- 0:03Speaker 1: Show and we are into another hour. It is the
- 0:08Speaker 1: Woody Show Greg. So I gotta break something about Greg
- 0:12Speaker 1: here at a second show. It's not necessarily a bad thing.
- 0:15Speaker 1: I want to I want to try to help Greg.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Really.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, I need lots of help in general. And
- 0:21Speaker 1: I think I have somewhat of an idea what it
- 0:23Speaker 1: could be. Oh okay, you know, anyway, there's menace. Gina
- 0:26Speaker 1: Grant is here. Friends are open eight seven seven forty four. Woody.
- 0:30Speaker 1: You can send us a text over to two to
- 0:32Speaker 1: nine eight seven. I don't want to, like, you know,
- 0:34Speaker 1: I don't know what you got for cheers and jeers. Greg.
- 0:37Speaker 1: But this insomnia he keeps talking. Oh god, you know,
- 0:41Speaker 1: Greg's talking about how his insomnia is like so bad
- 0:44Speaker 1: it's beyond. I have a couple thoughts. Number one, for
- 0:47Speaker 1: whatever reason, he forces himself to stay up way later
- 0:50Speaker 1: than he should, so his schedule is all jacked up. True, yeah,
- 0:53Speaker 1: you know, and it doesn't make any sense. He doesn't
- 0:54Speaker 1: prioritize You don't prioritize sleep. That's that's part, Like a
- 0:59Speaker 1: reg The routine is big for that kind of thing
- 1:01Speaker 1: with life.
- 1:02Speaker 2: That's good.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Number two, and we brought this up before. It's this
- 1:05Speaker 1: whole thing where it's like he'll sleep on the couch
- 1:07Speaker 1: if the beds made too nice. That's not going to
- 1:11Speaker 1: help out with any kind of insomnia thing either completely,
- 1:14Speaker 1: because you're not you're not you're not really comfortable, Like.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Yeah, you have you have a good hair day, and
- 1:19Speaker 3: then there's days you have a good bed day. You're
- 1:22Speaker 3: having a good bed day.
- 1:22Speaker 4: You don't want to actually just wouldn't be comfortable in
- 1:24Speaker 4: that bed.
- 1:25Speaker 2: I actually have a I don't know, I don't have
- 1:27Speaker 2: beef with that at all because actually when I when
- 1:30Speaker 2: I can't sleep, I'll go sleep on the couch and
- 1:32Speaker 2: then I fall asleep.
- 1:33Speaker 3: That's different.
- 1:34Speaker 1: He's not he's not making the decision to sleep there
- 1:36Speaker 1: because he's not getting the right sleep in his bed.
- 1:38Speaker 1: He's deciding to stay on the couch. Is the couch
- 1:41Speaker 1: more comfortable.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Than your bed?
- 1:43Speaker 1: It's not technically more comfortable, No, No, it's not. So
- 1:47Speaker 1: in general, it's not your bed should be more comfortable
- 1:50Speaker 1: than your couch. And you do have those nights that
- 1:52Speaker 1: for whatever reason, it's just not working.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Fine, I get it.
- 1:54Speaker 1: It could get a good couch a good night in
- 1:56Speaker 1: the couch every once in a while is good, but
- 1:57Speaker 1: when you're having insomnia issues. On top of that, Greg's mind,
- 2:01Speaker 1: as we know, races like crazy.
- 2:03Speaker 5: Right.
- 2:04Speaker 1: He obsesses about everything, literally everything, and it's the dumbest stuff.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Or then if it's not about that kind of thing,
- 2:10Speaker 1: like any kind of thing worrisome, he's worried about, like
- 2:13Speaker 1: are thinking about I forgot that the thing was recently
- 2:16Speaker 1: you said, But like there was another one that one
- 2:18Speaker 1: of the classics is like, are we over shrimping?
- 2:23Speaker 3: We're gonna run out of shrimp.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Because you know, red lobsters doing endless shrimp.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Like I know, but.
- 2:30Speaker 1: His mind is easily occupied.
- 2:32Speaker 3: You're in a random town at a random restaurant and
- 2:34Speaker 3: they have shrimp, and then like, wait, but the grocery
- 2:37Speaker 3: stores have shrimp. Every restaurant has. There's so much.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Shrimp over shrimping. So this is the I forgot the
- 2:44Speaker 1: other random thing you brought up. I think it was
- 2:46Speaker 1: something we were traveling recently, had some kind of random
- 2:49Speaker 1: like you know, like thing that you said that you
- 2:50Speaker 1: wonder about.
- 2:51Speaker 3: Yeah, probably something hotels or something.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Yeah, anyway, so there's all these things.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Everybody drinks himself to sleep, he does, but also that
- 3:00Speaker 2: could be well, the alcohol is a known thing, and
- 3:04Speaker 2: you don't stay asleep.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Yeah, because then the alcohol, you know, doesn't it like
- 3:09Speaker 1: convert someone of the sugar and yeah, so it's.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Called the trojan horse because it'll make you fall asleep
- 3:15Speaker 3: and then you awake a couple of hours.
