- 0:10Good morning everyone. This is Michelle Hughes from Ageless and Timeless, and today
- 0:15I have a very wonderful guest named Michael Antonelli. And Michael and I have
- 0:20been chatting for oh several months now about his company called health Jevity h E
- 0:27A L T H G E V I T Y a very cool name,
- 0:32and Michael is the founder and CEO. And we're going to talk about the
- 0:38specifics of that company that I want you to be very very aware of because
- 0:44this is a company that has done many joint ventures with the leading practitioners and
- 0:52researchers and developers in the in the health world and the longevity world. Why
- 1:00the name health Chevity, And he works primarily with practitioners, but he does
- 1:07now sell to the consumer, so we are able to if we're not medical
- 1:11doctors, we're able to purchase directly from him. So we'll talk about that
- 1:17today. But Michael, welcome to Ageless and Timeless. Thank you so much
- 1:22for having me. I know we plan this feels like months ago and they
- 1:25have this day finally here. I'm really looking forward to our conversation. I
- 1:30know there's a lot on the agenda today to get over. Yes, and
- 1:33you have a lot to share. So why don't you tell us a little
- 1:36bit about you, Michael first, so people know who you are, how
- 1:40you got to this wonderful place of where you are today, and how you're
- 1:45helping so many people in their health span and lifespan. So start us from
- 1:49the beginning. How you were ignited to become a practitioner and a specialist in
- 1:59this wonderful world of longevity. Absolutely, I would love to. So my
- 2:04journey started in two thousand and six when I was part of the sales team
- 2:09with a practitioner vitamin company called Metagenics, And at that point I really had
- 2:15my eyes open up to what the right vitamins under the right supervision could do.
- 2:23I've seen firsthand medicine fail my loved ones. I at that point in
- 2:28my life only thought a doctor's visit was five minutes or less. And connecting
- 2:32and rubbing elbows with incredible practitioners all over the country who spent over an hour
- 2:38with their patients, put together advanced assessment to look at the root cause,
- 2:44learning from greats like doctor Jeffrey Blenn and doctor Mark Himen. That's where my
- 2:49journey really started, and it took off from there. At that point I
- 2:52felt like eventually my end goal was to start my own vitamin company, be
- 2:59in control of every ingredient selected dost rite and from there I worked with some
- 3:05of the leading companies globally and the nutraceutical, bioidentical, hormone and peptide world.
- 3:10Then during COVID, like so many of us, I spent that time
- 3:15soul searching, meditating, praying about what is my real purpose? And it
- 3:20was that point I committed to form Healthngevity and really create a company not only
- 3:24about extending and optimizing lifespan, but really putting the focus on health span.
- 3:30How do we harness the hallmarks of aging? How do we create incredible products
- 3:35that maximize every day we have the honor and blessing to wake up alive and
- 3:39to maximize every day we are given. And so I started that mission to
- 3:45disrupt everything going on, create product combinations that nobody's been willing to do so
- 3:51far, and also identify leading companies globally that are doing some incredible research oral
- 3:58peptides, things that we could put together and those correctly that puts our bodies
- 4:03in the best position to thrive naturally and be as less reliant on pharmaceutical options
- 4:11as possible, and that's what helped you havety Stands for. You know,
- 4:15one of the things that's so unique and why I'm so attracted to your company
- 4:19and you is that many of the products, the ingredients and we'll talk about
- 4:25this in the podcast today, but many of these ingredients are not that well
- 4:30known by the consumer and you're finding and this is where I think your primary
- 4:35focus has been is to find those companies like the Irish company that we talked
- 4:42about in our first phone call. Forgot the name of what was the name
- 4:46of that company that partnership. Yes, So that's where you're so unique,
- 4:54is that you find these partners and, like you just said, that are
- 4:58doing these amazing research and you know, everything you do and every ingredient in
- 5:02your product has been scientifically studied, and most of them on humans and not
- 5:09on animals like so many of the other vitamin ingredients. So for all of
- 5:15us who are very confused, which I would say is probably ninety nine and
- 5:17nine ten percent of the population that is involved in functional medicine and selecting their
- 5:25supplement protocol, what you have done is made it easier for us and This
- 5:30is where I'm really so grateful to you, Michael, and I just you
- 5:33know, full transparency for my viewers is that I have, thanks to Michael,
- 5:40tried many of the products that we're going to talk about today, and
- 5:44I really do feel the difference in these products, particularly if you dose them
- 5:48correctly. And that's another subject that is very important to cover, because very
- 5:56often people take a supplement, but they don't take it at the right time
- 5:59or in the right concentration. So we'll talk about that, but let's let's
- 6:02move to what some of those research companies are. If you can share how
- 6:10you find them, how you know that they're efficacious, you know, what
- 6:16is your process to determine whether it's a joint venture partner or not, and
- 6:21that then becomes the genesis of those products that we're going to talk about.
- 6:27Yeah. Absolutely, you know a lot of it. I kind of call
- 6:30it our unfair advantage the dozens hundreds of practitioners that we are working with right
- 6:35now, it's close to a thousand has of today. We get to tap
- 6:40into their practice, their patient base, and their experiences of ingredients that they
- 6:46are currently using that are making the most dramatic change for their patients both quickly
- 6:51and then sustained and then layered in with researchers that are either reading a lot
- 6:57of literature or part of these studies. And also from there is networking going
- 7:02at supply conferences, doing our own research and reading and identifying emerging ingredients and
- 7:09technologies that we feel are game changers. Now because we're so nimble and easy
- 7:15to fast forward ingredients and fast track it, we're able to launch far quicker,
- 7:19so some of these bigger companies. Right, So that's a really nice
- 7:23way that we could take that idea that's happening in let's say Ireland or in
- 7:28Europe and get this in a doctor's hands in the United States. So,
- 7:31you know, looking at who's using things like AI as a way or a
- 7:35path or a guidance, not the end all be all, who's investing a
- 7:40lot of money in clinical studies with humans. Right, Let's take the guesswork
- 7:44out. Let's take the theory on paper and see how does that translate into
- 7:48real world outcomes. Because at the end of the day, that's what doctors
- 7:53care about. That's what you listening want to know about, is predictable outcomes
- 7:58before you make that purchase That's what we're really teeing up on is not only
- 8:03single ingredient identification, but what was the dose that was most meaningful? And
- 8:07then what are additional ingredients that could be complementary to cast this why then in
- 8:13the body to facilitate a change that we all expect and want when we put
- 8:18money invested in every product that we take. So is there is it just
- 8:26an off the question? But are there any times that you've had your process
- 8:31failed where you have thought that there was the right partner, joint venture partner
- 8:39and for some many reasons, I'm sure it just didn't work and what happened?
