  Speaker 2: Thank you.
• 4:03
Speaker 2: I'm really excited to see you, ladies.
• 4:05
Speaker 2: Thank you for having me today.
• 4:06
Speaker 2: So my name is Jeannie Sheese.
• 4:09
Speaker 2: I'm owner and operator of Epic Cleans in Farmington, New Mexico, so residential and commercial cleaning services.
• 4:16
Speaker 2: I've been in the industry since about 2015 in the cleaning industry and I've always been very passionate about our health and the way that we use our bodies as our number one tools.
• 4:28
Speaker 2: You know, if we didn't have our body to be, you know, going along and doing the business, then we wouldn't have a business.
• 4:34
Speaker 2: So I very I've always been very passionate about it since I started in the industry.
• 4:40
Speaker 2: That does entail like staying fit, eating correctly, you know, whole and natural good foods, hydration I I'm like the water queen, Like you have to drink water and you have to drink good water and you have to drink a lot of water.
• 4:56
Speaker 3: You know my coffee from Starbucks.
• 4:59
Speaker 2: Yeah, you can get a couple, a couple cups of coffee in you if you need to.
• 5:03
Speaker 2: Don't don't put all that other crap in it.
• 5:06
Speaker 2: I don't know what you drink I drink.
• 5:08
Speaker 2: If I go out for coffee it's drip coffee, it's your coffee, but anyways, you know it's it comes.
• 5:14
Speaker 2: It entails all the things and if, like I said, if we didn't have our bodies, we wouldn't have I have a business and then you have to teach that to your teams as well.
• 5:22
Speaker 2: If you don't teach that to your teams, they're getting sick, they're calling out, they're not able to work.
• 5:27
Speaker 2: You know they're tired, they're burning out.
• 5:30
Speaker 2: They're burning out faster than they would if they were taking care of themselves At Epic Cleanse.
• 5:36
Speaker 2: When we do have a great team, functioning team, we do offer a Planet Fitness gym membership just the basic.
• 5:45
Speaker 2: It's about $10 a month at Planet Fitness.
• 5:47
Speaker 2: I'm sure it's worldwide because it's everywhere, but it's not like the premium where you get massages and you get tanning and all that.
• 5:54
Speaker 2: We just do the basic $10.
• 5:57
Speaker 2: They have to show proof that they're going.
• 6:00
Speaker 2: We're not going to be paying for it if they're not even going to go, you know.
• 6:03
Speaker 2: So they have to give us like a monthly register in your account.
• 6:06
Speaker 2: It'll show you that how many times you've gone to the gym that month and stuff.
• 6:10
Speaker 2: So we love to do that.
• 6:11
Speaker 2: Like I said, it keeps your team health focused yeah.
• 6:16
Speaker 2: And it's not very much, you know.
• 6:18
Speaker 2: And what we do with that too is they have to sign up, they have to go pay the first fee.
• 6:24
Speaker 2: The initial fee is like a 50 bucks, I think, to get the whole year.
• 6:27
  Speaker 2: I don't know exactly.
• 6:28
Speaker 2: But then we pay the monthly fee.
• 6:30
Speaker 2: Now, if they ever quit, we'll quit paying their monthly fee and you know they've done their year fee.
• 6:37
Speaker 2: I don't know how to call it, but are you finding people utilizing this?
• 6:44
Speaker 2: I honestly know just one technician was very interested and she was already going to Planet Fitness and then she kind of tailed out and didn't go anymore.
• 6:50
Speaker 2: And so then I said well, if you are interested in getting back into the gym, we pay for your membership the basic and we add it to their pay stub.
• 7:00
Speaker 2: Okay, so I'm not paying Planet Fitness, it's all in their name, we just put it on their pay stub.
• 7:05
Speaker 2: Okay, so I'm not paying Planet Fitness, it's all in their name.
• 7:06
Speaker 2: We just put it on their pay stub every month so that they have it and then they use it.
• 7:08
Speaker 2: But we're not going to continue giving them that extra $10 a month.
• 7:12
Speaker 2: If they're not using it, they have to show proof, and they have proof in the app, like when they went.
• 7:19
Speaker 2: So if you have them just periodically, just turn in a screenshot that they're going to the gym, then we'll pay for it.
• 7:25
  Speaker 2: So that's a big deal.
• 7:28
Speaker 2: Even whenever we pack our lunches on the road when I'm training, I'm always showing them and talking about the good foods that we eat, and you don't have to stop at the fast foods.
• 7:36
Speaker 2: We don't allow that anyways on our teams to go stopping the grocery stores or gas stations and all that and stuff while they're on the clock.
• 7:43
Speaker 2: But I encourage them to bring good, healthy foods that will satiate and sustain their days.
• 7:50
Speaker 2: So give them that energy, you know, like nuts and all those things, like good foods that they can pack, and I like to talk to them about that because it's important.
• 8:01
Speaker 2: So our number one tool is our body and if you don't have that on top optimized, then you don't have a business Definitely.
• 8:11
Speaker 1: I know a girl one time who.
• 8:12
Speaker 1: She came down from Alaska we have a lot of those, especially in the winter and she was 5'10".
• 8:18
Speaker 1: She was a tall, big girl and she dropped right there in a client's home and no one could.
• 8:24
Speaker 1: She was a big girl and then the homeowner's calling me so I had to go over there and we had to call the ambulance.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: What had happened is she had not adjusted to the altitude, because I'm a mile up and she didn't drink any water and all she drank was Coke and she just dropped and I was like you have.
• 8:42
Speaker 1: Especially in the summer with the humidity, you have to drink water.
• 8:46
  Speaker 1: It's not.
• 8:47
Speaker 1: It's not an option here in Arizona.
• 8:49
Speaker 2: So important, so important, you know.
• 8:51
Speaker 2: And then it also goes hand in hand with when we first start a technician.
• 8:55
Speaker 2: For that first week or two.
• 8:57
Speaker 2: I know that they have to really acclimate to the physical, strenuous activities that we do, to the air in people's homes, to the dust, the debris, everything that affects their physical well-being to do the job.
• 9:10
Speaker 2: So, like for the first couple of weeks, I'll let the technician know hey look, I know that this is.
• 9:14
Speaker 2: It takes you a while to adjust.
• 9:16
Speaker 2: So get outside and get you a drink if you need to.
• 9:18
Speaker 2: You know, or, or, and I'll.
• 9:20
Speaker 2: You know, I'm not telling you to go out every five minutes and take a drink of water, but I'm telling you, if you feel like, oh goodness, I'm hot, I'm sweaty, I'm thirsty, go get a drink.
• 9:30
Speaker 2: You will, your body will acclimate to all of this, this activity.
• 9:34
Speaker 3: And your running legs.
• 9:35
  Speaker 3: That's what I tell them.
• 9:37
Speaker 2: Hey man, you just got to build your running legs up, yeah, and we really make sure that they're paying attention to that, because and I'm just a freak about it so yes, that would be scary, Shannon, that's.
• 9:48
Speaker 2: That's really crazy that that happened so.
• 9:50
Speaker 1: That was the birth of the contact emergency contact list.
• 9:55
  Speaker 2: Yes, for sure.
• 9:57
Speaker 1: I'm like I don't know who this is.
• 9:58
Speaker 1: Are you so-and-so's mom?
• 10:01
Speaker 2: I remember that podcast, wow, yes.
• 10:05
Speaker 2: So then, along with that, you know, just really taking good supplements and not junk supplements, you know, really looking as to what you're doing and putting in your body.
• 10:14
Speaker 2: I encourage people that are, you know, drinkers to kind of don't be.
• 10:18
Speaker 2: You know, don't be drinking every night after work.
• 10:19
Speaker 2: It's not going to make you feel good.
• 10:20
Speaker 2: You know smoking, we don't be.
• 10:21
Speaker 2: You know, don't be drinking every night after work.
• 10:22
Speaker 2: It's not going to make you feel good.
• 10:24
Speaker 2: You know smoking, we don't allow smoking.
• 10:26
Speaker 2: If you're on epic clocks, you don't, you don't get to walk down the block and take a cigarette break, you don't, you know.
• 10:31
Speaker 2: Stop for lunch in a park and smoke.
• 10:34
  Speaker 2: You know smoking.
• 10:35
Speaker 2: You know people and I have, I've told them if you are a major cigarette smoker, figure it out, wear a patch, a nicotine patch, do something.
• 10:45
Speaker 2: You know I'm not trying to encourage them to continue, but do something because it's not allowed here.
• 10:49
Speaker 2: So those are things that we really focus on.
