- 0:00Speaker 1: Three Things, Morning friends, just after six o'clock here on
- 0:05Speaker 1: this Tuesday morning. Thank you for starting with us. Ricky's
- 0:08Speaker 1: got those three things.
- 0:09Speaker 2: So, Brenda Carpenter and Madonna have a collab coming out
- 0:12Speaker 2: this week. They performed a new untitled song together at
- 0:15Speaker 2: Coachella earlier this month, and now they've confirmed that it
- 0:18Speaker 2: is going to be an official single. Bring Your Love
- 0:22Speaker 2: is what it's called. It's coming out this Thursday at
- 0:25Speaker 2: three pm Pacific, so.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Nice and early. I love an early release.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Fans believe the song is part of Madonna's upcoming album
- 0:33Speaker 2: Confessions Too, which comes.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Out July third.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Obviously, two pop icons together is just such a cool moment.
- 0:40Speaker 2: I'm really excited to hear the song like in It's
- 0:42Speaker 2: all of its glory. The Metro National Police Department is
- 0:46Speaker 2: considering using drones as first responders. So they're not meant
- 0:50Speaker 2: to replace anybody physically as a first responder, but instead
- 0:55Speaker 2: it's supposed to aid the first responders. Mount Juliett Police
- 0:58Speaker 2: Department is already implemented the first phase of doing this
- 1:01Speaker 2: by using drones as first responders through test appointments, as
- 1:06Speaker 2: they are working towards a full installation and training They
- 1:11Speaker 2: said that it can get on scene within forty five seconds,
- 1:13Speaker 2: which is kind of wild to think about and obviously
- 1:16Speaker 2: a huge help when it comes to first responders. Other
- 1:20Speaker 2: cities like Lebanon plan to roll out their drone program
- 1:24Speaker 2: late summer or early fall of this year as well.
- 1:27Speaker 2: So MmpD still in the early stages of talking about it,
- 1:31Speaker 2: So I'll let you know if anything happens going forward.
- 1:35Speaker 2: But like I said, this is supposed to aid first
- 1:37Speaker 2: responders and not getting rid of, you know, humans actually
- 1:40Speaker 2: showing up to your emergencies, because that was my biggest concern.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I was like, what do you mean we need humans
- 1:45Speaker 2: in these situations? You're still gonna have them, don't worry.
- 1:49Speaker 2: The average cost of date night has gone up. If
- 1:52Speaker 2: you thought that it was already expensive, I'm sorry to
- 1:55Speaker 2: say it's just getting more and more expensive. New research
- 1:58Speaker 2: shows that the average date is now one hundred and
- 2:00Speaker 2: eighty nine dollars, which is up twelve point five percent
- 2:04Speaker 2: from last year. Americans spent an average of twenty three
- 2:07Speaker 2: hundred and twenty three dollars on dates in the last year,
- 2:11Speaker 2: but now forty seven percent of singles, so almost half
- 2:14Speaker 2: of singles from this survey say that dating just isn't
- 2:18Speaker 2: financially worth it anymore. So it's getting harder and harder
- 2:22Speaker 2: out there.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Just keep that in mind when it comes to the
- 2:25Speaker 3: dating scene.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Obviously, you know it's tough. Two hundred bucks is a
- 2:29Speaker 2: lot of money to go out on a date. So
- 2:31Speaker 2: I think there's gonna be more situations where you see
- 2:33Speaker 2: people splitting dates and situations like that.
- 2:36Speaker 3: I think you kind of just.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Gotta roll with it at this sport for a walk
- 2:39Speaker 2: or go for a walk, I guess that is. I
- 2:42Speaker 2: feel like that's such an awkward situation though, to go
- 2:45Speaker 2: for a walk.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Yeah, if you're thinking like first day, yeah.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Probably, Yeah, that's kind of that's kind of awkward, And
- 2:53Speaker 2: obviously you want to be out and about where other
- 2:55Speaker 2: people are for your first date, you know, just safety wise,
- 2:58Speaker 2: So keep that in mind as well, while also just
- 3:00Speaker 2: understanding that it's gotten expensive.
- 3:02Speaker 3: I'm Maricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you
- 3:04Speaker 3: need to know.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Thank you, Ricky. Here is the previously mentioned Sabrina Carpenter.
- 3:08Speaker 1: We do have this cool general Jackson thing with Zach
- 3:12Speaker 1: and his mom for Mother's Day coming up. For the
- 3:13Speaker 1: first caller of the day, if you want it stick around.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Done the wedding.
- 3:17Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the river.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Good morning, it's one oh seven five the river. We
- 3:25Speaker 2: got our friend Kim in Murphysboro on the line.
- 3:27Speaker 3: Good morning, Kim, Good morning. How you doing this morning?
- 3:32Speaker 5: Work?
- 3:32Speaker 3: Okay? What do you do for work?
- 3:34Speaker 5: Work in Honda Murphy's burrow?
- 3:36Speaker 3: Oh?
- 3:38Speaker 6: What do you do?
- 3:38Speaker 7: Like?
- 3:39Speaker 6: Do you service the vehicles? Do you check people in?
- 3:41Speaker 1: Like?
- 3:41Speaker 6: What is your position there?
- 3:43Speaker 5: I work in what they call BBC might be appointment
- 3:46Speaker 5: So you're.
- 3:46Speaker 8: The nice voice that we hear on the phone when
- 3:48Speaker 8: we call to make an appointment.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Yes?
