- 1:26Speaker 5: the lead feminist on our show and an engineer.
- 1:29Speaker 4: Yeah, thank you famous female engineers. You want to shout
- 1:32Speaker 4: out Yes, there are so many thousands and thousands of famous.
- 1:37Speaker 5: Like such as without typing, don't type, I would never type.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I'm bringing my hands on the top of the We
- 1:45Speaker 2: got Wong Sue, Sue who is famous for what she
- 1:48Speaker 2: was Bowen's first chief engineer. What's on his screen right now,
- 1:53Speaker 2: Sammy Clarence Kelly Johnson, the founder of Sunk Engineers.
- 1:57Speaker 5: Yeah, I tell you what, like he I gotta say
- 1:59Speaker 5: that is all that. Think about how quickly he.
- 2:03Speaker 1: He writes famous female engineers.
- 2:05Speaker 4: Yeah, well, if he said that, he take he took
- 2:08Speaker 4: typing classes.
- 2:09Speaker 5: No, I know, but even still to like, did you
- 2:12Speaker 5: use some kind of like a voice to text thing? No,
- 2:15Speaker 5: not at all. Okay, I don't know, because that's pretty quick.
- 2:19Speaker 5: That might be. That might be like a good game
- 2:21Speaker 5: or a challenge to see how quickly we can just
- 2:24Speaker 5: like throw something out there and have him pull up
- 2:26Speaker 5: the answer. Let's not let's not forget Edith Clark.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Yes, it was the first professionally employed female ectrical engineer
- 2:34Speaker 2: in the US.
- 2:35Speaker 5: How do you feel about these women engineers stealing the
- 2:37Speaker 5: shine on on Pride month? Greg, I mean it's still Pride.
- 2:43Speaker 5: Today's let It Go Day, Sammy Te's National Typewriter Day. Okay,
- 2:49Speaker 5: she loves vintage typewriters. On the food tip, it's a
- 2:53Speaker 5: national Detroit Style Pizza Day, which I'd never heard of
- 2:56Speaker 5: Detroit style pizza until about five or six years ago.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Yeah, it was so under the radar because it gets it.
- 3:01Speaker 2: It is it. It melts with cafeteria styles.
- 3:05Speaker 6: It doesn't have like American cheese.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Like rectangle right.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a thicker, fluffier it's Sicilian Sicilian like Sicilian slices.
- 3:16Speaker 5: But the difference is the sauce and the cheese goes
- 3:18Speaker 5: all the way to the edge. That's the difference. It's
- 3:20Speaker 5: cooked in that like kind of like Pam, like you
- 3:22Speaker 5: would a Sicilian pizza. Please start saying Sicilians that of Sicilian. Whatever.
- 3:28Speaker 1: I'm weird, though, I will admit you just noticed it.
- 3:32Speaker 5: Sicilian Sicilian Sicilian.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, whatever, I noticed it.
- 3:40Speaker 5: I've said it wrong my entire life.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 3:43Speaker 5: I didn't even know that was it. I didn't even
- 3:44Speaker 5: know that. Nobody's ever pointed that out. Really interesting, Cicilian Murphy.
- 3:47Speaker 1: I don't think we said Sicilian.
- 3:49Speaker 5: Very Sicilian like windows like window sill. Yeah, when Sicilian.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Because it's the island of Sicily.
- 3:57Speaker 5: You sayli cool.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Anyway that we played all the time called Cecilia, we do.
- 4:03Speaker 1: That's used to that's different anyway.
- 4:05Speaker 5: The cheese and the sauce go all the way to
- 4:07Speaker 5: the edge. That's Detroit style, and the.
- 4:09Speaker 9: Cheese is Jack Cheese, Is that right, Monterey Jack and
- 4:12Speaker 9: Wisconsin brick Cheese.
- 4:14Speaker 5: Yeah, it's style.
- 4:15Speaker 4: We just recently had a place that went out in
- 4:17Speaker 4: business down the street that I saw it.
- 4:19Speaker 5: Yeah, But like everybody pretends like something comes out like
- 4:22Speaker 5: Nashville Hot Chicken. That's something I know that we agree.
- 4:25Speaker 2: On well, because it was not a thing until there
- 4:27Speaker 2: are two thousands people just decided, oh, that's the Nashville styles, Like, well,
- 4:30Speaker 2: live there, and.
- 4:32Speaker 4: I know that you live there and you're from there.
- 4:34Speaker 4: But I do have one argument on that because Prince's
- 4:37Speaker 4: Chicken has been around since like the seventies and it's
- 4:40Speaker 4: longer than that.
- 4:41Speaker 5: Yeah, but here's the thing that nobody referred to it
- 4:43Speaker 5: as Nashville Hot Chicken.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Princess is in Nashville. Yeah, nobody's lying with any of
- 4:48Speaker 2: that stuff. And like I said, you can there's there's
- 4:50Speaker 2: fifteen of those stores all around Nashville now, right. But
- 4:53Speaker 2: it's one of those things where you get you throw
- 4:55Speaker 2: in a city name and that that's for for branding purposes.
- 4:58Speaker 2: It's really good quite frankly, it's it's a It works
- 5:00Speaker 2: on people like, oh, Nashville, but what else was it
- 5:03Speaker 2: like popular outside of it was. It was not popular
- 5:06Speaker 2: in Nashville. Then how's it around since like before the seventies.
- 5:10Speaker 5: They had a store, they were there, a store existed.
- 5:13Speaker 5: It blew up later, right, it became a thing later.
- 5:16Speaker 5: And that's kind of the point.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Is that I asked Nate Bargetzi, who was also my
- 5:20Speaker 2: age from Nashville. He's like, yeah, man, that wasn't a thing.
- 5:22Speaker 2: That's not a thing that happens all the time. You know,
- 5:25Speaker 2: there's things they like what I've never even heard that
- 5:27Speaker 2: there was something when I lived in Saint Louis. I
- 5:29Speaker 2: spent a lot of my adult life living in Saint Louis,
- 5:31Speaker 2: and people like, yeah, the Saint Louis like the to
- 5:35Speaker 2: slice bagels Saint Louis style, which means to slice it
- 5:39Speaker 2: like like you would have load for bread and those.
- 5:40Speaker 6: Little that's a crime.
- 5:42Speaker 5: Nobody knew about that, not that you couldn't like, not
- 5:46Speaker 5: that you couldn't get it done. And there was like
- 5:47Speaker 5: maybe a place like you'd go and you're like, oh, here,
- 5:49Speaker 5: put it in the bread slicer and they would do it.
- 5:51Speaker 5: But like it's not like everybody around Saint Louis like
- 5:54Speaker 5: that's how they sliced their bagels. Nobody did that. It
- 5:57Speaker 5: was just the internet like correct. Yeah, And when I
- 6:01Speaker 5: say nobody did it, I don't mean that there hasn't
- 6:02Speaker 5: ever been a single person who did it. But it
- 6:04Speaker 5: wasn't a common thing at all. And when you said, oh,
- 6:07Speaker 5: Saint Louis style like you know, or Saint Louis sliced bagel, people.
- 6:11Speaker 9: Are like what Yeah, as a Jew, that's super offensive.
- 6:14Speaker 9: I also remember the Pittsburgh style steak that we tried
- 6:17Speaker 9: to was.
- 6:17Speaker 5: Real Pitts black and blue, and yeah, like we called
- 6:21Speaker 5: everybody around Pittsburgh and there is a red Yes, there
- 6:26Speaker 5: is a restaurant or the Pittsburgh Pizza whatever that Well,
- 6:28Speaker 5: that's that's for real.
- 6:29Speaker 1: That's that's.
- 6:32Speaker 4: Where you don't actually you don't actually cook the cheese.
- 6:34Speaker 4: You just throw it on there, loose and cold.
- 6:36Speaker 5: That's that's not a like again, yeah, there is a place.
- 6:40Speaker 5: Well see now you're sounding like menace talking about the
- 6:41Speaker 5: place in Nashville. Yes, there is a place that does it,
- 6:44Speaker 5: but it's not like the difference there is like.
- 6:47Speaker 4: The Nashville chicken is delicious.
- 6:49Speaker 1: I love it.
- 6:49Speaker 2: The difference being it's more of a smoky paprika than
- 6:51Speaker 2: a tangy.
- 6:55Speaker 5: With with the with the beadows pizza. Why would you
- 6:57Speaker 5: ever do that? I don't know, I can't.
- 6:59Speaker 4: I mean, there's those restaurants that are, you know, run
- 7:03Speaker 4: by special people.
- 7:04Speaker 5: That could be.
- 7:04Speaker 4: It could be maybe they just forgot the the internet
- 7:08Speaker 4: their Instagram.
- 7:09Speaker 5: Rules, and maybe they just forgot that their Instagram rules.
- 7:12Speaker 2: There therefore, forget the offensive thing I said hours of laughter.
- 7:18Speaker 10: I didn't.
- 7:21Speaker 5: I'm watching those videos to support them and to root
- 7:24Speaker 5: them on, not at all to get rest, thank you,
- 7:27Speaker 5: and laugh about how they're not cooking the cheese.
- 7:29Speaker 4: Do you hear me laughing? Thank you?
- 7:32Speaker 5: It's a national Pecan sandy Day and it's it's national
- 7:36Speaker 5: and that the name, like the word itself is like
- 7:39Speaker 5: old timey porridge, national porage.
- 7:42Speaker 1: All those things sound straight out of the depression.
- 7:45Speaker 5: Grits or nursery rhyme.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Yeah, like Emil.
- 7:51Speaker 6: Grits oatmeal. What is porridge like that?
- 7:54Speaker 4: Yah?
- 7:55Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 7:56Speaker 4: They start which they served us at the Beast Games.
- 7:58Speaker 4: I thought that was only in the movies porridge or
- 8:02Speaker 4: they made it up to be fair best.
- 8:04Speaker 5: That's a good point. I'm gonna do a little AI
- 8:06Speaker 5: ever see that, like on a menu anywhere is there orrage.
- 8:09Speaker 4: Is there any US restaurants porridge.
- 8:12Speaker 5: It's one of the things. You would have never seen
- 8:13Speaker 5: it on the menu. It was just like that's what
- 8:15Speaker 5: it was referred to. Like you've heard the term. I said,
- 8:20Speaker 5: nursery rhy.
- 8:21Speaker 6: To eat porridge.
- 8:22Speaker 4: I want to eat. There's some hipster I bets you
- 8:24Speaker 4: somewhere that's doing like artisanal porridge, organic honey.

- 11:49Speaker 5: all the different fireworks that are available and only stalks
- 11:52Speaker 5: the big stuff. And he knows the stuff because this
- 11:54Speaker 5: isn't like a Fourth of July where it pops up
- 11:56Speaker 5: and then it's gone, like you know, day after night.
- 11:58Speaker 5: This is a year round fireworks establishment, Captain Jim's Fireworks

