- 0:03Testecleese: Whoa!
- 0:07Testecleese: And now is the time when things are shifting.
- 0:09Testecleese: We're going to be a new world. Order out there.
- 0:12Testecleese: Believe it!
- 0:15Testecleese: I should ever come who are fake news?
- 0:20Testecleese: I am not suicidal.
- 0:23Testecleese: We'll circle back with you directly. If I can circle back, I'll circle back with you.
- 0:28Testecleese: Do not come, do not come.
- 0:33Testecleese: Hello, and welcome to episode 291 of the Jeffrey and Brian show. I'm Jeffrey.
- 0:40Brian McFadden: I'm Brian.
- 0:41Testecleese: And we're just you guys drinking some beers talking about what's going on
- 0:45Testecleese: Brian. I actually intended to get some time this past week to record a new intro, and I was like, Oh, I have tons of time, you know, all this stuff's going on.
- 0:55Testecleese: And then I realized
- 0:57Testecleese: my mother-in-law was moving into my house, and then, like 4 days later, my father, my brother, his wife, and his kids, are showing up to my house.
- 1:05Testecleese: so I spent my time cleaning up and polishing my house cleaner than a porn stars. Butthole.
- 1:14Brian McFadden: Is it? Gonna pass your dad's inspection.
- 1:17Testecleese: No? Well, he's already been through the house I thought they're gonna be here for like a week. He came by for like 3 h in the army, and and just rolled out to the next part of West Virginia. I was like what the fuck I planned like a whole. I took a whole week and cleared my.
- 1:31Brian McFadden: Sketch.
- 1:31Testecleese: You know, but but you know I get it. He's hoping to see more of West Virginia than just my house, you know.
- 1:40Testecleese: Alright, anyway, let's get into this shit here
- 1:44Testecleese: diddy was found not guilty on most of this most charges or the most serious charges, anyway.
- 1:51Brian McFadden: He was found guilty on a prostitution charge.
- 1:55Testecleese: That was it.
- 1:56Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:57Testecleese: All right. Racketeering and sex trafficking. Yeah.
- 2:00Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 2:01Testecleese: And he's going to remain in jail until sentencing. It says, but.
- 2:06Brian McFadden: I bet it's time served.
- 2:11Testecleese: Well, yeah, he's a famous rich man, of course. Dude.
- 2:15Testecleese: We have to set an example.
- 2:16Brian McFadden: Fine, big, fine, and time served.
- 2:20Testecleese: Yeah, just like when Lori Loughlin got busted bribing people to get her kids into college, and her fine was less than the bribe she paid out.
- 2:27Testecleese: And it's like, Oh, oh, I see how this works. Okay.
- 2:33Testecleese: this is something we talked about last episode.
- 2:36Testecleese: the rising gas prices in California.
- 2:40Testecleese: Now the lawmakers out there are scrambling to try to find a way to fix this.
- 2:45Testecleese: But, as we said, many people are saying, this is a problem you guys created with all your ridiculous rules and regulations.
- 2:51Testecleese: no taxes on it.
- 2:53Brian McFadden: Now the oil fineries are leaving town.
- 2:55Testecleese: 2 of them are packed up and rolled out.
- 2:58Testecleese: Sheesh!
- 3:00Testecleese: That's a lot of money that could be made somewhere else besides California, you know.
- 3:03Brian McFadden: You know.
- 3:06Testecleese: And remember Kathy Griffin, you remember her at all, anyway.
- 3:09Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, yeah, she's a controversial quasi comedian.
- 3:16Testecleese: Yeah.
- 3:17Testecleese: Well, she
- 3:19Testecleese: has come out and then posted a picture again with a bunch of different billionaires severed heads again. Not just trump this time.
- 3:28Testecleese: and, oh, my God! Have you seen a picture of her lately?
- 3:31Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, she doesn't look that good. Huh?
- 3:34Testecleese: It is terrifying. I Jesus, I don't know what you just did. I thought you just deleted the whole Google Doc.
- 3:39Brian McFadden: No, I somehow, if I close, follow up, it closes everything.
- 3:44Testecleese: Well, that's different. I don't know.
- 3:45Testecleese: I wonder if I have it? Oh, it's because it's a different heading, that's why. And that'll fix that problem for us.
- 3:52Testecleese: all right.
- 3:54Testecleese: Well, check this out, Michael Madsen. He was one of the dudes to kill Bill.
- 4:00Testecleese: A lot of stuff.
- 4:01Testecleese: Well, my favorite movie he did was reservoir dogs. He was the guy who cut the other dude's ear off. He died at 67 years old.
- 4:11Testecleese: Julian Mcmahon.
- 4:13Testecleese: You might remember him from Niptuck or.
- 4:15Brian McFadden: I do. I watched that series. Yep, and fantastic. 4.
- 4:19Testecleese: I did not watch Niptuck. I heard great things about it, though.
- 4:22Testecleese: but back in the day I did watch charmed, and he was the demon Balthazar.
- 4:27Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 4:28Testecleese: I'm sad. I know his name, because most of the time I watch charmed on mute
- 4:32Testecleese: cause. They're just beautiful women. You know what I mean.
- 4:35Brian McFadden: Yeah, he was. He's been battling with cancer for years, I guess, and he died at 56. So.
- 4:41Testecleese: Yeah. And I don't know
- 4:44Testecleese: how well your hockey knowledge is for
- 4:48Testecleese: the Boston Bruins. But Lb. Lyndon, Byron he was the enforcer on the Bruins, when Cam Neely used to play, has also died in his sixties, like 61.
- 5:00Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 5:01Testecleese: He was dealing with a whole slew of the health issues, though.
- 5:04Testecleese: so he's hoping. That's the 3 that die. They say it comes in threes. They say it comes in threes, but a whole bunch of people died this week.
- 5:12Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, we'll get to that.
- 5:13Testecleese: Oh, we certainly will.
- 5:16Testecleese: So are you gonna join the America party?
- 5:19Brian McFadden: Not likely.
- 5:20Testecleese: No, I'm gonna at least see what they have to say and what their opinion is. Cause
- 5:26Testecleese: you know, it might be fun.
- 5:27Brian McFadden: The pundits are saying that they believe the party is targeting libertarians.
- 5:33Testecleese: That's what it looks like in general.
- 5:35Testecleese: Quit spending my money and quit telling me what to do right.
- 5:40Testecleese: Exactly. That's why I was like I'll at least look at it from what I've seen so far.
- 5:45Testecleese: so I don't know. We'll find out. Maybe this is a party that I'll fit into, but
- 5:48Testecleese: in general I don't like the idea.
- 5:51Brian McFadden: At a party.
- 5:51Testecleese: Of course the left has gone so fucking nuts lately, dude, that I'm considering actually registering Republican and just giving in. You know what I mean.
- 6:00Brian McFadden: Wow, that's.
- 6:01Testecleese: Alright. Well, they don't always get to vote in a primary, you know.
- 6:07Testecleese: Okay. So this snuck up on me. I didn't hear about alligator Alcatraz till like a week.
- 6:13Brian McFadden: I didn't either.
- 6:14Testecleese: Yeah, okay, I don't know how I missed this, and I listened to everything out there.
- 6:20Testecleese: I mean what I'm playing buck didn't mention until recently. Probably.
- 6:24Brian McFadden: No, they didn't.
- 6:25Testecleese: No agenda guys probably didn't mention it.
- 6:27Brian McFadden: No.
- 6:28Testecleese: I know the guys I follow no one mentioned until it was about to open. I was like, what the hell is alligator, Alcatraz.
- 6:34Brian McFadden: Well, I mean, it's a lot cheaper to open that up than refit alcatraz to
- 6:39Brian McFadden: house people. So.
- 6:41Testecleese: True. But isn't the Max capacity like 3,000 people?
- 6:46Brian McFadden: Yeah, well, that I mean, that's fine.
- 6:49Testecleese: Only, for it's only for illegal immigrants, though it's not for convicted felons or anything like that.
- 6:53Brian McFadden: Right.
- 6:54Testecleese: I just thought it was hilarious that there was so many funny memes out there, like with like picking up alligators from guys backyards in Florida like the 1st round draft pick for alligators.
- 7:07Testecleese: I was like, that's good already.
- 7:10Testecleese: and everyone's flipping out over. And I'm like, why, you're like, well, it's full of alligators like there's not alligators in the freaking in the Detention Center dude.
- 7:19Testecleese: If you try to run away, you gotta deal with the gators in. They built it in the Everglades, right.
- 7:25Brian McFadden: Yeah, that's why it's Alligator Alley.
- 7:27Testecleese: Oh, my God! I think why hasn't Florida done this before, anyway, for the most dangerous criminals, you know.
- 7:35Testecleese: but I think it's hilarious. It mixed with some good jokes.
- 7:41Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 7:41Testecleese: A lot of people are. A lot of people are.
- 7:43Brian McFadden: And this was money that they diverted from paying for all the hotels in New York City.
- 7:50Brian McFadden: They use money that was being spent on hotels in New York City for the immigrant housing and other cities, I'm sure.
- 7:58Brian McFadden: and paid for Alligator Alley with it.
- 8:01Testecleese: So instead, we'll just send him down to this detention center instead of putting them up in a nice.
- 8:06Brian McFadden: The hotel.
- 8:08Testecleese: Oh, yeah, I guess that makes perfect sense.
- 8:11Brian McFadden: And some people said, Well, right now there's 0 people coming across the border. So this may not be needed that much, but you know.
- 8:18Testecleese: Well, you know, if you catch them coming across the border, you don't need to detain them. You can just turn them around.
- 8:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 8:24Testecleese: These places are for folks that have been here for a little while, and they have to go through their whole process of deportation when they go through their appeal, saying, Oh, no, you can't send me home, because it's dangerous.
- 8:34Brian McFadden: Right.
- 8:37Testecleese: Trump's Mega Bill got passed. It's slick.
- 8:41Brian McFadden: It passed a lot faster than I expected to. I figured that the House was going to try to change what the Senate did, and it was just going to be a shit show and drag it out for a while. But they went with whatever the Senate agreed with, which is unusual.
- 8:56Brian McFadden: and everybody's freaking out about it, saying, there's cuts, cuts, cuts, people are gonna get kicked off of Medicaid and.
- 9:04Testecleese: Yeah, non-citizens and.
- 9:05Brian McFadden: End of the world is coming. You know.
- 9:09Brian McFadden: You gotta work.
- 9:11Brian McFadden: You gotta work volunteer, go to school a certain amount of time. Now, if you're a certain age.
- 9:18Testecleese: Yeah, if you're 22 years old and you're not handicapped. We're not just gonna pay for your healthcare. You can go get a freaking job right?
- 9:25Brian McFadden: Right?
- 9:26Testecleese: Yeah.
- 9:27Brian McFadden: Or volunteer.
- 9:29Testecleese: Yeah, I am cool with that, too. But you know you got what's her name there the Massachusetts woman there Pocahontas.
- 9:35Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 9:36Testecleese: Elizabeth Warren is like, Oh, 17 million people are going to lose their health care. It's like, Yeah, but they're not citizens. Or like.
- 9:42Testecleese: you know these are criminals, or lazy people who are building the system, or just not even Americans. Why are we paying for their healthcare?
- 9:52Brian McFadden: -
- 9:53Testecleese: Oh, I will say, though, about this bill, he did put in.
- 9:58Testecleese: Only 9% of your gambling losses, or I'm sorry wagering losses
- 10:02Testecleese: can be written off on your taxes, which I know a lot of Republicans that good gambling's, you know. Degenerate.
- 10:11Testecleese: How many of those people have a fantasy football team or fantasy, whatever team they do through their phone.
- 10:19Brian McFadden: Probably now.
- 10:21Testecleese: A lot of people. And now these companies are going to automatically send it off to the Irs, and you're going to get handed a bill at the end of the year
- 10:28Testecleese: and this counts for like a
- 10:32Testecleese: golf tournaments, you join a golf tournament with a prize that you have to pay to get in.
- 10:37Testecleese: Yeah, now you owe taxes for just entering the tournament.
- 10:43Testecleese: This, will, you know, obviously, horse racing like the Kentucky Derby. I'm surprised the Nevada legislators didn't raise a shit storm over this.
- 10:53Testecleese: because, like, think of the world series of poker people flying from all over the world paying $10,000 to enter.
- 11:00Testecleese: and now they can't write off
- 11:02Testecleese: their business expenses to get there, because this is their career, you know.
- 11:06Brian McFadden: - but I'm sure there's still a way to write those off, because if it's their business, you know.
- 11:13Brian McFadden: then there's probably a way to write it off.
- 11:15Testecleese: That's tough to do with a 1099 versus A. W. 2.
- 11:20Brian McFadden: It's a lot easier. With 1099, I am a 1099 guy.
- 11:23Testecleese: That's okay. Yes, you're right. You can lie on your taxes. You're right.
- 11:30Testecleese: This did also take off the tax stamps on most Nfa. Items
- 11:39Testecleese: to include suppressors and short barrel rifles, which make, which means that you and I can easily get our hands on these things without having to jump through a million hoops
- 11:48Testecleese: and this may effectively be the end of the Nfa, the Nra and the what Ucca
- 11:55Testecleese: or Uscca. And, like all these gun groups are coming together to Sue to throw out the entire Nfa. Now, because you keep
- 12:03Testecleese: the whole point of the Nfa. Was taxes
- 12:06Testecleese: to keep things in check. Not you're not allowed to do this, because that's unconstitutional should be interesting to see what that rolls out to. In the long run.
- 12:16Testecleese: Now the Dems were losing their shit
- 12:20Testecleese: over. How much more spending this bill is that trump signed right.
- 12:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 12:25Testecleese: Which I want to say first, st
- 12:27Testecleese: was it a hundred 1 billion? Something went to ice.
- 12:32Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 12:32Testecleese: Once once that problem gets handled, that this is a 1 time expense, not a year over year. Expense.
- 12:39Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 12:40Testecleese: But now they're shit in their pants, screaming that they're going to shut the government down next chance they get. If the government passes 9.4 billion dollars rescission, basically cutting 9.4 billion dollars out of the budget
- 12:52Testecleese: like so.
- 12:52Brian McFadden: Probably needs to be done, though.
- 12:54Testecleese: Basically you're upset. They're spending too much. Now you're upset that they're cutting. It's like.
- 12:58Testecleese: damned if you do. Damned if you don't like they don't. They don't give a shit what's going on. They only care that trump had something to do with it.
- 13:07Testecleese: Come on, this. This just goes to prove that, like they have no.
- 13:11Brian McFadden: They're not happy.
- 13:11Testecleese: Arguable. It's I hate trump, that's all there is to it.
- 13:16Testecleese: Alright!
- 13:18Testecleese: Well, here in West Virginia we have these almost heaven swings that the State put in, and they put them in like these real scenic lookout areas of like waterfalls and mountains.
- 13:27Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 13:28Testecleese: They just put in 5 more to include one here in my county of Webster Springs. I'm sorry. Webster County.
- 13:35Testecleese: I'm pretty stoked about this. These are cool. It brings in a lot of tourism
- 13:39Testecleese: way more tourism than I would have thought in West Virginia, honestly, and I understand why.
- 13:44Testecleese: But I don't know. I just I never. I always picture people going to like Vermont, not West Virginia, for the same type of stuff, you know.
- 13:51Testecleese: We get. We get Quebecers coming down here.
- 13:55Brian McFadden: Nice.
- 13:56Testecleese: Yeah. And our governor gave a 4 day weekend.
- 14:01Testecleese: 2 employees for the 4th of July.
- 14:05Testecleese: It's all here.
- 14:06Testecleese: Good for him, I guess, and good for everybody. Yeah. Who got
- 14:09Testecleese: an extra paid day off, you know. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday.
- 14:13Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 14:16Testecleese: What's up with this coupon scheme? Didn't we already mention one of these in Virginia.
- 14:20Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 14:22Testecleese: Okay. All right.
- 14:23Brian McFadden: Probably.
- 14:24Brian McFadden: Yeah. Well, apparently.
- 14:27Brian McFadden: This women woman that had this or this woman pleads guilty to roles in the multi-million dollar, Virginia beach
- 14:35Brian McFadden: coupon fraud scam.