- 3:17Speaker 1: So that's not helping. And that could be changing with
- 3:20Speaker 1: age too, like the way your body is metabolizing all
- 3:22Speaker 1: this stuff.
- 3:23Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I'm just throwing all these random things for you to
- 3:25Speaker 1: think about. I think you really do need because for
- 3:28Speaker 1: you know, you, you are the only person in this
- 3:30Speaker 1: room who says they want to live forever. I know,
- 3:34Speaker 1: so for somebody who's interested in living forever, maybe look
- 3:36Speaker 1: into these things. And you got to prioritize your your
- 3:39Speaker 1: arrest and your sleep because this insomnia conversation you constantly have,
- 3:42Speaker 1: Yet you make all these like very odd decisions. You
- 3:45Speaker 1: all do things to calm your mind. You do things
- 3:47Speaker 1: to ramp your mind up. Maybe menace hook them up
- 3:49Speaker 1: with some edibles Indica.
- 3:53Speaker 3: The past few days, man, I'm talking nuclear tsunami insomnia
- 3:59Speaker 3: where I would fall asleep on the couch at let's
- 4:02Speaker 3: say nine pm, wake up at midnight, and I'm up
- 4:05Speaker 3: for the day.
- 4:06Speaker 6: Yes, Jeff Nero nero sleep are really good. You've heard
- 4:11Speaker 6: nero gum right, Yeah, energy and turns you up. Neuro
- 4:15Speaker 6: Sleep is fire. It's like to but it also doesn't
- 4:19Speaker 6: like make you super good. It's gone next morning. It's
- 4:21Speaker 6: like a little like a mint.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm looking sleep and recharge mints.
- 4:26Speaker 2: We get this, uh store, because I tried to do it.
- 4:32Speaker 2: The onies, Olilie. It's l l y the gummies. The
- 4:37Speaker 2: only thing is they will help me go to sleep,
- 4:40Speaker 2: but they give me crazy dreams. That's the melt insane,
- 4:45Speaker 2: Like I stopped doing it.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Do you guys ever wake up? Because you have a
- 4:48Speaker 4: song playing in your head so loud it like wakes
- 4:51Speaker 4: you up? That happened to me.
- 4:52Speaker 1: I get a song stuck in my head a lot. No,
- 4:54Speaker 1: it doesn't wake me up.
- 4:55Speaker 4: And I don't know, couldn't tell you the last time
- 4:57Speaker 4: I heard this? Who who remembers? And I know just
- 5:01Speaker 4: how to whisper and I know how to elies air
- 5:06Speaker 4: supply woke me up. It was pounding in my head
- 5:10Speaker 4: last night, making love at all?
- 5:13Speaker 1: I'm was it in a movie?
- 5:15Speaker 2: Was it must have been?
- 5:16Speaker 4: It must have been on TV.
- 5:17Speaker 1: I could not go back, just a song that's in
- 5:19Speaker 1: your head for no reason.
- 5:20Speaker 4: It had to be on TV. It was pounding so
- 5:23Speaker 4: loud in my head. It woke me up.
- 5:25Speaker 3: How does something in your head get loud?
- 5:28Speaker 5: Dude?
- 5:28Speaker 1: That's you met me?
- 5:30Speaker 6: Right?
- 5:30Speaker 4: I insane?
- 5:31Speaker 2: You are this multiple personality disorders?
- 5:34Speaker 3: So, Greg, do you have a cheers cheers to? Yeah?
- 5:37Speaker 3: Nuclear insomnia cheers, uh, cheers to. I mean, it was
- 5:41Speaker 3: a great week. But I ran into an old friend
- 5:44Speaker 3: slash colleague who I hadn't seen in a decade. I
- 5:47Speaker 3: guess it's really cool to catch up with people that
- 5:49Speaker 3: you know from the past. And this is the dude
- 5:52Speaker 3: that named me, Greg Gory, so that's a big deal.
- 5:55Speaker 3: He and I have this huge history. He was kind
- 5:57Speaker 3: of a mentor and I hadn't seen him in ages,
- 6:01Speaker 3: and it was really cool to catch up for about
- 6:03Speaker 3: an hour or so, just stopping through on a huge
- 6:08Speaker 3: multi state motorcycle.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Right, Okay, I got you cool. I thought you're gonna
- 6:12Speaker 1: say it was cool for about an hour, so.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Then that was over. That's sounded like, I mean, it
- 6:18Speaker 3: was cool. How I live with this guy? But no,
- 6:21Speaker 3: it was in a one hour like catch up session.
- 6:24Speaker 3: It was really cool. That's cool. Yeah, to see people
- 6:26Speaker 3: like blast from the past.
- 6:27Speaker 1: And what's nice is when there has been that big
- 6:30Speaker 1: lapse between like the last time you saw them or
- 6:32Speaker 1: talk to them or whatever, and you just pick up
- 6:35Speaker 1: yeah as if like you saw him last week. Yeah, totally,
- 6:37Speaker 1: because there's always that kind of weird thing like, oh man,
- 6:39Speaker 1: how's this going to go? Right, like, what are we
- 6:41Speaker 1: going to you know, not what are we going to
- 6:42Speaker 1: talk about? This? Plenty of the stuff to talk about,
- 6:44Speaker 1: but is the conversation gonna be weird or awkward? Yeah,
- 6:47Speaker 1: you know because you haven't seen them in a while.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Yeah, right, it was.