- 12:42Speaker 5: and let's get into another new hour. My name is
- 12:47Speaker 5: what he? That's Greg Gory? Yeah? Hi, Menace is right?
- 12:50Speaker 5: There is Hi, we got Gina Grant and she's got
- 12:53Speaker 5: the trending news headlines.
- 12:56Speaker 9: A legendary music exec Clive Davis has died. Davis had
- 12:59Speaker 9: made huge stars out of people like Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys,
- 13:03Speaker 9: Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, everybody. He was in the music
- 13:06Speaker 9: business for sixty six years. Obviously, the tributes are just pouring.
- 13:09Speaker 5: Yes, he threw a great party. Oh yeah, that legendary
- 13:12Speaker 5: like Grammy's party. Yeah five Davis party.
- 13:16Speaker 6: Yeah, yet ninety four years old.
- 13:19Speaker 1: We can blame him for Bruce Springstein.
- 13:21Speaker 9: I was gonna say, Greg's a litre mad about one
- 13:23Speaker 9: of those. At least five people have been arrested and
- 13:27Speaker 9: another five have been sighted after allegedly messing with the
- 13:29Speaker 9: reflecting pool at the Lincoln Memorial. The pool was just
- 13:33Speaker 9: renovated for about fourteen million bucks, but as we talked
- 13:36Speaker 9: about last week, it's already super messed up. President Trump
- 13:39Speaker 9: says people poured chemicals into the water screwed up the pool,
- 13:42Speaker 9: but no evidence has been released about that yet. However,
- 13:46Speaker 9: and I didn't even know this was a thing. One
- 13:48Speaker 9: of the people arrested is former Olympic canoeist Davy her
- 13:53Speaker 9: Olympic canoeist.
- 13:54Speaker 4: Yes, you know what, some chicks.
- 13:56Speaker 6: For the rest of it, I'm learning new things every day.
- 13:59Speaker 6: There's a big canoe ist.
- 14:01Speaker 9: He said he was only looking at a loose piece
- 14:03Speaker 9: of the pool service. He didn't damage anything. Officials say
- 14:07Speaker 9: the pool will probably have to be drained again or
- 14:09Speaker 9: repairs and that'll cost taxpairs two million bucks.
- 14:12Speaker 5: Dude, how does he have time for that? All the
- 14:16Speaker 5: canoe gropes.
- 14:19Speaker 1: That's like it reminds me of like being in a
- 14:22Speaker 1: hammock would be an Olympic sport, Like.
- 14:23Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Strength the canoe stuff. Do you see what they make
- 14:28Speaker 4: for the Olympics. It's like, oh, it's like white water rafting.
- 14:32Speaker 4: It's like insane for canoeing.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Yeah, are you thinking kayak?
- 14:37Speaker 4: That's the same thing right now.
- 14:39Speaker 5: That's why it was a canoe.
- 14:41Speaker 4: Canoes like what they.
- 14:42Speaker 5: Do in college?
- 14:43Speaker 4: Right, how many different variations?
- 14:47Speaker 5: The rowing is like there's a number of dudes all
- 14:51Speaker 5: in one boat and they're all rowing in sync. Right,
- 14:54Speaker 5: you see that in all the movies. A canoe is
- 14:56Speaker 5: like you see like on a pond and like one
- 14:58Speaker 5: person at one end the to the other end with
- 15:00Speaker 5: the ore kind of going through the which side the
- 15:03Speaker 5: switch side, and for kayak is where you're kind of
- 15:05Speaker 5: like you look at you're sealed into it.
- 15:07Speaker 4: Right. The kayaks the whitewater after ra not the canoe.
- 15:11Speaker 4: The canoe is like what you do at summer camp, exactly.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Correct, and then have it.
- 15:16Speaker 6: Now we're on the same page.
- 15:17Speaker 9: A Lionel Messi has set a record for career goals
- 15:20Speaker 9: scored at the World Cup when he kicked his seventeenth
- 15:23Speaker 9: and eighteenth World Cup goals for Argentina against Austria yesterday.
- 15:27Speaker 9: Messi turns thirty nine this week and he started his
- 15:30Speaker 9: World Cup career twenty years ago. He already got five
- 15:33Speaker 9: goals in two games.
- 15:36Speaker 10: Due for you.
- 15:37Speaker 5: There was dudes crying what he It's a big old deal.
- 15:40Speaker 9: And in case you want to know who he passed up,
- 15:42Speaker 9: it's Germany's Miroslav Cloza. He held the record. Yeah right,
- 15:46Speaker 9: he's one of you have the poster. He had the
- 15:49Speaker 9: record for sixteen World Cup.
- 15:50Speaker 5: Goals and got his balls. It makes them yeah, I
- 15:54Speaker 5: bet you do.
- 15:55Speaker 7: Well.
- 15:56Speaker 9: There's another twist in the Nancy Guthrie case. Now ABC
- 15:59Speaker 9: News is san.
- 16:00Speaker 4: Shut out real quick. Messi has his own colone now
- 16:02Speaker 4: at alta just f y oh ninety five bucks.
- 16:05Speaker 5: Somehow I missed that my last Yes, it smells like polos.
- 16:08Speaker 1: For all right, ol ty.
- 16:10Speaker 9: Well with this Nancy Guthrie case, ABC News is saying
- 16:14Speaker 9: that just days after she disappeared, two anonymous notes were
- 16:17Speaker 9: sent to TV stations and Tucson, and investigators thought they
- 16:20Speaker 9: were serious enough for the FBI to track down who
- 16:22Speaker 9: sent them. So one of the notes said they wanted
- 16:25Speaker 9: crypto in exchange for Nancy's return.
- 16:27Speaker 6: But here's the thing.
- 16:28Speaker 9: The others suggested she died when she was abducted, and
- 16:31Speaker 9: she was buried somewhere in nature. But TMZ says that
- 16:34Speaker 9: note didn't actually come out.
- 16:36Speaker 6: And say she was dead.
- 16:37Speaker 9: Yeah, right, building in an urban area. So the big
- 16:41Speaker 9: questions now are why are these notes coming out now,
- 16:44Speaker 9: and does it mean investigators have a new lead and
- 16:46Speaker 9: who sent them in the first place.
- 16:47Speaker 6: But this is back in the news cycle.
- 16:50Speaker 4: I thought they had a lead of her being buried
- 16:52Speaker 4: in Mexico. That was like not too long ago, Well,
- 16:54Speaker 4: that could be nature.
- 16:55Speaker 5: A couple of weeks.
- 16:55Speaker 9: Ago, former Jets quarterback Gino Smith he's under investigation after
- 17:00Speaker 9: were called to his place in Florida, a woman posted
- 17:02Speaker 9: videos on social media accusing him of assaulting her during
- 17:05Speaker 9: an argument, made a bunch of other personal allegations about him,
- 17:09Speaker 9: and when cops first got there, they didn't arrest anyone.
- 17:11Speaker 6: They closed the case, no big deal.
- 17:13Speaker 9: But after looking at everything again, they brought in a
- 17:16Speaker 9: detective and say the investigation is now active.
- 17:19Speaker 6: So so far no charges him and filed is see
- 17:22Speaker 6: the video?
- 17:23Speaker 5: No, okay, So she's the one that started recording the
- 17:25Speaker 5: video and she's like chasing after him, she takes a
- 17:28Speaker 5: swing at him. It's like, you're kind of incriminating yourself.
- 17:32Speaker 6: Well that's why they were probably like, eh.
- 17:33Speaker 5: You're cling, I'm saying, yeah, you're claiming that he did
- 17:36Speaker 5: these things to you, which he might have don't. I
- 17:38Speaker 5: don't know.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 17:39Speaker 5: But all I've seen is that video right that NFL
- 17:41Speaker 5: memes Jeff you know that account? They post a video
- 17:44Speaker 5: if you want to go on there on Instagram and
- 17:45Speaker 5: see it. Do you want thing everybody's pointing out, so
- 17:48Speaker 5: he's trying to get away from her and go back
- 17:50Speaker 5: in the house. Yeah, you know, And there's a little
- 17:53Speaker 5: laundry sync that's in the garage, like right before you
- 17:55Speaker 5: walk into the house, and there's this like ak just
- 17:59Speaker 5: sitting right there. What god, oh dude, heavy machinery, just
- 18:03Speaker 5: sitting right there in the sink. And she's like claiming, like, oh,
- 18:06Speaker 5: all he wants to do is you know, watch basically
- 18:08Speaker 5: porn online and play Call of Duty.
- 18:10Speaker 6: Isn't that the life you want?
- 18:14Speaker 5: Right? It sounds like Tyler's dream life. He was talking
- 18:16Speaker 5: about it in the office, but like it looks like
- 18:18Speaker 5: he got like he played Call of Duty and was like, yeah,
- 18:20Speaker 5: I want that for the house. I want that gun
- 18:22Speaker 5: for the house and got one.
- 18:24Speaker 6: And that's the thing.
- 18:25Speaker 9: They when they got there, they're like, you guys are fine.
- 18:27Speaker 9: But then they're now they're taking a second look at this.
- 18:29Speaker 9: And he hasn't commented. Jeffs Jets haven't commented. Nobody's commenting, Like.
- 18:33Speaker 5: If you're trying to go after somebody, don't have a
- 18:35Speaker 5: video of you chasing after them. It's like when you know,
- 18:38Speaker 5: somebody claims, oh, I felt my life was in danger,
- 18:41Speaker 5: so you post a video of you chasing them and
- 18:43Speaker 5: shooting at them. Yeah, that's not going to go your
- 18:46Speaker 5: way exactly.
- 18:48Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 18:49Speaker 9: Well, finally, here's a little nightmare fuel for you. A
- 18:52Speaker 9: woman in Oklahoma was feeling a little hungry, so she
- 18:55Speaker 9: stopped in Arby's, grabbed something to eat, and she ate
- 18:57Speaker 9: the roast beef sandwich totally fine, nothing out of the ordinary.
- 19:01Speaker 9: But a few days later, she says, she developed symptoms
- 19:04Speaker 9: of oral herpies. So she had this feeling she got
- 19:07Speaker 9: it from Mary. She called the cops and had them
- 19:11Speaker 9: check it out. Turns out she was right. The cops
- 19:14Speaker 9: looked at the security cameras and it showed, okay, it
- 19:18Speaker 9: showed an employee allegedly taking the roast beef off the
- 19:21Speaker 9: slicer and spitting into it.
- 19:25Speaker 5: I know the video of it.
- 19:27Speaker 9: There's a video of it in list somebody's so good
- 19:29Speaker 9: at AI. But the employee who spit in the food,
- 19:32Speaker 9: that was a thirty eight year old woman.
- 19:34Speaker 6: Cops arrested her. They found out this was not her
- 19:36Speaker 6: first time in jail.
- 19:37Speaker 9: She had a long rap sheet that included narcotics, possession,
- 19:40Speaker 9: credit card fraud, and a duy And now she can
- 19:43Speaker 9: add poisoning food with intent to injure to that list.
- 19:47Speaker 9: So you know, watch your sandwiches.
- 19:49Speaker 6: Oral herpies, Oral herpies.
- 19:51Speaker 5: Have you guys seen the trend online where people go
- 19:56Speaker 5: into their co workers and they go, hey, so and
- 19:59Speaker 5: so is bringing in today, what do you want from
- 20:01Speaker 5: Arby's And just to see their reaction, Yes, oh my god,
- 20:04Speaker 5: it's so funny. Here I have a clip.
- 20:05Speaker 6: This is this is great, the rap spring and Arby's right,
- 20:08Speaker 6: what do you guys want?
- 20:09Speaker 2: Arby?
- 20:12Speaker 5: What are you? Are you serious? Eats Arby's.
- 20:21Speaker 11: Army Army?
- 20:24Speaker 5: What Army's?
- 20:27Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 20:27Speaker 4: I love arby sounds like a bunch of lame ass
- 20:30Speaker 4: bitch best fries Arby's rules.
- 20:32Speaker 12: I've never had Arby's, not one time.
- 20:36Speaker 6: You always have to get the cheese signed surprise.
- 20:38Speaker 13: I know.
- 20:39Speaker 5: I'm with her? Who eats Arby's Army Armies?
- 20:43Speaker 4: Just they have so much money? Who did they just buy?
- 20:45Speaker 4: They just bought another brand?
- 20:48Speaker 6: Oh really?
- 20:49Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 20:49Speaker 5: It was Arby's a standalone brand? Or were they under
- 20:52Speaker 5: like a young brands kind of thing, like the same
- 20:53Speaker 5: kind of because then they have money?
- 20:55Speaker 6: Was it like doctor Pepper?
- 20:56Speaker 5: I doubt it's all that Arby's.
- 20:59Speaker 4: Yeah, dubs for two point nine billion dollars? Yeah, because
- 21:04Speaker 4: B dubs.
- 21:05Speaker 5: What's the other B?
- 21:07Speaker 1: Yeah? B B dubs B B dubs the bills, Bill's wings?
- 21:16Speaker 14: Uh be out here, B dubs, be squared, be out here.
- 21:25Speaker 14: Well that's what's going on, all right, Thank you very much,
- 21:27Speaker 14: Gina grad show.
- 21:30Speaker 6: I don't like the smell.
- 21:36Speaker 5: So one of the ways you can get a hold
- 21:37Speaker 5: of us. It's old school, not well, not as old
- 21:41Speaker 5: school is sending like a a letter, letter in the mail.
- 21:46Speaker 5: You can do people still do that?
- 21:47Speaker 14: Why not?
- 21:48Speaker 5: Seabash just got invited to someone's college or something. Oh sweet, yeah,
- 21:52Speaker 5: they send us a ticket to some event that's going on.
- 21:55Speaker 5: Yeah no, but you guy, says an email email at
- 21:59Speaker 5: the woodieshow dot com. This one is from Kevin. The
- 22:03Speaker 5: subject line it says, to the future missus Steamboat Willie.
- 22:09Speaker 5: You know Sammy who is going to be getting married
- 22:17Speaker 5: for some reason, we still don't mention his name, even though,
- 22:21Speaker 5: like the cat is so out of the bag at
- 22:22Speaker 5: this point, it's just Steamboat Willie, which is weird. Okay,
- 22:25Speaker 5: but here we go, Hoy, what do you show? I
- 22:28Speaker 5: texted in to see where Sammy and Steamboat Willie met
- 22:32Speaker 5: since I was on the Disney Wonder in Alaska. That's
- 22:35Speaker 5: the cruise that we were on. Remember the Disney cruise?
- 22:37Speaker 5: What did the show from there? That's where Sammy met
- 22:40Speaker 5: Steamboat Willie was a boy called Steamboat Willie. Also he
- 22:43Speaker 5: works for Disney, so it all worked out very well. Anyway,
- 22:47Speaker 5: I figured I'd take a selfie of that magical spot
- 22:50Speaker 5: in the style that Sammy took in front of where
- 22:52Speaker 5: JFK got assassinated. So he went and found the spot.
- 22:56Speaker 5: What was the name of that little pub, Crown and Finn. Okay,
- 23:00Speaker 5: so there's like a bar on board, and that's where
- 23:03Speaker 5: Sammy met Steamboat Willie. So Kevin here went and found
- 23:07Speaker 5: that spot on the boat and gave a thumbs up
- 23:10Speaker 5: pose right there and Steamboat Willie, uh first met. He
- 23:18Speaker 5: gave it the old j f K.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:20Speaker 5: Well, because oh yeah, because when we were in Dallas, Sammy,
- 23:24Speaker 5: you know, went down to the spot where JFK. There's
- 23:27Speaker 5: that X on the street, like right where his motorcade
- 23:29Speaker 5: was where he got killed. And she goes out there
- 23:34Speaker 5: and because like you know, cars are on that road,
- 23:36Speaker 5: but she waited for a clearing, went out there, turned
- 23:38Speaker 5: around real quick, gave a double thumbs up and a
- 23:40Speaker 5: big smile, and she wassinated. Maybe kind of an awkward
- 23:45Speaker 5: choice for a price where a president was assassinated.
- 23:47Speaker 6: It was a poor choice.
- 23:49Speaker 5: I and now we have since put that that picture
- 23:52Speaker 5: into pretty much everything and the thumbs up one.
- 23:59Speaker 4: It's right behind Boddy right now, that's.
- 24:01Speaker 12: One that menace took of me.
- 24:03Speaker 6: I think in front of the Liberty bell. Oh okay,
- 24:06Speaker 6: the sentiments there.
- 24:08Speaker 5: We don't have that picture.
- 24:09Speaker 6: Nope, I think we do.
- 24:13Speaker 5: I'm pretty sure we have that picture somewhere. Okay, we
- 24:16Speaker 5: have to, Yes we do. No, we don't. Okay, look
- 24:20Speaker 5: at her face. I believe that we can find it anyway.
- 24:23Speaker 5: Kevin says, I've been all in since I first heard
- 24:26Speaker 5: the show. Thanks for making me laugh through all the
- 24:28Speaker 5: good and bad times since twenty fourteen. Oh, I've been
- 24:31Speaker 5: listening a long time, including my engagement, my marriage, the
- 24:34Speaker 5: passing of my mom, the birth of my two kids.
- 24:36Speaker 5: Your show provides endless entertainment is something I look forward
- 24:38Speaker 5: to listening to everyday work. I've already downloaded all last
- 24:41Speaker 5: week's podcast that I'd missed since I was on the ship.
- 24:44Speaker 5: Keep up the good work and screw the haters.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Me love.
- 24:46Speaker 5: That's from Kevin. That's a nice, very nice bait.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Alice, a tribute to Sammy nor Love the right.
- 24:57Speaker 5: Sammy wants to know if she was the a hole?
- 25:01Speaker 5: This is your Father's Day question that you had.
- 25:03Speaker 12: I think this might be Morgan.
- 25:04Speaker 5: I'm sorry, Morgan's Morgan's question. I'm sorry. Are you the
- 25:07Speaker 5: a hole? Am I a follow up from a thing
- 25:11Speaker 5: that from Father's Day? You try to call your dad.
- 25:14Speaker 15: Right, because that's what you do on Father's Day's gonna
- 25:17Speaker 15: have a nice chat yea, And he didn't answer. I'm like, Okay,
- 25:21Speaker 15: he's busy, he'll call me back later, never call me back.
- 25:24Speaker 15: But then I didn't call him back again. Am I
- 25:27Speaker 15: an a hole for that?
- 25:29Speaker 12: Because I felt kind of bad?
- 25:30Speaker 5: But you leave a voicemail?
- 25:32Speaker 12: No, I texted him, but I know he's buddy.
- 25:35Speaker 1: And he called him.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 25:37Speaker 5: I think you're good.
- 25:40Speaker 6: As long as he knows that you reach it out.
- 25:43Speaker 5: Which also reminds me I got to check on something.
- 25:45Speaker 5: He should feel bad. He should have called you back.
- 25:48Speaker 12: He's got a life.
- 25:48Speaker 5: I get it. Well, No, I mean it's Father's Day.
- 25:52Speaker 5: I know, but it's Father's Day. He is under no
- 25:54Speaker 5: obligation to do anything to call back. He'll call her
- 25:58Speaker 5: back at some Yeah, but he didn't call her back.
- 26:02Speaker 5: You know in that moment, that's fine. She called you
- 26:06Speaker 5: text it after you try to call saying I try
- 26:08Speaker 5: to call you.
- 26:09Speaker 12: No, I didn't say that. I said, thinking of you,
- 26:10Speaker 12: love you, hope you're having a good day.
- 26:12Speaker 1: Oh that's good.
- 26:13Speaker 5: I think you're good.
- 26:14Speaker 6: Did he give you a passive aggressive thumbs up emoji?
- 26:18Speaker 4: Cool story.
- 26:19Speaker 12: Later that night, I didn't feel bad. I was like, Ash,
- 26:21Speaker 12: probably should have tried calling again.
- 26:23Speaker 5: I'd be fine with that. I tried to call. I
- 26:25Speaker 5: tried to call my dad earlier in the day and
- 26:27Speaker 5: he didn't pick up, and so I just I just
- 26:29Speaker 5: followed up with the text like, hey, just tried to
- 26:31Speaker 5: call me when you can, and that was it. And
- 26:32Speaker 5: I talked to him later. But yeah, that's what you do.
- 26:36Speaker 5: Just say, yeah, I tried to call you that way.
- 26:38Speaker 5: It's noted sometimes you'll miss the miscall notification and so
- 26:43Speaker 5: you can't you can't rely on that, which is why
- 26:45Speaker 5: I asked, did you leave a voicemail, because at least
- 26:46Speaker 5: a voicemail show up. Yeah, miscall notification.
- 26:49Speaker 4: You might miss, or you could leave a FaceTime video too.
- 26:52Speaker 4: When they don't pick up on FaceTime, you can record
- 26:55Speaker 4: a video.
- 26:55Speaker 5: Oh that's true, all right, So check this out. F
