- 0:00Welcome to The One Small Change. And as always, I am
- 0:04thrilled that you've decided to spend some time on this journey with me. I'm
- 0:08your host, Yvonne McCoy, and I bring almost 30 years of
- 0:11entrepreneurial experience and passion for discovering growth
- 0:15through the power of your uniqueness and your seemingly 1 small
- 0:18change. So I really wanna thank you for this. And today, we are talking
- 0:22with Nicole Borgie. Did I say that right? Or did I Oh,
- 0:26yeah. That's fine. Borgie's fine. Yeah. Borgie. Okay. And we're
- 0:30gonna talk about what happened to her that set her on her
- 0:33path, and you're gonna find what she has to share
- 0:37with you amazing. So, Nicole, tell me why you
- 0:41what you do and why you do it. Well, you know, thanks
- 0:44for having me here. Glad, you know, I'm glad to speak with you, Yvonne.
- 0:48You know what? So I I really go by the the moniker or
- 0:52the kinda AKA, also known as The digital diva, and that's really
- 0:56helping my clients stand out and shine through virtual summits and
- 1:00podcasts. So it's just really giving speakers stages and
- 1:03saying, hey. Here's the way you could do it. You can market yourself and
- 1:07and and work that way. And when the curtain goes black, you can still have
- 1:11your sales. So it's really important for me to kinda coach and
- 1:14encourage people to understand this online space.
- 1:19And so, you know, I think that's 1 of the things about
- 1:22entrepreneurs is that they have this fear of standing at
- 1:26and being, you know, visible. So what made you decide to go
- 1:29in this direction? Well, you know, it's
- 1:33you you have to be visible. It's it's your business. Your business
- 1:37needs to be marketed. You have to be bit visible. If if
- 1:41you don't wanna be visible, then don't do the business. You know, it's kinda
- 1:45One and the same. Right? You you need to stand out there and really
- 1:48standing out with what you've got. And do you wanna blend in
- 1:52and just be another, you know, another McDonald's or
- 1:56what have you? You can cut and paste that if you want, but
- 1:59what about you? What makes you stand out and shine as
- 2:03as an individual or an individual business
- 2:07to say, hey. Someone will now want to be with you, be part of
- 2:11your journey, and and be part of the picture that you've painted.
- 2:15Well, I think 1 of the things that I say to people all the time
- 2:18is, you know, you have to choose to not be vanilla,
- 2:22especially if your clients are not vanilla. Right? Uh-uh.
- 2:25Yeah. And and the thing is that you're doing people a
- 2:29disservice by not standing out to show who you really are
- 2:33because you're attracting people that may not be the best
- 2:37client for you. But but what I really wanna hear is One
- 2:41was that that came on about that, you know, that made you switch
- 2:44and and decide this was the message?
- 2:50Well, you know, it's it's been for me, creativity has
- 2:53always been there. So, you know, my graphics are a little bit
- 2:57different. I don't go to networks and get everybody else's background. You
- 3:01know? It's it's I want to stand out. I know
- 3:04I'm individual, and I I grew up in that generation. Hey. The is
- 3:08me. This is how I do business, and I have to be a little bit
- 3:11different because in leadership, you kinda need to delegate to what the
- 3:15person's strong point is. And so learning that from my background is really
- 3:19to say, how can I lead from within, and how can I
- 3:23change this? So, you know, it's it's several moments like, oh
- 3:26gosh. Yeah. Okay. Finally, you know, things start to click.
- 3:31But for me, that's that's constantly an everyday thing.
- 3:34I wanna look at it. I wanna reflect. I wanna meditate or go running
- 3:38out on the trail and say, okay. You know, get everything
- 3:42detached and and look at it, from a different point
- 3:45of view. So if you're you're armchair quarterbacking on a
- 3:49Monday night, the play of the game, you're looking at how
- 3:53somebody else could do it. And, yes, you're you're you're you're defining
- 3:56and judging and understanding how the play coulda gone better. So
- 4:00if we do that for ourselves, if we grab our soda and our popcorn and
- 4:04sit on the couch and say, okay. What do I do next? Tendency is for
- 4:07that monkey mind to kick in, and you wanna give it a
- 4:11lollipop and put it in the corner. If you're out doing something totally separate
- 4:15from it, you look at it from that detachment and say, okay. I'm
- 4:18not connected to this thought a 100%.
