- 0:02SPEAKER_05: Welcome to Besties in Your Back Pocket.
- 0:06SPEAKER_05: This is Angela, and I'm an electronic informed comedian.
- 0:09SPEAKER_05: And you're about to take it away.
- 0:12SPEAKER_02: If you ever felt like you were playing small, shrinking yourself, or just going through the motions, waiting for your real life to begin, you're just welcome to the show.
- 0:21SPEAKER_02: Where we don't go surface level, we go deep conversations that make you laugh, cry, think a little, and maybe make one tiny brave decision that changes everything.
- 0:31SPEAKER_02: I'm Amy, I'm Angela.
- 0:33SPEAKER_02: We're gonna use in your back pocket.
- 0:35SPEAKER_02: Always honest, always in your corner, and always ready to help you unlock that version of you that creates more.
- 0:41SPEAKER_02: Because here's what we know when you learn to express yourself authentically, fully, joyfully, confidently, everything else starts to shift.
- 0:48SPEAKER_02: We're really glad that you're freaking here.
- 0:51SPEAKER_02: You ready, baby?
- 0:52SPEAKER_02: Lego.
- 0:55SPEAKER_03: Welcome, ladies and gentlemen.
- 0:57SPEAKER_03: Back to Besties in Your Back Pocket.
- 1:00SPEAKER_03: We got in the flesh Lindsay Dorio.
- 1:04SPEAKER_03: An absolute legend.
- 1:06SPEAKER_03: She just lights up my soul.
- 1:09SPEAKER_03: She is incredible.
- 1:10SPEAKER_03: She does, she's hot, she's sexy, she's funny, she's reborn herself from corporate America to be just, I don't know, an incredible, authentic human being.
- 1:21SPEAKER_03: And today, I thought that the three of us, I was like, okay, Angela, Amy, Lindsay in the same room.
- 1:27SPEAKER_03: What should they talk about?
- 1:28SPEAKER_03: And what came to my mind was, you are here to create what doesn't exist yet.
- 1:35SPEAKER_03: And I know, like, for me as a little girl, I was always like, you know, people like, oh hey, Amy, like, what do you want to be when you grow up?
- 1:43SPEAKER_03: And I would, you know, be like, I want to be a fat because I like animals, or an artist because I like making art.
- 1:49SPEAKER_03: But like the real answer in my head was always, oh god, how do I tell people this?
- 1:54SPEAKER_03: Like, I'm here to create what I don't know what I'm supposed to be here to create, but like what I'm here to m create does not exist yet.
- 2:00SPEAKER_03: So I don't actually know in my kid brain how to answer that.
- 2:03SPEAKER_03: So I'm just gonna say, artist! Yes.
- 2:07SPEAKER_03: Entertainment.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: Entertainment!
- 2:09SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: I would say joymaker.
- 2:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, joymaker, dare I say it, but that isn't a word that you know, six-year-old Amy know.
- 2:16SPEAKER_03: Um thanks for being here.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: Thank you guys so much for having me.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: Little Bessie's in my back pinocchia.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: We don't even have back pockets because they don't make enough pants for women with all the pockets available.
- 2:29SPEAKER_05: I'm so glad Lindsay's our guest, because Amy has been calling in for our episodes to be comedic, to have games or segments and just even more flair and entertainment.
- 2:39SPEAKER_05: And I see it happening already.
- 2:43SPEAKER_05: Let's play a game.
- 2:45SPEAKER_03: Also, if anyone knows Levi's, we're looking for them to sponsor us or some gene company.
- 2:50SPEAKER_03: I want a giant back pocket that both me and Angela and ideally a guest could fit in.
- 2:56SPEAKER_03: And before you get at me with AI, I am not satisfied with us AI'd into a back pocket that doesn't scratch the itch.
- 3:03SPEAKER_03: I want a practical costume set.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: You want a huge gen of material life size, I'm talking a pocket that you can just get into.
- 3:12SPEAKER_01: That's ingenious.
- 3:13SPEAKER_01: Yes, yes, thank you.
- 3:14SPEAKER_03: Like the three of us in a back pocket.
- 3:16SPEAKER_03: Like maybe this is the title card is the three of us.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: I've always wanted to feel like a coin.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: Some dollar bills.
- 3:22SPEAKER_03: That's the title.
- 3:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 3:25SPEAKER_03: I've always wanted to feel like a coin.
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: Just jump into someone's back pocket, baby.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: Put me right up against that glute muscle.
