- 0:01Speaker 1: So let's jump into this article from the New York
- 0:03Speaker 1: Post and see what they have to say about Gailane
- 0:05Speaker 1: Maxwell and her finally being brought to justice. The headline
- 0:12Speaker 1: when will Fed's arrest Jeffrey Epstein fixer, co conspirator, co
- 0:17Speaker 1: child molester, etc. Etc. Gilane Maxwell. This article was authored
- 0:24Speaker 1: by Ben Feuerhard, nine months after Attorney General William Barr
- 0:29Speaker 1: warned that Jeffrey Epstein's co conspirator should not rest easy.
- 0:33Speaker 1: The pedophiles alleged madam co conspirator Gilane Maxwell remains at
- 0:37Speaker 1: large and is using a potential criminal investigation to thwart
- 0:42Speaker 1: civil action against her. Now, this is what we were talking
- 0:45Speaker 1: about with the lawsuit with Annie Farmer. How she went
- 0:49Speaker 1: to the judge to get that lawsuit either thrown out
- 0:53Speaker 1: or moved to the court in New Mexico, and the
- 0:56Speaker 1: judge decided to delay it instead, considering their there's a
- 1:00Speaker 1: criminal case supposedly active at the same time, running concurrently
- 1:04Speaker 1: as this civil case. So that was the first indication
- 1:08Speaker 1: that we had in quite some time that Maxwell was
- 1:10Speaker 1: in fact under investigation. So it looks like Maxwell is
- 1:15Speaker 1: certainly being looked at. It looks like she is certainly
- 1:18Speaker 1: under investigation. But my question is, how much more evidence
- 1:21Speaker 1: could you possibly need just on the circumstantial evidence alone
- 1:26Speaker 1: against Gilly Maxwell. It warrants a trip down to the
- 1:29Speaker 1: station for a talk. Maxwell is currently a co defendant
- 1:33Speaker 1: in several civil cases brought by alleged Epstein trafficking victims.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Among them is Annie Farmer, who claims in her suit
- 1:42Speaker 1: against Maxwell and the properteers of Epstein's estate that she
- 1:46Speaker 1: was lured to his New Mexico ranch as a teenager
- 1:49Speaker 1: and sexually abused by the pair. And you all know
- 1:53Speaker 1: the story of Annie at this point. We all know
- 1:56Speaker 1: what happened to her at the New Mexico ranch. We
- 1:59Speaker 1: know that Geele and Jeffrey Epstein both did what they
- 2:03Speaker 1: did to her, and they both got away scott free.
- 2:06Speaker 1: We know that Annie said that reported it, and nobody
- 2:09Speaker 1: did anything about it. Just like when Maria told the
- 2:12Speaker 1: FBI about what was going on, nobody lifted a finger.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Nobody could be bothered to track down people like this.
- 2:19Speaker 1: They're way too busy tracking down you know, two bit criminals.
- 2:26Speaker 1: And they wonder why nobody has any faith in the
- 2:29Speaker 1: Justice Department. They wonder why nobody has any faith in
- 2:32Speaker 1: the justice system as a whole, The two tier justice
- 2:35Speaker 1: system in this country and from what I'm hearing from
- 2:38Speaker 1: listeners from around the globe elsewhere, is an absolute joke
- 2:41Speaker 1: that needs to be shattered and smashed into one million
- 2:44Speaker 1: pieces and tossed into the winds of history. Because the
- 2:49Speaker 1: things that these people are able to get away with
- 2:53Speaker 1: while you and I are held to a different set
- 2:55Speaker 1: and standard of rules. It makes my mind hurt, my
- 2:59Speaker 1: head hurt thinking about it. There should be no situation
- 3:06Speaker 1: where they have one set of rules for them and
- 3:09Speaker 1: one set of rules for us. The rules are the rules.
- 3:16Speaker 1: According to the suit, Maxwell allegedly forced Farmer to undress
- 3:20Speaker 1: in view of Epstein after promising to give her a massage.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Maxwell touched intimate parts of Annie's body against her will
- 3:26Speaker 1: for the sexual benefit of Maxwell and Epstein. The suit
- 3:29Speaker 1: states Maxwell exposed Annie's breast and groped her. It adds
- 3:33Speaker 1: so basically, what this does is it not only paints
- 3:37Speaker 1: Glaine Maxwell as a co conspirator right as the brains
- 3:41Speaker 1: behind the operation, as somebody who was involved in procuring
- 3:45Speaker 1: these young ladies. This puts her as somebody who was
- 3:48Speaker 1: assaulting young children as well as sixteen year old girl.
- 3:52Speaker 1: And that's why when we were talking a little bit
- 3:55Speaker 1: earlier about Bill Clinton dating Glaine Maxwell, I've seen some
- 3:59Speaker 1: people talk about how that, oh, it's disinformation, or we
- 4:02Speaker 1: shouldn't focus on stuff like that, when in reality, it's
- 4:05Speaker 1: a pretty big part of the story because what it
- 4:09Speaker 1: does is it continues to build a profile for the
- 4:12Speaker 1: person that Bill Clinton is and the fact that Bill
- 4:16Speaker 1: Clinton has such poor judgment that he was running around
- 4:19Speaker 1: with a pedophile. And I don't mean Jeffrey Epstein, folks,
- 4:23Speaker 1: I mean Gilaine Maxwell. What she was doing here to
- 4:26Speaker 1: Annie Farmer, this isn't the actions of just a co conspirator.
- 4:31Speaker 1: This is a co pedophile, especially in this specific case.
- 4:35Speaker 1: If you believe what Annie's saying, and I certainly do,
- 4:38Speaker 1: then that means that Gilaine Maxwell is not only a
- 4:40Speaker 1: co conspirator. That means she's not only an enabler. That
- 4:43Speaker 1: means she is also someone who assaulted an underage girl.
- 4:48Speaker 1: That's the kind of person that Bill Clinton should be
- 4:50Speaker 1: spending his time around. That's the kind of person that
- 4:53Speaker 1: Bill Clinton should be hobnobbing around with. Folks. That has
- 4:56Speaker 1: nothing to do with being any sort of disinformation. That's
- 4:59Speaker 1: a part of the story. It needs to be added
- 5:01Speaker 1: to the catalog, and it continues to build the profile
- 5:05Speaker 1: against Bill Clinton and the wies and falsehoods he's told
- 5:09Speaker 1: throughout this case. Don't you think that warrants further examination?
- 5:13Speaker 1: I most certainly do. Through her attorney, Farmer has sought
- 5:19Speaker 1: to depose Maxwell and have her respond to written questions
- 5:22Speaker 1: related to the alleged sexual abuse. But the former fixer
- 5:25Speaker 1: co conspirator has successfully dodged a grilling in the case,
- 5:29Speaker 1: citing an ongoing criminal investigation into co conspirators of Epstein,
- 5:34Speaker 1: all while not admitting she herself is being probed by
- 5:37Speaker 1: the FEDS. And again it's more of her duck and
- 5:41Speaker 1: dodge moves. Right She's rope adoping right now. That's exactly
- 5:45Speaker 1: what Maxwell is up to. Her strategy is to rope
- 5:47Speaker 1: adope right now, act like you know she's taken one
- 5:51Speaker 1: on the chin, when in reality, she's just she needs
- 5:53Speaker 1: more time to continue to formulate her strategy. That's what
- 5:58Speaker 1: they like to do. They like to drag the feats
- 6:00Speaker 1: through their feet through the courts. They like to make
- 6:02Speaker 1: it long and an arduous process process from the beginning
- 6:06Speaker 1: to the end. That is completely and just utterly dragged out.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Look how long these survivors have been litigating against Jeffrey
- 6:14Speaker 1: Epstein and his estate. Look how long they've been fighting
- 6:17Speaker 1: this battle and the Epstein estate and people like Elaine Maxwell.
- 6:21Speaker 1: They will not give an inch, folks. They will never
- 6:24Speaker 1: relinquish their power. It must be pride from their fingertips.
