- 0:29Speaker 4: Comes comes, it comes along.
- 0:33Speaker 5: Isn't just.
- 0:37Speaker 2: I'm a doing.
- 0:39Speaker 3: I'm gonna go on the way you may pill Vegan. Welcome, Welcome, welcome.
- 0:45Speaker 1: I'm listening to the Sport Shock Show. I am the
- 0:48Speaker 1: Sportshock Wayne Candy. Yes, we are rolling in two week
- 0:53Speaker 1: zero for college football. We're two weeks away from the
- 0:57Speaker 1: NFL kicking off with the Ravens taking on the Chiefs.
- 1:03Speaker 1: What a game that builds up which time about a
- 1:05Speaker 1: game that four or five months from now could be
- 1:07Speaker 1: like ANFC championship game based on how things shape pop.
- 1:11Speaker 1: We're gonna start the season off with those two mighty team,
- 1:15Speaker 1: two of the best quarterbacks in the league. And this
- 1:19Speaker 1: weekend week seoad Florida State, all the way out of
- 1:22Speaker 1: the country. How football has changed. Typically used to get
- 1:27Speaker 1: on a yellow bus and just drive to a bowl
- 1:31Speaker 1: game right down the street from Tallahassee to Tampa. Playing
- 1:37Speaker 1: the Hall of Fame Bowl, which then they named the
- 1:39Speaker 1: Outback Bowl, and just play the game now to kick
- 1:44Speaker 1: the season off. We're taking international travel. So salute football
- 1:50Speaker 1: and how it has games because you know, people are
- 1:52Speaker 1: all things haven't changed. Yeah, that's a big change. Taking
- 1:55Speaker 1: big old teams like that all the way across the world.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Stay for six, seven, ten days. Play a little football
- 2:03Speaker 1: game this weekend to start off everything. Florida State and
- 2:07Speaker 1: Georgia Tech. There are about four or five other games
- 2:10Speaker 1: slated to start on Saturday as well. WNBA action going
- 2:16Speaker 1: hot and heavy. But before we get into any sports,
- 2:21Speaker 1: one thing that grabbed my attention this morning from the
- 2:24Speaker 1: guys is they were talking McKinney, who you know, has
- 2:28Speaker 1: been a long time AA member, Commandchie Gregg who started
- 2:34Speaker 1: his career working at a bar as a waiter. We're
- 2:41Speaker 1: talking about the Sir Davis whiskey. That's the new line
- 2:46Speaker 1: of whiskey that Beyonce and Moay Hennessy have come up
- 2:53Speaker 1: with that will be coming to a store near you
- 2:57Speaker 1: or you are might already have ordered you a bottle
- 3:00Speaker 1: Sir Davis whiskey. Now, no nothing against ya. Beyonce, one
- 3:08Speaker 1: of the greatest, if not the greatest entertainer right there,
- 3:12Speaker 1: slightly behind. In my opinion, someone like a Michael Jackson
- 3:17Speaker 1: just seems like the king of pop. Still. I haven't
- 3:19Speaker 1: seen anybody take the throne from the King of pop.
- 3:22Speaker 1: But if somebody was gonna challenge him, Beyonce would be
- 3:26Speaker 1: someone that I would say her name quickly. But I've
- 3:31Speaker 1: never seen her image in thought whiskey or really alcohol
- 3:38Speaker 1: at all. She's never gave me the vibe that that's
- 3:41Speaker 1: her drug of choice. I've always seen something if it
- 3:47Speaker 1: was gonna be a drug, something more energy, more, something
- 3:52Speaker 1: quick I can eat with my water crest salad right
- 3:58Speaker 1: and hit the stage.
- 4:00Speaker 2: It's nothing. She doesn't just look like whiskey neat does she?
- 4:05Speaker 6: Is it?
- 4:05Speaker 7: Me?
- 4:06Speaker 2: No, it's not.
- 4:07Speaker 8: Maybe champagne, maybe shamp if they if there were a beverage,
- 4:11Speaker 8: surely champagne.
- 4:13Speaker 2: But whiskey.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Are you excited about this? Sir Davis?
- 4:18Speaker 9: What?
- 4:18Speaker 3: What?
- 4:18Speaker 8: What's that name? What is the loo at the bottle?
- 4:23Speaker 1: Family member or something like that? Right?
- 4:25Speaker 8: I think her son is named sir right, and her
- 4:29Speaker 8: daughter's name is roomy. Where Davis come from?
- 4:34Speaker 1: I don't know. Is his middle name Davis?
- 4:37Speaker 8: I don't his first name Night might not be sir.
- 4:41Speaker 8: We just that's that's what the people they put out there,
- 4:45Speaker 8: just what the people. That's just what they're telling us.
- 4:49Speaker 8: And then if we drink enough of this stuff, we
- 4:50Speaker 8: are starting to believe it. Well, you guys have to
- 4:54Speaker 8: let me know the market I can get at the
- 4:58Speaker 8: commandche greg part of you guys will have to let
- 5:01Speaker 8: us know because I'm not.
- 5:02Speaker 2: I don't look.
- 5:05Speaker 8: And I said off air that there are people who
- 5:07Speaker 8: have been making whiskey for generations and some of the
- 5:10Speaker 8: stuff I don't like. I'm not going to trust that
- 5:12Speaker 8: Beyonce got it right her first time.
- 5:15Speaker 2: So I'll wait on the reviews.
- 5:17Speaker 1: No, it might be, you know, because you never know.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Maybe that is.
- 5:21Speaker 8: And with the people from Moe, is it the Moyes?
- 5:26Speaker 1: Did they have a whiskey before? Do y'all follow? No,
- 5:30Speaker 1: not that I know of. Oh.
- 5:33Speaker 8: One of our online listeners, Jared says, just crack a
- 5:36Speaker 8: bottle and toast another vortex free show. That dude never
- 5:43Speaker 8: misses an opportunity to let us know how overjoyed he is,
- 5:47Speaker 8: but the bad producers not here.
- 5:48Speaker 1: He will make time in his day for that. Well,
- 5:50Speaker 1: certain David is coming to you. It might be already out.
- 5:53Speaker 1: I might not have seen in at the liquor store,
- 5:55Speaker 1: but it will be. It's in the pre order stages,
- 6:00Speaker 1: pre order stages, okay. And it seems that alcohol is
- 6:03Speaker 1: the new money laundering way. Everybody has some type of alcohol,
- 6:13Speaker 1: from George Clooney, the Kardashian everybody somewhere, uh something endorsement
- 6:22Speaker 1: or actually or make.
- 6:23Speaker 8: Connor McGregor he went into the proper twelve that Scotch whiskey.
- 6:28Speaker 1: He's everybody's got something, Yeah, some kind of tequila. Greg
- 6:33Speaker 1: You don't drink, right, use alcohol free occasionally occasionally? What
- 6:40Speaker 1: is one to ten? What does occasionally fit? Because I
- 6:44Speaker 1: occasionally drink, but my occasionally is your fiftieth birthday something
- 6:51Speaker 1: like that.
- 6:52Speaker 2: If you're a point five, I'm like a two.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Okay, you're two, Vic Kenny. I know because of regulations
- 7:01Speaker 1: on your probation, you can't.
- 7:02Speaker 8: It can't really admit to doing it. I just came
- 7:06Speaker 8: from Bible studies, sir. Just you know, out here doing
- 7:09Speaker 8: God's work. That's all. That's what it say on my papers.
- 7:13Speaker 8: Just I'm allowed to go to work and to do
- 7:15Speaker 8: God's work. Everything else was a violation.
- 7:19Speaker 1: But excitement is in the era as I said, college
- 7:21Speaker 1: football for all purposes start this weekend. Florida State is
- 7:28Speaker 1: rank maybe nine or ten in the country. Georgia Tech
- 7:31Speaker 1: here trying to bounce back. We talk about the Ravens
- 7:35Speaker 1: last preseason game this weekend. Some buzz about Russell Wilson
- 7:40Speaker 1: of the Stellers playing starting in that game. Why not?
- 7:46Speaker 1: He didn't play in the first game. He didn't really
- 7:49Speaker 1: look too sharp in the second, So I don't know
- 7:52Speaker 1: why you would be surprised. I mentioned the other day
- 7:55Speaker 1: this whole preseason thing as almost you're trying to avoid it,
- 8:00Speaker 1: like there's no lessons, no timing needed. The Falcons take
- 8:05Speaker 1: a rookie and decide the two or three drives you
- 8:09Speaker 1: had in your first game in the preseason was enough.
- 8:14Speaker 2: We've seen all we need to see.
- 8:16Speaker 1: That's all the experience you need to start in the
- 8:21Speaker 1: first game of the year. You don't need to see
- 8:23Speaker 1: any more coverages, anymore looks, work on any timing. We've
- 8:26Speaker 1: seen enough. We've combined that with all the practices right,
- 8:32Speaker 1: and that equals readiness.
- 8:37Speaker 8: And I have another question, but it's NCIA question. Who
- 8:40Speaker 8: sanctioned what is the connection to Ireland for n CIA sports,
- 8:46Speaker 8: Florida State, Georgia Tech. Neither of those say Dublin. How
- 8:50Speaker 8: is it that the NCAA has I mean, they won't
- 8:54Speaker 8: let you play at certain stadiums, they won't let you
- 8:57Speaker 8: cross conferences. But we can go to Ireland and play
- 9:01Speaker 8: a whole opening football contest. How does that get signed off?
- 9:06Speaker 1: We'll still pushs you kind of in that European area,
- 9:10Speaker 1: just like the NFL goals, So you're kind of staying
- 9:13Speaker 1: in that area that plays rugby, loves that kind of sport.
- 9:18Speaker 1: You're building up that fan.
- 9:19Speaker 2: But I think this is good wheel mission type of
- 9:21Speaker 2: I think Notre Dame maybe had went over there last year.
- 9:25Speaker 2: They've gone a couple.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Of couple of times, so it's the same whether it's
- 9:28Speaker 1: center kind of like the NFL sends three or four
- 9:30Speaker 1: games a year, okay to London. It's the same thing
- 9:35Speaker 1: with the NCAA. This is copycat. Well we did do it.
- 9:41Speaker 1: There was McDonald's and then there was Burger Kings. They
- 9:44Speaker 1: made a little.
- 9:44Speaker 8: Money and now McDonald's got a five dollar biggie bag,
- 9:47Speaker 8: so go figure.
- 9:49Speaker 2: You know what I mean.
- 9:50Speaker 1: So, but you know the game, especially when you start
- 9:53Speaker 1: talking about the top ten team to be able to
- 9:54Speaker 1: get Florida State to come over and that works out.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Now they would not have known necessarily the ranking, but
- 10:03Speaker 1: to get Florida State. These are two Power five schools
- 10:07Speaker 1: to start their season. They play each other anyway.
- 10:10Speaker 8: Great alumni who can afford to fly over there and
- 10:14Speaker 8: see the game.
- 10:15Speaker 1: So I thought it was a good game to kick
- 10:17Speaker 1: the season off with for both colleges. And I said
- 10:22Speaker 1: two weeks from today NFL starts their season. Ravens Chiefs
- 10:28Speaker 1: High School football is in swing this weekend. For myself,
- 10:33Speaker 1: I'm up at Cartersville. They're taking on Mark. For you
- 10:37Speaker 1: people in the Georgia area, Cartersville, when you think of them,
- 10:42Speaker 1: think of Trevor Lawrence High School he went to. For
- 10:45Speaker 1: some of you old schoolers. Runnie Brown, the running back,
- 10:48Speaker 1: long time running back in the NFL, went to Auburn.
- 10:52Speaker 1: So and they have a young man that plays linebacker, Crawford,
- 10:57Speaker 1: Cole Crawford about two twenty five. He's rated the number one.
- 11:03Speaker 1: He's a sophomore, number one sophomore recruit in the country.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Probably end up having late d n you're fifteen and
- 11:12Speaker 1: you're already six two. Most likely he gonna end up
- 11:15Speaker 1: at six y five, right hopefully, hopefully sixty four minimum
- 11:20Speaker 1: between the time you're south more in high school to graduate,
- 11:23Speaker 1: you get two inches everybody.
- 11:25Speaker 8: Yeah, everybody got about two inches then you might even
- 11:27Speaker 8: squeeze the quarter inch in in college.
- 11:30Speaker 2: I'm eating right, I'm getting plenty of exercise.
- 11:34Speaker 1: So and today for you down in McDonald Georgia, McDonald Georgia,
- 11:39Speaker 1: a little south of Atlanta. Uh, they're opening up the.
- 11:42Speaker 2: New four lane Chick fil Ake have mercy.
- 11:46Speaker 1: So the four lanes. They have a four lane.
- 11:50Speaker 8: Listen, this like two lanes on each side, or this
- 11:55Speaker 8: like four lanes all in the middle house.
- 11:58Speaker 2: It like a.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Double decker Chick fil A and you drive through almost
- 12:05Speaker 1: like you're driving through underneath a building. Okay, oh yeah,
- 12:10Speaker 1: it's a new Chick fil A. It's the first of
- 12:13Speaker 1: it's kind. Okay, four lane fall light, We'll be back more.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Sports Show sounded like a lawsuit.
- 12:23Speaker 6: Then we never came back. They cut the ringing down
- 12:25Speaker 6: to the bone. And now they got me ropping over
- 12:28Speaker 6: the mic the phone and then we're talking autocrats. She
- 12:30Speaker 6: is the last Champagne Bubbles.
- 12:34Speaker 10: John bol Wayne Born of The Sports John Show with
- 12:37Speaker 10: Wayne Dambia's coming up next.