- 3:34SPEAKER_05: That gluteus maximus.
- 3:36SPEAKER_01: Maximus and the minius.
- 3:38SPEAKER_03: Just lose me in the handle of your car door for a little while.
- 3:42SPEAKER_03: Just lose me in the city.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: Put me in the put me in the center console and then be so grateful when you find it.
- 3:47SPEAKER_05: Switch me.
- 3:48SPEAKER_05: Just smush me against whatever you sit on, you know.
- 3:51SPEAKER_05: I'd love to be a surprise like 10 years later.
- 3:53SPEAKER_05: Like, yes, I needed this.
- 3:56SPEAKER_05: I need a theme.
- 3:59SPEAKER_05: This is getting kind of dark.
- 4:01SPEAKER_05: I love to be like forgotten, pushed to the back needed until later when I am forgotten about, and they're grateful that I'm just still around.
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: When the currency world comes back around, it's like, oh, we don't need pennies anymore, and then copper's like completely depleted from our earth, and it's like, oh, who has all the pennies?
- 4:18SPEAKER_05: They're like, Where are all the pennies?
- 4:20SPEAKER_05: And they're like, this girl's just stuck around for some reason.
- 4:23SPEAKER_05: We are literally the pennies.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: A fun real fact.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: We're like made of the most incredible, natural, organic, like dope, energetic, you know, conductive material that like people forgot about for a little bit.
- 4:35SPEAKER_01: And we're like, oh, oh, you forgot you needed to tap back in to the child side to even live this life that you're trying to do because that corporate, that that box you're in, you're looking pretty good.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, how's diabetes for those people?
- 4:51SPEAKER_05: Ooh, ooh.
- 4:53SPEAKER_05: And with that being said, sponsor us.
- 4:58SPEAKER_01: No fucks at all.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: No love for you guys.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: No fucks at all.
- 5:02SPEAKER_05: Okay, she's referring to uh a satirical pharmaceutical commercial that we made for the show last night.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: Hilarious.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: One would say our LA comedic, comedy, uh comedian that came in, she said that was her favorite one.
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: So I think that's a lot.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: Hey, if Hollywood is approving here in St.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: Pete, I think we're in baby.
- 5:21SPEAKER_01: Oh, it's so good.
- 5:22SPEAKER_05: So Amy's question of you know I don't think I asked a question, did I?
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: I felt like a prompt, but it's the prompt is that we are creating something that doesn't exist yet.
- 5:32SPEAKER_01: So I think it's incredible because it does feel like that.
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: It feels like, wait a minute, I feel like I'm so drawn to certain things, but still nothing is satiating me.
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: Do you guys have that same feeling when you're creating something?
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: It's like, I don't know, there's no template, so it's hard for me to try to explain it.
- 5:47SPEAKER_05: Well, I if I could just tell everyone that's listening right now, I feel like we actually have made up new inventions within what we're doing.
- 5:58SPEAKER_05: As a kid, I've never heard of them before, but essentially, I feel like you took like what could be called adult recess or connection to a whole new level where the point of it is like ecstatic joy and celebration as the ongoing culture and exercise within it, hence joymaking.
- 6:19SPEAKER_05: Yours is like confusing, burlesque speaking, so I've never heard of that, and mine is like taking what has been comedy culture this whole time and turning it into like conscious connection trauma-informed comedy.
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: Who the fuck has heard of these things?
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: Trauma-informed comedy, yeah, is such a beautiful niche and seem seems like the most medicinal type of because comedy is already medicinal in and of itself, just because people are being vulnerable, they're telling people strangers very deep shit.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: But the way that you've twisted and like brought in other perspectives is just like, wait, who's doing that?
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: Now we're actually elevating, like, we're not just like calling things out and being like, oh, the suffering is funny, but no, no, no.
- 7:05SPEAKER_01: But how do we alchemize the suffering?
- 7:08SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I mean, as someone who's like been raped, I'm very like sensitive to consent and what it feels like to like go over the line.
- 7:17SPEAKER_05: And even though that is somewhat of the point in comedy, I feel like there's a way to make sure there's aftercare in that type of work.
- 7:25SPEAKER_01: Dude! Aftercare! Anybody heard of it?
- 7:29SPEAKER_01: We all just saw your raw dog and not getting cuddled after.
- 7:34SPEAKER_01: Ex oh my god.
- 7:35SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 7:36SPEAKER_04: So do you think that I Metaphorically speaking.
- 7:38SPEAKER_04: Do you think I described your guys as right?
