- 3:37so honored to do Okay, she's almost about to be twenty years sobriety,
- 3:43I am so honored to interview her again because this is my first time interviewing
- 3:49her. This is my second time. And she has a new book out
- 3:53that's called From Under a Bridge Book one and two. It is it's brand
- 3:59new, really, he's been ounced since March. But remember what I tell
- 4:01you, guys, an old book is always a new book to someone.
- 4:06So I'm going to introduce to you guys. Ms. Blossom Rogers, come
- 4:11on up, my sweetheart. Hey, how are you? Hey, hey
- 4:27girl, how are you? What a dude? How you doing? Man?
- 4:31I tie it, but We're gonna make a do with a dude because
- 4:34I got people who need to hear your message. Well, I am not
- 4:40the one to gossip, but we're gonna talk about the gospel. My name
- 4:44is Blossomed Rogers, grateful, recovering attic, mother of three grown sons,
- 4:50thirteen grand babies and three great grand thirteen thirteen, And I had all suns.
- 5:01You know what I'm saying, all suns so that you know now that
- 5:08I think about it, being a great grandmother, it's truly a blessing because
- 5:14some of my friends didn't get to see their kids grow up, so I
- 5:16thank God they chose me. I've been listening to CCMBB wying millions didn't make
- 5:25it, but I'm one of the ones who did. You know, so
- 5:28I it got all the glory in the honor. Like you said, June
- 5:32the fourth, God's will. I have twenty years clean, no crack,
- 5:39no alcohol, not perfect by such perfect God. I tell people if we
- 5:46could, if you want to stay clean and sober, you can do that,
- 5:50but you can't do it by yourself. I need God, you know
- 5:55what I'm saying. I need because there's different avenues to getting clean and sober.
- 5:59Mine was I don't know in a a but mine was going to church.
- 6:03So that's what we stick grounded. Uh, proud author of four books
- 6:10from under Bridge one from under Bridge two and they laughed. And when they
- 6:15laughed, and God bless it. My documentary came out November. Back in
- 6:19November. We just found out last month that we've been nominated for Best Documentary
- 6:26of the Year. So I thank God just being nominated. You understand,
- 6:29said I want to win, but you know, I ain't gonna act,
- 6:34but I do want to win. So grat you, ma'am, and I
- 6:41pray to God that you're doing. But I know, girl, I know
- 6:45nomination is good, but that winning is like the icing on the cake.
- 6:49So I think, you know what years ago people used to hate to see
- 6:54me coming. Now God bless it, it's on My life is on the
- 6:57screen. So uh, it's just truly, truly, truly a blessing.
- 7:02You know, my team, God bless me with a great team that believed
- 7:08in me. Do believe in me, Tamarow Coleman And there, like I
- 7:14said, you know, they just just you know, started out being on
- 7:18her show. Then the next thing she wanted to do me put me in
- 7:24her magazine. Then the next day she said, Blossom, I would be
- 7:26honored if you allow me to do your documentary. So went to Atlanta.
- 7:30We shot it over the weekend. And you know, God is just good.
- 7:36You know who was twenty years almost twenty years ago when I was out
- 7:41there on drugs. And I tell people, it's always a route to why
- 7:45we get high. You know, I didn't grow up saying I wanted to
- 7:47be a cracky head, But it's always a route to why we get high.
- 7:53And mine was being molested. You know, when I was coming up,
- 7:55we couldn't talk about that kind of stuff. We have just no Mmm,
- 8:00you got you got your whole head split in m M. So what
- 8:03happens in this house? Stay in this house? Was that it? Yeah?
- 8:07And when we're just a shick as our secret and so, like I
- 8:13said, talking about that, talking about how I got pregnant at an early
- 8:16age, how I got married at an early age, how I got was
- 8:20a guy who was already on cracks. And I don't know why we think
- 8:24we could change somebody else where. We can't change ourselves. Oh oh did
- 8:30she did she just drop that? Big boy? Yeah? I was more
- 8:33specting the nuggets to come out so early. You know what we can't,
- 8:37you know what I'm saying. And then when we started beating me and taking
- 8:39my money, I said, well, if I can't beat my mind,
- 8:41as well join them. So I started smoking crack because going through molestation,
- 8:46I didn't know where I fit in. I didn't know where I fit at.