- 27:01Speaker 5: ups so hard. I you know, I have a thing
- 27:06Speaker 5: with these like sending things last minute. Oh yeah, you
- 27:10Speaker 5: know Mother's Day.
- 27:12Speaker 6: First, you have to put the cards in those special
- 27:14Speaker 6: overnight envelopes.
- 27:15Speaker 5: Correct. Yeah, And it's usually because like you know, Father's
- 27:18Speaker 5: Day or Mother's Day or whatever, it's on a Sunday,
- 27:21Speaker 5: So I want to make sure that the things that
- 27:22Speaker 5: we're sending get there in time. But it's like Friday,
- 27:25Speaker 5: and I hadn't sent it yet, So I mean Saturday delivery,
- 27:27Speaker 5: which is usually a premium for a Saturday. That's that's
- 27:31Speaker 5: even more than just a regular overnight delivery. Okay, Well
- 27:34Speaker 5: there's a double whammy here because not only was it
- 27:36Speaker 5: Father's Day and you know, we were sending you know,
- 27:39Speaker 5: some gift cards and stuff for my dad from the kids,
- 27:42Speaker 5: you know, but also this week is my dad's birthday.
- 27:46Speaker 5: Oh so we did get them a birthday card and
- 27:48Speaker 5: you know, and and a gift card. So I put
- 27:51Speaker 5: all this stuff in the ups overnight for Saturday delivery.
- 27:57Speaker 5: And when I did get a hold of my dad,
- 27:59Speaker 5: I go, hey, I just want to make sure the
- 28:02Speaker 5: package arrive. There's no you know, I hadn't seen anything,
- 28:07Speaker 5: and so they're looking looking now, this was Friday. I
- 28:10Speaker 5: said it was supposed to be delivered Saturday. I just
- 28:13Speaker 5: talked to him yesterday and it still hadn't arrived. I go,
- 28:16Speaker 5: what the f I look on the UPS thing where
- 28:19Speaker 5: you could track, and it says there's been a delay.
- 28:21Speaker 5: Basically the package missed its flight. Oh no, they could
- 28:25Speaker 5: do that, and they said there was like some kind
- 28:26Speaker 5: of mechanical issues, so the plane didn't leave on time.
- 28:28Speaker 5: To make sure they can get there on Saturday, it'll
- 28:30Speaker 5: be delivered the next business day. Well, the next business
- 28:32Speaker 5: day came and went, still wasn't delivered, and they still
- 28:35Speaker 5: hadn't sent me anykind of updates. So I call the
- 28:37Speaker 5: UPS number. I go, hey, I made a premium to
- 28:41Speaker 5: have this delivered on Saturday. It's still not there. What
- 28:45Speaker 5: is the deal? They go, well, you'll have an update
- 28:47Speaker 5: by nine pm tonight as to what the status of
- 28:50Speaker 5: the packages. It won't be delivered today either. But I'm like,
- 28:53Speaker 5: are you kidding? I could have paid three day over
- 28:56Speaker 5: and whatever the three day express for it. I go, well,
- 28:59Speaker 5: I want to refund. Well, you have to wait for
- 29:01Speaker 5: it to be delivered, then you can call us back.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Oh, I'm sure they'll rush to give your money.
- 29:07Speaker 5: Call us back and they go, oh, well, you mail
- 29:09Speaker 5: it from a UPS Star, so you have to call
- 29:11Speaker 5: the local UPS store that you shifted from in order
- 29:15Speaker 5: to get the refund.
- 29:16Speaker 14: Anyway, how much was a Saturday delivery overnight?
- 29:22Speaker 4: Yeah, now, this is just an envelope.
- 29:25Speaker 5: The envelope that had three cards nothing happy one one
- 29:30Speaker 5: Father's Day card with the gift cards from the kids,
- 29:32Speaker 5: and then uh a Birthday card from my wife and
- 29:35Speaker 5: I and then one from the kids with another gift card.
- 29:37Speaker 4: I would say one.
- 29:40Speaker 12: I'm saying three hundred now.
- 29:42Speaker 5: For overnight, not for gift cards, just for just just
- 29:44Speaker 5: for the for Saturday one hundred. It guess're gonna be
- 29:48Speaker 5: an unpressed one hundred and twenty dollars. One hundred and
- 29:52Speaker 5: twenty dollars, which I'm like, hey, I was willing to
- 29:56Speaker 5: do it because it would get there and be there
- 29:59Speaker 5: in time for day and of course for his birthday,
- 30:01Speaker 5: which until later in the week. But still and this
- 30:04Speaker 5: is this is for one hundred, I said, for one
- 30:06Speaker 5: hundred and twenty dollars. This is the customer service. Then
- 30:08Speaker 5: I'm getting hand delivered. I can't even call you. First
- 30:12Speaker 5: of all, what does it matter like once it's delivered?
- 30:14Speaker 5: How about you just give me the refund. Now, yeah,
- 30:16Speaker 5: issue the refund.
- 30:17Speaker 6: We already missed the date.
- 30:18Speaker 5: You already missed the date, So just issue the refund.
- 30:21Speaker 5: Now you have the credit card, you know, I'm sure
- 30:23Speaker 5: listed or whatever. Just or send me a voucher for
- 30:27Speaker 5: whatever that would have been. But now you're telling me
- 30:29Speaker 5: not only not to wait for it to get delivered,
- 30:31Speaker 5: God knows when that will be, but then I also
- 30:33Speaker 5: have to call the local UPS store. Oh my god
- 30:36Speaker 5: that I sent it from. Aren't you all UPS?
- 30:38Speaker 16: Yeah?
- 30:39Speaker 7: Greg?
- 30:40Speaker 6: Can you imagine mailing something for one hundred dollars?
- 30:43Speaker 8: No?
- 30:44Speaker 5: No, Well, if you've ever like shipped a box of something, yeah,
- 30:49Speaker 5: that stuff gets nuts. You know you're screwed. When they
- 30:52Speaker 5: break out the little tape measure and they're measuring the
- 30:56Speaker 5: height the wig, they're writing stuff down there, they're like
- 31:00Speaker 5: punch it, punch it in there, like, oh god, how
- 31:03Speaker 5: much is this gonna be?
- 31:04Speaker 4: All the shipping stuff is insane.
- 31:06Speaker 5: Yeah, But for whatever reason, the UPS store and if
- 31:09Speaker 5: you bring it to like a like a FedEx office,
- 31:13Speaker 5: why like why is it so much more expensive than
- 31:17Speaker 5: just shipping it otherwise? Yes? No, no, no, I'm saying like,
- 31:20Speaker 5: if you go to like an actual FedEx. Yeah, you know,
- 31:25Speaker 5: if you if you just like set it up account
- 31:27Speaker 5: online and you you can print off the label, which
- 31:31Speaker 5: I should probably set that up. Yeah, you should check
- 31:33Speaker 5: out with how much I end up doing this.
- 31:35Speaker 12: Pirate Ship is a really good website. It's much cheaper
- 31:37Speaker 12: than going to UPS, I.
- 31:39Speaker 5: Know, but I want UPS or FedEx because that anytime
- 31:41Speaker 5: I've tried to overnight stuff to the Postal Service, it's
- 31:44Speaker 5: never there on time, and then it's in the wind
- 31:46Speaker 5: there it goes into like you know, when the when
- 31:49Speaker 5: the spacecraft come back in through the atmosphere, there's that
- 31:52Speaker 5: blackout period. Every time I've overnight stuff with the United
- 31:56Speaker 5: States Postal Service, there is like this window where to go.
- 32:00Speaker 5: We have no information, and yeah, you're like in this
- 32:04Speaker 5: black hole of no information, especially if with something important.
- 32:08Speaker 5: I remember I was sending like papers to like a
- 32:10Speaker 5: non insurance company or something, maybe something mortgage, something official
- 32:14Speaker 5: that I you know, and I'm like, I'm never going
- 32:16Speaker 5: again with you know, for something important, for something that
- 32:19Speaker 5: kind of whatever and can get there whenever.
- 32:20Speaker 9: I got to tell you that last Mother's Day, three
- 32:25Speaker 9: cards went out, three cards to three different parts of
- 32:27Speaker 9: the country.
- 32:28Speaker 6: Never made it to anybody from USPS.
- 32:30Speaker 4: Yeah, never made it.
- 32:31Speaker 6: Don't know where they were at, yees.
- 32:33Speaker 5: So this is why I always thought it was an excuse.
- 32:34Speaker 5: People go, well, you know it's in the mails, right,
- 32:37Speaker 5: It's in the mail. That's why people can believe that.
- 32:39Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, UPS is so expensive. I only use it
- 32:41Speaker 4: for the Amazon returns now. Yah, you can take all
- 32:44Speaker 4: your returns there.
- 32:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 32:45Speaker 5: Yeah, because you can sign up for like a UPS,
- 32:47Speaker 5: or you can sign up for like your own FedEx account,
- 32:50Speaker 5: and then you can print off the thing and it
- 32:52Speaker 5: gives you basically like a QR code, or sometimes you
- 32:54Speaker 5: can even print off like the shipping label at home
- 32:57Speaker 5: and then just drop it off at one of those
- 32:59Speaker 5: FedEx office place. Is you don't pay the the the
- 33:02Speaker 5: premiumcounter that you pay at the UPS or fed X,
- 33:06Speaker 5: because you just pay whatever the direct price from UPS
- 33:08Speaker 5: or from FedEx is.
- 33:09Speaker 4: I like the FedEx also the tracking that feels better.
- 33:12Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, well shame on me.
- 33:16Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, and you know what if only you could
- 33:20Speaker 1: I know, yeah, five days in advance. That's what I allow.
- 33:23Speaker 1: When I'm setting your car, do it five days in advance,
- 33:26Speaker 1: and you made it when the recipient opens it right
- 33:28Speaker 1: away like my mom will call me four days before
- 33:31Speaker 1: her birthday, thank you for your present?
- 33:33Speaker 5: You know it's your for your birthday?
- 33:35Speaker 1: Did you know that?
- 33:35Speaker 5: What does it matter if they open it on their birthday?
- 33:38Speaker 1: It just emotionally it matters today.
- 33:40Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know. Then what are you gonna do
- 33:42Speaker 4: on your actual break? Exactly?
- 33:44Speaker 1: There you go? Now do I have you knew that
- 33:47Speaker 1: was for let's say Mother's day? Why did you open it? Front?
- 33:51Speaker 4: So now there needs to be a pre gift and
- 33:52Speaker 4: then the actually does this change?
- 33:55Speaker 6: And does your mom say what mine does? She does
- 33:56Speaker 6: the same thing you shows. I'm sorry, honey, I just
- 33:58Speaker 6: couldn't stand the pressure pressure, the pressure pressing.
- 34:03Speaker 5: I've never heard that all the time. Yeah, but he
- 34:06Speaker 5: loves wasting his money for procrastinating every holiday and birthday. Dude,
- 34:08Speaker 5: you're I'm I'm just as mad at myself. And even
- 34:13Speaker 5: when I'm hearing myself tell the story, I'm mother refing myself.
- 34:16Speaker 5: I dude, I understand, Like, just I.
- 34:18Speaker 1: Do, write it down, get it done it five days early?
- 34:22Speaker 5: Agreed, Agreed, Right, I'm not even arguing. Stupid eight Woodie
- 34:29Speaker 5: set us a text over to to nine eight seven.
- 34:32Speaker 5: We're gonna take a break, and then when we come back,
- 34:34Speaker 5: I'm gonna introduce you to this, uh, this news anchor.
- 34:37Speaker 5: I got somebody. You're gonna love this, Greg, You love
- 34:39Speaker 5: this stuff.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Okay, I hope he's try.
- 34:42Speaker 5: No, he's not drunk. Okay, he's not drunk. But the
- 34:45Speaker 5: audio is great, Jeff, you heard the audience.
- 34:46Speaker 4: It's amazing.
- 34:47Speaker 5: Yeah, it's it's a it's pretty funny. He's uh, he's
- 34:50Speaker 5: signing off and saying his goodbyes. Okay, like retiring, Yeah, sorta, okay, sorta.
- 34:56Speaker 5: I think it's just kind of fed up with with news.
- 34:59Speaker 5: He's like of those guys like where he's like, I'm
- 35:02Speaker 5: a journalist of integrity, you know, integrity schmegarty. You know, dude,
- 35:08Speaker 5: you go on TV, you read words that people write
- 35:10Speaker 5: for you. A pretty pretty easy gig. Not bad, yeah,
- 35:14Speaker 5: not bad. But anyway, so this this news anchor he
- 35:17Speaker 5: quit and he was doing his bigbye and I think
- 35:21Speaker 5: you'll enjoy the audio graphs, So share that with you
- 35:24Speaker 5: next year on the Show'll be right, stick your tongue out,
- 35:34Speaker 5: Woody show, Greg, it's our favorite.
- 35:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 35:38Speaker 5: Some people to start crying. Oh, So there's this reporter.
- 35:44Speaker 5: He is in Davenport. Iowa. His name is Dustin Nolan,
- 35:49Speaker 5: and he had a very emotional live on air goodbye.
- 35:53Speaker 5: Now things have been kind of twisted and taken out
- 35:56Speaker 5: of context, and he has actually gone online to try
- 35:59Speaker 5: to clarify some of the stuff he was on. In
- 36:01Speaker 5: no way trying to make any kind of like statement
- 36:05Speaker 5: or whatever. He this was just him saying goodbye thing
- 36:08Speaker 5: because he didn't pull it. I ned of the mood,
- 36:10Speaker 5: set up what I was thinking, and all of a sudden,
- 36:12Speaker 5: I just quit this bitch.
- 36:15Speaker 8: No.
- 36:16Speaker 5: No, He told them that he was leaving, and he
- 36:18Speaker 5: had his reasons for leaving, and he was like, look,
- 36:20Speaker 5: I think he's just more of like a in his mind.
- 36:23Speaker 5: He's a legit journalist and he doesn't like how what
- 36:26Speaker 5: news has become, and a lot of people don't. So
- 36:29Speaker 5: he's not He's not alone in that garbage.
- 36:30Speaker 1: You know what.
- 36:31Speaker 5: And I give a lot of credit. I have a
- 36:32Speaker 5: lot of respect for a guy who just up and decides,
- 36:35Speaker 5: you know what, this isn't working for me and then
- 36:37Speaker 5: just pulls the record and I'll figure it out. I'll
- 36:39Speaker 5: do something else anyway. So he is, uh, he's on
- 36:43Speaker 5: the air, and here's.
- 36:44Speaker 1: How it went.
- 36:45Speaker 8: Well, I'll try to get through this well. Before we
- 36:51Speaker 8: go this morning, I have an announcement. Today is my
- 36:56Speaker 8: last day here at cadop a q See TV.
- 36:58Speaker 5: He's six.
- 36:58Speaker 8: I have chosen to step away from the news industry.
- 37:01Speaker 8: Before I say goodbye, I just want to say I
- 37:04Speaker 8: hope every one of you that's allowed me to be
- 37:06Speaker 8: a part of your mornings. No, just how important that
- 37:09Speaker 8: I have taken this job. How much it means to
- 37:11Speaker 8: me that you trusted You trusted me these past few
- 37:17Speaker 8: years to bring you the news in the morning. Oh
- 37:20Speaker 8: my god, it means to me that you trusted.
- 37:28Speaker 4: Why would somebody take that as a statement against anything.
- 37:32Speaker 5: Hold on, there's more too.
- 37:34Speaker 1: I thought it was wrapped.
- 37:35Speaker 5: No, no, no, no, we're just we're just stopping the
- 37:36Speaker 5: laugh of the cry. How much it means to me
- 37:38Speaker 5: a little bit that you trust. I don't know why
- 37:44Speaker 5: we love these clips so much. This is like I
- 37:47Speaker 5: feel like years and years ago, like when we had
- 37:50Speaker 5: not worked together all that long. I think this is
- 37:54Speaker 5: one of the first things that Greg and I truly
- 37:55Speaker 5: kind of bonded over because we were both laughing our
- 37:58Speaker 5: ass off at something. Somebody it might have been like
- 38:01Speaker 5: a coach or a player, retiring. That's quarterbacks the TM
- 38:13Speaker 5: I think it was, wasn't that Chadko is one of
- 38:15Speaker 5: those guys. I think anyway, that's quarterback. Anyway, this guy.
- 38:21Speaker 8: Continues, I love being able to provide a public service
- 38:24Speaker 8: to this place we all call home, the Quad Cities.
- 38:27Speaker 8: I also believe that we as a local news station
- 38:29Speaker 8: have to be more than trends or sanitized news because
- 38:32Speaker 8: it makes people feel uncomfortable.
- 38:34Speaker 5: That's why the trends or sanitized news, because we don't
- 38:38Speaker 5: want to make people uncomfortable.
- 38:39Speaker 8: He's not down for them sanitized news because it makes
- 38:42Speaker 8: people feel uncomfortable. That's why the facts matter, and that's
- 38:45Speaker 8: why we do what we do here. And this is
- 38:49Speaker 8: a bittersweet goodbye. Yes, I'm looking forward to my next chapter. Yes,
- 38:58Speaker 8: I'm looking forward to my next chapter.
- 39:05Speaker 5: Yeah. And then and then he goes on some other
- 39:07Speaker 5: interesting details. So he is the main news anchor, and
- 39:10Speaker 5: then his co anchor is this woman named Jen.
- 39:13Speaker 8: The largest part of this job for me is the
- 39:15Speaker 8: realization that I won't be working with Jenna anymore because
- 39:19Speaker 8: she isn't just the greatest go anchor on the news desk,
- 39:26Speaker 8: but she is the greatest going curbing.
- 39:28Speaker 5: If as well. Yeah, it kind of clipped there, but
- 39:31Speaker 5: like in life, it's his wife with his wife.
- 39:35Speaker 6: See yeah, I mean did they probably met there?
- 39:40Speaker 10: Right?
- 39:40Speaker 13: Maybe?
- 39:41Speaker 5: So cute.
- 39:42Speaker 8: She isn't just the greatest go anchor on the news desk,
- 39:48Speaker 8: but she is the greatest going curbon if as well.
- 39:52Speaker 8: And if you don't have Jin in your life, I
- 39:54Speaker 8: suggest you find one because she makes dreams come true
- 39:57Speaker 8: in every way another human can?
- 39:59Speaker 1: You know what that means?
- 40:00Speaker 5: Means she goes ask to mouth. That's one down ass
- 40:03Speaker 5: bitch right there, Jenna. Jenna's down for whatever you want
- 40:08Speaker 5: to bring another chicken?
- 40:09Speaker 1: Cool?
- 40:10Speaker 5: You embarrass her like that though you want to, you
- 40:12Speaker 5: want to do a rail off of her ass? John,
- 40:15Speaker 5: get yourself a Jenna.
- 40:17Speaker 8: And if you don't have Gin in your life, I
- 40:19Speaker 8: saidgest you find one because she makes dreams come true
- 40:22Speaker 8: in no way another human can.
- 40:24Speaker 5: She's the dream maker.
- 40:25Speaker 1: It's like you have a wife.
- 40:26Speaker 4: Get out.
- 40:28Speaker 5: I'm not the same thing, right, I know the same thing.
- 40:30Speaker 5: As the clip started. I'm watching it was on Instagram,
- 40:33Speaker 5: and I'm watching this, I go and then I'm like, okay,
- 40:35Speaker 5: and poor poor guy, and then I'm sudding white, but
- 40:38Speaker 5: I go, wife, really why why wife Tara loans about
- 40:49Speaker 5: Tony Romans my quarterback?
- 40:51Speaker 4: Oh my god.
- 40:52Speaker 8: It was all the other wonderful people here that I've
- 40:55Speaker 8: worked with here at TV six, I just want to
- 40:56Speaker 8: say thank you.
- 40:57Speaker 5: For that little part right there. Sounds like like when
- 41:02Speaker 5: you're a younger person. I don't think people do this
- 41:04Speaker 5: as a grown adults, but when you're a younger person
- 41:07Speaker 5: and you're in a relationship and like someone's on the
- 41:09Speaker 5: phone with somebody, you might start getting a mouth party
- 41:11Speaker 5: because they and like you got it because you're like
- 41:14Speaker 5: on the phone and you're like trying to hold it together, right,
- 41:18Speaker 5: I think Jenna, because you know she's down.
- 41:20Speaker 6: Jenna went under that down.
- 41:21Speaker 5: Jenna's under that desk right now, and that's why you
- 41:23Speaker 5: heard that.
- 41:24Speaker 8: All the other wonderful people here that I've worked with
- 41:26Speaker 8: here at TV six, I just want to say thank
- 41:28Speaker 8: you for being great professionals and more importantly, great people.
