Shooting at Del Norte Plaza | San Jose News
A man was fatally shot in the parking lot of Del Norte Plaza in El Cerrito Sunday afternoon after an argument with suspects, who fled in a 2017 Nissan Maxima. Surveillance footage helped authorities track down the vehicle in Vallejo, leading to the arrest of 18-year-old Jacari Talifero Gibson on murder and robbery charges. Two other suspects — the shooter and getaway driver — remain at large. Police are urging anyone with information to call 510-237-3233.