- 4:22Maybe I should look at it from a different position. You know? It's like
- 4:26Einstein's theory of relativity. What's your experience? What's your understanding? So I
- 4:30look at The, and I go daily, what can I kinda move, change, or clean
- 4:34up just a little bit and clean that dust off that that
- 4:37thought or that experiment, and maybe make a little shift of a
- 4:41Change? Or finally at at this age, at
- 4:4551 to say, oh, you know what? This is good enough.
- 4:49And, you know, it's it's like The a webinar. You know? We're
- 4:53constructing webinars, and it's like, you know, oh, maybe this
- 4:56is just okay enough so I have my branding there. So me,
- 5:00the moments are constant. It's, you
- 5:04know, other moments are mostly in
- 5:08a a personal space, I think. Where do I want? Where do I
- 5:12belong? Those those are definitely moments,
- 5:16that happened a few years back to kinda stop
- 5:20stifling myself. Well, I think, you know, 1 of the things that,
- 5:24I like to talk about is, you know, a while ago, I did a lot
- 5:27of on productivity, and I came up with The history of productivity.
- 5:31And so, you know, there are 3 very definite phases. One was
- 5:34agricultural, One was industrial. Now we're in the informational.
- 5:38But our education is very much based in the
- 5:41industrial, to follow instructions, to do it a certain
- 5:45way, to do it a quick because they wanted good employees. They
- 5:49wanted employees that would follow instructions.
- 5:52And as entrepreneurs, that does not serve us well.
- 5:56And so you know, because we need to do it our way.
- 5:59Right? Right. And so what I have people take a look at sometimes
- 6:03is, as a kid, when was the time that you did
- 6:07something that did not fit
- 6:10that cookie cutter thing, and you were told to stop and
- 6:14do it right? Do you know? All the time. That's me as an
- 6:18adult. So that you can have a concept of how ingrained that
- 6:21is, you know, how we've been brought up not to stand out.
- 6:26Oh, no. I was told that all the time. My hair color, the way I
- 6:29dress, the way I walked, that that went from
- 6:33elementary school, the way I wore my hair. If I wore 6 1, 000 braids
- 6:37in my hair as a kid and was trying to do the beauty thing and
- 6:40put a a couple One barrettes in my hair
- 6:44or if I wore a brightly colored shirt that all the other kids
- 6:47weren't wearing. You know, it had all these colors
- 6:51and dimensions kind of like the the the picture behind me.
- 6:55It was always. It's like saying, oh, you have to get used to hearing no
- 6:59on a sales. I heard no on a daily basis, whether it was in law
- 7:02enforcement or my personal life. That was a constant. It's
- 7:06still a constant. Oh, that's a bad idea. I sit in a war room, I
- 7:10like to call it. I I use The. You know, when when
- 7:13our thoughts and ideas are coming on for businesses,
- 7:18we need to let everything out, our thoughts, our ideas. Oh, that's too crazy.
- 7:21Maybe it's just crazy enough to work. Can it work? Let's look at
- 7:25this. Let's cycle it through. Let's plan it out. It's a daily thing.
- 7:29To this day, it has always been a constant
- 7:33in my life. You know? Hey. You know? You're too old to wear your hair
- 7:36this long or or, hey. Wouldn't you like to do this? Or, hey. I'm getting
- 7:40you know, I had a friend of mine, few years back was like, I'm gonna
- 7:43get you to dress like me. Why? That's yours. I love
- 7:47you. You know, you still look like a hippie. You're just close to 80. Have
- 7:51a great time with it. That's that's your thing. It's not mine.
