- 0:25Speaker 1: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Las Vegas. What time is it? It's time for War!
- 0:34Speaker 1: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:40Speaker 1: Wayne Allen Root. All right, ladies.
- 0:55Speaker 2: And gentlemen, here we go.
- 0:56Speaker 4: Welcome, welcome, welcome to the War Zone, day 28 of August, 2025.
- 1:01Speaker 4: My name is Lee Elsie filling in.
- 1:04Speaker 5: For the great Wayne Allen.
- 1:05Speaker 4: Root Wayne is away until actually Wednesday of next week,
- 1:09Speaker 4: so I'll be in his shoes. He'll come back, I think,
- 1:13Speaker 4: with a tan. I'm pretty sure with a pretty spiffy tan.
- 1:16Speaker 4: But you've got me for tonight, then tomorrow night, and
- 1:20Speaker 4: then again on Tuesday before Wayne returns. I do have
- 1:23Speaker 4: a great show in store for you. Sheriff Mack will
- 1:25Speaker 4: join us at the bottom of the hour. We'll talk
- 1:27Speaker 4: to Christopher Healy, Connecticut Catholic Conference, about the shooting. And
- 1:31Speaker 4: Greg Howard will join us, state representative and police officer,
- 1:35Speaker 4: in the second hour, bottom of the second hour. So
- 1:37Speaker 4: looking forward to the great guest. Hopefully you could tell
- 1:40Speaker 4: your friends, say, hey, listen, let's watch this guy. Maybe
- 1:43Speaker 4: he's not as dumb as he looks. Maybe he can
- 1:45Speaker 4: bring something to the table, right? You can watch us
- 1:47Speaker 4: on The Gateway Pundit. You can watch on UntamedNation.com.
- 1:51Speaker 5: You can watch.
- 1:52Speaker 4: En route for America, of course, you can listen on
- 1:54Speaker 4: all the great radio stations from coast to coast. That's
- 1:56Speaker 4: where I am in my state-of-the-art radio studio where I
- 2:00Speaker 4: do a morning show every single day for the last
- 2:02Speaker 4: 20 years, believe it or not, here in Connecticut.
- 2:07Speaker 5: I want to rehash.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Something I talked about earlier in the week because I
- 2:10Speaker 4: think it's important that we focus in on safety.
- 2:15Speaker 5: And America is the beacon of freedom.
- 2:18Speaker 2: And that light.
- 2:20Speaker 4: of freedom has been dimming in too many corners and
- 2:23Speaker 4: violence has been festering in America's big cities. And we
- 2:28Speaker 4: must clean up the most violent cities. And Trump has essentially.
- 2:35Speaker 5: Put the hammer down.
- 2:36Speaker 4: These urban war zones, they're not just statistics, they're battlegrounds
- 2:42Speaker 4: where criminals terrorize innocent citizens and where weak leadership has
- 2:48Speaker 4: allowed Chaos to reign. And the goal is simple, non-negotiable.
- 2:54Speaker 4: Stop crime. Restore safety. Reclaim our streets. And to do this, yes,
- 3:02Speaker 4: we need bold action. We need support from the feds.
- 3:05Speaker 4: A rejection of all of this is basically a rejection
- 3:10Speaker 4: of solid policies. It's embracing failed policies that have been
- 3:16Speaker 4: weighing down this or these big cities.
- 3:19Speaker 5: For the last decade plus.
- 3:22Speaker 4: And I really, I'd mentioned this before, I hate being partisan.
- 3:27Speaker 4: I know it seems like I'm partisan, but I really
- 3:30Speaker 4: am not. I hate being partisan, in particular on the
- 3:33Speaker 4: onset of this. But the epicenter of this crisis lies
- 3:37Speaker 4: in cities run by Dems. They're soft on crime. They're
- 3:44Speaker 4: thought processes, prioritize the rights of perps over victims that
- 3:49Speaker 4: they prey upon.
- 3:50Speaker 5: We've seen that time and time and time and time again.
- 3:53Speaker 4: And these leaders, well, they push back against any quest
- 3:57Speaker 4: for true law and order because I think they fear
- 4:01Speaker 4: that success would expose their incompetence and it would put
- 4:06Speaker 4: a feather in the cap of Trump and it would
- 4:09Speaker 4: put a feather in the cap of conservative principles.
- 4:12Speaker 5: So why else would you coddle hardcore criminals?
- 4:16Speaker 4: Why would you even think about defunding the police? Why
- 4:20Speaker 4: would you resist the federal help when you can't clearly
- 4:24Speaker 4: you can't do it on your own?
- 4:25Speaker 5: Deep down, Democrats.
- 4:26Speaker 4: Seem more willing to appease violent offenders who keep Americans
- 4:32Speaker 4: in fear every day rather than empowering brave men and
- 4:35Speaker 4: women in blue to go out and do their jobs.
- 4:39Speaker 4: Do it right, not have to worry about the guy
- 4:40Speaker 4: that just arrested being back out on the street 15
- 4:43Speaker 4: minutes later. That's a deliberate choice to protect the guilty.