- 6:28Speaker 1: And the only people that can do that, unfortunately, are
- 6:31Speaker 1: the federal government, the SDNY, the other districts that are
- 6:35Speaker 1: looking into this case. But they have seemed to be
- 6:39Speaker 1: so far ineffective at doing their jobs. You heard it
- 6:42Speaker 1: from the girl's own mouths in the documentary. The FBI
- 6:46Speaker 1: has done a piss poor job here chasing down these
- 6:49Speaker 1: co conspirators and bringing justice to this case. An investigation
- 6:55Speaker 1: into Epstein's accomplices was alluded to by Bar days after
- 6:59Speaker 1: the pedophiles suicide in a Lower Manhattan lockup, and has
- 7:02Speaker 1: been mentioned repeedily by the US Attorney's Office in New York,
- 7:05Speaker 1: according to court filings. Well, forgive me if I don't
- 7:09Speaker 1: trust Attorney General Bar. Okay, mister, I saw the video,
- 7:14Speaker 1: go ahead and believe me. Sorry, I don't believe you,
- 7:17Speaker 1: Attorney General Bar. You've done nothing to prove yourself to
- 7:20Speaker 1: me as somebody that should be believed. In fact, you're
- 7:23Speaker 1: just another retreaded bureaucrat that's been around in Washington, d C.
- 7:27Speaker 1: For way too long. Talk about dranting the swamp, talk
- 7:31Speaker 1: about being part of the swamp. It's such a you
- 7:37Speaker 1: know what it's like, Washington, DC, folks, It's like wwe
- 7:41Speaker 1: They all hate each other on the stage right when
- 7:43Speaker 1: they're all in the public eye, they all hate each other.
- 7:46Speaker 1: But in the back room, they're all high fiving and
- 7:48Speaker 1: backslapping as the rest of us gets screwed. So, no,
- 7:53Speaker 1: I don't believe Attorney General bar and I don't believe
- 7:55Speaker 1: Attorney General Bar has my best interest at heart. I
- 8:00Speaker 1: don't believe any of these clowns do, and their actions
- 8:04Speaker 1: certainly would not lead me to give them the benefit
- 8:08Speaker 1: of the doubt here. So he might allude to the
- 8:13Speaker 1: fact that there's an investigation. Berman might talk about the
- 8:16Speaker 1: fact that there's an investigation, but so far we have
- 8:19Speaker 1: not seen any tangible proof that that's occurring. A spokesperson
- 8:26Speaker 1: for the Southern District of New York declined to comment
- 8:29Speaker 1: on the investigation. And that's pretty common, right. While I
- 8:32Speaker 1: think it's bs in this case, because they should give
- 8:35Speaker 1: an update. If Berman's going to come out and publicly
- 8:38Speaker 1: call out Prince Andrew, there's no reason that he shouldn't
- 8:41Speaker 1: be giving regular updates at this point, right Why talk
- 8:44Speaker 1: about it just then and never have anything else to
- 8:46Speaker 1: say about it. But usually the FBI doesn't say anything
- 8:49Speaker 1: about what they're investigating. They won't confirm, they won't deny,
- 8:52Speaker 1: they'll just investigate. So I'm not shocked that they didn't
- 8:57Speaker 1: return at hearn a call and comment on the whole
- 9:02Speaker 1: investigation aspect, because that's certainly something that is pretty typical
- 9:06Speaker 1: for the FBI. Maxwell's attorney cited the investigation in an
- 9:11Speaker 1: effort to block her testimony in the Farmer case. Again,
- 9:15Speaker 1: she's trying to escape discovery here. She does not want
- 9:18Speaker 1: to have to provide any information or testimony during the
- 9:22Speaker 1: discovery phase because she knows that Annie is telling the truth,
- 9:26Speaker 1: and she knows that she in fact is a liar,
- 9:29Speaker 1: and the discovery phase will go a long way to
- 9:33Speaker 1: prove that. So what she does she has to buy
- 9:36Speaker 1: more time. Just like when her mom was supposedly sick,
- 9:39Speaker 1: gravely ill, she had to leave the country. Her mom
- 9:42Speaker 1: wasn't sick and the court allows it time and time again.
- 9:46Speaker 1: But don't worry, folks, bar is all over it. The
- 9:50Speaker 1: Southern District of New York has publicly and repeatedly announced
- 9:54Speaker 1: its ongoing criminal investigation into alleged Epstein co conspirators on
- 9:58Speaker 1: the same topic as play It alleges. In this case,
- 10:02Speaker 1: Maxwell's attorney wrote in a May thirteenth letter to Manhattan
- 10:05Speaker 1: Federal Judge Deborah Freeman, seeking to stay discovery in the case,
- 10:11Speaker 1: and again, folks, that's all you need to hear. All
- 10:13Speaker 1: the other stuff is bs. All the other stuff is
- 10:15Speaker 1: just legal mumbo jumbo. She wants to a stay of
- 10:19Speaker 1: discovery in the case. She does not want to present
- 10:22Speaker 1: evidence and have evidence presented against her because she understands
- 10:27Speaker 1: the ramifications, she understands what's at stake, and she knows
- 10:31Speaker 1: she does not have a leg to stand on. So
- 10:34Speaker 1: again she will continue to delay the process, and the
- 10:40Speaker 1: court continues to give her the lateral ability to do so.
- 10:44Speaker 1: And I can't. It's unexplainable. Denial of a stay, particularly
- 10:51Speaker 1: a stay of Miss Maxwell's deposition pending outcome of the
- 10:55Speaker 1: criminal investigation, could impair her Fifth Amendment privilege against self
- 10:59Speaker 1: incriminated editor attorney Laura Meninger, Well, while I agree with
- 11:04Speaker 1: the Fifth Amendment being very important and your ability to
- 11:08Speaker 1: employ the Fifth Amendment being very important in your own
- 11:11Speaker 1: defense when necessary, I think that you know, it's kind
- 11:15Speaker 1: of telling that every single person in Jeffrey Epstein's orbit
- 11:20Speaker 1: that was questioned under oath here invoked their Fifth Amendment right,
- 11:26Speaker 1: and we saw it with Epstein, especially when he was
- 11:29Speaker 1: being talked to during those depositions. Farmer's attorney David Boyce
- 11:37Speaker 1: noted in his response that Maxwell has not publicly admitted
- 11:41Speaker 1: she herself is the center of a federal investigation, but
- 11:44Speaker 1: is nevertheless using it to shield herself. Again, she will
- 11:48Speaker 1: not confirm or deny, but she will ask the judge
- 11:51Speaker 1: for a stay from the discovery phase. Now, what I'm
- 11:56Speaker 1: thinking is that the judge has to know more than
- 11:58Speaker 1: we do, right, They can't be that. They can the
- 12:01Speaker 1: communication be that broken within the justice system. I guess
- 12:05Speaker 1: it can be, But you would think that the judge
- 12:08Speaker 1: would reach out to the prosecutors in this case, or
- 12:10Speaker 1: have her clerk or the office reach out to prosecutors
- 12:14Speaker 1: and ask them where they're at with the criminal investigation
- 12:17Speaker 1: of Keelaan Maxwell and if this was a request that
- 12:22Speaker 1: should be honored, you would think that's the case, right, Well,
- 12:27Speaker 1: who knows, because we have no information. All we know
- 12:29Speaker 1: is that the judge granted the stay. Maxwell has provided
- 12:35Speaker 1: no information about the subject matter of the criminal investigation
- 12:38Speaker 1: into Epstein's co conspirators, the status of the investigation, or
- 12:42Speaker 1: even disclosed whether she herself is a target of the
- 12:46Speaker 1: Southern District's investigation. Boys wrote, and again he is completely
- 12:50Speaker 1: right about that. We've heard nothing from Maxwell or her
- 12:54Speaker 1: lawyers when it comes to that sort of situation. When
- 12:58Speaker 1: plaintiff's counsel asked Maxwell's count for information about the criminal
- 13:01Speaker 1: investigation during their meet and confer, Maxwell's council refused to
- 13:05Speaker 1: provide any details. He added, of course, they're playing shadow
- 13:09Speaker 1: games like they always do. Gilaine, Maxwell was built for
- 13:12Speaker 1: this shit. How many times do I have to say it?
- 13:15Speaker 1: She was bred for this like a fine racehorse is
- 13:18Speaker 1: bred to hit that track. She was bred for spycraft.