- 7:54But that's always been a constant in my life to this day. Hey. You don't
- 7:58fit in this tribe. We all like The soft,
- 8:02cushy, feel safe, moment,
- 8:06and, you know, I want to just have a longer conversation.
- 8:11But that it's just a constant. It's not a not constant. It for
- 8:15me. And The and I do work with clients to say, hey.
- 8:18You need to stand out just a little bit differently and
- 8:22maybe pivot so people can you catch people's eye. You
- 8:26don't have to do anything crazy. You just have to do something. You have to
- 8:30pivot a little bit. And that's One you're a creative person,
- 8:35that that happens a lot. It happens with clients. Like, I'll give them,
- 8:39you know, a commercial, and here's 1 way, way out there, and here's 1 that's
- 8:42simple. So what do you where do you wanna be? Or maybe there's
- 8:46something in the middle. So it's it's kind of pushing people to that
- 8:50edge. Well, it's also, I think, pushing them to,
- 8:55you know, take off that what I call the veneer, the, you know, the civilized
- 8:59veneer. And and and I think the thing that we we
- 9:02don't understand is by doing that,
- 9:07we attract clients that relate to us and who then trust
- 9:10us. I mean, you know and so 1 of the things that I work with
- 9:14people a lot about is what what are, like, things that you, you
- 9:17know, 4 things that you can talk about in your personal life aside from your
- 9:21business that you really like? And so for me,
- 9:25it's my dog, it's humor,
- 9:29it is weight loss, and it is my family.
- 9:33And so, you know, I bring that One. And so I find that a lot
- 9:37of the clients that I have are dog people, which is fine with me because
- 9:40I like dog people. Right? And it's so
- 9:44like you said, there's a there's a I think there's a range.
- 9:48It doesn't have to be nutso. It's kinda like a
- 9:52recipe that, you know, we could all have the same
- 9:55recipe, but it would turn out differently. Because when you're
- 9:59tasting it, I might like a little bit more of this. My oven is a
- 10:02little bit different than that. You know, whatever the you know,
- 10:06I'm in a different barometric altitude or
- 10:09whatever. And those are the thing you know, it it it can go
- 10:13from just I'm just standing out somewhat
- 10:17to I'm standing out hugely. Right? And so you
- 10:21can find The place where your clients are, but I think your clients need
- 10:25to know about you and the way you operate so
- 10:28that they can trust you. It's not a you know, wait. In the
- 10:32informational age, it's not enough just to give them information The
- 10:36information is everywhere. The relationship
- 10:40is really, really important. And the last couple of clients that I've
- 10:44signed up has said, I really trust you. I was really drawn to
- 10:48you, which is a really nice feeling. So,
- 10:52can you give us some examples of things? I mean, the 1 thing that you
- 10:55said that I really like is because I think, that we
- 10:59should do things that we do every day. And 1 of my mantras that has
- 11:03really changed my life is, am I being curious or am I
- 11:06being judgmental? You know? So it's really easy
- 11:10for me to, you know, because, you know, I I'm in a situation that maybe
- 11:14I've been in a lot One I go, don't do that. And, you know, when
- 11:17somebody says something, I'm like, don't do that. You know, and I have to stop
- 11:20myself and say, tell me more about that. Why do you wanna do
- 11:24that? Why, you know, why is this important to you? That kind of thing. So
- 11:27that's 1 of my daily things, not only in my business, but also
- 11:31in my life. So give us some more examples of how we can examine
- 11:35what we're doing, because I think you're right when you say you don't
- 11:39have to totally reinvent something. You can just tweak it
- 11:42or present it in a different way.
- 11:46Oh, a 100%. You know, it's
- 11:50a when you do move things just a little
- 11:54bit, you kinda see where you're comfortable and and
- 11:57what what can be accepted or maybe find something new. You know,
- 12:01it's like cleaning out your closet. If you reorganize, you'll
- 12:05see, maybe a dress or a shirt that you haven't seen for a while One
- 12:08then or just get rid of it and make room for new items.
