- 0:05Speaker 1: This is America with Rich Valdez powered by poliitweek dot
- 0:09Speaker 1: Com and Rich.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Valdees is with us former Christian administration officials. You work
- 0:13Speaker 2: for Chris Christie, have been folloistas on a lot of
- 0:14Speaker 2: public service stuff.
- 0:15Speaker 3: Rich Valdez Communist now with the Washington Times, This.
- 0:18Speaker 4: Is America, Richiev. You're on the air with the Nation
- 0:21Speaker 4: of the Nation with America with your host, Rich Valdez.
- 0:26Speaker 3: What's up, America. I am Rich Valdez Valdez with an
- 0:29Speaker 3: ass at Rich Valdesz on all of the social media.
- 0:32Speaker 3: You're liberty loving Latino amigos seventeen blocks away from Madison
- 0:36Speaker 3: Square Garden here in Times Square, New York City. Blessed
- 0:39Speaker 3: to be with you, my amigos, my late night familia,
- 0:42Speaker 3: for the Wednesday night edition of This is America, our
- 0:45Speaker 3: late night national town hall Conversation. Give me a call
- 0:49Speaker 3: eight seven seven Valdesz one. That's eight seven seven eight
- 0:52Speaker 3: two five three three seven one, and sound off with
- 0:54Speaker 3: a voice note with your opinion and we will air
- 0:57Speaker 3: it during our Open Phone America segment, which is coming
- 1:00Speaker 3: up in about thirty five minutes or so. But I
- 1:03Speaker 3: want to start with a little tax day reality check,
- 1:06Speaker 3: because it's April fifteenth, and millions of hard working Americans
- 1:10Speaker 3: are breathing a sigh of relief thanks to some common
- 1:13Speaker 3: sense wins. You got fifty three million tax filers that
- 1:17Speaker 3: took advantage of the new no tax on tips, no
- 1:20Speaker 3: tax on overtime tax breaks. That's real money staying in
- 1:26Speaker 3: the pockets of servers, drivers, nurses, factory workers instead of
- 1:31Speaker 3: vanishing into Washington, you know, into the abyss of the
- 1:36Speaker 3: irs and bloated swamp. So that's a good thing. Now,
- 1:42Speaker 3: if you're one of those, hit me up, drop me
- 1:44Speaker 3: a line eight seven seven velve desk one and tell
- 1:47Speaker 3: me how much you saved on your taxes or how
- 1:49Speaker 3: much you're expecting to get back because of overtime and
- 1:52Speaker 3: or your savings on tips. And I bet it feels good,
- 1:55Speaker 3: doesn't it. I loved keeping my tips and I hated
- 2:00Speaker 3: having to pay tax on stuff like that. Anyway, it's
- 2:03Speaker 3: kind of like getting you know, a little extra a
- 2:06Speaker 3: when you go to a to a little store, right
- 2:09Speaker 3: and you know, and you just look at him, you go,
- 2:11Speaker 3: come on, give me a little more, and they see
- 2:12Speaker 3: you that you're at least when they see me and
- 2:13Speaker 3: they see me a little bit of dat. They're like,
- 2:14Speaker 3: this guy's a little on the Chevy sat. Let's give
- 2:16Speaker 3: them a little more, you know, a little extra heaping
- 2:18Speaker 3: spoon of the beans. So that's always nice, and it's
- 2:21Speaker 3: better than feeding the big government monster. But not everybody's celebrating.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Right here in New York City, got Mayor Mamdani pushing
- 2:29Speaker 3: hard for billions of dollars in new taxes targeting the rich, corporations,
- 2:33Speaker 3: you name it. He's going after anybody he can. He's
- 2:35Speaker 3: floating income tax hikes, corporate bumps in the corporate income tax,
- 2:40Speaker 3: and even floating property tax increases as a backup plan
- 2:43Speaker 3: if all those fails. He likes to call it fair share,
- 2:47Speaker 3: like his mentor Bernie Sander's fair share. It's called the
- 2:50Speaker 3: fast share. Healthcare is a right, right, that's my Bernie
- 2:53Speaker 3: Center's impression. But when the bills come due, guess who
- 2:56Speaker 3: usually ends up paying more of it? That's right, you
- 2:59Speaker 3: and mebody else. So we're going to break down what
- 3:02Speaker 3: that means for businesses and homeowners and everyday New Yorkers
- 3:05Speaker 3: trying to make it in the world's biggest, greatest, and
- 3:08Speaker 3: most expensive city. And I want to get into a
- 3:13Speaker 3: couple other things, excuse me. One of those would be
- 3:15Speaker 3: Supreme Court of the United States. President Trump says he's
- 3:18Speaker 3: ready to replace the Supreme Court justices if any spots
- 3:22Speaker 3: open up, like Justice Alito or Justice Thomas, and he's
- 3:27Speaker 3: prepared to nominate up to three more to keep that
- 3:29Speaker 3: conservative bench very strong. And in a rare moment of
- 3:33Speaker 3: courtroom collegiality, Justice Sonia Soto Mayor from the Boogeydwan Bronx,
- 3:39Speaker 3: she issued a public apology to Supreme Court Justice Brett
- 3:43Speaker 3: Kavanaugh for some very sharp comments she made about him
- 3:47Speaker 3: being out of touch on immigration enforcement. And she apologized
- 3:50Speaker 3: for what she called, quote hurtful words and she owned it.
- 3:54Speaker 3: So kudos to her for doing such a thing. And
- 3:59Speaker 3: I think even at the highest level saying I'm sorry,
- 4:01Speaker 3: it can still happen. Honestly, I don't think i'd seen
- 4:04Speaker 3: that in a long time or ever, so who knew.
- 4:07Speaker 3: And on a much darker note, some tragedy in Omaha, Nebraska,
- 4:12Speaker 3: a woman recently released from jail allegedly tried to kidnap
- 4:15Speaker 3: a three year old boy at knife point inside of
- 4:17Speaker 3: a walmart. She slashed a child and was shot by
- 4:20Speaker 3: police when she refused to drop the weapon. The whole
- 4:23Speaker 3: story is heartbreaking. Prayers for the little boy and his family,
- 4:26Speaker 3: But this whole thing raises some questions about who we're
- 4:29Speaker 3: letting back on the streets and how do we keep
- 4:32Speaker 3: kids safe. I mean, if we can't keep a three
- 4:34Speaker 3: year old safe, let me tell you this is one
- 4:36Speaker 3: that I've got to say. I did not expect to
- 4:39Speaker 3: see a headline or a news report about a woman
- 4:43Speaker 3: stealing a kid that's three and then slashing him. I mean, honestly,
- 4:47Speaker 3: did you did you expect to hear that? I didn't.
- 4:49Speaker 3: So we're going to get into that a little bit plus.
- 4:52Speaker 3: Over on Capitol Hill, Democrats are firing on all cylinders.
- 4:56Speaker 3: They're moving to impeach Defense Secretary Pete Hegsath over foreign
- 5:00Speaker 3: policy moves that he's made, while some are even talking
- 5:03Speaker 3: about the twenty fifth or the twenty sixth Amendment against
- 5:07Speaker 3: President Trump, trying to get him out as well. I mean,
- 5:10Speaker 3: it's just, you know, the same playbook, different day, Democrats
- 5:13Speaker 3: doing what democrats do, making stuff up, saying Trump is unhinged, this, that,
- 5:17Speaker 3: and the third. When you can't win at the ballot box,
- 5:19Speaker 3: you try absolutely everything you can to get Trump out,
- 5:23Speaker 3: and then you just tie everybody up in hearings and
- 5:25Speaker 3: making headlines for yourselves, probably trying to cover up the
- 5:29Speaker 3: Swallwell stuff that's gonna do them dirty.
- 5:31Speaker 5: Right.
- 5:32Speaker 3: I saw one guy and his billionaire donor of Eric
- 5:35Speaker 3: Swalwell's that says he's not only disappointed in the whole
- 5:39Speaker 3: Swalwell thing, he says he's not going to be a
- 5:41Speaker 3: Democrat anymore. He says, I will be a libertarian Republican.
- 5:45Speaker 3: I mean, the guy was stunned. We'll play that audio
- 5:48Speaker 3: in a little bit and we'll unpack everything tonight. We're
- 5:51Speaker 3: gonna get into lots of stuff, no spin except the
- 5:54Speaker 3: spin that I give you. But I will get past
- 5:56Speaker 3: the spin that's out there in the audio clips that
- 5:59Speaker 3: we get from the left, because I invite the left
- 6:01Speaker 3: on this program, but they oftentimes don't want to come
- 6:03Speaker 3: and give you everything that I got because whether it's
- 6:07Speaker 3: saving tax dollars, watching the political circus, you name it,
- 6:12Speaker 3: this is still America, landed, a free home of the brave,
- 6:15Speaker 3: and occasionally the land of what were we thinking? So
- 6:20Speaker 3: keep it right here on me, he goes, there is
- 6:22Speaker 3: more to come straight ahead. I am Rich Valdez, keeping
- 6:24Speaker 3: your company this Wednesday night. Don't move a muscle.
- 6:28Speaker 4: This is America. This is America.
- 7:05Speaker 6: Iran used a Chinese spy satellite to target US bases
- 7:09Speaker 6: in the Middle East last month. The IRGC obtained access
- 7:13Speaker 6: to the Chinese satellite shortly after its launch in late
- 7:16Speaker 6: twenty twenty four, and apparently tasked it with monitoring US
- 7:20Speaker 6: military sites before and after drone in missile strikes on
- 7:23Speaker 6: the US basis Brett.