- 13:23Speaker 1: I am one hundred percent convinced of that. At this point,
- 13:29Speaker 1: Freeman agreed Maxwell could potentially incriminate herself by giving a
- 13:33Speaker 1: deposition and order that she not be required to sit
- 13:36Speaker 1: for one as part of the suit. Maxwell, who was
- 13:39Speaker 1: apparently in hiding, has not given testimony or a public
- 13:42Speaker 1: statement since Epstein's arrest and suicide. Attorneys for Farmer and
- 13:47Speaker 1: Maxwell did not immediately respond. I think the thing that
- 13:53Speaker 1: we should take away from this article, at least in
- 13:55Speaker 1: my opinion, what I'm certainly taking away from it is
- 13:58Speaker 1: at least the question is being asked now. And this
- 14:00Speaker 1: is what I thought was going to occur after the documentary,
- 14:03Speaker 1: that more people would start asking these questions, more of
- 14:06Speaker 1: these journalists in these print in the print media would
- 14:09Speaker 1: start asking these questions because there's been a lot of
- 14:12Speaker 1: other stuff going on. Right We're in an election year,
- 14:15Speaker 1: we have a pandemic, massive job loss, so you know,
- 14:19Speaker 1: there's a lot of other things that are you know,
- 14:21Speaker 1: dominating the news cycle. So not everybody sees this case,
- 14:24Speaker 1: not everybody sees the twists and turns. But now after
- 14:28Speaker 1: the Netflix documentary, we're going to see a huge uptick
- 14:31Speaker 1: in that, and already we're seeing it. So I hope
- 14:35Speaker 1: that we see more questions like this, and I hope
- 14:37Speaker 1: more outlets start, you know, asking questions such as when
- 14:42Speaker 1: will Gielane Maxwell be arrested? And hopefully with the pressure
- 14:46Speaker 1: not only from independent media, but also from some of
- 14:50Speaker 1: these print outlets that get on board. I think that
- 14:53Speaker 1: will be enough to push the prosecution in the direction
- 14:57Speaker 1: to at the very least start making arrests in this case,
- 15:00Speaker 1: because it's obvious that just with the evidence that's available
- 15:04Speaker 1: to us via the articles we have been reading for
- 15:07Speaker 1: the past two hundred and thirty plus days straight without
- 15:10Speaker 1: missing a day, there is zero doubt that there is
- 15:15Speaker 1: enough there there to go to a grand jury and
- 15:18Speaker 1: get an indictment at the very least. I guess the
- 15:23Speaker 1: question remains, folks, what's the hold up? If you'd like
- 15:29Speaker 1: to contact me, you can do that at Bobbycapuchi at
- 15:31Speaker 1: ProtonMail dot com. That's bobbycap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 15:38Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore
- 15:42Speaker 1: capu Cci. Before the Feds busted Gilaane Maxwell, they tracked
- 15:48Speaker 1: her to a New Hampshire hideaway using her cell phone data,
- 15:52Speaker 1: according to a newly unsealed court filing. So again, make
- 15:58Speaker 1: sure you read that court filing. The hyperline is in
- 16:00Speaker 1: the article, and it's always a good idea to read
- 16:04Speaker 1: that stuff. It gives you an insight right to what
- 16:07Speaker 1: the authorities were doing and what their method was on
- 16:12Speaker 1: how they were tracking down Maxwell, and how they went
- 16:16Speaker 1: about their business. So again it adds a lot of context,
- 16:20Speaker 1: and you know, it answers some questions, or at the
- 16:23Speaker 1: very least, what it does is it provides the baseline
- 16:28Speaker 1: to say, oh, yeah, okay, that's what I thought of Kurt.
- 16:31Speaker 1: So she was hiding her phone from the authorities and
- 16:37Speaker 1: not from the news like she said, you know what
- 16:41Speaker 1: I mean. So it gives you a basically something that
- 16:44Speaker 1: you can reference back to and look at an actual
- 16:46Speaker 1: document and say, all right, so this is exactly what
- 16:51Speaker 1: the government has on her and what they presented to
- 16:54Speaker 1: the court. So anytime we can get these kind of
- 16:58Speaker 1: court documents unsealed, I think it's a good idea. I
- 17:01Speaker 1: think in the best interest of transparency and the best
- 17:08Speaker 1: interest of justice in this case, I think that everything
- 17:11Speaker 1: besides personal names and addresses and stuff like that should
- 17:16Speaker 1: be unredacted in this case and be available for public consumption.
- 17:22Speaker 1: The British socialite co conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all
- 17:29Speaker 1: around scusbag and bipedal serpent and accused accomplice of sex
- 17:33Speaker 1: trafficker pedophile Jeffrey Epstein had opened a mobile account under
- 17:38Speaker 1: the name gmax and used it to communicate with phones
- 17:42Speaker 1: belonging to her rumored husband, Scott Borgerson, her sister Isabelle,
- 17:47Speaker 1: and one of her lawyers, Laura Meninger. The document states, now, remember,
- 17:53Speaker 1: let's go back in time a little bit, and when
- 17:56Speaker 1: Gilaine Maxwell was being served by some of the survivors,
- 18:01Speaker 1: Remember her lawyer said, well, I don't I can't find her.
- 18:04Speaker 1: I don't even know where she is. And that was Menager.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Obviously Meninger was lying. Was she lying to the court
- 18:11Speaker 1: as well? Was she in contempt because she said she
- 18:15Speaker 1: didn't know where to find Gilain Maxwell? And remember the
- 18:18Speaker 1: judge had to serve Maxwell via email because according to Menager,
- 18:23Speaker 1: no one knew where she was. But yet now it
- 18:26Speaker 1: comes out that she was in contact with Menainger according
- 18:30Speaker 1: to these court documents. Seems a little interesting to me
- 18:35Speaker 1: that Meninger would go before the court and say that
- 18:38Speaker 1: she has no idea where Maxwell is, but yet is
- 18:42Speaker 1: one of the few numbers that's programmed into the Burner
- 18:45Speaker 1: phone that g max is using. And g max really,
- 18:50Speaker 1: what are her and Leon Black going to start a
- 18:53Speaker 1: rap group? Behind bars? The revelation comes in an AFFID
- 19:00Speaker 1: David in support of an application for a search warrant
- 19:03Speaker 1: filed by an FBI agent on July first, twenty twenty
- 19:07Speaker 1: one day before Maxwell's arrest at a nearly one million
- 19:11Speaker 1: dollars secluded mansion in Bradford. The fifty nine year old
- 19:15Speaker 1: heiress Bipedal Serpent is charged with grooming three girls as
- 19:19Speaker 1: young as fourteen for Epstein in the mid nineties and
- 19:23Speaker 1: faces trial this summer. Maxwell had been laying low in
- 19:27Speaker 1: the tiny New England town since at least June. And
- 19:31Speaker 1: remember they've been there since at least since they were
- 19:35Speaker 1: chased out of Manchester by the Sea by the residents
- 19:38Speaker 1: who didn't want to cohabitate with the bipedal Serpent and
- 19:43Speaker 1: your cousin from Boston, Scott Borgersten. So they were booted
- 19:49Speaker 1: from Manchester by the Sea. People got together, They're like, look,
- 19:53Speaker 1: it's bad enough that around these parts we have a
- 19:56Speaker 1: dirty Dershowitz running around playing in naked volleyba swimming around
- 20:01Speaker 1: naked and acting the fool. Now we got the bipedal
- 20:06Speaker 1: serpent and your cousin from Boston hanging out up here too. Nope,
- 20:09Speaker 1: we can't have it. We just can't have it. All
- 20:12Speaker 1: of these scuzzball's commiserating, you gotta go. So they had
- 20:17Speaker 1: to pack up and move out from Manchester by the Sea,
- 20:21Speaker 1: and considering their reception there, well, Borgerson and the bipedal
- 20:27Speaker 1: serpent figured might as well go get us a nice
- 20:30Speaker 1: secluded spot in the middle of the woods where nobody's
- 20:33Speaker 1: gonna be any wiser to the scuzz baggery that is
- 20:38Speaker 1: on this property. So that's how they ended up in
- 20:42Speaker 1: that fancy Bradford hideaway that they were in all right
- 20:47Speaker 1: after they were chased out of Manchester by the Sea.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Authorities previously obtained a search warrant in New York to
- 20:55Speaker 1: receive GPS and historical cell site data for max Well
- 21:00Speaker 1: cell phone account, which had a Northeastern Massachusetts area code
- 21:04Speaker 1: within one square mile of her location. But the FEDS
- 21:08Speaker 1: didn't know the particular New Hampshire building in which she lived,
- 21:12Speaker 1: so they just had a basic idea. And again, it
- 21:15Speaker 1: it's kind of funny to think about, right, the FEDS
- 21:19Speaker 1: didn't know exactly what buildings she was in. Come on,
- 21:25Speaker 1: that's kind of hard for me to believe, considering the
- 21:28Speaker 1: federal government can drop a missile in someone's window from
- 21:32Speaker 1: six thousand miles away. Why don't they just go and
- 21:35Speaker 1: take a look at the NSA data, all the metadata.
