  [SPEAKER_00]: Now, what's so interesting here is that the Alien Terrorist Republic court is very unique.

  [SPEAKER_00]: the 1798 act that Trump has already used against trendy arragoa, remember Trump invoked that act to similarly deport trendy arragoa members down to that prison facility in El Salvador, the super prison built by Night Bookelli, and it got tangled up in court because that law requires an actual invasion

  [SPEAKER_00]: What's so key here is that this so-called shadow court, this alien terrorist removal court, it doesn't have that invasion requirement.

  [SPEAKER_00]: is the executive branch, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, to assert reasonable grounds that someone is engaged in terrorist activity or represents a terrorist organization or even just as affiliated, belongs to a group that endorses or espouses terrorism.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And once that claim is filed under seal, and that identity is confirmed,

  [SPEAKER_00]: There is a public hearing where the alien does get a lawyer and the government technically bears the burden of proving the terrorism claim, but the underlying evidence itself stays sealed because a lot of it likely comes from intelligent sources you simply can't expose publicly.