- 41:32Speaker 8: There will be no more TV Tomorrows for me, So
- 41:35Speaker 8: for everyone who's allowed me to be a part of
- 41:37Speaker 8: their morning, I really do thank you. Good day and goodbye.
- 41:41Speaker 8: There'll be no more Wow, no more goat adventures.
- 41:44Speaker 4: You have so many questions, like okay, So he's quitting
- 41:47Speaker 4: because he thinks the news sucks. So is his wife
- 41:50Speaker 4: staying there?
- 41:50Speaker 5: Yeah, she's staying and working. Yeah, she's fine with that.
- 41:53Speaker 5: She don't care. Jenna is down for anything here. That's
- 41:58Speaker 5: what we learned.
- 41:59Speaker 1: Jenna is just down. She's she's cool. I'll do the
- 42:01Speaker 1: trends in the sanitized news.
- 42:03Speaker 5: She don't care.
- 42:05Speaker 4: Somebody has to put foot on the table. No, I
- 42:09Speaker 4: think there's something more going on here.
- 42:10Speaker 5: That's the end of TV. Goodbyes, and there'll be no
- 42:13Speaker 5: more TV tomorrow. And that's the end of Goat Adventures.
- 42:16Speaker 5: Remember that guy, the Goat Adventures guy. That is going
- 42:19Speaker 5: to be the end of Goat Adventures because this guy, uh,
- 42:23Speaker 5: the video was this guy has got a bunch of
- 42:26Speaker 5: goats and stuff and these goats were like climbing up
- 42:29Speaker 5: on top of his geet. Yeah, and he didn't like
- 42:32Speaker 5: that at all. It was like, oh, no way, babe,
- 42:36Speaker 5: the ghosts from top of my ge what how did
- 42:39Speaker 5: you get up there? Come come here? Surely, come on now,
- 42:46Speaker 5: you gotta stay damn. That is going to be the
- 42:49Speaker 5: end of Goat Adventures.
- 42:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 42:52Speaker 5: Look, if we can't we can't do this right, that'll
- 42:54Speaker 5: just be the end of Goat Adventures come. Well, we
- 43:01Speaker 5: were talking about that news anchor who's signed off in
- 43:06Speaker 5: quad Cities.
- 43:08Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 43:09Speaker 5: He was, Oh, he's gonna make some man very happy
- 43:12Speaker 5: sometimes yeah, and then Jenna will have to be down
- 43:15Speaker 5: for somebody else. But he was, you know, he was
- 43:16Speaker 5: shouting out his wife, Jenna, his co anchor on the news,
- 43:19Speaker 5: and talk about like what a down lady she is.
- 43:21Speaker 5: And you don't have Jenna in your life?
- 43:23Speaker 8: Yeah, I said, just you find one, because she makes
- 43:25Speaker 8: dreams come true in every way another human can.
- 43:28Speaker 5: And we said, wow, what a good what a good
- 43:31Speaker 5: woman this Jenna is? He sounds like the what the
- 43:34Speaker 5: NBC page guy? Oh Kenneth Yeah yeah yeah from thirty Rock.
- 43:40Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 43:41Speaker 5: Anyway, it reminded me. We got this email. I'm gonna
- 43:44Speaker 5: leave your name out just in case, but tell me
- 43:49Speaker 5: what a down wife?
- 43:50Speaker 17: This is?
- 43:50Speaker 1: Greg? Right?
- 43:52Speaker 5: Hoy? What do he show? Hoy? So this is the question,
- 43:56Speaker 5: is my husband gay?
- 43:58Speaker 1: Is my husband?
- 43:59Speaker 5: Is my husban's been gay? Email at the Woodies show
- 44:02Speaker 5: dot com. So I told him to find a woman
- 44:05Speaker 5: to bang so we can spice up our sex life.
- 44:08Speaker 5: That's how the email starts. All right, do you hear
- 44:10Speaker 5: that Jeff, I want to make sure that you know
- 44:12Speaker 5: this story is But I had Jeff, go don't show
- 44:14Speaker 5: them the pictures yet, all right, all right? So I
- 44:18Speaker 5: told him to go find a woman to bang so
- 44:19Speaker 5: we could spice up our sex life. Sweet Like, he'll
- 44:23Speaker 5: have sex with her first and then at a different
- 44:26Speaker 5: encounter I can join. But he told me quote, I
- 44:30Speaker 5: can't have sex without having a connection first, or I
- 44:33Speaker 5: can't get erect Yeah. Gay, Yeah, I thought men would
- 44:38Speaker 5: bang literally anything. Is he gay or is he just
- 44:41Speaker 5: a bitch? Oh my god? All I wanted was an
- 44:45Speaker 5: fing threesome, and now he's all in his feelings about
- 44:47Speaker 5: this girl he's talking to. Damn girl, he still banged
- 44:51Speaker 5: her after connecting with her where they got efing five
- 44:53Speaker 5: hour conversation. Oh god, she sounds like a dude the
- 44:57Speaker 5: way that she talks, right, Yeah, yes, yeah, she goes like, bro,
- 45:02Speaker 5: just put it in and tell me how it went.
- 45:04Speaker 5: I don't care about the conversation you had with her.
- 45:06Speaker 5: Now I'm all pissed because he likes her now and
- 45:09Speaker 5: I'm just here. So I'm bummed out because I really
- 45:11Speaker 5: wanted a threesome. Now I got to go pay for
- 45:14Speaker 5: a service that offers that, and I really wanted to
- 45:16Speaker 5: bang a hot girl with my husband. Ps, I'm not
- 45:20Speaker 5: super Hain. I give myself like a five for a
- 45:25Speaker 5: thirty two year old Morgan. Rate me or do me?
- 45:28Speaker 5: All right here, let's let me get Morgan in here.
- 45:31Speaker 5: Hold on, let's get a Morgan. Come on in Morgan
- 45:34Speaker 5: under like how she says, I'm not super Han right right,
- 45:38Speaker 5: because that's.
- 45:40Speaker 4: Morgan to do it average the recap, she's so her
- 45:44Speaker 4: husband is like hooking up with a hike now now.
- 45:47Speaker 5: Because he was told by her, hey, go find some chick. Yeah,
- 45:52Speaker 5: you hook up with her first, tell me about it,
- 45:54Speaker 5: kind of like what's the is it? Nikki Glazerlazer? But
- 45:57Speaker 5: you got to the point where I said that the
- 45:59Speaker 5: husband and did hook up with the chick, but now,
- 46:01Speaker 5: but not.
- 46:02Speaker 4: Before I having it.
- 46:04Speaker 5: But not before having a five hour conversation to quote
- 46:07Speaker 5: connect first, right, yeah, which is not what she wanted.
- 46:10Speaker 5: She wanted to like emotionally connecting with anybody, Like she said, hey,
- 46:14Speaker 5: go find some hot chick that you know. You make
- 46:16Speaker 5: sure that take her for a test ride, do it
- 46:19Speaker 5: quick and dirty, and then and then bring her in.
- 46:21Speaker 5: So that because she wants to experience the threesome. But
- 46:24Speaker 5: he's either gay or being a little bit about it.
- 46:26Speaker 5: I guess she talks about him like he's her frat bro. Yeah, yeah,
- 46:31Speaker 5: I don't know, all right, So yeah, ps, I'm not
- 46:33Speaker 5: super Hain. I give myself like a five for being
- 46:36Speaker 5: a thirty two year old Morgan. Rate me or do me?
- 46:40Speaker 6: All right, So here's the girl.
- 46:42Speaker 5: Let's see. Oh wait that cut off? Here's her picture.
- 46:45Speaker 12: Yeah, and she's she's not Haine at all.
- 46:48Speaker 5: That's her.
- 46:49Speaker 12: I give her like a seven.
- 46:50Speaker 6: She's Cuteau's more sure she's cute.
- 46:52Speaker 1: Yeah, more than a five.
- 46:54Speaker 12: Yeah, looks like she has a nice body.
- 46:57Speaker 5: For a chick who's looking for something like this, I
- 46:59Speaker 5: would expect you, did. You always see like swingers and
- 47:01Speaker 5: stuff like swingers are always gross typically, like you all
- 47:05Speaker 5: hear about.
- 47:05Speaker 4: That's an eight? What's that swinger scale? She's an eight?
- 47:09Speaker 5: Oh yeah on a swinger scale for sure, compared to
- 47:11Speaker 5: the other swingers I've seen. Yeah, so what are you going?
- 47:14Speaker 5: I'm sure, by the way, before any you hot swingers
- 47:16Speaker 5: start texting in, I'm sure they exist. I'm sure there
- 47:19Speaker 5: are like some super hot swingers, but you know, on average,
- 47:23Speaker 5: when you go to these swinging events and you see, Okay,
- 47:27Speaker 5: what do you think? So you give her a seven?
- 47:29Speaker 12: And I mean a girl for a threesome?
- 47:31Speaker 5: So I mean you do yeah, oh, I don't know.
- 47:34Speaker 5: You're in the market. You're in the market for that.
- 47:37Speaker 9: Wait wait, that means that you already you and somebody else. Yeah,
- 47:41Speaker 9: and now you know who's requesting the threesome.
- 47:45Speaker 12: Does it matter?
- 47:46Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 47:47Speaker 5: Yeah, this is not shocking. It's not shocking at all
- 47:51Speaker 5: because is it possible that you're being taken advantage of?
- 47:54Speaker 5: That's what it sounds like, because I don't like your too.
- 47:57Speaker 5: I don't know you. You're you're you're kind of put
- 47:59Speaker 5: somewhere look for like a comedy like super Thirsty.
- 48:02Speaker 12: I'm thirsty? I mean yeah, am I thirsty?
- 48:06Speaker 5: Well no, because the participating the guy is picking up
- 48:08Speaker 5: that you're willing to do anything right, and so he's
- 48:12Speaker 5: like taking advantage of. I'm throwing it out there as
- 48:15Speaker 5: a person who cares about you as a person. If
- 48:18Speaker 5: you if you're down, you like you could do whatever
- 48:19Speaker 5: you want. You're a grown ass woman.
- 48:20Speaker 12: I also don't think you guys know the whole situation.
- 48:22Speaker 12: There are things I've said no to, so it's not
- 48:24Speaker 12: like I'm down for anything.
- 48:25Speaker 5: We don't. I'm asking hey again, I think will.
- 48:32Speaker 12: Yeah, I'm.
- 48:35Speaker 6: And I think Morgan would be down for that. I
- 48:37Speaker 6: don't think this is like against her moral code to
- 48:40Speaker 6: have a threesome.
- 48:41Speaker 10: Really, oh.
- 48:43Speaker 12: I wish I would have one by now.
- 48:45Speaker 4: Honestly, I think I think everybody's correct here.
- 48:49Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah, back to the point of hand.
- 48:51Speaker 4: The point of hand, it seems like the chick is
- 48:53Speaker 4: just like super gun hold that she wants just to
- 48:55Speaker 4: make out with the chick. I don't know why she
- 48:57Speaker 4: needs to involve a husband.
- 48:59Speaker 5: She wants to have this six experience with her husband.
- 49:01Speaker 5: I think she's there's other issues.
- 49:02Speaker 2: If you're a thirty two and you're already spicing up
- 49:04Speaker 2: your sex life and this, and there's all this language
- 49:07Speaker 2: about calling your husband a bitch and gay and all
- 49:09Speaker 2: this stuff.
- 49:10Speaker 5: She's a hand, she's a problem. Well, she's probably wondering that.
- 49:12Speaker 5: She probably thought like, Okay, well, guys will bang anything.
- 49:14Speaker 5: This should be easy.
- 49:15Speaker 1: I think she.
- 49:16Speaker 5: I think she thought like, oh, this is gonna be
- 49:18Speaker 5: no problem at all.
- 49:19Speaker 6: This it could be easy.
- 49:20Speaker 5: Yeah, you have this path, go find somebody. And she's like,
- 49:22Speaker 5: wait a minute, why what it should be easy.
- 49:25Speaker 4: But I think maybe he might think, oh, this is
- 49:28Speaker 4: this a trap?
- 49:29Speaker 5: Yes, that's also true.
- 49:30Speaker 6: But shouldn't there have been more rules to begin with,
- 49:33Speaker 6: like don't get to know this girl.
- 49:34Speaker 5: Shouldn't that have ben mentioned?
- 49:36Speaker 6: And he think the only way he can perform is
- 49:38Speaker 6: if he gets to know that.
- 49:39Speaker 5: But I don't. I don't think she was. I don't
- 49:41Speaker 5: think she was anticipating that. I don't think she saw
- 49:43Speaker 5: that part coming.
- 49:45Speaker 18: You know.
- 49:45Speaker 5: I thought she just would be like, oh, hey, go
- 49:47Speaker 5: find somebody. He'd be like, all right, not like this, Well,
- 49:50Speaker 5: I need to have a connection first. Now does he
- 49:52Speaker 5: really believe that? Or is he saying that trying to
- 49:54Speaker 5: look like the like I love you so much?
- 49:57Speaker 4: Yeah? Like do you.
- 50:00Speaker 5: Do you look? Is it a bad look? If you
- 50:02Speaker 5: just jump oh yeah, and you jump right on it
- 50:04Speaker 5: like yep, no problem, and then have somebody like like
- 50:06Speaker 5: or do you because it's your wife? Are you supposed
- 50:09Speaker 5: to fight it a little bit?
- 50:10Speaker 9: But I get that, but you don't need to have
- 50:12Speaker 9: a five hour follow up conversation before you do it.
- 50:15Speaker 4: It's like paying the bill at a restaurant. You know,
- 50:17Speaker 4: It's like you least reached.
- 50:19Speaker 1: For the wall.
- 50:21Speaker 2: Also, This scenario is insane. You know, like, hey, you're married.
- 50:25Speaker 2: I'm gonna say, do go out find any woman you can.
- 50:27Speaker 2: You get to have sex with you, which is not
- 50:29Speaker 2: easy on any given day for any man. And that
- 50:32Speaker 2: woman just happens to be into later finding out you're married,
- 50:36Speaker 2: and then later also being down for a threesome. Well
- 50:39Speaker 2: maybe he's very rare. Like the way to do it
- 50:43Speaker 2: is the wife goes out with you and then because
- 50:45Speaker 2: you because you're there's it's a one in a million chance.
- 50:47Speaker 2: Otherwise she needs to curate the situation exactly, gonna have
- 50:50Speaker 2: to pay way to go about it, you certainly have.
- 50:52Speaker 5: An easier time exactly, you know with with with the
- 50:56Speaker 5: wife in tow. Yeah, yeah, that's the guy people do it.
- 51:00Speaker 2: They get on the apps and they they take a
- 51:03Speaker 2: picture of both of them and they say looking for
- 51:05Speaker 2: in this case unicorn or whatever.
- 51:07Speaker 5: Blah blah blah blahlah.
- 51:08Speaker 2: There's kinds of phrase ology code, right, but the the
- 51:13Speaker 2: the you go out find a girl and then wrote
- 51:15Speaker 2: dump all this crap on her afterwards and hope she's
- 51:17Speaker 2: cool with it.
- 51:18Speaker 5: That's an insane thing. Well, that's that's part of like
- 51:20Speaker 5: the whole conversation up front, like, hey, look, you know
- 51:23Speaker 5: my wife actually set me out here. Still one million
- 51:27Speaker 5: chances a five hour conversation with her get her emotionally
- 51:31Speaker 5: invested in this guy who's married. Yeah, can you imagine.
- 51:36Speaker 4: Talking to a chick for five hours?
- 51:40Speaker 5: See, do you want me to afford you the email?
- 51:42Speaker 5: And you can like, you know, be like a consultant
- 51:44Speaker 5: on the on the case. That's my consultation.
- 51:48Speaker 1: That's over.
- 51:48Speaker 2: You're she's she's crazy, slash a bitch, And I don't
- 51:52Speaker 2: think it's a bitch. Well, yeah, if she's doing if
- 51:54Speaker 2: that's her attitude about her husband, she is. And if
- 51:57Speaker 2: she's asking for spicing up the marriage at that early
- 51:59Speaker 2: on in the marriag.
- 52:00Speaker 4: She is.
- 52:01Speaker 5: She's she's how do you know how early the marriage is? Well,
- 52:03Speaker 5: it can't be born in ten years.
- 52:05Speaker 1: She's thirty two. Yeah, unless they were, you know, some
- 52:08Speaker 1: kind of child bride situation. No, I'd be pissed ifi
- 52:12Speaker 1: for him too, because you're writing an email about your husband,
- 52:16Speaker 1: a radios gay. He's being a bitch like sounds like
- 52:21Speaker 1: a great exactly, Greg exactly. And she sounds trashy, you know,
- 52:26Speaker 1: like wow, like she would uh like she wants to
- 52:28Speaker 1: have her three on a pontoon.
- 52:30Speaker 4: Bruh are trashy?
- 52:33Speaker 1: Yeah, speaks like a frat brou.
- 52:38Speaker 6: Where pontoons taking friendly fire for you?
- 52:41Speaker 5: I think they'd trash so much for your wedding. Yeah,
- 52:45Speaker 5: look she reached out to us for a little help. Yeah,
- 52:48Speaker 5: well wants to gay or just being a bitch.
- 52:52Speaker 1: She wanted she's acting trashy.
- 52:55Speaker 6: Yeah, so it can be both.
- 52:57Speaker 4: He's gay and she's a bitch and a sure him
- 53:00Speaker 4: so we can tell he's got he's got gay.
- 53:01Speaker 1: I know that's what she should have hold on?
- 53:04Speaker 4: Is weird?
- 53:04Speaker 1: All right?
- 53:05Speaker 5: Back right now, that's a picture of your need a
- 53:10Speaker 5: picture of your husband.
- 53:13Speaker 4: Yeah, for sure to make a determination and parentheses what
- 53:16Speaker 4: he does for a living male nurse were like full
- 53:22Speaker 4: the nation alright, se bass out of all the dudes
- 53:25Speaker 4: on the show, who's gonna say I need to have
- 53:27Speaker 4: a connection first?
- 53:28Speaker 1: What he's turned down? Three?
- 53:33Speaker 5: I'll defend myself.
- 53:35Speaker 2: But he was single before either of his marriages. He
- 53:38Speaker 2: was offered a threesome while on a work trip and
- 53:40Speaker 2: an l a mansion with women in a pool playing
- 53:44Speaker 2: with dildo.
- 53:44Speaker 1: Literally and in front of his face.
- 53:50Speaker 5: Absolute free pass hook up, bang, slash that.
- 53:53Speaker 1: Was that because he feels guilty.
- 53:56Speaker 5: That's that's the whole thing. I don't need to connect.
- 54:00Speaker 5: The connection doesn't necessarily matter part of those equation what
- 54:03Speaker 5: you're talking. No, it's just like if it feels like mean,
- 54:08Speaker 5: that's very similar to because I don't need like the
- 54:12Speaker 5: big long conversation beforehand or afterwards. It's just like, you know,
- 54:15Speaker 5: like it's just like I don't know.
- 54:17Speaker 9: That's interesting because part of that very sounds very nice
- 54:20Speaker 9: of you. The other part sounds very narcissistic, like oh
- 54:23Speaker 9: what if they never see me again?
- 54:25Speaker 5: No, no, it has nothing to do with that. It's
- 54:27Speaker 5: it's no, no, no, it's like yeah, like, oh, it
- 54:30Speaker 5: wasn't just I get a connection. I guess if it was,
- 54:33Speaker 5: like because in the situations where there would have been
- 54:36Speaker 5: a one night stand, it wasn't really clear like oh,
- 54:38Speaker 5: that's what this is going to be. I think if
- 54:40Speaker 5: it was very clearly laid out that way, then fine,
- 54:43Speaker 5: like that would that would have been okay? But like you,
- 54:46Speaker 5: I don't know if it's been in a situation where
- 54:47Speaker 5: it's been very clear this is going to be a
- 54:50Speaker 5: one night stand, because there's always been like you know
- 54:53Speaker 5: what I mean, there's always been some kind of.
- 54:54Speaker 6: Like, if you're having sex that early, it's a one
- 54:55Speaker 6: night stand, but it was never gonna a person that
- 54:58Speaker 6: you were never going to see again, right, Like this situation,
- 55:00Speaker 6: it's an implied one to that.
- 55:03Speaker 5: That's very rare.
- 55:04Speaker 4: That's that's a that's like, hey, I'm on vacation in
- 55:06Speaker 4: Cancun sort of situation. Most one night stands are not well,
- 55:11Speaker 4: you know what this.
- 55:13Speaker 5: Initial look, I'm categorizing myself. I've told you big regret,
- 55:18Speaker 5: little bitch. Yeah, it's not gay, it's on the being
- 55:23Speaker 5: a little bitch side of things.
- 55:24Speaker 6: Certainly no rets.
- 55:25Speaker 5: Yeah that was dumb. Yeah, looking back on it, that
- 55:29Speaker 5: was so stupid. What was your biggest regret?
- 55:33Speaker 4: We talked about this one time?
- 55:38Speaker 5: Is all right?
- 55:42Speaker 6: Well, you know what we can.
- 55:45Speaker 5: We can give each contestant a choice because I have
- 55:50Speaker 5: a bunch of sex toys too that can easily be fireworks.

