Walcott Back at Shortstop | Texas Rangers News
Sebastian Walcott, the 20-year-old baseball phenom, made a triumphant return to shortstop after elbow surgery—playing his natural position for the first time this season and delivering solid defense and offense. Hitting .300+ with power when healthy, he’s been on fire since mid-August, even hitting multiple homers in a row. With playoffs looming and his team starting at home, Walcott’s playing time is set to explode—potentially paving the way for a spot on the Opening Day roster next year.
