- 0:51Speaker 2: we replaced the countertops.
- 0:52Speaker 1: So first you got to remove the old countertops and
- 0:55Speaker 1: they removed it without harming a single cabinet. They then
- 0:58Speaker 1: put in the new countertop and they measured so well
- 1:00Speaker 1: that it just slid right in it. That's actually the

- 1:51Speaker 2: Then grab your popcorn because there is more. I'm not kidding.
- 1:55Speaker 1: My nose, I thought it was allergies and it was
- 1:58Speaker 1: nice out yesterday and I was having a cigar and
- 2:00Speaker 1: I could actually see things flying through the air.
- 2:02Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, this is I'm going to suffer. And
- 2:04Speaker 2: here it is. But I also feel it in the throat.
- 2:06Speaker 2: I'm telling you, it happens every year. The cold is coming.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I've got a speaking gig. I am speaking to the
- 2:13Speaker 1: Porter County Republicans. Uh, this, this weekend, I'm heading up
- 2:18Speaker 1: there to do that. Uh, by the way, if you
- 2:20Speaker 1: want to book, uh, for a speaking event, just reach
- 2:24Speaker 1: out to producer Carl and he'll take care of everything.
- 2:26Speaker 1: It's not in his job description. I just wanted to
- 2:28Speaker 1: see how he would handle it.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Perfect.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Thank you, producer Carl. Thank you, producer Carl. I appreciate
- 2:37Speaker 1: that very much. Uh, so we have for you a, uh, Well,
- 2:44Speaker 1: I don't know if it's good news, bad news, what
- 2:48Speaker 1: have you. You know, in all of these things, when
- 2:51Speaker 1: we do the popcorn moment, I'm not 100 percent sure
- 2:53Speaker 1: how people often take it.
- 2:56Speaker 2: I'm not sure how how they see it.
- 3:00Speaker 1: I can discuss President Trump discussing the raid on Ilhan Omar.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Well, I understand they're looking at it very carefully.
- 3:12Speaker 4: I've always found it to be totally crooked personally, but
- 3:15Speaker 4: that has nothing to do with me. I think she's
- 3:18Speaker 4: a terrible.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Person, just a complainer.
- 3:20Speaker 3: She comes from a country that is a non-country, and
- 3:25Speaker 3: then she comes over.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Here and she complains about our Constitution.
- 3:28Speaker 3: I think she's a terrible person, but that's really up
- 3:31Speaker 3: to the DOJ.
- 3:32Speaker 1: I have nothing to do with it. I think Ilhan
- 3:35Speaker 1: Omar is a terrible person. I think she comes from
- 3:36Speaker 1: a non-country. She comes here and complains, but I had
- 3:40Speaker 1: nothing to do with it. I don't believe he had
- 3:42Speaker 1: anything to do with it either. Do I think he
- 3:46Speaker 1: knew that it was going to happen?
- 3:48Speaker 2: 10,000%. I think he knew that the raid on Ilhan
- 3:53Speaker 2: Omar was going to happen. And then he talked about
- 3:57Speaker 2: the midterms.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Is there an expectation that Republicans will win the House?
- 4:01Speaker 4: They're going to do well. You know, look, sitting presidents.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Seem not to do well in midterms. You know, it's,
- 4:07Speaker 3: I think, two out of 25. But we've had a
- 4:10Speaker 3: great presidency. The market just came out.
- 4:13Speaker 4: It just ended. And we set another record today. I
- 4:16Speaker 4: think it's 84%.
- 4:18Speaker 3: So, 84 times, in a short period of time, we
- 4:22Speaker 3: have the best stock market in history. We have the
- 4:25Speaker 3: best 401ks by tens of thousands of dollars. Everybody's 401k
- 4:30Speaker 3: is up almost $ 50, 000 since his presidency. I don't know
- 4:35Speaker 3: how you can do better than that.
- 4:37Speaker 4: And prices are coming down.
- 4:39Speaker 3: And as soon as the war ends, which will be
- 4:41Speaker 3: very soon with Iran, the oil will.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Drop like a rock. And it's going to end very soon.
- 4:49Speaker 1: My question to you, does that message connect with anyone?
- 4:56Speaker 2: And remember, that message had two parts.
- 4:59Speaker 1: That message had the part at the end that the
- 5:01Speaker 1: war is going to end soon and that gas prices
- 5:04Speaker 1: are going to drop. The other message is the economy
- 5:10Speaker 1: is doing well, the market is up, and your 401k
- 5:12Speaker 1: is up. Now, I can tell you that my 401k
- 5:18Speaker 1: was up a little bit.
- 5:19Speaker 2: More last month. I don't look. I don't.
- 5:24Speaker 1: The key is not looking. Now, that's your investments. Your
- 5:28Speaker 1: checkbook you have to look. Some people decided that if
- 5:31Speaker 1: they don't look at the checkbook, then.
- 5:37Speaker 2: You're doing fine. You're not.
- 5:38Speaker 1: That's a terrible, terrible idea. You got to look at
- 5:41Speaker 1: the checkbook. You don't have to look at the investments
- 5:43Speaker 1: every day. That's the thing to avoid. But does that
- 5:50Speaker 1: any part of that message connect? And if the answer
- 5:55Speaker 1: is no. Why does the president keep giving that message?
- 6:00Speaker 1: If you say it enough, people will start taking that message.
- 6:03Speaker 1: People will follow that message.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Maybe. Maybe. I don't know. But if anyone believes that
- 6:15Speaker 2: when Iran finally is done in, oil is going to drop.
- 6:21Speaker 2: They haven't been listening to us and they don't understand. No,
- 6:23Speaker 2: it's not. It's like interest rates. There is a story.
- 6:27Speaker 2: I should get to this in the eight o'clock.
- 6:29Speaker 1: There's a story that Fox Business put out about housing
- 6:32Speaker 1: and housing coming down. And it's not an article. It's
- 6:37Speaker 1: basically it's fan fiction. If this, if this, if this,
- 6:42Speaker 1: if this. If rates get to 6%, no. Rates aren't
- 6:48Speaker 1: going to get to 6%.
- 6:51Speaker 2: By the way, now we're begging for 6%. That's the point.
- 6:55Speaker 2: The inflation is here. It's not moving. It is stabilizing.
- 6:58Speaker 1: The rates are going to stay high because we're going
- 7:00Speaker 1: to see interest rates move up another quarter point at least.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I just want everyone to be prepared to handle what's coming,
- 7:10Speaker 1: what I think is for the next decade. I am
- 7:16Speaker 1: not a negative guy. There are plenty of opportunities in
- 7:19Speaker 1: plenty of places.
- 7:21Speaker 2: We're just looking at reality.
- 7:23Speaker 1: And I wish the president would do the same because
- 7:26Speaker 1: there are still things to tout in a reality. And
- 7:30Speaker 1: honesty is always better than pretending it's not happening.
