- 0:01Speaker 1: All right, then it's the radio from hell x Pole
- 0:05Speaker 1: And it's a simple question today. Tell us about your
- 0:09Speaker 1: first kiss, your first serious.
- 0:11Speaker 2: I was gonna say, you need to maybe put some parameters.
- 0:15Speaker 3: This hasn't spin the bottle. This is I like you,
- 0:18Speaker 3: You like me?
- 0:19Speaker 4: I means.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Girls used to chase me on the playground and try
- 0:24Speaker 1: to kiss me.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Yeah, that doesn't count.
- 0:26Speaker 1: No, But I mean I remember my first kiss that
- 0:29Speaker 1: led to something serious. Was my first real serious girlfriend.
- 0:34Speaker 1: And and I remember it because she she put her
- 0:38Speaker 1: tongue in my mouth, which I had never I had
- 0:41Speaker 1: never experienced.
- 0:42Speaker 4: Before I went huh.
- 0:44Speaker 1: And I also remember it because, well, because it tastes
- 0:48Speaker 1: like cigarettes.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Where were you?
- 0:52Speaker 3: I need more to take you?
- 0:53Speaker 4: Where was I? Well, I.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Know I probably probably at her house, I think, because
- 1:02Speaker 1: her mother.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Worked and so oh empty house.
- 1:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:06Speaker 1: We could do anything we wanted and often did. And
- 1:10Speaker 1: or it might have been the cemetery in North Ogden.
- 1:13Speaker 5: You would remember if it was the cemetery. That's a
- 1:15Speaker 5: memorable place.
- 1:16Speaker 1: We we spent a lot of time at the cemetery.
- 1:19Speaker 1: So it's it's hard to differentiate when it might it
- 1:23Speaker 1: was either at her house or at the cemetery or
- 1:25Speaker 1: it might have been in the in the backseat of
- 1:27Speaker 1: her mother's car.
- 1:28Speaker 3: Those are all very different.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Well, but they were all great. What do you mean, I.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Just mean I think you remember specifically the first.
- 1:37Speaker 1: It probably wasn't the car, it was probably it was
- 1:40Speaker 1: probably the cemetery, tongue in the mouth cigarettes. It was great,
- 1:46Speaker 1: and it led to other things. What was your first kiss, Gina?
- 1:51Speaker 3: I was fifteen.
- 1:54Speaker 5: I had a broken leg, a hip cast, so the
- 1:58Speaker 5: bottom of my foot all the way up to my
- 2:01Speaker 5: hip crutches.
- 2:02Speaker 4: It's serious, all right.
- 2:04Speaker 5: And there were a bunch of families that went on
- 2:08Speaker 5: a camping trip. These were families that did four h
- 2:12Speaker 5: and junior posse together. So these are horsey people camping
- 2:18Speaker 5: and uh and I had a crush on one of
- 2:21Speaker 5: the one of the cowboys, and we're sitting around a
- 2:24Speaker 5: campfire is dark, hip cast, crutches. He says, do you
- 2:31Speaker 5: want to take a walk, dude?
- 2:38Speaker 3: Because I was hoping something was going to happen.
- 2:40Speaker 6: And though you're hobbling along the dark, sure, let's go
- 2:46Speaker 6: for a walk far, just far enough away.
- 2:51Speaker 4: Let me guess his name was.
- 2:52Speaker 3: Carl, just far enough away.
- 2:57Speaker 4: On crutches, and you got and was a kiss.
- 3:00Speaker 1: It was chased a sort of chaste.
- 3:02Speaker 3: No, No, it was a kiss. But apparently I was
- 3:07Speaker 3: not very good at it. And somehow this came.
- 3:10Speaker 5: Up in a conversation with my mother. Him and my
- 3:16Speaker 5: mother because she knew what was happening. And the next
- 3:20Speaker 5: day she asked him about it and he said, well.
- 3:25Speaker 2: She wasn't very good. I did, yes, so he knew.
- 3:33Speaker 3: Yeah, but apparently I needed.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Some tips, you know, and apparently he was a third
- 3:41Speaker 1: because you you don't, you say this is that's private.
- 3:45Speaker 4: I'm not going to talk about.
- 3:46Speaker 3: You know, my mother she can get anything out of anybody.
- 3:49Speaker 7: Not me.
- 3:51Speaker 4: About the time I kissed your mother.
