WWE SmackDown had plenty of news, but the biggest story was WWE's decision to keep Rhea Ripley as Women's Champion while introducing an interim champion due to her injury. I don't have an issue with Rhea Ripley herself—she's one of WWE's biggest stars and often gets blamed for things that aren't her fault. My problem is with the booking. To me, this decision is another example of WWE fumbling the women's division. If a champion can't defend the title, there should be clear rules that apply…