- 1:03:28Speaker 16: in Minnesota to beat the Twins to one. Same two
- 1:03:31Speaker 16: teams today at four forty. Angels lost to the Orioles
- 1:03:34Speaker 16: yesterday six to one, Same two teams tonight at the
- 1:03:36Speaker 16: Big A massive trade in basketball last night. Giannis is

- 1:03:46Speaker 16: thirteen pick, in tonight's NBA draft, which starts, by the

- 1:03:50Speaker 16: Heat is great, you got Giannis and Bam, but what
- 1:03:53Speaker 16: else like? You traded away a couple of your better players?
- 1:03:55Speaker 16: And question number two is pat Riley done cooking?
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: Yet?

- 1:04:23Speaker 5: Hi Jeff GG.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: The Woody Show.
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: Hi, welcome back us. Your phones are open eight seven
- 1:04:34Speaker 5: seven forty four Woodie. You can send us a text
- 1:04:38Speaker 5: check in over to two to nine eight seven. Uh,
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: there's something I guess that. Oh, so there's a there's
- 1:04:49Speaker 5: an interesting stat The average American man now carries about
- 1:04:53Speaker 5: twenty eight percent body fat. I believe it. The average
- 1:04:58Speaker 5: woman is around forty percent.
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: I believe that too.
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: And those body fat percentages now make us officially fatter
- 1:05:05Speaker 5: than pigs are. Finally, the average pig is between fifteen
- 1:05:15Speaker 5: and twenty five percent body fat. Delicious, So why are
- 1:05:19Speaker 5: we so fat? This is the over really part of
- 1:05:22Speaker 5: ultra processed food and sitting around too much. Those are
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: the big ones. It's led to, you know, chronic health conditions,
- 1:05:27Speaker 5: arising those higher medical bills. What's the answer, Eating healthier
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: food and moving? Oh really, where was this information.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: From us?
- 1:05:39Speaker 10: Well?
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: The good thing is that as we are getting larger,
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: when people are wearing less and less clothes.
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: So because when you're fat, we get hot as fat
- 1:05:48Speaker 5: as we get hot.
- 1:05:49Speaker 4: My argument is, though, as a former fat guy that's
- 1:05:51Speaker 4: less fat, like dude, like there's no reason to be
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: fat anymore, So why is this still happening? That is
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: just pure laziness.
- 1:05:59Speaker 5: Yeah, this pure just straight up where you can't afford
- 1:06:02Speaker 5: the free you know what the medications are not, No,
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: it's it's uh, it's getting cheaper and cheaper by the day,
- 1:06:10Speaker 5: it is, but it's not quite there yet. Not when
- 1:06:12Speaker 5: you're like living paycheck to paycheck.
- 1:06:14Speaker 4: Hold on, and then you do the mathematics on how
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: much you're spending on food versus how much it would
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: cost to get these drugs. The math works out like
- 1:06:24Speaker 4: for sure, like fair point menace, but it's not. Remember
- 1:06:27Speaker 4: we're not just fat, we're also lazy and stupid. Okay,
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: because we're combining all these things together into this. Yeh,
- 1:06:32Speaker 4: because like dude, like fast food is not cheap anymore.
- 1:06:35Speaker 5: Oh so true.
- 1:06:36Speaker 4: It's not like I just had a meal the other
- 1:06:38Speaker 4: day for two it was like thirty three dollars like
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: you personally eight for two again, yeah, that's what it did.
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: But no, like it just like the math, Like the
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: math just makes sense. You're spending way more on food
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: and staying fat versus just like getting something that could
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: help you and become skinnier. And then you also, uh,
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: you know, you can get by on the amount of
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: food that you're eating. It's it's just crazy that people
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: are not making the effort to make this happen. So
- 1:07:07Speaker 4: not being fat, it's just pure laziness and I knowd
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: and stupidity, which I am fat and stupid, but like
- 1:07:14Speaker 4: I figured it out, and I even I figured it out,
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: like you can figure it out.
- 1:07:20Speaker 5: Just Sti'll be lazy a good point less fat, like
- 1:07:23Speaker 5: you know, that's the one thing when people and you
- 1:07:25Speaker 5: lose a decent amount of weight, you go, well, when
- 1:07:27Speaker 5: I was fat, No, no, no, dude, it's still fat
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: like you just like we're less fat, you know what
- 1:07:32Speaker 5: I mean, You've lost some weight, Like, so stop talking
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: as a quote skinny person that not you. I'm not
- 1:07:37Speaker 5: talking about you, menus, I'm saying you see a lot
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: of that, like people that like, oh they were four
- 1:07:42Speaker 5: hundred pounds, they lost fifty, there's still three hundred and
- 1:07:46Speaker 5: fifty pounds at five and a half feet tall.
- 1:07:48Speaker 6: We're still happy for them.
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: Yeah, you know what I mean.
- 1:07:50Speaker 5: It's good, it's good, But like, don't sit there and
- 1:07:52Speaker 5: preach to me as if you're someone who's like lean
- 1:07:55Speaker 5: and fit and has all the answers.
- 1:07:57Speaker 9: And I don't know if you follow any of these trainers,
- 1:08:00Speaker 9: any of these dudes, but I used to follow a
- 1:08:01Speaker 9: bunch of them women, men. And there's nobody who hates
- 1:08:05Speaker 9: fat people more than somebody who used to be fat.
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: Have you noticed, like I was a pig.
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, I think Julian Michaels used to be fat, Like, oh,
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: there you go as a teenager.
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: And she was talking about somebod who's military.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: The jolly is a percentage of body fat and BMI
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: the same thing, It's not.
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: However, they are highly correlated. People use the well, technically
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: Michael Jordan was overweight, Yeah you're not, Michael Jordan. Don't
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: unless you're carrying a large amount of muscle. It's pretty
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: much the equivalent ratio essentially.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: And then how accurate are those machines that you just
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: hold with your hands to tell you your BMI.
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: The resistance machines? I don't that's a good question. I
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: think the the standard today is called a DEXA. It's
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: like a it's like a little basically mini MRI I almost. So, Yeah,
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: you really want to do one of those that will
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: tell you actual.
- 1:08:53Speaker 6: About the little pinchers they used to do in gym class.
- 1:08:55Speaker 5: Yeah, a good estimate, but not accurate. Saw instagram man
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: the other day for like a wristband thing I can wear.
- 1:09:02Speaker 5: It'll give me all kinds of information really, although the
- 1:09:06Speaker 5: or ring works really well for the stuff that it
- 1:09:08Speaker 5: measures for that kind of stuff, But I'm saying, I
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: don't I don't know if like just having this bracelet
- 1:09:14Speaker 5: around my wrist can tell me like all my body
- 1:09:16Speaker 5: fat percentage and my hydration level and that's weird and
- 1:09:20Speaker 5: and all these things. Well. This employee of Crumble Cookies
- 1:09:24Speaker 5: has gone viral online because he spoke out about a
- 1:09:27Speaker 5: conversation that he had with one of the customers, which
- 1:09:30Speaker 5: was not Greg, because Greg does not like Crumble.
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: Cookies, not overrated garbage that looks like it was decorated
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: by a blind toddler who's slobility.
- 1:09:39Speaker 5: So the customer came into the store wanting one of
- 1:09:42Speaker 5: the new dirty sodas that are all the rage. Yeah,
- 1:09:46Speaker 5: dirty sodas that Crumble offers. They sell them they're Crumble,
- 1:09:49Speaker 5: but the employee gave them a warning about how much
- 1:09:52Speaker 5: sugar was in those drinks. Now, I agree with man.
- 1:09:56Speaker 5: When you were a Crumble employee, you don't remind people
- 1:09:59Speaker 5: of the new tetional value stuff like nobody like how
- 1:10:02Speaker 5: many calories, how many grams of sugar? Yeah, you keep
- 1:10:05Speaker 5: that stuff to yourself. You're there to sell cookies and
- 1:10:08Speaker 5: dirty sodas. But anyway, here's what the what this gentleman
- 1:10:11Speaker 5: had to say.
- 1:10:12Speaker 18: Hi, everyone, I'm a Crumble employee, and we've started to
- 1:10:15Speaker 18: have customers come in every day or multiple times a
- 1:10:18Speaker 18: day for these new dirty sodas that have one hundred
- 1:10:21Speaker 18: and forty eight grams of sugar in them. Hey girl,
- 1:10:24Speaker 18: One time I said to one of the customers, like,
- 1:10:25Speaker 18: there's one hundred and forty eight grams of sugar. And
- 1:10:27Speaker 18: then I got in trouble because I'm not really supposed
- 1:10:28Speaker 18: to point that out. And then they were like, well,
- 1:10:31Speaker 18: you know, normally I drink ten cans of coke a day,
- 1:10:34Speaker 18: so it's not the same thing. And I said, well yeah,
- 1:10:37Speaker 18: And I said, so you're replacing your coke with the
- 1:10:39Speaker 18: dirty sodas, and they're like, no, I just drink the
- 1:10:41Speaker 18: ten cans of coke and then I also.
- 1:10:42Speaker 5: Get the dirty soda.
- 1:10:43Speaker 18: Oh and they also usually get a box of six
- 1:10:45Speaker 18: cookies to go with their drink.
- 1:10:46Speaker 5: Yeah, well later, it's like you're gonna eat them right now.
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: This conversation actually happened, but to that point, yeah, I
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: mean I could see a giant fatty doing that.
- 1:10:55Speaker 5: Yeah, oh absolutely, yeah, yeah.
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: Yeah cookie, I'm not saying anything anything.
- 1:11:02Speaker 5: Crumble Cookies had between thirty five and eighty five grams
- 1:11:05Speaker 5: of sugar in each cookie. And if you have like
- 1:11:10Speaker 5: a dirty soda on top of that sodi.
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:11:14Speaker 5: The the employee says that he's been giving a warning
- 1:11:17Speaker 5: about telling customers about the sugar levels and that he
- 1:11:20Speaker 5: is to keep his mouth closed from now at.
- 1:11:24Speaker 6: The wrong place.
- 1:11:24Speaker 5: He shouldn't be there. Yeah, you're just offer. That's like
- 1:11:28Speaker 5: a you know, that's like the vegan who takes the
- 1:11:32Speaker 5: job at the outback steakhouse and then complains of.
- 1:11:34Speaker 6: You know, you know this isn't responsibly curated.
- 1:11:37Speaker 5: Yeah you care about that kind of stuff. You don't
- 1:11:39Speaker 5: work at Crumble Cookie.
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: Yeah, do you know where you are?
- 1:11:41Speaker 5: Yeah, Like if you're like a hardcore like you know
- 1:11:43Speaker 5: abortion fan, you know fan, like you don't work you
- 1:11:48Speaker 5: don't work at the at the Catholic hospital that doesn't
- 1:11:51Speaker 5: cover your birth control and cover you know, certain things.
- 1:11:56Speaker 5: And if you do, and you keep that to yourself, right,
- 1:11:58Speaker 5: because then there's been stories where people then turn around
- 1:12:00Speaker 5: they try to sue them because they don't cover this thing.
- 1:12:02Speaker 5: It's like, well, no, you know who you want to
- 1:12:04Speaker 5: go work for, right, Yeah, Like you can't sue outback
- 1:12:08Speaker 5: because you're a vegan and they have meat offerings around
- 1:12:11Speaker 5: you when they know that you're a vegan.
- 1:12:13Speaker 6: Like what building do you think you walked into?
- 1:12:15Speaker 5: Right?
- 1:12:16Speaker 6: Or some of these dirty SOEs look good?
- 1:12:18Speaker 5: Something that eight seven seven forty four Woodie Uh text
- 1:12:22Speaker 5: over to two two nine eight seven. We've got some
- 1:12:25Speaker 5: more Woodies show for you next time, The Woodie Show.
- 1:12:32Speaker 5: All right, Well, we have a contest setup, and this
- 1:12:37Speaker 5: contest will involve Menace and dumbass Tyler. We're calling it
- 1:12:42Speaker 5: the foot Long Bromance because we all know how much
- 1:12:46Speaker 5: they love each other. Yeah, bro, Yeah, this this contest
- 1:12:50Speaker 5: was an idea that Jeff and I were just kind
- 1:12:51Speaker 5: of talking about, laughing about. And so the way it's
- 1:12:55Speaker 5: gonna work is, Uh, We've got these big long, foot
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: long hot dogs and have been cooked. In fact, Jeff
- 1:13:01Speaker 5: grilled them yesterday just for you. Well and his son.
- 1:13:06Speaker 5: His son ate two of the props for the game,
- 1:13:10Speaker 5: so we had to he had to make up another
- 1:13:11Speaker 5: one anyway. So it's did you guys ever see Lady
- 1:13:14Speaker 5: in the Tramp?
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: Yes? Okay, So.
- 1:13:19Speaker 5: So you guys each start with uh one end of
- 1:13:23Speaker 5: the wiener in your mouth, right, So you on one
- 1:13:26Speaker 5: and you on the other one. Now there's trivia involved,
- 1:13:29Speaker 5: so the who's gonna go first?
- 1:13:31Speaker 16: We're asking uh tyler questions for menace.
- 1:13:34Speaker 5: Okay, so menace you will be. You will be answering
- 1:13:37Speaker 5: the questions. Okay. For the questions that you get wrong,
- 1:13:41Speaker 5: you got to take a bite and then put the
- 1:13:42Speaker 5: wier back in your mouth. So the idea is to
- 1:13:45Speaker 5: not kiss. Yeah you want kiss? Yeah, you're you're not
- 1:13:49Speaker 5: gonna kiss. That's that's the idea. So you want to
- 1:13:52Speaker 5: get the questions right unless you want to kiss. Unless
- 1:13:56Speaker 5: you want to.
- 1:13:56Speaker 4: Kiss, I don't want to kiss.
- 1:13:58Speaker 6: Then win.
- 1:14:00Speaker 16: God.
- 1:14:01Speaker 4: I wish you would have talked to me thirty seconds
- 1:14:03Speaker 4: before went on the mic.
- 1:14:04Speaker 5: Why is it?
- 1:14:06Speaker 4: I wish there was another variation. I would do this
- 1:14:09Speaker 4: any other day of the week, but today why why?
- 1:14:14Speaker 11: Uh?
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: I want to know if I want to put somebody
- 1:14:18Speaker 4: on blast right now?
- 1:14:20Speaker 10: Huh?
- 1:14:22Speaker 5: Can you do the like the break real quick and
- 1:14:24Speaker 5: then I'll let you see.
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: Yeah, we're putting on blast.
- 1:14:34Speaker 6: We'll find out Oscar Meyer.
- 1:14:36Speaker 5: No hold on, guys, what you want? Watch so sadly?
- 1:14:52Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:14:55Speaker 5: You know, then just don't kiss?
- 1:14:57Speaker 6: Yeah, that's the goal.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: You just say it, right, I mean he could say it.
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: I mean.
- 1:15:07Speaker 5: I have a little scab on my lip.
- 1:15:09Speaker 4: Because any other day of the week I would I'll
- 1:15:14Speaker 4: be one thousand percent down. It would not bug me.
- 1:15:18Speaker 4: But he has a visible Yeah, yeah it doesn't. I
- 1:15:24Speaker 4: saw it. I saw it for the past couple of days.
- 1:15:27Speaker 7: Well yeah, it takes a minute to heal.
- 1:15:28Speaker 4: Dudeeah, I get it.
- 1:15:29Speaker 6: Like you said, just don't kiss.
- 1:15:31Speaker 5: Yeah, then just don't kiss.
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: Okay, then you do a gina Okay, well no, hear it?
- 1:15:35Speaker 5: So okay, how about how about this? How do you like,
- 1:15:38Speaker 5: how do you in in a situation of intimacy protect yourself?
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: Okay?
- 1:15:43Speaker 5: Right, you have a classic bag, so that that's enough
- 1:15:48Speaker 5: to create a barrier for see, and this is this
- 1:15:53Speaker 5: is what I love problem solving stuff. All right, so
- 1:15:55Speaker 5: this is there we go.
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: So you got a whole foot worth of hot dog
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: to get wrong.
- 1:16:03Speaker 4: Yeah, so that way, I just want to protect myself,
- 1:16:06Speaker 4: That's all I understand.
- 1:16:08Speaker 5: So that so that way they care, so you'll you'll
- 1:16:10Speaker 5: take your end of the hot dog, put it into
- 1:16:12Speaker 5: the back, and then that way there's a there's like
- 1:16:14Speaker 5: a dental damn in front of in front of your
- 1:16:16Speaker 5: big stupid face.
- 1:16:17Speaker 4: All right, got it?
- 1:16:20Speaker 5: Yeah you got Jeff? Okay, all right, now here's the Yeah,
- 1:16:27Speaker 5: we're not setting you up to fail. In fact, the
- 1:16:31Speaker 5: questions so there was the questions that that Menace has
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: to answer are questions that Tyler wrote for Menace as
- 1:16:41Speaker 5: his bro as his friend, going. These are things that
- 1:16:44Speaker 5: Menace does know a lot about, or should know a
- 1:16:47Speaker 5: lot about. That's plenty.
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: That's good.
- 1:16:53Speaker 4: Yeah, it's way too.
- 1:16:58Speaker 6: Jeff, let's slip. Don't make an opening.
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: How he's doing mouth shape?
- 1:17:04Speaker 6: I know what a cloud?
- 1:17:08Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 1:17:08Speaker 5: Here, hold on, what do you say?
- 1:17:10Speaker 4: Just makes it looks like he has a fat tongue.
- 1:17:12Speaker 4: So I made it a big old I used to
- 1:17:14Speaker 4: used to that.
- 1:17:16Speaker 5: Right, There is plenty to get there.
- 1:17:19Speaker 6: Here's your dental damn.
- 1:17:20Speaker 4: We're fixing it. Sorry, Yeah, troubleshooting live.
- 1:17:24Speaker 5: This is great, dude, live radio. That's how it goes. Right,
- 1:17:27Speaker 5: I need the winner, okay yeah yeah, all right, so
- 1:17:31Speaker 5: now you got to keep to answer when you answered
- 1:17:32Speaker 5: the question. Like, part of the fun for the audio
- 1:17:34Speaker 5: is that you know the winner is still in your mouth.
- 1:17:37Speaker 5: All right, so we just gotta stay in your mouth. No, no,
- 1:17:40Speaker 5: he gets the dental dame.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: On his side.
- 1:17:41Speaker 5: Menace.
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: Yeah, well it's halfway.
- 1:17:43Speaker 5: Yeah, there we go. All right, there you go. All right,
- 1:17:46Speaker 5: now Tyler, join it on your end. Okay, okay, Now
- 1:17:50Speaker 5: you got to be facing each other. Yeah, yeah, Well
- 1:17:53Speaker 5: we'll move the microphone. Okay, okay, yeah, move move your
- 1:17:55Speaker 5: mic there, Menace, move his mic out of there. There,
- 1:17:57Speaker 5: there we go. We want to be able to see,
- 1:17:59Speaker 5: all right, but then make sure you get that dental
- 1:18:01Speaker 5: dam nice and close to your lips there, Tyler, Yeah, yeah,
- 1:18:04Speaker 5: there there we go. Two men, one foot long. All right,
- 1:18:08Speaker 5: you're ready for question number one? All right, man, is
- 1:18:11Speaker 5: question number one?
- 1:18:13Speaker 16: What year was the first Coachella and who was the headliner?
- 1:18:17Speaker 4: Eh uh, I think it was nineteen ninety nine. Raised
- 1:18:29Speaker 4: against the Machina's there. That is correct.
- 1:18:34Speaker 5: All right, all right, so the wiener is still intact.
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:18:39Speaker 16: Next question, Next question, what is the name of the
- 1:18:43Speaker 16: stadium that was shared by both the A's and the Raiders?
- 1:18:47Speaker 4: Oh?
- 1:18:48Speaker 19: Uh awed? Oakland College, Oakan Yeah, Oakland Coliseum. No, yeah,
- 1:18:59Speaker 19: I mean it was called the Oh.
- 1:19:00Speaker 4: For a second, because you don't have to say, dude,
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: you're trying not to be kissed.
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: I think maybe you are.
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: I mean it was sponsored by overstock dot com, so
- 1:19:13Speaker 4: they called it. Oh, all right, what do he decided?
- 1:19:15Speaker 4: Oakland Alameda County Coliseum?
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: Oh?
- 1:19:19Speaker 5: Oh, every thing. I think that counts because you missed
- 1:19:21Speaker 5: it just a county like yeah, Oakland. Everybody called Oakland Coliseum. Okay,
- 1:19:25Speaker 5: all right, manage you're doing really well.
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: All right, all right.
- 1:19:28Speaker 5: Question number three. We all know Menace loves dumb ass Tyler.
- 1:19:32Speaker 5: When is Tyler's birthday?
- 1:19:34Speaker 17: Oh?
- 1:19:36Speaker 4: Damn, just sell it.
- 1:19:39Speaker 5: If you don't know what it is, you can just
- 1:19:41Speaker 5: go ahead and take a bite. I was gonna take.
- 1:19:44Speaker 5: Not like it's got to be.
- 1:19:46Speaker 6: I would say, right, I know what month is?
- 1:19:49Speaker 5: Yeah, how much how much did you bite off that
- 1:19:52Speaker 5: it still looks like it?
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: Oh?
- 1:19:53Speaker 5: Please, I can still see where round starts to round
- 1:19:56Speaker 5: off towards the end.
- 1:19:58Speaker 6: Guys agree, like, you know, yeah an inch an.
- 1:20:01Speaker 5: Inch an inch? A yeah, you can. You can see
- 1:20:05Speaker 5: where it starts like around, it's still just a tip.
- 1:20:09Speaker 5: All right, here we go. Next question.
- 1:20:11Speaker 16: One of MENACE's favorite movies is The Goonies. In this movie,
- 1:20:15Speaker 16: the group is looking for a lost treasure. What is
- 1:20:17Speaker 16: the name of the pirate that the treasure belonged to?
- 1:20:20Speaker 3: One?
- 1:20:20Speaker 4: I will.
- 1:20:22Speaker 5: Okay, good, nice job.
- 1:20:24Speaker 16: Next question, which team was the first F one team
- 1:20:27Speaker 16: that Lego made a set for?
- 1:20:30Speaker 5: Uh? He loves Legos, he loves F one. He's bought