- 4:50Speaker 4: Instead of safeguarding the innocent. It's pretty simple. And the
- 4:55Speaker 4: left has chosen, or the progressives have chosen, wrong time
- 4:59Speaker 4: and time again. And to illustrate this, I'm happy to
- 5:04Speaker 4: run down some of the most crime-ridden cities in the
- 5:07Speaker 4: entire country so we can go one after another. The
- 5:10Speaker 4: depth of this rot is deep, very deep. And by
- 5:15Speaker 4: the way, consider the 10 most violent cities in the U.S.,
- 5:18Speaker 4: gauging it by murder rate and aggravated assaults and rapes
- 5:22Speaker 4: and robberies. And I got these numbers from the latest
- 5:27Speaker 4: FBI data sources. So these are the 10 worst cities,
- 5:31Speaker 4: as far as crime goes, in the United States. You'd
- 5:34Speaker 4: be surprised at some of these that are on the list,
- 5:36Speaker 4: because you don't think about St.
- 5:37Speaker 6: Louis.
- 5:38Speaker 5: St.
- 5:38Speaker 4: Louis is number one, with 60 murders per 100,000, assaults
- 5:43Speaker 4: and rapes through the roof. Baltimore, too, homicide rates exceeding
- 5:47Speaker 4: 50 per 100,000. Thousands of assaults, thousands of sexual assaults,
- 5:52Speaker 4: believe it or not.
- 5:54Speaker 5: Detroit is third on the list.
- 5:56Speaker 4: Not only are they high in murders, robberies, aggravated assaults,
- 5:59Speaker 4: no-go zones are happening now in Detroit, believe it or not.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Memphis is on the list, which is surprising since Tennessee
- 6:05Speaker 4: is a Republican state, but Memphis is a Democrat city.
- 6:09Speaker 4: High murder rate plus rampant carjackings, rapes. Cleveland, Ohio, Kansas City, Missouri, Philadelphia,
- 6:17Speaker 4: New Orleans, Chicago, Milwaukee, all on the list of top 10.
- 6:23Speaker 4: all on the list of top 10 as far as murder,
- 6:26Speaker 4: but each of those cities have their own little special
- 6:31Speaker 4: niche when it comes to crime.
- 6:34Speaker 5: Gun crimes, sex crimes, tons of sex crimes.
- 6:37Speaker 4: We've allowed this idea of sexual assaults to become mainstream,
- 6:41Speaker 4: and we don't seemingly do anything about it.
- 6:43Speaker 5: Shame on us for that. And the cities that I mentioned, St.
- 6:47Speaker 4: Louis, Baltimore, Detroit, Memphis, Cleveland, Kansas City, Philly, New Orleans, Chicago, Milwaukee.
- 6:55Speaker 5: These aren't random.
- 6:56Speaker 4: They're Democrat strongholds where progressives prosecute and release repeat offenders.
- 7:03Speaker 4: And it just keeps getting worse and worse. These cities, again,
- 7:06Speaker 4: aren't just numbers. There were families, right? They live in
- 7:10Speaker 4: fear every day. Children can't play outside. They can't go
- 7:14Speaker 4: to the corner store. Otherwise, they gamble with their lives.
- 7:19Speaker 4: The goal is not to, listen, the goal is not
- 7:21Speaker 4: to militarize streets. We don't want that.
- 7:23Speaker 5: Nobody wants that. But the idea is to get the
- 7:25Speaker 5: streets safe again. That's it.
- 7:28Speaker 4: To ensure that kids can ride their bikes, parents can
- 7:31Speaker 4: go on a picnic, and grandparents can maybe sit on
- 7:34Speaker 4: their porch without having to dodge bullets. But again, Democrat
- 7:38Speaker 4: leaders in these cities, they want to resist at every turn.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Maybe they're just fearful that Trump is going to succeed.
- 7:47Speaker 4: They don't want to see the orange man have any
- 7:52Speaker 4: success in any area. So they push back no matter what.
- 7:56Speaker 4: They'd rather let cities burn, and they have let cities burn,
- 8:01Speaker 4: than admit that their repeat progressive experiment is a failure.
- 8:07Speaker 4: So the murder rate alone are staggering. Thousands of dead annually.
- 8:13Speaker 4: But when you add the assaults, and the rapes, the robberies.
- 8:18Speaker 4: It's just a bunch of people living in absolute.
- 8:23Speaker 5: Fear all the time. How do we allow this to happen?
- 8:26Speaker 4: How do we think that this is okay?
- 8:29Speaker 5: It's not okay.
- 8:32Speaker 4: And Trump decides to put the National Guard in Washington, D.C.
- 8:37Speaker 4: It's a master class in decisive action. And since he's
- 8:40Speaker 4: done this, There hasn't been one murder, unless there was
- 8:45Speaker 4: one today, but there hasn't been one murder as of
- 8:47Speaker 4: this morning since he's decided to do this.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Not one.
- 8:52Speaker 4: So you can shrug your shoulders, you can roll your eyes,
- 8:56Speaker 4: you can thumb your nose at it, but it's working.
- 9:00Speaker 2: It's working.
- 9:04Speaker 5: Do we want to see our cities crumble? Is that
- 9:06Speaker 5: what we want? Is that the idea?