- 15:57Speaker 1: Come on, turn up the radio. We're going to the
- 16:00Speaker 1: What sh Up Show this morning. Tell Yella, come at you, Gray,
- 16:05Speaker 1: Big Kenny in the studio with me to day. Big
- 16:09Speaker 1: news coming out of Dolphins camp this weekend, from quarterback
- 16:13Speaker 1: to attack with the or really condemning his former coach
- 16:18Speaker 1: who's now with Minnesota a defensive coordinator for the Vikings,
- 16:23Speaker 1: Brian Flores, who was in the news himself when he
- 16:27Speaker 1: lost his job with the Dolphins. He was accusing Dolphins
- 16:31Speaker 1: owner and even the NFL of racism. Now he finds
- 16:35Speaker 1: himself back in the cross hairs of a former player
- 16:39Speaker 1: to attack with the or basically saying that in the
- 16:43Speaker 1: interview that Brian Floores is a terrible person. Terrible person,
- 16:53Speaker 1: not a terrible coach. He has zipped down to the
- 16:58Speaker 1: person Brian Flores has even come out hisself and talked
- 17:04Speaker 1: about he's striving to be a better person. To his comments,
- 17:10Speaker 1: I'm not sure what provoked him to need to say
- 17:15Speaker 1: this two three years later in his career from Brian Flores.
- 17:21Speaker 1: It's not like he said as soon as Brian Flores
- 17:23Speaker 1: lost his job or was fired. You know, this was
- 17:27Speaker 1: what three years later, that he's making these comments about
- 17:31Speaker 1: Brian Flores being a terrible person. He did say it
- 17:39Speaker 1: was more of Flores's approach as a head coach and
- 17:44Speaker 1: the lack of positivity.
- 17:48Speaker 2: That he.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Applied to two of Taglioa basically to is saying that
- 17:55Speaker 1: Flores would always tell him how terrible he was. Now
- 18:03Speaker 1: in the world of coaching, just like for some in
- 18:07Speaker 1: the world of parenting, when you start dealing with multiple people,
- 18:13Speaker 1: you start trying to find the particular way to handle
- 18:21Speaker 1: that each individual. Some people are motivated by applause, some
- 18:30Speaker 1: are motivated by challenge, some are motivated by reward, and
- 18:38Speaker 1: coaches consistently find themselves trying to find that puzzle of
- 18:43Speaker 1: how to motivate which way, especially on an individual level.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Is this a guy that I can just kind of
- 18:53Speaker 1: pull to the side and talk to, or is this
- 18:57Speaker 1: a guy that he plays better when he hates me,
- 19:03Speaker 1: Almost like the water Boy and Adam Sandler. When he
- 19:07Speaker 1: was his thing was he would picture the coach on
- 19:10Speaker 1: the other side of the ball, if I remember that correct, right,
- 19:13Speaker 1: he would His whole thing was he would imagine Henry
- 19:20Speaker 1: Winkler Winkler's character on the face of the running back,
- 19:25Speaker 1: and that's what he wanted. So it becomes and I'm
- 19:29Speaker 1: using that in a lightweight since but it's an individual now.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Something about Brian Flores must have shaped up that thinking
- 19:40Speaker 1: maybe cutting into a in a negative way would get
- 19:54Speaker 1: the best out of it. He maybe it saw him
- 19:57Speaker 1: as always celebrated or maybe not motivated getting all the applause.
- 20:04Speaker 1: A lot of times people really cast that off on
- 20:08Speaker 1: people that has had a lot of success, and they
- 20:10Speaker 1: try to use that almost, Oh, you ain't that good to.
- 20:15Speaker 8: Almost poking you right right, the reverse psychology kind of thing.
- 20:19Speaker 8: But I think a lot of times and I've seen
- 20:22Speaker 8: situations similar to this when you have one person responsible
- 20:27Speaker 8: for a great many people. Just like with parenting, coaching
- 20:31Speaker 8: styles vary, but they're rooted. They have a foundation in
- 20:35Speaker 8: one style. So maybe my style is more tough love
- 20:40Speaker 8: than After giving you that initial speech and seeing how
- 20:44Speaker 8: that impacts the group, I start to pick and choose
- 20:48Speaker 8: who seems like they benefit from that the most and
- 20:51Speaker 8: who seems like they'll need some fine tuning. Sometimes, in
- 20:55Speaker 8: my experience, the people that need the fine tuning, you
- 20:59Speaker 8: crack down harder on because in your opinion, that would
- 21:05Speaker 8: be detrimental to the rest of the group. If I
- 21:08Speaker 8: go soft on you, then the program itself will suffer.
- 21:12Speaker 8: I know in the Marines, that was a great deal
- 21:15Speaker 8: of that. This kid really doesn't respond to the yelling
- 21:19Speaker 8: and the screaming. But if I stop that, how will
- 21:23Speaker 8: that affect these other fifty three Marines. So it's shape
- 21:29Speaker 8: up or ship out with some of these people.
- 21:31Speaker 1: And sometimes even coaches have they'll pull you aside and
- 21:39Speaker 1: inform you how they're going to be today. Knowing that
- 21:44Speaker 1: what I'm going to do today is not really for you, right,
- 21:48Speaker 1: but go along with the gimmick almost because we got
- 21:51Speaker 1: to get commands. Your Greg going, we're gonna win this game.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Gotta get grig to get his potential. So on, yell
- 21:59Speaker 1: at you, you, and that's gonna make him feel like, oh,
- 22:02Speaker 1: I better get right my game together. Coach yelling at
- 22:06Speaker 1: Mike Jordan. Right, Mike, you ain't running hard, and everybody
- 22:10Speaker 1: feel like, what I better start running at least I'm
- 22:15Speaker 1: a little faster because he beating me. So if he
- 22:18Speaker 1: ain't running hard, I must not so in this caste
- 22:22Speaker 1: to now. The thing that I would like to ask
- 22:24Speaker 1: to is, and maybe he'll answer it down the road,
- 22:27Speaker 1: is what did he was he going to, you know,
- 22:32Speaker 1: maybe see a psychiatrists and they was like, maybe you
- 22:35Speaker 1: need to get this off your chest, your chest or something.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Why so late? What is Brian Flora has done since
- 22:44Speaker 1: he left you to where you need to tell the
- 22:46Speaker 1: world he was a terrible person?
- 22:47Speaker 8: And then if he was a tough coach, how does
- 22:50Speaker 8: that make him a horrible person? I mean, because that
- 22:53Speaker 8: sounds like there were other things involved, not just you're
- 22:57Speaker 8: criticizing me on the football field. You texted me in
- 23:01Speaker 8: the middle of the night.
- 23:02Speaker 1: I saw you out there on social media party and
- 23:05Speaker 1: you need to be in the quarterback room.
- 23:08Speaker 2: Well, I don't know if it was like that, you're
- 23:10Speaker 2: out here partying. But he would text them those kind
- 23:13Speaker 2: of things like you sucked. I don't know why we
- 23:17Speaker 2: drafted you, like he would. He had texted him those
- 23:20Speaker 2: kinds of things too.
- 23:21Speaker 1: And to him, he could have been doing it in
- 23:24Speaker 1: a coaching way, and Tua felt it in a personal way, right,
- 23:28Speaker 1: because it's because it is a thin line between that
- 23:31Speaker 1: some things you the coach goes right up to that line.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Are you talking to Wayne the football player or Wayne
- 23:40Speaker 1: the person?
- 23:41Speaker 8: I'm saying, because if I open up my phone and
- 23:43Speaker 8: seat you suck from my coach. Yeah, that's kind of personal.
- 23:47Speaker 8: You know, you could have waited until I got the work.
- 23:50Speaker 1: We'll be back more than Sports Jock Show right after
- 23:52Speaker 1: this game. I got game, she got game, We got game,
- 23:56Speaker 1: they got games. He got game.
- 23:58Speaker 16: It might feel good, it might sound of the game
- 24:01Speaker 16: if it ain't saying.
- 24:07Speaker 10: Don't bow away, or of the Sports Jock Show with
- 24:09Speaker 10: Wayne Dantidius coming up next.

- 25:46Speaker 15: Daisy was abandoned by her family and placed in foster
- 25:49Speaker 15: care at fifteen years old. Her life was full of uncertainty.
- 25:54Speaker 15: She thought she'd never have a permanent place to call home.
- 26:00Speaker 18: Adopted. I felt like I wasn't enough. I had this
- 26:03Speaker 18: hole in my heart and I never knew what I
- 26:05Speaker 18: needed to patch that hole. But when my mom asked
- 26:08Speaker 18: to adopt me, that hole was closed. It feels so
- 26:11Speaker 18: normal now to say that I'm a part of this family.
- 26:14Speaker 18: I am surrounded by love, I feel safe, and that
- 26:17Speaker 18: hole inside of me is gone. I am whole. I'm
- 26:22Speaker 18: finally enough, just as I am.