- 14:37Brian McFadden: 2 women were involved in it.
- 14:40Testecleese: Right.
- 14:40Testecleese: I'm not sure how these frauds work with coupons, but.
- 14:43Brian McFadden: Don't either. I mean.
- 14:44Testecleese: But these you, some of these extreme coupons, get kind of crazy, you know.
- 14:50Brian McFadden: Yeah, she's getting a 12 year sentence.
- 14:53Brian McFadden: Well, the 5 people that purchased the counterfeit coupons from her were also arrested several months ago. So.
- 14:59Testecleese: She was printing fake coupons. Oh, my.
- 15:02Brian McFadden: 31 million dollars coupon scheme. One of the largest schemes ever found in the country.
- 15:09Testecleese: That's crazy dude.
- 15:11Brian McFadden: Our actions caused loss of retailers of over $600,000.
- 15:18Testecleese: Yeah. And then then you complain about prices moving around going up a little bit, and it's it's crap like this, you know.
- 15:25Testecleese: Well, anyway, the 4th was over the weekend. It was Friday, right.
- 15:28Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 15:29Testecleese: You blow anything up.
- 15:31Brian McFadden: No. I watched the fireworks from the boat.
- 15:34Testecleese: Hey? I've I don't recall. Can you buy like real fireworks in Virginia?
- 15:40Testecleese: That's too bad. I can get mortars out here. Nope.
- 15:43Brian McFadden: No, that's a South Carolina and South Thing, not not Virginia.
- 15:48Testecleese: All right.
- 15:50Testecleese: Well, there were a lot of protests over the 4, th and Los Angeles even canceled it, and it's like
- 15:57Testecleese: you hate trump so much. You're gonna hate the whole country.
- 16:01Brian McFadden: Well, it wasn't most. A lot of the left wasn't even calling it the 4th of July. They were calling it no King Day, or something like that.
- 16:08Testecleese: Yeah.
- 16:09Testecleese: Yeah.
- 16:12Testecleese: Alright. I see you're no kings, and I raised you no queens. So rupaul your call.
- 16:16Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 16:19Testecleese: Yeah. New York, in New York City they had people burning the flag.
- 16:25Testecleese: And this is what gets me a lot of these folks. We're waving like foreign flags, like the Mexican flag like, if you, if you hate this country and you love the country you came from, why.
- 16:35Testecleese: Bag, come here, yeah.
- 16:37Brian McFadden: Don't bad.
- 16:39Testecleese: It's that easy. But you know people are dumb.
- 16:43Testecleese: This is the one I want to open up, because there's some Twitter stuff in here. Of course you know these things always open so fast when I'm upstairs freaking, putting it together, I come down here to open an article it takes forever.
- 16:56Testecleese: yeah, fuck the 4, th we need a new flag. They were chanting in Washington Square Park in New York, burning the flag, and there was a.
- 17:07Brian McFadden: Excellent.
- 17:08Testecleese: They were actually encouraging people to steal flags and burn them.
- 17:12Testecleese: And all you think of were those kids in Seattle that stole a pride flag and destroyed it like, ripped it up. They got hit with a hate crime.
- 17:22Brian McFadden: I was like. I think at worst, maybe they should have to replace the flag.
- 17:26Testecleese: But these folks did the same thing, but it was an American flag. It's like, Oh, that's your right. I'm like no, 1st of all. No, no, you can't go out in the middle of the road and set shit on fire period. Okay.
- 17:36Testecleese: if it's your own property on your own property. That's 1 thing, but you're stealing other people's stuff and lighting them on fire in the middle of the road. This is this is against the law.
- 17:45Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 17:47Testecleese: Yeah, they were jeez!
- 17:50Testecleese: They were protesting in front of a Federal courthouse, screaming, and all that stuff.
- 17:57Testecleese: No, just the zoom type.
- 18:04Testecleese: Oh, here we go! Yeah, it was from Andy now I saw it an anarchist blog.
- 18:11Testecleese: Call for people to steal the flags.
- 18:14Testecleese: They steal American flags, trump flags, blue lives, matter, flags, or any pro law enforcement law enforcement flag. They said they were. Steal them, not just from people, but like from stores and stuff.
- 18:26Testecleese: And you know, they said that ceiling for private or government properties preferred, and there was even like a hashtag they shared out on the on these
- 18:34Testecleese: social media platforms, and nobody shut it down.
- 18:38Testecleese: Yeah. Ridiculousness.
- 18:41Testecleese: Alright hoof.
- 18:45Testecleese: Big flood in Texas dude.
- 18:47Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 18:49Testecleese: What do they say? The the river rose 24 feet in an hour and a half at 3 in the morning.
- 18:55Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 18:57Testecleese: And I have not seen a decent response from the Federal Government to help out.
- 19:04Testecleese: But realistically, we haven't seen a good response from Federal Government to help out after any natural disaster. Lately.
- 19:11Brian McFadden: Right.
- 19:13Testecleese: But there's over a hundred dead and over a hundred at least a hundred 61 missing
- 19:19Testecleese: actually, last Karen I got was 107 dead, and that was as of 7 and a half hours ago.
- 19:30Testecleese: Have you seen the garbage on social media concerning this flood?
- 19:36Brian McFadden: No, I'm not paying any attention to it. It's ridiculous.
- 19:40Testecleese: Oh, it's horrific dude!
- 19:43Testecleese: A lot of people getting pissed off at what people are saying now, like a
- 19:49Testecleese: this person who used to be work, for the mayor
- 19:53Testecleese: got fired over their inappropriate comments like.
- 19:57Testecleese: you know, you got what you voted for, kind of stuff. And you know, God hates Maga.
- 20:04Testecleese: and they're blaming trump like, oh, well, you you voted to cut.
- 20:08Testecleese: You know the weather service like
- 20:11Testecleese: these guys got warnings. It happened in a matter of an hour and a half the warnings went out. But it's a 3 in the morning when this shit happened, you know.
- 20:19Brian McFadden: Yeah. And they also said that normally 2 people be on staff. But because of the storm they had up to 5 people covering the storm that night. So.
- 20:26Testecleese: Yeah, there were more people on staff than usual
- 20:29Testecleese: and but these folks don't know what they're talking about. They don't care. They don't bother to look it up.
- 20:34Testecleese: Shit a pediatrician in Texas.
- 20:37Testecleese: Got fired first, st she said. Got yeah. Get what they deserved, or get what they voted for. Bless their hearts!
- 20:46Testecleese: How many children died in this thing!
- 20:49Testecleese: And she's basically like good good it happened. It's like, Well, I'm I know the fact. I'm not bringing my kid to that pediatrician who's having that children died, you know.
- 20:58Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 21:00Testecleese: It! Just it!
- 21:01Testecleese: You ever heard this dude destiny.
- 21:05Brian McFadden: No.
- 21:05Testecleese: Now dyes his hair blue. He's a big deal left wing
- 21:09Testecleese: Influencer, I guess, is what they call these folks. Now.
- 21:13Brian McFadden: Yeah, they do.
- 21:14Testecleese: Oh, my God, the shit! He said. Dude! I don't even want to repeat it, but
- 21:20Testecleese: oh, he's he's been saying some real nasty shit lately
- 21:25Testecleese: in general, but like actually cheering for more deaths, it's like what the fuck's the matter with you, dude.
- 21:30Brian McFadden: Right.
- 21:32Testecleese: To the point. Even Brian Stelter, Mr. Potato Head himself said that.
- 21:38Testecleese: With all the media warnings that have been going out lately about how everything's the end of the world. Yeah, it's the end of our democracy. Thousands will die. Millions will die
- 21:50Testecleese: that nobody listens to these warnings anymore because they're bullshit.
- 21:55Testecleese: So it's he even says like that, we're dealing with our warning fatigue that people may well have looked at the warning, said, Yeah, whatever okay, millions are gonna die, all right, whatever.
- 22:04Testecleese: and just went back to bed.
- 22:06Brian McFadden: Right.
- 22:07Testecleese: So I don't know. Nothing's gonna change.
- 22:11Brian McFadden: I mean, it couldn't have happened at a worse time, you know. 4 o'clock in the morning everybody was asleep out in the middle of nowhere, so.
- 22:18Testecleese: Yeah, I remember, I read somewhere someone's like, well.
- 22:21Testecleese: they didn't install like flood warning sirens like, I've never heard of a flood warning siren.
- 22:28Testecleese: It doesn't mean they don't exist.
- 22:30Testecleese: But even if they went off at 3 in the morning
- 22:34Testecleese: you could be able to get up, recognize what's going on. Hope it's loud enough to get into your house and wake up your whole family. Get your family up, get them out before the flood comes through.
- 22:44Brian McFadden: No.
- 22:45Testecleese: By the way, all those children that died were in a Christian camp. Yeah, yeah, terrible terrible story.
- 22:56Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 22:59Testecleese: Right.
- 23:01Testecleese: The trump admin has come out and challenged
- 23:03Testecleese: the initial reports coming out about the Iran strikes. And we've he did that right away.
- 23:11Testecleese: But now they're saying that it looks like that missing year. Not only was the damage way more extensive than people thought it was when they were talking trash.
- 23:19Testecleese: Even Iran came out and was like, Yeah, no, they're they're pretty messed up.
- 23:23Testecleese: And now they think all that missing uranium is trapped down inside of these refineries.
- 23:33Testecleese: Ed, this is what got me a UN
- 23:36Testecleese: watchdog for the nuclear programs, or whatever the chief, I guess, said Iran, could begin enriching again in a matter of months. They go. Obviously they could just build it again.
- 23:47Brian McFadden: Right.
- 23:48Testecleese: Like, it's not like the technology. The the knowledge goes away. You just lost the equipment.
- 23:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 23:54Testecleese: And then, yeah, they'll just build another one, but then
- 23:57Testecleese: blow it up again. I guess
- 24:00Testecleese: I don't know why they're gonna bury this thing at frigging
- 24:03Testecleese: mile and a half deep. Next time.
- 24:09Testecleese: Shoot!
- 24:10Testecleese: I I stumbled across this next article
- 24:14Testecleese: once. Haven't seen it anywhere else.
- 24:18Testecleese: Looks like the Houthis are added again in the Red Sea.
- 24:23Testecleese: We're not sure, because they haven't claimed credit for yet.
- 24:26Brian McFadden: -
- 24:27Testecleese: But it takes them a couple of weeks usually before they take credit.
- 24:30Testecleese: but they, a ship, was attacked by multiple vessels. It was hit with like Rpgs
- 24:35Testecleese: and the crew abandoned ship.
- 24:40Testecleese: They stopped after trump, blew up a bunch of ufis, didn't they.
- 24:43Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 24:44Testecleese: Last time.
- 24:45Brian McFadden: Hmm!
- 24:48Brian McFadden: He sure did.
- 24:50Testecleese: All right. Your favorite country, Brian. Tell me what's going on North Korea.
- 24:54Testecleese: or just happened in North Korea.
- 24:55Brian McFadden: 6 Americans were detained in South Korea for trying to send rice and Bibles to North Korea. I thought we talked about this.
- 25:03Testecleese: This does sound familiar.
- 25:06Testecleese: It's entirely possible it's left and leftovers last time. And we were just.
- 25:11Brian McFadden: Hammered.
- 25:12Testecleese: 15 beers deep. Yeah.
- 25:17Testecleese: Well, check this out. Dude.
- 25:19Testecleese: Congo and Rwanda have come to a peace agreement
- 25:23Testecleese: with Trump leading the way, getting them to
- 25:28Testecleese: put down their weapons, and this this is the they put him up for a peace prize as well, and this is the 3rd one.
- 25:36Brian McFadden: None of them are going to happen.
- 25:37Testecleese: No, of course not, because trump's actually ending wars and not blowing kids up.
- 25:41Brian McFadden: Right.
- 25:43Testecleese: But like this is crazy, that's 3. And what like a month.
- 25:47Brian McFadden: Yeah. Nominations for the Peace Prize.
- 25:50Testecleese: Because that's how many wars does this man need to end?
- 25:55Testecleese: Because he stopped what was going on with Israel and Iran? He stopped. Pakistan, India and Congo Rwanda, and they're like it. It was hilarious, because as soon as he dropped bombs in Iran I hear the left screaming.
- 26:08Brian McFadden: God, he was the no wars, President. It's like, Okay, well, that's already over. As soon as he dropped the bombs right, and he? And he ended 3 wars.
- 26:16Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 26:18Testecleese: Sophia is like, is this what you voted for? Yes, yes, it is. You know what
- 26:22Testecleese: you know. I'm gonna I'm gonna be a hundred percent honest. No, he went above and beyond.
- 26:27Testecleese: Okay.
- 26:28Brian McFadden: Is it.
- 26:29Testecleese: Congo. Rwanda has been going on my entire, almost my entire life.
- 26:34Brian McFadden: Right.
- 26:35Testecleese: Jeez man, and then the Rwandan President. I can't remember her name
- 26:40Testecleese: came to the States, and, like gave a statement about it. How she nominated for the Peace Prize.
- 26:46Testecleese: She's it was just it was crazy dude.
- 26:52Testecleese: Oh, yeah, there you go! They they the next ones about the peace prizes. Obviously.
- 26:58Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 27:02Testecleese: About war. He has not managed to end this Ukraine Russia war alright.
- 27:08Brian McFadden: And Ukraine actually withdrew from the anti-personnel Mine Ban Treaty.
- 27:13Testecleese: Yeah, I thought anti-personnel mines were a war crime. Now.
- 27:18Brian McFadden: Well, if you're a member of the treaty, probably, since they're not a member of the treaty, they can put some minds down.
- 27:25Testecleese: Well, I thought it was like a whole worldwide thing, because there's still active landmines in France.
- 27:31Testecleese: Every now and then you have with someone blowing a leg off, or something.
- 27:34Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 27:36Testecleese: But I mean Ukraine also dropped us, made cluster bombs, which is also a war crime because they're not guided. They just.
- 27:45Testecleese: you know carpet bomb a city.
- 27:47Testecleese: So you know, let's keep supporting Ukraine by helping them commit more and more war crimes, I suppose.
- 27:53Testecleese: By the way, did you see that we're sending them more weapons after
- 27:57Testecleese: Palestine. Was it the Palestinians that blew up the weapons we were sending to Ukraine somebody
- 28:05Testecleese: we had a whole shipment of weapons going to Ukraine for this war, and they got destroyed
- 28:09Testecleese: by one of these factions. I thought it was Palestine, but it might have been
- 28:12Testecleese: Hamas, or God knows who so we're sending them another load of weapons like dear God! How much.
- 28:20Brian McFadden: Well, we're but we're we're also halting key weapons from going there, and the the pundits think that's a sign where we getting support for Kiev.
- 28:32Testecleese: Yeah, I don't know what key weapons means. Is that like guided missiles or patriot missiles, or what I, you know, are we just send them ammunition and landmines, I guess.
- 28:43Brian McFadden: We stopped sending them air defenses, interceptors, and other weapons.
- 28:49Testecleese: Alright! So no more patriot missiles.
- 28:52Brian McFadden: Yeah, I gotta subscribe to read the rest of the article. So.
- 28:55Testecleese: Yeah, that's always fun.
- 28:57Testecleese: Those anti missile weapons. You know, the patriot missiles are insanely expensive.
- 29:05Testecleese: Is that way more complex than just a standard missile, you know. You have to pick off a missile moving at what Mark 4.
- 29:11Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 29:12Testecleese: And if they tend to fire more than one at a time, in case they don't hit it.
- 29:17Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 29:18Testecleese: There we go alright. So Canada was talking all that trash right
- 29:24Testecleese: about this quote trade war and their dude got elected over this.
- 29:31Testecleese: and trump was pissed off in particular lately about this digital service tax, and I'm not sure exactly what that means.
- 29:37Testecleese: I'm not sure.
- 29:38Brian McFadden: Oh, they were trying to put a tax on all the Facebook.
- 29:42Brian McFadden: All of that good.
- 29:44Testecleese: Does that count? As like Netflix, too.
- 29:47Brian McFadden: Probably.
- 29:49Testecleese: Hmm, interesting. Yeah. It was supposed to be this big honking tax, and Canada gave in.
- 29:57Testecleese: and they have reached out of the trade talks after they dropped out of the trade. Talks over this Digital service tax.
