take off vertically before moving forward.
- 24:08Speaker 5: But these things can go up to two hundred miles
- 24:10Speaker 5: per hour.
- 24:11Speaker 3: They go fast, Yeah, they go fast. And there was
- 24:13Speaker 3: there was going to happen on in Frisco. They had
- 24:15Speaker 3: a whole thing, but they weren't going to be manned,
- 24:17Speaker 3: so it was just going to be you know, okay,
- 24:20Speaker 3: just the drone. You get in and go and I
- 24:22Speaker 3: don't know. Now it's delayed, but this is a real
- 24:24Speaker 3: thing that's going to happen in our lifetime.
- 24:26Speaker 5: I can't believe this.
- 24:27Speaker 6: I mean, these go up to you know, one hundred
- 24:29Speaker 6: miles on a single charge. But before they can launch
- 24:32Speaker 6: here in the US, you know, the FA has to
- 24:34Speaker 6: do their testing and certification.
- 24:36Speaker 5: But they've already done more than fifty thousand miles of
- 24:38Speaker 5: flight tests.
- 24:39Speaker 6: So this is the final stages of that certification. But
- 24:42Speaker 6: it looks, you know, to be coming later. This year
- 24:45Speaker 6: across the world. I just want to know how much
- 24:47Speaker 6: a ride is.
- 24:48Speaker 5: Going to be in this.
- 24:48Speaker 6: They haven't said that just yet, but if you have
- 24:50Speaker 6: to have, you know, an actual pilot flying them.
- 24:53Speaker 3: It's not going to be Are they going to be
- 24:55Speaker 3: or maybe we will be? Who knows, because they're doing
- 24:57Speaker 3: enough rides. I don't know though, But I'm not going
- 24:59Speaker 3: to be the first one in it. No, but I
- 25:01Speaker 3: might take it. Yeah, I mean, anything to avoid six
- 25:04Speaker 3: thirty five, I might do it. Yeah, Buzzy there, buzzy
- 25:08Speaker 3: right over as he's sitting there, I'll fly right over here.
- 25:13Speaker 3: You wouldn't get in with me? No? Yeah?
- 25:17Speaker 5: And where can they land?
- 25:18Speaker 12: Like?
- 25:18Speaker 6: Is it gonna be like you know, certain stations like
- 25:20Speaker 6: parking lots, like areas.
- 25:21Speaker 3: And the Yeah, I heard they're going to take off
- 25:23Speaker 3: from buildings, like at the top of the buildings. Land
- 25:25Speaker 3: at other.
- 25:25Speaker 5: Stations, Okay, on top of other buildings.
- 25:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll just land anywhere. Land on the tollway, No,
- 25:31Speaker 3: landed Dick sporting goods.
- 25:33Speaker 5: Enough of a parking lot right there, I.
- 25:35Speaker 3: Just put yeah, land it right here, boss, Yeah, perfect,
- 25:37Speaker 3: put me down.
- 25:38Speaker 5: There, you go. I'm Canas Slopez.
- 25:39Speaker 6: Those are your Texas top story, get it off.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Your chest to promise you'll feel better.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.
- 25:46Speaker 3: Well, welcome to Dirty Little Secret. It's Mikes one on
- 25:48Speaker 3: two point nine. By the way, Disneyland vacation on us.
- 25:52Speaker 3: Chance to win it coming up next. So many chances
- 25:53Speaker 3: all day. But your next chance happens right after Dirty
- 25:57Speaker 3: Little Secret, which we're starting right now. It's Billy the
- 25:59Speaker 3: Kid can of Slowpaz producer Poo. If you've got a secret,
- 26:01Speaker 3: let us know, confess it. Okay, whatever it is eight
- 26:04Speaker 3: three three seven eight seven one o two nine, it
- 26:07Speaker 3: could be a big secret, little secret. I Pood had
- 26:09Speaker 3: a confession this morning. We didn't even know. He's the
- 26:12Speaker 3: only one on the show to ever have a hickey. Yeah,
- 26:17Speaker 3: we didn't know that was gonna happen. I didn't know.
- 26:20Speaker 3: I didn't know that was in my day and that
- 26:22Speaker 3: was in the cards for today that I do imagine
- 26:24Speaker 3: Poo with a hickey. I'm just so you know what,
- 26:28Speaker 3: I'm sorry I brought that up here. She's triggered by
- 26:31Speaker 3: the word hickey.
- 26:31Speaker 2: Next.
- 26:32Speaker 3: Yeah, next, I don't like it at all. Okay, you
- 26:34Speaker 3: have a secret. What is going on?
- 26:37Speaker 12: All right?
- 26:38Speaker 13: So I don't know if this makes me like a
- 26:39Speaker 13: terrible friend, human being or.
- 26:42Speaker 3: A normal guy, we will tell you. We will tell
- 26:44Speaker 3: you if you're normal or not.
- 26:47Speaker 13: But you know, I got this girl that I've had
- 26:49Speaker 13: like a crush on for much, right, like much, and
- 26:54Speaker 13: we run in.
- 26:54Speaker 12: The same friend circle, same group. But it's enough that she's.
- 26:59Speaker 3: Around like a lot. Okay.
- 27:01Speaker 13: One of the guys in the group mentioned he was
- 27:04Speaker 13: thinking about asking her out, So he wasn't like a
- 27:07Speaker 13: best friend, not even somebody that I hang out with
- 27:10Speaker 13: like outside of the group.
- 27:12Speaker 3: Kind of like a friend's friend, acquaintance.
- 27:15Speaker 12: An acquaintance because you know, we get talking with you
- 27:17Speaker 12: know what I'm saying.
- 27:18Speaker 13: Sure, But anyway, he told me that he was planning
- 27:21Speaker 13: on shooting a shot and I kind of did a thing.
- 27:24Speaker 3: What did you do?
- 27:27Speaker 12: Kind of like talked to him out of it?
- 27:29Speaker 3: Kind of.
- 27:31Speaker 12: I didn't. I listened, I straight up saying, yo, don't
- 27:33Speaker 12: do it.
- 27:33Speaker 13: I didn't do that, but I kind of nudged it,
- 27:37Speaker 13: like the whole conversation in that kind of direction. So
- 27:40Speaker 13: I was like, you know, I say things like I
- 27:41Speaker 13: don't know, man, I heard kind of crazy, the crazy line,
- 27:48Speaker 13: the crazy.
- 27:49Speaker 3: So you went in a hater mode.
- 27:53Speaker 13: But it was like it was like listen, it was
- 27:55Speaker 13: like hater mode diet, you know what I'm saying.
- 27:57Speaker 3: It was like light hater.
- 28:00Speaker 12: Yeah, calorie low calorie.
- 28:03Speaker 3: The splendid version of hate. So exactly, you said, I
- 28:07Speaker 3: don't know, man, I heard she's kind of crazy, and
- 28:10Speaker 3: you know, I don't know if I would just like
- 28:11Speaker 3: things like that to kind of you know.