• 10:51
Speaker 2: And then, yeah, just taking great supplements.
• 10:54
Speaker 2: I think, carry yourself.
• 10:55
Speaker 2: And the reason why I do this is because I have ran into my own and knowing this for 10 years and really being hyper-focused on my health and not hyper-focused, because it's not something that is just overrated too much, you know.
• 11:12
  Speaker 2: I think it's important.
• 11:13
  Speaker 2: So stay hyper-focused.
• 11:15
Speaker 2: I ran in three years ago.
• 11:16
Speaker 2: I ran into my own health situations that actually have really dampened my ability to be in the field when I need it.
• 11:24
Speaker 2: Holding on to technicians, the retention is really like the turnover I mean is just so.
• 11:30
Speaker 2: Everyone knows that it's hard and sometimes us business owners have to get out there.
• 11:35
Speaker 2: We have to be in the field, we have to go clean, we have to be.
• 11:39
Speaker 2: You know, until you're at some point I was always in the field.
• 11:44
Speaker 2: Well, by the grace of God, you know the really hard times in my health journey.
• 11:49
Speaker 2: I was able to have a team that was reliable and here and I was able to be home resting.
• 11:56
Speaker 2: I've had several surgeries.
• 11:58
Speaker 2: I've been in surgery.
• 11:59
Speaker 2: I think we counted August 6th was six times.
• 12:03
Speaker 2: I've been in surgery I think we counted August 6th was six times in three years, some ranging every six weeks, some ranging six months.
• 12:08
Speaker 2: So I've been down and you know being able to have my team at those times be there to do the work and to run the business has been.
• 12:23
Speaker 2: I've been very blessed.
• 12:24
Speaker 2: I've had to dismiss it.
• 12:24
Speaker 2: I am actually at this point with my cleaning service.
• 12:28
Speaker 2: We are small Epic cleans.
• 12:30
Speaker 2: Right now I don't have any technicians in the field at all.
• 12:34
Speaker 2: Now it is just me and, like I said, by the grace of God I am feeling great.
• 12:39
Speaker 2: I am doing so much better, I can get out there and I can do all the work that I need to do.
• 12:46
Speaker 2: My husband and I are running things again right now.
• 12:48
Speaker 2: Our last technician left because she found out that she was pregnant and our work is hard, you know, and it's everybody's each to each their own, you know.
• 12:57
Speaker 2: She just wasn't able to physically continue to do it.
• 13:01
Speaker 2: I just found out what mine is.
• 13:03
Speaker 2: Oh, it's so exciting, but it's like oh, no, I know, I'm like come on, I know.
• 13:12
Speaker 3: You're like, she told me not to take her off, but yeah.
• 13:15
Speaker 2: Yeah, I and so did.
• 13:17
Speaker 1: so did mine, but you know it was a couple of weeks, kept going by and she was only like two months.
• 13:26
  Speaker 1: Oh I have a question.
• 13:27
Speaker 1: Yes, when you were starting to and we always take advantage of our health until we no longer have it Right and then then it really make you take a step back and you're like really looking at your life, trying to analyze like what happened and all that other stuff.
• 13:42
Speaker 1: At what point did the evolution of the patch come to mind?
• 13:46
Speaker 1: Did someone give you a sample?
• 13:47
Speaker 1: Were you at a show?
• 13:48
Speaker 1: How did evolution happen.
• 13:50
Speaker 2: Yes, I was actually Shannon, so what happened when I was introduced to the patches is October, just past October 2024, I was back in the hospital, back with my leg up in the bed all day long.
• 14:06
Speaker 2: I could barely walk from the kitchen to Okay.
• 14:10
  Speaker 2: So I Okay.
• 14:10
  Speaker 2: Here's my thing.
• 14:11
Speaker 2: I have May Turner syndrome.
• 14:13
Speaker 2: I have blood clots in my left leg that I become 100% included from the knee to the belly button with blood clots.
• 14:21
Speaker 2: My leg will swell up like it doesn't even belong to me and I cannot walk.
• 14:24
Speaker 2: You know, I have to go and do emergency surgery where they take the blood clot out.
• 14:28
Speaker 2: I mean, there's so many risks with your you know, you can get PEs, you can get lung blood clots, all the things.
• 14:33
Speaker 2: You can die instantly from these things.
• 14:35
Speaker 2: So I wasn't even able to walk from the bedroom to the kitchen and I had to go back to the bed.
• 14:41
Speaker 2: So I was in bed all the time.
• 14:45
Speaker 2: A friend of mine, she called me.
• 14:45
Speaker 2: She's like hey, girl, you need to get on these patches.
• 14:47
Speaker 2: I'm like what patches?
• 14:48
Speaker 2: I was already so frustrated with two and a half years of this blood clot thing happening.
• 14:52
Speaker 2: Just all of a sudden too.
• 14:54
Speaker 2: It doesn't like it hits you, and that's it.
• 14:58
Speaker 2: Boom, here I am.
• 14:59
Speaker 2: Hi, Yep, you're back in bed.
• 15:04
Speaker 2: I'm like no, so she calls me.
• 15:05
Speaker 2: I'm like, what patches?
• 15:06
  Speaker 2: I don't even know what's happening.
• 15:06
Speaker 2: The doctor's this and the doctor's that, and I was just so frustrated.
• 15:08
Speaker 2: Well, I never really got back with her.
• 15:11
Speaker 2: We were at a home expo show for Epic Cleans, for a home and garden show, and she actually runs the show and she seen in April, just past April.
• 15:21
Speaker 2: He says and she sees I'm limping around, I'm trying to look my best.
• 15:26
Speaker 2: My leg is huge.
• 15:27
Speaker 2: I've got these shoes on that I shouldn't even probably have been wearing.
• 15:29
Speaker 2: And I'm like, oh, just trying to make it through a three-day home and garden expo.
• 15:34
Speaker 2: And she's like, girl, I'll be right back.
• 15:36
Speaker 2: And she comes and she slaps one of these patches on the back of my neck and I'm like, okay, fine, I'll try your patch.
• 15:49
Speaker 2: Well, I had worked seven days straight.
• 15:50
Speaker 2: My husband just started.
• 15:51
Speaker 2: He was in the field with me.
• 15:51
Speaker 2: I had one technician left.
• 15:52
Speaker 2: He was in the field.
• 15:52
Speaker 2: He just started a sourdough micro bakery, so he was baking bread for four days for the show.
• 15:59
Speaker 2: So it was me and my technician and I'm like I am swollen, I am tired.
• 16:04
Speaker 2: We worked seven days straight.
• 16:06
Speaker 2: I did a three-day expo and Sunday I had a deep sorry, a move-out market ready service scheduled for one year.
• 16:14
Speaker 2: That had to be done that Sunday oh wow.
• 16:18
Speaker 2: So I'm on my eighth day, saturday.
• 16:23
Speaker 2: She slaps that thing on my neck.
• 16:24
Speaker 2: I went to bed with it.
• 16:25
Speaker 2: I was like I even showered with it and I went to bed with it.
• 16:28
Speaker 2: We got up the next day and I went to this 4,300 square foot move out market ready post construction.
• 16:35
Speaker 2: It was a year in post-construction, that's why it was a year scheduled out.
• 16:42
Speaker 2: I've been waiting to hear from this lady for one year and she's like okay, I'm ready.
• 16:47
Speaker 3: I need it done by.
• 16:48
Speaker 3: Monday I'm like that's how it works and I'm like, okay, I got you.
• 16:52
Speaker 2: So my husband and I just us two after the show, after me working seven days straight, oh my goodness, we went to this 13-hour move-out market-ready post-construction service and we got done at 10 pm.
• 17:12
Speaker 3: Mind you, the next day was Monday and I have rotation services.
• 17:14
Speaker 2: Yeah, here comes the reoccurring.
• 17:15
Speaker 2: I am in so much.
• 17:16
Speaker 2: I'm like this is, oh my gosh.
• 17:43
Speaker 2: Tuesday rolls around, ladies, and I said honey, how did I make it through that week?
• 17:48
Speaker 2: How did I make it through Sunday?
• 17:50
  Speaker 2: What happened?
• 17:51
Speaker 2: I drove the 13-hour clean and I didn't feel no discomfort.
• 17:57
Speaker 2: My leg was still huge, but I wasn't limping and I went oh my gosh, I was wearing that patch.
• 18:05
  Speaker 2: And he goes.
• 18:06
Speaker 2: It had to have been that patch.
• 18:08
Speaker 2: I said my elbows, my elbows weren't even hurting.
• 18:11
Speaker 2: I, oh, I had one elbow that had gopher tennis.
