- 0:00Speaker 1: So I'm gonna start with the ones that are obvious,
- 0:02Speaker 1: that are in the portfolio that will remain in the portfolio.
- 0:05Speaker 1: So TSM, we kind of highlighted that already am D
- 0:10Speaker 1: is still in the portfolio. It will remain in the
- 0:12Speaker 1: portfolio for twenty twenty six.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Meta.
- 0:15Speaker 1: And I'm gonna stop on Meta really quickly because I
- 0:18Speaker 1: didn't highlight it in the last class and I wanted
- 0:20Speaker 1: to save it for the top of twenty twenty six.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Meta is a very interesting stock.
- 0:25Speaker 1: We already know all the things in terms of social
- 0:29Speaker 1: media and all of.
- 0:30Speaker 2: The assets that it has.
- 0:32Speaker 1: We talked about spending the CAPEC spend, but I think
- 0:35Speaker 1: the most important spend that they had, and it kind
- 0:37Speaker 1: of got overlooked, was this two billion dollar acquisition of Mannas.
- 0:42Speaker 2: And so if that happened over the time we were off, you.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Probably overlooked it, probably like all that doesn't even make
- 0:50Speaker 1: What are they doing? I don't even know what that is?
- 0:52Speaker 1: So why is that important? Well, Meta has spent a
- 0:56Speaker 1: lot of money on shore. Part of it is the problem,
- 1:00Speaker 1: and why we've seen to stop pulled back, is that
- 1:04Speaker 1: the spend hasn't equated to actually making money, right, like
- 1:08Speaker 1: you have to yet Yeah, keyword. Yet the Mannus acquisition
- 1:13Speaker 1: changes all that. Right, It's like when Durant went to
- 1:16Speaker 1: the Warriors bro.
- 1:17Speaker 2: So what does what does Manus do?
- 1:19Speaker 1: They actually create AI agents that do real time work
- 1:23Speaker 1: like they do work now, right, and so why is
- 1:26Speaker 1: that important that? Because people were actually paying for those services,
- 1:30Speaker 1: and so you purchase a company that has revenue, now
- 1:33Speaker 1: you bring that revenue into your company.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Well, how much revenue were they doing? Well, Mannus was the.
- 1:39Speaker 1: First, and not the first, the fastest fastest company in
- 1:42Speaker 1: history to have one hundred million dollars of annual rate
- 1:46Speaker 1: of return one hundred million fastest ever. They saw what
- 1:50Speaker 1: they were doing, they said, look, we've spent a lot
- 1:52Speaker 1: of money, we have some debt, well a lot of
- 1:54Speaker 1: debt that we're building.
- 1:55Speaker 2: We need to get some revenue coming in.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Let's figure out an AI company that is actually making
- 1:59Speaker 1: money right now. Man, this was that they acquired it.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I think that was a huge deal. So Meta is
- 2:05Speaker 1: definitely on the list. We got GeV. We highlighted that
- 2:09Speaker 1: a few months ago.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Lily.
- 2:10Speaker 1: What you talked about ian hood we spoke about on
- 2:13Speaker 1: the last episode Visa and then I go into my
- 2:16Speaker 1: memory sector with Micron, and Micron is a company I've
- 2:20Speaker 1: been talking about for probably like I know, yeah, it's
- 2:23Speaker 1: tired of it now three years, three years. But you
- 2:26Speaker 1: know a lot of people are like, well, well Microns run,
- 2:28Speaker 1: is it over? I mean it went up two And
- 2:33Speaker 1: my answer is no. And here's why. When we think
- 2:37Speaker 1: about TSM and then manufacturing, Right, they're doing that for Broadcom,
- 2:42Speaker 1: they're doing that, for Google, they're doing f meta. Obviously
- 2:45Speaker 1: they're doing f in video and a m D. Right,
- 2:48Speaker 1: we're talking about GPUs and CPUs. But inside of that
- 2:51Speaker 1: component needs it needs to have memory, right, all of them.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I don't care if Google says they're doing TPUs, you
- 2:57Speaker 1: still need a memory component.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Now.
- 3:00Speaker 1: I know Samsung will play a role in that, and
- 3:01Speaker 1: we saw Samsung their numbers went up today, s k
- 3:06Speaker 1: highex right. This, this is the reason. If you look
- 3:09Speaker 1: at the history of what these tech CEOs are doing,
- 3:14Speaker 1: once a year they make a trip and they go
- 3:16Speaker 1: to South Korea to sit down and figure out how
- 3:19Speaker 1: they're going to get memory components. In fact, well I'll
- 3:22Speaker 1: save that for the next company, so that growth is
- 3:25Speaker 1: still going to happen. In fact, they're projecting a top
- 3:28Speaker 1: line growth of ninety three percent for the fiscal year
- 3:30Speaker 1: of twenty twenty six. So Micron remains on a list
- 3:33Speaker 1: as well as Western Digital and that kind of goes
- 3:36Speaker 1: into my send disk. So we got TSM and video.
- 3:40Speaker 1: We'll go that, AMD, Meta, Micron, GV, Lily Hood visa
- 3:46Speaker 1: Western Digital. Now in video, if you watched and I
- 3:49Speaker 1: know Ian you were watching it today, we saw Jensen
- 3:51Speaker 1: scs physical AI is a real thing. Physically I is
- 3:56Speaker 1: a real thing, and he went over it and in detail.
