- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to another episode of
- 0:03the Epstein Chronicles. It's been four months since Donald Trump
- 0:07was elected, and the only thing Epstein related we have
- 0:10to show for it are a bunch of jerk off
- 0:12influencers who don't know the first thing about Jeffrey Epstein
- 0:16and some lame ass white binders. And unfortunately for everybody
- 0:20out there that thought change was coming, I hate to
- 0:22say it, but I told you so. Meet the new boss,
- 0:26same as the old boss. The people who are in
- 0:28charge here, and believe me, it's not the masade like
- 0:31the morons want to tell you. The real people who
- 0:34are in charge here are the people who are in
- 0:36charge of the purse strings. That means the financial sector
- 0:39and whatever the financial sector says goes. Are you not
- 0:43paying attention yet? I'm not exactly what you would call
- 0:46a super religious guy, but if you read the Bible,
- 0:50who did Jesus get mad at the only people? Basically, Yeah,
- 0:53that's right, the bankers. So all the people out here
- 0:56that want to talk their nonsense about dancing Jews, thea
- 0:59is Railies, massad, and there's no doubt that all of
- 1:03those folks I just mentioned certainly played a little bit
- 1:06of a part. But anyone who wants to pitch the
- 1:08bullshit that they were the ones running Epstein, that they
- 1:11were the ones in charge of Epstein, well, those people
- 1:14that are pumping that shit, they're part of the syop
- 1:18and they're part of the misdirection. And I hate to
- 1:20be the bearer of bad news. But neither party gives
- 1:23a shit about justice when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:26because all of their leashes are being held by the banks.
- 1:30So you can save all the other bullshit for somebody
- 1:32else who doesn't know this story. But around these parts,
- 1:35the whole entire misdirection bullshit part of the syop is
- 1:39not going to get any traction. There's no doubt that
- 1:42Jeffrey Epstein was farmed out to the Masader, but to
- 1:47act like Jeffrey Epstein was a Masad creation is absolutely
- 1:52insane and completely wrong. But some people want to feed
- 1:55into their bias, right, Some people need that part of
- 1:58the story to be the glue that connects the rest
- 2:00of their bullshit together. But the truth is, the real
- 2:03boogeyman isn't the intelligence networks themselves. It's the people that
- 2:07are funding these intelligence networks and to find out who
- 2:11those people are, look no further than the hedge funds
- 2:13and the financial sector itself, people like Jamie Dimon, etc.
- 2:18So you can get as mad as you want, and
- 2:20you can throw a fit, have a temper tantruom and
- 2:24think that your boy and Carol knows what he's talking about.
- 2:26But ask yourselves why dudes like that are being platformed
- 2:30while people that are telling the real story about the
- 2:32CIA and the FBI being involved here and creating epstein
- 2:36are being shadow banned and deplatformed, because that's what's happening
- 2:40to real truth tellers. Do you really think if the
- 2:42masade was this all knowing force, this all knowing power,
- 2:46that they'd let this sort of narrative be out there.
- 2:49Of course they wouldn't, they'd kill that shit on arrival.
- 2:53But it helps the overall story, right, It's all part
- 2:56of the cover, and that cover is being provided for
- 2:59our very own intelligence agencies that are being dogwalked by
- 3:03the financial sector. And if you were wondering why those
- 3:05files haven't been turned over, that's one of the biggest
- 3:08reasons why today we have an article from Law and
- 3:11Crime and the headline public demands for transparency under LAWDJ
- 3:16violating FOIA by refusing to release Jeffrey Epstein files. Conservative
- 3:21Watchdog says this article was authored by Colin Kombucker. The
- 3:26Trump administration is violating a Freedom of Information Act by
- 3:30refusing to release files related to Jeffrey Epstein. A lawsuit
- 3:34filed this week in Washington, DC alleges well, at least
- 3:38Judicial Watch is taking a proactive approach. Is anybody going
- 3:42to do the same about Stacey Plaskett? Anybody going to
- 3:46show any sort of rage or remorse on the left
- 3:49about that? Or No, We're just going to make pretend
- 3:52that it's not happening. Seems to me that a lot
- 3:54of people would just like to believe and make pretend
- 3:57that Stacy Plasket, a sitting congressional delegate from the USVII,
- 4:03is not being sued currently over her alleged role in
- 4:05Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. Especially considering the big ass mouth
- 4:09that Stacy Plaskett has, you'd think that that would be
- 4:12a bigger story, But I guess not. I guess people
- 4:14are way too busy talking some stupid bullshit about Tom
- 4:18Hanks going to Jeffrey Epstein's island and eating children because
- 4:22that really gets the story going. Huh. That really gets
- 4:24things over the home and gets people to pay attention.
