- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning, Merry Christmas, and welcome to Bongina Report, Early Edition.
- 0:06Speaker 1: The FBI is scrambling to cover its tracks on J6
- 0:11Speaker 1: before Trump takes office. Strange new details about the New
- 0:15Speaker 1: Orleans terror attack and even stranger developments regarding the Tesla
- 0:20Speaker 1: truck explosion, why the AI whistleblower definitely didn't kill himself,
- 0:25Speaker 1: And X begins censoring hate speech in the wake of,
- 0:29Speaker 1: hate speech, right, in quotes, in the wake of people
- 0:32Speaker 1: criticizing Elon Musk for being America last. All this on
- 0:37Speaker 1: Bongina Report, early edition. It is so good to be
- 0:54Speaker 1: back with you all. I had a really long break
- 0:56Speaker 1: and I loved every minute of it. Michael and I
- 0:59Speaker 1: were joking. We think that Dan really, really wanted to
- 1:02Speaker 1: come back and get back to work. And he was
- 1:05Speaker 1: posting a ton on Locals because, of course, he wanted
- 1:09Speaker 1: to be back and in conversation with all of you guys.
- 1:12Speaker 1: I actually loved my break. I got to see my family,
- 1:16Speaker 1: which I don't always get to see very often because
- 1:18Speaker 1: they live in New Jersey. Now Michael and I live
- 1:21Speaker 1: in Florida. So we spent the break with my family
- 1:24Speaker 1: and do I feel refreshed? It's a good question. I
- 1:27Speaker 1: don't really feel refreshed because again, I was visiting my
- 1:31Speaker 1: parents and my house is really crazy. I have obviously
- 1:35Speaker 1: my parents, my grandparents, seven of my siblings, several of
- 1:39Speaker 1: my aunts and uncles and other cousins who came by.
- 1:42Speaker 1: It was a full house. We were all together. It
- 1:44Speaker 1: was a lot of fun. It was very crazy. Wasn't refreshing,
- 1:48Speaker 1: but I loved every minute of it. And I was
- 1:51Speaker 1: flying back home Saturday night with Michael and I just,
- 1:54Speaker 1: I felt compelled to tweet this. I wrote, extended families
- 1:59Speaker 1: should live in the same area. Most people don't. And
- 2:03Speaker 1: this is why so many feel lonely, and disconnected. And
- 2:07Speaker 1: I really believe this. I think families are meant to
- 2:09Speaker 1: live close by, especially the elderly. There's a lot of
- 2:12Speaker 1: studies that show grandparents who live near or with their
- 2:16Speaker 1: grandchildren actually live longer. They're healthier. They're happier. And having
- 2:22Speaker 1: a built-in community is really good for young people too.
- 2:26Speaker 1: I think it keeps them grounded. It gives you a
- 2:28Speaker 1: support system. There's really something that's lost in modernity. We
- 2:34Speaker 1: don't have generational living anymore. And there's this overemphasis on
- 2:38Speaker 1: young people moving away immediately when they turn 18, never
- 2:42Speaker 1: coming back home, save for maybe once or twice a year.
- 2:46Speaker 1: So I really hope that one day we'll all be
- 2:49Speaker 1: able to live in the same area. I think hopefully
- 2:53Speaker 1: we'll have a family compound one day. That's my dream.
- 2:56Speaker 1: For now, we're in separate places, but I wish it
- 2:58Speaker 1: wasn't like that. And I think a lot of families
- 3:01Speaker 1: feel the same way. And I was thinking about this
- 3:04Speaker 1: especially because today is a holiday, is the last day
- 3:10Speaker 1: of Christmas. And usually I'd spend this day with my siblings.
- 3:13Speaker 1: They'd all stay home from school. So yes, today is
- 3:16Speaker 1: a holiday to celebrate. It is not supposed to be
- 3:20Speaker 1: remembered as the darkest day for so-called democracy. Today is Epiphany.
- 3:25Speaker 1: It's Three Kings Day. And we cannot let the left
- 3:29Speaker 1: continue to take over our Christian holidays. They seem to
- 3:32Speaker 1: be doing that constantly. Every day that's a solemnity or
- 3:35Speaker 1: a holy day, suddenly it's now some day that's notable
- 3:39Speaker 1: for political reasons instead. And like I said, today is
- 3:42Speaker 1: the day that the three wise men brought Jesus, gold, frankincense,
- 3:46Speaker 1: and myrrh. So today, my siblings are all, or yesterday,
- 3:50Speaker 1: they all left out their shoes with sugar in it
- 3:52Speaker 1: for the camel feast. of the Magi to visit the house.
- 3:56Speaker 1: If you haven't heard of this tradition, it's a Spanish one.