- 1:20:49Speaker 4: This is already five.
- 1:20:50Speaker 5: Oh, this is number five? Okay, it's ten questions. Ten questions,
- 1:20:53Speaker 5: and there's now drool dripping from the whi which is
- 1:20:56Speaker 5: super hot. Each each each bro as a end of
- 1:21:00Speaker 5: the foot long in their mouth. And for everyone he
- 1:21:03Speaker 5: gets wrong, he's got to take a bite of the
- 1:21:04Speaker 5: hot dog getting closer and closer to his ultimate dream
- 1:21:07Speaker 5: of kissing Tyler.
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:21:10Speaker 5: Next question, another Lego question. What year was Lego founded?
- 1:21:14Speaker 4: Oh god, nineteen twenty six, that is incorrect, nineteen thirty two.
- 1:21:22Speaker 5: Off to another Now you getting another another inch of

- 1:21:36Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, is the okay hot dogs back in
- 1:21:39Speaker 5: the mouth?
- 1:21:39Speaker 16: Next question, what is the name of the NHL team
- 1:21:42Speaker 16: that played in the Bay Area and what year did
- 1:21:45Speaker 16: they leave? An is team that played an NHL team
- 1:21:51Speaker 16: played in the Bay Area and they're not they're not
- 1:21:54Speaker 16: there anymore and they left, I guess the team in
- 1:21:57Speaker 16: the year.
- 1:21:58Speaker 5: Not the Sharks. Then, god, uh, I mean you're a
- 1:22:06Speaker 5: Bay Area guy born and raised.
- 1:22:08Speaker 4: Yeah, the hockey team that one term and then left.
- 1:22:11Speaker 5: And on one and then.
- 1:22:14Speaker 4: Yeah that should before my time. The Panthers or whatever.
- 1:22:20Speaker 16: Is it the Panthers It is the California Golden Seals
- 1:22:22Speaker 16: and they left in nineteen seventy six.
- 1:22:25Speaker 4: I thought that was a baseball team.
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, another byte, another big bipe. All right, guys,
- 1:22:31Speaker 5: and that guy's got to relove. Tyler's that as far
- 1:22:33Speaker 5: as you can lean for like lean screwed up. Yeah,
- 1:22:37Speaker 5: you could move the chair, yeah, the chair screwed up. Yeah,
- 1:22:42Speaker 5: you know you want to be closer, all right, move

- 1:22:46Speaker 4: Your face Seals were a baseball team.
- 1:22:48Speaker 5: Yeah, look how close to that. Questions were written by Tyler,
- 1:22:52Speaker 5: by the way, so yeah they're written for mens his bro. Yeah,
- 1:22:55Speaker 5: now these are good questions. I think you did a
- 1:22:57Speaker 5: good job. These are all things that Ben should know
- 1:22:59Speaker 5: about for sure. All right, next one.
- 1:23:02Speaker 16: All right, Menace is the social media guru of the
- 1:23:04Speaker 16: show and has the most ig followers besides one person,
- 1:23:10Speaker 16: not counting the Woody account.
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: What this question?
- 1:23:14Speaker 16: Okay, what year was Instagram founded?
- 1:23:18Speaker 5: Sorry, that was a little history history. Yeah whatever, Yeah,
- 1:23:22Speaker 5: that's that's classic and testing where they'll they'll give you
- 1:23:24Speaker 5: a bunch of extra stuff you don't need to throw
- 1:23:27Speaker 5: you off so you get your mind going in a
- 1:23:29Speaker 5: different direction. So the question is what what what year
- 1:23:32Speaker 5: was Instagram founded? What year was Instagram found?
- 1:23:35Speaker 4: Uh, I'm showing sarente seventeen years ago, uh, two thousand

- 1:23:55Speaker 5: These guys are getting. How's the hot dog?
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: By the way? Not good?
- 1:24:00Speaker 16: Their noses are so close?
- 1:24:01Speaker 5: Now, yeah, this is Is this number nine or ten?
- 1:24:06Speaker 4: This is the last question?
- 1:24:08Speaker 5: Last question? All right, so we're not gonna get a
- 1:24:10Speaker 5: kiss on this one, but their noses, their noses may
- 1:24:12Speaker 5: end up touching, alright.
- 1:24:14Speaker 16: And kiss maybe.
- 1:24:15Speaker 4: In the Fast and the Furious movies, what is the
- 1:24:17Speaker 4: beer of choice for Dom and.

- 1:24:25Speaker 5: God, uh, it's been Diesel's character.
- 1:24:27Speaker 4: Yeah, I can't remember him even drinking beer.
- 1:24:31Speaker 16: Come dude, I guess heineken.
- 1:24:37Speaker 10: Oh man, alright, alright, oh my man, alright, alright, that
- 1:24:45Speaker 10: was that was?
- 1:24:47Speaker 4: That was?
- 1:24:47Speaker 5: That wasn't bad, medic. You did pretty well. They got
- 1:24:50Speaker 5: I mean they got they got super close.
- 1:24:52Speaker 4: They did. I think I would know that hockey that
- 1:24:55Speaker 4: hockey question. Why would I know that one?
- 1:24:57Speaker 13: I was told to make a couple questions, Hardt, like
- 1:25:00Speaker 13: some of them be somewhat challenging.
- 1:25:02Speaker 5: Yeah, but I still maybe you would have heard of guy.
- 1:25:06Speaker 5: Yeah you heard guy?
- 1:25:08Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:25:08Speaker 5: Yeah. I don't think it was that out crazy for
- 1:25:10Speaker 5: somebody who grew up in that area. Yeah, but you
- 1:25:12Speaker 5: don't know.
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: Did you know that I heard of this Golden Seals?
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: But I'm with Menace. I thought they were baseball.
- 1:25:17Speaker 13: I know there they were for sure a hockey team.
- 1:25:19Speaker 13: Maybe there was a minor league team that shared the
- 1:25:21Speaker 13: same name. That's possible, Tyler.
- 1:25:23Speaker 6: Can I guess the month of your birthday?
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: Sure?
- 1:25:25Speaker 6: Is it December?
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:25:27Speaker 5: What's your birthday? December twenty eighth, December twenty my.
- 1:25:31Speaker 4: Birthday.
- 1:25:34Speaker 5: I should get a pretty good decent time, you know,
- 1:25:38Speaker 5: to be reminded to get the cards out in time.
- 1:25:41Speaker 5: Now with all these different people, now, yeah, cool, because
- 1:25:44Speaker 5: that'll that'll click in my mind. Oh, Tyler's birthday is
- 1:25:46Speaker 5: coming up.
- 1:25:47Speaker 6: You don't have to overnight it, Yeah, exactly.
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:25:49Speaker 5: All right, Well it's gonna be Tyler's turn to answer
- 1:25:51Speaker 5: some questions.
- 1:25:53Speaker 6: Same dog, Yeah, yeah, we started.
- 1:25:55Speaker 5: With the same dog. We'll start We'll start with We'll
- 1:25:58Speaker 5: start with the fresh dog, and that will be next
- 1:26:01Speaker 5: our on the Woody Show, hang On.
- 1:26:04Speaker 17: Show.
- 1:26:05Speaker 5: So we have these foot long hot dogs, and we
- 1:26:08Speaker 5: have two men who are madly in love with each other,
- 1:26:11Speaker 5: Menace and dumb ass Tyler, And so each fella has
- 1:26:15Speaker 5: an end of the foot long wiiner in their mouth,
- 1:26:18Speaker 5: lady in the tramp style on the piece of spaghetti,
- 1:26:21Speaker 5: you know, and the questions are being asked, and for
- 1:26:24Speaker 5: every question that is answered incorrectly, a one inch bite
- 1:26:29Speaker 5: has to be taken out of your end of the
- 1:26:32Speaker 5: hot dog. Closer their faces get, their faces get closer
- 1:26:37Speaker 5: and closer to eventually kissing, which is again, at some
- 1:26:43Speaker 5: point will happen. And we all know, like what a
- 1:26:46Speaker 5: big romantic Tyler is.
- 1:26:47Speaker 4: Anyway, God'd be knowing.
- 1:26:51Speaker 5: Oh, you'd be knowing. You'll be knowing. All right, So
- 1:26:54Speaker 5: we're ready for this is the round where Tyler has

- 1:27:12Speaker 1: The breath?
- 1:27:15Speaker 5: The breath? What does it smell like? It smells like ass,
- 1:27:18Speaker 5: like actual ass, But you say everything smells like is
- 1:27:21Speaker 5: it sours or does it smell like a like onions,
- 1:27:25Speaker 5: like a food that he ate like a dumpster. Get

- 1:27:32Speaker 5: because at one point Menace was the man known as breath. Yeah,
- 1:27:36Speaker 5: but now it's breath we'll clean him up. Okay, all right,
- 1:27:40Speaker 5: Now again these are questions that Menace wrote for his
- 1:27:43Speaker 5: bro for Tyler about things that he should know about.
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: All right, you get.
- 1:27:50Speaker 5: There are ten questions. Question number one, right.
- 1:27:54Speaker 4: There we go.
- 1:27:56Speaker 16: Why why are the Atlanta Falcons called the Atlanta Falcons?
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: Tyler?
- 1:28:01Speaker 7: They were named I think after a name the team contest.
- 1:28:04Speaker 7: Some teacher, uh sent in the name of falcons because
- 1:28:07Speaker 7: it's like a bird of prey or.

- 1:31:01Speaker 5: Yeah, this is.
- 1:31:09Speaker 6: Romantic.
- 1:31:12Speaker 5: So six questions down. Number seven.
- 1:31:16Speaker 16: What is the largest US military airplane?
- 1:31:20Speaker 5: Uh?
- 1:31:21Speaker 7: Oh god, it's not a brief fifty two?
- 1:31:27Speaker 4: Is it?
- 1:31:28Speaker 3: Oh?