- 4:27And at this point I'm convinced that all the people
- 4:29out here talking that kind of shit are a part
- 4:31of the sy op. At this point, if you aren't
- 4:34on target, you're doing it willfully. Either that or you're
- 4:37ignorant as fuck. There is no excuse not to have
- 4:40the whole entire story here before you start piping off
- 4:42about it and running your mouth. But then again, considering
- 4:46the current environment where everybody with the Internet is an
- 4:49expert on everything, I guess we shouldn't be too shocked.
- 4:54And the allegations are coming from perhaps an unlikely source.
- 4:57In a six page filing, conservative government accountability group Judicial
- 5:01Watch accuses the US Department of Justice under Attorney General
- 5:05Pound Bondi violating FOIA law on number of occasions over
- 5:10the past few months concerning several distinct requests. Well, welcome
- 5:15to the party, pal, That's all I can say. The
- 5:17amount of times I've been stonewalled over the years covering
- 5:20this case is almost hard to quantify. Just About every
- 5:23time you turn around where you're trying to get some
- 5:25official help, you're getting stonewalled, and the justification has always been, well,
- 5:30this is an ongoing investigation, which is absolute horseshit. They're
- 5:34trying to tell us that there's a decade's long investigation
- 5:37and only two arrests. That's what they're trying to tell you.
- 5:40The reality is what they're trying to do is bury
- 5:42it under the veil of secrecy by saying that it's
- 5:45national security or an ongoing investigation, when it's none of
- 5:48those things. Simply put, the Justice Department needs to respond
- 5:53to public demands for transparency under law and release the
- 5:56Epstein files under FOIA. Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said
- 6:01in a press release announcing the litigation, and good for them,
- 6:04like them or not, at least they're doing something here
- 6:07to try and get the public this information. The lawsuit
- 6:10stems from a February twenty first request to the DOJ's
- 6:13Office of Information Policy, a subagency dedicated to facilitating Freedom
- 6:19of Information Act requests and government compliance with the statute.
- 6:24According to the lawsuit, that FOIA requests sought all records
- 6:28of communication between Attorney General Bondie and any other individual
- 6:32or entity of regarding any lists or other records depicting
- 6:35the identities of clients or associates of Jeffrey Epstein. This
- 6:39request includes, but is not limited to, all records related
- 6:43to the department's compliance distribution handling, and the potential public
- 6:48release of any such record or the information contained therein.
- 6:52To help DOJ's staff understand the salience of the request,
- 6:56Judicial Watch cided a Fox News article published the day
- 7:00before which mused Trump's return to the Oval office came
- 7:03with a prospect of the public finally being able to
- 7:06see Epstein's long awaited black book amid inquiries into the
- 7:10deceased financier, pedophile and sex trafficker. We already have the
- 7:14black book. What are you guys even talking about? This
- 7:17is what I mean. You got people that just interject
- 7:20themselves into this conversation and they don't have the first
- 7:23idea what they're talking about. Then all of a sudden,
- 7:26they're platformed as some kind of expert breaking news. Dumbass,
- 7:29you're not an expert. Okay, you don't even know what
- 7:31you're fucking talking about. And it's very apparent at this
- 7:34point who has read the core documents and who hasn't,
- 7:38And if you haven't read them, kindly shut the fuck up,
- 7:43because you have no idea what you're talking about. All
- 7:45you're doing is regurgitating things that you heard other people
- 7:48say or that you've read in an article. Well, where
- 7:52do you think they get all of that information from?
- 7:54What do you think they have a magical tree where
- 7:56they just pull all this stuff out of No, they
- 7:59go to the docket, they revocord documents, then they write
- 8:01an article. So if you want to really be hip
- 8:04to what's going on, you go to the source material. Right.
- 8:07Not very difficult to understand how this works. But people
- 8:09are lazy. Instead of putting in the time to get
- 8:12themselves hip to what's going on, they'll just be afflicted
- 8:15with Dunning Krueger syndrome and think they know everything about everything.
- 8:19Those hopes, however, have not been born out, and neither
- 8:22have any of the resulting Freedom of Information Act requests.