- 21:39Speaker 1: I'm sure that they could find her information there, considering
- 21:42Speaker 1: they're spying on all of us anyway. That's why it
- 21:45Speaker 1: always cracks me up when when the FBI is like, well,
- 21:48Speaker 1: we didn't know exactly where they were, It's like they're
- 21:51Speaker 1: trying to posit themselves as like these great investigators. Well,
- 21:56Speaker 1: even though we didn't know exactly what building it was,
- 21:59Speaker 1: we have the general location, and because of our fantastic
- 22:03Speaker 1: detective work, after thirty years, we finally made an arrest
- 22:08Speaker 1: on Kilane Maxwell. I mean, really, you guys don't know
- 22:12Speaker 1: exactly what building she's in. Stop it. The FBI does
- 22:19Speaker 1: not know Maxwell's current location and accordingly requires the information
- 22:23Speaker 1: sought in this application in order to locate and arrest Maxwell.
- 22:28Speaker 1: The Affidavid states, So are we to believe that the
- 22:34Speaker 1: FBI lost her and she she was just you know,
- 22:38Speaker 1: wandering around, They had no idea where she was. I
- 22:41Speaker 1: don't know if I buy that right. Then again, maybe
- 22:44Speaker 1: they're just a bunch of bumbling fools. Maybe the FBI
- 22:47Speaker 1: is really truly just a bunch of bumbling fools at
- 22:50Speaker 1: this point, and they don't know their ass from their elbow.
- 22:54Speaker 1: I mean, that's basically what they're trying to tell us.
- 22:57Speaker 1: In many other situations now here, at least they had
- 23:02Speaker 1: the general vicinity right, and then once they got the warrant, well,
- 23:06Speaker 1: then they were able to use that data to track
- 23:11Speaker 1: her down to exactly where she was. My problem here
- 23:17Speaker 1: is they really waited for this warrant. I mean, come on,
- 23:23Speaker 1: they that would be the first. All right, let's just
- 23:27Speaker 1: say from what we have learned recently and what we
- 23:31Speaker 1: know of the FBI in the past, let's just say
- 23:34Speaker 1: that they don't actually follow the rules when they're looking
- 23:37Speaker 1: to arrest somebody. Okay, they have their own set of
- 23:40Speaker 1: rules that they follow. They're chasing somebody to prosecute them
- 23:44Speaker 1: and bring them to justice. And do you think something
- 23:47Speaker 1: like a search warrant is going to get in the
- 23:49Speaker 1: way of the FBI? Stop it. That would mean they
- 23:52Speaker 1: actually cared about the constitution, folks. We know that's not
- 23:55Speaker 1: the case. The New Hampshire weren't allowed the FBI to
- 24:01Speaker 1: use an investigative device or devices capable of broadcasting signals
- 24:06Speaker 1: that will be received by Maxwell's phone or receiving signals
- 24:10Speaker 1: from nearby cellular devices, including Maxwell's device. In other words,
- 24:16Speaker 1: they have some kind of program or malware or hacking
- 24:23Speaker 1: device that they use to track Maxwell's phone, and they
- 24:30Speaker 1: had to pull a warrant in order to use this
- 24:33Speaker 1: device according to this report. Now that is how it
- 24:37Speaker 1: should work, right, And I think that it's important for
- 24:42Speaker 1: the FBI to respect people's rights, and even people like
- 24:47Speaker 1: the bipedal serpent. She has rights that are afforded to
- 24:50Speaker 1: her under the Constitution. So I'm honestly shocked that they
- 24:56Speaker 1: would pull a warrant because we know how the FBI
- 25:00Speaker 1: goes about things for the most part, and if they
- 25:05Speaker 1: want you something silly like a warrant to look at
- 25:10Speaker 1: your communications is certainly not going to stop them. Such
- 25:17Speaker 1: a device may function in some respects like a cellular tower,
- 25:20Speaker 1: except that it will not be connected to the cellular
- 25:24Speaker 1: network and cannot be used by a cell phone to
- 25:27Speaker 1: communicate with others, the Affidavid states, adding that the device
- 25:31Speaker 1: would not intercept her phone calls, texts, and other electronic
- 25:34Speaker 1: communications and data. So basically what they're saying is this
- 25:42Speaker 1: is collecting metadata, just the metadata for her location, that's
- 25:47Speaker 1: what they pull the warrant for, not for the actual
- 25:51Speaker 1: communications such a device may function. Oh excuse me. These
- 25:59Speaker 1: details seemed to indicate that the FBI used a stingray
- 26:03Speaker 1: device also known as an as an IMSI catcher to
- 26:07Speaker 1: nab Maxwell. The portable equipment, which can fit inside a briefcase,
- 26:12Speaker 1: simulates a cell tower and forces mobile phones in the
- 26:15Speaker 1: immediate vicinity to connect to it instead of the actual tower.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Once it connects, the stingray captures the phone's exact location
- 26:24Speaker 1: and the registered users identifying information. This is the kind
- 26:29Speaker 1: of stuff that we're dealing with with technology these days, folks.
- 26:34Speaker 1: And if anybody has the capability to track you and
- 26:39Speaker 1: find out exactly where you are if they want it,
- 26:42Speaker 1: most certainly is the FBI. And this is what Edward
- 26:46Speaker 1: Snowden was telling everybody about, basically about the metadata capture,
- 26:51Speaker 1: the invasions of privacy that was occurring by the intelligence services,
- 26:56Speaker 1: namely the NSA, And they the law enforcement uses those
- 27:02Speaker 1: same methods, but they have to pull a warrant to
- 27:06Speaker 1: use those methods, right Whereas the NSA was just collecting
- 27:10Speaker 1: all the metadata from everything you were sending emails, text,
- 27:14Speaker 1: every keystroke basically, so this is a version of that
- 27:18Speaker 1: kind of technology, but more targeted, more geared towards finding
- 27:26Speaker 1: a specific person and their location. After Epstein died in
- 27:34Speaker 1: his Manhattan jail cell in August twenty nineteen, the media
- 27:37Speaker 1: work to ferret out Maxwell's whereabouts. The Daily Mail reported
- 27:42Speaker 1: the British heiress, bipedal serpent and decades long confidant of Epstein,
- 27:46Speaker 1: co conspirator, fellow child abuser and general all around scusbag
- 27:51Speaker 1: was holed up in Massachusetts with tech CEO Scott Borgerson,
- 27:56Speaker 1: then described as her boyfriend. And again props to the
- 28:00Speaker 1: Daily Mail. The Daily Mail and The Sun were steadfast
- 28:04Speaker 1: tracking down Maxwell and looking into leads and pursuing this
- 28:08Speaker 1: case right along with the Daily Beast, you know, the
- 28:12Speaker 1: Daily Mail. They provided their writers some resources and they
- 28:18Speaker 1: let them chase down the story. And the Daily Mail
- 28:21Speaker 1: has unearthed a lot of good things and a lot
- 28:24Speaker 1: of good leads in this story. So once again got
- 28:29Speaker 1: to give them props for their work because they were
- 28:33Speaker 1: all over the Scott Borgerson in Manchester by the Sea,
- 28:36Speaker 1: There's no doubt about that. The affidavit indicates Maxwell shared
- 28:41Speaker 1: a joint bank account with Borgerson and that our Amazon
- 28:44Speaker 1: account sent him multiple packages with an approximately the last year.
