- 0:00Speaker 1: You just heard the news.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Now you'll find out what it all means.
- 0:05Speaker 3: He smarts amone on seven to tenor.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Well, hey, another hot day, not as bad as yesterday.
- 0:15Speaker 2: But we got to deal with that smoke, that Canadian smoke.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Where the hell is that from? And what's the Hawaiian
- 0:20Speaker 2: We'll get to that coming up. We'll get to the
- 0:22Speaker 2: hearings yesterday, the hearings of Jay Clayton and Todd Blanche.
- 0:28Speaker 2: We'll get to Iran. We'll get to evil crazy Jack Smith.
- 0:32Speaker 2: He could be in a lot of trouble. We'll get
- 0:33Speaker 2: the Legionnaire's disease, the horses in Central Park, Mom, Donnie
- 0:38Speaker 2: Hokel and a whole lot more. Very hot again, today
- 0:42Speaker 2: won't be as bad as yesterday. And yesterday got really
- 0:45Speaker 2: weird because the sky got blurry and orange and it
- 0:53Speaker 2: was almost foggy. That was that Canadian wildfire smoke that's
- 0:57Speaker 2: all over the place here. As bad as we have
- 0:59Speaker 2: it here, it's worse than a lot of other areas.
- 1:03Speaker 2: There's a measurement where they measure that smoke. It's we're
- 1:05Speaker 2: at four sixty. Detroit is like seven to eighty because
- 1:08Speaker 2: Detroit literally borders Canada. But the smoke was really bad yesterday.
- 1:14Speaker 2: I'm lucky I have allergies. I can't smell anything. But
- 1:17Speaker 2: every buddy yesterday was going to, oh, what does that smell?
- 1:21Speaker 4: That?
- 1:22Speaker 2: This Canadian wildfire smoke? Now? What is that all about?
- 1:25Speaker 2: We had this last year, but not as much smoke
- 1:29Speaker 2: as as this time. They got a lot of forests
- 1:33Speaker 2: in Canada, especially in Ontario. There's a lot of forest
- 1:37Speaker 2: up there, and it's been hotter than usual up there,
- 1:40Speaker 2: and it's been drier than usual up there. They had
- 1:42Speaker 2: a lot of drought this year. And these climate change wackos,
- 1:51Speaker 2: they don't allow proper forest management. Normally, the same thing
- 1:55Speaker 2: happened in California. You got to do forest management. You
- 1:57Speaker 2: cut alleyways through the forest, you clear the underbrushrole so
- 2:02Speaker 2: these fires don't get out of control. Climate activists don't
- 2:05Speaker 2: allow that to happen. You're allowed to touch the forest,
- 2:07Speaker 2: so when you do get a fire, it grows and
- 2:10Speaker 2: spreads way beyond what it used to. So that's why
- 2:13Speaker 2: you got these ridiculous Canadian wildfire things. We've had eight
- 2:16Speaker 2: hundred and sixty of them this year already. So hey,
- 2:22Speaker 2: Chuck Schumer, I forgot to mention we'll get to him.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Chuck Schumer is getting a lot of attention. Normally Schumer
- 2:28Speaker 2: is hiding under his desk. Normally Schumer's trying to stay
- 2:32Speaker 2: out of the spot like believe it or not, I
- 2:34Speaker 2: mean once in a while the show. But he is
- 2:38Speaker 2: all over the news yesterday for probably his biggest accomplishment
- 2:42Speaker 2: in office. The fart. Now, this is not ai, this
- 2:47Speaker 2: is not fake, this is real. This was Schumer in
- 2:51Speaker 2: the Senate. Everybody heard it. You could see Schumer even
- 2:54Speaker 2: laugh out loud at it. Just the indication of what
- 2:57Speaker 2: a disgusting person this guy is.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Now.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Listen to Schumer in the.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Now on Iran and the NDAA when all the Trump
- 3:07Speaker 3: administration can say about his disastrous war with Iran is
- 3:11Speaker 3: that Vietnam was worse.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Again, Remember Uncle Junior farting into that sofa cushion for
- 3:18Speaker 2: the last few years of the show. Listen to the
- 3:20Speaker 2: Schumer is now Uncle Junior now on Iran and.