- 30:05Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 30:09Testecleese: I love the Canadians in general.
- 30:13Testecleese: but I got a feeling. A lot of these folks have no idea what's really going on trump, just like the left wing here has no idea what's really happening. They just hate him, no matter what.
- 30:22Brian McFadden: Right.
- 30:23Testecleese: I mean, they compare him to Hitler. I'm like this. This ain't alligator. Alcatraz is a concentration camp like, do you guys know what a concentration camp is.
- 30:33Testecleese: No, no?
- 30:35Testecleese: Then, yeah, we're not executing these people, you know.
- 30:41Testecleese: Shoot, we're actually giving them more due process. They're they're entitled to.
- 30:46Testecleese: But you know, you could just keep screaming constitutional without ever actually reading the damn thing right.
- 30:51Brian McFadden: Right.
- 30:54Testecleese: Anyway?
- 30:55Testecleese: Speaking of these illegal immigrants, what is going on in general? Man? What's what's new in the world of
- 31:03Brian McFadden: Apparently some Florida lawmakers were denied access to alligator Alcatraz.
- 31:08Brian McFadden: If I had to guess they were probably Democrat representatives.
- 31:13Testecleese: Well, they just showed up without advance notice and like, Oh, we're entitled to come in here because, you know, we're Congress people.
- 31:19Brian McFadden: No, you're not.
- 31:21Testecleese: Will end.
- 31:22Testecleese: The the Detention center was like, Yeah, but you're Florida Congress people.
- 31:27Testecleese: not Federal. And this is a Federal Detention center.
- 31:30Testecleese: You don't you? Don't get to just walk in like 2 days after the thing opens and look around.
- 31:35Testecleese: I'm like, Well, Trump did. He's like he's the President of the United States Federal.
- 31:42Testecleese: Oh, my goodness, yeah, they threw. They threw the shit fit, and they knew they weren't going to get in. It was a publicity stunt.
- 31:48Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 31:50Testecleese: All right. So Kilmar Abrego Garcia was claiming that he was being tortured in El Salvador.
- 31:58Testecleese: Did you see this video?
- 32:00Brian McFadden: Or no, I didn't.
- 32:02Testecleese: Oh, he's sitting in a nice big comfy bed with headphones on, and playing xbox
- 32:07Testecleese: like that. Sounds like torture to me.
- 32:10Brian McFadden: Ride.
- 32:11Testecleese: Wait a minute. They're feeding you. What you play video games.
- 32:14Brian McFadden: That's not torture at all. He needs to go to Alcatraz. Alligator.
- 32:21Testecleese: He's going back to El Salvador soon enough.
- 32:24Testecleese: So how much money did we waste Democrats bringing him back to try him for a crime that we didn't need to even try him for, because he was already out of the country, just to send him back.
- 32:34Brian McFadden: Right.
- 32:37Testecleese: Again. It's it's not.
- 32:39Testecleese: There's an error.
- 32:41Testecleese: What is the Democrat platform dude
- 32:44Testecleese: like? Do they actually have anything they stand on? Or is it just.
- 32:46Brian McFadden: No.
- 32:47Testecleese: Been bad.
- 32:49Brian McFadden: Yeah. Just orange man, bad.
- 32:51Testecleese: This is what's getting me dude. I'm seeing it all over social media. It's all I see is Trump's evil. He's the devil.
- 32:57Testecleese: He's committing treason. I'm like, okay. 1st of all, you guys don't know what treason means. Okay, we're not at war. So it's not treason. If anything, it'd be sedition. Second of all, everything he's doing is with it. He's actually enforcing laws already on the books.
- 33:10Brian McFadden: Yeah, I don't post a lot of political stuff on my personal Facebook page. But when I start getting the orange man bad post from friends. I just snooze them for 30 days. I'm like, Yeah, whatever.
- 33:22Testecleese: Oh, I respond. I respond back with something explaining why they're wrong, and then watch them lose their mind, and I'll even share like I'll share, like the actual law, like, here's the actual link straight to where it's written down.
- 33:34Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 33:35Testecleese: And and they go nuts. It doesn't matter like it does matter. Dude. If you don't like the law, you change it. You don't just violate it.
- 33:41Brian McFadden: Right.
- 33:43Testecleese: Just like, when they were all upset that he didn't act. He used that 100 year old law, or whatever
- 33:47Testecleese: like. It's a hundred year old. Law that's ridiculous, like, yeah, murders like a 2,000 year old law. We should just throw that one in the trash because it's old.
- 33:56Testecleese: you know it's and I don't mind actually making Congress sit down every 5 years to review all the law. Each law.
- 34:03Brian McFadden: Right.
- 34:04Testecleese: And saying, Yeah, we're keeping it or no, we're getting rid of it, just like they should do with the budget. But they don't.
- 34:09Brian McFadden: No, we haven't had a real budget in the country in probably 15 years.
- 34:14Testecleese: Last time I could think of.
- 34:16Testecleese: Okay, Hope.
- 34:19Testecleese: Did Obama sign the actual budget, or did he just sign a continuing resolution every time?
- 34:26Testecleese: I don't know.
- 34:27Testecleese: I know Clinton actually had a budget that was supposed to balance out within 10 years, but that got blown up right away.
- 34:34Brian McFadden: We always do.
- 34:36Testecleese: Yeah, wow, I mean, bush came next, and Bush loved to blow stuff up, didn't he?
- 34:45Brian McFadden: The last regular budget passed by us. Congress was likely
- 34:50Brian McFadden: 2,007, 2,008.
- 34:53Brian McFadden: Since then Congress relied on continuing resolutions to temporarily fund the government rather than press in a comprehensive annual budget. That's what AI has to say.
- 35:02Testecleese: 2, 7, 2 0, 7 0, 8! Who was that? Was that Obama, like his 1st year in office?
- 35:10Testecleese: I don't know.
- 35:12Testecleese: No, that couldn't be right. Well, jeez, I keep forgetting that we had. This is the second trump term with a biden in the middle.
- 35:21Testecleese: So, anyway, back on topic check this. I think it's in Los Angeles, this business owner's son
- 35:31Testecleese: through a shit fit, and it's trying to sue ice, saying they.
- 35:34Brian McFadden: Clinton. You were right.
- 35:36Testecleese: But, boom! Look at that!
- 35:41Testecleese: He's upset. That ice walked right past him
- 35:44Testecleese: through an employees. Only sign to collect some of these migrants.
- 35:50Testecleese: He's saying that his rights were violated. What rights were violated like you? You're harboring criminals.
- 35:57Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 35:59Testecleese: And you yourself are committing a crime by employing these people, knowing that they're not here legally.
- 36:03Testecleese: which I think everyone keeps forgetting.
- 36:07Testecleese: just like. I keep hearing how they're paying taxes. I'm like, how are they paying taxes without a social security number or a work id number
- 36:14Testecleese: like, whose id identification did they steal.
- 36:17Brian McFadden: Yeah, somebody's paying. They're paying taxes under somebody's name, but not their own. If they're paying taxes at all. Odds are they're not paying taxes, though.
- 36:26Testecleese: Yeah, they're probably getting paid under the table. So that means the employer is not paying taxes for these employees either.
- 36:32Brian McFadden: Right.
- 36:32Testecleese: And we found that one was a chicken or beef processing plant, or whatever it was. Last week we talked about, when there were 300 people had stolen identifications identities
- 36:43Testecleese: to to work.
- 36:46Testecleese: It's like, yeah, okay, that's wonderful for these people that are now going to go try to take out a loan, and their credit is destroyed because someone stole their identity. You know.
- 36:58Testecleese: So a judge tried to block
- 37:01Testecleese: trump from sending these migrants to South Sudan.
- 37:04Brian McFadden: The 3rd party thing, which.
- 37:06Testecleese: Really drags my gears, because Spring Court already said, came out and said he could do it.
- 37:13Brian McFadden: Right, but they don't care.
- 37:14Testecleese: No, but that eventually got cleared up. And
- 37:19Testecleese: here's what God, what's hilarious? Did you see this shit floating around the Internet about? How Trump was dumping migrants out of the
- 37:27Testecleese: out of cargo planes into the ocean.
- 37:29Brian McFadden: Yes, I heard about it on.
- 37:31Brian McFadden: I'm 1 of those shows I listen to. It's insane.
- 37:34Testecleese: Oh, my God! These folks, like 4 migrants, washed up in Spain, Spain's claiming these are Algerians, Algerian migrants, you know, and like what kind of migrant wears shackles like the kind that's a slave.
- 37:50Testecleese: And then they point at this plane flight
- 37:53Testecleese: that was supposed to go to South Sudan, and they show you the radar of it, and like it never made it to South Sudan. Sudan said they never showed up.
- 38:01Testecleese: So yeah, they stopped off in Djibouti at the American air base, and held the people there
- 38:06Testecleese: until this got cleared up, and checking this out, after, got cleared up the planes took off from Djibouti and flew into South Sudan and dropped them off.
- 38:17Testecleese: These folks will find anything. They'll believe the most crazy shit, because they hate trump so much. So you really think he's opening up the cargo bay door in an aircraft.
- 38:28Brian McFadden: Throwing.
- 38:28Testecleese: People out the back.
- 38:31Testecleese: And that's the crazy thing is a lot of people like, I totally believe that it's like you're fucking nuts. What kind of what kind of person flying that aircraft or operating the aircraft would do that.
- 38:41Brian McFadden: Nobody nobody's right. Mind.
- 38:43Testecleese: Yeah, that's when you say unlawful order. I'm not doing it right.
- 38:46Brian McFadden: Right, exactly.
- 38:48Testecleese: Because you're still going to go to prison for murder.
- 38:50Brian McFadden: No, whether you it was an order or not. You know you're going to prison.
- 38:55Testecleese: It's it's an unlawful order. It's against law to follow it right.
- 38:59Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 39:00Testecleese: Just like on the ship in the Navy. If your captain told you to execute somebody and you did it, you'd go to prison for murder, you know you would.
- 39:07Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 39:07Testecleese: It's good.
- 39:09Testecleese: Yeah, it's your duty to not follow an unlawful order, which
- 39:14Testecleese: I'm sure I've told this story before, but
- 39:17Testecleese: the skipper wanted me to do some ship alts once ship modifications.
- 39:22Testecleese: And he's like, I just go do it. And I was like, sir, I need
- 39:24Testecleese: paperwork out the ass to do this like I need all sorts of stuff signed off from all sorts of people. He's like, I'm your captain. You're going to do what I say. Like, sir. This is an unlawful order. This is illegal. I cannot do this.
- 39:37Testecleese: and my chief was like, just do it.
- 39:39Testecleese: And then finally, the Xo was like, no, no, we'll go through the proper steps to get the paperwork done so we can put it in a freaking TV rack in your birthing, or whatever that. What about dumb shit? You want it done, you know.
- 39:50Testecleese: I don't remember exactly what it was, but I remember you want to be like, cut a hole in the ship and do something weird. And I was like, you mean, you mean compromise the watertight integrity of a warship? That sounds awesome.
- 40:02Testecleese: Okay, yeah.
- 40:05Testecleese: All right. So on Tuesday
- 40:09Testecleese: last Tuesday, I think I'm not sure. Hold on. Maybe it was Monday. I don't know. Let me check the date on this. Oh, I hate these stupid.
- 40:18Testecleese: What have happened to actual journalism? Man? These are all like opinion articles with some facts sprinkled in, you know.
- 40:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 40:24Testecleese: Yeah, it's it's okay. So it was last Tuesday, I guess
- 40:28Testecleese: there was his protest. Sick of trump, sick of ice.
- 40:32Testecleese: all of these Liberals that were like, you know, Hardcore, we hate all this stuff.
- 40:37Testecleese: Took took the day off work, just went on strike for one day it was supposed to cripple
- 40:42Testecleese: the entire country.
- 40:44Testecleese: Did you even notice.
- 40:47Testecleese: I didn't even know until after I read about it.
- 40:50Testecleese: They're like, oh, so either no one cares because no one noticed, or
- 40:58Testecleese: you don't do that much to help this country run as it runs, anyway. You know.
- 41:05Testecleese: I thought it was kind of funny
- 41:10Testecleese: us appeals Court is that Texas may not, enforce their own migrant laws anymore?
- 41:18Testecleese: Because Texas was told they can't enforce Federal law.
- 41:21Brian McFadden: Right.
- 41:22Testecleese: So they went and passed their own law, saying it was against law to enter Texas from a foreign nation.
- 41:28Testecleese: I was like, Oh, all right. That's that's 1 way around it.
- 41:32Testecleese: And yeah, a court came around like, you can't do that. That's kind of the same thing. And it's clear what you're doing.
- 41:38Testecleese: I wanna know if this goes anywhere like if it gets picked up by a higher court or not.
- 41:46Testecleese: I don't know. A higher court might be like. No Texas can have their own laws, you know. It's not a Federal law. They make their own law.
- 41:54Testecleese: you know, just like a West Virginia has cocaine illegal? Right?
- 42:02Testecleese: Yeah. So does the Federal Government and West West Virginia could still arrest you and charge you for cocaine possession.
- 42:09Testecleese: And
- 42:10Testecleese: that's what I'm wondering if Texas is going to pursue that avenue, saying like, so, wait a minute, like States can't enforce like drug laws anymore.
- 42:19Testecleese: because it's Federally, you know.
- 42:23Testecleese: I got a feeling Texas is gonna drop it because that's what the Republicans do.
- 42:30Testecleese: But trump has trump the trump side. The Republicans. The Maga crowd has had some luck lately in the courts.
- 42:37Testecleese: because everything came to a head recently. You know.
- 42:40Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 42:43Testecleese: Oh, here we go. Sorry about the South Sudan.
- 42:46Testecleese: There were 8 people that were deported there.
- 42:53Testecleese: I it sucks to be them. South Sudan is a war tone. War torn area
- 42:59Testecleese: 330 bucks is the average. Is the Gdp like the per capita.
- 43:04Brian McFadden: That's annual.
- 43:06Testecleese: Yes, yes, 330 bucks a year. The average person makes in South Sudan.
- 43:12Brian McFadden: Make that double in a week.
- 43:15Testecleese: I would hope so.
- 43:18Testecleese: Rain.
- 43:20Testecleese: if you're not bringing in a thousand bucks a week. Dude, that means you're making less than $52,000 a year now, depending on where you live. Obviously.
- 43:31Testecleese: That could well be enough to get by, especially if you already own your own home, for example, right? But if you're paying mortgage car payments
- 43:38Testecleese: oh, that's tough.
- 43:40Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 43:43Testecleese: Shoot when I was getting 1,400 bucks every other week in the Navy as A. E. 3, I think, E. 4.
- 43:50Testecleese: I was living on base and on the ship.
- 43:54Testecleese: I was like, Damn no, I can't afford to buy a house. You kidding me.
- 43:57Brian McFadden: Right.
- 44:01Testecleese: So usually without Julio Chavez, junior.
- 44:04Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 44:06Testecleese: The Boxer.
- 44:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 44:08Testecleese: He's getting deported for smuggling people and weapons across the border.
- 44:13Brian McFadden: He's got a outstanding charge against him in Mexico, too. So.
- 44:18Testecleese: Yeah, so was it. Shine bomb, or whatever.
- 44:24Testecleese: The President of Mexico, Claudia Scheinball!
- 44:31Testecleese: Such such a Hispanic name! Right? Shine bomb.
- 44:35Testecleese: It's funny? I asked the wife. Where do you think? Where do you? What country do you think Sheinbaum is the leader of? And I was like heads up. It's not Israel.
- 44:45Testecleese: She goes, she goes. Oh, damn she's like, I don't know. Maybe Poland is like Mexico.
- 44:51Testecleese: She's like what you know, what what it's a good oh!
- 44:58Testecleese: Speaking of Mexico dude, the Mexican citizens are pissed off.
- 45:03Testecleese: not just about the tourists, which is enough. They're actually pissed off with the over tourism in Mexico.
- 45:10Testecleese: But they're also getting angry at the United States citizens migrating to Mexico, which I'm getting.
- 45:17Brian McFadden: I don't know how I mean it. I mean they should like it because it's money coming into the country, and American citizens are not allowed to buy property in Mexico, so you're renting the whole time you're there.