- 8:26While the DOJ acknowledged the first request on February twenty seventh,
- 8:30assigned it a tracking number, and cited unusual circumstances to
- 8:34justify a ten day extension, Judicial Watch has received no
- 8:38further response from the government. The lawsuit says, you're not
- 8:42going to get any response. Bro. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter
- 8:46who is in office. And for all the people out
- 8:49there that were wringing their hands and telling me that
- 8:51we were going to get all these files now that
- 8:53Trump was elected, come on, man, really pipe dreamshit, Because
- 8:58everybody who's been paying attention under dance that the real
- 9:01bosses were never going to release this information and never
- 9:04allow it to hit the public. Can you imagine there's
- 9:08zero chance now whatever you do get, if you get anything,
- 9:12will be completely sterilized and useless. They're never going to
- 9:15release anything here, and they're never going to give you
- 9:18the real story. The nonprofit watch dog had no luck
- 9:21with follow up requests either. On February twenty seventh, Judicial
- 9:24Watch submitted to identical requests to the DOJ's Criminal Division
- 9:28and the FBI. According to the complaint, those requests asked
- 9:32for all records related to Jeffrey Edward Epstein born in
- 9:37New York City on January twentieth, nineteen fifty three, and
- 9:40died on August tenth, twenty nineteen, in New York City.
- 9:45Epstein died in federal custody while awaiting trial on sex
- 9:48trafficking charges. His cause of death was officially ruled to suicide.
- 9:52He had repeatedly been placed on suicide watch prior to dying.
- 9:56Oh yeah, Colin Kombacher, run a little cover for your
- 9:59buddies over at the DOJ. Huh. Epstein was not suicidal,
- 10:03point blank period. And the reason that he was put
- 10:06on suicide watch is because all high level inmates are
- 10:09just like did He was just like Lann Maxwell. So
- 10:12stop the bullshit, Colin Kombocker, mister law reporter. I mean,
- 10:17you would think a dude that's talking about the law
- 10:19would actually like understand it. Judicial Watch says that both
- 10:24the February twenty seventh FOIA requests were acknowledged by the government,
- 10:28but in different ways. In early March, the request from
- 10:32the Criminal Division was deemed duplicative of an earlier request
- 10:36submitted in twenty nineteen and closed out. According to the lawsuit,
- 10:41the plaintiffs do not express any opinion on this development,
- 10:44except to say the twenty nineteen requests was still being
- 10:48processed because they have not yet received a determination. In
- 10:52mid March, the request to the FBI was acknowledged, again,
- 10:55pushed back ten days due to unusual circumstances, and again
- 10:58seemingly shelved, with the plaintiffs having received no further response
- 11:02from the FBI. According to the lawsuit, on February twenty eighth,
- 11:07Judicial Watch up the ante with an FOIA request, explicitly
- 11:11tying their inquiry to FBI Director Cash Battel. Patel is
- 11:16a longtime Trump stalwart whose confirmation push included pledges of transparency,
- 11:21specifically regarding Epstein. The Battel focused FOIA request seeks all
- 11:26records of communication between Director Bateel and any other individual
- 11:31or entity regarding any list or other records depicting the
- 11:34identities of clients or associates of Jeffrey Epstein. This request includes,
- 11:39but is not limited to, all records related to the
- 11:42departments compilation, distribution, handling, and potential public release of any
- 11:47such record or the information contained herein. Once Again, Judicial
- 11:51Watch says the FBI acknowledged the request, gave itself an extension,
- 11:56and then went radio silent because that's what they do.
- 11:59There is no accountability, and anybody who thought mister cash
- 12:03Bettel was going to restore that, well, you were out
- 12:06to lunch. None of these people care about you, none
- 12:09of them. Once Again, Judicial Watch says, the FBI acknowledged
- 12:14the request, gave itself an extension, then went radio silent.
- 12:18The lawsuit says the DOJ is in violation of Freedom
- 12:21of Information Act and claims the irreparable harm has occurred and
- 12:25will continue to occur unless defendant is compelled to comply
- 12:28with foia's requirements. The complaint seeks the court order directing
- 12:33the DOJ to conduct searches for any and all records
- 12:37responsive to plaintiffs FOIA requests and to demonstrate that the
- 12:41DOJ employed search methods reasonably likely to lead to the
- 12:45discovery of records responsive to the requests. Judicial Watch also
- 12:50wants the court to force the DOJ to release all
- 12:53relevant records covered by the FOIA requests and or a
- 12:57list outlining any exemptions claimed by the agency. To that end,
- 13:01the plaintiffs are asking DOJ to be enjoined from continuing
- 13:05to withhold any and all non exempt records responsive to
- 13:09the requests. Let me translate that you're screwed. You're never
- 13:13gonna get these records. We're never gonna see them, and
- 13:16the DOJ is going to continue doing what the DOJ does,
- 13:20and that is ignoring any request for information about Jeffrey Epstein.
- 13:24All right, folks, that's gonna do it for this one.