- 3:22Speaker 3: The NDAA, when all the Trump administration can say about
- 3:27Speaker 3: his disaster.
- 3:28Speaker 2: I'm afraid this is going to be his legacy. The memes,
- 3:31Speaker 2: the stuff all over the internet about that fart just
- 3:36Speaker 2: growing and spreading, and it's something he's going to be
- 3:41Speaker 2: known for. He's going to have to address that. He'll
- 3:43Speaker 2: have to avoid interviews for a few weeks because somebody's
- 3:46Speaker 2: going to ask him to explain what the hell that
- 3:49Speaker 2: was yesterday. To appointees, Todd Blanche, who's the attorney General,
- 3:55Speaker 2: wants to be confirmed permanently, how to testify, and Jay
- 3:59Speaker 2: Clayton for Director of National Intelligence, had to testify. Blanche
- 4:04Speaker 2: was pretty good. Clayton a rough time. He didn't handle
- 4:08Speaker 2: it so well. But what these You got to remember,
- 4:11Speaker 2: these Democrats are great at hearings. Republicans stink at hearings.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Republicans have no idea how to do it. Republicans are hearing,
- 4:17Speaker 2: they're very orderly and they ask legitimate questions. Democrats do
- 4:22Speaker 2: just the opposite. They just make up crazy, wild things.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Just they're just playing to the camera, to the TV audience.
- 4:28Speaker 2: They're just looking to go viral, so they ask all
- 4:31Speaker 2: kinds of ridiculous things that have nothing to do with anything. Now.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Todd Blanche was at one time President Trump's attorney, so
- 4:41Speaker 2: they're trying to get at that, and they're asking him
- 4:43Speaker 2: if he's friends with the word are you were you
- 4:45Speaker 2: friends with the president? Well, I was his attorney. Yes,
- 4:47Speaker 2: but are you friends? Well, I mean, it has nothing
- 4:52Speaker 2: to do with anything. It's just trying to They're trying
- 4:54Speaker 2: to make it sound like this is sleazy and unheard
- 4:58Speaker 2: of for the president to appoint a friend of his
- 5:03Speaker 2: or for a president to appoint his former attorney. Yet
- 5:07Speaker 2: it happens all the time. We've had plenty of attorneys
- 5:12Speaker 2: general's attorneys general who were formerly the president's lawyer. John
- 5:17Speaker 2: Mitchell is a good example, Ed Meese. I mean it's normal.
- 5:22Speaker 2: John F. Kennedy appointed his brother. You can't get closer
- 5:25Speaker 2: to somebody than that.
- 5:26Speaker 4: Uh.
- 5:27Speaker 2: And Senator Kennedy always the voice of reason trying to
- 5:30Speaker 2: explain that, of course the president appoints friends of his.
- 5:33Speaker 5: Have you ever seen a president of the United States
- 5:39Speaker 5: a point and the enemy to be attorney general?
- 5:45Speaker 2: I have not.
- 5:48Speaker 5: Usually they appoint their qualified French, don't they. Yes, I
- 5:54Speaker 5: mean one president appointed his brother.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Yeah. It's uh. CDA is the name for it's convenient
- 6:02Speaker 2: Democrat amnesia. They just get amnes. Whatever Trump does up,
- 6:06Speaker 2: it's wrong. You could point out all day and night
- 6:09Speaker 2: that Obama did a thousand times, Biden did a one hundred times.
- 6:12Speaker 2: With its Democrat amnesia. So this is a son Sheldon Whitehouse,
- 6:17Speaker 2: This racist from Rhode Island belongs to this racist club
- 6:21Speaker 2: that doesn't allow black members. Horrible guy, this Sheldon white
- 6:25Speaker 2: House and going off trying to go after Blanche.
