- 1:02So today I want to talk to you about the three journeys you need to embark on to eliminate your symptoms and how they can Collide together how they are gonna merge at the end.
- 1:15Now, I know this is a concept It's new to many people, but when I start going over them, you will see what I'm talking about you will realize how they are three important ways or routes or phases that you Definitely need to consider if you want to eliminate your symptoms.
- 1:32Now, what am I talking about all symptoms?
- 1:34headaches, migraine, hair loss Alopecia, sinus issues, cold, frequent infections, canker sores, dental issues, chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, vertigo, acne, psoriasis, eczema, I mean like all the symptoms, skin related, ears, nose, lungs, heart palpitations, even moods, your anxiety, depression, bipolar, mental illness, and definitely hormones.
- 2:03irritability, PMS symptoms, pre, peri and post menopause, all your digestive issues, whether it's bloating, constipation or diarrhea, abdominal cramping, abdominal distention, your colitis, any polyps, endometriosis, all signs and symptoms.
- 2:19If you need to get rid of them, you need to embark on these three.
- 2:23I call them journey because they can be a little longer and I want to talk to you about it.
- 2:27So the first one, And these are the three journeys that I help my patients with.
- 2:31And although they are not aware of that's what's happening, because I feel like they are all important.
- 2:36And if you miss any one of them, it's going to be a rollercoaster ride for you.
- 2:40And it's going to be very challenging to actually restore your health.
- 2:44And for you to feel amazing and feel way better.
- 2:47So the first one is the discovery journey.
- 2:50The first journey I'm going to put myself and I'm going to keep repeating myself because it is worth listening to.
- 2:56First one, the discovery journey.
- 2:59Discovery, investigative journey, and aka root causes, identifying the root causes.
- 3:04As many of you guys know, I am the root cause doctor.
- 3:07So that's the first step I take when I'm helping my patients eliminate the symptoms so that they can regain the energy so that they can have the hair growing back on the scalp, they can have a flat stomach, they can lose weight, they can balance the hormones, they can eliminate digestive issues.
- 3:22The first one is discovery or investigative.
- 3:25AKA would cause identification.
- 3:28Why is this important?
- 3:30As I've been saying so many times, if you are new to my world, you know that my first step, first step, or the one that I highly, highly recommend that you actually explore, you implement.
- 3:42is to identify the root causes.
- 3:44It does not make sense to do the other two.
- 3:48If you don't know what the root causes are, if you don't know, and that's what's going on right now in conventional medicine, we don't know what the root causes are.
- 3:57We're just taking a pill.
- 3:58We're just going with the motion.
- 4:00We're just doing all of the quick fixes because we don't know.
- 4:02But once you take time to discover, Investigate, identify the root causes.
- 4:08Your journey is going to be so easy.
- 4:10It's going to be simple.
- 4:12You have more clarity.
- 4:13You focus on the things that needs to be addressed because you know exactly what's happening.
- 4:18And identifying the root cause, discovery, investigation takes place at the cellular level.
- 4:24So therefore, in this journey that you are on, your first journey, your first pathway, and identifying the root causes, you have to do certain things that will address the cellular.
- 4:34Okay.
- 4:35That will dig deeper.
- 4:36That's going to be assessing yourselves because yourselves, they are the things or the other little workers.
- 4:44I call them in our bodies that work for us.
- 4:46If they are not doing well, if they are not performing at the best, if they don't have the energy, they're not creating energy for you.
- 4:53So then you will not feel well.
- 4:54So first journey.
- 4:56First pathway, first phases, whatever you want to call it, is to identify those causes.
- 5:01And you can call it the discovery process.
- 5:04And the number one question you're going to ask yourself is why?
- 5:07Or the number one question I ask my patients, why?
- 5:10Dr.
- 5:10J, I have headaches.
- 5:11Why?
- 5:12Migraine.
- 5:13Why?
- 5:13My hair's falling out.
- 5:14Why?
- 5:15I don't know.
- 5:16I have acne, hormonal acne, detoxification acne.
- 5:20Why?
- 5:21Why?
- 5:21I don't feel well.
- 5:22Why?
- 5:22I'm tired all the time.
- 5:24So why?
- 5:25Why?
- 5:26Why?
- 5:27When you start asking yourself this question, why, not only are you going to create curiosity, but your mind will start looking for the answer.
- 5:36You will not be settling for less.
- 5:38You're not just going to incorporate anything that comes your way.
- 5:40Because again, your subconscious mind is going to be holding on to this why, like, why?
- 5:46Why can I not lose the weight?
- 5:48Why are my hormones so imbalanced?
- 5:50Why do I have PCOS?
- 5:52Why do I have endometriosis?
