- 0:00Are silver and gold preparing for take off like Santa with his
- 0:05sleigh on Christmas Eve evening? Are silver and gold just
- 0:10preparing to leave the cold and frigid confines of the North
- 0:15Pole? Head South for warmer weather
- 0:18and much, much higher prices? Guys, we got some crazy news
- 0:23this week from our friends at Costco regarding silver.
- 0:27We already knew what was going on with gold, but now we've got
- 0:31news about silver that I think just adds fuel to a fire that is
- 0:36just now starting to burn. But let's talk about gold first.
- 0:41Let's get into some big interesting news about the gold
- 0:44market. Did you know that that Friday
- 0:49the closing price of gold? Now when we talk about gold, you
- 0:53know, right my fellow elves or whatever you people are out
- 0:57there. I can't believe I'm dressed up
- 0:58like Santa Gloss. Anyway, when we talk about gold,
- 1:02we're talking about Santa's real favorite, which is silver,
- 1:05right? Silver Bells.
- 1:07But on Friday, the gold price closed at its highest ever for a
- 1:12Friday. That's according to data that I
- 1:14read. Prove me wrong and it's the 5th
- 1:18Friday close above $2000 in History of the World, right?
- 1:25Since Santa's been delivering presents, I won't make any more
- 1:28Santa references. We're going to be all strictly
- 1:30business now here in the basement on the Christmas Eve
- 1:33Eve Santa Claus Special Special. But Friday when gold closed
- 1:38above $2000, that was only the 5th, 5th time in history that it
- 1:44had ever done that. We are moving here.
- 1:47Here's a interesting point someone brought up just about
- 1:516-7 weeks ago. Everybody was ready to give up.
- 1:55Then again, a couple of weeks ago and I'll raise my hand.
- 1:58I was very discouraged after we had that blast off into all new
- 2:03all time high and then dropped by $150.00.
- 2:07When everybody's giving up, that's the time to believe in a
- 2:12Christmas miracle. But is it really a miracle that
- 2:16we get true price discovery for gold and silver?
- 2:20I tell you, no, it's not a miracle because the fundamental
- 2:24facts supporting higher silver and higher gold prices are in
- 2:29place. That's coming straight to you
- 2:31from Santa Claus. And when everybody wants to give
- 2:35up, that's the sign of a bottom. It's like the airplane, does it
- 2:39feel like to you with the precious metals, right?
- 2:42Like, like our flight has, like we we were on an airplane, our
- 2:46flight has been delayed. We were sitting on the runway
- 2:49for the last three hours, right to us.
- 2:51It was the last three years with the silver price and gold price
- 2:56and now we've taxied out to the runway and the and the pilot.
- 3:00You know, when you're on an airplane and they just put the
- 3:02throttle on, you can feel yourself get pulled back in your
- 3:05seat. I think we're getting pulled
- 3:07back into our seat right now and that the silver and gold price
- 3:12and market are going to surprise us in 2024 because you've all
- 3:17been good boys and girls, right, my friend.
- 3:20So we know, we know Costco sold $100 million worth of gold in
- 3:27the last three months, essentially $100 million.
- 3:31That means annualized $400 million.
- 3:35But but we know the mainstream media is picking up on that
- 3:39story in a big, big way. We know the CEO and the CFO have
- 3:44both made public statements about it.
- 3:46Things are changing, but now. But now, in what can only be
- 3:51characterized as a major development for the precious
- 3:55metals community, Costco is selling American Silver Eagle
- 4:01coins. And I know I'd like to thank
- 4:04Grandpa Treasure Hunt. He was the first person who
- 4:06pointed this out to me. They're selling them by the
- 4:09tube? Yeah, 20 per tube.
- 4:12And most recently, the price was quoted around $549.
- 4:16Now why is that a big deal? What does that mean when you
- 4:19hear that Costco is selling American Silver Eagles?
- 4:24Well guys, that's the most popular silver coin in the
- 4:29world. But more importantly the fact
- 4:34that they sold out. Now I I tried to go on and check
- 4:37the website before I came on here.
- 4:39I'm not a member at Costco. I think we're members at Sam's
- 4:42Club. I don't do the shopping anyway.
- 4:45I couldn't tell if they had them back in stock or not, but they
- 4:48had sold out initially, just like the gold.
- 4:52OK, the CFO of Costco has been quoted many times as saying as
- 4:57soon as we load gold bars and we limit them to two per person on
- 5:02our website, they sell out in the same thing, at least
- 5:05initially happened with these American Silver Eagles.
- 5:09Now, there's something about this that we need to take a step
- 5:13back and look for the forest through the trees, OK?
- 5:16Because because there's a big, big deal about this that I'm not
- 5:22hearing anybody else talk about. Us basement dwellers, we go a
- 5:26level deeper, right? We like to see, dig around, see
- 5:31if we can find, you know, put the put the puzzle pieces
- 5:34together. Consider this with Costco.
- 5:38People go to Costco because they trust them.
- 5:41They know they're getting a good value.
- 5:43It's one of the nation's largest retailers.
- 5:47The people that are buying gold, the people who are buying silver
- 5:52from Costco. I would bet, and I'd be curious
- 5:55what you think, but I would bet that 95% of them are people
- 6:00who've never bought bullion before.
