Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 0:04
Speaker 1: Recently we were talking about Ghislaine Maxwell and the fact
• 0:06
Speaker 1: that she might have some kind of autobiography in the
• 0:09
Speaker 1: works where she says that she's going to tell the
• 0:13
Speaker 1: whole real story. Well now we're learning that she could
• 0:16
Speaker 1: possibly make millions of dollars from this project. And while
• 0:21
Speaker 1: that's true, do you really think that Ghislaine Maxwell would
• 0:24
Speaker 1: be able to keep any of that money or do
• 0:26
Speaker 1: you think that she would be sued into oblivion? There
• 0:29
Speaker 1: are so many people out there that have not come
• 0:32
Speaker 1: forward or who have not taken money from the fund
• 0:35
Speaker 1: that could still sue Ghislaine Maxwell into oblivion. And if
• 0:39
Speaker 1: you think that she's going to pocket all this money,
• 0:42
Speaker 1: you have not been paying attention. The second she earns
• 0:44
Speaker 1: one single dollar, that dollar is going to be in
• 0:47
Speaker 1: jeopardy because she's going to get sued. Today's article is
• 0:51
Speaker 1: from Newsweek. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell can make millions from Jeffrey
• 0:55
Speaker 1: Epstein scandal. This article was authored by Sean O'Driscoll. Jeffrey
• 1:01
Speaker 1: Epstein's survivors will not profit from Ghislaine Maxwell's forthcoming tell-all book,
• 1:06
Speaker 1: a senior attorney told Newsweek. Kate Mangels, the partner at
• 1:10
Speaker 1: the Kinsella-Hawley-Isser Cup Steinsuper firm in Los Angeles was reacting
• 1:15
Speaker 1: to a report in the Daily Mail on January 28th
• 1:19
Speaker 1: that Maxwell has been working on a memoir from her
• 1:22
Speaker 1: prison cell in order to counter alleged disinformation about her
• 1:26
Speaker 1: relationship with Epstein. So like who's really gonna believe anything
• 1:30
Speaker 1: she has to say? I mean maybe a few people
• 1:33
Speaker 1: out there because they want to believe her But everything
• 1:36
Speaker 1: that we've learned about this lady over the years has
• 1:39
Speaker 1: pointed us in the direction of her being exactly where
• 1:42
Speaker 1: she belongs. And I think that the time to spill
• 1:45
Speaker 1: the beans was during the trial, no? Get yourself a deal.
• 1:49
Speaker 1: Maybe get yourself some better circumstances. She didn't do that.
• 1:52
Speaker 1: But now, all of a sudden, she's going to tell
• 1:55
Speaker 1: us the really real? Okay, I guess, if you want
• 1:57
Speaker 1: to believe it. Under United States law, Maxwell can take
• 2:01
Speaker 1: all the profits from the book along with associated documentaries, podcasts,
• 2:05
Speaker 1: and films. Maxwell, Epstein's longtime girlfriend and associate, no, longtime associate,
• 2:11
Speaker 1: longtime co-conspirator, longtime girlfriend, Maxwell wishes. was found guilty in
• 2:17
Speaker 1: 2021 of sex trafficking women and girls for Epstein to
• 2:20
Speaker 1: abuse and to serving a 20-year prison sentence. Not only that,
• 2:24
Speaker 1: but she helped in the abuse, according to numerous survivors.
• 2:28
Speaker 1: So it wasn't just facilitation. It wasn't just being a madam.
• 2:33
Speaker 1: That is not giving Ghislaine Maxwell the disgusting credit she
• 2:37
Speaker 1: deserves for the role that she played. And if you
• 2:39
Speaker 1: want to break it down, like a mafia family, you
• 2:42
Speaker 1: had Epstein at the top, then right below him, you
• 2:45
Speaker 1: had his underboss, Ghislaine Maxwell, then you had the core four,
• 2:48
Speaker 1: who were his lieutenants. Pretty simple. And it would have
• 2:52
Speaker 1: been pretty simple for the government to go after them,
• 2:54
Speaker 1: like a mafia, and hit them with Rico. But I
• 2:57
Speaker 1: guess that's another story for another time. Maxwell has maintained
• 3:01
Speaker 1: her innocence and has appealed her conviction. Well, that's going
• 3:04
Speaker 1: to work out for her. And I know that there
• 3:06
Speaker 1: are some articles out right now talking about the situation
• 3:09
Speaker 1: with Scotty David and Juror 50. But if you look
• 3:13
Speaker 1: at a situation like Alec Murdoch's, and then you compare
• 3:16
Speaker 1: it to what happened with Maxwell, I don't know how
• 3:18
Speaker 1: Maxwell's going to try and climb that hill. The events
• 3:22
Speaker 1: have to be extraordinary for the appellate court to go
• 3:26
Speaker 1: and overturn a conviction from the district court. It just
• 3:30
Speaker 1: doesn't happen very often. So you have to really have
• 3:33
Speaker 1: a case and you have to really be able to
• 3:35
Speaker 1: make that case to the appellate court. And remember that
• 3:38
Speaker 1: Judge Nathan, the original judge who passed the sentence on Maxwell,
• 3:42
Speaker 1: she sits on that appeals court now. Disgraced investment manager,
• 3:45
Speaker 1: you mean pedophile, was arrested in July 2019 on federal
• 3:49
Speaker 1: charges of trafficking minors for sex in Florida and New
• 3:53
Speaker 1: York between 2002 and 2005. He died in a Manhattan
• 3:57
Speaker 1: jail cell in an apparent suicide two months later. Yeah,
• 4:00
Speaker 1: still questions there too. Now I know, I know Bill
• 4:03
Speaker 1: Barr told you that Jeffrey Epstein 100% committed suicide. And
• 4:08
Speaker 1: if you want to believe Bill Barr, I am not
• 4:10
Speaker 1: here to try and convince you otherwise. Me personally, I'm
• 4:14
Speaker 1: going to need more evidence. And I was hoping that
• 4:17
Speaker 1: the Inspector General's report would clear things up for us,
• 4:20
Speaker 1: but it didn't. Instead, it looked like a whitewash job.
• 4:25
Speaker 1: Oh well, here's the issues that are wrong with the
• 4:27
Speaker 1: Bureau of Prisons, and let's just blame Epstein's death on
• 4:31
Speaker 1: all of those issues. And by the way, we're not
• 4:33
Speaker 1: going to fix any of those issues in the aftermath.
• 4:36
Speaker 1: So there's that. Just another waste of taxpayer dollars. In 2008,
• 4:40
Speaker 1: Epstein had pleaded guilty to procuring a child for prostitution
• 4:44
Speaker 1: in 2005 and served 13 months in prison. He was
• 4:48
Speaker 1: accused of sexually abusing as many as three dozen underage girls.
• 4:52
Speaker 1: Tell me you don't know the story, Mr. O'Driscoll, without
• 4:54
Speaker 1: telling me you don't know the story. Three dozen? You
• 4:58
Speaker 1: might want to add some zeros to that, buddy. Epstein
• 5:01
Speaker 1: is also alleged to have flown underage girls to his
• 5:03
Speaker 1: private island in the Caribbean and to have offered them
• 5:06
Speaker 1: to wealthy and influential associates for the purposes of blackmail.
• 5:11
Speaker 1: Aside from Maxwell, no other person has been criminally charged
• 5:14
Speaker 1: in relation to the claims. And look, that's wrong. I've
• 5:17
Speaker 1: said it once, I'll say it again. There's no way
• 5:20
Speaker 1: under the sun that Sarah Kellen Vickers should not have
• 5:23
Speaker 1: been charged. Going through the court documents the way we do,
• 5:28
Speaker 1: Her name is littered throughout these court documents. And there's
• 5:30
Speaker 1: a reason. Because she played a huge part in what
• 5:33
Speaker 1: was going on. So I don't understand how Sarah Kellen Vickers,
• 5:36
Speaker 1: of all people, hasn't been at the very least charged, right?