- 5:53Why do I have decreased libido?
- 5:55Why do I have dry vagina?
- 5:57Why, why, why?
- 5:58Why do I look pregnant when I'm not even pregnant?
- 6:00The bloat.
- 6:01Why do I have acid reflux?
- 6:02So number one question is why?
- 6:04You go with that.
- 6:05Even if you are working with your doctor, your conventional doctor, ask them why?
- 6:09Ask them why?
- 6:10So when the blood test comes back normal, And you know that you're not normal and something is off, ask your doctor why.
- 6:17When the numbers and the lab results are abnormal, but your doctor has no solution for you, ask them why.
- 6:24So, first step or first journey.
- 6:27It is a journey because it's going to take you a little while to really identify those causes.
- 6:31Because there's always, always multiple causes to one, one thing.
- 6:36One disease, one illness, one symptoms, there are multiple causes to the symptoms.
- 6:42So it's going to take you a while.
- 6:43Now once you identify those causes or you discover, investigate, and you ask yourself why and you know the answer to that why, then you move into the active phase.
- 6:54Then you move to the active phase or active journey.
- 7:00I'm going to call it journey because it's longer.
- 7:02Now what is the active journey?
- 7:03And that's when you are going to implement.
- 7:05Any tools and resources, supplements, herbs, medications, whatever you have in your arsenal, in your toolbox, we're going to implement that to eliminate the symptoms.
- 7:15Remember, we know why we're feeling the way we're feeling.
- 7:18We can't sleep, right?
- 7:20We have sleep apnea.
- 7:21We have gout, we have diabetes, we have high blood pressure, we have autoimmune condition.
- 7:25We know why.
- 7:26Now we're going to take that answer to the active journey, where you're going to implement, whether it's the lifestyle change, dietary changes, detoxification, herbs, supplements, like you're going to do something to your body or in your environment, create new healthy habits.
- 7:46to eliminate the symptoms.
- 7:48For instance, if you have diabetes, you're going to change your diet.
- 7:51You're going to, well in my world, you're going to change your diet.
- 7:53You're going to take some herbs.
- 7:54If you believe in medications, then you're going to continue taking the medication, but at different doses or at different times.
- 8:01But again, why active phase?
- 8:04Now, you eliminated your symptoms, you regained your energy, your skin is beautiful, clear and beautiful, your headaches and migraines have gone, you stopped getting sick, your immune system is boosted and is strong, your hormones are balanced, you lost the weight, you feeling amazing, your brain fog went away, you have elevated mood.
- 8:26More concentration, more motivation.
- 8:29You're feeling amazing.
- 8:29Your libido came back.
- 8:31Now, we have to move into the maintenance journey.
- 8:34This is the third journey, maintenance.
- 8:37And I have to tell you, maintenance is the second most important journey.
- 8:43The first one is the discovery journey, investigation journey.
- 8:46That's the first thing you need to do.
- 8:47That's very important.
- 8:49But there are so many things you can implement to eliminate your symptoms in the active journey.
- 8:54Now that you eliminated all your symptoms, you don't want to go back there.
- 8:57You don't want to go back feeling lousy and not amazing again.
- 9:02So now you have to maintain.
- 9:04And that is one of the journey that most people just give up on.
- 9:07They lost the weight.
- 9:08They'd be like, Oh, wow, I lost the weight doing whatever I was doing.
- 9:11Now I can have a cheat day.
- 9:12I can go eating something I'm not supposed to be eating.
- 9:14That's going to burn the weight back.
- 9:16No, you have to maintain.
- 9:18Because I have to tell you, If you don't maintain, whatever that you suffered with, you eliminated will come back.
- 9:23So therefore you have to continue maintaining this lifestyle.
- 9:27Getting healthy, there's no destination to getting healthy.
- 9:31Whatever you did that worked for you, that removed your symptoms, that helped you lose the weight, balance your hormones, eliminated digestive issues, you need to maintain.
- 9:40Now you might have more options, you might be less restrictive in the maintenance phase, you might incorporate certain food back.
- 9:47But if that's the case, then you need to listen to your body and see what foods that are helping you and the ones that are hurting you.
- 9:54Now, what kept me so successful in my health journey is the maintenance phase.
- 10:00I'm always maintaining, I'm always maintaining, I'm always maintaining, so therefore I'm continuing feeling great, feeling better, losing weight with ease, eliminating my perimenopausal and my postpartum depression because I maintained attic inventory of the things that are serving me.
- 10:18And I eliminated the things that are not serving me.
- 10:21So in my culture, we used to eat a lot of fried rice, fried pork, fried plantain.
- 10:27This is the meals that is in my culture.