• 18:16
Speaker 2: Ladies, every cleaner I know gets golfer or tennis elbow.
• 18:21
Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I had it bad on the left tunnel, or a garble.
• 18:26
Speaker 2: If you're getting tennis or golf golfer's elbow there's pretty much.
• 18:32
Speaker 3: You've got it and you're not.
• 18:33
Speaker 3: It's not gonna go away.
• 18:35
Speaker 3: He woke up last night.
• 18:36
Speaker 3: He's been a roofer, a journeyman roofer, for 25, 27 years, 27 years, sitting there right for 27 years.
• 18:51
Speaker 3: He got up last night and he goes.
• 18:52
  Speaker 3: I can't sleep.
• 18:53
Speaker 3: I'm like, oh, no, oh.
• 18:56
Speaker 3: I feel like there's spiders underneath my arms and I'm like just zapping him, zapping him oh my gosh, poor baby.
• 19:05
  Speaker 2: That's this out.
• 19:07
Speaker 2: Yeah, one elbow was hurting that Sunday, okay, and I'm like, my elbow wasn't even hurting.
• 19:13
Speaker 2: And you guys know, and everybody in the cleaning industry, the roofer industry, wherever you're- at yeah whatever.
• 19:18
Speaker 2: If you start getting that it doesn't just go away, it gets worse.
• 19:21
Speaker 2: And then you know you try to massage it.
• 19:23
Speaker 2: I looked up YouTube videos, all these things, and it was like my arm wasn't even hurting.
• 19:28
Speaker 2: Wow, I'm like it was that patch.
• 19:30
Speaker 2: I got right on text that lady.
• 19:31
Speaker 2: I said I need all the information on this patch and she gave me she's like right on.
• 19:36
Speaker 2: I said I don't know what it was.
• 19:37
Speaker 2: That's the only thing it could have been.
• 19:39
Speaker 2: It just dawned on me and I need everything.
• 19:42
Speaker 2: So right then, ladies, I got on these patches.
• 19:51
Speaker 2: It took about five days to get in.
• 19:52
Speaker 2: That was April 10th.
• 19:53
Speaker 2: I ordered my patches.
• 19:53
Speaker 2: They came in on like the 15th.
• 19:54
Speaker 2: I made a health tracker list about everything I've been dealing with the golfer's elbows, a lot of things.
• 20:00
  Speaker 2: I mean I had a list.
• 20:01
Speaker 2: My husband I put him straight on there.
• 20:03
Speaker 2: Jamie, I put him on the patch.
• 20:05
Speaker 2: Everything I do, he does, and that's the way it is.
• 20:08
  Speaker 1: Everything I do.
• 20:09
Speaker 2: I try to make my teams do too, so whatever.
• 20:11
Speaker 1: And if they don't, oh well, but I'll tell them, I'll bang it into them.
• 20:14
Speaker 1: I'm like you should be doing this.
• 20:17
Speaker 2: So I got my husband on him.
• 20:18
Speaker 2: What happens with him in the morning when he wakes up and this has been happening for 10 years he can't lift his shoulders up above his head, and pain.
• 20:27
Speaker 2: And they'll wake him up in the night when he rolls over his shoulder.
• 20:30
Speaker 2: So you know, almost like a frozen shoulder situation.
• 20:32
Speaker 2: One week after wearing the patches, gone, no more shoulder pain.
• 20:37
Speaker 2: This man's arms, this man's arms, were falling asleep and he would wake up in the morning.
• 20:43
Speaker 2: He's like he can't even grab the coffee.
• 20:44
Speaker 2: He's like my arms are asleep, you know how you like, lift it up and it's like oh oh, forever, I have to sit at the end.
• 20:50
Speaker 3: You have to sit at the end of your bed and just like yes in the morning, like the way he would lift it up by his phone right and then nothing I'm curious what?
• 21:02
  Speaker 1: what's the?
• 21:02
Speaker 1: Because when I took the patches, it was a different protocol, I'm sure, and it was over a day.
• 21:06
Speaker 1: So for your protocol, did you wear them for seven days and replace every seven days?
• 21:11
Speaker 1: Did you wear them for two days?
• 21:12
Speaker 1: How long were you wearing them?
• 21:13
Speaker 1: Okay, so let me tell you a little bit about this and everything.
• 21:17
Speaker 2: So I'm curious, right, right.
• 21:19
Speaker 2: So I just absolutely, I'll go in the sauna with them, I will go in the shower with them.
• 21:23
Speaker 2: You wear them for 12 hours on, 12 hours hours off.
• 21:27
Speaker 2: Yeah, and these patches are two years old.
• 21:29
Speaker 2: The business is 20 years old, but the patches that I'm speaking of, this one right here, is two.
• 21:35
Speaker 2: Yes, the technology is two years old.
• 21:38
Speaker 2: Wow, so this, yes.
• 21:39
Speaker 2: So you know the inventor of these patches.
• 21:43
Speaker 2: His name is David Schmidt.
• 21:45
  Speaker 2: He's an inventor.
• 21:46
Speaker 2: He was hired by the US Naval Service to get something for the Navy to have extra energy and to keep going.
• 21:54
Speaker 2: But he needed it, that.
• 21:55
Speaker 2: They needed it to be a healthy.
• 21:56
Speaker 2: You know something good for them, good, healthy energy.
• 22:00
Speaker 2: They don't want these people on.
• 22:02
Speaker 2: You know amphetamines exactly what they say.
• 22:04
Speaker 3: Oh, seriously, I would get this from what you say?
• 22:07
Speaker 2: Yep, exactly what they say.
• 22:13
Speaker 2: So he was hired by the U S Naval service to and he's a scientist to make something to help these people, to these filters, these navels, you know.
• 22:17
Speaker 2: So he did this.
• 22:18
Speaker 2: Well, the contract ran out with them and he continued to do the do the patch, and those were called energy enhancers Okay, those ones and they were clean.
• 22:27
Speaker 2: Good energy and these patches are how they work is the light in your body.
• 22:34
Speaker 2: They are non-transdermal, they don't have anything.
• 22:37
Speaker 2: Nothing is in this patch that goes into my body.
• 22:40
Speaker 2: So it's all holistic, it's all light.
• 22:42
Speaker 2: It uses the infrared light and that's in your system and it bounces on the patch and puts it back into your body.
• 22:51
Speaker 2: Phototherapy, it's all about light and our bodies need light to live.
• 22:57
Speaker 3: Well, we're like a plant yes, you're absolutely right, like photosynthesis and all that you got it, girl, you got it.
• 23:06
Speaker 2: So when I take these off, I don't just throw them away right away.
• 23:09
Speaker 2: They still have some use.
• 23:10
Speaker 2: I actually set them on the plant soil in my house so my plants thrive.
• 23:16
Speaker 2: I put them on the dog collar, on my dog If my dog's acting funny, he's acting tired, he's an English Mastiff, 200 pounds and he's old.
• 23:24
Speaker 2: So if he's acting like he doesn't feel good, I'll put it on his collar.
• 23:28
Speaker 2: It helps him feel better.
• 23:29
  Speaker 2: It's amazing.
• 23:30
Speaker 2: It's all about life.
• 23:31
Speaker 2: You hear about red light therapy, all these lights.
• 23:40
Speaker 2: This is the net.
• 23:41
Speaker 2: This is right now actually the number one medical advancement of the world.
• 23:42
Speaker 2: Right now, this patch specifically is only two years old.
• 23:44
Speaker 2: But, like I said, his company is 20 years old, so he was making all these other patches that before that.
• 23:51
Speaker 2: You know that helps certain things.
• 23:53
Speaker 2: There's a sleep one, there's an energy one glutathione but it helps your body do it itself.
• 24:00
Speaker 2: It's not putting anything into you.
• 24:01
  Speaker 2: Your body will.
• 24:03
Speaker 2: If it's got the proper you know everything the proper things to do its job, it'll do its job.
• 24:11
Speaker 2: So this patch here is a stem cell activation, reactivation patch, so it actually activates your dormant stem cells.
• 24:22
Speaker 2: Now, what are stem cells?
• 24:23
Speaker 2: Stem cells are cells that will go to any part of the body to heal anything.
• 24:31
Speaker 2: It can turn into a lung cell.
• 24:32
Speaker 2: It can turn into a brain cell, a skin cell around right.
• 24:36
Speaker 2: Yes, it turns in, it just turns into that cell.
• 24:39
Speaker 3: It's like I'm gonna go be a lung cell because it's yeah, I remember the whole woo-woo about stem cell research back in the day, what this is all like yes so we get you know there's people yeah, people go.