- 7:25Speaker 3: That is a report from Fox News Jennifer Griffin just
- 7:28Speaker 3: about an hour or two ago. And you've got Russia
- 7:34Speaker 3: helping Iran militarily with their existing cooperation. We've got China
- 7:40Speaker 3: now providing satellites to Iran and El Trompito this afternoon saying, well,
- 7:46Speaker 3: guess what. China has agreed to send no more weapons
- 7:50Speaker 3: to Iran, and Trump is now predicting that she Jimping
- 7:54Speaker 3: will give him a big fat hug. President Trump said
- 7:56Speaker 3: that China has agreed to not send weapons to a
- 8:00Speaker 3: on amidst reports that it has plans to give Taran
- 8:03Speaker 3: a new air defense system. He also predicted that Chinese
- 8:07Speaker 3: leader Shi Jingping will give me a big fat hug
- 8:09Speaker 3: when they meet next month. Trump further claimed on Wednesday,
- 8:12Speaker 3: this is in the New York Post, by the way,
- 8:13Speaker 3: that she is very happy about his efforts to open
- 8:17Speaker 3: the Strait of Hormuz, a day after officials in China
- 8:20Speaker 3: slammed the blockade is dangerous and irresponsible. China is very happy,
- 8:25Speaker 3: and I am permanently opening the Strait of Hormuz. This
- 8:29Speaker 3: is Trump a quote from President Trump. I'm doing it
- 8:32Speaker 3: for them also and the world, and that is something
- 8:37Speaker 3: that Trump put on truth social This situation will never
- 8:40Speaker 3: happen again. They have agreed to not send weapons to Iran.
- 8:45Speaker 3: I think the President has more faith in China than
- 8:47Speaker 3: I have in China. President she will get this is
- 8:51Speaker 3: my Trump impression. President. She will give me a big
- 8:55Speaker 3: fat hug. Can I get there in a few weeks.
- 8:57Speaker 3: We're working together smartly and doing very well. Doesn't that
- 9:02Speaker 3: beat fighting? But remember, we are very good at fighting.
- 9:06Speaker 3: If we have to, far better than anyone else. That
- 9:09Speaker 3: sounds very Trumpian if I don't say so myself. And
- 9:13Speaker 3: he's right, we're good at fighting. His expectation is that
- 9:16Speaker 3: we'll have peace. And they were supposed to meet already,
- 9:19Speaker 3: but the meeting was delayed because of the war in Iran.
- 9:22Speaker 3: China obviously gets about half of its crude oil imports
- 9:26Speaker 3: through the Strait of horm Moos. Over a fifth of
- 9:29Speaker 3: the world's seaborn oil crosses the Strait of horm Moose annually. Meanwhile,
- 9:34Speaker 3: multiple reports have indicated that United States intelligence believes that
- 9:38Speaker 3: China has been preparing to send man pads, which are
- 9:41Speaker 3: shoulder fired anti air missile systems, and sending those to
- 9:45Speaker 3: Iran to help defend itself against potential American attacks. President
- 9:50Speaker 3: claimed on Fox News Business Mornings with Maria that she
- 9:54Speaker 3: wrote him a letter about President She wrote him a
- 9:56Speaker 3: letter about not sending weapons, and he responded, I wrote
- 10:01Speaker 3: him a letter asking him she not to do that,
- 10:04Speaker 3: to send the weapons, and he wrote me a letter
- 10:07Speaker 3: saying that essentially he's not doing that. So Khut knows
- 10:12Speaker 3: to President Trump for squashing this weapons trade, if you will.
- 10:17Speaker 3: And he finished this by saying, look, there's never been
- 10:20Speaker 3: anybody tough for it on China than me. But I
- 10:23Speaker 3: also have a good relationship with President she and that's
- 10:25Speaker 3: a good thing. And I do agree it's a good
- 10:27Speaker 3: thing to get along with people. And when asked about
- 10:31Speaker 3: what he would do if China launches a cyber attack
- 10:35Speaker 3: against the United States. President Trump simply said that he's
- 10:40Speaker 3: going to address a lot of things, but China will
- 10:43Speaker 3: be China. Meanwhile, Democrats are hell bent on stopping all
- 10:46Speaker 3: of this military activity, how by getting Pete Hegseeth out
- 10:53Speaker 3: of office. Articles of impeachment were filed against Secretary heg Seth.
- 10:58Speaker 3: By yes, I mean, I'm sorry. She's a Democrat congress
- 11:02Speaker 3: woman representing Arizona's third district. She's the daughter of an
- 11:07Speaker 3: Iranian immigrants. She was born in Seattle and raised in Arizona.
- 11:11Speaker 3: She has a degree from Stanford University and the University
- 11:14Speaker 3: of Cambridge, and she worked at the United Nations for
- 11:18Speaker 3: six or seven years. So yeah, guess what. She's pretty radical.
- 11:24Speaker 3: She announced plans to introduce articles of impeachment against Secretary
- 11:28Speaker 3: of War Pete Hegsith, called for abolishing ice following the
- 11:32Speaker 3: death of Alex Pretty and she's the first woman of
- 11:36Speaker 3: Middle Eastern and North African descent to represent Arizona in Congress.
- 11:41Speaker 3: I'm sure she's very proud of that. Here's what she
- 11:43Speaker 3: had to say.
- 11:45Speaker 7: I think every single week, Democrats should be enforcing War
- 11:49Speaker 7: Powers resolution so that we take the power back into
- 11:52Speaker 7: our hands. We needs were Republicans on the record as
- 11:55Speaker 7: often as possible about whether or not they support a
- 11:58Speaker 7: war that was costing American two billion dollars a day,
- 12:02Speaker 7: a war where the United States committed war crimes. I
- 12:05Speaker 7: actually filed articles of impeachment against Pete Hegseth today, and
- 12:10Speaker 7: I think that's extremely important because Pete Hegseth did not
- 12:14Speaker 7: follow his oath to the US Constitution. He violated his duty.
- 12:18Speaker 7: He committed a war crime in Iran with the attack
- 12:21Speaker 7: on a school that killed over one hundred and sixty children.
- 12:26Speaker 7: So not only do we need to end this war,
- 12:28Speaker 7: but we need to hold accountable and prosecute anyone in
- 12:31Speaker 7: the US administration who may have committed war crimes during
- 12:34Speaker 7: this process.
- 12:35Speaker 6: And what reception is your impeachment resolutions against Pete Hegseth
- 12:38Speaker 6: gotten so far from your colleagues here in.
- 12:39Speaker 7: The House, We very quickly have gotten over ten Democratic
- 12:43Speaker 7: co sponsors. You know, the thing with Pete Hegseth is
- 12:47Speaker 7: that this is not the first time he has done
- 12:49Speaker 7: something impeachable. This goes back to the signal Gate scandal.
- 12:52Speaker 7: This goes back to the double tap strikes on the
- 12:55Speaker 7: boats in the Caribbean Pete Hegseth has been committing crimes
- 12:59Speaker 7: and violating oath. And so I have no doubt if
- 13:02Speaker 7: this absolute clown, this former Fox News, not even a
- 13:06Speaker 7: real anchor, continues in this position, there will be more
- 13:10Speaker 7: and we will get more support. And I urge my
- 13:11Speaker 7: colleagues to join me. He is a national security risk
- 13:14Speaker 7: to the United States of America into the world.
- 13:17Speaker 3: Thank you so much.
- 13:18Speaker 4: Man.
- 13:18Speaker 3: I have no doubt that this fake phony for our congresswoman.
- 13:24Speaker 3: And again she's a real congresswoman, but she you know,
- 13:26Speaker 3: she's one of these Ivy League liberals. Isn't going to
- 13:29Speaker 3: get this thing out of committee. They're not going to
- 13:32Speaker 3: get anywhere with this impeachment. So good luck, ma'am. Good
- 13:35Speaker 3: luck now, Jamie Raskin, Jamie Raskin is up to his
- 13:41Speaker 3: old tricks, trying to get rid of President Trump the
- 13:45Speaker 3: way he's done before. Listen.
- 13:47Speaker 8: But what I've been pointing out is that the twenty
- 13:50Speaker 8: fifth Amendment also says the vice president can do the
- 13:54Speaker 8: same thing with a majority of a body set up
- 13:56Speaker 8: by Congress. So it's a way bypassing the cabinet and
- 13:59Speaker 8: saying Congress can set up a body and I've introduced
- 14:03Speaker 8: legislation before, back in twenty seventeen, in twenty twenty, which
- 14:06Speaker 8: I'm introducing again this week to set up a permanent,
- 14:10Speaker 8: ongoing body that would be there in the event of
- 14:14Speaker 8: a problem with this or any other president.
- 14:17Speaker 3: But what makes you think, sir, that this is gonna work.
- 14:21Speaker 3: You tried it in twenty seventeen, you tried it in
- 14:22Speaker 3: twenty twenty. I'm not saying you should give up. Hey,
- 14:25Speaker 3: do what you gotta do, But I am saying, what
- 14:27Speaker 3: makes you think it's gonna work. I don't think it's
- 14:28Speaker 3: gonna work. People aren't that crazy. There's not enough votes there.
- 14:32Speaker 3: Although speaking of votes, there were some votes today I
- 14:36Speaker 3: think two nineteen to two oh nine Republicans joining Democrats
- 14:41Speaker 3: and voting for TPS and giving a favorable status to
- 14:48Speaker 3: Haitian immigrants. And this is a thing. Several of the
- 14:52Speaker 3: New York Republicans did that as well, as I think
- 14:55Speaker 3: it was one of the Miami Republicans, Maria Salazar. And
- 15:00Speaker 3: this is politics, right. This is not me defending anybody
- 15:05Speaker 3: or attacking anybody. This is me explaining that in Congress
- 15:10Speaker 3: there's a lot of horse trading that goes on. People
- 15:12Speaker 3: that say, look, I can't win every fight. Pardon me,
- 15:15Speaker 3: had hit the mute button to yawn for a moment,
- 15:19Speaker 3: But you can't win every fight, right, Sometimes you have
- 15:22Speaker 3: to say, all right, look, I don't agree with this,
- 15:24Speaker 3: but I'm gonna need you for X, Y, and Z
- 15:26Speaker 3: a little later. And my colleague, let's just make this example.