- 6:04These aren't people who who have bought bullying from App Max or
- 6:07bought bullying from from pin backs or from SD bullying or
- 6:11anywhere like that. I would imagine these are new
- 6:14stackers, new people coming on. OK, And it again shows us that
- 6:20that the American people, right, always the last to learn in this
- 6:24regard, are starting to wake up. And the fact that these precious
- 6:29metals products are selling out at Costco is nothing, nothing
- 6:35but a good sign. OK, they're not returnable
- 6:38people I think are interested in that.
- 6:40Like what if I buy these American Silver Eagles and the
- 6:42price of silver drops by $5 and it's not going to drop by $5.00,
- 6:47but if it does, you can't return them 30 days later and get your
- 6:51money back. Any precious metal purchases
- 6:54from Costco are non refundable. But the big story embedded in
- 6:59all this is that these are new people coming into the metals.
- 7:06And that's what we need. The biggest impediment that we
- 7:11had in 2023 to higher silver, to higher gold prices.
- 7:16Do you know what it was? Do you know what the biggest
- 7:18impediment was? Huh.
- 7:20It was. It was investment demand,
- 7:25investment demand for silver, I believe the last time, the last
- 7:28latest data that I saw was down 22% in 2023.
- 7:33Individual investment demand for gold was also down a bit.
- 7:38So as we move into next year, and I'm hearing this from
- 7:44everybody except for Joe Biden, Joe Santa Claus here, it's not
- 7:49working. Joe, it's not working.
- 7:51Not working. Bah, humbug.
- 7:54OK, all right. But we know as we go into 2024
- 7:59in the Fed cuts rates, what happens?
- 8:02What is what? You listen to me.
- 8:03I'm Santa Claus. What happens when the Fed cuts
- 8:06rates inflation. OK, right now we have deflation
- 8:11and that is dangerous. That's the D word basement
- 8:14dwellers. And don't you worry, we're going
- 8:16to give away this quarter pound four ounce American Silver Eagle
- 8:21round in a little bit. But we have deflation right now.
- 8:24And don't you worry, Santa's going to ring his bells 'cause
- 8:27we got to 100 thumbs up. I didn't even have to beg you
- 8:30guys. Merry Christmas Deflation.
- 8:34That's right. Look at the latest Walmart TV
- 8:37commercials, they're bragging about lowering prices.
- 8:40Wherever I go, I go to ALDI, lower prices and we're seeing
- 8:44it, gas prices, $2.00 and where how much is gas, where you live?
- 8:48I'm just curious. OK, I'm going to put it in 2.70.
- 8:54You don't have to use a dollar sign, but put it in the chat.
- 8:57I'm curious what you guys, we are in a deflationary
- 9:01environment right now and why? Because the economy.
- 9:04Thank you, Jim. I know those reindeer are
- 9:08expensive. Sorry, the kids.
- 9:10Anyway, we are in a deflationary environment right now because
- 9:15the economy is shrinking. We even talk about the potential
- 9:19for the D word, right? Deflation comes first and then
- 9:24depression. the Fed is going to do whatever they have to do.
- 9:28This is Santa telling you this guys, to avoid deflation, right?
- 9:33Right. That deflation is like, I don't
- 9:35know what Santa Claus hates. I should be better prepared.
- 9:38Santa Claus hates bad boys and girls, right?
- 9:41And and Jerome Powell, they hate, hate, hate deflation.
- 9:46So they're going to, they're going to liquidate, they're
- 9:48going to print money, right? Turn on the old Burr Bunny
- 9:51printer. However you want to say Unicorn
- 9:53fart test, they're going to tickle the Unicorn.
- 9:55They're going to be feeding the Unicorn beans like you've never
- 9:58seen. And the unicorn's going to be
- 10:00making paper dollars, right? That's what the dollar is.
- 10:03Unicorn fart test next year. And we are primed right now.
- 10:08We are prepared and set up in almost every way for big
- 10:14inflation. When that big inflation hits mom
- 10:17and pop Costco shopper type people, normal folk like us that
- 10:23don't know all the real benefits to silver and gold just yet are
- 10:27going to freak. And they're going to be looking.
- 10:29They're going to be, they're going to be.
- 10:31And that's what we see happening in 2024.
- 10:36Even David Hunter, I I don't know if you follow him at all.
- 10:40He has some pretty radical wow, thank you the amazing world of
- 10:44PC. Thank you for the Super chat
- 10:47from Santa Claus. David Hunter sees an absolute
- 10:53run up right during the first three to six months of next
- 10:57year. But then that we could have a
- 10:59major crash and that could include the silver and gold
- 11:03price. We're going to be keeping a
- 11:05close eye on how that transpires next year, but a major, what
- 11:10they call blow off top in in the equities markets and up to and
- 11:16including and I forgot to ring the bell and I'm going to do
- 11:18that right now up to and including silver, gold.
- 11:21Hey guys. Hey, look, the most important
- 11:25part of this whole basement thing is you.
- 11:27So thank you for being here. Thank you for the thumbs up.
- 11:31You know, don't forget, before you maximize the whole screen
- 11:35when you when you first TuneIn, press the thumbs up button.
- 11:38It looks like my thumb. And don't forget it's a 365 day
- 11:43a year deal here. We're on every single day
- 11:47together. OK, please subscribe to the
- 11:49channel. We're really shooting for 31,000
- 11:51subscribers. Enough of that.