- 8:46Why did it not work? So out of all our formulas that we
- 8:50brought to market so far, I would say one I view as as a
- 8:54disappointment. And that's not to say that it was a disappointment for everybody.
- 8:58But when we come out with something, we want to help the widest area.
- 9:01This was a very a great learning experience for us because what has showed
- 9:05us is that the brain is so individualized and that when you stack some of
- 9:11these ingredients, you don't know how it's going to translate in the body.
- 9:13So we had a formula that had green tea derived caffeine with other really unique
- 9:18ingredients tea, creane, dytamine, a unique form of rodiola. And what
- 9:22we saw is that it translated into about thirty percent patient success. The other
- 9:28seventy percent was ingredients that were a little bit too much for people to handle.
- 9:35We have since pivoted and found even newer merging technology that solved this piece.
- 9:41But what it taught me was that caffeine is such a personalized experience and
- 9:48that many of us either metabolize too fast or too slow caffeine. So there's
- 9:54somebody that's listening. You may consume coffee after o'clock in the morning, you
- 10:00know you're going to be up all night, where other people are drinking coffee
- 10:03all day. They're drinking and turning to energy drinks all day. They get
- 10:09no benefit, right, It's just habited. There are a numb to caffeine.
- 10:13And so that would be I would say, out of everything, one
- 10:18learning experience so far that made us better, made the process, the strategy,
- 10:20the blueprint much more better, and we were able to hone in on
- 10:24a greater way after that. So, Michael, so what would you say
- 10:30of all the products that you have and we'll go through each one of them
- 10:33that we can have time to talk about today because they're all so important.
- 10:39But let's start at the top. I know you've just reformulated your NAD,
- 10:43your cardio NAD product. Would you say that that is probably the most important
- 10:48product in your protocol? Or is it even possible for you to single out
- 10:54one? You know, it's like asking which kid do you love the best?
- 10:58Right? I mean, they're all so close and near to us,
- 11:01and we spend a lot of time and energy and love into every ingredient we
- 11:05pick how we dose it there. You know, if we can't have the
- 11:07best solution for a doctor to use with their patient, we're not coming out
- 11:11with it. So I'm excited about the reformulation with cardio AAD. We just
- 11:16relaunched that a few weeks ago. It was a near and dear mission for
- 11:20us, as we still are faced with heart disease being the leading cause of
- 11:24death, and we wanted something that was going to help so many people and
- 11:28already is I mean, we're getting some incredible initial feedback on the reformulation and
- 11:33happy to dive into the want and kind of the blueprint that we're following there
- 11:39yes, let's do that. So tell us about first, what are the
- 11:43what's the intention? Obviously the words cardio and for those who don't know what
- 11:50NAD means, maybe you could just give a quick summary of what NAD is
- 11:56and then let's talk about the ingredients and why they're making such a huge friends.
- 12:01Yeah, I mean, right now in literature, there is so much
- 12:03happening on both of these topics, right, so, cardiovascular disease, vascular
- 12:07aging, NAD levels declining with age, and connecting that with mitochondria dysfunction,
- 12:15chronic disease, why some people are aging faster than others, and so you
- 12:18might hear some of these NAD precursors like NMN and are niacinamide. You can
- 12:26do actual NAD through a patch injection IV. So what we wanted originally here
- 12:33was to start talking about the connection of vascular aging that goes with NAD decline
- 12:39and then from there there's these bigger buckets. Right we are as old or
- 12:43as young as our vessels, and starting to identify this microvascular system, the
- 12:48endotheo glyco klyx, which may be a new word for some of the listeners.
- 12:54How many of us have a family history of heart disease or dealing borderline
- 13:00of hypertension, already has hypertension, elevated lipids, natric oxide dysfunction. Right,
- 13:05these are all things that are bundled and clustered into cardio metabolic dysfunction.
- 13:11And so these were key circulations. Another one we'll talk about that. So
- 13:16these were major themes into creating this multi stacked formula that casts it a net
- 13:24onto all of these potential pathways and mechanisms to help support the underlying dysfunction present.
- 13:31And so when we look at a lot of the literature and start picking
- 13:35some of these ingredients, we'll start with the NAD component, so niacinamide.
- 13:41There's a brand new study that confirmed why we selected it and dosed at two
- 13:46hundred milligrams. That was very purposeful. But we stacked it with an emerging
- 13:50ingredient that not many companies in the world have, which is NAD three.
- 13:56Through our partnership with Compound Solutions. The late great doctor Hector Lopez is one
- 14:01of the ip holders of NAD three. He's been an advisor of this company.
- 14:05He was critical at the original formulation and some ideas about where we're going
- 14:11to take it. So when we launched NAD three, this was just pre
- 14:15clinical evaluation. We saw the potential of influencing all the hallmarks of aging.
- 14:20Fast forward to today where we now have three human studies published showing incredible ability
- 14:26to play offense and defense inside the cell. So actually honing in on why
- 14:31we are making less NAD peared with fueling the body to make more on its
- 14:37own. So when then you put that in there in the latest study actually
- 14:39confirmed control with helping support stem cell production in the body. And so NAD
- 14:46three with Nia cinemi that's the backbone of this formula. Then from there we
- 14:50had a really fun time, you know, honing in on the other ingredients
- 14:54that made up the rest of this formula. So we'll start with bergamont,
- 14:58you know, a great fruit for from Italy at five hundred milligrams that's been
- 15:03shown to help support healthy levels of lipids. Right, So healthy cholesterol from
- 15:09their coke ten so important for so many people. And so there's a brand
- 15:15new technology that's only in Europe when we pick this, we're now the first
- 15:18in the United States. But it's pairing and combining and binding coke ten with
- 15:22collagen peptides and it creates this absorption matrix. Coke ten's not well absorbed in
- 15:28our body on its own. That's why we have people doing chewable, soft
- 15:31gels, liquids, injectable. So with this, you're able to take the
- 15:37raw material that we have, this LEOHB cokey ten, and you could dump
- 15:41it in a cup of water, no mixing, no stirring, no shaking,
- 15:46and it will take over the entire water. It is incredible to see
- 15:50and that's what it's doing in our body. So we selected that to be
- 15:54the version of coke ten, and we said, what's the dose that all
- 15:58of our top level doctors, integrate cardiologists are doing. They're suggesting three hundred
- 16:02milligrams. That's what we put in here. So from there, there's a
- 16:04brand new peptide through our collaboration with Noritas that you spoke about earlier. This
- 16:10is their second peptide that we've launched in the US. It's lentil derived peptides,
- 16:15and over the last couple weeks there's actually been two publications highlighting the role
- 16:18of legumin lentil peptides for cardio metabolic disorders and in this case, for circulation
- 16:25and ace inhibition properties. The lentil peptides were tapped into for this formula.