- 28:49Speaker 1: According to the document, the last communication between Maxwell's device
- 28:54Speaker 1: and Borgerson's phone occurred in or around March of twenty twenty.
- 29:00Speaker 1: So March of twenty twenty. Huh quite some time ago,
- 29:04Speaker 1: almost a year ago, in fact. Does that sound like
- 29:07Speaker 1: a loving couple who is missing each other, who needs
- 29:11Speaker 1: to be in contact with each other, and who is
- 29:15Speaker 1: so in love that the step children are just broken
- 29:19Speaker 1: up about the fact that the bipedal serpent is no
- 29:22Speaker 1: longer around to yell and scream at them and tell
- 29:25Speaker 1: them they can't touch the walls or have anything to
- 29:27Speaker 1: drink with dinner or whatever the hell's sort of crazy
- 29:29Speaker 1: rules this lady lives by. You mean to tell me
- 29:32Speaker 1: that loving couple hasn't been in contact since March twentieth, Huh?
- 29:37Speaker 1: I mean March of a two of twenty twenty. Loving
- 29:42Speaker 1: couple so in love that she wouldn't leave, that he'd
- 29:47Speaker 1: be the ties that bind, but they haven't talked since March.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Nobody's buying their story. Okay, certainly not me. I'm certainly
- 29:57Speaker 1: not buying it. And I know that the the masses
- 30:00Speaker 1: of you who were involved in the live stream last night.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Aren't buying it, that's for sure. Gilenn Maxwell is a
- 30:10Speaker 1: straight up pathological liar in my estimation, and everything that
- 30:15Speaker 1: comes out of her mouth is geared towards manipulating something
- 30:20Speaker 1: down the road. So forgive me if I don't believe
- 30:23Speaker 1: anything that her or her legal team bring to the
- 30:27Speaker 1: table unless it's backed up by tangible, provable evidence. I
- 30:32Speaker 1: don't believe a word this lady says. When Maxwell unsuccessfully
- 30:37Speaker 1: tried for a second time to get bail in December,
- 30:40Speaker 1: her husband, widely reported to be Borgerson, penned a letter
- 30:44Speaker 1: to the court describing her as a wonderful and loving
- 30:47Speaker 1: person who he believes had nothing to do with Epstein's crimes.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Well that's okay, you know, that's great, Scott. That you
- 30:53Speaker 1: believe that, that you believe she had nothing to do
- 30:56Speaker 1: with Epstein's crimes. That makes you a moron. Okay, that
- 31:02Speaker 1: makes you an idiot, That makes you an absolute adult.
- 31:12Speaker 1: All this evidence is just fabricated. It's all false, Scott Borgerson.
- 31:17Speaker 1: All of this evidence is made up. All of these
- 31:20Speaker 1: girls from Palm Beach got together and decided that this
- 31:25Speaker 1: is the route that we're gonna go. When they were fourteen, fifteen,
- 31:27Speaker 1: and sixteen years old. Yeah, let's get together. We're gonna
- 31:30Speaker 1: come up with this huge plot to get rid of
- 31:31Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, because that's what fourteen, fifteen and sixteen year
- 31:34Speaker 1: olds do. In fact, these kids would have never even
- 31:39Speaker 1: come forward if the ball didn't get start rolling with
- 31:43Speaker 1: that first girl. So please give me a break about
- 31:48Speaker 1: Guilayne Maxwell being innocent at this point, she's going to
- 31:54Speaker 1: have to prove that in a court of law, all right,
- 31:58Speaker 1: because from the circumstance angel evidence and the allegations made
- 32:02Speaker 1: against her by the survivors who have came out in
- 32:05Speaker 1: public and the ones who have not come out in public, well,
- 32:10Speaker 1: it's the word of a pathological, lying, bipedal serpent against
- 32:14Speaker 1: the word of dozens and dozens of survivors. Maxwell purchased
- 32:25Speaker 1: her Bradford property in all cash in December twenty nineteen.
- 32:29Speaker 1: If that is not a ginzaloon move to make, If
- 32:34Speaker 1: that is not a mafioso kind of move to make, Yeah,
- 32:37Speaker 1: I'm gonna show up. I got an old cash burches away.
- 32:42Speaker 1: I mean, Gilaine Maxwell is the epitome of absolute working
- 32:53Speaker 1: behind the scenes. Everything she does is calculated and shrouded
- 32:58Speaker 1: in secrecy, and she is the epitome of the kind
- 33:03Speaker 1: of person we discuss on a regular basis that is
- 33:06Speaker 1: manipulating the financial system and is just generally being a
- 33:12Speaker 1: stain on the human population. According to previous reports, the
- 33:20Speaker 1: real estate agent for the luxury home told the FBI
- 33:23Speaker 1: the buyers had British accents and introduced themselves as Scott
- 33:27Speaker 1: and Janet Marshall. It's unclear if Scott was Scott Borgerson. Oh,
- 33:31Speaker 1: I mean, you know, Ockham's razor says that's the case.
- 33:34Speaker 1: I'm guessing it was. I mean, was he pulling the
- 33:38Speaker 1: fake British accent? Probably, or maybe it was the security
- 33:42Speaker 1: guard that they had hired, the British cat Who knows.
- 33:46Speaker 1: The fact of the matter is that this property was
- 33:52Speaker 1: purchased with the intent of Gelean Maxwell trying to ride
- 33:56Speaker 1: this all out. The unsealed AFFI David appears to confirm
- 34:01Speaker 1: Borgersen as Maxwell's husband. In an exhibit filed with Maxwell's
- 34:06Speaker 1: renewed motion for Bell last month, independent accountants reviewing her
- 34:10Speaker 1: finances stated Gilaine Maxwell married her spouse in twenty and
- 34:14Speaker 1: sixteen and commenced filing joint US tax returns from the
- 34:18Speaker 1: twenty and sixteen tax year until today. In twenty and sixteen,
- 34:24Speaker 1: Gilaine Maxwell transferred the majority of her assets into a
- 34:27Speaker 1: trust controlled by her spouse. And why do you think
- 34:31Speaker 1: she did that, folks? Do you think she just did
- 34:33Speaker 1: that because it was just, you know, we're doing some
- 34:36Speaker 1: house cleaning, We're gonna do some money management in moving.
- 34:41Speaker 1: Or was it to protect her fortune from being sued
- 34:44Speaker 1: by the survivors? And you have to remember who we're
- 34:51Speaker 1: dealing with. We're talking about the bipedal serpent. There is
- 34:55Speaker 1: zero chance that she just moved this money over for
- 34:58Speaker 1: no reason. We know that her Epstein and this whole
- 35:02Speaker 1: organization was always thinking three moves ahead. They might not
- 35:06Speaker 1: have been a good people, right, but they were shrewd
- 35:10Speaker 1: and they knew how to play this game, and they
- 35:13Speaker 1: knew how to operate in the shadows. And Ghelenn Maxwell, well,
- 35:17Speaker 1: she was top dog when it came to that. The
- 35:22Speaker 1: accountants indicated Maxwell and her unidentified spouse had a net
- 35:26Speaker 1: worth of approximately twenty two and a half million. Meanwhile,
- 35:30Speaker 1: a memorandum in support of Maxwell's latest bail application said,
- 35:34Speaker 1: if miss Maxwell were to violate her bail conditions, which
- 35:38Speaker 1: she has no intention of doing, she would be leaving
- 35:41Speaker 1: her spouse spouse with virtually nothing. The filing added that
- 35:47Speaker 1: Maxwell sold her New York apartment in twenty fifteen to
- 35:51Speaker 1: live with her spouse. Boy, I bet you that was
- 35:54Speaker 1: just such a comfy, cozy situation. Can you imagine what
- 35:58Speaker 1: those dinner conversation must have been like? Helen? The hell
- 36:04Speaker 1: do you crawl into bed next to the bipedal serpent
- 36:08Speaker 1: every night? How do you look at her before bed
- 36:11Speaker 1: every night and not have the worst of vivid nightmares
- 36:15Speaker 1: in the history of the world. It is just beyond me.
- 36:20Speaker 1: And then add to that leaving your children, you know,
- 36:25Speaker 1: I get. I'm not gonna you know the wife's situation.
- 36:28Speaker 1: Who knows what the dynamic was between him and his wife,
- 36:30Speaker 1: right I don't know, But from what we have seen,
- 36:35Speaker 1: in what we have heard, Scott Borgersen was an asshole.