- 8:50It messes with you mentally, you know what I'm saying. Uh,
- 8:56I had became a people pleaser because I want everybody to like me because of
- 9:00what I went through, because I was told that was my fault, you
- 9:03know. But for anybody who's listening, we were children and when I was
- 9:07coming up, you whatever grown up to do, you did it. We
- 9:13We couldn't talk back, no Lord, So I can tell im. So
- 9:20like I tell people Book number two, I talk about how I been in
- 9:22prison. My prison number is fifty eight nine or nine thirty one. I
- 9:26had that number for the rest of my life. It's just it's not a
- 9:28functional number. I talked about how I was with the guy who was HIV
- 9:33positive. Never told me. We never had safe sex. But I'm sitting
- 9:37here today, don't have age, don't have HIV, and almost twenty years
- 9:39clean. You have a lot of people that say your immune system was so
- 9:45strong. Now we wasn't no science. That was the blood of Jesus that
- 9:48covered me. Yeah. And I talked about how I lost my brother while
- 9:52I was in prison. I talk about how I had a guy to leave
- 9:56me for another guy. So, you know, you have all these issues,
- 10:01but we can overcome our issue, you know what I'm saying. And
- 10:05this brother was fine as I don't know, but he still left me.
- 10:09Well, he had a problem too, you know what I'm saying. Hurt
- 10:13hurt people, hurt people, a lot of people. How can you talk
- 10:18about it so freely? It's because of God. God. Yeah, God
- 10:22taught me how to uh to forgiveness, y'all. It's not for them,
- 10:28it's for us, you know what I'm saying. So I forgive my abuser
- 10:31because God had to forgive me for a lot of stuff. Just going back
- 10:37and forth to treating facilities, rehabs, mental hospitals, over and over and
- 10:45over and over again. I was getting tired of being sick and tired.
- 10:48I had gotten to the church and I backslid. So as you know,
- 10:54once you know, once we go back, it's seven times WORSEO God,
- 11:00y'all, I can't. I can't take no credit because let me tell you
- 11:03one thing. I liked it getting high. I liked it everything, but
- 11:05I just didn't like the consequences that came with it. You know what I'm
- 11:09saying, Well, you huh you like getting high? Yeah? Because at
- 11:16first it was a uh fun, then it became a habit. Then it
- 11:22became a job because you got to get out there and get it. Nobody's
- 11:24not gonna give me nothing, you know what I'm saying. Me, I'm
- 11:26still a hustler, but I hustled for God, now, you know what
- 11:31I'm saying. So I'm not finish shit up here and saying, oh I
- 11:35did not like to get Listen, I'm from Florida. Our stuff came off
- 11:39the boat, so I don't know what kind of the other people had,
- 11:41but I had some good dough. But that the consequences. That meant that
- 11:45I was an unfit mother. That meant that I was a crackhead. That
- 11:48meant that I was an alcoholic, That meant that I was a prostitute.
- 11:52So them are the consequences anything we say. Dude, you got consequences,
- 11:58you know, what I'm saying. When I got high, it helped me
- 12:01forget about all the pain, but I was also causing pain. You know,
- 12:05understand if you can grab that in the spirit, Yes, yes,
- 12:09yes, that makes plenty of sense. And it's something else you said.
- 12:13It means. It means, it made something that was said to me previously
- 12:20and where I hear people say it to teens all the time. They said
- 12:24is no one works harder than a crackhead, And I thought, hell whatever,
- 12:30But what you just said that it means so much. Let me tell
- 12:33you one thing. Anybody that's on drugs, we are some very creative people.
- 12:39Because we first got to make sure I dope. RTE got to make
- 12:43sure the police amber house, we got to make sure nobody don't steal like
- 12:46our crack or our lighters. You got to always. That's why you see
- 12:50them moving. So because we always, our minds are always. I gotta
- 12:54make it to the next step. Got to make it to the next step.