- 16:32Now from there a lot of talk around the glycoklyx right the coding of our
- 16:36vascular system for coidin or fukudon, however you want to call it. From
- 16:41seaweeds, this is be here as well at a significant dose. Really incredible
- 16:45when we think about supporting the regrowth and the repair of damage done to our
- 16:51glycoklyx. This is the one that was checking all the boxes in our formulation
- 16:56approach. Nanokainase when we think about five greenogen levels, circulation, coagulation,
- 17:03even spite protein. Nanokinase was another easy one to add in here to layer
- 17:07into the synergy. Nitric Oxide was another big component that a lot of our
- 17:12doctors were focusing on in their practice. So there's an ingredient combination that has
- 17:18maringa omegrind and black ginger with multiple human studies that not only show acute application,
- 17:25but also a twenty two day study that showed the long effects of what
- 17:30we call fitinox. So we've actually recently taken this finished product we call cardio
- 17:36NAD and we utilize the natric oxide test strips and saw single dose impact with
- 17:44the natric oxide test strip. So this is creating an incredible speedy impact in
- 17:48our body and the safety profile is there for long term use. For all
- 17:53the reasons we just outlined, and this is one of them that we're really
- 17:59proud of because we're already seeing the impact that it's helping. We even have
- 18:03athletes, younger athletes taking this talking about their lung capacity during working out has
- 18:10been greatly improved quickly with this formula. So every day we're getting a lot
- 18:15of testimonials, a lot of feedback to show that this time we got it
- 18:18right right. It's working. Ry and Shelby Michael, the natokin age,
- 18:26I've looked at that before. What about people who have sin blood ITP,
- 18:33they're not supposed to take nantok I understand. Yeah. You know, with
- 18:40all our formulas, because they're so advanced, it's always ideal to do under
- 18:44a supervision of your healthcare practitioner or to at least bounce back what you're considering
- 18:48because they have the best handle on your current prescriptions, your current health goals,
- 18:53the blood chemistry, and so that's why you hit on earlier. We
- 18:57are primarily focused on adding our solutions into the toolbox of practitioners to then tap
- 19:04into when they feel our formulas can make the biggest impact. And I think
- 19:10it's amazing that you can use coq ten versus ubiquenol and have the absorbability factor
- 19:15be just as good because for years, you know, people have said don't
- 19:19use coq ten. Don't always, particularly if you're over forty five or so,
- 19:26you know, as you get older and you can't absorb. So this
- 19:30is really a breakthrough that you can use instead of ubiquen al, use coq
- 19:34ten. We felt the same way we were, you know, we were
- 19:38looking a long time to find the right partner for that. And the group
- 19:41over in Europe that's heading up the LEO HP technology, they are applying this
- 19:47technology to a number of ingredients that historically are not well absorbed when taken orally,
- 19:52and we're excited to be their leading partner in the United States with this
- 19:56technology addressing the coke ten deficiency and absorb or hurdle. So you said that
- 20:03this new product has been out only' only reformulated recently, and so have you
- 20:11done other tests that are scientific studies or is that going to be happening.
- 20:15That's the next step. So what we're looking at is aligning with some of
- 20:18our current healthcare practitioners to identify the key metrics that we're going to be evaluating
- 20:25now with the finished product. The easiest thing that we've already done was the
- 20:27nottric oxide single dose application. All these ingredients have their own human studies and
- 20:33their reference on our website, but are always our biggest challenge, how do
- 20:37we translate and make sure that the individual ingredients studies are coming together and translating
- 20:42into patient care. So that's the next part of the journey that we're going
- 20:47to be taking part and we've already identified a few practitioners who are going to
- 20:49be leading that for us in the near future. And who are they.
- 20:55So if you're listening in Central Pennsylvania Ternpile Health and Well doctor Chris Turnpod,
- 21:00doctor Citia West, there's twenty practitioners in this multi centered practice, one of
- 21:04our leading partners as a center, they are their largest non hospital blood draw
- 21:11site in the state of Pennsylvania. So they are looking deep under the hood.
- 21:15They're they're they're drawing a lot of labs that's going to give us a
- 21:18great baseline but also able to follow these patients to see where are we making
- 21:23the biggest difference when taking this formula. So is this a formula that you
- 21:29can take uh for protective as well as if you already have a condition.
- 21:34Absolutely, Yeah, so this is this is a uh you would say this
- 21:40formula could be taken by everybody. Do you need to be a certain age?
- 21:42Do you think or before you would start considering using an AD three?
- 21:48So you know, with us, we have to always say eighteen and up,
- 21:52especially with some of the things happening in New York with with with restrictions
- 21:56on supplements. You a wide patient, wide listener population benefiting from this.
- 22:03Like I was just mentioning the lung capacity from athletes that these are guys in
- 22:07their twenties, Yeah, you know healthy, you know, semi professional boxers.
- 22:14We're getting incredible feedback and these are these are guys that are that are
- 22:18honed in on their body and what's what's moving the needle, what's making a
- 22:22difference. And to get that kind of feedback so quickly was really exciting to
- 22:27hear. And yeah, just just confirm we're on the right the right track
- 22:32here to help a lot of people with this. Well, we both know
- 22:34that there's been a strong reaction to the COVID pandemic with a lot of athletes
- 22:42who have developed myocardis So this could be a game changer for that. You
- 22:49know, all these professional athletic teams who are very concerned by seeing how many
- 22:55of their athletes have suffered myocarditis. So very good. Well, okay,
- 23:00so that's one. So now what would be Well, maybe I can ask
- 23:03it differently because I love some of the products, But let's talk about the
- 23:08GLP one because I think, you know, I don't know a woman that
- 23:12doesn't want to lose five pounds, and even if she is looking, you
- 23:17know, toned and bossed and all that, but still there's always that issue.