• 5:40
Speaker 1: Indicted her. And let's see what happens. But they refused
• 5:43
Speaker 1: to do it. And once again, it comes down to
• 5:46
Speaker 1: they don't want to really blow the doors off this. Oh,
• 5:49
Speaker 1: they'll give you a little red meat so they can say, look,
• 5:51
Speaker 1: we've done something. We've been a little bit busy here. Look,
• 5:54
Speaker 1: we arrested Ghislaine Maxwell. But the reality is nobody else
• 5:57
Speaker 1: went to jail. Nobody else went to prison. Nobody else
• 6:00
Speaker 1: has even been swooped up. Mangels said that attempts to
• 6:03
Speaker 1: stop people profiting from their crimes have not been successful.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: There have been legislative attempts to restrict this ability, but
• 6:11
Speaker 1: they have largely been ruled unconstitutional, she told Newsweek. In
• 6:15
Speaker 1: the 1970s, Following the Son of Sam killings in New
• 6:18
Speaker 1: York City, the New York legislature passed a law known
• 6:21
Speaker 1: as the Son of Sam Law to restrict a convicted
• 6:23
Speaker 1: criminal's ability to profit off of selling their story. But
• 6:27
Speaker 1: this law and similar laws in other states has been
• 6:30
Speaker 1: found to be in violation of free speech rights under
• 6:33
Speaker 1: the First Amendment. And that's wild, huh? You can be
• 6:37
Speaker 1: a killer or a molester or whatever, and you can
• 6:40
Speaker 1: sell the rights to your book and then profit off
• 6:43
Speaker 1: of the pain you've caused to these families? I can't
• 6:45
Speaker 1: say that I'm shocked, but it is disgusting. Mengel said
• 6:49
Speaker 1: that some states have forced criminals to let victims know
• 6:52
Speaker 1: if they have a book coming out. Well, that's a
• 6:54
Speaker 1: good idea, huh? Hey, I have a book coming out
• 6:56
Speaker 1: talking about how I killed your mom, or your aunt,
• 6:59
Speaker 1: or your wife, but I'm giving you the heads up.
• 7:02
Speaker 1: I'm going to make a bunch of dough off of it,
• 7:04
Speaker 1: and you're just going to have to deal with it.
• 7:05
Speaker 1: That's real great. Real, real great law we have there, folks.
• 7:09
Speaker 1: I mean, I get it, First Amendment. They should be
• 7:11
Speaker 1: able to write whatever they want, but they shouldn't be
• 7:13
Speaker 1: able to profit. off the back of it. There are
• 7:17
Speaker 1: some state laws setting forth rules related to notifying victims
• 7:21
Speaker 1: about potential compensation, but they do not entirely restrict a
• 7:24
Speaker 1: convicted person from profiting. So Maxwell can legally benefit financially
• 7:29
Speaker 1: from telling or selling her story, she said. Boy, I'll
• 7:33
Speaker 1: tell you what, I wonder who's going to buy that.
• 7:35
Speaker 1: And can you imagine the backlash that's going to come
• 7:37
Speaker 1: with it? Documents detailing people connected with the sex offender
• 7:41
Speaker 1: were released on January 4th by a U.S. district court
• 7:45
Speaker 1: in New York as part of a lawsuit brought by
• 7:48
Speaker 1: alleged victim, again with the alleged. You can say alleged
• 7:52
Speaker 1: about Virginia and Prince Andrew, but how are you going
• 7:56
Speaker 1: to say alleged about Virginia and Jeffrey Epstein? How many
• 7:59
Speaker 1: settlements does the guy have to pay out to Virginia
• 8:02
Speaker 1: before we say to ourselves, all right, she's telling the truth?
• 8:05
Speaker 1: Do you really think Jeffrey Epstein was in the business
• 8:08
Speaker 1: of just handing money out? He was not. The guy
• 8:11
Speaker 1: was cheap as shit. He wasn't just going to hand
• 8:13
Speaker 1: money out just to do it. He was paying these
• 8:16
Speaker 1: settlements out so he didn't get in trouble. So the
• 8:19
Speaker 1: whole alleged shit here is ridiculous. If you want to
• 8:21
Speaker 1: say alleged about Prince Andrew or anybody else that we
• 8:25
Speaker 1: don't have the proof about, then fine. But to say
• 8:28
Speaker 1: alleged about Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell... as Glenn Maxwell
• 8:32
Speaker 1: rots away in prison and Jeffrey Epstein basically admitted to
• 8:36
Speaker 1: what he did when he paid all these settlements out? Well,
• 8:39
Speaker 1: I think that's a bit ridiculous. The documents mention the
• 8:42
Speaker 1: names of more than 70 people, including former presidents Donald
• 8:46
Speaker 1: Trump and Bill Clinton, as well as Prince Andrew. It
• 8:49
Speaker 1: came after Judge Loretta Preska found that there was no
• 8:52
Speaker 1: legal justification for continuing to withhold the names from the public,
• 8:57
Speaker 1: and she's spot on with that. Judge Preska was 1,000% correct.
• 9:01
Speaker 1: There is no reason that we, the public, should not
• 9:04
Speaker 1: know what happened here or know the names of the
• 9:07
Speaker 1: people who were associated with this clown. We should know
• 9:10
Speaker 1: and everybody should know. That way, all these people that
• 9:13
Speaker 1: were associated with him could be held to account. And
• 9:16
Speaker 1: the only way that's ever going to happen is if
• 9:19
Speaker 1: people demand it. If people don't demand it and if
• 9:21
Speaker 1: people aren't fired up about what went down, they'll just
• 9:24
Speaker 1: kick it right under the rug and never talk about
• 9:27
Speaker 1: it ever again. That's what they've always wanted to do
• 9:29
Speaker 1: with Epstein, make no mistake. And if it wasn't for
• 9:33
Speaker 1: Alex Acosta getting that job working for Donald Trump, they
• 9:37
Speaker 1: would have never even looked into this story. You really
• 9:39
Speaker 1: think Julie Brown didn't look at that situation and say, oh,
• 9:42
Speaker 1: this is a way to, you know, maybe expose Trump.
• 9:45
Speaker 1: Let's dive in. And believe me, I'm happy she did
• 9:48
Speaker 1: because it brought the story to light. But let's not
• 9:51
Speaker 1: act like they were trying to get justice for these girls.
• 9:55
Speaker 1: That wasn't what was happening. We had all these years
• 9:57
Speaker 1: leading up to the story breaking and nobody was saying
• 10:00
Speaker 1: shit or doing shit. All of a sudden, Acosta, Mr.
• 10:03
Speaker 1: Middleman himself, Mr. Fall Guy gets this job. And now
• 10:07
Speaker 1: we have all this interest once again. Come on now.
• 10:10
Speaker 1: That's a bit of a coincidence. No. But what they
• 10:12
Speaker 1: found when they started digging was not what they thought.
• 10:16
Speaker 1: They thought they were going to be able to pin
• 10:17
Speaker 1: all this on their political enemies. But what they found
• 10:20
Speaker 1: out was everybody that was in the ruling caste, everybody
• 10:25
Speaker 1: that was so-called elite New York, no matter your party, well,
• 10:29
Speaker 1: they were associating with Epstein. They were partying with Epstein.
• 10:33
Speaker 1: They were taking Epstein's money. And once you open this
• 10:35
Speaker 1: Pandora's box, there's no putting back what you find. And
• 10:38
Speaker 1: what you're going to find is a ton of corruption.
• 10:41
Speaker 1: And you're going to find a lot of people that
• 10:43
Speaker 1: are considered the faves by Nancy Pelosi's daughter herself right
• 10:48
Speaker 1: square in the middle of all of it. The question is,
• 10:52
Speaker 1: when are we going to demand accountability? All right, folks,
• 10:55
Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this one. All the
• 10:57
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
• 11:00
Speaker 1: the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome back to
• 11:04
Speaker 1: the Epstein Chronicles. So Ghislaine Maxwell is writing a tell-all
• 11:10
Speaker 1: memoir titled from her place behind bars. And I can't
• 11:13
Speaker 1: even imagine what she thinks the reception of something like
• 11:17
Speaker 1: that is going to be. Especially considering this lady still
• 11:20
Speaker 1: refuses to take any responsibility for what she did. According
• 11:24
Speaker 1: to her, nothing ever happened. She didn't do this. She's
• 11:27
Speaker 1: not responsible. You know, it was all Epstein's fault. She's
• 11:31
Speaker 1: being blamed because she was Epstein's friend. The whole entire
• 11:35
Speaker 1: list of reasons why she shouldn't be where she is.
• 11:39
Speaker 1: But the reality is this. She is exactly where she
• 11:42
Speaker 1: belongs to be. And how do we know that? Well,
• 11:45
Speaker 1: all you have to do is listen to the survivors.
• 11:47
Speaker 1: All you have to do is listen to the testimony
• 11:50
Speaker 1: that was provided at Ghislaine Maxwell's trial. And that gives
• 11:54
Speaker 1: you everything you need to know about this woman and
• 11:57
Speaker 1: why she should be where she should be. And don't
• 12:00
Speaker 1: get it twisted, I don't think she's the only one
• 12:03
Speaker 1: that should be rotting behind bars, but I certainly believe
• 12:06
Speaker 1: that she played a leadership role and she has earned
• 12:10
Speaker 1: every minute of her incarceration. Today's article is from thedailymail.com
• 12:15
Speaker 1: and the headline, Ghislaine Maxwell writing a tell-all. The Epstein
• 12:20
Speaker 1: madam has been obsessively working on a memoir behind bars
• 12:23
Speaker 1: to combat misinformation about her ties to the pedophile, insiders reveal.