- 6:49Speaker 1: I think dudes have an easier time with that kind
- 6:51Speaker 1: of thing.
- 6:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I've heard before, like you know, female friends of
- 6:56Speaker 1: mine or my wife talking like oh okay, I think
- 6:58Speaker 1: you guys overthink too much of what the interaction is
- 7:00Speaker 1: going to be where these guys just like yeah, and.
- 7:02Speaker 3: So social media, you know what people are up exactly.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Yeah, so you're still divorced. Yeah, Jeff g weekend cheers
- 7:09Speaker 1: and jeers.
- 7:11Speaker 6: Cheers to my son who finally got a job. Thank god,
- 7:15Speaker 6: he's going to be organizing someone's house. What Yeah, go
- 7:19Speaker 6: around things. He found it on a like someone was
- 7:22Speaker 6: looking for it in the neighborhood to help them organize
- 7:24Speaker 6: their kitchen in all their rooms.
- 7:25Speaker 3: They were just looking.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Yeah, air tasker, air tasker. Yeah, because I've seen like
- 7:33Speaker 1: where you can ask people to do pretty much. You
- 7:35Speaker 1: put it, you put out to bid. It's not like, oh,
- 7:37Speaker 1: I need someone to put furniture together. There's plenty of
- 7:39Speaker 1: those kind of things. You could do that too, but
- 7:41Speaker 1: you can say like, yeah, I just need somebody to
- 7:43Speaker 1: help me organize, like this is legit, legit.
- 7:45Speaker 6: Yeah, so it's they said it's going to be about
- 7:47Speaker 6: a two week job, so they must be hoarders.
- 7:50Speaker 2: So well, dude, that's how Kim Kardashian started organizing people's closets.
- 7:54Speaker 2: So he's the next Kim Kara.
- 7:56Speaker 3: Are you telling me my kid's going to.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Get into porn next?
- 7:59Speaker 3: She got started with Ray J. That was the first
- 8:04Speaker 3: I ever heard of.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Kim kardash Before J was organizing people's closets for real.
- 8:08Speaker 2: That was her job.
- 8:10Speaker 1: But she wasn't famous. She was just doing that. Yeah,
- 8:13Speaker 1: she didn't get famous organizing, She got famous taking it.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Dude, he might organize the right person's closet.
- 8:18Speaker 1: And because famous, Yeah, maybe.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Jeers for me.
- 8:22Speaker 6: Is my wife never answering her phone when I call,
- 8:24Speaker 6: Like I could be dead on the side of the
- 8:26Speaker 6: road and a ditch on fire.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Whatever.
- 8:29Speaker 3: She is so horrible about answering my calls.
- 8:31Speaker 1: It's ridiculous. You know what I do when that happens,
- 8:34Speaker 1: because yeah, if I'm if I'm calling, I'm not just
- 8:36Speaker 1: calling to shoot the ish. Yeah, you know, like I'm calling,
- 8:40Speaker 1: you know, in the middle of the day, especially like
- 8:42Speaker 1: if I'm at work or whatever, because there's a thing. Yeah,
- 8:45Speaker 1: there's an answer to it's need. And if I'm calling,
- 8:47Speaker 1: it's because I need the answer right now. I would
- 8:49Speaker 1: text if it's like, hey, when you get a chance.
- 8:51Speaker 1: But yeah, so what I'll do and my son too.
- 8:54Speaker 1: The rule with the kids is you can have these phones,
- 8:56Speaker 1: but what I call, you better pick up. But I
- 8:58Speaker 1: know you're around, and don't tell me you didn't have phone,
- 9:00Speaker 1: because mother, effort, you always have these phones. You're constanting
- 9:04Speaker 1: these phones. So what I'll do is I'll go into
- 9:05Speaker 1: the find my I'll find my wife's phone and I'll
- 9:09Speaker 1: ping it like it's lost, so it doesn't matter if
- 9:11Speaker 1: it's on silent, doesn't matter where she is and whatever,
- 9:16Speaker 1: and she knows it's me, and she'll see up miss
- 9:19Speaker 1: call and she'll call me right back. Same with my son.
- 9:24Speaker 1: But you're not gonna ignore me.
- 9:26Speaker 2: That's way better than the ones that I do.
- 9:27Speaker 3: I do.
- 9:28Speaker 2: I have the smart lights, so I'll turn the lights
- 9:30Speaker 2: on and off in the house and then I'll.
- 9:34Speaker 4: Haunt her.
- 9:36Speaker 1: You get those cameras, you can talk to that camera.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll go through Facebook, perfect, and I'll talk. I'll
- 9:42Speaker 2: make it ring through Facebook as a call.
- 9:46Speaker 1: I'm not person's just gonna call you just to chat.
- 9:50Speaker 4: So does she not pick up for anyone or.
