  [SPEAKER_00]: Just hours ago, President Trump launched project freedom, a massive naval escort operation, designed to break Iran's chokehold on the straight of Hormuz and free the hundreds of commercial ships that have been trapped there for weeks.

  [SPEAKER_00]: 15,000 American service members, guided missile destroyers over 100 land and sea-based aircraft and multi-domain unmanned platform.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The USS Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group is on station in the Arabian sea, aircraft orbiting overhead, the mission is live, and then, again, just hours ago, Iran answered.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Within hours of project freedom going live, Iran's far's news at the IRGC's propaganda arm, they started screaming that two ballistic missiles had struck the USS Abraham Lincoln.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The IRGC even issued a 30-day ultimatum and the naval blockade or the straight becomes a deadly trap for American forces.

  [SPEAKER_00]: It looks like Iran really did fire those missiles, but the Navy didn't flinch for a single second.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But here's where it gets even more interesting, because Iran didn't just fire at a US carrier strike group.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They also fired at a country that's not even technically in this war.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Now, just to be clear, since the ceasefire began back on April 8th, Iran has attacked U.S. forces more than 10 times, and targeted commercial vessels nine times, seas, two container ships, as far as naval forces are concerned.

  [SPEAKER_00]: It all remains below the threshold for resuming full combat.

  [SPEAKER_00]: In its place, U.S. forces destroyed six Iranian small boats in the straight-just yesterday alone as if to remind the Iranian regime of just how powerless they really are.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But then, at three in the morning local time, air defense radars across United Arab Emirates lit up like a Christmas tree.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Four cruise missiles inbound from Iran headed straight for a country who technically are not even in this war.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The UAE's air defenses engaged 12 ballistic missiles, three cruise missiles, and four drones in a single night.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Three people were injured, or Indian nationals, Prime Minister Nurendra Modi of India's absolutely live it over it, has some very choice words for Iran.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And in addition, a fire broke out at a key oil facility in Fugera, the endpoint of Abu Dhabi's pipeline that bypasses the straight of Hormuz entirely.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Here's what's happening at least at one level.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Iran couldn't stop project freedom in the straight.

  [SPEAKER_00]: We now have super tankers crossing Hormuz under US protection.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The regime can't do anything about that, so they've targeted Fujerah, the UAE's escape hatch.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The one route that gets Gulf oiled a market without ever touching the straight.

  [SPEAKER_00]: It's a tacit admission that Iran no longer controls the straight or at the very least controlling the straight.

  [SPEAKER_00]: is no longer the leverage it used to be with these alternative routes.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But since Iran's attacks began, it's been the UAE that's been receiving the brunt of those attacks.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The UAE's air defenses have now intercepted, get this, a staggering 549 ballistic missiles, 29 cruise missiles, and 2,200 drones.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The UAE isn't fighting a conflict anymore,

  [SPEAKER_00]: and Iran's official explanation for bombing what is technically a neutral country in the region is that the United States is making them do it.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Trump warned in language, you know, I can only describe as crystal clear that Iranian forces would be blown off the face of the earth if they attempted to target U.S. ships.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But when all said and done, it is that map, the map of the face of the earth that has already gone through a radical recalibration, we're already seeing an entirely new world emerge from Trump

  [SPEAKER_00]: OPEC collapses oil prices crash, and suddenly the state of Hormuz, the waterway that Iran has used as a pistol, held to the world's head for four decades, loses all of its strategic leverage.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Beijing spent the entire Biden years threatening Taiwan, issuing videos, simulating the bombing of Japan, lecturing the world about how unstoppable they were.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They lost the Assad regime in Syria, they're bogged down in a stolen-grad style, quagmire in Ukraine.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They told Trump, no bombers in Sicily, no planes in France, you can't fly over Spain, or no planes in Spain, you can't fly over France, you can't use Diego Garcia for anything offensive, that's from the UK, Europe, they refused to patrol the straight, and so even though they get five times the amount of oil that we would get from there.