- 6:27Speaker 4: How long do you intend to put up with that.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Carhow this is a This is a good example of
- 6:32Speaker 2: what I'm talking about. Democrats know how to do these hearings.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Republicans just ask regular, normal questions. These guys come up
- 6:39Speaker 2: with outrageous, outrageous questions. Now he's gonna say he doesn't
- 6:45Speaker 2: think Cash Bettel should be the FBI director and as
- 6:48Speaker 2: attorney general? Will you keep him? That's what he's trying
- 6:53Speaker 2: to ask. But listen to how he asks the question,
- 6:56Speaker 2: just playing to the cameras.
- 6:57Speaker 4: How long do you intend to put up with that
- 6:59Speaker 4: Cash Patel character? Are you good with his airplane Johns?
- 7:02Speaker 4: Are you confident he's not drinking.
- 7:04Speaker 2: On the job?
- 7:05Speaker 4: Are you sure none of his travel is a pretext
- 7:07Speaker 4: for vacation activities like snorkeling Olympics and visiting girlfriends. Are
- 7:11Speaker 4: you sure he knows what he's doing? Do you vouch
- 7:14Speaker 4: for him? Are you willing to look at whether he
- 7:16Speaker 4: lied to this committee.
- 7:18Speaker 3: That's an extraordinarily obnoxious question.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Senator Sublanche was, okay, it was pretty good at this.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Jay Clayton not good at this. They asked him all
- 7:29Speaker 2: kinds of things. Now you know that you there's a
- 7:33Speaker 2: story about the New York Times reporters that are the
- 7:36Speaker 2: Justice of if you read the fake news, the Justice
- 7:40Speaker 2: Department is going after reporters at the New York Times. Well,
- 7:44Speaker 2: nobody the New York Times is getting charged with anything indicted.
- 7:48Speaker 2: They're getting subpoenas just to be witnesses in a national
- 7:51Speaker 2: security case. Stuff leaked out about the new Air Force
- 7:54Speaker 2: one and the security stuff in it, so they're looking
- 7:57Speaker 2: for the leaks. So these reporters, it's perfectly normal. Again,
- 8:01Speaker 2: this is this democratic amnesia. It's happened many times before.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Where reporter gets a subpoena, they're looking for them to
- 8:08Speaker 2: be a witness on stuff. Clayton was asked about that.
- 8:11Speaker 6: Those subpoenas are in connection with an ongoing national security investigation.
- 8:16Speaker 6: I'm happy to talk to you and this committee about
- 8:20Speaker 6: our approach to the First Amendment and our efforts in
- 8:24Speaker 6: all cases to limit, to the greatest extent possible any
- 8:30Speaker 6: intrusion into the operation of the free press.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Now, Clayton is a very good guy, and he's a
- 8:37Speaker 2: very competent guy who was a good US attorney here
- 8:39Speaker 2: he ran the SEC before that here, but he wasn't
- 8:46Speaker 2: a good witness yesterday. He just kind of choked, folded
- 8:49Speaker 2: under pressure. It wasn't great, and they really went after
- 8:51Speaker 2: and again, this is what Democrats do in the hearings.
- 8:53Speaker 2: They make it about everything except what they're supposed to ask.
- 8:57Speaker 2: So most of it was focused on the twenty twenty election.
- 8:59Speaker 2: What that had to do with this, I don't know.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Here's that awful Senator Angus King, who.
- 9:05Speaker 6: Won the twenty twenty election, as I said to you,
- 9:09Speaker 6: went through our processes and Joe Biden became the President
- 9:12Speaker 6: of the United States. And that's not an answer to
- 9:15Speaker 6: the question.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Yeah, so all right, it's a better answer. He started
- 9:19Speaker 2: off like this.