- 27:03Speaker 3: Hung love.
- 27:06Speaker 2: Ooh he's my mind and I need fun time. Ma
- 27:12Speaker 2: Mama said, came.
- 27:14Speaker 19: Out Louie, just that tune way she said it up coming,
- 27:24Speaker 19: Welcome back to this boy shop. Shut up this one
- 27:26Speaker 19: shop wing gainning of morning to you.
- 27:29Speaker 1: As we talked about as the show started, Florida State
- 27:32Speaker 1: and Georgia Tech kicking off noon on Saturday, how to
- 27:36Speaker 1: get everything going for college football? We are already in
- 27:41Speaker 1: the midst of high school football, in the midst of
- 27:44Speaker 1: the w n b A. They're winding down their season.
- 27:49Speaker 1: Shout out to Tina Charles last night for the Atlanta
- 27:52Speaker 1: Dream becoming the second all time leading score in w
- 27:56Speaker 1: NBA history, passing Tina Thompson. That Houston the comments comments,
- 28:04Speaker 1: Houston Comments team back in the day, the first dynasty
- 28:08Speaker 1: of the w n b A. I think they won
- 28:11Speaker 1: like the first three or four championships. It's like it's like,
- 28:16Speaker 1: who reservations? Anybody like a little reservation over here?
- 28:22Speaker 2: Is this place stage packed out? Did you hear that?
- 28:25Speaker 1: Cheryl, Tina Thompson and the point guard Cynthy Cooper who
- 28:31Speaker 1: I feel is the was the Michael Jordan of the league.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Then have you heard that.
- 28:36Speaker 8: Angel Reese finally has her nickname or the nickname for
- 28:40Speaker 8: her fan base like she was they talk about what
- 28:43Speaker 8: was it shy Town Barbie or something like that. She's
- 28:46Speaker 8: come up with a nickname for her fan base, like
- 28:49Speaker 8: Taylor Swift has all the Swift these lady guy go
- 28:53Speaker 8: I had the little Monsters. She's got Reese's Pieces.
- 28:58Speaker 1: She's trying to deal with reaches. Yes, yes, yes she did,
- 29:01Speaker 1: and now Angel rees with that situation, just to make
- 29:03Speaker 1: sure in the cases of the Taylors with Lady Got God.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Or did they name these groups that? I'm not sure?
- 29:15Speaker 1: I think that because not because it seems it seems
- 29:19Speaker 1: that Angel Reese is self promoting.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that she's it's orchestrated.
- 29:27Speaker 8: And that's why I was wondering, did she come up
- 29:29Speaker 8: with the name Reese's Pieces or did somebody in the
- 29:31Speaker 8: marketing department at Reeses go, hey, I got an awesome idea.
- 29:35Speaker 2: Call Anguries and ask her what she thinks about this
- 29:39Speaker 2: and we'll do a deal.
- 29:40Speaker 1: And when she always saying someone's coming at her, I
- 29:44Speaker 1: think I'm starting to feel that maybe some of that
- 29:48Speaker 1: is angel you. You need to kind of hide that
- 29:53Speaker 1: you're seeking these kind of things you want to is
- 30:00Speaker 1: better to make it seem like it's coming to you.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Natural, the universe has wings it out.
- 30:08Speaker 1: You seem to be seeking fame, then letting fame come
- 30:12Speaker 1: to you. I can understand you're you're seeking. You're doing
- 30:16Speaker 1: the look you're looking, doing the Antonio Brown look at
- 30:22Speaker 1: me kind of thing, like I'm gonna make you see me,
- 30:27Speaker 1: see me. At the same time, I think she's doing
- 30:30Speaker 1: the Kevin Durant and reading every negative comment on social
- 30:36Speaker 1: media and either responding to it or like taking that
- 30:41Speaker 1: to heart. So there, it's kind of she's going into
- 30:47Speaker 1: trying to go in opposite directions. But but but her
- 30:51Speaker 1: counterpoint would be someone like Ada Wilson, who has been
- 30:56Speaker 1: dominant player in the w n b A just playing
- 30:59Speaker 1: the best. She's just playing and people the other ladies
- 31:07Speaker 1: she's playing so well, the other ladies have to confess,
- 31:10Speaker 1: right with their interview, well, who's really dominating your game?
- 31:16Speaker 8: Asia Wilson and the right and then and then the
- 31:20Speaker 8: sponsors and the advertisers show up because we keep hearing
- 31:26Speaker 8: that Asia Wilson name. We look at the stats and
- 31:29Speaker 8: at the top is this lady Asia Wilson. So we
- 31:33Speaker 8: didn't we didn't go to TikTok and she was on
- 31:36Speaker 8: our feed because she's got fifty million followers. She's just
- 31:39Speaker 8: at the top of the statistics, and so we reached
- 31:42Speaker 8: out to her. And now, as sports Jock was saying,
- 31:46Speaker 8: it's been added on to your basketball resume instead of uh,
- 31:53Speaker 8: you're a model who plays basketball kind of thing.
- 31:57Speaker 1: And some players they lose their patience because you can
- 32:02Speaker 1: and we've all you know, I played a humbling position,
- 32:05Speaker 1: which is offensive line. You to play that position, you
- 32:14Speaker 1: have to accept it's gonna be success, it's gonna be
- 32:17Speaker 1: a lot of times good money. But you're always gonna
- 32:22Speaker 1: be spoken as a group. They don't let you be
- 32:26Speaker 1: Michael Jackson. You just got to stay to Jackson five.
- 32:29Speaker 1: It's just five of y'all up there. Hey, that cowboy
- 32:32Speaker 1: old line was doing it today. And if you lucky,
- 32:36Speaker 1: they'll say your name after the group. But I've seen
- 32:40Speaker 1: receivers who putting in work, and then you see the
- 32:45Speaker 1: ones like a Marvin Harrison or an Isaac Bruce who
- 32:49Speaker 1: putting in work and just would never self promote. But
- 32:53Speaker 1: then you see the self promoters like Andre Risen, he
- 32:56Speaker 1: kind of got tired of so, y'all just gonna keep
- 32:59Speaker 1: mentioning Jared Rice, right right, y'all, just ain't gonna mention
- 33:03Speaker 1: the three touchdowns.
- 33:04Speaker 2: I caught today.
- 33:05Speaker 1: It was three, but he did pos like Spider Man,
- 33:09Speaker 1: and that's what we talked about. I played with Joe Horn.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Joe Horn felt that same way that he had been
- 33:18Speaker 1: putting in work. Three touchdowns out letting this this six
- 33:23Speaker 1: and six record make it seem like I'm not down
- 33:26Speaker 1: here in New Orleans doing work, and so I'm coming
- 33:29Speaker 1: with some gimmicks, some attention.
- 33:31Speaker 2: I'm gonna die the phone when I make a touchdown.
- 33:34Speaker 1: And a lot of times, you know, Julio Jones didn't.
- 33:40Speaker 1: He wasn't a self promoted You have to give it
- 33:42Speaker 1: to him. But Roddy White, there's different guy. Steve Smith
- 33:48Speaker 1: was for Carolina. Yeah, he was gonna get there. Yeah yeah,
- 33:52Speaker 1: good job out of defense, yeah yeah yeah. But did
- 33:54Speaker 1: you see me catches? Did you see them? Did you
- 33:57Speaker 1: see ten catches for seventeen y'all? Y yeah, big Kenny,
- 34:01Speaker 1: I'm coming to j ets chits jets jets, and look out, baby,
- 34:04Speaker 1: I'm looking. He was hitting you with some of that
- 34:06Speaker 1: Rick flair he was. Some guys went a whole old
- 34:10Speaker 1: at seven records just still jes shit talking, y'all don't know.
- 34:15Speaker 1: I'm the best oh and seven running back. So it
- 34:19Speaker 1: does become that kind of way a lot of times.
- 34:23Speaker 1: So we'll see. But college football WNBA teena Charles as
- 34:28Speaker 1: I was saying salute to you for the dream long
- 34:31Speaker 1: time NBA ball or second all time. I don't know
- 34:34Speaker 1: if you want to stick around to chase Diana Tarassi
- 34:37Speaker 1: both of them went to Yukon.
- 34:39Speaker 2: She would have to stay around like another four years.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Along with that's about three.
- 34:45Speaker 1: She would have to say the same kind of age
- 34:47Speaker 1: because she's like thirty five, So she would have to
- 34:51Speaker 1: stick around like Dinah Darossi from forty forty one forty
- 34:56Speaker 1: two to have a chance.
- 34:58Speaker 8: Do you do you think that we don't see it
- 35:00Speaker 8: often in the NBA, We don't see it off in
- 35:03Speaker 8: professional sports at all. But I'm sure it's got to
- 35:07Speaker 8: be a different process once you're forty one forty two
- 35:12Speaker 8: playing in.
- 35:13Speaker 2: The w NBA.
- 35:14Speaker 8: Just to get up and to get those knees moving,
- 35:16Speaker 8: and just even the motivation I've been doing this twenty.
- 35:20Speaker 2: Four years now, twenty three years. That's a long time. Yeah.
- 35:25Speaker 1: Down in Tarassi last night in the game, caught a
- 35:27Speaker 1: little quick elbow to the left side of the neck,
- 35:31Speaker 1: which made the right side of the neck stiff right,
- 35:35Speaker 1: and I was like, yeah, see that's that old age.
- 35:38Speaker 2: You got that with a little young twenty four times
- 35:45Speaker 2: thunder cat out there.
- 35:46Speaker 1: She don't feel nine of elbows no more. And that
- 35:49Speaker 1: elbow hits you and on transferred from this side to
- 35:52Speaker 1: the other. I'm like, well, you got hit. Why are
- 35:55Speaker 1: you doing this?
- 35:55Speaker 2: She hits you in the neck with an elbow and
- 35:57Speaker 2: you grabbing your hip like.
- 36:01Speaker 1: But accomplishment for Tina Charles. The Atlanta dream Of won
- 36:05Speaker 1: like three or four games in a row since the
- 36:07Speaker 1: break has happened. Yes, mc kenny said, Angelies has Reese's
- 36:11Speaker 1: candy endorsement.
- 36:12Speaker 16: Now.
- 36:13Speaker 1: She also let everybody know she's up for some small
- 36:16Speaker 1: movie role in here in the future. And that's why
- 36:20Speaker 1: I was saying for those comments at first when I
- 36:23Speaker 1: couldn't understand what when she would be talking about the negativity,
- 36:28Speaker 1: and then I started putting together social media.
- 36:32Speaker 2: In this kind.
- 36:35Speaker 1: Almost seeking scene, she's almost using a little bit of
- 36:38Speaker 1: the Kardashian.
- 36:40Speaker 8: Yeah, And I was going to ask you, do you
- 36:42Speaker 8: think that she is somehow limiting some of that or
- 36:46Speaker 8: just being too focused because I know with her merchandise
- 36:50Speaker 8: with the Reese's Pieces campaign, they say she's got crop
- 36:53Speaker 8: tops that eliminates a great many people from wearing it.
- 36:57Speaker 8: I'm saying, just doesn't seem like that's a man's eye
- 37:00Speaker 8: them a crop top like with Reese's Pieces on it.
- 37:04Speaker 8: It seems like she's targeting certain demographics to push herself
- 37:09Speaker 8: forward more.
- 37:10Speaker 1: But congratulations on you know, getting those endorsements she's already
- 37:15Speaker 1: with like Rebok and I see on commercials with hair products,
- 37:19Speaker 1: So kudos too, because we do know for the w
- 37:23Speaker 1: n b A, the real money for them seems to
- 37:27Speaker 1: at least for right now. I know they signed a
- 37:29Speaker 1: new deal. Salary should go up higher here soon, but
- 37:33Speaker 1: it's about the endorsement dollar bigger. That is, unless you
- 37:38Speaker 1: have to worry about whether you got to go overseas
- 37:40Speaker 1: and play on those kind of thing.
- 37:43Speaker 2: And since Brittany, don't nobody really want to go.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Over sea somebody, No, we're just gonna go to go
- 37:49Speaker 1: to Spain.
- 37:50Speaker 2: No, you got to go through anywhere over there, Spain.
- 37:53Speaker 1: It's just gonna go to Barcelona.
- 37:57Speaker 8: Someone said, as Ezekiel Elliot down with Ese's crop tops.
- 38:04Speaker 2: I didn't say that.
- 38:05Speaker 3: I didn't.
- 38:05Speaker 1: You're gonna let him talk about your boy. I didn't
- 38:07Speaker 1: say that.
- 38:08Speaker 2: Command real cowboy fan, a real cowboy.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Fan will already be inside that jet shirt.
- 38:15Speaker 2: I didn't say it though. He didn't read. I read.
- 38:21Speaker 1: He ran guilty by association. You know, well a message
- 38:25Speaker 1: and we'll be back right after this.
- 38:30Speaker 2: Up money set up all my money, but it's still getting.

- 39:48Speaker 13: That's what we were taught service before self.
- 39:51Speaker 2: But we do have one question for the veterans listening.
- 39:54Speaker 2: When is the last time you reached out for help?
- 39:58Speaker 12: If you or someone you known he needs resources, whether

- 40:11Speaker 22: Brought to you by the United States Department of Veterans
- 40:13Speaker 22: Affairs and the AD Council.
- 40:15Speaker 14: Hi.
- 40:15Speaker 23: I'm Ryan Blaney, a third generational race car driver, and
- 40:18Speaker 23: we dedicate a lot of our time to going as
- 40:20Speaker 23: fast as possible. My Grandpa Lou is the reason why
- 40:22Speaker 23: my dad and I started racing, and I'm really proud
- 40:24Speaker 23: to follow on his tracks. But when my grandpa was
- 40:26Speaker 23: diagnosed with Alzheimer's, it was a very unexpected bump in
- 40:29Speaker 23: the road for us. I've learned a lot on this
- 40:31Speaker 23: journey with my Grandpa Lou, and the memories of my
- 40:33Speaker 23: grandpa will always be with me. It's important to notice
- 40:36Speaker 23: if older family members are acting differently, experiencing problems with
- 40:39Speaker 23: their memory, or having trouble with routine tasks. Talking about
- 40:42Speaker 23: Alzheimer's can be really tough, but if you notice something,
- 40:45Speaker 23: have a conversation with your level, encourage them to see
- 40:47Speaker 23: a doctor or offer to go with them. Early detection
- 40:50Speaker 23: of Alzheimer's can give your family time to explore support services,

- 41:46Speaker 24: I'll sing even Verjnny, Welcome back to the show.
- 41:50Speaker 1: I'm the sports shock Wayne Candy. Interesting story coming off
- 41:54Speaker 1: of the Olympics. We really only went two weeks since
- 41:57Speaker 1: the Olympics went down. Since the end did Dennis Shrewder,
- 42:02Speaker 1: who played for Team Germany also played here in Atlanta
- 42:07Speaker 1: to start his career, has bounced around the NBA to
- 42:11Speaker 1: the Lakers, Oklahoma City Thunder, I know or two of the.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Teams, say for the Nets, I think he's on the
- 42:20Speaker 2: Raptors right.
- 42:21Speaker 1: The Raptors. So he's been on about five or sixteens.
- 42:23Speaker 1: But he's had a little back and forth with k D.
- 42:27Speaker 1: Interesting enough comments that Dennis made about the Europeing basketball style,
- 42:37Speaker 1: as he says, provides a significant advantage to challenge Team USA. Basically,
- 42:43Speaker 1: the way that the Europeing and the rules is part
- 42:47Speaker 1: of what makes it a little harder for the dream
- 42:52Speaker 1: team Team USA to win those games. You know, different
- 42:58Speaker 1: rules over there are things like once the ball hits
- 43:01Speaker 1: the rim, you can take the ball off the rim.
- 43:04Speaker 1: You don't have like necessarily a three second defensive call.
- 43:10Speaker 1: So whereas in the NBA, in three seconds you got
- 43:14Speaker 1: to be back to your man, you either got to
- 43:15Speaker 1: double or go back to your man. In the European style,
- 43:19Speaker 1: you can sit in the lane. Little thing, small things
- 43:22Speaker 1: like that, where he's saying that it's more about skill
- 43:29Speaker 1: and coaching and not so much about entertainment. KD took
- 43:33Speaker 1: offense to this with his quote basically saying that that
- 43:40Speaker 1: entertainment got them all these gold medals as a put
- 43:46Speaker 1: down to I guess he took what what they was
- 43:50Speaker 1: saying as But wouldn't Dennis know the difference is more
- 43:56Speaker 1: than KD.
- 43:58Speaker 8: If anybody would know, he would be because he's played
- 44:04Speaker 8: in both leagues at the highest well, the NBA is
- 44:08Speaker 8: the highest level we have here, played in the European league.
- 44:12Speaker 2: Why wouldn't he know. He seems like he could compare
- 44:16Speaker 2: the two.
- 44:16Speaker 8: Now KD has played European players, but by NBA rules,
- 44:23Speaker 8: when he goes to the Olympics, he's got the best
- 44:26Speaker 8: NBA players with him as teammates, So maybe he doesn't
- 44:31Speaker 8: see some of those nuances showing up because of the
- 44:35Speaker 8: level of skill he's got with him and.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Greg, I would say, and I'm just pointing out the
- 44:43Speaker 1: fact when we watched the Olympics, there were certain calls.
- 44:48Speaker 1: Like in the NBA, the NBA calls a lot of
- 44:52Speaker 1: off ball files. In the Olympics, they didn't no. In
- 44:56Speaker 1: the Olympics. It was kind of like, if you don't
- 44:58Speaker 1: have the ball, we allow pushing and shoving a little more.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Also in the Olympics, I saw they were more strict
- 45:09Speaker 1: on traveling. Yes, And I think those those couple of
- 45:15Speaker 1: rules is what maybe Dennis is saying towards the no entertainment.
- 45:21Speaker 1: In the NBA, it seems like you can take the
- 45:23Speaker 1: third step step if the play is spectacular. You know,
- 45:29Speaker 1: they don't really even when you take all most of
- 45:32Speaker 1: the time, when the guy starts dribbling to take you
- 45:35Speaker 1: off the driven in the NBA, he traveled. You stepped
- 45:39Speaker 1: left before the ball hit the floor. That's called traveling.
- 45:43Speaker 2: It's even when you see in the NBA when they
- 45:46Speaker 2: catch the ball and they get their feet ready to
- 45:49Speaker 2: like go in a certain direction. They haven't dribbled yet,
- 45:53Speaker 2: so they've already shuffled their feet.
- 45:56Speaker 1: Right, And I don't even know that that's something they
- 45:59Speaker 1: can think, and I think that's what he's saying as
- 46:03Speaker 1: far as that is allowed, because it can create a
- 46:07Speaker 1: better entertainment, right sticking to the rules. Like college college
- 46:13Speaker 1: guys are held more by the book than NBA. But
- 46:19Speaker 1: in the NBA a college Oh, they're just more athletic.
- 46:21Speaker 1: But you did split your feet and haven't dribbled and
- 46:25Speaker 1: then dribbled. That's traveling. So but interesting that those two
- 46:30Speaker 1: going at the Olympics, and you feel our teams will consistently,
- 46:36Speaker 1: I don't know. I think a team like Canada now
- 46:42Speaker 1: that's feeling their roster is about ten of those twelve
- 46:45Speaker 1: guys are NBA players, just like we saw with Serbia.
- 46:51Speaker 1: So it's one of two teams because they have so
- 46:54Speaker 1: many NBA players. I think we'll derail us.
- 46:58Speaker 8: Again because I was surprised to even hear that he
- 47:03Speaker 8: played for Germany. Yeah, I knew he was from Germany,
- 47:07Speaker 8: but I forgot that he had even Yeah.
- 47:11Speaker 2: Two Olympics for their team because he came over here
- 47:16Speaker 2: when he was nineteen.
- 47:18Speaker 8: Right and off the Germany and sooner or later, the
- 47:22Speaker 8: United States team is going to catch a team like
- 47:24Speaker 8: a Canada, who most of us play against. You guys
- 47:28Speaker 8: during the year anyway, so we know how to play
- 47:31Speaker 8: you now with using these European rules.
- 47:35Speaker 1: Mike Tyson has to go to break Big Kenny wanted
- 47:38Speaker 1: to know that everyone knows something that he enjoyed. Mike
- 47:42Speaker 1: Tyson now with his edible boxing glove boxing glove. So
- 47:48Speaker 1: he started off with the ear design to his gummy Yeah,
- 47:53Speaker 1: and now he has the boxing glove comedy for you
- 47:59Speaker 1: to knock you out. That is it more potent than
- 48:03Speaker 1: the ear that I'm supposing I'm supposing.
- 48:06Speaker 2: You know that that that's there, that's a c level higher.
- 48:10Speaker 8: I'll have to find out in the boxing glove and
- 48:12Speaker 8: I have to fire it out because they you know,
- 48:14Speaker 8: they're they're advertising it as to kind of knock you out.
- 48:18Speaker 1: But we'll see if it's higher than the ear. You
- 48:21Speaker 1: try a little bit of that and and let us
- 48:23Speaker 1: know how about that.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Okay, I do that matter of fact. Don't get some