- 3:59Speaker 1: A lot of Spanish families do it. So today, again,
- 4:01Speaker 1: it's the last day of Christmas. It's a very important
- 4:03Speaker 1: holy day for Christians. The Magi or the three Kings
- 4:06Speaker 1: were of course not Jewish. They were Gentiles from the
- 4:10Speaker 1: East and their visit symbolizes Jesus's mission as the savior
- 4:15Speaker 1: of all humanity, not just the Jewish people. So today,
- 4:19Speaker 1: Epiphany represents the universal nature of of Christianity and God's
- 4:25Speaker 1: plan of salvation for everyone. It's a really, really important,
- 4:29Speaker 1: beautiful holiday. Now, of course, the political left has decided
- 4:32Speaker 1: to commandeer this day and turn it into the solemnity
- 4:35Speaker 1: of the insurrection or whatever. And ahead of this dark,
- 4:40Speaker 1: dark day for democracy, The Guardian ran an article headlined,
- 4:44Speaker 1: January 6th was part of an attempted coup d'etat in America.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Don't let Trump and his allies tell you otherwise. And
- 4:51Speaker 1: in this piece, the author is furious that a Washington
- 4:54Speaker 1: Post University of Maryland poll found that about 7 in
- 4:58Speaker 1: 10 Republicans think too much fuss is being made about
- 5:01Speaker 1: January 6th and that it's time to move on. That's
- 5:04Speaker 1: the quote. It's time to move on. You're going to
- 5:07Speaker 1: see a lot of this from the media today. The
- 5:09Speaker 1: left-wing hacks are absolutely furious that the public hasn't bought
- 5:14Speaker 1: their lie that January 6th was an insurrection and and
- 5:17Speaker 1: an attack on our country, on our identity, worse than
- 5:21Speaker 1: Pearl Harbor in 9-11. Their narrative was absurd from the beginning,
- 5:25Speaker 1: and it was rightfully rejected because we have brains. Trump
- 5:29Speaker 1: didn't encourage violence. He told demonstrators to be peaceful. It's
- 5:33Speaker 1: in a tweet. We can read it even today. Subjective.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Innocent January Sixers. have had the book thrown at them.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Forced into solitary confinement, put on no-fly lists, even driven
- 5:46Speaker 1: to suicide in some cases. The public still doesn't have
- 5:51Speaker 1: access to all the surveillance footage from that day. Something
- 5:54Speaker 1: interesting happened a few days ago. After four years, the
- 5:58Speaker 1: FBI finally released video footage of the DNC pipe bomber
- 6:02Speaker 1: as well as a new height estimate, 5 feet 7 inches.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Why are they doing this?
- 6:08Speaker 2: Why now?
- 6:10Speaker 1: I think because they know that Trump and Kash Patel
- 6:14Speaker 1: are about to expose everything, particularly the role that the
- 6:18Speaker 1: feds played in that day. And they want to pretend
- 6:22Speaker 1: like they're investigating to cover, they want to pretend like
- 6:25Speaker 1: they're investigating because they want to cover their asses before
- 6:28Speaker 1: the new boss arrives. That's the goal here. That's what's
- 6:31Speaker 1: happening right now. They never cared about authentically investigating this
- 6:35Speaker 1: day because many of us suspect that they played a
- 6:39Speaker 1: role in January 6th. There was no reason that the
- 6:46Speaker 1: pipe bomber footage, footage in general from that day, has
- 6:51Speaker 1: not been released yet. So they're releasing it now again
- 6:56Speaker 1: to cover their tracks. You know who else should be worried?
- 6:58Speaker 1: Not just the FBI, the January 6th Witch Hunt Committee,
- 7:03Speaker 1: which is accused of manipulating and destroying evidence. Now, again,
- 7:07Speaker 1: the left is trying desperately to regain control of the narrative.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Over the weekend, Biden gave the leaders of the J6 committee,
- 7:12Speaker 1: Liz Cheney and Bennie Thompson, the U.S. 's second highest
- 7:16Speaker 1: civilian medal. Award them all you want, Biden. The people
- 7:23Speaker 1: know the J6 insurrection narrative was a hoax. The J6
- 7:27Speaker 1: committee was a criminal organization, and the only way justice
- 7:31Speaker 1: won't prevail is if Joe bestows preemptive pardons that would,
- 7:35Speaker 1: of course, be an admission of guilt. We're going to
- 7:40Speaker 1: take a quick break. When we come back, we're going
- 7:42Speaker 1: to talk about psyops all around us and why we
- 7:46Speaker 1: need to be extra, extra vigilant right now. Don't go anywhere.
- 7:51Speaker 1: As always, thank you to our sponsors. By the way,
- 7:54Speaker 1: somebody commented, and they're right, if you were watching Fox
- 7:56Speaker 1: News over the break, Teddy was on Fox & Friends.
- 8:00Speaker 1: I was there with him, and so were my siblings.
- 8:04Speaker 1: He's kind of an untrained dog. We need some help.