- 12:56So now that's what I do. Now make it to the next yeap
- 13:01going in people with inboxes? Can I come on your show and tell my
- 13:03story? Don't never stop my hustling, because if I were, if I
- 13:07hustle for the enemy. I can hustle for God. You understand. Yeah,
- 13:13seeing that, I hope plenty of authors are understanding that the book is
- 13:18not going to that's the same house. It's not going to promote yourself.
- 13:22It's not going to talk about itself. You gotta you gotta got it.
- 13:26You gotta get out there and get it. You got to. You got
- 13:30to a lot of people ask me, do I have a PR person or
- 13:35a manager? No, I'm still a hustle the same way I knocked on
- 13:39the dopeboard doors at night. Hey can I do this for a hitocrack?
- 13:43It's the same if you had to do with y'all. Can I come on
- 13:45y'all show and tell my story? You know what I'm saying. That's how
- 13:48God blessed me to get on past the cliffe old dollars show. I kept
- 13:50going. I didn't stop when I was like this smoking dope. So I'm
- 13:54not gonna stop now either. You could say, yeah, they either we're
- 13:56gonna barbecue milldew one to two. So when God bless me, he opened
- 14:01that door for me to go on past the couple of dollars show. God
- 14:03allowed me to be myself because let me tell me thing, Your gifts will
- 14:07make room for you, but your character will keep you in the room.
- 14:11And when I when I was a little girl, I talked all the time,
- 14:15all the time because I wanted to make people laugh, because I felt
- 14:18if I may do laugh, that made me forget about what I was going
- 14:20through. So I've always I was. I was a class clown. So
- 14:24my teachers they would said, Blossom, you're talking too much. Have a
- 14:28seat, you know, they don't want to see it more. But I
- 14:30would just la lah lah la la lah lah lah. So that's what I'm
- 14:33doing now, la lah lah lah la la lah. Each time I go
- 14:37on a show, I enjoyed talking talking about what God has done, has
- 14:43is and gonna do in my life. I'm a millionaire. Tell people y'all
- 14:46better remember their name Blossom. Don't take it lightly, don't get better tiptoe
- 14:48around me. But I'm gonna I want you know what I do, not
- 14:54want to die and have not lived. If that makes sense to you that
- 14:58I don't, I yeah, I want to leave my sons, my generation,
- 15:05generation generation to come inheritance, not just money, but wisdom as well.
- 15:11You know what I'm saying, yes, yes, so uh last year
- 15:16March, I'm written from Florida. So that's where all my addiction happened.
- 15:20And I went home where I was asked to come home because five other women
- 15:24and myself we were put into the Black Museum in my hometown. So each
- 15:30time my grandchildren, grands and grands and grants walking that museum, they gonna
- 15:35see their grandmother on the wall, not no jail pitcher, but they're gonna
- 15:39see me up there with a professional pseudo and my book leaving them. Yeah,
- 15:43my grandmama smoked up and this is what she did with the rest of
- 15:46her life. You know what I'm saying. So we got that we can't
- 15:48sit around and just think that something gonna fallow in our lives. When we
- 15:52whatever we do for the Lord, it shall last. I don't care for
- 15:56nobody. Say. My books came out and two thousand and ten, two
- 16:00thousand and ten, going to twenty eleven, then book three or four their
- 16:07their name from under. When they laugh and they laugh, we got two
- 16:12kinds of laughter, or they laughing with you all at you. You understand
- 16:15I'm saying, Yes, ma'am, we got to be careful who were around
- 16:19in this season. You know how you see somebody on the softball team,
- 16:26they got their glove right, they they waiting to catch the ball. That's
- 16:30the same thing when it comes to up. You got to be a position
- 16:32if you want to catch that blessing. You can't be. You cannot be
- 16:36wherever they're talking to. Sister flip flopping, sister knock knock, and you've
- 16:40been missed the ball. So we get a position. Everybody is talking about
- 16:47that. Now. I'm seeing so many people that are talking about your your
- 16:53circle, like, don't let anybody infiltrate your circle. Be mindful who's in
- 16:59your sir. I mean, even if it's only one or two people,
- 17:02you have those in your circle. And that's why I'm so honored to be
- 17:06with these ladies that I'm part of. Amen goodness, graver, a great
- 17:11union, a great union because God has blessed me. Do several interviews with
- 17:15the ladies, and I took my hat to y'all because it's not easy.