- 1:31:28Speaker 5: Hold okay?
- 1:31:31Speaker 1: Is it stop bomber?

- 1:31:34Speaker 10: Is five?
- 1:31:38Speaker 5: You guys are getting close. Okay, let me say turn
- 1:31:40Speaker 5: it sideways three quarters of that.
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: Yeah, it was a pretty small.
- 1:31:51Speaker 5: It's a hot dog connoisseury. Now, how big an engine?

- 1:32:05Speaker 5: microphone down place? Which the one that's right in the
- 1:32:07Speaker 5: middle of the eye. We want to we want to
- 1:32:09Speaker 5: we need to see the bridge. Question number seven. Question
- 1:32:14Speaker 5: number eight.
- 1:32:15Speaker 16: How many players play on the field during a little
- 1:32:18Speaker 16: league baseball game, including the batter? I'm assuming so yes,
- 1:32:25Speaker 16: if it's not.
- 1:32:26Speaker 7: Including the batter, or it's nine. If it is including
- 1:32:28Speaker 7: the batter, it's ten.
- 1:32:29Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:32:30Speaker 16: How many players play on a field during a little
- 1:32:32Speaker 16: League baseball game on the field. Your answer is uh,
- 1:32:36Speaker 16: I say ten, it's eighteen? What nine on each side
- 1:32:40Speaker 16: including the battery?
- 1:32:41Speaker 7: Okay, wait.
- 1:32:44Speaker 5: At the same time, okay, I screwed that up.
- 1:32:49Speaker 4: Should we throw that question out?
- 1:32:50Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:32:51Speaker 5: I think we throw that question out because, well, think
- 1:32:52Speaker 5: about it. In Little League, don't they also have somebody
- 1:32:55Speaker 5: that kind of like in right center. They have like
- 1:32:57Speaker 5: a rover. They have they have like left field, center field,
- 1:33:00Speaker 5: right field, but they also have like right center. Left
- 1:33:03Speaker 5: center is an extra kid because that's way they get
- 1:33:06Speaker 5: extra kids out there. So nobody's like, you know, riding
- 1:33:08Speaker 5: the bench to a that. Yeah, yeah, all right, we
- 1:33:10Speaker 5: throw that one out. That one's thrown out. That was
- 1:33:13Speaker 5: a battle ment, all right. Another next question, how many
- 1:33:17Speaker 5: ounces is in a tall can of MODELO?
- 1:33:21Speaker 7: I think it's twenty four?
- 1:33:23Speaker 4: That is correct, all.
- 1:33:25Speaker 5: Right, all right, here we go question number nine.
- 1:33:29Speaker 4: All right, what cities were greg and Menace born in?
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: Was born in?
- 1:33:38Speaker 7: It's not one, damn it.
- 1:33:45Speaker 8: I know.
- 1:33:45Speaker 5: It's not rich.
- 1:33:47Speaker 7: It's not Fremont.
- 1:33:48Speaker 6: I like he's working it out with a dog in
- 1:33:50Speaker 6: his mouth.
- 1:33:51Speaker 5: This is this is very who wants to be a millionaire.
- 1:33:54Speaker 5: You can hear them.
- 1:33:56Speaker 3: I like that.
- 1:33:56Speaker 2: I like that.
- 1:33:57Speaker 5: Yeah, because it is this isn't audio media.
- 1:34:00Speaker 7: I cannot remember.
- 1:34:01Speaker 5: I can't remember.
- 1:34:02Speaker 7: It's somewhere around the general area.
- 1:34:05Speaker 5: But you're you gonna take a bite. Yeah, that's a bite.
- 1:34:11Speaker 5: Let me seek. Yeah, it's closer than the other one was.
- 1:34:21Speaker 5: All right, this is this is the last question. Last question,
- 1:34:25Speaker 5: and their noses are almost touching. How's that breath menace?
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: That's helping a lot?
- 1:34:36Speaker 5: Last question?
- 1:34:37Speaker 16: Mexico City, the home of the Mexico soccer team, is
- 1:34:41Speaker 16: in what state in Mexico?
- 1:34:46Speaker 7: Uh? I had to guess.
- 1:34:52Speaker 16: Okay, the answer says trick. Question is the capital of Mexico,
- 1:34:56Speaker 16: because it's like Washington.
- 1:34:57Speaker 2: D c.
- 1:34:58Speaker 4: It is not in any state.
- 1:35:04Speaker 5: Another another nice bike? God, all right, take take the bike,
- 1:35:08Speaker 5: take the bike. Yeah you did say, all right, let's
- 1:35:14Speaker 5: see what the official final measurement is here. Yeah, you
- 1:35:18Speaker 5: gotta put your mouth on no, no.
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: So much.
- 1:35:27Speaker 5: Wow, guys, that that is beautiful. That is beautiful. Now
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: that's that's a bro man. All right, nice work, nice work.
- 1:35:37Speaker 5: Oh god, alright, man, what what so for people with
- 1:35:42Speaker 5: that that Bodega breath menace? Because you've done a nice job.
- 1:35:45Speaker 4: Of dude, shout out to their breath. It's amazing. Don't
- 1:35:51Speaker 4: get the gum, just get the mouth washed. It will
- 1:35:54Speaker 4: change your life. They saw that Target and Walmart. Walmart
- 1:35:57Speaker 4: has a knockoff version, but I'll just go with the
- 1:35:59Speaker 4: regall the regular old thorough breath.
- 1:36:01Speaker 13: I will say he got me on the one day
- 1:36:03Speaker 13: I forgot to brush my teeth before I left, the.
- 1:36:07Speaker 5: The one I usually I almost always do. I just
- 1:36:10Speaker 5: completely forgot. So, uh I forget what so while m
- 1:36:14Speaker 5: hm because the breath thing before it was that you
- 1:36:16Speaker 5: weren't brushing your teeth.
- 1:36:17Speaker 4: Would brush my teeth all the time.
- 1:36:19Speaker 7: Yeah, but didn't you have tonsoles stones?
- 1:36:21Speaker 4: No, that's something that that's that's something breath. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:36:25Speaker 4: I never had tonsilestones. Joe Coy brought that up because
- 1:36:29Speaker 4: he asked, did I have tonsilstone?
- 1:36:31Speaker 5: Yea, and he did legit the worst day. But no, Yeah,
- 1:36:36Speaker 5: this was just like this was just a problem for
- 1:36:39Speaker 5: a lot of time and that that stuff worked for him.
- 1:36:42Speaker 1: Chronic mm hmm, yeah, question.
- 1:36:45Speaker 4: But I love that Tyler finished the hot dog after.
- 1:36:47Speaker 5: Then that was in MENACE's mouth. I'm not.
- 1:36:53Speaker 15: This.
- 1:36:53Speaker 5: I mean like you can always food shows, next hang
- 1:36:57Speaker 5: out will be bad back in.
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: So menace.
- 1:37:07Speaker 5: He said that the tyler puke at your house over
- 1:37:11Speaker 5: the weekend.
- 1:37:11Speaker 4: Yeah, we were platy and hard and look, I can't
- 1:37:14Speaker 4: knock him for pukin because I puke all the time
- 1:37:17Speaker 4: and I puked him many public places, so I can't.
- 1:37:20Speaker 4: I can't bash him for that. But the thing is,
- 1:37:24Speaker 4: no one ever tries to help me and say, hey,
- 1:37:25Speaker 4: you know what, like layoff in the lay off the drinks.
- 1:37:29Speaker 4: This guy, he's like he always wants to show off
- 1:37:31Speaker 4: and like show how much he can drink. And then
- 1:37:34Speaker 4: we got to a point where I was like, okay,
- 1:37:36Speaker 4: he should just like move on to beers now, and
- 1:37:39Speaker 4: somebody asked him, like we should what should you? What
- 1:37:42Speaker 4: do you want? And he goes, oh, I want another
- 1:37:44Speaker 4: Jack and coke And I'm like, dude, not a good idea,
- 1:37:47Speaker 4: not a good idea right now? And then uh, I'll
- 1:37:51Speaker 4: tell you, Like, within like five minutes of drinking that
- 1:37:54Speaker 4: jack and coke, he's like inside the house, pukin.
- 1:37:57Speaker 5: Now, where did the puke in the sink? Because you
- 1:37:58Speaker 5: puke in the sink?
- 1:37:59Speaker 4: Yeah, puke everywhere?
- 1:38:00Speaker 5: Yeah, But like did he actually tolet like a normal person.
- 1:38:05Speaker 4: He was respectful. Also, our friend Julianne was there. I
- 1:38:08Speaker 4: think she bared too.
- 1:38:09Speaker 1: Yeah, so that shocker.
- 1:38:10Speaker 5: Yeah, that's good, totally to put it in a lot
- 1:38:12Speaker 5: of work. I'm not usually this guy. But aren't we
- 1:38:14Speaker 5: too old for this?
- 1:38:15Speaker 4: No?
- 1:38:16Speaker 14: He is.
- 1:38:17Speaker 4: I mean Julianne's got to be forty something now, right, Yeah,
- 1:38:20Speaker 4: he's well into his thirties barfing getting her pies. We're not.
- 1:38:25Speaker 5: Hey, go ask your question because I saw your posts
- 1:38:28Speaker 5: about this gathering that you had the birthday party for Randy.
- 1:38:32Speaker 4: Right, yeah, Randy.
- 1:38:33Speaker 5: But Randy's birthdays on the twenty ninth, is that not?
- 1:38:35Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:38:36Speaker 5: But his actual birthday he is going to be out
- 1:38:38Speaker 5: of town.
- 1:38:38Speaker 1: Yeah, because when the whole game could.
- 1:38:40Speaker 5: Get I'm the worst at birthdays. I'm like, it's Randy's birthday.
- 1:38:43Speaker 5: I'm like, why because I I remember seeing it's I
- 1:38:46Speaker 5: went to go look at because I made a note
- 1:38:47Speaker 5: of it, so I make sure to reach out to
- 1:38:49Speaker 5: him and wishing a happy birthday. Yeah, Like, did I
- 1:38:51Speaker 5: have it wrong? So you tripped me out for a second.
- 1:38:54Speaker 4: Now, he's going to be in one of our favorite places, Chicago. Yeah,
- 1:38:57Speaker 4: nice at the Pokemon.

- 1:39:42Speaker 5: in the Quad Cities area and it's Dicks. And it's like,
- 1:39:47Speaker 5: so they, you know, get a bag of dicks. Yeah, well,
- 1:39:50Speaker 5: Dick's Potato Chips. And at the at the bottom it
- 1:39:53Speaker 5: says eat a bag and it says you can make
- 1:39:55Speaker 5: dicks get bigger. Go to Dick's Potato Chips dot com

- 1:40:00Speaker 5: know what they're doing.

- 1:40:03Speaker 4: family recipe that's one hundred years. Let's talk about penises.
- 1:40:06Speaker 5: But yeah, they play on words, which we do appreciate
- 1:40:10Speaker 5: because we're victor mature. Now. I was told that these
- 1:40:13Speaker 5: are actually decent chips, Like like, I'm not a huge chip, guys.
- 1:40:17Speaker 5: I let you guys speak first, because you guys.
- 1:40:18Speaker 12: Are definitely these are wavy and.
- 1:40:20Speaker 5: They're ruffles style fresh. You got a couple of different kinds,
- 1:40:25Speaker 5: all right, So you got there was a sweet and
- 1:40:27Speaker 5: smoky barbecue, and then there's also a bag of salty dicks.
- 1:40:32Speaker 4: I got, I got salty decks.
- 1:40:34Speaker 1: Barbecue is so good. It is quite sweet.
- 1:40:38Speaker 5: I do like I like barbecue chips.
- 1:40:42Speaker 6: I'm really not a barbecue person.
- 1:40:44Speaker 5: Is great, agreed, And.
- 1:40:50Speaker 1: That's good. Yeah, not overpowering, and the thickness is perfect.
- 1:40:56Speaker 6: They're in between ruffles and wave wavies.
- 1:40:58Speaker 5: Yeah, you can get you a bag of dicks by
- 1:41:02Speaker 5: going to Dix Potato Chips dot com and then you

- 1:41:12Speaker 16: I think that whole bad box was twenty bucks.
- 1:41:16Speaker 5: A bunch of bags.
- 1:41:17Speaker 16: That's that's like a dozen bags.
- 1:41:18Speaker 1: I think, can girl all that's a.
- 1:41:20Speaker 5: Bad and that included the shipping or the shipping was
- 1:41:22Speaker 5: that was including shipping?
- 1:41:23Speaker 4: Yet?
- 1:41:23Speaker 8: Oh?
- 1:41:24Speaker 1: Yeah?