- 11:53This is the bell warning from old Santa Claus.
- 11:56Here it comes. And just for the record my
- 12:05friend Sassy Silver. Thank you Jim, and Merry
- 12:07Christmas. Thank you so much.
- 12:11I now know you guys know Susie. My wife owns 3 cats that I also
- 12:16live with me. She owns me and the three cats.
- 12:19And sometimes they put sweaters on the cats.
- 12:23The girls do because they think it's fun.
- 12:24Now I know what it feels like. And the cats are like, like now
- 12:28I know what it feels like to be one of those cats.
- 12:30So that's where we're heading in that regard.
- 12:34I want to I want to read something to you about what this
- 12:39might explain something. You know, Thomas Jefferson was a
- 12:43very intelligent man, OK, against the big central banks,
- 12:48against the Unicorn fart dust. I just want to read this and
- 12:51I'll read it super fast. But it just unbelievable what he
- 12:56said, what 150 years ago. He said if the debt which the
- 13:01banking companies owe be a blessing to anybody, it is to
- 13:06themselves who are realizing a solid interest rate of eight or
- 13:1010%. Doesn't that sound familiar as
- 13:13to the public? These companies have banished
- 13:16all of our gold and silver medium.
- 13:20This is Thomas Jefferson talking about this, which before their
- 13:25institution we had without interest.
- 13:27Everybody had all their gold and silver which never could have
- 13:31perished in our hands. Thank you for the Super chat,
- 13:35Jim. OK, Thank you.
- 13:37I'm gonna stay. I'm gonna stay on my OK, which
- 13:41never is, which we had without it.
- 13:43OK? And Santa Claus lost his place
- 13:46and would have been our salvation now in the hour of
- 13:51war. Does this sound familiar?
- 13:54Instead of which, they've given us 200 million of debt, which in
- 13:58our case now is $34 trillion in debt.
- 14:04I can't OK froth and bubble on which we are to pay them heavy
- 14:10interest until it shall vanish into air.
- 14:13We are warranted, then, in affirming that this parody of
- 14:16the principle of a public debt being a public blessing and it's
- 14:21mutation into the blessing of a private instead of public debts,
- 14:26is as ridiculous as the original principle itself.
- 14:30In both cases, the truth is the capital may be produced by
- 14:34industry and accumulated by economy.
- 14:37This is, this is great here. But jugglers jugglers only will
- 14:42propose to create it by Ledger, Ledger man tricks with paper
- 14:48Thomas Jefferson basically explaining back then what is
- 14:53happened right now the situation that the United States finds
- 14:57itself in right now, which is not good, right.
- 15:00We don't want to be negative. We don't want to be what's that
- 15:04word? You know the little boys, they
- 15:06cried wolf. And I don't think we are.
- 15:08I think that the reality is we are in for some some very, very
- 15:12difficult times. Let's not forget as we go into
- 15:17next year, coin shop. Chris likes to talk about this
- 15:19on a somewhat regular basis. But we've got the banks that are
- 15:22going to be still under big amounts of stress.
- 15:26Now, they've gotten a little bit of relief because interest rates
- 15:28have come down, but what about commercial real estate?
- 15:32Let me just give you a quick example, a quick example of what
- 15:37the banks are going to be facing next year.
- 15:41Aeon Center, the third tallest tower in Los Angeles, has sold
- 15:47for about $150 million. Well, that sounds great, right?
- 15:51That's big money. That's the third tallest tower
- 15:54in Los Angeles. But it sold for about 45% less
- 16:02than the than the than its last purchase price in 2014.
- 16:09OK, two big things there guys. Three big things.
- 16:13This is the third tallest tower in Los Angeles.
- 16:17OK. It's sold recently for 50%.
- 16:21We're going to round up because that's what we do here in the
- 16:24basement. We round up sold for 50% less
- 16:28today than the last time it's sold.
- 16:31But the last time that it's sold wasn't just three or four years
- 16:35ago, it was darn near 10 years ago.
- 16:38As a matter of fact, we can round that up too.
- 16:40It's 10 years ago. 10 years ago, this building sold for almost
- 16:46twice as much as it just recently sold fart.
- 16:49That's the bank. That's the banks.
- 16:51They took your money. OK, this is Santa Claus.
- 16:54I don't take your money, but those banks, they took your
- 16:58money. You put 100K in the bank.
- 17:00You put 10K in the bank, you put $10 in the bank.
- 17:03It doesn't matter how much you put in the bank.
- 17:05They take your money and loan it out or make investments with it,
- 17:11right? Thinking they can make more off
- 17:13your money then they have to pay you in interest.
- 17:16One of the things they did was loaned money to this company
- 17:20that bought the third largest, tallest tower in Los Angeles
- 17:24back in 2014. They did that same type thing
- 17:27hundreds, thousands of times, thousands, 10s of thousands,
- 17:32maybe a hundreds of thousands of time.
- 17:34Now all that money they loaned out to people, right?
- 17:38That was 10 years ago, OK? Now, now, all that money they
- 17:43loaned out, the collateral that backs it up, the actual
- 17:46buildings are worth $0.50. Sixty cents.
- 17:50Who knows? I've got example.
- 17:52I've given you guys examples here.
- 17:53So the banks are in big trouble. The we we could see massive,
- 17:58massive issues unfold here in the United States.