- 23:21So the GLP one has become the semi blue ties have become the kind
- 23:23of darling of the weight loss industry. And yet there are side effects,
- 23:29As everybody has been if they're diligent, they certainly read about the downside of
- 23:34taking ozeenpic or Manjaro or any of the others. And so why don't you
- 23:40talk about your addition to the metabolic issues of gaining weight and not being able
- 23:48to lose it. That's I think one of the biggest challenges as you get
- 23:51older. You have started with two incredible formulas. You're making my job easy
- 23:56on this, So you know, eight was a really really special formula.
- 24:03Similar with the cardio NAD story. Right, there was a study that I
- 24:06read coming out of COVID where eight out of every ten people in the US
- 24:10right now are metabolically unhealthy. And when I talk to doctors, they actually
- 24:14say it's probably more like nine out of every ten. We're not the best
- 24:17place right now. And so to take a step back, and similar to
- 24:22the cardio NAD formulation, right, identify what are those major pathways we need
- 24:26to address and better support. And so we start with things like glucose disposal
- 24:30issues, insulin resistance, how do we better activate things like AMPK? What
- 24:37are the hormones we need to better modulate, things like grellin, leptin at
- 24:41a connectin levels. You talked about that hard to lose, that tricky fat,
- 24:47that white at a post fat? Right, so how do we beige
- 24:51the white fat? How do we increase thermogenesis without stimulation where you're just hot
- 24:56and sweaty all day? I'm supporting ketone levels, right, These are all
- 25:00major areas, So hitting on satiety, helping somebody that's reached a plateau,
- 25:06right, they were doing great, now no movement, or what's the first
- 25:10line of therapy before some of these GLP ones may be considered, Or if
- 25:12somebody doesn't want to inject, how do we give them an option that could
- 25:18cast a wide net on all these pathways we just spoke about. And so
- 25:22ignite is that formulate? It's we have seven trademarked ingredients at the right doses
- 25:30together to work on all these pathways that we are uncovering as the underlying cause
- 25:37of the dysfunction. And so I'm happy to dive into what those ingredients are.
- 25:44We all want to hear that. And I think before we start that
- 25:48people should know a MPK what that is. It stands for activated protein kindage.
- 25:53But why don't you tell people what it really does in the body.
- 25:57Yeah, so it's it's playing you know, the whole metabolism or energy expenditure.
- 26:03We think about our ancestors, right huntering gatherer days where we weren't sure
- 26:08where our next meal was coming from. So our bodies programmed to have these
- 26:14signals of store it, don't burn it, and so really we have to
- 26:18activate things like AMPK modulate certain hormones. Because we are you know, we
- 26:23have plenty of food at our disposal. We don't need to hold, we
- 26:27need to burn. We need to turn those carbs into energy and use it.
- 26:33We think about things like basal metabolic rate, some of these things that
- 26:37some of you might be tracking. And so a lot of the literature is
- 26:40showing the importance of supporting AMPK and things like sirtuins and even mt or not
- 26:45to go down that rabbit hole at this point, but AMPK is one that
- 26:52a lot of researchers are tracking and identifying natural ways to support this. And
- 26:56so we've identified several ingredients that had the studies to show the activation and to
- 27:03also help with these signals, these cues in the body. And so I
- 27:07think it's a good time to talk about maybe the role of peptides here.
- 27:10I think GLP ones are dominating the media. There's some incredible impact that they
- 27:15make, and for some under the wrong supervision, could cause some less desirable
- 27:22issues that we want to avoid. And so there are peptides that are satiety
- 27:27peptides. We are using here. The ingredients called DNF ten at five hundred
- 27:33milligrams. This was really interesting when we read this. So over one hundred
- 27:37participants eight weeks, they were followed in by eight. By the eighth week
- 27:42at this dose that we have, the average participant consumed six hundred less calories
- 27:49per day. Wow. Right, this is something where we think about peptides.
- 27:55Forget about the safety profile that's so great and attractive, But they're signalers,
- 28:00activators in the body. They're crossing guards when needed, and they're helping
- 28:03the body control the signaling of hunger. In this case. It's always interesting
- 28:08when I sit in some of the you know, patients that are in front
- 28:12of our doctors and talk about, well, I thought you were on this
- 28:15diet. What happened? Well, Doc, I can't control my cravings.
- 28:22After dinner ten o'clock a night, I'm starving, right, So helping address
- 28:27these cues with the brain was really important as a foundational piece for this formula.
- 28:33So the five hundred milligrams that was the study dose that that's in here.
- 28:37Then from there we think about the other big craze nature is ozebic.
- 28:42Right, Burberine. There's been some tremendous updates with burberine, so berberine in
- 28:51order for it to be utilized, converts to dihydro berberine in our gut.
- 28:53But in order for some people to get the intended use and impact of burbering,
- 28:59they had to take fifteen hundred milligrams some people, that causes a lot
- 29:03of gut dysfunction. We've parted with some incredible researchers that found a way to
- 29:10take what berberine converted to in the gut, the dihydro berberine, and create
- 29:15the dihydro berberine as a standalone and augment its production. And so we have
- 29:19two hundred milligrams of dihydro berberine and what we have shown is that this is
- 29:25five times more bioavailable than standard berberine and double the half life without the GI
- 29:32issues. That was really meaningful to add this into the layer third ingredient that
- 29:38when I started reading about it, I said, why did I know about
- 29:41this sooner? Why aren't more companies using it? And it's an ingredient called
- 29:45el Beba. If you haven't heard about al baba yet, we only produce
- 29:51it during high intense workouts. It's abelid of l valene. And so the
- 29:57same group that has the dihydroburb breed also created its own al beba. This
- 30:04is called idoberm, and so by taking it on its own, we're augmenting
- 30:08the body's production. So on days we work out, we're producing more of
- 30:11it, and that's been shown to help speed up the beijing of that white,
- 30:15sticky fat, tricky one of the looks and on days we don't work
- 30:19out. It's not to say this is your cheat pass. Exercise is still
- 30:23going to be critical to get your goals right, but this is going to
- 30:26help speed up the basil menabolic rate and put that body in a status if
- 30:32it did work out, So that's in here at also five hundred milligrams.