- 9:07Speaker 4: I mean, some claim that President Trump He.
- 9:12Speaker 5: Pushes for law and order.
- 9:13Speaker 4: It's a willingness to deploy federal resources like the National Guard.
- 9:17Speaker 4: They're trying to make it out like it's a brown
- 9:18Speaker 4: shirt situation, like it's Hitler-esque.
- 9:20Speaker 5: It's not.
- 9:22Speaker 4: That's not what this is about. You're so afraid of that.
- 9:27Speaker 4: You're so fearful that, and he's really not shown a
- 9:30Speaker 4: sign of that. You thought he was a warmonger? He's
- 9:34Speaker 4: not a warmonger. You think he's all about, you know,
- 9:38Speaker 4: anointing himself a king? It's not the case. Let it
- 9:40Speaker 4: play out. But in the end, don't you want safe streets?
- 9:45Speaker 4: Don't you want to ensure that no monsters lurk behind
- 9:49Speaker 4: every garbage bin? No predators threaten your kids in the park?
- 9:53Speaker 4: No family fears to walk in their own neighborhood? You're
- 9:57Speaker 4: diving in your bathtub because bullets are flying. That's what's
- 10:02Speaker 4: happening in these cities that I just named and a
- 10:05Speaker 4: whole lot more. So I'm not advocating military presence in
- 10:11Speaker 4: every single city across.
- 10:12Speaker 5: The country, but I am advocating some law and order.
- 10:15Speaker 5: a flip of what we have now. And you know what?
- 10:17Speaker 4: If in DC, you have to show that there's, you
- 10:20Speaker 4: need to show force to stop the criminals and the
- 10:22Speaker 4: animals from going out and wrecking and ruining lives.
- 10:26Speaker 5: And do it.
- 10:28Speaker 4: I mean, when you can basically point to the fact
- 10:31Speaker 4: that there's been a huge decline in violent crime in Washington, DC,
- 10:37Speaker 4: why wouldn't you, if you were another, if you were
- 10:39Speaker 4: the mayor of any of the cities that I mentioned,
- 10:42Speaker 4: why wouldn't you want to embrace violence? This philosophy, it's working.
- 10:46Speaker 4: Why wouldn't you want to go out and hire more
- 10:48Speaker 4: police officers? Why don't you want to, you know, divert
- 10:51Speaker 4: some of the funds maybe that you have into more
- 10:54Speaker 4: law enforcement instead of more social program? The idea of
- 10:58Speaker 4: safe streets, that's what I think. That's where I would
- 11:01Speaker 4: want to live. I wouldn't want to live in an
- 11:03Speaker 4: area that's riddled with chaos, but that's just me.
- 11:07Speaker 5: All right, my name is Lee Elsey. You want to
- 11:08Speaker 5: email me, love to hear from you.
- 11:09Speaker 4: Wherever you're listening or watching across the entire country, my
- 11:12Speaker 4: email address is pretty.
- 11:13Speaker 5: Easy, L-E-E-E-L-C-I. That's my name, Lee Elsey. They call me,

- 11:22Speaker 5: something my way.
- 11:24Speaker 4: We'll continue this conversation in a bit, but bottom of
- 11:26Speaker 4: the aisle, we'll shift gears, talk to Sheriff Mack. We've
- 11:28Speaker 4: got a lot to get to, just sort of getting
- 11:31Speaker 4: going right here. I'm Lee Elsey filling in for the

- 16:43Speaker 4: we get back to Law & Order, some of the
- 16:46Speaker 4: stories that are coming out of the Minneapolis shooting. First
- 16:49Speaker 4: of all, the monster that did the shooting. I mean,
- 16:51Speaker 4: just I hope there's a special place in hell, right?
- 16:54Speaker 4: These are the kinds of situations where you really want
- 16:56Speaker 4: to go out of your way to pray that there
- 16:58Speaker 4: is a heaven and pray that there is a hell
- 16:59Speaker 4: so that there's a special place where that person's soul
- 17:02Speaker 4: is tortured and tormented for eternity.
- 17:05Speaker 5: But some of the kids, man, jumping on top of
- 17:08Speaker 5: other kids.
- 17:08Speaker 4: These are kids saving other kids, laying on top, throwing
- 17:12Speaker 4: their body in front of these bullets. It's really some
- 17:16Speaker 4: of the stories are remarkable and amazing. But back to
- 17:20Speaker 4: law and order in our cities. Trump says the U.S.
- 17:24Speaker 4: will seek the death penalty for murders committed in D.C.
- 17:29Speaker 5: This is this is awesome.
- 17:32Speaker 3: Right.
- 17:33Speaker 5: I'm sorry. I am somebody who's for capital punishment.
- 17:37Speaker 4: If you premeditated, you're premeditated and kill somebody, and we
- 17:41Speaker 4: know you did it, right?
- 17:42Speaker 5: We know it. It's no shadow of a doubt.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Bang, bang, bang.
- 17:45Speaker 5: You're on camera, whatever it is. However we make sure
- 17:48Speaker 5: we know you, we got you. No gray area. You
- 17:51Speaker 5: did it. You fry, man. That's it. No ifs, no ands,
- 17:56Speaker 5: no buts.