- 7:41SPEAKER_03: I feel like I would describe mine more as like transformational, become the person that you came here to be Tony Robbins, Tony to Robinitas.
- 7:52SPEAKER_03: I like to call myself, meets um a little more joyful, I don't compassionate, but Tony's pretty compassionate.
- 8:01SPEAKER_03: I don't know, like joyful, exuberant version of that.
- 8:05SPEAKER_03: Like they kind of like have a baby.
- 8:07SPEAKER_03: Um is kind of how I think I would.
- 8:09SPEAKER_03: It's like transformation.
- 8:10SPEAKER_05: Yeah, like it's like connection and joy.
- 8:13SPEAKER_03: Joy making, but at the heart of it, like what really hits for me is when I'm in a space of doing something of like leading people to say the things of like, oh, this is who I came here to be.
- 8:26SPEAKER_03: I'm remembering like the version of myself, or like my purpose, or like this, I feel like I finally belong.
- 8:32SPEAKER_03: Or like there's something with like that.
- 8:34SPEAKER_03: It's not just like ecstatic bliss, it's purpose.
- 8:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: And that's what I think all three of our offerings and dreams and what we're doing is doing.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: That that in and of itself is just the umbrella, is that we're all getting the same, we are all on the same mission.
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: And like through different lenses and adult recess, character, gesture work, deeply in trauma-informs comedy, it always is pointing people back to their most authentic self, which is the mission of coming to Earth.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: Like, what else are we doing here but to self-realize enough to help other people self-realize?
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 9:12SPEAKER_03: Okay, I'm like imagining the person that's listening that they're like, I don't I don't fucking know.
- 9:18SPEAKER_03: Am I here to create something that I've seen, or like, I don't even know.
- 9:22SPEAKER_03: Like, like, is it something I've never seen before?
- 9:25SPEAKER_03: And I feel like we've probably all had a moment like that of like, I don't know, like kind of trying on someone else's shoe.
- 9:32SPEAKER_03: Yeah, right, still to this day, constantly.
- 9:36SPEAKER_03: Um and then like being like, oh, certain moments, you're like, wait, that was it, I think, or like that was like this much closer.
- 9:43SPEAKER_03: What did that journey look like for you?
- 9:45SPEAKER_03: Of like, you know, you're getting closer and closer to your like home zip code of like where you belong.
- 9:51SPEAKER_01: I think, I think looking back in hindsight, I'm like, oh, I've always been authentic.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: You know, it's so easy to like judge our hindsight or look in hindsight and be like, oh my god, I was so lost, I was so disconnected.
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: Yes, and right, it's like this improv aspect of I feel like how now I'm now taking on life and what Angela is so incredibly inspiring of.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: It's like we're always constantly looking for some structure or identity to like cling to to make the next step and to go because we're afraid of the unknown.
- 10:19SPEAKER_01: Oh, the lights went out when you said that.
- 10:21SPEAKER_05: Keep going, keep going, sis, keep going.
- 10:23SPEAKER_01: But it's like what we're actually, yes, and right, we need the structure, but we have to literally fall into some sort of dark unknown to start to feel what the structure is, because the structure has not been done before.
- 10:36SPEAKER_01: We are the ones creating it.
- 10:38SPEAKER_01: So it's like it really takes such a mix of like how different polarity in our brains work for him, however, we grew up, of like, oh my god, I need that medicine because if when I when I'm inspired to be more like Angela, I find more about me because I find my structure.
- 10:53SPEAKER_01: Yes, yeah.
- 10:54SPEAKER_01: So it's it's it's been it's been really beautiful to look back and go, oh my god, I have been like this all along, right?
- 10:59SPEAKER_01: Like last night I showed a video of myself as a child.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh, so good.
- 11:03SPEAKER_01: I am I've okay.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: I'm not like that distant from her.
- 11:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I've done little things, but I have felt so distant from her.
- 11:11SPEAKER_01: It's like, what is that psychology, right?
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: It's like how come we continue to feel distant from ourselves when really everyone looks at us, they're like, you're pretty, you've been the same, you've been in your essence.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, I don't feel like I've done anything for my for my potential.
- 11:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, right?
- 11:25SPEAKER_01: It's like, what is that about?
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: I think that's the mission, too, is like presence.
- 11:29SPEAKER_01: Like, it's like, oh, I'm on the journey, baby.
- 11:32SPEAKER_01: There's literally nowhere to fucking arrive to.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: Me being authentic is doing the mission.
