- 2:31Speaker 1: So hopefully when you watch this. There is still some left.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I think there will be. Yeah, there's a couple sizes
- 2:37Speaker 1: that it stock. I think there definitely will be some left.
- 2:40Speaker 1: I'm pretty confident with that.
- 2:41Speaker 2: We wanted to make sure, like over the couple over
- 2:42Speaker 2: the weeks, we could talk about it and get everyone
- 2:44Speaker 2: to get one, and so hopefully everyone goes and has
- 2:48Speaker 2: one and hopefully.

- 2:55Speaker 2: fit check on Instagram, yeah, tag relatable, Yeah, and we'll
- 2:59Speaker 2: reshare it.
- 2:59Speaker 1: We want to rate this stuff like what you're about
- 3:02Speaker 1: to listen to. Okay, guys, we've been bread crumbing a
- 3:05Speaker 1: little bit because you'd be like, why these guys keep
- 3:07Speaker 1: mentioning it's to do with the boyfriend Olympics. Today is
- 3:14Speaker 1: group stage number two, where too baddies compete, well, the
- 3:19Speaker 1: two baddies compete with their boyfriends unknowingly to see who
- 3:23Speaker 1: has the best boyfriend. The boyfriends they're the ones that
- 3:26Speaker 1: are doing it unknowingly. Yeah, unknowingly, And it is a
- 3:29Speaker 1: little bit of a couple's challenge in the end because
- 3:32Speaker 1: it really plays on how well the baddies can get
- 3:35Speaker 1: the information out of the boys. But today's challenge was
- 3:39Speaker 1: something very fun. Dress badly on purpose and see what
- 3:44Speaker 1: your boyfriend says. So the challenge was to dress badly
- 3:48Speaker 1: and send a fit check to said boyfriend and get
- 3:51Speaker 1: the results. And yeah, let's just say it was fun,
- 3:54Speaker 1: very fun. So we're going to call two lovely baddies
- 3:57Speaker 1: and see how they went, and then you guys get
- 4:00Speaker 1: to vote at the end.
- 4:04Speaker 4: Hello Casey speaking.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Hello Casey, it's jaking only for the Relitables podcast. How's
- 4:08Speaker 1: it going, so, clue, how are you? We are great,
- 4:14Speaker 1: Welcome to the Boyfriend Olympics.
- 4:21Speaker 3: I have my eyes set on that trophy through.
- 4:27Speaker 1: We love someone that's king doing and I've seen her
- 4:30Speaker 1: results and they're very good. But we won't get to
- 4:32Speaker 1: that yet. Okay, firstly, Casey, we want to say thank
- 4:36Speaker 1: you for joining the Boyfriend Olympics, but honor a bit
- 4:41Speaker 1: about you and a bit about your boyfriend. How long
- 4:43Speaker 1: have you been dating? What's his name? Everything? Don't leave
- 4:45Speaker 1: any details?
- 4:47Speaker 3: Perfect?
- 4:47Speaker 4: Perfect, perfect?
- 4:48Speaker 3: Well we are actually a new couple. No, I think
- 4:53Speaker 3: that's interesting in the game because sometimes the new ones
- 4:56Speaker 3: can actually be better. So I'm really really going to him.
- 5:00Speaker 3: We've been together for like three months, which is crazy.
- 5:02Speaker 3: His name is Will. He is a super tall man,
- 5:06Speaker 3: tall too, tool man.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Really great six six kick four. I know he's got me.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Watch out, watch out, hey. This is a bit of
- 5:20Speaker 3: a scandal. Are you ready for a scandal?
- 5:23Speaker 4: We actually work together.
- 5:25Speaker 3: We are work lovers, I know. So I'm like in
- 5:30Speaker 3: a school like crazy.
- 5:33Speaker 4: It's spicy.
- 5:34Speaker 3: It's spicy, but that's a bit of us.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Is it a high school or is it like a
- 5:37Speaker 1: primary or elementary?
- 5:38Speaker 3: It's a primary school.
- 5:40Speaker 1: He doesn't know you're taking this call right now? Is
- 5:42Speaker 1: in another.
- 5:43Speaker 3: No, I have to run and hard another class. I'm
- 5:46Speaker 3: literally teaching right now. And I was like, guys, I've
- 5:49Speaker 3: got something important to do.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Okay, Okay, that is exciting, so super exciting.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Will is a tall drink of water and it's a
- 5:59Speaker 2: new relationship months in. So therefore he can he only
- 6:02Speaker 2: can be nice.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly, exactly, only nice thing.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Okay. So to the challenge. This week's chance was dress
- 6:12Speaker 1: badly on purpose.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Oh and it was a good one.
- 6:16Speaker 4: It was a great challenge.
- 6:17Speaker 3: It was a fun one.
- 6:19Speaker 1: How this is going to work is I'm going to
- 6:21Speaker 1: ask you to explain your fit to all the baddies listening,
- 6:25Speaker 1: and I'm going to put a photo on whilst you
- 6:27Speaker 1: explain it for all the video watches, and then could
- 6:31Speaker 1: you also explain what you said and your boyfriend's response
- 6:35Speaker 1: in your words, I think and me and Jake will react.
- 6:38Speaker 1: So firstly, the give us a fit rundown.
- 6:41Speaker 3: All right now? The fit, I am a fit gallipop,
- 6:45Speaker 3: Like I often send my boyfriend's pit checks every day,
- 6:49Speaker 3: so like this was an abnormal for him to receive
- 6:52Speaker 3: a cute little pit check. However, the fit horrible a ride.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Putting it on, I was like, I can't believe this
- 7:02Speaker 3: is actually sitting on my body right now. We went
- 7:04Speaker 3: for some ballet tights over some like cute checked short
- 7:10Speaker 3: so I would never put that combo together.
- 7:12Speaker 4: Ever.
- 7:13Speaker 3: I then paired it with the pink a pink fluffy
- 7:17Speaker 3: like crop knit, which is absolutely disgusting. It was gifted
- 7:21Speaker 3: to me by like my mum's friend and she's like,
- 7:24Speaker 3: you look good in this, So it's been sitting there
- 7:26Speaker 3: waiting for this challenge, I reckon. Then it gets even better.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Some cute little red slippers, red little ballet flats, and
- 7:36Speaker 3: then a red hat to kind of tie it all together.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I like how you did go because I'm looking at
- 7:41Speaker 2: the frontright now, like you kind of color combo.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Yeah, it's definitely a fit you.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Thank you, thank you.
- 7:49Speaker 1: I don't actually hate it.
- 7:52Speaker 3: See, I think it was very strategic because I couldn't
- 7:54Speaker 3: go like just all together ugly because he would be
- 7:58Speaker 3: like he'd know what was going on. So it was
- 8:01Speaker 3: a strategic fit to be like, oh she could kind
- 8:04Speaker 3: of rocket, but it doesn't look great, okay. So I
- 8:07Speaker 3: phrased it as like I'm going to the coffee shop
- 8:09Speaker 3: doing a read with this.
- 8:11Speaker 4: Cool fit on.
- 8:13Speaker 3: Men replied and said are you trying to impress? And
- 8:19Speaker 3: I was like, oh okay, okay. I was like, all right,
- 8:23Speaker 3: I guess these ballet PIDs are really working for so
- 8:25Speaker 3: many evil right now. Then Hey did make a point
- 8:30Speaker 3: that it was very cold that day, so he said
- 8:32Speaker 3: that I should probably like maybe i'd be a bit
- 8:34Speaker 3: cold because I am a cold galie. So she was
- 8:36Speaker 3: really looking out for me. Thank you so much, will
- 8:38Speaker 3: you amazing man. I then was like, okay, I needed
- 8:42Speaker 3: a bit more, so I said, oh, should I change?
- 8:45Speaker 3: And this is where it gets good, This is where
- 8:47Speaker 3: it gets really good. Man said, do you wear whatever
- 8:51Speaker 3: your heart desires. I was a proper, proper gag, proper
- 8:57Speaker 3: throwing out. I was like, job, this is so good.
- 9:00Speaker 3: I do However, I do think if he really loved me,
- 9:05Speaker 3: I was expecting I, oh, like, I think you should change,
- 9:10Speaker 3: Like I don't think this is you.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Yeah, honest, okay, exactly. I dare he let you go
- 9:18Speaker 1: out and embarrass you?
- 9:19Speaker 3: So you're three and that's exactly it. Like I was like,
- 9:24Speaker 3: I'm a bit, I'm a bit.
- 9:25Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 9:26Speaker 3: I was expecting a bit more from him in that
- 9:28Speaker 3: in that sense.
- 9:29Speaker 1: But he's the thing as well as I think probably
- 9:32Speaker 1: the way he was thinking where it's like, oh, he
- 9:34Speaker 1: probably doesn't like the outfit. Let's be real because you
- 9:36Speaker 1: did purposely make it better. But he's probably like if
- 9:40Speaker 1: I really liked an outfit and my girlfriend was like,
- 9:43Speaker 1: oh I hate it, but.
- 9:45Speaker 2: I really like it, I would I would be hurt.
- 9:48Speaker 2: And I'm like, oh, I was confident in this until you.