- 9:52Speaker 3: She just not just me?
- 9:53Speaker 1: It's just me?
- 9:53Speaker 6: Yeah, So I call the kids and and then she
- 9:57Speaker 6: picks up, which is dumb.
- 9:59Speaker 1: I don't even marry.
- 10:00Speaker 6: It'll be twenty years in August's over.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Weekend. Cheers and jeers.
- 10:07Speaker 4: Oh my god, cheers to good house guests. I had
- 10:11Speaker 4: my oldest, bestest friend and her daughter come stay. And
- 10:14Speaker 4: this was her daughter's big high school graduation trips. I
- 10:17Speaker 4: want to make it super fun.
- 10:18Speaker 1: To your house. Yes, wow, And it was so it was.
- 10:23Speaker 3: Some kids get to go to Europe.
- 10:25Speaker 4: She's doing that college. No, she's doing all that for college.
- 10:28Speaker 4: She's getting out of Miami house and that was and
- 10:34Speaker 4: I was so proud of Sho because she's always been
- 10:36Speaker 4: like like the left brain and I was the right brain.
- 10:38Speaker 4: And you know what's going to happen to crazy Gina
- 10:40Speaker 4: and like she's like, yeah, I get it, look at
- 10:41Speaker 4: your beautiful house. So they stayed with us. They keep
- 10:44Speaker 4: their stuff in their suitcase. It's not everywhere they even
- 10:48Speaker 4: we had these tickets to this like festival and they
- 10:52Speaker 4: decided the last minute they didn't really want to go,
- 10:54Speaker 4: and they're like, we would love to stay here and
- 10:55Speaker 4: watch your puppy for you. I was like, girl, yes,
- 10:58Speaker 4: oh my god, thank you.
- 11:00Speaker 1: So you went.
- 11:01Speaker 4: We I still had to go with the kid and
- 11:03Speaker 4: the husband, but they stayed and watched Pip, which was
- 11:06Speaker 4: so nice of them. And they were just They brought
- 11:09Speaker 4: this card game that we played every night.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I would to use that to get out of going
- 11:12Speaker 1: to the festival.
- 11:13Speaker 3: If they said, hey, we changed our mind, we don't
- 11:15Speaker 3: want to go, yeah, rip.
- 11:17Speaker 1: No, but we're still going to go to this festival
- 11:19Speaker 1: and fight the crowd and traffic.
- 11:20Speaker 2: I didn't want to go.
- 11:21Speaker 4: Remember my husband as a bum knee. I had to drive. Sammy.
- 11:24Speaker 4: You would have loved the game they brought. It's called
- 11:26Speaker 4: moose Master. I can't moose knuckle, but it's moose Master.
- 11:29Speaker 4: It's so much fun. And yeah, we just had we
- 11:32Speaker 4: just had a great time and I got I put
- 11:34Speaker 4: to you know, like my I'm already.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Thinking about what I would have done differently. I'm like
- 11:38Speaker 1: a friend's over right. How often you see this friend?
- 11:40Speaker 5: Oh?
- 11:41Speaker 4: Once every few years, once every few years, even more perfect?
- 11:44Speaker 3: Right?
- 11:44Speaker 1: So here you have tickets to a festival. Yeah they
- 11:47Speaker 1: don't want to go, great, but your husband and your
- 11:50Speaker 1: son still want to go. He can't drive. This is
- 11:52Speaker 1: the perfect opportunity for a service called uber, right about it?
- 11:56Speaker 1: Because they don't have to. Then you know, you're fine.
- 11:58Speaker 1: You don't pay the park or whatever, but you don't
- 11:59Speaker 1: have to drive them. And he can't get mad at
- 12:02Speaker 1: you because this is a friend that you hardly ever
- 12:04Speaker 1: get to see and they're at the house. So you
- 12:07Speaker 1: know what, I should really stay back here. Let's just
- 12:10Speaker 1: let's just splurge for the uber and you guys go
- 12:13Speaker 1: have a great time at the festival. I'll see when
- 12:15Speaker 1: they get back, and then you don't have to go.
- 12:17Speaker 3: That's it.
- 12:19Speaker 1: You had the perfect out.
- 12:20Speaker 4: This is the thing like they need me like they don't.
- 12:23Speaker 4: I spent an hour in line for a food truck
- 12:26Speaker 4: for them? Why because I'm an idiot?
- 12:28Speaker 1: No, but that's the thing. They don't need you. You
- 12:30Speaker 1: get taken advantage of it that way, maybe the same
- 12:32Speaker 1: way that my dude, my father in law is the
- 12:35Speaker 1: smartest person I know. Years ago, he got sent out
- 12:38Speaker 1: of town temporarily three months or so on a job.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Right the company worked for was doing something, so like
- 12:44Speaker 1: temporarily out of town. So my wife and my mother
- 12:47Speaker 1: in law go to visit him at one point while
- 12:50Speaker 1: he's out of town for this few months. They walk
- 12:52Speaker 1: into his temporary housing. He has a washer and dryer
- 12:55Speaker 1: in there, but he's got clothes hanging from the ceiling fan.