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 11:38SPEAKER_01: Like, that's literally it.
- 11:40SPEAKER_03: Dude, that's so fucking true.
- 11:41SPEAKER_03: Like, your purpose literally is just to be you, which obviously is something that like the world has never seen before because the world has never seen who the fuck you are in the exact roundation of like your and in that present moment and then letting that version die off and get to know you again, like just like we're getting to know ourselves every morning again.
- 12:00SPEAKER_01: Can you imagine if we all woke up with a fresh, like no judgment, no stories of our partners, of our friends, and whatever, and we're just getting to know them.
- 12:08SPEAKER_03: So true.
- 12:09SPEAKER_05: That's why alignment is so important because if you just keep following what is most aligned and what's best for you, so that you're like your best version of yourself.
- 12:19SPEAKER_05: I feel like it unlocks everything that God or the miracles of life reading for you.
- 12:25SPEAKER_05: It's all, I believe it's all on cue, and it's just there when you're ready to go, oh, I can open the door, which I think is alignment.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: Be like, okay, I'm cute, I'll get it, I'll take it.
- 12:38SPEAKER_01: And how, and I mean, that takes we can conceptualize this so logically, but that takes it takes a lot of inner work.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: It's like, be authentic.
- 12:46SPEAKER_01: It's like people are, they are people.
- 12:49SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm being authentic with so much conditioning, though, right?
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: It's like, so where's the conditioning at, and where can I break through and go, oh, actually, I'm live.
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: We have to be so self-aware of where the limits are to even break them to be more authentic.
- 13:03SPEAKER_01: So this is where I feel like this work comes into like how I approach the body and like how I've been like, oh, I yeah, what is alignment?
- 13:10SPEAKER_01: Like alignment is so incredibly, it's not subjective, it just feels so different in your body than it does to my body.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: But how can we get to that real space?
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: What does alignment feel like for you?
- 13:22SPEAKER_05: I feel like it's like post poop, it's like poop.
- 13:25SPEAKER_03: Did you know?
- 13:27SPEAKER_03: Release that's not fucking hit the nail something.
- 13:31SPEAKER_03: She said so inspired.
- 13:34SPEAKER_05: Right, and yes, and yes, and did you say take a poop?
- 13:41SPEAKER_03: No, whenever I feel like I do something that like like after joy camp, I'll say something like, oh my god, I feel like I just took a giant dump.
- 13:49SPEAKER_03: No, exactly.
- 13:50SPEAKER_03: We're saying the same thing.
- 13:51SPEAKER_05: It's when like you let that shit go, and so you're now lighter, and you've released all the tension untensioned.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: Yes, totally.
- 14:02SPEAKER_01: That's alignment.
- 14:03SPEAKER_01: No, it is, but it's like it's so funny because like, how do you you can't ever we can't ever know how it is to get there?
- 14:09SPEAKER_01: You know how people like go into something like I want to force me feeling like that.
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: So everyone is like desperately looking for it, and really it's meeting, like you said, this the tension and actually softening and letting it go, and that's when you feel the release.
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:26SPEAKER_01: But there could it's so it's so interesting how we how we get to that point.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: It's like, yeah, that what if we think about it like taking a shit, it's like, okay, we figured it out, guys.
- 14:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's like you ingest something, programs, programs, right?
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: Then it gets filtered through, takes a long, takes a while, it's a process, digest, and then it embodies in you.
- 14:48SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah, ego's identities, ego's identities.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: It's just it's literally in your body, your body's absorbing the nutrients and everything, it's becoming you, and then whatever is not serving needs to be expelled.
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: But like, it's like, how do you know when you need to take it?
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: It's like you feel dense, you feel heavy, you feel like, oh, I gotta.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: But that's where I think society has not realized that like we hold on to those feelings of tensity as like, no, I have to hold this.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: I I can't let it go because what does that feel like?
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: That feels like the unknown.
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: If we don't know, we're just dropping the kids off into the fucking cool.
- 15:23SPEAKER_01: It's like, no, no, no.
- 15:26SPEAKER_01: That's what society, that's why I look back on my journey and like, oh, I tried to cling and attach to this alien.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 15:33SPEAKER_05: You get gastral intestinal issues and you're out of alignment.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, here's the here's actually the whole thing we're talking about, a metaphor, but actually, if you have gastrointestinal intestines, this was your sign.
- 15:43SPEAKER_05: That's the sign that you need.
