- 0:00Speaker 1: Well, when last we left, before we went on our
- 0:03Speaker 1: big Christmas break, Uh, fantasy playoffs were about to begin.
- 0:08Speaker 1: So what ended up happening? We made it in different
- 0:11Speaker 1: leagues and things like that. Did we win a championship
- 0:14Speaker 1: this year? And we're gonna give out our year end
- 0:16Speaker 1: awards in this week's episode of Fantasy Freaking Football, it's.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Time to review your fantasy team now.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Commissioners, it's time for Fantasy Freaking footballballan final show the season.
- 0:37Speaker 1: It's a depression.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Yeah, it feels like just yesterday we were like, we're back.
- 0:41Speaker 1: I know, I can't believe the fantasy season goes quick. Man,
- 0:44Speaker 1: it feels like it's a long time. But it feels
- 0:46Speaker 1: like again, it's like just yesterday.
- 0:48Speaker 2: There's nothing worse than we You don't make the playoffs
- 0:50Speaker 2: in fantasy and it just ends in fourteenth, So you
- 0:52Speaker 2: have four weeks left and you don't have fantasy. Because
- 0:55Speaker 2: I watch football now and I'll see like somebody rush
- 0:58Speaker 2: for fifty yards and a touchdown, like, oh nice, eleven points.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Like I look at stats' points.
- 1:04Speaker 1: It's brutal. But yeah, the fantasy season is over for
- 1:08Speaker 1: most of us. And like I said, as we were
- 1:10Speaker 1: going to break there, we had our fantasy playoffs ready
- 1:14Speaker 1: to begin. Now, how many you're in three leagues and
- 1:18Speaker 1: you made the playoffs.
- 1:19Speaker 2: And two of them. I'm in three leagues, made the
- 1:21Speaker 2: playoffs in two. Been in three leagues for a while now.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Two years ago I won our work league, and then
- 1:27Speaker 2: last year I won a league that I've been in
- 1:28Speaker 2: for fifteen years, back to back champion, back to back champs.
- 1:31Speaker 2: So and then and then and then in the two
- 1:34Speaker 2: leagues I made it in was our work league and
- 1:38Speaker 2: the third league, which is my newest league I've done
- 1:40Speaker 2: for a few years now. I think this is my
- 1:42Speaker 2: third year and I've never made the playoffs.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Oh, so I was.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Pumped to make it.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Fine, Okay, so what ended up happening.
- 1:46Speaker 2: So in our work league, my team as the bed
- 1:50Speaker 2: in the first round. It sucked and I just and
- 1:52Speaker 2: I lost. I just had a bad week. I just
- 1:54Speaker 2: no one showed up. It was just a bad week
- 1:57Speaker 2: and I ended up losing. And the worst part is
- 1:59Speaker 2: I would have won in the second rounds and I
- 2:02Speaker 2: would have lost the championship, but still I would have
- 2:04Speaker 2: kept going. You always hate that when you see that.
- 2:06Speaker 2: So that sucked. And then in the third league. I
- 2:09Speaker 2: ended up making the championship. Oh so I made a
- 2:11Speaker 2: championship for the third year in a row, and I
- 2:14Speaker 2: was going for a three peat. It would have been crazy.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Well it's crazy because it's three different leagues.
- 2:20Speaker 2: It would have been awesome. So I made it for
- 2:21Speaker 2: a third year in a row, which is awesome. And
- 2:24Speaker 2: I had a lot of injuries going into Kittle didn't play.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Drake London was very up and down. Wasn't sure about him.
- 2:31Speaker 2: I'm on Ross Saint Brown was injured, so I was
- 2:33Speaker 2: very concerned. I ended up being taught. I was down
- 2:36Speaker 2: nine points going into the Monday night football game. I
- 2:39Speaker 2: had Drake London, he had Jean Robinson and uh shoot,
- 2:45Speaker 2: what's this? Falcon DRAMs and and Kyle Pitts. It ended
- 2:50Speaker 2: up being tied at one point. So it was a
- 2:52Speaker 2: tie game, and I'm sitting there thinking I may have
- 2:55Speaker 2: a shot this because I still Drake London. And then
- 2:57Speaker 2: and the Rams.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Didn't catch a touchdown.