- 52:15Speaker 2: Okay, okay, okay, okay, ready, We're ready. We got Rochester.
- 52:20Speaker 1: We'd have been to Joshua Tree three times. We've been
- 52:24Speaker 1: Joshua Tree three times this season alone. Speaking of someone
- 52:28Speaker 1: who probably has been to the Joshua Tree, Lawrence Taylor, Yeah,
- 52:33Speaker 1: speaking of you wouldn't be surprised if you were sitting
- 52:35Speaker 1: there having some Sir Davis Whiskey and one of.
- 52:40Speaker 8: Them, Mike Tyson, and I found out the ears and
- 52:44Speaker 8: the boxing gloves are both ten milligrams.
- 52:46Speaker 1: Okayeh And LT said, back in eighty six he went
- 52:51Speaker 1: out the Joshua tree. You wouldn't that wouldn't shock you.
- 52:55Speaker 2: LT.
- 52:56Speaker 8: Could say, back in eighty six we planed Joshua. He
- 53:01Speaker 8: was on the way to the forest, but that's as
- 53:03Speaker 8: far as we got. So we just threw the tree
- 53:05Speaker 8: in the ground right there. But Lawrence Taylor, his felony
- 53:08Speaker 8: case has been dropped.
- 53:11Speaker 1: His attorney is saying down in Brought County that the
- 53:15Speaker 1: prosecutors drop the case and they found basically it was
- 53:21Speaker 1: stemming from some allegations about him not registering. Remember he's
- 53:28Speaker 1: a registered sex offender, so anywhere he moves he has
- 53:33Speaker 1: to let that area know. But somewhere in all this,
- 53:37Speaker 1: his ex wife, his a strange wife, made these claims
- 53:46Speaker 1: in order to gain leverage in their three year divorce battle.
- 53:51Speaker 1: So the young lady or a woman that he is
- 53:55Speaker 1: married to, they're getting, says three year divorce battle. So
- 53:58Speaker 1: it's taken a little while to get this divorce out
- 54:01Speaker 1: the way, But she provided this information. I guess it's
- 54:06Speaker 1: trying to get him locked up. I guess would that
- 54:08Speaker 1: would that make your case solid if you can get
- 54:11Speaker 1: your spouse locked up? Well, does that have does one
- 54:16Speaker 1: thing have to do with the other.
- 54:19Speaker 2: A divorce?
- 54:20Speaker 8: It depends on what we've got on the table when
- 54:26Speaker 8: it comes to our divorce. H we are do we
- 54:29Speaker 8: dividing property? Are we dividing assets? Do we have children together?
- 54:34Speaker 8: So anything that looks poorly to your character could affect
- 54:39Speaker 8: those proceedings. You know you're on and he's asked for
- 54:41Speaker 8: joint custody, but this is a registered sex friender who
- 54:45Speaker 8: won't register that that could be dangerous, you know that
- 54:48Speaker 8: kind of thing. So uh, and then just to get
- 54:51Speaker 8: him out of the way where he can't instruct a
- 54:54Speaker 8: lawyer or he can't be present for proceedings, which a
- 54:58Speaker 8: lot of times if you're not present is the judgment
- 55:02Speaker 8: is for the person who is. So if I'm locked up,
- 55:06Speaker 8: I can't make it to court and that could help
- 55:09Speaker 8: her in ways as well.
- 55:11Speaker 3: Well.
- 55:12Speaker 1: The case has been dropped and I guess lt the
- 55:15Speaker 1: divorce is still on three years. It's so funny how
- 55:20Speaker 1: I was laughing last night with my family of how
- 55:24Speaker 1: people like Jeff Bezos was able to settle seventy billion
- 55:31Speaker 1: dollar divorce over in seventy two hours, but people just
- 55:37Speaker 1: fighting over five dollars maybe four years. It took me
- 55:41Speaker 1: seven years for you to get that love seat, and
- 55:47Speaker 1: that kind of strange though, you find out that y'all
- 55:50Speaker 1: were fighting over this and these people over here giving
- 55:53Speaker 1: out money.
- 55:54Speaker 8: Here you go thirteen billion dollars and I'm gonna take
- 55:57Speaker 8: the rest and we're gonna part ways. Okay, okay, but no, no,
- 56:04Speaker 8: Now that's my terrible time.
- 56:09Speaker 2: That's mine.
- 56:10Speaker 3: You know I bought that. That's when we went to
- 56:13Speaker 3: the game.
- 56:14Speaker 2: Take it.
- 56:16Speaker 1: Oh no, I don't want it now, get it to
- 56:19Speaker 1: me to Judge, Go get me these towels. So Lawrence
- 56:24Speaker 1: Taylor said, here, stay.
- 56:26Speaker 2: Out of trouble.
- 56:27Speaker 1: Empty, and I think this is his third wife. So
- 56:30Speaker 1: it's been a it's been a.
- 56:32Speaker 2: But really, ain't it all of our third wives? You
- 56:35Speaker 2: know what I'm saying?
- 56:36Speaker 1: Am I right?
- 56:36Speaker 2: We've all had three wives? Am I right?
- 56:38Speaker 9: No?
- 56:40Speaker 2: Just me and Empty?
- 56:43Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 56:44Speaker 2: But but we and j Lo Yeah, but we're the
- 56:46Speaker 2: only ones on probation too. Jyl might be on it.
- 56:50Speaker 2: To in a minute.
- 56:50Speaker 1: She went, this might come knocking about some of that
- 56:54Speaker 1: puff daddy?
- 56:55Speaker 2: Did he greg you?
- 56:57Speaker 1: In the music business? You DJ? Sometimes? Are you allowed
- 56:59Speaker 1: to pay play? Did he now anymore? I know it
- 57:02Speaker 1: was a band for a couple of weeks, but people
- 57:04Speaker 1: lose lessen.
- 57:06Speaker 2: You gott you. It's always a risk. I don't think
- 57:11Speaker 2: he hasn't been banned, but it's always a risk to
- 57:13Speaker 2: play you gotta it's gotta be the right song at
- 57:16Speaker 2: the right which song?
- 57:18Speaker 1: Which song? Oh?
- 57:19Speaker 8: Okay, at the right moment. Yeah, it can't be can't
- 57:22Speaker 8: be no wrong song. Come on when the young ladies
- 57:25Speaker 8: arrive at the party, you know.
- 57:27Speaker 1: But you can play Missing You anytime, right, I mean
- 57:32Speaker 1: maybe at a funeral.
- 57:33Speaker 8: It sounds like a kidnapping Josh, Now you know what
- 57:36Speaker 8: I'm saying. Did he be trafficking and all of that?
- 57:38Speaker 8: Missing You as somebody on a milk cart and you.
- 57:40Speaker 1: Don't want you got to be a particular song in
- 57:43Speaker 1: a particular mood, Like I I've seen a lot of
- 57:47Speaker 1: DJs say that they'll play all about the Benjamins, but
- 57:52Speaker 1: they kind of got to sneak it in there while
- 57:55Speaker 1: you know, it just has to be the right moment.
- 57:58Speaker 2: It's always a risk. It's always a risk because just
- 58:02Speaker 2: because where how people like a lobby just turned off.
- 58:06Speaker 8: Because I'm telling you, when they're doing the line dances
- 58:08Speaker 8: at the club, everything going smooth.
- 58:10Speaker 2: Didn't you hear that? Step in the Name of Love?
- 58:12Speaker 1: And everybody go to step and then somebody us up
- 58:15Speaker 1: something you can play. We about to go to break grab.
- 58:18Speaker 2: Us, okay, grab us some trafficking music that you can.
- 58:23Speaker 1: You can drop in some human trafficking music, some dope
- 58:27Speaker 1: you up, get you drunk and take advantage of you
- 58:30Speaker 1: on a playing music that's so we can you know,
- 58:32Speaker 1: sneak a little ditty and there. If you're gonna sneak
- 58:34Speaker 1: a song in on them, what would it be?
- 58:36Speaker 2: Let's hear it on the rock version of the.
- 58:46Speaker 1: Benjamins And yeah, he says, pulled my life together like
- 58:51Speaker 1: rock and roll. The rock version. We'll duck show.
- 59:03Speaker 2: What you'll want to do.
- 59:04Speaker 6: I want to be ballers, shock callers, ballers, be dipping
- 59:08Speaker 6: in the business, ballers on the load from the Jake
- 59:12Speaker 6: in the tour and trying to get my hands on.

- 59:57Speaker 29: That's the sound of your life, perfectly imperfect, beating in
- 1:00:04Speaker 29: rhythm to the world you've created. But every time you
- 1:00:08Speaker 29: drive after drinking, music gets drowned out. Your life sounds
- 1:00:15Speaker 29: pretty great. Don't let a buzz ruin it. Buzz driving