- 15:31Speaker 3: And I'm not saying this is the case, but let's
- 15:33Speaker 3: say I'm a congressman from New Jersey. And I'm not
- 15:35Speaker 3: saying I would even do this if I was a congressman.
- 15:37Speaker 3: But I get a call from my Republican colleague, Maria
- 15:41Speaker 3: Salazar in Florida, representing a part of Miami there, and
- 15:46Speaker 3: she says, hey, Rich, I'm up against the tough battle.
- 15:50Speaker 3: As you know, we got a new leftist mayor in Miami.
- 15:54Speaker 3: The whole part of South Florida is going left. I
- 15:58Speaker 3: need you to help me with this, and then I'll
- 16:01Speaker 3: help you with that in the future. I'm going to
- 16:04Speaker 3: be voting for this and I know a lot of
- 16:05Speaker 3: you guys aren't gonna like it, but I need some help.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Depending on one's relationship, depending on what she brings to
- 16:11Speaker 3: the table, depending on a lot of things, you might
- 16:14Speaker 3: say yes no, maybe so right, there's a lot of
- 16:15Speaker 3: different issues there, and these are the things that happen, right,
- 16:19Speaker 3: because the reality is she is facing an uphill battle.
- 16:22Speaker 3: She's in rough shape, rough shape, that whole everybody, not
- 16:27Speaker 3: just her, everybody in South Florida is this isn't the
- 16:31Speaker 3: same South Florida that it was when Trump won. Plus
- 16:34Speaker 3: you've got a lot of these fair weather friends, right.
- 16:36Speaker 3: There were some people that jumped on board in twenty
- 16:38Speaker 3: twenty four to help Trump come across the finish line
- 16:42Speaker 3: because they wanted no tax on tips, because they wanted
- 16:45Speaker 3: no tax on overtime, and those tax breaks. These things
- 16:51Speaker 3: were important to them. But guess what, it's tax Day.
- 16:55Speaker 3: They got those things already. So why are they inclined
- 16:58Speaker 3: to September to vote for Maria Salis are? Well, they're
- 17:02Speaker 3: not right, especially if they want to start, you know,
- 17:05Speaker 3: going back to their old habits and saying, look, I
- 17:07Speaker 3: got what I needed from Trump. They're not necessarily loyal
- 17:11Speaker 3: to all of the cause, but to some of the cause.
- 17:13Speaker 3: And I see it all the time. I've got let
- 17:15Speaker 3: me see the other day, I have a friend that
- 17:18Speaker 3: I don't talk to a lot every now and again,
- 17:21Speaker 3: and when I see him. He's always like, Bro, Trump
- 17:23Speaker 3: is the man. This is how it's been for the
- 17:24Speaker 3: last two and a half years. Man, Trump is the man.
- 17:28Speaker 3: I can't wait till he gets in. Trump is the man. No,
- 17:30Speaker 3: we did it, rich, we did it. We got him in.
- 17:32Speaker 3: We got him in. This is great. I see him
- 17:34Speaker 3: the other day. He said, this is a disgrace. This
- 17:37Speaker 3: guy is fighting Israel's war. And again this is a
- 17:39Speaker 3: Hispanic guy that I know. And he's like, no, that's it,
- 17:42Speaker 3: that's enough, man, everything's through the roof. Bro, I sell
- 17:44Speaker 3: cars for a living. He's got a car dealership. And
- 17:47Speaker 3: he tells me, He's like, you think freaking gas prices
- 17:50Speaker 3: this high is going to help me? You think all
- 17:52Speaker 3: these tariffs, you know how hard it is to get
- 17:54Speaker 3: certain parts. This stuff is killing me. No, no, no, no, no, no,
- 17:57Speaker 3: no no no. I regret it so bad. I regret
- 17:59Speaker 3: voting for true and blah blah blah blah blah. Right,
- 18:01Speaker 3: fairweather friend, short short, short vision, very myopic. That is
- 18:07Speaker 3: part of politics. It happens, right, You're going to get
- 18:10Speaker 3: some of those Not everybody's gonna say, look, you're going
- 18:13Speaker 3: to break a few eggs making an omelet. Trump is
- 18:16Speaker 3: literally recreating the world order, recreating it. He's doing things.
- 18:21Speaker 3: He's extremely nimble. I'm gonna blow up around. We're gonna
- 18:25Speaker 3: blow up your nukes. We're going to do this, We're
- 18:26Speaker 3: going to do that. We're going to block the straight
- 18:29Speaker 3: of horror moves. No, no, no, I'm gonna block the
- 18:31Speaker 3: straight of horror moves. I'm going to make sure you
- 18:34Speaker 3: know things are coming in out and guess what that's
- 18:37Speaker 3: that's working to sumber moves. Traffic remains as a trickle
- 18:40Speaker 3: right now. The blockade in the Iranian ports is still holding.
- 18:49Speaker 3: But they're letting in a ship here, in a ship
- 18:52Speaker 3: there right. Ship tracking data shows only a few ships
- 18:55Speaker 3: have crossed the key waterway during the ceasefire. US military
- 18:59Speaker 3: says it has some ten thousand personnel ready to enforce
- 19:02Speaker 3: the naval blockade. Let me just give you a couple
- 19:06Speaker 3: of pieces of this article here. A trickle of ships
- 19:08Speaker 3: crossed the Strait of Harmuz Tuesday and Wednesday, as a
- 19:11Speaker 3: US blockade appeared to further curb traffic in the trade
- 19:16Speaker 3: route already paralyzed by Iranian forces. Marine tracking data confirms
- 19:21Speaker 3: all of this. The crucial waterway normally sees about a
- 19:24Speaker 3: fifth of global crude oil and natural gas passed through it,
- 19:27Speaker 3: but traffic has been almost halted since the US and
- 19:30Speaker 3: Israeli strikes started. On February twenty eighth, US military said
- 19:34Speaker 3: the blockade of vessels either departing or destined four Iran
- 19:39Speaker 3: ports has been fully implemented. During the first forty eight hours,
- 19:42Speaker 3: no vessels made it past US forces. Additionally, nine vessels
- 19:46Speaker 3: have complied with direction from US forces to turn around
- 19:50Speaker 3: and return towards an Iranian port or a coastal area.
- 19:54Speaker 3: And this is according to US Central Command. And they're
- 19:59Speaker 3: also posts photos of audio on different warships and different
- 20:04Speaker 3: operations in the Era area, saying that the US has
- 20:07Speaker 3: ten thousand personnel who were deployed for the blockade against
- 20:12Speaker 3: vessels of all nations entering or departing Iranian ports and
- 20:15Speaker 3: coastal areas. Again, so that is the update from Scentcom.
- 20:23Speaker 3: We have control of the straight. Trump says just a
- 20:26Speaker 3: little while ago that we have opened the Strait of
- 20:28Speaker 3: Hormuz so that China can get some oil to prevent
- 20:32Speaker 3: China from escalating things in this war. Right, So this
- 20:36Speaker 3: is a dance. This is not just a heavy fist.
- 20:39Speaker 3: I think anybody can do that. To be strategic, to
- 20:42Speaker 3: be smart, you have to know how hard to push
- 20:45Speaker 3: and when to ease back a little bit. And that's
- 20:48Speaker 3: exactly what Trump is doing. And I wish it happened overnight.
- 20:52Speaker 3: I wish it didn't even have to happen, but that's
- 20:55Speaker 3: how it works. These things take time. So that's where
- 20:59Speaker 3: I'm at with this. I don't think that it's one
- 21:02Speaker 3: of those things that we're gonna snap our fingers and
- 21:05Speaker 3: it's magically gonna happen. I don't think that's going to
- 21:07Speaker 3: be the case at all. Anyway. I want to get
- 21:11Speaker 3: into another topic, and that is what California is doing
- 21:16Speaker 3: with some of their tax dollars this tax Day. But
- 21:18Speaker 3: I'll do that in a moment. So keep it locked
- 21:21Speaker 3: right here, don't go anywhere. I'm Rich Valdez.
- 21:25Speaker 4: This is America. This is America. He's brown, he's bald,
- 21:35Speaker 4: and he's breaking it down.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Oh he's so handsome.
- 21:38Speaker 4: What's his day, Rich Valdez?
- 21:43Speaker 3: All right, I'm India. Welcome back, Rich valdesk keep you
- 21:45Speaker 3: your company this Wednesday night and check this out. Gavin
- 21:49Speaker 3: Newso taking some heat because the Manhattan Institute has uncovered
- 21:54Speaker 3: some wild stuff, in particular what they're doing with the
- 21:59Speaker 3: tax of Californians. Yes, it's true, Californians are funding a
- 22:06Speaker 3: whole lot of crazy stuff, including boobs. That's right, breast implants, implants,
- 22:13Speaker 3: sex change procedures. You can even be homeless and an
- 22:17Speaker 3: illegal alien and you will get it right. This is
- 22:21Speaker 3: part of a whistleblower report coming from the Manhattan Institute
- 22:25Speaker 3: published in City Journal. And just to give you a
- 22:29Speaker 3: little tidbit on this, there's a tweet by Christopher Rufo
- 22:35Speaker 3: from Manhattan Institute and he blows the lid off of this.
- 22:40Speaker 5: Right.