- 3:00Speaker 2: I think that I think so, and the Rams were
- 3:02Speaker 2: holding the uh Jon Robinson. So then something happens and
- 3:08Speaker 2: Jon Robinson has the ball and goes ninety three yards
- 3:11Speaker 2: for a touchdown and that game over. So I came
- 3:14Speaker 2: in second. I'm getting blown out of forts.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Oh yeah, well, I am in three leagues as well.
- 3:22Speaker 1: I'm in my og league, which I've been in for
- 3:25Speaker 1: twenty seven years now. Uh. This is a weird league.
- 3:29Speaker 1: It's points only. It's a bunch of old dudes who
- 3:32Speaker 1: really don't even watch football anymore. And me and my
- 3:35Speaker 1: buddy b Dub, who you've heard on the show before. Uh,
- 3:38Speaker 1: and it we play through all the way through the
- 3:41Speaker 1: super Bowl and you go, how do you do that? Well?
- 3:44Speaker 1: In the playoffs, we redraft. You get like two freezes
- 3:48Speaker 1: on your team if they're in the playoffs, and then
- 3:50Speaker 1: you redraft with whoever else is available. It's a wild
- 3:54Speaker 1: thing and it's like very different. So that league is
- 3:57Speaker 1: still going on. The regular season ended. I finished in
- 4:00Speaker 1: second most points in the league, so I had a
- 4:03Speaker 1: good football season so far. With that league. It's still
- 4:06Speaker 1: going on, so I still may win a championship. I'm
- 4:08Speaker 1: not really sure. In our work league, this was a
- 4:11Speaker 1: wild year for me. In our work league. I was
- 4:13Speaker 1: up and down. At one point, I was in dead last.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Do you remember that I was? I was doing really
- 4:17Speaker 1: badly in that league, and then all of a sudden
- 4:19Speaker 1: my guys started finally performing. I have Josh Allen in
- 4:23Speaker 1: that league, and Josh has been great in fantasy, but
- 4:26Speaker 1: then the rest of the guys. I sort of did
- 4:28Speaker 1: the thing when I went all in on Josh and
- 4:31Speaker 1: a couple of receivers, and my running backs weren't that great. Well,
- 4:34Speaker 1: then DeAndre Swist started playing and he started playing well,
- 4:37Speaker 1: and so that helped me out a lot. Zach Charbonag
- 4:40Speaker 1: kind of helped me out in that league, where again
- 4:42Speaker 1: he was a throwaway for most of the year, and
- 4:44Speaker 1: then all of a sudden, they started feeding in the
- 4:45Speaker 1: ball and I was like, oh, okay, this might work,
- 4:48Speaker 1: and so I ended up middle of the pack. I
- 4:49Speaker 1: think I finished in fifth. And again in that league,
- 4:53Speaker 1: eight teams make the playoffs and there's no buy and
- 4:56Speaker 1: so won the first round. I'm like, okay, this is great.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Made to the semi finals, semi finals, same thing. My
- 5:04Speaker 1: team did not show up. It was one of those
- 5:06Speaker 1: games when Josh Allen didn't have a good game at all.
