- 0:43Speaker 1: also have a very interesting conversation with Mary and Janelle
- 0:46Speaker 1: about Coyote Pass. That was juicy, and of course the

- 2:12Speaker 1: Do all of those things. Thank you in advance.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Now, before we get into this episode, we got a
- 2:18Speaker 1: couple of things we got to go through with you.
- 2:20Speaker 1: First and foremost, we do have a somewhat newsworthy item. Now,
- 2:26Speaker 1: some of you know that the young and the resplendent,
- 2:30Speaker 1: the beautiful Maddie Brush. Is that our last name?
- 2:34Speaker 3: I think so?
- 2:35Speaker 1: Yeah, Maddie Brush, married to Caleb, has started her own podcast. Yeah,
- 2:41Speaker 1: because that's just what we need, is another podcast, Toney,
- 2:44Speaker 1: so many podcasts Yes.
- 2:46Speaker 4: Everyone thinks that they're interesting like us.
- 2:48Speaker 1: I know. I mean, at least we are we are interesting.
- 2:51Speaker 1: At least we are funny, we are doing something out here.
- 2:54Speaker 1: But yeah, everybody does value their own voice in this societic. Yes,
- 2:59Speaker 1: so Mattie we started a podcast with her friend. I
- 3:02Speaker 1: think this was what we're going to talk about. Is
- 3:04Speaker 1: from the second episode. Yeah, pull it up really quickly. Now.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Mattie's new podcast is called The Authentic Society Wow, which
- 3:15Speaker 1: is a very interesting name. And without a Crystal Ball,
- 3:19Speaker 1: who is a content creator on YouTube and on Instagram,
- 3:21Speaker 1: she is highly controversial. Don't come for us in the dumpster.
- 3:25Speaker 1: We know, we get it. She does, however, sometimes provide
- 3:28Speaker 1: information in a succinct way, and that's helpful for us.
- 3:32Speaker 1: She listened to this second episode of The Authentic Society,
- 3:36Speaker 1: wherein Maddie did talk a little bit about her home
- 3:39Speaker 1: life and her father. Okay, so let's get into it
- 3:43Speaker 1: first and foremost. Maddie confirms that she is no contact
- 3:47Speaker 1: with Cody for a variety of reasons. Here's what she shared.
- 3:51Speaker 1: He yells at her. Second, he lies on the show
- 3:55Speaker 1: and to others about her. Third, he refuses to take
- 4:00Speaker 1: accountability we know all of these things. We've been watching
- 4:03Speaker 1: this show for many, many seasons. Next, he exposed Maddie
- 4:07Speaker 1: to quote unquote really bad people.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Oh.
- 4:10Speaker 1: In fact, Mattie blamed all the parents for subjecting their
- 4:13Speaker 1: kids to being associated with exploitative and criminal people during
- 4:18Speaker 1: their childhood.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Yikes.
- 4:21Speaker 1: I'm wondering what that means.
- 4:22Speaker 4: I'm like, who are we talking about? Because we've seen
- 4:24Speaker 4: a few people that they've been exposed to on the show.
- 4:28Speaker 4: Is she talking about those people like some of the
- 4:30Speaker 4: other polygamists, or.
- 4:31Speaker 1: It could be some of the other polygamists or people
- 4:34Speaker 1: just in their general church family. I Am not sure,
- 4:38Speaker 1: but that sounds scary. Maddie stated she will never spank
- 4:42Speaker 1: her children. Her decision not to spank has caused numerous
- 4:45Speaker 1: fights between her and other adults in the family. She
- 4:49Speaker 1: likened the spanking to having her will broken like a
- 4:52Speaker 1: baby elephant at a circus. Yikes, that's so interesting. Just
- 4:57Speaker 1: sidebar here. So there are other adults in her family.
- 5:01Speaker 1: She doesn't specify whether that's on Caleb's side or the
- 5:04Speaker 1: Brown family, but that are objecting to her not spanking
- 5:08Speaker 1: her kids, Like, how dare you? I mean, tell me
- 5:10Speaker 1: how to raise my child.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Honestly, it's my family, so fuck off.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Who do I think that it would be.
- 5:16Speaker 4: Probably the majority of them if they all grew up
- 5:19Speaker 4: like that. Well I don't know, maybe the millennials, maybe not,
- 5:22Speaker 4: because that's like a newer thing where people are like, no,
- 5:26Speaker 4: we're not speaking our kids, Like I'm not going.
- 5:27Speaker 3: To be doing that.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I didn't spank my child. I got spanked all I
- 5:31Speaker 1: did too, honey, Yeah, I ain't about that light. My
- 5:33Speaker 1: father spanked us with a hair brush and it was
- 5:37Speaker 1: like one of those really wide men hair brushes. He
- 5:40Speaker 1: would actually place it on the mantle, just underneath a television.
- 5:44Speaker 1: It was named Bier.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 5:47Speaker 4: Yes.
- 5:47Speaker 1: It was like a constant threat in my home that
- 5:49Speaker 1: we were going to get our asses beat.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Yikes.
- 5:52Speaker 1: And so when I had my child, your wife, I
- 5:55Speaker 1: swatted her diaper a couple of times. But then I'm like,
- 5:59Speaker 1: I'm just never going to do that again because I
- 6:01Speaker 1: just didn't like how it made her feel. She's like,
- 6:05Speaker 1: what are you doing?
- 6:06Speaker 4: We got the wooden spoon and sometimes the belts, But
- 6:10Speaker 4: like I know, some people think like that's good discipline,
- 6:15Speaker 4: Like some people think that that's like necessary. So it
- 6:18Speaker 4: is kind of like a divisive topic. I bet some
- 6:21Speaker 4: of the older parents, like probably Mary, because Mary Mattie's
- 6:26Speaker 4: talked about it on her Twitter but deleted some of
- 6:29Speaker 4: the tweets. She kind of alluded to the fact that
- 6:31Speaker 4: Mary was an abusive person, both physically and emotionally.
- 6:36Speaker 3: I don't think Janelle.
- 6:37Speaker 4: Janelle was like working all the time, So was she
- 6:40Speaker 4: really a disciplinarian?
- 6:42Speaker 1: She doesn't strike me as one, and frankly neither does Christine,
- 6:45Speaker 1: but Cody kind of does. I could see Cody and
- 6:47Speaker 1: Mary doing that. So Mattie is not meeting out corporal
- 6:53Speaker 1: punishments to her children and I like that, love it.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Mattie also says that she had no idea how abusive
- 6:59Speaker 1: her home life was until she became an adult and
- 7:01Speaker 1: had a family. I'd love to hear more about that.
- 7:05Speaker 3: I'd love to hear more about that.
- 7:06Speaker 1: She says Janelle's assertion that her kids are well adjusted
- 7:10Speaker 1: is not true. Mattie is unlearning so much from her
- 7:14Speaker 1: past yikes. Mattie says that Janelle relied a lot on
- 7:19Speaker 1: Mattie at age six to take care of her siblings.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Mattie said that she will never force her children to
- 7:25Speaker 1: raise their siblings. So she's calling out being parentified by Janelle,
- 7:30Speaker 1: which is very interesting because they seem so closely allied.
- 7:34Speaker 4: They do, I know, they have their business together, So
- 7:36Speaker 4: it is interesting that she's just straight shooting it.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Well, maybe Janelle's taking accountability at this season in her life.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Maybe they're having conversations about it. Mattie accused Cody of
- 7:47Speaker 1: being verbally abusive and forcing the family to obey him,
- 7:51Speaker 1: and there is no room for criticism. This is why
- 7:55Speaker 1: he's estranged for most of his kids, according to Mattie.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I believe it says that Janelle calls Maddie rude because
- 8:02Speaker 1: she doesn't sugarcoat what she feels and she tells people
- 8:05Speaker 1: the truth. And last, but not least, Mattie is no
- 8:09Speaker 1: contact with numerous family members due to abuse, which that
- 8:13Speaker 1: just screams Mary. Yeah for sure.
- 8:16Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, because she's obviously still talking to Christine and
- 8:20Speaker 4: Christine's kids and Janelle obviously.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Yes, and her siblings, most of her siblings, Yeah, I
- 8:26Speaker 1: would imagine.
- 8:27Speaker 4: I wonder if she's talking to Leon at all.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I'm not sure. I wonder if she talks to all
- 8:32Speaker 1: of Christine's children, oh, like, maybe not Peyton, because maybe
- 8:37Speaker 1: not Gwen. Oh, I'm not sure.
- 8:40Speaker 4: I would love for more details.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Yes, please elaborate.
- 8:44Speaker 4: Like, if you're such a straight shooter and so honest.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Please just spill it all, just speak clearly.
- 8:49Speaker 3: That'd be great.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Like I was watching Aspen in this episode for the
- 8:52Speaker 1: one hundredth time talk about how she loves David but
- 8:56Speaker 1: he is kind of rushing things. And the way that
- 8:58Speaker 1: she was just speaking, it's like she's taken all this
- 9:02Speaker 1: training from her parents. It's very diplomatic. It's saying something
- 9:06Speaker 1: but not actually giving much information. I'm like, oh Jesus,
- 9:10Speaker 1: not you too.
- 9:10Speaker 4: I know she's definitely curating her speech and how she
- 9:14Speaker 4: comes off on the show, And I mean, ugh, I
- 9:17Speaker 4: like I get it because they're all on this show
- 9:19Speaker 4: and like Cody's been spewing vitriol for years, which has
- 9:23Speaker 4: just damaged the family, like irreversibly. Like I get how
- 9:27Speaker 4: they want to be careful and stuff, but I'm like,
- 9:29Speaker 4: you're also on a show, Yeah, Like why don't you
- 9:31Speaker 4: just be honest, you know, like how you feel about things.
- 9:33Speaker 4: It's okay, it's not going to destroy your relationships, Like
- 9:35Speaker 4: it wouldn't destroy your relationship with Christine if you were like, yeah,
- 9:39Speaker 4: I think it's kind of gross that my mom makes
- 9:40Speaker 4: out with him all the time. Yeah, you know, it's
- 9:42Speaker 4: it's a little weird, but like I'm happy for her though,
- 9:44Speaker 4: that's cool.
- 9:45Speaker 3: I just like don't want to see it.
- 9:46Speaker 1: One hundred percent. Let's have the conversation. I was watching
- 9:49Speaker 1: Nicki Haverstock and her husband John, and I think it
- 9:53Speaker 1: was John or maybe they were both talking about in
- 9:56Speaker 1: this episode, how you know Christine is talking about buying
- 10:00Speaker 1: the house and which side of the bed David sleeps on.
- 10:04Speaker 1: But like, the unspoken part of that is the fact
- 10:08Speaker 1: that it sounds like they're having sex. Oh, for sure,
- 10:10Speaker 1: sounds like they're having sex before marriage. Sounds like that
- 10:13Speaker 1: they're in an unconventional type relationship, at least compared to
- 10:17Speaker 1: the way that Christine used to not just live but champion,
- 10:21Speaker 1: like she was the biggest cheerleader for polygamy as the
- 10:25Speaker 1: princess of the au B And now all of a sudden,
- 10:28Speaker 1: you want to just have premarital sex, which is fine,
- 10:31Speaker 1: I'm not judging you for that, but there's no conversation
- 10:34Speaker 1: about it, Like this arc that you went on from
- 10:37Speaker 1: being a full on polygamist and a full on Mormon
- 10:40Speaker 1: and now you're not in the faith anymore. Now all
- 10:42Speaker 1: of a sudden, you're drinking, you've got tattoos, and you're
- 10:45Speaker 1: fucking this man. That's interesting to me. Is there a
- 10:48Speaker 1: reason we're not talking about this and instead just watching
- 10:50Speaker 1: you go to like one banw house to another banal
- 10:53Speaker 1: house and talking about your double oven. I don't care.
- 10:57Speaker 3: It's super weird.