- 45:28Testecleese: Driving up rent prices, because now they're competing against American citizens.
- 45:32Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 45:33Testecleese: They're losing jobs to America all the same arguments that Americans here are making about.
- 45:39Testecleese: But I it makes me laugh on that one, because it's like, Huh, good for you guys, right? And
- 45:45Testecleese: and these folks
- 45:47Testecleese: went to Mexico to get away from the United States while saying we should let all these people United States because it's so great. So then why did you go to Mexico? You know.
- 45:55Brian McFadden: Well, my social security goes a whole lot farther in Mexico than it does in the Us.
- 46:00Testecleese: Well, yeah. Well, especially if you go to like Mexico, not Mexico City or.
- 46:04Brian McFadden: Yeah, if you yeah, yeah. Buy some Mel or Cancun right?
- 46:13Brian McFadden: Oh, I can live like a king into Thailand.
- 46:17Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, you could got just stay away from the lady boys.
- 46:23Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 46:24Testecleese: But you gotta do that here in the States now, too, anyway. Right.
- 46:26Brian McFadden: Yeah, I don't have to worry about that anymore. I'm still married.
- 46:31Testecleese: Yeah, I've heard some people picked up some weird blood diseases in Thailand.
- 46:35Brian McFadden: I'm sure.
- 46:36Testecleese: Yeah, also, it's a weird like hepatitis and stuff like that.
- 46:42Testecleese: But I can't imagine. Go! Oh, shoot!
- 46:48Testecleese: Was it the hangover or hangover, 2
- 46:52Testecleese: got drilled by the transgender in a in Thailand.
- 46:57Brian McFadden: Probably 2.
- 46:58Testecleese: Yeah, I came in. You you come on the floor like, Oh, God.
- 47:02Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 47:04Testecleese: Yeah. The 1st one was in
- 47:06Brian McFadden: Las, Vegas.
- 47:07Testecleese: Las Vegas. Yeah. The second one. They went to a wedding in like Thailand.
- 47:12Testecleese: Funny movies do not have your children on when you watch them, though.
- 47:15Brian McFadden: No, they're not. They're not kid, friendly.
- 47:19Testecleese: Go ahead! Now.
- 47:20Brian McFadden: Ha! Ha! Ha!
- 47:21Testecleese: Oh, when Mike Tyson knocked him out, it was to Genesis song.
- 47:26Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 47:26Testecleese: Laugh so hard.
- 47:30Testecleese: There's a jungle cat in the bathroom.
- 47:32Brian McFadden: Good.
- 47:35Testecleese: All right.
- 47:36Testecleese: Alright! Well, we've had some. Again, considering concerning this migration thing.
- 47:41Testecleese: these protests are getting way beyond the scope of protest.
- 47:46Testecleese: several in custody in North Texas after a cop got shot through the neck.
- 47:51Testecleese: Oh, oof! Oh, my goodness! He managed to be able. It didn't survive.
- 47:57Testecleese: I just crazy shit.
- 48:02Testecleese: I don't know all the details, not everything has come out so yet.
- 48:06Testecleese: But another case happened in Texas.
- 48:10Testecleese: They were firing fireworks at a ice detention, facility.
- 48:14Testecleese: When the cops came out to where ice came out to like confront him like, Hey, knock it off!
- 48:20Testecleese: Do the rifle open fire like this is a combined. This is like a pre-orchestrated ambush.
- 48:29Brian McFadden: Yeah, it was.
- 48:31Testecleese: Yeah, 10 people have been arrested.
- 48:33Testecleese: They're facing attempted murder charges, all sorts of crazy charges. Now.
- 48:37Brian McFadden: I think people forget that there's not a Democrat in charge of the President and the Doj right now
- 48:45Brian McFadden: we're back to heaven. Laws mean things, consequences have actions, have consequences.
- 48:52Testecleese: Yeah, I don't know about that dude. I've been seeing a lot of people getting released after they should definitely be charged, you know.
- 48:59Testecleese: Meanwhile we had when
- 49:02Testecleese: the Democrats chased down people from January 6th and held them for like 3 years without a trial.
- 49:08Testecleese: you know.
- 49:09Testecleese: And shh!
- 49:12Testecleese: It's it's frustrating as fuck dude like the demo. The Republicans are not enforcing the laws like they should they? They're waiting for cops to be shot at
- 49:22Testecleese: for something to happen, and it's ridiculous.
- 49:26Testecleese: I mean, had this happened in another state shoot in Salt Lake City, Utah, when that dude shot into a crowd, the dude who got shot was the one arrested.
- 49:35Testecleese: Luckily they released him. But this is the kind of crap we're getting, you know, like what the hell is going on here like, Oh, he agitated, though.
- 49:43Testecleese: Yeah, you burn flags and tell me I'm gonna burn it now. Best part is the dude they shot
- 49:49Testecleese: was on their side.
- 49:52Testecleese: He was there with a gun just like someone else
- 49:54Testecleese: to make sure things didn't out of control, and people start shooting at him right. That other dude died.
- 50:01Testecleese: The guy who actually shot at him and killed the other guy didn't get arrested because they didn't even bother getting his freaking name.
- 50:08Brian McFadden: No, you don't need no names.
- 50:10Testecleese: God for the love of God.
- 50:14Testecleese: Oh, hey! Remember that anti ice leader in Los Angeles that was handing out riot gear
- 50:21Testecleese: to the the quote protesters a little while ago.
- 50:25Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, I think so.
- 50:27Brian McFadden: Is he the one that pre-program where the smit block should be put to.
- 50:32Testecleese: Possibly I don't know but he was handing out like riot shields gas masks and all sorts of stuff.
- 50:39Testecleese: Excuse me.
- 50:41Testecleese: he's been indicted on conspiracy charges because it's clear that he was trying to help people fight the police.
- 50:46Brian McFadden: Right. That's a convert. That's that's the kind of thing I'm talking about. The Doj.
- 50:51Testecleese: Finally getting on it. Yes.
- 50:52Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 50:53Testecleese: It took them long enough, but they shoot that Senator, was it Padilla should have been charged?
- 51:02Testecleese: What happened with our Al Green
- 51:05Testecleese: when he was supposed to be when he was supposed to be getting censured.
- 51:08Brian McFadden: Censors, nothing.
- 51:10Testecleese: Yes, but they wouldn't even let him do that. They they started singing. We will overcome.
- 51:15Brian McFadden: Right.
- 51:16Testecleese: And Johnson's like, Yeah, whatever we're just going home like, Oh, come on, at least give him a talking to like you're supposed to, you know.
- 51:23Brian McFadden: Yeah, give him a stern talking to.
- 51:25Testecleese: Oh, that guy! Al Green's a boob, though!
- 51:29Testecleese: Waving his cane, screaming, filing impeachment charges that got dropped right away. His own party was like, what are you doing? You're gonna make us look dumb for a 3rd time, screwing this up.
- 51:40Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 51:44Testecleese: Yeah. And now the dems once again.
- 51:47Testecleese: They're saying it's Trump's fault this violence is happening. And now check this out. Did you see this report come out. A whole bunch of Democrat lawmakers have come out and saying their constituents
- 51:59Testecleese: are telling them to basically go get shot
- 52:04Testecleese: to make it visible because we need blood to make this point.
- 52:07Brian McFadden: Right.
- 52:08Testecleese: And all I could think of right away was, who's supposed to be the peaceful people here?
- 52:13Testecleese: And then my next thought was.
- 52:15Testecleese: How do you get shot by a cop
- 52:19Testecleese: like, what do you need to do for a cop to shoot at you?
- 52:23Testecleese: Typically, speaking.
- 52:24Brian McFadden: You don't want to act aggressively. You gotta. They gotta. You gotta fulfill the triangle.
- 52:34Testecleese: Yeah, they have to think that life is in danger. You have to threaten the cops life. Yeah, in a manner they believe it to be true.
- 52:41Testecleese: So what you're saying, go draw a weapon on. These guys. Start pounding on these guys.
- 52:45Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 52:45Testecleese: I guess we could ask Congresswoman Mciver right.
- 52:50Testecleese: She was the one who actually was attacking the ice agents, or whatever.
- 52:57Testecleese: Oh, dear, God, do like
- 52:59Testecleese: I'm telling you, man, it's time for you to own a firearm, even if you only take it to the range once every 6 months.
- 53:07Testecleese: just to dust it off.
- 53:11Testecleese: I know guns ain't particularly cheap, but like a Mossberg 500. It's a 12 gauge pump action shotgun, 500 bucks
- 53:21Testecleese: that's on. The more say more expensive. You can spend a lot more money that's on the more expensive end of affordable.
- 53:29Testecleese: But you can get a handgun for a couple 100 bucks, especially if you go to one of these gun shows in Virginia.
- 53:34Testecleese: because they have mad discounts, and they do a background check on the spot. And you know as well as I there are plenty of
- 53:41Testecleese: crazy nut job lefties in Virginia.
- 53:44Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 53:46Testecleese: Granted. Most of them live up north, but there's plenty of them. Sprinkle that way. You live, too, I'm sure, right protesting, in the streets.
- 53:52Brian McFadden: Yeah, definitely. Well, I mean, you don't see it really around here, but
- 53:57Brian McFadden: on the streets. But yeah, there's there's wag jobs.
- 54:01Testecleese: I bet if you head down Mercury Boulevard down by. Was it a blue angel?
- 54:09Testecleese: Blue horseshoe tattoos.
- 54:10Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 54:11Testecleese: That's where you find a little bit of money in these rich, what we call awfuls, affluent white female urban Liberals.
- 54:21Testecleese: And that's another point is, these folks are calling for other people to be violent, just like you.
- 54:26Brian McFadden: They're not doing it themselves.
- 54:27Testecleese: Exactly. These are the same people that are willing to vote to send you to war and die, but won't do it themselves. These are the people online like, if I come across him with a Maga hat, I'm going to go to prison. It's like, No, you won't, bitch. You're gonna mumble under your breath and be pissed off and do nothing, and you know it at most you'll get up and cuss him out until he stands up, you know.
- 54:49Testecleese: Jeez, I don't expect anything like that to happen where I live, especially me being as rural as I am.
- 54:56Testecleese: I got my guns because I want to like to own guns.
- 55:00Testecleese: I like to shoot, and 2 like we just had a bear issue
- 55:04Testecleese: coming through our yard. You know.
- 55:07Testecleese: I'm not gonna be caught all back with a frigging baseball bat trying to protect myself from a bear.
- 55:16Testecleese: Oh, yeah. The we definitely talked with a guy, killed the firefighters right.
- 55:23Brian McFadden: I don't think so. I think this happened since our last show.
- 55:27Testecleese: All right.
- 55:29Brian McFadden: Was like an ambush type thing, you know, where they called the fire department out, and
- 55:34Brian McFadden: then it was open season on Fire Department. The firefighters.
- 55:39Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, I think you're right. Actually, it was in Idaho.
- 55:43Testecleese: I can't remember. It's it's in the next article him and his father and his father all did the same job.
- 55:50Testecleese: And this kid Wes Rowley, I don't usually like saying their names. He's 20 years old.
- 55:58Testecleese: tried to be a firefighter, and got rejected.
- 56:03Brian McFadden: Right.
- 56:04Testecleese: And if that's enough reason for you to start killing firefighters.
- 56:08Testecleese: Oh, jeez! I don't know man like I generally disagree the death penalty. But like, if you're shooting 1st responders that are there to save lives.
- 56:16Testecleese: we need something more than 20 years in prison, you know.
- 56:19Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, I mean, there should be whole new laws, for that shit is.
- 56:25Testecleese: Yeah, you shoot Emt shooting firefighters
- 56:30Testecleese: shoot. You shoot the cops who are there to, you know. Save the old lady who's being beaten up by a Mugger.
- 56:36Brian McFadden: Right.
- 56:37Testecleese: There should be a serious penalty for that kind of stuff
- 56:41Testecleese: like the rest of your life in prison.
- 56:43Testecleese: Or at least like 40 years.
- 56:47Brian McFadden: This guy was only 20 years old. How much do you hate the world
- 56:52Brian McFadden: as a 20 years old that you're gonna start shooting firefighters.
- 56:57Testecleese: Wow! I could say a lot of these folks at 20 that hate the world is because they've been listening to the news and everyone else screaming about how everything is
- 57:05Testecleese: Satan and every not Satan Hitler.
- 57:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 57:08Testecleese: And they believe it because they don't know any better.
- 57:11Testecleese: You know, it's like dude. Go to any of these other countries, literally on the planet
- 57:16Testecleese: and have a look around.
- 57:18Brian McFadden: Right. We got it really good here in the Us. Cause we both know, because we've been around the world so.
- 57:25Testecleese: Well shoot. I remember one of these English actors was saying how Draconian the abortion laws in the United States are. I was like.
- 57:31Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 57:32Testecleese: You can get abortion, ease more easily and further along in your pregnancy in the United States than in Great Britain.
- 57:38Brian McFadden: Yeah, oh, definitely.
- 57:40Testecleese: But they're telling us how terrible it is here like what bitch do you know where you are from, you know. But no, she she's been in this country so.
- 57:48Brian McFadden: And then everybody freaked out when the Supreme Court got rid of Roe V. Wade.
- 57:53Brian McFadden: and the statistics actually show that there's more abortions happening now after that, because it's a State's rights issue now. So the States get to choose what they want to do, and that's where it should have been in the beginning.
- 58:06Testecleese: Yes, I'd like to point out once again.
- 58:09Testecleese: Roe V. Wade was never actually overturned. It was a separate decision.
- 58:13Testecleese: It was a because it didn't roe. V. Wade covered a lot of stuff. But
- 58:18Testecleese: even Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who wrote the opinion.
- 58:22Brian McFadden: But it was a bad opinion.
- 58:23Testecleese: Said, said it was a bad decision. It's supposed to be a Band-aid that it's gonna have to be fixed in the long run. And it, you know, it's gonna get overturned sooner or later.
- 58:33Brian McFadden: Yeah. It only took like, how many years.
- 58:38Testecleese: I don't know. When was it passed. Ginsburg was a thousand, anyway, right.
- 58:42Brian McFadden: I think it was passed in the seventies.
- 58:44Testecleese: I think so. I wanted to say seventies like, was she really on the court for like 50 years.
- 58:49Brian McFadden: She was.
- 58:50Testecleese: Oh, my God!
- 58:53Testecleese: Oh.
- 58:54Brian McFadden: And she's too stubborn to retire.
- 58:57Brian McFadden: I want to make a prediction, since we're on Supreme Court. Briefly.
- 59:01Testecleese: Sure.
- 59:02Brian McFadden: I think that
- 59:05Brian McFadden: you're going to see at least one Republican leaning Supreme Court justice step down while Trump's in office.
- 59:16Testecleese: Yeah, it's either gonna be Alito or Roberts right.
- 59:21Brian McFadden: I was thinking, Clarence Thomas, I think he's the oldest one on there right now.
- 59:25Testecleese: Yeah, maybe that's where I met with Thomas, not Roberts.
- 59:29Testecleese: Alito is almost as old as him.
- 59:31Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 59:33Brian McFadden: That's why I'm saying one, maybe 2. If they're smart
- 59:36Brian McFadden: they'll go ahead, and, you know, step down, and, you know, enjoy the rest of their lives and not be a Ruth Bader Ginsburg type person, you know that says they're going to die in the court.
- 59:47Testecleese: Yeah. What for? Real at that point? Would you just have your feet in the sand on the beach with a Margarita.
- 59:52Brian McFadden: Exactly. Yeah.
- 59:54Testecleese: Instead, you're having to argue with our Jumanji Brown, Jackson.
- 1:00:00Brian McFadden: And you're, you know, and you're not like there's no pension, you know. I guarantee they they get a healthy pension.
- 1:00:07Brian McFadden: you know, for doing so much time on the Supreme Court.
- 1:00:10Testecleese: Oh, I I bet you it's a full salary the rest of the lives just like Congress or Senate or President.
- 1:00:15Brian McFadden: That'll get me started.
- 1:00:18Testecleese: Yeah, I know how many.
- 1:00:20Testecleese: Okay, I would say.
- 1:00:22Brian McFadden: Donating his salary every year.