- 9:50Speaker 3: Oh my god, that's that's so true. Like he was like, yeah, girl,
- 9:54Speaker 3: you get it.
- 9:55Speaker 1: You're confident in it. He just loves you for you. Yeah,
- 10:00Speaker 1: on purpose. Yeah, he doesn't know that it was on person.
- 10:03Speaker 1: He thinks you're feeling yourself.
- 10:04Speaker 4: And you're like, yeah, this is like he's just hyping up.
- 10:10Speaker 1: I'm saying green flags from him. That's how I.
- 10:16Speaker 3: Love it. He did, he did well. I'm proud. I'm proud.
- 10:18Speaker 1: That's a good one. Yeah. I think he did really well. Okay,
- 10:21Speaker 1: So how this is going to work from here is
- 10:23Speaker 1: you are the first caller. We are going to call
- 10:26Speaker 1: another baddie and get her results as well, and lot amazing.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Last episode, we're gonna pose it to all the baddies
- 10:33Speaker 1: listening to vote whose boyfriend had the best response.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Oh, I love this. It's up to the baddies like baddies,
- 10:40Speaker 3: absolutely unite and like you tell us the verdict.
- 10:43Speaker 4: I love it.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Audionized opinions mean nothing.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Yeah, we mean yeah, they often don't.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Thank you very much, Casey, and best of luck. Hopefully
- 10:53Speaker 1: we see you in the metal matches.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Yes, oh I can't wait. Thank you so much, Lesions.
- 10:58Speaker 3: It was so good to chat with you.
- 10:59Speaker 1: You do have a good day, but thank you too.
- 11:02Speaker 4: Bye, guys.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Damn whoa good start, good start, great start, Holy crap,
- 11:09Speaker 1: Casey and will combo for only three months? Good combo?
- 11:15Speaker 1: Though I would have said what he said, so would
- 11:17Speaker 1: have I because of the way I just said lucky.
- 11:19Speaker 1: It was lucky. We don't mean anything. I would be
- 11:21Speaker 1: voting for that. I would be voting for this too,
- 11:23Speaker 1: But I mean I don't know the other one. Neither
- 11:24Speaker 1: do I. She hasn't told me. Normally I get all
- 11:27Speaker 1: the results, but slim leaving it up for it's a surprise. Shit.
- 11:33Speaker 1: So let's call Battie too, Baddie number two.
- 11:38Speaker 4: Hello, am I speaking?
- 11:40Speaker 1: Hello Emma, Welcome to the boyfriend Olympics. How are you going? Hello,
- 11:44Speaker 1: I'm good, Thank you? How are you We're going great?
- 11:48Speaker 1: You are the second caller, so how are you feeling okay?
- 11:52Speaker 4: Well, I hope the other person's proud than.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Are you excited tone with you and your boyfriend? Unknowingly?
- 12:03Speaker 1: Are you excited to compete with you and your boyfriend unknowingly?
- 12:07Speaker 4: Yes?
- 12:07Speaker 1: Yes, very excited.
- 12:09Speaker 4: This call a week.
- 12:11Speaker 2: We have a We have a few questions for you initially,
- 12:14Speaker 2: so sure. We just want to know a couple of
- 12:16Speaker 2: things about you and your boyfriend. Simple, what's your boyfriend's
- 12:18Speaker 2: name and how long have you guys been together?
- 12:23Speaker 4: His name is Brodie and we've been together just over
- 12:26Speaker 4: a year. To celebrate our anniversary, recently.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Bit of connection there. Coming to the challenge, we'll.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Give a little bit, give a little bit away to you.
- 12:35Speaker 2: You'll probably listen to it next week. But the call
- 12:38Speaker 2: that we just had, they have a they were pretty fresh.
- 12:40Speaker 2: They were only three months into their relationship.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Ah okay, so you've got one up already.
- 12:48Speaker 4: I'll take any any extra points I can get.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Sometimes being further in though, means that you guys are
- 12:53Speaker 1: more comfortable together.
- 12:54Speaker 4: And yeah, okay, ye.
- 12:59Speaker 1: This Wigs challenge was to dress badly on purpose. How
- 13:05Speaker 1: do you think when you saw the challenge? Initially?
- 13:08Speaker 4: Oh, when I saw it, I was like, oh God,
- 13:14Speaker 4: my boyfriend. Both my boyfriend and his dad are very
- 13:16Speaker 4: into fashion. So I was like, oh, show something that
- 13:19Speaker 4: would give like a proper opinion on it. And so
- 13:21Speaker 4: I was just I was like, if I just badly,
- 13:23Speaker 4: he's just going to be like no. He didn't say that, thankfully,
- 13:25Speaker 4: but I was like, Oh, I was also curious to
- 13:29Speaker 4: know what he would play. It's probably a good challenge actually,
- 13:31Speaker 4: So okay, this is yeah, how this is going to work?
- 13:34Speaker 1: If you could please run us through and all the
- 13:36Speaker 1: bad he's listening your foot fill fit from head to
- 13:39Speaker 1: toe and then explain our boyfriend's response to please yep, sure, sure.
- 13:45Speaker 4: So I was going for something that was like not
- 13:47Speaker 4: what I would normally wear and like bad, but not
- 13:49Speaker 4: so like outrageously crazy that it immediately know it was
- 13:52Speaker 4: a joke. Yeah, And so I had, like I pulled
- 13:54Speaker 4: some stuff out of this sag I was supposed to
- 13:56Speaker 4: take stuff to the op shop with, and I was like,
- 13:57Speaker 4: let me find some weird things to put together. So
- 14:00Speaker 4: I had like a pink shirt on some white like
- 14:03Speaker 4: short overalls and then black tights underneath, which in my
- 14:06Speaker 4: opinion was like an odd combo. Yeah, but I don't know,
- 14:10Speaker 4: maybe some people will wear that. So I don't want
- 14:11Speaker 4: to say that it was too bad, but.
- 14:13Speaker 1: This is something you wouldn't wear.
- 14:15Speaker 4: Yeah, it was something that I know this it's an
- 14:18Speaker 4: odd comat Yeah.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:20Speaker 4: So I sent it to him and then I said
- 14:22Speaker 4: like fit check because I normally do that, and he
- 14:25Speaker 4: like he like reacted it or love reacted it or whatever.
- 14:28Speaker 4: But then he didn't say anything, and I was like, no,
- 14:30Speaker 4: we're gonna we're gonna need more content for this post Olympics.
- 14:34Speaker 4: I'm gonna need a bit more than that. And so yeah,
- 14:38Speaker 4: I called him he's on his way back from soccer,
- 14:41Speaker 4: so we're just chatting or whatever. And then I was like, oh,
- 14:43Speaker 4: like what do you think of the outfit? And then yeah,
- 14:48Speaker 4: he said he love reacted it because he likes when
- 14:50Speaker 4: I send fit checks. But then when I was like
- 14:52Speaker 4: but then when I was like oh, I had to
- 14:54Speaker 4: sort of be like, oh, that was a joke, by
- 14:55Speaker 4: the way, because I was like, he already hadn't really
- 14:58Speaker 4: said anything. I think he didn't want to. He wasn't sure,
- 15:01Speaker 4: and I think he didn't want to offend me, so
- 15:02Speaker 4: it was just like better off trying to say anything.
- 15:05Speaker 4: And then so I was like I have to say
- 15:06Speaker 4: it's a joke to see if he can say something else.
- 15:08Speaker 4: And then he was like okay, and he was like
- 15:10Speaker 4: I was going to say he's going to go out
- 15:12Speaker 4: in that or.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Being honest, he was still a bit worried about saying
- 15:19Speaker 1: something mean.
- 15:20Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, he was trying to be sweet. I think
- 15:24Speaker 4: like he didn't want to offend me, and I had
- 15:27Speaker 4: to really be like yeah. And then later I was
- 15:29Speaker 4: just laughing about it and he was like, yeah, you
- 15:31Speaker 4: have me questioning you your fashion.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Style of.
- 15:38Speaker 4: All like looks fun like I wasn't offended or anything
- 15:41Speaker 4: fair enough.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Yeah, he didn't want to hurt your feelings, so he
- 15:44Speaker 1: kind of went silent and just love reacted. Yeah.
- 15:48Speaker 4: Yeah, he loved reacting because he said. Yeah. He did
- 15:50Speaker 4: say like, oh, I like when you sent you Jack,
- 15:52Speaker 4: but I think this one he was just like, not
- 15:53Speaker 4: too sure. Man.
- 15:55Speaker 1: He was just thinking, I'm glad I'm not with her today.
- 16:03Speaker 4: I was like, oh, I don't want to.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Yeah. I would say the fit you wore, I would
- 16:09Speaker 1: say is like kind of an early to mid two thousands.
- 16:15Speaker 4: Yeah, it was. It was giving Toddler a little bit
- 16:17Speaker 4: too when I looked like, I'm like, I'm pretty sure
- 16:22Speaker 4: I saw kid wearing that at the shot.
- 16:25Speaker 1: That was allowed to dress themselves that day.
- 16:29Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah.