- 3:50Speaker 2: Are you very organized, Kim, like in your real everyday
- 3:53Speaker 2: life or is it just kind of like you're organized
- 3:55Speaker 2: at work? Because I feel like if you're gonna make appointments,
- 3:58Speaker 2: you got to be pretty, you know, put together?
- 4:01Speaker 4: Right?
- 4:01Speaker 1: You do in real life? You are too with like
- 4:03Speaker 1: the doctor's appointments and stuff.
- 4:05Speaker 6: Yes, Kim, are you for a hire?
- 4:07Speaker 8: Can you organize my life and make all of my
- 4:09Speaker 8: appointments and then also remind me about everything?
- 4:15Speaker 3: You would want that job?
- 4:16Speaker 9: Kim?
- 4:17Speaker 3: You would not want that job.
- 4:19Speaker 2: I am constantly trying to run both of these people
- 4:22Speaker 2: over here. Both Kevin and Zach of different things that
- 4:24Speaker 2: they have to do. When it comes to like our meetings,
- 4:27Speaker 2: do you know.
- 4:27Speaker 3: The amount of times?
- 4:28Speaker 2: And I'm like, all right, guys, you're ready for the meeting,
- 4:30Speaker 2: and they both look at me.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Like I'm nuts.
- 4:31Speaker 1: What meeting?
- 4:33Speaker 7: Kim?
- 4:33Speaker 3: Do you have any plans on Mother's Day?
- 4:36Speaker 4: No?
- 4:37Speaker 5: Not right now.
- 4:38Speaker 6: Have you ever been on the General Jackson show Boat before?
- 4:41Speaker 7: No?
- 4:41Speaker 1: I have not.
- 4:43Speaker 8: Well, good, that's what we're gonna do on Mother's Day.
- 4:45Speaker 8: We're gonna go on the General Jackson show Boat. They're
- 4:47Speaker 8: gonna have this incredible brunch, live music. We're gonna cruise
- 4:50Speaker 8: down the Cumberland. It's gonna be such a fun day
- 4:52Speaker 8: on Mother's Day.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Congratulations, Kim, have so much fun. You're gonna get more
- 4:57Speaker 2: tickets too. So if you want to bring people with you,
- 5:00Speaker 2: the more the merrier. But we're gonna put you on
- 5:02Speaker 2: a hole for just one second so we can get
- 5:03Speaker 2: your infoka.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Have a great day today, Kim. Thank you for starting
- 5:08Speaker 1: with us. Ricky. I just want to point out that
- 5:10Speaker 1: Ricky stuffed up and I feel so bad for you.
- 5:13Speaker 3: I'm like slowly dying over here.
- 5:15Speaker 8: Well, you sound like you smoked fifteen packs of cigarettes.
- 5:19Speaker 3: It's not great, guys, it's not great.
- 5:22Speaker 1: More spots bore the General. Jackson all aboard same time.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Tomorrow, Ricky, is, Zach and Mano in the morning on
- 5:31Speaker 4: the River.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Jack just had a recent trip with his family where
- 5:34Speaker 2: he learned something pretty wild about his ancestry.
- 5:38Speaker 6: Honestly, I cannot stop thinking about.
- 5:40Speaker 3: It, and I know you can't stop talking about it.
- 5:42Speaker 6: I know I'm obsessed.
- 5:43Speaker 8: My grandma just like blew my mind when you told
- 5:46Speaker 8: me this about our fan.
- 5:46Speaker 1: We're gonna play once, so I we're gonna pay Bruno
- 5:48Speaker 1: Mars and then Zach will tell us and uh, I'll
- 5:50Speaker 1: be honest, I don't like this, Zach.
- 5:52Speaker 3: I don't know that I believe it.
- 5:54Speaker 6: Do you want going to call my grandmother?
- 5:56Speaker 2: I want like documentation me too?
- 6:00Speaker 1: Cool though, if it's true, we're gonna find out next
- 6:02Speaker 1: the River. Thanks for being a part of our morning.
- 6:05Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the Morning.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Zach mentioned just a family update a moment ago. He
- 6:12Speaker 1: just recently found something out about his lineage, and Zach
- 6:15Speaker 1: Deflora is yours buddy. This is this is big news.
- 6:18Speaker 8: And I, honestly, I can't stop thinking about it the
- 6:20Speaker 8: way Ricky's looking at me right now, I'm just.
- 6:23Speaker 6: Smiling at you.
- 6:24Speaker 3: It's really cool. If it's true, I'm so excited curious.
- 6:28Speaker 3: If you could get actual documentation of this.
- 6:30Speaker 6: I will ask my grandma.
- 6:31Speaker 3: But I was in sid That's not what I'm talking about.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I'm talking about legitimate documentation.
- 6:35Speaker 6: I will do my best to look I can.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Literally I could contact my grandma from the realm and
- 6:40Speaker 2: she could say whatever she wants.
- 6:41Speaker 3: I want actual he.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Is a neighbor, that's say this, because I think that
- 6:44Speaker 2: would be really cool for you to know one hundred
- 6:46Speaker 2: percent that this is like an actual thing.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:49Speaker 8: So what we were in South Dakota because unfortunately my
- 6:51Speaker 8: great uncle passed away. We were over the weekend, and
- 6:54Speaker 8: so I was like meeting everybody from my grandma's side
- 6:56Speaker 8: of the family for the first time, and I was like, wow,
- 6:59Speaker 8: this is so interest seeing. My grandma told me while
- 7:01Speaker 8: we were there that her grandma was a princess in
- 7:05Speaker 8: the Native American tribe that they are from. So my family,
- 7:08Speaker 8: like on her side, is Native American. You would not
- 7:10Speaker 8: know by looking at me because I look like mayonnaise.