- 17:57Speaker 4: If you kill somebody, you shouldn't be getting out in
- 17:59Speaker 4: 20 years, 30 years because of good behavior.
- 18:01Speaker 5: You killed someone.
- 18:04Speaker 2: They are dead.
- 18:05Speaker 5: They are in a box or an urn. You are
- 18:08Speaker 5: in jail, hopefully, but still, you have hope. You get Christmases.
- 18:12Speaker 5: You get to watch Super Bowls.
- 18:14Speaker 4: You get to go outside for a little rest and relaxation,
- 18:17Speaker 4: rec time.
- 18:18Speaker 5: They're in a box again. Seemingly forget that.
- 18:23Speaker 4: And I know that there are instances in the past
- 18:25Speaker 4: where people have been put to death and they found
- 18:29Speaker 4: out later that they didn't do it.
- 18:30Speaker 5: And I get it.
- 18:31Speaker 4: That's unacceptable. That's why we make sure it's without a
- 18:33Speaker 4: shadow of a doubt. But I think it's a deterrent.
- 18:35Speaker 4: And even if it's not a deterrent, I don't care.
- 18:40Speaker 4: I don't want to pay for somebody's three square meals
- 18:44Speaker 4: a day.
- 18:45Speaker 5: And whatever horrifying living situation that they may be in.
- 18:49Speaker 5: I don't want to pay for it. Okay.
- 18:52Speaker 4: And I have no problem. You could sign me up
- 18:53Speaker 4: tomorrow to be the guy that sinks the needle in.
- 18:58Speaker 4: and says goodbye to these monsters, I'd be happy. I'm
- 19:00Speaker 4: talking about happy, happy, happy to do it. Some of
- 19:03Speaker 4: the other things that have been brought to the attention
- 19:07Speaker 4: is a lot of folks on the progressive side of
- 19:09Speaker 4: the aisle are saying.
- 19:10Speaker 6: Well, there's really not a lot of crime in Washington. Well,
- 19:13Speaker 6: that's just totally false and totally fabricated. See, statistics, and
- 19:18Speaker 6: you know, statistics can be used in any way that
- 19:21Speaker 6: you see fit.
- 19:22Speaker 5: Anything that you.
- 19:22Speaker 4: Think works in your favor, you can manipulate statistics. And
- 19:29Speaker 4: what's interesting about D.C., which has at this time the
- 19:33Speaker 4: fourth highest murder rate in the entire country, but from.
- 19:36Speaker 5: 2004 till now, right, so the murder rate has escalated 87%, right?
- 19:38Speaker 5: So they say crime is down, maybe.
- 19:39Speaker 4: From 2023 to 2024, some of the areas of crime
- 19:42Speaker 4: may be down. But the bottom line is the violent
- 19:52Speaker 4: crime murders, the horrifying thing.
- 19:55Speaker 5: It's up.
- 19:56Speaker 4: It's up substantially in the last 10 years in D.C. So,
- 19:59Speaker 4: you know, in this instance, for sure. God bless Donald
- 20:02Speaker 4: Trump for doing that. And I wish we had more
- 20:06Speaker 4: strong leaders who would put their foot down when it
- 20:08Speaker 4: comes to law and order in these big cities because
- 20:11Speaker 4: we've just allowed and coddled these criminals and they have
- 20:14Speaker 4: absolutely run wild. Once again, you can watch this show
- 20:17Speaker 4: on thegatewaypundit.com, untamednation.com, great crew behind the scenes at untamednation.com,
- 20:22Speaker 4: Root for America, of course, all of these great radio
- 20:25Speaker 4: stations from the left coast to the right coast and
- 20:28Speaker 4: everywhere in between.
- 20:29Speaker 5: We'll take a short break. We'll come back. Sheriff Mac
- 20:31Speaker 5: joins us next. Hang on.

- 22:06Speaker 5: Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. This is War Zone. I'm
- 22:08Speaker 5: Lee Elsie filling in for Wayne Allen Root.
- 22:10Speaker 4: And I think a couple of months ago, one of
- 22:12Speaker 4: the times I was filling in for Wayne, we were
- 22:15Speaker 4: lucky enough to get this this next guest on. He's
- 22:18Speaker 4: always great. He always brings a lot to the table.
- 22:20Speaker 4: His name is Sheriff Richard Mack. He's a former sheriff
- 22:23Speaker 4: of Graham County, Arizona, served in law enforcement for 20
- 22:26Speaker 4: plus years. He's the founder and president of the Constitutional
- 22:30Speaker 4: Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. So please join Help me
- 22:34Speaker 4: welcome Sheriff Richard Mack.
- 22:36Speaker 5: To the show.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Sheriff, how are you tonight?
- 22:38Speaker 5: Appreciate you coming on. We got him. I got nothing.
- 22:45Speaker 5: I got nada.
- 22:48Speaker 1: All right.