- 8:06Speaker 1: He's a puppy still, but we had this professional trainer
- 8:11Speaker 1: come in on Fox & Friends and give us some
- 8:13Speaker 1: advice for Teddy, which was a lot of fun. So now,
- 8:15Speaker 1: Teddy is not only famous on this show, he's also
- 8:18Speaker 1: famous on Fox News. And now let's come back to
- 8:22Speaker 1: the news here because it gets pretty dark. I mean,
- 8:25Speaker 1: every day of the break, I was like, oh my goodness,
- 8:27Speaker 1: can we just celebrate Christmas? Can we just have a
- 8:31Speaker 1: normal New Year's, normal Christmas break without something crazy happening
- 8:36Speaker 1: every two seconds? And then I'm not on my show
- 8:37Speaker 1: able to talk to all of you about it. So
- 8:39Speaker 1: we're playing some catch up right now. But We know
- 8:43Speaker 1: that the entire Biden admin is corrupted. And frankly, I'm
- 8:47Speaker 1: pretty concerned about safety at the inauguration, given the recent
- 8:52Speaker 1: terror attacks, which we're going to get to attack, which
- 8:54Speaker 1: we're going to get to. And the fact that every agency,
- 8:56Speaker 1: including the national security apparatus, hates Donald Trump. So anything
- 9:02Speaker 1: can happen. And I will be at the inauguration with
- 9:05Speaker 1: my entire family. Michael is going to bring the roadshow
- 9:08Speaker 1: to And I think I'm going to, instead of doing interviews, which,
- 9:11Speaker 1: you know, would make things easier on me, may not
- 9:14Speaker 1: be as fun for you guys. I think I'm still
- 9:16Speaker 1: going to do my regular show over the inauguration. It'll
- 9:19Speaker 1: be shorter than usual. But I think, and you guys
- 9:21Speaker 1: can let me know, drop a comment. I think you
- 9:23Speaker 1: guys would prefer the live updates from the inauguration versus
- 9:27Speaker 1: just interview shows. And I'll also be traveling for my
- 9:31Speaker 1: dad's Department of Transportation Secretary Senate hearing. That'll be next week,
- 9:36Speaker 1: so even sooner than the inauguration. And I think, again,
- 9:38Speaker 1: I'll be doing some shorter on-the-road shows while traveling instead
- 9:42Speaker 1: of doing interviews. Let me know if you guys would
- 9:44Speaker 1: prefer the interviews, but I think that you guys would
- 9:48Speaker 1: like some real live shows with some updates on what's
- 9:53Speaker 1: actually happening on the ground. Also, I will be giving
- 9:57Speaker 1: a lot of live updates via my local Yes. I
- 10:00Speaker 1: just started a locals channel. My user is at Evita Duffy.
- 10:04Speaker 1: So go follow me there. If you would like, I
- 10:06Speaker 1: was encouraged to start one by Dan himself. So I did,
- 10:09Speaker 1: but yes, I am concerned. It was a conversation that
- 10:12Speaker 1: was had pretty frequently with the whole family over the
- 10:15Speaker 1: break because of these recent, uh, attacks that Tesla has explosion,
- 10:19Speaker 1: the New Orleans attack. So let's start with the New
- 10:21Speaker 1: Orleans attack. On New Year's Day, 14 people were tragically
- 10:25Speaker 1: killed and more than 30 were injured before police shot
- 10:28Speaker 1: and killed the 42-year-old Army veteran who plowed through a
- 10:32Speaker 1: crowd of people celebrating the start of the new year.
- 10:36Speaker 1: According to the FBI, the attacker was 100% inspired by
- 10:40Speaker 1: ISIS and acted alone. And they came to this conclusion
- 10:44Speaker 1: within one, two days of the attack right away. They
- 10:47Speaker 1: were like, he acted alone. It was 100% ISIS inspired.
- 10:51Speaker 1: But yesterday, NBC News reported that federal investigators examining the
- 10:56Speaker 1: New Orleans attack say that the terrorist used a very
- 10:59Speaker 1: rare explosive compound in the two devices, um, the authorities
- 11:04Speaker 1: are investing, oh, I'm sorry, this is for the Tesla explosion.
- 11:10Speaker 1: So the whole thing is very opaque. We're being told
- 11:13Speaker 1: one thing by the authorities, the new information is coming out,
- 11:17Speaker 1: and it's very confusing as we're trying to dissect what
- 11:20Speaker 1: really happened in the background. Now, one day after the attack,
- 11:24Speaker 1: the feds let a New York Post reporter give a
- 11:28Speaker 1: video tour of the terrorist's home, where she shows off
- 11:31Speaker 1: a bomb-making station and a Quran perfectly opened up to
- 11:35Speaker 1: a passage about martyrdom. This is very strange because, again,
- 11:40Speaker 1: they don't really let reporters do this. Right after a
- 11:42Speaker 1: terror attack, you enter their home, you get to see
- 11:44Speaker 1: the bomb-making station. Very weird. So let's take a look
- 11:47Speaker 1: at that, and then we'll talk about it.
- 11:48Speaker 3: If we walk through the home, we see some signs
- 11:51Speaker 3: of what he was up to. He had this work
- 11:55Speaker 3: area here, lots of different chemicals splayed around, and different.
- 12:03Speaker 3: Electronics.
- 12:04Speaker 5: This is, again, a work setup.
- 12:07Speaker 3: What appears to be his collection of religious materials, his Korans,
- 12:12Speaker 3: an open Koran with a passage there, as well as
- 12:18Speaker 3: even the Bible here, but mostly books on Islam and
- 12:23Speaker 3: his prayer rug just to the.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Left of me here.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Very odd. Very, very odd. And again, bizarre primarily because
- 12:37Speaker 1: they've never given the press this level of access to
- 12:39Speaker 1: a terrorist ever. And specifically because we have zero information
- 12:43Speaker 1: on the two guys who tried to murder President Trump.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Why is this different? What's the motivation behind the Fed's
- 12:51Speaker 1: quick conclusion and openness with the press? And we still
- 12:56Speaker 1: know nothing about the two Attempted assassinations on Trump. And
- 13:00Speaker 1: by the way, this goes for all terror attacks. Really,
- 13:03Speaker 1: we never know that much information. Certainly, we know the
- 13:06Speaker 1: least about the assassination attempts on President Trump. But the
- 13:10Speaker 1: difference here is really, really stark. We still don't have
- 13:14Speaker 1: a motive for Matthew Crooks. His body was prematurely cremated,
- 13:19Speaker 1: allowed to be cremated by the feds. The feds still
- 13:22Speaker 1: supposedly have no access to Crooks' digital footprint. Because this
- 13:26Speaker 1: kid was that good at covering his tracks, again, strange. Now,
- 13:30Speaker 1: on Saturday, the New Orleans assistant district attorney, Ian Kirsting,
- 13:35Speaker 1: died by apparent suicide in his office. Self-inflicted gunshot wound,
- 13:40Speaker 1: so they say. Also very strange. Maybe if nothing about
- 13:44Speaker 1: this entire attack was bizarre... I would write it off.