- 1:00:22Speaker 29: in the AD Council. And now let's talk about something exciting,
- 1:00:25Speaker 29: life insurance. Three quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents
- 1:00:28Speaker 29: a critical piece of financial security, yet only forty nine
- 1:00:32Speaker 29: percent actually have life insurance.
- 1:00:34Speaker 30: When I was twenty five, me and my wife were
- 1:00:35Speaker 30: just getting started with our family and thought we lived forever.
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: Life insurance was the last thing on my mind. What
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 1:00:43Speaker 30: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 1:00:45Speaker 30: bills piling up, I was worried how my family was
- 1:00:47Speaker 30: survived without me. That's what I made an appointment with
- 1:00:49Speaker 30: the insurance informant.
- 1:00:50Speaker 11: Information gives you power, and life insurance gives your family
- 1:00:53Speaker 11: security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 1:00:56Speaker 30: Now that I'm older, I don't worry about whether I
- 1:00:58Speaker 30: leave my family with bills are benefits?
- 1:01:00Speaker 11: The answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or fifty,
- 1:01:03Speaker 11: whether you earn a little or a lot. All you
- 1:01:05Speaker 11: need is the insurance informant to help you build a
- 1:01:07Speaker 11: foundation of security, because without you, your family will have
- 1:01:11Speaker 11: two options, benefits or bills? Which legacy will you leave behind?
- 1:01:16Speaker 11: Log on today benefits or bills?
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: Dot com? That's benefits or bills dot com?
- 1:01:26Speaker 24: No, en, I don't have, Why shall share your and
- 1:01:31Speaker 24: we hold the world ransom for Dandy?
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: Excuse me while I whip this out broadcasting live and
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: it led to your joy. This is the Sports Show
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: with Wayne Dandy. You may kill VEGANI council fil comes
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: alo is it just.
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: The way. Welcome back to the sword Shock Shop. I'm
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: the swart Shock Wayne Gainy. Good morning to you out
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: there and listening land. Glad to be here with you
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: on this Thursday, rolling into what we call week zero
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: of college football. They added this, it's happening, but it's
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: not really happening next week. That sounded like it counts.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: Next week is like when everybody will be on tap sportshock.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: That sounded like jail. It's happening, but it ain't really happening.
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: They got on that. It triggered me. Usually it's happening,
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: but it's not really. Just let it happen.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: What a phone book ain't even in the phone book.
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: It's happening this weekend, but it's not really. It's not
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: really happening. So this is week zero, meaning that next week,
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: probably on a Thursday, you just start seeing boo hoo
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: kind of games. It'd be too many games, charging you
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: all kind of prices. All your rates will start kicking
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: in for the college packages. So don't look at your
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: bill and be confused when you see that extra sixty
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: nine ninety nine for the Big Ten package or or
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: the North Winnipeg State Sports package. What I'm saying, they
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: have those out there. North Winnipec State has a sports package.
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: I did see a site reported that October twelfth is
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: one of the most popular wedding dates for this year,
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: and on that day Ohio State plays Oregon the current
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: rate two and three, Texas place Oklahoma, Ole miss placed
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: LSU and they both top fifteen and Penn State plays
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: USC on on that day, October Twelfctober twelfth, which is
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: a very pop the most popular wedding date of the year.
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: Do you think people are doing that just so we
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: can have a really good game party.
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: Like all the wedding venues I guess they're saying will
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: be open open because everybody be at those games or
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: watching those games, or or some guys will.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: Have to make a choice. I wonder about that.
- 1:04:22Speaker 8: I wonder about that when I mean, when I propose
- 1:04:25Speaker 8: to you, And she said, because generally once you propose,
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: your work is picking done a rien and I you know,
- 1:04:34Speaker 8: I found you somewhere, and an't you still long enough
- 1:04:37Speaker 8: to go Let's get married? And so now the rest
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: of this stuff is when you want to get married,
- 1:04:41Speaker 8: and she picks that date, and then you go hold
- 1:04:43Speaker 8: on Penn State, who they're playing usc Maybe listen, baby, listen,
- 1:04:50Speaker 8: I'm saying not couldn't we do it to day? But
- 1:04:52Speaker 8: my grandmother's my grandmother might not make it.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: Was she a good grandmother? Yeah, I'm saying, I don't know.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: That's gonna be tough. I think we should maybe do
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: this in January. That's what That's what you're gonna have
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: to go with. Comeand I mean who gets married in
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: the fall anyway? Yeah, because none of my friends are
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: gonna be available. They're all going to the game.
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: So who Oregon plays Ohio State? Nobody?
- 1:05:21Speaker 8: They ring number two and three. My daddy might not
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: show up. I'm saying, my daddy might not be at
- 1:05:28Speaker 8: my wedding.
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: I don't know. We are really rolling the dice right now,
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: because come on, man, I don't know.
- 1:05:37Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: Anthony Edwards one of the young stars that we have
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: talked about with the age of Lebron James and the
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: age of Steph Curry, the age of k d Somebody
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: that Anthony atte was just celebrated his twenty third birthday,
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: someone that in two years they could give the baton
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: too and can to start being the face of the
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: league with his game, him Victor women Yama. But the
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: thing that hurts, like we talk about with Joker and
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: our man down with the Mavericks, Luca, is that they
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: aren't American citizens. And no matter how great you've been,
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: there was always that little bit of the table you
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: couldn't get to because of that. Anthony Edwards going on
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: record putting down and I've always so been interested with
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: how comparison seems to push sports, like everything, things that
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: you can't even prove to be true. You can't prove
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: that Mike Tyson can beat Joe Jack Johnson. You couldn't
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: prove that. But we're so set this this would have happened.
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: Randy Johnson would have struck out, Babe, Ruth, How do
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: you know that?
- 1:07:03Speaker 9: What? What?
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: What part of science made you feel that either one
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: would happen? So Anthony that was making comments that the
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: only person in the past generations that had any skill
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: was Michael Jordan, uh it. When I heard him make
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: that statement, it was like the young lady that was
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: talking about the tuna, the chicken, what was her name?
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: Just right, fish if it's.
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: And it's the same with him making this statement that
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: past generation says that Michael Jordan was the only player with.
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: Skill, but it meant that he never really watched the
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: older generation.
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: I don't know which is worse, because if he's twenty three,
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: that means what he was born in two thousand and one. Wow,
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: Michael Jordan, I think retired in two thousand and two,
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: So you basically your whole life he's been retired. But
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: you'll give him the credit of skill. But then say
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: to other people from that era didn't have any skill.
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: Watch how would you know a comedian funny or not
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: if you never listen to his skit.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: That's the point you gauge that you don't know. You can't.
- 1:08:36Speaker 8: But someone asked me, and I have an opinion, and
- 1:08:40Speaker 8: my opinion pretty valid on my timeline. When I post stuff,
- 1:08:44Speaker 8: people like it and they put emoji's behind it and
- 1:08:48Speaker 8: they share it. So my opinion's valid. And so you
- 1:08:53Speaker 8: asked me, and I give my limited opinion like it's fact.
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: Comanchie.
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: I think that this would it was just something for
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: him to say, like someone someone asked him the question,
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: and he I think he just painting himself into a corner,
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: like he probably watched Jordan watched highlights of Jordan, but
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: he didn't really watch anybody else, And.
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: Make sure I get that. His statement is, I didn't
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: watch it back in the day, so I can't speak
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: on it. Edward said. They say it was tougher back
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: then than it is now, but I don't think anybody
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: had skill back then except for Jordan was the only
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: one that really had skill. But now everybody has skill.
- 1:09:48Speaker 8: Well, a lot of that is what A lot of
- 1:09:51Speaker 8: that is, as a lot of children do, comes from
- 1:09:54Speaker 8: ear hustling the people around you who have influence in
- 1:09:58Speaker 8: your life, whom you you respect, who impact your day
- 1:10:02Speaker 8: to day goings on. Start talking and you adopt that
- 1:10:06Speaker 8: because my uncle, my daddy, my cousin, my next door neighbor,
- 1:10:10Speaker 8: my little league coach. They talk about Jordan in a
- 1:10:14Speaker 8: way where he's deified. I don't never hear none of
- 1:10:16Speaker 8: these older dudes, no Shack, I ain't now. I don't
- 1:10:19Speaker 8: know who Carmelo or Marbury. I never watched that.
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: I wasn't into it.
- 1:10:24Speaker 8: But every time they started talking that Jordan's name came up.
- 1:10:29Speaker 8: So when you ask me who's the guy from back then,
- 1:10:32Speaker 8: I say Jordan. I say they ain't got no skill,
- 1:10:35Speaker 8: because that's what everybody in my generations say that nobody
- 1:10:38Speaker 8: else has anything and we have it all. So a
- 1:10:42Speaker 8: lot of that is just the combination of the circumstances
- 1:10:45Speaker 8: that he was brought up.
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: In, and it's just something that was like, I guess.
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: He's okay saying anything for attention, and I'm hoping that's
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: not it because he's a brilliant player, and I almost
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: want to nominate him for the new face of the
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: league because his game and his attitude. I don't have
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: an issue with the braggadocia. You remind me of Gary Payton.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: But Gary Payton didn't have any skill.
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: I don't know. But they called him the Gloff. It
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: is so he could shut you down, fits so so
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: tight that such a such a precise fit that nothing
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: gets in or out.
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: That's what they named this man. And then I said,
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: he looked like Dwayne Wade, But then Dwayne Wade would be.
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: From back then to so and so he let me
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: ask you any skill.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: But then there's a guy named Magic. I guess that
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: was not skilled with.
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: But he tol the ball, didn't he didn't have a bag,
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: he didn't have a you know, no crossover, no step back,
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: you know when he catched the ball, he staying there.
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: He don't shuffle his feet before you start dribbling and
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: see and dunking nobody.
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: And we keep looking at that you mentioned Carter, He's
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: still kind of dogs. This took a man to the rim,
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: with him in the air, with him, with him holding
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: his hand, holding his hand so he wouldn't hurt him.
- 1:12:33Speaker 8: I didn't want you to get the full brunt. But
- 1:12:35Speaker 8: let me ask you. We've talked about man being the
- 1:12:40Speaker 8: new face of the league. They might want that. Do
- 1:12:42Speaker 8: you think he wants that? A lot of Sometimes how
- 1:12:45Speaker 8: he actses and tie make me the focus and tie
- 1:12:51Speaker 8: my my reputation won't stand up under all of the
- 1:12:55Speaker 8: kind of thing.
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: So do you think that he's interested in being the face?
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: I think he is. I think he suffers from a
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: little bit of that Minnesota Timberwolves none viewership. Right, We've
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: seen other teams like Garnett and Marlberry, guys that left there.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: Kevin love that the city would give him the money,
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: but it didn't come with any kind of any endorsements
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: or you know, they the team had to be super
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: good to get national games, whereas certain teams like the
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: Lakers just have to be average, just have to.
- 1:13:41Speaker 2: Just have a game. Just have a game. We'll be
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: back when the Sports Jock Show right after this.
- 1:13:48Speaker 5: I put this together to the bells of those that
- 1:13:51Speaker 5: boot those, I'm like a lacket, those of self, I'm
- 1:13:55Speaker 5: what he dealing.
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: Just say Fox Woman, Wheel and bow Away.
- 1:14:00Speaker 10: More of The Sports Jock Show with Wayne Gantidia's dumbing
- 1:14:04Speaker 10: up masked.
- 1:14:06Speaker 31: In sitcoms, when someone has a problem, they just blurt
- 1:14:09Speaker 31: it out and move on.
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: Well, I lost my job and my parakeet is missing.
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: How is your day?
- 1:14:16Speaker 31: But the real world is different. Managing life's challenges can
- 1:14:19Speaker 31: be overwhelming.
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: So what do we do? We get support?
- 1:14:23Speaker 31: The Huntsman Mental Health Institute and the AD Council have

- 1:15:00Speaker 32: More officials sign up today at high school officials dot com.
- 1:15:07Speaker 4: Have you noticed bad behavior has become normalized at interscholastic
- 1:15:11Speaker 4: athletic events. Some fan seem angry, they lack civility toward
- 1:15:15Speaker 4: one another, Some even get aggressive and unruly.
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: Time out.
- 1:15:21Speaker 32: What is going on?
- 1:15:23Speaker 2: This has to stop. Let's not forget.
- 1:15:27Speaker 4: School sports aren't just about winning, and they're definitely not
- 1:15:30Speaker 4: an excuse to take your frustrations out on the official
- 1:15:33Speaker 4: or the opponent. They're about teaching lessons like perseverance, respect
- 1:15:38Speaker 4: and empathy so students can learn and.
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: Grow as people, not just as players.
- 1:15:44Speaker 4: We all have a role to play in setting a

- 1:15:53Speaker 4: behave positively at interscholastic athletic events in Georgia.
- 1:15:57Speaker 14: This message presented by the GHSA and the Georgia Athletic
- 1:16:01Speaker 14: Directors Association.
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: And now back to the sports. John Wayne Gandy.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: Was that.
- 1:16:29Speaker 5: Coilae coseila, it's a go bertie, it's.
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: A vert go perty way back to the Sports Shock show.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: I'm the Sports Shock Wayne Gang. A couple of birthdays
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: here going into the weekend. Comedian actress Christian Wig is
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: fifty one years old. That is how you said last night,
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: Ye right, yeah, fifty one years old. Max Crosby of
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: the Raiders is twenty seven. Lamello who seems like he's
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: been around forever. He's just been knowing him since he
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: was fifteen, that's all. He twenty three, LaMelo Ball. Hopefully
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: he stays healthy, he has a good game. He is
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: the most is that one thing he is. That was
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: that LaMelo was the most talented of the three sons,
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: and he does. But he's always and sometimes I always
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: say that's the roll of the dice when you skip college,
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: because college is really when you build the body more
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: than you do anything. You build the body to play pro,
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: so you probably have pro game, but you don't have
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: the body for the pro And a lot of times
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: the ones who get away with it are the ones
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: who are more physically like a Lebron or Kevin Garnett.
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: But we forget a young Kobe along Tracy McGrady. Their
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: first two years they had to build their body and
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: that's typically what college is. And when you skip that
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: and now those injuries things that you can't fight them.
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: So he's fighting NBA bodies with a high school body
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: even though a skill level is there, right, you know,
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: And we talk about that in football. People always thinking
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: where can you go? And I'm like, no, your body
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: is not. You gotta go at least two years. Get
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: your body in some kind of pro shape because it's
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: gonna be three hundred and fifty pounds men slamming on
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: your back. You need to have maybe done some upright rope. Yeah,
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: some cap races.
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: The linebackers do not weigh one seventy five.
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: Yeah, you're gonna look over there and be amazed with
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: the size of some god because I always help people
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: when you're big and you look over and see somebody bigger, Like,
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: where did they get you from?
- 1:18:52Speaker 31: Right?
- 1:18:53Speaker 2: Right?
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: Because I thought from.
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: The land of King, King, King, I came from the
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: land of giants.
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: It's still on my luggage, you know what I'm saying,
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: destination landa giants. And you, sir, it should be outlawed man.
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: A man shouldn't be he's six eight, three seventy What
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: are you doing out here? Sir Ernie, I'm about to
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: slim you on your back, youngster, That's what I'm about
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: to do. But Lamo Ball twenty three. Who else we
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: have here? Adam Thieln who was in Carolina last year
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: at receiver, thirty four years old. Randall Cobb who retired
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: right he's taking a coaching job somewhere. He's only thirty four,
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: but I think he retired and decided to go into coaching.
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: Bill Parcells, the Big Toona is eighty three years old.
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: Little YACHTI is twenty seven. Seth Curry is thirty four.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: We are getting old health. Curry thirty four. Jeremy Lynn
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: is thirty six. Hugh Douglas, my boy, is fifty three.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: Sunny Jurgensen. Yes, a name that has stood the test
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: of time. It's one of those names if you're in
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: the football world. Was said like he played yesterday and
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: Sonny played. We ain't had no face mad, that's how long,
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: but that's how legendary he had become. Sonny Jerkinson is
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: ninety years old, and mister Jerkinson servant. I want to
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: apologize because in trivia question somebody I said you was dead.
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: I'm sorry, miss Jerkinson.
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: I didn't know. Didn't nobody tell me?
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: Tell me?
- 1:20:39Speaker 8: I think nobody didn't nobody tell me, Miss Jackson. I
- 1:20:41Speaker 8: thought you was dead, but I was wrong. To your benefit, Sir,
- 1:20:46Speaker 8: I was wrong.
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: Happy Birthday, the Big ninety zero Tason, the Hill of
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: the Saints, thirty four, Reggie Miller. I guess he had
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: no skill either.
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: He was like the first step Current.
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: Fifty nine years old, cal Ripkin Junior sixty four, Hayden
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: Hirst a tight end is thirty one. Vince McMahon, the
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: Man of Wrestling, is seventy nine. Kelsey Plum, the star
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: point guard of the Vegas Aces, is thirty. And the
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: funny man Dave Chapelle, who has always given off that
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: he's fifty one. He's always had that.
- 1:21:27Speaker 2: Cave when seventeen is Dave Chappelle.
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: Sister Jean, What's what's the basketball team out of Chicago?
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: Loyola Chicago, Loyola? She had her one hundred and fifth birthday,
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: is Sister Jean. If that don't make you want to
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: walk the right path, you know what I'm saying. So,
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: Sister Jeans saw Sunny Jergison play yep.
- 1:21:54Speaker 8: Sister jan Paris, she ain't curriaged Sunday Jerseys. Here, young man,
- 1:22:02Speaker 8: you can make something of yourself. They'll be talking about.