- 3:55Speaker 6: Here's a good one, yeah, text my first kiss. I
- 3:59Speaker 6: was eighteen and had just come out as a lesbian.
- 4:02Speaker 6: She was older than me and had a tongue piercing
- 4:06Speaker 6: after she gave me her Afterwards, she gave me her
- 4:09Speaker 6: entire CD collection.
- 4:11Speaker 4: Must Yes, you must have been good. Let's go to
- 4:15Speaker 4: wine one there, Nick? Hello? Nick? Hey, Nick, what's your story?
- 4:19Speaker 7: How's it going good?
- 4:21Speaker 5: Uh?
- 4:22Speaker 7: So my first kiss was that?
- 4:25Speaker 2: Oh Nick, Nick, where'd you go? You're yeah, you're cutting
- 4:32Speaker 2: it and out.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Nope, we should go onto somebody else.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Call back, Nick, Yeah, callback Nick, get into a better location.
- 4:40Speaker 6: Yeah, hold perfectly still next time eight seven seven six
- 4:43Speaker 6: oh two nine six nine six Is that ever to call?
- 4:46Speaker 7: Carry you?
- 4:47Speaker 8: Well?
- 4:48Speaker 6: See these the things I'm trying to remember, the three girls,
- 4:51Speaker 6: and I'm trying to remember who was first?
- 4:53Speaker 4: How could you kiss them up? Oh you didn't.
- 4:55Speaker 2: It was all around the same, all around the same time, because.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Kind of lost gets lost in the fog of the past,
- 5:02Speaker 1: doesn't it now.
- 5:03Speaker 6: If you want kissing strictly out of lust and first
- 5:10Speaker 6: time and that sort of thing.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Yeah, that was a girl across the street, but for passion.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Like I like you, you like me?
- 5:19Speaker 6: And that would be my second girlfriend, Cheryl, who went
- 5:23Speaker 6: on to marry my best friend Bradon. So she taught
- 5:27Speaker 6: me all the all the good stuff, and then that
- 5:33Speaker 6: just went further with Donna.
- 5:35Speaker 2: So you learned some skill, learn some Skillyl.
- 5:39Speaker 6: Yeah, Cheryl is very Yeah. I got the feeling she'd
- 5:43Speaker 6: done it before. I guess I should have asked her. Yeah,
- 5:47Speaker 6: my my my first kid. She had done it, she
- 5:50Speaker 6: taught she had done it many times.
- 5:52Speaker 2: And oh there was there was making out was awesome
- 5:58Speaker 2: and that was enough. You know, you didn't need any
- 6:01Speaker 2: more than that. Well, no, we didn't, you know, you
- 6:03Speaker 2: could just that was just that was enough.
- 6:05Speaker 1: It was awesome.
- 6:07Speaker 4: Uh, your first kiss, tell us about it. We got
- 6:09Speaker 4: some people on the line. There's let's go to Andy. Hello, Andy, Andy,
- 6:13Speaker 4: what's your story? The music? Yes, go ahead.
- 6:19Speaker 9: In the mid nineties, I was in sixth grade and
- 6:21Speaker 9: the cool, really fun way to flirt with, you know,
- 6:24Speaker 9: girls back there are opposite sex would be to go
- 6:26Speaker 9: to the classic skating roller rink and hold hands during
- 6:29Speaker 9: the slow song. Yeah we're there, Yeah, do you remember that? Yeah,
- 6:33Speaker 9: we're there in it with a little group of us,
- 6:35Speaker 9: and there's this girl I really like and she really.
- 6:37Speaker 7: Likes me, but we're both so nervous.
- 6:38Speaker 9: It's not happening. And her girlfriend grabbed her head and
- 6:42Speaker 9: my buddy grabbed my ear, my head by the ears,
- 6:45Speaker 9: and turned us towards each other and helped in force
- 6:48Speaker 9: that we kiss each other.
- 6:49Speaker 1: So that was the first peck, was a forced kiss,
- 6:52Speaker 1: and then didn't continue after that.
- 6:55Speaker 9: Yes, she started walking me home from school, and we.
- 6:57Speaker 4: Knew the little one right before, you know. Yeah, all right,
- 7:02Speaker 4: you got good at it, Thanks Andy, All right, yeah,
- 7:07Speaker 4: thank you. Andy.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Let's go next to Mike.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Hello, Mike.
- 7:14Speaker 7: Hi, this is Mike and Malad. I had two first kisses.