- 5:10Speaker 1: And then the guy that I played against who eventually
- 5:14Speaker 1: became the champion, went on a crazy run. He had
- 5:19Speaker 1: like his team outscored everybody, like by thirty points to
- 5:23Speaker 1: the next two games, and so he easily won the championship,
- 5:26Speaker 1: and so I lost to him. Then in our Buddies league,
- 5:29Speaker 1: this is the league where we flipped spaces where I
- 5:32Speaker 1: was in last and then came in first. You were
- 5:35Speaker 1: in first and came in last. So weird. Crazy year
- 5:39Speaker 1: In that league, I dominated. I had most points in
- 5:42Speaker 1: the league, which is great. I came in first place.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I got the buye, which ended up being a curse
- 5:49Speaker 1: rather than anything else because the week that I had
- 5:52Speaker 1: the bye, I would have beaten everybody. My team went
- 5:54Speaker 1: off and it was great. I was like, oh man,
- 5:57Speaker 1: it's too bad I'm not playing because I beat everybody,
- 5:59Speaker 1: would have beaten area most points. Then the next week
- 6:02Speaker 1: I had a feeling about this, Oh no, that, like
- 6:05Speaker 1: did I peak that that week before? Like that couldn't
- 6:08Speaker 1: have been good that I did so well. The next
- 6:11Speaker 1: week nothing literally my entire team. It was the lowest
- 6:15Speaker 1: output I've had all years in the playoffs, and I'm like,
- 6:19Speaker 1: come on, dude. And then again I still would have
- 6:24Speaker 1: beaten I think one of the other teams. And then
- 6:28Speaker 1: the guy who again eventually became the champion. His he
- 6:31Speaker 1: scored over two hundred and fifty points. It's unheard of
- 6:37Speaker 1: against me. So I'm like, I never had a chance.
- 6:39Speaker 1: It wouldn't have been I could have scored one hundred
- 6:41Speaker 1: and seventy points and still would have lost.
- 6:43Speaker 2: And the guy, I don't even understand how it happens.
- 6:47Speaker 1: It was brutal. And then he again in the championship
- 6:50Speaker 1: again scored an incredible amount and won the championship.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Last year in that league, I had back to back
- 6:55Speaker 2: weeks where I scored like two hundred points. I just
- 6:57Speaker 2: got lucky.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Yeah, And that's what you want to do, to get
- 7:00Speaker 1: hot and have the guys, you know, obviously.
- 7:02Speaker 2: You guys are on teams that are in the playoff.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Hunt, yeah, or or just guys that keep caring, you know,
- 7:09Speaker 1: or whatever. You know, but you don't know, it's like
- 7:11Speaker 1: like a Bijon Robinson, you know that that was that
- 7:14Speaker 1: that game was you know, yeah, you know. So unfortunately,
- 7:18Speaker 1: UH was eliminated in the semi finals in both leagues.
- 7:21Speaker 1: So it was a bit of a bummer. I was.
- 7:23Speaker 1: I was like, man, I had high hopes of winning championship.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Best in your Buddies league, Yeah, I was like, I
- 7:28Speaker 1: was dominating all year and then the one game I
- 7:30Speaker 1: didn't att so it was unfortunate ending. But I'm still
- 7:34Speaker 1: alive in the O G League and you know I'll
- 7:36Speaker 1: take a championship there. That'd be great. H. So there
- 7:38Speaker 1: you go. H. So that's the wrap up of our seasons.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Hopefully you won a championship. But we got to hand
- 7:45Speaker 1: out our awards. We do this every year at the
- 7:47Speaker 1: end of the year, we hand out our different awards
- 7:49Speaker 1: for some different categories. So who was your fantasy m
- 7:53Speaker 1: v P this year?
- 7:54Speaker 2: Now I didn't have this guy on my team, but
- 7:56Speaker 2: he ended up beating me in the finals. Uh did?
- 8:01Speaker 2: And now it's easy because he was a top pick
- 8:03Speaker 2: of the draft, but our top two usually but usually,
- 8:06Speaker 2: but lately top two pick doesn't mean anything. They get hurt.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Jamar Chase, who again no fault of his own. He
- 8:14Speaker 1: didn't have the number one overall pick type of year,
- 8:17Speaker 1: but that was because Joe Burrow was out most of
- 8:19Speaker 1: the years and so Jamar had a good year. It
- 8:22Speaker 1: wasn't like he had a bad year, but he definitely
- 8:25Speaker 1: shouldn't have been the number one overall pick. Bijeon, though,
- 8:28Speaker 1: lived up to the hyper.