• 24:56
Speaker 1: Oh those dead bodies, my dead body no.
• 25:00
Speaker 2: So people go to mexico and pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for stem cell injections.
• 25:04
  Speaker 2: It's invasive, yeah, it's invasive.
• 25:08
Speaker 2: Sometimes it doesn't work.
• 25:09
Speaker 2: It's localized stem cell shots, so it'll go right to the shoulder and be a shoulder cell.
• 25:13
  Speaker 2: These are systemic.
• 25:15
Speaker 2: They will go all through it, doesn't?
• 25:17
Speaker 2: These don't go nowhere.
• 25:19
Speaker 2: It when you turn 30, so here we go.
• 25:22
Speaker 2: What are stem cells?
• 25:23
Speaker 2: They're a cell that can turn into everything.
• 25:25
Speaker 2: When we are born, we have stem cells that create healing and growing and all the things.
• 25:31
Speaker 2: When we turn 30 years old, these stem cells, our stem cells, start going dormant.
• 25:35
Speaker 2: They're like, okay, I'm going to go take a nap now You're 40 and more.
• 25:39
Speaker 2: By the time we're 60 years old, about 60% of your stem cells are going dormant.
• 25:46
Speaker 2: By the time you're 80, I think you have 10% left.
• 25:49
Speaker 2: Okay, of your own natural.
• 25:51
Speaker 2: This conducts a light that wakes up your GHKCU, copper peptides that activate and reactivate your own stem cells causing your body.
• 26:03
Speaker 1: Okay, I need to repeat that.
• 26:07
Speaker 2: What is it G-H-K-C-U?
• 26:09
  Speaker 2: Nope, it's G-H-K-C-U.
• 26:12
  Speaker 1: G-H-K-C-U.
• 26:14
  Speaker 1: Thank you.
• 26:15
Speaker 1: Copper peptides, copper peptides, yes, yes, that's for the audience and for myself.
• 26:22
Speaker 2: Yes, yes, check it out, look it up.
• 26:25
Speaker 2: It's amazing, by the way, these patches are.
• 26:27
Speaker 2: They have 80 clinical research studies and they are US patent.
• 26:33
Speaker 2: So it is not a placebo.
• 26:35
Speaker 2: You cannot patent a placebo.
• 26:38
Speaker 2: These things are legit.
• 26:40
Speaker 2: They have research behind them.
• 26:43
Speaker 2: The inventor, david Schmidt, has over 200 US patents.
• 26:46
Speaker 2: That's huge To get one patent takes many years To even get in the patent.
• 26:53
Speaker 3: it's like oh boy, so important in our industry.
• 26:55
Speaker 3: And for the listeners it's like, oh boy, this is so, so important in our industry.
• 26:57
Speaker 3: And for the listeners that are in this.
• 27:01
Speaker 3: This is on my mind, yes if you want to operate.

• 27:29
Speaker 2: He threw his reading glasses away after 12 months.
• 27:35
Speaker 1: That is wild, I love it.
• 27:35
Speaker 1: Oh my gosh man, because as soon as you get 30, there goes your eyesight away after 12 months.
• 27:37
Speaker 2: That is wild, I love it, no more glasses man because as soon as you get, 30, there goes your eyesight Dude.
• 27:42
  Speaker 1: I hate this.
• 27:43
Speaker 1: There was five vocals.

Speaker 3: I'm getting ready to go to five vocals.
• 27:48
Speaker 2: Look, all three of us.
• 27:49
Speaker 2: So what they say too, with these patches, is that what you want to do?
• 27:53
Speaker 2: Is you want to wear them?
• 27:54
Speaker 2: Give them a shot.
• 27:55
Speaker 2: If somebody is like, oh, I think I'll give them a try for a month.
• 27:58
Speaker 2: Nope, Don't even waste your time.
• 28:00
Speaker 2: Don't even waste your time.
• 28:01
Speaker 2: You want to give them a try for one month for every decade you are old to get the optimal results.
• 28:08
Speaker 2: And then there's more results after that.
• 28:10
Speaker 2: So I am so excited to be wearing these things for four and a half months, you guys, because those are like okay.
• 28:17

• 28:28
Speaker 2: I started wearing these patches.
• 28:30
Speaker 2: It took about April I would say the middle of July.
• 28:35
Speaker 2: No more, no more golfer's elbow, no more tennis elbow.
• 28:39
Speaker 2: It took about three months.
• 28:40
Speaker 2: My elbows are healed, I can dust all day long with my big swipper and I have no pain in my arms.
• 28:47
  Speaker 2: It's gone, that's 100%.
• 28:49

• 28:59
Speaker 2: I was hoping, like the first few weeks, that that would be like the first thing, Because you know you feel that pain all the time.
• 29:05
  Speaker 2: You're like man.
• 29:05
Speaker 2: I wish these patches would help this elbow.
• 29:07
Speaker 2: Well, it finally did about three months.
• 29:10
Speaker 2: So everybody's little miracle they get from these amazing patches takes a while.
• 29:15
Speaker 2: We don't know what's happening inside our bodies.
• 29:17
Speaker 2: We can't see every blood test.
• 29:20
Speaker 2: We can't see something that okay, these, these, your stem cells, are going to go to the most important thing first.
• 29:27
Speaker 2: Now, if you've got something going on in your body that you don't even know my elbow is going to be the last thing yeah, yes, right oh check this out jamie, now that you mentioned that, it these patches, and it's research, honey, it's all research, it's all patent, it shows the proof entrepreneurs are really good at research.

• 29:54
Speaker 2: Yeah, on the link.
• 29:55
Speaker 2: I'm going to show with you, share with y'all.
• 29:57
Speaker 2: It shows the patents.
• 29:59
Speaker 2: If you're a scientific person and you love to read, read all these patents because it has the proof.
• 30:03
Speaker 2: But the research shows that it it actually reverses the age of your heart by nine years in four months nine years in four months, nine years in four months.
• 30:17

Speaker 2: So, like you said, the proprietary form of phototherapy.
• 30:37
Speaker 2: You, jamie, you were right there, you were right on it, you know your stuff.
• 30:41
Speaker 2: So this thing I know.
• 30:43
Speaker 2: Yes, in the first few days, first few days, 4 000 jeans begin to reset.
• 30:49
Speaker 2: In the first few days of wearing these 4 000 jeans, how many jeans do we have total?
• 30:55
  Speaker 2: We have?
• 30:57
Speaker 2: Oh, my goodness, anybody know that?
• 30:59
  Speaker 2: I'm curious now.
• 31:00
Speaker 1: Yes, yes, oh my goodness, you have to Google it on the phone.
• 31:05
Speaker 2: I just heard about it.
• 31:06
Speaker 2: I just heard the exact amount.
• 31:09
Speaker 2: Okay, you know how.
• 31:10
Speaker 2: They say that resveratrol found in red wine.
• 31:15
Speaker 2: Oh, check this part out.
• 31:18
Speaker 2: Patches are not age anti-aging.
• 31:21
  Speaker 2: They're not anti-aging.
• 31:23
Speaker 2: Use this skincare for anti-aging effects.
• 31:26
Speaker 2: These patches are age reversal.
• 31:30
Speaker 2: Oh, they get rid of the fine lines and wrinkles.
• 31:34
Speaker 3: They are age-reversing, they reverse the age of your heart by nine years.
• 31:37
Speaker 3: I'm glad with the skin.
• 31:38
Speaker 3: If you do, you glow.
• 31:40
  Speaker 3: I don't wear makeup.
• 31:42
Speaker 2: Look, look at this I don't wear makeup.
• 31:44
  Speaker 2: I don't have no makeup.
• 31:45
  Speaker 2: It's real.
• 31:46
Speaker 2: So then it okay.
• 31:48
Speaker 2: Within the first three months, your collagen is increased.
• 31:50
Speaker 2: Yep, your hair, your nails and this is the basic stuff, okay.
• 31:54
Speaker 1: so for those of you who are listening, it says the human body holds 20,000 protein-coated genes, according to the Human Genome Project.
• 32:02
  Speaker 1: So 20,000 to 25,000.
• 32:04
Speaker 2: That's incredible and in the first few days 4,000 genes begin to reset and it gives me the chills all over my body because you can feel it Right, totally it makes your body do what it wants.
• 32:16
Speaker 2: And it is true, your body has the ability to heal itself if you give it the environment it needs.
• 32:22
Speaker 2: Give it what it needs.
• 32:24
  Speaker 2: Give it water.
• 32:25
Speaker 2: Give it gerf, g-e-r.