- 18:02Let's do the giveaway. What do you guys say?
- 18:04OK, hopefully you've entered. I'll do this the same way I do
- 18:08all of them. Let's just look at it again
- 18:10really quick. OK.
- 18:12The four ounce. Look at that.
- 18:14It is just beautiful. I think at night.
- 18:17Can you guys see that? Isn't that beautiful?
- 18:21OK, somebody's going to win this tonight.
- 18:24I have a random. So there was a video that I
- 18:27made. All you had to do was leave a
- 18:29comment on the video. I've got this great program
- 18:33called YouTube Random Comment Picker.
- 18:36I'm going to show you all of it. OK, all right.
- 18:39So here's the video. Well, anyway, that's their
- 18:48comment picker. Bear with me here.
- 18:51I'll do it like this. If you can't trust me.
- 18:55Anyway, there's the video. That's not the video.
- 18:58That's the live stream. Oh, shoot.
- 19:01I screwed it up. Hold on, guys.
- 19:03I got to find the video again. Bear with me.
- 19:06Sing Christmas carols. Talk amongst yourselves.
- 19:09Ho ho ho. Hold on here.
- 19:12So I accidentally deleted. I need to get the URL of that
- 19:15video to. This will only take a little
- 19:19bit. We're doing it.
- 19:20Don't leave me. Don't leave me, please.
- 19:23OK, we're having some technical problems.
- 19:25This happens here, so just take a minute.
- 19:29And OK, content and sort. Filter.
- 19:39Come on. Here we go.
- 19:42Visibility almost dead. Apply.
- 19:46OK, All right, here we go. Oops.
- 19:54All right, so here's here's the video.
- 19:58It's that video. That I made about giving away.
- 20:01OK, now I'm going to take the URL from that video, copy it.
- 20:09Can you guys see that? Well, got to trust me here, but
- 20:12I'll show you when I do the drawing, go to the random
- 20:15comment picker, OK and fetch. OK, so we are not going to
- 20:24include replies and we are not going to allow duplicates.
- 20:32Here we go, 102 hundred, 304 hundred 500, Hold on a second.
- 20:46Oh boy, the wheels are coming off.
- 20:50Is there 700 comments on that video?
- 20:53Can't be comments, hold on and copy.
- 21:24I'm working on it folks. And paste, OK, we're not going
- 21:34to allow replies. No duplicates.
- 21:36OK, let's try that again. OK, there we go.
- 21:44We had 288 comments and there if anybody wants to check me,
- 21:53that's the URL of the video. Now the winner is.
- 21:59The winner is Jamie Hennick. Fit 5671 here.
- 22:08This this guy. That's our winner.
- 22:13Woohoo. Congratulations.
- 22:15Congratulations now. Jamie Hennick, 5671, you need to
- 22:24send me an e-mail at ronsbasementsilver@gmail.com.
- 22:28I will e-mail you a four digit code which you will then leave a
- 22:33comment in the comment section of this live stream to confirm
- 22:38it's you. And then I'll mail that thing
- 22:40out to you right away. OK.
- 22:41Thank you guys, To everybody who entered.
- 22:43Congratulations, Jamie. That's awesome.
- 22:47All right, We got more to talk about.
- 22:49We got more to talk about, OK? Hold on here, guys.
- 22:56Wow, this will be our Christmas Eve, Eve tradition.
- 23:01And bear with me. I'm going to read to you.
- 23:04I thought this guy, really, he's one of the gurus, guy named Gary
- 23:09Savage, Gary Savage said. Hold on here, Gary Savage.
- 23:25There he is. OK, He's apologize.
- 23:37Gary Savage says 2020, two 2022. When it came to the medals, we
- 23:45just didn't want to lose a lot of money. 2023 was the year
- 23:49where we made a little money in the metals, OK?
- 23:53And the stocks did very, very well in the second-half of the
- 23:56year. Says.
- 23:57Metals had been turning sideways for three years as the banking
- 24:01cartel has fought to keep gold suppressed.
- 24:05But as you can see in the charts, gold is in the process
- 24:10of breaking the manipulation. Now we know what Rick Rule
- 24:15himself said. He was more referring to silver,
- 24:18and this was six or seven weeks ago.
- 24:20But he pointed out something that was news to all of us and
- 24:24music to our ears at the same time.
- 24:28And what Rick Rule pointed out was, hey, yeah, over the last
- 24:3030-40 years, the price of silver and gold have been manipulated.
- 24:34But guess what? Guess what?
- 24:36Right. It's like Santa Claus.
- 24:38They don't, they don't care the manipulators, they don't care if
- 24:42they're manipulating the price up or down.
- 24:44What they care about is making money.
- 24:46And over the last 30 or 40 years, the, the macro
- 24:50environment, the powers that be, made it easier for them to
- 24:54manipulate the price down. That can change.
- 24:58And I believe that is changing right now.
- 25:00And the manipulators will be just as happy to manipulate the
- 25:05price upwards as they were to manipulate the price downwards.
- 25:09Remember that, OK, the monthly, the monthly stochastics, that's
- 25:15a big techie thing, are starting to embed in the overbought
- 25:18condition just like they did in 2019 and 20.
- 25:21Most investors, however, will miss the rally because they no
- 25:26longer believe. They no longer believe.
- 25:31Now do you believe makes me think of Santa Claus?
