Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:21
May 1st, 2026. Man made it all the way to
• 0:25
Mayday. All right, so well, I guess that
• 0:29
loaf of bread got a bit stale, but man, that's off, I guess, to
• 0:33
the T wolves, although without Ant, I'm not expecting much in
• 0:37
this next round. So and yeah, but who knows, you
• 0:41
know, maybe go Bear can show his defensive chops against old
• 0:45
Wembe and maybe they can pull something out.
• 0:47
But Wembe's games a little different than Yokich.
• 0:51
They're different kind of big man that can dominate in a
• 0:54
different kind of way. So we'll see.
• 0:55
But take that L that's two in a row.
• 0:59
I think. Let's see if we can stop this.
• 1:02
We just got to stop this before it becomes a losing streak.
• 1:05
So tonight, go back to the well, staying out West again, Western
• 1:09
Conference playoffs at least. And I'm gonna I'm gonna stick
• 1:13
with this Lakers Houston game, this series.
• 1:16
I'm gonna continue put my eggs into this chemically enhanced,
• 1:21
allegedly talking about his hairline basket of Lebrons.
• 1:24
Now tonight, they're going into Houston and he is getting some
• 1:27
points. But I think that little bit of
• 1:29
help that helps us too. And I like that It's 3 1/2.
• 1:31
We got that extra hook and it's more than a basket.
• 1:34
So that also helps. I like that.
• 1:36
So I'm feeling like it's going to be close because he ain't
• 1:39
going to want to be going back home for Game 7 after being up
• 1:42
30 and having all that pressure. You know, he's going to want to
• 1:46
do what he can to try to close it out tonight.
• 1:47
So I think even if they get down early, he ain't going to mail it
• 1:51
in. I think he's going to will it to
• 1:53
try to get back. So we're going to take the LA
• 1:56
Lakers plus 3 1/2 against the Houston Rockets and tonight's
• 2:00
NBA Western Conference first round playoffs basketball
• 2:04
  action. See anything?
• 2:06
See anything better than that? Pound it.
• 2:08
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