- 36:40Speaker 1: So his wife is probably better off that he's not
- 36:44Speaker 1: with her anymore. But the way he went about it,
- 36:46Speaker 1: that's a scumbag's operation right there. That's the way a
- 36:50Speaker 1: scumbag operates himself, not a real man. A real man
- 36:55Speaker 1: takes care of their children. A real man shields their
- 36:58Speaker 1: children from any kind of controversy or any kind of nonsense,
- 37:03Speaker 1: if at all possible, you think these kids aren't hearing
- 37:05Speaker 1: shit at school. We know how cruel children are to
- 37:09Speaker 1: each other. These kids show up at school and and
- 37:12Speaker 1: you know, hey, so your dad's yeah, married to Glenn Maxwell. Huh,
- 37:17Speaker 1: what's it like living with a child molester? You know,
- 37:20Speaker 1: kids are gonna go harden the paint. And that's Scott
- 37:23Speaker 1: Borgersen's fault. He should have never, ever, ever, ever gone
- 37:27Speaker 1: to bed literally and figuratively with this bipedal serpent. And
- 37:33Speaker 1: because of his decisions and because of his absolute utter
- 37:37Speaker 1: disregard for his loved ones, now they all have to
- 37:43Speaker 1: face the fallout from the Epstein nuclear bomb that has
- 37:48Speaker 1: just exploded in their midst. If you'd like to contact me,
- 37:52Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapucci at protonmeil dot com.

- 38:05Speaker 1: at Bobby Underscore c ap Ucci. All of the links
- 38:12Speaker 1: that go at this episode can be found in the
- 38:14Speaker 1: description box. As for today, we have an article from
- 38:19Speaker 1: Fox News, and this article came out on June ninth,
- 38:24Speaker 1: and I didn't add it to the catalog for some reason,
- 38:26Speaker 1: probably because I really dislike Nancy Grace, to be honest
- 38:29Speaker 1: with you, but I figure, you know what, it's more
- 38:33Speaker 1: of the mainstream legacy media asking questions about Gilan Maxwell.
- 38:38Speaker 1: So I think we'll add it to the catalog headline,
- 38:43Speaker 1: Nancy Grace, why hasnt Jeffrey Epstein's alleged pimp co conspirator
- 38:48Speaker 1: been arrested? Author of the article, Matt London, former prosecutor
- 38:55Speaker 1: and Fox Nation host Nancy Grace and all around pain
- 38:58Speaker 1: in the ass calling on US law enforcement to explain
- 39:02Speaker 1: why they have not pressed charges against the alleged pimp
- 39:06Speaker 1: co conspirator of the late convicted sex offender pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein.
- 39:13Speaker 1: And as much as I detest Nancy Grace in her
- 39:16Speaker 1: stupid terms like tot mom, I have to agree with
- 39:19Speaker 1: her here and I want to know why charges have
- 39:23Speaker 1: not been pressed against Gelayne Maxwell. Right, That is the
- 39:26Speaker 1: question of the day. That's the question that all of
- 39:29Speaker 1: us should be focused on at this point. Why is
- 39:32Speaker 1: Gelaine Maxwell still running free? Why is Gelaine Maxwell running free?
- 39:39Speaker 1: Said Grace on Fox Nations Crime Stories. What I'm asking
- 39:43Speaker 1: to the feds today is why haven't you arrested her
- 39:46Speaker 1: and brought her to justice. Why And that's the same
- 39:49Speaker 1: question we've all been asking Gilaine Maxwell needs to be
- 39:55Speaker 1: arrested yesterday. There is ample evidence even if you just
- 40:00Speaker 1: just go off of the circumstantial evidence, right, throw out
- 40:04Speaker 1: all of the other stuff, just go off of the
- 40:06Speaker 1: circumstantial evidence, and there is so much there enough for
- 40:10Speaker 1: a grand jury to indict her, that's for sure. We
- 40:12Speaker 1: all know that a grand jury will indict a ham Sandwich.
- 40:15Speaker 1: So if you think Gilain Maxwell will not get indicted
- 40:18Speaker 1: by a grand jury, you are out to lunch. Then
- 40:22Speaker 1: of course the cynic in me says, well, if she
- 40:24Speaker 1: does get indicted to a grand jury, all of that
- 40:27Speaker 1: stuff is secret, so we'll never see it. So you know,
- 40:31Speaker 1: it's a catch twenty two almost right, because we want
- 40:34Speaker 1: her to be indicted, but I don't want grand jury
- 40:36Speaker 1: to really be involved. I want this to be a
- 40:38Speaker 1: transparent process, and I think from the Justice Department's point
- 40:42Speaker 1: of view, it's going to have to be right considering
- 40:45Speaker 1: how terrible their image is right now, I don't think
- 40:48Speaker 1: anybody trusts what's going on at the Department of Justice
- 40:51Speaker 1: on either side of the aisle at this point, in
- 40:55Speaker 1: a country the United States, where people can't agree on anything.
- 40:59Speaker 1: Right now now, I think everybody agrees that the Department
- 41:02Speaker 1: of Justice is a joke. On Monday, US prosecutors stepped
- 41:10Speaker 1: up pressure on another former Epstein associate, the United Kingdom's
- 41:14Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. US attorney in Manhattan, Jeffrey S. Berman, issued
- 41:19Speaker 1: a statement saying the Prince had tried to falsely portray
- 41:22Speaker 1: himself to the public as eager and willing to cooperate,
- 41:26Speaker 1: even as he repeatedly declined to schedule an interview. And
- 41:31Speaker 1: we know that the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family
- 41:34Speaker 1: and his people have clapped back saying that that's bull.
- 41:37Speaker 1: They say that they have dozens upon dozens of emails
- 41:40Speaker 1: to prove it. And we are left, as the public
- 41:43Speaker 1: and the survivors, wondering which one of these scorpions is
- 41:47Speaker 1: going to sting us, because at the end of the day,
- 41:50Speaker 1: it's in their nature. Berman has proven to be incompetent
- 41:56Speaker 1: almost at this point, in my opinion, I'm not trying
- 41:59Speaker 1: to be too hard on the ay, but look, facts
- 42:00Speaker 1: are the facts, and you know I'm gonna shoot them straight.
- 42:06Speaker 1: The only other option is that they are purposefully not
- 42:12Speaker 1: pursuing justice. And if that's the case, oh boy, pitchforks
- 42:17Speaker 1: and Porches. The new Netflix documentary Jeffrey Epstein Filthy Rich
- 42:24Speaker 1: has also renewed public interest in both Maxwell's and Prince
- 42:28Speaker 1: Andrew's potential involvement in Epstein's crimes. Renewed interest. No, the
- 42:33Speaker 1: interest has always been there, folks. You have just been
- 42:35Speaker 1: too busy with your political game, playing with your tribalism,
- 42:40Speaker 1: with your on Fox News especially, Oh the Democrats are
- 42:43Speaker 1: bad burr, offering no substance or no reasoning why, just
- 42:48Speaker 1: red meat to try and divide the populace. Meanwhile, this
- 42:53Speaker 1: trafficking ring was happening under all of our noses, Republican
- 42:57Speaker 1: and Democrat alike. That's what we should be focusing on.
- 43:02Speaker 1: That's what the media should be focusing on, not all
- 43:07Speaker 1: of this stupid ass political infighting that is designed to
- 43:11Speaker 1: keep us at each other's throats therefore so we don't
- 43:14Speaker 1: have the time to focus on what the man behind
- 43:17Speaker 1: the curtain is doing. You see how it all works, folks,
- 43:20Speaker 1: It's all one big circular game. To these people. It's
- 43:24Speaker 1: like wwe oh, sure, they act like they don't like
- 43:27Speaker 1: each other in front of the lights. But at the
- 43:30Speaker 1: end of the day, they're all part of the same
- 43:32Speaker 1: club and guess what you are not invited. Epstein was
- 43:38Speaker 1: arrested last year on charges of pedophilia and sex trafficking,
- 43:42Speaker 1: but he died in prison a month later. The official
- 43:45Speaker 1: cause of death was ruled a suicide. Allegedly, Maxwell, a
- 43:50Speaker 1: multi millionaire British socialite, co conspirator, child abuser, procureur of
- 43:55Speaker 1: young women, etc. Etc. Has been named as a co
- 43:59Speaker 1: defendant in several civil cases brought against Epstein for alleged
- 44:03Speaker 1: sex trafficking. However, attorneys for Epstein's alleged survivors have been
- 44:09Speaker 1: unable to locate her. I don't even like that word. Alleged.