• 12:28
Speaker 1: I mean, for real. She's going to write a book
• 12:31
Speaker 1: and it's going to change everybody's mind about what went down.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: Everybody's going to have a brand new outlook on who
• 12:37
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is and what she was up to. I mean,
• 12:40
Speaker 1: talk about not being able to read the room. This
• 12:43
Speaker 1: article was authored by Ben Ashford. Convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine
• 12:48
Speaker 1: Maxwell is writing a tell-all memoir from behind bars to
• 12:52
Speaker 1: combat what she calls misinformation about her ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Dailymail.com
• 12:57
Speaker 1: can exclusively reveal. Maxwell, 62, has urged prison pals to
• 13:03
Speaker 1: ignore anything they hear about recently released trove of court
• 13:06
Speaker 1: documents naming Epstein's associates and outlining new details of his warped,
• 13:11
Speaker 1: grooming empire. Yeah, don't worry about any of these court documents.
• 13:15
Speaker 1: Don't listen to any of them. Don't read those. Don't
• 13:17
Speaker 1: listen to what the survivors have to say. Don't listen
• 13:20
Speaker 1: to what the government has to say. Listen to what
• 13:22
Speaker 1: I'm telling you. And I'm telling you that none of
• 13:24
Speaker 1: this ever happened. Now, if Ghislaine Maxwell... was somebody that was,
• 13:29
Speaker 1: you know, believable, then I'd be much more apt to
• 13:32
Speaker 1: listen to what she has to say. But when you
• 13:35
Speaker 1: go through all of the court documents, and you go
• 13:38
Speaker 1: through all of the witness testimony, and you go through
• 13:41
Speaker 1: all of the testimony from all the people involved, it's
• 13:44
Speaker 1: relatively obvious that Ghislaine Maxwell was not only somebody who
• 13:48
Speaker 1: was along for the ride, but that she had a
• 13:51
Speaker 1: leadership role, and she was out here abusing at least
• 13:54
Speaker 1: some of these girls right along with Jeffrey Epstein. The
• 13:59
Speaker 1: disgraced socialite has promised to share the truth in an
• 14:02
Speaker 1: upcoming book that she's been obsessively working on while serving
• 14:06
Speaker 1: her 20-year sentence at FCI Tallahassee in Florida. Well, she
• 14:11
Speaker 1: has nothing better to do. Might as well work on
• 14:13
Speaker 1: a book. But don't expect the jailed madam. You mean co-conspirator?
• 14:17
Speaker 1: You mean fellow scumbag? You mean fellow child abuser? You
• 14:20
Speaker 1: mean bipedal serpent, right? To finally come clean, insiders warn,
• 14:25
Speaker 1: because the purpose of Maxwell's memoir will be to clear her,
• 14:29
Speaker 1: and in her mind, prove she didn't do anything wrong. Oh, well,
• 14:33
Speaker 1: that seals it, folks. Glenn Maxwell's telling us she did
• 14:37
Speaker 1: nothing wrong, and in this book, she's going to prove
• 14:40
Speaker 1: it to us all. I don't know how she plans
• 14:42
Speaker 1: on doing that, but okay, I'm here for it. Max
• 14:45
Speaker 1: says the documents in the news are all false or misinformation,
• 14:49
Speaker 1: and the truth will only come out when her book does.
• 14:53
Speaker 1: according to the source. Yeah, kind of like her undisputed
• 14:56
Speaker 1: facts that were going through in the court documents. You know,
• 14:58
Speaker 1: all the facts that were actually disputed. You see, I
• 15:02
Speaker 1: don't believe a word Ghislaine Maxwell has to say. And
• 15:05
Speaker 1: when you've proven yourself to be unreliable throughout history, why
• 15:08
Speaker 1: should anybody listen to what you have to say? She's
• 15:11
Speaker 1: bragging about how great it'll be, but it sounds like
• 15:14
Speaker 1: the same old lies she has told a thousand times.
• 15:17
Speaker 1: She really thinks she hasn't done anything wrong and that
• 15:20
Speaker 1: her charges will be dropped when people read it. Well, okay.
• 15:25
Speaker 1: If you want to live in fantasy land, that's like
• 15:28
Speaker 1: me thinking that every time I go to the casino,
• 15:30
Speaker 1: I actually have a shot at hitting megabucks. The answer is,
• 15:34
Speaker 1: I have no chance. Just like Elaine Maxwell has no
• 15:37
Speaker 1: chance of shifting this narrative. Everybody has seen behind the
• 15:43
Speaker 1: curtain at least enough to know that Elaine Maxwell and
• 15:46
Speaker 1: her bullshit friends were up to no good. and the
• 15:50
Speaker 1: fact that Ghislaine Maxwell is rotting behind bars, well, guess what?
• 15:55
Speaker 1: When the hot potato game ended, she was the one
• 15:57
Speaker 1: with the hot potato. If she wanted other people to
• 16:00
Speaker 1: go to prison right along with her, if she wanted
• 16:03
Speaker 1: other people to face justice, well, she should have snitched
• 16:06
Speaker 1: on someone. She should have turned somebody in. She didn't
• 16:09
Speaker 1: do any of that. Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking
• 16:12
Speaker 1: minors and multiple counts of conspiracy after a 2021 federal
• 16:16
Speaker 1: trial heard how she lured girls as young as 14
• 16:21
Speaker 1: into Epstein's clutches. In a self-serving prison interview last year,
• 16:25
Speaker 1: she denied knowledge of the dead financier pedophile's crimes, insisting
• 16:29
Speaker 1: that she regretted ever meeting him and had no idea
• 16:33
Speaker 1: he was capable of evil. You know, her regret wasn't
• 16:35
Speaker 1: that she abused these girls or that she took part
• 16:39
Speaker 1: in ruining their lives. Her regret was that she met
• 16:42
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And the only reason that was a regret
• 16:46
Speaker 1: is because she ended up getting caught. If she didn't
• 16:48
Speaker 1: get caught, forget it. It's not a regret then, right?
• 16:51
Speaker 1: Everything's all good. This is just the way we roll.
• 16:53
Speaker 1: We're all fellow travelers. But hundreds of documents made public
• 16:57
Speaker 1: this month relating to a long-settled defamation case filed against
• 17:02
Speaker 1: Maxwell by Prince Andrew accuser Virginia Roberts makes a mockery
• 17:06
Speaker 1: of her claim of innocence. Scores of famous people, including
• 17:11
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, Donald Trump, and Stephen Hawking, were
• 17:15
Speaker 1: outed as being friends or associates of the late predator
• 17:18
Speaker 1: who hanged himself behind bars in 2019 instead of facing trial, allegedly.
• 17:25
Speaker 1: And look, again, not to beat a dead horse here,
• 17:28
Speaker 1: but I'm more than willing to believe that Epstein killed himself,
• 17:31
Speaker 1: but I'm going to need more evidence. I'm going to
• 17:33
Speaker 1: need more than just Bill Barr telling me that that's
• 17:36
Speaker 1: what happened. And don't you dare point to the OIG report.
• 17:42
Speaker 1: As you might have noticed, I have reposted the OIG
• 17:44
Speaker 1: report so that we could go through it one more
• 17:46
Speaker 1: time again, so people could see how ridiculous it is
• 17:50
Speaker 1: for themselves. But multiple testimonies from victims and former Epstein
• 17:56
Speaker 1: aides once more insisted that Maxwell was the boss of
• 18:00
Speaker 1: his underage sex ring, drawing the same conclusion as jurors
• 18:04
Speaker 1: in her New York trial. Look, there is zero doubt
• 18:07
Speaker 1: what was going on. And Ghislaine Maxwell is now paying
• 18:10
Speaker 1: the piper. Do I wish more people were in prison?
• 18:14
Speaker 1: Of course I do. I wish the whole entire lot
• 18:16
Speaker 1: of these idiots were locked up for the rest of
• 18:19
Speaker 1: their lives. That's what they deserve. But Ghislaine Maxwell certainly
• 18:23
Speaker 1: deserves to be where she is. But multiple victim testimonies
• 18:27
Speaker 1: from victims and former Epstein aides once more insisted that
• 18:30
Speaker 1: Maxwell was the boss of his underage sex ring, drawing
• 18:34
Speaker 1: the same conclusions as jurors in the New York trial.
• 18:38
Speaker 1: Federal inmates are prohibited from cutting publishing deals, but there's
• 18:42
Speaker 1: nothing to prevent Maxwell from writing a private manuscript and
• 18:47
Speaker 1: actively protected by the First Amendment and mailing it to
• 18:50
Speaker 1: a lawyer or a loved one for distribution. Oh, that's nice, huh?
• 18:54
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell going to make a few bucks. Always a
• 18:57
Speaker 1: good thing. Nothing like Ghislaine Maxwell profiting off of her crimes.
• 19:02
Speaker 1: She doesn't have a computer but has access to a typewriter.