- 22:41Speaker 3: This is an exclusive that they put out. This woman
- 22:43Speaker 3: here or individual, I'm going to say, quote unquote Jacqueline
- 22:48Speaker 3: is a transgender migrant who lives in a California homeless
- 22:51Speaker 3: shelter and told Manhattan Institute that the state of California
- 22:57Speaker 3: gave him free breast implants. Now he's waiting for quote
- 23:01Speaker 3: unquote bottom surgery in which the doctor will castrate him
- 23:06Speaker 3: and create an artificial vagina, all funded by the California
- 23:11Speaker 3: taxpayers at the will of Gavin Newsom. Listens to this.
- 23:15Speaker 5: What is your name again, Jacqueline? Jacqueline? This is the
- 23:18Speaker 5: first time.
- 23:19Speaker 4: I am.
- 23:19Speaker 5: I live in Michelle there. Yeah, a lot of Latino here,
- 23:23Speaker 5: so definitely some are migrants or undocumented and Mia tatrans
- 23:28Speaker 5: one man. Yeah, I don't I feel say if were
- 23:31Speaker 5: you able to get the hormones or you know, yeah,
- 23:35Speaker 5: I did that with my doctor, so medical you got
- 23:38Speaker 5: the bresild implants, yes, wow, taxpayer funded. So here in California,
- 23:44Speaker 5: they gave you the breast implants here, yes, free? Yeah wow, congratulations.
- 23:53Speaker 5: Do you feel like that's a good benefit for other
- 23:55Speaker 5: migrants here in California?
- 23:57Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 23:58Speaker 5: Even so you on your undocumented you can get him.
- 24:03Speaker 5: Did you do bottom two bottom surgery? While you're waiting
- 24:06Speaker 5: for bottom surgery? Are you happy with the results?
- 24:10Speaker 9: Yes?
- 24:12Speaker 3: Are you happy with the results? A big smile. Unbelievable.
- 24:17Speaker 3: I mean, God, bless America. Who wouldn't want to come here?
- 24:20Speaker 3: You know again, this brings me back to my friend
- 24:22Speaker 3: the other day who's telling me. He's like, you know, listen, rich,
- 24:25Speaker 3: you're brainwashed. You are part of a cult of Trump people.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Trump is your religion, and you've lost all objectivity. The
- 24:36Speaker 3: problem is that no matter what he does, you'll come
- 24:40Speaker 3: up with a reason to defend it and he says,
- 24:44Speaker 3: you know, And I said, no, it's because you know
- 24:49Speaker 3: and I know. I give my rebuttals to everything. And
- 24:51Speaker 3: he says, but you got to realize there's so many
- 24:54Speaker 3: countries in the world that are so much better than
- 24:57Speaker 3: the United States. What makes you think that and it's
- 25:01Speaker 3: better to live in those places? And I said, why
- 25:02Speaker 3: aren't you living there? Why is it that you risked
- 25:05Speaker 3: your life on a jet ski and came here. He said, well,
- 25:08Speaker 3: that's that's where I came. This was the best option
- 25:10Speaker 3: for me. It was the closest. I said, hmm. And
- 25:13Speaker 3: I said, you of all these other countries you're talking
- 25:16Speaker 3: about that are the best places to live, and they
- 25:19Speaker 3: are whatnot the what he said? He said, better to
- 25:26Speaker 3: live and more affordable. And I said, well, out of
- 25:30Speaker 3: all those places, which ones are having the same immigration
- 25:33Speaker 3: problem that we've been having, where you know, people are
- 25:37Speaker 3: sneaking in, risking life and limb to get in. He says, well,
- 25:40Speaker 3: that's because it's a myth right they've they've promoted a
- 25:43Speaker 3: myth overseas that America is this great place, but it's
- 25:46Speaker 3: not a great place, like you know, they're saying, there's
- 25:48Speaker 3: other places that are better. This is a guy who's
- 25:51Speaker 3: living here. I know everybody right now is saying deport, deport.
- 25:56Speaker 3: He's actually a citizen now, and he's always bragged about
- 26:00Speaker 3: the United States, but I feel like he's so easily influenced,
- 26:03Speaker 3: and he gets one bad algorithm and then he comes
- 26:06Speaker 3: back with all that crazy talk talking about he doesn't
- 26:09Speaker 3: like the Jews and Tucker Carlson has a point when
- 26:11Speaker 3: this guy has hated Tucker Carlson for years, and he's
- 26:15Speaker 3: remarkably consistent in that anything I've been for he's been
- 26:19Speaker 3: a guest since I've known him, right, that's going on
- 26:21Speaker 3: four years or so, more like six years. But bottom
- 26:26Speaker 3: line here is this country is so great. You've got
- 26:31Speaker 3: Jack Geling over here who was able to get a surgery,
- 26:38Speaker 3: a breast implant surgery. She's a man that identifies as
- 26:42Speaker 3: a woman, and now she has boobs and she's waiting
- 26:46Speaker 3: to have a cosmetic surgery for a whatever they call
- 26:52Speaker 3: that vagina plasty, I guess it's called. I mean, I
- 26:56Speaker 3: think that's quite remarkable, right, that she's homeless, living in
- 26:59Speaker 3: a shelter in the country, undocumented illegally. Right, I'm here legally.
- 27:04Speaker 3: You know what I would like I would like an
- 27:05Speaker 3: SBA loan. I would like to own a hotel and
- 27:09Speaker 3: restaurant in Miami or Puerto Rico. I have a whole
- 27:12Speaker 3: lot of things that I could, you know, can I
- 27:14Speaker 3: get some of that stuff? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller bueler. Anyway,
- 27:20Speaker 3: I'm gonna read you a little bit of this article
- 27:22Speaker 3: from City Journal about this particular video, because it says
- 27:25Speaker 3: last month they received a report from a whistleblower who
- 27:27Speaker 3: claimed that illegal aliens were staying in San Francisco's home
- 27:30Speaker 3: with shelters and were in fact getting all sorts of services.
- 27:36Speaker 3: So Manhattan Institute discovered not only that the shelters were
- 27:40Speaker 3: housing illegal immigrants, but also that they were apparently housing
- 27:43Speaker 3: a population of male to female transgender illegal aliens who
- 27:47Speaker 3: had hoped to obtain gender affirming care, and to their shock,
- 27:52Speaker 3: state and local governments apparently are paying for it. Saint
- 27:56Speaker 3: Vincent de Paul's MSc South Facility of San francisc gho's
- 28:00Speaker 3: largest homeless shelter, and in twenty twenty four it signed
- 28:05Speaker 3: a sixty six million dollars service contract with the city.
- 28:09Speaker 3: After that, Manhattan Institute folks arrived at the front door
- 28:17Speaker 3: and found an employee wearing a do rag and a
- 28:19Speaker 3: light green polo shirt, showed them around and confirmed that
- 28:22Speaker 3: illegal aliens were living there, saying this, You got a
- 28:26Speaker 3: few people here from El Salvador. You got a few
- 28:28Speaker 3: people here from Venezuela. You got a few people here
- 28:30Speaker 3: from a little bit of everywhere, he said. As a rule,
- 28:34Speaker 3: he suggested management instructed employees to refuse cooperation with federal
- 28:38Speaker 3: immigration authorities, saying when ice, when the ice thing was
- 28:42Speaker 3: going around, we all had a meeting and they all
- 28:44Speaker 3: told us we ain't letting them in. That's it now.
- 28:47Speaker 3: Among the shelter's residents was a group of hon durants
- 28:50Speaker 3: who identified as transgender. During the visit to the MSc South,
- 28:55Speaker 3: whose executive director did not respond to a request for comment.
- 28:59Speaker 3: The the two Honduran men, Laika and Alandra, who identified
- 29:04Speaker 3: as transgender women, both indicated that the local government gave
- 29:08Speaker 3: them shelter and food. Laika, who had long hair and
- 29:12Speaker 3: red lipstick, was candid about his arrangement. He confirmed that
- 29:15Speaker 3: he was an illegal immigrant and that the shelter doesn't
- 29:18Speaker 3: ask questions about immigration status. He said in Spanish, they
- 29:23Speaker 3: can go medical, which is the state version of Medicaid
- 29:27Speaker 3: in California medical he said, referring to the program which
- 29:32Speaker 3: Gavin Newsom began providing a full scope of coverage to
- 29:36Speaker 3: illegal aliens, which includes transgender procedures or quote unquote gender
- 29:41Speaker 3: affirming care. Those might be the biggest lies we've ever heard,
- 29:48Speaker 3: right that phrase gender affirming care. Anyway, he was said
- 29:53Speaker 3: to be receiving cross sex hormone therapy and was showing
- 29:59Speaker 3: the sign of having such therapy. Alandra was a muscular
- 30:03Speaker 3: man in a camouflage shirt and dyed hair tied behind
- 30:07Speaker 3: his head, and he said he was in the United
- 30:09Speaker 3: States after claiming asylum. According to the translator, the city
- 30:12Speaker 3: government had offered to first pay the first month and
- 30:17Speaker 3: the second month rent on a private apartment for him
- 30:19Speaker 3: and for Laika, but neither accepted. The offer. In Lika's
- 30:23Speaker 3: case was because they weren't able to pay for the
- 30:25Speaker 3: apartment after the second month, because not only are they homeless,
- 30:29Speaker 3: but they're also unemployed. At the Embarcadero Safe Navigation Center,
- 30:36Speaker 3: a city funded shelter on the Eastern waterfront, they also
- 30:40Speaker 3: didn't respond to City Journal's request, but they heard similar
- 30:45Speaker 3: stories and that's where they found Jacqueline A. Self identified
- 30:48Speaker 3: trans woman from Mexico living at the shelter, who claimed
- 30:51Speaker 3: to be a lawful US resident, indicating that she were there,
- 30:58Speaker 3: that there were illegal aliens living in the shelter, but
- 31:04Speaker 3: alluding to the fact that she was a migrant not
- 31:07Speaker 3: an illegal alien. Wearing rouge on his cheeks and a
- 31:13Speaker 3: low cut red shirt, Jacqueline flaunted a very large chest.
