- 2:33Speaker 6: How are you to Rob Yale?
- 2:35Speaker 7: Welcome? Welcome?
- 2:37Speaker 6: I am sorry. I don't have a mic or a
- 2:40Speaker 6: camera on my on my computer. You know why I
- 2:44Speaker 6: don't here. I'm such a narcissist. I would look at
- 2:47Speaker 6: myself all day doing all No, that's not true, that's true.
- 2:52Speaker 7: Well you sound great, great, it doesn't matter. We'll take
- 2:55Speaker 7: you anyway we can get you.
- 2:57Speaker 6: My husband's yelling at my dogs. So if you heard
- 3:00Speaker 6: that in the background, that's what that is. You didn't
- 3:03Speaker 6: the mount in the bedroom. I'm so sorry. I didn't
- 3:06Speaker 6: know what was going to be on camera. I I
- 3:09Speaker 6: thought I was just gonna be my rambling self.
- 3:12Speaker 7: You know. We started doing the show live on YouTube
- 3:16Speaker 7: last year and uh, you know, just figured hey, let's
- 3:21Speaker 7: do it. And uh it's so far as going great,
- 3:24Speaker 7: you know, not just the audio thing. I mean it's
- 3:26Speaker 7: still as audio as well on certain streams.
- 3:29Speaker 6: Yeah, but you can see all the I see everything
- 3:34Speaker 6: wrong with myself.
- 3:36Speaker 7: Yeah, you know, you look fantastic.
- 3:38Speaker 6: No, I don't see anything where I wasn't fishing. I
- 3:42Speaker 6: am trying to say, I apologize to your viewers and
- 3:46Speaker 6: listeners before again, that's all. I don't want you to
- 3:50Speaker 6: lose one viewer or listener because of me, you know.
- 3:54Speaker 7: No, no, no, we have a very good base here
- 3:56Speaker 7: and they are excited that you're going to be on
- 3:58Speaker 7: the show.
- 4:00Speaker 6: There's my dog. See see Walt Brown would be so happy,
- 4:08Speaker 6: do you seem, Yes, yes, we do, he is. He's
- 4:14Speaker 6: his daddy's boy.
- 4:16Speaker 1: And Gail I just rescued a dog about six weeks ago. Uh,
- 4:21Speaker 1: let me see if I could do this here. I'm
- 4:23Speaker 1: surprised she didn't.
- 4:25Speaker 6: I'm so proud of you were doing that.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Oh no, do you you want to know where I could.
- 4:31Speaker 1: I'm not looking at Rob, but I could feel him
- 4:33Speaker 1: rolling his eyes.
- 4:34Speaker 8: Do you know what I mean?
- 4:35Speaker 6: Dogs?
- 4:35Speaker 1: Rob?
- 4:37Speaker 7: It's the name Gil it's the.
- 4:39Speaker 8: Name Ruby, Rudy Ruby.
- 4:46Speaker 6: Oh that's all right. You named it after Gail's birthstone,
- 4:55Speaker 6: Jack Ruby. I know I was trying to.
- 5:00Speaker 1: I did, actually, uh so I rescued it from China.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Her from China, and the name was Cooper. But she's
- 5:07Speaker 1: a girl, so I was thinking of a yeah, it
- 5:09Speaker 1: didn't make.
- 5:09Speaker 6: Wait wait wait what did you say about China?
- 5:13Speaker 8: I rescued her from China.
- 5:15Speaker 6: You were in China and got the no one. Yes,
- 5:23Speaker 6: that's eight. That's not China. Is it one of the
- 5:30Speaker 6: would you believe? Oh God, I should not have said that.
- 5:34Speaker 6: I'm sorry. Religion go joke.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Just so, the one of the rescue places. My mom
- 5:46Speaker 1: knows a friend that rescues dogs from China, and they
- 5:51Speaker 1: had named her Cooper. Maybe they didn't understand the difference
- 5:54Speaker 1: between a male American name and a female American.
- 5:57Speaker 8: Name, And like as a joke.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Before I got her, I asked our community, like what
- 6:03Speaker 1: the name should be, and we had a couple of names,
- 6:05Speaker 1: but Ruby is kind of a girl's name and it
- 6:08Speaker 1: has a JFK kind of thing, but it's also kind
- 6:11Speaker 1: of a dog's name. We wanted to syllables. Not that
- 6:13Speaker 1: I named her.
- 6:14Speaker 6: After Jack Ruby, but just liked Ruby. Yeah, okay, or
- 6:20Speaker 6: your person I like that, And and mister Clark says,
- 6:25Speaker 6: and no, is that how it goes? What? What is it.
- 6:31Speaker 7: Every time? Because he always has to show the dog off.
- 6:34Speaker 6: Blaming that makes him lovable, Rob, it does. Anybody who
- 6:38Speaker 6: loves animals is a good person. You know.
- 6:42Speaker 7: Everybody loves Joe. That's what I'm just going to change
- 6:44Speaker 7: the name of the show too. And just everybody loves Raymond.
- 6:47Speaker 7: And no, everybody loves Joe.
- 6:49Speaker 6: Everybody loves you. Rob, you're the smart guy to stop it.
- 6:53Speaker 6: Stop it. Okay, look who's here now? Watch? Look see that?
- 6:58Speaker 6: Oh well perk okay, see I'm never alone ever. So
- 7:05Speaker 6: all right, you guys, I'm on this. I'm so sorry.
- 7:10Speaker 6: I hope I haven't ruined everything already. I'm gonna shut
- 7:13Speaker 6: up and let you go.
- 7:14Speaker 7: No, you're fine, You're fine. We Gail came in as
- 7:17Speaker 7: we're doing the intro, so we didn't really have time
- 7:19Speaker 7: to talk before this, so everything, the whole intro went sideways.
- 7:24Speaker 6: But anyway, I'm sorry, I'm.
- 7:28Speaker 7: It's all good. So Alex Jackson is joining us. She's
- 7:31Speaker 7: the granddaughter of Orville Nick, who took the famous Daily
- 7:36Speaker 7: Plaza film the next film. She's also the author of books,
- 7:42Speaker 7: and we are delighted to finally have a here on
- 7:45Speaker 7: the Lone Gum And podcast after all these years.
- 7:49Speaker 6: So you're finally thought I'd done it before, Rob, I
- 7:52Speaker 6: don't know why I thought I had.
- 7:54Speaker 7: I think we did Doug Show together, or we together,
- 7:58Speaker 7: we did something together. Maybe, I don't know.
- 8:01Speaker 10: Yeah, day long, Yeah, yeah, I'm out of touch, guys.
- 8:08Speaker 6: I don't know JFK gossip. I don't know, like, okay,
- 8:13Speaker 6: I have only heard and I don't even know if
- 8:15Speaker 6: I should say this, shall I will? I don't know
- 8:19Speaker 6: who Fred Litwin is. I don't know him, but I
- 8:22Speaker 6: keep hearing these things like, oh my god, Fred lit
- 8:25Speaker 6: Win's gonna be at Lancer, and I'm like, well, what
- 8:28Speaker 6: what's wrong with him? I don't know. I I don't.
- 8:30Speaker 6: I am not as involved as I was before because
- 8:34Speaker 6: you know, I'm kind of fighting the government, you know
- 8:36Speaker 6: what I mean? And so I I okay, So.
- 8:43Speaker 7: Yeah, Fred's been on the show on My Soul like
- 8:46Speaker 7: four times. He's alone nutter.
- 8:48Speaker 6: Though, like Steve, like my friend Steve.
- 8:52Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, but is he not? Like yeah, I don't
- 8:57Speaker 7: have any problem with Fred and and he's written four books.
- 9:01Speaker 7: He does good. He does a lot of research, I
- 9:05Speaker 7: will say, backs the stuff up with some documents and
- 9:08Speaker 7: things like that. But he's he's very Gerald Posner esque
- 9:13Speaker 7: in the way that he picks and chooses things that
- 9:16Speaker 7: support his theories and not.
- 9:20Speaker 6: He doesn't take the whole spectrum only he's a cherry picker.
- 9:24Speaker 7: Yes, he is a exactly great, great description. But again
- 9:29Speaker 7: I think Larry invited him to speak at Lancer this year.
- 9:32Speaker 7: As Gail will be speaking at Lancer this year, as
- 9:35Speaker 7: Joe will be speaking at Answer this and Doug will
- 9:38Speaker 7: be speaking of Answer this year, I will not be
- 9:42Speaker 7: I'm taking a break, Gale, what I'm taking a little break?
- 9:47Speaker 6: What?
- 9:49Speaker 7: Yeah, take a little break?
- 9:50Speaker 6: Wait? Wait wait wait wait, what do you mean you're
- 9:52Speaker 6: taking a little break? Are you gonna book?
- 9:56Speaker 7: I I do a presentation every week go on here basically, Well.
- 10:02Speaker 6: So people like to hear you and hear what you
- 10:04Speaker 6: have to say. And that's bad.
- 10:06Speaker 7: Why no, no, no, it's not bad. I mean there
- 10:09Speaker 7: might be something happening in the background that we don't
- 10:12Speaker 7: that I wasn't ready to do yet. But you know,
- 10:16Speaker 7: there's always next year, right.
- 10:18Speaker 6: I'm being nosy. I'm just being nosy.
- 10:22Speaker 8: Okay.
- 10:23Speaker 6: This is why I'm a researcher. This is why I
- 10:26Speaker 6: do what I do. I I you got to get
- 10:28Speaker 6: to the onion core. Yes, you're writing a book, and
- 10:33Speaker 6: if you're not, why are you not?
- 10:35Speaker 7: Maybe I might possibly be.
- 10:39Speaker 6: I'm volunteering services of mine if you ever need them.
- 10:43Speaker 7: Okay, you can be my proofreader.
- 10:46Speaker 6: I would happily do that for you.
- 10:48Speaker 7: Okay, awesome, And I won't.
- 10:50Speaker 6: Critique unless you ask me to it. Then I will know.
- 10:53Speaker 7: That's that's that's definitely what I would want. I mean,
- 10:57Speaker 7: that's the reason I have loan notors on here too.
- 10:59Speaker 7: I've had Steve on the show.
- 11:00Speaker 6: That's right, c Rob. This is why I love you
- 11:03Speaker 6: and Doug. That it is. Why do people think that
- 11:07Speaker 6: critical thinking is a bad thing? Why has that become
- 11:11Speaker 6: such a bad thing? When did that happen? I missed it.
- 11:15Speaker 6: I missed the whole freaking woke critical thinking is bad?
- 11:19Speaker 6: And vote? When did that happen?
- 11:22Speaker 7: You know? Like, well, some of them, some of them
- 11:24Speaker 7: you can talk to and have a conversation with. Some
- 11:25Speaker 7: of them are cuckoo and crazy, But some of us
- 11:28Speaker 7: on this side of things are cuckoo.
- 11:30Speaker 6: Yeah, oh yeah, yeah, forgeture not only the loan nut sign.
- 11:36Speaker 8: For sure, it's true.
- 11:38Speaker 7: It is.
- 11:39Speaker 6: Oh my gosh, this is why Rob. I get it
- 11:43Speaker 6: that you're taking a break. I did it in ninety two,
- 11:46Speaker 6: and I don't been doing it for four years. At
- 11:48Speaker 6: that point, I was like, oh my god, these people
- 11:50Speaker 6: are oh my god. And you know, and I at
- 11:53Speaker 6: that time, Wow, I mean that was Gary Mack and
- 11:57Speaker 6: Robert Grodin and Joan Terris and David Lifton and Mark
- 12:03Speaker 6: Lane and.
- 12:06Speaker 7: Get along and no.
- 12:08Speaker 6: And I was the one that was navigating between them all.
- 12:12Speaker 6: You know what I mean. I mean, because I just
- 12:15Speaker 6: say it, because I'm from Texas, I just go, yeah,
- 12:17Speaker 6: this is it. Yeah, you know, the the PC stuff
- 12:22Speaker 6: very well. I forget that I need a filter, you
- 12:25Speaker 6: know what I mean.
- 12:26Speaker 7: I'm right there with you.
- 12:27Speaker 8: You don't need one on the show. Yeah, you don't
- 12:31Speaker 8: need one on the show.
- 12:34Speaker 6: I don't know. My lawyer might disagree. I mean he might, Gail,
- 12:37Speaker 6: what is the matter with you? Shut up? Yeah? Yeah,
- 12:40Speaker 6: you know, but that's all.
- 12:42Speaker 7: Right, all right though, Yeah, go ahead.
- 12:49Speaker 6: I just said I don't like to be politally correct
- 12:51Speaker 6: because I don't want to offend anyone, but sometimes you
- 12:54Speaker 6: do when you don't mean to. And if you pray, guys,
- 12:59Speaker 6: please pray that the judge does the right thing. And
- 13:03Speaker 6: if you don't pray, would you just please ask the
- 13:05Speaker 6: universe to get it straight, because y'all, if the judge
- 13:09Speaker 6: does the right thing on this, it opens up a
- 13:12Speaker 6: door for all of us, I mean forever, not just me,
- 13:17Speaker 6: I mean, but for everyone, because they were gonna have
- 13:20Speaker 6: to say that they took this and whine, you know
- 13:23Speaker 6: what I mean.
- 13:23Speaker 7: Well, briefly, Gail, there's probably a lot of people here
- 13:27Speaker 7: that have no idea what the hell is going on?
- 13:29Speaker 7: Oh oh, I'm sorry, if you could just give us
- 13:32Speaker 7: the brief, you know, the brief nutshell of of course,
- 13:35Speaker 7: you know, you wrote this book back when twenty sixteen,
- 13:38Speaker 7: twenty seventeen.
- 13:39Speaker 6: Look at the graphics you guys have, twenty fourteen. Actually
- 13:42Speaker 6: I wrote it in twenty thirteen. Yeah, okay, it's old, Yeah,
- 13:46Speaker 6: it's old. Yeah.
- 13:47Speaker 7: So this this is Gail's book. You can find it
- 13:49Speaker 7: on Amazon, and it's all about her search for the
- 13:53Speaker 7: missing original Knixt film correct, right right, And it was
- 13:59Speaker 7: in the pozz YESSI and last of our government. If
- 14:03Speaker 7: if I'm not mistaken.
- 14:05Speaker 6: At the House Like Committee, yes, and it.
- 14:08Speaker 7: And it came up missing. Then it was never given.
- 14:12Speaker 6: Back, right right, And I was told from that time on,
- 14:20Speaker 6: we don't have it or we don't know where it is,
- 14:23Speaker 6: and then told, well, yeah, you do have it because
- 14:25Speaker 6: you read the House Like Committee, the indices of the book,
- 14:28Speaker 6: and you see there's the original film. I mean, even
- 14:31Speaker 6: if I was a dork and didn't know how to
- 14:33Speaker 6: do any research and didn't understand the law and didn't
- 14:37Speaker 6: I mean, that's just self evident to anyone. I mean,
- 14:40Speaker 6: who sees that, right, And don't you think it's odd?
- 14:44Speaker 6: First off? For years, you guys, I was just proud
- 14:49Speaker 6: to be Papa's granddaughter because my dad would show our
- 14:53Speaker 6: copy of the film and our history classes every year,
- 14:56Speaker 6: you know, and all the kids thought it was also cool.
- 14:59Speaker 6: But my my grandfather, my granda, well I won't go
- 15:05Speaker 6: into how he was treated and stuff, but I just
- 15:08Speaker 6: I know how proud he was to be an American.
- 15:10Speaker 6: I know how proud he was to do the right thing,
- 15:16Speaker 6: the right thing. And he died in seventy two and
- 15:19Speaker 6: he didn't know his film was missing. So God took
- 15:22Speaker 6: care of him that way. Anyway, when I did find
- 15:25Speaker 6: out it was missing, I went through I've spoken with
- 15:29Speaker 6: sheikhs and do why I've spoken to vincecent A Fox
- 15:35Speaker 6: in Mexico. I mean, because I got this kind of
- 15:39Speaker 6: information from UPI and from the DOJ and from the
- 15:42Speaker 6: National Archives that maybe it was used as barter for
- 15:48Speaker 6: some And I was like, you're bartering my grandfather's film
- 15:52Speaker 6: to other countries. That doesn't make sense to me. Why,
- 15:56Speaker 6: I mean, what is going on here? And I into
- 16:00Speaker 6: that time. It's hard for me to trust the government.
- 16:05Speaker 6: It's hard for me to trust anyone. I mean, it
- 16:08Speaker 6: really is, because you're born to be proud to be
- 16:13Speaker 6: an American and to be proud for the things that
- 16:16Speaker 6: we do. But then you find out that your country's
- 16:18Speaker 6: been lying to you, and you know what I mean,
- 16:22Speaker 6: it's very disconcerting. And so is it nefarious or is
- 16:26Speaker 6: it just ineptitude? Which is it? I mean, I don't know.
- 16:30Speaker 7: Well, we ran into the same problem last year when
- 16:33Speaker 7: we were digging into John T. Martin.
- 16:37Speaker 6: Oh yeah, I bet you in this film.
- 16:40Speaker 9: Yeah, And.
- 16:42Speaker 7: You know he supposedly gave turned over his original to
- 16:46Speaker 7: the Sixth Floor Museum in two thousand and seven. Okay,
- 16:52Speaker 7: But that copy has the date on it and it's
- 16:57Speaker 7: nineteen seventy seven. So somebody in nineteen seventy seven made
- 17:01Speaker 7: a copy of that film and did the old switcheroo
- 17:06Speaker 7: on him and gave him back a film that he
- 17:08Speaker 7: thought was the camera original and it's not.