• 19:05
Speaker 1: and can bone up on the legal system via her
• 19:08
Speaker 1: job in the law library at the low-security Tallahassee lockup
• 19:12
Speaker 1: where she's been incarcerated since July of 2022. She has
• 19:17
Speaker 1: access to three lockers in legal and moves her manuscript
• 19:20
Speaker 1: and papers from one to the other because she's so
• 19:23
Speaker 1: paranoid that someone might steal it or leak it, the
• 19:26
Speaker 1: source added. Apparently, it's already finished, but she is waiting
• 19:30
Speaker 1: for the right moment to publish it. The source explained
• 19:32
Speaker 1: how Maxwell was has become increasingly withdrawn and bitter during
• 19:36
Speaker 1: her time behind bars, throwing temper tantrums and barely participating
• 19:40
Speaker 1: in prison life. Aw, poor Maxwell the martyr. Here's an idea.
• 19:45
Speaker 1: If you don't want to go to prison and you
• 19:47
Speaker 1: don't want to live that kind of life, don't molest
• 19:49
Speaker 1: little girls. Don't help your boy Epstein molest little girls.
• 19:53
Speaker 1: And then you won't go to prison. It's a pretty
• 19:55
Speaker 1: simple proposition. Max is just not the same upbeat person
• 19:59
Speaker 1: that she was a year ago. She's lost all confidence.
• 20:03
Speaker 1: She just mopes around depressed all day, the insider said. Well, again,
• 20:08
Speaker 1: If she didn't want to have to mope around and
• 20:09
Speaker 1: be depressed, don't go to prison. Don't hurt little girls.
• 20:13
Speaker 1: You had the whole entire world given to you from birth,
• 20:16
Speaker 1: and you chose to squander that. So, I don't want
• 20:18
Speaker 1: to hear shit as the rest of us wake up
• 20:21
Speaker 1: every day, put on our work clothes, and go to work.
• 20:24
Speaker 1: Last Friday at Shabbat, she got there five minutes before
• 20:28
Speaker 1: candle lighting. She told the chaplain he didn't call her
• 20:31
Speaker 1: early enough, and she threw candles at him, cussed him out,
• 20:34
Speaker 1: and left. Dailymail.com previously revealed... how Maxwell hosted yoga and
• 20:40
Speaker 1: etiquette classes for 846 fellow Khans after arriving in the
• 20:45
Speaker 1: Sunshine State and will go jogging every day on the
• 20:48
Speaker 1: running track. She recently abandoned plans to participate in a
• 20:52
Speaker 1: prison marathon race, however, barely gets any exercise and rarely
• 20:56
Speaker 1: goes outside. Max hasn't dyed her hair. She barely takes
• 21:00
Speaker 1: care of herself these days. She still has the job
• 21:03
Speaker 1: in the law library, but she's very rude to anyone
• 21:05
Speaker 1: who asks for help. I think it's because she finally
• 21:08
Speaker 1: realizes that she's not getting out of here anytime soon.
• 21:12
Speaker 1: This will all change, however, when her book comes out,
• 21:14
Speaker 1: or so she thinks. Maxwell asked to serve her time
• 21:18
Speaker 1: at FCI Danbury, the white-collar Connecticut lockup that inspired Orange
• 21:23
Speaker 1: is the New Black, but was unexpectedly shipped 1,000 miles
• 21:27
Speaker 1: south of Florida. But the truth is, that's not how
• 21:31
Speaker 1: it went down. Now, Ghislaine Maxwell asked to be put
• 21:34
Speaker 1: in Danbury. But nobody ever promised her that. Nobody ever said, OK,
• 21:38
Speaker 1: you're going to go to Danbury. That was never part
• 21:40
Speaker 1: of the real conversation. That was what she asked. And
• 21:44
Speaker 1: the government decided that she'd be better served and the
• 21:47
Speaker 1: government would be better served if she was down in
• 21:50
Speaker 1: Tallahassee instead. FCI Tallahassee bosses tried to keep inmates from
• 21:56
Speaker 1: learning too much about her by removing the library's only
• 21:58
Speaker 1: copy of Filthy Rich, James Patterson's bestselling book about Epstein's crimes.
• 22:04
Speaker 1: But as word got around about her ties to the
• 22:06
Speaker 1: billionaire pedophile, she found herself being despised by her fellow
• 22:10
Speaker 1: felons who say she is aloof and has poor hygiene.
• 22:14
Speaker 1: Controversy ensued when Maxwell used the prison's video system to
• 22:19
Speaker 1: give an interview to UK broadcaster Jeremy Kyle in which
• 22:22
Speaker 1: she claimed, without evidence, that the now notorious photograph of
• 22:26
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew and Virginia Roberts was a fake. Dailymail.com revealed,
• 22:31
Speaker 1: How the chat earned Maxwell 48 hours in the special
• 22:35
Speaker 1: housing unit, the SHU, a prison within a prison comprising
• 22:39
Speaker 1: of tiny grim cells where inmates are caged for 23
• 22:43
Speaker 1: hours at a time and fed through slits in the door.
• 22:48
Speaker 1: We also told how the Brit earned the title Prison
• 22:51
Speaker 1: Karen after lodging hundreds of petty complaints about life behind bars,
• 22:55
Speaker 1: from slating the paltry vegan menu to moaning about a
• 22:58
Speaker 1: transgender inmate having noisy sex in the bunk above hers. Maxwell,
• 23:04
Speaker 1: federal prisoner 02879-509, also landed two Cuban felons in solitary
• 23:11
Speaker 1: confinement after snitching on them for demanding that she buy
• 23:15
Speaker 1: them items with her $ 360 cash. commissary allowance. She will
• 23:20
Speaker 1: be nearly 80 by the time that she is freed
• 23:23
Speaker 1: unless she can successfully appeal her convictions for helping Epstein,
• 23:27
Speaker 1: who committed suicide allegedly in prison while awaiting trial in
• 23:31
Speaker 1: August of 2019. He was 66. Federal prosecutors deny claims
• 23:38
Speaker 1: that she was made a scapegoat for his crimes. She
• 23:41
Speaker 1: was not a scapegoat. Zero chance that that occurred. She
• 23:44
Speaker 1: is doing time for the crimes that she committed And
• 23:47
Speaker 1: any other suggestion contrary to that is an absolute lie.
• 23:52
Speaker 1: So Ghislaine Maxwell is going to write a tell-all memoir.
• 23:55
Speaker 1: And according to her, folks, she's going to tell you
• 23:58
Speaker 1: a bunch of stuff you have no idea about. Meanwhile,
• 24:01
Speaker 1: we all know that it's just going to be the
• 24:03
Speaker 1: same old bullshit repackaged once again. All right, everybody, that's
• 24:07
Speaker 1: going to do it for this one. All of the
• 24:09
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
• 24:13
Speaker 1: the description box. What's up everyone and welcome back to
• 24:16
Speaker 1: the Epstein Chronicles. Recently we were talking about Ghislaine Maxwell
• 24:20
Speaker 1: and the fact that she might have some kind of
• 24:22
Speaker 1: autobiography in the works where she says that she's going
• 24:26
Speaker 1: to tell the whole real story. Well now we're learning
• 24:30
Speaker 1: that she could possibly make millions of dollars from this project.
• 24:35
Speaker 1: And while that's true, do you really think that Ghislaine
• 24:38
Speaker 1: Maxwell would be able to keep any of that money
• 24:40
Speaker 1: or do you think that she would be sued into oblivion?
• 24:44
Speaker 1: There are so many people out there that have not
• 24:46
Speaker 1: come forward or who have not taken money from the
• 24:49
Speaker 1: fund that could still sue Ghislaine Maxwell into oblivion. And
• 24:53
Speaker 1: if you think that she's going to pocket all this money,
• 24:56
Speaker 1: you have not been paying attention. The second she earns
• 24:59
Speaker 1: one single dollar, that dollar is going to be in
• 25:02
Speaker 1: jeopardy because she's going to get sued. Today's article is
• 25:05
Speaker 1: from Newsweek. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell can make millions from Jeffrey
• 25:10
Speaker 1: Epstein scandal. This article was authored by Sean O'Driscoll. Jeffrey
• 25:15
Speaker 1: Epstein's survivors will not profit from Ghislaine Maxwell's forthcoming tell-all book,
• 25:20
Speaker 1: a senior attorney told Newsweek. Kate Mangels, the partner at
• 25:24
Speaker 1: the Kinsella Holly Isser Cup Steinsuper firm in Los Angeles
• 25:29
Speaker 1: was reacting to a report in the Daily Mail on
• 25:32
Speaker 1: January 28th that Maxwell has been working on a memoir
• 25:36
Speaker 1: from her prison cell in order to counter alleged disinformation
• 25:40
Speaker 1: about her relationship with Epstein. So like who's really gonna
• 25:43
Speaker 1: believe anything she has to say? I mean maybe a
• 25:46
Speaker 1: few people out there because they want to believe her
• 25:50
Speaker 1: But everything that we've learned about this lady over the
• 25:52
Speaker 1: years has pointed us in the direction of her being
• 25:56
Speaker 1: exactly where she belongs. And I think that the time
• 25:59
Speaker 1: to spill the beans was during the trial, no? Get
• 26:02
Speaker 1: yourself a deal. Maybe get yourself some better circumstances. She
• 26:06
Speaker 1: didn't do that. But now, all of a sudden, she's
• 26:09
Speaker 1: going to tell us the really real? Okay, I guess,
• 26:11
Speaker 1: if you want to believe it. Under United States law,
• 26:15
Speaker 1: Maxwell can take all the profits from the book along
• 26:18
Speaker 1: with associated documentaries, podcasts, and films. Maxwell, Epstein's longtime girlfriend
• 26:23
Speaker 1: and associate, no, longtime associate, longtime co-conspirator, longtime girlfriend, Maxwell wishes,
• 26:29
Speaker 1: was found guilty in 2021 of sex trafficking women and
• 26:32
Speaker 1: girls for Epstein. to abuse, and to serving a 20-year
• 26:36
Speaker 1: prison sentence. Not only that, but she helped in the abuse,
• 26:40
Speaker 1: according to numerous survivors. So it wasn't just facilitation. It
• 26:45
Speaker 1: wasn't just being a madam. That is not giving Ghislaine
• 26:49
Speaker 1: Maxwell the disgusting credit she deserves for the role that
• 26:52
Speaker 1: she played. And if you want to break it down,
• 26:55
Speaker 1: like a mafia family, you had Epstein at the top,
• 26:58
Speaker 1: then right below him, you had his underboss, Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 27:01
Speaker 1: then you had the Corps 4, who were his lieutenants.