- 8:29Speaker 2: He had nineteen hundred plus yards for script a touchdown.
- 8:32Speaker 2: He was great, He was unbelievable, and honestly, he didn't
- 8:35Speaker 2: get the ball enough. They kept giving They would be
- 8:37Speaker 2: games where he would have like fifteen points and then Tyler,
- 8:40Speaker 2: our year's backup, would also have fifteen points. If they
- 8:42Speaker 2: just gave the carries to him, he would have went
- 8:44Speaker 2: off for even more. Why the ball isn't always in
- 8:46Speaker 2: his hands, it's crazy. So but John Robinson, well it
- 8:49Speaker 2: probably cost for him Morris's job. Yeah, No, I mean
- 8:52Speaker 2: I don't understand that guy's the ultimate weapon exactly, not
- 8:55Speaker 2: quite the ultimate weapon.
- 8:56Speaker 1: The ultimate weapon is my MVP. My fantasy MVP is
- 9:01Speaker 1: Christian McCaffrey. Now, we gave our buddy crap for taking
- 9:05Speaker 1: Christman McCaffrey. I think he was the third pick in
- 9:09Speaker 1: the draft and we thought that was way too high. Well,
- 9:11Speaker 1: it turned out it was a great pick. Yeah, because
- 9:13Speaker 1: Christian McCaffrey had a huge bounce back season.
- 9:16Speaker 2: People talk about the MVP of the league, and for
- 9:17Speaker 2: some reason it's become an only quarterback award. But if
- 9:20Speaker 2: you take Christian McCaffrey out of the Niners, they're not
- 9:22Speaker 2: making the playoffs.
- 9:23Speaker 1: No, he's their leading receiver.
- 9:24Speaker 2: And they're running back.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Listen, listen to listen to these numbers. He had one
- 9:30Speaker 1: seventy n yards rushing with ten touchdowns, receiving ninety six
- 9:35Speaker 1: catches one or eight hundred and ninety yards and seven touchdowns.
- 9:40Speaker 1: So that's seventeen total touchdown. It's crazy. I mean that's
- 9:43Speaker 1: that's wide receiver one and rbn RB. I'm the same guy,
- 9:46Speaker 1: the same team.
- 9:47Speaker 2: You know, he does everything, he's going to have the
- 9:51Speaker 2: he had three over three hundred touches. The guy was
- 9:52Speaker 2: the whole team.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Yeah, and so I apologize to Jeff our buddy that
- 9:57Speaker 1: we gave you crap for drafting Christian McCaffrey as high
- 10:01Speaker 1: as you did. Turns out it was a great pick.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Pick can win your championship, but it was still a
- 10:05Speaker 1: great pick. So congratulations. Who's your biggest surprise is this
- 10:09Speaker 1: fantasy season?
- 10:10Speaker 2: I'm gonna say people are gonna be like, well, that's obvious,
- 10:13Speaker 2: but it's not. Because if you thought Jackson Smith and
- 10:15Speaker 2: jigbak Oh it was going to have one hundred and
- 10:18Speaker 2: nineteen catches, seventeen hundred and ninety three yards and ten touchdowns,
- 10:22Speaker 2: there's no way was he He was a second third
- 10:24Speaker 2: round pick in a lot of leagues, And now I
- 10:26Speaker 2: thought second round was a little high. Third round fine,
- 10:28Speaker 2: and he and he had a good year, but seventeen
- 10:31Speaker 2: almost that he was seven yards day from eighteen hundred.
- 10:34Speaker 2: He almost broke Calvin Johnson's record one hundred and nineteen catch.
- 10:36Speaker 2: That's insane.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree with you.