- 28:13Speaker 12: Yeah, like she's not right. I don't think she's dating
- 28:16Speaker 12: right now?
- 28:16Speaker 3: You know. Oh, okay, did he ask her out?
- 28:20Speaker 12: No?
- 28:20Speaker 13: No, no, he ended up decided like not to like
- 28:24Speaker 13: ask her out and.
- 28:25Speaker 12: He started talking to somebody else.
- 28:27Speaker 3: Oh huh, well, why don't you ask her out?
- 28:29Speaker 5: Well, that's weird.
- 28:31Speaker 12: I did though.
- 28:32Speaker 13: Two weeks later I asked her out and she said yes,
- 28:36Speaker 13: So we've been out times now, honestly.
- 28:39Speaker 5: Oh what.
- 28:44Speaker 3: Would you do?
- 28:45Speaker 4: No, that's wrong.
- 28:47Speaker 3: What's wrong?
- 28:48Speaker 4: That's wrong.
- 28:51Speaker 12: It's going good.
- 28:52Speaker 13: It's going good that you know, and I don't feel bad,
- 28:57Speaker 13: like that's.
- 28:57Speaker 3: Kind of breaking broko, Well, there's no code with the
- 29:00Speaker 3: bro that ain't your bro. Come on, man, that's no code.
- 29:05Speaker 3: You're not even this guy.
- 29:07Speaker 5: That's fine if you're not that bro.
- 29:09Speaker 3: You have mutual bros. But you're not his bro. I
- 29:14Speaker 3: don't see anything wrong with it.
- 29:15Speaker 6: Listen, and he'll get back to that bro, and then
- 29:17Speaker 6: he'll definitely not have you as a real bro.
- 29:19Speaker 7: Yeah, what are you gonna say when you see him out?
- 29:21Speaker 7: You're out with old girl, and then he sees y'all out,
- 29:23Speaker 7: he's gonna be.
- 29:23Speaker 3: Like, hey, man, you'd be like, well, I like crazy girls, so.
- 29:28Speaker 5: I'm crazy too.
- 29:29Speaker 3: I'm crazy too.
- 29:31Speaker 12: He's with somebody.
- 29:32Speaker 3: He got somebody now, So yeah, that's what I'm saying exactly.
- 29:36Speaker 3: He's happy anyway, and it just I don't know what happened,
- 29:38Speaker 3: but we ended up starting, isn't it crazy? That's a
- 29:40Speaker 3: crazy world, right, what a crazy situation? You keep it moving. Yeah,
- 29:44Speaker 3: that's not a hater move. I don't think that's a
- 29:46Speaker 3: hater move. Listen. It's competitive out there in these streets.
- 29:51Speaker 5: I see.
- 29:53Speaker 3: First of all, Pooh, don't act like Pooh wouldn't do this. Pooh,
- 29:55Speaker 3: you would do this in a heartbeat.
- 29:56Speaker 4: Yeah, I do it. But I'm just saying that, dude,
- 29:58Speaker 4: that's wrong.
- 29:59Speaker 3: Man. No, you don't like her. Man, No, she's missing
- 30:02Speaker 3: a toe, she's got big feet now, she don't shave
- 30:07Speaker 3: her legs. You'd have been worse, or you'd have went
- 30:10Speaker 3: to her and been like, hey, this dude's about to
- 30:11Speaker 3: ask you out. Man, he's married.
- 30:13Speaker 7: I'm just trying to say, he just got out of
- 30:15Speaker 7: a bad so.
- 30:16Speaker 3: He's still in a relationship. Yeah, there you go. That's
- 30:18Speaker 3: what you'd say. Well, good luck with this. And I
- 30:22Speaker 3: don't think, I don't know. I wouldn't feel guilty. Who cares.
- 30:24Speaker 3: Life's too short, So whatever if it was your friend,
- 30:27Speaker 3: and I'd never do that to a friend friend. But yeah,
- 30:29Speaker 3: it's just some dude, So enjoy the time and man
- 30:34Speaker 3: will Yeah, thank you, No, we appreciate your confession, and
- 30:37Speaker 3: good luck with her and let us know how it goes.
- 30:39Speaker 3: It's like survivor out here. What you gotta do.
- 30:44Speaker 1: He's going for Candace Court. It gets settled here with
- 30:48Speaker 1: Billy the Kid in the morning.
- 30:49Speaker 3: Hear ye, hear ye, All rise for the Honorable Judge
- 30:55Speaker 3: Canda Lopez, the Mesquite Mama Seta, the Queen of kal
- 30:59Speaker 3: Yeah a keen wa queen. Oh, I don't know that's
- 31:02Speaker 3: a new one. The Garbanzo Bean Mattie. Either way here
- 31:07Speaker 3: she is. It's mix one of two point nine and
- 31:09Speaker 3: Billy the Kid. Candas low Pass producer Pooh, All right,
- 31:12Speaker 3: Candas Cordison, if you've got a problem at Cannas on Air,
- 31:14Speaker 3: on Instagram, at Candace on Air, she will solve it.
- 31:18Speaker 3: She's very rational, she's strong, her morals are spot on
- 31:22Speaker 3: their correct or dialed in. Are you ready, Candis for
- 31:25Speaker 3: today's problem. So my own this is just starts off sad.
- 31:28Speaker 3: So my mom passed away a couple of years ago,
- 31:31Speaker 3: and I got her wedding dress. My fiance and I
- 31:34Speaker 3: are planning our wedding, but we haven't set a date yet.
- 31:38Speaker 3: But I do know that I'm going to wear my
- 31:40Speaker 3: mom's dress. That's beautiful. She offered it to me years ago,
- 31:45Speaker 3: and my sister didn't care about it then, But now
- 31:48Speaker 3: she's suddenly asking me if she can have it because
- 31:51Speaker 3: she and her boyfriend are talking about getting married. They're
- 31:56Speaker 3: not even engaged yet, but she still wants our mom's
- 31:59Speaker 3: dress when whatever they do tie the knot. Well. Now
- 32:02Speaker 3: my grandma and sister are pressuring me to share it,
- 32:05Speaker 3: saying we can both wear it. Am I wrong for
- 32:09Speaker 3: wanting to keep the dress all to myself?
- 32:13Speaker 1: Oh?
- 32:14Speaker 3: This is a tough We've had a lot of canvas courts.
- 32:17Speaker 3: I don't even know where to start on this canvas.
- 32:19Speaker 6: Yeah, oh that's so much. I just I don't think
- 32:23Speaker 6: you can keep it all to yourself, you know, like
- 32:26Speaker 6: there's only one mom's dress, and like times change. I
- 32:29Speaker 6: didn't think about weddings at all when I was younger,
- 32:31Speaker 6: you know, I wouldn't have the dream of the big,
- 32:33Speaker 6: fancy wedding or literally anything. I never looked at dresses
- 32:37Speaker 6: and thought about that. Ever.
