- 0:02Speaker 1: just a quick disclaimer here, a j Jay's got a
- 0:04Speaker 1: bit out of control there. Jace literally said a really
- 0:08Speaker 1: bad thing to the point where pugs beaped it. You'll
- 0:13Speaker 1: hear it soon.
- 0:14Speaker 2: He's just joking.
- 0:14Speaker 3: Around context people come.
- 0:17Speaker 1: And then it also got a bit dirty as well.
- 0:18Speaker 1: So just a bit of a disclaimer. But yeah, it's
- 0:21Speaker 1: a great episode, but just don't play it to the kids.
- 0:22Speaker 4: All g for all you med bastards loving The Big
- 0:27Speaker 4: Show podcast Get up even Closer on Instagram, YouTube, and
- 0:32Speaker 4: tik tok for for dogg its four to seven every
- 0:36Speaker 4: weekday on Radio Recare.
- 0:38Speaker 5: Yeah, man Sealer's genuine question here. You know, I got
- 0:44Speaker 5: my hair cut yesterday? No, why is it?
- 0:46Speaker 2: Here?
- 0:47Speaker 3: Is it?
- 0:47Speaker 1: Gubble gobble?
- 0:48Speaker 2: Gobble gobble looks like a bunch of scrots on it
- 0:51Speaker 2: doesn't it?
- 0:51Speaker 3: It does? Actually, it looks like balls.
- 0:54Speaker 1: I reckon. Your wife's just taking the purse at this point.
- 0:57Speaker 5: I wouldn't be I wouldn't be surprised if if she
- 1:01Speaker 5: is taking the purse going to.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Well, you know how I got my haircut yesterday.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Yes, and I love it.
- 1:08Speaker 5: I was looking at it again today about how much
- 1:11Speaker 5: I love it. Yeah, well, I just feel it's a
- 1:15Speaker 5: bit like Nazi. I feel like a Nazi. It's got
- 1:20Speaker 5: a touch of the sig hail.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Yeah, does it because I'm looking at a gun.
- 1:25Speaker 1: It's not pretty.
- 1:26Speaker 5: It's pretty kind of right wing extremist sort of.
- 1:30Speaker 1: It's not the haircut, it's I was going to say,
- 1:37Speaker 1: it's not the haircut, it's the hand that's the issue.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right. And the thing about Liz, when you
- 1:45Speaker 2: come out of getting your haircut, you're doing a goose step.
- 1:51Speaker 2: You know, you're high kicking.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Well, I'm just so bad to heaven you do you know.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Your handed it's not cool in this day and age.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Well, you know what it is.
- 2:02Speaker 1: It used to be.
- 2:03Speaker 5: Tell me what it is is that sometimes my hip
- 2:06Speaker 5: gives out and it just it's.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Like ad to leave because he can't come.
- 2:13Speaker 5: I have a spasm in my hand that looks like,
- 2:15Speaker 5: you know, a sort of salute.
- 2:19Speaker 3: New reaction. Well that, well, that's good. Then I was
- 2:23Speaker 3: just a bit worried. No, you're good, thanks man.
- 2:25Speaker 1: No, Jason, I think it looks great.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Thanks.
- 2:27Speaker 1: He has been very clear, quite clear about it, and.
- 2:31Speaker 2: I know that you're trying like what you're what you're
- 2:33Speaker 2: running with is would anybody suspect that I'm a Nazi
- 2:38Speaker 2: given I'm wearing a Turkey ship? Yes, has never been
- 2:43Speaker 2: tried before.
- 2:43Speaker 5: I feel like a Turkey ship kind of diffuses the situation.
- 2:47Speaker 1: That's why you would have put the Turkey shit on,
- 2:49Speaker 1: because he's so Nazi.
- 2:51Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying that if.
- 2:52Speaker 1: He puts a Turkey shirt on, it will diffuse it
- 2:54Speaker 1: a web.
- 2:55Speaker 3: This is it like if I put on a black
- 2:56Speaker 3: overcoat not good?