- 7:17Speaker 7: First one was in second grade in Boulder Creek, California,
- 7:22Speaker 7: just at the end of recess. A little girl that
- 7:25Speaker 7: I was going out with at second grade gave me
- 7:28Speaker 7: a kiss at the end of recess to say goodbye
- 7:31Speaker 7: all the time being so we went to separate classes.
- 7:35Speaker 7: The second one was the first day of high school,
- 7:38Speaker 7: going just about to get into my first class, and
- 7:40Speaker 7: a girl grabbed me in the middle of the hallway
- 7:42Speaker 7: and gave me a heavy, wet, passionate kiss right before
- 7:47Speaker 7: my first class was standing ovation from the boys.
- 7:49Speaker 4: Did you know her?
- 7:52Speaker 7: I did. I'd met her just a couple of weeks
- 7:54Speaker 7: earlier at a church damp boy.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Did consent.
- 8:01Speaker 7: That's a good story at that point, first day of
- 8:03Speaker 7: high school, I think I was consenting.
- 8:05Speaker 4: All right, thank you, Mike.
- 8:07Speaker 5: Thanks.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Let's go to Camille. Hello, Camille.
- 8:11Speaker 5: Hi.
- 8:11Speaker 8: Uh So I have a first straight kiss, and then
- 8:13Speaker 8: I have a first gay kiss.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Okay, all right, go ahead.
- 8:18Speaker 10: Uh So, first one was in high school.
- 8:21Speaker 7: My high school boyfriend basically found out how I kind of.
- 8:24Speaker 8: Imagined my first kiss happening and basically made it happen
- 8:27Speaker 8: On Valentine's Day.
- 8:29Speaker 4: No sweet, yeah, but it didn't pretty decent. It didn't
- 8:33Speaker 4: take though apparently.
- 8:36Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 8:36Speaker 8: I mean like we were friends. I like to joke,
- 8:38Speaker 8: we were friends with appropriate benefits, like like we were
- 8:42Speaker 8: like we were like we just like we just kissed.
- 8:45Speaker 7: We were friends who kiss sometimes, and like it was
- 8:48Speaker 7: fine for somebody who was closeted to herself.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Okay, oh okay, So then your second kiss, you want
- 8:53Speaker 1: to fail us?
- 8:54Speaker 3: Uh?
- 8:55Speaker 8: So I took her up American Fort Canyon on our
- 8:59Speaker 8: second date, and she said that if I had been
- 9:02Speaker 8: a man, she wouldn't have gone.
- 9:04Speaker 11: Because she would have been worried about me serial killing her.
- 9:07Speaker 8: But she figured she could take me in.
- 9:08Speaker 7: A fight.
- 9:11Speaker 3: If it comes to that.
- 9:12Speaker 4: I can.
- 9:13Speaker 5: I can.
- 9:14Speaker 4: Oh, there you go. That's romance, I'll say.
- 9:17Speaker 11: But it was very romantic.
- 9:19Speaker 10: We were like under the stars and everything and.
- 9:21Speaker 11: It was sweet.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Oh well that's nice. Hey, Well, thank you, see you later. Yeah,
- 9:26Speaker 1: all right, you see how easy that is? Eight seven
- 9:28Speaker 1: seven six oh two nine six nine six. You should
- 9:32Speaker 1: have a story about the first kiss that you ever experienced.
- 9:35Speaker 6: Let's see, texters, My first kiss was in an empty
- 9:40Speaker 6: and dark party room at Classic Skating. Yeah, a couple
- 9:43Speaker 6: of Classic skating ones.
- 9:45Speaker 1: It was pretty good, right, That's that's a good place
- 9:48Speaker 1: to have your first kiss at Classic skating.
- 9:51Speaker 6: Sid says, he stuck his tongue in my mouth and
- 9:54Speaker 6: just left it there.
- 9:56Speaker 4: I still have it.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Sorry, I just left it.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Here's a go.
- 10:02Speaker 2: My first kiss was in eighth grade.
- 10:03Speaker 6: We kissed in the common area after school and got
- 10:06Speaker 6: caught by the vice principal.
- 10:08Speaker 2: He's the worst person to catch surn talking to.
- 10:11Speaker 6: She broke up with me after three days and dated
- 10:13Speaker 6: half the school.
- 10:16Speaker 4: Half the school. All right.
- 10:19Speaker 6: I was lying on the floor because my back was hurting.