- 12:59Speaker 1: What when they walked in? And now to this day,
- 13:03Speaker 1: Dad's an idiot. He doesn't know how to do it.
- 13:05Speaker 1: So he does know how to do this stuff. He
- 13:07Speaker 1: doesn't want to do this stuff, and so he knows
- 13:09Speaker 1: by hanging things from the ceiling fan. Oh Dad, he
- 13:12Speaker 1: doesn't know what he's doing. Oh stupid man, Oh stupid dad,
- 13:16Speaker 1: stupid husband. Yeah yeah, and so he doesn't have to
- 13:19Speaker 1: do it anymore. He's never asked to.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Do laundry like you you you throw in like some time.
- 13:23Speaker 1: This does all the time.
- 13:26Speaker 2: How to book hotel, of course.
- 13:29Speaker 1: But he's convinced his wife that he doesn't know how
- 13:31Speaker 1: to do this laundry. Yeah, so I do anything I do.
- 13:35Speaker 4: I get a steamrolled because I want.
- 13:37Speaker 2: To help everybody.
- 13:38Speaker 4: But so that, so that, but that was awesome. Jeers too.
- 13:42Speaker 4: I thought when you get a puppy, they start calming
- 13:44Speaker 4: down with every month, and then all these trainers I
- 13:47Speaker 4: follow on Instagram say watch out for the four month mark.
- 13:50Speaker 4: That's when they go crazy. My dog has gone full
- 13:54Speaker 4: psycho path. She's so reactive all of a sudden, She's
- 13:58Speaker 4: gnawing everything too. Everything. She ate the ass out of
- 14:01Speaker 4: my husband's underwear. That was everywhere, and now she is
- 14:06Speaker 4: attacking us all the time. I have so many videos
- 14:10Speaker 4: of this. I was hiding under the blankets. I had
- 14:12Speaker 4: to call my husband in the other room. This is
- 14:14Speaker 4: what it sounded like the other night.
- 14:29Speaker 3: You're encouraging it. You're encouraging it. How she thinks you're playing.
- 14:35Speaker 4: I'm not playing back with her. I'm not pushing her.
- 14:38Speaker 1: I'm hiding with It's like with kids, like if they're
- 14:41Speaker 1: getting away with it. And even if you're laughing, unless
- 14:44Speaker 1: there's like a strict discipline, like you grabbed by the face, No.
- 14:47Speaker 4: Huh, what in the crate? We did that last night.
- 14:51Speaker 4: It was just crying the whole time. So then I
- 14:53Speaker 4: was told, you're supposed to put your you're supposed to
- 14:55Speaker 4: grab the bottom of their job, but you're supposed to
- 14:57Speaker 4: put your thumb on their tongue. And they hate that.
- 15:00Speaker 4: I tried. But this little girl is like she's going crazy.
- 15:05Speaker 4: It's so cute, but she doesn't. The second she gets
- 15:08Speaker 4: the rest of her shots, the parvo and the rabies,
- 15:11Speaker 4: we're going We're going camp.
- 15:12Speaker 2: That's smart. They have like trainers that.
- 15:15Speaker 4: We are going to boot camp, baby.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Because you can't like like this.
- 15:20Speaker 1: We went to his house to go visit and he's
- 15:21Speaker 1: got one of these little annoying dogs too. Girl, oh man,
- 15:25Speaker 1: And this this dog just does whatever it wants. It's
- 15:28Speaker 1: constantly like on you, on you, on you, Like you
- 15:31Speaker 1: sit on the couch, it jumps up on the couch.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Which fine, that you let your dog's up on your furniture,
- 15:35Speaker 1: that's your business at your house. But when guests are
- 15:37Speaker 1: over and you're sitting there and they're constantly crawling. You
- 15:39Speaker 1: can't even push them away, and the owners doing nothing.
- 15:43Speaker 4: I want my dog manners.
- 15:45Speaker 1: This dog is like licking, licking, licking. Oh my god,
- 15:48Speaker 1: I can't even have my hand on my lap, like
- 15:49Speaker 1: I gotta like move my hands away, and the the
- 15:51Speaker 1: owners doing not. You not when it's constant. We're there
- 15:55Speaker 1: for five hours, that's the thing. Five hours of being.
- 15:58Speaker 4: Lived and my body gets away, puts you.
- 16:00Speaker 1: All on the inside of me or something.
- 16:02Speaker 4: It's so fluffy and she's so cute. Everyone eggs are on.
- 16:05Speaker 4: I go please, I'm trying to get her to stop
- 16:06Speaker 4: doing that.
- 16:07Speaker 1: You need the trainer.
- 16:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm working on it.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, well there you go, very vicious doctor
- 16:13Speaker 1: the killer. See the thing is like four pounds. You
- 16:22Speaker 1: grab it up, you put it in the minute that
- 16:24Speaker 1: the first time you know, and you grab it, you
- 16:26Speaker 1: put it in the crate.