- 10:58Speaker 4: Like all we get is like a little blurb of
- 11:00Speaker 4: Christine saying that their religion was bullshit. She doesn't subscribe
- 11:03Speaker 4: to it anymore, doesn't feel the need to get her
- 11:05Speaker 4: release from the church leaders because they don't tell her
- 11:07Speaker 4: what to do, and that's it, Okay. I'd love to
- 11:09Speaker 4: know how you came to that conclusion. Ye when did
- 11:11Speaker 4: that happen? Did that happen before you left Cody? After
- 11:14Speaker 4: you left Cody, Like it's so hard to get like
- 11:17Speaker 4: an honest timeline. And that's why, like the whole Christine
- 11:20Speaker 4: and David stuff just feels a bit rushed to me
- 11:23Speaker 4: in this season, Like I wish we could have saw this,
- 11:26Speaker 4: Like I don't know, next season or maybe later in
- 11:29Speaker 4: this season. It's just been the entire season of their
- 11:32Speaker 4: dating arc, which is great, Like I again, I'm super
- 11:35Speaker 4: happy for Christine. I'm glad she's fel here mean, I'm
- 11:38Speaker 4: glad that he's treating her well, eating her well, that's great.
- 11:41Speaker 4: I'm so happy for her. She deserves that. But it
- 11:45Speaker 4: just feels so rush Like I would have loved a season,
- 11:48Speaker 4: or at least the majority of the episodes in the
- 11:50Speaker 4: season focused around like how everybody's dealing with the divorce,
- 11:54Speaker 4: like how we're separating assets, how we're going through stuff,
- 11:57Speaker 4: like how we're dealing with the faith or lack thereof.
- 12:00Speaker 4: That would have been way more interesting.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Yes, And I also think that they owe it to
- 12:05Speaker 1: us because that is essentially the premise of the show.
- 12:08Speaker 1: It's their faith, it's their unconventional, unusual family, it's the polygamy,
- 12:14Speaker 1: it's all of that that got a nation fascinated. And
- 12:17Speaker 1: now all of a sudden, we're just supposed to hear
- 12:20Speaker 1: little sound bites of Cody saying, yeah, well, you know,
- 12:23Speaker 1: my church leaders are bullshit and I don't subscribe to
- 12:26Speaker 1: the faith anymore. And we just see Christine and Janelle
- 12:29Speaker 1: taking shots, but we're not having conversations like that's what
- 12:33Speaker 1: the show's about, that's what we want to know. Oh,
- 12:37Speaker 1: I hate it for us.
- 12:38Speaker 3: I know me too.
- 12:39Speaker 1: We're watch of course. I'm just frustrated, and I think
- 12:42Speaker 1: a lot of people are, and I know a lot
- 12:44Speaker 1: of content creators around Sister Wives are also very frustrated.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Speaking of frustrated people, I understand that we have a
- 12:53Speaker 1: couple of raccoons have called into the dumpster. By the way,
- 12:57Speaker 1: if you would like to do so. First of all,
- 12:59Speaker 1: we would love to hear from you. Yes, it's not
- 13:01Speaker 1: a party without you, my friend.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Real all you have to do is.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Go to speakpipe dot com, slash, reality TV cringe. You
- 13:08Speaker 1: can sound off about just about anything, but like seems
- 13:12Speaker 1: to me, people want to talk about Sister Wives.
- 13:14Speaker 3: Oh yeah, all the time.
- 13:15Speaker 1: So who's called him?
- 13:16Speaker 4: The first one we have is from Lauren Lauren, Hi.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Ladies, this is Lauren from the Florida Raccoon Dumpster. We
- 13:26Speaker 2: eating good down here. It's a lot of Florida trash
- 13:29Speaker 2: down here. Just get fat on. So first off, love
- 13:33Speaker 2: you guys, love your politically incorrect decisions. Been a raccoon
- 13:36Speaker 2: from the beginning. I want to say that, like, I know,
- 13:39Speaker 2: all the things I'm about to say are absolutely horrible,
- 13:41Speaker 2: and I hate myself for them, and I feel free
- 13:44Speaker 2: to break me and I don't know what's wrong with me.
- 13:46Speaker 2: I need to check myself in the middle of health institution. However, Cody,
- 13:51Speaker 2: I don't know what's wrong with me. He looked fuckable
- 13:52Speaker 2: this season. Like when I said, I'm like, damn, he's
- 13:54Speaker 2: like he's horrible. He looks fine.
- 13:57Speaker 3: I don't.
- 13:58Speaker 2: I feel horrible to say that. Also, sometimes I feel
- 14:01Speaker 2: really bad for Robin. I know that's also horrible. I
- 14:05Speaker 2: think that, you know, it's easy for us as women
- 14:07Speaker 2: to blame other women for men's bad bullshit. And sometimes
- 14:10Speaker 2: I just think that she's doing what Cody tells her
- 14:13Speaker 2: to do, and it's just I don't know. I just
- 14:15Speaker 2: think she just fallows whatever he says. She's very brainwashed.
- 14:18Speaker 2: And if I had come into the family with small children,
- 14:21Speaker 2: I don't know if I would have wanted Christine in
- 14:22Speaker 2: them to be raising my kids, because it just seemed
- 14:25Speaker 2: like a lot of fair oald child raising. And I
- 14:27Speaker 2: don't know. I don't know if I would have wanted
- 14:30Speaker 2: my kids to be raised by them either.
- 14:31Speaker 1: I know that's horrible.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Say feel free to say terrible things about me, and
- 14:34Speaker 2: I love you too. And I don't know what's wrong
- 14:37Speaker 2: with me. I know these are horrible takes and Christine
- 14:39Speaker 2: gets on my last nerve. Okay, but I love you too.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Wow, oh my gosh, Lauren, we would never brate you.
- 14:45Speaker 1: I think your points are really interesting and unhid for
- 14:49Speaker 1: the first one, that's really funny. The first one about
- 14:54Speaker 1: Cody being looking very fuckable, looking very fuckable, Well.
- 14:59Speaker 4: He's got that six absolutely.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Friends is a six pack ab. Like I haven't ever
- 15:07Speaker 1: seen the abs last time, like we saw the abs
- 15:10Speaker 1: he was running into the pond in the syphilitic or
- 15:14Speaker 1: leprodic prairie dog pond on coyote pass like that just
- 15:17Speaker 1: looked like a beer belly to me a little bit.
- 15:20Speaker 1: But I mean fuckable. You say, Lauren, that's very interesting.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Like I don't share your personal opinion on that, but
- 15:27Speaker 1: I do respect your right to have that opinion.
- 15:30Speaker 3: That's totally fine.
- 15:31Speaker 4: I've seen a few people on Reddit actually talk about this,
- 15:33Speaker 4: being like I hate him so much, but like he's
- 15:35Speaker 4: not like a conventionally ugly man, like especially when he
- 15:39Speaker 4: was younger, he wasn't like super ugly.
- 15:42Speaker 3: This is coming from a lesbian reason.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Yeah no, I mean, I mean, yeah, no, he definitely
- 15:46Speaker 1: objectively he wasn't repulsive. I mean, like, yeah, I could
- 15:50Speaker 1: see how some women out there might find him attractive.
- 15:53Speaker 1: It would have never been me. You don't like blonde
- 15:55Speaker 1: and I don't like blondes. But I mean, but I
- 15:56Speaker 1: just could never just his boyish look. Oh yeah, some
- 16:00Speaker 1: about him I don't like, but I could see how
- 16:02Speaker 1: women would find him handsome.
- 16:04Speaker 4: Right, and if but didn't talk or didn't.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Act, or didn't animate or was not I'm not gonna
- 16:09Speaker 1: say that that would be terrible talk about a bad take,
- 16:12Speaker 1: but I mean, yeah, I'm sure that there are some
- 16:14Speaker 1: people out there who would fuck Cody Brown. I guess
- 16:19Speaker 1: Lauren might be one of those people.
- 16:20Speaker 3: It's Florida.
- 16:21Speaker 1: She's lost her raccoon by Hello. What did she say
- 16:24Speaker 1: about Robin?
- 16:26Speaker 4: She said she sometimes feels bad for Robin because sometimes
- 16:29Speaker 4: she might be just doing what Cody tells her to do.
- 16:32Speaker 4: She might be very manipulated and brainwashed, which I can
- 16:35Speaker 4: understand the sentiment. Like we've had these conversations before on
- 16:38Speaker 4: the podcast, and even Ethel and I talk about it.
- 16:41Speaker 4: Sometimes she'll text me because she'll watch this and she'll
- 16:44Speaker 4: be like, sometimes I feel bad for Robin, and I'm like, no,
- 16:46Speaker 4: like I can totally see your point, but Robin is
- 16:50Speaker 4: terrible herself. Like it's like I said a couple episodes ago,
- 16:53Speaker 4: when you're married to somebody like this, like how can
- 16:56Speaker 4: you not be also terrible, you know?
- 16:57Speaker 3: And like she's.
- 16:58Speaker 4: Defending him constantly and like saying all these lies and
- 17:01Speaker 4: bullshit to try and make him look good. Like she's
- 17:06Speaker 4: just as complicit. I would want to feel bad for
- 17:09Speaker 4: her if she actually had good intentions, but I don't
- 17:12Speaker 4: think she does.
- 17:13Speaker 1: I don't either. I think that it's all just a ruse.
- 17:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 17:17Speaker 1: I think she's a demon. I think she's a devil.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I think she's possessed by a spirit of greed. I
- 17:26Speaker 1: think she's a terrible person personally, and I think that
- 17:29Speaker 1: she's got Cody, who is a dumb individual. She has
- 17:32Speaker 1: a low IQ honey Cody wrapped around her little finger,
- 17:37Speaker 1: just like she said last week, It's absolutely true, she
- 17:40Speaker 1: knows it, but she needs to play the victim because
- 17:43Speaker 1: that is the only way people like Lauren find it
- 17:47Speaker 1: within themselves to have a little compassion for her. Like,
- 17:50Speaker 1: I can see how you might think that. I just
- 17:53Speaker 1: don't agree with that, yeah at all.
- 17:55Speaker 4: What about her last point about when Robin came into
- 17:57Speaker 4: the family with small children, not one the other.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Wives to raise them. One hundred percent agree, Yeah, no,
- 18:02Speaker 1: I have one hundred percent agree. I mean, if you're
- 18:04Speaker 1: entering into this family and Christine, the basement wife, is
- 18:08Speaker 1: the primary childcare provider and she's all lucy goosey and
- 18:13Speaker 1: screaming throughout the house and doing her jingles. Of course
- 18:16Speaker 1: I'm speaking about myself, but she's just like, she seems
- 18:18Speaker 1: a bit like a wild card. And if you, as
- 18:21Speaker 1: a parent, have a certain way of bringing up your
- 18:23Speaker 1: own children in a very organized fashion, and it's the
- 18:26Speaker 1: way that you know, like, yeah, I wouldn't want to
- 18:28Speaker 1: hand over my three kids to Christine, right.
- 18:31Speaker 4: I think that's totally fair. But then also, don't cry
- 18:33Speaker 4: about it later when your kids don't feel integrated into
- 18:37Speaker 4: the family or you feel like the wives don't care
- 18:39Speaker 4: about your kids when you've like totally segregated them from
- 18:42Speaker 4: the family.
- 18:43Speaker 3: Great point, you know what I mean.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Great point.
- 18:45Speaker 4: But Lauren, thank you so much for calling in with
- 18:47Speaker 4: I loved it. That is so awesome. Give us more, yes,
- 18:52Speaker 4: I want.
- 18:52Speaker 3: To know more. Fucked that takes you have?
- 18:53Speaker 1: I think that's fantastic.
- 18:55Speaker 4: It's so awesome. All right, Next one, all right, next
- 18:57Speaker 4: one it says it's from anonymous raccoon of it.