- 16:32Speaker 1: So how this is going to work is like last week,
- 16:34Speaker 1: we're gonna pose both boyfriends who are competing unknowingly to
- 16:39Speaker 1: the baddies to vote, so we won't know, we don't
- 16:42Speaker 1: have any say in this, so you have to listen
- 16:43Speaker 1: to the episode and find out. Yes, okay, So thank
- 16:48Speaker 1: you very much for competing, and hopefully we will be
- 16:51Speaker 1: in touch if you do win.
- 16:53Speaker 4: Ye yep, sounds good. Thanks, thank you, have a good day.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Okay, unlucky that he was. This is a bad one
- 17:03Speaker 1: for her because he's into fashion. Very unlucky, but also
- 17:07Speaker 1: nature of the beast. So the first Baddie initially wanted
- 17:11Speaker 1: some honesty, and the second Batie kind of got it.
- 17:15Speaker 1: He didn't reply, but then he was like, he's actually
- 17:18Speaker 1: gonna wear that. So I don't know, it's not at
- 17:21Speaker 1: least it's not to us. I'm going with my opinion
- 17:26Speaker 1: is the first Mine is the first too, Yeah, but interesting.
- 17:29Speaker 2: Yeah, it is interesting because to be fair, Beth does
- 17:34Speaker 2: always want me to be super honest. Yeah, but I
- 17:37Speaker 2: wouldn't like I will be honest with Beth in the
- 17:40Speaker 2: sea if I think she's being like serious and thinks
- 17:42Speaker 2: she's looking good like, and I don't think she looks
- 17:45Speaker 2: good like, I'm going to be like, yeah, no, that
- 17:46Speaker 2: looks nice. Oh no, I'm only honest with Beth when
- 17:48Speaker 2: she's questioned.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:49Speaker 1: So if she's if she'll go what do you think
- 17:51Speaker 1: of this? Like? You know, if she came she goes,
- 17:53Speaker 1: oh what do you think about fit? Like I love this,
- 17:54Speaker 1: and I'd be like, yeah, it's great if I didn't
- 17:56Speaker 1: like it. But when Beth goes like, oh you know,
- 17:59Speaker 1: I just need a bit of help, Like what do
- 18:00Speaker 1: you think of this? I'll be like, I actually don't
- 18:01Speaker 1: think that that goes together. But yeah when she's I
- 18:05Speaker 1: feel like A is like yeah look at me. Yeah.
- 18:08Speaker 1: The fit check is like I thought this was good
- 18:09Speaker 1: enough to send you. Yeah, So so I got to
- 18:14Speaker 1: the baddies. So, baddies, comment below. If one Casey's boyfriend
- 18:20Speaker 1: one or two Emma's boyfriend one one is Will the
- 18:25Speaker 1: other one is Brody, all right, comment below we although
- 18:30Speaker 1: it doesn't matter, I think are both verting for Casey. Yeah,
- 18:34Speaker 1: well that's who if we if we had a vote,
- 18:37Speaker 1: we don't. If we had a tangent, we mean nothing.
- 18:39Speaker 1: We absolutely nothing. We are the dirt under your shoes
- 18:43Speaker 1: of those baddies through shaded us too. She's like, your
- 18:45Speaker 1: opinions don't mean anything. Why do you guys even listen
- 18:51Speaker 1: to this podcast?
- 18:55Speaker 2: Baddies. Also, we need to correct myself from last week.
- 18:59Speaker 2: So last week I said that we will announce the
- 19:02Speaker 2: Week one winner now, but we're going to give them
- 19:04Speaker 2: some grace, more time to get listens and views and comments,
- 19:09Speaker 2: and oddie, when are we going to actually announce the
- 19:12Speaker 2: It will.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Be week four. So there's three group stages. This is
- 19:16Speaker 1: group stage two. There will be another challenge next week,
- 19:20Speaker 1: the last group stage. So if you want to get involved,
- 19:22Speaker 1: the link is still on the top of the description
- 19:24Speaker 1: and you can get involved. And then the following week,
- 19:26Speaker 1: week four, we will announce the medal matches and then
- 19:29Speaker 1: week five will be Bronze silver and then the gold
- 19:32Speaker 1: medal match. Yes, two challenges in one episode. Yes, so
- 19:36Speaker 1: the only time when is the only time we get
- 19:39Speaker 1: a vote? We do get a vote, don't we We
- 19:41Speaker 1: get to vote with who immediately goes to the gold
- 19:44Speaker 1: medal match. Yes, so we mean so we do mean something.
- 19:47Speaker 1: We've had to give ourselves some power in that situation. Yeah. Wow,
- 19:51Speaker 1: well wow wow wow, So stay tuned for all that. Boddie.
- 20:02Speaker 1: This comes out a little while after it. But we
- 20:09Speaker 1: I didn't like work out in my head. I didn't
- 20:11Speaker 1: plan ahead enough to do it on it on the day,
- 20:13Speaker 1: an episode would have dropped. But you had your birthday.
- 20:16Speaker 1: I did have my birthday.
- 20:17Speaker 2: You are officially twenty five, twenty five frontal lobe development
- 20:22Speaker 2: bro and my twenty five. On the Instagram, I said
- 20:25Speaker 2: thirty one and you got.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Me a cake. It said thirty one but my frontal
- 20:31Speaker 1: lobe is developed. But what I wanted to say was
- 20:36Speaker 1: this was so fitting guys, so haha, jokes are so funny.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Jake got me a cake that said thirty one on it. Yeah,
- 20:43Speaker 1: but what's even funnier is so we went to a
- 20:45Speaker 1: fancy restaurant and as the cake was coming out, Jake
- 20:51Speaker 1: was nowhere to be seen for his funny he he
- 20:53Speaker 1: haha joke. Everyone's like, where's Jake. I didn't even get
- 20:57Speaker 1: to see your reaction. And then Beth's just like, I
- 21:01Speaker 1: think he's on the toilet. Of course he's on the toilet.
- 21:04Speaker 1: He's always on the toilet. So Jake missed give me
- 21:08Speaker 1: a cake that said thirty one instead of twenty five.
- 21:11Speaker 1: I also we designed the cake to say, have we
- 21:16Speaker 1: got a photo of it? I have a photo on
- 21:18Speaker 1: my phone. Yeah, I guess we could put one on
- 21:19Speaker 1: the screen. If you remember what it says, it says
- 21:23Speaker 1: dream big, fart loud, and Jake was farting loud when
- 21:28Speaker 1: my cake came out. Hey, I was dreaming big, mate,
- 21:32Speaker 1: I was in there dreaming big. It was a fucking
- 21:35Speaker 1: good restaurant though, But all jokes aside, Yeah, it was
- 21:37Speaker 1: a great restaurant and double chocolate mudcake with icing. Bev
- 21:40Speaker 1: put the icing on, Eddie Crocker icing, Betty Crocker icing
- 21:44Speaker 1: and sprinkles on the side. I gotta say, don't spend
- 21:47Speaker 1: expensive money on cake. It was it would have been.
- 21:52Speaker 1: It was so good even in the fridge two days later.
- 21:54Speaker 1: It was good.
- 21:55Speaker 2: I reckon the cake all together would have cost less
- 21:58Speaker 2: than twenty dollars because the mudcakes are five bucks each.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Beth got two of them and just stacked them on
- 22:03Speaker 2: top of each other and make it seem like a
- 22:05Speaker 2: big cake. And then she bought the b Betty Crocker
- 22:08Speaker 2: icing and some icing to design and sprinkles for the side,
- 22:12Speaker 2: and it looked pretty decent.
- 22:14Speaker 1: The combo went good because it was like white icing
- 22:16Speaker 1: with a chocolate mudcake, so the white mudcake combo, it
- 22:20Speaker 1: was really nice and icing bro tastes amazing. Yeah, slap,
- 22:23Speaker 1: But also what I wanted to say sharp left turn
- 22:28Speaker 1: kind of was as we get older, I think this
- 22:33Speaker 1: is really really really relatable as you sort of get
- 22:36Speaker 1: to realize who your friends really are. Ah, this is
- 22:40Speaker 1: a sharp left turn. I don't want to put a
- 22:42Speaker 1: Debbie downer on my birthday because it was definitely still
- 22:44Speaker 1: a very fun day. Yeah, and I loved where we
- 22:46Speaker 1: went for lunch. It was really fun. Actually had a
- 22:48Speaker 1: great day. But food, bro, we'll talk about We'll talk
- 22:50Speaker 1: about where we went for lunch after time. I know. Yeah.