- 17:12Speaker 6: Okay, I suggest something, and I will do it for
- 17:18Speaker 6: you if you want me to. If you don't want to.
- 17:20Speaker 6: I know I have a lot of friends that are
- 17:23Speaker 6: lone nutters, I guess is what you call him. I
- 17:25Speaker 6: hate all these stupid as stupid labels. I hate them.
- 17:28Speaker 6: But Dave Perry was dear, dear friends with Gary Mack,
- 17:33Speaker 6: and he's a friend of mine, I mean too, And
- 17:37Speaker 6: I can ask him if he knows that Gary, I mean,
- 17:41Speaker 6: that's how it would have to have been, right, yeah, right.
- 17:45Speaker 7: So John T. Martin handed the film over to Gary
- 17:48Speaker 7: Mack at that time and said, here, I'll give you
- 17:51Speaker 7: this film. It's the original. Here's here, here's what the
- 17:56Speaker 7: parameters are. You don't give anyone my information, don't contact
- 18:01Speaker 7: me anymore. I'm done with this whole thing. Here you go.
- 18:08Speaker 7: And then once The Sixth Floor got online back in
- 18:11Speaker 7: the early two thousands, they put it up, but even
- 18:15Speaker 7: in their description on their website of the film, it
- 18:19Speaker 7: clearly says that the film has the date on the
- 18:24Speaker 7: film nineteen seventy seven. So obviously got switched out during
- 18:28Speaker 7: the HSCA deal. And you know, we know who wasn't
- 18:33Speaker 7: kind of in charge of the films and photographs during
- 18:37Speaker 7: the HSCA, who had access to them.
- 18:40Speaker 6: Go ahead and say it. You can't, you know, want
- 18:42Speaker 6: till you want me to do it, Okay, So I'll
- 18:45Speaker 6: do it. So David Lifton won't say to me over
- 18:47Speaker 6: and over and over. I swear y'all at least once
- 18:51Speaker 6: a week, if not four or five times a week
- 18:54Speaker 6: he called me, go gil Gil Robert Groden has your film.
- 18:58Speaker 6: I am telling you he got it at the house
- 19:00Speaker 6: like committee, Hey da da da da da da da.
- 19:02Speaker 6: All right, so I hear all these rumors. There's no
- 19:04Speaker 6: truth to you. They're rumors, all right. And my husband
- 19:08Speaker 6: and I go, we go to Robert Gardon's house when
- 19:11Speaker 6: he lived New Jersey, Pennsylvania wherever up there somewhere, and
- 19:16Speaker 6: he was his wife at the time, and his kids
- 19:18Speaker 6: were there, and I asked her. I asked her first
- 19:21Speaker 6: because Darryl, my husband, was talking to Robert, and I
- 19:25Speaker 6: went in and talked to his wife, and I said, Okay,
- 19:28Speaker 6: I hate to do this because y'all know me. You
- 19:31Speaker 6: know what I do, right, I mean, I hate And
- 19:33Speaker 6: if I ever say that till y'all know, it's a
- 19:34Speaker 6: big one coming, you know, if I say I'm sorry.
- 19:37Speaker 6: I hate to do this. But all right, does Robert
- 19:41Speaker 6: have my film? I mean I knew if I ask
- 19:43Speaker 6: a wife, you know what I mean, or a girlfriend,
- 19:47Speaker 6: they're not gonna lie. You're gonna watch it in their face. However,
- 19:51Speaker 6: they handle that whole And this is what she did,
- 19:54Speaker 6: Robin Joe. This is what she did. She went and
- 19:57Speaker 6: looked down at the ground, so that that was enough
- 20:00Speaker 6: for me to go in there to where. Okay, Robert,
- 20:04Speaker 6: do you have my film? Gail? I don't, and y'all
- 20:09Speaker 6: I have to take his I mean, it's between him
- 20:11Speaker 6: and God. If he's gonna lie to me about I believe,
- 20:14Speaker 6: I mean, why would he lie? You know what I mean? Why?
- 20:17Speaker 6: And he knows I've been looking for it all these years.
- 20:19Speaker 6: So he also told my lawyer that I was the
- 20:23Speaker 6: natiest woman he had ever met. I don't think I
- 20:25Speaker 6: am am I am I if I am someone tell me, no.
- 20:30Speaker 8: Gail, I can attest to that.
- 20:32Speaker 1: And I went to Lancer for the first time last year,
- 20:35Speaker 1: having no experience in the research community whatsoever.
- 20:41Speaker 8: And you were one of the nicest people to me.
- 20:44Speaker 6: Oh, thank you, Joe.
- 20:46Speaker 1: And that's not an exaggeration at all. And let me
- 20:53Speaker 1: throw this up really quickly if you can see it.
- 21:01Speaker 1: This is a picture of us last year. Oh yeah,
- 21:04Speaker 1: that's us about about about an hour after meeting each other.
- 21:10Speaker 6: Yeah, not long.
- 21:11Speaker 8: And I felt like I know you for ten years.
- 21:14Speaker 6: Yeah, Screa. My friends, Oh stop it. My friends say,
- 21:21Speaker 6: oh my god, Gail, you can talk more than anyone
- 21:24Speaker 6: I know. I guess I can. My husband just came
- 21:28Speaker 6: and yelled me and goes, don't talk about the case.
- 21:29Speaker 6: I didn't talk about the case, did I? I didn't know.
- 21:33Speaker 7: I've positive the same thing, Gail about the Martin film.
- 21:37Speaker 7: You know, it's like, you know, we had access to
- 21:40Speaker 7: all this stuff and look at the time, okay, and
- 21:49Speaker 7: given who he is and his interest in everything, and
- 21:54Speaker 7: given the access that he was given to a lot
- 21:56Speaker 7: of this stuff, I asked myself, what I have done
- 21:59Speaker 7: the same thing when I've made copies of all this
- 22:01Speaker 7: ship you know what I mean.
- 22:03Speaker 6: You know you would you know you would have been
- 22:05Speaker 6: I know you would have been honest about it.
- 22:08Speaker 7: Yeah. I wouldn't see camera originals though, you know what
- 22:11Speaker 7: I mean, like, you wouldn't.
- 22:12Speaker 6: Try and improve it, say they're yours.
- 22:14Speaker 7: I mean.
- 22:16Speaker 6: Beverly Oliver did that? What Beverly Oliver did that? And
- 22:22Speaker 6: so she just died.
- 22:23Speaker 7: I was like, what, Oh no.
- 22:24Speaker 6: No, no, no, no, no she did it? Is my phone?
- 22:27Speaker 6: Is it that bad? Isn't?
- 22:28Speaker 3: No?
- 22:28Speaker 7: No understood?
- 22:32Speaker 6: Who told me? I think it was David Reese Jones.
- 22:35Speaker 6: Now he's passed away, and he said, gel, you gotta
- 22:39Speaker 6: go watch this. And she was doing a presentation in
- 22:43Speaker 6: the city of Allen and up there doing the Beverly
- 22:47Speaker 6: Beverly thing she does, and she goes, oh, and here's
- 22:50Speaker 6: my film and it runs across the screen and guess
- 22:53Speaker 6: whose film is? You? Guys, it's my grandfather's. And she's
- 22:57Speaker 6: telling everybody that it's hers. And I'm thinking, do these
- 23:02Speaker 6: people even know the JFK assassination? I mean, don't don't they? Sorry, guys,
- 23:07Speaker 6: don't they know that? I mean, it's all right, you know,
- 23:15Speaker 6: do y'all see those notifications? I guess, Oh, okay, okay,
- 23:20Speaker 6: well anyway, so I just I am not the most
- 23:24Speaker 6: well liked people in the person in the JFK community
- 23:26Speaker 6: because I say something about it, like I said, Beverly,
- 23:30Speaker 6: cease and desist. If that, how can you say that
- 23:35Speaker 6: is your film? If your film? Oh my god, if
- 23:38Speaker 6: you had a film, it would have been better than
- 23:41Speaker 6: zapruder Nick's Much More all whatever rolled into one, because
- 23:46Speaker 6: you would have had it. Right there. You can see
- 23:49Speaker 6: you in the much More film, which is just like
- 23:52Speaker 6: my grandfather's film. Beverly, it is not you. It is
- 23:54Speaker 6: not your film, and it makes me wonder if she's
- 23:57Speaker 6: even I mean, right, I mean, when you know what.
- 24:02Speaker 1: You seemed to be the leader, right right, and that
- 24:08Speaker 1: and that upsets people in the community because they believe.
- 24:11Speaker 6: And I just go on who I interview and what
- 24:15Speaker 6: they say and what they do, and that's the way
- 24:17Speaker 6: I look at it. I mean, it may not be
- 24:18Speaker 6: what everybody else sees, which is what I see, you know, so.
- 24:23Speaker 7: Doesn't make me gale really quick, Okay, I just want
- 24:27Speaker 7: to show everybody a little twenty twenty five second clip
- 24:30Speaker 7: of a copy of the next film. Yeah, go that way.
- 24:35Speaker 7: Everybody knows exactly what we're talking about here, and then
- 24:38Speaker 7: we talk about why it's kind of important. So here, folks,
- 24:42Speaker 7: is is the k next film.
- 24:44Speaker 11: We'll be back in twenty five seconds.
- 25:15Speaker 6: All right, that's a Groden copy. It is a good one,
- 25:18Speaker 6: and it has been what Gary and Robert Groden named
- 25:23Speaker 6: actually I think it was Gary Mack's wife at the
- 25:25Speaker 6: time called it Groden scoping. And you know that it's
- 25:29Speaker 6: Groden's because, first off, when my grandfather was taking the film,
- 25:32Speaker 6: he's running right, so it looks like the the original
- 25:38Speaker 6: looks like the caven talking limousine is going uphill, like
- 25:42Speaker 6: in the alpines or something, because my grandfather has it
- 25:45Speaker 6: at his waist and he was so tall, so the
- 25:48Speaker 6: way he was running and holding it, it looked like
- 25:51Speaker 6: it was going up, you know, up the and so
- 25:54Speaker 6: Groden fixed it where it looked more level and you
- 25:59Speaker 6: could tell it because they isn't it. That's how you
- 26:01Speaker 6: know that, That's how you know.
- 26:03Speaker 7: Yeah, that's so your grandfather was kind of standing on
- 26:07Speaker 7: the corner of like Houston and Maine beginning, Yeah, at
- 26:11Speaker 7: the beginning. That's how he caught the limo turning the
- 26:13Speaker 7: corner there and they're heading for the school book depository.
- 26:16Speaker 7: And then what he does is he immediately turns turns
- 26:19Speaker 7: around and starts running across towards the plaza and captures
- 26:27Speaker 7: what he captures, you know, kind of on the opposite
- 26:30Speaker 7: side of whereas a Pruder standing in film. Right, So
- 26:33Speaker 7: we're getting like the other side of the Pruder film.
- 26:37Speaker 7: And I know in your book you go into all
- 26:42Speaker 7: this stuff and they refer to the film as a
- 26:44Speaker 7: nuisance film. It's one of those where, you know, because
- 26:51Speaker 7: we know all the hoop live, there's a Pruder film,
- 26:53Speaker 7: and they got that and they were happy. They didn't
- 26:54Speaker 7: want anything else. You know, do we pay this guy
- 26:57Speaker 7: anything for this film or just give him something to
- 27:00Speaker 7: make him go away? You know?
- 27:03Speaker 6: And Pap Paul my grandfather's film. They didn't even know
- 27:06Speaker 6: it existed till a week after the assassination. And no
- 27:11Speaker 6: one even knew because my grandfather, being the frugal man,
- 27:16Speaker 6: I didn't get that Genie. I bet he's a very
- 27:19Speaker 6: frugal man. And he my grandmother said, Orville, you are
- 27:24Speaker 6: spending way too bunch of money on film. It's costing
- 27:27Speaker 6: more than my nylons to work at Wyatt's cafeteria. You
- 27:32Speaker 6: use all that film. So what he did he went
- 27:34Speaker 6: to the football game the very next weekend because they
- 27:37Speaker 6: canceled all the football games the night, you know, the
- 27:40Speaker 6: weekend that Kennedy was assassinated. And so he went into
- 27:43Speaker 6: South Oak Cliff game and used the other side of
- 27:47Speaker 6: what was left of his film. He also went back
- 27:50Speaker 6: the next day after the assassination to show my grandmother
- 27:54Speaker 6: where he had been standing in the hurt sign and everything.
- 27:58Speaker 6: I mean, he just the reason why he ran across
- 28:02Speaker 6: the field part is because he saw Ralphi Yarborough and
- 28:05Speaker 6: he hated Ralphie Arbroough. He couldn't stand him, and he
- 28:08Speaker 6: was like, oh my god, and so he ran across.
- 28:10Speaker 6: He wanted me and my sister, probably my brother, but
- 28:14Speaker 6: really me and my sister to see Jackie. Yeah, that's
- 28:17Speaker 6: what he wanted, you know, And that's why he ran
- 28:20Speaker 6: across there. But he said they were dive bombing all
- 28:23Speaker 6: around him, and he he knew that it was shots,
- 28:27Speaker 6: but he didn't know where they were coming from other
- 28:29Speaker 6: than the stockade fence. And I said, Papa, you don't
- 28:33Speaker 6: think anything came from the sixplorer or I mean, well it
- 28:35Speaker 6: wasn't that then. It was a school book depository, you know,
- 28:38Speaker 6: and he said, oh, no, they came from the stock
- 28:40Speaker 6: eight fence. And I said, and he goes, it wasn't
- 28:42Speaker 6: three shots, it was four or five. I mean he
- 28:45Speaker 6: was one of the men that said, are one of
- 28:48Speaker 6: the witnesses that said it was more than one shot?
- 28:51Speaker 6: I mean three shots? You know what I mean.
- 28:53Speaker 7: So well, that was a question we were going to
- 28:55Speaker 7: have for you. We let our we let our big
- 28:58Speaker 7: supporters here ask question of our guests. And of course
- 29:01Speaker 7: his question was where did he think the shots come from?
- 29:04Speaker 7: And how many shots? Which you just answered, so oh good,
- 29:08Speaker 7: your telepathic Yes, that's the question from Jack.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, thank you, Jack, and Gail. I'm going to
- 29:17Speaker 1: ask did your grandfather have a familiarity with with guns
- 29:21Speaker 1: that are hunting?
- 29:23Speaker 6: And not really? Not really? I mean my grandfather thought
- 29:27Speaker 6: of himself and as a little kid, I remember saying
- 29:30Speaker 6: this to him. You know how in the brat Pack,
- 29:32Speaker 6: you know how Dean Martin and Peter Lawford and you
- 29:37Speaker 6: know they would wear their little fedoras and walk around
- 29:41Speaker 6: and their sharks and suits looking cool for the women,
- 29:44Speaker 6: you know. And I remember my grandmother was very charismatic
- 29:50Speaker 6: and very friendly, and he the women loved him, and
- 29:56Speaker 6: they would come and bring him cakes, and my grandmother
- 29:58Speaker 6: would answer the door and just take it of all.
- 30:00Speaker 6: This woman brought you a cake, and I'm like, wow.
- 30:02Speaker 6: I mean, I always thought that was weird when I
- 30:04Speaker 6: was a little kid. But no, he wasn't your typical
- 30:09Speaker 6: the Texans in my family that I knew. It ran
- 30:12Speaker 6: the gamut from people maybe who didn't have much of
- 30:16Speaker 6: an education. My grandfather only had a fourth grade education,
- 30:19Speaker 6: you know. But then I had an uncle that was
- 30:22Speaker 6: a chiropractor, So I mean, it was just a mishmash
- 30:26Speaker 6: of people when you get to know the differences in
- 30:30Speaker 6: the way people act. And I know that sounds terrible,
- 30:32Speaker 6: but he's true. And my grandfather just was very sincere
- 30:36Speaker 6: and it wasn't a liar. I guess that's the biggest
- 30:39Speaker 6: thing I can think of when I talk about him.
- 30:41Speaker 6: He didn't brag.
- 30:43Speaker 7: In the service at all.
- 30:46Speaker 6: No, huh, No, he couldn't because my granda, his my uncle,
- 30:53Speaker 6: my grandfather's brother, younger brother had epilepsy and would have
- 30:56Speaker 6: Caesar's all the time and he had to quit school.
- 30:59Speaker 6: My grandfather did to pick cotton to help support the family,
- 31:03Speaker 6: because you know, there was an illness in it and
- 31:06Speaker 6: with my uncle Edward, and yeah, it was a different time,
- 31:10Speaker 6: you guys, you know, and I think everybody forgets that
- 31:12Speaker 6: part that the history of the time and the way
- 31:16Speaker 6: that people perceive things, it is nothing like what we
- 31:19Speaker 6: do well politically maybe. I mean that was Walker and
- 31:23Speaker 6: Surrey and hanging flying the flag upside down and sorry
- 31:27Speaker 6: being the secretary of the American Nazi Party. Are you serious?
- 31:31Speaker 6: And these were Democrats, y'all, that's what these were. It
- 31:35Speaker 6: doesn't sound that way anymore, does it. I mean, you
- 31:39Speaker 6: see the Nazi crap and stuff in the in at
- 31:45Speaker 6: different not the Democratic rallies at least I haven't have
- 31:48Speaker 6: you guys.
- 31:50Speaker 7: I don't think they would fly today at all.
- 31:53Speaker 6: It does fly. It was at Charlottesfield down there at
- 31:55Speaker 6: UVA when they had those Nazis down there, you know.