- 44:13Speaker 1: Alleged victims is what they say in the article. But
- 44:15Speaker 1: we know that there's no alleged at this point. Okay,
- 44:18Speaker 1: they're just survivors. Because if you're following the evidence, it
- 44:22Speaker 1: is quite obvious that not only was Jeffrey Epstein partaking
- 44:27Speaker 1: in molesting these girls, but Gelaane Maxwell was also molesting
- 44:33Speaker 1: these girls as well, And that's directly from the survivor's mouths, Okay,
- 44:38Speaker 1: from their own court documents. So it comes down to
- 44:42Speaker 1: if you really want to get cynical about the whole situation,
- 44:45Speaker 1: it comes down to who do you believe me? Personally?
- 44:48Speaker 1: I know where I've where I fall in this story.
- 44:51Speaker 1: I know for a fact that I believe the survivors
- 44:53Speaker 1: every word that they say. Now, I guess there's some
- 44:58Speaker 1: people that still want to believe that, you know, Gilaine
- 45:01Speaker 1: Maxwell wasn't part of this or something. There's still people
- 45:03Speaker 1: that are championing her in certain realms, I guess, people
- 45:07Speaker 1: protecting her. But from where I'm sitting, there is zero doubt.
- 45:11Speaker 1: All all that has to happen now is to get
- 45:14Speaker 1: it in court and put a stamp on it, right
- 45:16Speaker 1: because even a partially competent prosecutor will be able to
- 45:21Speaker 1: get a conviction here with the evidence that is out there.
- 45:24Speaker 1: And I'm just talking about the evidence that we have seen, folks.
- 45:27Speaker 1: Do you know the treasure trove of evidence that the
- 45:29Speaker 1: FBI collected from these mansions, supposedly, videos, pictures, documentation, you
- 45:36Speaker 1: name it. Why is Gilaine Maxwell still skulking around from
- 45:45Speaker 1: hole to whole and not facing justice. Maxwell and Prince
- 45:53Speaker 1: Andrew have both denied the allegations against them. Joseph Scott
- 45:57Speaker 1: Morgan distinguished Scholar of Applied forensics excuse me, applied forensics
- 46:03Speaker 1: at Jacksonville State University said that it is clear to
- 46:07Speaker 1: him that Maxwell's attorneys are trying to shield their client
- 46:09Speaker 1: from scrutiny, no doubt about it. Look, I'm not a scholar,
- 46:14Speaker 1: a distinguished scholar from Jacksonville State or anything, but yeah,
- 46:18Speaker 1: it's obvious what's going on. You mean to tell me
- 46:21Speaker 1: her lawyers don't know where she is? Oh yeah, okay,
- 46:25Speaker 1: sure you don't. And those lawyers should be ashamed of
- 46:29Speaker 1: themselves and they should be forced to give up where
- 46:32Speaker 1: she's at. You're going to tell me that those attorneys
- 46:38Speaker 1: don't know where she is. Of course they know where
- 46:40Speaker 1: she is. They're protecting her, he told Grace, arguing that
- 46:43Speaker 1: they have good reason to do so. She is essentially
- 46:46Speaker 1: implicated in very very serious crimes, not the least of
- 46:50Speaker 1: which is I think human trafficking, he continued, And that's
- 46:55Speaker 1: definitely a fact. If you're her lawyers, you do want
- 46:58Speaker 1: to keep her away from any sort of testimony, right
- 47:02Speaker 1: if you can. You want to do that because if
- 47:06Speaker 1: you're her lawyer and you're looking at all of this evidence,
- 47:08Speaker 1: you know that she's guilty. You know that she's done this,
- 47:11Speaker 1: but it's your job as a criminal defense attorney to
- 47:14Speaker 1: defend her to the best of your ability, and that's
- 47:17Speaker 1: what her attorneys are trying to do here. But unfortunately
- 47:21Speaker 1: for them, the cover has been pulled off. Everybody knows
- 47:25Speaker 1: what's going on now, and all of their legal wrangling,
- 47:29Speaker 1: all of their process maneuvers, and every loophole that they
- 47:32Speaker 1: think they're going to jump through is not going to
- 47:35Speaker 1: work this time. The citizens of the world, on behalf
- 47:42Speaker 1: of the survivors, demand justice now. In Jeffrey Epstein Filthy Rich,
- 47:50Speaker 1: a former Epstein employee, Steve Scully, corroborated the accounts of
- 47:55Speaker 1: one of Epstein's survivors, Virginia Roberts. Roberts has long claimed
- 47:59Speaker 1: that she was tracked fit to London in two thousand
- 48:01Speaker 1: and one and pressured by Maxwell to have sex with
- 48:04Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. Roberts also claims to have had sexual relations
- 48:08Speaker 1: with Prince Andrew on multiple occasions, including when she was
- 48:12Speaker 1: under seventeen years old, a minor under US law. And
- 48:17Speaker 1: we've been over this ad nauseum, right, Everything Virginia has
- 48:21Speaker 1: said about this man, everything she has said about the
- 48:24Speaker 1: criminal enterprise, has been true, and you don't have to
- 48:28Speaker 1: take my word for it. Just go back and read
- 48:30Speaker 1: all of her statements. Do the legwork for yourself. I
- 48:33Speaker 1: always encourage everybody to do that, if you have the
- 48:37Speaker 1: time to read these articles and go through it yourself
- 48:39Speaker 1: and put the pieces together. I encourage it because at
- 48:43Speaker 1: the end of the day, there is zero chance that
- 48:48Speaker 1: anybody who starts trying to put these pieces together for
- 48:50Speaker 1: themselves won't be able to arrive at the destination where
- 48:55Speaker 1: you find Virginia Roberts and Prince Andrew right. And once
- 48:59Speaker 1: you get there, you've compiled all of the evidence that
- 49:02Speaker 1: you need, everything that's out there in the public, the
- 49:04Speaker 1: public atmosphere. You've compiled all of that. You've looked at
- 49:09Speaker 1: both sides of the story. I don't understand how anyone
- 49:11Speaker 1: could get to that destination. Look to Virginia, look to Andrew,
- 49:15Speaker 1: and then say, oh, well, I don't believe Virginia Roberts.
- 49:17Speaker 1: I think she's lying. I just don't understand how anyone
- 49:21Speaker 1: can get to that destination at this point, considering all
- 49:23Speaker 1: of the facts that we have had presented to us
- 49:26Speaker 1: and witnesses corroborating her story, Scully said he saw Prince
- 49:32Speaker 1: Andrew engaging in sexually charged behavior with a young woman
- 49:36Speaker 1: at Epstein's home on a private island in the US
- 49:38Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. Scully said he later identified the woman as
- 49:42Speaker 1: Roberts after seeing a photograph of her. The Virgin Islands
- 49:46Speaker 1: Attorney General alleged in January that Epstein leared dozens of
- 49:50Speaker 1: girls to his private island, and not only just that,
- 49:54Speaker 1: he was actually having relations with young girls on Saint
- 49:57Speaker 1: Thomas as well, according to Denise George and her sources.
- 50:01Speaker 1: So it wasn't like Jeffrey Epstein was just on his
- 50:04Speaker 1: private island. He was so brazen, and he was so
- 50:08Speaker 1: upfront with what he was doing and so confident that
- 50:10Speaker 1: he could get away with it, that he was actually
- 50:12Speaker 1: doing the same exact stuff on the island of Saint
- 50:16Speaker 1: Thomas as well. Morgan said Maxwell likely has information essential
- 50:22Speaker 1: to unraveling the circumstances and true extent of Epstein's criminal activities. Well,
- 50:27Speaker 1: Glad Morgan has finally joined the party, because we've been
- 50:29Speaker 1: saying that for what six months now eight months now.