- 30:36Bitter melon is one of those botanicals that there's no shortage of data on its
- 30:40roll with cardio metabolic issues, glucose disposal issues. So this is a very
- 30:45rare form of bitter melon that we are bringing in from India. It's only
- 30:48harvested a few times a year. Great activity there. It's called factor twenty
- 30:53one. The next two ingredients are the act opponent and inuslin that have studies
- 30:59on show owing confirmation of activating AMPK and also helping the body burn not store
- 31:07the carbs and the fat. The last ingredient here grains of paradise in the
- 31:10ginger family really really unique. At forty milligrams, this is speeding up the
- 31:15baso metabolic rate and thermogenesis where it's helping the body burn one hundred calories a
- 31:21day with no lifestyle change. And so when you think about why we've chosen
- 31:26each of these ingredients and its role, it makes a lot of sense why
- 31:30so many different types of people are getting success with this formula in a variety
- 31:34of different ways. Are these people that have been on the GLP ones that
- 31:41are now transitioning Is that what you're Are you finding that as one of the
- 31:47ways to get off of the chemicals and get onto the naturro We'd certainly have
- 31:52plenty of practitioners that are using this as a phase two as part of the
- 31:57journey to be lusurylyiant, or they're using it as an option one. Right,
- 32:04try this first, see how this works. M Yeah, because you
- 32:09mentioned grellin and lectins, and I think a lot of people don't even know
- 32:14what those are and that they are really affecting what your total metabolic picture looks
- 32:20like. And that's really related to your nutritional choices, right, So if
- 32:24you eat night shades, you're going to get a lot of lectins. That's
- 32:28tomatoes, eggplant, peppers and things that people love and they say, why
- 32:32can't I keep eating those? But they do have high lectin content, and
- 32:37the lectins are an antagonists to weight loss. And then the grellin is it
- 32:44makes you hungry, So you want to reduce your your grellin levels in your
- 32:49body, which is what your product is doing naturally. And I guess Berberine
- 32:53is one of the ones that does attack the grellin right in a natural way
- 33:00as long as it stoes properly. Yeah. Absolutely, and with your formula.
- 33:04I tried burbering and I did have some reaction gutwise, so I know
- 33:08that you know trying your formula was there was absolutely no reaction, so we
- 33:15like to hear it. Yeah, So what kind of feedback have you had
- 33:20from the patients to their practitioners about using this product. We've seen it all
- 33:25over. I mean there's been people that say they claim they've lost ten pounds
- 33:30a month one with no change, with no lifestyle change. I mean,
- 33:32I don't know how often that's going to happen. This isn't a miracle,
- 33:36bill, right, So what we see is that this has been a game
- 33:39changer and part of a bigger regiment. I think once you're optimizing your blood
- 33:45sugar and stabilizing blood sugar, one of the quickest things you're going to notice
- 33:50is energy increasing, brain fog being decreased, right, And this is what's
- 33:55been really attractive when all these things are working in combination, and so that's
- 34:01usually the quickest thing, eating less right, helping the satiety over time,
- 34:07making better choices. And we have a lot of people that are also giving
- 34:12us feedback that are doing the continuous glucose monitors and seeing firsthand not only how
- 34:19quickly the product's working, but how how it's sustained and how it's being tracked
- 34:22that way. It's definitely at this point one of our top formulas in terms
- 34:29of utilization, and I think it makes a lot of sense with just how
- 34:32many people can benefit from these ingredients as part of their daily regimen. So,
- 34:38okay, so we've talked about two very important ones. So we're focused
- 34:43on, you know, the heart, which is the leading cause of death
- 34:46in our world, and to now weight loss, which is the leading cause
- 34:51of unhappiness with most people who are you know, feeling like they don't have
- 34:54the body that they want. And there's you know, there's a lot of
- 34:58mental issues that go along with that emotional connection to the you know, to
- 35:05what we physically want to look like. And so you're you're, you know,
- 35:07you're getting at you. Now, let's go to the brain because and
- 35:12the gut brain connection. What what product would you recommend to people who are
- 35:16focused on those two issues? Yeah, And what's incredible, the listeners don't
- 35:22even know. We didn't rehearse this, like you are just teeing me up
- 35:27for just products that are are designed and making a great difference. This next
- 35:32one is one of them. And so the products called brain boost And it's
- 35:37when you were asking me earlier about some of the things we learned that didn't
- 35:40work, you know, the brain, the energy, the fatigue was that
- 35:44example. And this time we got it right. And so what we learned
- 35:47it was a costly mistake, but we we knew we made it because it
- 35:51didn't help enough people. Was how many people right now that are listening don't
- 35:55metabolize caffeine correctly? So some people are metabolizing it too fast, they get
- 36:01no benefit. They're chugging coffee and energy drinks all day. And then to
- 36:07those that just are such a slow metabolizer they drink more than one cup of
- 36:12coffee in the morning, their whole days kind of upside down. And so
- 36:15looking at why that's happening in ways to help, and then we didn't even
- 36:20talk about the genetic issues with caffeine that also are present. And so we
- 36:24are really excited to be the only practitioner brand that as of today has parizanthine
- 36:30commercially available. Caffeine metabolites into three main metabolites. The main one is called
- 36:37parizanthine. It's responsible for most of the benefit without any of the issues,
- 36:42the tolerance that jitters the hard stuff, it's all gone. We are now
- 36:45being able to deliver pure parizanthine. What that is doing is now biohacking or
- 36:52bypassing the bodies need to do the conversion also and takes out the genetic issues,
- 36:58so you're getting all batter benefit. That's the base of this formula.
- 37:02And so we think about the benefits associated with caffeine, but without the negative
- 37:08issues, you could take parizanthine long term, no tolerance build up, no
- 37:15jitters, none of the negative things people have experienced. So we took parizanthine.
- 37:20We split it up three hundred milligrams within two capsules to allow dosing flexibility.
- 37:25We added other incredible brain nourishing nutrients like organic lions made alpha gpc,
- 37:34edisto, altyracine, and altheanine, all working together. So if you're listening
- 37:39right now and you don't wake up feeling refreshed, or you're crashing in the
- 37:45afternoon, or you have this constant brain fog, or you're not motivated,
- 37:52or you go to exercising you just feel a little sluggish, this formula is
- 37:57for you, and it's one that works on the first dose. That's what's
- 38:02really incredible because we could talk about all this incredible innovation, but if you
- 38:07don't have the energy, the willingness, the motivation to create change, and
- 38:12it's those products are just gonna sit on your kitchen counter. I'll be utilized
- 38:17and eventually expire. So this brain boost is so foundational to get things going
- 38:23and maximize our day and give our brains this slight edge to elevate as needed.