• 27:04
Speaker 1: Pretty simple. And it would have been pretty simple for
• 27:07
Speaker 1: the government to go after them, like a mafia, and
• 27:10
Speaker 1: hit them with Rico. But I guess that's another story
• 27:12
Speaker 1: for another time. Maxwell has maintained her innocence and has
• 27:16
Speaker 1: appealed her conviction. Well, that's going to work out for her.
• 27:20
Speaker 1: And I know that there are some articles out right
• 27:22
Speaker 1: now talking about the situation with Scotty David and Juror 50.
• 27:26
Speaker 1: But if you look at a situation like Alec Murdoch's,
• 27:29
Speaker 1: and then you compare it to what happened with Maxwell...
• 27:32
Speaker 1: I don't know how Maxwell's going to try and climb
• 27:35
Speaker 1: that hill. The events have to be extraordinary for the
• 27:38
Speaker 1: appellate court to go and overturn a conviction from the
• 27:43
Speaker 1: district court. It just doesn't happen very often. So you
• 27:47
Speaker 1: have to really have a case and you have to
• 27:49
Speaker 1: really be able to make that case to the appellate court.
• 27:52
Speaker 1: And remember that Judge Nathan, the original judge who passed
• 27:55
Speaker 1: the sentence on Maxwell, she sits on that appeals court now.
• 27:58
Speaker 1: Disgraced investment manager, you mean pedophile, was arrested in July
• 28:02
Speaker 1: 2019 on federal charges of trafficking minors for sex in
• 28:06
Speaker 1: Florida and New York between 2002 and 2005. He died
• 28:11
Speaker 1: in a Manhattan jail cell in an apparent suicide two
• 28:13
Speaker 1: months later. Yeah, still questions there too. Now I know,
• 28:17
Speaker 1: I know Bill Barr told you that Jeffrey Epstein 100%
• 28:21
Speaker 1: committed suicide. And if you want to believe Bill Barr,
• 28:24
Speaker 1: I am not here to try and convince you otherwise.
• 28:27
Speaker 1: Me personally, I'm going to need more evidence. And I
• 28:30
Speaker 1: was hoping that the Inspector General's report would clear things
• 28:34
Speaker 1: up for us, but it didn't. Instead, it looked like
• 28:37
Speaker 1: a whitewash job. Oh well, here's the issues that are
• 28:41
Speaker 1: wrong with the Bureau of Prisons, and let's just blame
• 28:44
Speaker 1: Epstein's death on all of those issues. And by the way,
• 28:48
Speaker 1: we're not going to fix any of those issues in
• 28:49
Speaker 1: the aftermath. So there's that. Just another waste of taxpayer dollars.
• 28:54
Speaker 1: In 2008, Epstein had pleaded guilty to procuring a child
• 28:57
Speaker 1: for prostitution in 2005 and served 13 months in prison.
• 29:02
Speaker 1: He was accused of sexually abusing as many as three
• 29:04
Speaker 1: dozen underage girls. Tell me you don't know the story, Mr. O'Driscoll,
• 29:08
Speaker 1: without telling me you don't know the story. Three dozen?
• 29:11
Speaker 1: You might want to add some zeros to that, buddy.
• 29:15
Speaker 1: Epstein is also alleged to have flown underage girls to
• 29:17
Speaker 1: his private island in the Caribbean and to have offered
• 29:20
Speaker 1: them to wealthy and influential associates for the purposes of blackmail.
• 29:25
Speaker 1: Aside from Maxwell, no other person has been criminally charged
• 29:29
Speaker 1: in relation to the claims. And look, that's wrong. I've
• 29:32
Speaker 1: said it once, I'll say it again. There is no
• 29:34
Speaker 1: way under the sun that Sarah Kellen Vickers should not
• 29:37
Speaker 1: have been charged. Going through the court documents the way
• 29:40
Speaker 1: we do, her name is littered throughout these court documents,
• 29:44
Speaker 1: and there's a reason. Because she played a huge part
• 29:47
Speaker 1: in what was going on. So I don't understand how
• 29:50
Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen Vickers, of all people, hasn't been at the
• 29:53
Speaker 1: very least charged, right? Indict her, and let's see what happens.
• 29:57
Speaker 1: but they refuse to do it. And once again, it
• 29:59
Speaker 1: comes down to they don't want to really blow the
• 30:01
Speaker 1: doors off this. Oh, they'll give you a little red
• 30:04
Speaker 1: meat so they can say, look, we've done something. We've
• 30:06
Speaker 1: been a little bit busy here. Look, we arrested Ghislaine Maxwell.
• 30:10
Speaker 1: But the reality is nobody else went to jail. Nobody
• 30:13
Speaker 1: else went to prison. Nobody else has even been swooped up.
• 30:16
Speaker 1: Mangal said that attempts to stop people profiting from their
• 30:19
Speaker 1: crimes have not been successful. There have been legislative attempts
• 30:23
Speaker 1: to restrict this ability, but they have largely been ruled unconstitutional,
• 30:27
Speaker 1: she told Newsweek. In the 1970s, following the Son of
• 30:31
Speaker 1: Sam killings in New York City, the New York legislature
• 30:34
Speaker 1: passed a law known as the Son of Sam law
• 30:37
Speaker 1: to restrict a convicted criminal's ability to profit off of
• 30:40
Speaker 1: selling their story. But this law and similar laws in
• 30:43
Speaker 1: other states has been found to be in violation of
• 30:46
Speaker 1: free speech rights under the First Amendment. And that's wild, huh?
• 30:50
Speaker 1: You can be a killer or a molester or whatever,
• 30:54
Speaker 1: and you can sell the rights to your book and
• 30:56
Speaker 1: then profit off of the pain you've caused to these families?
• 30:59
Speaker 1: I can't say that I'm shocked, but it is disgusting.
• 31:02
Speaker 1: Mengel said that some states have forced criminals to let
• 31:05
Speaker 1: victims know if they have a book coming out. Well,
• 31:08
  Speaker 1: that's a good idea, huh? Hey, I have a book
• 31:10
Speaker 1: coming out talking about how I killed your mom or
• 31:13
Speaker 1: your aunt or your wife, but I'm giving you the
• 31:15
Speaker 1: heads up. I'm going to make a bunch of dough
• 31:17
Speaker 1: off of it, and you're just going to have to
• 31:19
Speaker 1: deal with it. That's real great. Real, real great law
• 31:22
Speaker 1: we have there, folks. I mean, I get it, First Amendment.
• 31:25
Speaker 1: They should be able to write whatever they want, but
• 31:27
Speaker 1: they shouldn't be able to profit off the back of it.
• 31:31
Speaker 1: There are some state laws setting forth rules related to
• 31:34
Speaker 1: notifying victims about potential compensation, but they do not entirely
• 31:38
Speaker 1: restrict a convicted person from profiting. So Maxwell can legally
• 31:42
Speaker 1: benefit financially from telling or selling her story, she said. Boy,
• 31:47
Speaker 1: I'll tell you what, I wonder who's going to buy that.
• 31:49
Speaker 1: And can you imagine the backlash that's going to come
• 31:51
Speaker 1: with it? Documents detailing people connected with the sex offender
• 31:56
Speaker 1: were released on January 4th by a U.S. district court
• 31:59
Speaker 1: in New York as part of a lawsuit brought by
• 32:02
Speaker 1: alleged victim alleged again with the alleged. You can say
• 32:06
Speaker 1: alleged about Virginia and Prince Andrew. But how are you
• 32:10
Speaker 1: going to say alleged about Virginia and Jeffrey Epstein? How
• 32:14
Speaker 1: many settlements does the guy have to pay out to
• 32:16
Speaker 1: Virginia before we say to ourselves, all right, she's telling
• 32:19
Speaker 1: the truth. Do you really think Jeffrey Epstein was in
• 32:21
Speaker 1: the business of just handing money out? He was not.