- 1:41:31Speaker 5: Thank you?
- 1:41:32Speaker 1: Worth it? Yeah?
- 1:41:33Speaker 6: Really good.
- 1:41:34Speaker 5: Dwyron Michaels. They do a morning show they're in the
- 1:41:36Speaker 5: Quad Cities. Nice dudes. Man, they've been there forever. Dude,
- 1:41:40Speaker 5: they got a may They live like kings.
- 1:41:42Speaker 1: Kings.
- 1:41:42Speaker 5: They've been offered every major city over the course of
- 1:41:47Speaker 5: their career. They've been that, they've been at a long time.
- 1:41:49Speaker 5: And man, they're they're like, they're just kings there. Yeah, huge,
- 1:41:54Speaker 5: huge ratings, and you know, they they've got really great
- 1:41:57Speaker 5: relationship with all the clients and stuff, and so they're
- 1:41:59Speaker 5: they're making really good money because they have a lot
- 1:42:01Speaker 5: of advertisers and everything else. And they just never chase
- 1:42:04Speaker 5: down like doing the big city thing. And I respect it, man, Yeah, exactly. Yeah,
- 1:42:11Speaker 5: beat a big fish in the small pond. That's a
- 1:42:13Speaker 5: great life, man. And you're living in a place where
- 1:42:16Speaker 5: it's like a dollar to own a house, own a home.
- 1:42:19Speaker 5: That now I feel like an idiot. Well, if you're
- 1:42:27Speaker 5: feeling a burned out on the news, there is a
- 1:42:30Speaker 5: reason for that. It's according to some you know, smart
- 1:42:35Speaker 5: science research types. They have studies that show that our
- 1:42:38Speaker 5: brains they're not built for doom scrolling the news as
- 1:42:41Speaker 5: much as we do. Oh and so humans evolve to
- 1:42:45Speaker 5: pay close attention to danger, but mostly clear and present threats.
- 1:42:49Speaker 5: But you know today, you know that instinct is just
- 1:42:52Speaker 5: overwhelmed because it's just an endless supply, just bad news
- 1:42:54Speaker 5: coming from all directions all over the world. And so, uh,
- 1:42:59Speaker 5: human mind they weigh negative information more heavily than positive stuff,
- 1:43:03Speaker 5: which is true. We we've mentioned this before, like, uh,
- 1:43:08Speaker 5: you know, with Morgan, I can think of more of
- 1:43:10Speaker 5: a recent example where there was something she goes no,
- 1:43:13Speaker 5: everybody goes no. I've seen the majority of the comments,
- 1:43:16Speaker 5: like ninety nine point nine percent. You're focusing on the two. Yeah,
- 1:43:20Speaker 5: that's negative, but that's that's how the brain works.
- 1:43:23Speaker 9: When you hear that about comedians and singers, like stop
- 1:43:26Speaker 9: looking at that one guy frowning in the front row, exactly.
- 1:43:28Speaker 5: It could be an area exactly right. So human minds
- 1:43:32Speaker 5: weigh negative information more heavily than positive and so you're
- 1:43:35Speaker 5: drawn to it faster and you remember it longer. And
- 1:43:38Speaker 5: more and more people are making a conscious decision to
- 1:43:41Speaker 5: just ignore or avoid the news, which for the most part,
- 1:43:45Speaker 5: I have yes changed my life, with the exception of
- 1:43:48Speaker 5: what we need to do for this show. True, I'm
- 1:43:51Speaker 5: paying somewhat attention, but not as close as I was before.
- 1:43:55Speaker 5: I felt like this weird responsibility or obligation to you know,
- 1:44:00Speaker 5: not be like an idiot with your head in the sand.
- 1:44:04Speaker 5: But you're right, it's like it's two and for me,
- 1:44:06Speaker 5: it's the partisanship. It's the partisanship on both sides that
- 1:44:11Speaker 5: are you know that that's what's gotten out of control.
- 1:44:14Speaker 6: The confirmation bias.
- 1:44:15Speaker 5: They agree with me, right, And the number one reason
- 1:44:19Speaker 5: people give is the news puts them in a bad
- 1:44:21Speaker 5: mood and it leads to real life arguments that they
- 1:44:25Speaker 5: also want to avoid. And so experts say the key
- 1:44:28Speaker 5: is to manage your consumption and the sources. So it means,
- 1:44:30Speaker 5: they say, keep the news designated to small segments of
- 1:44:35Speaker 5: time as much as possible. And here's the thing, stick
- 1:44:38Speaker 5: to accurate, trustworthy sources.
- 1:44:40Speaker 4: What are those?
- 1:44:42Speaker 5: Let us know, Yeah, what are those?
- 1:44:45Speaker 1: Where it used to be the thing where I go home,
- 1:44:48Speaker 1: turn on the news and it would stay on so
- 1:44:50Speaker 1: long as I'm as I was awake, it would be on.
- 1:44:53Speaker 1: And now that I don't do that, Yeah thousand, you.
- 1:44:56Speaker 6: Know where I get all my news from the fridge.
- 1:45:01Speaker 5: Yeah. When Gina moved into her house, the refrigerator they
- 1:45:04Speaker 5: have fancy yeah, like shed. Yeah, she lucked out and
- 1:45:08Speaker 5: she had this fridge, which that's the thing. You would
- 1:45:10Speaker 5: have never bought some of that for yourself and got
- 1:45:13Speaker 5: that never. That was like one of MENACE's dreams.
- 1:45:16Speaker 7: Was to have the.
- 1:45:18Speaker 6: If I had Alexa. But I'm not there yet.
- 1:45:21Speaker 4: But I I watched the news all day every day,
- 1:45:24Speaker 4: consume it, love it, but totally disconnected from it. But
- 1:45:27Speaker 4: the only thing is I had to learn that not
- 1:45:29Speaker 4: everybody is disconnected from it, and they have emotion when
- 1:45:33Speaker 4: they hear certain news, and like like, oh, I got
- 1:45:36Speaker 4: to like do this by myself because I have other
- 1:45:40Speaker 4: people around me. They're gonna get like really like I
- 1:45:43Speaker 4: don't know, moved in either direction about what is being reported.
- 1:45:47Speaker 4: And I'm just like, hey, I'm just trying to be informed,
- 1:45:51Speaker 4: but you're just like taking this passionate stance on it
- 1:45:53Speaker 4: whatever you know, and I just don't care. I just
- 1:45:57Speaker 4: want to hear what's going on.
- 1:45:58Speaker 5: Yeah, Well, if you want to know what's going on
- 1:46:00Speaker 5: and nothing bad, just good, let's uh, let's find out
- 1:46:08Speaker 5: what we have here. Oh I had something about her
- 1:46:11Speaker 5: going on, So now that's how you do it. Yeah,
- 1:46:17Speaker 5: all right, So this is uh, this is good man.
- 1:46:22Speaker 5: You've probably seen this guy on social media. Greg, you
- 1:46:25Speaker 5: might you're not on a social media as much. But
- 1:46:28Speaker 5: does Spencer of sb mowing. He makes those videos where
- 1:46:32Speaker 5: he mos and he cleans up people's property for free,
- 1:46:34Speaker 5: and he posts all that stuff online. I love those. Yeah,
- 1:46:38Speaker 5: they're good, you know what, because it's so satisfying.
- 1:46:41Speaker 1: It is the most satisfying. Yeah, step by step, and
- 1:46:44Speaker 1: I like how he uses the blower in between, not
- 1:46:47Speaker 1: just at the end he does.
- 1:46:51Speaker 5: This is a woman that he met, Debbie. She recently
- 1:46:55Speaker 5: fell in hard times when she lost her husband.
- 1:46:58Speaker 16: So this is your yard.
- 1:46:59Speaker 5: You're dealing with that here. Yeah, man, when was the
- 1:47:05Speaker 5: last time that was mode? You think last year, last fall?
- 1:47:08Speaker 5: Kind of embarrassed by it all.
- 1:47:11Speaker 17: Well, this is nothing that we can't fix up and
- 1:47:13Speaker 17: get looking good for you. We wanted to pay your rent,
- 1:47:16Speaker 17: your last three months of rent that you're backed up on.
- 1:47:19Speaker 1: You don't really have to do that. You've done to
- 1:47:22Speaker 1: lecture me already.
- 1:47:24Speaker 17: We want to and we've got We've got lots of
- 1:47:26Speaker 17: people that are donating to the nonprofit and this.
- 1:47:29Speaker 5: Is what they do it for, to help people like
- 1:47:30Speaker 5: you out.
- 1:47:31Speaker 4: So awesome.
- 1:47:32Speaker 5: I love they They've raised over six hundred and fifty
- 1:47:35Speaker 5: thousand dollars for her. Yeah that's cool. Yeah, hell yeah
- 1:47:40Speaker 5: that cool?
- 1:47:40Speaker 1: So sweet?
- 1:47:42Speaker 6: Given?
- 1:47:42Speaker 1: Yeah, so it is?
- 1:47:44Speaker 5: It isn't that nice?
- 1:47:45Speaker 1: That is nice?
- 1:47:45Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:47:46Speaker 1: I saw something that you guys are gonna judge me
- 1:47:49Speaker 1: so harshly for. But a movie with people that I
- 1:47:55Speaker 1: generally don't like, and I loved the movie. It called
- 1:47:58Speaker 1: about my father star worrying Sebastian Maniscalco enjoyable. This was good.
- 1:48:07Speaker 1: If you want a lighthearted movie and maybe get him
- 1:48:10Speaker 1: back into your good graces, this will do the trick
- 1:48:13Speaker 1: Robert de Niro and Sebastian Maniscalcro.
- 1:48:15Speaker 5: Greg was the one who was the Sebastian man of
- 1:48:18Speaker 5: Scalco fan and then you turned me, so you know
- 1:48:21Speaker 5: what this is. This is like when you break up
- 1:48:22Speaker 5: with somebody and all I can remember the good times
- 1:48:24Speaker 5: and so like you're you're one of those people who's
- 1:48:26Speaker 5: prone to go back to an X. I went back
- 1:48:29Speaker 5: and I was like, this movie was actually pretty well done.
- 1:48:32Speaker 6: Are you going to take him back in your life?
- 1:48:33Speaker 7: No?
- 1:48:35Speaker 1: Not his stand up, but if now if I met
- 1:48:37Speaker 1: him face to face, which I never will, I would
- 1:48:40Speaker 1: borderline feel guilty about hating him so much.
- 1:48:42Speaker 5: Greg, we dissected that movie I know it was terrible.
- 1:48:46Speaker 5: It was not terrible, it was Greg likes terrible movies.
- 1:48:52Speaker 5: This makes me like whenever Greg compliments something, I'm now like, oh,
- 1:48:55Speaker 5: but he.
- 1:48:55Speaker 1: Liked Jexyfather should have been You forgot to preface that
- 1:49:00Speaker 1: with should have won an oscar checks.
- 1:49:01Speaker 5: All right, well here let's uh, let's let's challenge Sea Bass.
- 1:49:05Speaker 5: What's going on.
- 1:49:08Speaker 4: Now?
- 1:49:08Speaker 5: Just Sea Bass? What's good?
- 1:49:11Speaker 1: Like to give us like something we already mentioned Jacks.
- 1:49:14Speaker 5: Yeah, no, no, not like a movie. I'm saying just
- 1:49:16Speaker 5: in general, something you saw or something going on that
- 1:49:18Speaker 5: you know, like, uh, something good that you can share,
- 1:49:21Speaker 5: but personally or somebody maybe you saw or some sort
- 1:49:23Speaker 5: of cheers perhaps, I don't know. I'm just saying, like,
- 1:49:26Speaker 5: it's just something something good, not not not negative bad.
- 1:49:30Speaker 4: This is I would say, just riding the cyber trucks
- 1:49:32Speaker 4: always good.
- 1:49:33Speaker 5: That's fine. They keep upgrading these self driving software.
- 1:49:36Speaker 4: To make it even more like easy and smooth, which
- 1:49:39Speaker 4: I like a lot.
- 1:49:39Speaker 2: Me just died over the weekend, yet, come on, minace,
- 1:49:42Speaker 2: cyber truck has already saved thousands of lives. Again, thirty
- 1:49:45Speaker 2: thousand people die in human driving driven cars every year.
- 1:49:48Speaker 2: They will go away the self driving cars. So yeah,
- 1:49:50Speaker 2: that's that's always been good.
- 1:49:52Speaker 4: Uh Okay, that's it's a pleasure every time I step
- 1:49:56Speaker 4: out in and that's what's good. Uh. Well, I have
- 1:49:59Speaker 4: nothing to do with any of this, but I maybe
- 1:50:02Speaker 4: just because of my age, I just see more and
- 1:50:03Speaker 4: more of it, and then I did actually look into it.
- 1:50:06Speaker 4: But shout out to youth sports.
- 1:50:08Speaker 17: Man.
- 1:50:09Speaker 4: It's up fifty eight percent in America in the past year.
- 1:50:12Speaker 4: And you know, we had all this doom and gloom
- 1:50:15Speaker 4: with the young people saying like all they're doing is
- 1:50:17Speaker 4: staying in their house and they're not going outside and
- 1:50:20Speaker 4: you know, playing with their friends and they're just playing
- 1:50:22Speaker 4: Fortnite or they're playing you know, all these other online
- 1:50:25Speaker 4: games and not really going outside and seeing stuff. But
- 1:50:29Speaker 4: all I hear about now more and more is youth sports.
- 1:50:33Speaker 4: Even though I do believe it is a gigantic money
- 1:50:36Speaker 4: grab by all the different people that are involved, but
- 1:50:39Speaker 4: at least they're going outside and doing things.
- 1:50:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:50:42Speaker 4: I do see the also the parents getting way into
- 1:50:46Speaker 4: it and being a little extra at the games, which
- 1:50:49Speaker 4: is kind of sad. But kids being outside, being involved
- 1:50:53Speaker 4: in sports, being active, I think is pretty pretty cool
- 1:50:56Speaker 4: and I'm glad to see that. It's like crowing.
- 1:50:58Speaker 5: I agree with that, But that fifty eight percent number
- 1:51:00Speaker 5: be right.
- 1:51:01Speaker 4: At least that's what online told me. But I just
- 1:51:05Speaker 4: feel like it's more. I just hear about it more
- 1:51:07Speaker 4: and more and more. And maybe because of my age,
- 1:51:09Speaker 4: my age group. Maybe I don't know, but what I
- 1:51:14Speaker 4: looked up in my research, Steve as it is up.
- 1:51:16Speaker 5: You know what I'm noticing. I'm noticing even in an
- 1:51:19Speaker 5: attempt to just give good news and positive news, we
- 1:51:23Speaker 5: can't help ourselves, but then jump in and crap on
- 1:51:26Speaker 5: at least an element of it.
- 1:51:28Speaker 6: I think I can do it.
- 1:51:29Speaker 5: I feel like, but like, do you see what I'm saying? Yeah,
- 1:51:33Speaker 5: it's kind of who we are. It's not fifty here,
- 1:51:37Speaker 5: we could have kept on moving. You when you throw
- 1:51:41Speaker 5: out something that's clearly wrong, it throws people. Not just
- 1:51:44Speaker 5: trying to grow, I think, is.
- 1:51:46Speaker 4: What I'm reading. Participation rates tracked by the federal government
- 1:51:50Speaker 4: recently grows up to fifty eight percent, not up by Uh.
- 1:51:55Speaker 5: That's a big difference. All right, We're trying to has
- 1:52:00Speaker 5: no critical thinking skills whatsoever. Okay, what's good?
- 1:52:03Speaker 9: So I don't really I don't know anything about the
- 1:52:05Speaker 9: World Cup. I don't know anything about soccer, but I
- 1:52:07Speaker 9: am loving all these stories of the people coming in
- 1:52:10Speaker 9: from different countries and loving so many things about the US.
- 1:52:14Speaker 6: There's all kinds of posts about.
- 1:52:16Speaker 9: They love free refills at restaurants, they love bread baskets
- 1:52:19Speaker 9: at obsessed with ranch to the point where they're doing
- 1:52:23Speaker 9: like three point four ounce ranch packets at the airport
- 1:52:27Speaker 9: ranch home exactly, and they are having the best time.
- 1:52:30Speaker 6: They love Texas Roadhouse.
- 1:52:31Speaker 5: I saw how they were like amazed by the size,
- 1:52:34Speaker 5: and it looked like their medium size strengths. Like guys,
- 1:52:37Speaker 5: look at the saws of this, look at the size
- 1:52:40Speaker 5: of this fizzy drink, and it's like that's a medium
- 1:52:44Speaker 5: Like calm down, like a triple big golfer.
- 1:52:47Speaker 6: I saw a guy who just kept getting refills of coke.
- 1:52:50Speaker 5: And please a slow down.
- 1:52:52Speaker 4: These are I can pull a sea bass.
- 1:52:55Speaker 5: On this one. Oh it's not.
- 1:52:57Speaker 4: We're trying enjoying the fatness and twenty no, no no,
- 1:53:00Speaker 4: because I heard a podcast talking about the same subject
- 1:53:03Speaker 4: of what she's talking about and these aren't my words, Gina,
- 1:53:06Speaker 4: but they're like, yeah, like everybody's celebrating all this, but
- 1:53:09Speaker 4: they act like none of these people ever visit America,
- 1:53:13Speaker 4: like all year long, and they just discover the stuff.
- 1:53:15Speaker 4: The only reason that we hear about it on social
- 1:53:18Speaker 4: media is because of the soccer games, right, But they're
- 1:53:22Speaker 4: coming here and mass there are people who've never been
- 1:53:25Speaker 4: and I'll be saying, good, I think this might be
- 1:53:27Speaker 4: the best summer of our lifetimes. We've got again. I
- 1:53:30Speaker 4: hate soccer, but I think, like, the people coming here
- 1:53:32Speaker 4: are great.
- 1:53:34Speaker 6: They're going to cities, cities they would not come to
- 1:53:37Speaker 6: the US.
- 1:53:39Speaker 4: Anniversary. So I think this as far as just big
- 1:53:43Speaker 4: events in this country, that's this is probably the best
- 1:53:45Speaker 4: summer ever. This is super nova.
- 1:53:47Speaker 6: They're not coming to like New York and l A.
- 1:53:48Speaker 6: They're coming to like smaller but still really big cities
- 1:53:51Speaker 6: and they're loving it.
- 1:53:52Speaker 1: I agree with that. Yeah.
- 1:53:54Speaker 5: So I'm also hearing about the FIFA of fifteen. Have
- 1:53:57Speaker 5: you heard about that. It's like when people join the show,
- 1:53:59Speaker 5: like Jeff is in the middle of this now, yeah,
- 1:54:03Speaker 5: the fifteen. Yeah, so World Cup fans, you know, they're
- 1:54:07Speaker 5: they're talking about this FIFA fifteen getting SUPERI all the
- 1:54:11Speaker 5: food choices, like this is a Scottish girl eating at
- 1:54:15Speaker 5: raising canes. Let me get this hold stand by here,
- 1:54:19Speaker 5: hold on, let me get the.
- 1:54:23Speaker 7: Only midnight in Boston, and we needed some food.
- 1:54:26Speaker 5: After we went to the pub, we got Brason Kenes
- 1:54:28Speaker 5: to try. I went for the box common milk.
- 1:54:31Speaker 4: I'm actually so excited.
- 1:54:32Speaker 18: I feel like I've seen so many people do muck bands.
- 1:54:35Speaker 5: Mr Sauce It's almost like garlice. The chips are really basic,
- 1:54:41Speaker 5: but in the.
- 1:54:41Speaker 7: Sauce Delicious had this back, homeless would be like drunk food.
- 1:54:45Speaker 5: Chips are basic. The sauces delash so.
- 1:54:50Speaker 4: Videos.
- 1:54:50Speaker 5: Yeah, here, here's good.
- 1:54:55Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:54:57Speaker 5: I finally passed my instrument rating. I had my my
- 1:55:03Speaker 5: FA exam, and uh now I got everything I would
- 1:55:08Speaker 5: possibly need for what I want to do when it
- 1:55:10Speaker 5: comes to you know, aviations, and there's nothing else I need.
- 1:55:13Speaker 4: Flying solo, literally you could have done that before.
- 1:55:16Speaker 5: I'm saying, but that now it's like, uh, you know,
- 1:55:18Speaker 5: not restricted by you know, having to fly in visual conditions.
- 1:55:22Speaker 1: And things like that.
- 1:55:23Speaker 4: So I tell you what Man Air Force one that was.
- 1:55:27Speaker 5: That was a lot of work. That was a lot
- 1:55:29Speaker 5: of studying. It was a ton of studying. I don't
- 1:55:31Speaker 5: think I've never studied or worked that hard on anything before.
- 1:55:35Speaker 5: I think in my entire life.
- 1:55:36Speaker 6: It's amazing, Yeah, because it doesn't.
- 1:55:38Speaker 5: It's it's not something that comes really like naturally, you know,
- 1:55:41Speaker 5: because it's something you've never done before, and talking about
- 1:55:44Speaker 5: things you've never really even had to like think twice about.
- 1:55:47Speaker 5: And so that's done.
- 1:55:48Speaker 6: That's incredible.
- 1:55:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:55:50Speaker 4: I'm as though I think you could. You could go
- 1:55:51Speaker 4: to one of those big you know, learn to fly,
- 1:55:53Speaker 4: the seven thirty seven and all that stuff.
- 1:55:54Speaker 5: Good, Yeah, because then you get type rated on like
- 1:55:56Speaker 5: a seven seventh. That's be cool five, be fun to
- 1:56:00Speaker 5: it'd be fun to learn how to do it. I
- 1:56:02Speaker 5: think the next thing I want to learn how to
- 1:56:03Speaker 5: fly would be a helicopter really just to just to
- 1:56:08Speaker 5: know how to do it, but wouldn't use it for anything.
- 1:56:11Speaker 5: It it'll be like, oh, just something to know how
- 1:56:13Speaker 5: to do.
- 1:56:14Speaker 4: Is this Bruce Goose still around? What Bruce Goose?

- 1:57:11Speaker 1: I mean that's what been saying.
- 1:57:13Speaker 5: Yeah, I saw it. It's not in America. Forget where
- 1:57:16Speaker 5: the advertisement was, and it was basically said, yes that easy,
- 1:57:21Speaker 5: and it's for whatever the company was. And it was
- 1:57:22Speaker 5: a woman sitting on a like a lounger chair and
- 1:57:25Speaker 5: one leg over each arm of the chair. Okay, said,
- 1:57:30Speaker 5: I said, yes that easy. I thought that was pretty fun.