- 7:13Speaker 8: I have zero melanin in my skin. I'm not tan, cannot.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Tan anyway, We're kind of spending too much time on
- 7:19Speaker 1: the tone.
- 7:20Speaker 8: Yeah, but I know, but a Native American princess, My
- 7:23Speaker 8: great great grandma was a Native American princess for the
- 7:26Speaker 8: Flandrew tribe in South Dakota.
- 7:28Speaker 3: What I know, which is extremely cool. Like I said,
- 7:34Speaker 3: I want actual documentation of it.
- 7:35Speaker 2: So I was looking up because I was like, did
- 7:37Speaker 2: they even have a way to look into it?
- 7:38Speaker 8: There's gotta be because I was like, did they even
- 7:40Speaker 8: have actual princesses and like Native American tribes And apparently
- 7:44Speaker 8: they did, and they were chosen in multiple ways. It
- 7:46Speaker 8: could be from like a tribal director, tribal member vote,
- 7:49Speaker 8: or even a pageant, would like make you the tribal
- 7:51Speaker 8: princess a pageant?
- 7:53Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 7:54Speaker 3: Interesting, I know.
- 7:55Speaker 1: I was Zach is the descendant of Royalty. And this
- 7:59Speaker 1: is why I said, okay, down, Kevin, do you already
- 8:02Speaker 1: act like you know a princess more than anybody I've
- 8:05Speaker 1: ever met in my life? I don't know that we
- 8:07Speaker 1: need more reason day.
- 8:09Speaker 8: I'm so honored that my family is royalty, and Kevin
- 8:14Speaker 8: recognized it before I even knew.
- 8:16Speaker 3: Before you knew, he knew he felt it in his soul.
- 8:20Speaker 8: I knew there had to be royalty in my lineage somewhere,
- 8:22Speaker 8: like have you met me?
- 8:23Speaker 2: It's any wild that as you get older you learn
- 8:27Speaker 2: things about your family like that they never told you before.
- 8:30Speaker 2: I have casual conversations and my grandpa will just bring
- 8:34Speaker 2: something up and I'm.
- 8:35Speaker 3: Like, I'm sorry, I repeat that again.
- 8:37Speaker 2: I think it's no big deal on as if I
- 8:39Speaker 2: should know this, and I have no idea about any
- 8:41Speaker 2: of these things.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Half the things that they tell me. Now as an adult,
- 8:44Speaker 3: I'm like, no one told me this, right.
- 8:46Speaker 6: It's really wild. I was like, and you took thirty
- 8:48Speaker 6: three years to tell me this.
- 8:50Speaker 3: It's crazy.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Congratulations, Princess Zach. We have royalty among us.
- 8:54Speaker 3: Oh my Zach.
- 8:56Speaker 8: Kevin, if you don't call me that for the rest
- 8:58Speaker 8: of my life, we're no longer friends, Kevin.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Three things you need to know.
- 9:03Speaker 1: After seven o'clock here on this Tuesday morning, we really
- 9:05Speaker 1: appreciate you starting your day with Ricky Zacamanno in the morning.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Ricky's got those three things presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 9:11Speaker 1: What's going on? Ricky?
- 9:12Speaker 2: Olivia rod Rio's song drop Dead has reached a huge
- 9:16Speaker 2: milestone for her, so drop Dead debuted at number one
- 9:19Speaker 2: on the Billboard Hot one hundred, marking her fourth song
- 9:23Speaker 2: to open in the number one slot.
- 9:25Speaker 3: So congrats to her.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Her previous leaders were Driver's License, Good for You, and Vampire,
- 9:30Speaker 2: all classics, all the.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Ones that we've played right here on one of seven
- 9:33Speaker 3: five the River.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Drop Dead is setting the stage for her upcoming album,
- 9:36Speaker 2: which we get June twelfth.
- 9:37Speaker 3: It's called You Seem Pretty Sad.
- 9:39Speaker 2: For a Girl So in Love, Really exciting stuff, looking
- 9:42Speaker 2: forward to that. Her song now dethrones Ela Langley's Choosing Texas,
- 9:46Speaker 2: which was having a really nice run and had seven
- 9:49Speaker 2: weeks at number one, which still just an amazing song though,
- 9:52Speaker 2: and that's a crazy feat, so congrats to both of
- 9:55Speaker 2: them for that. We're looking at the possibility of severe
- 9:58Speaker 2: storms this afternoon into tonight, so keep that in mind.
- 10:02Speaker 2: The ones from last night have left, but we got
- 10:04Speaker 2: new ones moving in. I couldn't sleep for anything last
- 10:08Speaker 2: night because of the storms. They were wild. We're looking
- 10:11Speaker 2: at scattered, strong to severe thunderstorms. You can also expect
- 10:15Speaker 2: damaging wind gusts and isolated tornadoes.
- 10:18Speaker 3: Please be careful tonight.
- 10:20Speaker 2: If you don't need to be out, don't be out,
- 10:22Speaker 2: stay home, keep an eye on the weather. If you
- 10:25Speaker 2: don't have everything prepared for tornadoes, please.
- 10:27Speaker 3: Do in your safe space. Make sure you have water, flashlights,
- 10:31Speaker 3: things like that.