- 32:38Speaker 3: Is that a thing where somebody leaves the dress and
- 32:41Speaker 3: you get married in your mom's dress?
- 32:43Speaker 6: I'd be yeah, like I didn't think about any of
- 32:46Speaker 6: that until it was time for it, and then your
- 32:47Speaker 6: whole mindset is different.
- 32:49Speaker 3: So but let me ask you this, because if I
- 32:51Speaker 3: don't know, I mean, if somebody says specifically, it sounds
- 32:55Speaker 3: i'm rereading it. So my mom passed away a couple
- 32:57Speaker 3: of years ago and I got her wedding dress. Does
- 32:59Speaker 3: that mean Mom was like, Hey, I'm gonna leave you
- 33:02Speaker 3: specifically my wedding dress or did she get it by chance?
- 33:05Speaker 3: Because I feel like you have to honor whoever who
- 33:09Speaker 3: ever passed and they wanted things a certain way, you
- 33:11Speaker 3: have to honor that.
- 33:12Speaker 6: But I feel like this is a case of this
- 33:14Speaker 6: was talked about when the mom was alive, and the
- 33:17Speaker 6: sister just didn't chime in because it had nothing. You know,
- 33:19Speaker 6: she just didn't think about that, similar to me. And
- 33:22Speaker 6: then at the time you're you know, having to unfortunately
- 33:25Speaker 6: go through all the things.
- 33:26Speaker 5: She probably like, I'm gonna take this. You know, that's
- 33:29Speaker 5: what happened. She took it, she got it.
- 33:31Speaker 3: I don't think it's a big deal to me. I
- 33:32Speaker 3: would be like, this is beautiful. We both get to
- 33:34Speaker 3: wear mom's dress.
- 33:35Speaker 7: Oh yeah, yeah, but I had it first, and I'm sorry.
- 33:38Speaker 7: You know how women are about their weddings. I'd be like,
- 33:40Speaker 7: you gotta wait, wait her tire. Mom gave it to
- 33:43Speaker 7: me first.
- 33:44Speaker 3: Of course they're gonna wait. I mean they're not get
- 33:46Speaker 3: married on the same day.
- 33:47Speaker 6: Yeah, it's weird that the sister would start talking about
- 33:50Speaker 6: this if she's not even engaged yet.
- 33:52Speaker 5: I don't understand that part.
- 33:53Speaker 6: That would make me a little like, hey, she's.
- 33:56Speaker 3: Aggressive, she's talking about things. Things move quick or watch
- 33:58Speaker 3: she'll end up gett married first. She's trying to one
- 34:01Speaker 3: up me.
- 34:01Speaker 5: That's going to be a problem if that's the case.
- 34:03Speaker 3: So wait, So if you were what you're saying is
- 34:05Speaker 3: if you had the wedding dress and you wanted to
- 34:07Speaker 3: wear it, then you don't want your sister to wear
- 34:09Speaker 3: it at all?
- 34:10Speaker 4: Yeah, because mom gave I got it first. Just chill out.
- 34:13Speaker 7: You're trying to one up me and and do do
- 34:16Speaker 7: things before.
- 34:16Speaker 6: I well, it seems like the sister should Pumper breaks
- 34:19Speaker 6: on this, right.
- 34:20Speaker 3: I think? I think, why not both enjoy something that
- 34:23Speaker 3: is special to us? Why should you have the you know,
- 34:27Speaker 3: the privilege of wearing this dress and not me? If
- 34:29Speaker 3: we're both gonna get married, why can't we both wear it?
- 34:32Speaker 2: Right?
- 34:33Speaker 7: I don't get it. I don't get what the big
- 34:34Speaker 7: deal is. I'll just be I'm selfish like that. I
- 34:36Speaker 7: wouldn't want my sister.
- 34:37Speaker 3: To wear it.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Did.
- 34:38Speaker 5: I get that it's risky.
- 34:39Speaker 6: Someone could damage it. Someone could you know, spill on it,
- 34:43Speaker 6: or you know, lose it. You know, something could happen
- 34:45Speaker 6: to it.
- 34:46Speaker 5: I get that all.
- 34:47Speaker 3: People so worried about aesthetics when it comes to wedding.
- 34:49Speaker 3: Shouldn't it mean if people go so crazy with weddings nowadays,
- 34:53Speaker 3: when isn't it about what's happening and emotion? I know
- 34:56Speaker 3: it's about you know, you want it to be beautiful?
- 34:59Speaker 3: I get it, But people get so caught up in
- 35:01Speaker 3: the I don't know the dresses and the places and
- 35:05Speaker 3: who's there and what it looks like in the flow.
- 35:06Speaker 3: Why can't you just enjoy the moment and make it special.
- 35:09Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean it's hard. You want everything to be
- 35:12Speaker 6: like you want it to be on that day.
- 35:13Speaker 5: What's a better day?
- 35:15Speaker 2: You know?
- 35:15Speaker 5: To have something not go as planned?
- 35:17Speaker 6: I mean, that's awful, but yeah, you got to keep
- 35:20Speaker 6: the dress in good shape.
- 35:22Speaker 5: No matter what.
- 35:23Speaker 6: Yeah, but I can see where you would be planning
- 35:25Speaker 6: to wear this dress and be like, oh gosh, someone's
- 35:28Speaker 6: taking care of it right now and making sure that
- 35:30Speaker 6: it's in good shape.
- 35:31Speaker 5: And it's not me and.
- 35:32Speaker 3: You take it off at the reception, you wear something else.
- 35:34Speaker 3: You just get married in just the ceremony. The sisters,
- 35:37Speaker 3: I feel like, I feel like my opinion, who all
- 35:40Speaker 3: due respect, but they should share it. Okay, they should
- 35:44Speaker 3: both wear it. But I'm not the judge. There's only
- 35:46Speaker 3: one judge in this ridiculous court, and this candas court.
- 35:51Speaker 5: Yeh, not Billy Petsy.
- 35:52Speaker 3: God forbid, it's not poop whose court would be unhinged? Candice?
- 35:57Speaker 3: We have a verdict, we do.
- 35:59Speaker 6: Yeah, if This girl is guilty of being a save
- 36:01Speaker 6: the date Sandy.
- 36:02Speaker 5: Oh, just let her.
- 36:05Speaker 6: Use the dress after you. You've got to be first,
- 36:08Speaker 6: that's the thing. You have to have your wedding first,
- 36:11Speaker 6: save the date.
- 36:11Speaker 5: And then I'll give you the dress when I'm done
- 36:13Speaker 5: with it.
- 36:13Speaker 3: They can both have it.
- 36:14Speaker 5: They can both have it.
- 36:15Speaker 6: But I'm getting married in the dress first because I
- 36:18Speaker 6: got the dress.
- 36:19Speaker 3: Okay, But what if she ends up getting married first,
- 36:22Speaker 3: then the wedding's pushed up.
- 36:23Speaker 5: She's not getting the dress. Then then that changes exactly.