- 31:59Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm just prot of like a presidential rally something
- 32:03Speaker 7: like that. But yeah, like with people just turning up
- 32:06Speaker 7: to demonstrate whatever, you're gonna get all kinds. You're gonna
- 32:10Speaker 7: get neo Nazis, if that's what you want to call them.
- 32:15Speaker 7: You're gonna get all kinds people that just love to argue,
- 32:19Speaker 7: you know.
- 32:19Speaker 6: They just yeah, that's true too, And there's just long
- 32:21Speaker 6: someone want to have their boys heard.
- 32:23Speaker 7: You know, they throw up some ship every once in
- 32:25Speaker 7: a while, and you know it.
- 32:28Speaker 6: Don't think that adds to the to the dissonance. I mean,
- 32:32Speaker 6: it adds to the disinformation and adds to it. It's
- 32:36Speaker 6: just more white noise. There's nothing comes of it. No
- 32:40Speaker 6: one does anything. They get a kernel of truth and
- 32:43Speaker 6: and they have a chance to take it somewhere and
- 32:45Speaker 6: elevate it, and no one does it. Why y'all, why
- 32:50Speaker 6: is it? Is it too hard to do these days?
- 32:53Speaker 6: Or I'm on a soapbox and I didn't mean to be.
- 32:56Speaker 6: I'm sorry, I get all philosophical.
- 32:59Speaker 7: The people back then didn't have a lot of Today,
- 33:03Speaker 7: we have a lot of distractions.
- 33:04Speaker 6: Mm hmm.
- 33:05Speaker 7: People don't have a lot of time to just do
- 33:09Speaker 7: this ship anymore. You know. It's like, you know, do
- 33:11Speaker 7: I want to rush home after work? Do I do
- 33:15Speaker 7: I have to move the yard? Do I have to
- 33:16Speaker 7: make dinner? Do I have to you know, give the
- 33:19Speaker 7: kids a bath? Do I need to do this? But
- 33:21Speaker 7: back then, it seemed like people had all the time
- 33:22Speaker 7: in the world. You know, they didn't have cell phones, computers,
- 33:27Speaker 7: you know, you might have had two channels on your
- 33:28Speaker 7: TV if you had a TV, and people were much
- 33:33Speaker 7: more political. I think, really I.
- 33:36Speaker 6: Remember politically.
- 33:39Speaker 7: Like these days, you know, like people would actually sit
- 33:41Speaker 7: around and talk about it, you know, back.
- 33:43Speaker 6: Then, and without one to kill each other, right.
- 33:49Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, you know, like when JFK came to Dallas,
- 33:52Speaker 7: of course he had people flying the Confederate flag saying,
- 33:55Speaker 7: you know that they didn't like him just because, you
- 33:59Speaker 7: know whatever, because he's a Northerner, a Yankee or Catholic
- 34:03Speaker 7: or Irish or whatever, Irish, good looking, you know, a bathroom,
- 34:08Speaker 7: he's got it all. You know, I got three teeth
- 34:11Speaker 7: and a loan star.
- 34:14Speaker 6: You know, that's right, That's right. So but I think
- 34:18Speaker 6: that it's really important for us as people who are
- 34:21Speaker 6: trying well and I hope to do it again, but
- 34:24Speaker 6: who are trying to explain the truth and not the
- 34:28Speaker 6: lies about what's going on in this Kennedy assassination stuff.
- 34:31Speaker 6: And I only know one area fairly well, but I
- 34:36Speaker 6: know all honest and dishonest it can be. What I'm
- 34:38Speaker 6: trying to say, though, is why can't we all just
- 34:41Speaker 6: get along? I Mean, why can't everybody just get together
- 34:44Speaker 6: and go, Okay, this is what we know, this is
- 34:47Speaker 6: what we don't know, and these are damn lies. Why
- 34:51Speaker 6: does no one say that y'all? Y'all, y'all are the
- 34:54Speaker 6: young ones. Y'all need to do it.
- 34:59Speaker 7: Everything else an assassination here, insert aliens here, insert bigfoot
- 35:05Speaker 7: over here, insert dB Cooper. I mean, it's it's everything,
- 35:09Speaker 7: you know, it's it's everything. There's always you.
- 35:11Speaker 6: Can verify, y'all. It's a fact, right, It's a fact.
- 35:16Speaker 6: It's a truth. It's a fact. And there's a difference
- 35:19Speaker 6: between fact and opinion. And I think most of America
- 35:22Speaker 6: has lost the differentiation. I I is it just me
- 35:28Speaker 6: or or.
- 35:32Speaker 8: No?
- 35:32Speaker 1: And I think what you said earlier in terms of
- 35:35Speaker 1: losing faith in government and how people back in your
- 35:38Speaker 1: grandfather's time, Uh, definitely had more of a faith in
- 35:43Speaker 1: and then after you know, a few committees, church committee hcs.
- 35:50Speaker 8: Yeah, uh, you know.
- 35:51Speaker 1: The the trust and government definitely has has waned. And
- 35:55Speaker 1: uh and then today when you get all this media
- 35:58Speaker 1: and whether it be left or right whatever.
- 36:01Speaker 8: We try not to get political on the show, but
- 36:04Speaker 8: you know.
- 36:04Speaker 1: They're all they're all telling lies, and it's why people
- 36:11Speaker 1: are going to alternative media and yeah, YouTube and and uh,
- 36:17Speaker 1: you know they.
- 36:17Speaker 6: Want real Joe. They want real people want real I believe,
- 36:22Speaker 6: I mean, do you guys not think so? They want
- 36:24Speaker 6: to know how you really feel, not what you're getting
- 36:26Speaker 6: paid to say, not what you're I mean, but how
- 36:29Speaker 6: do you really feel? And what do you know? And
- 36:32Speaker 6: how can that help us? Right?
- 36:34Speaker 8: Right?
- 36:36Speaker 6: And then why we do these podcasts and why we
- 36:38Speaker 6: am I wrong? Tell me if I am.
- 36:41Speaker 7: No, You're exactly right. That's why I do it is
- 36:44Speaker 7: because you know, a lot of this genesis of this
- 36:47Speaker 7: show was to right a lot of the wrongs, unmuddy
- 36:50Speaker 7: some of the water, you know, of all these frosters
- 36:54Speaker 7: and people that have claimed this and claimed that over
- 36:56Speaker 7: the years, to try to clean all that crap out
- 36:58Speaker 7: of the story then to where you can finally focus
- 37:01Speaker 7: on the things you need to focus on, because there's
- 37:03Speaker 7: someone white noise, green noise out there that you know.
- 37:09Speaker 7: People new to the case get get hooked on a
- 37:12Speaker 7: fancy story like you know, Judy Baker love story and think, well,
- 37:16Speaker 7: you know she saw the case, you know, and they
- 37:18Speaker 7: believe her nonsense stories. You know of meeting Lee for
- 37:23Speaker 7: romantic rendezvous and you know in the hot New Orleans evening,
- 37:27Speaker 7: you know what I mean, Like.
- 37:28Speaker 6: It's just it's Oswald. I mean, it's not like he
- 37:32Speaker 6: was JFK. I'm sorry. I don't look at that man
- 37:35Speaker 6: as good looking. I just look at him as a guy.
- 37:38Speaker 6: I'm glad. I wouldn't have ever dated you know, you
- 37:40Speaker 6: know what I mean? And if I did, I wouldn't
- 37:42Speaker 6: brag about it. I mean, y'all aren't girls, so you
- 37:45Speaker 6: don't know. But I wouldn't tell anybody i'd ever dated him.
- 37:49Speaker 6: Please they go, really, gal, all your tea, all your taste,
- 37:52Speaker 6: or on your buds. That's the only days you've got,
- 37:55Speaker 6: you know. I think Oswald. I don't think Oswald was
- 38:00Speaker 6: innocent to all of this. Now, let me just say
- 38:03Speaker 6: that I think he is innocent. I think he was
- 38:06Speaker 6: a passy, but I don't think it's just my own thoughts.
- 38:12Speaker 6: I think he was aware of what was going on.
- 38:14Speaker 6: That's why he freaked out and was scared half out
- 38:17Speaker 6: of his mind, and it did the things he did.
- 38:19Speaker 6: That's what I think. I mean, But I don't know,
- 38:22Speaker 6: you know what do y'all think?
- 38:25Speaker 7: Yeah? I mean I think, well, you know, when it
- 38:31Speaker 7: comes to you know, everything, that he's been accused of No,
- 38:40Speaker 7: and of course there are reasons to believe that he
- 38:44Speaker 7: had did things.
- 38:45Speaker 6: For Alphabet agencies.
- 38:49Speaker 7: Right, the defection is a big red flag. Going to
- 38:53Speaker 7: Mexico City is a big red flag.
- 38:57Speaker 6: The people they were surrounded with, the courts and the
- 39:00Speaker 6: and the lords and the lawyers, you know that they had.
- 39:03Speaker 6: These are big names. These aren't little you know, guys
- 39:07Speaker 6: that are they're not the people that are around him,
- 39:11Speaker 6: and the pains and more and shields. I mean, think
- 39:15Speaker 6: about it. It is very if you'll look at the
- 39:18Speaker 6: big picture, he would be like Forrest Gump jumping into
- 39:22Speaker 6: all this, you know what I mean.
- 39:24Speaker 7: Yeah, I think I thought he was doing something other
- 39:27Speaker 7: than what he what they were really setting him up for.
- 39:32Speaker 7: If that makes any sense.
- 39:34Speaker 6: No, it does exactly. I'm sorry, go ahead, I'll just say.
- 39:38Speaker 7: You know, only because of Okay, that weekend, after he's
- 39:41Speaker 7: arrested and he finds out at the midnight press conference,
- 39:44Speaker 7: oh no, you have been charged. The look on his face,
- 39:47Speaker 7: that's that's one. But even before that, you know what
- 39:52Speaker 7: I mean, fascination, you know, he's his actions immediately following that,
- 40:00Speaker 7: it tells me that he knows something's up.
- 40:03Speaker 6: So if he knew something was up. Does that mean
- 40:06Speaker 6: that he was just thinking he was in a wrong
- 40:08Speaker 6: place at the wrong time, or oh I got in
- 40:11Speaker 6: a little too deep. I don't know, what do you guys?
- 40:13Speaker 6: That's what I don't know.
- 40:14Speaker 7: Yeah, you know. I mean my theory is this Gil
- 40:17Speaker 7: so real quick and now I'll let Joe take over.
- 40:20Speaker 7: But I've always thought because of the high Deel alias, right,
- 40:28Speaker 7: the aj Hidel alias, and the fact that aj Hidell
- 40:33Speaker 7: was part of the Fair Play for Cuba committee in
- 40:35Speaker 7: New Orleans. Right, AJ Hidell is the one that ordered
- 40:39Speaker 7: the rifle. Okay. The rifle that aj Higdell ordered was
- 40:44Speaker 7: found on the sixth floor of the repository where Oswald
- 40:48Speaker 7: happened to be working. Okay, So either it's this gigantic,
- 40:53Speaker 7: elaborate setup involving multiple moving parts, or it's just that simple. Okay.
- 41:00Speaker 7: They could have told him, Look, you know, we want
- 41:04Speaker 7: to scare Kennedy into doing something about Cuba. So let's,
- 41:09Speaker 7: you know, build this straw man named a J. Hidell,
- 41:12Speaker 7: who's a Fidel Castro supporter. Right, he ordered this rifle.
- 41:17Speaker 7: It's the rifle is gonna be found afterwards. You know,
- 41:20Speaker 7: we're just gonna shoot, shoot a couple of things, and
- 41:22Speaker 7: miss don't worry. Nobody's gonna get hurt, but the rifle's
- 41:26Speaker 7: gonna be found, and then maybe he'll be steering it
- 41:28Speaker 7: to do as something against Cuba. And that may have
- 41:31Speaker 7: been simply what Oswald thought, But then when Kennedy actually
- 41:34Speaker 7: got killed that day, he thought of ship, yeah, like
- 41:40Speaker 7: something went terribly wrong here, out of here and figure
- 41:44Speaker 7: out what to do next. But Joe, I goeah.
- 41:50Speaker 8: To your point?
- 41:51Speaker 6: Uh?
- 41:51Speaker 1: You know, obviously the official story has Oswald going leaving
- 41:56Speaker 1: the TSBD, going back to his rooming house on Beckley
- 41:59Speaker 1: and then get his handgun right, only to meet someone
- 42:02Speaker 1: that's a Texas theater or assumed alleged to have meet,
- 42:06Speaker 1: going to me to contact Uh, if you had any
- 42:10Speaker 1: notion of what was going to go down that day,
- 42:14Speaker 1: there's no reason why he wouldn't bring your handgun with you, right.
- 42:19Speaker 6: And that.
- 42:22Speaker 8: The most logical.
- 42:24Speaker 6: Well, it was Texas. I mean, you know it was Texas.
- 42:27Speaker 6: Everybody here thinks it's still the freaking wild West. I
- 42:31Speaker 6: don't I don't have a gun. Guys. Do y'all have guns?
- 42:34Speaker 6: I don't have one, do y'all? Do you not want
- 42:36Speaker 6: to say I don't want to say yeah, I don't.
- 42:41Speaker 6: I I am and honestly as mad as I get
- 42:44Speaker 6: it's probably a good thing.
- 42:46Speaker 8: You know, I suffer from depression, so it's not a
- 42:49Speaker 8: good idea.
- 42:51Speaker 6: No guns for you. You move to Texas, get you
- 42:55Speaker 6: out of depression with ruby.
- 42:59Speaker 7: That might do it.
- 43:00Speaker 6: Gal and uh good.
- 43:02Speaker 1: But but yeah, I think there's something to what you
- 43:06Speaker 1: said earlier. When Oswald is probably not guilty of killing
- 43:11Speaker 1: President Kennedy, but he might not be one hundred innocent,
- 43:15Speaker 1: you might have had some idea what was going on,
- 43:18Speaker 1: which is kind of how we had that oh shit
- 43:20Speaker 1: moment to feel that he needed to go back to switch.
- 43:26Speaker 1: Get off the bus, Get on the bus, get on
- 43:27Speaker 1: the take a cab, have it drop him off, a
- 43:30Speaker 1: couple of blocks past the rooming house, see if anyone's
- 43:33Speaker 1: in front. And then you know, there's there's a lot
- 43:37Speaker 1: of his movements that that make you think that it
- 43:40Speaker 1: was he was.
- 43:41Speaker 8: He was panicking in a sense, and you have to
- 43:44Speaker 8: wonder why.
- 43:46Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean, well, we would all panic if we
- 43:49Speaker 6: were in that situation. I mean, but to know, like
- 43:52Speaker 6: you said, to run and grab a gun to go
- 43:55Speaker 6: to the Texas theater, I mean all of it is
- 43:58Speaker 6: just then you start finding out all these stories about
- 44:02Speaker 6: the witnesses that were like Warren Reynolds, Like Warren Reynolds, I, y'all,
- 44:07Speaker 6: I feel really bad for that guy, I really do.
- 44:10Speaker 6: And I talked to his sister for a real long
- 44:12Speaker 6: time when I was writing, and I didn't add it
- 44:15Speaker 6: to my book, and I might should have. She said
- 44:19Speaker 6: that he had a lot of problems and that he
- 44:22Speaker 6: right after the assassination that General Walker beprinded him. And
- 44:29Speaker 6: so yeah, and so then when Mark Lane interviewed my
- 44:34Speaker 6: grandfather and then interviewed Warren Reynolds, that we did, y'all,
- 44:38Speaker 6: notice that Warren Reynolds kept looking over like where the camera,
- 44:42Speaker 6: like towards the camera instead of straight at Mark Lane.
- 44:45Speaker 6: Watch it sometime when you rereward, all right, that is
- 44:48Speaker 6: General Walker that he's looking at. General Walker was there
- 44:52Speaker 6: at the Mark Lane interview with Warren Reynolds.
- 44:56Speaker 8: And in your book you have a a correction in
- 45:01Speaker 8: the General Walker about Warren Reynolds was a Miniman friend
- 45:08Speaker 8: of General Walker's.
- 45:10Speaker 6: And I did put it in there. See I haven't
- 45:14Speaker 6: read it, y'all. I haven't even read that book in
- 45:16Speaker 6: eight years. Oh, my god, id I did put it
- 45:18Speaker 6: in there? I didn't even know I did. Okay, Oh
- 45:22Speaker 6: my god, Well I didn't put all of it, she said,
- 45:25Speaker 6: did I put in there? Joe? That?
- 45:27Speaker 7: Huh?
- 45:28Speaker 6: Now? Should I say it that?
- 45:30Speaker 12: It was around his house with all these lights and
- 45:34Speaker 12: security after he went into some sort of rehab, not drugs,
- 45:41Speaker 12: but because this just tore him up, and his poor
- 45:44Speaker 12: sister was so upset.
- 45:46Speaker 6: She said, it was such a good man and so nice,
- 45:49Speaker 6: and after the assassination everything was different. And I've heard
- 45:53Speaker 6: that about a lot of people, you know what.
- 45:55Speaker 7: I mean that in the head too, probably, you know.
- 45:59Speaker 6: Yeah, Now what do you think about that? I mean,
- 46:03Speaker 6: with Ruby's little friends all a monk running a monk
- 46:06Speaker 6: down there at the same time, you.
- 46:08Speaker 7: Know, Dago was cleared of all charges.
- 46:12Speaker 6: Garner when there's someone named Garner, oh, Daryl Garner.