- 10:31Speaker 2: As you know, we're having a lot of issues with
- 10:34Speaker 2: our power grids, so make sure that you have batteries
- 10:37Speaker 2: for all of your flashlights. If you don't have that,
- 10:39Speaker 2: that you have some candles ready and available, so that
- 10:42Speaker 2: just in case you do.
- 10:43Speaker 3: Lose power, that you are prepared. And I cannot wait
- 10:47Speaker 3: to talk about this.
- 10:49Speaker 2: AMC Theaters they have a new Shrek themed popcorn bucket.
- 10:53Speaker 3: It's shaped like an outhouse.
- 10:55Speaker 4: God.
- 10:56Speaker 2: The phil is returning to theaters to celebrate its twenty
- 11:00Speaker 2: fifth anniversary.
- 11:01Speaker 3: Twenty fifth is insane to me.
- 11:04Speaker 2: They're celebrating on May fifteenth, So it's getting the typical
- 11:07Speaker 2: AMC treatment with a wild and collectible popcorn bucket. It
- 11:11Speaker 2: strucks out House from the movie.
- 11:12Speaker 3: It just makes sense. But obviously people have mixed reviews.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Because it's quite literally, it's a poop poopcorn bucket.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Oh that's what is that what they call it?
- 11:23Speaker 3: That's what I'm calling it. It's a poopcorn bucket.
- 11:25Speaker 2: It'll be available starting May first ahead of May fifteenth
- 11:29Speaker 2: run in theaters. So if you want to get it
- 11:31Speaker 2: and collect yourself a poopcorn bucket, go for it.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Such a child. I'm smiling so vague hearing this.
- 11:37Speaker 2: I specifically wrote it down here, Kevin, because I knew
- 11:40Speaker 2: that you would love it.
- 11:41Speaker 3: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 11:43Speaker 3: need to know.
- 11:44Speaker 1: That's good, very audience. Yeah, thank you, thank you very much.
- 11:48Speaker 1: We're gonna play Lvia Dean right here, and then soon
- 11:51Speaker 1: we're all learning zax facts. We've got one on the
- 11:54Speaker 1: Way on the River.
- 11:55Speaker 4: Class is in session.
- 11:57Speaker 3: Zachs Facts, brought to you by Marks in real Estate.
- 12:02Speaker 8: Did you guys know that if you cut a worm
- 12:04Speaker 8: in two, it can actually regenerate?
- 12:06Speaker 3: Yes, so earthworms, I've done it?
- 12:08Speaker 1: What well, like wow sound Yeah, we used.
- 12:12Speaker 3: To do a lot of fishing. I grew up on
- 12:14Speaker 3: a lake.
- 12:14Speaker 6: Oh okay, uh huh.
- 12:16Speaker 8: The worms are bait, well, earthworms. If you cut them
- 12:19Speaker 8: width ways, they can regrow their tails. And the plenarium
- 12:22Speaker 8: flatworm apparently can regrow its whole body from a tiny
- 12:25Speaker 8: sliver of tissue. That's really scary. Actually, yeah, there's your
- 12:29Speaker 8: factor of the day. And Ricky is a murderer.
- 12:32Speaker 3: If you cut a worm in half, it's still a lie.
- 12:35Speaker 3: It's a thing. If you ever a fish, Oh.
- 12:38Speaker 6: My god, do we look like we fish? Wow?
- 12:41Speaker 3: Guys, Wow.
- 12:43Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 12:48Speaker 1: It's one oh seven five the River. We found out
- 12:51Speaker 1: earlier today Zach was talking about this on the air.
- 12:53Speaker 1: He is a descendant of royalty.
- 12:56Speaker 8: Yeah, so my great great grandma was a princess and
- 12:58Speaker 8: a Native American.
- 12:59Speaker 6: Try so I am royalty.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Okay.
- 13:02Speaker 2: The point here is that he found out something really
- 13:04Speaker 2: crazy about his family later on in life. And he's
- 13:07Speaker 2: not the only one that this happens to. I know
- 13:09Speaker 2: that I have moments that people in my family say
- 13:11Speaker 2: things to me as if I.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Should know them. Yeah, I did not know the things
- 13:15Speaker 3: that they're telling me. Yeah.
- 13:16Speaker 1: My wife found out that she has a full blown sister.
- 13:18Speaker 1: As an adult. She finds out what six one, five, seven,
- 13:21Speaker 1: three seven nine, one oh seven. What did you find
- 13:24Speaker 1: out about your family later in life?
- 13:26Speaker 4: Let us know, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the
- 13:30Speaker 4: Morning on the River.
- 13:32Speaker 2: That's an insane thing you learned about your family later
- 13:35Speaker 2: on in life. It's Ricky, Zach and Mano in the
- 13:37Speaker 2: morning on one oh seven five the River, Zach learned
- 13:40Speaker 2: that he descends from royalty.
- 13:42Speaker 8: Yeah, my great great grandma was a princess and the
- 13:45Speaker 8: Native American tribe now was.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Zachary Alissa Juliet. What did you learn about your family
- 13:51Speaker 3: later on?
- 13:51Speaker 5: Uh, well, my school is zach. But when I was little,
- 13:55Speaker 5: my mom worked at a library and we were there
- 13:58Speaker 5: all the times, like I breathed books and and all
- 14:00Speaker 5: this stuff. We went to dinner one night, I think
- 14:03Speaker 5: I was like eighteen seventeen or eighteen, and my cousin
- 14:06Speaker 5: was like, can you do your probation serving at the library?