- 13:49Speaker 1: But this story in its totality is red flag after
- 13:53Speaker 1: red flag. And perhaps the element causing the most inquiry
- 13:55Speaker 1: is the fact that also on New Year's Day, we
- 13:58Speaker 1: had the Tesla car explosion. Just a few hours later,
- 14:02Speaker 1: a man reportedly died by suicide in a Tesla Cybertruck
- 14:06Speaker 1: explosion outside the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas. Apparently,
- 14:10Speaker 1: the man was so badly burned, he was unrecognizable. But
- 14:14Speaker 1: investigators somehow... somehow uncovered his military identification and his cell phone,
- 14:21Speaker 1: which were not burned in the vehicle. Again, odd. This
- 14:25Speaker 1: guy's ID is totally okay. Can we throw that up there, Mikey?
- 14:30Speaker 1: I mean, it's kind of ridiculous, in my opinion, that
- 14:32Speaker 1: his body was burned to the point of it being unrecognizable,
- 14:37Speaker 1: but we have a relatively intact ID of this man
- 14:41Speaker 1: that somehow survived the explosion relatively unscathed. Very, very odd. Now,
- 14:49Speaker 1: authorities ID'd the man as Matthew Livelsberger, a decorated green beret.
- 14:56Speaker 1: The 37-year-old apparently detonated the Tesla Cybertruck while almost simultaneously
- 15:02Speaker 1: shooting himself in the head. Again, I'm not sure how
- 15:05Speaker 1: to explain that. He detonates this car or this truck,
- 15:12Speaker 1: and at the same time, he's shooting himself in the head.
- 15:16Speaker 1: It doesn't make a lot of sense. Authorities are blaming
- 15:19Speaker 1: the entire incident on PTSD and mental health struggles, where
- 15:22Speaker 1: they're saying, this guy just went crazy, he's insane, he
- 15:26Speaker 1: blew himself up outside of the Trump Hotel while simultaneously
- 15:29Speaker 1: shooting himself in the head. Now, the iconic photo produced
- 15:33Speaker 1: from the explosion is stunning. Almost picture-perfectly symbolic if you're
- 15:40Speaker 1: somebody who's critical of the Trump-Elon alliance. You see a
- 15:44Speaker 1: Tesla truck on fire, outside Trump's hotel, bearing Trump's name, right?
- 15:50Speaker 1: It says Trump right outside. It's just an incredible shot. Now,
- 15:54Speaker 1: Sean Ryan, a very famous podcaster and former U.S. Navy
- 15:58Speaker 1: CLNCAA contractor, came forward with an alleged manifesto sent by Livelsberger.
- 16:04Speaker 1: And in the manifesto, which the FBI is now suggesting
- 16:08Speaker 1: could be real, Livelsberger blows the whistle on alleged war
- 16:12Speaker 1: crimes committed in Afghanistan in 2019, crimes that he apparently
- 16:16Speaker 1: helped orchestrate and later conceal, and he also blows the
- 16:19Speaker 1: whistle on all the drones that have been flying over
- 16:22Speaker 1: the East Coast. Per the email manifesto, the drones are
- 16:25Speaker 1: actually from China and are flown by a technology called
- 16:28Speaker 1: gravitic propulsion, basically anti-gravity technology.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Sci-fi.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Sci-fi technology. Again, this is not, anti-gravity technology does not,
- 16:40Speaker 1: to our knowledge, actually exist, but he's claiming that it does.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Livelsberger states the Chinese are flying the drones as a, quote,
- 16:48Speaker 1: show of force, and they are using it similar to
- 16:51Speaker 1: how they used the balloon. And of course, he's referring
- 16:53Speaker 1: to the infamous Chinese spy balloon that flew over the
- 16:55Speaker 1: United States. So I guess he's warning us that China
- 16:58Speaker 1: and the U.S. have this very scary sci-fi anti-gravity technology,
- 17:02Speaker 1: and China is actively threatening us with this technology. Sounds
- 17:06Speaker 1: like a perfect excuse to perhaps go to war with China.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Independent investigative journalist Ian Carroll did a great rundown of
- 17:14Speaker 1: all the information, and here was his conclusion, which at
- 17:17Speaker 1: this point, with all the information that we have, I
- 17:21Speaker 1: tend to agree with. Take a listen.