- 3:59Speaker 1: We can't run from that all the times. Vehicles are
- 4:02Speaker 1: real thing and they've been working on that and presentation
- 4:05Speaker 1: wasn't impressive, I think equally as impressive. And this happened
- 4:07Speaker 1: at that last week of December is their acquisition of Gron.
- 4:11Speaker 1: And we talked about this on people like what grog
- 4:13Speaker 1: isn't that what what Elon has? Well, same a different company.
- 4:19Speaker 2: The company was valued at six point nine billion.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Dollars six point nine they weren't even for sale, right
- 4:26Speaker 1: and Video offered them and they actually took it twenty billion,
- 4:30Speaker 1: so almost three times what the company was actually valued at.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Why they were finding mastery in an area that in
- 4:39Speaker 1: Nvidia wasn't finding mastery and that is language processing units LPUS.
- 4:44Speaker 1: So add that to your PUS, right, we talked about CPUs, GPUs, TPUs, XPUS,
- 4:48Speaker 1: LPUS language lot processing units, So those do it's a
- 4:53Speaker 1: different approach in the GPU. It's a different design and
- 4:55Speaker 1: it makes specific models. Right, So why I say let's
- 5:00Speaker 1: try to create when we have a cash load of money,
- 5:03Speaker 1: let's go acquire. And so they acquired Gronk. I thought
- 5:06Speaker 1: that was a very big acquisition. And video is still
- 5:08Speaker 1: going to be the lead in the GPU market. We
- 5:09Speaker 1: know that they talked about Rubin today, I mean.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Shipping out Oh my god.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, but that isn't my number one company of
- 5:18Speaker 1: the year. My number one company is going to be Google.
- 5:23Speaker 1: You motherfuck, It's going to be Google. Well, on the
- 5:26Speaker 1: same page.
- 5:28Speaker 2: I got. So the TPU performance.
- 5:32Speaker 1: We've seen with Gemini, I mean Gemini has now rivaled,
- 5:36Speaker 1: if not passed open Ai for the time being in
- 5:39Speaker 1: terms of gbts and it's being powered by those tbus
- 5:44Speaker 1: So first thing, I think the SpaceX investment comes into
- 5:47Speaker 1: play this year, right.
- 5:49Speaker 2: The SpaceX investment is very important.
- 5:51Speaker 1: In twenty fifteen, when people weren't looking, they were like,
- 5:54Speaker 1: why are they investing in SpaceX. This company that is aerospace,
- 5:59Speaker 1: Well they had vision, Sundar has vision and the vision
- 6:02Speaker 1: is coming to life. Why we talked about this on
- 6:04Speaker 1: class right, when we think about that CAPEC spend for AI, Well,
- 6:09Speaker 1: there's a couple of places it goes.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Number one, it goes to infrastructure. Okay, Well, if.
- 6:13Speaker 1: We can't build here, can we build outer space? Well yeah,
- 6:19Speaker 1: we can send satellites out there.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Okay. Well the next thing that compounds is energy.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Well, it cost us energy here, liquid cooling, nuclear power plants,
- 6:27Speaker 1: all this infrastructure we got to put online. Well, if
- 6:31Speaker 1: we're not in this atmosphere, where do we get our
- 6:35Speaker 1: energy from the sun?
- 6:39Speaker 2: Right? So you got infinite energy, you got infrastructure.
- 6:43Speaker 1: The next thing is cooling, right, Like, these chips don't
- 6:46Speaker 1: work without liquid cooling. If you watch Jensen's presentation today
- 6:49Speaker 1: when he talked about that rubenship, he talked about the
- 6:51Speaker 1: liquid cooling that was inside, right, because it's necessary. If
- 6:55Speaker 1: it's not at that temperature, the chips will shut down,
- 6:57Speaker 1: they won't work. But out of space, you're talking about
- 7:00Speaker 1: a temperature that's stagnan, it stays remaining, it's cool. So
- 7:04Speaker 1: from that standpoint, now I look at the twenty fifteen acquisition.
- 7:07Speaker 1: I'm saying, oh my gosh, they're working with Tesla. There's
- 7:10Speaker 1: something here.
- 7:10Speaker 2: It's perfect. That's going to turn into a billion dollar investment.
- 7:14Speaker 1: We already know when SpaceX has its IPO at some
- 7:18Speaker 1: point this year, they'll add to the revenue for Google.
- 7:21Speaker 1: And then the last piece is this Samsung part. So
- 7:26Speaker 1: last year Samsung confirmed that they had they had Gemini
- 7:31Speaker 1: and forty no, four hundred million devices, right, four hundred
- 7:35Speaker 1: million Samsung devices had Gemini. They are projecting and have
- 7:38Speaker 1: confirmed that that number is going to double in twenty
- 7:41Speaker 1: twenty six. They're going to have Gemini in eight hundred
- 7:44Speaker 1: million devices. Why is that important? Well, you got Apple
- 7:49Speaker 1: already on your books, right, because you've already done the
- 7:51Speaker 1: deal with Surri. Anytime you do a search engine on
- 7:53Speaker 1: Apple and they renewed that that's going to be Google.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Now you've got Samsung, which is the other competitor, eight
- 8:00Speaker 1: hundred million devices that are going to be using your
- 8:02Speaker 1: Gemini product. You add that into it. It's like, okay,
- 8:06Speaker 1: I see what they've done here, right, you'd add all
- 8:10Speaker 1: those things up.
- 8:13Speaker 2: I'm taking they took away from and they took away
- 8:17Speaker 2: everything Apple should have done. Yeah, well we'll play it.
- 8:24Speaker 2: There you go, fellas,