- 14:10Speaker 5: And I was like what, So all that time I
- 14:14Speaker 5: thought she had a job, but it was really she
- 14:16Speaker 5: was serving.
- 14:20Speaker 3: Can you say what the probation was for?
- 14:23Speaker 5: It was a spring break incident apparently in Panama.
- 14:27Speaker 6: This I doubt your mother is an icon.
- 14:34Speaker 4: I also love.
- 14:36Speaker 3: You well.
- 14:38Speaker 5: I was so little, like I was just old enough
- 14:40Speaker 5: to have memories of the library, So I mean she
- 14:43Speaker 5: kept that for a long time. So now it's like
- 14:45Speaker 5: my favorite road.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Yep, her feet were shackled together the library.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Listen, thank you so much for calling in this morning.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Your mom is an icon.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Thanks, Alyssa. Uh yeah, the story for me would be
- 15:04Speaker 1: that my wife, like years ago, did one of those
- 15:06Speaker 1: DNA tests when those were new, and then years later
- 15:10Speaker 1: this sister of hers did one and found a match,
- 15:12Speaker 1: and then she reached out to Allie and yeah, her
- 15:14Speaker 1: dad had a daughter that we never knew about.
- 15:17Speaker 3: That's so wild. I thought that was gonna happen when
- 15:19Speaker 3: I did my DNA.
- 15:20Speaker 6: That's fair.
- 15:21Speaker 3: And what did end up happening.
- 15:22Speaker 2: My dad did his DNA and so that I did
- 15:25Speaker 2: mine afterward, and it didn't link the two of us.
- 15:29Speaker 2: So I remember going to his house and literally being like,
- 15:31Speaker 2: do you have something you have to tell me.
- 15:32Speaker 6: I would have been like, mother, what were you doing?
- 15:34Speaker 3: What happened?
- 15:35Speaker 7: Like?
- 15:35Speaker 3: Are you not my actual dad?
- 15:37Speaker 1: Happened?
- 15:37Speaker 3: He never toggled the thing to allow it to connect.
- 15:40Speaker 6: To panic attack.
- 15:44Speaker 3: I thought I was gonna have a wild moment there.
- 15:46Speaker 1: So you're not adopted, you just know come from.
- 15:48Speaker 2: A Yeah, from a family who just doesn't know how
- 15:51Speaker 2: to Internet correctly.
- 15:53Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 15:57Speaker 2: We've got your tickets to Steeplechase on May you gotta
- 16:00Speaker 2: play Kevin Manno's Game of the Day presented by Genesis
- 16:03Speaker 2: Diamonds on one O seven five The River goa keV
- 16:06Speaker 2: what's it called.
- 16:07Speaker 1: The name of this game is Name that Tune because
- 16:11Speaker 1: it's Steeplechase tickets. So all these songs are horse related,
- 16:15Speaker 1: horse themed in some way.
- 16:17Speaker 3: Kevin's a horse girl deep down inside Curley.
- 16:20Speaker 1: I'm gonna play today's audio clue here in just a second.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Your job is to then call us after you hear
- 16:26Speaker 1: these three songs. That's when you call us and identify
- 16:29Speaker 1: the artists. If you do what, you're going to steeplechase.
- 16:32Speaker 1: The first one I will say right now is very
- 16:33Speaker 1: quick and it's not unnecessarily a song that everybody knows,
- 16:37Speaker 1: but I'm thinking that pay attention. Yeah, the voice should
- 16:39Speaker 1: help you out here. Okay, here are your three songs today,
- 16:41Speaker 1: horse themed, Name that tune? Here we go, Yeah, a
- 16:45Speaker 1: dark Horse, I'm a Nightmare six one, five, seven, three seven,
- 16:58Speaker 1: nine one oh seven. If you want people chase tickets,
- 17:00Speaker 1: you can identify all three of those artists. Give us
- 17:03Speaker 1: a call. Let's go.
- 17:04Speaker 4: It's game time, babies, Ricky is Zach and Manno in
- 17:08Speaker 4: the morning.
- 17:11Speaker 2: I'm actually really shocked that there are so many songs
- 17:13Speaker 2: that involve horses.
- 17:15Speaker 1: I am digging deep.
- 17:18Speaker 2: That's what I'm learning from Kevin Mando's Game of the
- 17:21Speaker 2: Day on one of seven five the River. We have
- 17:23Speaker 2: Steeplechase tickets.
- 17:24Speaker 3: We're playing a game entirely about horses.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Essentially, it's gonna get top later on in the week.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Brooke in Nashville, good morning, welcome to the show.
- 17:32Speaker 7: How you doing Hi, I'm doing great.
- 17:34Speaker 6: How are you good?
- 17:35Speaker 3: Good?
- 17:36Speaker 1: Good? Thank you for listening. You called when we said
- 17:38Speaker 1: to call. So I'm thinking maybe you might know the
- 17:41Speaker 1: artists behind these three songs. Okay, We're gonna play the
- 17:44Speaker 1: audio clue one more time again. All of the songs
- 17:47Speaker 1: are lyrical content somewhat horse related. If you can tell
- 17:50Speaker 1: us all three artists, you're going to steep Chase. Here
- 17:52Speaker 1: we go, get a dark horse. I'm a nightmare, all right, Broke,
- 18:04Speaker 1: the floor is yours? Who are they?
- 18:07Speaker 7: Okay?