- 31:18Speaker 3: He said that he had gotten transgender hormone treatments and
- 31:21Speaker 3: confirmed that he had received breast implants from the state
- 31:24Speaker 3: medical program. Though Jacqueline claimed to be a legal resident,
- 31:29Speaker 3: he suggested that the state also provides implants to illegal immigrants.
- 31:34Speaker 3: Even though you're undocumented, you can get them, and you
- 31:36Speaker 3: heard that in the video that I played now. He
- 31:40Speaker 3: said that he was in the process of getting hormones
- 31:43Speaker 3: as well. Jacqueline also, as you heard, is awaiting the
- 31:50Speaker 3: bottom surgery. So this is where we are. We are
- 31:56Speaker 3: now handing out sex change surgery to people, not even
- 32:00Speaker 3: the people from here. Not that it makes it any better,
- 32:03Speaker 3: but you can come from another country, not have a job,
- 32:06Speaker 3: live on the street, find a shelter and change your sex.
- 32:14Speaker 3: I tell you, God bless America, the only place in
- 32:17Speaker 3: the world I think where you can do this. I
- 32:18Speaker 3: can't think of another country where I can just go there,
- 32:21Speaker 3: pull up and say hi, I'm not here legally, but
- 32:23Speaker 3: don't kick me out, no problem. Will give you a sanctuary.
- 32:26Speaker 3: And I'm going to live on the street. And by
- 32:28Speaker 3: the way, can you get me boobs?
- 32:29Speaker 4: You got it?
- 32:30Speaker 3: Can you get me this? You got it? I mean,
- 32:34Speaker 3: am I making it up?
- 32:35Speaker 10: No?
- 32:35Speaker 3: I'm not making it up. It's right here in front
- 32:36Speaker 3: of me and black and white. This is the real deal.
- 32:39Speaker 3: This is what's going on. And that's why it comes
- 32:42Speaker 3: as no surprise that people are sick and tired of
- 32:44Speaker 3: this stuff. And looking at some headlines in the Washington Examiner,
- 32:48Speaker 3: listen to this one right here. Hundreds of hospice providers
- 32:52Speaker 3: suspend it over six hundred million dollars and suspected fraud.
- 32:56Speaker 3: That's good because they've been catching people left and right
- 32:58Speaker 3: in California and Minneapolis with one fraud claim after the next.
- 33:04Speaker 3: So I'm very happy to hear that hundreds of hospice
- 33:07Speaker 3: workers are now suspended because they're suspected of having six
- 33:11Speaker 3: hundred million dollars in fraud. Thank god, doctor oz jd Vance,
- 33:18Speaker 3: whoever it is, It's on this case is on it
- 33:20Speaker 3: because that's wild, the fact that we're giving away that
- 33:24Speaker 3: kind of money and we're doing these types of things,
- 33:27Speaker 3: so it's not just boobs. You're talking about hospice care
- 33:30Speaker 3: pretending that people are dying. They're not even dying, but
- 33:33Speaker 3: we're building it. Just to say, I mean, you can't
- 33:35Speaker 3: make this stuff up. This is some straight up strong
- 33:38Speaker 3: arm robbery of the taxpayer dollar on this tax day. Anyway,
- 33:42Speaker 3: keep it locked right here. It's Rich feldesn't coming right
- 33:44Speaker 3: back more to come straight ahead, don't go anywhere.
- 33:47Speaker 4: This is America. This is America.
- 34:03Speaker 3: President Donald take Trump, mister President, welcome to the program.
- 34:06Speaker 4: Service.
- 34:07Speaker 1: Well, thank you, Rich, and thank you for everything.
- 34:09Speaker 11: I know you very well, and I have I listen,
- 34:12Speaker 11: but I have a lot of people that listen and
- 34:14Speaker 11: they love your show and I appreciate it very much.
- 34:17Speaker 3: All right, amigos, welcome back, Rich Valdez, keeping your company
- 34:20Speaker 3: this Wednesday night. And I want to get into a
- 34:21Speaker 3: couple of uh, miscellaneous things here because this stuff is
- 34:24Speaker 3: really out of control. I'm going to make a provocative statement.
- 34:27Speaker 3: Maybe for some maybe for others, it's common sense, but
- 34:29Speaker 3: people that kill people should be killed punto ifina period
- 34:34Speaker 3: the end. If you're out there in these streets killing people,
- 34:37Speaker 3: I think you should be put down like a rabid dog.
- 34:40Speaker 3: My dad always taught me mattal perrol Isa right, that
- 34:44Speaker 3: means you kill the dog and the rabies is gone.
- 34:49Speaker 3: This is a serious problem we're having. Last week it
- 34:52Speaker 3: was Dick Carlos Brown who slashed Arena Zarutska, twenty three
- 34:57Speaker 3: year old girl riding the train. She's dead, and then
- 35:01Speaker 3: he said I got that white girl good. Then he
- 35:04Speaker 3: went to court and they said that he was not
- 35:07Speaker 3: fit for trial because he was crazy. Guess what, if
- 35:09Speaker 3: you're fit to kill people, you are fit to be killed,
- 35:13Speaker 3: because it's only a matter of time before that person
- 35:16Speaker 3: will kill again the same way that you think. They
- 35:19Speaker 3: can't understand the trial, Guess what, they also can't understand
- 35:23Speaker 3: that killing is wrong. These people need to be at
- 35:26Speaker 3: worst incarcerated and at best case scenario terminated, expired, removed.
- 35:32Speaker 3: That's the only way to keep society safe. Well, in
- 35:35Speaker 3: another act of genius that I'm going to say, and
- 35:38Speaker 3: again it's like clockwork, right, I'm almost willing to bet
- 35:40Speaker 3: whatever I have in my pocket any given time. Why
- 35:45Speaker 3: because you can almost guarantee that this is some progressive
- 35:47Speaker 3: liberal democrat that's making these choices, whether it's a legislator,
- 35:52Speaker 3: whether it's a social worker, whether it's a parole officer,
- 35:54Speaker 3: whether it's the judge. Woman tries to kill her father
- 35:58Speaker 3: and set him on fire. Happens to the woman. She
- 36:01Speaker 3: gets let go, not guilty by a reason of insanity.
- 36:05Speaker 3: What does she do? She goes and she kidnaps a
- 36:09Speaker 3: three year old boy in a walmart and then slashes
- 36:12Speaker 3: him across the face as she's trying to take him
- 36:15Speaker 3: away from his family with a butcher knife that she
- 36:18Speaker 3: stole from the walmart moments ago. That's Noemi Guzman, a
- 36:23Speaker 3: sick woman. Listen to this.
- 36:25Speaker 1: This is the moment police fatally shot a woman who
- 36:28Speaker 1: they say kidnapped a three year old boy and slashed
- 36:31Speaker 1: him with a knife.
- 36:32Speaker 12: He looked very scared, He looked like he didn't obviously
- 36:36Speaker 12: didn't know.
- 36:36Speaker 1: Suspect authority say, Tuesday morning, thirty one year old Noemi
- 36:40Speaker 1: Guzman stole that knife from a Nebraska walmart and grabbed
- 36:43Speaker 1: the shopping cart with three year old Kyler Hillman.
- 36:46Speaker 12: Took possession of the child, essentially kidnapping the child, gave
- 36:50Speaker 12: commands to the caretaker of the child to walk in
- 36:57Speaker 12: front of the shopping cart.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Polise Guzman forced them out to the parking lot. Officers
- 37:02Speaker 1: rushing to the scene yelling for the woman to drop
- 37:05Speaker 1: the knife, but she refused.
- 37:07Speaker 12: There is video that shows the suspect swiping the knife
- 37:10Speaker 12: at the child, cutting him across the face.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Two officers open fire. Whose Mond was pronounced dead at
- 37:17Speaker 1: the scene. Kyler was taken to the hospital, his family
- 37:20Speaker 1: sharing these images showing cuts to his face and hand.
- 37:23Speaker 1: His parents now reunited with their son, thanking officers for
- 37:27Speaker 1: their swift action.
- 37:28Speaker 10: If they wouldn't reacted when they did, we wouldn't still.
- 37:32Speaker 4: Have him and David.
- 37:33Speaker 1: This suspect had been under court supervision after she previously
- 37:37Speaker 1: stabbed her dad and tried to set him on fire.
- 37:40Speaker 1: She was found not responsible by reason of insanity.
- 37:44Speaker 3: Okay, you heard it. Listen, I'm not making this stuff up.
- 37:48Speaker 3: These are some crazy people and this is not her
- 37:51Speaker 3: first time, not her first rodeo. This woman jumped out
- 37:55Speaker 3: of a window to get away from police. She messed
- 37:58Speaker 3: up an entire church. She ransacked a church. This woman
- 38:04Speaker 3: has a history of these things. A knife wielding maniac
- 38:07Speaker 3: who slashed a boy in Nebraska. These violent rampages are
- 38:11Speaker 3: nothing new, including taking a knife to her father and
- 38:15Speaker 3: then drenching him at lighter fluid Noemi Guzman who was
- 38:18Speaker 3: killed by the police today after slashing this little toddler,
- 38:22Speaker 3: She broke into a church in Omaha, Nebraska, threatened to
- 38:25Speaker 3: kill a priest after stabbing her father and trying to
- 38:29Speaker 3: set the house on fire. This was during one of
- 38:33Speaker 3: her manias and a rampage back in twenty twenty four.