- 22:52Speaker 1: So with birthdays, I actually was going into this thinking,
- 22:58Speaker 1: whoever doesn't say happy birthday too, Yeah, I'm not considering
- 23:01Speaker 1: a friend anymore. Yeah, it's not that hard. It's not
- 23:03Speaker 1: hard at all. And a lot of friends didn't at all,
- 23:06Speaker 1: but one, which was quite a harsh reality was I
- 23:11Speaker 1: still don't mind saying it on here because fuck him,
- 23:14Speaker 1: it cares for my birthday. I booked a fancy restaurant
- 23:17Speaker 1: in Sydney about two months out. I invited everyone so
- 23:20Speaker 1: they could plan their lives. That's what you do when
- 23:22Speaker 1: people are getting older, because people have a lot of
- 23:24Speaker 1: things on. And then anyway, about a week out this
- 23:29Speaker 1: one friend asked me how I was getting there, and
- 23:31Speaker 1: I was coming from the Blue Mountains because I did
- 23:33Speaker 1: a little farm stay with Cassie, my girlfriend, And he
- 23:36Speaker 1: just didn't reply to me, and then he messaged me
- 23:40Speaker 1: at ten forty the booking was twelve thirty. He would
- 23:43Speaker 1: have had to leave his house house probably half an
- 23:45Speaker 1: hour after texting me within twenty minutes, didn't say happy
- 23:49Speaker 1: birthday to me on my birthday. Going to lunch was
- 23:51Speaker 1: the day after my birthday. No happy birthday, and goes,
- 23:53Speaker 1: I've got another job. Don't think I can make it.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Fuck don't know. And this guy's job is the most
- 23:59Speaker 1: flexible thing I've ever scene in my life. And I
- 24:02Speaker 1: just didn't reply to him. But I also considered this
- 24:05Speaker 1: guy really close. Mate. Pissed me off a fair bit. Yeah,
- 24:09Speaker 1: but it's sort of like the harsh reality of some
- 24:11Speaker 1: friends just don't want to make the effort. No, give
- 24:14Speaker 1: him fucking two months notice. Two months. I was pissed. Ay,
- 24:17Speaker 1: I was like, what a fucking dog? Rightfully, so, yeah,
- 24:19Speaker 1: pissed right eye was pissed. And he didn't even call
- 24:22Speaker 1: me and have the decency to say happy birthday. Mate,
- 24:24Speaker 1: I've been called. If you had actually been called to
- 24:25Speaker 1: a job, like an emergency job, if he was like
- 24:28Speaker 1: super apologetic, yeah, I been like this, I have to
- 24:31Speaker 1: go there or else something bad is going to happen.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Like happy happy birthday. I hope you have a good time.
- 24:34Speaker 1: We should catch up when you get back. No, the
- 24:37Speaker 1: sheer little text doesn't even say hey at it. I
- 24:39Speaker 1: know crazy. It's fucking wild, isn't it. But I thought
- 24:42Speaker 1: that was relatable too, because the older you get, you
- 24:46Speaker 1: start to realize who your actual friends are. Yeah, and
- 24:49Speaker 1: when I was eighteen nine and I was thinking all
- 24:50Speaker 1: these mates were going to be my right old diet
- 24:52Speaker 1: who I was fifty, I lost fucking eighty percent of them.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Bro I thought the exact same.
- 24:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 24:58Speaker 1: I remember thinking that, like, fuck, I'm lucky to have
- 25:01Speaker 1: a friend group. And it was really nice. A couple
- 25:03Speaker 1: of people who you don't expect come out of the
- 25:05Speaker 1: woodworks and say happy Birthday. Every year that happens some
- 25:09Speaker 1: random person I haven't spoken to you, Like, the only
- 25:11Speaker 1: time you speak to them that year is so you're
- 25:13Speaker 1: either bump into him in the street or at like
- 25:15Speaker 1: the shops you say hi, I have a nice or
- 25:16Speaker 1: chat how you going, haven't seen you for a while,
- 25:18Speaker 1: or they'll send you a nice happy birthday message. Yeah,
- 25:21Speaker 1: well do it? Richo who rich Dylan I barely talk to.
- 25:27Speaker 1: I still consider him a close mate. We went traveling
- 25:29Speaker 1: up the East Coast Australia with him for a little week.
- 25:31Speaker 1: He was there for a week with him. He was
- 25:32Speaker 1: there for a week and I still consider him a mate,
- 25:34Speaker 1: but like not as close as these guys. Happy birth
- 25:37Speaker 1: I have a good one mate. And he was like
- 25:39Speaker 1: the third person to do it. It's not like this
- 25:40Speaker 1: guy's a fucking legends, not hard at all, and he
- 25:42Speaker 1: remembered it's and also also it's everyone remembers everything because
- 25:48Speaker 1: everyone has social media, and you don't have an excuse
- 25:50Speaker 1: because relatables I know you have seeing it. Yeah, everyone
- 25:53Speaker 1: remembers everything, Bro, there's no one has an excuse. Every
- 25:56Speaker 1: single person knew it was your birthday, either from Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram,
- 26:02Speaker 1: something right, and then they saw it and they probably thought, oh,
- 26:05Speaker 1: it's on his birthday and actively made a decision not
- 26:09Speaker 1: to say it. So it's a fair point. I was
- 26:13Speaker 1: thinking that is so relatable. Hey, and now I've sort
- 26:16Speaker 1: of like reassessed my friendships. I use this a little
- 26:18Speaker 1: bit of a case study, and I'm not going to
- 26:21Speaker 1: put the effort into those relationships that I was prior
- 26:24Speaker 1: because they don't put it the effort into my side
- 26:26Speaker 1: of things.
- 26:27Speaker 2: I haven't remember last time I put effort in, to
- 26:29Speaker 2: be completely honest with you, But the friend that did that,
- 26:35Speaker 2: you invited him fucking and he did that, I thought
- 26:38Speaker 2: that was I was just like, fuck, that's average, bro.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Soever. I was like, that is so. The only other
- 26:44Speaker 1: bad thing, too, is he's probably unbeknownst to doing something wrong.
- 26:50Speaker 2: He wouldn't like he's The thing is, I don't think
- 26:53Speaker 2: he's an idiot. I think that he knew, like he
- 26:57Speaker 2: knows it's rude. I think he knows that. And what
- 27:01Speaker 2: makes I think it's I think it's worse that he
- 27:04Speaker 2: knows that, Like he would he would have come. If
- 27:12Speaker 2: it was a night out and it was like a
- 27:15Speaker 2: big night and we're drinking, and we were drinking and
- 27:18Speaker 2: we were gonna have like a fucking mad time. I
- 27:21Speaker 2: reckon he would have come. Probably, honestly, I think he
- 27:23Speaker 2: would have come. He didn't think that, you know, just
- 27:27Speaker 2: a lunch at Toddy's in Roselle was a good enough
- 27:32Speaker 2: thing to come to, even though it was your birthday.
- 27:34Speaker 2: And that's the thing is, like he knows that he
- 27:36Speaker 2: actively made that decision. He had two months notice to
- 27:40Speaker 2: tell his dad he works for his dad. He had
- 27:42Speaker 2: two months notice to say this Saturday, I literally.
- 27:46Speaker 1: I'm not working.
- 27:47Speaker 2: So take calls if you want, but you're going to him.
- 27:51Speaker 2: That's the easiest thing. It's the easiest thing ever. And
- 27:55Speaker 2: he lives with his fucking dad. He could have said
- 27:57Speaker 2: it to him in person. He doesn't even have to
- 27:59Speaker 2: like text him or so. It's just a lack of effort. Yeah,
- 28:02Speaker 2: and it's You're right, it's a fucking harsh reality.
- 28:05Speaker 1: It is too, but I guess that's also depictive of
- 28:08Speaker 1: This is the first birthday I've never drunk, and I
- 28:11Speaker 1: think that's part of the frontal lobe development. But that's
- 28:14Speaker 1: what I wanted to do. That's my birthday, the one
- 28:18Speaker 1: day that I get to be selfish. Mate. Yeah, that
- 28:20Speaker 1: was a prime birthday for me. Yeah, exactly. It's perfect. Actually, actually,
- 28:25Speaker 1: it's probably one of my favorites. Yeah, the frontal lobe
- 28:28Speaker 1: was developing, we had heaps, good food, friends. I was happy.
- 28:31Speaker 1: I was really I was like, well that was really good.
- 28:34Speaker 1: It is. You're not walking away the next morning feeling like.
- 28:37Speaker 4: Ah fuck.
- 28:38Speaker 1: It's tough pill to swallow, but really tough. I guess
- 28:41Speaker 1: the quicker you get it down, the quicker you just
- 28:45Speaker 1: fucking go, oh, whatever it is, what it is? Oh yeah,
- 28:49Speaker 1: men always say this what it is?
- 28:50Speaker 2: It isn't what it isn't. Let's be fair. It's not sorry,
- 28:53Speaker 2: it's not it is what it is. But yeah, the
- 28:54Speaker 2: quicker you you just accept it and you fucking move
- 28:57Speaker 2: on and you go fuck it. I lost a friend
- 29:00Speaker 2: and Cassie was saying she would have either ghosted or
- 29:04Speaker 2: messaged and said like, hey, hey girl, Like this is
- 29:09Speaker 2: so disrespectful.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Can't even drive an hour and half your friend on
- 29:12Speaker 1: their birthday? Like I don't even consider you a friend
- 29:14Speaker 1: anymore if you can't do this for me, What did you? Did?
- 29:17Speaker 1: You choose ghosts? I've chosen ghast, Yeah I would. I
- 29:19Speaker 1: would also choose ghosts.
- 29:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I'd choose ghost And also, you know you no
- 29:23Speaker 2: longer get a reply from me because you also no
- 29:26Speaker 2: longer get a single ounce of my time because you
- 29:28Speaker 2: couldn't give me a single ounce of your time. Like
- 29:32Speaker 2: it's fucking crazy to fathom the it's crazy because it's like.