- 36:26Speaker 6: You will get married after me. I'm already engaged. You're
- 36:28Speaker 6: not even engaged. We're planning a wedding.
- 36:30Speaker 5: I have the dress a long.
- 36:31Speaker 3: Engagements are a thing now, So what if I'm engaged
- 36:35Speaker 3: for five years now? So you're gonna have to wait
- 36:37Speaker 3: five years.
- 36:38Speaker 5: It's gonna be a girl fight for sure.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Okay.
- 36:40Speaker 5: Verdict is save the date Sandy.
- 36:43Speaker 1: It's tough. Stories on the Dance with Billy the Kid
- 36:46Speaker 1: in the.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Morning only on the new mixed one or two point nine.
- 36:49Speaker 3: I can't slow pans what is going on? Well?
- 36:51Speaker 6: Five suspects are in custody after a police chase that
- 36:54Speaker 6: started around three a m. It took Ellis County officers
- 36:58Speaker 6: through Dallas and Tarrant Counties for about an hour and
- 37:01Speaker 6: a half this morning. The chase did reach speeds of
- 37:04Speaker 6: up to one hundred and ten miles per hour. There
- 37:06Speaker 6: were reports of a firearm being used during that chase.
- 37:10Speaker 6: It finally ended when Fort Worth police to use tire
- 37:13Speaker 6: spikes to ended That vehicle.
- 37:16Speaker 5: Ended up crashing.
- 37:16Speaker 6: You could see it on its side at one point
- 37:19Speaker 6: there on Camp Buoi, just south of I thirty. I
- 37:22Speaker 6: know at least four of the suspects were taken to
- 37:25Speaker 6: the hospital, but definitely stay out.
- 37:27Speaker 5: Of the area.
- 37:28Speaker 6: They're going to be investigating this for quite a while,
- 37:31Speaker 6: so they do have a perimeter setup around there. I
- 37:34Speaker 6: couldn't believe this this morning. It just kept going and
- 37:36Speaker 6: going and going. I thought for sure they're gonna end this.
- 37:39Speaker 3: Didn't it last for hours?
- 37:40Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 37:40Speaker 5: About an hour and a half.
- 37:41Speaker 6: Yeah, I think it started somewhere in mid Lothian, they said,
- 37:44Speaker 6: and then went up through two eighty seven to Mansfield
- 37:46Speaker 6: and then into Irving and then finally two four words.
- 37:49Speaker 3: I thought it was cool. I'm my way here. I'm like,
- 37:52Speaker 3: why do people think they're gonna get away from the
- 37:54Speaker 3: cops will run and what do you think is going
- 37:56Speaker 3: to happen? And usually sometimes or sometimes it's for the
- 37:59Speaker 3: stupidest things, right, But yeah, a parking ticket, right, and
- 38:02Speaker 3: you just want to run from the cops and maybe
- 38:04Speaker 3: five thousand times worse. Yeah, Yeah, they wanted me to
- 38:07Speaker 3: get involved. I almost suited up.
- 38:09Speaker 4: I was wondering why you didn't.
- 38:10Speaker 3: Yeah, I just I was tired. I feeling we might
- 38:12Speaker 3: need your help. And then it was a whole.
- 38:14Speaker 5: Fan that had just flown a helicopter.
- 38:16Speaker 6: That would have been really nice because I was watching
- 38:17Speaker 6: them basically change tech dot cameras along where they thought
- 38:21Speaker 6: this guy was going, which was cool because you could
- 38:23Speaker 6: see where these people were.
- 38:25Speaker 5: But yeah, helicopter would have been nice.
- 38:27Speaker 3: We need one.
- 38:28Speaker 5: Just have one on standby for next time.
- 38:29Speaker 3: She started gofund me, Okay, what's going on?
- 38:31Speaker 6: Hoo Coopy will continue filling in for Savannah Guthrie on
- 38:34Speaker 6: The Today Show indefinitely while the search for Savannah's mom
- 38:38Speaker 6: at continues. The FBI says they've gotten more than seven
- 38:42Speaker 6: hundred and fifty tips in the first twenty four hours
- 38:45Speaker 6: after Savannah offered a one million dollar reward for her
- 38:48Speaker 6: mother's return. They've now also officially turned the home back
- 38:52Speaker 6: over to the family, So I guess they pretty much said,
- 38:55Speaker 6: you know, we've done all the investigating we can do.
- 38:58Speaker 6: There's no need to see this as a crime scene
- 39:00Speaker 6: any longer. So the family hasn't been able to actually
- 39:03Speaker 6: go into the home since she went missing February first.
- 39:07Speaker 6: So yeah, that's the latest in the Nancy Guth the research.
- 39:11Speaker 6: It's odd, though, you know that this home has basically
- 39:13Speaker 6: been you know, taped off for a month.
- 39:15Speaker 3: Yeah, but now they're allowed in.
- 39:17Speaker 5: They are.
- 39:17Speaker 6: Yeah, they've cleared it as a crime scene at this point.
- 39:20Speaker 3: I feel like until something happens or we find her,
- 39:23Speaker 3: it should still be a crime scene.
- 39:24Speaker 5: Yeah, it seems like it for sure.
- 39:26Speaker 3: Just because you haven't found something doesn't mean there's something there.
- 39:28Speaker 3: Somebody could go in if they're involved, and hide evidence
- 39:31Speaker 3: that they didn't have access to. That's just so stupid to.
- 39:33Speaker 6: Yeah, it's all really interesting, this whole case.
- 39:36Speaker 3: Something's weird. We're going to figure it out one day,
- 39:38Speaker 3: and when we figured it out, it's going to be
- 39:39Speaker 3: a big Netflix special. Yeah, And it's just sad because
- 39:42Speaker 3: you know, I mean, yeah, I don't feel like she's okay.
- 39:46Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, at this point, Yeah, hope is not lost,
- 39:50Speaker 6: but it's waning for sure.
- 39:52Speaker 5: Hillary Duff is.
- 39:53Speaker 6: Finally opening up about Ashley Tisdale's toxic mom group essay.
- 39:57Speaker 6: She says she was pretty taken aback and just felt
- 40:00Speaker 6: really sad when she read it. If you remember, Ashley
- 40:03Speaker 6: Tizzo released an essay for The Cut basically.
- 40:06Speaker 5: Outlining how her mom group.
- 40:08Speaker 6: Was very toxic during the pandemic, you know, calling out
- 40:12Speaker 6: moms that we've seen pictures of this group of moms
- 40:15Speaker 6: like they were super all over online for a while,
- 40:19Speaker 6: so people like Megan Trainer, Mandy Moore. But Hillary says
- 40:22Speaker 6: it sucks to read something that's not true, and it
- 40:24Speaker 6: sucks on behalf of six women.
- 40:27Speaker 5: She also mentioned that.
- 40:28Speaker 6: The timing of this essay coming out and how it
- 40:30Speaker 6: was so close to her big return to music made
- 40:33Speaker 6: her feel used. Hillary's album though doing well, it should
- 40:36Speaker 6: debut in the.