- 38:30Mm hmm. So and then does it have an effect on the gut
- 38:35or is there is there a connection or do you need to do another your
- 38:38gut product that would be combined with the brain to do the gut brain connection.
- 38:46Yeah, so we don't market this as a gut brain formula. There
- 38:50would be a second piece to it, which is our prime gut health.
- 38:53And this is another one that there's not anyone I know of that can't benefit
- 38:59from this, whether acute or taken chronically, to identify the microbiomes roll with
- 39:05longevity, and that is a topic that is really taking over the continued medical
- 39:10conferences and a lot of the recent publications highlighting the importance of keeping these tight
- 39:16junctions right, reducing the intestinal permeability that so many of us are running into.
- 39:22So you know a lot of people say, well, Michael, where
- 39:24do you start. Right, Let's let's strengthen the gut. Let's let's heal
- 39:30the gut. Then if you're better absorbed, you know, other things maybe
- 39:34even resolved with focusing on that. And so yeah, there are our prime
- 39:39gut health. I'm happy to go in any deeper on that if if you
- 39:43like. But that's great, a great place to start right. Well,
- 39:47as you know, Michael, you've booked at who's been on my podcast,
- 39:52and you know that we have a lot of people in common, and there
- 39:54isn't one guess that's in the medical world today that does bring up the microbiome
- 40:01and the microbiome. If you open the internet, you cannot find you cannot
- 40:07go very far without seeing articles on how to heal your gut. So I
- 40:10think it is the foundational Well, they say eighty percent of our immune system
- 40:15is in our gut, So I think it's foundational, and I think we
- 40:19should take some time for you to discuss that. So this one is it's
- 40:22called Prime gut Health for everybody who's listening. If you're looking at the website
- 40:29after we finish and you want to see which products, So why don't you
- 40:31tell us more about prime gut health and how that Prime dot health taken with
- 40:36brain boost could be the answer to your gut brain access. So I assume
- 40:43that's what you're hoping anyway, So, yeah, what's in prime dout health
- 40:50and why does it work? Yeah, and also showing not only the gut
- 40:53brain access, but the guts connection to metabolism and cardiovasco issues. Really,
- 41:00Prime gun health could be plugged into any of the formulas. We spoke about
- 41:04so in identifying why this is so unique, and le'd say, we're so
- 41:07smart and tapped in, But this formula is really designed in collaboration with so
- 41:13many incredible practitioners who were using three or four separate formulas with their patients getting
- 41:21great results. We said, you know what, let's hit on compliance and
- 41:22convenience to set up sustained success with patients. So we put multiple products in
- 41:29one. Let's start with the immunal globulence. So in ter helps our partner
- 41:32here immunal in over forty published studies, these immunal globulins are there to bind
- 41:40to bacteria in the gut that don't belong there. Right, So we think
- 41:44about how do we clean up, how do we clean up the yard?
- 41:46Well, it's getting ready to leaves, it's getting ready things that don't belong
- 41:51there, and the rake's going to be your best friend in that case.
- 41:53Well, in this case, immunal globyans right IgG for example, is going
- 41:58to be something and something that many practitioners, top level practitioners are using with
- 42:04incredible success. So one gram of the immunal globulin complex paired with butyrate the
- 42:09form of butrate is tributor and that we are using. It's called core biome.
- 42:15It's the only butyrate at the time of this recording that's been proven the
- 42:19reach to colon. So we think about free impost biotics and the ability to
- 42:23stimulate short chain fatty acid production and start to you know, now that the
- 42:28yard's cleaned up, well, let's get some things planted, right, Let's
- 42:31get the grass growing, the flowers blooming. So this that one gram is
- 42:37a very meaningful dose that complements the immunal globulins and then from there we all
- 42:44know about probiotics, right, everyone's talking about probotics. Eat your yogurt,
- 42:47you know, fermented foods. These are three ID verified probiotics from spores.
- 42:55These people love spores is that they are so resistant to different pH levels and
- 43:00heat, and so we're making sure that when you're taking this product, you're
- 43:06taking live cultures, right, that are going to be meaningful when they reach
- 43:08your gut. Twelve billion is a high level dose when it comes to spores,
- 43:15and that's what we have in each serving. And there's public studies in
- 43:20humans on the actual ID verified spores that are in here in the combination.
- 43:24So they are the Tribeck spore blend. So even for a cute you know,
- 43:29when we think about diarrhea, constipation, all these acute flare ups,
- 43:34this formula is incredible for that, but also can be used for long term
- 43:38gut help. The last piece of this puzzle is an ingredient called estrogen,
- 43:44which is a stragulus RB one and this is really critical because it helps improve
- 43:50absorption of anything it's paired with. It is going to help reduce in the
- 43:54intestinal wall inflammation as well as being that game changer. Right. We just
- 44:01saw publication with this ingredient in colitis and Crohn's patients and so for a lot
- 44:07of people are taking this because oh robotics are in here, they see them
- 44:12rate, they see the immutical labs. They don't even see the astrogen.
- 44:15But that is an incredible ingredient that was very purposefully put in here, and
- 44:22that's what makes up prime good help. And you mentioned that you're going to
- 44:25be looking at acomencia for future formulations. Is that have taken any form yet
- 44:30in terms of including in the next generation. Well, if we're talking about
- 44:37the future, we have identified some sources of acamancia there's just a lot of
- 44:42companies that are doing a great job delivering that we have actually pivoted, and
- 44:45I guess we could use this podcast to announce some teasers. We're going to
- 44:50be first to market some really unique innovation around the microbiome leveraging AI technology.
- 44:55So think about colostroumons, steroids, proteins. This is AI derived where they're
- 45:04able to identify pieces of the colostrum that they're pulling out, using the AI
- 45:09to say, well, what piece is most therapeutic for what intended target,
- 45:14and then when that target's been confirmed, they're able to then create a pattern
- 45:19of this colostrum to mimic breast milk. Fascinate. This is a biotech company
- 45:24out of Israel. We're going to be their partner in the US. We
- 45:29just to deal with them. And the other big thing is going to be
- 45:31human identical lactoferrin that's also in the near future. And another one talking about
- 45:39the gut brain access is there's now new precision probiotics that we could take the
- 45:45stimulate production of certain things. In this case, this one ID targeted probiotic
- 45:52stimulates the production in our guts of gabba. It's just next generation technology that
- 46:00we're going to be leveraging and layering into the current innovations that we've brought to
- 46:05market. So, like I said, the microbiomes just warming up, and
- 46:09you know, keep track of where we're going over the next eighteen months or
- 46:15so. For people who may want to know what GABA is, you know,
- 46:17one of the greatest formulas in the world is GABA for relaxation. It's
- 46:24it's really comparable to healthy Unian I think right in terms of helping the cortisol
- 46:30levels. And actually we didn't talk about stress today, but in cortisol.