- 29:40Speaker 1: I wouldn't say any more. But it's almost like if
- 29:43Speaker 1: I did it to you genuinely, this friend is like
- 29:46Speaker 1: this friend would have been like second in line, would
- 29:50Speaker 1: you know what I mean? So it's it's almost like
- 29:52Speaker 1: if I fucking did that to you prior to the pod,
- 29:54Speaker 1: he was on part of you.
- 29:55Speaker 2: Yeah, like legitimately he was like literally, And so that's
- 30:00Speaker 2: why it's so fucking hard to like fathom, because it
- 30:03Speaker 2: is literally imagined. If I fucking did that to you, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 30:07Speaker 2: you'd be like what heartbroken at it's fucked by Yeah,
- 30:12Speaker 2: but hey, I guess such his life.
- 30:14Speaker 1: We grow up and we learn. But okay, with a restaurant,
- 30:18Speaker 1: we went to Toddies called Toddies. Anyone that lives in Australia,
- 30:22Speaker 1: there's this restaurant called Toddies. There's one in Bondai, one
- 30:24Speaker 1: in Rosella and one in the Sydney CBD. They've expanded.
- 30:28Speaker 1: It's Italian. Their use codes stay bad at check use
- 30:31Speaker 1: fucking code. We wish it's delicious. Brute whatever they do
- 30:37Speaker 1: to the bread, So how would you explain the bread
- 30:39Speaker 1: that they cook in the oven? It's like puffed up.
- 30:41Speaker 1: It's cold wood fired bread. They chuck that shit in
- 30:47Speaker 1: the oven and it blows up like a balloon. They
- 30:48Speaker 1: bring it out or blown up like a balloon, and
- 30:50Speaker 1: you just start ripping it and tearing it to shreds
- 30:53Speaker 1: and you dip it in your fucking barrata cheese. Also,
- 30:55Speaker 1: brata cheese has no flavor their's had flavor. You dip
- 30:58Speaker 1: it in the barrata cheese, add some sh whatever you want.
- 31:01Speaker 1: I said to Cassie, the barrada around here tastes like
- 31:03Speaker 1: fucking Camembert, whereas the brada there was like crack cocaine.
- 31:08Speaker 1: He's okay. Brada cheese to me usually just normally don't
- 31:14Speaker 1: like it. It tastes like thick. No, it tastes like
- 31:17Speaker 1: yogurt without flavor. Because it's like a thick cheese and
- 31:20Speaker 1: you dips it in, it always just tastes like nothing.
- 31:22Speaker 4: To me.
- 31:23Speaker 1: This braada cheese tasted like something. Yeah, I'm honestly going
- 31:27Speaker 1: to book myself in like a couple of months after Paralier.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Just go for lunch and only get that pizza thing too.
- 31:32Speaker 1: Oh you know, Beth and I have said it minutes
- 31:35Speaker 1: for your hour less. Yeah, you chose the best one.
- 31:38Speaker 1: It's a five minute drive, bro. So I couldn't get
- 31:41Speaker 1: in the Bondo, I know, Yeah, the Monday one, the Toddies,
- 31:44Speaker 1: So the Rosette one's honestly nice still, But Beth and
- 31:48Speaker 1: I've said a Paul, we've been there for dinner once
- 31:49Speaker 1: and you could just go there on a quick little
- 31:52Speaker 1: walk in fingers crossed. They have a two seat table
- 31:54Speaker 1: or you could sit at the bar or something and
- 31:56Speaker 1: just get the bread.
- 31:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 31:57Speaker 1: Crazy, And the bread is the most affordable bit.
- 32:00Speaker 4: It was good.
- 32:00Speaker 1: All the mains are pretty expensive, to be fair, like
- 32:02Speaker 1: it must be nice restaurant. Yeah they are, but they aren't. Yeah,
- 32:06Speaker 1: but the bread was not the cheapest thing. The thing
- 32:07Speaker 1: that got expensive, but they got they hit us with.
- 32:09Speaker 1: It was Saturday. They hit us with a service fee.
- 32:11Speaker 1: You're going to be open anyway. Why you hit this
- 32:13Speaker 1: with a service fee? It's not a public holiday. I
- 32:15Speaker 1: was like, fuck, it's like seventy bucks just for service.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Tipped him to. I know. I was just a bad idea.
- 32:22Speaker 1: The lady. That was our way. It was nice to
- 32:24Speaker 1: be fair. She was good, but no, it was fuck.
- 32:27Speaker 1: It was good for That was my twenty fifth birthday.
- 32:29Speaker 1: Yeah and frontal lobe. Ask me anything and I'll know it.
- 32:32Speaker 2: Go, oh shit, what is the meaning of life?
- 32:38Speaker 1: Twenty two? The day was born? My birthday? Maybe I'm developed, batties.
- 32:59Speaker 1: It is time for dilemmas? Where myself daddy? And what
- 33:03Speaker 1: are you over? Hear mummy?
- 33:04Speaker 2: We read out your current life dilemmas and we try
- 33:06Speaker 2: and help you out. You can also very easily submit
- 33:10Speaker 2: one via the link in the description. It's all anonymous.
- 33:14Speaker 2: You can also go to the our Instagram bio. Just
- 33:16Speaker 2: don't think it's relatables on Instagram.
- 33:18Speaker 1: I don't do that. Don't do that because there are
- 33:20Speaker 1: merch links there at the moment.
- 33:21Speaker 2: Just go description of this video. There is a link
- 33:24Speaker 2: and you can submit and all anonymous. There was heaps
- 33:26Speaker 2: of submission. There's a lot. Here's what I want to say.
- 33:30Speaker 1: If it's urgent, I very highly.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Recommend going and signing up to Patreon and using that
- 33:36Speaker 2: one because Patreon has their own dilemmas link where there
- 33:40Speaker 2: is a fraction of the.
- 33:43Speaker 1: Amount of dilemmas. Yeah, let me use my frontal lobe
- 33:45Speaker 1: to get a percentage for you. So on the main
- 33:48Speaker 1: episode right now, we have about three thy five hundred dilemmas,
- 33:51Speaker 1: but on Patreon we have about four hundred. Yeah, that
- 33:55Speaker 1: percentage is you have a sixty five percent more chance
- 34:03Speaker 1: of getting written read on Patreon. I don't know if
- 34:08Speaker 1: that's true, but sixty five more chances are good number.
- 34:14Speaker 1: I honestly think it's like eighty maybe, I don't know.
- 34:17Speaker 1: We've both done stupid right now, or maybe I just
- 34:20Speaker 1: do who cares?
- 34:20Speaker 2: But yeah, head over there and if you have an
- 34:23Speaker 2: urgent dilemma go over Also on Patreon you get on Monday,
- 34:26Speaker 2: you get the book Club five days early. On Thursday,
- 34:28Speaker 2: you get a whole extra episode just like this, lots
- 34:30Speaker 2: of fun and games and over there right now, shit,
- 34:36Speaker 2: we have the season finale of season one of the summer.
- 34:42Speaker 2: I turn pretty audi and ize live reactions goggle Box style. Baby,
- 34:46Speaker 2: it was good and it was let me just say.
- 34:49Speaker 1: A tear jerker. It was emotional role.
- 34:52Speaker 2: This was us all the whole time, emotions like this.
- 34:55Speaker 2: We were going up, we were happy, and then we went.
- 34:59Speaker 1: We pulled omitted below the line. We started at bro
- 35:03Speaker 1: And might I say, this is all for five dollars,
- 35:06Speaker 1: five dollars a month, a week, five dollars a month. Also,
- 35:09Speaker 1: if you go sign up over there, you get actually
- 35:11Speaker 1: a you get a discount cod for the merchant as well,
- 35:13Speaker 1: so you do too. Yeah, there you go. You get
- 35:14Speaker 1: discount cover for the most that actually pays for the
- 35:16Speaker 1: first month of your afraid of your patron pays for
- 35:18Speaker 1: two months. There you go, But time for dilemmas.
- 35:23Speaker 2: This I got a long one but bit of also
- 35:27Speaker 2: a more serious, bit of a deeper one. Ready, Hey,
- 35:31Speaker 2: Jake and Oddie, She said, if you're open to talking
- 35:35Speaker 2: about abortions on the podcast, i'd love your opinion. Setting
- 35:39Speaker 2: the scene, my boyfriend and I have been dating for
- 35:41Speaker 2: just over two years. We are both nineteen. Last year,
- 35:44Speaker 2: I found out I was pregnant before i'd even processed it.
- 35:47Speaker 2: My boyfriend assumed i'd get in a boy get an abortion,
- 35:51Speaker 2: which was my choice in the end, but he never
- 35:54Speaker 2: even asked what I wanted. He was going away with
- 35:56Speaker 2: his family in a week and didn't want to tell them.
- 35:59Speaker 2: They're quite strict and Christian, so I didn't tell my
- 36:02Speaker 2: family either out of respect for him.
- 36:05Speaker 1: Oh wild.
