Karolina speaks with Fr Toby about the different therapeutic approaches and speaks about the importance of embracing challenges and difficulties in life as the occasion for growth. She emphasis that therapy helps us to understand how the past and our relationships have effected but counsels against simply using the past as an excuse for not changing the present.