- 19:01Speaker 6: Okay, Hi, Bia and d I love you all, And
- 19:05Speaker 6: I just had to tell you all the spot I
- 19:07Speaker 6: had after the episode where the sister wives were all
- 19:12Speaker 6: talking about how family oriented Robin's wedding was, and I
- 19:16Speaker 6: call bullshit because, in my opinion, you know, a gold
- 19:20Speaker 6: star polygamous wedding at that point, because you know, Mary
- 19:23Speaker 6: had gotten her big, fancy wedding and Janelle and Christine
- 19:27Speaker 6: had semi disappointing weddings. I mean, I think Janelle's very
- 19:29Speaker 6: happy with her wedding, but Christine obviously was not. The
- 19:34Speaker 6: gold star polygamy decision to make would have been, We're
- 19:38Speaker 6: going to go shopping together and we're each going to
- 19:40Speaker 6: pick out a beautiful white wedding dress that we love,
- 19:45Speaker 6: and then we are going to plan everything together, and
- 19:49Speaker 6: then we are each going to plan our vow renewal
- 19:51Speaker 6: ceremony and we'll go one to time in the order
- 19:54Speaker 6: that we came and Mary and Cody can reaffirm their vows,
- 19:58Speaker 6: and then Janelle and then Christine and then Robin and then,
- 20:03Speaker 6: like I know that that would take away from the
- 20:06Speaker 6: attention from Robin.
- 20:08Speaker 5: But that's what you agree to do in polygamy. I
- 20:10Speaker 5: think that would have been the way to equalize it,
- 20:12Speaker 5: to make everybody feel loved and truly be about the family. No,
- 20:15Speaker 5: not putting women and these women in their ugly brown
- 20:17Speaker 5: dresses and taking some family photos. That's not enough to me.
- 20:21Speaker 5: This is how it could have been fair.
- 20:22Speaker 6: And then I think Robin would have deserved gold star polygamy,
- 20:25Speaker 6: a gold star for polygamy. She would have been model polagamist. Anyways,
- 20:31Speaker 6: I agree.
- 20:32Speaker 1: I think that's a great idea. Yeah, I think it
- 20:34Speaker 1: would have never occurred to Robin Brown. No, never. I
- 20:39Speaker 1: think it would have been great this season if a producer,
- 20:42Speaker 1: when Robin was talking about how her wedding was about
- 20:46Speaker 1: the family, if a producer had said, well, what about
- 20:49Speaker 1: the wedding dress though? What about keeping that information from
- 20:53Speaker 1: the other wives, What about like taking them wedding dress
- 20:55Speaker 1: shopping when you never had an intention in hell of
- 20:58Speaker 1: actually listening to any of their advice or really truly
- 21:02Speaker 1: authentically including them in that decision, and probably other decisions
- 21:05Speaker 1: as well, Like if somebody had called into question in
- 21:09Speaker 1: the moment when Robin was talking her shit and her
- 21:11Speaker 1: revision as history, like, well what about all these other things?
- 21:14Speaker 4: Though?
- 21:15Speaker 1: I mean, I think her wedding was lovely, but I
- 21:17Speaker 1: think it was deeply unfair, deeply unfair compared to Christine's
- 21:21Speaker 1: and Janelle's. I thought Janelle just had like a little
- 21:23Speaker 1: shin dig.
- 21:24Speaker 3: Oh yeah, her and Christine did.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Yeah, a little small little didn't even have a dress.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Have anything.
- 21:29Speaker 4: Mary had a wedding, but the other two were secrets, yes,
- 21:32Speaker 4: and fucking Christine was wearing like a hand me down dress.
- 21:35Speaker 4: Janelle didn't even really have anything. They just have one
- 21:38Speaker 4: picture together and a cake, so like, they didn't have
- 21:40Speaker 4: a big shin dig. I don't think Janelle cared to
- 21:42Speaker 4: have one, but Christine would have obviously because we see
- 21:46Speaker 4: her now with her big old wedding and Moab and stuff.
- 21:49Speaker 4: So yeah, it was deeply unfair. And then you add
- 21:51Speaker 4: on the eleven day honeymoon after that, and then nobody
- 21:55Speaker 4: else gets any vow renewals or anything special to make
- 21:58Speaker 4: them feel like Cody actually cared about him, like Robin
- 22:02Speaker 4: saying this shit, yeah, I was all family oriented. It's
- 22:05Speaker 4: just her perpetuating the narrative that yeah, no, I'm a
- 22:09Speaker 4: good wife. I came in here cap in hand. I
- 22:11Speaker 4: wanted to have relationships with everybody else. Everyone else rejected me.
- 22:15Speaker 4: I did nothing wrong.
- 22:16Speaker 3: Right, it's gross.
- 22:17Speaker 4: That's why she's just as bad as Cody.
- 22:19Speaker 1: And oh yes, if not worse, yep, if not worse,
- 22:22Speaker 1: because she's more intelligent than Cody and she has like
- 22:24Speaker 1: a long view game plan what she wants to do.
- 22:27Speaker 1: And by the way, she's succeeding. Oh yeah, she's getting
- 22:30Speaker 1: everything she ever wanted and she's iced out everybody. Yeah,
- 22:33Speaker 1: and she gets to be the victim, the ever victim.
- 22:36Speaker 4: In a multimillion dollar mansion in Flex Yeah.
- 22:40Speaker 1: So crazy, very much. So well, Thank you, anonymous racoon.
- 22:45Speaker 1: We appreciate you all calling in and giving us your opinions. Again,
- 22:48Speaker 1: if you guys want to do that, just go to
- 22:50Speaker 1: speak by dot com slash reality TV Cringe. You got
- 22:54Speaker 1: ninety seconds. It's a one hundred percent free and we
- 22:57Speaker 1: love to hear from you.
- 22:58Speaker 3: We love it. Thank you.
- 23:00Speaker 1: All right, now let's get into this week's episode again.
- 23:04Speaker 1: This is episode nine entitled Baptism by Fire. Interesting. Yeah, okay,
- 23:11Speaker 1: what do we think that means?
- 23:13Speaker 3: Cody and Robin meeting David.
- 23:14Speaker 1: I think that's correct. Yeah, just like, let's get her done. Yeah,
- 23:18Speaker 1: let's meet him, let's see what happens. Yep, all right,
- 23:21Speaker 1: start us off.
- 23:22Speaker 4: Well, the episode started off strong with a conversation between
- 23:25Speaker 4: Mary and Janelle. This was like so good to me,
- 23:29Speaker 4: so good, except I hated Mary. Janelle comes over to
- 23:31Speaker 4: Mary's big old house because she wants to talk to
- 23:34Speaker 4: her about Coyote Pass, about the land and how their
- 23:37Speaker 4: note is due in seventy five days and they.
- 23:39Speaker 3: Gotta pay it.
- 23:40Speaker 4: Cody's dragging his feet and she wants to look out
- 23:43Speaker 4: for Mary. She arrives at Mary's big old house. It's
- 23:46Speaker 4: empty because she gave all that furniture away to her
- 23:49Speaker 4: bum brother in law, Nate, and she tells Janelle, I'm moving,
- 23:57Speaker 4: And then we get into the conversation of Coyote Pass assets,
- 24:01Speaker 4: Janelle leaving Cody, etc.
- 24:03Speaker 2: Etc.
- 24:05Speaker 1: Yes, we do.
- 24:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:06Speaker 1: A couple of things that I noticed, just as a supplement,
- 24:11Speaker 1: is that Janelle looks like she arrives in the same
- 24:16Speaker 1: outfit she wore to meet Cody in the attic at
- 24:20Speaker 1: the bistro. I don't know if it's exactly the same,
- 24:24Speaker 1: but I wondered.
- 24:25Speaker 3: Yep.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Secondarily, the outfit that Mary is wearing. That sweatshirt is
- 24:30Speaker 1: the same sweatshirt that she's wearing, I think in the
- 24:33Speaker 1: preview next week when she goes over to Cody and
- 24:35Speaker 1: Robin's and tells the kids that she's leaving, which had
- 24:39Speaker 1: me wondering, Oh, does like Mary just have this conversation
- 24:43Speaker 1: with Janelle where Janelle raises her concerns and then runs
- 24:47Speaker 1: right over to Cody's house and just tells them all
- 24:50Speaker 1: the tea probably probably, yeah, probably, And that's.
- 24:54Speaker 4: What Janelle's afraid of too. She's like, I don't know
- 24:56Speaker 4: by the end of this conversation if I can really
- 24:58Speaker 4: trust Mary to know go over to Cody and Robin
- 25:01Speaker 4: and just tell him everything that I said. Janelle also
- 25:04Speaker 4: calls out Mary's loyalty and says she's loyal to a fault,
- 25:07Speaker 4: just like a dog, Like even an abused dog goes
- 25:11Speaker 4: back to their abuser over and over again. And that's
- 25:13Speaker 4: fucking Mary. Yes, And it's frustrating to me because Janelle's
- 25:17Speaker 4: literally having like a plain a day conversation with her, like, look,
- 25:20Speaker 4: you need to protect your assets. Cody keeps telling me
- 25:23Speaker 4: he doesn't have the money to pay off Coyote Pass
- 25:25Speaker 4: we have to pay it off in seventy five days
- 25:27Speaker 4: or we're gonna lose it all. This is like your
- 25:29Speaker 4: only estate, Like you need to make sure you're protected here.
- 25:33Speaker 4: You only have your name on one plot, and it's
- 25:35Speaker 4: tied to me and Cody.
- 25:36Speaker 1: She has her name on one plot, so and that
- 25:40Speaker 1: plot has three names on it. So she's not even
- 25:44Speaker 1: gonna get twenty five percent, which she would be owed.
- 25:47Speaker 1: And Janelle agrees she would be getting thirty three percent
- 25:50Speaker 1: of twenty five percent whatever that ends up being like
- 25:53Speaker 1: a very minuscule amount, yep. But she doesn't seem to
- 25:56Speaker 1: really fucking care. Now, Like this whole interaction was so
- 26:00Speaker 1: strange to me. It's obvious there's like no love lost
- 26:05Speaker 1: between Janelle and Mary. I think Janelle was trying to
- 26:08Speaker 1: do her a solid and say, hey, this is kind
- 26:10Speaker 1: of a critical situation. I think Janelle would have been
- 26:13Speaker 1: open to them potentially retaining counsel together to explore their
- 26:18Speaker 1: options sort of as a team against Cody. She's probably
- 26:22Speaker 1: trying to take the temperature. But like what Mary was
- 26:25Speaker 1: giving her was just like, yeah, absolutely not. I trust Cody.
- 26:27Speaker 1: He's a gentleman, and I'm like Mary, Mary, this is
- 26:32Speaker 1: what pissed me. I'm just sick of you already. Mary,
- 26:34Speaker 1: I mean, like, stop it.
- 26:36Speaker 4: Like she's even trying to defend him. When Janelle's like,
- 26:39Speaker 4: he doesn't have the money. He's telling me he doesn't
- 26:41Speaker 4: have the money. Mary in her talking head is like, well,
- 26:43Speaker 4: Cody's always been creative with finances. Sometimes you have to
- 26:46Speaker 4: rob Peter to pay Paul, so like, he'll figure it out,
- 26:49Speaker 4: and I expect him to because I expect him to
- 26:51Speaker 4: be a gentleman and make sure that we're not screwed over.
- 26:53Speaker 3: What the fuck do you based on?
- 26:55Speaker 5: What?
- 26:55Speaker 3: Though?
- 26:55Speaker 1: Why are we expecting Cody to be a gentleman to you? Mary?
- 26:59Speaker 1: He jerked you around this entire time. He got you
- 27:03Speaker 1: to move to flag Staff on a fucking faulty premise,
- 27:07Speaker 1: telling you that he was gonna work on your relationship
- 27:09Speaker 1: as soon as you got there, and he got all
- 27:11Speaker 1: of your money so that he could funnel it into
- 27:12Speaker 1: Robin's McMansion, and then as soon as you got there
- 27:15Speaker 1: it was a baiten switch and he never fucking saw
- 27:17Speaker 1: you again. Furthermore, the last three seasons which you have
- 27:21Speaker 1: watched back, he has been maligning you and dragging you
- 27:24Speaker 1: and talking to you like you're a dog and you've
- 27:28Speaker 1: seen it already in this conversation you're having with Janelle.