- 36:08Speaker 2: I was stressed, overwhelmed, and unsure how I felt about
- 36:11Speaker 2: ending the pregnancy. I missed the cutoff for a medical
- 36:14Speaker 2: abortion and had to book in a surgical one before Christmas.
- 36:17Speaker 2: Throughout the whole thing, he wasn't really there for me
- 36:20Speaker 2: emotionally or physically. On the day of the procedure. Instead
- 36:23Speaker 2: of helping me with practical stuff and staying with me,
- 36:25Speaker 2: especially after because the Earth said someone would need to
- 36:28Speaker 2: be with me, he went to a work dinner ended
- 36:31Speaker 2: up paying for the abortion because his mum monitors his
- 36:34Speaker 2: bank account. He promised to pain me back, but it
- 36:36Speaker 2: took six months and multiple reminders. For me, it wasn't
- 36:39Speaker 2: about the money. It was about feeling like the least
- 36:42Speaker 2: he could do was support me financially since he wasn't
- 36:44Speaker 2: able to in any other way. Now months later, I've
- 36:47Speaker 2: realized how unsupported I felt during the whole experience. I've
- 36:51Speaker 2: tried to talk to him about it, but since it's
- 36:53Speaker 2: in the past, he just says he can't change it.
- 36:56Speaker 2: He has apologized for after I told him how I
- 36:58Speaker 2: felt about it, but it kind of felt disingenuous. I
- 37:01Speaker 2: don't know if I should let it go, especially because
- 37:04Speaker 2: he has paid me back, pay me back now, or
- 37:07Speaker 2: see this as a sign that he's not the partner
- 37:09Speaker 2: I need. I just don't know, because it's one bad
- 37:11Speaker 2: situation and we are both we are both you not
- 37:17Speaker 2: gonna lie and learning as it's our first relationship new
- 37:23Speaker 2: both new and learning as it's our first relationship, it says,
- 37:26Speaker 2: and we are both.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Ng I don't know.
- 37:30Speaker 2: This is this is very much a shortened virgin. I
- 37:33Speaker 2: need your opinion. What do you guys think from I
- 37:37Speaker 2: might leave her name out of it. Also love the podcast.
- 37:39Speaker 2: It's my go to hotgirl walk on audio. So when
- 37:42Speaker 2: I read that initially, I was like, that's heavy, But
- 37:45Speaker 2: I wanted to fucking talk about it because.
- 37:51Speaker 1: A couple things. I think.
- 37:55Speaker 2: Look, whatever decision you make with your body is the
- 37:58Speaker 2: right decision because it's your body. But I don't think
- 38:02Speaker 2: you should ever feel as though you can't tell anyone
- 38:04Speaker 2: about the pregnancy just because his family is quite strict Christian. Right,
- 38:12Speaker 2: once you're pregnant, it is in my opinion that the
- 38:17Speaker 2: person that got you pregnant doesn't have a single say personally.
- 38:24Speaker 2: Oh so like if you guys had unsack unprotected sex right,
- 38:30Speaker 2: even if it was obviously fully consensual, and you get pregnant,
- 38:36Speaker 2: it is in my opinion that anything that goes is
- 38:41Speaker 2: your say. Like, I don't think his opinion matters because
- 38:44Speaker 2: it is literally your body.
- 38:47Speaker 1: I think the opinion is always hers, no matter what.
- 38:52Speaker 1: But also his opinion does matter to a certain extent.
- 38:54Speaker 1: But everything he did in this is completely wrong and
- 38:56Speaker 1: it pissed me off completely. Yeah, I don't want to
- 38:59Speaker 1: say the man has zero say, because if you are
- 39:01Speaker 1: in a loving relationship, you want your boyfriend to have
- 39:03Speaker 1: an opinion and you appreciate that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I mean, oh,
- 39:06Speaker 1: you can certainly ask his opinion. Yeah yeah, yeaheah. Everything
- 39:09Speaker 1: about that fucking pissed me off, And it also highlights
- 39:12Speaker 1: a much larger problem, which unfortunately is relatable, where when
- 39:18Speaker 1: men do get their partner pregnant or the couple gets
- 39:21Speaker 1: pregnant at a young age, they go distant and don't
- 39:26Speaker 1: know what to do, and as a result, you feel
- 39:30Speaker 1: isolated and confused and make decisions or your hand is
- 39:35Speaker 1: forced because these men are immature or don't know how
- 39:38Speaker 1: to deal with the said situation, which pisces me off
- 39:41Speaker 1: because I've heard things almost word for word the exact same,
- 39:44Speaker 1: three or four times same. That's why I was like, fuck,
- 39:47Speaker 1: I've heard this before. Yeah. So firstly, like sorry you
- 39:53Speaker 1: had to go through all that, Yeah, like in the
- 39:55Speaker 1: way you did it, like with him, like he wasn't
- 39:58Speaker 1: a supportive per and in any means, like fucking finances
- 40:02Speaker 1: should be the last thing you want someone by your
- 40:04Speaker 1: side going through this. It is a traumatic experience, and
- 40:08Speaker 1: you want someone by your side who can support you
- 40:10Speaker 1: emotionally and just fucking be an arm to lean on. Yeah, look,
- 40:13Speaker 1: as simple as that, like, finances should come last. Obviously
- 40:16Speaker 1: he should take the run of it, but fuck you
- 40:17Speaker 1: give the fuck about the finances at the.
- 40:19Speaker 2: End of the day, there were so many red flags
- 40:23Speaker 2: before the finance.
- 40:24Speaker 1: Yeah, like number one.
- 40:27Speaker 2: If he so, it's like, how dare he assume that
- 40:31Speaker 2: you're going to get an abortion? It's like, if you
- 40:32Speaker 2: get pregnant, he can want you to get an abortion. Yeah, exactly,
- 40:35Speaker 2: but also he should be like, you know, you come
- 40:38Speaker 2: to him, you sayre pregnant, He's like, Okay, what do
- 40:40Speaker 2: you want to do?
- 40:40Speaker 1: Exactly? That's the first thing, is the first thing you
- 40:42Speaker 1: want to do.
- 40:43Speaker 2: Okay, let's deal with this however you want to deal
- 40:45Speaker 2: with it. If you want to keep the kid. He
- 40:48Speaker 2: can have his opinion of you. He would prefer you
- 40:50Speaker 2: to get an abortion, but also doesn't matter. Secondly, he
- 40:56Speaker 2: just wasn't fucking there for you, crazy badly you choose
- 41:03Speaker 2: to get an abortion. Again, this could just be my opinion,
- 41:06Speaker 2: but personally think he.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Pays the whole thing. Well I think so too. Yeah, yeah,
- 41:12Speaker 1: so what's the actual dilemma she wants to know? She's
- 41:17Speaker 1: just like, should I let it go? Fuck? Don't? Fuck no,
- 41:20Speaker 1: you should let it no, don't let it go. Yeah,
- 41:23Speaker 1: I can give a very mummy answer to avoid this
- 41:28Speaker 1: for other baddies. Not to highlight this baddie right now,
- 41:32Speaker 1: but I've learned this is when you start having sex
- 41:36Speaker 1: with someone, you should have the conversation around what how
- 41:40Speaker 1: do you feel about if you did fell pregnant and
- 41:44Speaker 1: have the conversation before it happens, and then you get
- 41:46Speaker 1: to see a man's reaction. Yeah, and you can avoid
- 41:50Speaker 1: all this because these guy's are trash dude fucking oath here. Yeah.
- 41:55Speaker 1: And the fact that he's just scared of his fucking
- 41:57Speaker 1: parents and they manage his bank account another red flag.
- 42:00Speaker 1: He can't get insane, he can't get money out. What's
- 42:03Speaker 1: an abortion? It's like a grand or something, isn't it.
- 42:06Speaker 1: It's probably more. I actually don't know. I know that,
- 42:09Speaker 1: to be fair, surgery is more than the surgery is
- 42:11Speaker 1: a lot more. It's a literal surgery.
- 42:13Speaker 5: Ye.
- 42:13Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, here's my like.
- 42:18Speaker 2: I think that it's a major red flag when someone's
- 42:23Speaker 2: boyfriend has their fucking bank account monitored by their parents.
- 42:27Speaker 1: I don't care how old you are.
- 42:28Speaker 2: Yeah, if you're fifteen, okay, fair, Right, they open the
- 42:32Speaker 2: bank account for you.
- 42:33Speaker 1: They have access to it. Cool, like you're fifteen, if
- 42:36Speaker 1: you're eighteen and up and your bank account is monitored
- 42:41Speaker 1: by your parents. But what he should have done you
- 42:44Speaker 1: are not ready for a relationship one, And what he
- 42:47Speaker 1: should have done in this exact sceno minus all his decisions,
- 42:51Speaker 1: is gone to his parents and said, hey, I have
- 42:55Speaker 1: got so and so pregnant. I need to help her
- 42:58Speaker 1: to finance the abortion. If that's what she wanted. If
- 43:02Speaker 1: that's the conversation, I'm taking away everything he did that
- 43:04Speaker 1: was wrong at the start. And he goes, I need
- 43:06Speaker 1: to pay for this. I need my money right now
- 43:09Speaker 1: to help her out worst case, you know. And I
- 43:11Speaker 1: want to say it again, money is the last thing.