- 2:58Speaker 1: That meant yeah, yeah, You've got a wardrobe full of
- 3:01Speaker 1: black overcoats and helmets with little spikes on.
- 3:05Speaker 3: A wardrobe full of shit. Yeah, I do poos?
- 3:11Speaker 1: Do you mean the water closet?
- 3:12Speaker 5: I you know, I just look in a days wandering
- 3:16Speaker 5: that the wardrobe and kol one out right?
- 3:19Speaker 2: Do you reckon?
- 3:19Speaker 1: We ever get to the point where you do do that?
- 3:22Speaker 5: If I get to that point, take me out to
- 3:25Speaker 5: the make love to me one last time before before
- 3:33Speaker 5: you before you do away with.
- 3:36Speaker 1: In this scenario with me, I'm at your place, You've
- 3:39Speaker 1: just done poos and.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Get your gears off.
- 3:45Speaker 5: Yeah, every make sweet gentle love keysy and on the grass.
- 3:52Speaker 2: I reckon? I reckon, you sticks head. You been him
- 3:55Speaker 2: over and you put him stickers between an electric fence.
- 3:59Speaker 3: Is it thing?
- 4:00Speaker 2: And you give him a good scene too well. I
- 4:02Speaker 2: think the fact that.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Disclaimer we will there's a second Nazi based one.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Yeah, that's weird. That's not Jason his haircut. I haven't
- 4:15Speaker 2: known for many from them, by the way.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Yeah, no, he hasn't probably had his drive by yet.
- 4:19Speaker 2: No.
- 4:21Speaker 1: The Whole Archy Big Show week days from four on
- 4:24Speaker 1: Radio Hierarchy.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Remember the Warchy Big Show podcast.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Good day fellows, mate, I got a lot done.
- 4:33Speaker 1: You go keisy Oh, we just got those friends about
- 4:36Speaker 1: staying with us. One of them went to hier Rocks
- 4:38Speaker 1: this morning, which is like, that's cooled. It's like CrossFit
- 4:41Speaker 1: Fitness Big Tournament on in Green Lane. I ended up
- 4:44Speaker 1: going down there and dropping his wife off and just
- 4:46Speaker 1: got to see the sheer amount of people in all
- 4:49Speaker 1: of their fitness gears running. There were thousands of people around.
- 4:53Speaker 1: I didn't realize how freaking massive these things are. Yeah,
- 4:56Speaker 1: they're big, and that literally that I couldn't think of
- 4:58Speaker 1: anything I would less likely.
- 4:59Speaker 2: To like, anything can get addicted if you do it
- 5:01Speaker 2: for long enough.
- 5:02Speaker 1: For certain type of people that want to like, and
- 5:04Speaker 1: they're all in their thirties and forties and that are
- 5:06Speaker 1: just trying to stay fit and want to have that.
- 5:07Speaker 2: I get it, but it's just like I couldn't think
- 5:09Speaker 2: it's interesting about that because I did that a couple
- 5:11Speaker 2: of years ago, you know, when I went ah, and
- 5:14Speaker 2: I've done it a couple of times in my life,
- 5:15Speaker 2: and now I'm just like, there is I've done it.
- 5:17Speaker 2: That's a good thing, as I've done it, what it
- 5:19Speaker 2: was like, but it is a waste of time. But
- 5:22Speaker 2: it's like called high rocks. Is it like climbing?
- 5:25Speaker 1: No, that's what I thought, But it stands for hybrid Rockster,
- 5:28Speaker 1: which sucks. Seriously, that's what high Rocks stands for, Hybrid Rockstar.
- 5:34Speaker 2: What does it mean?
- 5:35Speaker 1: I have no fucking idea and I don't want to
- 5:37Speaker 1: know it's and then what happens. That's just a big
- 5:40Speaker 1: fitness tournament like run a kilometer, push a slid for
- 5:42Speaker 1: two hundred meters, run another kilometer, do ten one hundred
- 5:45Speaker 1: meters of burpie or something like.