- 10:21Speaker 6: We were watching my uncle's dog. The dog came over
- 10:24Speaker 6: and locked me on the mouth.
- 10:25Speaker 3: That's not a first kiss.
- 10:27Speaker 6: It's not the kiss I was expecting, but memorable. When
- 10:32Speaker 6: I was twelve, we snuck into the Golden Green Ball. Now,
- 10:35Speaker 6: what's that one thing?
- 10:39Speaker 2: I've heard of it, but I don't know what it is.
- 10:41Speaker 4: No, I don't know.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Oh LDS dance for older kids. We made out behind
- 10:45Speaker 2: the church.
- 10:46Speaker 5: Someone says my first kiss, I was so Mormon that
- 10:49Speaker 5: it was after high school graduation, but just before my mission.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Yeah, that's that track.
- 10:54Speaker 4: That's pretty late.
- 10:55Speaker 2: That's m let's see.
- 10:59Speaker 6: I hate it when when the text program breaks up
- 11:02Speaker 6: the story, because I can tell this is a good story,
- 11:05Speaker 6: but our text program has broke it up into the
- 11:08Speaker 6: wrong order.
- 11:09Speaker 5: First kiss was in the back of the bus in
- 11:12Speaker 5: sixth grade. It was a little bumpy flow bumpy.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Uh.
- 11:17Speaker 6: Well, I try to I would try to decipher that one,
- 11:20Speaker 6: but there's just so there's just so much text going.
- 11:25Speaker 3: All right, we have a horrible text.
- 11:26Speaker 2: You're uh yeah, it's it's you get what you paid for?
- 11:29Speaker 2: Uh you your last number ends in eight four.
- 11:34Speaker 6: Call us call us back and tell this story, because
- 11:37Speaker 6: it's it's all chopped up here.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Ye call us on the phone eight seven seven, six
- 11:41Speaker 1: oh two nine six ninety six. Now some calls are
- 11:44Speaker 1: coming in, and we're getting toward the end of Yeah.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Toward the end of the future.
- 11:47Speaker 3: Nobody says. First kiss was on a ski lift during
- 11:50Speaker 3: a blizzard.
- 11:51Speaker 4: That's yeah, yeah, there you go.
- 11:53Speaker 2: All right, let's go to Diego Hello, heye, Diego.
- 11:56Speaker 4: What's your kiss?
- 11:57Speaker 2: Hey?
- 11:58Speaker 10: So this was an intentional premise it, but I remember
- 12:03Speaker 10: it was clearly in kindergarten, and there was a girl
- 12:07Speaker 10: that would pull me aside, or I would pull her aside.
- 12:10Speaker 10: One of the two because there was an area where
- 12:12Speaker 10: we would, you know, bring our lunch fails, and we
- 12:14Speaker 10: had a little assigned spot. So that's where we that's
- 12:17Speaker 10: where we were kissing. And just remember the taste.
- 12:21Speaker 3: It was awesome.
- 12:21Speaker 4: It was awesome. Good, that's good.
- 12:24Speaker 10: Remember that. That's the memory. No, it wasn't like, you know,
- 12:28Speaker 10: tongue in the mouth or anything like that. We were kindergarten.
- 12:31Speaker 10: It was just a little peck. But I just remember
- 12:33Speaker 10: the impression was like, oh, that tastes good. And I
- 12:36Speaker 10: don't know how long that lasted. It was probably it
- 12:38Speaker 10: probably lasted, you know, two or three days. Yeah, and
- 12:41Speaker 10: then we kind of forgot about.
- 12:42Speaker 4: It, all right.
- 12:45Speaker 2: All right, right, let's go to Amy. Hello, Amy, good morning.
- 12:50Speaker 4: Yes, what's your story?
- 12:53Speaker 11: So seventh grade on a band trip. I played the drums,
- 12:57Speaker 11: He played the clarinet.
- 12:59Speaker 4: We went we went to a mall, which was.
- 13:01Speaker 11: A big deal, and we went in one of those
- 13:04Speaker 11: photo booths and kissed me and we went We both
- 13:08Speaker 11: had braces. Yeah, and then my mom found the photo
- 13:14Speaker 11: afterwards and I got in trouble.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Oh why did you get in trouble?
- 13:17Speaker 7: Am?
- 13:18Speaker 4: Why would you get in trouble?
- 13:21Speaker 11: I wasn't supposed to be kissing boys.