- 43:13Speaker 1: It's fucking insane to me. If you can't get a
- 43:16Speaker 1: handle on your own money and your parents are looking
- 43:21Speaker 1: at that ship for you, I'm sorry. You cannot be
- 43:25Speaker 1: in a relationship that is insane.
- 43:29Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:29Speaker 1: I want to put emphasis on the batter you sent
- 43:31Speaker 1: this in, like, I am so so sorry. Okay, Well
- 43:36Speaker 1: I'm saying break up with him. I can't look past it. No,
- 43:42Speaker 1: I'm this is deal breaker. Yeah, central, think about how
- 43:48Speaker 1: you feel. You're still feeling it and he still is
- 43:51Speaker 1: kind of like it's in the past. You know, we
- 43:53Speaker 1: can't change it. That's insane. He has zero fucking ar
- 43:57Speaker 1: it's zero empathy. He doesn't give a fuck. It's in
- 44:01Speaker 1: the past, like it is what it is. Please break
- 44:04Speaker 1: up with them, Yeah, yeah, at the bare minimum, Like
- 44:08Speaker 1: you need to tell him how this made you feel.
- 44:10Speaker 1: She did, she did that, she did, and it was
- 44:11Speaker 1: just it was just like disingenuous. Sorry, she said. I
- 44:14Speaker 1: told him like, yeah, yeah, you can do so mu
- 44:16Speaker 1: I've tried to talk to him about it. You can
- 44:17Speaker 1: do so much better. He just says it's in the past.
- 44:20Speaker 1: He doesn't want to hear about it. He doesn't have
- 44:22Speaker 1: time to hear about the way you feel. Did you
- 44:24Speaker 1: know what that fucking does to the human body?
- 44:27Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 44:27Speaker 1: I hate everything about it. We've set out peace. Yeah,
- 44:32Speaker 1: I just wanna say, he's the fucking dirt underneath my shoe,
- 44:35Speaker 1: that bloke. He is the type of person where that's
- 44:38Speaker 1: a tire slashing. Yeah, this is where I would get
- 44:40Speaker 1: my fix of wanting to slash a tira honestly true, Well,
- 44:45Speaker 1: there is there is things that I would fucking do.
- 44:48Speaker 1: This guy I hate too. That's rather relatable. I know, well, Okay,
- 44:54Speaker 1: my dilemma is wearing a condom possible in a long
- 44:57Speaker 1: term relationship? Can I answer that? Sure? Yeah, the LENMS
- 45:03Speaker 1: is done to lendless done for Hey, guys, thank you
- 45:06Speaker 1: so much for the pod. I love you both for
- 45:08Speaker 1: your open mindsets as well as the respect you show
- 45:10Speaker 1: to everyone. My question is quite simple as above. For context,
- 45:14Speaker 1: I'm a competitive athlete and compete internationally in my sport.
- 45:18Speaker 1: I train hard and being physically fit is a big
- 45:21Speaker 1: part of my lifestyle. I don't do drugs, I don't drink,
- 45:24Speaker 1: I eat well, So for me personally, I wouldn't want
- 45:27Speaker 1: to go on any sort of birth control that could
- 45:30Speaker 1: mess with my hormones as it plays such a big
- 45:32Speaker 1: part of my health. And having a period is a
- 45:35Speaker 1: great indicator of overtraining, I guess, and not having a
- 45:38Speaker 1: period is a great indicator of overtraining. Yes, yes, that's true.
- 45:42Speaker 1: There's also a lot of breast cancer in my family,
- 45:45Speaker 1: and I feel like a guy wrapping up is a
- 45:48Speaker 1: little easier than all the risks that come with birth control.
- 45:51Speaker 1: Call me crazy, not at all. Having chatted to a guy,
- 45:55Speaker 1: he said that using a condom just won't work in
- 45:57Speaker 1: a long term relationship because the second isn't the same.
- 46:02Speaker 1: I understand his point. I get the spontaneity of sex
- 46:07Speaker 1: would be impacted, but I personally haven't had a long
- 46:10Speaker 1: term relationship because I haven't met anyone and I'm happily
- 46:14Speaker 1: single and know what I want in a relationship, so
- 46:17Speaker 1: have no experience in a long term draw ha ha.
- 46:21Speaker 1: My sport is pretty male orientated and I do get
- 46:23Speaker 1: quite a lot of attention from guys within it, so
- 46:25Speaker 1: anything short term I wouldn't feel would be an issue
- 46:29Speaker 1: in finding. But do guys really care about this in
- 46:32Speaker 1: the long term? I feel if it was any of
- 46:34Speaker 1: my close guy friends, they wouldn't care because their girlfriends
- 46:37Speaker 1: would be the priority. But what do I know. Maybe
- 46:40Speaker 1: it's naive of me, but it just seems unfair, But
- 46:43Speaker 1: I understand the guy's point of view. I wanted another
- 46:45Speaker 1: opinion and thought maybe some girls would have value on
- 46:49Speaker 1: this guy's perspective. Thank you so much for all your time.
- 46:51Speaker 1: Lots of love from the UK.
- 46:54Speaker 2: Damn, I was gonna say, there's a thing in Australia.
- 46:59Speaker 2: There's been like a theme that I think we've both noticed,
- 47:02Speaker 2: and it's that men don't seem to give a fuck
- 47:06Speaker 2: about the risks with sex, not at all. And it's
- 47:09Speaker 2: it is worldwide probably, but for some reason there's a
- 47:12Speaker 2: lot like I think we've had dilemmas from Europeans where
- 47:17Speaker 2: they are like Australian dudes just don't want to wear condoms,
- 47:20Speaker 2: but this is an Australian but like and apparently it
- 47:25Speaker 2: seems to me like the theme at least that I've
- 47:27Speaker 2: noticed from my own experience is that over the European
- 47:31Speaker 2: countries it is more of a thing where it's like
- 47:34Speaker 2: more knowledge of the dangers, but with out aside though
- 47:38Speaker 2: in a relationship.
- 47:39Speaker 1: Yeah, again, relatable, dude, say I don't wear I don't
- 47:44Speaker 1: want to wear a common it doesn't feel good, it
- 47:46Speaker 1: doesn't feel as good. Just get a feather light one bro. Yeah.
- 47:49Speaker 1: And also like, irrespective of all the very valid good
- 47:54Speaker 1: reasons you said, it should be as little as I
- 47:56Speaker 1: don't want to go on the pill, he should have
- 47:58Speaker 1: to wear a condom, simple as that. You don't have
- 48:01Speaker 1: to have a reason at all. No, Yeah, And like
- 48:04Speaker 1: the solution of wrapping your willy compared to taking this
- 48:08Speaker 1: drug that does mess with all your hormones and if
- 48:11Speaker 1: You're lucky you don't have any side effects, but majority
- 48:13Speaker 1: of people do. I think should be an easy of course,
- 48:19Speaker 1: I will wrap my willy up.
- 48:21Speaker 2: Look that guy that said that to you just obviously,
- 48:23Speaker 2: I mean, I know you don't want to date him. Yeah,
- 48:25Speaker 2: but yes, yeah, it's just not the right dude.
- 48:28Speaker 1: Yeah. But the harsh reality of this too is I
- 48:31Speaker 1: think majority of men would have the same mindset. Yeah. Yeah,
- 48:35Speaker 1: what I'm saying, yeah, I'm just under the I I
- 48:38Speaker 1: just think that if Beth said, you know, no, I
- 48:41Speaker 1: want to wear a condom, I want you to wear
- 48:43Speaker 1: on them. And it's just like, of course, everyone's like,
- 48:48Speaker 1: let me just say something, let me just say something, right,
- 48:50Speaker 1: Guys are like, it doesn't feel as good without a condom.
- 48:53Speaker 1: It doesn't feel good without an I won't be able
- 48:55Speaker 1: to finish if I'm wearing a condom. Shut the fuck up, bro,
- 49:01Speaker 1: You literally can you literally can? All right, just chill out,
- 49:06Speaker 1: big guy. You can literally finish with a condom one.
- 49:09Speaker 1: It's not fucking difficult. And also, after like two times,
- 49:14Speaker 1: you'd be used to it. Fucking oath all right, You're like, wow,
- 49:18Speaker 1: this is kind of the same, Like it is literally.
- 49:25Speaker 2: Okay, Yeah, that's what I'm saying. All I'm saying is
- 49:27Speaker 2: you canfensially commu Yeah.
- 49:29Speaker 1: And it's also about like finding a man with an
- 49:33Speaker 1: open mindset, because this man who you asked it about
- 49:37Speaker 1: immediately went to the negative. No, it doesn't feel lose good.