- 50:33Speaker 1: All you have to do is understand how a criminal
- 50:35Speaker 1: enterprise works, and understand it from the bottom up, and
- 50:39Speaker 1: you see what you have going on here and you
- 50:41Speaker 1: see the blueprint of victory if you're a prosecutor. About
- 50:45Speaker 1: the girls from Eastern Europe that were allegedly on the
- 50:48Speaker 1: island that Epstein had, I want to know what became
- 50:51Speaker 1: of those girls? He said, And this is a very
- 50:53Speaker 1: important part, right And we've been talking about this. Maria
- 50:57Speaker 1: Farmer has brought this up several times, and you know,
- 51:01Speaker 1: it's a very disturbing situation. I know that Lisa and
- 51:06Speaker 1: Jen and I have talked about this as well. What
- 51:08Speaker 1: happened to all of these other girls, these girls with
- 51:11Speaker 1: no names, no faces. Where did they go after they
- 51:15Speaker 1: were abused by Epstein, that were brought to this country
- 51:18Speaker 1: abused by Epstein and god knows who else? And then
- 51:21Speaker 1: what happened to them? Did they just disappear a vanish
- 51:23Speaker 1: into thin air? Of course not. There are so many
- 51:27Speaker 1: other girls out there and women who have been abused
- 51:29Speaker 1: by Jeffrey Epstein, and the questions remain, where are these girls?
- 51:35Speaker 1: What has ever become of them? Why has nobody dove
- 51:40Speaker 1: deep into that part of the story. It's something that
- 51:43Speaker 1: I've really, really, really really would like to get to
- 51:45Speaker 1: the bottom of. But it's one of those things where
- 51:49Speaker 1: you really would need to start digging deep. I'm talking
- 51:52Speaker 1: private investigators, the whole, the whole deal, because it's it
- 51:56Speaker 1: would be impossible to try, and we're talking about girls
- 51:59Speaker 1: with no names. First of all, we'd have to start
- 52:01Speaker 1: at trying to get some names right and then tracing
- 52:03Speaker 1: them back to wherever they may be, et cetera, et cetera.
- 52:07Speaker 1: But the fact remains that one of the most disturbing
- 52:09Speaker 1: parts of this whole story are these unnamed girls that
- 52:12Speaker 1: were flown in from other countries to be abused. And
- 52:15Speaker 1: what is supposed to be the shining city on the hill,
- 52:20Speaker 1: the beacon of freedom in the world, the United States
- 52:23Speaker 1: of America. But that's all just the farce, isn't it.
- 52:27Speaker 1: There's no such thing as equal justice under the law here.
- 52:30Speaker 1: And if you're brought here from a different country by rich,
- 52:34Speaker 1: disgusting members of polite society, hey, they can do whatever
- 52:38Speaker 1: they want to you. Obviously. Well, folks, I'm here to
- 52:42Speaker 1: tell you that that shit's over. I am so disgusted
- 52:48Speaker 1: by what's going on and what has occurred in this
- 52:50Speaker 1: case that there is zero chance that my fat yapp
- 52:54Speaker 1: stops running about this situation until justice is served because
- 53:00Speaker 1: this situation with these girls that have no names, the
- 53:03Speaker 1: ones we haven't heard from, the ones that have disappeared,
- 53:06Speaker 1: it's very scary. It's very disturbing to think about. And
- 53:09Speaker 1: I'd be a liar, honestly if I was to say
- 53:11Speaker 1: to you. When I was driving to Zorro Ranch, the
- 53:14Speaker 1: thought didn't cross my mind that these unnamed girls could
- 53:17Speaker 1: even be buried anywhere in this desert. Right. Look, I
- 53:20Speaker 1: have no evidence that can prove that or anything like that,
- 53:23Speaker 1: but the thought did cross my mind. We're dealing with very,
- 53:27Speaker 1: very incredibly sick people here, folks, and I don't think
- 53:31Speaker 1: it's too much of a stretch to think that they'd
- 53:34Speaker 1: try and make people disappear if they thought that would
- 53:37Speaker 1: be best for them. Are you telling me that you
- 53:42Speaker 1: flew them all back to Eastern Europe or did you
- 53:45Speaker 1: just cut them loose in the United States? Or is
- 53:47Speaker 1: it something more sinister. I'm a cynic, I'm a medicological,
- 53:52Speaker 1: a medical legal death investigator by trade. I assume the
- 53:56Speaker 1: worst in most of these cases. I'd and I want
- 53:59Speaker 1: to know where these kids are. And Maxwell is the key,
- 54:03Speaker 1: the lynchpin to this whole thing. He concluded, and He's
- 54:06Speaker 1: one hundred percent right, dude. There's no doubt about it
- 54:09Speaker 1: in my mind that we have to track down where
- 54:11Speaker 1: these unnamed kids are, where these unnamed people ended up,
- 54:16Speaker 1: and it could be something very very sinister, right, It
- 54:20Speaker 1: could be something very very sinister, or it could be
- 54:23Speaker 1: something as mundane as they got done with them, and
- 54:26Speaker 1: like you said, cut them loose in America, and they
- 54:29Speaker 1: try and they fall into the fabric of America. If
- 54:32Speaker 1: they're from Eastern Europe, they might end up in a
- 54:34Speaker 1: place like Brighton Beach in New York, where there's a
- 54:36Speaker 1: very vibrant Eastern European, especially Russian community. Who knows folks,
- 54:42Speaker 1: And that is the question I'm asking here, what happened
- 54:45Speaker 1: to all of these girls and why is nobody talking
- 54:49Speaker 1: about that. It's very disturbing to me, and it's an
- 54:54Speaker 1: aspect of this case that has always really, really really
- 54:57Speaker 1: bothered me. And then hearing Maria farm Or talk about,
- 55:00Speaker 1: you know, all of the girls that were flown in,
- 55:02Speaker 1: et cetera, et cetera, and to hear from other sources
- 55:05Speaker 1: about this occurring, it's just one of the darkest, most
- 55:09Speaker 1: gloomiest parts of this case in my opinion, and we aren't,
- 55:13Speaker 1: in my opinion, we are no closer to finding any
- 55:15Speaker 1: answers in that regard. So it's definitely something I'm keeping
- 55:19Speaker 1: my eye on and something I'm going to be investigating further.
- 55:22Speaker 1: But like I said, this is one of those situations
- 55:25Speaker 1: where it's I don't even know where to start, almost right,
- 55:29Speaker 1: it's almost impossible to figure out where to even begin
- 55:32Speaker 1: trying to track down girls with no names and girls
- 55:35Speaker 1: with identities that nobody knows. But I think it's important
- 55:40Speaker 1: enough that we keep our eye on it and we
- 55:42Speaker 1: try and track it down as best as possible right
- 55:45Speaker 1: and follow whatever leads may pop up, because I think
- 55:48Speaker 1: at the end of the day, as we continue to
- 55:52Speaker 1: cover this case, and we continue to report on this case,
- 55:55Speaker 1: and we continue to search for justice, it's important that
- 55:58Speaker 1: we pull on every single thread that we come across,
- 56:00Speaker 1: even if it leads nowhere, even if it leads to
- 56:03Speaker 1: a spot where you're like, all right, well that investigation
- 56:05Speaker 1: turned up nothing. But that's okay, because no stone can
- 56:09Speaker 1: be left unturned in this case. This isn't the kind
- 56:11Speaker 1: of case where you can just get an overview of
- 56:13Speaker 1: it and be like, all right, cool, I see what's
- 56:15Speaker 1: going on. I have a good firm grasp of it.
- 56:18Speaker 1: I've been covering this case every single day since October,
- 56:21Speaker 1: every single day at least one episode since October first,
- 56:25Speaker 1: and still I come across parts of this case that
- 56:28Speaker 1: I can't wrap my mind around or get my arms around.
- 56:33Speaker 1: There is so much more left for us to uncover, folks,
- 56:36Speaker 1: and these girls that have no names, that have been missing,
- 56:41Speaker 1: who have been taken from their homes sold as human chattel.
- 56:45Speaker 1: They deserve us to keep pulling on these threads, and
- 56:47Speaker 1: they deserve for us to keep asking questions and to
- 56:52Speaker 1: keep the pressure on people like Giley and Maxwell until
- 56:56Speaker 1: finally justice is served. If you'd like to contact me,