- 16:27Speaker 4: I put her in air jail hold.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Maybe think you're playing. You put it right in that crate.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Throw a sheet over the crate so I can't see canary. Yeah,
- 16:35Speaker 1: and then ignore it.
- 16:36Speaker 2: Good idea.
- 16:37Speaker 1: And if it cries, let it cry or Greg right,
- 16:40Speaker 1: put it down show and into another new hour. Greg
- 16:49Speaker 1: menaced Gino grab and uh weekend, cheers and jeers. What
- 16:53Speaker 1: do you got for us menace?
- 16:54Speaker 2: Oh well, I spent well this past weekend. I spent
- 16:58Speaker 2: the weekend in Paris, but I was and Vienna, Austria, London.
- 17:03Speaker 2: I mean I had the best time in Europe.
- 17:05Speaker 1: And was it just for your did you go for something?
- 17:08Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 17:10Speaker 2: Location for start off in Vienna, Austria for the Austrian
- 17:15Speaker 2: Race for for F one and and then what was
- 17:19Speaker 2: really good. What was really cool is like I got
- 17:22Speaker 2: to go through the Austrian like the hills are alive,
- 17:25Speaker 2: like sound of music area, like the outskirts.
- 17:28Speaker 1: And your hands out, and.
- 17:30Speaker 2: I wanted to, I wanted to, but it was really
- 17:32Speaker 2: cool because it looked just like the movie I know,
- 17:34Speaker 2: like that Hillside part they actually shot in Germany were
- 17:37Speaker 2: like right on the on the border.
- 17:38Speaker 4: It was like the Alps.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Yeah, the Alps, dude, beautiful. Uh yeah, this seeing the
- 17:44Speaker 2: sports and being around the fandom of something. You know,
- 17:46Speaker 2: when you're into something and being around other people that
- 17:49Speaker 2: are into it, it's super fun. And then I absolutely
- 17:52Speaker 2: love London, so getting to spend a lot of time
- 17:56Speaker 2: in London was awesome. I went to a Harry Styles
- 17:59Speaker 2: concert at Wembley and that ruled pretty hard to be jealous. No,
- 18:06Speaker 2: there's some other Strait guys there, I mean obviously with
- 18:09Speaker 2: their partners, but yeah, just shopping. And then also because
- 18:13Speaker 2: you know, World Cup soccer is happening right now, so
- 18:15Speaker 2: like every single like bar and restaurant people are just
- 18:19Speaker 2: like partying non stop, like every single day. So being
- 18:22Speaker 2: around more fans like that that was that was really cool.
- 18:25Speaker 2: And then I went to Silverstone for another F one
- 18:27Speaker 2: race and I finished up in Paris. I went to
- 18:30Speaker 2: a Bad Bunny concert and that ruled. Now my jeers
- 18:35Speaker 2: is god. Man. I've been going to Europe for the
- 18:38Speaker 2: past fifteen years and there's something that Europe has finally
- 18:42Speaker 2: embraced from American culture, and it's called tipping. Dude. They're
- 18:49Speaker 2: all about tipping, and they've taken it to the American
- 18:52Speaker 2: extreme where if you're buying merch, they're asking for tips.
- 18:56Speaker 3: At merch.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Livapool wage. They don't have to make up for it
- 19:02Speaker 4: with tips.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know how that works, but I'm just saying,
- 19:05Speaker 2: whoa wait a minute. That used to be the cool
- 19:07Speaker 2: thing about visiting Europe. You don't have to uh do
- 19:10Speaker 2: any tipping in there, Yeah, of course they did.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Where where is it scenes? It might this could be
- 19:16Speaker 1: our daily mention of Japan? Is it Japan or was
- 19:18Speaker 1: it Europe? That it was offensive? Tipping was seen as offensive.
- 19:21Speaker 3: Yeah, definitely. To Australia was literally rude.
- 19:26Speaker 4: Yeah, like you're so poor you have to throw me
- 19:27Speaker 4: a couple of dollars.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Well there was that, and also like, oh are you
- 19:30Speaker 1: saying something about your job performing? Not even like as
- 19:33Speaker 1: a positive thing, it's just more like patronizing, like no,
- 19:36Speaker 1: of course I do a good job, like you know
- 19:38Speaker 1: of what, Like why wouldn't I have done the best
- 19:40Speaker 1: job possible?
- 19:41Speaker 3: Oh?
- 19:41Speaker 2: Yeah, no, I remember fifteen years ago when I went
- 19:47Speaker 2: to Europe for the first time, like somebody was offended
- 19:50Speaker 2: when I try to take them. But now now they're
- 19:52Speaker 2: all about it. They embraced it. And yes there was
- 19:55Speaker 2: little boobos out there too, but not as hot as
- 19:58Speaker 2: they used to be. Like you get as walk into
- 20:00Speaker 2: a store and get a little booboo if you want one.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Morgan Weekend cheers and jeers.
- 20:05Speaker 5: So I got a lot of mature things done during
- 20:07Speaker 5: our little break. I unpacked my suitcase from the White House,
- 20:11Speaker 5: So that's good. Are you dying I got it, and
- 20:15Speaker 5: also from another event we had over a month ago,
- 20:18Speaker 5: so that was great. And then I mentioned recently how
- 20:20Speaker 5: I was trying to get my car fixed but I
- 20:22Speaker 5: wanted to go the illegal route.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Yeah, she wasn't passing smog.