• 32:25
Speaker 1: The guy was cheap as shit. He wasn't just going
• 32:27
Speaker 1: to hand money out just to do it. He was
• 32:29
Speaker 1: paying these settlements out so he didn't get in trouble.
• 32:33
Speaker 1: So the whole alleged shit here is ridiculous. If you
• 32:36
Speaker 1: want to say alleged about Prince Andrew or anybody else
• 32:39
Speaker 1: that we don't have the proof about, then fine. But
• 32:42
Speaker 1: to say alleged about Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell, as
• 32:45
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell rots away in prison and Jeffrey Epstein basically
• 32:49
Speaker 1: admitted to what he did when he paid all these
• 32:52
Speaker 1: settlements out? Well, I think that's a bit ridiculous. The
• 32:55
Speaker 1: documents mention the names of more than 70 people, including
• 32:59
Speaker 1: former presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, as well as
• 33:02
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. It came after Judge Loretta Preska found that
• 33:06
Speaker 1: there was no legal justification for continuing to withhold the
• 33:09
Speaker 1: names from the public. and she's spot on with that.
• 33:13
Speaker 1: Judge Presco was 1000% correct. There is no reason that we,
• 33:17
Speaker 1: the public, should not know what happened here or know
• 33:20
Speaker 1: the names of the people who were associated with this clown.
• 33:24
Speaker 1: We should know, and everybody should know. That way, all
• 33:27
Speaker 1: these people that were associated with him could be held
• 33:30
Speaker 1: to account. And the only way that's ever going to
• 33:32
Speaker 1: happen is if people demand it. If people don't demand it,
• 33:35
Speaker 1: and if people aren't fired up about what went down,
• 33:38
Speaker 1: they'll just kick it right under the rug and never
• 33:41
Speaker 1: talk about it ever again. That's what they've always wanted
• 33:43
Speaker 1: to do with Epstein, make no mistake. And if it
• 33:46
Speaker 1: wasn't for Alex Acosta getting that job working for Donald Trump,
• 33:51
Speaker 1: they would have never even looked into this story. You
• 33:53
Speaker 1: really think Julie Brown didn't look at that situation and say, oh,
• 33:57
Speaker 1: this is a way to, you know, maybe expose Trump.
• 33:59
Speaker 1: Let's dive in. And believe me, I'm happy she did
• 34:02
Speaker 1: because it brought the story to light. But let's not
• 34:05
Speaker 1: act like they were trying to get justice for these girls.
• 34:09
Speaker 1: That wasn't what was happening. We had all these years
• 34:11
Speaker 1: leading up to the story breaking, and nobody was saying
• 34:15
Speaker 1: shit or doing shit. All of a sudden, Acosta, Mr.
• 34:18
Speaker 1: Middleman himself, Mr. Fall Guy, gets this job, and now
• 34:21
Speaker 1: we have all this interest once again? Come on now.
• 34:24
Speaker 1: That's a bit of a coincidence, no? But what they
• 34:27
Speaker 1: found when they started digging was not what they thought.
• 34:30
Speaker 1: They thought they were going to be able to pin
• 34:32
Speaker 1: all this on their political enemies. But what they found
• 34:35
Speaker 1: out was everybody that was in the ruling caste, everybody
• 34:39
Speaker 1: that was so-called elite New York, no matter your party, well,
• 34:44
Speaker 1: they were associating with Epstein. They were partying with Epstein.
• 34:47
Speaker 1: They were taking Epstein's money. And once you open this
• 34:49
Speaker 1: Pandora's box, there's no putting back what you find. And
• 34:53
Speaker 1: what you're going to find is a ton of corruption.
• 34:55
Speaker 1: And you're going to find a lot of people that
• 34:57
Speaker 1: are considered the faves by Nancy Pelosi's daughter herself right
• 35:02
Speaker 1: square in the middle of all of it. The question is,
• 35:06
Speaker 1: when are we going to demand accountability? All right, folks,
• 35:10
Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this one. All the
• 35:11
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
• 35:14
Speaker 1: the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome back to
• 35:18
Speaker 1: the Epstein Chronicles. Ghislaine Maxwell and her new jailhouse interview
• 35:24
Speaker 1: has certainly raised some eyebrows. However, we know that she
• 35:28
Speaker 1: doesn't do anything that is not self-serving. And another person
• 35:33
Speaker 1: who knows that is Christina Oxenberg, who is one of
• 35:37
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's cousins and somebody who is familiar with Ghislaine
• 35:42
Speaker 1: Maxwell from the past. And she's coming out and saying
• 35:45
Speaker 1: the same exact thing, that Ghislaine Maxwell does nothing just
• 35:50
Speaker 1: to do it. Everything's about self-serving. Everything's about bettering her
• 35:55
Speaker 1: own predicament. And if she really cared about Prince Andrew,
• 36:00
Speaker 1: do you really think having a convicted human sex trafficker
• 36:04
Speaker 1: come out and defend your cause is the right way
• 36:08
Speaker 1: to go? Of course not. If she really cared about
• 36:11
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, she'd shut her mouth and not say a word.
• 36:15
Speaker 1: But she doesn't care about Prince Andrew. She cares about
• 36:19
Speaker 1: nobody but herself. And the reason that she's saying all
• 36:22
Speaker 1: of this is because she's working on that appeal. I
• 36:26
Speaker 1: told you when this interview first cracked off that it's
• 36:29
Speaker 1: my opinion that this is all based on the appeal.
• 36:32
Speaker 1: Everything that you're going to hear from Ghislaine Maxwell is
• 36:36
Speaker 1: done in a calculating manner. She doesn't just say things
• 36:40
Speaker 1: to say it. And those who know her best are
• 36:43
Speaker 1: the first ones to tell you that. So for me,
• 36:47
Speaker 1: I think it's important to listen to the sources here.
• 36:50
Speaker 1: Listen to the people who know her. Listen to the
• 36:52
Speaker 1: people who are around her. Because those are the people
• 36:55
Speaker 1: that can really build a profile, right? So when we
• 36:59
Speaker 1: look at this interview and we continue to hear, you know,
• 37:03
Speaker 1: bits and pieces of it trickle out and all of
• 37:06
Speaker 1: it get analyzed, just keep in mind that Ghislaine Maxwell
• 37:09
Speaker 1: does nothing just to do it. Everything is part of her,
• 37:14
Speaker 1: what she thinks is her grand plan. Now, we've seen
• 37:17
Speaker 1: it fail miserably this whole entire time, but that doesn't
• 37:21
  Speaker 1: mean she doesn't have a plan. Look, I didn't say
• 37:23
Speaker 1: it was a good one, but she has a plan.
• 37:26
Speaker 1: So today we have an article from the U.S. Sun
• 37:29
Speaker 1: and the headline, Sinister Ploy. Ghislaine Maxwell's Dear Prince Andrew
• 37:34
Speaker 1: comments were self-serving. He was used by her, his cousin claims.
• 37:39
Speaker 1: This article was authored by... Katie Forrester. Ghislaine Maxwell's sensational
• 37:45
Speaker 1: prison comments about her dear friend Prince Andrew were self-serving
• 37:50
Speaker 1: and he was used by her, his cousin claims. The 60-year-old,
• 37:54
Speaker 1: who was serving 20 years for trafficking teenage girls for
• 37:57
Speaker 1: late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, spoke in a world-exclusive interview published
• 38:02
Speaker 1: in The Sun on Sunday. So, what motivated her now
• 38:07
Speaker 1: of all times to come out and start speaking on
• 38:10
Speaker 1: what she knows, or what she allegedly knows, or to
• 38:14
Speaker 1: even come out and comment on any of the other
• 38:17
Speaker 1: people who were involved in this? Do you think she
• 38:21
Speaker 1: just woke up and decided, well, now's the time? Or
• 38:25
Speaker 1: is there a bigger play in motion here? The interview
• 38:31
Speaker 1: with filmmaker Daphne Barak, which will appear on a new
• 38:34
Speaker 1: documentary called Maxwell discussed Andrew, who denied sleeping with Virginia Roberts,
• 38:40
Speaker 1: but later settled out of court. And that whole entire
• 38:44
Speaker 1: scenario of Ghislaine Maxwell trying to act like the picture
• 38:48
Speaker 1: isn't real, to act like Prince Andrew is, you know,
• 38:51
Speaker 1: somebody who was never even around Virginia. She's not doing
• 38:55
Speaker 1: Andrew any favors, especially in the court of public opinion.