- 25:36Most investors will miss the rally because they no longer
- 25:39believe metals can move. Three years of frustration have
- 25:44taken their toll, and most retail investors are far too
- 25:49focused on the short term wiggles.
- 25:52They can't see the forest for the trees.
- 25:54They will lack the discipline to hold their positions through the
- 25:58erratic surges and pull backs that will characterize next
- 26:03year's breakout. But make no mistake, next year
- 26:06metals investors are going to clock something big, big gains.
- 26:10And he's talking about the possibility of $3000 gold by the
- 26:16end of next year, $50 silver, $65 silver Coin shop.
- 26:21Chris and I made a video earlier today.
- 26:23He's predicting one year from now, $70.00 silver.
- 26:27And we're going to hold you to that coin shop.
- 26:29Chris, Right 3000. Woah, what a super chat.
- 26:33What? Santa's getting a little thin.
- 26:37Hold on, let me get back, man. Wow.
- 26:40No, it's my friend CWLP. Thank you, man.
- 26:45Never expected, always massively appreciated.
- 26:51Where was I, darn it. I had a good, I had a good, a
- 26:54good, a good thought going about this gold market and silver
- 26:58market. Nobody's talking about it.
- 27:01And and again, thank you guys for these super chats when
- 27:07nobody's talking about something, right.
- 27:10Those are the things that always tend to happen.
- 27:13Nobody wants to talk about the potential for a depression.
- 27:17Nobody's really wanting to talk about the fact that we've got
- 27:19deflation going on right now and the Fed will freak.
- 27:22I've talked about that 25 times in the last 12 days.
- 27:26You're sick of hearing about it. I'm sick of talking about it.
- 27:29But it's the reality. And man, as we head into 2024,
- 27:33the setup is just there for rocket fuel.
- 27:37Guys, we can't remind ourselves of this.
- 27:40And that's what this guy, Gary Savage was saying.
- 27:42Like people have given up. Somebody else said it earlier.
- 27:45I've read the other one. That's the sign of a bottom.
- 27:48A lot of you didn't give up. I still believe.
- 27:51You still believe, right? We know.
- 27:54I don't mind sitting on a bunch of silver.
- 27:56I don't mind really sitting on a bunch of precious metal mining
- 27:59stocks. Has it been painful?
- 28:01Yes. Has it been a crazy, frustrating
- 28:05year? Let me fix my Santa hair.
- 28:09Has it been a crazy, frustrating year?
- 28:12Two years? Three years to be in the medals?
- 28:14Yes. But we know what we own.
- 28:17And I know whoa, whoa, whoa. You guys gave me 200 thumbs up.
- 28:22Santa's going to ring his cowbell for you, so this is a
- 28:25bell warning for those A lot of you been asking about
- 28:46this guy. OK, that's Red Monkey.
- 28:49He's the Copper Monkey. But more importantly, this
- 28:52little monkey. I'll tell you something really
- 28:54cute about him, this monkey. And this is the Honest to God
- 28:58truth. He is very cute.
- 29:01My daughter Lillian, from the time she was like 19 months
- 29:05until she was probably five or six years old, their first
- 29:08grade, she took this monkey everywhere she went.
- 29:11This monkey has been down every sliding board.
- 29:18Susie doesn't like 1. My mom always said sliding
- 29:21board, every slide within a 30 mile radius of this house
- 29:24multiple times. But that's the copper monkey and
- 29:28we're gonna he'll become a a new character on the show as well.
- 29:32So we we we we have a hard time really believing what can happen
- 29:40next year. All right.
- 29:41I understand right. It's, you know, it's hard to
- 29:45believe there's a guy who flies through the sky with reindeer
- 29:48and but what we're believing in is actually fundamentally truth,
- 29:53fundamental reality of what can happen for the medals, prizes.
- 30:00Just stop for a moment and think about, you know, it's Christmas
- 30:04Eve, Eve. I don't want to talk about
- 30:05unfortunate things, but the condition of our country,
- 30:08without digging into the weeds, just the United States.
- 30:12Just domestically, OK, think about what's going on here.
- 30:16Economically. Think about what's going on here
- 30:20from a fiscal perspective. Debt. 34 trillion.
- 30:23Hint, Hint, OK, Think about what's going on with the
- 30:26monetary system, what Thomas Jefferson warned about.
- 30:30Think about what's going on in this country socially.
- 30:33OK, Think about what's going on in this country politically,
- 30:39just here. OK.
- 30:40I know there's a lot of good things in this country, too.
- 30:43There are some Wonderful, awesome, patriotic, good people
- 30:47that are fed up with that list that I just spouted off.
- 30:52But that list is the reality. That's the truth.
- 30:55There are a lot of great people I know, 'cause I meet them all,
- 30:58I'm talking to one right now. Most very likely, right?
- 31:01We are good people. The people that are part of this
- 31:03channel are really awesome, good people.
- 31:05But we got big, big, big problems.
- 31:09And we're like really seems like most people don't give a crud,
- 31:12right, Okay. So, so let's think about as we
- 31:15move in the next year, all those factors and none of those are
- 31:19getting any better, Okay. And then zoom out a little bit
- 31:24like Santa has to do every year and think of the whole entire
- 31:28world, Think about what's going in the world on in the world
- 31:32socially. Think about what's going on in
- 31:34the world financially from a monetary and a fiscal
- 31:39perspective. Guys, the world has like $300
- 31:43trillion in debt, OK. The world debt to GDP ratio is
- 31:48more like 3 to one. You know, we talk about it being
- 31:52120% in the United States, 130%, which is untenable, which can't
- 31:58be recovered from. It's mathematically impossible
- 32:01basically. Well, the world's at 300%.