- 5:47Speaker 2: That's full on.
- 5:48Speaker 3: That's horrendous.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Yeah, And that's why I said it's not for me.
- 5:51Speaker 2: I quite like the cut end of that because you
- 5:54Speaker 2: do the same thing every time. You don't have to
- 5:56Speaker 2: think about what your workout is going to be, and
- 5:58Speaker 2: then you're just competing against yourself for a time. That's right.
- 6:01Speaker 1: And you do it in teams like my make him
- 6:04Speaker 1: and his brother doing it.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that's good.
- 6:05Speaker 1: And it was like it was a lot old Morgi,
- 6:09Speaker 1: old older.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Mogi sounds like a nightmare to me.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Jace and I should enter as a team. It's funny
- 6:17Speaker 1: because Flavor over there, the radio station that we share
- 6:19Speaker 1: an office. Mikayla, who works there, was like, because they're
- 6:22Speaker 1: doing a Flavor team at High.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Rocks, how are they? Yeah?
- 6:25Speaker 1: And so there's about four of them loves I mean
- 6:27Speaker 1: fitness stuff. I think Zoo's doing it, but like there's
- 6:29Speaker 1: four of them doing it. It's real chill. And they're like,
- 6:31Speaker 1: we've only got to run two k's each and do
- 6:33Speaker 1: one exercise each or something. I was like, sweet, and
- 6:34Speaker 1: then she's like, drinking Hodak, you would do it, And
- 6:36Speaker 1: I was picturing me, you, hug Son and old Hoidy
- 6:40Speaker 1: j as a team like a fitness calm.
- 6:42Speaker 3: I was like, fuck that, Yeah, you would do signing off.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Now I'm out, how's it spelled high rocks.
- 6:50Speaker 1: I have no idea, probably h.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Y yeah, sure of course.
- 6:54Speaker 3: You say you've got a lot done making.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Well yeah, but yeah, yeah, there's a lot of cool
- 7:00Speaker 2: stuffing At the moment. Life is good. I got to say,
- 7:04Speaker 2: been on the wagons good, Yes, here we go. So
- 7:07Speaker 2: that has been good so far. I mean, god knows
- 7:09Speaker 2: how I got another messages though, I've got another fiftieth
- 7:12Speaker 2: to go to, right, So so far this year I've
- 7:15Speaker 2: had on the second the first weekend of January, all
- 7:20Speaker 2: the mates that we used to get on the Hamworth
- 7:21Speaker 2: when I first got back into film, so twenty years ago.
- 7:24Speaker 2: They had a big party because the mates came back
- 7:26Speaker 2: from the US. Cool. So that was cool. So I
- 7:28Speaker 2: went to that and I went to that for one
- 7:30Speaker 2: hour and then I went home.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Was it good?
- 7:33Speaker 2: Oh no, because it was too tempting. It was too
- 7:35Speaker 2: close to me still drinking yeah yeah, and smoking. And
- 7:38Speaker 2: then since then I've had the Black Clash. I had
- 7:44Speaker 2: another fiftieth last weekend for a guy that I've known
- 7:48Speaker 2: that I know from Levin, so I've known him for
- 7:50Speaker 2: about forty five years. Got another fiftieth. I've got a
- 7:53Speaker 2: wedding this weekend. Every single weekend. I've had some either
- 7:56Speaker 2: tennis was the other thing. Yeah, so every single weekend.
- 7:59Speaker 2: But I've managed it to get on it. But I
- 8:00Speaker 2: just feel so good.
- 8:01Speaker 5: Yeah, you do, you do, You've got so I mean,
- 8:04Speaker 5: as a general rule, you just have so much more energy.
- 8:07Speaker 2: Well yeah, and le of energy. But the trouble is
- 8:10Speaker 2: what I've weaked out what my triggers are, Jason. My
- 8:12Speaker 2: triggers for wanting to drink and smoke get on it
- 8:15Speaker 2: are feeling good, yes and son. So if I feel good,
- 8:20Speaker 2: If I'm feeling good, I want to get on it.