- 18:08Speaker 5: The first one is is it Eminem?
- 18:10Speaker 3: Yes?
- 18:10Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, and then the second one is Chapel roone
- 18:14Speaker 7: and the third one is Don bon Jovi.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Y all right, thank you?
- 18:19Speaker 2: So right, congratulations. You're gonna go to steeple Chase on
- 18:23Speaker 2: May ninth. It's gonna be a great time. We hope
- 18:25Speaker 2: you have so much fun. Congrats on winning, Kevin, say.
- 18:29Speaker 1: It name that tune.
- 18:33Speaker 6: Every time you say it, I laugh.
- 18:36Speaker 1: That's why the game is so hard, because I didn't
- 18:38Speaker 1: think about, like the reality of finding all these songs
- 18:41Speaker 1: that have horses. I just only focused on the name.
- 18:44Speaker 3: Congrats Brookie, your favorite.
- 18:49Speaker 9: Love.
- 18:49Speaker 3: We're gonna get your own.
- 18:50Speaker 7: Okay, okay, thanks Kevin.
- 18:52Speaker 2: When you thought of that name, did you instantly know
- 18:55Speaker 2: that it was gonna drive me insane?
- 18:56Speaker 1: Oh god, yeah, that's why I like it.
- 18:59Speaker 6: Smiling literally what I thought.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Just making sure that.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Tune tomorrow, same time, same tickets, be here.
- 19:06Speaker 3: Three things.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Hell though, thank you so much for joining us this morning,
- 19:10Speaker 1: being a part of the show. We appreciate it. Ricky's
- 19:12Speaker 1: got those three things. Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Taylor Swift is looking to trademark her voice and image.
- 19:18Speaker 2: So she's trying to combat the rise of aid fakes
- 19:21Speaker 2: by filing a trademark application to protect her voice and likeness.
- 19:25Speaker 2: So when documents submitted to the US Patent and Trademark Office,
- 19:28Speaker 2: she's looking for ownership over phrases like hey it's Taylor,
- 19:31Speaker 2: Hey it's Taylor Swift.
- 19:33Speaker 3: The filings also include Taylor's attempt.
- 19:35Speaker 2: To secure the rights to her on stage image. Trademarking
- 19:39Speaker 2: is sound is super uncommon, but it seems to be
- 19:41Speaker 2: something that's.
- 19:42Speaker 3: More and more common with AI.
- 19:45Speaker 2: If you remember Matthew McConaughey, he recently applied for a
- 19:48Speaker 2: similar trademark in January for his Alright, alright, all right.
- 19:52Speaker 3: You're gonna get true that he always does, so.
- 19:56Speaker 2: He can literally have the six dollars in my bank account.
- 19:59Speaker 2: You're more than walk to matthewmconaughey. But she is now
- 20:03Speaker 2: the newest one to do this. Like I said, it's
- 20:05Speaker 2: all because of AI. A lot of artists and a
- 20:08Speaker 2: lot of actors and actresses. They are all trying to
- 20:10Speaker 2: combat a to AI in different ways. We don't know
- 20:14Speaker 2: exactly how to do that yet though, because we have
- 20:16Speaker 2: no idea where it's going. So we'll see if this
- 20:19Speaker 2: is agreed to. I will keep you updated because obviously
- 20:22Speaker 2: it's gonna make a huge difference for everybody moving forward.
- 20:25Speaker 2: A burn band is an effect in Hendersonville until further notice.
- 20:29Speaker 2: The drought we're experiencing is making it just a little
- 20:32Speaker 2: too easy to start a fire.
- 20:33Speaker 3: Okay.
- 20:34Speaker 2: So the Hendersonville Fire Department said all bonfires, campfires, and
- 20:38Speaker 2: burning yard debris is prohibited and previously issued burn permits
- 20:43Speaker 2: have been withdrawn. Okay, so please just be very careful.
- 20:46Speaker 2: They made a note to fully extinguish charcoal girls used
- 20:49Speaker 2: for cooking and to avoid grilling near wooded areas. Just
- 20:53Speaker 2: we don't need crazy fires happening, okay, So practice fire safety,
- 20:57Speaker 2: make sure that you are very careful with how you
- 20:59Speaker 2: are doing it everything, and just you know, make sure
- 21:01Speaker 2: you're protecting the land around you. And reading retreats, they
- 21:05Speaker 2: are gaining popularity as a new travel trend.
- 21:09Speaker 3: They're especially big with gen Z.
- 21:11Speaker 2: So instead of packed itineraries like NonStop socializing and you know,
- 21:16Speaker 2: going on excursions, these trips are really focused on quiet time,
- 21:20Speaker 2: nature books and low pressure connection situations. It's all about
- 21:26Speaker 2: the desire to slow down without guilt, which is a
- 21:28Speaker 2: huge thing for young people and for young travelers as well.
- 21:32Speaker 2: They want to focus on rest, creativity, and calm. That's
- 21:35Speaker 2: all they're looking for in these It sounds really delightful.
- 21:38Speaker 6: Don't ask me.
- 21:39Speaker 3: I'm kind of into it. I want to try it myself.
- 21:41Speaker 3: I'm Risangez and those are the three things you need
- 21:43Speaker 3: to know.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Thank you, Ricky, let's place to bring carpenter. And then
- 21:46Speaker 1: let's get you some money. We are paying your bills
- 21:48Speaker 1: all day, all week. You're listening for those keywords. Every
- 21:51Speaker 1: time we give a keyword, somebody's winning a thousand bucks.