- 40:37Speaker 5: Top three on the Billboard chart. It just came out.
- 40:39Speaker 6: It's called luck or something. But she's finally talking about that.
- 40:43Speaker 6: You know, her husband was very vocal on social media
- 40:46Speaker 6: pretty quickly.
- 40:47Speaker 5: But she hadn't really said a lot about it.
- 40:49Speaker 6: So yeah, she is, Yeah, I think this's gonna last
- 40:53Speaker 6: for her.
- 40:53Speaker 5: Yeah, they seem to be doing well.
- 40:55Speaker 3: She is my celebrity crusher and Ellen Langley.
- 40:57Speaker 5: She is Yeah.
- 40:58Speaker 6: Speaking of new music albums, guys, Starting tonight at eight

- 41:09Speaker 6: that's his new album that comes out at midnight.
- 41:12Speaker 5: So that'll be cool.
- 41:12Speaker 6: I think he's actually gonna let people hit the talk
- 41:15Speaker 6: back on the iHeartRadio app and leave, you know, requests
- 41:18Speaker 6: or you know.
- 41:18Speaker 5: Whatever they want to say.
- 41:19Speaker 3: I love did artists are doing this. I do too,
- 41:21Speaker 3: like a preview, you know, and they get to walk
- 41:23Speaker 3: through it and have a whole experience and you're involved.
- 41:26Speaker 3: I love it. So I'm gonna check it out tonight.
- 41:28Speaker 5: Yeah, dude, eight o'clock on the iHeart Radio App.
- 41:30Speaker 6: I'm Canaslopez. Those are your Texas top stories.
- 41:33Speaker 5: Oh that's a hot tage.
- 41:35Speaker 1: Let us know what you think.
- 41:36Speaker 2: Here's today's hot take.
- 41:37Speaker 3: I Take the Day on Mix one on two point nine,
- 41:40Speaker 3: Bailing the Kid, Canna Slopez producer Pooh by the way,
- 41:42Speaker 3: coming up next to your shot to go on this
- 41:44Speaker 3: Disneyland vacation on us, So make sure you listen, hook
- 41:48Speaker 3: it up and win. Now, this is very telling about
- 41:52Speaker 3: I think Pu and I's relationship status and maybe's what's
- 41:54Speaker 3: happened with us and our relationships because and cannus, I'm
- 41:58Speaker 3: worried about yours. What This research shows that your sleeping
- 42:02Speaker 3: position reveals a lot about the status and the strength
- 42:06Speaker 3: of your relationship. So this guy, Professor Richard Wiseman, worked
- 42:10Speaker 3: with a thousand partnered people to find out their sleeping
- 42:13Speaker 3: positions and how they you know, interact at night, and
- 42:18Speaker 3: it showed a lot about their personalities and they also
- 42:20Speaker 3: knew exactly what was going on in the relationship. And
- 42:22Speaker 3: he tracked it basically, should we go with the results,
- 42:25Speaker 3: because first of all, let's just go ahead and talk
- 42:27Speaker 3: about your sleeping position and your your status of what
- 42:31Speaker 3: you do, because some people do I mean, I don't know,
- 42:33Speaker 3: some people are very close when they sleep. You and Erica,
- 42:36Speaker 3: I mean, not to get too detailed about your your intimacy,
- 42:39Speaker 3: but your life in general. How do you sleep?
- 42:42Speaker 5: We just sleep. I've never thought about it. I mean,
- 42:45Speaker 5: I don't like, I don't know.
- 42:47Speaker 7: What do you mean back to that, are you the
- 42:49Speaker 7: big spoon or is he the big well?
- 42:51Speaker 3: Do you spoon or do you do? You not even
- 42:53Speaker 3: sleep close to each other, It just depends.
- 42:55Speaker 6: Some nights. Yes, some nights we have the dog and
- 42:58Speaker 6: our seven year old.
- 42:59Speaker 3: In the bed.
- 43:00Speaker 5: That's kind of our news an average camp.
- 43:03Speaker 3: On an average night. Yeah, are you on one side?
- 43:06Speaker 3: Are you guys close? Are you face to face? Are
- 43:09Speaker 3: you Ah?
- 43:10Speaker 6: That's a good question because I'm usually out of I'm
- 43:14Speaker 6: usually asleep.
- 43:15Speaker 3: First, you're not in the other room?
- 43:16Speaker 6: No, Well, on the weekends, yeah, so wait during weeknights,
- 43:20Speaker 6: while we're having to get up in the middle of
- 43:22Speaker 6: the nights come to work.
- 43:23Speaker 5: I sleep in the guest room.
- 43:24Speaker 3: Right where I worry.
- 43:25Speaker 6: Well, I mean this is for everyone's benefit.
- 43:29Speaker 3: Is where I worry. Can because let me tell you
- 43:31Speaker 3: some of the results. Okay, for those couples. The most
- 43:35Speaker 3: popular sleeping position, what do you think it was the
- 43:37Speaker 3: most popular sleeping position for couples, back to back, back
- 43:42Speaker 3: to back, Okay, preferred back to back. Some people call
- 43:46Speaker 3: this the cliffhanger. I don't know why they call it
- 43:48Speaker 3: the cliff position. Yeah, I don't know. I mean, but
- 43:52Speaker 3: this is telling because they say back to back is
- 43:56Speaker 3: the most popular and usually that's also too when you're
- 44:00Speaker 3: one of the positions where you're the closest okay, sleeping
- 44:03Speaker 3: facing in the same direction, spooning right comes in second,
- 44:08Speaker 3: with thirty one percent of couples doing that. Okay, only
- 44:12Speaker 3: four percent of people, by the way, face each other
- 44:14Speaker 3: when they sleep and embrace, which if you do that,
- 44:16Speaker 3: you're just a freak. Can you imagine? No, imagine waking
- 44:20Speaker 3: up and just someone's two inches from you. Just hey, no.
- 44:25Speaker 3: But what they discovered is how far the distance makes
- 44:30Speaker 3: the biggest difference. Okay, so ninety four percent of couples
- 44:33Speaker 3: who spend the night in close contact ninety four percent.
- 44:37Speaker 3: If you're in contact with each other throughout the night,
- 44:39Speaker 3: you're the happiest. Okay, you're the happiest in your relationship.
- 44:43Speaker 3: Your relationships the strongest. And that's what it is. They
- 44:47Speaker 3: found that a ninety four percent is a high number.
- 44:49Speaker 5: That is a high number.
- 44:50Speaker 6: And what size bed they all have, because like, we
- 44:53Speaker 6: have a king sized bed, so it's like there's plenty
- 44:55Speaker 6: of room, But that.
- 44:55Speaker 3: Doesn't matter, it says, it doesn't matter the size of
- 44:58Speaker 3: the bed, it matters how close you are. Sixty eight
- 45:01Speaker 3: percent of couples who don't touch are just not happy.