- 12:12It's a great way to soulfully clean out your
- 12:15your life, let go of things, and and kinda have that detachment.
- 12:19But judgment is an important part of our
- 12:22lives, and it's become so negative in so many
- 12:26ways, but you have to analyze and look
- 12:30at Maybe you're judging because you
- 12:34know better. Maybe you're judging because it's just easy go, okay. I
- 12:37don't need a, b, or c, but d is good. And
- 12:41that's where it's curious, but, you know, if you constantly let it go
- 12:45where it's in, you know, you're blocking yourself
- 12:49from allowing so much to come into your life on an energetic level,
- 12:53you know, that that can be bad. You know? Is it is it a hateful
- 12:56thing, or are you just getting through life? You know? You obviously, you know,
- 13:00maybe drive down a different street. That's judging the traffic
- 13:03ahead of you. But, you know, saying, hey.
- 13:07This is curious, and I like how you say that. Well, why are you doing
- 13:11this? What what draws you to this? And you're
- 13:14analyzing again, you're analyzing yourself, but you're
- 13:18allowing the full spectrum of the picture to come in when you judge
- 13:21it that way and kinda detach and and look at
- 13:25what what is really going on in your life and someone like you that's
- 13:29strong to say, hey, from the outside. But, you know
- 13:33and when you talk about information, information's
- 13:36overwhelming. I think a great coach or a bit great strategist comes in
- 13:40there and says, hey. Here's how to apply the
- 13:43information. Here's how to take action. Just try doing
- 13:47this. Try a few steps, see how you feel, and push through it. You know?
- 13:51Hey. Is your gut telling you, oh my gosh. Is there too much stopping you
- 13:54mentally from it, or is it just because it's something new? Or
- 13:58because you're just really looking at, like, hey. I wanna gather information
- 14:02and kinda do a trial run of this in my business and add the
- 14:06strategy to it and then perform and take some metrics on
- 14:10it and analyze. And analytics are all around us.
- 14:14So take some of that thought and and say, hey. This is the process that
- 14:17I'm taking. But the other part of it is is, you know, are you taking
- 14:20notes? Are you awake enough when you're taking these actions? What did
- 14:24you do good? What did you do bad? And then just reanalyzing it.
- 14:28One but moving forward, I think it's the taking action is
- 14:31such an important part. Absolutely. I I mean, 1 of the
- 14:35things that I say all the time is stop practicing to practice, to practice
- 14:39to be perfect, to practice The more. And I think I
- 14:42think what I like you saying is instead of
- 14:46kind of using the word judgmental, you is use the word analyze or
- 14:50evaluate. You know, I used to think that, you know, success
- 14:53was kind of a binary thing. Yvonne either failed or you succeeded.
- 14:57What I know now is you take an action,
- 15:01Right? And you actually learn more when you fail.
- 15:06Right? Because you get a chance to take a look at it, whatever. You
- 15:09evaluate One, and then you, you know and and the
- 15:13reality is that we are shooting at a moving target.
- 15:17I mean, things are changing so fast, and that's the reason that I tell
- 15:21people all the time, stop practicing. Because the thing you're trying to get perfect
- 15:25at, in 2 months, it might not even be
- 15:29the right thing anymore. You know, if you've been practicing for years,
- 15:32it definitely is not the right thing. And so I think you know, you
- 15:36said something that I think is really important is and I call it
- 15:40situational awareness. And I thought this was such a great term. When
- 15:44I when I came up with it, it was like, this is a great, you
- 15:47know. So not everything works in every situation or you need to
- 15:50modify it for the situation One and I'll say, if you have
- 15:54a fire in an ashtray, you don't call the fire department.
- 15:58You know? Excuse me. And so you have to have some awareness
- 16:02of what's going on. III came to find out The
- 16:05situational awareness somebody else actually invented it, and it's
- 16:09actually, a military or first responder
- 16:13term. In law enforcement, in security Okay. In the military.