- 1:22:09Speaker 1: put they gonna put a bar across that helbit so
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: you don't get hitting the.
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: Nose is one oh five? His sister Jean, What else
- 1:22:18Speaker 2: did we have? Travis Kelce is.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: Going to have a small role in Happy Gilmore Too. Yes,
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: Happy Gilmore was so long ago. I have kind of
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: got why. I've forgotten the movie. I know he was golfing.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: Why why why Gilmore?
- 1:22:35Speaker 2: Happy?
- 1:22:36Speaker 8: Happy Gilmore was Adam Sandler's character. Yes, And in the
- 1:22:39Speaker 8: movie he had Carl Weathers famously play his bagger vance
- 1:22:45Speaker 8: type motivator and coach. And he had that fight with
- 1:22:50Speaker 8: Bob Barker, which was an iconic movie scene. But it
- 1:22:53Speaker 8: was again thirty years ago. How does the story expand?
- 1:22:57Speaker 8: What is Happy bring his grandson back? Is Happy dead
- 1:23:00Speaker 8: in this one?
- 1:23:02Speaker 23: How?
- 1:23:03Speaker 3: Why?
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: Now?
- 1:23:04Speaker 8: Like Happy Gilmore Too should have come right after the
- 1:23:07Speaker 8: box office success of Happy Gilmore.
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: Is it his thirtieth anniversary?
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: It may be it could be, if not longer. I
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: know it's at least.
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: Or twenty five year anniversary because I know a lot
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: of movie six, so that's twenty eight years, so kind
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: of like the thirtieth year of it in a sense.
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: Yeah, they're starting they'll start filming next month, so it'll
- 1:23:34Speaker 2: be out sometime next year.
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: So yeah, right by the time they filmed the movie,
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: it is thirtieth almost silver anniversary since they filmed.
- 1:23:43Speaker 2: The last one. Yeah, So do movies like that work
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: for you? They haven't really.
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: Consistently been able to bring it forward like that.
- 1:23:56Speaker 8: The only one that they were able to do, in
- 1:23:59Speaker 8: my opinion, successfully was The Incredibles Too, because it was animated.
- 1:24:05Speaker 8: The Incredibles Too came out I think seven eight years
- 1:24:08Speaker 8: after The Incredibles, but the chronology of the movie it
- 1:24:13Speaker 8: was the very next day, and they were able to
- 1:24:15Speaker 8: pull that off because no one had the age and
- 1:24:18Speaker 8: you know, all of that was the same.
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: We'll be back with more to Sports Jock Show right

- 1:27:51Speaker 1: Three times in a row. You got on replay, replay,
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: and and and sometimes I think, is that is he
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: playing that again?
- 1:27:59Speaker 32: In this?
- 1:28:00Speaker 2: And sometimes I catch myself just so Suson Yeah, we.
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: Were talking about Sonny Jerkison, who was born Christian Adolph Jerkison,
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: the third. Now you see why I called itself Sonny.
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: But I like when I went and saw it, because
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: when I saw his birthday, I was like, let me
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: see how they have him here in Wikipedia, and they
- 1:28:20Speaker 1: had him in the way. I would like that he
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: played for eighteen seasons, playing for the Philadelphia Eagles and
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: the Washington Redskins. So I did like that they denoted that.
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: When we talk about that sometimes on the show, it
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: is wrong for you to try to erase and try
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: to because Sonny Jerkison would have not played for the
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: Washington Commanders because that didn't exist at all in nineteen
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: sixty four when he played for them. Half the league
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: was probably still being formed in sixty four. Yeah, it's
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: probably like twelve teams back. They hadn't even started the
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: Super Bowl, right, you gotta realize, and the first Super
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: Bowl was like sixty six, I think, so when you're
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: always counting when they're talking about this the fifty fifth
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: and because they didn't start the Super Bowl until in
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: the second half of the sixties.
- 1:29:14Speaker 8: And so how come that's not just the acceptable reality
- 1:29:18Speaker 8: we're going to put the Redskins there because the commanders
- 1:29:22Speaker 8: didn't exist. But people's sensibilities won't let that stand as rationale.
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: Why I know, you can't go back in time and
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: erace exactly the person from what they were a part of.
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: That's what you would have to sell. You'd have to
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: sell him on a Washington Redskins jersey. Yes he didn't.
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: That's not authentic. If I was buying that from you
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: online and you told me, oh, I got that Sonny Jerkison,
- 1:29:54Speaker 1: and it came with commanders. That ain't Sonny Jerkson. That's
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: somebody else. Maybe it's great grandson and he and he's
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: still alive, Sonny, I'm talking about Sonny Jerkson.
- 1:30:04Speaker 2: Shiney Jackson, Christian Adolf Jackson.
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: And he's still alive, so he can come speak about
- 1:30:12Speaker 1: it like, Hey, that ain't I didn't play for them. No,
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: if you come, you're gonna he's gonna think he has Alzheimer. Yeah,
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: I played for the command Commander's what had an arm
- 1:30:26Speaker 1: command went to commanders. You ain't give me enough, a
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: fam I need some more of that something man, You
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: got me messed up. But Tom Brady, uh, the great
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: quarterback that He is going in the booth this year
- 1:30:41Speaker 1: for Fox correct Yes.
- 1:30:44Speaker 2: Uh, whose who's getting Who's getting replaced?
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: They moved They moved Greg Olsen to the second team,
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: so Tom will be part of that first team covering
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: the game. This would be his first year. It be
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: interesting to see his personality see if it can fit
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: in the confines of correctiveness, because you imagine a man
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: who played for Bill Belichick that long would be more
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: of the Bill Belichick mindset, right, Their mindsets sets had
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: to align on how to gain success. It seems like
- 1:31:22Speaker 1: it would, but they would have had for twenty years.
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: They rocked and rolled together. Liking each other had nothing
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: to do with that. We got the same mindset of
- 1:31:32Speaker 1: how we should run this team and win. Tom Brady
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: making some statements about how the NFL has dumbed down basically, uh,
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: its league to allow for rookie quarterbacks to start. We
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: know the Broncos just yesterday announced that bo Nicks was
- 1:31:53Speaker 1: going to be their starter. On day one, the Washington
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: Commanders announced that Jaydon Daniels was going to be their
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: Game one starter. It looks like from everything here in Atlanta,
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: Michael Pennix is going to be the Falcons. I don't
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: know if they announced it that way yet, but it
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: seems like without the statement they're making about the preseason,
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: and I don't know that we've seen Kirk Cousins at
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: all at all. No, Yeah, so he hasn't remember him
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: coming off of that. Achilles was going to be right
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: up to game week. So it looks like that's shaping
- 1:32:29Speaker 1: up to be another rookie to start at quarterback. And
- 1:32:33Speaker 1: before all you get mad, Tom Brady is basically saying
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: the NFL is having to meet the college athlete. When
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: he says dumb down, they're having to go down to
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: their level of offense to allow them to play. That
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: the skill level of the quarterback that's being produced from
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: high school and college is not something that can be
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: at this moment excelled and taken up. The offenses have
- 1:33:15Speaker 1: to come down. It's basically what he's saying. Now, some
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: people will read this and try I'm totally with what
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: he's saying. I have to bite my tongue when I
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: call games to even watch. On the high school level,
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: it's like they have transferred Little League, the ten eight
- 1:33:38Speaker 1: ten year olds into high school where we are just
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: trying to figure out how to get the ball to
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: Billy because Billy runs a four to three and if
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: we can just we're not going to really run to
- 1:33:54Speaker 1: play and run different routes. We're just gonna do some
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: stuff to get Billy over here again Big Kenny by
- 1:34:00Speaker 1: himself and then let Billy outrun Big Kenny. No play design,
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: just you know, and that's the concept, and that keeps transferring.
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: So you have offensive you have, you know, with the
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: amount of time that high school and college has cut off. Yeah,
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: these are some of the ramifications that have come about
- 1:34:31Speaker 1: the practice time did get cut short. What did you think, Commanchie,
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: when I told you it took me a thousand hours
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: to become Tom Brady, but they only allow you six
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: hundred and fifty hours.
- 1:34:48Speaker 2: To try to become me. What did you think was
- 1:34:51Speaker 2: going to happen.
- 1:34:54Speaker 34: That?
- 1:34:54Speaker 2: Well, I'm faster than him, so I could do it faster.
- 1:34:59Speaker 8: And I was about to say, maybe, you know, take
- 1:35:02Speaker 8: me half the time because I'm twice the man. I
- 1:35:04Speaker 8: don't know what I think. It's interesting how a lot
- 1:35:08Speaker 8: of what I saw here just a moment ago where
- 1:35:13Speaker 8: they said Damien Wood he made a comment that these
- 1:35:18Speaker 8: owners and these coaches see these shiny new toys in
- 1:35:21Speaker 8: these emerging college quarterbacks, and they want to start them
- 1:35:25Speaker 8: immediately with my team, the Jts Jets, Jets, Jets. We
- 1:35:29Speaker 8: can see how that has hampered great college quarterbacks and
- 1:35:36Speaker 8: had given them three four year NFL careers. The other
- 1:35:40Speaker 8: day during NFL preseason football, see Mark Sanchez. I was wondering,
- 1:35:48Speaker 8: where do I know this face from the hair shoulder length.
- 1:35:51Speaker 8: Now he's picked up what looks about maybe ten fifteen
- 1:35:54Speaker 8: pounds in the face, and I was like.
- 1:35:56Speaker 2: I know this guy, and then I went it's Mark Sanchet,
- 1:35:59Speaker 2: Like why is he he in the booth?
- 1:36:01Speaker 8: Now, this dude was the number one draft picked and
- 1:36:05Speaker 8: over there with the Jets was and wasn't with him
- 1:36:10Speaker 8: no time. And next thing you know, here comes another dude,
- 1:36:12Speaker 8: and here comes another dude.
- 1:36:13Speaker 2: So maybe they do need more.
- 1:36:16Speaker 1: Something well, and I think someone like that's a good example.
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: Mark Sanchez got caught into. They were trying to get
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: him to come up right, and at that time they
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: would stow it and wouldn't come down, which is kind
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: of how you want it. You want the bar to
- 1:36:35Speaker 1: be held. You don't want the Marines. The seal level
- 1:36:42Speaker 1: of what makes you a seal to come down, right, right?
- 1:36:46Speaker 2: Do you no?
- 1:36:47Speaker 1: You wanted to stay at least where it is to
- 1:36:51Speaker 1: become a seal. We say you got to swim one hundred.
- 1:36:55Speaker 2: Miles, right, So swimming the seventy miles is really not.
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: And that's not Steve, that's not so level. And that's
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: kind of what Tom Brady is saying. So I think
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: like Mark Sanchez, back then, they were still holding to
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: that one hundred miles, right, and they couldn't come up.
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: Now they are losing so many of these quarterbacks. They're
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: investing all his money. They've teetered down like Okay, well,
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: I guess we'll make it seventy mins or college just
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: dip your feet in the water. And it's not the
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: NFL's fault. It's more that that's the training that is
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: coming down the pipeline.
- 1:37:32Speaker 8: It's hard to get them to even focus on being
- 1:37:34Speaker 8: able to use a playbook because we ain't do none
- 1:37:37Speaker 8: of this in college.
- 1:37:38Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:37:38Speaker 8: It was get Billy open and he runs a four
- 1:37:41Speaker 8: to three, he'll outrun everybody else.
- 1:37:43Speaker 2: You see a lot of the there are some cases
- 1:37:46Speaker 2: where the if a quarterback is going into the league
- 1:37:52Speaker 2: to try to get maybe one of his coaches to
- 1:37:55Speaker 2: be on the on the staff because they know it
- 1:37:59Speaker 2: not just psychological, but with the with the playbook or whatever,
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: like this is what he does and this is how
- 1:38:07Speaker 2: we can Just trying to get that making that connection
- 1:38:11Speaker 2: has become more important than the actual development with him
- 1:38:15Speaker 2: around different people.
- 1:38:16Speaker 8: Yeah, because they'll send quarterbacks to the team where he
- 1:38:19Speaker 8: was coached by this guy once before. This offensive coordinator
- 1:38:23Speaker 8: and him have a great relationship. It's more of a
- 1:38:26Speaker 8: personal connection. Seems like almost coddling is what my generation
- 1:38:30Speaker 8: would call it. Is you're singling this guy out to
- 1:38:34Speaker 8: give him preferential treatment and make it easier for him
- 1:38:38Speaker 8: than actually requiring him to live up to the standards
- 1:38:42Speaker 8: and the standard set previously.
- 1:38:45Speaker 1: And so if I was telling I would really just
- 1:38:46Speaker 1: say not just quarterback, just sports in general. I know
- 1:38:51Speaker 1: at my position, when I watch offensive linemen even in
- 1:38:55Speaker 1: the high school, I'm like, well, y'all aren't really teaching
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: him nothing. You just say he's three hundred and thirty pounds,
- 1:39:05Speaker 1: So I have afraid you're not actually teaching him anything.
- 1:39:08Speaker 1: Just go over there and put that three thirty on
- 1:39:10Speaker 1: him and hope the running back break the line of scrimmage.
- 1:39:15Speaker 1: It's very interesting. We'll be back more to sports Jock show.
- 1:39:17Speaker 2: Right up, this seem up and that's the way it.
- 1:39:32Speaker 10: Don't go away, or of the sports Josh Hill with
- 1:39:35Speaker 10: Wayne Gandys coming up next.
- 1:39:40Speaker 35: Said, you'd never buy your kid candy from the checkout
- 1:39:42Speaker 35: aisle or forget extra diapers. You'd never lick your thumb
- 1:39:47Speaker 35: to clean their face. Never ever become a minivan mom.
- 1:39:52Speaker 35: So when you say you'd never leave your child in
- 1:39:54Speaker 35: a hot car, no, it can happen. Cars get hot fast.
- 1:39:59Speaker 35: The kids can be at risk in temperatures as low
- 1:40:01Speaker 35: as sixty degrees. Fair night, never happens before you leave
- 1:40:05Speaker 35: the car. Always stop. Look lock brought to you by