- 27:31Speaker 1: You've seen the shit that he's been saying. And still
- 27:33Speaker 1: you're gonna sit here and say I trust Cody and
- 27:37Speaker 1: tell the camera like, would Cody and Robin really be
- 27:40Speaker 1: doing all of this so that they could take all
- 27:42Speaker 1: of the land. Yes, yes, bitch. Look at their house,
- 27:45Speaker 1: look at the art, look at the gemstones, look at
- 27:48Speaker 1: everything that they have. And then look at Janelle living
- 27:51Speaker 1: in an RV for real, Look at Janelle living in
- 27:54Speaker 1: a dormitory apartment. Look at you renting this haunted house.
- 27:59Speaker 1: Is he giving you money monthly? I don't think so.
- 28:01Speaker 1: And what was wild to me Beatrice was like Mary
- 28:04Speaker 1: saying to Janelle, well, I thought you took care of
- 28:06Speaker 1: the money. Like I know, we have to pay bills
- 28:08Speaker 1: and stuff, but like I thought all that was being
- 28:10Speaker 1: taken care of. I'm like, what, Yeah, So you're a
- 28:13Speaker 1: fifty some odd year old woman. You guys are making
- 28:16Speaker 1: multiple tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars a
- 28:19Speaker 1: year from TLC for being on this bum ass, whack
- 28:22Speaker 1: ass show, and all of this money is going into
- 28:25Speaker 1: an LLC. And you, the business woman that you are,
- 28:28Speaker 1: you don't even like want to see the books from
- 28:30Speaker 1: time to time that like before your accountant does your
- 28:33Speaker 1: taxes or whatever. They're not like looking over ledgers and
- 28:36Speaker 1: seeing where this money is going. Like you have absolutely
- 28:39Speaker 1: no idea what's happening, and you want to tell me
- 28:42Speaker 1: to worthy up. You want to have a motivational seminar
- 28:45Speaker 1: and tell me how to live my life. Bitch, miss me.
- 28:48Speaker 4: With that, honestly, like for a Capricorn too, to be
- 28:51Speaker 4: like so impractical, impractical and irresponsible with her money and everything.
- 28:56Speaker 3: And you're sitting there telling Janelle.
- 28:57Speaker 4: Well, I thought you controlled the money for all these
- 28:59Speaker 4: years Janelle, and are talking head is like Cody. I
- 29:03Speaker 4: guess I'm under the impression that Cody's been telling the
- 29:05Speaker 4: whole entire family that I have had control over the finances.
- 29:08Speaker 4: I'm just the bookkeeper, which means Cody was the one
- 29:11Speaker 4: that was dictating all of this shit.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Well, of course, but like he's also on a campaign
- 29:16Speaker 1: behind the scenes telling Mary and other people, well, no
- 29:19Speaker 1: it's not me, it's Janelle. Janelle's the one that's moving
- 29:22Speaker 1: all this money around. Because I mean, hypothetically, let's imagine
- 29:26Speaker 1: a world where he is being a criminal fiduciary and
- 29:30Speaker 1: he is misappropriating funds that have been trusted to him
- 29:34Speaker 1: in this LLC, and he's using it to buy all
- 29:36Speaker 1: of his fucking jewelry that's new every single week, and
- 29:39Speaker 1: all of this artwork and all of these homes, and
- 29:43Speaker 1: he can pin it on Janelle. Yeah, And honestly, Janelle,
- 29:45Speaker 1: you're stupid as fuck too, because you were the bookkeeper
- 29:48Speaker 1: and you said last season that you've seen where the
- 29:50Speaker 1: money is going and you allowed him to do it.
- 29:52Speaker 1: So are you complicit in the fact that he has
- 29:54Speaker 1: misappropriated these funds? But does it even matter because none
- 29:57Speaker 1: of these women are gonna do what it is to
- 30:00Speaker 1: hold his feet to the fire. So this asshole is
- 30:04Speaker 1: going to get away with it.
- 30:06Speaker 4: Unfortunately. Yeah, because when you have Mary sitting there telling
- 30:09Speaker 4: Janelle being like, oh, you really feel like he's gonna
- 30:12Speaker 4: screw you over, and Jane's like, yeah, I'm just telling
- 30:14Speaker 4: you you need to protect yourself because I need to
- 30:16Speaker 4: protect myself too, and I'll have your back. I've got you,
- 30:19Speaker 4: but make sure you're okay too. And Mary has the
- 30:22Speaker 4: balls to be like, well, I'm sorry you feel that
- 30:24Speaker 4: way y because she doesn't actually believe that Cody and
- 30:27Speaker 4: Robin are capable of this kind of financial abuse and neglect,
- 30:31Speaker 4: even though she's been experiencing it this entire fucking time.
- 30:35Speaker 4: It's crazy, and I think about it too, Like all
- 30:40Speaker 4: of these women have been in this like abusive, toxic
- 30:42Speaker 4: situation with Cody, and so I can give them a
- 30:45Speaker 4: little bit of grace and understand, like you've been manipulated
- 30:48Speaker 4: and coerced this entire time by this fucking liar, this terrible, awful,
- 30:54Speaker 4: sub human ghoul of a person. Okay, I get that,
- 30:58Speaker 4: But where's going with that?
- 31:01Speaker 1: I don't know. But you're right, well, I mean, like.
- 31:04Speaker 3: I understand it.
- 31:06Speaker 4: But at the same time, it's like if you've if
- 31:09Speaker 4: you're coming out of that, like how can't you just
- 31:11Speaker 4: like see you can see it now, Like it's clear
- 31:14Speaker 4: as day. Yeah, it's been clear to all of us.
- 31:16Speaker 4: Everybody's been screaming about it on the internet for years now,
- 31:20Speaker 4: but you're just choosing to ignore it and just believe
- 31:22Speaker 4: it He's gonna be good.
- 31:23Speaker 1: I don't know that I believe that Mary believes that
- 31:27Speaker 1: Cody would never do that to her. In this moment,
- 31:29Speaker 1: it almost felt to me like she was just taking
- 31:32Speaker 1: a dig at Janelle, like, oh, I'm sorry you feel
- 31:34Speaker 1: that way. I'm sorry you're not aligned with them like
- 31:37Speaker 1: I am, Like I have every trust in Cody, Like
- 31:39Speaker 1: you would never do that to me. Sorry your relationship. Yeah,
- 31:42Speaker 1: it totally felt petty to me. That was the vibe.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Of course that's not what she necessarily said, but I
- 31:49Speaker 1: was like, this is such a moment, It is such
- 31:51Speaker 1: a moment for girl power, for you guys to align
- 31:55Speaker 1: your interests. And I mean, if only for your kid,
- 32:00Speaker 1: even if you don't want the money for yourself or
- 32:03Speaker 1: for your next home or for your next business endeavor,
- 32:06Speaker 1: Like what about your children and every season that they
- 32:09Speaker 1: appeared on this dumb show and were never paid, get
- 32:12Speaker 1: the money for your kids, but you don't give a fuck.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Your apathy is gross, Mary, Your apathy is so gross. However,
- 32:21Speaker 1: little bit of a silver lining here, and somebody out
- 32:24Speaker 1: there correct me if I'm wrong. You can write to
- 32:26Speaker 1: Beatrice on the IG or of course drop a comment
- 32:28Speaker 1: here on YouTube or on Patreon. But I seem to
- 32:31Speaker 1: recall a couple of months ago, a month and a
- 32:34Speaker 1: half ago, when Janelle and Christine were on their little
- 32:37Speaker 1: podcast tour that Janelle referred to a project she was
- 32:42Speaker 1: working on with Mary. Oh do you remember that?
- 32:45Speaker 3: I do remember that little blurb, But she didn't elaborate.
- 32:47Speaker 1: She would not elaborate. Given the relationship as we see
- 32:51Speaker 1: it on the television, it doesn't seem like they would
- 32:53Speaker 1: ever go into business in plexus, right and Luluoe, it's
- 32:57Speaker 1: nothing like that. What kind of project could they be
- 33:00Speaker 1: working on?
- 33:01Speaker 2: Ooh?
- 33:02Speaker 4: Maybe they lured up, Maybe they lawyered up behind the scene, yes,
- 33:06Speaker 4: trying to keep it hush hushed because they know how
- 33:07Speaker 4: everybody's just gonna be sloth in and looking with their
- 33:11Speaker 4: raccoon monocles, like everybody's just waiting for those lawsuits to drop.
- 33:16Speaker 4: So maybe they're working on something behind the scenes, like
- 33:18Speaker 4: developing a case.
- 33:19Speaker 1: Yes, and maybe this is kind of the very h
- 33:22Speaker 1: start of the process. Please and the communication between Janelle
- 33:26Speaker 1: and Mary, and Mary maybe calls her up in a
- 33:29Speaker 1: couple of weeks and says, hey, okay, let's talk a
- 33:30Speaker 1: little bit more because I tried to talk to Cody
- 33:33Speaker 1: and he's not sharing with me about the lands. So
- 33:35Speaker 1: maybe this is the beginning, the start of something beautiful. Maybe,
- 33:39Speaker 1: But I don't know. Based on this particular scene, I
- 33:42Speaker 1: was just like, God, Mary, you're fucking a lost cause
- 33:45Speaker 1: you're hopeless, irredeemable. It's like it's almost like you refuse
- 33:50Speaker 1: to learn right.
- 33:52Speaker 3: And see for what it is.
- 33:53Speaker 4: I mean, like, just admit to yourself that you were
- 33:56Speaker 4: in love with this guy who treated you badly and
- 33:58Speaker 4: treated you, treated all these women badly, and fucked you
- 34:02Speaker 4: guys all over. Yeah, Like just a minute, that's okay,
- 34:05Speaker 4: Like it's okay that you still wanted the relationship to work.
- 34:08Speaker 4: It's okay that you wanted him to be a different
- 34:09Speaker 4: person than who he is now. That's all fine. But
- 34:12Speaker 4: like she's still I don't know, holding on to some
- 34:16Speaker 4: kind of like weird hope, like no, he's a good guy.
- 34:18Speaker 1: At r YO, Janelle is doing the same thing. Current
- 34:21Speaker 1: year of Our Lord twenty twenty four. I think she
- 34:24Speaker 1: had an interview in the last two weeks where she
- 34:27Speaker 1: was talking in somewhat glowing terms about Cody, calling him
- 34:31Speaker 1: Kara's no.
- 34:31Speaker 2: No.
- 34:31Speaker 1: It wasn't the charismatic interview. It was after that, like
- 34:34Speaker 1: she was not coming down on Cody and I really
- 34:37Speaker 1: shouldn't talk about it since I don't have it right
- 34:39Speaker 1: in front of me. But I just remember hearing about
- 34:41Speaker 1: it and actually just going astral immediately, like I can't with.
- 34:44Speaker 3: These women, What the fuck?
- 34:46Speaker 1: Why are you speaking about him in these positive terms?
- 34:49Speaker 1: Garrison is gone. I know Rabe is crying on the television, right,
- 34:52Speaker 1: Maddy Brush is an angry woman with the podcast. Right,
- 34:55Speaker 1: all of these children are upset, and you're gonna still
- 34:58Speaker 1: sit here, after being complicit all of these years allowing
- 35:02Speaker 1: this to happen to your family, You're gonna sit here
- 35:04Speaker 1: and talk about Cody in somewhat glowing terms, like fuck you,
- 35:09Speaker 1: fuck TLC, fuck this production house, fuck it all. I'm
- 35:14Speaker 1: getting so irritated.
- 35:15Speaker 3: It's really annoying.