- 22:51Speaker 4: Well, I'll just take care of this while you guys
- 22:54Speaker 4: try to grab him. The segment of the show is
- 22:55Speaker 4: being sponsored by. Energized health. And when you heard Wayne
- 23:00Speaker 4: talk about how energized health changed his life, he lost
- 23:03Speaker 4: 25 pounds of fat, including the dangerous inner body visceral
- 23:06Speaker 4: fat and gained about 10 pounds of muscle, the intercellular
- 23:10Speaker 4: hydration in only 88 days. Now, over four years later,
- 23:13Speaker 4: he says he feels the best in his life. He
- 23:16Speaker 4: gives all the credit to Energize Health. Energize Health is
- 23:19Speaker 4: not a traditional weight loss program.
- 23:21Speaker 5: Those don't work. It's a fat loss program. The program
- 23:24Speaker 5: is simple, easy and healthy, all.
- 23:26Speaker 4: Based on that foundation of the life game changers, extra
- 23:30Speaker 4: and intercellular hydration.
- 23:32Speaker 5: Here's your chance to be like Wayne. Energize Health can
- 23:34Speaker 5: change your life.
- 23:35Speaker 4: And supercharge your health just like it did for the
- 23:38Speaker 4: great Wayne Allen Root. Right now, Energize Health is offering
- 23:40Speaker 4: the war 40% off action discount, 40% off just say war.
- 23:44Speaker 4: Go to energizehealth.com. That's energizehealth.com. Do we have the sheriff?
- 23:49Speaker 1: Sheriff. All right.
- 23:54Speaker 5: Well, I guess can we give him a couple more
- 23:56Speaker 5: seconds or we're just going to move on?
- 23:59Speaker 7: No audio yet?
- 24:01Speaker 5: All right. Let me know. So, you know, it's interesting.
- 24:03Speaker 4: Politicians are the only people in the world... who can
- 24:06Speaker 4: create problems.
- 24:07Speaker 5: And then campaign against them.
- 24:08Speaker 4: Have you ever wondered if both the Democrats and the
- 24:11Speaker 4: Republicans are against deficits?
- 24:13Speaker 5: Why do we have deficits?
- 24:14Speaker 4: Have you ever wondered if the politicians are against inflation
- 24:17Speaker 4: and high taxes? Why do we have high taxes and
- 24:20Speaker 4: high inflation, right? You guys are the ones who write
- 24:23Speaker 4: the tax code. You guys are the ones who set
- 24:25Speaker 4: fiscal policy. You guys do it. So straighten it out.
- 24:29Speaker 4: When there's a situation that's going off to deep end,
- 24:33Speaker 4: you've got to basically pound your fist on the table
- 24:37Speaker 4: and demand better accountability in Washington. And just like you
- 24:41Speaker 4: can do better accountability in your state, in your local,
- 24:44Speaker 4: even in your local offices. But 100 senators, 435 congressmen,
- 24:51Speaker 4: one president, nine Supreme Court justices, 545 human beings out
- 24:56Speaker 4: of 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible
- 25:01Speaker 4: for domestic problems that plague this country. Right? And finally,
- 25:05Speaker 4: we've got a leader at the top who actually does stuff.
- 25:08Speaker 4: And again, I know there are people out there listening
- 25:10Speaker 4: who don't like Trump.
- 25:10Speaker 5: I get that.
- 25:11Speaker 4: But the guy, you can't say that the guy doesn't
- 25:13Speaker 4: get up every day and try to do something.
- 25:15Speaker 5: Something positive.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Every day.
- 25:17Speaker 4: You might not like it. God, the last president was
- 25:20Speaker 4: a ghost. Ghost from beginning to end. All right, we
- 25:26Speaker 4: got this, Sheriff. All right, I'll shut up what I
- 25:27Speaker 4: was talking about because the Sheriff is more important.
- 25:29Speaker 2: Sheriff, how are you?
- 25:30Speaker 5: I appreciate you coming on.
- 25:32Speaker 3: Damn.
- 25:35Speaker 8: I'm doing good, Lee. Thanks for having me. I appreciate
- 25:38Speaker 8: being on with you.
- 25:38Speaker 4: Well, let me ask you this, because we've got some
- 25:40Speaker 4: issues going on here in the state of Connecticut. I
- 25:42Speaker 4: know it's going on across the country, but we've got
- 25:44Speaker 4: some ICE agents who are doing what they're supposed to do.
- 25:47Speaker 4: Law enforcement rounding up illegal aliens. And, you know, a
- 25:50Speaker 4: lot of people have gotten a heavy problem with this.
- 25:54Speaker 4: They're very upset about this. Give me, you know, your 30,000
- 25:57Speaker 4: foot view of the job our ICE officials are doing.
- 26:03Speaker 7: Okay, well, ICE is doing a great job, and I
- 26:06Speaker 7: can't believe that any human being in the United States
- 26:09Speaker 7: of America would be against getting rid of the criminal
- 26:13Speaker 7: element that is plaguing our country. We have human traffickers.