- 17:19It's not even trying to make sure you keep up with the because God bless
- 17:23right. You say, have my own podcast. So when you get a
- 17:26visit, I mean a guest that don't want to speak, you'd be like,
- 17:29oh lord, who you got to pull everything out so I know I
- 17:32know what you're talking about and what y'all going through. But you gotta be
- 17:36in position, y'all because the ball ain't gonna The ball ain't gonna come to
- 17:38you. You have to go get that ball. Can you make that a
- 17:42T shirt? Because I don't wear it? Yeah, I won't hear it.
- 17:48About a couple of weeks ago telling authors, if you want to talk
- 17:51about your book, does, no matter how long, what genre, whatever,
- 17:55come on my show that one post. I have people in boss to
- 18:00me, left to right and right. But then when you bring it to
- 18:03them and you present it to them, they claim up or they don't show
- 18:08up, and it's like what you're asking for? Yeah, I'm presenting the
- 18:15table the food to say I need you to come eat with me. But
- 18:18you know what, everybody can't handle the truth. You know, of course
- 18:23people gonna talk about you. They especially when I talk about my sexual behavior
- 18:30out there. Well, first of all, I don't let nobody just talk
- 18:34to me any kind of way. When I'm telling my story, I look
- 18:37at him, I say, now I'm say sanctified, But but I ain't
- 18:40soft. Now, I don't get it twisted. Please don't get it twisted,
- 18:42because God is still working with me. But my story is not for
- 18:47me. My story is to be able to help. Then you know how
- 18:48many men and women were molested and they could not talk about it. That's
- 18:53why we got so much going on in the churches because people have not been
- 18:56healed from what they would do to prove with through You got flip Flop over
- 19:02here, who they had several men. But then you want to get mad
- 19:04when that baby come in the door that just came from a script pot you
- 19:08your listen alone, guests to come up like a short dress. Y'all want
- 19:14we're gonna be accountable because we're supposed to be winning souls for the kingdom.
- 19:18Yeah, you know. Then you got deacon Deacon Willie over there in the
- 19:22deacon door line, and then that night his name wet Willie. You're on
- 19:26the on the computers. We got to get, y'all. We got I'm
- 19:30not saying I'm perfect. God knows I'm not. I still still because and
- 19:37then and you want to send the people with these nose up high and everything
- 19:42a baby. I don't. I don't. I used to do the thing.
- 19:45But what did you do to tell these people? Let them know what
- 19:48your testimony is about. You weren't ashamed when you was out there, so
- 19:52we can't be ashamed now, you understand me. So that's why a lot
- 19:56of people don't want to write books, because you're gonna be talked about when
- 20:00they talked about whom was out there? You know what I'm saying. So
- 20:04she used to tell us if they if you stopped it, they stopped talking
- 20:07about you. You have played out so well, yes, like anywhere to
- 20:11go there on top about you? So my aunt used to say, and
- 20:15back to the circle part, me tell you about Jesus. Jesus was annoying
- 20:18Jesus. He was the only one could have went through that because let me
- 20:23tell you what the first time they hit me, I'm gonna you want to
- 20:27know where she had should be. I'm gonna tell on everybody. Do you
- 20:30understand saying when they said at the table, he knows he knew what he
- 20:37knew what Judis was fould do, but he's still watching me out snatched every
- 20:41toe off his foot, you understand it? Not all the tools, all
- 20:45the tools when he did walk out there, that told me. Do you
- 20:55know that that's true? I think God put the right people in some situations
- 20:59because you know, no, no, everything truth. We're trying to get
- 21:04her in the kingdom. We do this, We're gonna push her out.