- 1:40:18Speaker 32: I'm girlailing up dinner.
- 1:40:21Speaker 2: Do you get it?
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: Yes?
- 1:40:22Speaker 26: Good job.
- 1:40:23Speaker 2: So what should I do with all these coals?
- 1:40:25Speaker 35: Don't just toss them out?
- 1:40:26Speaker 17: Put them in a metal container, because those embers can
- 1:40:28Speaker 17: start a wildfire.
- 1:40:30Speaker 13: I understand the steaks are high ha ha ha ha.

- 1:40:47Speaker 12: When the storm rolls in, my time to find a
- 1:40:49Speaker 12: pet friendly evacuation center will have run out.
- 1:40:53Speaker 2: The scorching heat way. Believe me, paralys to cool my insulin.
- 1:40:56Speaker 13: I'll face a hurricane without mets.
- 1:40:59Speaker 2: Now that's a tough filled a swallow.
- 1:41:01Speaker 22: Let's prepare so we all have a better story to tell.

- 1:41:25Speaker 24: Beswing Lock say you can see a sports jaint, I'll
- 1:41:40Speaker 24: sing even.
- 1:41:41Speaker 19: Big Janny, welcome back to the sport shock Shine.
- 1:41:45Speaker 1: I'm the sport shock Wayne again. The big fight between
- 1:41:49Speaker 1: the Padres and the Twins fans the other night up
- 1:41:52Speaker 1: in the stands. I wrote this down, guys because I
- 1:41:55Speaker 1: wanted to hit on it. I know I've always talked
- 1:41:57Speaker 1: about fans entering the court needing to be stiffle penades,
- 1:42:02Speaker 1: maybe even a federal crime. Is it time to make
- 1:42:06Speaker 1: fighting in stadiums a federal crime? Is it time with
- 1:42:13Speaker 1: these fights? Because I see a more and more prevalent
- 1:42:17Speaker 1: it seems some sporting event every night, gang of fights
- 1:42:24Speaker 1: are happening. Is it time to let the fan? No, No,
- 1:42:28Speaker 1: this is this is gonna be federal. That little one
- 1:42:31Speaker 1: hundred and twenty dollars, You think you're gonna pay four
- 1:42:34Speaker 1: hundred dollars and we're just gonna go home home.
- 1:42:37Speaker 2: Make the make the charges like you know, especially if
- 1:42:41Speaker 2: someone does get hurt like these are, this is assault.
- 1:42:45Speaker 1: What are you fighting at a game for?
- 1:42:50Speaker 2: I think for them, it thinks that they think it
- 1:42:52Speaker 2: helps their team win.
- 1:42:54Speaker 1: The two teams ain't even fighting, and they get paid,
- 1:42:57Speaker 1: and they getting paid to play, and ain't nobody on
- 1:42:59Speaker 1: the team had to fight tonight. Sure, every once in
- 1:43:03Speaker 1: a while it happens, but neither team fought each other tonight,
- 1:43:07Speaker 1: and y'all fighting. So what makes you two fighting more
- 1:43:10Speaker 1: prevalent than these people who are actually doing the battle.
- 1:43:15Speaker 2: I think.
- 1:43:17Speaker 1: I'm helping to see you, Oh you're helping me out
- 1:43:19Speaker 1: in the court. Yeah, knocking nachos on the ground. That's
- 1:43:23Speaker 1: what got me because I needed you in the seat
- 1:43:25Speaker 1: yelling so that the wide receiver couldn't hit a snap count.
- 1:43:30Speaker 1: That would have helped me out. So he maybe he
- 1:43:32Speaker 1: had jumped off sides on that play if you were screaming,
- 1:43:34Speaker 1: but you out at the notcho cart bumping fighting people
- 1:43:40Speaker 1: bottom and wheel though.
- 1:43:43Speaker 2: I'm not on the field, I'm helping y'all from the
- 1:43:46Speaker 2: stands with the stands stuff. And I see with the
- 1:43:52Speaker 2: stand stuff, there was a stand stuff, did you it is?
- 1:43:55Speaker 8: Now I'm watching I'm watching this video of these two
- 1:44:00Speaker 8: at this game, going at it, and this young kid
- 1:44:03Speaker 8: at first is taunting the guy that he's fighting with,
- 1:44:06Speaker 8: bobbing and weaving, and the man's missing with his punches,
- 1:44:09Speaker 8: and then the guy says something to him, and then
- 1:44:11Speaker 8: he starts to connect with the punches, and the young
- 1:44:14Speaker 8: kid doesn't seem to want to appreciate that fact. He
- 1:44:17Speaker 8: keeps taunting him, and now he's all bloody in the face,
- 1:44:19Speaker 8: and people are just letting it happen, and you're going
- 1:44:22Speaker 8: to have to do something because what ends up happening
- 1:44:25Speaker 8: is it reminds me of the football hooliganism, where at
- 1:44:32Speaker 8: some point the people who are involved overwhelm the people
- 1:44:36Speaker 8: who are trying to get out of the way. And now,
- 1:44:39Speaker 8: like it or not, I'm in the middle of this.
- 1:44:41Speaker 8: I'm getting injured, things are hitting me when they're throwing them,
- 1:44:45Speaker 8: I'm getting trampled trying to run. It's you know, this
- 1:44:48Speaker 8: is a lot of people fighting, and unfortunately, some people
- 1:44:53Speaker 8: go to the game with the mindset that, look, man,
- 1:44:55Speaker 8: I can avoid the bail at all.
- 1:44:56Speaker 1: I'm asking you in command, is help me with If
- 1:44:59Speaker 1: the signage over the door as you enter it says
- 1:45:03Speaker 1: two year minimum fed if caught fighting, how much would
- 1:45:11Speaker 1: that affect fighting in stadiums.
- 1:45:16Speaker 8: I think nobody would read the sign until until they
- 1:45:20Speaker 8: released the news story that today the man who slapped
- 1:45:25Speaker 8: the other guy at the Falcons Jets game was sentenced
- 1:45:29Speaker 8: to thirteen months in federal crises. And everybody would go,
- 1:45:33Speaker 8: wait a minute, that's a that's against the law. And
- 1:45:35Speaker 8: somebody go, they got the sign and then they start
- 1:45:38Speaker 8: looking for the sign.
- 1:45:39Speaker 1: And okay, so after they prosecute one, yeah, because you know, boh,
- 1:45:44Speaker 1: it just looked like no parking between the hours of
- 1:45:47Speaker 1: seven and three and whatever, it's one fifteen.
- 1:45:51Speaker 2: I'll be okay. But the minute somebody gets.
- 1:45:54Speaker 1: Told explaining that you're doing thirteen months fed fed slaving
- 1:46:00Speaker 1: a dude at the Falcon game.
- 1:46:02Speaker 2: Is that you don't want to do that. They're not
- 1:46:04Speaker 2: going to hold your job, you know what I mean?
- 1:46:07Speaker 1: People, They would realize people should feel like it's a
- 1:46:12Speaker 1: heavier weight because it's becoming too prevalent, and people start
- 1:46:16Speaker 1: doing things like, oh, almost like they've gotten comfortable, like
- 1:46:22Speaker 1: people with the whole cops won't chase you thing.
- 1:46:24Speaker 2: Yeah, it seemed to be an uptick in car chase
- 1:46:29Speaker 2: when it comes to when it comes to shoplifting.
- 1:46:32Speaker 1: They won't almost make a weekly show on cop chases
- 1:46:36Speaker 1: now because it's so prevalent.
- 1:46:38Speaker 2: They do have a weekly show about cop chase literally, yes, yeah,
- 1:46:43Speaker 2: I'm not talking about like Cops Recople.
- 1:46:47Speaker 8: It's it's on Patrol Live where they go out with
- 1:46:51Speaker 8: cops and some of some of them have even gotten
- 1:46:55Speaker 8: more specific where all they show you are the cop chases.
- 1:46:59Speaker 8: They are definitely you Tube channels like that. That just
- 1:47:02Speaker 8: and the understanding with many of them, just like the
- 1:47:06Speaker 8: retail theft is you can't stop me without being somehow
- 1:47:10Speaker 8: legally liable. So it's something has to happen before We've
- 1:47:15Speaker 8: seen people die in sporting venues, they fall, they get
- 1:47:20Speaker 8: hit by something, so why wouldn't this just lead to
- 1:47:22Speaker 8: more tragedy.
- 1:47:23Speaker 1: So interesting story. And I when I threw this young man,
- 1:47:27Speaker 1: Michael Hall Jr. Of the Browns in the Ocean, I
- 1:47:30Speaker 1: even remember prayed that some of what was said was wrong.
- 1:47:35Speaker 1: So today a story is out about that domestic violence
- 1:47:42Speaker 1: case where he was supposed to have pulled the gun
- 1:47:45Speaker 1: on his girlfriend. Now, how much you want to believe
- 1:47:48Speaker 1: it or not for the recanting, but the young lady
- 1:47:53Speaker 1: is saying basically that it didn't happen. Big Kenny.
- 1:48:02Speaker 8: Ass lt ask lt they lie, they might lie, so
- 1:48:07Speaker 8: and see that's the unfortunate part sports shock. There used
- 1:48:10Speaker 8: to be a bar that was set that surely you
- 1:48:13Speaker 8: would never lie about something like that, so when you
- 1:48:17Speaker 8: said it, we could take it as fact and move
- 1:48:19Speaker 8: forward as such. But now that reasonable doubt creeps.
- 1:48:24Speaker 1: Initially, she said they haul and her got into an
- 1:48:28Speaker 1: argument over a dental procedure that the child needed, their
- 1:48:32Speaker 1: child needed. She claimed he hit her in the head
- 1:48:35Speaker 1: with the baby bottle, dragged her feet down the stairs,
- 1:48:40Speaker 1: and pulling the gun at her head and yell, I
- 1:48:43Speaker 1: will blank end it all. I don't care. And now
- 1:48:50Speaker 1: she's basically saying, really, now that happened, Now.
- 1:48:54Speaker 2: What the baby needs some genties?
- 1:48:57Speaker 1: You got that heated?
- 1:48:59Speaker 2: Oh what what's a baby? What kind of dental procedure?
- 1:49:01Speaker 20: Do?
- 1:49:02Speaker 1: Does this get this case dropped? Or when she filed?
- 1:49:06Speaker 1: Because I know some stakes once it's filed, is fouled.
- 1:49:09Speaker 8: Right, Yeah, George is one of those canting doesn't do it. Anything,
- 1:49:12Speaker 8: doesn't do a thing. It's got to play out. It
- 1:49:15Speaker 8: could be considered, but it's still got to go through
- 1:49:18Speaker 8: the courts. I think she should be prosecuted if they
- 1:49:20Speaker 8: find out that she made this up.
- 1:49:22Speaker 1: We'll be back more to Sports Shock Show right after.
- 1:49:24Speaker 16: This Bracker that second it's brother backwards.
- 1:49:32Speaker 1: I'm leaving that debt. Then it got nothing with Judi
- 1:49:35Speaker 1: lanx pus those kids, the pulses, heroes, ticket things and blacks,
- 1:49:40Speaker 1: the governments gets so.
- 1:49:42Speaker 3: Cut the crack.
- 1:49:43Speaker 10: A war going on somewhere on it don't bowl, Wayne
- 1:49:47Speaker 10: Born of the Sports John Hill with Wayne Gandia's coming
- 1:49:50Speaker 10: up next.