- 21:53Speaker 1: We've got your money. Right after Manchild three minutes, you're
- 21:56Speaker 1: gonna win.
- 21:57Speaker 4: On the river, Ricky is Zach and man know in
- 22:00Speaker 4: the morning on.
- 22:02Speaker 7: River.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Get a little dystopian over here right now. Kevin came
- 22:07Speaker 2: to us and asked us how we would survive if
- 22:10Speaker 2: all the robots in our home took over one day.
- 22:13Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 22:13Speaker 3: And robots, yes, Okay.
- 22:16Speaker 2: So robots include appliances like your oven, your fridge, things like.
- 22:19Speaker 8: That, your automatic doors on your house if you have
- 22:22Speaker 8: like a keylock, as well as all of.
- 22:24Speaker 2: The robots that you may have that Zach has, like
- 22:26Speaker 2: a roomba, a mop roomba, a robot that makes your bed.
- 22:30Speaker 3: What else do you have?
- 22:32Speaker 8: I think that's about it, and you you covered them all. Okay,
- 22:34Speaker 8: I have a million Alexas.
- 22:36Speaker 6: In my house.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Alexa that is a robot for Alexa. Okay, so we'll
- 22:42Speaker 2: start with Kevin, since you brought this up. How are
- 22:45Speaker 2: you planning to survive the robots taking over?
- 22:48Speaker 1: I know that I have a plan.
- 22:51Speaker 3: You asked us all for a plan.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Well, no, I'm just asking how you would do personally
- 22:54Speaker 1: in your house, Like, do you think that sounds like
- 22:56Speaker 1: you need a plan? Would they win or would you win?
- 22:59Speaker 1: Because I don't think would survive. Zac just has too
- 23:01Speaker 1: many things. I think I'd be okay. Okay, yeah, I
- 23:05Speaker 1: think i'd be fine.
- 23:06Speaker 3: We don't we don't have the okay, with no plan whatsoever.
- 23:10Speaker 1: I'm just saying, we don't have like a smart fridge
- 23:12Speaker 1: or you know, it's not really a smart house. I
- 23:14Speaker 1: think we'll be okay. We're not exactly living in like
- 23:17Speaker 1: little house on the prairie style, but like Zach does
- 23:20Speaker 1: not stand a chance.
- 23:21Speaker 2: That is my whole Okay, So the whole thing was
- 23:23Speaker 2: just to come at Zach Kevin.
- 23:25Speaker 8: If you wanted to beef with me, you could have
- 23:27Speaker 8: just started with that.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Yeah, we could have just done this that way.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I just I kind of wanted to know, like, who
- 23:32Speaker 1: you know is in Zack's boat has a lot of
- 23:35Speaker 1: robots and just doesn't doesn't stay a chance.
- 23:39Speaker 3: You just plan to give up?
- 23:40Speaker 8: Yeah, if my plan is to just you win, because
- 23:43Speaker 8: there's literally zero chance. My front door, back door, garage
- 23:46Speaker 8: door are all like smart loss.
- 23:48Speaker 2: So you're already locked inside your house. Yep, I've locked
- 23:50Speaker 2: you down inside.
- 23:51Speaker 8: I have a room, but upstairs downstairs. I have a
- 23:53Speaker 8: mop room, but upstairs downstairs, so we have four there.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Like, so whether you try to go upstairs into your
- 23:57Speaker 2: bedroom or downstairs into the bathroom, no matter what there's.
- 24:00Speaker 8: They're gonna team up. They're all gonna like team up
- 24:02Speaker 8: against me. And I'm saying zero chance, So I'm just
- 24:04Speaker 8: gonna call it a day.
- 24:05Speaker 6: My house you become yeah, okay, yeah, how do you
- 24:09Speaker 6: think done?
- 24:09Speaker 1: How would they talk? How would they communicate with you?
- 24:12Speaker 1: Like through the Alexis? You think they would just talk
- 24:13Speaker 1: to you through the Alexis or like maybe like if
- 24:15Speaker 1: you have a printer, it would print out something.
- 24:18Speaker 6: Who does printer?
- 24:20Speaker 1: Yeah, you don't have a printer?
- 24:21Speaker 6: Who has one?
- 24:22Speaker 2: In twenty twenty six he has eight hundred robots, zero printers.
- 24:25Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 24:27Speaker 8: I think they would probably come through like Alexa, but
- 24:29Speaker 8: like not in the typical Alexa voice.
- 24:31Speaker 6: I feel like it could be like in a really
- 24:33Speaker 6: creepy voice. Yeah, like oh, you're locked in now.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Okay, Ricky, how would you do in your apartment?
- 24:42Speaker 3: I'd be fine.
- 24:42Speaker 2: And also if any robot came after me, I would
- 24:44Speaker 2: just start swinging hammers.
- 24:46Speaker 6: Do you have hammers?
- 24:48Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 24:48Speaker 3: I have a hammer.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Oh my god, I have a printer. She has a hammer?
- 24:53Speaker 1: Six one, five, seven, three, seven nine. How would you
- 24:57Speaker 1: do if the robots rose up and tried to take
- 24:59Speaker 1: off where it's inevitable it's gonna happen. Are you like Zach?
- 25:02Speaker 1: Would you be a goner? Let us know.
- 25:04Speaker 4: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky, Zach
- 25:06Speaker 4: and Menno in the morning.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Seven five the River. We're having a really deep conversation today.