- 10:39Speaker 2: And this was what was this his second or when nobody.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Really knew what to think of Seattle Sam Darnold. Is
- 10:44Speaker 1: he gonna repeat being good? I don't know.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Klink Kobyak's probably gonna get a job because he's the
- 10:49Speaker 2: offense coordinator there. But Jackson snipped and jig. But just
- 10:51Speaker 2: an insane year for the Seahawks.
- 10:54Speaker 1: No, I agree. I think that was a bit of
- 10:56Speaker 1: a surprise for sure. I'm staying with the wide receiver
- 10:59Speaker 1: position as my biggest surprise. And I got to say
- 11:01Speaker 1: it's George Pickens because again.
- 11:03Speaker 2: Oh yeah, he has better numbers than Cedam.
- 11:06Speaker 1: You trade him over to the Cowboys. You already have
- 11:09Speaker 1: wide receiver one and Cedee Lamb there. Now you have
- 11:12Speaker 1: George Pickens. So the ball is not gonna go to
- 11:14Speaker 1: Pickens very much, right, because you already have cdlam You
- 11:16Speaker 1: got to feed him. Well, it was turned out. It's
- 11:18Speaker 1: the complete opposite. Pickens had huge numbers. He had nine touchdowns,
- 11:23Speaker 1: fourteen hundred yards receiving. He wasn't even supposed to be
- 11:26Speaker 1: the best wide receiver on his own team, so to me,
- 11:28Speaker 1: that was a huge surprise. He was one of the
- 11:30Speaker 1: maybe top three wide receivers in all of fantasy. So
- 11:33Speaker 1: that's pretty that's pretty impressive. I just did not see
- 11:36Speaker 1: that coming. So I gotta go with with George Pickens,
- 11:39Speaker 1: who was your biggest bust of the fantasy.
- 11:42Speaker 2: This is no fault of his own because when you
- 11:44Speaker 2: watch this guy's play, he's still unbelievable, Like he makes
- 11:48Speaker 2: unbelievable catches. He's open. But justin Jefferson, that was tough.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Eighty four catches, one thousand and forty eight yards. That's
- 11:55Speaker 2: not bad, but it's not justin Jefferson November average. Those
- 11:59Speaker 2: are honestly average NFL for receiver. Two touchdowns, that's brutal.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Two touchdowns. He must be he's been so team friendly
- 12:09Speaker 2: and a leader because if he wanted to bitch and moan,
- 12:11Speaker 2: he'd had every right to. They better get it right
- 12:14Speaker 2: otherwise he's gonna want out because this is his sixth year.
- 12:16Speaker 2: He he only has a few years left at the
- 12:18Speaker 2: top level.
- 12:18Speaker 1: You know, he had guys playing quarterback who I've literally
- 12:22Speaker 1: never heard of in my life, and I'm like, man,
- 12:25Speaker 1: that's think about this Eddie.
- 12:26Speaker 2: In twenty twenty three he tore his hamstring and missed
- 12:29Speaker 2: like six games. He had more yards and five touchdowns.
- 12:33Speaker 2: That's crazy say he tours hamstring.
- 12:35Speaker 1: That's a bad year for him, for sure. My biggest
- 12:38Speaker 1: bus this year again is in the wide receiver position.
- 12:41Speaker 1: It is Brian Thomas Junior from the JAS. What happens
- 12:45Speaker 1: His average draft position, dude was fifteenth, so he was fifteenth,
- 12:50Speaker 1: so second rounder, and he finished as the forty fourth
- 12:54Speaker 1: wide receiver in PPR leagues. Wow, that's brutal. That on
- 12:58Speaker 1: top of Trevor Lawrence having probably an MVP season, I
- 13:03Speaker 1: mean at least the best career in the season of
- 13:05Speaker 1: his career. And so you know, it was crazy that
- 13:08Speaker 1: it's a guy like Parker Washington, who was the best
- 13:11Speaker 1: wide receiver there, not Brian Thomas Junior. Like nobody saw.