• 32:27
Speaker 2: Just eat real food.
• 32:29
Speaker 2: Okay, give it water.
• 32:30
  Speaker 2: Give it sunlight.
• 32:31
  Speaker 2: Give it.
• 32:32
Speaker 2: People sit in offices all day long.
• 32:34
Speaker 2: We're cleaning houses all day long.
• 32:36
Speaker 2: We get about 5, 10, 15 minutes of sunshine while we're in and out of a house, but that's about it.
• 32:41
Speaker 2: And you know what we don't get?
• 32:43
  Speaker 2: That good sunshine.
• 32:44
Speaker 2: And the sunshine tells our bodies to do what Activate vitamin D.
• 32:50
Speaker 2: And vitamin D is necessity for living life, and so this light, this helps get your body to do what it needs to do, especially for people that sit in offices, for people that aren't out in the sunshine.
• 33:06
  Speaker 2: It's so good, it's amazing.
• 33:09
Speaker 2: So within okay, within six months, your heart.
• 33:16
Speaker 2: So change that to six months and not four, shannon your heart reverses in age by nine years.
• 33:21
  Speaker 2: It's amazing.
• 33:23
Speaker 2: And that's just a little bit of the things that they do.
• 33:25
Speaker 2: You know there's been topography on 70-year-old woman's brain that was heading into dementia.
• 33:33
Speaker 2: There's topography research showing, you know, how the beautiful colors get on the computer screen, where activities here, activities here.
• 33:42
Speaker 2: There is research in those patents that show the 74-year-old woman how her brain activity increased and she stepped away from the dementia part of her brain you know happening.
• 33:55
Speaker 2: So yeah, it is incredible.
• 33:58
Speaker 2: There are so many things like I could go on and on about it.
• 34:01
Speaker 2: So whenever I started wearing them like I said in April, right away I found increased stamina and energy.
• 34:09
Speaker 2: That day I worked that 13 hour house.
• 34:12
Speaker 2: I was like where did I get that energy After working eight days straight, plus the expo, plus doing this 13-hour clean?
• 34:20
  Speaker 2: I couldn't have done it.
• 34:21
Speaker 2: And it hit me two days later.
• 34:23
Speaker 2: I'm like, you know, it's like when you listen to a song and then two days later it pops in your head.
• 34:29
Speaker 2: I'm like, oh wow.
• 34:30
Speaker 2: So two days later I was like, how did I do that?
• 34:35
Speaker 2: And so that happened Discomfort and swelling in my left leg from my blood clots that I have been dealing with for three years.
• 34:44
Speaker 2: I could walk all day until 9 pm until bedtime.
• 34:48
  Speaker 2: I wasn't struggling.
• 34:50
Speaker 2: My leg was still swollen, puffy.
• 34:52
Speaker 2: You know, down in the bottom of my ankle was like puffy and edema and things like that.
• 34:57
Speaker 2: But it wasn't like it was.
• 34:59
Speaker 2: And the days and I kept counting.
• 35:01
Speaker 2: I was like at 22 days and I'm like no pain, swelling is barely, you know every.
• 35:06
Speaker 2: And I kept going and I would tell my husband 24 days, you know.
• 35:10
Speaker 2: So that was happening.
• 35:12
Speaker 2: There are so many different things that I've been noticing and I'm keeping track track of that health tracker that I have really—and, like I said, my husband oh, there's another thing with him.
• 35:23
Speaker 2: He would get up in the middle of the night three or four times to go to the bathroom.
• 35:27
  Speaker 2: That isn't normal.
• 35:28
Speaker 2: When you say it's just time to get old, no, you're not supposed to get up to go to the bathroom every three hours.
• 35:34
Speaker 2: When you're sleeping, you're supposed to sleep.
• 35:36
  Speaker 2: So he quit.
• 35:38
Speaker 2: He quit getting up to go to the bathroom at night.
• 35:40
  Speaker 2: So it's amazing.
• 35:42
Speaker 2: People have had testimonies about their husband snoring.
• 35:45
Speaker 2: I'm sure wives snore too, but they don't talk about it very much.
• 35:50
Speaker 2: Snoring CPAP machines, all these things that are just just blowing my mind like blowing my mind.
• 35:59
  Speaker 3: What?
• 35:59
Speaker 3: What is the link that you wanted to share with us and we'll put it in the show?
• 36:03
Speaker 1: yes, because yes, yeah, I think is it a subscription or you just pay by the order?
• 36:08
Speaker 1: How are you guys doing it?
• 36:10
  Speaker 2: okay.
• 36:10
Speaker 2: So there's a lot of different ways.
• 36:12
Speaker 2: You know that you can do it.
• 36:13
Speaker 2: It is about like, if you just get in and you are a customer and you want to just wear the patches and that's it, you can get in and you can get them on an auto ship for $99 a month.
• 36:24
Speaker 2: Okay, so it's less than a Starbucks.
• 36:27
  Speaker 2: It's $3.31, I think, a day.
• 36:29
Speaker 2: You're paying for this pack.
• 36:30
Speaker 2: You wear it 12 hours on, 12 hours off.
• 36:32
Speaker 2: You want to wear them during the day because your body and your cells are going all day.
• 36:37
  Speaker 2: They are moving.
• 36:38
  Speaker 2: You'll feel it.
• 36:39
  Speaker 2: I mean, it's amazing.
• 36:41
Speaker 2: And so you want your body to rest at night.
• 36:45
Speaker 2: So, rest lots of water, they say, to drink more than just half your body weight of water really get your body moving.
• 36:51
Speaker 2: So, so, $99 a month, you can become a preferred customer, where you know just a customer is $150, preferred customer is $99.
• 37:01
Speaker 2: That's when you're like in it and you're getting them auto-shipped and all the things.
• 37:05
Speaker 2: You can also be a part.
• 37:07
Speaker 2: So David Schmidt got out of the naval contract was done right.
• 37:11
Speaker 2: The US Olympics team in 2014 started using these patches and did amazing.
• 37:20
Speaker 2: Now you can wear them on the Olympic US.
• 37:23
  Speaker 2: It's not a drop.
• 37:26
Speaker 3: But they get tested.
• 37:27
Speaker 3: They're not testing, it's very clean.
• 37:29
Speaker 2: They started wearing them and so he was like you know the best way to do this?
• 37:35
Speaker 2: A lot of people came at him like, hey, can we sell these for you at all?
• 37:38
Speaker 2: The best way to do this was word of mouth and testimonies.
• 37:42
Speaker 2: He's like testimonies is the only way these are going to sit on the shelves.
• 37:46
Speaker 2: If I try to set them on the shelves, nobody's going to even know what they do or how they.
• 37:50
Speaker 2: So testimonies is the only way so you can get into it and become a brand partner where you can share them with your family and friends and then you're able to make a little bit as well.
• 38:01
Speaker 2: That is in my opinion, and all of my customers and all of my brand partners are like this is the way to go, because people want to know about it and they're like if you can be a brand partner in the thing, do that 100%.
• 38:15
Speaker 2: But you don't have to.
• 38:16
Speaker 2: Some people don't want anything to do with direct sales.
• 38:19
  Speaker 2: They don't want.
• 38:20
Speaker 2: You know, although 80% of the top women entrepreneurs in the world are in direct sales.
• 38:28
Speaker 2: That's huge to know.
• 38:30
Speaker 2: It's like what they're making it big and it's all about direct sales.
• 38:34
Speaker 2: So you know, and if you're wearing a patch and it's doing great things and your friends and family can get on them and you know why not.
• 38:40
Speaker 2: So that's what I chose to do and it's been very great for me so far.
• 38:44
Speaker 3: So I really love it and it's great and your energy is so it shows.
• 38:49
  Speaker 2: A lot.
• 38:49
  Speaker 1: Yes.
• 38:50
Speaker 3: It's like wow yeah.
• 38:52
Speaker 2: It's so different Anxiety, depression, oh, mental clarity, brain fog.
• 38:59
Speaker 2: You walk in a room and you're like what did I come in here for?
• 39:02
Speaker 2: That don't happen anymore.
• 39:04
  Speaker 2: That don't happen.
• 39:05
Speaker 3: I can Yep yeah.
• 39:07
  Speaker 2: I know exactly.
• 39:08
Speaker 2: I did it three times yesterday.
• 39:09
Speaker 2: I walked into a yes, yeah, or I did it, like I said, three times yesterday.
• 39:14
Speaker 2: I recorded in my mind, jogged my memory, you know, and I was like, wow, I know exactly where I was headed next.