- 26:19Speaker 7: We have rapists. We have murderers. We have international terrorist
- 26:25Speaker 7: groups now cooperating with Cartels have now set up shop
- 26:31Speaker 7: and sleeper sales all over our country. International terrorists are
- 26:35Speaker 7: doing the same. And we have people, especially Democrats, that
- 26:40Speaker 7: say they want to keep them here and we want
- 26:43Speaker 7: to continue this and stay out of our cities and
- 26:48Speaker 7: stay out of our states, President Trump, because we love
- 26:51Speaker 7: the crime and we love everything going on and you're
- 26:54Speaker 7: mean and you're awful and you're a dictator and leave
- 26:57Speaker 7: us alone. we can take care of our own place. Obviously,
- 27:01Speaker 7: they can't, and they haven't been. And so I have
- 27:07Speaker 7: just a little brief paragraph to read everybody from the
- 27:13Speaker 7: United States Constitution, Article 4, Section 4, that states, the
- 27:19Speaker 7: United States shall guarantee the to every state in this union,
- 27:26Speaker 7: a Republican form of government and not a democracy, a
- 27:33Speaker 7: Republican form and shall protect each of them from invasion.
- 27:39Speaker 7: So they're supposed to, the federal government is supposed to
- 27:41Speaker 7: protect our borders and on application of the legislature or
- 27:47Speaker 7: the executive, that's the president of the United States, when
- 27:51Speaker 7: the legislature cannot convene against domestic violence. So President Trump
- 28:02Speaker 7: is doing his job. Look, it shouldn't be up to
- 28:04Speaker 7: the president to take care of this. The governors and
- 28:07Speaker 7: the mayors And the chiefs of police should have already
- 28:11Speaker 7: been taking care of this. Next to come in should
- 28:13Speaker 7: be the sheriff, the county sheriff.
- 28:15Speaker 4: The L.A.
- 28:16Speaker 7: County sheriff should be handling this because the chief of
- 28:20Speaker 7: police and the mayor and the governor are not. Then
- 28:23Speaker 7: we have the sheriff missing in action. So now the
- 28:28Speaker 7: president is taking care of it because what comes first
- 28:31Speaker 7: in America?
- 28:32Speaker 1: Liberty?
- 28:34Speaker 7: Peace and security and safety. That's what we provide here.
- 28:37Speaker 7: That's what we're supposed to provide. So if the others
- 28:41Speaker 7: locally aren't going to do their job, President Trump, according
- 28:44Speaker 7: to Article 4, Section 4, and Article 1, Section 8,
- 28:50Speaker 7: Clause 17, says that the federal government has exclusive jurisdiction
- 28:56Speaker 7: in the 10-mile square of Washington, D.C. So he certainly
- 28:59Speaker 7: has it there, and if he has to, He can
- 29:03Speaker 7: start taking the bull by the horn in the cities
- 29:07Speaker 7: and states.
- 29:08Speaker 5: You know, you mentioned Washington, D.C.
- 29:10Speaker 4: So I think so far, what, 14 days, not one
- 29:13Speaker 4: murder in Washington, D.C. I opened the show talking about this, how,
- 29:17Speaker 4: you know, this is a crime riddled city. I mean,
- 29:19Speaker 4: you walk out a block from the monuments and you're
- 29:23Speaker 4: literally taking your life in your hands. And like you
- 29:26Speaker 4: had said, Sheriff, it's madness that anyone would not want
- 29:30Speaker 4: to be for law and order. So you're saying, though,
- 29:32Speaker 4: that the Trump administration not only can use this tactic
- 29:37Speaker 4: in D.C., but you think they can use it in.
- 29:40Speaker 5: other cities across the country?
- 29:44Speaker 7: As a last resort, yes, he has the authority and
- 29:48Speaker 7: he should. Look, in 1962, John F. Kennedy sent troops
- 29:53Speaker 7: to Alabama. And it really wasn't to stop too much violence.
- 29:57Speaker 7: There wasn't any violence. There were some protests going on.
- 30:01Speaker 7: But he forced Governor Wallace with those troops to allow students,
- 30:06Speaker 7: black students, to enter the University of Alabama. JFK was
- 30:11Speaker 7: all for what? Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
- 30:16Speaker 7: And these black students had a right to go to
- 30:19Speaker 7: those schools. And JFK made sure it happened. Look, as
- 30:24Speaker 7: a last resort, the president of the United States can
- 30:27Speaker 7: do that and provide that. The ultimate goal here is liberty,
- 30:33Speaker 7: protecting life, liberty, and property. And that's exactly what JFK did.
- 30:38Speaker 7: I don't hear anybody, nobody complained about JFK doing that.
- 30:41Speaker 7: The Democrats certainly aren't bringing that up and saying, JFK
- 30:45Speaker 7: shouldn't have done that. Of course he should have. And
- 30:48Speaker 7: President Trump is taking care of business, taking care of
- 30:51Speaker 7: the American people, and trying to stop the ineptness and
- 30:55Speaker 7: incompetence of the Democrat leadership in a lot of these
- 30:59Speaker 7: states and cities because they're so sick with Trump derangement syndrome.
- 31:05Speaker 7: They can't just simply say, thank you, Mr.
- 31:07Speaker 1: President.
- 31:08Speaker 8: We're going to do a better job on this.