- 35:16Speaker 4: I think they're trying to be soft for the network,
- 35:18Speaker 4: like they're trying to be soft for this show, and
- 35:20Speaker 4: I'm like, but it would be so much better if
- 35:23Speaker 4: you guys were just honest and fucking ruthless and just
- 35:27Speaker 4: tore into them like a much better to them, So
- 35:29Speaker 4: it would be so good. They would be so fucking popular,
- 35:33Speaker 4: Like people would be watching this shit all the time
- 35:35Speaker 4: if fucking Mary was like, yeah, Cody's terrible in bed,
- 35:37Speaker 4: He's such a piece of shit. He's so fucking selfish,
- 35:40Speaker 4: Janelle being like, yeah, I really hate this guy.
- 35:42Speaker 3: He financially abused me.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Like if they just were honest, I know, it's only
- 35:46Speaker 1: Christina is the only one who's even a little bit
- 35:49Speaker 1: doing it, and she's like calling her huh, and she's
- 35:52Speaker 1: annoying by calling him a dead beat and whatnot. But
- 35:55Speaker 1: that's in present day, is not in the show. Yeah,
- 35:58Speaker 1: even in the show, it's so scar and toxically positive, Like,
- 36:02Speaker 1: so everybody's mad, everybody's hurting, everybody's divorced, and nobody's talking
- 36:07Speaker 1: about it. You guys are clown.
- 36:10Speaker 4: And this is what I was saying earlier, like I
- 36:11Speaker 4: don't want to see all of this stupid filler of
- 36:14Speaker 4: Christina and David dating and everybody's so happy and whatever.
- 36:17Speaker 4: Divorce is fucking ugly, divorce is messy, divorce is toxic.
- 36:22Speaker 4: People are mad, people are crazy. Like we only got
- 36:24Speaker 4: to see Cody's vitrio all the last few seasons because
- 36:27Speaker 4: he's a fucking monster, But we didn't get to see
- 36:30Speaker 4: anybody else, right, everyone else is just like carrying on,
- 36:33Speaker 4: Like Jane's like, yeah, I'm at peace, like it's been
- 36:35Speaker 4: nine episodes.
- 36:36Speaker 1: Yeah you just.
- 36:37Speaker 4: Told him, Like I don't know last year that you
- 36:39Speaker 4: were done with him, or like at the beginning of
- 36:41Speaker 4: the season and you're already at peace.
- 36:43Speaker 1: I'm so happy.
- 36:44Speaker 4: Okay, great, I'd love to hear more about all the
- 36:47Speaker 4: other feelings you're feeling.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Yeah, and like, how did you get to peace?
- 36:50Speaker 6: Right?
- 36:51Speaker 1: Like, I'm not at peace. I'm a viewer of this
- 36:53Speaker 1: show far away from peace, bitch, how did we get
- 36:57Speaker 1: to peace?
- 36:58Speaker 3: Exactly?
- 37:00Speaker 1: These fake ass people? And now it could be that
- 37:05Speaker 1: a lot of what they say is getting edited out
- 37:08Speaker 1: after the fact. You can tell in a lot of
- 37:10Speaker 1: these sit down scenes that these are chopped up conversations,
- 37:14Speaker 1: Like what were they actually saying? What would the totality
- 37:16Speaker 1: of that conversation look? And feel like I have no
- 37:18Speaker 1: idea because TLC sucks so much ass, but like, it's
- 37:23Speaker 1: very frustrating. It's really very frustrating to me.
- 37:27Speaker 4: It's really dumb because we have this really awesome scene
- 37:29Speaker 4: with Mary and schnow right, and then we'd pan over
- 37:32Speaker 4: to Cody shoveling snow with his real family, Robin's.
- 37:36Speaker 3: Kids, and they're just they're not even really shoveling.
- 37:39Speaker 1: They don't seem to know how to shovel snow. We've
- 37:42Speaker 1: got Ariella just taking her shovel straight to the truck,
- 37:47Speaker 1: which I loved, thank.
- 37:48Speaker 3: You, because Cody got mad and had to stop.
- 37:51Speaker 1: Karmas a bitch just fu Yeah, And I'm like, why
- 37:56Speaker 1: are we doing this? Why do we have to have
- 37:58Speaker 1: filler content? Why do we have to see in an
- 38:00Speaker 1: allegedly happy family situation where everyone looks uncomfortable.
- 38:04Speaker 3: Right, It's so stupid.
- 38:05Speaker 4: And then we have more filler with Christine and David
- 38:07Speaker 4: going house hunting. I'm sorry, but this is TLC. This
- 38:11Speaker 4: is an HGTV. I don't care about seeing three houses
- 38:14Speaker 4: and they pick yes or no, and if there's a
- 38:15Speaker 4: double oven, and if they like how big the driveway is?
- 38:18Speaker 1: Oh god, oh god.
- 38:20Speaker 3: Okay.
- 38:22Speaker 1: I love to go to open houses and I love
- 38:26Speaker 1: to look at houses, sure, but I'm like interested in
- 38:30Speaker 1: like architecture and craftsmen, things like different kinds of houses
- 38:34Speaker 1: and different appointments. I don't need to go in and
- 38:36Speaker 1: see the same old white box of a house, of
- 38:40Speaker 1: a blueprint of a house from this lame suburb to
- 38:43Speaker 1: that lame suburb, and have Christine talking about her double
- 38:46Speaker 1: oven dud the sinks and stuff like.
- 38:50Speaker 5: We get it.
- 38:51Speaker 1: You're joining your lives together. I want to hear about
- 38:55Speaker 1: the sex. I mean, would gonna be great raccoons if
- 38:59Speaker 1: like we just have a segment where Christine's like, oh
- 39:01Speaker 1: my god, the first time we had sex, I didn't
- 39:04Speaker 1: know what to expect because of course, I've only ever
- 39:06Speaker 1: had wet noodle Cody Brown, and it's been about twelve
- 39:10Speaker 1: years since I've seen that noodle, So I was nervous. Yeah,
- 39:14Speaker 1: I didn't know what was he going to think about
- 39:16Speaker 1: my body, because you know, Cody put me down and
- 39:19Speaker 1: then he touched me, and my flesh quivered and I
- 39:24Speaker 1: was transported to another sexual dimension, one I have never
- 39:30Speaker 1: been to before. And then he put it in and
- 39:35Speaker 1: then he moved it around and moved it around and
- 39:40Speaker 1: made me feel real good. I was like, has this
- 39:43Speaker 1: been available to me my whole life? And I never knew?
- 39:48Speaker 1: I mean, if I could get Christine to talk to
- 39:50Speaker 1: me like that, I love that.
- 39:52Speaker 4: I would be so grossed out, but we would be
- 39:55Speaker 4: so happy.
- 39:56Speaker 1: I don't need to see the houses, No, I don't care.
- 39:58Speaker 1: I don't need to meet the real term. I don't
- 40:00Speaker 1: care about the granite. No, I care about all this
- 40:02Speaker 1: other stuff you're not talking about.
- 40:04Speaker 3: Exactly, Like how amazing and passionate.
- 40:07Speaker 4: Your life is yeah, sex life is with David, Like.
- 40:09Speaker 1: It's a lot of tail and not a lot of show.
- 40:11Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 40:12Speaker 1: I get it, you're in love. Your tongue is great
- 40:14Speaker 1: again in his mouth and we have to hear it.
- 40:16Speaker 1: We understand, but like, show more about the process.
- 40:20Speaker 3: Right, it's just very rushed.
- 40:23Speaker 4: I mean their whole relationship is rushed. The whole process
- 40:26Speaker 4: of watching them is rushed. Like even last year when
- 40:28Speaker 4: we had the wedding special after season eighteen, I mean
- 40:31Speaker 4: that was so fucking rushed, Like we shouldn't have to
- 40:34Speaker 4: see all of this, and even I've seen a lot
- 40:36Speaker 4: of fans and Ethel included, She's like, why do.
- 40:39Speaker 3: We even have to see their dating? We saw them
- 40:40Speaker 3: get married.
- 40:41Speaker 4: Who cares, Like, I don't give a shit at all.
- 40:43Speaker 4: It's just being forced down our throats because it's filler
- 40:46Speaker 4: because TLC is editing out all of the good juicy bits. Yeah,
- 40:50Speaker 4: everybody else's talking heads and all these other conversations.
- 40:53Speaker 1: And I'm mad about it me as well. So let's
- 40:56Speaker 1: move on from houses. Yes, we don't care. How was
- 40:59Speaker 1: didn't they buy the second house? I think we had
- 41:02Speaker 1: seen that house on Instagram We've already gotten all of
- 41:05Speaker 1: this information one year previous to this, like, ah.
- 41:10Speaker 3: I'm tired of it, me too.
- 41:12Speaker 4: The best part of the episode was Gwendolen and BEA's
- 41:15Speaker 4: engagement party, because.
- 41:17Speaker 3: Which was weird. It was so weird.
- 41:20Speaker 4: So we have the whole family there minus Cody and
- 41:22Speaker 4: Robin for now, because at this point everybody thinks that
- 41:26Speaker 4: Cody and Robin are not going to come because Cody
- 41:29Speaker 4: told Gwendolen he wasn't going to be there. So everybody's there.
- 41:32Speaker 4: David's there, He's going to meet Janelle's kids for the
- 41:35Speaker 4: first time. He's all right, nervous about it.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Well, they get in a day early, right, they get
- 41:39Speaker 1: into the B and B and this is where he
- 41:42Speaker 1: has the meeting with Janelle's children, so it's it's before
- 41:46Speaker 1: the actual engagement party. But that was kind of cool though,
- 41:48Speaker 1: because he met Gabe. Yeah, and it was so nice
- 41:50Speaker 1: to see Gabee. He looked really good kid. He seemed
- 41:54Speaker 1: super open to David. Was asking David about how they met,
- 41:57Speaker 1: and of course we hear about the meeting on the
- 41:59Speaker 1: app again, Christine him all of this jazz. Then David
- 42:05Speaker 1: has that conversation with Gwendolyn which I don't. Can we
- 42:08Speaker 1: break this down because I was just annoyed as a
- 42:11Speaker 1: person of a certain.
- 42:12Speaker 3: Age by Gwendolyn, Yeah, I was.
- 42:14Speaker 1: I was. First of all, she's annoy yang. Well, yeah,
- 42:16Speaker 1: she is an annoy yang person, like her mother and
- 42:18Speaker 1: like Michelt. And so David, who she's never met before.
- 42:22Speaker 1: I think I don't know actually because that's Christine's daughter,
- 42:25Speaker 1: but it seems like because she's a month right, she's
- 42:28Speaker 1: asking questions. So she's like, so what do you do?
- 42:31Speaker 1: And David's like, I do drywall, which, by the way,
- 42:34Speaker 1: I really respected that answer because I think he owns
- 42:38Speaker 1: a company. I think he owns a business and he
- 42:41Speaker 1: employs drywallers and of course he does drywall. But like,
- 42:45Speaker 1: I think he's a successful person. But the way he
- 42:47Speaker 1: presents himself is very modest, which I like, Yeah, he's like,
- 42:51Speaker 1: I'm an entrepreneur in the drywall persuasion, he's like, no,
- 42:55Speaker 1: I'm a drywaller. Loved that. And then Gwen said, how
- 42:59Speaker 1: old are you? Okay, slow your roll, but I mean
- 43:04Speaker 1: maybe men don't care, and he's just like, I'm fifty nine,
- 43:07Speaker 1: and she made a barf gesture huh yeah, and then
- 43:14Speaker 1: David said something like, well, your mom wasn't complaining how
- 43:16Speaker 1: about how old I was last night, which I thought
- 43:19Speaker 1: was great in retaliation to Gwen's completely inappropriate gesture. And
- 43:25Speaker 1: I've seen a lot of people talk about, well, you know,
- 43:28Speaker 1: Gwen is on the spectrum, she's not always going to
- 43:31Speaker 1: be socially appropriate, and that's true, and so I can
- 43:35Speaker 1: give her some grace. But like, on its face, that
- 43:38Speaker 1: was very rude to do. This is the first time
- 43:40Speaker 1: this guy's meeting you, he's probably a little nervous to
- 43:43Speaker 1: meet all of y'all, and you ask his age inappropriately,
- 43:46Speaker 1: and then you make a barfing gesture, and I'm just like,
- 43:48Speaker 1: what the that's rude?