- 1:50:00Speaker 2: Man, that's love and.
- 1:50:01Speaker 34: If you love her that much, love her enough to
- 1:50:03Speaker 34: make sure she's buckled in the right car seat. To

- 1:50:22Speaker 11: And now let's talk about something exciting, life insurance. Three
- 1:50:25Speaker 11: quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece
- 1:50:29Speaker 11: of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have
- 1:50:32Speaker 11: life insurance.
- 1:50:33Speaker 30: When I was twenty five, me and my wife are
- 1:50:35Speaker 30: just getting started with our family and thought we lived
- 1:50:37Speaker 30: forever life insurance.
- 1:50:38Speaker 2: What's the last thing on my mind? What about you?
- 1:50:40Speaker 2: Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 1:50:43Speaker 30: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 1:50:45Speaker 30: bills piling up, I was worried how my family was
- 1:50:47Speaker 30: survived without me. That's what I'm in an appointment with
- 1:50:49Speaker 30: the insurance informant.
- 1:50:50Speaker 11: Information gives you power, and life insurance gives your family
- 1:50:53Speaker 11: security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 1:50:55Speaker 30: Now that I'm older, I don't worry about whether I'll
- 1:50:58Speaker 30: leave my family with bills their benefits.
- 1:51:00Speaker 11: The answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or fifty,
- 1:51:02Speaker 11: whether you earn a little or a lot, All you

- 1:51:22Speaker 9: When I first have my baby, I'd get comments all
- 1:51:25Speaker 9: the time about how happy I ms be. I remember
- 1:51:27Speaker 9: thinking I want to be happy. Why don't I feel
- 1:51:30Speaker 9: that way? It was hard to admit that, even to
- 1:51:32Speaker 9: my doctor, but I'm glad I did. She told me
- 1:51:35Speaker 9: it was postpartum depression and that is very treatable. These days,
- 1:51:38Speaker 9: things are feeling good and we're both happier about that. Right,
- 1:51:40Speaker 9: little man, I'll.
- 1:51:42Speaker 2: Take that as a yes.

- 1:52:00Speaker 16: time for the school board when we put a spin
- 1:52:03Speaker 16: on life and sports and how they intermingle.

- 1:52:57Speaker 1: They have a big screen at their place that makes
- 1:53:01Speaker 1: you feel like you're at the game.
- 1:53:03Speaker 2: Correct.
- 1:53:06Speaker 1: I don't know, so I'm not gonna be at the game,
- 1:53:10Speaker 1: but I'm gonna be at a place that make me
- 1:53:12Speaker 1: feel like I'm at the game.
- 1:53:13Speaker 2: They have a place like that already.
- 1:53:14Speaker 8: It's called Sports Jocks House, got the big seventy inch
- 1:53:19Speaker 8: eight K TV and people just feel like they at
- 1:53:21Speaker 8: the game.
- 1:53:23Speaker 1: They feel like seat.
- 1:53:25Speaker 2: It's like you have a seat at the game, like
- 1:53:27Speaker 2: you are you are courtside or you're at the fifty
- 1:53:31Speaker 2: yard and there's one coming to Atlanta.
- 1:53:33Speaker 8: Yes, and I'm saying, we get that experience with a
- 1:53:36Speaker 8: food table. You don't want to play pool too, like
- 1:53:39Speaker 8: while we watched the game.
- 1:53:41Speaker 2: That's all it is.
- 1:53:42Speaker 1: If you're going to a sports you can do that.
- 1:53:44Speaker 1: So am I going to Cosm because I couldn't get
- 1:53:46Speaker 1: tickets to the game because I want the real game experience?
- 1:53:49Speaker 8: Should I just go to the game? That's what And
- 1:53:52Speaker 8: that's why I want to see what the price was
- 1:53:54Speaker 8: for that. Because if the price for a COSM experience
- 1:53:57Speaker 8: is one fifteen and the ticket is one four forty five,
- 1:54:00Speaker 8: I'm gonna just come up with the extra money for
- 1:54:03Speaker 8: the ticket, man, I'm saying, and go to this game.
- 1:54:09Speaker 2: College. Well, people don't want the hassle of going of
- 1:54:13Speaker 2: coming up with the extra thirty dollars. They don't want to.
- 1:54:18Speaker 1: And plus the what they do the automatic gratuity. A party,
- 1:54:23Speaker 1: it's just two people. It used to be you had
- 1:54:26Speaker 1: to have a party five or something. Yeah, now it's
- 1:54:30Speaker 1: coming you and your you and your wife. You ain't
- 1:54:32Speaker 1: got to be it, just be you, just be you
- 1:54:36Speaker 1: and automatic gratuity. Automatic gratuity is added on a discussing
- 1:54:42Speaker 1: case over in the supermarket in London, British Only fans
- 1:54:48Speaker 1: model recorded herself taking off her pennies and leaving them
- 1:54:55Speaker 1: in the supermarket on one of the food isles and
- 1:55:00Speaker 1: the refrigerator.
- 1:55:02Speaker 2: How much time should we give her? A big Kenny life? Right? Life?
- 1:55:07Speaker 2: At least life.
- 1:55:09Speaker 1: It was kind of like that thing a couple of
- 1:55:10Speaker 1: years ago with the young lady from Hollywood was licking
- 1:55:14Speaker 1: the doughnuts and putting them back back. And we've had
- 1:55:17Speaker 1: cases where people I and like, you're consciously thinking these
- 1:55:23Speaker 1: are pranks.
- 1:55:25Speaker 8: But these are deadly games that you're playing. A viruses, infections,
- 1:55:31Speaker 8: things like that can harm people. You think it's cute
- 1:55:35Speaker 8: because you licked the spoon and put it back, but
- 1:55:38Speaker 8: you had the flu. And then I bought the ice
- 1:55:40Speaker 8: cream and took it home and my mama eighty one.
- 1:55:43Speaker 8: You see what I'm saying. Anything can infect her. She
- 1:55:47Speaker 8: eats the ice cream. Now we mourning my mother because
- 1:55:50Speaker 8: you thought you'd be funny today. I think that these cases,
- 1:55:54Speaker 8: if they can be proven that you did it, should
- 1:55:57Speaker 8: come with a minimum tinge.
- 1:55:58Speaker 1: And this young lady actually filmed herself and put it
- 1:56:02Speaker 1: up on social media. My thing command stuff is typically
- 1:56:07Speaker 1: these are the people who would be fire hot. If
- 1:56:13Speaker 1: somebody did that to them, if they came in you
- 1:56:18Speaker 1: lick their doughnut and then put it on their plate
- 1:56:20Speaker 1: and then served it to them, they would be one.
- 1:56:23Speaker 1: The whole restaurant closed down. We have all kind of lawsuits,
- 1:56:27Speaker 1: but they think it's because I you know, I'm all
- 1:56:30Speaker 1: into humor. I love to laugh. I think laugh truly
- 1:56:34Speaker 1: freeze the soul and is one of those things that
- 1:56:37Speaker 1: you can't really get enough of. It's almost like it's
- 1:56:40Speaker 1: like a massage. It's worked out for me. It's like
- 1:56:43Speaker 1: a massage of the soul. Yeah, and your body, whether
- 1:56:46Speaker 1: you know it or not. Right, your body tense inside
- 1:56:52Speaker 1: outside massaging and I always found but I don't under
- 1:56:55Speaker 1: I don't see the comedic edge of going to the
- 1:56:58Speaker 1: ice cream section and licking somebody's carton and then putting
- 1:57:04Speaker 1: the lid back on.
- 1:57:06Speaker 2: I don't see where that's funny.
- 1:57:08Speaker 8: And see sports jock. For someone like myself, who has
- 1:57:11Speaker 8: for whose career is made on massaging the spirit the
- 1:57:17Speaker 8: soul with actual comedy, it offends me an artist like
- 1:57:22Speaker 8: myself because you keep putting it up under the banner
- 1:57:26Speaker 8: of comedy. You ran across the street and dived into
- 1:57:31Speaker 8: the middle of the table where I was dining with
- 1:57:34Speaker 8: my family. We had drinks and appetizers on the table.
- 1:57:37Speaker 8: Then you jumped up and said, goofy man did it
- 1:57:40Speaker 8: again and ran off. And you call yourself a comedian.
- 1:57:45Speaker 8: That's not comedy licking someone's food item and then ambushing
- 1:57:50Speaker 8: them with unknowingly picking it up and eating it, possibly
- 1:57:53Speaker 8: getting sick.
- 1:57:55Speaker 2: Nothing is funny about that.
- 1:57:56Speaker 1: The Great sim Own Bows, her Netflix series or show
- 1:58:02Speaker 1: has a renewed for a second season. I didn't watch
- 1:58:07Speaker 1: the first season.
- 1:58:08Speaker 2: What's it gonna be about. I didn't even know there
- 1:58:11Speaker 2: was a Sabone Bowls Netflix show.
- 1:58:15Speaker 1: Command. She did not inform me of this, So we're
- 1:58:19Speaker 1: gonna have to dock him a couple of push ups
- 1:58:22Speaker 1: because he didn't even tell us about the first season
- 1:58:25Speaker 1: of the s show, says the net. Sabone Bows Netflix
- 1:58:29Speaker 1: show renewed for a second season.
- 1:58:31Speaker 2: What does she do? What is she doing?
- 1:58:33Speaker 1: Command?
- 1:58:34Speaker 13: She?
- 1:58:34Speaker 1: These are things that you're in charge of if you
- 1:58:36Speaker 1: can't handle your workload watching.
- 1:58:39Speaker 8: We have any dumbed down the podcast industry for the
- 1:58:43Speaker 8: starting board operators.
- 1:58:46Speaker 2: I was not informed and.
- 1:58:49Speaker 1: Now we're terrible. People were terrible. People know your whole
- 1:58:54Speaker 1: job is to watch Netflix to see what's on Netflix. Right, Okay, you.
- 1:58:58Speaker 2: Once want to sign that wasn't in the contract to
- 1:59:03Speaker 2: watch Netflix? Right? Part of the.
- 1:59:09Speaker 1: Part that job that that assignment. Now he's recanting. That's
- 1:59:14Speaker 1: what it is that was not given to be. In
- 1:59:17Speaker 1: Oklahoma State, the Cowboys will be wearing wearing a QR
- 1:59:22Speaker 1: code on their helmet this season. It's the first of
- 1:59:26Speaker 1: its kind. Is for kind as far as I know,
- 1:59:31Speaker 1: as far as trying to get n I L deals,
- 1:59:34Speaker 1: I guess you'll be able to put your phone up
- 1:59:37Speaker 1: and go on to that particular player. I don't know
- 1:59:40Speaker 1: if it's one player or it's just all in the
- 1:59:42Speaker 1: same goo.
- 1:59:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:59:45Speaker 2: I didn't see if it was by individuals, so I
- 1:59:48Speaker 2: don't know if.
- 1:59:48Speaker 1: Each player has their own QR code or suggest the
- 1:59:52Speaker 1: general n I L Fund for Oklahoma State, but that
- 1:59:56Speaker 1: will be if you're trying to wonder what that is
- 1:59:58Speaker 1: on the back of that helmet, it is a QR code,
- 2:00:01Speaker 1: so you're not going crazy, uh and the general fund
- 2:00:06Speaker 1: general fund, so it's not individual. It's for the general
- 2:00:10Speaker 1: fun And I'm quite sure if it works for OGONMA State,
- 2:00:15Speaker 1: we'll start seeing it on all our favorite helmets, Florida State,
- 2:00:20Speaker 1: Southern miss in the War, Eagles of Auburn, and we
- 2:00:24Speaker 1: are in the ocean.
- 2:00:28Speaker 2: The truth is he will throw your in the ocean.
- 2:00:32Speaker 26: It's time to wrap things up on the Sports Jug
- 2:00:35Speaker 26: Show with Wayne Candy.
- 2:01:02Speaker 1: When you designs an ocean, it gives Usports Shop just

- 2:01:16Speaker 1: two weeks from the day is the Chiefs and the Ravens.

- 2:01:23Speaker 1: or at any point, you can go to Apple Podcast,
- 2:01:27Speaker 1: Amazon Podcast, iHeartRadio, Deezer Audible or Spoti five. Going in
- 2:01:35Speaker 1: the Ocean today is Ishwar Prisad.
- 2:01:42Speaker 2: The doctor out of.
- 2:01:43Speaker 1: Florida forgotten to put on his hearing aid and doing
- 2:01:50Speaker 1: a colonostope without his hearing aid, he wasn't able to
- 2:01:58Speaker 1: hear that the patient was not fully sedated. I don't
- 2:02:07Speaker 1: know if that's what you really want in your life.
- 2:02:11Speaker 1: Colonosofe and the doctor can't hear you yelling stop.
- 2:02:19Speaker 2: He is being sued now for that he just.
- 2:02:23Speaker 1: Forgot to put his hearing aid in. He wears a
- 2:02:26Speaker 1: hearing aid to communicate with his surgical team, but he
- 2:02:29Speaker 1: couldn't hear the patient. The patient was not fully out
- 2:02:33Speaker 1: when he started, and I can just imagine how those
- 2:02:38Speaker 1: screens went.
- 2:02:43Speaker 3: Hello, Hello, in mind, I'm not sleep.
- 2:02:54Speaker 1: So he is being sued. He has been suspended for
- 2:03:00Speaker 1: is mistake. I wonder why he just wears ear pieces.
- 2:03:02Speaker 1: I don't I don't get it.
- 2:03:04Speaker 31: I know it.
- 2:03:04Speaker 1: I'm schedule, I know what I'm doing. I would like
- 2:03:08Speaker 1: you to hear what I have to say doing a colonostasy.
- 2:03:12Speaker 1: But for that is worried. Prasad walked up like the
- 2:03:26Speaker 1: minimum standard of care requires a doctor to immediately stop
- 2:03:29Speaker 1: performing a colonosophy if the patient is not fully sedated.
- 2:03:35Speaker 1: That's what the laws say. Watch yourself, Nick Kenny, protect
- 2:03:40Speaker 1: yourself at all times. Doc.
- 2:03:42Speaker 2: What is the phone book We'll see you in the
- 2:03:46Speaker 2: future from the Sports Shop Show Peace