- 31:11Speaker 4: We're on with Sheriff Mack, founder and president of the
- 31:14Speaker 4: Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. And we'll let him
- 31:18Speaker 4: tell everybody what those people are all about, because it's
- 31:21Speaker 4: a great group of people. But I want to ask you,
- 31:24Speaker 4: so is it illegal to, let's say, dox law enforcement
- 31:29Speaker 4: officials or to warn illegal immigrants that, possibly ISIS in
- 31:34Speaker 4: an area, because we've had that in Connecticut. And I mean,
- 31:38Speaker 4: you can't get in the way of a law enforcement operation,
- 31:41Speaker 4: can you?
- 31:44Speaker 7: That is actually absolutely correct. They don't have to cooperate.
- 31:50Speaker 7: I've told this about the sheriffs. I've told every sheriff
- 31:53Speaker 7: that's on our list and within our reach electronically that
- 32:00Speaker 7: they should, all of them should be helping with deportation.
- 32:03Speaker 7: And most sheriffs want to do that because they do
- 32:05Speaker 7: not want this criminal element brought in by the Democrats
- 32:09Speaker 7: and the Biden administration for the previous four years until
- 32:13Speaker 7: Trump took charge. They not only allowed this to occur,
- 32:18Speaker 7: but they helped make it happen. They flew people in,
- 32:22Speaker 7: they bus people in, and this was all treason, and
- 32:26Speaker 7: it was all criminal. And that's still something that Pam
- 32:30Speaker 7: Bondi and the Justice Department should.
- 32:31Speaker 8: Be going after these crooks.
- 32:33Speaker 7: Alejandro Mayorkas and everybody in the Biden administration, including Biden,
- 32:38Speaker 7: except he's not competent to stand trial, but.
- 32:41Speaker 8: Everybody else is, and they should. If we do not
- 32:45Speaker 8: take action.
- 32:45Speaker 7: Against this type of treason, then we are going to
- 32:48Speaker 7: embolden this continuing. And the greatest crime in America right
- 32:52Speaker 7: now is that of complete and utter public corruption. And
- 32:56Speaker 7: it starts in Washington, D.C.
- 32:59Speaker 8: And so, yes, absolutely.
- 33:03Speaker 5: Sheriff, I've got to jump in. Can you stick around
- 33:05Speaker 5: one more break with us?
- 33:08Speaker 4: Oh, yeah, sure.
- 33:09Speaker 7: Absolutely.
- 33:09Speaker 4: We'll keep him on one more break. So we'll come
- 33:11Speaker 4: right back in just a couple of minutes with Sheriff Mack.
- 33:13Speaker 4: And I'm glad to use the word treason because I
- 33:15Speaker 4: totally agree. It's treasonous what's going on in some places
- 33:18Speaker 4: down in Washington.
- 33:18Speaker 5: We'll be right back with The War Zone.
- 33:20Speaker 4: Stick around.

- 37:14Speaker 4: And Sheriff, I want to make sure you're able to
- 37:16Speaker 4: tell everybody about your organization. You're the founder and president
- 37:21Speaker 4: of the Connecticut Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. So I
- 37:24Speaker 4: don't want to lose track of time and not let
- 37:26Speaker 4: you do that before we run out.
- 37:28Speaker 5: So what are you guys all about?
- 37:29Speaker 2: What do you do?
- 37:33Speaker 7: Well, the CSPOA is Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
- 37:37Speaker 7: And it was actually formed for the people of America
- 37:40Speaker 7: so that we would make sure that law enforcement, sheriffs, deputies,
- 37:45Speaker 7: everyone in law enforcement would actually be focusing on what
- 37:48Speaker 7: I was saying earlier, protecting life, liberty and civil rights
- 37:53Speaker 7: of all the people of this country. And the best
- 37:56Speaker 7: place to do that is county by county. And the
- 37:59Speaker 7: best way to restore liberty is county by county. And
- 38:02Speaker 7: all of this was born out of a lawsuit that
- 38:05Speaker 7: I filed against the Clinton administration back when I was
- 38:09Speaker 7: sheriff in the mid-1990s. I know I'm giving my age away,
- 38:14Speaker 7: but that's fine. This is very historic. It was very powerful.
- 38:19Speaker 7: And I want to quote one thing from this decision.
- 38:21Speaker 7: Justice Scalia wrote this decision for the majority.
- 38:25Speaker 2: And we won.
- 38:26Speaker 7: This is the only time in U.S. history where a
- 38:29Speaker 7: handful of sheriffs sued the federal government and took it
- 38:32Speaker 7: all the way to the Supreme Court and won. We
- 38:35Speaker 7: beat the Clintons and lived to tell about it. And
- 38:39Speaker 7: this amazing principle, Scalia actually quoted the Constitution, the Declaration
- 38:44Speaker 7: of Independence, and the Federalist Papers. And in this particular sentence,
- 38:49Speaker 7: he quotes Federalist 51. And this reinforces what I was
- 38:54Speaker 7: telling you before the break. Oh, by the way, The
- 38:58Speaker 7: sheriffs or no one else can interfere with what the
- 39:01Speaker 7: federal government is doing. ICE and Tom Holman and President Trump,
- 39:05Speaker 7: they cannot interfere. They don't have to cooperate, but they
- 39:09Speaker 7: can't interfere because that is against the law. And so
- 39:14Speaker 7: they got to be very careful. I'm telling you right now,
- 39:16Speaker 7: they don't have to cooperate.