- 38:37Speaker 3: Poor girl, And I say poor girl because I don't
- 38:39Speaker 3: think anybody intentionally does these things right. I mean, I'm
- 38:42Speaker 3: sure she means to do it, but it's because she's
- 38:45Speaker 3: possessed by demons and has mental issues. Thirty one year
- 38:48Speaker 3: old unleashed this latest attack on the morning of March
- 38:52Speaker 3: third in twenty twenty four, dousing her father Octavio, in
- 38:57Speaker 3: a flammable liquid, slashing him with a knife before trying
- 39:00Speaker 3: to set the whole house on fire. I mean, wow,
- 39:03Speaker 3: it's freaking wild. Can't believe she's not in jail. Kuzman
- 39:06Speaker 3: then stormed into the Saint Francis Cabrini church less than
- 39:10Speaker 3: an hour later, allegedly trashing the rectory while wielding the
- 39:14Speaker 3: knife as a terrified priest barricaded himself in an upstairs
- 39:17Speaker 3: room and called the cops. Surprised it again, so this
- 39:21Speaker 3: is her thing, Grab a knife, slash, people go crazy.
- 39:25Speaker 3: I'm surprised she didn't get shot in that incident anyway.
- 39:27Speaker 3: Then she proceeded to barrel her way into the priest's
- 39:30Speaker 3: room while firefighters were rescuing him from the rectory with
- 39:33Speaker 3: a ladder truck. Whatever room he was in, she busted
- 39:36Speaker 3: through that room just as they were extracting him on
- 39:38Speaker 3: that ladder, said Lieutenant Jake Ratonia. He said that to
- 39:42Speaker 3: KETV back then, calling the incident a mental health crisis.
- 39:46Speaker 3: I mean, you can call it what you want. I
- 39:47Speaker 3: call it a crazy person with a knife, and that
- 39:49Speaker 3: crazy person needs to be put down. And I'm sorry,
- 39:52Speaker 3: I realized that's someone's daughter. I'm somebody that has daughters too,
- 39:55Speaker 3: and I'm sure that if the shoe were on the
- 39:57Speaker 3: other foot, I might say something God forbid, like oh
- 39:59Speaker 3: my God, couldn't you have tasted or couldn't you have
- 40:01Speaker 3: done this? Can't we get them the help they need.
- 40:03Speaker 3: Everybody wants a positive outcome, and we'll all try for one.
- 40:07Speaker 3: I think most people are conscientious in that effort, but
- 40:09Speaker 3: when you actually get to the person, all bets are off.
- 40:13Speaker 3: Nobody's gonna try and help you in your mental health anymore.
- 40:15Speaker 3: If you're holding them at knife point, right. If the
- 40:17Speaker 3: priest is able to escape, that's a different story. If
- 40:20Speaker 3: your dad was able to escape or you spared his life.
- 40:22Speaker 3: But I mean, honestly, I don't think someone like this
- 40:24Speaker 3: should be on the streets. Call me crazy anyway. Guzman
- 40:28Speaker 3: then barricaded herself inside the church and blasted some sort
- 40:32Speaker 3: of bear spray at the cops as they tried to
- 40:34Speaker 3: get her, and they eventually did get her. Following her arrest,
- 40:37Speaker 3: she was freed on four felony charges. A judge found
- 40:41Speaker 3: her not responsible by reason of insanity on charges of
- 40:44Speaker 3: second degree assault, first degree arson, burglary, and criminal mischief.
- 40:49Speaker 3: So she did start the fire because I'm looking at
- 40:51Speaker 3: a picture here of her jumping out a window and
- 40:53Speaker 3: there's smoke coming out the window. She was ordered to
- 40:55Speaker 3: remain on medication and continue seeing a psychiatrist. Kuzman also
- 40:59Speaker 3: was convicted for assaulting a woman in twenty eighteen. She
- 41:03Speaker 3: was sentenced to two years of probation but released after
- 41:05Speaker 3: five months why she was on good behavior. During tuesday's incident,
- 41:09Speaker 3: police said, she allegedly swiped a knife inside the Omaha
- 41:14Speaker 3: Walmart and then confronted the three year old and the
- 41:17Speaker 3: babysitter before forcing both of them through the aisles and
- 41:20Speaker 3: into the parking lot. When the cops arrived, Guzman continued
- 41:24Speaker 3: to make threats with the knife and ignoring several requests
- 41:27Speaker 3: from the officers to drop the weapon. She actually slashed
- 41:31Speaker 3: the boy across the left side of his face and
- 41:33Speaker 3: his hand. And I gotta tell you, listen, I'm Monday
- 41:36Speaker 3: morning quarterbacking here, right, But I'll tell you this. If
- 41:38Speaker 3: I'm the cop and I see a woman with a
- 41:41Speaker 3: three year old in a thing and she's got this knife,
- 41:44Speaker 3: and the pictures I've seen the knife is over her
- 41:46Speaker 3: head either way, right, the knife is a deadly weapon.
- 41:49Speaker 3: You're not supposed to be holding a knife in a
- 41:51Speaker 3: parking lot in front of a kid. I'm doing it
- 41:53Speaker 3: once as as I am. As I'm putting my finger
- 41:57Speaker 3: from the side of the slide inside on the trigger,
- 42:02Speaker 3: I'm saying drop the knife, and I'm squeezing. If she
- 42:07Speaker 3: doesn't do it, why because you don't have the time
- 42:10Speaker 3: anything could happen. A few days ago, marine was killed
- 42:15Speaker 3: in a street fight because he was stabbed. He bled
- 42:18Speaker 3: out in minutes, and the cops looked like their GPS
- 42:21Speaker 3: was malfunctioning left and right, going wow, look at this.
- 42:23Speaker 3: One of them actually said, hey, look at this. And
- 42:26Speaker 3: he was like struggling to get a pair of gloves
- 42:27Speaker 3: on while the guy's gushing blood. Innocent bystander passing by
- 42:32Speaker 3: took off his own t shirt, jammed it onto the
- 42:35Speaker 3: wound and it started to apply pressure. Now it was
- 42:37Speaker 3: too late because he'd lost so much blood. While the
- 42:39Speaker 3: cops are all looking at each other trying to figure
- 42:41Speaker 3: out what to do with somebody that's bleeding. And I'm
- 42:43Speaker 3: not trying to be critical of the cops. I am
- 42:45Speaker 3: being critical of the cops because I saw the video
- 42:48Speaker 3: and I thought to myself, that's your job, and I'm
- 42:52Speaker 3: not going to sit here and make excuses. Right. If
- 42:54Speaker 3: anybody's here to apply pressure on a wound in that moment,
- 42:58Speaker 3: it's a first responder. But anyway, separate story. This guy
- 43:03Speaker 3: bled out and he died. Imagine a three year old.
- 43:07Speaker 3: You don't need that serious of a wound on a
- 43:10Speaker 3: little body like that. Every second counts. I'm glad he's okay.
- 43:16Speaker 3: I'm glad he's been reunited with his family, Thank God
- 43:19Speaker 3: for that. And quite frankly, I'm glad that this woman
- 43:23Speaker 3: has been put out of her misery and that Omaha,
- 43:27Speaker 3: Nebraska is a little bit safer. And I hate to
- 43:29Speaker 3: sound crass or callous in saying that I wish she
- 43:32Speaker 3: would have been healed. I wish this wouldn't have happened,
- 43:36Speaker 3: but he did.
- 43:38Speaker 9: So.
- 43:38Speaker 3: When cops arrived, Guzman made threats to cut with a knife,
- 43:43Speaker 3: and you know, they took the shots they had to do,
- 43:47Speaker 3: and she died at the scene, and the little boy
- 43:50Speaker 3: was returned to his family. And thank god. You can't
- 43:54Speaker 3: play with stuff like this, right and again, recidivism is
- 43:59Speaker 3: a thing. We have a word for it because it
- 44:02Speaker 3: really happens. And to think for a second that this
- 44:07Speaker 3: is something that happens, right, Like I said, last week,
- 44:10Speaker 3: it was de Carlos Brown. He got not set free,
- 44:13Speaker 3: but they said he couldn't stand trial, and they're going
- 44:15Speaker 3: to revisit it and he has to go back to court.
- 44:17Speaker 3: I think next month. That's crazy. I mean, these kind
- 44:20Speaker 3: of crazy things, they're happening way too often. Listen to
- 44:23Speaker 3: this one. We've got another one set free. Listen to
- 44:28Speaker 3: this insanity, sheer insanity. Listen to this. Apparently this is
- 44:32Speaker 3: a transsexual serial stabber who went after a kid. You
- 44:37Speaker 3: wouldn't think you could hear two of those on one day, right,
- 44:39Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 44:40Speaker 8: It's filed under you can't make it up.
- 44:42Speaker 6: A trans baby killer quietly released from prison thirty years early.
- 44:47Speaker 5: Here with the details.
- 44:48Speaker 1: Fox and News Senior national correspondent, Kevin Cork.
- 44:51Speaker 10: Kevin, my goodness, yeah, my goodness is right. This story
- 44:54Speaker 10: is truly frightening, especially for the people in the community
- 44:57Speaker 10: who had no idea of the killer's release, and frankly,
- 45:00Speaker 10: it's enraging for observers all over the country who are
- 45:03Speaker 10: appalled at the brevity of time the convicted baby killer
- 45:06Speaker 10: actually spit behind bars, say nothing of the fact that
- 45:09Speaker 10: they're now using that infamy to make money on OnlyFans. Now,
- 45:12Speaker 10: we're talking about a convicted baby killer who was born
- 45:15Speaker 10: in mail.