- 16:17If you're the first responder yes. Yes. If you're going into a dangerous
- 16:21situation, take a look at what's going on, but we need to do that too.
- 16:24I mean, how many times have you had people that say, I'm gonna make this
- 16:27huge change, but I'm in the middle of moving into a new apartment. I'm gonna
- 16:31have a baby. I'm gonna do this. I'm gonna you know, I mean, it's like
- 16:34it's like a recipe for you know, you're setting yourself up for failure
- 16:38because there are only so many hours in the day regardless One anybody else tells
- 16:42you. Right? So taking a look at I call them the 5
- 16:46r's. It's like you're doing, you know, you're doing the right thing for
- 16:50the right reason, the right way, at the right time, and it's right
- 16:53for you. You can give me a great strategy. You can say,
- 16:57Yvonne, you could do The, and it'll really make you stand
- 17:01out. Right? But if I won't do it One I hate
- 17:04it, it's not gonna help me.
- 17:08No. Especially if I can't keep doing it. I, you know, I always say, what
- 17:12is it that you can do for any length of time?
- 17:15Because consistency is really important to standing out.
- 17:19Can you can you talk a little bit about
- 17:23consistency in terms of
- 17:26standing out, building visibility, credibility,
- 17:30and, you know, delivering your message? Well, yeah.
- 17:34Thank you. You know, it's it is consistency, and situational awareness is
- 17:37important whether you're talking about strategy, you're talking about
- 17:41danger, or you're you're talking about somebody's body language as
- 17:45a healer or a soulful person or a coach. You have to understand
- 17:49what is your situation. You have to have those thoughts working, and
- 17:52we've turned it at at to into so so huge of a
- 17:56detrimental part of our life. And I don't know why we need that to understand
- 18:00that maybe we don't need The. And that takes it goes in takes me
- 18:04into focus of One understand my situation.
- 18:07I understand where I'm at. I've gotta sleep this much of the day. I've gotta
- 18:11get a little bit of sun. I've gotta run, and I've got clients to call
- 18:14and emails to get back to. I've got this much time to do these, and
- 18:18so I what I say is triage them and see what what is the
- 18:22most important that I need to get back to. Is it somebody that's responding to
- 18:25me that I need to speak with right now, and what can wait?
- 18:29You know? So just kind of reorganizing your list and then
- 18:33saying that that really, you know,
- 18:37bring it bringing that into the action of getting it done,
- 18:41of being able to focus. Are you focused, or is there every shining
- 18:45object or everybody that talks to you? It it it kinda goes
- 18:48into a tribal mindset. If you're listening to everything all the time from
- 18:52TV and The the news, good, bad, or indifferent,
- 18:56you've got too much going on. So you have to cut it down, but it's
- 19:00the strategy. Once you have the strategy and the habit,
- 19:04you're practicing and moving, and you go, okay. This is something I need to
- 19:07change. This is something I need to keep. And and that everything's
- 19:11always changing. But what happens is if you have a good foundation like a house,
- 19:15it it's not gonna blow away in the wind. It's strong, and it's
- 19:19rooted what you know is true. What's true? You know? Hey. I gotta
- 19:23I have to hit the record button wherever Zoom's hit it today. I gotta
- 19:27find that record button. That's gonna make my video
- 19:30record, and I can keep it. But you know that's a foundational
- 19:34thing. That's not gonna change. So these easy things that there's
- 19:38change is constant and and but but
- 19:41what is good? You don't always need the next best thing. You have to
- 19:45understand what works for you, what tools do you need, and
- 19:48then keep The. Keep that going. Well, I think that's where, you know,
- 19:52for me, I come in, what's your dead reckoning? What's what's your long term
- 19:56goal? Because you can make adjustments short term, but
- 19:59still be headed in the right direction. And I think sometimes 1
- 20:03of the things is if we are really driven,
- 20:07you know, we're One high achievers, sometimes we don't give ourselves a
- 20:11break. And I think we need to know, you know, when to reset.