- 43:51Speaker 4: Yeah, And like it reminds me of my own childhood
- 43:54Speaker 4: because when my mom started dating my stepdad and ultimately
- 43:57Speaker 4: married him, he was quite a bit older than my mom.
- 43:59Speaker 4: He was like a years older, and I used to
- 44:01Speaker 4: call him oldie but I was thirteen. Yeah, that was
- 44:05Speaker 4: a typical, like thirteen year old thing. He used to
- 44:07Speaker 4: call me shorty because I was so small and short, right,
- 44:10Speaker 4: So it was like a cute little quip that we
- 44:12Speaker 4: had when I was thirteen. But when I got old
- 44:14Speaker 4: enough to realize maybe that's hurt in his feeling. I
- 44:17Speaker 4: stopped calling him that.
- 44:18Speaker 3: Gwen's a fule on adult right now.
- 44:20Speaker 4: Yeah, like you don't need to like barfing at his
- 44:23Speaker 4: age when it's only nine years it's not that big
- 44:25Speaker 4: of a deal.
- 44:26Speaker 1: But yeah, I just chill. I didn't think that that
- 44:29Speaker 1: was very nice. But like a few of Christine's children
- 44:32Speaker 1: are actually like that, and I think it's because Christine
- 44:36Speaker 1: is actually like that. Christine doesn't have a whole lot
- 44:39Speaker 1: of boundaries, and Christine seems to be very immature.
- 44:43Speaker 4: Well, and she's telling the cameras and her children that
- 44:45Speaker 4: she doesn't give a shit if they're uncomfortable or if
- 44:48Speaker 4: they don't like David, because she's going to continue to
- 44:50Speaker 4: bang him and continue to be with him and going
- 44:53Speaker 4: to ultimately marry him whether they like it or not. So,
- 44:55Speaker 4: I mean, yeah, the kids are kind of rebelling a
- 44:57Speaker 4: little bit, being a little snarky, being a little I'm
- 45:00Speaker 4: not saying that that's like justified, but I just can
- 45:03Speaker 4: explain their behavior a little bit. It makes sense.
- 45:06Speaker 1: Well, it's an explanation, not an excuse. I did feel
- 45:10Speaker 1: for David. I mean, can you even imagine being David
- 45:12Speaker 1: like meeting all of these people, and of course, by
- 45:14Speaker 1: the time we get to Cody, he says, like, I'm
- 45:16Speaker 1: used to this. I'm familiar with polygamy. I've got a
- 45:19Speaker 1: lot of kids, Like he's used to it to some degree,
- 45:22Speaker 1: but it doesn't negate the fact that this is kind
- 45:24Speaker 1: of an overwhelming big deal for him and it would
- 45:27Speaker 1: have been great if somebody had made it a little
- 45:29Speaker 1: easier for him, but it wasn't going to be Gwen.
- 45:32Speaker 3: So there you go, right exactly.
- 45:34Speaker 4: And then I can't remember was it the next day.
- 45:36Speaker 3: I didn't even realize.
- 45:37Speaker 1: I think it was two days.
- 45:38Speaker 4: Yeah, I blurted it out. I thought this was all
- 45:41Speaker 4: on the same day when they all met each other.
- 45:44Speaker 4: And then the engagement party. So then it's the engagement party.
- 45:47Speaker 4: People are getting tattoos, people are having fun.
- 45:51Speaker 5: Are they?
- 45:52Speaker 3: I mean, I don't know.
- 45:53Speaker 4: It looked kind of boring, yeah, very much, like very boring.
- 45:58Speaker 1: Like you had Gwen and the A and their alternative friend,
- 46:03Speaker 1: and then you had all of these moremonds of a
- 46:06Speaker 1: different spiritual you know, persuasion, and then you have the
- 46:10Speaker 1: parents who are like obviously freaked out. Let's talk about
- 46:13Speaker 1: Christine telling the camera that it was her understanding that
- 46:17Speaker 1: Cody and Robin were not going to attend ye and
- 46:20Speaker 1: then she says, I'm mad because Cody decided to come. Yeah,
- 46:24Speaker 1: Like she's actually pissed that he has the audacity to
- 46:27Speaker 1: go to his daughter's engagement party. I don't know why
- 46:30Speaker 1: you wouldn't be happy that he would be showing up
- 46:32Speaker 1: because that's his daughter.
- 46:34Speaker 4: I think she was mad because it was last minute,
- 46:36Speaker 4: like it was on purpose, and now the center of
- 46:39Speaker 4: attention and everything has to be on Cody and Robin.
- 46:42Speaker 4: And maybe I'm giving Christine a little grace here, but
- 46:44Speaker 4: like maybe if she knew he was coming, she wouldn't
- 46:48Speaker 4: have had David there. Maybe it would have been like
- 46:52Speaker 4: an easier transition, Like she probably wasn't necessarily ready to
- 46:56Speaker 4: have Cody and Robin me David, but since he was coming,
- 46:59Speaker 4: she's like, Okay, fine, I guess I'll roll with it.
- 47:01Speaker 3: You guys are gonna be here. You get to meet man.
- 47:03Speaker 1: New mean, was she hosting this party, Christine? So I
- 47:07Speaker 1: don't know if she was hosting it, Like I could
- 47:09Speaker 1: kind of understand, like maybe if she's the one throwing
- 47:11Speaker 1: this party and she never invited them, and then they've
- 47:13Speaker 1: just invited themselves along. But if Gwen invited them and
- 47:16Speaker 1: wants her dad to be there, then I think it
- 47:19Speaker 1: is okay that he's there. I'm wondering if she's suggesting
- 47:23Speaker 1: or hinting at an ulterior reason that he would be
- 47:27Speaker 1: wanting to go there, like just to be on camera
- 47:30Speaker 1: or just to like confront David, or like, is she
- 47:34Speaker 1: trying to message something different. I don't know, I could
- 47:37Speaker 1: see that.
- 47:38Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean why because I thought Cody had said
- 47:41Speaker 4: something to Gwendolyn like a couple days prior, being like
- 47:44Speaker 4: I don't think I'm gonna be able to make it,
- 47:45Speaker 4: and then all of a sudden it's like, yeah, no,
- 47:46Speaker 4: I'm gonna come. That would piss me off personally if
- 47:49Speaker 4: like last minute, you're gonna just show up. And it
- 47:52Speaker 4: does kind of take the attention off of Gwendolen because
- 47:54Speaker 4: now it's Cody and Robin there holding mckelty's twins and
- 47:58Speaker 4: trying to be the center of a at this party,
- 48:01Speaker 4: even though they're saying, we don't want to be the
- 48:03Speaker 4: center of attention, we don't want anybody to acknowledge us.
- 48:06Speaker 4: They're there for a reason.
- 48:08Speaker 1: In my opinion, yeah, that I think makes sense. Let's
- 48:11Speaker 1: talk a little bit about Gwendolen being very upset with
- 48:17Speaker 1: how production handled this engagement party, because I remember we
- 48:20Speaker 1: were hearing it, I think from Gwen herself. People were
- 48:24Speaker 1: talking about it way back then that Gwen was upset
- 48:26Speaker 1: because the attention really was taken off of her and
- 48:30Speaker 1: Bea and put onto this whole family conflict and dynamic.
- 48:34Speaker 1: And you actually really see that that was true. Yeah,
- 48:36Speaker 1: because although we saw Gwen and we saw Bia, like,
- 48:40Speaker 1: I didn't hear much from them at all, Like they
- 48:43Speaker 1: reference the fact that Gwen is gay gay, and then
- 48:47Speaker 1: we don't really talk much more about that other than
- 48:51Speaker 1: to get Cody's perspective, which I don't care about. Like
- 48:53Speaker 1: Cody's perspective is well, God told me really clearly that
- 48:57Speaker 1: it's my job to judge and your job to love.
- 49:00Speaker 1: And I'm like, okay, well, I would love to hear
- 49:02Speaker 1: from Gwen though, like what it is like for her
- 49:06Speaker 1: and coming out and that process and being Mormon, and
- 49:10Speaker 1: or even maybe not even that because that's heavy, but
- 49:12Speaker 1: like how she met Bea and how she fell in
- 49:15Speaker 1: love and how did that look. Guy would have loved
- 49:17Speaker 1: a little bit of context and information, but no, we
- 49:20Speaker 1: just forget Cody talking about how saintly he is because
- 49:24Speaker 1: he has the facility and ability to love his child great.
- 49:27Speaker 4: Which is super weird because I thought he was estranged
- 49:30Speaker 4: from Leon because he doesn't accept their gender actions.
- 49:34Speaker 1: That's all speculations, like, that's not confirmed, that's just but
- 49:38Speaker 1: it's probably it's probably true, probably.
- 49:40Speaker 4: So it's just a little hypocritical. So maybe that's why
- 49:43Speaker 4: production put that in there, to like show Cody being
- 49:46Speaker 4: such a piece of shit. But yeah, like I just
- 49:48Speaker 4: thought it was annoying that we're hearing all of the
- 49:50Speaker 4: other family members talk about Gwen being gay and how
- 49:54Speaker 4: they all knew that and they're fine with it, and
- 49:56Speaker 4: BEA's really great, but then we don't get to hear
- 49:57Speaker 4: from Bea at all. Yeah, Like I don't like, I
- 50:00Speaker 4: don't think we heard her say anything. I didn't even
- 50:02Speaker 4: think we heard from Gwendolen. But we hear from Aspen
- 50:05Speaker 4: talking the same thing she said a couple episodes ago
- 50:07Speaker 4: about how she feels uncomfortable with her mom and David.
- 50:11Speaker 1: It's not about them, it's about Gwen exactly.
- 50:14Speaker 4: And then we hear from Cody, and then we hear
- 50:15Speaker 4: from Robin, and then we have the meetup with Christine,
- 50:19Speaker 4: David and Cody and Robin.
- 50:20Speaker 3: That's it.
- 50:21Speaker 4: Yes, so yeah, I would be kind of upset if
- 50:23Speaker 4: I was Gwendolen too, like, oh, okay, you're not even
- 50:25Speaker 4: gonna have a little blurb of me in there.
- 50:27Speaker 1: This is my party. And my suspicion Beatrice is that
- 50:31Speaker 1: she's the one who's hosting this. Probably I think they're
- 50:34Speaker 1: putting on the party. I don't think it's Christine. Maybe
- 50:36Speaker 1: Christine helped or whatever, but I think it's Gwen's and
- 50:40Speaker 1: so Gwen's like, okay, so I'm allowing cameras to come in.
- 50:42Speaker 1: They're probably not paying her. That money is probably going
- 50:45Speaker 1: straight to Cody's LLC. Yeah, and they don't even feature them,
- 50:51Speaker 1: focus on them, talk about them other than like their
- 50:54Speaker 1: little tattoo that they're getting.
- 50:55Speaker 4: And even then we don't even get to hear the
- 50:57Speaker 4: meaning of the tattoo. We hear more about Christine and
- 51:00Speaker 4: David's matching tattoos, which are dumb.
- 51:02Speaker 1: Besides new Beginning, no begetting in Celtic Begetting. Okay, that
- 51:10Speaker 1: is so great on Teddy New Beginning, On My Teddy Cody.
- 51:16Speaker 2: Did you see that.