- 46:35But you know that this is another big enemy of everything that you've talked about.
- 46:39If you don't have your stress levels managed and your cortisol levels reduced,
- 46:45none of this is going to really help you because stress is, as they
- 46:47say, is a killer. So can you address that for a moment for
- 46:53our audience, this has been a big, big area for us. We
- 46:58think about cortisol a stress and wired stress and tired anxiety is through the roof.
- 47:07So we're actually about forty eight hours away from finalizing our our our solution
- 47:12for this. So oh yeah, we've been working on it for over two
- 47:15years. So this is oh, and I guess my question was timely.
- 47:19Okay, so can you break the news early or is it something we have
- 47:22to wait for another couple of days? You know we could tell I mean,
- 47:25this wasn't rehearsed at all. But you know, I've been just admired
- 47:30on some of the use with things like in magnolia, which is which then
- 47:37derives hanocchi also die hydra hanocchi all is a game changer. A lot of
- 47:42my providers have seen firsthand with this is done in a cute setting right to
- 47:46kind of almost be that chill pill. And then looking at things like el
- 47:52theening and uh, you know we talked about the Gabba stimulating precision robiotic.
- 48:00You know these are going to be all in the formula. I guess I
- 48:05should say, without giving away too much, a new formula or is it
- 48:09going to be included in some of the ones that we've talked about. This
- 48:14is going to be a new formula. This is going to be something that
- 48:16you could take as needed, that could work fast, that you could take
- 48:21any time of day, depending on when the biggest opportunity to help is.
- 48:25So for some people it's going to work going to that family reunion, getting
- 48:30on that airplane. How about going to sleep where you're lay in bed,
- 48:35your mind's racing all night. So we've been working really digitally to identify the
- 48:43special combination that's going to provide the greatest benefit as quickly as possible. So
- 48:49when will we be able to get that product? Michael, Well, I
- 48:52don't know when this is going to air, but I'm hoping by the end
- 48:57of summer. Oh, okay, what can we know the name of it?
- 49:00Or does it have a name yet? Wow, you're going to hold
- 49:04me here. It's not finalized, okay, but I'm pretty sure what we're
- 49:08talking about is going to be called Serenity. Oh. I was just going
- 49:14to tell you that I've been taking a product called be Serene and it's probably
- 49:19not nearly as complex as yours, but it is. Interestingly, they tell
- 49:23you to take it only between one and seven PM, and I was surprised
- 49:30because I thought, you know, cortisol when you wake up that it's lowest.
- 49:34So I suppose they're just say as the day goes on and you have
- 49:37more and more stressors, that they'll do the most benefit to you during those
- 49:44six hours. But anyway, so that is another one you should be aware
- 49:47it is called be Serene, but not serenity. But I'm surprised there isn't
- 49:52a product already on the market called serenity. Yeah, there's a few out
- 49:57there, not trademarked. I just like seren me with a little plus sign
- 50:00at the end. It just we try to not create these like complex product
- 50:05names that take you ten minutes to figure out what is it even for and
- 50:07what's in it? Yeah that when you hold the bottle and you get it,
- 50:13it makes sense, right and and you know, all these formulas are
- 50:17tough to name. I felt like I was most attracted to serenity. I
- 50:22just felt like that was the piece the mindset mm hmm that we were looking
- 50:28for. Well that's exciting. So everybody looks watch out for the Yeah,
- 50:34as is breaking news. Your is thank you first to know. Well,
- 50:38we like that. We like to be innovating, and uh, it'd be
- 50:44in front of the crowd, so to speak. So okay, I have
- 50:46a lot of friends who have joint muscle issues of you know, hip replacements,
- 50:54ankle breaking, uh, you know, the you know, just the
- 51:00things that happen as you get older. So and some of them are from
- 51:05accidents. So BPC one fifty seven. We all we've talked about this on
- 51:10a number of my podcasters because it is kind of one of the most prominent
- 51:17pepties that gets mentioned when we talk about anything to do with tendons and muscles.
- 51:24What would you say about your product? You have to BPC one fifty
- 51:29seven by itself, and then you have BPC one fifty seven dash PEA five
- 51:34hundred. So let's talk about the one that you think is the most efficacious.
- 51:40If I don't like to put you on the spot like that, but
- 51:44I want you to you know, we don't have limit, we only have
- 51:45limited times. I want people to know the one that they should look at
- 51:50if they have those kinds of issues. And just before you start, I
- 51:53just want to say to everyone that BPC one firfty seven comes from the gut
- 51:59and it it's actually called the Wolverine peptid because it has so many positive effects
- 52:06on gut issues like ulcer gastriculcers and things like that, and IBD and IBS
- 52:15irritable vowel syndrome. And so there are both oral and injectable formulas. And
- 52:22you have the oral which I was told in the beginning take the oral.
- 52:27If you've focused on your gut, take the injection. If you're focused on
- 52:30your muscles. Do you get you advertised promote both being affected by the oral?
- 52:39So can you and your answer today and description, could you address that
- 52:45issue? Because I think people are confused. I would love to, and
- 52:49actually I guess to de've you some more breaking information. There will be a
- 52:52third formula by the time the sayers, so there'll be an even greater comprehends
- 53:00approach. That's going to be BPC plus KPV plus PEA and so now we're
- 53:07giving to just more options depending on what the intended target is. You know,
- 53:10for this week we are very careful. We don't over promote overextend.
- 53:15We try to say as little as possible, let the doctors and you do
- 53:20your own research. I can share is the amount of testimonials people calling us,
- 53:28emailing us about what this formula has done for issues outside the gut.
- 53:35I think anything in the gut's been a no brainer. We know the BPC,
- 53:38especially naturally occurring in the gastric juice, is going to do its thing
- 53:42there. People would say that injectable would be a preferred administration for anything outside
- 53:47the gut, and that's getting very hard to get. So people are now
- 53:53turning to ours and saying that it unless it's ce bow and you know,
- 54:00listen, I never rulled that out, but they feel it's been helping them
- 54:05repair that shoulder, the Achilles injury. That's been really intriguing because for a
- 54:10lot of people, I'm just like, hey, low hanging fruit. Anybody
- 54:13on a PPI and he gout dysfunction. And there's something to our secret sauce.