- 1:00:25Testecleese: Yeah, no one seems to give a shit about that.
- 1:00:28Testecleese: He's just doing this to make himself more rich. Why isn't he accepting his paycheck.
- 1:00:34Testecleese: You do realize his net. Worth has gone down since he's been in office, because he's not there running his businesses.
- 1:00:40Brian McFadden: No, he's relying on his kids to do it, and they ain't doing so good.
- 1:00:43Testecleese: I mean, they're doing all right. But they're not Donald Trump. Right.
- 1:00:46Brian McFadden: Right, exactly.
- 1:00:49Testecleese: Dear God!
- 1:00:51Testecleese: Oh, shit! I don't know how we didn't mention it. I will get to it soon enough, I'm sure.
- 1:00:56Testecleese: This next case I saw everywhere the the.
- 1:00:58Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, it popped over, you know, and and apparently this has been in works for a while, but nobody bothered to tell the families of the people that were murdered until the last minute. This plea deal came out so quick that the people weren't even allowed to show up. They didn't have time to show up in court to protest the plea, deal.
- 1:01:21Testecleese: Yeah, he speak. Well, he where was this? The Idaho.
- 1:01:25Brian McFadden: I know. Yeah.
- 1:01:26Testecleese: In 22
- 1:01:29Testecleese: he he pled guilty to 4 counts of 1st degree murder and one kind of burglary.
- 1:01:35Brian McFadden: Yeah, cause he didn't want the death sentence.
- 1:01:37Testecleese: Yes, it took the death penalty off the table.
- 1:01:42Brian McFadden: But I guarantee you some of those parents were looking for the death penalty.
- 1:01:46Testecleese: Yes, he's getting 4 consecutive life sentences
- 1:01:51Testecleese: and the Max penalty of 10 years for the burglary. Count
- 1:01:56Brian McFadden: Yeah. But what's a life sentence these days? 20 years.
- 1:01:59Testecleese: 20 years. So 80 years, 90 years! He's looking at prison.
- 1:02:04Testecleese: Good time. He'll be eligible for parole before he's dead.
- 1:02:09Testecleese: I may, depending on the State. You may not get parole for murder. One shot I'm not sure.
- 1:02:16Brian McFadden: I don't know about Idaho.
- 1:02:18Brian McFadden: If I had to guess, I would say no.
- 1:02:20Brian McFadden: Idaho's probably a very conservative state.
- 1:02:24Testecleese: Yeah, and they're probably gonna keep them in prison.
- 1:02:26Testecleese: But the family of one of these victims Kaylee goncalves goncalves gone caves. I'm not sure how you pronounce this
- 1:02:36Testecleese: their family is returning all of the Gofundme money, or
- 1:02:41Testecleese: yeah Gofundme money that they're gonna use.
- 1:02:44Testecleese: I don't even know what for. But this got dropped on so quick that they didn't even get to get involved. So like we're giving back all the money, it doesn't seem right. We're not going to be an evil bastard like this guy.
- 1:02:54Brian McFadden: They don't want to be like the the Blm movement and use the go fund money for buying houses.
- 1:03:00Testecleese: Or what's that kid's name that stabbed that other kid in the heart
- 1:03:05Testecleese: when his family moved into a million dollar house, bought a couple of escalades, and now they're going with a public defender.
- 1:03:12Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, we talked about this on previous. So I don't remember who it is, but I know when you said the public Defender thing I was like, Oh, yeah.
- 1:03:19Testecleese: Oh, we need another. They already got like $800,000, like, we need another $750,000 like for what you're going to. The public defender.
- 1:03:26Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:03:26Testecleese: Planning your.
- 1:03:27Brian McFadden: You shouldn't even qualify for a public defender. If you raise $750,000.
- 1:03:32Testecleese: The parents raised $750,000. The Kid is poor.
- 1:03:37Brian McFadden: How old is this kid? Because if he's.
- 1:03:40Testecleese: He was 17 when he killed when he allegedly killed this other kid.
- 1:03:44Brian McFadden: So they're trying them as adults, so that separates the incomes.
- 1:03:48Brian McFadden: If any crime is an adult, then the parents money from the Gofundme would be included in that, and he wouldn't be able to qualify for a public defender.
- 1:03:57Testecleese: Well, crazy thing is, they're trying him as an adult, but they've taken the death penalty off the table because he was 17 when he did it, or allegedly did it.
- 1:04:05Brian McFadden: It's like, you guys are.
- 1:04:08Testecleese: Playing both sides of this thing, and it doesn't seem fair. But okay.
- 1:04:13Testecleese: it looks like that guy. Why can't I think of his name?
- 1:04:17Testecleese: Carmelo? Anthony.
- 1:04:19Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:04:20Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:04:21Testecleese: yeah, they went and moved out of that area because, like, everyone knows us. And they moved into a million dollar house, bought 2 new escalades.
- 1:04:28Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:04:29Testecleese: Like, Oh, yeah. Well, yeah, we pow.
- 1:04:33Testecleese: it's funny, because all I saw all sorts of stuff online about people like pissed off like, you want more money? Where the hell did all that money go? The trial even started yet.
- 1:04:43Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:04:44Testecleese: Cop.
- 1:04:47Testecleese: Hi!
- 1:04:49Testecleese: It says, busted by Jeanine Pirro. But I don't think that's fair. It says Washington post journalist, busted by Jeanine Pero for allegedly possessing childborne.
- 1:04:58Testecleese: She didn't really bust them. She just
- 1:05:00Testecleese: is doing the the prosecution right, doesn't she? What's her official job now?
- 1:05:08Testecleese: I actually got a job under Trump's administration.
- 1:05:11Testecleese: I can't remember what it was. Oh, check this out. He's a Pulitzer prize winning Washington post journalist. He was arrested in charge after authorities found
- 1:05:20Testecleese: TV porn on his work computer.
- 1:05:23Testecleese: There you go, DC, Us. Attorney Janine.
- 1:05:25Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, she took over the these Dcu attorney General because the person that they put in place
- 1:05:34Brian McFadden: didn't pass, you know, scrutiny tests.
- 1:05:39Testecleese: Yeah. Well.
- 1:05:41Testecleese: yeah, I'm still not sure what I think of Puro, and don't get me wrong. Most of my opinion of her comes from
- 1:05:48Testecleese: back when I used to watch cable news, and she was on fox news.
- 1:05:52Testecleese: I do know that she was a judge, so I mean.
- 1:05:56Brian McFadden: She took a pay cut to go to the Federal Government.
- 1:05:59Testecleese: Yeah. She was making boku bucks on with her own show on fox news.
- 1:06:04Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, same with Pete Headspath.
- 1:06:09Testecleese: Yes, yes,
- 1:06:13Testecleese: And jeez, is it trump or a headset saying, Let's send 2 Navy strike groups somewhere.
- 1:06:20Testecleese: because that's just a massive show of force.
- 1:06:23Brian McFadden: We don't have the ability to do that anymore.
- 1:06:27Testecleese: For a little bit, and we'll get. We'll get to that. It's under finance.
- 1:06:31Brian McFadden: Alright!
- 1:06:33Testecleese: So what do you think about Pam Bondi saying that,
- 1:06:38Testecleese: there is no Epstein client list.
- 1:06:41Brian McFadden: Well, we kind of predicted this from the get-go on this show.
- 1:06:46Testecleese: Yes.
- 1:06:47Brian McFadden: But
- 1:06:49Brian McFadden: when she came out and said, well, truckloads of documents are coming from the southern district of New York to the FBI, and I'm going to go through all these things, you know.
- 1:07:00Testecleese: Well, they asked her about it on the news, and she's like it's on my desk.
- 1:07:03Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, I remember that we talked about it on the show, you know. And now, all of a sudden, oh, no, there's no actual client list.
- 1:07:12Testecleese: Well, it's to set everyone
- 1:07:13Testecleese: and the conspiracy theorists are saying, Well, Trump's on the list. That's why there's no list now. The list immediately got lost.
- 1:07:19Testecleese: Yeah, see? That blows my mind, because if that was the case, they would have released that shit when Trump ran for office. Wouldn't they.
- 1:07:25Brian McFadden: Yeah, they would have definitely.
- 1:07:27Testecleese: So bullshit on that one right there. I'll tell you what, though.
- 1:07:32Testecleese: if there was, there has to be some sort of list, it might.
- 1:07:35Brian McFadden: There has to be. If you're.
- 1:07:36Testecleese: Don't have been blackmail list, but he still had customers that paid him, you know.
- 1:07:40Brian McFadden: And that's why. What's her face, you know, you know, died in prison, you know, because of the list.
- 1:07:49Testecleese: Your lane. Maxwell, Guy.
- 1:07:50Brian McFadden: Though his the his assistant that was.
- 1:07:53Testecleese: Dwayne.
- 1:07:54Brian McFadden: Charge of all of it.
- 1:07:55Testecleese: Ghislaine, Maxwell.
- 1:07:56Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:07:58Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:07:58Testecleese: Well, but yeah, even if there wasn't an actual physical list of blacklist blackmailing, there was at least
- 1:08:06Testecleese: bank transfers.
- 1:08:08Brian McFadden: There is no proof where this guy made his money from.
- 1:08:11Brian McFadden: He wasn't a superstar investor. He didn't inherit money from the family. Fortune didn't own business.
- 1:08:18Testecleese: Is.
- 1:08:19Brian McFadden: How did Jeffrey Epstein get paid
- 1:08:22Brian McFadden: and become the the rich person he was that he could own an island.
- 1:08:27Testecleese: Pimping kids out.
- 1:08:28Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 1:08:30Testecleese: By the way, you see, they released 12 h of the footage, showing that no one went in or out of the cell.
- 1:08:37Testecleese: So like everyone would. Yeah, did you? Did you notice? I don't know if you noticed there's 2 camera angles they showed right.
- 1:08:44Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:08:45Testecleese: Both cameras went down for 1 min at the same time.
- 1:08:50Brian McFadden: Politics.
- 1:08:52Testecleese: And I was like, so wait, you're showing me this just to ease my mind that he actually killed himself. All you did was raise more questions.
- 1:09:00Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:09:01Testecleese: You know, and I had someone say, Oh, what can you get done in a minute? I was like that was the basis of how many movies that came out like gone in 60 seconds? Right
- 1:09:11Testecleese: you go in there with a noose, you you snap his neck right? Because because his hyoid bone was broken, which doesn't happen with a choking.
- 1:09:19Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:09:19Testecleese: Rather a proper hanging, which the sheets couldn't do.
- 1:09:23Testecleese: Then you slip the
- 1:09:24Testecleese: the the sheet noose you have tied around his neck, pull the sheet off his bed and run out. You're out of there, and under a minute.
- 1:09:32Brian McFadden: No very long.
- 1:09:34Testecleese: And is the best part is in that minute of the down footage. The trash can shifts
- 1:09:40Testecleese: to the side a little bit. When the camera, you know. And it's like.
- 1:09:44Testecleese: so you you basically proven me that this guy didn't kill himself as you're telling me that he did.
- 1:09:49Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:09:50Testecleese: Cash. Patel Dan Bongino! Shame on both of you! Pam Bondi! Shame on you! I am furious.
- 1:09:56Brian McFadden: They're all part of the cover up now.
- 1:09:59Testecleese: And I'll tell you why.
- 1:10:00Testecleese: Because was it Prince Andrew was the one that was initially accused by
- 1:10:06Testecleese: by by that young lady that just died. Remember.
- 1:10:09Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:10:10Testecleese: That's what broke this whole story.
- 1:10:12Testecleese: But I bet you there are Saudi princes. I bet there's Ceos.
- 1:10:16Testecleese: and all sorts of stuff that would topple the economy came out.
- 1:10:21Brian McFadden: That's why they're covering all up.
- 1:10:23Testecleese: I. That's my theory on the conspiracy going on.
- 1:10:29Testecleese: My!
- 1:10:30Brian McFadden: Might have to bring out the tin file hat soon.
- 1:10:32Testecleese: I might have to dude might have to actually get my hat back out
- 1:10:37Testecleese: alright. Well, anyway. Well, I was speaking of
- 1:10:41Testecleese: raping and diddling kids. The Pope
- 1:10:44Testecleese: has asked that the American Catholic Conservative Fund, the Vatican.
- 1:10:50Brian McFadden: What does that mean?
- 1:10:52Testecleese: Apparently they're not bringing in as much money as they used to, but it's still the richest country, though,
- 1:10:57Testecleese: richest country on the planet per capita, right?
- 1:11:00Testecleese: Because, realistically, how many people live in the Vatican.
- 1:11:03Brian McFadden: Not that many.
- 1:11:05Testecleese: You know, and they got ancient artifacts down in their archives.
- 1:11:10Brian McFadden: And I don't think it's in here, but I did see an article about the Pope where he's going back to the city in the mountains during the summer.
- 1:11:22Testecleese: What are you referring to?
- 1:11:23Brian McFadden: The summer Sabbatical place that they go to where it's cooler than Rome.
- 1:11:28Brian McFadden: Yeah, alright.
- 1:11:29Brian McFadden: But the last Pope never went. He went there like once, and never went back.
- 1:11:36Testecleese: Yeah, I didn't like Francis that much, but
- 1:11:39Testecleese: I brought that up as soon as he came. I was like, Oh, the Jesuit! Oh, no.
- 1:11:44Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:11:47Brian McFadden: So we gotta wait and see what Pope Leo does.
- 1:11:49Testecleese: Yeah, I haven't seen anything I don't like yet.
- 1:11:52Testecleese: but I haven't seen much from him. Honestly, no.
- 1:11:58Testecleese: So a judge. Okay. And this big, beautiful Bill, I believe, was they cut funding to planned parenthood right.
- 1:12:03Brian McFadden: Right?
- 1:12:04Testecleese: Because you can say they're not using that money to fund abortion, but that that just means they don't have to pay for this over here, so that means that money can go and fund abortion right.
- 1:12:13Brian McFadden: Right, exactly.
- 1:12:15Testecleese: Federal judge came in and blocked the defunding. And I'm just like, how does a judge.
- 1:12:21Brian McFadden: This is exactly what.
- 1:12:23Testecleese: Pretty much.
- 1:12:24Brian McFadden: Mark just said, you know that.
- 1:12:26Brian McFadden: What? What level is this? Federal doors? Judge? A District Court circuit court, you know this is exactly what they're saying is, you can't judge willy-nilly. District judges don't have the ability to willy-nilly do a nationwide injunction on the President United States.
- 1:12:45Testecleese: And then they go and do it right away. And
- 1:12:48Testecleese: at what point do we say?
- 1:12:51Testecleese: Arrest these people.
- 1:12:54Brian McFadden: Because, yeah, they do have some immunity when it comes to doing their jobs. But you can't just say.
- 1:13:00Testecleese: Fuck, the Supreme Court.
- 1:13:02Brian McFadden: Right, yeah.
- 1:13:04Testecleese: And you know how many people lost their shit over. Well, Trump didn't go get Abrego Garcia out of El Salvador, and that was a Supreme Court order. 1st of all, they said, he needs to facilitate it.
- 1:13:14Testecleese: He doesn't get to just kidnap people out of.
- 1:13:17Brian McFadden: Yeah, that's up to El Salvador to decide if they want to send them back here or not.
- 1:13:22Testecleese: And we got him back.
- 1:13:24Testecleese: But no.
- 1:13:25Brian McFadden: Now he's being tried in Tennessee for human trafficking.
- 1:13:28Testecleese: But no one gave a shit when Biden twice violated Supreme Court orders concerning student loan debt.
- 1:13:34Brian McFadden: Oh, it was more than twice he! He did that.
- 1:13:36Testecleese: Well, he got.
- 1:13:37Brian McFadden: Boys.
- 1:13:37Testecleese: 2 separate times this court stepped in and said, You can't do that. And he said, Well, we're gonna do it again. See how long it takes him to catch up this time.
- 1:13:43Brian McFadden: Exactly. He changed the rule. He tweaked them a little bit to like make him seem different.
- 1:13:49Testecleese: Oh, my goodness.
- 1:13:50Testecleese: hey! There's gotta be something to the point when you say even call it sedition. You're intentionally trying to.
- 1:13:57Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 1:13:57Testecleese: Fuck up the United States and change the rules on your own, because you think you know better than everyone else.