- 17:23Speaker 4: And if I had to guess right now, here's what
- 17:25Speaker 4: I would guess was going on. The military-industrial complex is
- 17:29Speaker 4: learning as we go, and they are wise to the
- 17:32Speaker 4: way this world works. And seeing how X has debunked
- 17:34Speaker 4: all their other bullshit this last year, I'd bet right
- 17:37Speaker 4: now it looks like They decided, what if we need
- 17:40Speaker 4: to start our psyops using the decentralized media space as
- 17:44Speaker 4: our patsy, as our pipeline of information, to deliver the
- 17:47Speaker 4: information so the internet thinks it's real. So the internet
- 17:50Speaker 4: thinks it's coming from inside the house, right? And so
- 17:53Speaker 4: they concoct a situation in which a known and trusted
- 17:58Speaker 4: and verified internet sleuth, this dude on Instagram, who is
- 18:02Speaker 4: like a military whistleblower hub, he's like the dude for
- 18:07Speaker 4: military whistleblowers to go to, It makes sense that this
- 18:09Speaker 4: guy would go to him. And so they concoct this
- 18:11Speaker 4: email that goes out to him, and they concoct this
- 18:14Speaker 4: scenario whereby it looks like either they got this guy
- 18:16Speaker 4: and he's on the payroll, like this Green Beret guy
- 18:19Speaker 4: is in the op, or they captured him and are
- 18:22Speaker 4: using him as a patsy as the fall guy for
- 18:24Speaker 4: the op. And it looks like they're feeding the information
- 18:28Speaker 4: out into sort of vetted social media decentralized channels so
- 18:33Speaker 4: that we are the ones producing the psyop ourselves, and
- 18:37Speaker 4: it's just the source information That is actually manipulated. That
- 18:42Speaker 4: is what it looks like right now. And keep your
- 18:44Speaker 4: eyes peeled. Stay frosty. Don't believe a single f *
- 18:47Speaker 4: * * ing thing you see. And if any of
- 18:49Speaker 4: it points to war with Iran or China or Russia,
- 18:52Speaker 4: even if it seems credible, it's f * * *
- 18:54Speaker 4: ing not. Doesn't matter. We're not going to war. F
- 18:58Speaker 4: * * * that s * * *.
- 19:03Speaker 1: It sounds outlandish, you guys. But this, to me, at
- 19:07Speaker 1: this point... is a credible explanation for what we're looking
- 19:11Speaker 1: at because it's so bizarre. It's very strange that the
- 19:15Speaker 1: manifesto was sent to independent journalists, podcasters who are, again,
- 19:21Speaker 1: part of alternative independent media. It's a way for them
- 19:25Speaker 1: to make the narrative come from within our own house
- 19:29Speaker 1: instead of forced on us by the corporate media so
- 19:31Speaker 1: that then the people will buy it more. It's an interesting,
- 19:34Speaker 1: it's a really interesting explanation. Again, we don't know what's
- 19:39Speaker 1: really going on, but it is a sign to stay frosty.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Remember that the New Orleans terror attack was supposedly ISIS-inspired.
- 19:49Speaker 1: The explosion was a warning that China is a deep
- 19:53Speaker 1: threat and is actively threatening the entire continental US with
- 19:59Speaker 1: some sort of sci-fi anti-gravity technology. Both these incidents seem
- 20:04Speaker 1: to support foreign wars. Now it could mean nothing, but
- 20:07Speaker 1: it's worth mentioning that Livelsberger and the New Orleans terror
- 20:13Speaker 1: suspect spent time at Fort Liberty, formerly Fort Bragg, and
- 20:18Speaker 1: they used the same rental car app to secure the
- 20:20Speaker 1: vehicles that they used. Now, some people online are suggesting
- 20:24Speaker 1: that the two could be victims of an MKUltra-like operation
- 20:28Speaker 1: at the military base, and it's possible. Certainly, everything about
- 20:32Speaker 1: this is incredibly strange, and the only thing I know
- 20:34Speaker 1: for sure is that the federal government is intentionally feeding
- 20:37Speaker 1: us false information about Vegas, and about New Orleans. And
- 20:41Speaker 1: we don't yet know why. So we have to stay frosty.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Always be looking for the angle. Don't let your emotions
- 20:50Speaker 1: get the better of you. The government never lets a
- 20:52Speaker 1: good crisis go to waste. And in fact, they'll create
- 20:55Speaker 1: crises to install so-called solutions that are actually, in fact,
- 20:59Speaker 1: subversive and abusive to the public. And say that again, Mikey? COVID, yes.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Best example, COVID. Another totally bizarre story that we need
- 21:09Speaker 1: to cover, the supposed suicide of the OpenAI whistleblower. We
- 21:13Speaker 1: covered this a while back, and now I have more
- 21:16Speaker 1: details for you all. 26-year-old Suchir Balaji, I hope I'm
- 21:21Speaker 1: pronouncing his name right, he was found dead by apparent
- 21:24Speaker 1: suicide in a San Francisco apartment a while back. Suchir
- 21:28Speaker 1: left OpenAI last year and was set to testify in
- 21:31Speaker 1: a series of lawsuits related to OpenAI's alleged misuse of
- 21:34Speaker 1: copyrighted data in training its artificial intelligence models. The lawsuit
- 21:39Speaker 1: claims OpenAI used large amounts of internet data, including copyrighted content,
- 21:45Speaker 1: to train its models without proper permission or compensation to
- 21:48Speaker 1: the copyright holders. Suchir has publicly contended this is not
- 21:53Speaker 1: only a violation of the law, but an assault on
- 21:55Speaker 1: original content creators. So I'm talking digital artists, writers, filmmakers, photographers, coders,
- 22:01Speaker 1: game developers. Suchir also apparently held unique and relevant documents
- 22:06Speaker 1: that were set to be used in the New York
- 22:08Speaker 1: Times' current lawsuit against OpenAI. That is, of course, until
- 22:12Speaker 1: Suchir passed away. Here is Ian Carroll on the strange
- 22:17Speaker 1: circumstances of his death.