- 15:44SPEAKER_05: No, but think about imagine if us three right now, two of us had just pooped and one was holding it in.
- 15:51SPEAKER_05: Wouldn't they be approaching things a little more tightly and constricted?
- 15:56SPEAKER_05: Such a good shit this morning.
- 15:58SPEAKER_05: She's in alignment, ladies and gentlemen.
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: No, literally, I've made jokes about this on my Instagram.
- 16:04SPEAKER_01: It's like, I know I'm spiritually fit because my bowel movements are pristine.
- 16:08SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 16:08SPEAKER_04: They're they're they're rhythmic.
- 16:10SPEAKER_01: They're literally connected on such a deep level.
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: Yes, you got the abs.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: So it's clear that things are moving.
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, energy is moving.
- 16:20SPEAKER_01: We're taking in and we're letting go.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: We're taking in and we're letting go.
- 16:23SPEAKER_01: It's like dying and rebirthing.
- 16:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 16:26SPEAKER_03: And I think that there's something about alignment to me that feels like um allowing the space to be brave enough to go towards that next step that often feels equal parts like exciting and maybe like scary or triggering to another part.
- 16:40SPEAKER_03: And if you're grasping or like not releasing the shit, you can't you can't take that next step.
- 16:47SPEAKER_03: And most people are stuck.
- 16:48SPEAKER_03: They're like, oh, like I can feel this, like for years sometimes on fucking end, decades even.
- 16:54SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 16:54SPEAKER_03: That like, oh, I know that this thing is calling me, like, I can hear it whispering, and it gets fucking quieter over time.
- 17:00SPEAKER_03: And you're just like, oh, I'm like stuck in this, like, really cramped, constipated state, and I'm so scared to let go.
- 17:08SPEAKER_03: Because I don't know what that feels like to let go, and I don't know what's on the other side.
- 17:11SPEAKER_03: And also, there's no fucking guarantees that this thing I'm gonna do is gonna end in the way that I expect it to.
- 17:17SPEAKER_03: Because sometimes the medicine is not like, hey, you get to do this step, and it looks like this.
- 17:22SPEAKER_03: It's like, oh, maybe you get to learn a fucking lesson.
- 17:24SPEAKER_03: That's an opportunity to grow, right?
- 17:26SPEAKER_01: I feel like it's rarely ever it's never going to be what you expect.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: It's like you're just trusting the feelings.
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: Like, I have an example of this when when I in my hypochondria, I used to deal with a lot of hypochondria.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: It's like, okay, hypochondria is when you are thinking that you're dying at every moment, or like some sensation makes you feel like it's much worse than it is, right?
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: I asked my intuition one time when I was having a pain, what do I do?
- 17:53SPEAKER_01: And the worst answer came to a hypochondriac it said go to the hospital, and I was like, um, what the fuck?
- 18:00SPEAKER_01: Does that mean something is seriously wrong?
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: I go to the hospital, ended up being stool.
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: I got a whole CT scan literally for them to tell me it was just stuck shit.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: So to me, I could I could either take the story of wow, my hypochondria did me wrong, right?
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: It's like it wasn't even that big of a deal.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: I shouldn't have gone to the that's such an extreme thing to do, is go to the emergency room for that.
- 18:24SPEAKER_01: But also, I was so healed because I knew now, oh, I'm actually fine.
- 18:28SPEAKER_01: So my hypochondriac led me to the most extreme thing for me to feel like, oh, I can trust my body deeper, right?
- 18:36SPEAKER_01: So it's like instead of being like, wow, you know, that what a waste of a trip to the ER.
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: It was just stool, you're so you're overreacting.
- 18:42SPEAKER_01: To me, in my experience, it made the release better because now I'm like, no, I go back, I think about that CT scan.
- 18:49SPEAKER_01: I'm like, no, I can trust my body.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: So it's like it's each step seems like you there's never a mistake.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: There's literally never your intuition is always gonna be like, whoa, well, that turned out not.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: What the fuck?
- 19:00SPEAKER_01: Like, why would you tell me that intuition?
- 19:01SPEAKER_01: I don't want to trust you anymore.
- 19:03SPEAKER_01: That's so extreme.
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: But it's like, no, it actually helped me.
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: Truly time jump.
- 19:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so we are creating the world we don't see yet.

- 21:45SPEAKER_05: Does it tighten like it's conservative, or does it feel open as though there's no shit being held on to you?
- 21:52SPEAKER_05: Just keep following the open alignment, alignment, choice kept alignment.