- 51:19Speaker 4: We do have Cody saying that matching tattoos are cheesy
- 51:22Speaker 4: when he's talking to Gwendolen and.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Be about be yuh their tattoos, But does he know
- 51:28Speaker 1: at that point that Christine is getting a matching tattoo
- 51:31Speaker 1: with David And to that end, did they get their
- 51:34Speaker 1: matching tattoo at Gwendolen's yes tattoo part?
- 51:37Speaker 3: It's that tattoo that they got.
- 51:39Speaker 1: Yeah, Cody might be referencing Christine.
- 51:42Speaker 4: I don't know, but I just also think that that's
- 51:44Speaker 4: cringe as fuck too, like Christine's kind of co opting
- 51:48Speaker 4: her daughter's engagement party to get a tattoo with her
- 51:51Speaker 4: new man. It's like, ew, you guys could have gotten
- 51:53Speaker 4: that done on your own, on like a little.
- 51:56Speaker 3: Date night or whatever in downtown Soul.
- 51:59Speaker 1: Let me pulled out my titty at my daughter's engagement
- 52:02Speaker 1: party with my ex husband over there turning with my boyfriend. Yeah,
- 52:06Speaker 1: let's do that instead, Christine. Gross. Oh. Before we get
- 52:10Speaker 1: to Cody and David meeting, we have Mary, Yes, Mary
- 52:14Speaker 1: washing in Okay, So this is weird to me, right
- 52:17Speaker 1: because she's got her interstitial where she's on the couch
- 52:20Speaker 1: and she's like, I am not going to be following
- 52:23Speaker 1: behind Cody and Robin. I am done with that life.
- 52:26Speaker 1: I am single, I'm empowered. And so she walks in
- 52:30Speaker 1: before Cody and Robin, who are right behind her, giving
- 52:33Speaker 1: us the impression like did they drive there together? You know,
- 52:37Speaker 1: did they wait for each other so that they could
- 52:39Speaker 1: walk in together? Like, Mary, You're not fooling anyone, you simp.
- 52:43Speaker 3: I know, super weird.
- 52:45Speaker 4: But what did you think about Mary's interaction with Christine?
- 52:50Speaker 1: I thought that that was interesting. I liked Mary in
- 52:54Speaker 1: that interaction. I thought Mary was open. I liked her
- 52:58Speaker 1: little catfish Joe. Yeah, because when she hears that Christine
- 53:02Speaker 1: met David online, she's like, we gotta be careful about that.
- 53:05Speaker 1: And then Christine inquires whether Mary is doing okay, but like,
- 53:09Speaker 1: Mary is so closed off, she's so emotionally unavailable, walls up.
- 53:16Speaker 3: My walls are going that it's unsafe.
- 53:19Speaker 1: And so then there's Christine on the other hand, who's
- 53:22Speaker 1: just vomiting her emotions all over Mary, who she doesn't like,
- 53:27Speaker 1: who she doesn't invite to anything right, who she is
- 53:30Speaker 1: estranging herself from. So that was weird to me, Like, Okay,
- 53:33Speaker 1: I thought you didn't like Mary. You've made it a
- 53:35Speaker 1: big point to kind of say multiple times that your
- 53:37Speaker 1: kids don't like her and you don't like her and
- 53:39Speaker 1: you don't ever want to have a relationship with her.
- 53:41Speaker 1: But now you're initiating a hug and you're telling her
- 53:45Speaker 1: you love her, that it's better on the other side.
- 53:49Speaker 1: It's infinitely better.
- 53:51Speaker 3: On the other side, which is like so annoying.
- 53:54Speaker 4: It's reminiscent of that conversation that Janelle and Christine had
- 53:58Speaker 4: a few episodes ago where Christine like, yeah, you should
- 54:00Speaker 4: leave Cody, like fucking divorce him right now, please like
- 54:03Speaker 4: push right now, Like she's so pushy, like chill. Everybody's
- 54:06Speaker 4: on their own journey. Everybody's going at their own pace.
- 54:09Speaker 4: Like just because you're crazy and moves super fucking fast,
- 54:13Speaker 4: obviously it means nobody else does.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Like I don't know.
- 54:16Speaker 4: It just was super weird, And even Mary was weird
- 54:19Speaker 4: because she's like telling Christine she loves her in this moment,
- 54:22Speaker 4: and I thought that that was genuine, But then in
- 54:24Speaker 4: her talking head, Mary's like, yeah, me and Christine talking
- 54:27Speaker 4: to each other is us being on our best behavior
- 54:29Speaker 4: at this party. So that implies that you guys fucking
- 54:32Speaker 4: hate each other and you don't want to talk to.
- 54:34Speaker 1: Me well, but you don't know when the on the
- 54:36Speaker 1: Couch interview was actually filmed. Was it filmed after Mary
- 54:40Speaker 1: saw footage of Christine saying she's never gonna be invited
- 54:43Speaker 1: to anything, you know, Like whereas at the engagement party
- 54:47Speaker 1: she's maybe a little the door is a little bit
- 54:49Speaker 1: open to have some kind of a relation. You just
- 54:51Speaker 1: don't know because of the way they produce this show. Yeah,
- 54:54Speaker 1: in the moment, I felt that it was an olive
- 54:57Speaker 1: branch a little bit from Christine. It seems like Mary
- 55:00Speaker 1: was open to it. But at the same time, I
- 55:02Speaker 1: just don't see these two women ever, ever, ever, ever
- 55:05Speaker 1: being friends again.
- 55:06Speaker 4: No, And like part of that's on Mary because Mary
- 55:08Speaker 4: closes herself up to literally any fucking emotion and it's
- 55:11Speaker 4: very judgmental as well. Yeah, except when it's with Cody,
- 55:15Speaker 4: Like except you always have the fucking door open with Cody,
- 55:17Speaker 4: and you always are hoping that he's going to be
- 55:20Speaker 4: a good guy and come around and like want to
- 55:22Speaker 4: be with you again. It's like so weird how she's
- 55:24Speaker 4: so open with this piece of shit, but with everybody
- 55:27Speaker 4: else who's like trying to look out for her. Yes, Janelle, Christine,
- 55:30Speaker 4: all these other people all of your friends that were
- 55:32Speaker 4: probably telling you for years that Cody's a piece of shit,
- 55:34Speaker 4: you should leave them. You're just ignoring everybody, right.
- 55:37Speaker 3: That annoys me, Yeah, super annoying.
- 55:40Speaker 1: But she's a broken person. He's a broken woman hashtag worthia. Yeah,
- 55:43Speaker 1: and people should not be paying three hundred dollars for
- 55:46Speaker 1: a seminar so we can learn how to be a
- 55:48Speaker 1: more happy individual. From Mary Brown from Mary Brown for Real. Okay, last,
- 55:56Speaker 1: but not least, we've got the meeting with David and
- 56:01Speaker 1: Cody and Robin, And of course Cody and Robin are
- 56:03Speaker 1: holding those little redheaded babies, and Michelte's just standing there
- 56:07Speaker 1: because she's like, I know where the cameras are going
- 56:09Speaker 1: to be.
- 56:09Speaker 3: I got the cameras are.
- 56:10Speaker 1: Going to be right here on this particular scene, so
- 56:13Speaker 1: I'm going to be right in the middle of that.
- 56:15Speaker 1: And they meet, Yeah, and it was interesting, word.
- 56:20Speaker 4: Very awkward, and even Cody and Robin's saying they're talking
- 56:22Speaker 4: heads like it was kind of weird, were like trying
- 56:25Speaker 4: to be cordial. Robin looked really stone faced and judgmental
- 56:30Speaker 4: towards David.
- 56:31Speaker 1: And Christine sometimes, but then at other times she was
- 56:34Speaker 1: kind of seemed to genuinely smile, like when he's talking
- 56:38Speaker 1: about his children, He's got eight kids and ten grandchildren.
- 56:42Speaker 1: She smiles what seems like genuinely, and he says, oh
- 56:45Speaker 1: my god, that's awesome. Yeah, so she seems to be polite,
- 56:49Speaker 1: but it's obvious that she's very uncomfortable.
- 56:52Speaker 3: Well, she's very shy and very pretty.
- 56:54Speaker 1: Oh that's what. Oh my god, that one comment. My
- 56:56Speaker 1: one shy and pretty wife. Yeah, my one pretty wife
- 57:00Speaker 1: who's very shy. Okay, why are we doing that? Why
- 57:03Speaker 1: are we what's a day? Well? Are we emphasizing the
- 57:06Speaker 1: fact that you only have one wife, or are you
- 57:09Speaker 1: emphasizing the fact that you've had four wives but only
- 57:12Speaker 1: one was pretty.
- 57:12Speaker 3: Only one was pretty.
- 57:13Speaker 1: That's exactly what he was doing. Yes, disgusting, Yes and gross.
- 57:18Speaker 1: These women gave you thirty years of their lives. Yeah,
- 57:22Speaker 1: the least you can do is not put them down
- 57:24Speaker 1: for how they look.
- 57:25Speaker 3: Let us do that.
- 57:26Speaker 1: Let us do that. I mean, even Robin with their
- 57:29Speaker 1: stretch marks, like taking the fucking little dates with these
- 57:32Speaker 1: women gave you everything. This fucking palace you're moving into
- 57:36Speaker 1: is because of these women. So let's not take pot
- 57:39Speaker 1: shots at them by saying Robin is your one pretty
- 57:42Speaker 1: well furthermore, okay, I'm gonna stup right there. Furthermore, really really, Robin,
- 57:47Speaker 1: I mean, I don't get it. Apparently Robin said to
- 57:51Speaker 1: Cody like, what if David is like this honky stood?
- 57:56Speaker 1: And Cody's like, well, I don't know. I mean I
- 57:58Speaker 1: know that I've got her though, like she like he
- 58:01Speaker 1: really regard her as the prize.
- 58:04Speaker 4: Well, she's got that break dancing puss.
- 58:06Speaker 3: So he's got.
- 58:07Speaker 1: Danny's She's got everything and more than he could ever want. Yes,
- 58:14Speaker 1: And that's how she's got him wrapped around her finger.
- 58:17Speaker 1: And I think it's great that he does think his
- 58:20Speaker 1: wife is beautiful, but you don't have to be an
- 58:22Speaker 1: asshole and a bitch ass to these other women when
- 58:25Speaker 1: you're saying something like that. Very shy, I'm very pretty okay.
- 58:29Speaker 1: So then they're talking about the grandkids and the kids,
- 58:33Speaker 1: and I'm like, I don't hair yeah. But then Cody
- 58:36Speaker 1: makes the comment in his interest show that David doesn't
- 58:40Speaker 1: actually look him in the eye. He's looking at Robin. Yeah,
- 58:43Speaker 1: And then the producer's show immediately cut to David looking
- 58:47Speaker 1: Cody right in his eyes, talking about his family and
- 58:51Speaker 1: I'm like Cody.
- 58:52Speaker 4: Like, shut up, you're not this like alpha male that everybody's.
- 58:56Speaker 1: Him dated by you. He looks like he's about five
- 58:58Speaker 1: eight five seven, like a wee man, a we fucking yeah.
- 59:03Speaker 4: Oh yeah, but he's a little man, yeah, with little
- 59:07Speaker 4: fucking feet, I guarantee, and.
- 59:09Speaker 3: A bald spot that's growing everything.
- 59:12Speaker 1: It's so terrible, a little fucking leprechaun.
- 59:17Speaker 3: More like a goblin from Harry Potter. Yes, that's what
- 59:20Speaker 3: he looks like.
- 59:21Speaker 1: And so they're having this weird conversation. I kind of
- 59:24Speaker 1: loved that David was emphasizing how much of a family
- 59:28Speaker 1: man he is yep, and how close he is with
- 59:30Speaker 1: his kids.
- 59:31Speaker 3: He knew what he was doing.
- 59:32Speaker 1: I thought it was weird that Cody enters into that
- 59:35Speaker 1: conversation by saying, I heard you held my grandchild children
- 59:39Speaker 1: or I've heard you've met my grandchildren.