- 49:39Speaker 1: But if you find a guy, it can be a
- 49:42Speaker 1: sexy thing for you to put a condom on his
- 49:43Speaker 1: willie and get in the mood like that's hot. You
- 49:46Speaker 1: can use it as an opportunity to be more sexy,
- 49:48Speaker 1: like he's like, sure, let's have some fun. Why not,
- 49:51Speaker 1: let's try it for colors. Fucking just try to try
- 49:53Speaker 1: glow on the dark ones. Some just find a dude
- 49:57Speaker 1: with open mindset, like, oh man, this one kissed me
- 49:59Speaker 1: off too. It's weird that someone has the nerve and
- 50:03Speaker 1: audacity to say that. Yeah. And it also seemed like
- 50:06Speaker 1: she kind of needed to justify why she had the
- 50:09Speaker 1: reasoning behind wanting a dude to wear a condom. You don't, Yeah,
- 50:14Speaker 1: you don't have just fight. There's the thing is like
- 50:17Speaker 1: I would say, like I'm guilty of saying, like it
- 50:19Speaker 1: it feels better without a condom, right, And because when
- 50:23Speaker 1: you do have sex without econdom, yeah, and then sex
- 50:27Speaker 1: with econdom.
- 50:27Speaker 2: It's like when you really like deep it. Yeah, it
- 50:33Speaker 2: doesn't feel it's not night and day difference, Like it
- 50:36Speaker 2: feels different, but it's not night and day.
- 50:40Speaker 1: But it doesn't make it feel bad. No, it's not
- 50:43Speaker 1: like yeah, yeah it doesn't. This isn't a chore now. Yeah.
- 50:46Speaker 5: Like it's gone from like a ten out of ten
- 50:50Speaker 5: to a nine point two yeah yeah, and you can
- 50:53Speaker 5: train it up to a ten yeah yeah yeah where
- 50:54Speaker 5: it's fucking hell.
- 50:57Speaker 1: Did you see the clip that was going viral about
- 51:01Speaker 1: they were asking men if there was male conscerception, would
- 51:05Speaker 1: you take it as like a pill form? Yeah, they
- 51:07Speaker 1: didn't specify which, and then one of the guys was
- 51:10Speaker 1: just like probably not at the side effects. It went
- 51:15Speaker 1: fucking viral.
- 51:17Speaker 2: Oh I mean, I reckon I'd do it?
- 51:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I reckon, I would.
- 51:23Speaker 2: I fucking be because Beth can't take the pill. She
- 51:25Speaker 2: has like gnari pcos, so she actually can't take the pill.
- 51:28Speaker 2: And if this thing came out where it's like because
- 51:30Speaker 2: in Akatar that's immediate redrinks a tonic. Yeah, and that's
- 51:35Speaker 2: his contraception.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Fucking earth, they do that shit?
- 51:37Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 51:37Speaker 1: Are you serious? Yeah? Why not? What's it going to
- 51:42Speaker 1: do to me? It would be good if the option
- 51:44Speaker 1: was there that was equal. What's it gonna do to meet? Like,
- 51:48Speaker 1: just give me some mood swings, give them to me.
- 51:50Speaker 1: I don't have any. Yeah, yeah, yeah, But do you
- 51:52Speaker 1: know how it always falls on the lady for some reason.
- 51:55Speaker 1: To be protective, I guess guys should offer thee But
- 52:00Speaker 1: if the option when they started making pills was there
- 52:04Speaker 1: was an option, you and your couple go through the
- 52:07Speaker 1: side effects of both people and you get to make
- 52:09Speaker 1: a choice together if're obviously in a healthy relationship. But
- 52:11Speaker 1: it's always fallen on the girl since whenever the pill
- 52:14Speaker 1: was invented. Oh, I'm sure that there has been a
- 52:16Speaker 1: male contraception invented, like an actual like pill form. It's
- 52:20Speaker 1: like so it's like I'm also sure, So why hasn't
- 52:26Speaker 1: there been one yet? No, there's like this thing and
- 52:30Speaker 1: it's a it's a male contraception. I'm sure of it.
- 52:31Speaker 1: I might do some research on it, maybe talk about
- 52:33Speaker 1: it next week. But they like inject a gel into
- 52:37Speaker 1: the is it called your urethra? Yeah, and it makes
- 52:40Speaker 1: it infertile.
- 52:41Speaker 2: Well just you still like come, but it's just it's
- 52:48Speaker 2: a it's a contraception. And then it's a thing that
- 52:50Speaker 2: they've done a bunch of studies on obviously because it's
- 52:53Speaker 2: coming out where it after like two years it dissolves,
- 52:57Speaker 2: so you can have like two years of contraception.
- 52:59Speaker 1: Yeah. So it's like sort of similar to the robbed
- 53:01Speaker 1: inner sense and legit like that.
- 53:05Speaker 2: Still, Yeah, it's a legit thing, like you're still fucking
- 53:08Speaker 2: producing testosterone. You're still producing all that shit. It's just
- 53:11Speaker 2: like blocking it. And then I don't I don't know
- 53:14Speaker 2: how it actually works, but like you know what I mean,
- 53:16Speaker 2: it's like a forseect me. Get a refect me. You
- 53:18Speaker 2: can get that shit reversed. Can you can get a
- 53:20Speaker 2: reverse repected me? Bro, I don't know if you get
- 53:22Speaker 2: it like untired. Yeah, I don't know that.
- 53:24Speaker 1: Well, I don't know if they tie it, but they
- 53:26Speaker 1: you can get I know a guy that's had a
- 53:28Speaker 1: reverse repect me because I wanted to have another kid
- 53:30Speaker 1: because one of their kids passed away. And it works.
- 53:31Speaker 1: Very sad, but and it worked. He had another kid
- 53:33Speaker 1: and then got another vaseectomy, and he said it, Bro.
- 53:38Speaker 1: He came to work a couple of days after and
- 53:39Speaker 1: it was he was he was a trady and he
- 53:42Speaker 1: was like waddling. I remember when I was like cool,
- 53:44Speaker 1: sorry mate, playing soccer. One of my coaches got to
- 53:46Speaker 1: viseect me and he rocked up and he go, guys,
- 53:48Speaker 1: I'm not moving. Yeah, I'm not fucking moving. When you
- 53:50Speaker 1: think about it, right, it's like a visectomy is paying
- 53:53Speaker 1: for a week, two weeks. The pill is change in
- 53:58Speaker 1: hormones the whole time you have the pill. Yeah, let's
- 54:04Speaker 1: weigh up the option. Something doesn't compute here, it doesn't
- 54:06Speaker 1: compute here? Yeah, okay, bad, he's big, sorry big, apologies,
- 54:16Speaker 1: You've run out a bit of time today. So the
- 54:18Speaker 1: IG question it is there, but we're gonna have to
- 54:22Speaker 1: put it in Patreon. We are. Yeah, now, we're not
- 54:25Speaker 1: even asking you to go sign up. We're just letting
- 54:27Speaker 1: you know. That's where it is. Time for some comments.
- 54:30Speaker 1: Let's do it. I got Spotify in front of me,
- 54:32Speaker 1: I've got YouTube. So this is last week's episode, and
- 54:36Speaker 1: there is a lot of comments about who's won last
- 54:39Speaker 1: week's Olympics. But we both have a couple that are
- 54:42Speaker 1: not about that. Yeah, so I got Taylor Larsen said
- 54:46Speaker 1: big back equals fatty? Oh is that what it means?
- 54:50Speaker 1: We did ask him to tell us. Yeah, we thought
- 54:52Speaker 1: it meant big ass, but it just means fatty Like
- 54:54Speaker 1: big back could mean like, yeah, you're a juicy fucking
- 54:57Speaker 1: fat with the phr yeah, but no, but it also
- 55:00Speaker 1: means just like fat fat, big back means your fab
- 55:04Speaker 1: that day. It's crazy, Okay, interesting, wild, Okay, I've got
- 55:09Speaker 1: I've only got one because all the rest are about
- 55:11Speaker 1: the results from the thing over.
- 55:14Speaker 2: Her name is zoom Rad Chaker. She said that reference
- 55:19Speaker 2: to Lady in the Tramp being old and proceeds to
- 55:24Speaker 2: state early two thousands has me feeling old. It was
- 55:27Speaker 2: released in nineteen fifty five.
- 55:31Speaker 1: Really bushit day. There's no way did they have when
- 55:37Speaker 1: it was Lady and the Cartoons back then. Lady in
- 55:43Speaker 1: the Tramp was released in United States features in the
- 55:48Speaker 1: in June twenty two, nineteen fifty five. The film also
- 55:52Speaker 1: had a world premiere in Chicago on June sixteenth, nineteen
- 55:56Speaker 1: fifty five. Okay, let me just see that must be
- 55:59Speaker 1: a blanket? Did that? Am I dumb? When did color
- 56:01Speaker 1: TV come out? Oh? When did let's ask it?

- 56:20Speaker 1: Let's just admit animation that we were wrong. There's but
- 56:24Speaker 1: I just accepted it. It's so good though. How did
- 56:26Speaker 1: they get animation that good? Dude, it's nineteen fifty five.
- 56:31Speaker 1: It must be remastered. Just accept it. I can't believe
- 56:36Speaker 1: how good the animation was in nineteen fifty five. They
- 56:39Speaker 1: might have redone it the one you saw. I dare
- 56:41Speaker 1: say you didn't see the one made in nineteen fifty five.
- 56:44Speaker 2: I've got to say Disney. Disney has fucking built animation
- 56:49Speaker 2: movies from the ground up.
- 56:50Speaker 1: Yeah, what nineteen fifty I couldn't accept that. I'm sorry
