538-Sympathetic Nerve Regulation of Memory T Cell Immunity
A neuro-epithelial-immune axis regulates skin health. Sympathetic nerves communicate with keratinocytes via ADRB2 signaling to control CXCL16 levels. Inhibiting these nerves expands CD8+ T RM cells, boosting immunosurveillance against melanoma and other cancers.