- 1:14:04Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:14:08Testecleese: Alright. Well, it's funny, because this
- 1:14:11Testecleese: arc. This title of this article here
- 1:14:13Testecleese: has has little to do with the actual article in it. The.
- 1:14:16Brian McFadden: It's clickbait.
- 1:14:18Testecleese: Yes, the title says, well, people keep getting richer, says Ubs, but Bain says they will try. They may try to hide it
- 1:14:25Testecleese: you open it up, and it actually says, most people that are actually against would count as wealthy.
- 1:14:31Testecleese: There we go. You open it up. Rich Americans are increasingly unaware of their class as wealthy.
- 1:14:38Testecleese: And this is something I've said before, was all these.
- 1:14:41Brian McFadden: Definition of rich.
- 1:14:43Testecleese: Wow!
- 1:14:44Testecleese: I think if depends on what you consider. But
- 1:14:49Testecleese: typically speaking, I'd say, if you can afford to not work for 3 months, maybe.
- 1:14:55Testecleese: and so I have no problem.
- 1:14:58Testecleese: I would call you wealthy.
- 1:14:59Brian McFadden: All right.
- 1:15:00Testecleese: Compared to the rest of the country. Right.
- 1:15:02Brian McFadden: I can't afford that, so I'm not rich.
- 1:15:06Testecleese: I mean.
- 1:15:06Testecleese: in theory, I could. We could here in this household. But that's because we're collecting disability from the Va.
- 1:15:13Testecleese: That's enough to pay our mortgage, and I have.
- 1:15:16Brian McFadden: Probably 6 months of food stockpiled in the house, love lunchables.
- 1:15:22Testecleese: Yes, a hundred 20 lunchables.
- 1:15:27Testecleese: but, like I, I got like 5 pulled tenderloins in my freezer.
- 1:15:32Testecleese: 10 pounds of steak, 20 pounds of chicken.
- 1:15:35Testecleese: because shit happens, and you can't get to town sometimes to buy food.
- 1:15:39Testecleese: So you know, we we're stocking up.
- 1:15:42Testecleese: We make a monthly trip to Walmart, and refill as we eat it, and there's always, you know, 6 to 8 months worth of food stocked up here.
- 1:15:49Testecleese: and I also have an 800 gallon propane tank.
- 1:15:54Testecleese: That'll
- 1:15:56Testecleese: power, my generator, that run in my whole house as long as I don't turn everything on at once. That'll last me a month, probably as long as I don't turn on what I need.
- 1:16:06Testecleese: still wouldn't consider myself quote wealthy.
- 1:16:09Testecleese: But compared to the average person around here in West Virginia
- 1:16:14Testecleese: we are. We are very well off.
- 1:16:16Testecleese: but that's why I keep telling these folks that are like, oh, we need to tax the rich.
- 1:16:21Testecleese: you know we'll we'll fix all the problems if we tax the rich. I'm like bitch. You are the rich.
- 1:16:25Testecleese: you know, especially especially my friends up in Massachusetts, saying, tax the rich.
- 1:16:31Testecleese: I'm like, you do realize. That means they're gonna tap.
- 1:16:33Testecleese: That's you like, what are you talking about? I'm barely getting by. I'm like dude. You're making 6 figures.
- 1:16:37Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:16:39Testecleese: You bring it in a hundred 1,000 like, yeah, that's not that much money he was like, oh, my God! I was like the I was like. The average household income in West Virginia is like $36,000.
- 1:16:47Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:16:48Testecleese: Are you? Are you prepared to split the difference and send it off to people in West Virginia like? Well, no, that's not fair. I'm like. That's exactly what we're saying.
- 1:16:56Brian McFadden: Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!
- 1:16:59Testecleese: And you know they just think they can tax Elon Musk and Zuckerberg more.
- 1:17:03Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:17:04Testecleese: You want.
- 1:17:04Brian McFadden: It's not gonna work.
- 1:17:06Testecleese: You could take every penny Elon musk
- 1:17:10Testecleese: is worth, not just has, but it's worth that means sell off all of his stocks which watches the stock market collapse, so all the rest of us lose money right.
- 1:17:18Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:17:21Testecleese: Most of that money would disappear in 2 months
- 1:17:25Testecleese: between people just saying I'm taking a week a month off of work, because I just got, you know, a a nice paycheck of $10,000,
- 1:17:34Testecleese: and then how many people are? Gonna smoke it or shoot it up.
- 1:17:38Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:17:40Testecleese: She, I know as a fact, if someone just handed me $1020,000 right now.
- 1:17:45Testecleese: I would drink it and smoke it in my pot pipe. You know what I mean.
- 1:17:51Testecleese: I say that I would probably invest most of it, but I would definitely buy a bunch of beer with it and load up an entire brand new refrigerator with beer. That's just gonna sit there and wait.
- 1:18:02Testecleese: All right.
- 1:18:04Testecleese: Well, it looks like Usaid is officially done.
- 1:18:08Brian McFadden: Only hope.
- 1:18:10Testecleese: No Rubio came out on X, and it's like, you know, it's official.
- 1:18:14Testecleese: We put the fork in it. Now. It's just a matter of, you know, sweeping up the floor. Basically.
- 1:18:20Testecleese: everyone's being everyone that's still going to be have a job is going to be rolled into another department of the Federal Government.
- 1:18:26Brian McFadden: Bush. Obama and Bono are all crying about it.
- 1:18:31Testecleese: Yeah, I don't know who bono or bono is.
- 1:18:34Brian McFadden: Isn't it like the guy from Youtube.
- 1:18:37Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:18:39Testecleese: yeah. Well, yeah, actually, you know, that might be exactly what they're talking about is bono from Youtube. Youtube. You're right. It might be.
- 1:18:46Brian McFadden: But this is a typical government agency that had grand intentions.
- 1:18:53Brian McFadden: and then it went off the rails, and just like was given money to stupid shit, and it was. It was definitely something that should be.
- 1:19:02Testecleese: Did it have grand intentions? Honestly, because everyone says Usaid as if it's foreign aid.
- 1:19:07Brian McFadden: It's not.
- 1:19:09Testecleese: It never was. Usid is like the United States Association of International Development. It's fucking nation building and overthrowing foreign governments.
- 1:19:18Testecleese: That's what they were used for.
- 1:19:21Testecleese: That's how we got revolutions to happen in foreign nations.
- 1:19:26Testecleese: For example, like you put Sesame Street in
- 1:19:29Testecleese: Iraq, and we would hope that the people would get upset with their leader.
- 1:19:34Testecleese: because now they can read and communicate with each other, etc, etc.
- 1:19:38Brian McFadden: It didn't work.
- 1:19:40Testecleese: Well, no, but it worked in Korea Vietnam.
- 1:19:45Testecleese: a whole bunch of African nations
- 1:19:49Testecleese: which I don't know. If you saw this. This came out today a bunch of these
- 1:19:55Testecleese: nation overthrowers that we used to have employed a Usaid
- 1:20:01Testecleese: have come out and said that they are. And this was published by, I think, axios.
- 1:20:06Testecleese: Maybe the Guardian that. These folks now intend to use their skills to sabotage trump.
- 1:20:14Brian McFadden: Of course.
- 1:20:15Testecleese: Like they already have been.
- 1:20:17Testecleese: And they one of these dudes, actually said, It's like you should just let us play solitaire and kept paying us. Everything would be fine. They're like, wait a minute. Wait a minute, you already trying to do this, anyway, at least now we're not paying you and giving you access to the resources to do it. You know.
- 1:20:31Brian McFadden: Right, exactly.
- 1:20:34Testecleese: Yeah. And it's 1 woman who actually let her name come out there, explain what she used to do, and said, now she's doing something called us democracy. It's nothing official. There's no official group.
- 1:20:45Testecleese: but she's showing people how to start organizing and grow.
- 1:20:49Testecleese: to lead to a movement that will eventually lead to overthrowing the President, and I was like.
- 1:20:56Testecleese: go investigate her right away. Start your investigation.
- 1:20:59Brian McFadden: Right, yeah.
- 1:20:59Testecleese: And and charge her with sedition for trying to overthrow the Federal Government.
- 1:21:03Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:21:05Testecleese: This sounds, easy.
- 1:21:07Brian McFadden: It does, but I bet it doesn't happen.
- 1:21:10Testecleese: No, because
- 1:21:11Testecleese: the Republicans never do shit, and you know it, and yes, they're starting to get involved. But it
- 1:21:19Testecleese: seems half the time they just say, screw it after they make an arrest and let them go, and then the other half of time they don't even bother arresting them.
- 1:21:30Testecleese: You see the shit in I was in New York. It was a Long Island mayor.
- 1:21:34Brian McFadden: No just yet.
- 1:21:36Testecleese: Hmm! Oh, my!
- 1:21:38Testecleese: He just quit, and everyone on the entire council, except for one dude quit.
- 1:21:46Testecleese: They jacked up the cost of property taxes, 87%.
- 1:21:55Brian McFadden: That's paperwork.
- 1:21:56Testecleese: Well to pay for the 1.5 million dollars. Anti-semitism lawsuit they just lost.
- 1:22:04Testecleese: Yeah. Long Island suburb.
- 1:22:09Testecleese: When almost all the town's top officials resigned on Thursday by raising property taxes, 87% Atlantic beaches, longtime Mayor George Papaz, Republican.
- 1:22:19Testecleese: abruptly stepped down alongside. Deputy Mayor Charles hammerman, hammerman, hammerman
- 1:22:25Testecleese: barely 2 men 2 months after causing a firestorm with a nearly 90% tax like.
- 1:22:30Testecleese: And this is just days after a million dollar legal settlement with the Board of Trustees.
- 1:22:38Testecleese: It was because a Jewish community Jewish organization tried to. They bought a capital one bank right in 21.
- 1:22:45Testecleese: They got all the paperwork done, everyone they wanted to turn into a synagogue and community center
- 1:22:50Testecleese: and the government. The Government has since then been doing everything they can to not let them open this thing up.
- 1:22:56Testecleese: So they got hit with that lawsuit, and they tried to tax the shit out of everyone
- 1:23:01Testecleese: to pay for it.
- 1:23:03Testecleese: And yeah, all except for one dude quit. There's gonna be one dude on the city council when the new government, which by now it's probably already been ushered in with an emergency election.
- 1:23:12Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:23:13Testecleese: Oh, my!
- 1:23:15Testecleese: And yes, this guy was a Republican, but I'll say a New York Republican.
- 1:23:20Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:23:21Testecleese: Is, you know, just like Schwarzenegger was a Republican, right? And he's famous for screw your freedom.
- 1:23:31Testecleese: Okay. If you heard the term Shylock, what would you think.
- 1:23:37Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 1:23:39Testecleese: Really, it's an anti-jew slur used for ripping people off.
- 1:23:48Brian McFadden: Okay, like a shit like a shyster.
- 1:23:52Testecleese: Yes.
- 1:23:54Testecleese: trump dropped this word at a rally, and he you know, Whoa! Whoa! What are you doing? He's like I've never heard it. I've only heard it used that way. I've only ever heard it used as like, you know, shady business practices to rip you off.
- 1:24:06Testecleese: That's that's I can't believe that didn't get bigger than it did, honestly.
- 1:24:12Testecleese: But they got other stuff that hate trump about the stuff, he actually said. You know.
- 1:24:19Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:24:20Testecleese: Alright.
- 1:24:22Testecleese: Okay.
- 1:24:24Testecleese: So we're taking Icbm money from the Air Force, right?
- 1:24:29Testecleese: So retrofit revamp, whatever word you want to use that jet that trump got from Qatar.
- 1:24:38Testecleese: I don't like this.
- 1:24:43Testecleese: What do you think of this? Because they're saying it's extra missile money like leftover missile money.
- 1:24:49Brian McFadden: Is that a thing.
- 1:24:51Testecleese: That's exactly he's like, really, I've never heard of this.
- 1:24:55Testecleese: And we said this as soon as he got this jet from Qatar I was like you, you know, you can't just fly. They're gonna have to rip the whole thing apart from nose to tail.
- 1:25:04Testecleese: to make sure there's no way that anyone's listening to what's going on controlling it, etc, etc, etc. Have a bomb installed. They can push a button to blow it up right.
- 1:25:15Brian McFadden: Yeah, I heard one of the problems with the new Air Force. One is that Boeing's having a hard time keeping mechanics around to work on and build it.
- 1:25:24Testecleese: Really sure they're not paying them enough or.
- 1:25:30Brian McFadden: Didn't. I don't remember exactly, but.
- 1:25:32Testecleese: Interesting. Yeah. Hasn't bone been working on this thing for like 10 years, too.
- 1:25:37Brian McFadden: Trump got the deal going when he was President last time, so.
- 1:25:41Testecleese: Okay. So, coming up on 10 years or up to 10 years.
- 1:25:45Brian McFadden: But he also locked them into. You know they don't have the ability to
- 1:25:51Testecleese: That's right, check.
- 1:25:53Brian McFadden: Price. Exactly. They're locked into whatever they agreed to. Then.
- 1:25:57Testecleese: That's right, that's right, because the other one was taking it was taking way too long to even design one. And then he signed a deal, and it's like, no, this is what we're paying, that's it.
- 1:26:07Testecleese: But this leftover missile money apparently enough to revamp this jet from Qatar.
- 1:26:13Testecleese: but we had to decommission the Nimitz early.
- 1:26:17Testecleese: because we can't afford to keep it.
- 1:26:20Testecleese: Well.
- 1:26:21Brian McFadden: I don't think it's early. The thing's 50 years old.
- 1:26:23Testecleese: No, you're right. They're not decommissioning early. They are delaying the release of the newest ships, because there's no money in the budget. So why don't we take this leftover missile money, instead of fixing this damn jet
- 1:26:36Testecleese: and finish this next aircraft carrier.
- 1:26:39Brian McFadden: Well, they're running a problem with the aircraft carriers with the supply chain issues.
- 1:26:45Brian McFadden: It's not. We don't have the money as that. The supply chain's falling apart.
- 1:26:51Testecleese: Hey?
- 1:26:52Testecleese: What? They're having trouble getting materials because of these tariffs or something.
- 1:26:56Brian McFadden: I don't think it's a tariffs, I think.
- 1:26:58Brian McFadden: because they're having trouble getting supplies for it.
- 1:27:02Testecleese: Yeah, see, that's the big issue I saw the tariffs was, if we could have said they go into effect in 5 years it would have given American companies time to ramp up production, you know.
- 1:27:16Testecleese: Like us steel, for example, which just recently merged with Nippon.
- 1:27:22Brian McFadden: Well, it's not a true merger. They're just investing in us steel.
- 1:27:27Testecleese: Well, I don't know what's going on, but I know my Us. Steel stock disappeared, and I got
- 1:27:33Testecleese: a lot of money put into my portfolio
- 1:27:38Testecleese: that I didn't even know was sitting. It was sitting there for weeks. I didn't know.
- 1:27:41Testecleese: because, you know, I don't check on them all the time my stocks.
- 1:27:45Testecleese: Open up. Just have a quick look at what's going on. I was like, well, where did this money come from? Which is always a good thing right.
- 1:27:51Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:27:52Testecleese: And then I realized that my Us deal stock was gone. I was like, Wait a minute, then I was like, Oh, shit!
- 1:27:57Testecleese: So I went and looked at Nippon, and
- 1:28:00Testecleese: Nibbin was like a 3rd the price per share
- 1:28:04Testecleese: of what the Us. Deal was
- 1:28:06Testecleese: I was like I don't know what to do, so I bought a handful. It was like, it's like 6 bucks or 7 bucks a share.
- 1:28:12Testecleese: So I bought a handful of them just like. I'm not sure what's gonna happen here.
- 1:28:16Testecleese: But I was. I was genuinely frustrated that I thought if anything, it would have just automatically rolled into the other company like when
- 1:28:23Testecleese: when all the companies are.
- 1:28:26Testecleese: And I say all the companies, when, like Verizon, buys up a company.
- 1:28:30Testecleese: and like T-mobile, for example, usually you just all of a sudden own some Verizon, you know.
- 1:28:37Testecleese: Which I don't know, man, it's rising big enough to dump the stock.