- 22:20Speaker 4: The official autopsy, which shows that the bullet path was
- 22:23Speaker 4: through the head and down into the base of the skull.
- 22:27Speaker 4: And there is no exit wound, like a point blank shot,
- 22:30Speaker 4: bullet stayed in the head yeah you do the math
- 22:31Speaker 4: on how you do that to yourself you like hold
- 22:34Speaker 4: it out and up and down and not to mention
- 22:37Speaker 4: that there's signs of struggle in the bathroom there's clear
- 22:39Speaker 4: blood smears that show that like he either tried to
- 22:41Speaker 4: crawl after the wound or something suchir also had a
- 22:45Speaker 4: meal out on his table when this happened because you
- 22:48Speaker 4: know that's when you decide to off it is halfway
- 22:51Speaker 4: through lunch while you're working at your computer you just
- 22:54Speaker 4: go to the bathroom and what Plus the whole apartment
- 22:57Speaker 4: was ransacked, everything was run through, his stuff was thrown
- 23:00Speaker 4: out all over the room. Clearly the killer was searching
- 23:03Speaker 4: for the thumb drive with the information. Because he had
- 23:05Speaker 4: recently gotten involved in this lawsuit against OpenAI, but really
- 23:10Speaker 4: against AI technology in general. And he was going to
- 23:13Speaker 4: be a star witness. And the New York Times did
- 23:16Speaker 4: an interview with him where presumably they found out what
- 23:20Speaker 4: he knew. And then shortly after, he was killed. Really
- 23:24Speaker 4: cut and dry. There's no looking at this evidence and
- 23:27Speaker 4: calling it a suicide. And the fact that they did
- 23:29Speaker 4: is insane.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Whistleblowers do not kill themselves. The circumstances of this young
- 23:36Speaker 1: man's death do not pass the smell test for me.
- 23:39Speaker 1: And it's insane to think that this could even happen
- 23:41Speaker 1: in America. That it's normal for the public to assume
- 23:44Speaker 1: that a major corporation or the government frequently gets away
- 23:48Speaker 1: with getting rid of people who threaten their power. That
- 23:52Speaker 1: if you're rich and you're connected, the rules don't apply
- 23:55Speaker 1: to you. You're completely above the law. But we all
- 23:58Speaker 1: know it's true. And trust has fully disintegrated. And we're
- 24:05Speaker 1: going to keep talking about tech giants today because over Christmas,
- 24:08Speaker 1: the America First and the tech bro wings of MAGA
- 24:13Speaker 1: got into a massive argument about over H-1B visas. The
- 24:20Speaker 1: H-1B visa program allows American employers to hire foreign workers.
- 24:24Speaker 1: The H-1B policy was supposedly created to bring the best
- 24:28Speaker 1: and the brightest to America and address labor shortages in
- 24:31Speaker 1: specialized fields. On paper, it sounds awesome. In practice, however,
- 24:36Speaker 1: it has been wildly abused and undercuts American workers in
- 24:39Speaker 1: tech jobs. A 2021 U.S. Census Bureau study found that
- 24:43Speaker 1: as many as 72% of STEM graduates in America don't
- 24:49Speaker 1: even work in STEM-related fields. So this isn't really about
- 24:54Speaker 1: labor shortages. It's about corporate profits at the expense of
- 24:58Speaker 1: citizens who can't compete with cheap foreign labor imported into
- 25:03Speaker 1: this country. Now, Vivek Ramaswamy, who I like, who I've
- 25:06Speaker 1: talked about on this show, somebody who I agree with
- 25:09Speaker 1: on a lot of things, he has contended that this
- 25:12Speaker 1: all comes down to American culture. Apparently, American culture is
- 25:17Speaker 1: so deficient that we need more foreign workers who are
- 25:20Speaker 1: more hardworking to come into this country. Now, my mom
- 25:23Speaker 1: did an incredible takedown of this argument over the break
- 25:27Speaker 1: during her monologue when she was filling in for Jesse Waters.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 25:32Speaker 5: In his ex-post, Vivek Ramaswamy argues that the problem isn't
- 25:35Speaker 5: mass immigration, but American culture itself. We need these foreign workers,
- 25:40Speaker 5: he says, because our culture has, quote, venerated mediocrity for decades.
- 25:46Speaker 5: We celebrate the prom queen over the math champ, the
- 25:48Speaker 5: jock over the valedictorian. It's a convenient theory, but one
- 25:53Speaker 5: that misses the mark entirely. American culture isn't the issue.