• 39:20
Speaker 2: When I came out of the bathroom or, you know, coming into this room or that room, I was like that's huge, especially when you get, you know, just because you age, you don't have to feel terrible and that's the way it is, you know.
• 39:34
Speaker 2: So my reports on my blood clots on August 4th I did get reports that everything in my left leg looked way better for my vascular specialists.
• 39:42
Speaker 2: He said he looked at the screen and he said whoa, that looks so much better than February.
• 39:48
Speaker 3: And I said yes that's right.
• 39:50
  Speaker 3: That's right.
• 39:51
Speaker 2: Yep, so then that was a huge thing.
• 39:53
Speaker 2: Oh, and one last thing with my reasoning.
• 39:56
Speaker 2: Whenever I saw a testimony of a little girl, she's had cystic fibrosis all of her life.
• 40:01
Speaker 2: If you know what cystic fibrosis is, it's a lung dysfunction.
• 40:04
  Speaker 2: It's terrible.
• 40:05
Speaker 2: It'll take one's life by the time they're 25 or 30 years old.
• 40:08
Speaker 2: She is now 15 years old.
• 40:10
Speaker 2: She's been patching June 24th for one year.
• 40:14
Speaker 2: Her cystic fibrosis doctor with jaw drop says on June 24th, after one year of wearing these patches, you have 100% lung function.
• 40:25
Speaker 2: All of the scar tissue that was in your lung from all your life is gone.
• 40:31
  Speaker 3: Wow, she's 15.
• 40:33
Speaker 2: She is she is, and that's what happened.
• 40:36
Speaker 2: My leg, my stent in my leg that's why I got on these patches, because my stent in my leg was covered with scar tissue is blocking the blood.
• 40:45
Speaker 2: It was making more blood clots after blood clots after blood clots, when my heart doctor would go in there and remove the clots.
• 40:51
Speaker 2: My vein was making scar tissue, making scar tissue, so it was clotting that blood and over and over it is no longer there.
• 40:58
Speaker 2: Wow, the scar tissue that's on that foreign object, that stent in my leg, it's diminishing.
• 41:05
  Speaker 2: He said it.
• 41:06
Speaker 2: He said Whoa, your leg looks so much better.
• 41:09
Speaker 2: The minute I heard about that little girl's scar tissue and I listened to her testimony, I said I need these patches and I've been on them and I love them.
• 41:17
Speaker 2: My husband loves them.
• 41:18
Speaker 2: Oh, he goes to his, he goes to this place active medical group and we're actually trying to get them off testosterone with these patches, which she just lowered his dose.
• 41:28
Speaker 2: After taking the patches for four months he lowered his dose of testosterone.
• 41:34
Speaker 2: Wow, the next time he gets his blood draw she's gonna probably take him completely off testosterone shots.
• 41:40
Speaker 2: So a month after being on the on the patches, she looked at him.
• 41:44
Speaker 2: She goes whoa, you look 10 years younger he goes.
• 41:46
Speaker 2: Oh, it must be the patches yeah, it's amazing, you know, and it is the revenue.
• 41:57
Speaker 2: It's revolutionary, it's the next, it's the biggest medical advancement that's happened in a long time.
• 42:02
Speaker 2: It's not going anywhere.
• 42:03
Speaker 2: Light is the next healer.
• 42:07
Speaker 2: It is red light therapy, medical beds, you know, infrared light, all these things have proof that it's stem cells yeah, yeah you know, in the us you can't even get a stem cell shot legally still, and the shots are only 30% legit going to work in a localized area and they're tens of thousands of dollars.
• 42:25
Speaker 3: And the way they get them too.
• 42:26
Speaker 3: You know some of the way they'll get them.
• 42:29
Speaker 2: Yep Very invasive, very dangerous, prone to infection.
• 42:32
  Speaker 2: Pregnancies.
• 42:34
Speaker 3: Yes, the reason why I brought that up, it's because one of my tech is pregnant.
• 42:42
Speaker 3: Yes, that's automatically where my mind went to is how they got, how they used to get you know.
• 42:48
Speaker 2: Yes, through the through the belly button, the umbilical cord.
• 42:51
Speaker 2: The umbilical cord, oh yeah, but didn't they go in through the belly button, belly?
• 42:57
Speaker 3: button into the pussy.
• 42:59
Speaker 2: It's all coming back to me now as we're talking about this Jeez girl, you are right on time, you know your stuff.
• 43:05
Speaker 1: I kind of flew right over my head.
• 43:07
Speaker 1: So for the audience who didn't catch what I missed obviously maybe I'm having brain fog so they used to harvest the stem cells from the belly button Is that what you were saying?
• 43:19
Speaker 3: while they're pregnant, yeah, belly button into the placenta.
• 43:24
Speaker 3: Okay, that is the most.
• 43:26
Speaker 3: That is the most nutrient you can possibly get during a live birth.
• 43:34
Speaker 3: It it was also, people were so against that many years ago.
• 43:40
  Speaker 3: It's terrible.
• 43:42
Speaker 2: And then you're getting stem cells that aren't your own body stem cells either.
• 43:47
Speaker 3: Right, it was crazy, that's interesting.
• 43:50
Speaker 3: So yeah, very, I know that there's a huge market for placentia right now.
• 43:55
Speaker 1: I mean, I've had several conversations with people who've given birth recently and you can sell it on the open market.
• 44:00
Speaker 1: I was like, what Vitamins?
• 44:03
Speaker 2: What they do is they dehydrate it.
• 44:04
Speaker 3: Some of the places that we clean inside their freezer.
• 44:08
Speaker 3: Their placenta is in the freezer.
• 44:11
  Speaker 3: They save it.
• 44:13
Speaker 2: And then you're supposed to eat it after a year.
• 44:16
Speaker 3: You're supposed to eat it or something like that.
• 44:18
  Speaker 1: Yes, isn't that?
• 44:19
Speaker 1: That's a really old like total gaelic, like ritual it's a ritual it's a ritual, yeah, or it?
• 44:28
Speaker 3: or was it because of the, the stem cells, right?
• 44:31
Speaker 2: well, check it out yes, and so they did find out recently that I just heard of this thanks for mentioning, shannon that if the mother doesn't request her placenta back, they're taking it and they are selling it they're using it.
• 44:45
Speaker 1: I didn't know that, so I'm sure they took mine.
• 44:48
Speaker 2: Yeah, neither did I, and when I heard that the other day, I learned it because I listened to a lot of health and learning podcasts things that are legit.
• 44:55
Speaker 2: I don't like to listen to a lot of health and learning podcasts Right, things that are legit.
• 44:57
Speaker 2: I don't like to listen to people that don't know their stuff.
• 44:59
Speaker 2: I listen to people that know their stuff and, yes, that's what they're doing.
• 45:06
Speaker 2: And these mothers are hysterical over, oh, my goodness, my placenta has been sold, basically on a black market.
• 45:13
Speaker 1: Well, I think that if they're going to do that, then if you're're waiving the rights that you should get a cut of whatever it is.
• 45:18
Speaker 1: Well, whenever you're in labor, can you imagine here sign here, right, and that's it here.
• 45:24
Speaker 3: Sign this paper here.
• 45:25
Speaker 3: Oh, you're checked in you by that time you have done signed away in the everything.
• 45:30
Speaker 1: Yeah, small print that I just remember it coming out.
• 45:33
Speaker 2: I'm like, what is that?
• 45:34
  Speaker 2: Yeah, I, yeah, I know.
• 45:35
Speaker 2: I'm like I got to push again For me.
• 45:36
  Speaker 2: I'm magnifying that.
• 45:37
  Speaker 2: That's a big, gigantic stake.
• 45:38
Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my God, that just came out of my body.
• 45:40
  Speaker 2: I'm like there's twins, what?
• 45:42
Speaker 2: So, yeah, it's a big deal and that is happening.
• 45:47
Speaker 2: That is actually happening and I really do.
• 45:59
Speaker 2: You know, along with taking learning about Listen, there are so much things out there that we're being told to do that we don't have to do.
• 46:03
Speaker 2: Take advantage, be your own health advocate.
• 46:04
Speaker 2: Your body is your body.
• 46:05
Speaker 2: You know your body best.
• 46:06
  Speaker 2: Ask my husband.
• 46:07
Speaker 2: My husband will tell the doctor straight to his face.
• 46:09
Speaker 2: He did over a month ago.
• 46:11
Speaker 2: He said, hey, this lady knows more about her body than you could ever look at a cat stand.
• 46:16
Speaker 2: He said she knows, I could tell them where every blood clot I've had is.
• 46:19
  Speaker 2: I did.