- 45:06Speaker 3: Relationship is in shambles. Okay, So if you're sleeping in
- 45:09Speaker 3: the other bedroom, I got news for you, Canda.
- 45:11Speaker 6: I'm not sleeping in there because I don't want It.
- 45:13Speaker 3: Doesn't matter that the professor says, it doesn't matter canvas.
- 45:16Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, that's what he said.
- 45:18Speaker 3: Literally in this research project, and the further apart they sleep,
- 45:20Speaker 3: the worst they report feeling about their relationship. As eighty
- 45:23Speaker 3: six percent of those who slept less from an inch
- 45:26Speaker 3: from their partner or the happiest in their relationship is
- 45:30Speaker 3: less than an inch. Okay, oh wait, compared to sixty
- 45:33Speaker 3: six percent of those who slept over thirty inches away
- 45:36Speaker 3: from each other, their relationship usually didn't last.
- 45:40Speaker 5: Huh.
- 45:41Speaker 3: Think about that. If you're sleeping thirty inches or more
- 45:44Speaker 3: away from each other, your bots get a divorce. Why
- 45:50Speaker 3: is that's science? Canna? But this this shows me a
- 45:55Speaker 3: lot because I don't like sleeping close to someone.
- 45:58Speaker 6: Yeah, okay, it doesn't keep just don't or they get hot,
- 46:01Speaker 6: or you have dogs and kids in the bed.
- 46:03Speaker 3: Yeah, it doesn't even equate to me how much I
- 46:06Speaker 3: love the person. Yeah, I just don't want someone that
- 46:09Speaker 3: close to me? Is that weird?
- 46:10Speaker 5: Do I make sure it's not weird? To be honest, No,
- 46:13Speaker 5: it's not weird.
- 46:14Speaker 3: Am I weird when it comes to touch because I've
- 46:15Speaker 3: been told this before. You are probably you don't like
- 46:17Speaker 3: nobody touching you. It's not that I don't like anybody
- 46:19Speaker 3: touching me. I just don't like it for a long time. Yeah,
- 46:24Speaker 3: Like holding hands is so weird to me.
- 46:26Speaker 5: Yeah, I see, I like to hold hands. I don't
- 46:28Speaker 5: mind that.
- 46:29Speaker 3: But then your palms are sweaty, mom spaghetti. It's just
- 46:32Speaker 3: a lot going on. Yeah, you know, why can't you just.
- 46:35Speaker 6: So weird about PDA? Like I just don't want people.
- 46:39Speaker 6: I don't want to be the center of attention when
- 46:40Speaker 6: I'm just.
- 46:41Speaker 5: Out and about.
- 46:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 46:42Speaker 3: See, I don't like PDA either. Yeah, when you were
- 46:45Speaker 3: in a relationship, like how did you two sleep?
- 46:47Speaker 7: Uh, I'll cut it for a second, and then I
- 46:51Speaker 7: got to ease away because I get real Uh I
- 46:55Speaker 7: get hot so flustered talking, I get hot real quick,
- 46:58Speaker 7: like body temperature.
- 46:59Speaker 3: Wise and so. Yeah, but would you sleep back to
- 47:02Speaker 3: back or would you spoon? No spoon? I think with
- 47:05Speaker 3: Pooh's girls, I think he's a little spoon but I
- 47:12Speaker 3: cut on a little bit and then I'm just getting here. Pooh, Yeah,
- 47:15Speaker 3: I just got a back off. I got it back off.
- 47:16Speaker 3: You know he's back. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you bet on
- 47:20Speaker 3: that side of the bed. I'm over here. Yeah, you
- 47:22Speaker 3: back out so far you actually leave for another woman.
- 47:27Speaker 3: I'm kidding.
- 47:28Speaker 6: This is dirty little secret.
- 47:34Speaker 3: Anytime you want, you can't confess. I'm mixed one or
- 47:37Speaker 3: two point nine. It's Baily the Kid, Canice Lopez is here,
- 47:39Speaker 3: Producer Pooh is here. Just get it off your chest.
- 47:41Speaker 3: I mean, we're just we're there for you. It'll make
- 47:44Speaker 3: you feel better. You don't want to go into spring
- 47:46Speaker 3: with some dirty little secret. You know. Clean it's spring cleaning, really, yeah,
- 47:51Speaker 3: is what it is. It's gonna be nice and it
- 47:52Speaker 3: feels like spring. It's not spring yet, but just spring clean.
- 47:56Speaker 3: Eight three, three, seven, eight seven one or two nine.
- 47:57Speaker 3: If you've got a secret, and you got one, this.
- 48:00Speaker 9: Is gonna sound so bad, but hear me out. Okay,
- 48:03Speaker 9: I'm accidentally dating my cover.
- 48:07Speaker 3: Wait accidentally, what is your accidentally? What do you mean
- 48:11Speaker 3: you're accidentally dating?
- 48:12Speaker 9: Because I mean it's not like I knew this and okay,
- 48:16Speaker 9: it's like my third or fourth cousin. But I just
- 48:19Speaker 9: found out and I'm literally so weirded out.
- 48:24Speaker 3: Third or fourth, either way, it's still a cousin.
- 48:26Speaker 6: That's still imagine your family tree right now, good luck,
- 48:30Speaker 6: your brain will try to a weed.
- 48:32Speaker 3: Yeah, you're right, it's still blood right. Yeah, I guess
- 48:37Speaker 3: I'm not good with the family tree. But I know,
- 48:40Speaker 3: I know, Well, how did this happen? First of all,
- 48:42Speaker 3: does he even know this?
- 48:43Speaker 9: So he doesn't he doesn't know yet. But I don't
- 48:47Speaker 9: really know how to handle this. We we live in
- 48:49Speaker 9: a small town and everyone knows everyone. So the other
- 48:53Speaker 9: night I was telling my mom about him, and she
- 48:55Speaker 9: started asking questions and yep, he's my cousin.
- 48:58Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 49:00Speaker 9: Now we've only been dating like a few days, you know,
- 49:03Speaker 9: so thankfully it hasn't been long, but oh my god,
- 49:07Speaker 9: what a nightmare.
- 49:08Speaker 3: Yeah, but I figured, well, if it's in a small town, yeah,
- 49:12Speaker 3: I don't want to say where, but I kind of
- 49:13Speaker 3: get how it could happen. I mean, I get how
- 49:15Speaker 3: this could happen.
- 49:16Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean.
- 49:18Speaker 9: I know, there's literally no way I would have known.
- 49:21Speaker 3: So well, yeah, you got this is now I got
- 49:24Speaker 3: to ask, did you guys hook up? I got to
- 49:26Speaker 3: ask it.
- 49:28Speaker 9: No, no, thank God to say that we did kiss.
- 49:35Speaker 3: Oh you did kiss him? Yeah, but I know I've
- 49:42Speaker 3: heard people calling up before and this has happened to them,
- 49:45Speaker 3: and they've done this, and I mean, matter of fact,
- 49:48Speaker 3: some people have just kept dating them.