- 20:15Like, I I said to you today, I just came off a thing,
- 20:19and, and so I decided that since I didn't feel like
- 20:23doing anything, I would just do something that I really wanted to do. And so
- 20:26we're doing The podcast interview. Awesome. I'm gonna reach out to some other pot you
- 20:30know, this is gonna be a podcast day to reconnect with people. It doesn't take
- 20:34too many brain cells, and I feel like I got something accomplished. And I'm gonna
- 20:37play with my dog, you know, later One. I like that.
- 20:41Later, I I bought my dog a a water toy. So I'm I'm really excited.
- 20:44You know, it, like, spurts out water. I'm really excited to see. I have a
- 20:48Labrador retriever, so I'm really excited to see. She'll probably look at it and go,
- 20:52no. I'm not doing The, you know, because she has a mind of her own.
- 20:55So, anyway, give me give me
- 21:00give me a couple of things that you think couple
- 21:03of action steps that people can actually do. I mean, I you
- 21:07already gave us One, is every day as you're
- 21:11going through your day, just say, you know, I I
- 21:15think the way I would translate it is how can I be more me, you
- 21:19know, or how can I do this my way, you know, the way that I
- 21:21have to to do it? So that was One. Right. And
- 21:25and be comfortable with the fact that that you're a gift.
- 21:29I mean, there's nobody else on this earth like you, Do
- 21:33you know? Can you give us another 1?
- 21:37So, I mean, taking action for me, in order to to
- 21:41get it done, whatever the it or the the goal of the day is,
- 21:45I I schedule it. So if I wanna go running in the morning and go
- 21:48on the trail, okay, I'm gonna get up a little bit early and go running
- 21:52and then come do this Podcast. And and that's
- 21:55taking The those actions. What are actionable enough that you can take
- 21:59it and and and just go out there and and check it off
- 22:03your list? I really think The, you know, what is it that has to
- 22:06be done every day? What what what can you
- 22:10take home? So for speakers or podcasters, it's
- 22:14really if you're still in the head space that you
- 22:17don't know don't know where to get your own stage, that's where I be
- 22:22said, hey. I'm gonna create my own stage. I'll do my own summits. I'll do
- 22:25the my webinars, but I'm gonna allow people to come with me and say, hey.
- 22:29Come. Let's have a good time with this. You know, whether it's on Zoom or
- 22:33it's still on a virtual space or virtual reality, it's it's
- 22:37saying, okay. I can create my own stage, or I can work with
- 22:41a group of people that have a stage and just get out there. Who do
- 22:45I know? Who are 3 people that I can write down and say,
- 22:48hey. What topic do I have? Pick 1. You had to pick
- 22:52your avatar for and your niche for your business. Stay
- 22:55with that. And then if you're still worried about launching your podcast
- 22:59or getting on the stage for the 100th time, it didn't work out, well, work
- 23:03what worked well? What's your main topic? And just like a
- 23:07podcast, it should be part of your business. You have to talk about your
- 23:11business. We talk about our business all the time, and what a better setting.
- 23:15Turn on the record button. Turn on your camera.
- 23:18Push play. Let it go. We have to give the insight for the
- 23:22business anyway, and I talk about the pain points and this
- 23:26offering a solution. So I think that's the best way, really,
- 23:30is to say, what can I do that stays
- 23:33in the flow to propel me through my top goal?
- 23:38Hey. If I get on a podcast, just record it. Talk about simple
- 23:41information that you would talk about in your business. I talk about virtual stages. We're
- 23:45on a virtual stage. What a better way than to work with you and get
- 23:49on a virtual stage. I'm doing what I what I preach, technically.
- 23:53Right? And I'm I'm getting on another Podcast, so here's a
- 23:57new One day. So I've gotten 2 things done just by having a great conversation
- 24:00with you and talking about your dog. Well, if I were if I were gonna,
- 24:04like, kinda bring it all together for the many things that you
- 24:07said, I think 1 of the things that's so important
- 24:11is and I'm gonna add a little twist of my own, is
- 24:15what can I do today to be seen,
- 24:19be consistent, and grow my business? And that's
- 24:23not necessarily cleaning your office.