- 32:04Think about how the world is changing also at the same time,
- 32:09right. We could go on for the neck.
- 32:11We could go on till Christmas morning talking about how the
- 32:14bricks and the countries that are joining the bricks now, just
- 32:18here in a few days, more than half the world's population,
- 32:21more than half the world's natural resources, more than
- 32:24half the world's economic power. China and India combined.
- 32:29Almost 3 Trill or billion people.
- 32:32China and India combined. Their military forces, The
- 32:36number of soldiers they have, if you combine China and India, is
- 32:40bigger than the entire population of the United States
- 32:43of America. I'm not saying they're going to
- 32:45attack us. We don't like war, We don't like
- 32:48what's going on. But the reality is these
- 32:50countries are powerful, OK? They're powerful, right?
- 32:55Period. So look at what's going on in
- 32:57the world. Oh, yeah.
- 32:59You know, and it's very sad. We've got what's going on in
- 33:02Israel. We have what's going on in
- 33:04Ukraine. Things we couldn't even.
- 33:07We would not you. We would you believe Santa if he
- 33:10told you five years ago. And it's very unfortunate and my
- 33:14beard's getting in my mouth, but it's very unfortunate that we
- 33:17have war in Europe and a full scale war in Israel.
- 33:23If we told you that five years ago, I wouldn't have believed
- 33:26that we were basically at war with Russia.
- 33:29Proxy war, but war nonetheless. So as we look at, as we look at
- 33:33going into 2024, may this be my present to you this evening.
- 33:39OK, realize, realize, realize one key component, right.
- 33:46We're in a very similar situation to the 1970s.
- 33:51Stagflation, deflation, hyperinflation, all the it's
- 33:55very, very, very similar situation in the 70s, the price
- 34:00of silver went up. It's you wouldn't, you wouldn't
- 34:04believe, right? 2-2 hundred $300.00 silver.
- 34:08If we had the same types of returns in the next 10 years
- 34:11like we had during the 70s, what three $400.00 silver wouldn't be
- 34:16out of the question at all? Gold, 1520 thousand, whatever
- 34:20wouldn't be out of the question at all.
- 34:23But there's a big, big kicker that I'm going to tell you here
- 34:26in a second. I want to thank our sponsor.
- 34:29Santa would like to say thank you to Pinbex.
- 34:31That's where Santa gets all his silver coins that he puts in,
- 34:34all the girls and boys stockings all around the world.
- 34:38What Santa has found is that he trusts Pinbex.
- 34:41That's first and foremost. Yes, Pinbex is on the nice list.
- 34:49They also have a great selection.
- 34:52And since Santa's a frugal guy, you know, I like to give as much
- 34:56silver and gold to all the boys and girls as possible.
- 34:59Santa has found that he gets more metal for his money at
- 35:04Pinbex. And hey, look, I'm getting old.
- 35:07You know, someday I'm gonna have to retire.
- 35:10So Santa is he considers transferring his IRA into
- 35:14precious metals. Well, he's gonna give Pen Becks
- 35:17a call as well, cuz he knows that when it comes to IRA
- 35:20transfers, he can probably get more money for his metal there
- 35:23as well. Check out Pen Becks Pi MB EX.
- 35:26Pin Becks. Pin Becks calm.
- 35:29Thank you. Thank you, Pin Becks, for
- 35:30sponsoring the basement and making all of this possible.
- 35:34Thank you, Craig, for the Super chat.
- 35:37Yes, hello, Ava. This is Santa Craig.
- 35:42Absolutely. Ava Edmonds, Merry Christmas
- 35:46from your old friend Santa Claus.
- 35:48I know you've been a great little girl.
- 35:51And I know that you are, Ava, a future stacker, and that you're
- 35:55going to love all the silver and gold coins you're going to
- 35:58accumulate over the course of your year of of your life.
- 36:02Ava. Thank you.
- 36:03Merry Christmas, Craig. Thank you.
- 36:05Who was I talking to? I was just talking to somebody,
- 36:09darn it. I was having an interview with
- 36:11somebody and they were telling me about all the younger people
- 36:16that are buying silver and gold. Darn it.
- 36:20I wish I could remember there are in Ava's young, young,
- 36:23young. But guys, we've got a whole new
- 36:27wave of young people. Who was it?
- 36:29I must have been on the phone. Darn it.
- 36:31It's driving me crazy. Santa's getting old, you know?
- 36:33Can't remember everything. Somebody some big shot.
- 36:36Because I talked to a lot of big shots.
- 36:40See, when you're a little shot, everybody else is a big shot.
- 36:43So I talked to a lot of big shots.
- 36:45I'm talking to a big shot right now.
- 36:47Thank you for being here. Don't forget, please give this a
- 36:50thumbs up. It's down there somewhere.
- 36:53You might need to minimize your screen to make it happen.
- 36:56Can we get? Look, I I promise.
- 36:58Santa promised his daughter Lily.
- 37:00You take her to the donut shop when we're done here.