- 46:19Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 46:20Speaker 6: Now I don't feel so old anymore, y'all. I can't
- 46:22Speaker 6: believe it just popped into my head and I went,
- 46:24Speaker 6: wait a minute, isn't that I'm always feeling old? Rob
- 46:27Speaker 6: every day? God sixty six, Oh my god, no, I
- 46:32Speaker 6: do a fantastic.
- 46:38Speaker 7: I've gotten in trouble on this show for doing a
- 46:40Speaker 7: very fantastic Dago and impression.
- 46:43Speaker 6: I want to hear it.
- 46:45Speaker 7: Oh, I have to have the interview in front of me.
- 46:50Speaker 7: It's an interview that Daryl Garner did with Mark Lean
- 46:55Speaker 7: and I have it at work. I don't have it
- 46:57Speaker 7: here at the house.
- 46:58Speaker 6: Yeah, I got.
- 47:00Speaker 7: That's like, I'm saving this because I don't know if
- 47:03Speaker 7: you've ever read it, but it is. It is one
- 47:06Speaker 7: of the craziest Mark Lane interviews I've ever read my life.
- 47:10Speaker 6: You know what, I haven't, Rob, I don't get if
- 47:12Speaker 6: I have, I don't remember. It's the weed again, I guess. No,
- 47:16Speaker 6: it's not. It's not true.
- 47:18Speaker 7: I'll have to send you a link to it so
- 47:20Speaker 7: you can read it. It's it's insane. You'll love it.
- 47:25Speaker 6: Why is it insane? Rob? Is he talking about me? Oh?
- 47:30Speaker 7: He's all over the place. I love it. He's all
- 47:32Speaker 7: over the place. He's he's telling Mark Lane all this
- 47:36Speaker 7: crazy Jack Ruby sex stories and uh, it's just.
- 47:45Speaker 1: Oh lord, and his former girlfriend was a dancer at
- 47:50Speaker 1: Jack Ruby's Caronsel club as well.
- 47:53Speaker 7: Right, that's the one that hung herself into jail.
- 47:56Speaker 6: So I'm telling you and y'all, y'all, Hey, oh my gosh,
- 48:02Speaker 6: I should have read my book before I got on this.
- 48:05Speaker 6: The two officers. If I had Doug here, Rob, you'll know,
- 48:08Speaker 6: I know, you'll know. Doug would know right off the
- 48:10Speaker 6: goat that were kind of sketchy. As the kids these
- 48:14Speaker 6: days would say, we're a little suss. And there were
- 48:16Speaker 6: a lot of them and the DPD that were a
- 48:18Speaker 6: little suss, you know. Butler, No, but he's another one. Oh,
- 48:24Speaker 6: someone needs to do a big old expose on hit that. Man.
- 48:28Speaker 6: I'm telling you someone needs to all right, yeah, okay, No,
- 48:32Speaker 6: it was h okay. He married one of Jack Ruby's girls.
- 48:36Speaker 6: They moved there. You go, that's what it is. He
- 48:41Speaker 6: lived Caddy corner from General Walker. Do you know that? No,
- 48:47Speaker 6: Caddy corner from the railroad where the gun where Oswald's
- 48:52Speaker 6: that he lived there, and Robert Surry lived I'm sorry,
- 48:56Speaker 6: not right, Larry Schmidt lived right across the street. Come on, guys,
- 49:00Speaker 6: come on.
- 49:00Speaker 8: Is that in Island Park.
- 49:03Speaker 6: Turtle Creek area? It wasn't really Highland Park now Robert.
- 49:09Speaker 13: Surrey, Yeah, Surrey Surrey lived it, and that's where a
- 49:14Speaker 13: bunch of other people, Uh, I don't know.
- 49:23Speaker 6: Yes, No, A jel hunt had imagined by White Rock
- 49:28Speaker 6: Lake yeah, okay, yeah, come to Dallas next time you
- 49:34Speaker 6: come to dallasf we want to go on a little trip.
- 49:36Speaker 6: I'll go show you all these places where they are. Yeah,
- 49:39Speaker 6: I mean no one. And I was so sick when
- 49:42Speaker 6: Orrin Earnhart. Do y'all know him. He's such a nice
- 49:45Speaker 6: man and he's in the JFK community, such a nice man. Anyway,
- 49:49Speaker 6: he came in last month and I was so sick,
- 49:53Speaker 6: and he came in he goes, Gil, would you get
- 49:55Speaker 6: take us on a on a tour? And I said sure,
- 49:57Speaker 6: and I was too sick and I couldn't do it.
- 50:01Speaker 7: Oh man, yeah, just just don't take Joe on a
- 50:05Speaker 7: scooter tour.
- 50:06Speaker 6: Yeah, no, that's Joe. You have those bunks and bruises.
- 50:12Speaker 6: Oh gone now, but yeah you had them for like
- 50:18Speaker 6: a month.
- 50:20Speaker 8: No, I had him for like six months. Uh do
- 50:23Speaker 8: you want something funny?
- 50:24Speaker 1: Gal? So, uh, obviously, Doug and I are presenting at
- 50:29Speaker 1: Lancer after you. I think you're at three pm or
- 50:32Speaker 1: at four pm. And uh, As I'm still trying to
- 50:37Speaker 1: finalize my hotel because the Marriotte is like fours a night.
- 50:43Speaker 1: I don't want to drop like seven hundred dollars hotel
- 50:46Speaker 1: and I'm looking for other hotels a little further that
- 50:49Speaker 1: are cheaper. And I said to Doug, I can scooter
- 50:53Speaker 1: from my hotel to your hotel to the conference and
- 50:56Speaker 1: he goes, no, no scootering before our presentation. And that is,
- 51:02Speaker 1: of course the mistake I made last year. I went
- 51:05Speaker 1: out to get tobacco as I was, and I crashed
- 51:10Speaker 1: my scooter and was bleeding the rest of the day and.
- 51:13Speaker 7: During the Q and A.
- 51:14Speaker 8: And I mean, it was fine. I have I'm known
- 51:18Speaker 8: as Joey Scars because I have a few of them.
- 51:20Speaker 6: But Joey Scars, that sounds so doesn't that sound so? Good?
- 51:24Speaker 6: Fellas its introduce you to Robert Blakey. He has a
- 51:32Speaker 6: thing about the mafia, and you could say that, Hey,
- 51:34Speaker 6: I'm Joey Scars. Have you heard about me? You know?
- 51:37Speaker 6: Robert Blakey told me, Gail, if your grandfather's film came
- 51:41Speaker 6: up missing during my tenure, I take full responsibility. I said, well,
- 51:45Speaker 6: that's not doing me much good right now, But you
- 51:48Speaker 6: could tell every president And I told him that in
- 51:51Speaker 6: what nineteen ninety so? How many presidents did he get
- 51:54Speaker 6: to tell between then and there? You know what I mean,
- 51:58Speaker 6: I don't know, Yeah, I'm all.
- 52:04Speaker 7: Right, Robert gets you wild out.
- 52:05Speaker 6: Uh you know, Uh, he's convinced it was the mafia. Hey, hey,
- 52:12Speaker 6: you guys did y'all? I want to call Jeff so
- 52:15Speaker 6: bad and I need to watch because I want to
- 52:18Speaker 6: this guy that Jeff Morley found, is he for real?
- 52:22Speaker 6: Does anyone know about this story yet besides.
- 52:24Speaker 8: Jeff quote bombshell, Yeah, the.
- 52:28Speaker 6: C I a guy that used to work for the
- 52:31Speaker 6: CIA or something, right.
- 52:34Speaker 7: Guy from a guy about a guy somewhere.
- 52:38Speaker 6: Its face to face. No, I was gonna get.
- 52:43Speaker 8: It was a little bit of a letdown.
- 52:48Speaker 1: And we've talked about this before, but uh, and and
- 52:52Speaker 1: I the gist of it is, uh, he had come
- 52:56Speaker 1: across the CIA whistle blower who had gone into a
- 52:58Speaker 1: skiff uh secured compartmentalized information facility looking for something other
- 53:06Speaker 1: than JFK. It wasn't his what he was looking for,
- 53:09Speaker 1: but he saw a bunch of tapes.
- 53:10Speaker 6: And interesting, Yeah, you know that's what I was interested in?
- 53:17Speaker 6: Is that part? And I didn't all right, go ahead,
- 53:20Speaker 6: I mean to interrupt.
- 53:20Speaker 1: I'm apparently a document that said that the CIA was
- 53:25Speaker 1: trying to actively deter and throw off the HLCA.
- 53:31Speaker 6: That was it. No, they wouldn't do that.
- 53:36Speaker 8: And uh yeah, I guess the story.
- 53:39Speaker 7: If said guy had stuck the video cassette in his
- 53:43Speaker 7: shirt and stole it out of the skiff and turned
- 53:47Speaker 7: it over to Jeff Morley, that'd have been a much
- 53:49Speaker 7: better story.
- 53:50Speaker 6: Oh yeah. But first off, that it was on a
- 53:53Speaker 6: video that was newer technology for the time. That means
- 53:56Speaker 6: someone else had to have transferred it and done. And
- 53:59Speaker 6: what was on the Hey, what what did he say?
- 54:01Speaker 6: Was on there? Y'all?
- 54:02Speaker 7: Do you know Mexico? I guess Oswald and Mexicoxico.
- 54:06Speaker 6: Yeah, you know that. Father McCann told me there was
- 54:09Speaker 6: no way he was there September twenty seventh. He said,
- 54:11Speaker 6: no way. I know for a fact he wasn't there.
- 54:14Speaker 6: He was at the Galaxy Ball in Fort Worth. Yeah.
- 54:19Speaker 8: So, actually, Gil, that's a great segue because.
- 54:21Speaker 7: You write, what was it a gay bar?
- 54:26Speaker 6: No, it was one of those hots he taught to you,
- 54:29Speaker 6: like juniorly type places where everybody goes to raise money
- 54:33Speaker 6: for whatever. I think it was mental health at that
- 54:36Speaker 6: ball and father McCann was upset because he didn't get
- 54:40Speaker 6: invited by either Sylvia Odio or Lucille Canal that's what
- 54:45Speaker 6: he told me. That's what he said.
- 54:47Speaker 1: So yeah, he Gil And actually I had a question
- 54:51Speaker 1: about this because I was reading about Father Walter McCann
- 54:54Speaker 1: and and your book Pieces of the Puzzle and thology.
- 55:01Speaker 8: Uh and she was, Did I said that wrong?
- 55:05Speaker 7: Uh? Again, No, I'm not going to anthrology anthropology.
- 55:13Speaker 1: Yes, and he he was and correct, even'm wrong, Gale.
- 55:19Speaker 8: He was the head of the Cuban Catholic Relief Program
- 55:24Speaker 8: who was.
- 55:25Speaker 1: Responsible for placing some Cuban exiles and Dallas, but also
- 55:31Speaker 1: had a lot of it was also worked out of
- 55:33Speaker 1: Miami as well, which of course we know a lot
- 55:35Speaker 1: of the Cuban exiles are from. And he had some
- 55:40Speaker 1: uh familiarity with Sylvie. He was friends with Sylvie Odio
- 55:44Speaker 1: and uh and I don't know if that he decided
- 55:50Speaker 1: that she was lying seeing Lee Harvey Olswald on her doorstep.
- 55:53Speaker 6: Yeah, well no, he said, he said it was definitely. Yeah.
- 55:58Speaker 6: He was saying, y'all, I'm getting a bad actionary y'all
- 56:00Speaker 6: with me, Am. I cracking up because y'all are No.
- 56:04Speaker 7: Joe sounds like shit, but you sound fine.
- 56:06Speaker 6: Okay, No, okay, Joe. That night that that the Leopoldo
- 56:13Speaker 6: and and you know what, Doug and Rob think who
- 56:15Speaker 6: those guys are. And I agree with him. I mean
- 56:19Speaker 6: that came to her home, to Sylvia, y'all, and he
- 56:23Speaker 6: answered the door of the Younger Odeo. But they didn't
- 56:26Speaker 6: come asking for Sylvia. They came asking for sir Rita.
- 56:29Speaker 6: And si Rita her sister was big in the dre
- 56:34Speaker 6: with Carlos Bringay, I mean, and then Sylvia was endured
- 56:39Speaker 6: j Martin, you know, yeah, right, so and and father McCann,
- 56:45Speaker 6: I mean, he he said, Gail, and then I went
- 56:47Speaker 6: and looked to see if it was There was a
- 56:50Speaker 6: ball that night and Janetly Jamie Lee Curtis's mom was
- 56:54Speaker 6: in town. And that's why father McCann wanted to go
- 56:57Speaker 6: see her. You know, it was all the sixties people.
- 57:01Speaker 6: I was just talking about my grandfather and the brat
- 57:03Speaker 6: pack and stuff. They were all really popular during that time.
- 57:07Speaker 6: So and he swears it was the twenty seventh. It
- 57:09Speaker 6: was a Friday, And yes, because they went and he
- 57:13Speaker 6: didn't get to go, that's what he said.
- 57:17Speaker 1: Yeah, and do Rob and Robin Doug, did you are
- 57:20Speaker 1: you referring to Lauren Hall and William Seymour.
- 57:24Speaker 6: I didn't want to, you know, yeah too, I'm referring
- 57:27Speaker 6: to and who else?
- 57:29Speaker 3: Now?
- 57:29Speaker 6: Wait, didn't Joe Mellon say one of them was Angel
- 57:31Speaker 6: Mergato or something in that way? Yeah?
- 57:34Speaker 7: Am I wrong?
- 57:35Speaker 6: Y'all?
- 57:36Speaker 7: Are you right?
- 57:37Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 57:37Speaker 7: I have no idea who the hell that is, but I.
- 57:40Speaker 8: Think that's a war name.
- 57:41Speaker 6: Didn't they look at you, Joe, you go with your
- 57:44Speaker 6: bad self? Yeah, that's right.
- 57:47Speaker 8: It was some type of war name for something.
- 57:49Speaker 6: Now, someone told me, and I don't want to tell
- 57:51Speaker 6: y'all who it was, because he said, Gail, do not
- 57:53Speaker 6: go interview that guy. And I said why, I because Gil,
- 57:57Speaker 6: you'll get killed. And I said, if someone was gonna
- 58:00Speaker 6: kill me that had done in a long time ago,
- 58:02Speaker 6: and not because of JFK stuff, because of my smart mouth,
- 58:05Speaker 6: that's what would have happened. But they said that one
- 58:09Speaker 6: of the mass barers lived in the apartment complex that
- 58:13Speaker 6: Sylvia lived in on Davis. Have y'all heard that story?
- 58:17Speaker 6: No massperer Rolando, you know talking about buddies, They are
- 58:26Speaker 6: right lived in this complex as Sylvia. That's right, Yeah,
- 58:34Speaker 6: I mean there is so much more that could still
- 58:36Speaker 6: be looked into and ask about about this stuff. I mean,
- 58:39Speaker 6: and the Oswald in Mexico is a big deal. I mean,
- 58:42Speaker 6: that is, and I don't know. I tend to think
- 58:46Speaker 6: it's a government, Uh what what what's the word I'm
- 58:50Speaker 6: going for, Robin Joe is a government? I don't. I
- 58:53Speaker 6: don't think that he was there at that time. Yeah, something,
- 58:58Speaker 6: It's another one of those, I think, But I don't know,
- 59:00Speaker 6: you know, I don't know.
- 59:02Speaker 7: I think that's definitely impersonated part of it.
- 59:05Speaker 6: Yes, I do believe he was impersonated, And I think.
- 59:09Speaker 7: And I'm fifty to fifty on whether he was actually
- 59:11Speaker 7: there at all.
- 59:12Speaker 6: Right, That's how I am, rob And I tend to
- 59:16Speaker 6: be more sixty body than he wasn't. I mean, I do,
- 59:20Speaker 6: But I don't know. I can't prove any It's just
- 59:23Speaker 6: based on everything else I know and have read and
- 59:26Speaker 6: who I've talked to, I don't know. I mean, And of.
- 59:30Speaker 1: Course it could have been both as well, right, he
- 59:32Speaker 1: could have been there and impersonated as well. It's also
- 59:36Speaker 1: a possibility, that's right, And if maybe he was photographed
- 59:40Speaker 1: with someone coming in and out of the embassies that
- 59:43Speaker 1: they didn't want to release the person with Oswald's photo
- 59:48Speaker 1: or they didn't want to give away their crown jewel,
- 59:50Speaker 1: which was the Mecco Mexico City, La onion, la envoy.
- 59:55Speaker 6: Who is the they? I see? And I keep wondering.
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: I mean, okay, so Peter Dill's goot ingenius, smart man
- 1:00:03Speaker 6: that he is, and in deep state, I mean, I okay,
- 1:00:08Speaker 6: But who do we think is giving the orders here?
- 1:00:12Speaker 6: I I? Or do we even care anymore? Does anyone
- 1:00:15Speaker 6: even care anymore as to who was telling you who?
- 1:00:20Speaker 7: It was either like like people love to say, rogue
- 1:00:25Speaker 7: elements of.
- 1:00:25Speaker 6: The c I A right, or I don't believe that
- 1:00:28Speaker 6: anymore either. I'm sorry, guys, I don't.
- 1:00:31Speaker 7: I mean, it's like it was either more of an
- 1:00:36Speaker 7: a plot born out of an ideology. Right. As far
- 1:00:41Speaker 7: as you know, these anti Castro Cuban and Cuban exiles, uh,
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: you know, pissed about Fidel about America and they were
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: frustrated I kill Fidel, they could not take their country back.