• 46:20
Speaker 2: I have told them where it is next.
• 46:23
Speaker 2: And they're like how do you know?
• 46:24
Speaker 2: And I'm like, well, because I know it's right here, it's right here, yep, and I can tell my body.
• 46:29
Speaker 2: I know it's almost like if I shut my eyes, like the Lord puts a map in my head about exactly what's happening and I'll be like, okay, honey, this is happening and he's like, how do you know?
• 46:43
Speaker 2: I'm like just wait and see it's happening.
• 46:45
Speaker 2: And so you guys you know your bodies treat it well.
• 46:47
Speaker 2: If it needs something, give it to it.
• 46:49
Speaker 2: If you're craving something, that's you know good.
• 46:52
Speaker 3: People need to know their bodies.
• 46:54
Speaker 3: People need to come in.
• 46:56
Speaker 3: Trust your own self, just like how you did, and close your eyes and really start becoming into 100% and open your mind to what your body, the Lord is that?
• 47:11
Speaker 2: Yeah, 100%, he will let you know.
• 47:14
Speaker 2: You know whatever higher, you know higher.
• 47:17
  Speaker 1: You know whatever.
• 47:17
Speaker 1: Yes, you know hire.
• 47:18
  Speaker 1: You know whatever.
• 47:19
  Speaker 2: Yes, you're spiritual.
• 47:20
Speaker 2: Yes, listen to it.
• 47:21
Speaker 2: So this has been my monthly song is listen to your heart when it's calling for you.
• 47:29
Speaker 3: Listen to your heart and I'm like, I'm listening.
• 47:32
Speaker 2: Okay, you told me.
• 47:33
Speaker 2: So you know it's a big deal and especially in an industry and I see on the, you know a lot of Facebook pages and things like people are like what do you do now for this, when your arm and your leg and my back, you know, just really take care of yourselves because it is so important?
• 47:51
Speaker 2: So, okay, to answer your question, jamie, we have wwwthiscom.
• 47:57
  Speaker 2: Is it infocom?
• 48:07
  Speaker 2: So T H I S I S I T I N F?
• 48:13
  Speaker 2: Ocom.
• 48:16
Speaker 1: And the show notes for those of you who are listening and you're driving around or doing whatever.
• 48:21
Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, so this has doctor panels.
• 48:24
Speaker 2: It has doctor panels on there, Doctors talking about how this stuff is legit.
• 48:30
Speaker 2: It has testimonials from real life people like me and you.
• 48:33
Speaker 2: It has the patents of the patents.
• 48:38
Speaker 2: So if you're on your cell phone, click the top, it's kind of hard to see, but it says menu and there's a hamburger.
• 48:42
Speaker 2: So it drops down and it has the things.
• 48:44
Speaker 2: Okay, and it has testimonials.
• 48:47
Speaker 2: And when testimonials pop up, there's like this body and it has all these things.
• 48:50
Speaker 2: There are so many different, thousands of different testimonies on this technology and the patents are in there.
• 48:58
Speaker 2: It's a long, long, a lot of information.
• 49:02
Speaker 2: So when I went through it I took a little time.
• 49:04
Speaker 2: You know I went back to it a couple times to finish out where I was at, but it's got all the stuff on there.
• 49:10
  Speaker 2: It's amazing.
• 49:11
Speaker 2: And then I'll leave you guys my website and link and things like that if anybody's ever interested in checking these out and I do 100%, I 100% recommend this along with everything else you're doing for your health.

• 49:31
  Speaker 2: Thank you, Jamie.
• 49:32
Speaker 3: Your hair looks great, you're just glowing and everything looks great, thank you.
• 49:40
Speaker 2: I am so excited.
• 49:41
Speaker 2: Yeah, you look amazing too.
• 49:43
Speaker 2: You do, both of you ladies do, and I love how Shannon the walking is amazing.
• 49:49
  Speaker 2: That's a million steps you've done.
• 49:51
Speaker 1: Goodness You're right, it was random.
• 49:53
Speaker 1: It was my son went through a divorce.
• 49:55
Speaker 1: My adult son went through a divorce and he could gain a lot of weight during the process and he started walking and, as you know, I've mentioned, I broke my foot right after COVID, in the middle of COVID, and it it was a bad break.
• 50:09
Speaker 1: It was random too.
• 50:10
Speaker 1: It was like I had kicked the doggy stairs going up to my bed in the middle of the night and it was actually it's kind of a funny.
• 50:16
Speaker 1: I can laugh about it now.
• 50:17
Speaker 1: And then when I got up in the morning and went and got coffee and I'm like, oh my God, I'm going to pass out.
• 50:20
Speaker 1: So my husband comes down and he's like looking at me and I'm laying on the ground, he's like, what are you doing down there?
• 50:26
Speaker 1: I'm like I thought it was going to pass out.
• 50:28
Speaker 1: No one wants to hit the tile Right.
• 50:29
Speaker 1: And I got up and I looked at cause I went back to bed and I look at my foot.
• 50:33
Speaker 1: It was all purple and thank God I had a podiatrist who was a client and I'm like I don't want to go to the hospital, can you x-ray my foot?
• 50:42
Speaker 1: And he's like yep, you broke your foot.
• 50:45
Speaker 2: So that is the same exact story.
• 50:47
Speaker 2: That's the same exact story from the girl that gave me the patch Right, except for she's a wedding lady.
• 50:52
Speaker 2: She was in cowboy boots going up a mountain, fell gripping the bride and the groom were in a car, left her walking Right.
• 51:01
Speaker 2: They zoomed up the mountain.
• 51:02
Speaker 2: She fell and nobody saw her, thank God.
• 51:04
Speaker 2: She left that boot on her leg for 10 hours till she got home and had to crawl inside, broke her foot, the pain patches.
• 51:13
Speaker 2: The patches came to the mail that day, so you slapped the patch on there and went to bed.
• 51:18
Speaker 2: She got up in the morning, walked to get her coffee and forgot.
• 51:21
  Speaker 2: And she went.
• 51:23
Speaker 2: She had an ace bandage on her foot and she's like, oh my gosh, she said she was so wiped out from the wedding and the pain.
• 51:27
Speaker 2: And she's like, oh my gosh, she said she was so wiped out from the wedding and the pain that she was like, oh my gosh, my foot.
• 51:31
Speaker 2: And she was like starting to hobble she's all, but I'm not hobbling and she's like she goes with the ace bandage.
• 51:36
Speaker 2: She had made a call to her podiatrist and he's like okay, come on in bright and early.
• 51:41
Speaker 2: So she got all spiffed up.
• 51:42
Speaker 2: She went on and he unwrapped that ace bandage and he was like what's this?
• 51:46
Speaker 2: And she like, oh my gosh, I put that patch on it last night, right?
• 51:51
Speaker 2: That's why she could walk, that's why she could get up, that's why she could walk.
• 51:55
Speaker 2: He said oh yeah, you got a fracture in your foot or a break in your foot, she goes, he goes.
• 52:00
Speaker 2: There was no Shannon, there was no purple, there was no swelling under that ace bandage and it was because of that patch exact story that that lady that put the patch on me, the parallels, but yeah, I've gone down two whole sides.
• 52:12
Speaker 1: It was such a random.
• 52:13
Speaker 1: I just did it because I wanted to be healthier and get out more and I just love it.
• 52:18
Speaker 1: I didn't think that it was 29 days out of 31.
• 52:20
Speaker 1: And then I started to count like, oh my god, I walked like 87 miles and I go, I've gone, gone down.
• 52:25
Speaker 1: I haven't lost any weight, but I've, I've shrunk my body, you can see it in your face, your inflammation in the face.
• 52:33
  Speaker 1: I know Beautiful.
• 52:35
Speaker 1: But yeah, we'll see.
• 52:37
Speaker 1: You know, next, this month I'm I'm hoping to hit a hundred miles.
• 52:40
  Speaker 1: We'll see, I don't know.
• 52:41
Speaker 1: But I would like to get back to hiking.
• 52:43
Speaker 1: I used to spend a lot of time in the mountains, in the trees, especially in the it's important time, yep yeah it's, it's a special time that I mean.
• 52:53
Speaker 3: Yes, it really is.
• 52:53
Speaker 3: It's really special to be.
• 52:55
Speaker 3: You know, I always feel better when I'm out there.
• 52:56
  Speaker 3: I do too.
• 52:57
  Speaker 3: So does bodie.
• 52:58
Speaker 3: Bodie loves it too, so yep I love, love, love the trees well gosh it was good to see you.
• 53:04
  Speaker 1: I'm happy.