- 20:26Speaker 5: Right, and there was things I had to do, and
- 20:28Speaker 5: I'm like, I don't want to do that, just pass it. Well,
- 20:30Speaker 5: I am so old and mature now that I got
- 20:32Speaker 5: it done the legal way.
- 20:35Speaker 1: So what was the process on that? And it feels good?
- 20:37Speaker 1: And how much of that in the cost because we
- 20:38Speaker 1: heard there were numbers all over the place, but.
- 20:41Speaker 5: Total it was almost eight hundred dollars jeers, I mean,
- 20:44Speaker 5: what do they have to do?
- 20:46Speaker 1: Like what did the eight hundred dollars get you?
- 20:48Speaker 2: Like?
- 20:48Speaker 1: What do they replace?
- 20:49Speaker 5: I'd have to look at I don't know the receipt,
- 20:51Speaker 5: but it was like two censors and the temperature gauge.
- 20:55Speaker 1: So Sammy's kind of right when she said, oh my god, your.
- 20:57Speaker 5: Car could explode blah blah blah, Well it could have
- 21:00Speaker 5: because the temperature.
- 21:01Speaker 4: Was off, because that's what was wrong with my car too,
- 21:02Speaker 4: and I didn't want to get it fixed. And then
- 21:04Speaker 4: it was like, no, your engine could blow because you
- 21:06Speaker 4: don't know that it's overheating because it's not telling you,
- 21:09Speaker 4: but it is.
- 21:10Speaker 5: Yeah, so I think that's one of the things that
- 21:12Speaker 5: got replaced. But anyways, it's good and I did it
- 21:14Speaker 5: the right way and that it kind of feels good,
- 21:17Speaker 5: you know, yeah for you how that feels my jeers.
- 21:23Speaker 5: I don't really want to get too much into it
- 21:24Speaker 5: because I cried too much on this show.
- 21:27Speaker 2: My dog is old and.
- 21:28Speaker 5: He's big, and we're getting there, yeah, and it's just
- 21:33Speaker 5: I'm like max out all my credit cards just to
- 21:35Speaker 5: try and keep him alive, and.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Like it's just tough. How old is the dog?
- 21:38Speaker 5: He's ten ten, he's a great Pyrenees like big.
- 21:43Speaker 1: So, like, what's like, I saw your post on on
- 21:46Speaker 1: Instagram where I guess he got like really dirty doing
- 21:48Speaker 1: something like you. But he's just kind of like laying
- 21:51Speaker 1: there and yeah, said, this is the last time I'm posting,
- 21:53Speaker 1: like what's going on.
- 21:54Speaker 5: I don't want to post about it anymore because it's
- 21:56Speaker 5: getting sad. Right.
- 21:57Speaker 2: But he can't.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Walk walk, Yeah, took him all of a sudden.
- 22:02Speaker 5: Well, it was like, you know, he's had trouble, you know,
- 22:05Speaker 5: back leg issues for a while. He's always had arthritis.
- 22:08Speaker 5: He gets shots for that. Yeah, the vet now says
- 22:10Speaker 5: he has diabetes. So what the heck with all these
- 22:12Speaker 5: human things? I don't know. But otherwise, of course they
- 22:16Speaker 5: spend all the money to run all the tests and
- 22:18Speaker 5: they're like, everything.
- 22:19Speaker 4: Looks good, but he just how do you want to pay?
- 22:22Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 22:22Speaker 1: So what did he have like a stroke or something?
- 22:25Speaker 4: I just I don't.
- 22:25Speaker 5: I think he's just getting old.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Like if they're running tests and they're saying that he
- 22:29Speaker 1: you know, he looks okay, So like, what is it
- 22:32Speaker 1: that he can't move well.
- 22:34Speaker 5: He can't his back legs like he can try and
- 22:36Speaker 5: get up, I have to, I guess, And so he feels.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Okay, all whatever, there's nothing, uh well diabetes.
- 22:44Speaker 5: I think I look at him mentally and he's still there.
- 22:46Speaker 5: It's just his body's not.
- 22:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 22:48Speaker 5: Yeah, And of course the vet wants to like, oh,
- 22:50Speaker 5: bring him in, we'll study him for a day and do.
- 22:52Speaker 2: All this time, give you a quote the money, you know.
- 22:56Speaker 4: Open credit cards and we've all been there, great can
- 22:58Speaker 4: tell you.
- 22:59Speaker 1: And I know it's it's a it's a conversation that
- 23:01Speaker 1: people that you can't have a real rational conversation about
- 23:04Speaker 1: it because you have your irrational.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Right, especially when you ask a vet, which I did,
- 23:09Speaker 3: if he if my dog was your dog, what would
- 23:13Speaker 3: you do? And they say, well, we can't answer that,
- 23:16Speaker 3: we would do everything. And then essentially it comes down
- 23:19Speaker 3: to the point where there's nothing more they can do
- 23:22Speaker 3: other than keep them alive in a essentially a zombie
- 23:26Speaker 3: state on all these meds. So then you have to
- 23:29Speaker 3: make the decision of what you're gonna do.