- 9:19Speaker 6: Who won the twenty twenty election? You know what, I'm
- 9:23Speaker 6: not going to do this with you?
- 9:25Speaker 2: Well, which is he's not wrong. You shouldn't do this.
- 9:28Speaker 2: It's nothing to do with what we're talking about here.
- 9:32Speaker 2: And you could say, when Jackie Robinson stole home plate,
- 9:37Speaker 2: many people including Yogi Bear, who was right there said
- 9:39Speaker 2: he really was out. Well, you could debate that again,
- 9:42Speaker 2: people in the sports world have debated that, but it's
- 9:45Speaker 2: too far in the past, as is the twenty twenty election.
- 9:48Speaker 5: So let me just ask you what it should be
- 9:50Speaker 5: a simple question.
- 9:51Speaker 6: Do you deny that Joe Biden won the twenty twenty election, Senator,
- 9:56Speaker 6: I'm not an election, Tonio.
- 9:58Speaker 4: Joe.
- 9:58Speaker 6: Joe Biden was as the president of the United States.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Now what more do you want? First of all, this
- 10:04Speaker 2: has nothing to do with this appointment, nothing to do
- 10:06Speaker 2: with his job. Why are you even asking because it's theatrics.
- 10:12Speaker 2: But this Democrats are great at these hearings. These clips
- 10:14Speaker 2: were all over the place all day all today you'll
- 10:19Speaker 2: be seeing. So that's what they do. They create viral
- 10:23Speaker 2: clips for the fake news. Hey, by the way, the
- 10:26Speaker 2: President will speak tonight to the nation at nine o'clock.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Will carry it live. I don't know how many people
- 10:31Speaker 2: will watch it. It's going to be on network TV,
- 10:34Speaker 2: which very few people watch nowadays. It'll be on cable news,
- 10:38Speaker 2: which more people watch. The network TV. It's something from
- 10:43Speaker 2: the pat you know, in the old days, the president
- 10:45Speaker 2: eight o'clock primetime addressed to the nation or nine o'clock,
- 10:49Speaker 2: the whole nation would be watching every channel. But back
- 10:52Speaker 2: then there're like six channels and eighty million people will
- 10:55Speaker 2: see it. Now, if you're on every network tonight, you'll
- 10:59Speaker 2: be lucky if you reach six million people. So most
- 11:02Speaker 2: of America will not see it. He's going to talk
- 11:04Speaker 2: about a lot of things Iran, obviously, but apparently he's
- 11:09Speaker 2: going to talk about the twenty twenty election and bring
- 11:13Speaker 2: up the fact that some people think China had something
- 11:17Speaker 2: to do with that election, that China interfered in the election,
- 11:20Speaker 2: and then the networks will come on after him and
- 11:22Speaker 2: say the President said with no evidence, with no evidence,
- 11:26Speaker 2: he alleged that. Now the fact is they have no
- 11:29Speaker 2: evidence that it's not true. They have no evidence at
- 11:32Speaker 2: all about it. But they never say that about themselves.
- 11:36Speaker 2: I don't know why he keeps doing that. Well, I
- 11:37Speaker 2: think one reason is it just gets the left crazy.
- 11:41Speaker 2: It just makes their heads explode, just drives them nuts.
- 11:45Speaker 2: So if that's the reason it's doing, I'm okay with it.
- 11:47Speaker 2: It's worth it just for that. Iran. Well, we're going
- 11:54Speaker 2: to keep going after them. The bombing was very heavy
- 11:57Speaker 2: last night. President says they got another week to make
- 11:59Speaker 2: a deal, or the US will start taking out power plants,
- 12:03Speaker 2: infrastructure and all of that.
- 12:05Speaker 1: It's open if people want to go through it.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Oh, straight to harmuse it is open. They got the
- 12:10Speaker 2: southern route open if you want to use it.