- 49:50Speaker 5: What yeah, what if he doesn't care? What what if
- 49:52Speaker 5: you tell him and he's like it's all good? No?
- 49:55Speaker 3: What what in the world? No?
- 49:57Speaker 9: I care? I care? I care.
- 49:58Speaker 5: It's too much for you.
- 49:59Speaker 3: You can I do that?
- 50:00Speaker 5: I mean what he could what.
- 50:02Speaker 3: If he's cousins.
- 50:04Speaker 6: I mean third or fourth I'm just saying, what if
- 50:06Speaker 6: he doesn't care, I would care? You should care, I know,
- 50:10Speaker 6: but you just said, like, what if some people just.
- 50:12Speaker 3: Continue, Well, you gotta tell him. And when you tell
- 50:15Speaker 3: him I'm sure he's gonna be freaked out too, because
- 50:18Speaker 3: this would be Can you imagine it? Yes, you imagine
- 50:21Speaker 3: if you accidentally were dating your cousin.
- 50:23Speaker 6: Oh yeah, Can you guys just be friends?
- 50:25Speaker 5: Or no, they're family?
- 50:29Speaker 9: I don't think so.
- 50:30Speaker 3: Can you google that, Candie google that can cousins date?
- 50:34Speaker 5: Oh my god, no, I'm not putting that in my Google.
- 50:37Speaker 3: Certain, Yes, it's a work computer. Can cousins date?
- 50:41Speaker 5: Do you google it?
- 50:42Speaker 3: I can. I'm not near a computer.
- 50:44Speaker 5: Me do your dirty work.
- 50:45Speaker 3: Okay, what does it say?
- 50:46Speaker 6: Second cousins are legally allowed to marry in every state?
- 50:49Speaker 3: No way.
- 50:50Speaker 6: However, marriage between first cousins is legal in only about
- 50:53Speaker 6: half of the Americans date.
- 50:55Speaker 3: So it's actually you can't actually marry a cousin legally.
- 50:58Speaker 5: Yeah, anyone can date their ooh, first cousin.
- 51:01Speaker 3: I didn't know that.
- 51:02Speaker 5: That's weird.
- 51:03Speaker 3: The more you know, well, thank you so much for
- 51:06Speaker 3: telling this. You're so we know that you're going to
- 51:08Speaker 3: break up with them or whatever.
- 51:11Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, oh yeah, all right.
- 51:12Speaker 3: When immediately hang up and call him and be like, hey, bro,
- 51:16Speaker 3: we're cousins.
- 51:18Speaker 9: I was, I mean, maybe I could just go.
- 51:21Speaker 1: You know, you can't.
- 51:25Speaker 3: You can't go because you're gonna see him at the
- 51:26Speaker 3: family reunion. Is tough.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid in the.
- 51:31Speaker 2: Morning only on the New Mix one or two point.
- 51:35Speaker 3: So many people trying to win. Make sure you listen
- 51:36Speaker 3: Disneyland Vacation on us on the forties every hour all day,
- 51:40Speaker 3: So hook it up, Canice, Slowpaz, what's up?
- 51:42Speaker 1: Well?
- 51:43Speaker 6: Taylor Sheridan is bringing another TV production to the Metroplex.
- 51:46Speaker 6: This show will be called Frisco King. It's a spin
- 51:49Speaker 6: off of Tulsa King. It'll start Samuel L.
- 51:52Speaker 5: Jackson. I've heard production is set to start next month.
- 51:56Speaker 5: We do know at least one of.
- 51:57Speaker 6: The filming locations that will be at the Terran County Courthouse.
- 52:00Speaker 6: It sounds like most of this will be filmed in
- 52:03Speaker 6: Fort Worth.
- 52:04Speaker 5: They haven't said how.
- 52:05Speaker 6: Much, if any, will be filmed in the city of Frisco.
- 52:08Speaker 5: But originally it.
- 52:09Speaker 6: Was supposed to be Nola King. It was supposed to
- 52:11Speaker 6: be in New Orleans, and then they moved it to Frisco.
- 52:15Speaker 6: Some of the scenes, they say, we'll actually be in
- 52:17Speaker 6: New Orleans. Some will be set in Frisco. But there
- 52:20Speaker 6: will be eight episodes in that first season. But Taylor
- 52:23Speaker 6: Sheridan's just filming all over DFW.
- 52:25Speaker 5: I love it.
- 52:25Speaker 3: I know I love it too, but I don't know shows.
- 52:27Speaker 3: Isn't there a Tulsa King?
- 52:29Speaker 2: There is?
- 52:29Speaker 5: Yeah, this is the spinoff.
- 52:30Speaker 7: Oh, Samuel Jackson was in Tulsa King in on the
- 52:34Speaker 7: last episode he takes off and then perfect.
- 52:38Speaker 3: We had to know. Thank god, I knew that.
- 52:41Speaker 5: That's awesome.
- 52:42Speaker 6: I mean, Lionis has been filming, you know, in Fort Worth.
- 52:44Speaker 6: They were at Del Frisco's in downtown Fort Worth. Nicole
- 52:47Speaker 6: Kinman Stars and that one. And you know they were
- 52:49Speaker 6: in uptown Dallas earlier this year too, So you're gonna
- 52:52Speaker 6: see a lot more production crews starting to pop up
- 52:55Speaker 6: around the METROPLEXUA.
- 52:56Speaker 3: Was Sheridan Get Show and they should do Oh Cliff King?
- 53:04Speaker 5: I would watch it.
- 53:05Speaker 3: I would watch Ocliff King. Matter of fact, we do
- 53:08Speaker 3: our own spinoff. Do you want to Oh Cliff King?
- 53:11Speaker 3: And it's just pooh, yeah, sitting there, what a great storyline?
- 53:15Speaker 5: All right, great, I love it. Guys.
- 53:18Speaker 6: Texas is opening its first at new State Park and
- 53:20Speaker 6: twenty five years the Palo Pinto Mountain State Park. It's
- 53:23Speaker 6: going to open March first, which is Sunday, by the way.
- 53:27Speaker 6: But this park is just over forty eight hundred acres.
- 53:30Speaker 6: It's between Fort Worth and Abilene. This has been in
- 53:33Speaker 6: the works for a while. I think it was originally
- 53:35Speaker 6: supposed to open in twenty twenty three, but they're putting
- 53:38Speaker 6: the finishing touches on the park. The grand opening will
- 53:41Speaker 6: happen sometime this spring, but starting Sunday, a limited number
- 53:45Speaker 6: of people can actually get early access by reserving day
- 53:49Speaker 6: passes online, so that'll be a fun new place for
- 53:52Speaker 6: people to go camping and stuff for spring break.
