- 0:05Speaker 1: All right, Paul Slack is ratherend. Paul Slack is all faith,
- 0:08Speaker 1: no faith, spirituality. Whatever it is important to you is
- 0:13Speaker 1: important to me. Okay, as long as you don't punch
- 0:15Speaker 1: anybody in the nose, all right, that's what it's all about. Kindness, lovingness,
- 0:20Speaker 1: and being respectful to each other on mother Earth. There's
- 0:24Speaker 1: mother Earth, no boundaries, no borders, no colors, no country.
- 0:30Speaker 2: All right.
- 0:30Speaker 1: A little bit of a John Leninist religion's fine too.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Everything is fine. Countries are fine. But so long it's
- 0:36Speaker 1: the peace on earth at all ends of the spectrum. Okay,
- 0:42Speaker 1: that's what we want. We're all into it. So it's
- 0:45Speaker 1: not easy. It's not easy to be good, you know what,
- 0:49Speaker 1: because to be good you have to you have to
- 0:52Speaker 1: extend yourself. You have to do something that is possibly
- 0:57Speaker 1: different than what you normally do. Volunteer that maybe not
- 1:02Speaker 1: what you normally do. If you do, that's a beautiful thing.
- 1:04Speaker 1: If you walk somebody across the street, then that's a
- 1:06Speaker 1: beautiful thing as well. But you know you'd be walking
- 1:09Speaker 1: alone or whatever. Give your seat up to somebody in
- 1:12Speaker 1: the subway or at a bus. And I see it
- 1:14Speaker 1: all the time. If you look around yourself. You'll see
- 1:17Speaker 1: more goodness than you could ever imagine, enough new goodness,
- 1:22Speaker 1: almost not entirely to be able to overcome the news
- 1:28Speaker 1: that we all watch because they have a responsibility to
- 1:31Speaker 1: show the bad news, there's no doubt about it. But
- 1:34Speaker 1: it's not a representative it's not representative of the world
- 1:37Speaker 1: around us, Okay, and that's what's important to understand. So
- 1:41Speaker 1: keep doing good, be happy that you're alive. Wake up
- 1:45Speaker 1: in the morning with good spirits and a clear mind
- 1:50Speaker 1: that today's going to be. Today will be the first
- 1:53Speaker 1: day for the rest of your life, as they say,
- 1:55Speaker 1: the best day of your life. All right, next week,
- 1:57Speaker 1: we're here on the thirteenth Friday, the thirteenth, okay, depending
- 2:03Speaker 1: on what you're think in that regard. But it's going
- 2:06Speaker 1: to be Chinese Cocheti Chinese New Year. I'm wearing a
- 2:10Speaker 1: Chinese New Year tie. It's the year of the Horse,
- 2:13Speaker 1: and this happens to be the first lunar New year.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Lunar in New Year. It's not just the Chinese New Year,
- 2:18Speaker 1: it's a lunar new year. This is the This was
- 2:22Speaker 1: way back when in the eighties when I was involved
- 2:25Speaker 1: the rooster. Okay, we're up to the horse now and
- 2:29Speaker 1: I suggest you go to the US Postal Service. I
- 2:31Speaker 1: helped create this marketing outreach and we sold millions of
- 2:36Speaker 1: dollars worth of stamps here as well as another Asian community,
- 2:40Speaker 1: so that celebrate the Lunar New Year. So we're just
- 2:44Speaker 1: coming back from Super Bowl with the Food Recovery Network.
- 2:48Speaker 1: What a great organization. Congratulations Regina Harmon and all their crew.
- 2:54Speaker 1: They collected over fifteen pounds of food to go to

- 3:09Speaker 1: there to the Guy Farar's cow Palace event tailgate. They
- 3:16Speaker 1: called it Helman's Mayonnaise. You're in the lever. Helped support
- 3:21Speaker 1: the Food the Recovery Network, big old truck, a lot
- 3:25Speaker 1: of people working collecting the foods that are still good
- 3:28Speaker 1: to eat and then to give them two others. So
- 3:31Speaker 1: that was nice thing.
- 3:32Speaker 2: I married somebody there as I can. I can marry
- 3:35Speaker 2: anybody here.
- 3:36Speaker 1: I'm thinking of marrying anybody who wants to get married
- 3:39Speaker 1: at the Earth Day on April twenty second in Times
- 3:42Speaker 1: Square because I'm an ordained minister.
- 3:46Speaker 2: And that was a joy.
- 3:46Speaker 1: And you can see in our newsletter this week, the
- 3:50Speaker 1: little informal wedding, I will say, but happy they got
- 3:56Speaker 1: to kiss the bride and kiss the husband.
- 3:59Speaker 2: It was a beautiful thing.
- 4:00Speaker 1: They were really happy, and I made me happy. And