- 1:28:44Testecleese: Gonna get busted up or not, or do I wait for them to buy T-mobile first.st
- 1:28:50Brian McFadden: Roger's not buying t-mobile.
- 1:28:53Testecleese: Yeah, well, I mean, they every 10 years or so they buy up all the other cell phone companies.
- 1:29:00Testecleese: And then the government comes in. It's like Nope. Now you have 6 different companies again.
- 1:29:05Testecleese: you know. That's where Bell and Atlantic
- 1:29:07Testecleese: and all these other companies popped out of last time.
- 1:29:13Testecleese: I don't know how much I care to talk about this mom, Donnie Dude, but
- 1:29:19Testecleese: it it is big news in general.
- 1:29:23Testecleese: Yeah, he, we talked about how he wants to tax white neighborhoods more right?
- 1:29:29Brian McFadden: Yes, we did.
- 1:29:33Testecleese: That's gonna that's that can't be legal.
- 1:29:36Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:29:38Testecleese: All right. She's Louise and new. Oh, yeah, the cops.
- 1:29:45Testecleese: I said. They're gonna leave the job. If Mom Donnie wins.
- 1:29:50Brian McFadden: Because they're not going to have any support from them.
- 1:29:52Testecleese: Well, not just that. They're all going to get fired because, he said he's going to get rid of the police and have social workers.
- 1:29:58Brian McFadden: That's not gonna work.
- 1:29:59Testecleese: Yeah. Have fun dealing with the the the gang violence of social workers. Right?
- 1:30:05Brian McFadden: I think I saw an article where
- 1:30:08Brian McFadden: New York City didn't have any deaths. On July 4, th for the 1st time in a long time.
- 1:30:14Testecleese: That would honestly surprise me.
- 1:30:18Testecleese: Mom Donnie also got busted with his application to Columbia.
- 1:30:24Testecleese: Denied, which got denied. He claimed to be African American to try to get
- 1:30:29Brian McFadden: Well, he is.
- 1:30:31Testecleese: He was born in Uganda, did not live in Uganda.
- 1:30:36Testecleese: He's he's Indian.
- 1:30:39Brian McFadden: Elon musk is African, American.
- 1:30:42Testecleese: Yes, he is. He was actually born and lived in Africa, though.
- 1:30:45Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:30:47Testecleese: Mom. Donnie never actually lived in Abigail like he was born there and spent like 3. He was 3 when he left, you know.
- 1:30:54Testecleese: and he was Indian. Anyway, it's not even like he has heritage in Africa like.
- 1:30:58Brian McFadden: Well, he wanted to be like Pocahontas.
- 1:31:01Testecleese: Yeah, or Rachel Dolezal.
- 1:31:05Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:31:07Testecleese: And a video came out recently of him, mocking the Jews on during.
- 1:31:14Testecleese: Oh, my God, what's their their winter solstice holiday.
- 1:31:19Brian McFadden: Wrote them a note.
- 1:31:20Testecleese: For a hanukkah.
- 1:31:21Brian McFadden: Jonathan.
- 1:31:22Testecleese: Mocking them in Hanukkah
- 1:31:26Testecleese: with with goofy wig on, with the big curls down the side, lightning, Menorah dancing around like a fool, throwing a dreidel around.
- 1:31:34Brian McFadden: I don't think you can get elected in New York without the Jewish vote.
- 1:31:39Testecleese: That's why I got to be on this video
- 1:31:42Testecleese: popped up again. And the funny thing is this video he's like, Oh, that was a long time ago. Dude it was a year ago.
- 1:31:47Brian McFadden: That's not a long time.
- 1:31:49Testecleese: And there's another video of him making fun of like Kwanza or something
- 1:31:54Testecleese: I was like. So you're gonna lose the Jewish and the black vote in New York. Good luck, right?
- 1:32:01Testecleese: Good.
- 1:32:01Testecleese: And now Trump's okay. They're saying. Trump raised the possibility of stripping him of his citizenship.
- 1:32:08Brian McFadden: That's not gonna happen.
- 1:32:10Testecleese: Well, technically it could.
- 1:32:12Testecleese: But the problem is, someone asked Trump about and he goes, oh, you know, we'll look into it. That's what Trump says to anything that he has never heard of, he never dismisses anything out of hand. Right
- 1:32:24Testecleese: well, apparently, Mom Donnie, in one of his rap videos, we're supporting Hamas
- 1:32:31Testecleese: and he his paperwork to become a Us. Citizen.
- 1:32:35Testecleese: That was like a question. Did he? Has he ever shown support for a terrorist organization?
- 1:32:41Testecleese: And he lied. And if you lie on citizenship paperwork you can have your citizenship revoked.
- 1:32:49Testecleese: Well, he's already stripped. That Chavez there. The the boxer was a citizen. He stripped him of his citizenship, and he's deporting him.
- 1:33:00Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:33:02Testecleese: But I think you're right. It's not gonna happen, because if Trump does this to someone who's
- 1:33:06Testecleese: right now could possibly be mayor.
- 1:33:09Testecleese: I can't imagine the riots of the stupid twentysomethings.
- 1:33:13Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:33:16Testecleese: Oh, by the way, yeah, he wants to tax the wealthy. In particular, the white people.
- 1:33:21Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 1:33:22Testecleese: Does he know that.
- 1:33:23Brian McFadden: They're all gonna move out of state.
- 1:33:25Testecleese: Yes, the one that move out of State.
- 1:33:28Testecleese: but 2. Does he know his mother's home in New York is worth 2.4 million dollars.
- 1:33:32Brian McFadden: Probably not.
- 1:33:36Testecleese: So you do realize that you're gonna be taxing yourself more
- 1:33:40Testecleese: like, does he know this? Does he care.
- 1:33:44Brian McFadden: Probably not.
- 1:33:44Testecleese: Or is he open just to be kim jong UN.
- 1:33:51Brian McFadden: The man of the people.
- 1:33:52Testecleese: Yeah, exactly. I'm just like you, except I don't poop because I'm you know, a god, you know.
- 1:34:02Testecleese: I think this this next one might be about is.
- 1:34:06Testecleese: Oh, Patrick Healy, assistant managing editor for standards and trust. The New York Times. Posted a lengthy thread on ex formerly Twitter. I love how they keep having to do formally. Twitter
- 1:34:15Testecleese: explain the newspaper's controversial story. Mayor or candidate, Zorhan Ramandani's 2,009, application to Columbia University. Okay.
- 1:34:23Testecleese: so that's just more of that is more detail. But we've
- 1:34:27Testecleese: been at this for an hour and a half already.
- 1:34:31Testecleese: No, but it's it's raising backlash and a lot of shoot.
- 1:34:37Testecleese: Who was it? One of these guys was asked by, Oh, yeah, mom, Donnie himself was asked by Al Sharpton about that, and he just pivoted, and refused to answer the question.
- 1:34:46Brian McFadden: Of course.
- 1:34:46Testecleese: They're like, I don't like Al Sharpton because he's a moron. Yeah.
- 1:34:54Testecleese: but that guy's got a lot of pull.
- 1:34:57Testecleese: and he can rally people behind him. And if you're gonna claim to be black to try to get into school because they.
- 1:35:04Testecleese: because of the very thing that we're trying to do away with with this Dei crap.
- 1:35:10Testecleese: then, and that just proves it right there, though it's like you can just lie
- 1:35:15Testecleese: just like Pocahontas to try to get better
- 1:35:19Brian McFadden: Well, the problem with all this is, New York City does ranked choice voting.
- 1:35:25Testecleese: Only in their primaries.
- 1:35:27Testecleese: The Democrat party doesn't the primary not for Mayor. I.
- 1:35:31Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 1:35:31Testecleese: I went and looked this up because I was like
- 1:35:34Testecleese: no one else has a chance. In that case.
- 1:35:37Brian McFadden: Well, that's what they're saying is, like, you got 2 Independents running. Yeah, you got a Republican running. And then you got Mumadani?
- 1:35:45Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:35:46Testecleese: And how many people are going to vote Democrat just because of the D next to his name in New York.
- 1:35:50Brian McFadden: Too many.
- 1:35:52Testecleese: Yeah. And then anyone, independent or even right leaning is gonna split all of their votes amongst these 3 other people.
- 1:36:00Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:36:04Testecleese: This is funny. The Mayor of dallas has declared Dallas a sanctuary city from Socialism.
- 1:36:13Brian McFadden: Know what that means.
- 1:36:15Testecleese: Same idea as Sanctuary City for illegal migrants.
- 1:36:20Testecleese: Come here.
- 1:36:21Brian McFadden: The New Yorkers to move to Dallas.
- 1:36:23Testecleese: That's what I said. I was like dude. They got to bring their stupid ideology with them.
- 1:36:27Brian McFadden: Bad idea.
- 1:36:29Testecleese: But maybe he's looking to get all the rich people that are leaving New York to go to Dallas as just don't bring your
- 1:36:36Testecleese: left wing politics with you, you know.
- 1:36:40Testecleese: Which is something that has been an issue in Texas lately, anyway, hasn't it? People fleeing California going to Texas and turning these cities blue.
- 1:36:47Brian McFadden: Well, luckily they're going to Houston and Austin, you know, yeah.
- 1:36:54Brian McFadden: crazy that the State capital of Texas is super blue.
- 1:37:01Testecleese: Well, I think it's hilarious that the
- 1:37:06Testecleese: these huge cities, with tons of money in them, keep voting to tax themselves more.
- 1:37:12Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 1:37:12Testecleese: And and.
- 1:37:13Brian McFadden: Rather than cut rather than cut the budget. They just keep taxing everybody more more and more.
- 1:37:19Testecleese: And then they complain about the taxes like you literally voted for more tax.
- 1:37:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:37:24Testecleese: Did you not look at what this guy like? He specifically said. I'm gonna raise taxes on this and this to pay for this and that.
- 1:37:31Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:37:32Testecleese: And then, like, Hey, where? Why? Why'd you take 20% of my paycheck in, you know, in this State?
- 1:37:38Testecleese: Look at California
- 1:37:41Testecleese: dude. California is looking to raise is looking to raise the minimum wage in hotels to $30 an hour
- 1:37:50Testecleese: by by, however much an hour each year leading up until the Olympics
- 1:37:59Testecleese: hotels ain't. Gonna there's not that big of a profit margin in hotels.
- 1:38:04Testecleese: No 2 huge hotel chains have already said they're gonna pack up and leave
- 1:38:10Testecleese: people have decided not to open hotels because of this.
- 1:38:14Testecleese: It's like, no, it's like a 3% margin. And now you want me to pay these people 30 bucks an hour to freaking change sheets.
- 1:38:21Testecleese: you know. You know nothing against the folks that do the house the the 4th one.
- 1:38:27Testecleese: What's the word I'm looking for? Here.
- 1:38:29Brian McFadden: Skirt.
- 1:38:30Testecleese: Yeah. The housekeeping that changes sheets cleans up.
- 1:38:32Brian McFadden: But there's a lot more employees than just that at the hotels.
- 1:38:35Testecleese: Yeah. Well, you got people downstairs cleaning the laundry. You got people that vacuum, the halls. You got people that cook the food, etc, etc. The the person who stands at the front desk and checks you in.
- 1:38:49Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:38:50Testecleese: Come on.
- 1:38:52Testecleese: You expect these people to get paid as much as a welder.
- 1:38:58Brian McFadden: Again. Why? Why does anyone take the risk to build.
- 1:39:01Testecleese: To build the hotel if I could get paid as much to work in the hotel.
- 1:39:07Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 1:39:10Testecleese: And that's something I still haven't heard a good answer from pulling on left yet.
- 1:39:15Testecleese: People on the right will tell me like, Yeah, no, that sounds dumb. I wouldn't risk getting burned falling 20 feet
- 1:39:22Testecleese: being lit on fire
- 1:39:25Testecleese: if I could get paid just as much to make my make my lunch, you know.
- 1:39:32Testecleese: Yeah, on the topic of Socialism.
- 1:39:34Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:39:36Testecleese: Did I remember this picture of Aoc came out a while ago of her in school, but now the.
- 1:39:43Brian McFadden: She was in. She's from the Bronx.
- 1:39:46Testecleese: Well, she claims to be from the Bronx, and she'll go. I'm a tough girl from the Bronx, and I'll kick your ass.
- 1:39:51Brian McFadden: I thought she went away. I thought she graduated from Westchester.
- 1:39:55Testecleese: Yeah, she went to like a a suburban white neighborhood
- 1:40:00Testecleese: that was worth a ton of money.
- 1:40:04Testecleese: And yeah, her tough, cool nickname Aoc.
- 1:40:09Testecleese: That's new. She went by Sandy.
- 1:40:12Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:40:13Testecleese: So she completely just redefined who she was.
- 1:40:17Brian McFadden: Portion.
- 1:40:17Testecleese: To to try to get the seat, and now she's
- 1:40:20Testecleese: she says the dumbest stuff, doesn't she?
- 1:40:23Brian McFadden: She's running. Run for Senator now.
- 1:40:25Testecleese: Well, that's what yeah.
- 1:40:27Testecleese: And she starts saying like, Oh, you can't do that. And it's like, Well, that's what the law says. And then, you know, she sees logical. That's dumb. It's like you are a congresswoman.
- 1:40:36Brian McFadden: Right you should know this shit.
- 1:40:37Testecleese: You write the laws, you vote on this stuff.
- 1:40:42Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:40:44Testecleese: Why do I know it better than you?
- 1:40:49Testecleese: You don't? Oh, my God! I'm just waiting for some
- 1:40:53Testecleese: for real. Why isn't some Republican dude running against Aoc on the ticket.
- 1:40:58Brian McFadden: All the Democrats.
- 1:40:59Testecleese: Ticket.
- 1:41:00Brian McFadden: Then he wouldn't be Republican.
- 1:41:02Testecleese: So what he'd still have all the same opinions and views. He'd still vote the same way, and the people would probably support it as long as he had a d. After his name.
- 1:41:10Brian McFadden: Probably.
- 1:41:13Testecleese: Oh, my God, all right, Tom Tillis!
- 1:41:17Testecleese: He's the North Carolina Senator.
- 1:41:20Brian McFadden: Yeah, he just voted against the big beautiful bill.
- 1:41:23Testecleese: Yes, and because of that he knows that trump's gonna get him
- 1:41:27Brian McFadden: Trump was going to primary you.
- 1:41:28Testecleese: Yes, he's gonna get primary because of that.
- 1:41:31Testecleese: So he decided, he's not going to seek reelection in 26.
- 1:41:35Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:41:36Testecleese: I saw someone that Lara Trump was considering running for that Senate seat.
- 1:41:42Brian McFadden: Yeah, see? Yeah, yeah. She still is.
- 1:41:46Testecleese: Isn't Laura? Isn't that a woman? No.
- 1:41:49Brian McFadden: Yeah. It's his daughter.
- 1:41:51Testecleese: Yeah, okay.
- 1:41:53Testecleese: And I heard some another name come up recently, too, and I can't remember who it was.
- 1:41:58Testecleese: But
- 1:41:59Testecleese: yeah, he said in manufacturing. Oh, Jesus Christ! Don't you love when you open an article, and then you start reading it, and then the pictures load.
- 1:42:07Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 1:42:07Testecleese: Jumps.
- 1:42:09Testecleese: He cited many factors, including a lack of bipartisanship in Washington as reasons for his decision.
- 1:42:17Testecleese: This comes a day after he announced his opposition to trump President Trump's sweeping big, beautiful Bill.
- 1:42:23Testecleese: He specifically took issue. The bill's proposed reductions to health care programs.
- 1:42:29Testecleese: So yeah, he knows he can't possibly keep the seat. So obviously he's just not gonna run and not lose right.
- 1:42:37Testecleese: I have never heard of this guy before this, honestly.
- 1:42:42Testecleese: but I don't know all 100 senators, you know.
- 1:42:47Testecleese: What is that? 346, 356 Congressmen, or something like that?
- 1:42:52Brian McFadden: There's a hundred Senators and 436 Congressmen.
- 1:42:55Testecleese: 436 garners. Okay.
- 1:43:01Testecleese: you know what? I can't remember what this bomb show was. Cnn.
- 1:43:08Testecleese: oh, Jesus Christ, what did I just do?