- 53:53Speaker 3: Yeah, we're lucky that we're getting that. Yeah, I mean
- 53:56Speaker 3: because think about so many places we still have land
- 53:58Speaker 3: that we can actually develop and use, right because we
- 54:01Speaker 3: have so much of it, but thank god, we're preserving
- 54:03Speaker 3: some of it and it just doesn't end up like
- 54:05Speaker 3: skyscrapers everywhere one day.
- 54:06Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, absolutely, guys, listen to this.
- 54:09Speaker 5: Uber is launching their flying cab service that could be
- 54:12Speaker 5: a reality as soon as the end of the year.
- 54:14Speaker 5: It's called Uber Air.
- 54:16Speaker 6: It'll be powered by Jobe Aviation, which is an electric
- 54:19Speaker 6: air taxi. You'll be able to book through the Uber app,
- 54:22Speaker 6: so they expect to carry their first passengers later this
- 54:25Speaker 6: year in Dubai. The air taxi will hold up to
- 54:28Speaker 6: four passengers. It has large windows with panoramic views from
- 54:32Speaker 6: every seat. It basically looks like a cross between a
- 54:35Speaker 6: helicopter and a drone, but these will be flown by
- 54:38Speaker 6: a certified commercial pilot, which is very cool because I
- 54:42Speaker 6: thought these were just going to be, you know, unmanned
- 54:44Speaker 6: like little drone.
- 54:45Speaker 3: Some of them I think are some of them I
- 54:46Speaker 3: think are unmanned. These aren't. But this was supposed to
- 54:50Speaker 3: happen a few years ago. The fact that it's going
- 54:51Speaker 3: to happen in our lifetimes kind of trips me out.
- 54:53Speaker 3: Yeah for us, I mean, we always talk about flying
- 54:56Speaker 3: cars when it's gonna happen. Well, it's happening. They have
- 54:58Speaker 3: the technology. Now we're gonna be able to do it.
- 55:01Speaker 3: But how many people will actually do it?
- 55:03Speaker 5: Right?
- 55:03Speaker 6: So these use six tilting propellers. They'll take off vertically
- 55:07Speaker 6: and then move forward, but they can go up to
- 55:09Speaker 6: two hundred miles per hour.
- 55:10Speaker 3: Well I do that on the toll anyway. Now that's awesome.
- 55:15Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know if I could do it for
- 55:16Speaker 5: a while.
- 55:17Speaker 6: They've had I guess more than fifty thousand miles of
- 55:19Speaker 6: flight tests at this point, so in their final stages
- 55:22Speaker 6: of certification.
- 55:23Speaker 5: But it'll be a while.
- 55:24Speaker 6: Like when we were born, we were just like, oh,
- 55:25Speaker 6: planes are a thing, and we never really thought about it.
- 55:28Speaker 3: What's going to happen?
- 55:28Speaker 6: Yeah, but it'll take a while for me to be cool.
- 55:31Speaker 5: Let's do this.
- 55:31Speaker 3: You know what I saw the other day around Lake Lewisville.
- 55:33Speaker 3: You ever see these guys who are in like a
- 55:35Speaker 3: parachute and they have like a fan strapped to their back.
- 55:38Speaker 3: Oh yeah, and they're flying so high. Oh yeah, that's insane. Yeah,
- 55:42Speaker 3: who's doing Who's strapping a fan on their back and
- 55:46Speaker 3: just shooting up in the air with a parachute going
- 55:48Speaker 3: let's go. I mean it's powered literally by a lawnmower motor. Yeah,
- 55:51Speaker 3: and you're going up in the air just cruising around. No,
- 55:54Speaker 3: not my style.
- 55:54Speaker 5: Heights, I couldn't do it.
- 55:55Speaker 3: I mean, I'm not afraid of heights, but I'm afraid
- 55:58Speaker 3: of going up in the air with a fan. Literally.
- 56:01Speaker 3: You got your house fan like a box fan get
- 56:03Speaker 3: from Walmart, and you're just like, what could go wrong? Yeah?
- 56:09Speaker 5: All right, all right, I'm Candle slow Fez. Those are
- 56:11Speaker 5: your Texas top stories on.
- 56:14Speaker 2: Get it off your chest to promise you'll feel better.
- 56:17Speaker 1: Welcome to the Dirty Little Secret.
- 56:18Speaker 3: On mixed one or two point nine with that Disney vacation.
- 56:22Speaker 3: Your shot at that is next. We do it on
- 56:24Speaker 3: the forties every hour all day, so hook that up
- 56:27Speaker 3: and win. It's always people who are like, I'll never win.
- 56:29Speaker 3: Who wins? So try trust me? Okay, confession time, any
- 56:33Speaker 3: secret you have, you bring it to call us anytime
- 56:36Speaker 3: or at Billy on the radio on Instagram. Dmy will
- 56:38Speaker 3: set it up. Now, you got one, all right?
- 56:41Speaker 13: So I don't know if this makes me like a
- 56:43Speaker 13: terrible friend human being or a normal guy.
- 56:47Speaker 3: We will tell you. We will tell you if you're
- 56:48Speaker 3: normal or not.
- 56:50Speaker 13: But you know, I got this girl that I've had
- 56:53Speaker 13: like a crush on for a month, right like much
- 56:57Speaker 13: and we run.
- 56:58Speaker 12: In the same friend circle, same group. But it's enough
- 57:02Speaker 12: that she's around.
- 57:03Speaker 3: Like a lot. Okay.
- 57:05Speaker 13: One of the guys in the group mentioned he was
- 57:07Speaker 13: thinking about asking her out, so he wasn't like a
- 57:11Speaker 13: best friend, not even somebody that I hang out with
- 57:14Speaker 13: like outside of the group.
- 57:15Speaker 3: Kind of like a friend's friend, acquaintance.
- 57:19Speaker 12: Back an acquaintance, because you don't get talking with you
- 57:21Speaker 12: know what I'm saying.
- 57:22Speaker 13: Sure, But anyway, he told me that he was planning
- 57:25Speaker 13: on shooting a shot, and I kind of did a thing.
- 57:28Speaker 3: What did you do?
- 57:30Speaker 12: Kind of like talked him out of it?
- 57:32Speaker 1: Kind of.
- 57:34Speaker 12: I didn't. I listened, I straight up say yo, don't
- 57:37Speaker 12: do it.
- 57:37Speaker 13: I didn't do that, but I kind of nudged it,
- 57:40Speaker 13: like the whole conversation in that kind of direction. So
- 57:43Speaker 13: I was like, you know, I say things like, I
- 57:45Speaker 13: don't know, man, I heard kind of crazy.
- 57:49Speaker 7: The crazy line, the crazy So you went in hater mode.
- 57:56Speaker 12: But it was like it was like listen, it was
- 57:58Speaker 12: like hater mode died. You know what I'm saying.
- 58:01Speaker 13: It was my version, Yeah, calorie low, calorieter mode.
- 58:07Speaker 3: The splendid version of hate. So exactly, you said, I
- 58:11Speaker 3: don't know, man, I heard she's kind of crazy, and
- 58:13Speaker 3: you know, I don't know if I would just like