- 54:17So when three of our peptides are paired with something called saco braz eight
- 54:22sodium and it's short for snack, semaglutide as an oral is actually also bound
- 54:29by snack and this creates a buffer around the peptide to improve enhance its oral
- 54:36potential because it buffers different changes of the pH level. So our BPC and
- 54:43all of our options in the BPC have it bound with snack. So I
- 54:47do think that could be why we're seeing such a great experience with it.
- 54:52We are using the BPC rgin aate salt version, which is the gold standard
- 54:59in terms of oral delivery. There's acetate, there's some other ones and so
- 55:06and hopefully I'm answering your question, I know around about way of talking about
- 55:08this. We do have it with PA, and for those that don't know
- 55:13about pea, PA is a lipid resolving mediator. We produce it naturally in
- 55:17response to pain and inflammation, and so that may also be helping the BPC
- 55:22work outside the gut. But PA is also working inside the gut as well,
- 55:28and some doctors are saying this, this is working fast. Some of
- 55:30my doctors are opening up this bottle during the patient visit when the patients they
- 55:35are in discomfort m H. And it doesn't work for everybody that fast,
- 55:39but you know, for some people, right place, right time, right
- 55:44combination, it's been very meaningful. And what is kpb So kpd is an
- 55:49antimicrobial peptide. This has been also very popular to use in combination with BPC.
- 55:55That's why we're doing the combo. PA can be used for supporting healthy
- 56:00levels of pain if if that even exists. I'm just trying to create some
- 56:05legal friendly supportive claims here and not say too much on the record. C
- 56:09Bow mass Sell dysfunction. These are things where a lot of doctors are using
- 56:14KPV. It's orally bioavailable so we have it as a standalone and we'll have
- 56:19it in the bigger blend with BPC as well. Mhm. This is and
- 56:24we've only covered, you know, a third of your products. So I
- 56:29mean I have the entire inventory of your products and in my notes because I've
- 56:36been so curious to know, you know, all the different possibilities that you
- 56:40offer before we had our podcast, So we haven't covered two of the ones
- 56:45that I think are really important. And well, they're all important, but
- 56:50you know, I just picked the highlight one. So one of them and
- 56:52I want to cover that before we leave today is the Resolve And maybe you
- 56:58could just spend a couple of minutes telling us why has Resolved such an important
- 57:01product for people to know about. Yes, so you know, this journey
- 57:07actually started in twenty thirteen. I was part of the first commercial team in
- 57:10the US that launched or brought to market specialized pro resolving mediators. And this
- 57:15was really based on the work out of doctor Charlie Surhan out of Harvard where
- 57:21he started identifying spm's occurring in high dose fish oil or occurring in fish oil
- 57:27to help resolve inflammation. And so what we call this formula resolve low grade
- 57:35inflammation that doesn't get resolved. There's really the backbone of what's speeding up agings.
- 57:39It's behind a lot of chronic disease. And so we wanted to get
- 57:44this one right. We wanted to identify in the literature what are these nutrients
- 57:47that are most meaningful to help modulate many of these key pathways. And so
- 57:53first off or first upcomes kircumin. And there's a lot of different options in
- 57:59the kirkcumin world. All everyone's touting great bioavailability. The ones that we ultimately
- 58:04picked was Therauman Super and this is a group that has published over thirty papers.
- 58:09All they make is this, So I love when ingredient companies are dialed
- 58:15in and just own a category like they do. We layer that in with
- 58:21tetrahydrokurcumin, which is what a piece of the metabolites into. So we extracted
- 58:28that out with the same group that did the dihydroberbraine in the lbela same company,
- 58:32and so it's two pronged, very complete Kirkcuman matrix that's in here.
- 58:38Then from there we did two other usual suspects, but at high absorption potential.
- 58:44Two fidozones, horseitin and boswelia. The other piece, which is an
- 58:51incredible ingredient that I think is underutilized in supplements is parilla seed. Seed is
- 58:59great at allergies, right THH one THH two mass cell And so somebody that
- 59:04has this unresolved pain and inflammation, there could be a little bit of that
- 59:07happening. So we put parila seed in that into this formula. And the
- 59:12secret sauce in this formula is the acmela flower. And so if you're listening
- 59:17and you're not familiar with what this flower is, I wasn't to be honest
- 59:21till this was brought to my attention. This is a flower that is grown
- 59:24and harvested on the island of Sardinia, one of the Blue zones, and
- 59:28in folk medicine, doctors would give this flower to their patients to chew on
- 59:32because it numbed them out. It's called the toothache plant, and it's helping
- 59:37the body better respond to pain and inflammation. That's it here. And then
- 59:42rounding out we have the stragulus astrogen the RB one do connect the gut inflammation
- 59:49pain matrix. So that's what resolve is two capsules works quickly, you could
- 59:55take it long term. We even have people telling us that it's a reasona
- 1:00:00having skin irritation. So this whole you know, this your skin is a
- 1:00:02mirror what's inside. This formula has been really heightening the importance of making sure
- 1:00:07we are cleaning up what's going on inside of us. Yeah, and everybody
- 1:00:13you know knows that inflammation is the key to curing information is the keys to
- 1:00:19curing chronic illness. So it's a new term called inflammating. That's right.
- 1:00:25Yeah, that's the backbone of what resolve is, right exactly. So,
- 1:00:31well, we're running out of time, so I want to be sure we
- 1:00:34include some contact information. Michael. So, I know you offered a very
- 1:00:39generous gift to our viewers today, So why don't you tell us about that?
- 1:00:44And then how do people find you? And if they have any questions?
- 1:00:49Do you have a customer service helpline? Yeah? Absolutely, So wanted
- 1:00:55to thank everybody for listening a special gift. We don't we don't do this
- 1:01:00often, but I wanted to just kind of have people take action. Right,
- 1:01:04you're this far into listening to us, so we want to make it

- 1:02:06somebody that can answer questions that because I know that you're limited to give medical
- 1:02:10advice, you know, just by law, so that if somebody has a
- 1:02:15question about a product, ingredient or you know, just not asking for medical
- 1:02:21advice, which they really should be under supervision. As you said, earlier
- 1:02:23before they even order your product. So even their doctors may be the ones
- 1:02:28to tell them to, you know, have your products if they don't supply
- 1:02:32them at they're clinics. So but yeah, so what if they call?