- 13:14Speaker 2: That Travis Hunter got hurt a month and a half.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Yeah, he could have gain been the biggest bust, you know,
- 13:20Speaker 1: But but the fact that Brian Thomas Junior was nothing
- 13:24Speaker 1: good is crazy, you know, I don't know what happened.
- 13:27Speaker 1: He had such a great rookie year. If I could
- 13:30Speaker 1: have drafted him in a few leagues and I and
- 13:32Speaker 1: I ended up not doing it, but I would have
- 13:35Speaker 1: been happy with getting him in the second round, third round, whatever.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Oh yeah, but not. I'm so glad I didn't because he.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Was terrible, at least with Malik Neighbors. He tore his
- 13:43Speaker 2: a c L.
- 13:43Speaker 1: That's again, that's that happened. Injuries. I don't put you
- 13:47Speaker 1: as a bust if if you get injured. But Brian
- 13:49Speaker 1: Thomas wasn't. He just was terrible, terrible, like what happened.
- 13:52Speaker 1: He disappeared.
- 13:53Speaker 2: And you could say the same thing about Marvin Harrison Junior,
- 13:55Speaker 2: another guy who was kind of like a bust.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Again, Well yeah, I mean at this point he might
- 13:59Speaker 1: just be a bust, just maybe a bus. So yeah,
- 14:02Speaker 1: Brian Thomas Junior biggest bust for me in all of fantasy.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Let's not forget Saquon Barkley also a massive bust this year.
- 14:09Speaker 1: I have to admit, you're right. I know you're you're
- 14:11Speaker 1: an Eagles hitter, You're a Saquoni. But I will agree
- 14:15Speaker 1: with you because Saquon again top five pick, you know,
- 14:18Speaker 1: coming off the season of his career, you know, one
- 14:21Speaker 1: of the best seasons of running back history. He just
- 14:24Speaker 1: the Eagles offense just never put it together.
- 14:26Speaker 2: In rushing, he rushed for eleven hundred and forty yards.
- 14:29Speaker 2: But again, when you rush for one thousand yards in
- 14:31Speaker 2: the NFL nowadays, it's seventeen seventeen games, So I don't
- 14:35Speaker 2: know he had. Saquon had, you know, four to seven
- 14:39Speaker 2: touchdowns this year. That's okay, he had an okay year.
- 14:42Speaker 1: It's just nothing nowhere where he was.
- 14:44Speaker 2: I mean, DeAndre Swift had just as good as he
- 14:47Speaker 2: had more touchdowns to Saquon this year and forty less yards.
- 14:50Speaker 1: So the way you make it in fantasy is basically
- 14:53Speaker 1: looking at draft position. So if you take a Saquon
- 14:56Speaker 1: with your number one pick, you're losing out on some
- 14:58Speaker 1: guys who have bigger ye like Paula right, And if
- 15:02Speaker 1: you take a guy late, like a DeAndre Swift, then
- 15:04Speaker 1: it makes your other guys better exact. So that's that's
- 15:07Speaker 1: the whole key to fantasy key.
- 15:08Speaker 2: So it's like Saquon's numbers aren't awful. Right for fantasy
- 15:11Speaker 2: where he was drafted.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Yeah, I would be surprised if you won the Fantasy
- 15:15Speaker 1: championship if you had SAC.
- 15:17Speaker 2: I think Saquan will have a better year next year.
- 15:19Speaker 2: It's always hard when a running back has three four
- 15:22Speaker 2: hundred touches in a season. It's tough then to come
- 15:25Speaker 2: back from that. It takes like a year of like
- 15:27Speaker 2: slowing down a little bit. So, I mean, Christian McCaffrey
- 15:30Speaker 2: next year worries me a little bit. Four hundred touches of.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Touch he's a hard time staying healthy because of that.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Who was your best in season pickup?