- 24:27That that's doing a, you know, a podcast or reaching out to somebody
- 24:31that's a good collaboration. How many people am I talking
- 24:34to today? Whether it's potential clients or
- 24:38whether it is, you know, what can we collaborate and do
- 24:42together? And I think, you know, for me, 1 big change
- 24:45that, you said The was for me is to doing
- 24:49doing my workshop every month and now doing a
- 24:53Podcast, you know, publishing a podcast every week. And I
- 24:56think when you do that, the thing that is really important
- 25:00is people get to see you visually. They get to see you. They get
- 25:04to hear you. They get a sense of you
- 25:08that you can't get from just a post. So this has
- 25:11been fantastic. So here's the question that I
- 25:15wanna ask before we end. When was the last time you
- 25:19did something new for the first time?
- 25:23Oh, probably a few weeks back, I guess,
- 25:26just going to the the park, going to the
- 25:30Roosevelt Park, and going for a hike, that was something new. I've not
- 25:34been to that park. But otherwise,
- 25:38yeah, it's just a daily thing. What what's new? What can I do today
- 25:42that's, something a little bit different, something a little more exciting?
- 25:46Well, you also have a gift for us. Right? So tell me Oh,
- 25:50yes. And and you can find them in the show notes. So tell
- 25:53us a little bit about that. So I have the do's and
- 25:57don'ts of, virtual stages, and I
- 26:01will share that with you. And people can look at that and
- 26:04and get a little you know, some quick tips. So virtual stage can be a
- 26:08podcast like this or a a virtual summit, anything. You
- 26:12know, it's about adjusting your mic or, you know, where you
- 26:15should sit or what you should look. Just simple stuff to go through, and
- 26:19it'll give some great information and some quick details.
- 26:23Okay. And everybody should do that because getting on a virtual stage, whether
- 26:27it's yours or somebody else's, is a great way to grow
- 26:31your business. And when you're doing it with somebody else, it expands
- 26:35your audience. So that makes it even more powerful. But
- 26:39our time is up. So let me just say,
- 26:43take take the next step, guys, and subscribe and share and engage with
- 26:47the podcast on social media. It's this is my way
- 26:51of giving back to the community and helping you to hopefully fuel your
- 26:54growth and your impact. And I want you to join me on this
- 26:58journey of One small change One think about the that
- 27:02how something small can be a monumental transformation.
- 27:05And, you can listen to all the episodes, that
- 27:09are there. So take the time to do it. One I purposely put it out
- 27:13on Friday, so you have time over the weekend to listen to it.
- 27:17And it's my way of being visible every Friday, so you know that you can
- 27:21always find it there. And I wanna just remind you The
- 27:24change is simple, but it's not always easy. And it requires
- 27:28you to have a certain amount of resilience and courage One a willing a
- 27:32willingness to step out of your, your comfort zone.
- 27:36And, you know, my mantra, which I've said before is, I've never been
- 27:39this miserable before, so I must be making a great change.
- 27:46So, I don't necessarily want you to be miserable, but I do want
- 27:50you to make some changes that are gonna have a big impact for you.
- 27:54So, can you give us some last words of this wisdom, and
- 27:57then we'll we'll take it away. Oh, just get up and do
- 28:01it. Give it a try. Just get out there,
- 28:05take action. I I always say,
- 28:08date it before you marry it. Right?
- 28:13Alright. So, everybody, this has been Nicole
- 28:17Borgie, and she has told you some
- 28:21great gems. I hope that you will, you know, take
- 28:25her free gift and make your business grow better,
- 28:28and that you'll join me next time for the One small Change, and we will
- 28:32have another exciting guest for you who's gonna show you something
- 28:36you can do that's gonna help your business. And until the next
- 28:39time, stay curious. This is Yvonne
