- 0:00Heavenly Father, I have been turning the same
- 0:03decision over in my mind, hoping that if I think
- 0:07about it one more time, the answer will finally
- 0:10become clear. I have imagined what could go right,
- 0:16I have worried about what could go wrong, and
- 0:19somewhere between those pa -possibilities, I
- 0:22have become afraid to move. Today, I bring this
- 0:28decision to you. You know the details I can explain,
- 0:34and the feelings I struggle to name. You know
- 0:37what I hope to gain. what I am afraid to lose,
- 0:42and why this choice matters so much to me. Help
- 0:47me become still enough to examine it. Show me
- 0:53where fear is influencing my judgment. Perhaps
- 0:57I am rushing because uncertainty feels uncomfortable.
- 1:03Perhaps I am delaying, but I want to guarantee
- 1:07that no decision can give me. Give me patience
- 1:13to gather what I need to know and courage to
- 1:16act when the time is right. Help me recognize
- 1:21the difference between a genuine responsibility
- 1:24and an expectation. I have accepted without thinking.
- 1:30Let me consider how my choices affect the people
- 1:34who depend on me. Keep me from making promises
- 1:38I cannot reasonably keep. Father, I ask for wisdom
- 1:45about the advice I receive. Lead me toward people
- 1:49who understand the situation. Speak truthfully
- 1:53and care about more than telling me what I want
- 1:57to hear. Give me humility to listen when their