- 25:58Speaker 5: It's the destruction of it that's at the core of
- 26:01Speaker 5: the problem. American culture gave the world electricity, airplanes, cars, Elvis,
- 26:07Speaker 5: the internet, Rocky Balboa and Star Wars. What we're witnessing
- 26:12Speaker 5: now isn't the failure of American culture, but the deliberate
- 26:16Speaker 5: erosion of it. A demoralization campaign fueled by decades of
- 26:21Speaker 5: mass immigration and an education system poisoned by cultural Marxism,
- 26:26Speaker 5: a foreign and utterly un-American ideology. dissing prom queens and
- 26:32Speaker 5: promoting America last visa policies won't restore our greatness. It's
- 26:37Speaker 5: a distraction from the real issue, the dismantling of our
- 26:41Speaker 5: national identity, the takeover of our schools by communists and
- 26:46Speaker 5: the devaluation of our labor.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Vivek's solution to the problem is the problem. And this
- 26:55Speaker 1: debate comes down to a really fundamental question. What is
- 27:00Speaker 1: America first? Is it people or is it profits? Sometimes
- 27:06Speaker 1: they can be the same. They can align. But Vivek
- 27:11Speaker 1: and Elon seem to be putting profits over people. Are
- 27:17Speaker 1: we really, really winning if GDP increases, Elon Musk and
- 27:23Speaker 1: Vivek's net worth go up, but we've essentially created a
- 27:26Speaker 1: surf class of American citizens? To me, that's not success.
- 27:32Speaker 1: That's not winning. And there's a spiritual component to this too.
- 27:35Speaker 1: Does the government have an obligation to look out for
- 27:38Speaker 1: its citizens? What's morally right? We were founded as a
- 27:45Speaker 1: Christian nation and that's reflected in our founding documents. Those
- 27:50Speaker 1: Christian values. The constitution tells us that the paramount duty
- 27:54Speaker 1: of our government is to promote the general welfare of
- 27:57Speaker 1: and secure the blessings of liberty for the American people.
- 28:01Speaker 1: But I think Elon and Vivek have a different vision
- 28:04Speaker 1: from the founders. Take a listen.
- 28:08Speaker 5: Some of MAGA's newest members envision a cold, tech, and
- 28:11Speaker 5: corporate future for us. When that fails to appreciate the
- 28:15Speaker 5: humanity and vulnerability of our own citizens, secularism, transhumanism, and
- 28:22Speaker 5: AI will never satisfy the soul. America needs God, family, love,
- 28:30Speaker 5: and a return to real, not virtual, relationships. According to
- 28:35Speaker 5: the Constitution, we were promised a government that would provide
- 28:38Speaker 5: for the common defense, promote general welfare, and secure.
- 28:43Speaker 1: The blessings of liberty for the people.
- 28:46Speaker 5: America is not a sports team, and winning in the
- 28:49Speaker 5: stock market is not my definition of success for America.
- 28:53Speaker 5: America first is not a slogan. It's a guiding principle.
- 28:57Speaker 5: MAGA is about honoring our history and our Christian values.
- 29:01Speaker 5: It's about protecting our people, our families, and our way
- 29:05Speaker 5: of life.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Apple CEO Tim Cook, along with other tech industry leaders
- 29:13Speaker 1: from Meta, Amazon, OpenAI, Uber, have all donated $ 1 million
- 29:18Speaker 1: to Donald Trump's inaugural fund. $ 1 million each, I might add.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Trump needs to be wary of this alliance and of
- 29:32Speaker 1: any of their demands. No one can deny that without
- 29:35Speaker 1: Elon Musk, Donald Trump would not have won this election,
- 29:39Speaker 1: freeing the Twitter bird alone democratized information and it made
- 29:45Speaker 1: free speech again possible in the digital public square. And that,
- 29:51Speaker 1: of course, undeniably allowed Trump to win because it evened
- 29:55Speaker 1: the playing field. But that doesn't mean that we can't
- 29:58Speaker 1: be critical of Elon Musk, or anyone for that matter.
- 30:01Speaker 1: We can be grateful and we can also be critical.
- 30:03Speaker 1: We need to be honest. After the H-1B visa debate,
- 30:07Speaker 1: Elon Musk began de-boosting and even banning people who disagreed
- 30:11Speaker 1: with him in the comments. And then we learned that
- 30:13Speaker 1: Elon Musk would be updating the X algorithm to penalize negativity.
- 30:19Speaker 1: In other words, de-boost whatever Elon Musk defines as hate speech.
- 30:25Speaker 1: So much for free speech absolutism on X. We can
- 30:30Speaker 1: be grateful to Elon, and we can, of course, agree
- 30:33Speaker 1: with him on a lot of things, like illegal immigration,
- 30:36Speaker 1: for instance. But let's not pretend like any of the
- 30:39Speaker 1: H-1B visa-loving Silicon Valley oligarchs want to make America great
- 30:43Speaker 1: again in the same way that you and I conceptualized
- 30:46Speaker 1: that slogan. Peter Thiel and Zuckerberg and Musk and Bezos
- 30:50Speaker 1: and Tim Cook help build and maintain the surveillance state
- 30:54Speaker 1: for intelligence. And they develop pre-crime technology used to target
- 30:58Speaker 1: both conservatives and leftists alike. We've talked about it incessantly
- 31:02Speaker 1: on this show. Elon wants to turn X into an
- 31:05Speaker 1: everything app, perfectly primed for social credit. Peter Thiel is
- 31:09Speaker 1: funding the smart wall, which will surveil Americans, and he's
- 31:13Speaker 1: developing pre-crime technology via Palantir. Tim Cook's Apple just agreed
- 31:19Speaker 1: to a $ 95 million settlement to resolve a lawsuit accusing
- 31:23Speaker 1: its voice-activated assistant, Siri, of recording conversations without user consent.