• 39:00
Speaker 1: Never mind criminal court if this ever goes that way
• 39:02
Speaker 1: for Andrew. Now, do I think it will? No. But
• 39:06
Speaker 1: could it? Perhaps. And if it does, the last thing
• 39:09
Speaker 1: you need is a convicted sex offender like Ghislaine Maxwell
• 39:14
Speaker 1: out here talking about how great you are. Really not
• 39:16
Speaker 1: a good look for you. Maxwell claimed the royal was
• 39:20
Speaker 1: her dear friend and confessed, I feel so bad for him.
• 39:24
Speaker 1: I follow what is happening to him. And again with
• 39:26
Speaker 1: Maxwell and all of these people who participated in this,
• 39:30
Speaker 1: you have to read in between the lines what are
• 39:32
Speaker 1: they really saying here what does Ghislaine Maxwell have to
• 39:35
Speaker 1: gain by all of a sudden coming out and speaking
• 39:39
Speaker 1: on all of this Maxwell and her lawyers are also
• 39:45
Speaker 1: supporting Andrew's claim the infamous photograph of him with Virginia
• 39:48
Speaker 1: is a fake Although, there has never been any proof
• 39:52
Speaker 1: of this. So her lawyers are supporting this? If so,
• 39:56
Speaker 1: they should be sanctioned. They're going to need to pony
• 39:59
Speaker 1: up proof that this photo is fake. Now the onus
• 40:03
Speaker 1: is on them. They're saying that it's fake, so prove it.
• 40:09
Speaker 1: It's so ridiculous that Maxwell would think that this is
• 40:11
Speaker 1: the right way to go after Andrew... had his come
• 40:15
Speaker 1: to Jesus moment, paid out the money, and even came
• 40:19
Speaker 1: out and said that Virginia was victimized by all of this.
• 40:23
Speaker 1: But yet you have Ghislaine Maxwell pumping her lips from
• 40:26
Speaker 1: behind bars saying something completely different. Andrew's second cousin, Christina Oxenberg,
• 40:34
Speaker 1: who was a previous acquaintance of Maxwell's and claimed she
• 40:37
Speaker 1: boasted about her connections, slammed the former socialite's latest comments.
• 40:42
Speaker 1: Christina exclusively told the U.S. Sun they are pretending that
• 40:46
Speaker 1: they're on his side and they're helping him and they're
• 40:49
Speaker 1: working with them. They are not at all. This is
• 40:52
Speaker 1: entirely self-serving. So again, somebody who actually knows Maxwell, somebody
• 40:57
Speaker 1: who's closer to, you know, the participants here, she knows
• 41:01
Speaker 1: the deal. Christina Oxenberg's not getting okey-doked here and nobody
• 41:05
Speaker 1: else should either. Everything Ghislaine Maxwell does is self-serving. And
• 41:10
Speaker 1: if she's going to start to spill the beans and
• 41:13
Speaker 1: talk about what went on here, she's going to have
• 41:16
Speaker 1: to really serve it up. And I don't just mean
• 41:19
Speaker 1: some appetizers. I'm talking a five course meal. He doesn't
• 41:25
Speaker 1: need any more help from Ghislaine. Here they are saying
• 41:28
Speaker 1: we're going to prove that the photograph is not real.
• 41:31
Speaker 1: It doesn't really matter anymore. He's already paid the money.
• 41:34
Speaker 1: And she's not wrong about that either. Bringing this up
• 41:37
Speaker 1: and talking about the photo some more is a losing strategy.
• 41:42
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew, you've all tried this already. And
• 41:46
Speaker 1: if Prince Andrew, who had Andrew Brettler in his corner,
• 41:49
Speaker 1: couldn't make this stick, do you really think Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 41:53
Speaker 1: with whatever cut rate lawyers she's going to be able
• 41:55
Speaker 1: to hire right now as she goes through litigation with
• 41:58
Speaker 1: her other legal teams, is going to do a better
• 42:01
Speaker 1: job than Brettler? I highly doubt that. And if the
• 42:04
Speaker 1: person who is working with her does a better job
• 42:07
Speaker 1: than Brettler, he should be making Brettler money. Because there
• 42:12
Speaker 1: is no way, at least in my opinion, that this
• 42:15
Speaker 1: sort of strategy is the right way to go. This
• 42:19
Speaker 1: is her way of pretending she's helping him. And he's
• 42:22
Speaker 1: buying it. She says there are 50 points wrong with
• 42:25
Speaker 1: the photograph. That's how liars speak. A truthful person would say,
• 42:30
Speaker 1: the three of us were never in that house. so
• 42:32
Speaker 1: it's impossible. And she never goes anywhere near that. She's like, no,
• 42:36
Speaker 1: look at the shadow on his hand, Christina continued. She
• 42:39
Speaker 1: really destroyed the last year of the Queen's life, making
• 42:42
Speaker 1: Her Majesty worry about Andrew and the shenanigans, and that's
• 42:46
Speaker 1: all on Maxwell. She caused all of this distress. Eh, well,
• 42:50
Speaker 1: I won't go that far. Let's not make it out
• 42:52
Speaker 1: like Prince Andrew was just, you know, led to the
• 42:54
Speaker 1: water by his, uh, you know, neck. This guy... Active
• 43:00
Speaker 1: participation here. Is he a dumbass? Absolutely. Have I said
• 43:04
Speaker 1: before that he missed his chance? Yes, I have. Prince
• 43:08
Speaker 1: Andrew should have came out a long time ago and said, look,
• 43:11
Speaker 1: I was being blackmailed by these people. I had no
• 43:15
Speaker 1: idea what they were really up to. But he never
• 43:17
Speaker 1: even did that, right? Made pretend it didn't happen. Made
• 43:20
Speaker 1: pretend he didn't take part in it. So that leads
• 43:23
Speaker 1: us to believe you're a liar and that you did,
• 43:26
Speaker 1: in fact, take part in it. And then you add
• 43:28
Speaker 1: on all of the evidence that we've seen. Yeah, kind
• 43:31
Speaker 1: of hard to look at Prince Andrew as just a
• 43:34
Speaker 1: shrinking wallflower here. And her only motivation is to save herself. Meanwhile,
• 43:41
Speaker 1: taking everyone down with her on the way. Well, I
• 43:44
Speaker 1: wish that was the case, but if we're being real,
• 43:47
Speaker 1: nobody has went down with Maxwell. Who else has went
• 43:50
Speaker 1: down with this ship? Christina believes Andrew, 62, did sleep
• 43:55
Speaker 1: with Virginia, but was unaware of Maxwell and Epstein sex trafficking.
• 43:59
Speaker 1: Very possible. I've said that before. I said that Prince
• 44:02
Speaker 1: Andrew is stupid enough that he would think that, you know,
• 44:05
Speaker 1: people just want to provide this shit for him because
• 44:07
Speaker 1: he's a prince. But Prince Andrew's biggest problem started when
• 44:12
Speaker 1: he started lying. You can't lie, bro. You better just
• 44:15
Speaker 1: come out and admit and tell everybody what you know.
• 44:18
Speaker 1: After Epstein was arrested the first time, Andrew should have
• 44:20
Speaker 1: came forward with everything he knows. Instead, he scurried away
• 44:24
Speaker 1: like a cockroach, scurried away like a little bitch-ass, and
• 44:28
Speaker 1: now here we are. She feels he should have apologized
• 44:34
Speaker 1: before he was forced to step down from royal duties
• 44:37
Speaker 1: and stripped of his title amid the scandal. I wish
• 44:39
Speaker 1: he would have come out and say, I am so sorry.
• 44:42
Speaker 1: Maxwell tricked me and I fell for it. I brought disgrace.
• 44:46
Speaker 1: I brought misery. That's what he should have done. She
• 44:48
Speaker 1: is not wrong. This is what I've said from the beginning.
• 44:51
Speaker 1: He should have owned up to this and just come
• 44:53
Speaker 1: out and said, look, Maxwell and Epstein, they obviously have
• 44:55
Speaker 1: some sort of honeypot operation they're running and I got
• 44:59
Speaker 1: tricked into it. But he didn't say any of that.
• 45:02
Speaker 1: He didn't come out and say, look, I'm sorry for
• 45:04
Speaker 1: what happened. I want to help everybody. So what are
• 45:08
Speaker 1: we supposed to think? Exactly what I do think. That
• 45:13
Speaker 1: he's a bitch-ass punk. I'm not letting him off the hook.
• 45:16
Speaker 1: And he's not somebody that was just led to this
• 45:19
Speaker 1: water trough on his own, against his will, right? He
• 45:22
Speaker 1: went on his own. But now that I see clearly,
• 45:28
Speaker 1: all I can do is be grateful that I know
• 45:29
Speaker 1: the truth and cut ties with Ghislaine and admit my
• 45:33
Speaker 1: shame and move forward in a positive way. Look, she
• 45:36
Speaker 1: is not wrong about any of that. Okay, she is
• 45:38
Speaker 1: right about that. Maxwell is signaling. The best thing he
• 45:42
Speaker 1: could do is have the courage to come out and
• 45:45
Speaker 1: admit he was used by her, and then he would
• 45:48
Speaker 1: be free of her. Let her rot in jail and
• 45:50
Speaker 1: forget about her, and he could start his road to redemption.