- 1:43:13Testecleese: Even Cnn. Was forced to admit Donald Trump is making history. Yeah. Well.
- 1:43:21Testecleese: there we go. Oh, Harry, enton this!
- 1:43:25Testecleese: Why is Harry Enton on Cnn. Surprised still, every time he shows up with a call.
- 1:43:31Brian McFadden: Because he's an idiot.
- 1:43:33Testecleese: But he keeps bringing polls to Cnn that show how
- 1:43:36Testecleese: Trump's actually being supported as the anchors like, everyone hates trump. Yeah, yeah, we hate trump. We should kill trump music. Actually, most Americans like him pretty much.
- 1:43:47Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:43:50Testecleese: There we go
- 1:43:51Testecleese: in an astonishing twist. Cnn. Contributor. Harry Enton shared the stats on live TV, revealing trump, had scored a whopping. 63% approved from ratings just 5 months into his campaign of
- 1:44:03Testecleese: 10 points higher than in the same stage last term.
- 1:44:06Testecleese: and you know, doesn't sound like
- 1:44:09Testecleese: 63% doesn't sound awesome on his own party.
- 1:44:14Testecleese: What it is, especially for Republicans.
- 1:44:17Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:44:18Testecleese: Oh, here we go. What are we talking about here? It's history making. It's history making. So why don't we look back? We have all the Republican Presidents going back, the last 35, 36, 37 years!
- 1:44:30Testecleese: Sifting through the figures. Bush had 41
- 1:44:34Testecleese: and 46 bush at 43, and 59.
- 1:44:38Testecleese: Trump's 1st turn was 53, but now it's 63.
- 1:44:42Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:44:44Testecleese: Jeez. He beats all other Republicans on board, and I was looking back even since Reagan and get this Donald trump beat Ron Reagan when it came to strongly approved 5 months in.
- 1:44:54Testecleese: and every time he comes out with these numbers he's just shocked, like even
- 1:45:01Testecleese: Independents and Democrats like him more than
- 1:45:06Testecleese: The opposing party usually likes. The President.
- 1:45:09Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:45:11Testecleese: I remember recently he did one of these because everyone's like, Oh, I regret my vote. But you were seeing probably either just a handful of guys
- 1:45:19Testecleese: or people that actually vote a Democrat that are just trying to make it look like the Republicans hate them.
- 1:45:24Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:45:25Testecleese: Anton came on and was like, actually, there's something like 84% of people would vote for Trump again if it happened. And he actually did the crunch. The numbers like trump would win again if we had the election today.
- 1:45:36Testecleese: Thanks.
- 1:45:37Testecleese: Makes you wonder how can Cnn put these numbers out and then turn around and say, Yeah, but everyone hates them.
- 1:45:44Brian McFadden: Because nobody's paying attention to Cnn.
- 1:45:47Testecleese: But the anchors listen to him, say this, and then say, yeah, but everyone hates him.
- 1:45:53Brian McFadden: Yeah, they're trying to deflect the numbers.
- 1:45:58Testecleese: Oh, my goodness, it's it's have you been! Have you seen this Harry Anton guy lately? Have you been watching at all?
- 1:46:04Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:46:04Testecleese: Every week or so
- 1:46:06Testecleese: he comes. He comes up with a new poll on Cnn. And it's completely counter, contradicts, counteracts everything that Democrats, and especially Cnn. Has been saying.
- 1:46:17Brian McFadden: That's why you can't trust polls, because I mean, you can depend on the questions in the polls, you can, you know.
- 1:46:24Brian McFadden: push it to whatever direction you want it to go.
- 1:46:28Testecleese: Yeah, but to Cnn poll of anything they would be polling their own audience.
- 1:46:32Brian McFadden: You would think.
- 1:46:35Testecleese: And that's actually why I don't follow polls in general, I will look at
- 1:46:40Testecleese: not even aggregate anymore. I'll look at what the Poll said one time. And then, 2 weeks later, when they conduct the same poll, see how much it moved, because, like Rasmussen
- 1:46:51Testecleese: and real real clear politics.
- 1:46:55Testecleese: And all these different companies will come up with wildly different numbers.
- 1:47:00Testecleese: But you'll see that they all moved up 4 points or down 4 points. Typically alright, anyway.
- 1:47:09Testecleese: Hmm, Cbs and trump came to a settlement over the election interference thing concerning them. Altering the
- 1:47:19Testecleese: interview with Harris.
- 1:47:23Testecleese: Well, trump got paid out, oh, jeez! How much was it?
- 1:47:29Testecleese: 8 figures?
- 1:47:31Testecleese: Oh, my goodness, F.
- 1:47:34Testecleese: There you go, paramount global. And Cbs agreed on Tuesday to pay President trump a sum that could reach north of 30 million dollars to settle the President's election interference lawsuit against the network.
- 1:47:44Testecleese: He's getting 16 million upfront to cover the legal fees, and the cost of the case.
- 1:47:48Brian McFadden: Yeah, and.
- 1:47:50Testecleese: And
- 1:47:51Testecleese: the the money that he's getting. This is going to pay for his future presidential library and charitable causes, which I think is hilarious.
- 1:48:00Brian McFadden: Yeah. So it's not gonna go to his indirectly into his pocket. He's just gonna use it as another dig against the Democrat and the Cbs. And, like, you know, fund the library.
- 1:48:12Testecleese: You paid for it. Thanks, guys.
- 1:48:14Brian McFadden: You know.
- 1:48:15Testecleese: Now, I think the only reason why paramount made this payment.
- 1:48:20Brian McFadden: They're trying to do a merger right now.
- 1:48:22Testecleese: Yes, and there's no way that their shareholders will allow them to buy up Cbs. If they're in the middle of a massive lawsuit with the President, United States.
- 1:48:33Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 1:48:34Testecleese: Jeez, that's a lot of money to pay out to buy a company that just
- 1:48:38Testecleese: keeps getting busted for making shit up.
- 1:48:42Brian McFadden: Yeah, it's like they're not learning anything. ABC's the same way. I'm like ABC keeps saying all kinds of crazy shit, too.
- 1:48:48Testecleese: Oh, the view!
- 1:48:50Testecleese: What was that? Like? 6 weeks in a row, we would talk about how the view had to come out and like retract something they said, because they just it was completely made up.
- 1:48:57Brian McFadden: Love it when they bring out the disclaimer. Oh, the lawyer said this, we can't really say this, but we're gonna say it, anyway.
- 1:49:03Testecleese: Yeah. So oh, yeah. Well, turns out, this isn't true at all. We just kind of made it up, you know.
- 1:49:09Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:49:09Testecleese: Yeah. But you already told all your viewers that this or this happened, you know.
- 1:49:14Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:49:17Testecleese: And here we go. Why? Why? Why? Why? Why is the teachers union
- 1:49:23Testecleese: give a shit one way or the other about Lgbtq books.
- 1:49:28Brian McFadden: Because they're pushing an agenda.
- 1:49:32Testecleese: But these people are just supposed to be teaching our kids.
- 1:49:35Brian McFadden: They're not. They're pushing an agenda.
- 1:49:38Testecleese: Yeah. And this is exactly what we a lot of people were saying for a long time is that they're not teaching your kids. They're indoctrinating them.
- 1:49:44Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 1:49:45Testecleese: And it's like, well, you know, what about sex, Ed, it's like teaching.
- 1:49:49Testecleese: 5 year olds had to have butt sex isn't sex, Ed. That's kink
- 1:49:55Testecleese: sex. Ed is reproduction. The sperm meets the ovum gets embedded in the uterine line, you know.
- 1:50:02Testecleese: All everything else is kink, not reproduction.
- 1:50:08Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:50:11Testecleese: And they're upset, too, that like
- 1:50:15Testecleese: they're they're told that they have to at least, allow parents to opt their kids out of the LGBT stuff.
- 1:50:21Testecleese: and they're all offended by this. What's this gonna cost to call every parent
- 1:50:27Testecleese: like? I don't know about you, but like.
- 1:50:29Testecleese: when I was in school I took home a piece of paper.
- 1:50:32Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:50:33Testecleese: And my parents had to sign it for me to do sex. Ed.
- 1:50:36Brian McFadden: Yeah, me, too.
- 1:50:37Testecleese: That was as easy as it was. So what
- 1:50:40Testecleese: a hundred bucks for the entire school for photocopies.
- 1:50:43Brian McFadden: Right. If that back in the day.
- 1:50:46Testecleese: Yeah, and now we can email it.
- 1:50:50Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:50:52Testecleese: But yeah, the teachers union is all up in arms about this, and it's like.
- 1:50:56Testecleese: I don't understand why you want to read
- 1:50:59Testecleese: how how to suck a dick to your, to to my kid.
- 1:51:02Testecleese: That just doesn't sound right.
- 1:51:06Testecleese: Am I wrong about this.
- 1:51:09Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:51:10Testecleese: And I love watching people like, well, you know, kids really read whatever the book they want. They're like, oh, cool. So we can put like hustler in your kid, your 5, th 5th Graders, classroom.
- 1:51:19Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:51:21Testecleese: Well, that's different. I'm like, well, hold on! Here are the pictures in the book that you said school. Read what? Read this paragraph here.
- 1:51:28Testecleese: and they get all offended.
- 1:51:30Testecleese: Well, you're the ones they answered me in school.
- 1:51:32Testecleese: I was like, maybe in a high school library.
- 1:51:36Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:51:36Testecleese: But not curriculum.
- 1:51:38Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 1:51:38Testecleese: You know, and definitely not elementary school.
- 1:51:42Testecleese: He's like. Oh, my God.
- 1:51:47Testecleese: what'd you learn in school today, Timmy? I learned how to give a ring job.
- 1:51:53Testecleese: What? What? Yeah, it really touched that salad.
- 1:51:59Testecleese: Oh, and one of these nut job dams who's speaking of schools?
- 1:52:05Testecleese: He's saying the Republicans are only pro-life so that you know these kids can grow up, go to school and get shot.
- 1:52:13Brian McFadden: That's ridiculous!
- 1:52:16Testecleese: I don't know anyone who's ever like. Yes, yes, I want the kids to be born so that they can be shot by some Wackadoo Lefty.
- 1:52:25Testecleese: or a subway transgender that hates Catholic school. You know.
- 1:52:29Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:52:31Testecleese: That's just the craziest shit comes out of these people's mouths.
- 1:52:35Testecleese: and they say, Oh, they care about them being born. They don't care about them after
- 1:52:39Testecleese: I still don't want him to die.
- 1:52:41Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:52:43Testecleese: And yeah, I'm I'm pro life. I'm Catholic, and you know that's a human life.
- 1:52:49Testecleese: And you can say it's not a baby. It's a fetus fetus.
- 1:52:54Testecleese: It's Latin for new human.
- 1:52:57Testecleese: So, okay, so okay, it's not a human. So what is it? Is it a frog?
- 1:53:02Testecleese: Is it a turtle?
- 1:53:03Testecleese: Is it a treat?
- 1:53:05Testecleese: No, I guess it's human. DNA.
- 1:53:08Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 1:53:09Testecleese: But
- 1:53:13Testecleese: did you read any? Did you see any of this
- 1:53:17Testecleese: descent? That second dissent that Katanji Bron Jackson wrote about the universal injunction thing.
- 1:53:28Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:53:29Testecleese: Oh!
- 1:53:30Brian McFadden: Try to ignore her as much as possible.
- 1:53:32Testecleese: Oh, my God! It was a dumb! I read a couple of pages of it. It was the dumbest thing I've ever read in my life.
- 1:53:37Testecleese: Oh, thank you.
- 1:53:39Brian McFadden: Thank you.
- 1:53:41Brian McFadden: President Biden.
- 1:53:43Testecleese: Well, she actually said.
- 1:53:44Testecleese: Dot, dot wait for it, dot Dot, and then like said something. This is like an official Supreme Court paper, and you it. And then it turns out it looks like it was made by an AI that she had due, for instead of her own
- 1:54:00Testecleese: clerks, but 6 justices signed a opinion about her dissent.
- 1:54:09Testecleese: And said, well, she's ignoring and call her out by name, said she's ignoring 200 years of precedent and constitutional law and English common law.
- 1:54:18Testecleese: like at least Keegan, who wrote the initial actual, real descent.
- 1:54:23Testecleese: made a handful of actual arguments, but even Keegan signed the hey? She's stupid papers.
- 1:54:31Brian McFadden: Nice.
- 1:54:32Testecleese: Yeah, I just
- 1:54:35Testecleese: yeah, thank you, Joe Biden. And well, it makes sense that she doesn't know what's going on or what any of this stuff is because I mean
- 1:54:43Testecleese: she doesn't know what a woman is right.
- 1:54:45Brian McFadden: No, couldn't it? She can answer that question in the Confirmation here.
- 1:54:50Testecleese: Oh, my God! And I was like, you're supposed to be a Supreme Court justice, and you can't tell me what a woman is. Oh, I'm not a biologist. Yeah. But how are you going to make decisions on women's rights? If you don't know what a woman is.
- 1:55:03Testecleese: anyway, anything in our leftovers. You want to talk about.
- 1:55:06Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:55:08Testecleese: Yeah, me neither. Really, jury. Reid's convinced that trump's going to stay in power forever.
- 1:55:13Brian McFadden: Oh, brother!
- 1:55:15Testecleese: Back here.
- 1:55:16Brian McFadden: Why would I just join them?
- 1:55:17Testecleese: Who's joy? Reeve? Right!
- 1:55:20Testecleese: She's a nobody now but.
- 1:55:23Brian McFadden: You know. Oh, oh, let's talk about the Tsa. Real quick.
- 1:55:28Testecleese: Yeah. Alright.
- 1:55:30Brian McFadden: This was my biggest gripes of the the illusion of security after 9 11, where everybody had to take their shoes off to go to security, to fly on an airplane.
- 1:55:44Testecleese: Now that was because of the sneaker bomber right.
- 1:55:46Brian McFadden: Yes, it was, and.
- 1:55:47Testecleese: Now, what did taking my shoes off do to ensure that it wasn't a bomb.
- 1:55:51Brian McFadden: They could, they could look at them better.
- 1:55:54Testecleese: What? Look for a fuse.
- 1:55:55Brian McFadden: I guess I don't fucking know. I signed up for a Tsa precheck just so. I wouldn't have to take my shoes off anymore. Now I.
- 1:56:03Testecleese: Like
- 1:56:04Testecleese: I couldn't bring a lighter on the plane. Anyways, I wanted to light the fuse on my sneaker bomb.
- 1:56:08Brian McFadden: You gotta do friction.
- 1:56:10Testecleese: Oh, okay, 2, 6.
- 1:56:12Brian McFadden: Shoes together like Dorothy.
- 1:56:16Testecleese: Oh, my God, yeah, click them. There's no place like Kaboom. There's no place like Kaboom.
- 1:56:22Testecleese: Yeah. But yeah, but it looks like they're getting rid of that. Huh?
- 1:56:24Brian McFadden: Finally, some common sense is happening in the Tsa.
- 1:56:30Testecleese: I don't fly much, anyway.
- 1:56:32Brian McFadden: I don't either anymore. But
- 1:56:34Brian McFadden: still, once or twice a year, it's nice, and not have to take your shoes off.
- 1:56:39Testecleese: Okay, so are you gonna get rid of your priority check in or whatever.
- 1:56:42Brian McFadden: Well, I mean it's good for 5 years. So, and there's other things in nice about it. I don't have to take my laptop out of my bag. It's usually.
- 1:56:51Testecleese: Laugh, which is that
- 1:56:53Testecleese: if I was gonna smuggle a bomb on board, wouldn't I pay the the fee to not have you check my bag so I could bring a bomb on board.
- 1:57:02Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:57:03Testecleese: I bet that was the argument they finally gave into was like, Hmm, we'll let these people just walk through.
- 1:57:09Testecleese: So maybe you know, these people just paid to get the same service, you know.
- 1:57:17Testecleese: Alright, Brian, I think that's our show.
- 1:57:18Brian McFadden: I think so.
- 1:57:20Testecleese: Let's let's pinch this turret off to.
- 1:57:23Brian McFadden: All right. There will be new music someday.
- 1:57:27Testecleese: Hopefully.
- 1:57:29Brian McFadden: Whoa!