- 10:30It in that way caused a lot of issues for me.
- 10:33I was bloated all of the time.
- 10:34I was tired, exhausted.
- 10:36I would eat the food and then I would need to take a nap.
- 10:39When food's supposed to give you energy, So now that I eliminated all this toxic food out of my diet, when I came to America, I discovered pizza and bagel and doughnuts.
- 10:49I mean, it was beautiful, but these things are not healthy.
- 10:53Okay, cold cut sandwiches, tuna in a can, can't, no.
- 10:56So I eliminated those.
- 10:58I kept working on my mindset.
- 11:01I fed my mind first every day before I help anybody.
- 11:05I fill my cup first every day before I help anybody.
- 11:08So I can, I'm continuing doing the things that bring me joy.
- 11:11and health.
- 11:12Okay.
- 11:13So I'm maintaining and part of maintenance is to take inventory.
- 11:18Ask yourself, how do I feel today?
- 11:19How do I feel this week?
- 11:20How do I want to feel?
- 11:21So if I wake up this morning and I'm tired, I'm sluggish.
- 11:24I'm going to go back to journey one investigative phase.
- 11:28Like, why do I feel tired?
- 11:29Did I not sleep last night?
- 11:31Is something bad on me?
- 11:32How's my stress level?
- 11:33So I'm going to go back and investigate.
- 11:35And then, then I moved to Journey two, which is active.
- 11:39I'm going to eliminate.
- 11:40If I didn't sleep, why?
- 11:42Maybe I need to look at the air quality.
- 11:44Is the bed comfortable?
- 11:45Did I not eat enough?
- 11:47Because sometimes that's what's happening in my world right now.
- 11:49I have a hypoglycemic in the middle of the night because I'm not consuming enough.
- 11:53So I go back and then I went back to maintenance.
- 11:55So those three journeys are like circle, you're going to go around, around them.
- 12:00It's not like you finish with one.
- 12:02You never go back to number one.
- 12:04No, you're always going to go back to the discovery, investigative, identifying the causes phase all of the time for everything that you are experiencing, every symptom.
- 12:14And then you move on to active and then maintenance.
- 12:16So it's like a circle, a circle.
- 12:18You go from point A, it's like a triangle from point A to B to C.
- 12:22And then you go back to point A as necessary.
- 12:25So I'm going to repeat myself.
- 12:26There are three journeys that you need to embark on in order for you to completely eliminate your symptoms.
- 12:33Any symptoms, any signs and symptoms, anything.
- 12:36And that includes cancer as well.
- 12:38Because I know that's a big, big, big topic with the C word.
- 12:41And they are the Discovery, Investigative, aka Identifying the root cause, Journey, the Active Journey, and then the Maintenance Journey.
- 12:50They are all connected.
- 12:52So once you know those three journeys and you go through them, it's going to be way easier for you To not only be in control of your health, but to turn on and off the health faucet.
- 13:03What is the health faucet?
- 13:04The health faucet is when you can just do whatever you want and then you have a backup plan.
- 13:08For me, when I go away on vacation, I go to an all inclusive, I might be eating things that I would not eat in a different country.
- 13:16I might be drinking a little bit of alcohol.
- 13:18I might taste the wine.
- 13:19I'm not going crazy, get wasted.
- 13:21But I'm like, you know what?
- 13:22This is a brand new beverage I've never heard of.
- 13:25Let me taste it.
- 13:26Would I do that here?
- 13:27No, but I'm on vacation.
- 13:29I'm on vacation mode so I can turn off the health facet, do things that I would never like not normally do.
- 13:37And then when I come back, I turn it back on, I investigate, I go into the active journey, and then I maintain.
- 13:45So, I want you to be in control of your health.
- 13:47Now, if you are looking to identify the root causes, which is journey number one, I would love, love, love to help you.
- 13:54I, this is again, that's step one in my world.
- 13:57That is the first thing I do with all my patients.
- 13:59There's nothing else better than identifying the root causes because I cannot help them if I don't know what's going with them.
- 14:05So if that's a desire of yours and you're looking to work with a doctor or practitioner that does exactly that, I would love for you to schedule a consultation where you and I can sit down for an hour to go over what the root causes might be for you.
- 14:19The things that you're working at are not helping you, and which road you need to embark on, which path you need to embark on, what things you need to do.
- 14:26And then we're gonna, I'm gonna prescribe the correct blood or saliva or urine test, according to what you are reporting to me, and then we're gonna take it from there, and I will guarantee you, I will show you.
- 14:37When the results come back, the root causes of your symptoms, the root causes of you not feeling well, the root causes of your hormonal imbalance, weight gain issue, and your digestive issue.