- 59:42Speaker 3: Yep.
- 59:43Speaker 1: That's a weird way to come into a conversation.
- 59:45Speaker 4: Well, I'm wondering, like, Cody's met the twins before this meeting, right, yes,
- 59:51Speaker 4: but how much has he spent how much times he
- 59:53Speaker 4: actually probably not a lot, that's the question. So I
- 59:56Speaker 4: think Cody's like trying to get a feel for how
- 59:58Speaker 4: involved David really is with the rest of his family,
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: and it's kind of like a territorial type of thing, like, well,
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: you know, this is my family, these are my grandchildren,
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: and it's like so pathetic because he's estranged from literally
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: fucking everybody, and everybody at this party knows that, so
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: it's really weird. And then Cody was asking him, like,
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: how old is your oldest child, because I think he
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: was trying to get a gauge of like how old
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: David was. He's like, how old your oldest child? Oh,
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: thirty four, and Cody's like, oh, okay. And then there
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: was that comment where he asks him, like, you've met
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: my grandchildren and make Kelty's like, no, he's actually babysat
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: them by himself. He's actually taking care of them.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: Yes, And to the camera, David says and his face
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: got really red, really read the first time it got right.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: Cody realizes, Oh, this guy is spending a lot of
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: time with my family, and not only that, but my
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: family I e. Mchalty trusts him enough to like presumably
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: leave both of the twins and maybe avalon with David
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: so she can go get a pedicure with Christine, Like,
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: that means this guy is embedded in the family that
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: you gave away.
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: Yep, exactly.
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: Well, as Cody puts it, the club that he got
- 1:01:11Speaker 4: kicked out of, Right, he didn't give it away, right,
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: it's not his.
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: Yeah, he didn't do anything to contribute, of course, not bad.
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: And then Christine puts her head on David's shoulder.
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: Okay, Christine just so weird because first of all, she's like,
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: seems taller than David. It just seems like an awkward uncle,
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: do you know what I mean. It's like she's going
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: out her way to do that in front of Cody
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: and just sniffs of DESPERATIONO cringe. Yeah, I'm like.
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: Now cringe.
- 1:01:43Speaker 4: Like when my parents were all divorced and they all
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: found their significant others, like whenever they had to be
- 1:01:48Speaker 4: in a family function together with those others, they were
- 1:01:51Speaker 4: like never affectionate, Like my mom was super affectionate with
- 1:01:55Speaker 4: my stepdad, all over him, saying with my dad and
- 1:01:58Speaker 4: my stepmom. But when they were all together, they were
- 1:02:01Speaker 4: like respectful. It was like the one thing that I
- 1:02:03Speaker 4: looked at my parents, I'm like, oh, that's kind of cool,
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: Like I'm glad you guys aren't.
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: Like trying to show off to each other.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: I'm kissing, yes, Like they don't need to do that
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: bringing each other.
- 1:02:11Speaker 4: Yeah, I thought that was kind of like weird, like
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: Christine felt the need to do. I mean, I know
- 1:02:16Speaker 4: I'm gonna get hate for this though, and the comments
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: are gonna be like.
- 1:02:19Speaker 6: Let her love.
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: She's happy, like she's loved to be with her. Mea,
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: that's great, but like she's obviously doing this in front
- 1:02:26Speaker 4: of Cody to send some sort of statement, and Cody's
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: face does get read Yeah at this moment, been his
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: talking head, He's like, well, yeah, I know, it's fine,
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: Like I'm sure they're like at this stage of their relationship,
- 1:02:38Speaker 4: like they're happy. That's cool, Like they're probably gonna get married.
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: It's fine. Like he's acting.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: Unbothered, right, But then again, when was that intersted filmed.
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: It could have been one whole year after the fact,
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: but when he was there, when he was faced with
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: it for the first time, he was definitely disconcerted, definitely,
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: and just the conversation was awkward about the grand CA's
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: and how Ariella at seven years old, is more entertaining
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: than his other grandkids. What do you say, stop saying
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: that immediately. See your other kids who have children are
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: going to hear that. This is not something you need
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: to be saying. But he was so uncomfortable. It just
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: sounded like he was saying whatever came to his mind,
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: which you know he doesn't have one.
- 1:03:18Speaker 4: Well, yeah, and he's calling the Little Twins banditos because
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: they stole his heart. But I'm like, okay, what about.
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: Your other kids though?
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: Truly in the room, truly, yeah, straight up. And you know,
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: Maddie has a kid that you haven't even met yet.
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: Yeah, who's three years old.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: In fact, Janelle's not here right now because Mattie's on
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: the precipice and giving birth. Have you checked in? No,
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: how's that going?
- 1:03:40Speaker 3: He doesn't even know.
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: No, he does not, because he's that checked out.
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: Yeah, but it's Maddie's fault, right, it's not.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: But Lauren thinks he's fuckable.
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: Lauren still well, from an appearance wise, I can see that.
- 1:03:54Speaker 4: It's just his personality and everything else about him is
- 1:03:58Speaker 4: so unlikable and repulsive that it's hard to look at
- 1:04:01Speaker 4: him objectively with all of that in mind and be like, yeah,
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: totally okay, you know what I mean.
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: If you didn't even know who he was.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: He's just such a dastardly, dreadful, deplorable, demonic man. I mean,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: all so unearned, like all of his pride of self,
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: all of his money and his assets and his jewelry,
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: all of the fanfare, and this this feeling of success
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: that he has. It's so unearned. That was given to
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: you by women and given to you by TLC. And
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: yet you are enjoying the spoils of all of it.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: I just know, any I know when he purchased this
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: new home for two point one million dollars, he was
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: just laughing at all of us out here because he
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: knew our heads were going to explode. He knew his kids,
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: he knew Maddie's head was going to explode, he knew
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: his wives heads were going to explode. And he loves it.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: His little leprechaun feet were just app dancing so happy.
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: Karma is a bitch, Yes, the wise Saint of Jo
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: Josia has said Karma is a bitch.
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: So we'll come back to him. I know it. I'm
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: not gonna say how I wish it will.
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: Yeah, don't do that, right, but.
- 1:05:12Speaker 3: You can all read my mind. You know what I'm thinking, Yeah, we.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: Just we don't do that. But I mean, it's just
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: it's it's not even so much that he's prospering to
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: the degree that he is and that Robin is getting
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: all of this stuff. It's the fact that the kids, right,
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: not even these women because they're dumb. These women are
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: so dumb. I'm sick of you married God and Janelle,
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: You're all dumb and you were complicit. But it's the
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: kids who deserve that money. Yeah, the kids that deserve
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: that prosperity, and it's the kids that are hurt, wounded,
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: and estranged exactly. There's Cody tap dancing his little feet
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: all the way into his new mansion. Bitch.
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: Definitely asshole, And you know, him and Robin, we're talking
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: so much shit after this interaction. You know, they were
- 1:05:55Speaker 4: talking so much crap about how old David was and
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: like how he looks and how Christine looks. Like they're
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: pieces of dog shit. Like they act all nice and
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: cordial here on camera, but like they're talking so much snack.
- 1:06:07Speaker 4: Undoubtedly because they are like the kings and queens on
- 1:06:11Speaker 4: the on this pedestal looking down at all these little peasants, right,
- 1:06:14Speaker 4: that's how they see themselves. Yeah, and it's really annoying.
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: And then you have Robin and her talking head being like,
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: it just feels so weird, saying Christine's boyfriend, it just
- 1:06:24Speaker 4: feels so unnatural because.
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: She should be with our family. Uh huh, But I
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: can't have what I want, right.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: We never wanted her. You never liked her ever ever ever,
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: you worked hard to get that woman out of your family.
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: Definitely, you guys are so happy.
- 1:06:38Speaker 4: Yeah, you guys are so happy being monogamous, living in
- 1:06:40Speaker 4: your two point one million dollars.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: I don't think Robin's happy. I don't think No. I
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: think Robin is not happy. Would you be happy being
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: married to Cody Brown?
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: No?
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: And her older kids are moving out of the house.
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: She's got two little ones and he's an absolute dope.
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: Are they moving out of the house because I thought
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: Dayton had At.
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: Some point they're gonna get married, They're gonna move on.
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: Are they?
- 1:07:01Speaker 4: Maybe Robin's going to keep them all like barnacles on
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: her shit because she can't be alone.
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: No. I think those kids are cycling out of her life.
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: She's got the two little ones and she's just got Cody.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: I just can't imagine. She doesn't seem happy either. She
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: never smiles.
- 1:07:14Speaker 3: No, yeah she does.
- 1:07:15Speaker 4: She see me a dour yeah, and morose high on
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: ambien yep.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: I was reading on Reddit somebody like did a little Ama.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: Apparently she worked at some dog groomer's business, and Robin
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: was bringing in a dog and everybody was like, no way,
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: Robin doesn't like dog. But she's like, no, she was
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: bringing in a dog. And she would come in with
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: somebody else, some other woman with a dog. And that
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: other woman was very nice, but she said Robin was
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: a complete and total bitch, talked down to everybody, was
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: an absolute Karen, and nobody liked her. Like, so this
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: idea that they look down on everybody and that they
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: think they're hot shit. If this anonymous person on Reddit
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: is to be believed, that is exactly how she conducts
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: herself out there in Flagstaff.
- 1:08:01Speaker 4: Oh yeah, she again, Karma is a bitch.
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: All that up. There's no raccoons in Flagstaff, Come on now,
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: roll it on up to me.
- 1:08:11Speaker 4: Well, we have one raccoon in Flagstaff. She's trying to
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: find the address of the two point one million dollar
- 1:08:16Speaker 4: me and so she can go visit it. Because sometimes
- 1:08:19Speaker 4: she'll have her husband go and drive to Coyote Pass.
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: And see if anything's there. It's pretty great.
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: Really.
- 1:08:25Speaker 3: Yeah, she messaged me the other day.
- 1:08:26Speaker 4: I think I forgot to respond, but she said, yeah,
- 1:08:28Speaker 4: she's trying to figure out the address so she can
- 1:08:30Speaker 4: go and stalk the house.
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: Yes, and like, please do yes picture, make sure you
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: wear your ninja out? Yes, and nobody sees you though, yes,
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: but I want to see. Well, let's get to the preview,
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: all right.
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: Preview, we have David and Christine buying their house, and
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: then we have Isabelle who's crying to her mom and
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: crying on camera because she's worried that her relationship with
- 1:08:53Speaker 4: Cody will cease to exist because David's in their life.
- 1:08:56Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: That's very interesting to me because Isabelle is an adult.
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: But that speaks to the deep trauma that these children
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: carry within them that Christine doesn't seem to give two
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: shits about because she's happily in love.
- 1:09:12Speaker 5: Yep.
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: Well, and it also shows like how it is for
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: kids with divorce, like at any age, it's pretty sad
- 1:09:18Speaker 4: and pretty tragic, and you do go through those feelings
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: of like, is all of my relationships with my parents
- 1:09:23Speaker 4: going to change now, so I want to see more
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: of that. Mary tells Robin and Cody that she's moving,
- 1:09:30Speaker 4: and Cody's heart is apparently broken. Okay, nobody cares, and
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: then David proposes to Christine in his most favorite place
- 1:09:38Speaker 4: in the whole entire world.
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: All right, well we're moving things along. Yeah, Like, what
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: this is twenty twenty three? What month are we in
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: at this point? Are we like getting into the spring?
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: Are we even close to this summer?
- 1:09:55Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: Are we moving through twenty twenty three at a reasonable clip?
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: I don't know either.
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: I thought they were supposed to like fast forward to
- 1:10:03Speaker 4: almost present day. That's what they said in this season,
- 1:10:06Speaker 4: so I'm like waiting for that to day.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: They lie so annoying. All right, is there anything else
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: that we need to say to these beautiful raccoons before
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: we get up on out of here? Beatrice?
- 1:10:18Speaker 4: Well, if you love our podcast, I sure hope you