- 1:00:56Speaker 7: So and Kennedy's not helping him. Can you know? Kennedy
- 1:01:00Speaker 7: didn't help them? And this was the only option, you know,
- 1:01:06Speaker 7: because a lot of these guys you know, you know.
- 1:01:10Speaker 6: Well, okay, so I who told me? Years and years ago.
- 1:01:17Speaker 6: It was one of the first generation researchers. You guys
- 1:01:20Speaker 6: that Gail. You need to look at this as three
- 1:01:23Speaker 6: separate things. There's a killing, there's the pre show, I
- 1:01:26Speaker 6: mean it was planned, and then of course there's the
- 1:01:29Speaker 6: cover up. And there are three separate things. And that's
- 1:01:32Speaker 6: why everyone's having a problem getting them to connect. But
- 1:01:37Speaker 6: I kind of think that we have the answers with
- 1:01:39Speaker 6: all these books that have been written, if we could
- 1:01:42Speaker 6: just take out that the crap, because there is so
- 1:01:47Speaker 6: much crap. And I may be one of them that
- 1:01:49Speaker 6: did it too and didn't know it. I mean I
- 1:01:51Speaker 6: don't think I was, but it could be. But I
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: didn't have an affair with anybody special. I was five
- 1:01:57Speaker 6: years old. Yeah you know what I mean, I didn't. Yeah,
- 1:02:00Speaker 6: I don't. Even though I was there, I do get
- 1:02:04Speaker 6: to say that I just didn't get to see it.
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: We've been looking really hard and lately, you know, back
- 1:02:10Speaker 7: at what was going on in New Orleans before the assassination,
- 1:02:15Speaker 7: you know, with with Oswald, because I think that's where
- 1:02:19Speaker 7: the plot was born out of.
- 1:02:21Speaker 6: I think there's something going on for sure. Garrison was not.
- 1:02:26Speaker 7: Like it had to be born out of New Orleans.
- 1:02:28Speaker 7: It happened in Dallas, but it was born in New Orleans,
- 1:02:31Speaker 7: and you have to connect somehow connect those and we
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: do have some very good connective tissue when it comes
- 1:02:38Speaker 7: to people in New Orleans and people in Dallas. You know,
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: we got General Walker is a big one. And I
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: actually have another question for you, Gail, and this comes
- 1:02:49Speaker 7: from one of our superspies, Trey, And his question for
- 1:02:53Speaker 7: you is he knows that you used to live in
- 1:02:57Speaker 7: Dallas as well as Denton, and you're likely very familiar
- 1:03:01Speaker 7: with the areas where he lives and works, and that
- 1:03:04Speaker 7: is Plano, Texas. And he's asking, General Walker used to
- 1:03:08Speaker 7: go shooting in an open field in planet right, do
- 1:03:11Speaker 7: you know where in Plano this was? He would like
- 1:03:15Speaker 7: to visit some of these JFK related sites that are
- 1:03:19Speaker 7: kind of off the beaten panel. If you happen to
- 1:03:21Speaker 7: know he is.
- 1:03:22Speaker 6: My kind of guy. I'm that kind of way too.
- 1:03:25Speaker 6: And you know who told me that story was Robert
- 1:03:28Speaker 6: Surrey's son, who is still alive. And I don't know
- 1:03:33Speaker 6: Trey is between Richardson and Plano and it I want
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: to say there was a processing plant at some point there,
- 1:03:42Speaker 6: and I don't know if it was like Owen's Sausage
- 1:03:45Speaker 6: or Jimmy Dean, and the Surrey Sun told me it
- 1:03:49Speaker 6: was near there. And I don't even remember a packing
- 1:03:53Speaker 6: plant out north that par I mean there were in
- 1:03:56Speaker 6: southern Dallas County, but when you got out to Colin,
- 1:03:59Speaker 6: I didn't even think there or any during that time,
- 1:04:01Speaker 6: so you might know her. I'm sorry. I wish I
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: had an answer for you, but thanks for asking. Oh good,
- 1:04:07Speaker 6: I got somebody to ask me a question and not say, well,
- 1:04:11Speaker 6: someone shut her up. Her voice drives me insane, that
- 1:04:16Speaker 6: we love it, we love it. Yeah, but somebody said
- 1:04:18Speaker 6: that one time, and I was upset for a week.
- 1:04:20Speaker 6: I was like, oh my god, there's nothing I could
- 1:04:22Speaker 6: do about it. I'm not going to get a voice totalles,
- 1:04:29Speaker 6: not your listeners. Your listeners aren't that way.
- 1:04:33Speaker 7: We got a group of good, good folks.
- 1:04:35Speaker 8: Here, Yeah, yep.
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: And in fact, uh Trey, who just asked the question,
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: said such a shrinking violet.
- 1:04:43Speaker 8: Love her as a new gale.
- 1:04:45Speaker 6: I'm not. Yeah, they tell him. I love him for
- 1:04:48Speaker 6: saying that to you, because God, I'm as far from
- 1:04:49Speaker 6: a shrinking violet as anyone could be. I would never
- 1:04:52Speaker 6: be a wallflower either. If someone didn't want to dance
- 1:04:55Speaker 6: with me, I would just go dance with him, like
- 1:04:58Speaker 6: dance with me, Come on, I mean yeah, short guys.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: Yeah, and I just started a couple of messages as
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: they come by really quickly, and Clay uh said, can't wait.
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: Love Gail and all she has done. You've got me hook. Guys,
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: been researching for forty years and feel closer than ever.
- 1:05:17Speaker 8: So we have gotten nothing. Guy and Paul our friend,
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: how old is miss Gail thirty five?
- 1:05:26Speaker 6: Oh my god? Ask him give me his address so
- 1:05:29Speaker 6: I can send him a really good gift for saying that.
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: Oh my god, tell him my meal thirty five that
- 1:05:34Speaker 6: I am far from it. I I you know, I feel.
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: That though all the comments have been tremendously positive.
- 1:05:41Speaker 7: That's our friend from Facebook, Paul Vines. You may have seen.
- 1:05:44Speaker 6: Ah, he's so sweet and I've never met him, Robert
- 1:05:48Speaker 6: or y'all friends, he's so nice.
- 1:05:50Speaker 7: His Facebook friends. Yeah, you know?
- 1:05:53Speaker 6: Did you know? That's how we all met me and
- 1:05:55Speaker 6: you and Doug right, Yeah, that's how we met Donald Roberto,
- 1:05:59Speaker 6: That's how I met him Facebook.
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: And we gotta thank John two for the super chat
- 1:06:05Speaker 7: and Paula as well came through with the super chat
- 1:06:09Speaker 7: So and Paul. Paul paid five dollars to stay you're
- 1:06:12Speaker 7: thirty five years old?
- 1:06:13Speaker 6: Now, Gil No, No, he paid for to say give
- 1:06:17Speaker 6: me that compliment. Oh my god, rub it in my
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: husband's face. I'm gonna go, Hey, there's a guy that
- 1:06:23Speaker 6: paid five dollars to ask me if I was thirty five,
- 1:06:25Speaker 6: and that'll do him in for the night and it
- 1:06:27Speaker 6: will make my week. Thank y'all, Thank you, Paul.
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: They're awesome.
- 1:06:33Speaker 6: Oh no, I'm not awesome. I'm just mouthing and I
- 1:06:36Speaker 6: have so much I want to say and I can't
- 1:06:38Speaker 6: and I but I will if you guys will just
- 1:06:41Speaker 6: ask me again sometime in the next like a few weeks. Ooh,
- 1:06:45Speaker 6: I'm I can make it really good, you know.
- 1:06:48Speaker 8: Sure? Well, of course, when.
- 1:06:50Speaker 7: You have me all that money, are you still going
- 1:06:52Speaker 7: to talk to us?
- 1:06:53Speaker 6: I mean, you're kidding. I'm one of those people that
- 1:06:55Speaker 6: will give it away. And you know it, Rob, you
- 1:06:57Speaker 6: know it. I'm not. I mean, I'm not saying I
- 1:07:01Speaker 6: wouldn't like going on a nice trip or something, or
- 1:07:05Speaker 6: having a nice house and a gigantic party. Everyone clear
- 1:07:09Speaker 6: your calendars when it happens. I swear it. When it happens,
- 1:07:13Speaker 6: I'm gonna have the biggest truth party. Everyone that I
- 1:07:16Speaker 6: want to be there, I'm gonna fly them in. If
- 1:07:18Speaker 6: they can't do it on their own or you're listening, ya,
- 1:07:22Speaker 6: I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna be there. That's right,
- 1:07:30Speaker 6: and we'll be able. We're gonna celebrate truth. That's what
- 1:07:34Speaker 6: We're gonna celebrate. Truth in every format comes in. That's
- 1:07:38Speaker 6: what we're gonna do, you know. And I will feel
- 1:07:41Speaker 6: like I did something before I died. If I can
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: get this done, I will actually feel like, actually I
- 1:07:46Speaker 6: do feel like I've done something as I had kids
- 1:07:48Speaker 6: and I was a teacher and I was a professor
- 1:07:51Speaker 6: and I've written books. So I feel but this, I
- 1:07:54Speaker 6: think it's gonna make my grandfather so happy. I mean
- 1:07:57Speaker 6: I do. Yeah, you know, I'm so exclused.
- 1:08:00Speaker 7: Yeah's excited.
- 1:08:03Speaker 6: I am really excited about this, y'all because I think
- 1:08:06Speaker 6: we do have a judge that that honors truth. I do.
- 1:08:10Speaker 6: And I could be wrong, Oh man, anything could happen here.
- 1:08:13Speaker 6: You all know it, But I just got that impression.
- 1:08:17Speaker 8: Trust times, it really is. It really is.
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: And you see that and in politics and go on.
- 1:08:24Speaker 6: But that justice is supposed to be blind, guys. It's
- 1:08:28Speaker 6: not supposed to have a partner or a sex, or
- 1:08:32Speaker 6: a class or a color. You know, it's not it's
- 1:08:36Speaker 6: supposed to be you know what is that the monkey
- 1:08:38Speaker 6: the scene and we will hear speaking. But with justice
- 1:08:41Speaker 6: is blind, I mean there is something to all those
- 1:08:44Speaker 6: things that are said, you guys. And and justice is
- 1:08:47Speaker 6: not really blind.
- 1:08:49Speaker 7: Before proven guilty, ye know. And it doesn't always hold
- 1:08:53Speaker 7: up very well.
- 1:08:54Speaker 6: No, it doesn't. And my son is an activist about it.
- 1:08:58Speaker 6: I mean it's true.
- 1:09:00Speaker 7: Just ask.
- 1:09:01Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:09:02Speaker 6: I live in Texas. So all right, well now, Rob,
- 1:09:04Speaker 6: why are you not coming? And Joe, I'm gonna take
- 1:09:07Speaker 6: care of you. I'll talk to you later because no,
- 1:09:11Speaker 6: I it will work something out yet, Rob, why are
- 1:09:14Speaker 6: you not coming?
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: No?
- 1:09:15Speaker 7: I just couldn't make it down there this year. I
- 1:09:17Speaker 7: got too much stuff going on.
- 1:09:20Speaker 6: But that's good.
- 1:09:22Speaker 7: Yeah, right, it's totally good. It's all good. Yeah.
- 1:09:24Speaker 6: Yeah, sorry, tell me you're writing a book and I
- 1:09:29Speaker 6: know you are, aren't you? You are? And if you're not,
- 1:09:32Speaker 6: I will be your biggest cheerleader besides Joe to make
- 1:09:35Speaker 6: you do it. You should.
- 1:09:38Speaker 7: It's just between this and work, and it's just it's
- 1:09:42Speaker 7: a very slow process.
- 1:09:44Speaker 6: And don't think you're gonna get rich, babe, you were not.
- 1:09:47Speaker 6: You know how much I made on that first book,
- 1:09:48Speaker 6: The Missing JFK. Seriously, seriously, I wrote it in twenty thirteen.
- 1:09:53Speaker 6: You know how much money I made because I paid
- 1:09:56Speaker 6: for the printing. I my my I had a hey,
- 1:10:00Speaker 6: my nephew back who helped me. I mean, my family
- 1:10:02Speaker 6: helped me. I'm not rich. I am far from rich.
- 1:10:06Speaker 9: Okay, so alaso hundred thousand dollars.
- 1:10:10Speaker 6: Seriously, Okay, it cost me for both because I ran
- 1:10:14Speaker 6: three editions of it, and that makes me happy to
- 1:10:17Speaker 6: that I sold that many. But and that still wasn't
- 1:10:20Speaker 6: very much. It cost me over twelve or thirteen five.
- 1:10:24Speaker 6: I'll have to ask my husband. He would know. Here's
- 1:10:26Speaker 6: how much of main Guys, are you ready?
- 1:10:29Speaker 7: Ready?
- 1:10:29Speaker 6: You won't believe me. You won't four grand four since
- 1:10:34Speaker 6: twenty thirteen. You don't get rich doing this, you know.
- 1:10:38Speaker 5: What I mean?
- 1:10:39Speaker 6: Yeah? But I didn't really it was self published. I
- 1:10:42Speaker 6: didn't really market it. I mean, I can blame myself
- 1:10:45Speaker 6: a lot for that stuff, you know what I mean.
- 1:10:47Speaker 6: But I didn't do it for any other reason and
- 1:10:49Speaker 6: hoping somebody would help me and knew something about my
- 1:10:52Speaker 6: grandfather's film. That's really the reason why I wrote it,
- 1:10:54Speaker 6: you know.
- 1:10:55Speaker 7: So well, hopefully one day you can do the updated
- 1:10:58Speaker 7: version that needs to be done and give the book
- 1:11:01Speaker 7: very happy ending.
- 1:11:03Speaker 6: You want to be, won't it be? And I wanted
- 1:11:07Speaker 6: to say this, and I know I probably shouldn't, but
- 1:11:09Speaker 6: I'm going to anyway. It is odd to me that
- 1:11:13Speaker 6: the Knixt film is missing, and why I mean, but
- 1:11:15Speaker 6: if you look at okay, well, the Nixt film is missing,
- 1:11:19Speaker 6: what would corroborate it? Right? What what would corroborate? Well?
- 1:11:23Speaker 6: The autopsy photos, right, they're missing, the ones from Parkland yea, yeah, okay,
- 1:11:31Speaker 6: and the Dictor Belts and the white House tapes from
- 1:11:36Speaker 6: the white House communications bus that was down there by
- 1:11:39Speaker 6: the Adolphus So that day. There's so much, guys, all
- 1:11:43Speaker 6: that is missing. And if you look at it in
- 1:11:46Speaker 6: just a little show, they all connect, all of them.
- 1:11:50Speaker 6: I mean, my grandfather's film, the Dickta Belts, the autopsy,
- 1:11:56Speaker 6: I mean, just think about it. All of it fits together.
- 1:11:58Speaker 6: And why haven't we? Why didn't I notice that when
- 1:12:01Speaker 6: I was writing these books? How dumb ams? You know
- 1:12:03Speaker 6: what I mean.
- 1:12:04Speaker 7: Well, and don't forget this image Gail right here.
- 1:12:08Speaker 6: Yeah, okay, Jones Terras, that's what he went to bat
- 1:12:13Speaker 6: with that one. He just knew he had found the
- 1:12:17Speaker 6: extra shooter in Papa's film. But Za Pruter is going, why,
- 1:12:21Speaker 6: I mean, when does the prunter have seen them? I mean,
- 1:12:23Speaker 6: that's the part that's always I'm thinking there were people there?
- 1:12:26Speaker 6: How could no one have seen that? If that was
- 1:12:28Speaker 6: what that was? Right?
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: Yeah, Now, I mean it could be Gordon Arnold, it
- 1:12:33Speaker 7: could be.
- 1:12:34Speaker 6: Exactly a shooter. And Rob Tech, who we found out,
- 1:12:40Speaker 6: of course years later, was a CIA operated Oh my god. Yeah,
- 1:12:47Speaker 6: Ijax said the government sent Papa's film to the next
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: film to I Tech and they said it was nothing
- 1:12:53Speaker 6: more than shadows and leaves, and that in shadows and leaves,
- 1:12:57Speaker 6: I'm sorry, that is not it is not its shadows
- 1:13:01Speaker 6: and leaves, no.
- 1:13:03Speaker 7: Because and what's interesting, so when you compare and contrast. Okay,
- 1:13:06Speaker 7: let's see again this photo right, which is almost identical
- 1:13:10Speaker 7: to the Mormon photo. Okay, but you don't really see
- 1:13:16Speaker 7: that now, you know Mormon photo. But I'm guessing it's
- 1:13:23Speaker 7: it's it's kind of like an angle thing you know.
- 1:13:26Speaker 6: It could be that. I'm gonna tell you, Papa. My
- 1:13:28Speaker 6: grandfather said, all right, y'all are looking at that that
- 1:13:32Speaker 6: I don't know. Back there the fence, See the fence
- 1:13:35Speaker 6: back there, that's where he said they came from, down
- 1:13:38Speaker 6: the fence line, right, I know.
- 1:13:41Speaker 7: And that's where the war road workers. Let's say they
- 1:13:44Speaker 7: came as well.