- 45:16Speaker 3: Hold on way too fast, right. This person was convicted
- 45:21Speaker 3: for thirty years or more than thirty years, and got
- 45:24Speaker 3: out thirty years early. Number one, Number two, This is
- 45:27Speaker 3: a trans person identifying as a woman, looks like a
- 45:31Speaker 3: woman that's bald but has eyebrows, and a face that
- 45:35Speaker 3: looks like a woman to me, an overweight, middle aged woman,
- 45:39Speaker 3: tattoos all across the face, all across like almost like
- 45:43Speaker 3: a pattern of an ex tattooed right across the center
- 45:48Speaker 3: of the face, and the whole head completely covered in tattoos.
- 45:53Speaker 3: And now apparently that they're set free, this woman or
- 45:57Speaker 3: a man, or whoever this person is now going to
- 46:00Speaker 3: make money on OnlyFans. Let's go back to Kevin Cork.
- 46:04Speaker 10: On Fox named Jonathan Richardson, but later changed names to
- 46:09Speaker 10: Autumn courtdalyione changed genders too. Apparently you recalled the killer
- 46:13Speaker 10: census of fifty five years behind bars for strangling an
- 46:16Speaker 10: innocent eleven month old little baby girl named faith Lee.
- 46:19Speaker 3: So this person got fifty five years for strangling an
- 46:24Speaker 3: eleven month old baby. I know you heard it. I'm
- 46:27Speaker 3: just incredulous, so I'm repeating it. Amazing to me, Amazing
- 46:33Speaker 3: to me that they will give you twenty five years
- 46:35Speaker 3: and then say all right, look, hopefully you won't go
- 46:38Speaker 3: strangle another baby.
- 46:41Speaker 10: Own stepdaughter.
- 46:42Speaker 4: But just when you think it couldn't get it was his.
- 46:44Speaker 3: Own step daughter. Oh, this gets worse every time worse.
- 46:49Speaker 10: Cordalione doesn't spend fifty five years behind bars, twenty five
- 46:53Speaker 10: years then, just seen recently wandering around Evansville, Indiana. Even
- 46:58Speaker 10: prosecutors didn't know he had gotten out.
- 47:00Speaker 5: Here's a quote.
- 47:00Speaker 10: The Vandenburg County Prosecutor's office was not notified that this
- 47:04Speaker 10: defendant was back in the community. They were spotted by
- 47:06Speaker 10: a citizen who recognized them from the original court case.
- 47:10Speaker 11: Uh huh.
- 47:10Speaker 10: But there's more now apparently this convict has an only
- 47:14Speaker 10: fans account trying to make money off this infamy. This
- 47:17Speaker 10: person's also apparently now a Muslim love suing suit a
- 47:21Speaker 10: priest in prison for not giving him a job or
- 47:24Speaker 10: her or them. Also suit the president for so called
- 47:27Speaker 10: Transphoba hate speech, and suit the state of Indiana for
- 47:30Speaker 10: not having sex change operations for free for inmates. No
- 47:34Speaker 10: comment from the Indiana Department of Corrections about how and
- 47:38Speaker 10: why this person is back out early.
- 47:40Speaker 3: Laura, people that kill people should be killed. If you
- 47:45Speaker 3: can strangle an eleven month old baby, what right do
- 47:48Speaker 3: you have to live? I mean, seriously, we have to
- 47:51Speaker 3: get a grip on this. We can't continue to play
- 47:54Speaker 3: this game honestly and I'm all for forgiveness, I really am.
- 47:57Speaker 3: But when it comes to people killing people, Peo, we
- 48:00Speaker 3: have to draw the line somewhere and say, look, once
- 48:02Speaker 3: you've taken away someone else's life like that, right, I
- 48:07Speaker 3: could understand, honestly, I could if you tell me I
- 48:10Speaker 3: did twenty five years in prison because I got into
- 48:12Speaker 3: a fight with somebody and you know, I didn't know
- 48:17Speaker 3: what to do. I was afraid. I pulled out a knife,
- 48:19Speaker 3: I stabbed the guy and he's dead now, and I
- 48:21Speaker 3: got manslaughter twenty five years. I can understand that a
- 48:26Speaker 3: whole lot more if you did your twenty five years
- 48:29Speaker 3: and then I saw you, and you know you were like, hey,
- 48:31Speaker 3: I repented, I'm sorry. I did my time. You know,
- 48:34Speaker 3: it wasn't like I went looking to kill that guy
- 48:36Speaker 3: that day. It was in the heat of the moment.
- 48:39Speaker 3: It was a poor judgment. And that's very different. And
- 48:41Speaker 3: I think maybe after paying your debt, you can come
- 48:43Speaker 3: back into society, But not this. How when you kill
- 48:47Speaker 3: a child and you kill anybody, but killing a child,
- 48:50Speaker 3: I mean, I got one more, two more, because I
- 48:52Speaker 3: mean this is just insane stuff here. Really listen to
- 48:55Speaker 3: this one. I mean, this twenty year old girl. She's
- 48:57Speaker 3: in college. What she got in trouble for? Heinous? She
- 49:01Speaker 3: gives birth to a baby in her own house. The
- 49:03Speaker 3: baby is born while she's sitting on a toilet. She
- 49:06Speaker 3: leaves the baby in the toilet and it drowns. She
- 49:10Speaker 3: takes the dead baby that she just killed and she
- 49:13Speaker 3: buries it in her own backyard. Unbelievable, unfreaking believable, burying
- 49:19Speaker 3: her newborn baby.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Appeared in court after turning herself in. And Demiguilo was
- 49:23Speaker 2: a twenty year old college student who secretly gave birth
- 49:25Speaker 2: inside her home. Investigators say the baby was born alive,
- 49:28Speaker 2: but instead of calling for help, she left the newborn
- 49:30Speaker 2: in a toilet and let it drown. Authorities say she
- 49:33Speaker 2: then removed the baby and buried the body in a
- 49:35Speaker 2: shallow grave in her backyard. Police say she then went
- 49:38Speaker 2: about her normal day and never contacted emergency services. She
- 49:41Speaker 2: was caught after a witness saw her burying the baby
- 49:43Speaker 2: and reported her to the authorities.
- 49:45Speaker 3: That is insane, and I wish again these things are isolated,
- 49:49Speaker 3: but sadly they're all happening pretty pretty often, pretty regularly.
- 49:54Speaker 3: I mean, one more, just because it's out there and
- 49:58Speaker 3: this stuff is wild, But this is a sixteen year
- 50:01Speaker 3: old boy thankfully being charged as an adult for brutally
- 50:06Speaker 3: raping his own stepsister while they were on a family
- 50:09Speaker 3: vacation and then killing her afterwards. They were on a
- 50:13Speaker 3: cruise ship, and he killed her on the cruise ship.
- 50:16Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 50:17Speaker 13: The US government says her stepbrother raped her, strangled her,
- 50:21Speaker 13: then hid her lifeless body underneath the bed in their
- 50:23Speaker 13: shared room on a cruise ship during.
- 50:25Speaker 3: He hid her body underneath a bed on a cruise ship,
- 50:30Speaker 3: a carnival cruise ship, while they were on vacation.
- 50:34Speaker 13: Bring a family vacation. It took almost three months to
- 50:37Speaker 13: bring charges forward, then another two for a judge to
- 50:40Speaker 13: say her stepbrother would face those charges as an adult
- 50:43Speaker 13: in federal court.
- 50:44Speaker 9: Only in the most heinous of acts does the FBI
- 50:49Speaker 9: actually decide to move a juvenile, in this case, a
- 50:53Speaker 9: sixteen year old to adult court.
- 50:56Speaker 13: Jennifer Cowendaber is a retired FBI special agent. She's been
- 50:59Speaker 13: keeping a close eye on this case, wondering whether the
- 51:02Speaker 13: Feds would charge and a stepbrother as an adult.
- 51:04Speaker 9: It's a big decision, and it's actually quite rare.
- 51:08Speaker 13: The stepbrother has been occasionally under his father's care, but
- 51:11Speaker 13: mostly living with an uncle in a home with other
- 51:14Speaker 13: minor children. Court documents say a cheerleader at Temple. The
- 51:17Speaker 13: prosecutors want that release revoked, accusing him of the most serious, egregious,
- 51:23Speaker 13: and violate of crimes one person can inflict upon another,
- 51:26Speaker 13: done without any warning or apparent relational strife to a
- 51:29Speaker 13: person he was being raised to view as a sibling
- 51:31Speaker 13: within a supportive family environment. The attorneys argued, there are
- 51:35Speaker 13: no conditions that would keep him from being a danger
- 51:38Speaker 13: to others, aside from being behind bars until his trial.
- 51:41Speaker 9: This was no fight, This was no manslaughter. This was
- 51:45Speaker 9: something that was extremely deliberate, something that was planned, and
- 51:49Speaker 9: something that was premeditated. Is somebody that is capable of
- 51:53Speaker 9: that is certainly a dangered community.
- 51:59Speaker 13: And a step Sir Timothy Hudson had a right to
- 52:02Speaker 13: argue against being charged as an adult, but he chose
- 52:05Speaker 13: to waive that right and skip his hearing. Why the problem?
- 52:09Speaker 3: So that's the story again, Well, what do you add
- 52:14Speaker 3: to that? People that kill people should be killed? Murder right,
- 52:20Speaker 3: People that murder people should not be allowed to live.
- 52:24Speaker 3: That's the only thing I've got, you know. I once
- 52:27Speaker 3: spent about forty minutes debating somebody on why it's cheaper
- 52:32Speaker 3: to keep someone on death row for thirty years or
- 52:35Speaker 3: forty years or life than it was to kill them.