- 13:23Speaker 3: Oh well, well, you know, I think it was fine.
- 13:28Speaker 4: That sounds sweet though, thank you, it was.
- 13:30Speaker 8: See, thank you.
- 13:31Speaker 2: All right, let's go to Kimber Hi.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Kimber Hi. When was your first kiss? Tell us about it?
- 13:42Speaker 8: So my first kiss was when I was fifteen. My
- 13:46Speaker 8: high school boyfriend's best friend was a foreign exchange student
- 13:50Speaker 8: from Australia and.
- 13:54Speaker 5: We were all hanging.
- 13:55Speaker 2: What I said, nothing, go ahead, okay.
- 14:01Speaker 8: So my boyfriend was almost about to miss kurty, so
- 14:04Speaker 8: he asked me to take his best friend's home because
- 14:07Speaker 8: it was the opposite way, while me, being fifteen, had
- 14:10Speaker 8: to ask my mother, and my mom's driving in the front.
- 14:14Speaker 8: We're in the back, just sitting there talking and he's
- 14:16Speaker 8: making me laugh. So I'm like, oh my gosh, it's
- 14:18Speaker 8: so funny. And I leaned in to kiss him on
- 14:23Speaker 8: the cheeks because that's what me and my friends did.
- 14:26Speaker 8: I have no idea why, and he turned. It was
- 14:29Speaker 8: the most wet and slobbery kiss I've ever had in
- 14:32Speaker 8: my entire life.
- 14:33Speaker 4: Yeah, not a good kiss.
- 14:36Speaker 8: And then I had to tell my boyfriend, Oh, I
- 14:39Speaker 8: don't want to wait till i'm sixteen anymore.
- 14:41Speaker 3: Oh oh, tell him about it. You just said, let's
- 14:46Speaker 3: let's get on with it.
- 14:47Speaker 8: Well, yeah, no, he still doesn't know. But he cheated
- 14:51Speaker 8: on me and was out with other girls, so I
- 14:55Speaker 8: don't feel bad.
- 14:56Speaker 4: No, you shall know. Well, all right, Kimber, thanks for
- 14:59Speaker 4: ser There's a.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Lot going on there. Travis.
- 15:03Speaker 4: Hi, Travis, Hello, Yes, what's your story? Go ahead?
- 15:08Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 15:08Speaker 12: So my first kiss was with my girlfriend when we
- 15:12Speaker 12: were thirteen, and we kissed behind the junior high school
- 15:16Speaker 12: and I was so so nervous. I just like stuck
- 15:19Speaker 12: my tongue out into her mouth. A bad kiss, horrible kiss.
- 15:25Speaker 12: I ended up breaking her heart and we went our
- 15:27Speaker 12: separate ways. But fast forward twenty years later, I got
- 15:32Speaker 12: a second chance. We reconnected as single divorce parents, and
- 15:38Speaker 12: we fell deeply in love and we've been married for
- 15:42Speaker 12: two years now.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Really story, And did she say you got better at kissing?
- 15:48Speaker 7: Fortunately she does say that I got better?
- 15:50Speaker 3: Okay, good, that's.
- 15:52Speaker 2: A cute story. Place to end. That's a good place
- 15:55Speaker 2: to end.
- 15:55Speaker 4: The ex bowl one.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Thank you very much. Well there you go. Oh collective awe.
- 16:02Speaker 5: For that, not a collective odd for northbound I fifteen.
- 16:07Speaker 5: There's a crash fifty third south in Murray and it's
- 16:10Speaker 5: got folks quite backed up all the way into Sandy.
- 16:13Speaker 3: It looks like that's going to be an issue for
- 16:17Speaker 3: a minute.
- 16:18Speaker 5: I would think we also have crash southbound I fifteen
- 16:22Speaker 5: Center Street in Clearfield, crash northbound bank or Highway one
- 16:26Speaker 5: hundred and twenty fifth South, and.
- 16:29Speaker 3: Uh, whatever else you want to tell us about.
- 16:31Speaker 5: You can keep kissing stories. We'll probably put those on
- 16:35Speaker 5: our social media, though, don't text them in Katie.
- 16:37Speaker 3: You'll put them on social media. You can add them there.
- 16:39Speaker 7: But if you have.
- 16:40Speaker 3: Traffic you want to send us that, we love when
- 16:43Speaker 3: you send it to us at three three ninety's a