- 37:02I only got about another 10 minutes so we can spend
- 37:04together. And I got to get ready to
- 37:06deliver presents and all that great stuff.
- 37:08But can we get the 300 thumbs up?
- 37:11Can we do it for Santa? It was Yara.
- 37:14Thank you Coin shop, Chris. It was Yara.
- 37:16Who? Yara.
- 37:17Who is the marketing director at Arcadia Economics?
- 37:21With our friend Chris Marcus. She was talking about the
- 37:24younger people. She's also like a registered
- 37:27broker for Miles Franklin, which is the company owned by our
- 37:31other great friend Andy Scheckman.
- 37:33Ho ho ho ho. Santa loves Pinbecks, but Santa
- 37:36loves Andy Scheckman as well. Andy Scheckman, he's he's
- 37:40definitely on the nice list because he is a warrior for the
- 37:45silver and gold community. That's a flat out fact.
- 37:48But Yara was talking about younger people coming in.
- 37:51Guys, think about all these factors.
- 37:54And we got to remember gold did well last year.
- 37:58Silver did OK, I I know you. I know you hate me when I say
- 38:02this. I understand.
- 38:03It's OK. But in my mind, like $3233 and
- 38:08silver is the equivalent of 2100 in gold.
- 38:13All right. 31 to me is essentially the new all time
- 38:17high because silver and I didn't.
- 38:20I'm I'm not going to say that I thought this up myself because I
- 38:22didn't. That's how we learned it's from
- 38:24each other. But I heard a good big top
- 38:26analyst, maybe it was that Michael Oliver guy, but he was
- 38:28saying like you got to remember, silver has really spent very
- 38:32little time above $3035 an ounce.
- 38:35So there's not a lot of people that bought silver between 40
- 38:39and $50. There's not a lot of overhead
- 38:42resistance there. So once Silver gets into that 30
- 38:45range, it's Katie bar the door. And I had AI had a big kicker.
- 38:50I was going to share with you guys some more good news.
- 38:53I almost forgot. Thank you for reminding myself
- 38:58I'm not very important, but I'm all I think about.
- 39:04You want to hear something else funny?
- 39:05I was driving my daughters to their soccer game this morning
- 39:08and we're waiting at a stop light.
- 39:10Then there's like a a minivan in front of us and I just look and
- 39:14there's a sticker on the back of the of the minivan that's got
- 39:18like, you know, two people together.
- 39:21And it says wrestling underneath it.
- 39:23Wrestling. And I asked my daughter said,
- 39:25isn't that a funny? She said, yeah, that's a funny
- 39:27bumper. I'm like, why would somebody put
- 39:29a bumper sticker? And if you have a wrestling
- 39:31bumper sticker on your van and this is you, I apologize.
- 39:34Everybody can do whatever they want.
- 39:36But she said, yeah, daddy, like what do they, what do they think
- 39:40we're going to do? Like, pull up next to him and
- 39:41say, hey, you want to wrestle. OK, I thought that was funny.
- 39:47She said that. Like, yeah, no joke.
- 39:49Oh yeah, the big kicker. Santa's always got one more
- 39:53trick up his sleeve for you. We talked about ad nauseam how
- 39:57the set up right now is very similar, very similar to the
- 40:021970s where we had astronomical returns for silver and gold,
- 40:09right? That's the fact, Jack.
- 40:11You cannot argue that. We need 19 more thumbs up, and I
- 40:15can ring the Santa gong. Where's the gong?
- 40:18Where's the gong? Where's the gong?
- 40:20Oh, there's the gong right there.
- 40:22That's the gong. OK, keep giving those thumbs up.
- 40:26But there's a there's a afterburner in effect right now.
- 40:31All those factors, all those domestic issues in the United
- 40:34States, all those major issues on a worldwide geopolitical
- 40:39basis, bricks, all that. Everything go D dollarization,
- 40:43OK. The wars going on, every one of
- 40:46those factors that are similar to the 1970s.
- 40:49There's one little difference. They've all been majorly
- 40:53amplified now. They've all been escalated.
- 40:58The level of debt. Any, any of them.
- 41:00All those factors that contributed to unbelievable
- 41:04silver and gold returns in the 70s are actually, you know, are
- 41:08actually much more exaggerated now, which could easily lead to
- 41:13much more exaggerated returns in the price of the metals as we
- 41:17head in to 2024. Here, This is funny.
- 41:22I wasn't going to share this. I got this in the mail today.
- 41:24I'm going to hide his address. That guy, he sent me this.
- 41:28This is real, OK? It's from one of the
- 41:31subscribers. This is an unboxing and I got it
- 41:35and I thought, oh maybe it's like a one ounce silver bar And
- 41:38and I opened it up and I saw this and I thought, cool, a
- 41:42couple Chick-fil-A gift cards. How not I mean really nice.
- 41:46You know, because I like Chick-fil-A and the truth is
- 41:50that I really like Chick-fil-A so do my daughter's and it kind
- 41:53of matches the Santa outfit. Hey, this is Chick-fil-A.
- 41:57Anyway, so this guy RB, I'm not going to disclose his his
- 42:03personal information said that. And I was like, that's cool
- 42:06because usually I skew my daughters to McDonald's because
- 42:10as you know I have a problem with being too frugal or tight
- 42:14wad. And I thought, cool, that's
- 42:18great, that's perfect. I can go to Chick-fil-A with the
- 42:21girls and you know, it'll be it's a good.