- 1:13:45Speaker 6: Right, that's right, So you know, I don't know. He
- 1:13:50Speaker 6: had no reason to lie, you guys. And then when
- 1:13:52Speaker 6: in sixty seven, no, yeah, when CBS did their thing in,
- 1:13:58Speaker 6: my grandfather thought he was going to get to meet
- 1:14:01Speaker 6: Walter Cronkott And I said, Papa, I mean, I was
- 1:14:04Speaker 6: only a kid. I wouldn't even tend. I don't think
- 1:14:06Speaker 6: I was smart mouth, I'm telling you. And I said, Papa,
- 1:14:09Speaker 6: I don't think Walter Cronkite is going to come down
- 1:14:12Speaker 6: to death Gail. He may be there, and I want
- 1:14:15Speaker 6: you kids to meet him. So he took my brother
- 1:14:17Speaker 6: and my sister and myself down there, and they kept asking,
- 1:14:21Speaker 6: horrible where did the shots come from? And he'd said, well,
- 1:14:25Speaker 6: they're at that stockade Bance. I mean, because my grandfather
- 1:14:27Speaker 6: had a bit of a Texas accent, kind of like
- 1:14:29Speaker 6: me and and and they're like gut cut and they
- 1:14:33Speaker 6: and as a little kid, I remember that, I remember
- 1:14:37Speaker 6: thinking cut because I didn't know what movie terminology was.
- 1:14:40Speaker 6: I didn't know if that was bad. But when you
- 1:14:42Speaker 6: hear the word cuts, you don't think good things, you
- 1:14:44Speaker 6: know what I mean, you don't at any age, so
- 1:14:47Speaker 6: you know. Yeah, and so they get and he was
- 1:14:50Speaker 6: so upset afterwards because he felt like they were trying
- 1:14:53Speaker 6: to make him look stupid. And you know how you
- 1:14:55Speaker 6: men are.
- 1:14:58Speaker 7: There, that's where they came from.
- 1:15:00Speaker 6: So yeah, and I mean, he's telling the truth because
- 1:15:02Speaker 6: why are they Why are they trying to make me
- 1:15:04Speaker 6: say something that I don't want to say? I said,
- 1:15:06Speaker 6: I don't know. I mean, but I felt bad as
- 1:15:08Speaker 6: a little kid watching my grandfather. Again, here's the slam
- 1:15:12Speaker 6: achy men that I love. I love men. But you
- 1:15:15Speaker 6: know how you are with your pride. You all know
- 1:15:17Speaker 6: how you are with your pride, and we as women,
- 1:15:19Speaker 6: we have it too. I was all worried about being
- 1:15:21Speaker 6: on this and having makeup on and fixing my hair.
- 1:15:23Speaker 6: I mean, we are so I don't know. I mean,
- 1:15:28Speaker 6: you've got to take all of that in consideration too.
- 1:15:30Speaker 6: How much of this is pride. How much is of
- 1:15:32Speaker 6: it is truth? How much of it? Do they want
- 1:15:34Speaker 6: to be famous like other people with it? Why would
- 1:15:38Speaker 6: anyone want to be famous over jfk ask me. I
- 1:15:41Speaker 6: don't get that either. Why do you want to be
- 1:15:44Speaker 6: act like? You know, it's a terrible, terrible thing, the
- 1:15:48Speaker 6: death of this president.
- 1:15:51Speaker 7: You know, did Orville go before the Warrant Commission? They
- 1:15:56Speaker 7: didn't ask him to come before the Warren Commission?
- 1:15:59Speaker 8: And no, but they knew of his film by then,
- 1:16:03Speaker 8: for sure they had it?
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: Is it because they knew he would say that he
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: thought the shots came behind him.
- 1:16:11Speaker 6: I really don't know, Joe, And that's a wonderful question.
- 1:16:14Speaker 6: I mean, he did talk to the secret serves and
- 1:16:16Speaker 6: the FBI Abernathy in Dallas, but never did he talk
- 1:16:20Speaker 6: to anybody from the Warrent Commission or well, the House
- 1:16:24Speaker 6: of that committee. He was dead by then, you know,
- 1:16:26Speaker 6: so he wouldn't have. But no one called my grandmother
- 1:16:29Speaker 6: or my dad because I asked them when I was writing,
- 1:16:32Speaker 6: you know, when I found out the film was missing,
- 1:16:34Speaker 6: I asked my dad and my grandmother. And my grandmother
- 1:16:37Speaker 6: died shortly after that too, She died in nineteen ninety, so.
- 1:16:42Speaker 7: When he was taking the film. You kind of mentioned
- 1:16:43Speaker 7: this before, but he you know, he's kind of running
- 1:16:47Speaker 7: across I mean, did he didn't have the camera like
- 1:16:51Speaker 7: up to his eye. He's watching what's going on.
- 1:16:54Speaker 6: He is squeezy, rob. He was so scared back to
- 1:16:59Speaker 6: the Pride thing. My grandfather was six seven, I mean
- 1:17:02Speaker 6: he was huge, a very very tall, yeah, and he
- 1:17:07Speaker 6: was scared and he was clenching his keystone because it
- 1:17:10Speaker 6: had that grip on it where you made it go
- 1:17:12Speaker 6: by squeezing it out of fright more than taking pictures.
- 1:17:17Speaker 6: He didn't have his eye up there, not at all, y'all.
- 1:17:19Speaker 6: He didn't even know he had footage until they called
- 1:17:23Speaker 6: him that night. He didn't know. He thought he knew
- 1:17:26Speaker 6: he had Ralph Yarbro That's what he knew, that's all.
- 1:17:30Speaker 7: Yeah, And we know what he was looking at because
- 1:17:33Speaker 7: was running and his camera picked it up. But he
- 1:17:36Speaker 7: was an eyewitness to write the fascination.
- 1:17:39Speaker 6: And that's why it was odd. Mark Lane talked to him.
- 1:17:42Speaker 6: I mean, obviously Bernie Burnbaum, a lot of the CBS
- 1:17:46Speaker 6: people and national people talked to him, and I begged
- 1:17:49Speaker 6: for those CBS outtakes that from that show. They said
- 1:17:53Speaker 6: they were missing because I used to say, y'all, I
- 1:17:56Speaker 6: can prove it if you look at those outtakes. I
- 1:17:58Speaker 6: remember that as a kid that they were made him
- 1:18:01Speaker 6: say something else, that's what they were doing. Yeah, you know,
- 1:18:04Speaker 6: but they're gone.
- 1:18:05Speaker 8: They say, well, Rob, I think you have something cued up.
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: But one of our loyal listeners, James, just asked, do
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: we have any filmed interviews with mister Orville Nicks? Mark Layton,
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: I do, Rob has one ready. Just ask James and
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: you shall receive thanks James.
- 1:18:29Speaker 7: This is a three minute clip of Gail's grandfather, Orville Nick's,
- 1:18:35Speaker 7: getting interviewed here by Mark Lane. So here we go, folks.
- 1:18:39Speaker 7: I think it has sound as well, and it'll probably
- 1:18:43Speaker 7: automatically mute us here while it plays, but we'll be
- 1:18:46Speaker 7: back in three minutes. Check out Orville Nicks.
- 1:18:50Speaker 6: Thank y'all.
- 1:18:51Speaker 14: Christer nas Where will you on November twenty second, nineteen.
- 1:18:56Speaker 15: Sixty three, standing on the corner of Maine in Houston,
- 1:19:05Speaker 15: and did you.
- 1:19:06Speaker 14: Take any pictures of the presidential limousine as it went
- 1:19:09Speaker 14: through Dally Plaza.
- 1:19:11Speaker 15: Yes, I'd taken pictures before and after, before the assassination
- 1:19:17Speaker 15: and during the assassination.
- 1:19:20Speaker 14: And you know, of course, that your pictures were eventually
- 1:19:23Speaker 14: used by the government to determine where the limousine was
- 1:19:27Speaker 14: when some.
- 1:19:28Speaker 16: Of the shots were fired.
- 1:19:29Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:19:31Speaker 14: And did you deliver a copy of your film to
- 1:19:36Speaker 14: the federal government?
- 1:19:38Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:19:38Speaker 15: I delivered a copy of my film to the federal
- 1:19:41Speaker 15: government about December.
- 1:19:43Speaker 14: The first, about a week at little over a week
- 1:19:45Speaker 14: after the assassination.
- 1:19:46Speaker 15: Yes, my film got lost in the processing plant.
- 1:19:51Speaker 14: Where is the original film?
- 1:19:54Speaker 15: The original film uh belonged to the United president nation.
- 1:19:59Speaker 3: Uh.
- 1:19:59Speaker 15: The d Gibman has a duplicate copy.
- 1:20:03Speaker 16: And where is that duplicate copy in the art gage?
- 1:20:06Speaker 14: And is that the duplicate copy which was used by
- 1:20:09Speaker 14: the Wine Commission for the purpose of determining along with
- 1:20:14Speaker 14: other films, uh, the much More film and the Zapruder
- 1:20:18Speaker 14: film where the presidential limousine was when some of the
- 1:20:21Speaker 14: shots were fired. I would say, so, well, you now
- 1:20:26Speaker 14: have au a copy of your film, which you were
- 1:20:30Speaker 14: kind enough to show it to us this afternoon. Is
- 1:20:33Speaker 14: that copy the same as the original which.
- 1:20:36Speaker 16: You gave to the FBI on December first?
- 1:20:40Speaker 6: Uh?
- 1:20:40Speaker 15: I would say, no, there's some films maybe missing some
- 1:20:45Speaker 15: uh frames the some of the frames were ruined.
- 1:20:51Speaker 14: Does the film which you have at the present time
- 1:20:53Speaker 14: have the same number of frames as the film which
- 1:20:56Speaker 14: you delivered to the FBI on December first?
- 1:21:00Speaker 5: Uh?
- 1:21:01Speaker 15: I would say no, but it's cause of losing maybe
- 1:21:04Speaker 15: a h.
- 1:21:06Speaker 16: A frame here and there at the time that the
- 1:21:10Speaker 16: shots were fired. Did you look at the book depository building?
- 1:21:14Speaker 6: No?
- 1:21:15Speaker 5: Uh?
- 1:21:15Speaker 14: Did you think at that time that the shots came
- 1:21:18Speaker 14: from the book depository building?
- 1:21:20Speaker 6: No?
- 1:21:20Speaker 15: I thought it came from a fence. Uh, between the
- 1:21:25Speaker 15: book depository and the railroad track.
- 1:21:30Speaker 6: Uh.
- 1:21:30Speaker 14: Does anyone else who you know who spoken with also
- 1:21:34Speaker 14: believed that the shots came from there?
- 1:21:37Speaker 15: Most everyone thought it came from the fence behind the
- 1:21:41Speaker 15: book depository.
- 1:21:43Speaker 16: Did you have occasion to speak with Forrest.
- 1:21:45Speaker 14: Sorrows, who was, of course a friend of yours and
- 1:21:48Speaker 14: the Secret Service agent in charge of.
- 1:21:50Speaker 16: Dallas that day, Yes?
- 1:21:52Speaker 5: I did.
- 1:21:53Speaker 16: Did he tell you where he thought the shots came from?
- 1:21:56Speaker 15: He s he thought they were coming from the same place,
- 1:21:59Speaker 15: which is behind the fence.
- 1:22:02Speaker 14: At the present time, where do you believe the shots
- 1:22:04Speaker 14: came from?
- 1:22:05Speaker 15: Well, they came from the book depository, because it's proof
- 1:22:08Speaker 15: that it did come from there.
- 1:22:10Speaker 16: I see this. You've read a newspapers and you've had
- 1:22:13Speaker 16: the report.
- 1:22:14Speaker 15: Did.
- 1:22:16Speaker 6: H good, little American citizen? Why our government said it?
- 1:22:22Speaker 6: So it's got to be true, you know.
- 1:22:24Speaker 8: Yea seems like a dude, James.
- 1:22:28Speaker 6: Yeah, but you know that he said that some of
- 1:22:30Speaker 6: those frames are ruined? Ruined? Are you I in t
- 1:22:34Speaker 6: K like Papa, how do you know they were ruined?
- 1:22:38Speaker 6: I mean, I don't know what what that? I never
- 1:22:42Speaker 6: understood when he said that, how were they ruined? That's
- 1:22:48Speaker 6: well he thought that, But y'all, the first time he
- 1:22:51Speaker 6: saw the film that when he was talking about you
- 1:22:53Speaker 6: know that wee cant he was watching and I'm sorry, y'all,
- 1:22:56Speaker 6: I don't mean to offend, but it used to be
- 1:22:58Speaker 6: called this Midget Wrestling And now I know we're not
- 1:23:01Speaker 6: supposed to use the M word, I know, but that's
- 1:23:05Speaker 6: what it was called on TV. And he watched it
- 1:23:07Speaker 6: every Saturday night and after work if he had to
- 1:23:10Speaker 6: work it they called him to come down to pick
- 1:23:14Speaker 6: up his film. Well he wanted to see it. Well,
- 1:23:17Speaker 6: they didn't have a projector, which makes no sense to me.
- 1:23:20Speaker 6: I mean, it was a developing plant. But they played
- 1:23:22Speaker 6: it on the White Wall. So he and my dad,
- 1:23:25Speaker 6: who my grandfather enlisted to take down there with him
- 1:23:29Speaker 6: to go see the film. Were just amazed. I mean,
- 1:23:33Speaker 6: he couldn't believe. And the first thing he said, you guys,
- 1:23:36Speaker 6: the first thing, oh my gosh, well they paid is
- 1:23:41Speaker 6: the Brewner twenty five thousand dollars for his mine's got
- 1:23:45Speaker 6: to be at least worth half that. And now I
- 1:23:47Speaker 6: can retire and your grandmother doesn't have to work at
- 1:23:49Speaker 6: Wyatt's anymore. I mean, that is what he was thinking about,
- 1:23:52Speaker 6: you know what I mean. It wasn't that the kid.
- 1:23:55Speaker 6: I mean, I don't mean to say this way, but
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: it's true. It wasn't that jayk had just been shot,
- 1:24:01Speaker 6: but taking a film the capitalist way. Guys, a bruiter
- 1:24:05Speaker 6: had made lots of money, so it meant that maybe.
- 1:24:07Speaker 7: He would too, scratch off a lot of ticket you know.
- 1:24:11Speaker 6: Right, That's what it was that he just luck it
- 1:24:14Speaker 6: happened then it really.
- 1:24:16Speaker 7: But then they looked at you like it said sorry.
- 1:24:19Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, that's what UPI That's what Time Life said,
- 1:24:24Speaker 6: is a nuisance film will give you three grand three
- 1:24:27Speaker 6: grand by And my grandfather, James wagon Board told me
- 1:24:31Speaker 6: that when my grandfather stood up when they said that
- 1:24:34Speaker 6: to him, James wagon Board was just a kid. I
- 1:24:36Speaker 6: mean I think it was like twenty three or twenty four. Joe,
- 1:24:38Speaker 6: how old are you? You're young too, ain't thank you?
- 1:24:42Speaker 6: Oh you're older than are you in your thirties or forties?
- 1:24:46Speaker 6: Thirty eight? No way?
- 1:24:48Speaker 7: He dies hair and beard?
- 1:24:50Speaker 8: Thank you?
- 1:24:50Speaker 6: Rob? He well, Rob, you're older than that.
- 1:24:53Speaker 7: I am all right.
- 1:24:54Speaker 6: Okay, wait wait this this guy, James Wagenboard, who now
- 1:24:59Speaker 6: has passed and you love him?
- 1:25:03Speaker 7: Yes, great, great, great guy, very fun to be.
- 1:25:09Speaker 6: Smart, all these people, Oh my gosh, oh my gosh,
- 1:25:14Speaker 6: he knew, he knew. John Steinbeck was his neighbor. Stop
- 1:25:20Speaker 6: it stop. I mean, hey, John Sundbeck, you want to
- 1:25:24Speaker 6: go down to Starbucks and have a coffee. I mean
- 1:25:26Speaker 6: Starbucks wasn't around there, but you know what I mean.
- 1:25:27Speaker 6: I mean he's hanging out with John Steinbeck and Andy Warhol.
- 1:25:33Speaker 6: Stop it. Well, anyway, he's the one that met my
- 1:25:36Speaker 6: grandfather and my dad when Time Life called, you know,
- 1:25:40Speaker 6: to buy the film. So my grandfather and my dad
- 1:25:43Speaker 6: are sitting up there, and there's Steede Jackson and what
- 1:25:46Speaker 6: is Chapin? Harry Chapin, you know, his dad, and Mary
- 1:25:50Speaker 6: Chapin Carpenter their dad worked at Time Life too. Did
- 1:25:53Speaker 6: y'all know that?
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: No?
- 1:25:55Speaker 6: I didn't. Do you know who Mary Chapin and Harry
- 1:25:57Speaker 6: I'm old sixties music. You know if any of your listeners,
- 1:26:01Speaker 6: I bet they know.
- 1:26:03Speaker 7: Karen.
- 1:26:04Speaker 6: Yeah, he's really they're related. Those singers are related to
- 1:26:08Speaker 6: an exact what Time Life. Anyway, James told me, and
- 1:26:12Speaker 6: and my mom and my dad and my grandfather had
- 1:26:14Speaker 6: said the same thing that they all gathered together and
- 1:26:18Speaker 6: watched Papa's film over and over and over and they
- 1:26:22Speaker 6: and James said, he thought for sure they were going
- 1:26:25Speaker 6: to buy it because they would have all the you know,
- 1:26:28Speaker 6: the assassination, but at least they thought they did. And
- 1:26:31Speaker 6: he was surprised when they said this is a nuisance film.