- 15:39Speaker 2: So this wasn't mine, but the best in season pickup
- 15:43Speaker 2: to me in all the fantasy Michael Wilson, the car
- 15:46Speaker 2: Arizona Cardinals receiver. I mean, this guy came out of nowhere.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Dude. He had a thousand yards and he was in
- 15:52Speaker 1: the teen games. I mean it was nothing. He was nobody,
- 15:55Speaker 1: and he had seven touchdowns.
- 15:56Speaker 2: He was going. He had like a four week run
- 15:58Speaker 2: where he had like six hundred year It was insane.
- 16:01Speaker 1: I'm still angry with myself because in a couple of
- 16:04Speaker 1: leagues I easily could have picked him up and he's
- 16:07Speaker 1: not going to repeat that, and then he did, and
- 16:09Speaker 1: I'm so angry with myself because I should have picked
- 16:11Speaker 1: him up.
- 16:11Speaker 2: I mean, he was unbelievable in Fantasy this year. You
- 16:15Speaker 2: can't you can't hate him. My biggest pickup that got
- 16:17Speaker 2: me close to winning a championship was Tanjas.
- 16:21Speaker 1: My man for the Finers. Yeah, I think the best
- 16:28Speaker 1: pick up again, I gotta give a shout out to
- 16:30Speaker 1: Parker Washington because if you grabbed him at some like
- 16:33Speaker 1: who drafted him nobody, nobody even knew who he was,
- 16:36Speaker 1: and then he ended up having a really, really great season.
- 16:38Speaker 1: But I got it again, I'm actually gonna stay with
- 16:42Speaker 1: the same team that you did, and I'm gonna go
- 16:44Speaker 1: with the quarterback Jacoby Brissette. He was unbelievable, dude. I mean,
- 16:48Speaker 1: you want to talk about a team that has figured
- 16:51Speaker 1: out Okay, we're moving on from Kyler Murray because that
- 16:54Speaker 1: guy is terrible. Jacoby. If Jacoby Brissette come in and
- 16:57Speaker 1: have the season that he did again in only like
- 17:00Speaker 1: nine games, I think he prayed. He never threw for
- 17:03Speaker 1: less than two hundred and fifty eight yards in any
- 17:05Speaker 1: game he played. Think about that.
- 17:07Speaker 2: You know, I know they didn't win, but like they
- 17:10Speaker 2: put up big numbers. Well, Trey McBride again, yeah, Terry
- 17:13Speaker 2: Pride was was the number one.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Tight end again. And so yeah, again that's probably why
- 17:18Speaker 1: the coach lost his job because you have some talent
- 17:20Speaker 1: on that team, and if a Jacoby Brissett can put
- 17:23Speaker 1: up those kind of numbers, you go, well, why aren't
- 17:24Speaker 1: you winning? Yeah, you know, it's kind of crazy. Yeah,
- 17:26Speaker 1: So if you picked up Jacoby Brissett because you lost
- 17:29Speaker 1: say Patrick Mahomes or somebody like that who got injured,
- 17:32Speaker 1: it could have helped you at the end there, which
- 17:34Speaker 1: is great.
- 17:34Speaker 2: I almost said Jackson Dart as a big pickup, but
- 17:37Speaker 2: he did get hurt for a couple kames, but he
- 17:39Speaker 2: put up big numbers, did doing like twenty up, twenty points,
- 17:42Speaker 2: twenty five points for a little while, and then he
- 17:44Speaker 2: had a lull until the and then they came back
- 17:46Speaker 2: the end of the year. But that's why I didn't
- 17:47Speaker 2: do him. I know what you're thinking about Jackson Dart.
- 17:50Speaker 1: No, I wasn't thinking that at all. Actually, So there
- 17:53Speaker 1: you go. Those are our awards. Fantasy season is done,
- 17:58Speaker 1: so we're not gonna see it till when will we
- 18:01Speaker 1: do a draft special maybe in August, not till Yeah.
- 18:06Speaker 1: We'll miss you guys. Thanks for tuning in all season long.