- 42:23I was very happy. I was.
- 42:24I opened the envelope and that's what I saw.
- 42:26And then there was a letter and I thought, oh cool, a letter.
- 42:29OK, well then I opened the letter up and look, this guy
- 42:34sent me $100 bill, which was really awesome.
- 42:38I was like, that's cool. We got I'm going to ring the
- 42:40gong, OK, but which made me very happier.
- 42:44I was happy with the Chick-fil-A, but that really was
- 42:47nice. Uncalled for unexpected, but
- 42:49really cool. Really nice.
- 42:51But this is the best part what he wrote.
- 42:53It's very short. He said, Hey, Ron, a little
- 42:57something for the girls and a little bit of something for you
- 43:01and Susie. Oops, Maybe I shouldn't have let
- 43:04Susie. It's written in pencil.
- 43:05I can erase the Susie part. This is funny.
- 43:09Maybe you can let everyone order a soda for once.
- 43:15And what he means by that is that I've talked that it used to
- 43:17really drive me crazy. Want me to go out to eat?
- 43:20I always want everybody to drink water, but the girls always want
- 43:23to buy sodas and they're like $3 each.
- 43:25Drives me crazy. So he sent me that and I thought
- 43:28that was really funny. Thank you, RB.
- 43:31This is RB saying thank you to RB on a on a serious note, very
- 43:35touching. Very nice.
- 43:36I gotta ring that gong. Ho ho ho ho.
- 43:44This is for you all you good boys and girls.
- 43:52Three rings of the gong for 300 thumbs up.
- 43:54Don't forget we got a train whistle right there by the Weber
- 43:57bear that will blow as this community continues to expand
- 44:03and blow up. When we get to 400 thumbs up,
- 44:06it's time for the train whistle. All right, Yeah, just absolutely
- 44:11crazy what has been happening right now.
- 44:14Let me read a couple of these interesting points of what we
- 44:18had happened last year that maybe we forgot about.
- 44:22And when it comes to Silver, OK, a couple of things that kind of
- 44:27broke this year. A lot of this came from our
- 44:28friend John Little. I don't know if you guys are
- 44:32following him at the Silver Academy.
- 44:35If you're a reader, if you like to read things about Silver
- 44:38Silver Academy at the sub stack, just Google it.
- 44:41You can find it or send me an e-mail.
- 44:43I can send you a link. But he, he came out with some
- 44:48super interesting things that nobody else is talking about.
- 44:51Just a few of them with Silver #1, right, another area we
- 44:55always talk about solar, right, that's a big deal and that is a
- 45:00huge, huge deal for the demand for silver.
- 45:02But the other big area that things that nobody talks about
- 45:06that John brought up this year, high speed rail uses a ton of
- 45:10silver. The military is using a ton of
- 45:14silver in these new developments within hydrogen fuel cell
- 45:18technology are taking a ton of silver.
- 45:21But guys what is really, really going to propel the price
- 45:26higher, OK And I've become much more convinced of this just in
- 45:33the last two to three weeks is going to be the surge in
- 45:37investor demand. The good news is investor
- 45:41demand, I've already said this, but I'll say it again down last
- 45:44year silver down like 22% and we still have what, 245020 silver
- 45:52price. Guys as soon if we just get back
- 45:56to well, Rick Rule, I'll, I'll refer to Rick Rule one more
- 45:59time. Thank you again for the Super
- 46:01chat $100. All the Super chats super
- 46:06appreciated. Not expected.
- 46:08Thank you. Thank you.
- 46:08Thank you. But Rick Rule said this, this is
- 46:12the good news. I in Yarra and I when we were
- 46:16talking it's it's it's it's it's hard to convey this but the fact
- 46:21that excuse me, Santikoff silver and gold are doing pretty darn
- 46:26well in the face of what is crappy sentiment.
- 46:31Investor demand down is a good thing because when it turns
- 46:36guys, it is going to be totally explosive, especially for
- 46:42silver, right. Because at the same time that
- 46:45that investor demand kicks in, we also have all the silver in
- 46:50the world being sucked in by all of these new technologies.
- 46:53Anything electronic, anything green is silver, silver, silver.
- 46:58Hey guys, I guess I since I got so many super chats you bought
- 47:03me off. I won't sing any Christmas
- 47:05carols. You never know.
- 47:05Maybe tomorrow I need to practice.
- 47:07We'll sing A Christmas Carol together.
- 47:10I really appreciate everybody being here.
- 47:12Congratulations to our winner. Don't forget send me A and his
- 47:19name is Jamie Henneck, 5671. Jamie, send me an e-mail.
- 47:25I'll send you a code. Put the code and A and a comment
- 47:28on this video and we'll get that thing shipped out to you.
- 47:31But guys, this has been awesome. Lisa, thank you for my Santa
- 47:34outfit. OK, it's been great.
- 47:37I love it. I keep laughing, keep laughing,
- 47:41you know, look and also remember if you're lonely or whatever
- 47:48during the holiday season. There are some people that that
- 47:51that you know the holidays are great.
- 47:53Now I'm kind of in the middle mixed bag, I'll be honest with
- 47:56you. But some people get sad during
- 47:58the holidays. Just remember, you're never