- 1:26:34Speaker 6: And it made my grandfather so mad. He stood up
- 1:26:36Speaker 6: and James said that you could see his knuckles. It
- 1:26:40Speaker 6: started turning red from his fist all the way up
- 1:26:43Speaker 6: to his face. That's how mad he was, you know,
- 1:26:46Speaker 6: he has no sir, We're gone, We're going back to Dallas.
- 1:26:49Speaker 6: And off they went. And there at the bottom of
- 1:26:52Speaker 6: the stairs was Bert Ryan Hart and Reshowon Phil from U. P. I. T. N.
- 1:26:57Speaker 6: Waiting for my grandfather because they wanted. They had seen
- 1:27:01Speaker 6: the film, you know, so they wanted it.
- 1:27:04Speaker 8: Gail, How did your grandfather know Fortrels.
- 1:27:09Speaker 6: From his work he worked? He was worked for the
- 1:27:11Speaker 6: General Services Administration as a janitor, which was really the
- 1:27:15Speaker 6: air conditioner guy. He was there and for Sourels. His
- 1:27:19Speaker 6: office was in the same building. So they all played
- 1:27:23Speaker 6: golf together, and my grandfather thought he was so cool,
- 1:27:25Speaker 6: you know, because here he was in basic janitor really,
- 1:27:29Speaker 6: I mean, playing golf with Fort Sourels and all the
- 1:27:33Speaker 6: other rich people in Dallas, you know, the you know,
- 1:27:37Speaker 6: the oil guys and all them they were I guess,
- 1:27:39Speaker 6: I mean, I don't know. He never mentioned any of those.
- 1:27:41Speaker 6: I just knew that there were doctors and lawyers. And
- 1:27:47Speaker 6: in the summers he would take my sister and my
- 1:27:50Speaker 6: brother and I to the swimming pool there at the club,
- 1:27:52Speaker 6: and we thought we were so hot, you know. So
- 1:27:56Speaker 6: that's how he became friends with him. Man for Sorels
- 1:27:58Speaker 6: was they were really good friends. And Boris did tell
- 1:28:02Speaker 6: him that he thought that the shots came from the knowe.
- 1:28:05Speaker 6: He really did, and so.
- 1:28:08Speaker 7: Well, that was that was the alert that came out
- 1:28:10Speaker 7: of that front car that was riding in and just
- 1:28:14Speaker 7: a curry. They I think that's what they they thought originally, Yeah,
- 1:28:19Speaker 7: that shots were coming from the Knowle.
- 1:28:21Speaker 6: You know, Doug tell me that, he goes, Gail. I
- 1:28:23Speaker 6: don't want you to get upset with me, but I
- 1:28:25Speaker 6: don't know if shots came from the Nolans. Well, it's
- 1:28:27Speaker 6: okay because I don't know either. I mean, that's why
- 1:28:29Speaker 6: we're trying to find the film. But I'm not gonna
- 1:28:31Speaker 6: be upset with you. Truth is truth, you know what
- 1:28:34Speaker 6: I mean? I mean, whatever is is. I know that
- 1:28:39Speaker 6: on it that said it came from the South Knoll.
- 1:28:42Speaker 6: There's a whole contingent of people that believe that story too,
- 1:28:47Speaker 6: And it may be I mean Sherry Feaster her she
- 1:28:51Speaker 6: concluded that in her book, didn't she Yeah she was nice.
- 1:28:57Speaker 7: Yeah, yep.
- 1:28:58Speaker 6: Really, so many people have passed away, and Jones, I
- 1:29:04Speaker 6: guess you know that Jones, Harris did too. I mean
- 1:29:07Speaker 6: just several James Jones, David Lifton, I mean, well, Harold
- 1:29:12Speaker 6: Weisber has been going for a while, Mark Lane, I
- 1:29:14Speaker 6: mean there's so many of them. Jerry Pollokoff Man, have
- 1:29:18Speaker 6: you all noticed that there's not very many women in
- 1:29:19Speaker 6: this community? Yeah? You all notice that? Or Is it
- 1:29:22Speaker 6: just me?
- 1:29:24Speaker 7: No, you're right, but what is it? At least was
- 1:29:30Speaker 7: it two or three are speaking at Lancer this year?
- 1:29:33Speaker 7: You know you.
- 1:29:35Speaker 6: I haven't even well.
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: That's a great segue because I haven't pulled up right
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: now and we are presenting the answer.
- 1:29:43Speaker 8: We'd go over the little.
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: Schedule and of course, guys, use Sarah ten for your

- 1:30:37Speaker 1: He is amazing and he's been helping out Doug and
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: I with our presentation.
- 1:30:42Speaker 6: Such a smart kind. He is so humble. I love
- 1:30:49Speaker 6: that man and his family. They're so sweet, his wife
- 1:30:51Speaker 6: and his kids, he isn't wonderful.
- 1:30:52Speaker 8: Yeah, they came last year to support him. I think
- 1:30:55Speaker 8: it was his first in person conference.
- 1:30:58Speaker 6: And it was the first I got to meet him
- 1:30:59Speaker 6: in Yeah.
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: I sat with his family almost all weekend because of
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: Doug pretty much. And yes, and between you and Doug,
- 1:31:11Speaker 1: you made me feel at home and that and that's
- 1:31:13Speaker 1: my Lancer And this is not bullshit anyone. It is
- 1:31:16Speaker 1: the best conference. I went there knowing not a skull, Gail.
- 1:31:22Speaker 6: Not really, and you do, Doug though, right.
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: I left with with a ton of friends, including you,
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: and I'm so happy. So at two thirty there's Carmine.
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: Three pm there is Gail Nick Jackson.
- 1:31:36Speaker 8: Topic t BA.
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: I know it's a little dependent on what the lawyer
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: is going to tell you, so I'm not going to
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: ask you to expand on that now.
- 1:31:43Speaker 6: Thank you, Joe.
- 1:31:44Speaker 8: Four pm, Doug and yours truly.
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: And after that, mister Bill Simpitch And how is Simpitch?
- 1:31:52Speaker 6: Look at him? He's a TBA too, isn't he?
- 1:31:55Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I think so it might be on the
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: Lancer website. This is a few old but and then
- 1:32:01Speaker 1: we have a banquet dinner which will be excited for.
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: And on Sunday also a pack schedule, Gary Fannon, Daniel
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: she and Andy Keel, lunch break, Fred Letwin.
- 1:32:12Speaker 6: Alex when there is Oh, there's allay he's sweetly.
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: Yeah, he's he's he was on a couple of months ago. Yeah,
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: you have Larry Hancock and David Boyling.
- 1:32:23Speaker 6: With another You don't want to miss that one.
- 1:32:26Speaker 8: No, Matt uh do wit? Did I say that? I
- 1:32:30Speaker 8: always say it wrong every week?
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: Every week, Brett Holland, Robert and Janet Growdon and Paul Blow.
- 1:32:37Speaker 6: Wait a minute, Brent. I didn't know Brent was going
- 1:32:40Speaker 6: to be there? Who was the last Paul Blow? I
- 1:32:42Speaker 6: didn't know Brent was going to be there.
- 1:32:45Speaker 8: Virtually it says virtual.
- 1:32:49Speaker 7: Yeah, he's a Canadian.
- 1:32:51Speaker 6: I don't think he's I think did I mean? It
- 1:32:57Speaker 6: would be cool?
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: I I women speaking this year just at Lancer, Yeah, yep,
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: and and guys.
- 1:33:06Speaker 7: Truthful women, not like if you go to the other
- 1:33:09Speaker 7: cuckoo what I call the Cuckoo conference where several women
- 1:33:11Speaker 7: will speak, but it's all like, Okay.
- 1:33:14Speaker 6: What conference is it? I don't even know, y'all.
- 1:33:17Speaker 7: Baker's conference is going on while this one is going on.
- 1:33:20Speaker 6: Oh, well, what's her what's the name of hers? I
- 1:33:24Speaker 6: don't know.
- 1:33:25Speaker 7: I don't have a name. Or the Very Assassination Conference.
- 1:33:31Speaker 8: LLC they do have a name.
- 1:33:33Speaker 7: Yeah, and the conference is going to be going on
- 1:33:36Speaker 7: as well down there. All all these are at the
- 1:33:37Speaker 7: same time this year, so there's gonna be Yeah, it
- 1:33:41Speaker 7: should be plaza at twelve thirty on on Friday afternoon.
- 1:33:45Speaker 7: That's all I'm gonna say.
- 1:33:47Speaker 6: What twelve thirty Friday afternoon.
- 1:33:49Speaker 7: What, Yeah, you say hi to Judy for me. She'll
- 1:33:51Speaker 7: be there.
- 1:33:53Speaker 6: I'm not gonna new I'm not going to be there. No, no,
- 1:33:56Speaker 6: in the moment of silence and all that off. No,
- 1:34:00Speaker 6: And I don't know at a grave site, I don't
- 1:34:05Speaker 6: going to be singing the national ring y'all making money
- 1:34:12Speaker 6: off a terrible, horrible Okay. And I know people are
- 1:34:15Speaker 6: going to say that about people, what about you, Gail,
- 1:34:17Speaker 6: you'reson in the government. Well, it is not about the money.
- 1:34:21Speaker 6: Even though my family hates it when I say that,
- 1:34:24Speaker 6: I mean they hate it because they know it isn't
- 1:34:27Speaker 6: about the money. With me. I want to know why
- 1:34:31Speaker 6: they took my grandfather's filming? Why did they keep it
- 1:34:34Speaker 6: this long? That's what I want to know.
- 1:34:36Speaker 8: But it's not about money.
- 1:34:40Speaker 6: But y'all, I'm not going to act like it's not
- 1:34:42Speaker 6: because it is to other members of my family. So
- 1:34:44Speaker 6: I'm not gonna act like but for me, as Gail
- 1:34:48Speaker 6: Nicks Jackson, I want to know for my grandfather why.
- 1:34:52Speaker 6: And it upsets everybody when I do it. But oh well,
- 1:34:56Speaker 6: I mean y'all would do it too. You know you would,
- 1:34:59Speaker 6: you know you would, sure for sure? But why did
- 1:35:03Speaker 6: you do it all these years? And I said, because
- 1:35:04Speaker 6: I couldn't get an answer from anyone.
- 1:35:06Speaker 7: I mean, figure out these things. And when you can't
- 1:35:12Speaker 7: get a goddamn straight answer from anybody, then well let's
- 1:35:16Speaker 7: make them give us a straight answer.
- 1:35:17Speaker 6: Right, Thank you, Rob, thank you. And and there's so
- 1:35:20Speaker 6: many people that say, well, why are you why did
- 1:35:23Speaker 6: you to waste your life this way? Well I don't
- 1:35:25Speaker 6: think I wasted my life, first off, And secondly, because
- 1:35:29Speaker 6: this isn't a big answer.
- 1:35:31Speaker 8: This is bigger than money.
- 1:35:34Speaker 6: It is to me, to me, it is, and yeah
- 1:35:39Speaker 6: it comes with a lot of that.
- 1:35:40Speaker 7: That's an added bonus.
- 1:35:42Speaker 6: That's what right I mean, that's the way I'm going
- 1:35:45Speaker 6: to look at it.
- 1:35:45Speaker 7: If this really it could be legitimately life changing.
- 1:35:51Speaker 6: Right, And if it is, thank you God, because it's
- 1:35:53Speaker 6: all the man it ain't making me just want to
- 1:35:57Speaker 6: keep doing this and doing this with every doors slamming
- 1:36:01Speaker 6: in my face, y'all, every single one of them, and
- 1:36:05Speaker 6: people taking advantage of you and coming out of the
- 1:36:08Speaker 6: woodwork and doing it's so yucky. It's like living in
- 1:36:14Speaker 6: a New York subway with rats running around on your
- 1:36:16Speaker 6: feet and it's damp and they're sticky popcorn crap like
- 1:36:20Speaker 6: in a movie. It's what I think about when I
- 1:36:23Speaker 6: think abouw people act when they get on Well, you're
- 1:36:27Speaker 6: only doing this for the money, You're an idiot. I
- 1:36:29Speaker 6: mean you must wear a tin boil hat. Oh yeah,
- 1:36:33Speaker 6: I mean I do all that. I'm such an idiot,
- 1:36:35Speaker 6: that I'm such a sheeple that you can just lead
- 1:36:38Speaker 6: me around. No, That's why I've been doing it as
- 1:36:40Speaker 6: long as I don't believe what I'm told, you know,
- 1:36:44Speaker 6: and it's they can't prove it, So prove it, prove it,
- 1:36:47Speaker 6: and then I'll be okay. You know, my family, and.
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: Before we let you go, because we've been for almost
- 1:36:58Speaker 1: an hour forty I want to ask I.
- 1:37:01Speaker 6: Don't even notice. I told you that would happen. I
- 1:37:03Speaker 6: told you that.
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: We go two hours every Friday off the cop usually,
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: so you were not you were not doing anything that
- 1:37:14Speaker 1: is expected on the Long Gaming podcast. But I wanted
- 1:37:19Speaker 1: to ask a question on on General Walker because I
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: know you had a couple episodes or a couple of
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: chapters in your book.
- 1:37:28Speaker 8: And guys, this is the most recent pieces of a
- 1:37:32Speaker 8: puzzle and.
- 1:37:34Speaker 6: It's always I'm lucky pronounce.
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: And uh, not only did you sign it, Gail Ah,
- 1:37:44Speaker 1: our friend and cohort we call DSD Big Swinging d.
- 1:37:51Speaker 8: Douglas Campbell also signed it.
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it was one of one of my most prized
- 1:37:59Speaker 1: uh things, possessions, coming acquisitions.
- 1:38:04Speaker 6: And can I throw this in there you guys, y'all
- 1:38:06Speaker 6: really if you don't know, I'm just going to say it.
- 1:38:09Speaker 6: Every one of those people that wrote chapters in my book,
- 1:38:13Speaker 6: they didn't get paid. They got books because I didn't
- 1:38:16Speaker 6: get paid. I mean, we we did that. It wasn't
- 1:38:20Speaker 6: a money maker, is what I'm trying to say. We
- 1:38:22Speaker 6: none of us did it trying to make money and
- 1:38:24Speaker 6: get famous and popular. What we did it for was
- 1:38:28Speaker 6: to say, look, this is what we know. These are
- 1:38:30Speaker 6: all the facts we know, and y'all take it from
- 1:38:32Speaker 6: here and and thankfully in the general walker at least
- 1:38:35Speaker 6: in my Greg Dudna. Am I saying his name right?
- 1:38:39Speaker 6: Or is it Dowdna? How do you say it, y'all?
- 1:38:44Speaker 7: Duty Dudna?
- 1:38:46Speaker 6: Oh? I thought you said Duty. I was like, what
- 1:38:48Speaker 6: it's like, how do duty? Yeah? I mean he ran
- 1:38:52Speaker 6: with it because he sees it too. And there's another
- 1:38:55Speaker 6: man that I'm not going to share his name, but
- 1:38:57Speaker 6: he is a well known author who is all over
- 1:39:02Speaker 6: the American Nazism with Surrey and I that makes me
- 1:39:06Speaker 6: so happy that that I found those things and other
- 1:39:11Speaker 6: people are gonna take it and find out more. I mean,
- 1:39:13Speaker 6: that's what it's supposed to do. That's what critical thinking does.
- 1:39:18Speaker 6: You know. It opens up a world for everyone, and
- 1:39:21Speaker 6: that those of us who don't have time to or y'all,
- 1:39:24Speaker 6: I mean to do it all. And there's still much
- 1:39:27Speaker 6: more to be found, y'all, so much more so, I'm
- 1:39:30Speaker 6: sure sure.
- 1:39:31Speaker 1: And I have a couple of quick hit type of
- 1:39:36Speaker 1: questions and you know you don't have to expand on these.
- 1:39:40Speaker 8: The general Walker shooting. Do you think it was staged?
- 1:39:45Speaker 6: Oh? Yeah, for sure, yeah all the way I I yes,
- 1:39:51Speaker 6: it was staged. In my and I've talked to too
- 1:39:54Speaker 6: many people that were there that said it was. And
- 1:39:57Speaker 6: Dick Russell wrote in The Man was his book called
- 1:40:00Speaker 6: ya Oh my God, I'm yeah man, he said that
- 1:40:05Speaker 6: Larry Schmidt told him that he was out there with
- 1:40:08Speaker 6: Oswell shooting, and man, I was like, I remember reading
- 1:40:11Speaker 6: that book and saying, why is anybody even writing another book?
- 1:40:13Speaker 6: Here's the answer to the whole assassination? But it wasn't,
- 1:40:17Speaker 6: you know? I because I talked to Larry Schmidt before
- 1:40:20Speaker 6: he died.
- 1:40:20Speaker 1: He died too, and his brother was like, uh replaced
- 1:40:27Speaker 1: William Duff.
- 1:40:29Speaker 6: Yeah, Batman, Yeah, William Duff. That was general Walker was
- 1:40:34Speaker 6: at Walker's house and being Hischelf.
- 1:40:37Speaker 1: And I guess sometime after or before h that the
- 1:40:42Speaker 1: Walk for shooting, he was fired. And I guess Walker
- 1:40:46Speaker 1: and Surrey and a few people pople were kind of
- 1:40:48Speaker 1: theorizing if William Duff was possibly the one that shot
- 1:40:53Speaker 1: at him.
- 1:40:54Speaker 8: At first, And you bring us up in your book.
- 1:40:56Speaker 8: You can tell me what I'm getting right wrong with that, But.
- 1:40:59Speaker 6: You're right, You're right about all of it. That's how
- 1:41:00Speaker 6: it all went down. Is that what you're asking, Joe baby?