- 52:38Speaker 3: And he tried to say, believe it or not, the
- 52:41Speaker 3: numbers add up, some PhD guy, and I couldn't help
- 52:46Speaker 3: but say, sir, if you're on death row for twenty years,
- 52:51Speaker 3: you know, appeals this, that, and whatever, and in twenty
- 52:53Speaker 3: years you're done, how how is that going to be
- 52:57Speaker 3: more than you stay in prison for sixty years, let's
- 53:04Speaker 3: just say, or forty double or trip all the time,
- 53:09Speaker 3: like what turnip truck do you think I fell off of?
- 53:11Speaker 3: And this guy really believed his own research, when in reality,
- 53:15Speaker 3: it's just not the case. There's no way. He was
- 53:18Speaker 3: trying to make the case that the cost associated with
- 53:21Speaker 3: lethal injections or even keeping people, you know, life with
- 53:26Speaker 3: no possibility of parole without the death penalty was was
- 53:31Speaker 3: somehow cheaper than the death penalty, and I just I
- 53:35Speaker 3: can't agree with that. Let's say you're twenty years old,
- 53:37Speaker 3: you commit a crime, you spend the next sixty years,
- 53:40Speaker 3: you're eighty years old, you die at eighty one. You're
- 53:43Speaker 3: gonna tell me that it's not cheaper to have you
- 53:46Speaker 3: on death row for nineteen or twenty years and then
- 53:49Speaker 3: we're done. It's no more cost. Yeah, try that somewhere else.
- 53:53Speaker 3: Brother didn't work with me, and when I put it
- 53:57Speaker 3: to him that way, he just, you know, merely guy.
- 53:59Speaker 3: I wish I remember his name or even find a clip.
- 54:01Speaker 3: I might be able to find it. He was on
- 54:02Speaker 3: the Rich Valdes Show on one oh seven point nine
- 54:06Speaker 3: Talk Radio one oh seven nine anyway, that said on
- 54:11Speaker 3: my morbid people killing people topic, absolutely astonishing. All this
- 54:17Speaker 3: stuff is happening within a week's time. Right, all these
- 54:20Speaker 3: stories happen within a week's time. It's a good thing
- 54:23Speaker 3: that we have the lowest murder rate we've had and
- 54:26Speaker 3: god knows how long, because shoot, these things might be
- 54:30Speaker 3: causing an uptick in that. Anyway, keep it locked right here.
- 54:32Speaker 3: I shall return with your calls on open phones across America.
- 54:37Speaker 3: Don't go anywhere. I'm Rich Valdez.
- 54:40Speaker 4: This is America, this is America.
- 54:59Speaker 2: He's making podcast at great again, This is America with
- 55:03Speaker 2: Rich Valdez.
- 55:05Speaker 3: All right for media, Welcome back, open phones across America.
- 55:08Speaker 3: Open phone in America. Time honored tradition on this program,
- 55:13Speaker 3: and I want to get to your calls. You know
- 55:15Speaker 3: the number eight seven seven Valdes one, eight seven seven
- 55:19Speaker 3: Valdes and the number one. And I've got a couple
- 55:23Speaker 3: of people on hold. We're going to get to you momentarily,
- 55:25Speaker 3: a couple of new people, some haven't heard from in
- 55:27Speaker 3: a while, and I want to encourage all the old
- 55:30Speaker 3: school veterans to call. I've been getting a couple of
- 55:33Speaker 3: voice notes that haven't gone through well, so make sure
- 55:38Speaker 3: you know. I don't know if there's a way to
- 55:39Speaker 3: double check that, but a couple of calls from New
- 55:41Speaker 3: York and they haven't been going through. I think my
- 55:44Speaker 3: buddy Tony and Canada tried to reach out and it
- 55:47Speaker 3: just didn't go through. So I'm hopeful that you'll be
- 55:50Speaker 3: able to make the connection. But I want to go
- 55:52Speaker 3: to Melissa. Melissa's calling us from north Bergen, New Jersey.
- 55:56Speaker 3: Melissa is an old favorite on this program. Melissa, what's
- 55:59Speaker 3: on your mind?
- 56:01Speaker 14: I wanted to call in about the Pope and Trump beef,
- 56:04Speaker 14: and I would like to state that I'd really like
- 56:06Speaker 14: for them to make up and quickly. You need the
- 56:08Speaker 14: two guys that we love that take care of us,
- 56:11Speaker 14: and I really think they should make it a point
- 56:13Speaker 14: that maybe should not have a quick little dinner maybe
- 56:16Speaker 14: in Italy.
- 56:16Speaker 3: I don't know. I think you're right. I think that
- 56:20Speaker 3: would be a good idea. And talk to me and
- 56:23Speaker 3: tell me what else is going on. I understand you
- 56:25Speaker 3: have a comment about the energy drink.
- 56:28Speaker 14: I actually wanted to speak about the energy drink that
- 56:31Speaker 14: may have caused the teens that I think there needs
- 56:34Speaker 14: to be a lot more regulation on this, especially with
- 56:36Speaker 14: younger children. It's kind of like when the cigarette companies
- 56:39Speaker 14: they showed that they were actually promoting and doing things,
- 56:42Speaker 14: you know, lower young children in edergy drinks are doing
- 56:45Speaker 14: the exact same thing the same way the cigarette companies
- 56:48Speaker 14: had to pay. I think they should as well. It's
- 56:50Speaker 14: very much you know, bright colors and you know, fun
- 56:53Speaker 14: things and things that are pretty much known to you know,
- 56:55Speaker 14: attract the attention of young children and teenagers, and I
- 56:59Speaker 14: think that they should be held accountable. I at least
- 57:01Speaker 14: have to be held accountable the same way to cigarette
- 57:03Speaker 14: companies wearing to pay a whole lot of money for it.
- 57:06Speaker 14: Thanks opinion, Thank you, Yeah.
- 57:08Speaker 3: You bet, thank you. I appreciate the call. Melissa north Bergen,
- 57:12Speaker 3: New Jersey, let's continue, Let's go to Brooklyn, New York
- 57:15Speaker 3: and check in with Joe. Joe wants to talk about
- 57:20Speaker 3: the Vatican and the White House beef. Joe, go right ahead.
- 57:24Speaker 11: Yes, the Vatican has been a thorn in the US
- 57:26Speaker 11: for a long time. They control the gold and the
- 57:29Speaker 11: money dispersal globally. It comes from the UK, So it's
- 57:34Speaker 11: not really a beef. It's just that the Vatican is
- 57:37Speaker 11: upset that they're no longer in control of the gold
- 57:40Speaker 11: and the money dispersal at their leisure hold on.
- 57:44Speaker 3: So you're saying that this is I think I've heard
- 57:48Speaker 3: this theory before. I don't know that it's proven that thea.
- 57:51Speaker 3: I know, the Vatican holds real estate assets and it
- 57:54Speaker 3: holds a lot of physical gold. But you're saying that
- 57:57Speaker 3: they have some tacit control over the gold supply, and
- 58:01Speaker 3: I guess over banking in general, through the banking that's
- 58:05Speaker 3: historically come through the Bank of London and London inter
- 58:10Speaker 3: overnight bank rate or whatever, the liboard and all that
- 58:13Speaker 3: stuff that's kind of controlled our banking system. And you're
- 58:17Speaker 3: saying that's what they're upset about.
- 58:19Speaker 11: They're also a little upset about this whole human trafficking,
- 58:24Speaker 11: child sacrificing because they may be involved.
- 58:27Speaker 3: Now you're talking about like Prince Philip and the Epstein
- 58:31Speaker 3: and all that stuff that's going on, or the actual
- 58:36Speaker 3: Vatican covering up for a sexual assault that's occurred in
- 58:39Speaker 3: the church.
- 58:40Speaker 11: We have multiple priests that have been quoted sexual scandals.
- 58:45Speaker 11: One even how to step down Radcliffe because of sexual scandals.
- 58:50Speaker 11: And the Vatican is not as good as people think
- 58:54Speaker 11: they are. It's all an illusion. The Vatican is guilty
- 58:57Speaker 11: as a lot of other people are in countries that
- 59:01Speaker 11: are world leaders, and the Vatican is not really our friends.
- 59:06Speaker 3: Wow. Well it's a strong statement, Joe. I appreciate it.
- 59:11Speaker 3: I'll say this about Ratcliffe. I think I remember the
- 59:14Speaker 3: Ratcliff thing. I don't think he was a priest. I
- 59:15Speaker 3: think he was a Baptist minister that was locked up
- 59:20Speaker 3: for sexual assault a couple of years ago. Two hundred
- 59:22Speaker 3: charges of sexual assault at least that's what I read
- 59:26Speaker 3: in the New York Times and the Baptist press back then.
- 59:29Speaker 3: But maybe you're talking about something different. But thank you
- 59:31Speaker 3: for your call, Joe, I appreciate it. I always love
- 59:34Speaker 3: a little tinfoil hat conspiracy as well as people sharing
- 59:39Speaker 3: their minds. And that's what I want to hear from
- 59:40Speaker 3: you all open phone in America. It's your chance to
- 59:43Speaker 3: sound off on this program. I want to thank Joe
- 59:45Speaker 3: and Melissa and everybody else that calls into this program
- 59:48Speaker 3: regularly to create the interactive portion of our program. It's
- 59:54Speaker 3: truly a blessing and an honor to speak with people
- 59:56Speaker 3: all across this country. And this is where I say,
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: you gotta stand for something, because if you stand for nothing,
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: you'll fall for anything. And the only thing necessary for
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: evil to triumph is for good people like you to
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: sit there and do absolutely nothing. So do what you
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: gotta do, and do the right thing. A stall approxima.
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: I'm Rich Valdez, and this is America.
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: This is America.
