Speaker 1: And sir, anybody praise party. I am Sherry Mackie, and
• 0:04
Speaker 1: it's time right now for today's word. Positioned for purpose,
• 0:09
Speaker 1: Positioned for purpose. Esther four fourteen says in the New
• 0:14
Speaker 1: Living Translation, who knows if perhaps you were made queen
• 0:19
Speaker 1: for such a time as this? When you look at
• 0:24
Speaker 1: the story of Esther, it's a powerful reminder that your
• 0:29
Speaker 1: background does not determine your destiny. Esther was young. She
• 0:36
Speaker 1: was a Jewish orphan living in exile, far from what
• 0:39
Speaker 1: anyone would call privilege. She didn't come from influence or wealth.
• 0:44
Speaker 1: Yet God hand picked her, elevated her from obscurity and
• 0:50
Speaker 1: position her in the palace as a queen, y'all, and
• 0:55
Speaker 1: it was all for divine purpose. Easy to look at
• 1:00
Speaker 1: where you are right now, or even where you're from,
• 1:05
  Speaker 1: and think I don't have what it takes. I didn't
• 1:08
Speaker 1: grow up in the right family. I don't have the
• 1:11
Speaker 1: education of the connections. But God specializes and using the
• 1:16
Speaker 1: least likely to accomplish the extraordinary. Where you started is
• 1:21
Speaker 1: not where you'll finish. When God breathes on your life,
• 1:25
Speaker 1: his favor can lift you beyond your qualifications, and he
• 1:29
Speaker 1: can place you in rooms you never dreamed you'd be
• 1:33
Speaker 1: able to enter. Maybe you feel overlooked, maybe you feel unqualified,
• 1:39
Speaker 1: But I want you to remember this. God doesn't choose
• 1:44
Speaker 1: the qualified, He qualifies the chosen. Esterday, he step into
• 1:48
Speaker 1: the palace because of her resume. She stepped in because
• 1:52
Speaker 1: she was chosen for a purpose, and so are you.
• 1:58
Speaker 1: You've been placed right where you are for such a
• 2:02
Speaker 1: time as this. The neighborhood you live in, the job
• 2:07
Speaker 1: you have right now, the people you're surrounded by. None
• 2:10
Speaker 1: of it is random. God has positioned you intentionally to
• 2:16
Speaker 1: bring light, to bring hope, and to bring influence right
• 2:20
Speaker 1: where you stand. So you keep showing up with faith,
• 2:25
Speaker 1: keep being excellent where you are, keep trusting that God
• 2:29
Speaker 1: is working behind the scenes, aligning divine connections and opportunities
• 2:34
Speaker 1: that will unfold at just the right time. He's not
• 2:39
Speaker 1: limited by your background, and guess what, neither are you. Father.
• 2:45
Speaker 1: Thank you for reminding us that our background does not
• 2:49
Speaker 1: define our future. Thank you for your favor that opens
• 2:53
Speaker 1: doors that no man can shut. God, help us to
• 2:56
Speaker 1: stay faithful where we are and to recognize the purpose
• 2:59
Speaker 1: you placed within us. God, we believe that we've been
• 3:03
Speaker 1: positioned for such a time as this God, thank you
• 3:08
Speaker 1: that you will use us for your glory in Jesus' name. Hey,
• 3:12
Speaker 1: now that's your word for today. Take it applied to
• 3:16
Speaker 1: your everyday life, and you continue to be encouraged and
• 3:18
Speaker 1: inspired with me, your girls. Sherry Mackie is your early

Speaker 1: morning praise party, reminding you your position for purpose,