• 45:54
Speaker 1: She also feels Maxwell's comments about Andrew, along with her
• 45:57
Speaker 1: mention of Bill Clinton, is a way she is signaling
• 46:00
Speaker 1: to the pair that she still holds the power. She's
• 46:03
Speaker 1: reminding them who was boss, author Christina claimed, after previously
• 46:08
Speaker 1: alleging Maxwell bragged of having hidden cameras, which may have
• 46:12
Speaker 1: captured their famous friends. And that's the rub, right? Where
• 46:15
Speaker 1: are all of those videos? Where's all of that surveillance
• 46:20
Speaker 1: and CCTV footage that they had throughout the house? That's
• 46:24
Speaker 1: the million dollar question that a lot of people are asking.
• 46:27
Speaker 1: Where is all of that footage? And I wish I
• 46:30
Speaker 1: had the answer for you folks. I do not. I
• 46:32
Speaker 1: wish I knew where it was. Because imagine the tale
• 46:36
Speaker 1: that that tells. She's sinister and creepy and evil. And
• 46:42
Speaker 1: I won't drop that stance. She has no remorse. I
• 46:45
Speaker 1: agree there. Definitely evil and definitely sinister. Somebody that can't
• 46:49
Speaker 1: be trusted. And somebody who is always looking to use misdirection.
• 46:54
Speaker 1: So when I hear anything from Maxwell, I take it
• 46:57
Speaker 1: with a grain of salt. Maxwell, who is appealing her sentence,
• 47:03
Speaker 1: said of her link to Clinton, it was a special
• 47:05
Speaker 1: friendship which continued over the years. We had lots in common.
• 47:10
Speaker 1: I feel bad that he is another victim only because
• 47:12
Speaker 1: of his association with Jeffrey. And we know it was
• 47:15
Speaker 1: a lot more than that. You know, people want to
• 47:17
Speaker 1: talk about relationships that Maxwell and Epstein had with people.
• 47:21
Speaker 1: And a lot of the time they want to just
• 47:23
Speaker 1: skip over the fact of the decades long bond between Epstein,
• 47:27
Speaker 1: Maxwell and the Clintons. But the ties are so tight
• 47:31
Speaker 1: and the ties really bind them. We're not talking about
• 47:34
Speaker 1: people that just hung out at parties. We're not talking
• 47:37
Speaker 1: about people that hung out five or six times. We're
• 47:40
Speaker 1: talking about somebody, meaning Jeffrey Epstein, who ponied up a
• 47:44
Speaker 1: bunch of dough to get the Clinton Global Initiative off
• 47:47
Speaker 1: the ground. We're talking about a guy who went to
• 47:50
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's White House 17 times. We're talking about Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 47:54
Speaker 1: who was invited to Chelsea Clinton's wedding. I mean, we
• 47:58
Speaker 1: can go on and on and on with the ties here.
• 48:01
Speaker 1: So I don't believe that Bill Clinton was dog walked
• 48:04
Speaker 1: into anything. Bill Clinton walked in eyes wide open and
• 48:08
Speaker 1: hands wide out. The dude has been a grifter forever.
• 48:11
Speaker 1: Him and Andrew, they were made for each other, right?
• 48:13
Speaker 1: To hang out perfect for each other. And then you
• 48:16
Speaker 1: have all of the rumors of Ghislaine Maxwell having a
• 48:19
Speaker 1: intimate relationship with Bill Clinton for a period of time.
• 48:23
Speaker 1: And well, you know, you pick up what I'm putting down.
• 48:31
Speaker 1: Christina also blasted Maxwell's claim many women fall for bad
• 48:35
Speaker 1: guys as she continues to paint herself as a victim,
• 48:38
Speaker 1: despite countless women coming forward to talk of her involvement.
• 48:42
Speaker 1: This line that she's pushing about how women could have
• 48:45
Speaker 1: fallen in love with a bad guy, she scoffed, give
• 48:48
Speaker 1: me a break, right? That's absolute BS. And sure, women
• 48:52
Speaker 1: like bad boys, not child molesters, right? Bad boys, you know,

Speaker 1: guys that fight, guys that, you know, have a loud mouth, whatever.
• 48:59
Speaker 1: Guys that molest women and children? Yeah, not really the
• 49:02
Speaker 1: kind of guy that women are out here pining for.
• 49:07
Speaker 1: New documentary. Very few women would agree to commit felonies.
• 49:11
Speaker 1: Multiple felonies for years. There are some, but there are
• 49:15
Speaker 1: very few, and most are in jail. She's wrong about that.
• 49:19
Speaker 1: The numbers don't back that up, unfortunately for her. The
• 49:22
Speaker 1: numbers say that 40% of human traffickers are women, roughly 40%.
• 49:27
Speaker 1: And every time you turn around, there's a woman facilitating
• 49:30
Speaker 1: this sort of BS. So the line that, you know,
• 49:34
Speaker 1: hardly any women are involved in this stuff, that's complete
• 49:36
Speaker 1: and utter BS. That is so insulting to say, oh,
• 49:43
Speaker 1: anyone who's been in a bad relationship. First of all,
• 49:46
Speaker 1: it wasn't a relationship. It was a job. And she
• 49:49
Speaker 1: never said she loved him. She tried to get him
• 49:51
Speaker 1: to marry her. In her jail interviews, part of a
• 49:54
Speaker 1: bigger CBS documentary set to air this month, Maxwell complained
• 49:58
Speaker 1: about her famous friends being canceled through their association with
• 50:02
Speaker 1: her and Epstein. That's what happens to douchebags. Your friends
• 50:07
Speaker 1: are canceled because of their behavior. not because their opinions. See,
• 50:13
Speaker 1: we've talked about this previously, too. For me, it's not
• 50:15
Speaker 1: about your opinion. It's about your behavior. She added that
• 50:21
Speaker 1: she's thankful to Donald Trump for wishing her well after
• 50:24
Speaker 1: her arrest, which gave her a big boost after so
• 50:27
Speaker 1: many were forced to cut ties. I was very touched
• 50:30
Speaker 1: that he would remember me. and that he would wish
• 50:32
Speaker 1: me well, she said, and I was very touched by
• 50:35
Speaker 1: his remembrance of me. So I hope that the next
• 50:38
Speaker 1: time there's a Trump press conference, someone asks him about this.
• 50:42
Speaker 1: Same way I hope that Bill Clinton gets tracked down
• 50:44
Speaker 1: and asked about it, same for Donald Trump. Every single
• 50:47
Speaker 1: one of these dudes who was involved here, everyone who's
• 50:50
Speaker 1: mentioned by these people, they all need to have the
• 50:54
Speaker 1: spotlight directly on them, and they need to answer some
• 50:57
Speaker 1: serious questions, at the very least. Christina believes Maxwell will
• 51:04
Speaker 1: try to transfer to a British prison after being moved
• 51:07
Speaker 1: to a low-security facility in Florida and is not surprised
• 51:10
Speaker 1: she has already allegedly made friends while in lockup. I'm
• 51:14
Speaker 1: well aware that Ghislaine is a good fit. She's with
• 51:16
Speaker 1: her own kind, those with a criminal mind, she said.
• 51:20
  Speaker 1: She's tough, she's arrogant, and they'll love her accent. They'll
• 51:23
Speaker 1: find it funny. And she's just going to blame everything
• 51:26
Speaker 1: on Epstein. A rep for Prince Andrew declined to comment. Well,
• 51:30
Speaker 1: that might be the case. And she might be making friends,
• 51:33
Speaker 1: but not real friends. And any one of those people
• 51:37
Speaker 1: that are doing time with her right now will easily
• 51:40
Speaker 1: turn on her and start to extort her the first
• 51:43
Speaker 1: option or the first chance they get. And Ghislaine Maxwell
• 51:48
Speaker 1: will always be that person in prison, right? Somebody who
• 51:51
Speaker 1: has a target on her back. But her coming out
• 51:54
Speaker 1: and talking now, this isn't just because. She has a plan.
• 51:59
Speaker 1: She has a strategy. And she plans on, looks like,
• 52:04
Speaker 1: lighting people on fire on the way to her appeal. Now,
• 52:08
Speaker 1: will she speak with the government? Offer that 302 and proffer?
• 52:12
Speaker 1: Who knows? We'll have to see. But one thing is
• 52:15
Speaker 1: for sure, folks. There's something going on right now. Whenever
• 52:20
Speaker 1: there is rumbling like this from Ghislaine Maxwell or anyone
• 52:23
Speaker 1: in the Jeffrey Epstein criminal enterprise... you better know that
• 52:28
Speaker 1: something else is certainly on the way. If you'd like