- 1:41:05Speaker 6: Is that what you're asking?
- 1:41:06Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:41:07Speaker 8: And then the replacement and the replacement.
- 1:41:12Speaker 6: Right now, y'all know about Robbie Schmidt? Do you rob
- 1:41:15Speaker 6: Has anyone ever studied Robbie Schmidt? Because he was in
- 1:41:19Speaker 6: the army too, but he was living in Hawaii when
- 1:41:22Speaker 6: when Larry called him and said, look, General Walker needs
- 1:41:25Speaker 6: a chauffeur, he came all the way from Hawaii to
- 1:41:28Speaker 6: Dallas to be, you know, the Walker's noodle side piece.
- 1:41:32Speaker 6: I guess, hell, I don't know. I don't know from
- 1:41:37Speaker 6: the Surrey people, and that's what and I said, you
- 1:41:41Speaker 6: guys don't know what we thought. So the reason why
- 1:41:44Speaker 6: the batman William Duff guy got fired is because Robert
- 1:41:48Speaker 6: Surrey's wife, Mary also was General Walker's secretary, and she
- 1:41:54Speaker 6: saw some kind of like, you know, I mean, being
- 1:41:58Speaker 6: gay in the sixties. Stop and nobody, come on, jaeg
- 1:42:03Speaker 6: Or Hoover was still in the closet when everybody knew
- 1:42:05Speaker 6: that he was the Lindsay Graham of all of us.
- 1:42:07Speaker 6: I mean, come on, I.
- 1:42:10Speaker 7: So New Orleans was gay right really out out, was
- 1:42:17Speaker 7: like everybody else had a beard on, they were had,
- 1:42:22Speaker 7: you know, wives and uh, you know, playing both sides
- 1:42:26Speaker 7: and bit.
- 1:42:28Speaker 6: Rob don't you think don't you think it's odd? And
- 1:42:31Speaker 6: or maybe it's not odd. Maybe it was the times
- 1:42:33Speaker 6: that we're always talking about the history. If if you're
- 1:42:36Speaker 6: looking for someone to set up, you go for someone
- 1:42:39Speaker 6: with the deepest secrets, whether they be gay, whether they
- 1:42:41Speaker 6: be a hooker, incestuous, I just any of those things.
- 1:42:47Speaker 6: It would make them look terrible.
- 1:42:48Speaker 7: And you know Garrison was gay.
- 1:42:55Speaker 6: I didn't know that. I thought that Kevin Costner was
- 1:43:01Speaker 6: married to Sissy Space in the movie. How could he
- 1:43:03Speaker 6: have been gay? Kids?
- 1:43:06Speaker 7: But he was also accused of touching like a twelve
- 1:43:09Speaker 7: year old boy at the.
- 1:43:12Speaker 6: I didn't know that, y'all. I really didn't know that.
- 1:43:15Speaker 7: He was charged, investigated by a grand jury, and they
- 1:43:18Speaker 7: found a way persecute him. Yeah. And then in that
- 1:43:22Speaker 7: book that came out last year, for The Pipe, Pipe,
- 1:43:25Speaker 7: the Bamboo and Red, Oh yeah, yeah, they interviewed Dean
- 1:43:28Speaker 7: Andrews's son and he said Garrison touched him inappropriately.
- 1:43:35Speaker 6: Why I read that because I read it before they
- 1:43:37Speaker 6: published it, so I don't remember that. Oh my god,
- 1:43:40Speaker 6: I am so happened to me.
- 1:43:43Speaker 1: It's okay. So next quick hit question, never know? Was
- 1:43:49Speaker 1: General Walker homosexual?
- 1:43:52Speaker 6: Oh? Yes, please, yes please? Yes, yes yes? And her book?
- 1:43:59Speaker 6: Oh yeah? Did I write it in there? Did I?
- 1:44:02Speaker 6: Did I say that?
- 1:44:03Speaker 8: Yeah? I think you I did.
- 1:44:06Speaker 6: No wonder everybody wouldn't read it because I did that.
- 1:44:09Speaker 6: I said that.
- 1:44:10Speaker 7: I don't.
- 1:44:12Speaker 8: I don't remember the exact words. I think you you
- 1:44:15Speaker 8: alluded to it.
- 1:44:16Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 1:44:16Speaker 10: Okay, that's more meah, because I couldn't prove it other
- 1:44:22Speaker 10: than he had two arrest records for fondling men in
- 1:44:27Speaker 10: a restroom at a known gay area of Dallas.
- 1:44:31Speaker 6: Twice twice, not once twice. So yeah, he was, he was.
- 1:44:40Speaker 6: And Mary Surrey she was worried that if they'd have
- 1:44:43Speaker 6: the John Birch meetings, that if they found out that
- 1:44:46Speaker 6: Walker was gay, that they wouldn't make as much money.
- 1:44:50Speaker 6: I mean, the Surrey boys would tell me they would
- 1:44:52Speaker 6: get up in the mornings before school and there would
- 1:44:54Speaker 6: be like plates like at churches, you know, the communion
- 1:44:57Speaker 6: plates full of money from the Archer meetings, and it
- 1:45:01Speaker 6: was just laying around all the place. I keep having
- 1:45:04Speaker 6: these views of Hugh Hefner playboy type mansion it John
- 1:45:09Speaker 6: Bircher and the Nazis. I mean, it just is so
- 1:45:13Speaker 6: surreal if you think about it, you know what I mean?
- 1:45:15Speaker 6: And this y'all when they sold the Surrey household, when
- 1:45:21Speaker 6: they sold it, the lady that bought the home called
- 1:45:25Speaker 6: the Surrey family and said, why is all this electronic
- 1:45:30Speaker 6: stuff up in our attic? And the FBI were bugging them.
- 1:45:34Speaker 6: I mean, it was all still up there, and the
- 1:45:37Speaker 6: London would Linden would I think it was a home.
- 1:45:41Speaker 1: It was all there, even was Bridge partners with Hosty.
- 1:45:49Speaker 6: So come on, come on, you guys, don't tell me
- 1:45:52Speaker 6: that there wasn't something. You know, this is all connected.
- 1:45:55Speaker 6: It has to be, I mean, doesn't it. All these
- 1:46:00Speaker 6: people that are you know, oh somebody saying something, Oh yeah,
- 1:46:05Speaker 6: Billy Hargus, that's right, yeah yeah. And the Midnight Tour
- 1:46:11Speaker 6: with that, and I think that guy was gay too,
- 1:46:13Speaker 6: the one that he looks like, what was his name?
- 1:46:16Speaker 6: He had dark hair. The Midnight Riot is what the
- 1:46:19Speaker 6: name of their little crusade was. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
- 1:46:25Speaker 1: And when on that tour almost right after for the shootings,
- 1:46:30Speaker 1: right yeah.
- 1:46:31Speaker 6: I mean it's kind of like the drifting we see now,
- 1:46:34Speaker 6: when candidates are now president Alex get things happened to
- 1:46:38Speaker 6: him and they say, Okay, I'll say this bible for
- 1:46:41Speaker 6: sixty bucks, or I'll give you these goal shoes for
- 1:46:43Speaker 6: four hundred are I I mean it was just a
- 1:46:44Speaker 6: grift money. You know, it's disgusting. How do you take
- 1:46:50Speaker 6: advantage of people like that? It's disgusting. You know. Believe
- 1:46:59Speaker 6: still are Rob, you are right? And last one Gal there.
- 1:47:08Speaker 6: I'm glad Joe's gonna be there. I am so appy. Yeah, yah, Rob,
- 1:47:12Speaker 6: You've got to be there.
- 1:47:14Speaker 7: I'm gonna try.
- 1:47:15Speaker 6: Okay, I'll help you, Rob, I will.
- 1:47:20Speaker 8: I will try my hardest to get him there as well.
- 1:47:22Speaker 7: Uh.
- 1:47:22Speaker 6: I know I wanted to.
- 1:47:26Speaker 1: What I want to I want to go through a
- 1:47:29Speaker 1: list of visitors of distinguished guests, and I think you
- 1:47:33Speaker 1: said this in your book, from the lowest of the
- 1:47:38Speaker 1: low types to come on a very high end type
- 1:47:42Speaker 1: of people we're visiting. Uh Walker, of course you're a
- 1:47:47Speaker 1: one one Turtle Creek Boulevard and that included Jerry Patrick, Hemming, Phelippe,
- 1:47:53Speaker 1: Vdal Santiago, Billy Hargus, Warren Reynolds, Roy Hard, Lauren Hall,
- 1:47:59Speaker 1: Lauren Howard, and Rob Jack Martin. We're reported and I'm
- 1:48:06Speaker 1: among others, I'm miss in a few, but his his
- 1:48:09Speaker 1: house was kind of like a rotating.
- 1:48:12Speaker 6: Door of of mischievousness. I mean, think about it, gun running,
- 1:48:20Speaker 6: recruiting for whatever. I mean. And this is a general
- 1:48:24Speaker 6: of our army, y'all. And when he wasn't doing this stuff,
- 1:48:29Speaker 6: he was up in Arkansas somewhere trying to keep blacks
- 1:48:33Speaker 6: from going into white schools. Really, I mean, do we
- 1:48:36Speaker 6: not have enough crazy people in Texas? I mean, Georgia
- 1:48:40Speaker 6: took us over a little bit, yeah, you know, in
- 1:48:43Speaker 6: a while, but Texas craziness out here. If you watch
- 1:48:46Speaker 6: any ID TV. And I know this because my husband
- 1:48:48Speaker 6: watches it all the time, it's always a Texas story.
- 1:48:52Speaker 6: The people in Texas are crazy. I mean, they are crazy.
- 1:48:55Speaker 6: You know. I'm from here about fifth, sixth, seventh General
- 1:49:00Speaker 6: ration Texans. I mean I'm related to some of them.
- 1:49:03Speaker 6: Might think, you know, with Texas.
- 1:49:08Speaker 7: Every swear man like back then, like it was, especially
- 1:49:11Speaker 7: New Orleans, but even Dallas too. It seems like everybody
- 1:49:14Speaker 7: knew everybody.
- 1:49:15Speaker 6: Oh yeah, now that's true. That is true. It's crazy.
- 1:49:21Speaker 6: Those Rob Dallas in sixty three was not the Dallas
- 1:49:25Speaker 6: of twenty twenty four. I mean, so yeah, and if
- 1:49:28Speaker 6: you think about it, all the rich oil ladies come on,
- 1:49:32Speaker 6: Nieman Marcus. I mean, it was the flagship of the
- 1:49:35Speaker 6: whole North Texas, you know, and Richard Marcus on the
- 1:49:40Speaker 6: World City Council. And there was lots of stuff going
- 1:49:44Speaker 6: on during the sixties in Dallas, you know. I think
- 1:49:47Speaker 6: that's maybe why it was chosen, or maybe it was
- 1:49:50Speaker 6: because it was Lbj's I don't know, all his little
- 1:49:53Speaker 6: buddies had office buildings, Mary Farrell letting her car be
- 1:49:58Speaker 6: used in the motorcase, you know. I mean, I don't
- 1:50:02Speaker 6: know if you look at all of it and try
- 1:50:05Speaker 6: and look at it without knowing who all these people are.
- 1:50:08Speaker 6: I'm telling you all, we've got the answer somewhere. I
- 1:50:10Speaker 6: know we do. We've just got to figure it out.
- 1:50:13Speaker 6: I know that the answer is there.
- 1:50:15Speaker 7: I'm trying to help the pieces of the puzzle.
- 1:50:20Speaker 6: It's there.
- 1:50:21Speaker 7: It's perfect analogy, you know when you're talking about the case.
- 1:50:28Speaker 7: I mean, I say it on this show all the time.
- 1:50:31Speaker 7: You're putting puzzle pieces together, sometimes they fit.
- 1:50:34Speaker 6: I tried to do that book, and Rob, do you
- 1:50:36Speaker 6: remember when I wrote that book and I said, Okay,
- 1:50:39Speaker 6: I'm gonna have three. I'm gonna have three. That'll be
- 1:50:42Speaker 6: the first one. There will be a second, and there
- 1:50:44Speaker 6: will be a third. No, I've run out of juice
- 1:50:46Speaker 6: to do that, but I do think there's gonna be
- 1:50:48Speaker 6: a second one if once we find out what's going on.
- 1:50:52Speaker 6: So I'm letting you guys know you want to write
- 1:50:55Speaker 6: a chapter for this book. You know you have to
- 1:50:57Speaker 6: deal with me and that's not always the most fun
- 1:51:00Speaker 6: thing to do. But just don't do anything, you know
- 1:51:03Speaker 6: that would make us all look stupid. And that's all.
- 1:51:07Speaker 6: That's all I asked. But I would love it if
- 1:51:09Speaker 6: y'all wrote a chapter for it. I'm telling you I'm
- 1:51:11Speaker 6: gonna do it. But I know you're writing a book, Rob,
- 1:51:14Speaker 6: I know Doug's writing a book. Joe, you what about you?
- 1:51:18Speaker 8: I probably piggyback on their operations.
- 1:51:20Speaker 6: Probably Okay, well, you wouldn't write a chapter for my book.
- 1:51:23Speaker 1: No, I'd say, you said their books.
- 1:51:27Speaker 7: Of course, it'll be with a ForWord from Joe Brelly.
- 1:51:31Speaker 6: See there, James wagon Board did the last one, just
- 1:51:34Speaker 6: so you know you would be in good company.
- 1:51:38Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:51:40Speaker 1: And Gail, before we go, why don't you tell everyone
- 1:51:45Speaker 1: where they could order your most recent book, Pieces of
- 1:51:50Speaker 1: the Puzzle.
- 1:51:52Speaker 6: Is it not on Amazon anymore? I don't even pay
- 1:51:54Speaker 6: attention to that? How bad am I? Seriously? How bad
- 1:51:57Speaker 6: am I? This is why I don't make money. I
- 1:51:58Speaker 6: don't pay attention to this. Is it still on Amazon?
- 1:52:02Speaker 6: I don't even know it is it is? That's how
- 1:52:05Speaker 6: you do it?
- 1:52:05Speaker 7: Or one copy left though, of.
- 1:52:10Speaker 6: I only have a box left at home. I don't
- 1:52:14Speaker 6: have any more unless I print something. Yeah, yeah, so
- 1:52:19Speaker 6: if you want one that signed, you got to buy
- 1:52:21Speaker 6: it from me. But they've got they all do the
- 1:52:23Speaker 6: paperbacks and all that stuffhere. You don't need to spend
- 1:52:25Speaker 6: a lot of money, you know.
- 1:52:27Speaker 7: And there's always the kindle version, right, Yeah, that's right.
- 1:52:31Speaker 6: And there's always me with this voice upsetting everybody. Get
- 1:52:34Speaker 6: her off, get her off.
- 1:52:37Speaker 7: We definitely have with you, Yale, for sure.
- 1:52:40Speaker 6: I love you, guys, I love you, and thank you.
- 1:52:42Speaker 6: You're almost said customers. Thank your listeners for being so
- 1:52:46Speaker 6: kind to me. Thank you guys. You knew I was
- 1:52:48Speaker 6: neurotic and insecure. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I
- 1:52:53Speaker 6: look forward to seeing you Joe in the next few weeks.
- 1:52:55Speaker 6: And Rob, you got to be there next year.
- 1:52:59Speaker 7: I will work on it. I'm already starting to work
- 1:53:02Speaker 7: on it, so hopefully we can make that happen.
- 1:53:05Speaker 6: And thank y'all for asking me to be on your show.
- 1:53:08Speaker 6: That's so sweet.
- 1:53:09Speaker 8: Thank you for coming on.
- 1:53:10Speaker 7: We really appreciate you, Yale, and I wish nothing but
- 1:53:13Speaker 7: the best for you and everybody out there. Get your
- 1:53:16Speaker 7: prayers going, hope.
- 1:53:17Speaker 6: Please, yes you guys, and any questions in the future,
- 1:53:25Speaker 6: call me up.
- 1:53:26Speaker 7: All right, and before we go, Gail, we have Dean Andrews. Okay,
- 1:53:31Speaker 7: we have Big Dino. He always ends our show for us.
- 1:53:33Speaker 7: We're gonna have a little dance party with Dean Andrews.
- 1:53:35Speaker 7: It's like a minute fall and then we are out
- 1:53:38Speaker 7: of here. But yeah, so Dino again. Gail, thank you
- 1:53:42Speaker 7: so much. You were a pleasure.
- 1:53:43Speaker 8: And Joe can't wait to see you soon.
- 1:53:46Speaker 7: Yep, and Joe will see you soon.
- 1:53:49Speaker 6: By y'all.
- 1:53:51Speaker 17: Away in Patty's prison, he did not talk for the record,
- 1:53:56Speaker 17: but he said, come to Bourbon Street and I'll show
- 1:53:58Speaker 17: you what I think of the case. The greatest lies
- 1:54:24Speaker 17: are told in the name of truth, the greatest crimes
- 1:54:27Speaker 17: are committed in the name of justice. The quotation is
- 1:54:30Speaker 17: Jim Garrison's it could be used for him or against
- 1:54:33Speaker 17: him in this strange case.
- 1:54:35Speaker 9: Good Night, and there's the awkward ending where we get
- 1:54:57Speaker 9: caught dancing.
- 1:54:59Speaker 7: Peace everybody, I.
- 1:55:01Speaker 8: Have a great weekend guys. Thank you Gail.
- 1:55:03Speaker 6: Bye,