• 53:05
Speaker 1: Any questions for us or anything else that you'd like to say to the audience?
• 53:10
Speaker 2: You know, I just really recommend, like I was saying, just keep your health on top focus.
• 53:15
Speaker 2: Don't ever feel like you're just completely, like I said, hyper-focused on it.
• 53:19
Speaker 2: Do it Make it a big deal, because this is the only body you've got, this is the only life you have.
• 53:25
Speaker 2: So take care of yourself and, you know, if it doesn't feel good, quit doing it because it's not, and then you know when you are starting to make changes in your diet, your lifestyle or anything.
• 53:38
Speaker 2: Be sure to do your research.
• 53:39
  Speaker 2: Do your research.
• 53:41
Speaker 2: You know there are plenty of people out what are they called gimmicks out here with these patches already.
• 53:43
Speaker 2: Oh, wow, there are.
• 53:44
Speaker 2: There are plenty of people out what are they called gimmicks out here with these patches already.
• 53:47
Speaker 2: Oh, wow, there are.
• 53:49
  Speaker 2: There are.
• 53:49
Speaker 2: Everybody wants to be this patch.
• 53:51
Speaker 2: Now I want to be this.
• 53:52
Speaker 2: Just put this patch on.
• 53:53
Speaker 2: You have to do your research.
• 53:55
Speaker 2: There are I don't know how to call it fakes, fakes.
• 53:59
Speaker 3: Yeah, no, really Knockoff.
• 54:01
Speaker 1: I put the CBD oil in Remember when that first came out and everybody had CBD oil and like, oh, it didn't even work, right.
• 54:09
  Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
• 54:10
Speaker 2: So just you know, treat your body well.
• 54:12
Speaker 2: Like I said, sometimes you might be a business owner that isn't in the field.
• 54:16
Speaker 2: But I'll tell you one thing Unless you're to a certain point, you might have to get out there.
• 54:21
Speaker 2: Yeah, and you know you want to feel good if you have to cover for your technicians two or three times a month.

Speaker 3: I see people that are, you know, profiting over a million dollars a year still jumping back into the field.
• 54:35
Speaker 3: Still does it stay.
• 54:35
Speaker 3: Yes, it is always possible.
• 54:38
Speaker 3: Just because you hit that million dollar mark doesn't mean.
• 54:41
  Speaker 3: You're absolutely right.
• 54:42
Speaker 2: Doesn't mean you're free from owning your business, right?
• 54:44
Speaker 3: Yes, and then your business yeah Right, yes Right.
• 54:47
Speaker 3: And then and right.
• 54:51
Speaker 2: There might be a day where you know yeah.
• 54:54
Speaker 2: So that's one thing I just really want to tell the audience is just don't ever feel like you're overdoing it with your health.
• 55:00
Speaker 2: Do it, do your research, make sure you know what you're.
• 55:03
  Speaker 2: You know?
• 55:03
Speaker 2: Oh, did you ladies, you know what you're?
• 55:09
  Speaker 2: You know?
• 55:10
Speaker 2: Oh, did you ladies?
• 55:10
Speaker 2: I'll bring this up, if it's okay.
• 55:11
Speaker 2: Shannon just this morning was on it was on one of the platforms that florida completely abolished vaccinations in the whole state.
• 55:21
  Speaker 2: They're working.
• 55:22
Speaker 2: They're working on totally getting rid of every single vaccination, because the gentleman I don't even know the name, Sorry about this, you guys, I just heard it briefly, but he said who am I to tell you what to put in your body?
• 55:38
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 55:39
Speaker 2: What government should tell you what to put in your body?
• 55:42
Speaker 2: So they're working on that, to abolish all vaccinations, and I think it's important.
• 55:48
  Speaker 2: Just remember that.
• 55:49
Speaker 2: You know you are who needs to tell yourself what to put in your body.
• 55:53
Speaker 2: So really just take it seriously and go to the gym, or go to the gym at home, you know, do calisthenics, do push-ups and squats and all those things, whatever, if you don't have the money for the gym.
• 56:07
Speaker 2: And then if you do have the money, to get your technicians a gym membership, planet Fitness, it's everywhere, I believe.
• 56:13
  Speaker 3: Easy peasy.
• 56:14
Speaker 3: You know, you got a technician and I have a gym membership there.
• 56:18
  Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
• 56:19
Speaker 2: So implement those good, healthy systems inside your policies and procedures and all those things.
• 56:26
Speaker 2: And I just I want to scream it from the rooftops to our industry because I hate to see people suffer.
• 56:32
Speaker 2: People are just struggling with their health and when I hit it, when I hit rock bottom with my health and, like I said, mine's, May Thurner's it's the genetic disposition that I have that I can't even do anything about.
• 56:44
Speaker 2: Yes, I'm doing something about it.
• 56:49
Speaker 3: But you know your words mean a lot.
• 56:51
Speaker 2: But you know, do something, yeah.
• 56:54
Speaker 2: So when I hit rock bottom with it, I want to scream louder about it.
• 57:04
Speaker 3: No kidding, I've been watching your journey, so yeah, oh, thank you, it've been, I've been watching your journey, so yeah, it's been rough, but we're getting there and I try to stay in good joy and spirits is that good spirits, you know, and of course, man, there's dark days, but definitely, yeah, definitely.
• 57:22
Speaker 1: Well this, too, shall pass.
• 57:23
  Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, yeah.
• 57:25
Speaker 1: Well, like I'd like to have you on like six months from now, so we can get kind of.
• 57:30
Speaker 2: Let's do that yes.
• 57:32
Speaker 1: Then I think that that testimony alone and I'm curious.
• 57:36
Speaker 1: I'll probably hit you up later.
• 57:37
Speaker 1: I'm going to discuss this with the husband.
• 57:39
Speaker 1: You know he's like this is all woo-woo stuff.
• 57:42
Speaker 1: You always get me to do the woo-woo stuff.
• 57:48
Speaker 2: Yeah always get me to do the woo stuff.
• 57:49
Speaker 2: Yeah, I know right.
• 57:49
Speaker 2: And then I have a friend that I mean it will not put a patch on and I'm like, just wait, he will want to.
• 57:53
Speaker 2: And yeah, now he is right.
• 57:54
Speaker 2: Whoa, what happened to you?
• 57:56
Speaker 1: right, first I'll be the guinea pig and then, you know, I'm just curious.
• 58:01
Speaker 1: But yeah, I'm definitely intrigued.
• 58:02
Speaker 1: I think this is great technology.
• 58:03
Speaker 1: I'm glad we're finally releasing some of this technology, especially you mentioned the med beds.
• 58:09
Speaker 1: I thought it was going to happen last year.
• 58:11
Speaker 1: I'm hoping it'll happen this year or maybe next year, but a lot of this technology they've just been sitting on and I wish they would release it so that we can become a drug-free society.
• 58:21
  Speaker 1: That's the problem.
• 58:22
Speaker 2: That's the problem right there.
• 58:24
Speaker 2: So a lot of people need to understand that if it's going to work, you're not going to see it in mainstream medicine.
• 58:31
Speaker 2: You've got to do your research, you've got to think out of the box.
• 58:34
Speaker 3: You've got to do the things.
• 58:36
  Speaker 2: They want.
• 58:36
Speaker 2: To keep it like that.
• 58:38
Speaker 3: And it's all about money and power.
• 58:41
Speaker 2: So you really just got to think about it.
• 58:42
Speaker 2: You know some people are like, oh no, let me ask my doctor.
• 58:45
Speaker 2: I'm like, oh gosh, Yep.
• 58:49
Speaker 3: But there are a bunch of doctor panels on our research, on our link there but they're like wait, yeah, and they want to help people and I'm glad my doctor's like that.
• 59:08
Speaker 2: Yeah, so yeah, reach out anytime and I love your idea, shan.
• 59:09
  Speaker 1: Let's do that.
• 59:10
  Speaker 1: That's great.
• 59:10
  Speaker 1: I'll explain.
• 59:10
Speaker 1: Let's find out six months and then we'll see where you're at and we can get an update.
• 59:12
Speaker 1: You can fill in the audience on that for the people who are just not quite sure, because this is new technology, so absolutely but I love the idea.
• 59:21
Speaker 3: so, yes, talking soon, awesome.
• 59:24
Speaker 3: Well, thank you for seeing me.
• 59:25
Speaker 2: ladies, have a great day.
• 59:27
Speaker 2: Yeah, so good to see you.
• 59:28
Speaker 3: Thank you so much, you guys.
• 59:30
Speaker 2: Thank you have a great day.
• 59:32
Speaker 3: You too, bye, bye.