- 12:12Speaker 1: It's open if people want to go through it. And
- 12:14Speaker 1: we're not opening it for I RAN. That's the only
- 12:16Speaker 1: one that's closed for It close for a Ran, both
- 12:19Speaker 1: in and out.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Yeah, but we will keep bombing. Hopefully they will make
- 12:23Speaker 2: a deal. Who knows.
- 12:24Speaker 1: They want to make a deal, but every time they
- 12:26Speaker 1: make a deal, they break it. They don't want to die.
- 12:29Speaker 1: People don't want to die. Yeah, about an.
- 12:32Speaker 6: Hour ago, and what message was delivered?
- 12:37Speaker 1: You better make a deal. You're not going to have
- 12:38Speaker 1: any You're not gonna have anybody left. We're being very
- 12:42Speaker 1: careful with the civilian population, as you know, but I
- 12:45Speaker 1: said you better make a deal. You're not going to
- 12:47Speaker 1: have anything left.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Now. RAN is happy to make a deal because they
- 12:51Speaker 2: never stick to the deal. They never follow these deals.
- 12:54Speaker 2: So what's the difference. You can make all the deals
- 12:55Speaker 2: you want to, you're not going to follow them. The
- 12:59Speaker 2: problem is the president his whole life, master negotiator, nobody better,
- 13:03Speaker 2: but he's always negotiated with business people who are you know,
- 13:09Speaker 2: maybe stubborn, maybe, but in the end, they're business people.
- 13:12Speaker 2: They got to, you know, do what's right for them,
- 13:14Speaker 2: for everybody. But this is the first time he's ever
- 13:17Speaker 2: negotiated with raging lunatics, with a bunch of fifteenth century
- 13:21Speaker 2: lunatics or absolutely crazy, evil and crazy. I don't think
- 13:26Speaker 2: he's ever he's negotiated with evil before, but crazy and evil.
- 13:32Speaker 2: You know, the book The Art of the Deal is
- 13:33Speaker 2: a great book. You should read it, but I don't
- 13:35Speaker 2: think it applies to crazy fifteenth century lunatics. So that's
- 13:40Speaker 2: the problem. Hey, Legionaire's disease. A lot of people worried
- 13:45Speaker 2: about this. This is the only good news. The numbers
- 13:49Speaker 2: on people getting Legionnaire's disease has started to drop. It's
- 13:53Speaker 2: down a little. They've been cleaning out and disinfecting these
- 13:55Speaker 2: water tanks, not fast enough. About seventy five of them
- 14:00Speaker 2: have been disinfected. The Upper East Side was where it
- 14:03Speaker 2: all started. The city should have ordered every building to
- 14:07Speaker 2: disinfect their water tanks. They should have ordered it immediately.
- 14:10Speaker 2: They haven't. But the good news is the number came
- 14:13Speaker 2: down yesterday for the first time. They they're not supposed
- 14:17Speaker 2: to you're not supposed to know this publicly. I don't
- 14:19Speaker 2: know why they keep it a secret. The epicenter of
- 14:22Speaker 2: the Legionaires eighty seventh and Lexington, that was the epicenter.
- 14:26Speaker 2: That was one of the most cases are And again
- 14:28Speaker 2: it comes from still water in those cooling towers and
- 14:33Speaker 2: high heat. And when we had that July fourth, three
- 14:36Speaker 2: day heat wave, it heated up that water and that's
- 14:39Speaker 2: where it forms. Now, yesterday we had a pretty hot day,
- 14:42Speaker 2: so we got to worry about more forming. But hopefully
- 14:45Speaker 2: they're disinfecting those towers fast enough. Hey, we'll get to
- 14:48Speaker 2: crazy Jack Smith. He may be in real trouble perjury charges.
- 14:54Speaker 2: We'll get to all of that coming up. We'll take
- 14:56Speaker 2: some calls next. Eight hundred three two one zero seven
- 15:00Speaker 2: ten is the number. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 15:04Speaker 2: seven ten