- 31:30Speaker 1: So if you had Siri on your phone between September 17,
- 31:34Speaker 1: 2014 and December 31, 2024, like I did, you're probably
- 31:39Speaker 1: owed some money by Apple because they spied on you.
- 31:43Speaker 1: What I'm telling you is that we are dealing with
- 31:45Speaker 1: New World Order in 1984 scary technology, and the people
- 31:49Speaker 1: developing it are not our friends. Nautiltech is bad. Are
- 31:53Speaker 1: Tesla vehicles evil?
- 31:55Speaker 5: No.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Is Anduril Industries, which is creating a smart wall that
- 31:59Speaker 1: will have the power to spy on a third of
- 32:01Speaker 1: the country? Yeah, I'd argue they are. Again, these men
- 32:05Speaker 1: are not our friends, not in the technology that they're developing,
- 32:08Speaker 1: nor in immigration policy. It's on us to keep fighting
- 32:11Speaker 1: and making our voices heard. Here was Trump on H-1B
- 32:15Speaker 1: visas just a few days ago.
- 32:17Speaker 4: Why did you change your mind on H-1B visas, sir?
- 32:20Speaker 4: I didn't change my mind.
- 32:22Speaker 2: I've always felt we have to have the most competent people.
- 32:24Speaker 4: In our country.
- 32:25Speaker 1: We need competent people.
- 32:26Speaker 4: We need smart.
- 32:27Speaker 1: People coming into our country.
- 32:28Speaker 2: We need a lot of people coming in.
- 32:30Speaker 1: We're going to have.
- 32:31Speaker 2: Jobs like we've never had before.
- 32:33Speaker 4: But sir, you said you changed your position. You plan
- 32:35Speaker 4: to go to the Carter Funeral Mix?
- 32:37Speaker 1: Trump seems to be siding with Elon now, but he
- 32:41Speaker 1: knows what America first means. And he knows that H-1B
- 32:45Speaker 1: visas aren't good for the American people. So we have
- 32:50Speaker 1: to keep pushing. He has changed his mind on H-1B visas.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Here was Trump back in 2016.
- 32:58Speaker 2: The H-1B very well, and it's something that I frankly
- 33:03Speaker 2: use and I shouldn't be allowed to use. We shouldn't
- 33:04Speaker 2: have it. Very, very bad for workers. And second of all,
- 33:08Speaker 2: I think it's very important to say Well, I'm a businessman,
- 33:11Speaker 2: and I have to do what I have to do,
- 33:12Speaker 2: and it's sitting there waiting for you, but it's very bad.
- 33:16Speaker 2: It's very bad for business in terms of, it's very
- 33:19Speaker 2: bad for our workers, and it's unfair for our workers,
- 33:21Speaker 2: and we should end it.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Pretty stark contrast. We can't sit back and let the
- 33:27Speaker 1: tech pros commandeer MAGA. Frankly, this is bigger than just
- 33:32Speaker 1: Trump the man. There's a narrative that this issue, H1BV says,
- 33:36Speaker 1: is divisive. And the America First people, like myself, should
- 33:40Speaker 1: just drop the issue and focus on what really matters.
- 33:44Speaker 1: I got two things to say. One, this is what matters.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Protecting American workers and protecting prosperity here at home is
- 33:53Speaker 1: the core of MAGA. And two, this isn't divisive as
- 33:58Speaker 1: an issue. It's divisive for a handful of tech oligarchs,
- 34:01Speaker 1: but otherwise it's actually very unifying. The left and the
- 34:05Speaker 1: right are coming together on this. It's about keeping a
- 34:09Speaker 1: clear-eyed perspective. Who is truly looking out for America? Can
- 34:14Speaker 1: we forge new alliances with those once overlooked? And should
- 34:17Speaker 1: we now be cautious of those we once saw as allies?
- 34:22Speaker 1: These are the very questions that define MAGA and American populism.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Not long ago, the neocons in the Republican Party were
- 34:28Speaker 1: supposedly on our team. Yet today, people like Liz Cheney,
- 34:33Speaker 1: once seen as an ally, have devoted their entire lives
- 34:36Speaker 1: to destroying us. In this chaotic time, we have to
- 34:40Speaker 1: stay anchored in truth and not allow ourselves to be
- 34:42Speaker 1: distracted by the noise. Today in particular, we are offered
- 34:48Speaker 1: a powerful reminder of that duty. The world is engulfed
- 34:51Speaker 1: in turmoil with PSYOP after PSYOP being thrust before us. Meanwhile,
- 34:55Speaker 1: the corporate media is insisting this day is the darkest
- 34:58Speaker 1: in the history of democracy. But today is Epiphany. A
- 35:03Speaker 1: day that marks the arrival of the three kings. who
- 35:06Speaker 1: followed a blazing, nearly blindingly bright star to find Jesus,
- 35:11Speaker 1: the light of the world. The contrast between what they
- 35:15Speaker 1: want us to believe about today and what it truly
- 35:17Speaker 1: represents could not be more striking. Don't let them strip
- 35:21Speaker 1: away our foundation, our heritage, or our sanity. Stay grounded
- 35:27Speaker 1: in what truly matters. And that's all I have for
- 35:31Speaker 1: you guys today. If you are listening on Apple or Spotify,

- 36:11Speaker 1: be a chapter instead of the ending.
- 36:12Speaker 3: Welcome to the show, Daryl.
- 36:14Speaker 4: Thank you so much. That's a good intro right there.