- 39:18Speaker 8: They can say, hey, I'm not getting involved with that.
- 39:20Speaker 8: They can do that.
- 39:22Speaker 7: But listen to what Justice Scalia said again in Federalist 51.
- 39:25Speaker 3: Hence....
- 39:28Speaker 7: A double security of rights to the rights of the people.
- 39:31Speaker 7: Let me pause there for a minute. How does that happen,
- 39:34Speaker 7: that a double security arises to the rights of the people?
- 39:39Speaker 7: Quoting again, the different governments will control each other. Did
- 39:47Speaker 7: everybody hear that? The different governments will control each other.
- 39:51Speaker 7: It doesn't say whoever's above you or who's ever in
- 39:53Speaker 7: charge or whatever else. It says different governments will control
- 39:58Speaker 7: each other. So once you're out of control, it is
- 40:01Speaker 7: up to the other governments to make sure you get
- 40:04Speaker 7: back in your proper lane of authority.
- 40:07Speaker 8: And stay there.
- 40:08Speaker 7: And that includes the federal government, because that's exactly what
- 40:11Speaker 7: we did when we sued the Clinton administration. They're not
- 40:14Speaker 7: in charge of your sheriff. They're not in charge of
- 40:17Speaker 7: telling us what to do and where to go. However,
- 40:20Speaker 7: when we fail to do our jobs, they can move
- 40:23Speaker 7: in and vice versa as well.
- 40:27Speaker 5: Sheriff Mack is our guest.
- 40:28Speaker 4: Sheriff, I know folks out there, general folks can join
- 40:32Speaker 4: your group, right? I mean, anybody can join your organization, correct?
- 40:35Speaker 5: Correct.
- 40:37Speaker 8: This is for every citizen. Yes, thank you for that.
- 40:40Speaker 7: Because we're not really pushing sheriffs to join. What we
- 40:44Speaker 7: want sheriffs to be is really constitutional and be there
- 40:49Speaker 7: for their people.
- 40:50Speaker 8: Okay?
- 40:51Speaker 7: So every citizen can become a member of the CSPOA.
- 40:56Speaker 7: And we have a CSPOA posse. It costs a whopping...
- 41:00Speaker 7: $ 11 a month. But this is the best education you
- 41:03Speaker 7: can get. This is the best, most effective, peaceful, and
- 41:09Speaker 7: effective solution.
- 41:11Speaker 8: That's really what we're at here.
- 41:13Speaker 7: And if the American people are involved, Jefferson warned us,
- 41:17Speaker 7: the price of liberty is eternal vigilance. And we're asking
- 41:20Speaker 7: every American to be vigilant with us. It's not violence.
- 41:24Speaker 7: We've never advocated violence, never will. If we're involved and
- 41:29Speaker 7: we're part of this solution and the holy cause of liberty,
- 41:33Speaker 7: we will win this and we will keep it peaceful
- 41:36Speaker 7: and effective.
- 41:37Speaker 4: Sheriff, we're about out of time, but are you confident
- 41:39Speaker 4: moving forward that this country is going to reset itself
- 41:42Speaker 4: and get down to the path of life, liberty, and
- 41:45Speaker 4: that pursuit of happiness?
- 41:50Speaker 8: I pray so. You know, the good Lord has never
- 41:53Speaker 8: promised us victory. He just has told us what John
- 41:56Speaker 8: Quincy Adams said. Duty is ours.
- 41:59Speaker 7: Results are God's. So everybody, let's do our duty and
- 42:03Speaker 7: leave the rest to him. And again, everyone, go to CSPOA.org,
- 42:09Speaker 7: become a member, and get your copy of our Supreme
- 42:12Speaker 7: Court case. This is a copy of our Supreme Court
- 42:14Speaker 7: case right there. And this is absolutely miraculous, a Supreme
- 42:20Speaker 7: Court case.
- 42:20Speaker 8: So become a part of this. Become a part of
- 42:22Speaker 8: the solution.
- 42:24Speaker 5: Sheriff Mack, I can't thank you enough. I appreciate your
- 42:26Speaker 5: time always.
- 42:27Speaker 4: I appreciate your vigilance, your dedication to law and order
- 42:30Speaker 4: and liberty. And hopefully we can talk again very soon.
- 42:33Speaker 4: But thank you, sir. I appreciate you. And we'll we'll
- 42:35Speaker 4: get together down the line for sure.
- 42:36Speaker 5: All right.
- 42:37Speaker 4: Coming up in just a couple of minutes, we'll talk
- 42:39Speaker 4: about the shooting down in Minneapolis or out in Minneapolis.
- 42:43Speaker 4: The Connecticut Catholic Conference. Christopher Healy is going to join
- 42:46Speaker 4: us a little bit later on. We'll talk to State
- 42:47Speaker 4: Representative and Police Officer Greg Howard.
- 42:49Speaker 5: All that coming up next hour.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Don't move.
- 42:52Speaker 5: Keep it right here on The War Zone.