- 23:31Speaker 1: And then you also have to balance out like if
- 23:33Speaker 1: it's Gina's puppy, right, which is less than a year old,
- 23:38Speaker 1: and then there's a dog who's ten years old or
- 23:41Speaker 1: ancient like Sammy's dog, Like have you had have you
- 23:44Speaker 1: had a thought about like well, you know if, because
- 23:47Speaker 1: the day will come where there's things that are going on,
- 23:50Speaker 1: like where you've decided like, Okay, this is what I'm
- 23:54Speaker 1: whatever length you're willing to go to, because Greg, damn
- 23:57Speaker 1: your bankrupted himself to buy him the before by I'm
- 24:01Speaker 1: twenty four hours totally with the dog that was what thirteen.
- 24:03Speaker 3: Or he was eleven almost twelve, an older dog, older
- 24:08Speaker 3: dog and big dogs don't live.
- 24:10Speaker 1: That way, what I always say, But when you're in
- 24:12Speaker 1: that I get it, man, because like, hey, my dog
- 24:13Speaker 1: and I have a suicide pack. You know what I mean,
- 24:16Speaker 1: I get it, and we're my wife and I right now,
- 24:19Speaker 1: it's like, you know, these Golden Retrievers they have issues,
- 24:24Speaker 1: hipped hip issues, Like all Golden Retrievers have that, right,
- 24:28Speaker 1: So she's finally starting to kind of show her age
- 24:31Speaker 1: of it. She's gonna be, you know, eight years old.
- 24:35Speaker 4: She's a senior lady.
- 24:36Speaker 1: She's a senior lady, which my wife hates that phrase,
- 24:38Speaker 1: but like it's it's tough even seeing her like get older. Yeah, yeah,
- 24:43Speaker 1: you know, and we're not sure what's going on with
- 24:44Speaker 1: this hip thing, and you know, it's like but you
- 24:46Speaker 1: start having these like, you know, thoughts about like man
- 24:48Speaker 1: eight yeah, damn, you know, because then you're thinking like, oh,
- 24:52Speaker 1: I'll do anything. Well your heart's of.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Course, yeah, right.
- 24:56Speaker 4: What I always end up saying to people who who
- 24:58Speaker 4: finally get to that decision and is thank you for
- 25:02Speaker 4: doing for them what they cannot do for themselves, because
- 25:04Speaker 4: who would want to live like that? Like Greg said,
- 25:07Speaker 4: you're just keeping them.
- 25:08Speaker 3: Yeah you're alive.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Well, you'll do whatever you decide. We got you, girl,
- 25:13Speaker 1: Whatever you decide to do will be the right thing yeah,
- 25:15Speaker 1: for sure, you know, yeah, I mean, but you know,
- 25:19Speaker 1: you gotta just keep it. I would say, like just
- 25:21Speaker 1: keep them like like the dog's ten, right, and then
- 25:25Speaker 1: make your decision. Know, like if you make your decision
- 25:27Speaker 1: knowing that whatever you decide, we'll be fine, because it's brutal.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I mean, last year, my dog, Chero, she went through
- 25:34Speaker 2: cancer treatments and I mean, thank god I had insurance
- 25:38Speaker 2: for her, but it would have been forty thousand dollars Jesus. Yeah,
- 25:42Speaker 2: and unfortunately the cancer is back and we've been going
- 25:46Speaker 2: through the treatments again. I mean, she acts perfectly fine,
- 25:49Speaker 2: she's good getting an older dog older dogs. She's eleven,
- 25:52Speaker 2: and but every time we take the vet, it's just like, yeah,
- 25:55Speaker 2: it's it's a lot of money. Ru Yeah, but yeah, we.
- 26:00Speaker 4: Got you girl.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Yeah, it's tough.
- 26:02Speaker 4: We've all been there.
- 26:03Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
- 26:04Speaker 4: Yeah, well I'll be there again.
- 26:06Speaker 1: They say it's the worst part about having a pet.
- 26:08Speaker 4: And I never wanted to do it again.
- 26:10Speaker 3: Price of love is grief.
- 26:12Speaker 5: And I'm angry because I didn't choose to go out
- 26:14Speaker 5: and get a dog like this dog literally fell in
- 26:16Speaker 5: my lap, right, and I'm it's a crazy story.
- 26:19Speaker 4: Yeah, from pretty.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Much literally dropped Little angel I caught it, little Yeah.
- 26:27Speaker 1: He must have hit the ground because his tongue has
- 26:28Speaker 1: been sticking out his whole life, and.
- 26:30Speaker 2: He barely has his teeth.
- 26:31Speaker 5: So yeah, they had him all like high on drugs,
- 26:35Speaker 5: and you think he looks retarded without the drugs.
- 26:37Speaker 3: Oh my god. Hanging there, Morgan More.
- 26:44Speaker 1: His show is coming up next.