- 25:14Speaker 1: It's very educational about robots, all the robots and robotic
- 25:18Speaker 1: things we have in our homes. If they rose up
- 25:20Speaker 1: to take over? How would you do? Greg? And Nashville
- 25:22Speaker 1: is on the line. How about you, buddy?
- 25:24Speaker 7: I would do exceptionally well because I've been practicing since
- 25:29Speaker 7: ever hearing the stick song, mister ROBERTA.
- 25:32Speaker 1: It's a good song.
- 25:33Speaker 7: You know what it's about, Kevin Domha.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Mister Roberto No, I have no idea.
- 25:38Speaker 7: He overtakes the robot, gets inside the robots armor and
- 25:43Speaker 7: then walks around as if he is one of the
- 25:45Speaker 7: robots themselves. That is how I am prepared to protect
- 25:48Speaker 7: myself against the robotic uprising.
- 25:50Speaker 3: What in the world is happening.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Planet, I'm is that really what happens in that song.
- 25:58Speaker 7: Absolutely nineteen eighty three fantastic songs on my go to Karaoke.
- 26:03Speaker 3: So I guess that's the plan.
- 26:05Speaker 1: So you would just join the you would join the robots.
- 26:08Speaker 7: Well, no, I would look like I'm a robot, but
- 26:11Speaker 7: I'm still human.
- 26:12Speaker 8: I feel like you're inspiring what I would do to
- 26:14Speaker 8: be able to survive my home full of robots. And
- 26:16Speaker 8: I feel like, because I am royalty, that I would
- 26:19Speaker 8: just like become friends with all of them to make
- 26:21Speaker 8: sure that I'm not the enemy. So I would try
- 26:24Speaker 8: my best to be like very nice to them and
- 26:26Speaker 8: become friends with all of the robots so that I'm
- 26:28Speaker 8: not the enemy they don't come.
- 26:29Speaker 6: After me, that we can go after other people together.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Well, how do you think? Okay, let's say you have
- 26:34Speaker 1: these Alexas in your house, are you polite to your Alexis? Like,
- 26:36Speaker 1: if you go home today and your Alexa is sentient,
- 26:39Speaker 1: will it have like positive feelings toward you?
- 26:41Speaker 6: I think so I always say please and thank you?
- 26:44Speaker 6: You do okay, yeah all the time.
- 26:46Speaker 3: I have no words, guys, I have nothing to say
- 26:49Speaker 3: right now. This is this is gone in a way
- 26:52Speaker 3: that I did not know that it would go. So
- 26:55Speaker 3: I'm speechless.
- 26:56Speaker 1: Guys, Greg, how do we even know? You're a human? Greg?
- 26:59Speaker 7: You don't you kind of AI? Maybe I'm your Alexa
- 27:05Speaker 7: Zach maybe?
- 27:06Speaker 6: So please be my friends.
- 27:08Speaker 2: OK all right, I think it's I think it's the
- 27:12Speaker 2: time we go now takes for calling.
- 27:14Speaker 1: This is really insightful, do you too, Sir?
- 27:20Speaker 4: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.
- 27:25Speaker 2: The start of the week, and we wanted to give
- 27:27Speaker 2: you a little positive perspective about the week ahead on
- 27:31Speaker 2: one O seven five the River. Today's daily double tap
- 27:33Speaker 2: is just a nice way to look at.
- 27:36Speaker 3: Day to day.
- 27:37Speaker 1: Yes, how to get through life, how to get through
- 27:40Speaker 1: a week, and you know, stay positive about it. Here
- 27:42Speaker 1: we go here.
- 27:43Speaker 9: It is the best analogy that I've heard for living
- 27:46Speaker 9: a good life is that each week is just a
- 27:49Speaker 9: seven game series and you just got to win four
- 27:51Speaker 9: it advance. Realistically, Sunday and Monday those are probably losses.
- 27:55Speaker 9: Friday and Saturday probably wins. So you just got to
- 27:58Speaker 9: win two of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and you're gonna be
- 28:01Speaker 9: living a good life.
- 28:01Speaker 7: Now.
- 28:02Speaker 9: Maybe you steal one on Sunday, you have a Sunday Funday.
- 28:04Speaker 9: All of a sudden, you just need one of them.
- 28:06Speaker 9: If you have a bad Friday, you're behind the eight ball,
- 28:08Speaker 9: you might want to just chalk it up to a
- 28:09Speaker 9: loss that week. It's really changed my frame of thinking,
- 28:12Speaker 9: and I think I'm gonna continue thinking like a moving forward.
- 28:15Speaker 8: I kind of like the idea of like, hey, you
- 28:16Speaker 8: only got to win four out of seven days exactly four.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Yeah, you're not gonna win all seven.
- 28:21Speaker 6: No.
- 28:21Speaker 3: Never, I mean sometimes you do, hopefully, hopefully you do.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Typically you won't. I get that.
- 28:27Speaker 2: You know in normal week, it's not gonna work out
- 28:29Speaker 2: that way. Never so often you get thrown a bone.
- 28:31Speaker 2: The universe goes, hey, you need this speech your wind
- 28:34Speaker 2: on vacation.
- 28:35Speaker 3: You know, that's a seven day win and.
- 28:38Speaker 1: Definitely winning if you can get four out of seven days.
- 28:41Speaker 1: There we go today's daily double taps. I'm going to think.
- 28:43Speaker 4: About Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 28:46Speaker 1: On one oh seven five, the River