- 8:21Speaker 2: If it's sunny, I want to get on it.
- 8:23Speaker 1: You're feeling quite good today?
- 8:24Speaker 2: You are? You are?
- 8:25Speaker 1: I am, And it's really sunny now and it's been
- 8:28Speaker 1: ship weather, which has been a help you slightly.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Yeah. But my problem is that I generally always feel good,
- 8:34Speaker 2: especially by the weekend. But to know now that that's
- 8:37Speaker 2: what it is and that I am always going to
- 8:39Speaker 2: want to get on it. Yeah, it's good to know that.
- 8:43Speaker 5: I discovered My triggers were life right, waking up, waking up,
- 8:49Speaker 5: being conscious, whether it's raining, sunny, good times are bad, Yeah, life.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Life, mine's literally someone wants to go over beer. Okay, sweet, Yes,
- 9:02Speaker 1: I never drink it. I still haven't got steamed by myself,
- 9:04Speaker 1: and I want to. I would love to do it.
- 9:06Speaker 1: We talked about this heaps, but I have done some
- 9:08Speaker 1: extensive ye my own same. Yeah, I still haven't, but
- 9:13Speaker 1: but I also my wife was like, I come having
- 9:15Speaker 1: you're waisted, like that's is that okay?
- 9:17Speaker 2: Dude? Yeah, I remember doing that. I remember doing that.
- 9:21Speaker 2: They had Coachella, was on a lollapaloozer or something like that,
- 9:24Speaker 2: and I knew I was going to take six months off,
- 9:26Speaker 2: so I like to get hammered the last day gain
- 9:29Speaker 2: into that break. So I got a couple of bottles
- 9:33Speaker 2: so I could make margaritas. Yeah. I was smoking darts.
- 9:35Speaker 2: This is probably ten years ago, twelve years ago. And
- 9:40Speaker 2: I watched Coachella, plowed darts, got on it all by myself.
- 9:45Speaker 2: The mates came home from work. I was steamed. I've
- 9:47Speaker 2: gone through all of you know what a margar reader is.
- 9:50Speaker 2: It's just to kill her sick.
- 9:52Speaker 1: A small squeeze of lime.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Jair and triples. Yeah, and I drank and all of
- 9:55Speaker 2: the tequila and was on.
- 9:57Speaker 5: I was.
- 9:58Speaker 2: I was steamed. Yeah, and I was having an m
- 10:00Speaker 2: Street ball.
- 10:01Speaker 1: It would be fun.
- 10:03Speaker 2: It was. It was amazing because you're watching all the
- 10:05Speaker 2: slave music up on the big screen, totally into it,
- 10:07Speaker 2: chaining darts, yes, all sorts of fun. Being head yes, yeah.
- 10:12Speaker 2: And I had a flatmate going, I can't believe that,
- 10:15Speaker 2: you know, blah blah gets on it by themselves. I'm like,
- 10:17Speaker 2: that's fucking it's the man.
- 10:20Speaker 1: I mean, we're not encouraging it.
- 10:21Speaker 2: No, each to their own man responsibly.
- 10:25Speaker 3: You do what you do, New Zealand.
- 10:27Speaker 1: It sounds very very very enjoyable, and I should find
- 10:30Speaker 1: time to do it.
- 10:30Speaker 2: It's funny. It was to be wondering around pursed up
- 10:32Speaker 2: when you're the only one like that as entertaining, like
- 10:35Speaker 2: you are laughing to yourself as well.
- 10:37Speaker 3: And for me it was always music.
- 10:41Speaker 5: I would just pound out the music and I just
- 10:44Speaker 5: would sit there and.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Just groove out.
- 10:46Speaker 5: Super depressing down there, yeah, my staff depressing as fun.
- 10:51Speaker 1: But yeah, hey, listen to the Big Show four to
- 10:54Speaker 1: seven weekdays Radio Hurdarchy. Good listening, good listening,