- 21:07We can't put her. Let's go get this person. His toe would have
- 21:10been just like that when he got them thirty pictures of silver. You understand
- 21:14he had to take that Sybil and go take foot doctor messing around with me,
- 21:19and I knew this was going to be the shore that night. I
- 21:22knew, I knew, I knew what. And you sitting there eating break
- 21:26boy go but boy bye baby. We gotta talk about your documentary before.
- 21:37Oh yeah, so you went to Atlanta to film your documentary? Yeah,
- 21:45how did that feel like? You know what? I got in Atlanta and
- 21:52checked in. God bless us, you know what. We worked on it
- 21:56for a year because I had to get old picture and stuff like that.
- 22:02And one thing I like about this team. When she said was gonna have
- 22:04a meeting, we had the meeting if something came up. She let us
- 22:08know ahead of time that I like to be around people that are doing something.
- 22:12Even when I was smoking dope, I did not like to be around
- 22:15people talking about I'm fit to go, gets to hit you still sitting there,
- 22:18you ain't got to hit yet. So that's that's what I like.
- 22:23People that's making something happen. It's not gonna fall in your lap. So
- 22:27we went and we shot the hotel where we was at. It was next
- 22:33to the bridge. When we went up under was next to six Flags.
- 22:37So back up under that bridge and doing an interview, it just it just
- 22:45I was stumped, you know what I'm saying. I said, But she,
- 22:48you know, she asked me. She said, Blossom, what's the
- 22:49difference. I said, I got somebody I can touch because my neighbors was
- 22:53dugs. You know what I'm saying. I was in the fleeing on a
- 22:57bridge in a park and and it was a big area because people used to
- 23:07come out there and fish. Twenty four seven. I never got bothered with
- 23:11okay, never got in trouble. Nobody ever tried to rape me, nothing
- 23:15like that. I would get out the front seat, get in the back
- 23:17seat, and God kept myself so peacefully, I mean peacefully. I didn't
- 23:22get in trouble till I got the front seat and went to the west side.
- 23:23That's when I got in trouble to stay. The people, places and
- 23:29things I had to stay away from, you know, so God bless it.
- 23:32We shot the documentary within that weekend. I got back on the road,
- 23:38headed back to Alabama, and I'm gonna let people know we're still gonna
- 23:41have life issues. Okay. When I moved to Alabama, I was married.
- 23:47This is my ex husband's hometown. We got a divorce to do the
- 23:49love and people say love. Yeah, he loved, he loved talking to
- 23:52other women. Brought the woman in my home. So I had to cry
- 23:55out to the Lord because I had the most Caesared Saints telling me I should
- 24:00stay here, and I had they used to really hanging out with Miss Helen
- 24:07all these years, and you had the house making she No. I just
- 24:14couldn't do it, and I told him, I said that y'all can stay
- 24:17with y'all, but I'm not gonna stay. You have brought it in my
- 24:19house. My mind had then went back to the old blossom. I said,
- 24:23oh, no, no, no, if I set the house on
- 24:26fire with me in it, I didn't care about setting the house on fire
- 24:29with you. I was thinking about setting home fire, cutting him and get
- 24:33on somebody's baby tricycle and get back to Florida. That's what the old blossoms.
- 24:37Hold up? Hold up? Did you say the baby tricycle? When
- 24:41I got to Florida, my feet woulda been looking like Judas. You know
- 24:52what I'm telling you. Baby. They used to You know how people look
- 25:00at the blind and said, oh, here come married bull. They used
- 25:04to look got the blessed, said here come blossom. They said, oh,
- 25:07they picked up their whole house of a movie. Because I was a
- 25:11fighter, and you know, I fought men, I thought women, but
- 25:15you know what, in reality, I was fighting myself. I was fighting
- 25:18myself. And that's what keeps a lot of people out there in the streets
- 25:22because they doing it to themselves. We don't have to have nobody mistreated because
- 25:26we do it our own self. We feel like we deserved that. So
- 25:30we got the divorce and God has told me to stay. First time buying
- 25:36a home, I lost that in the foreclosure. But I didn't go back
- 25:38to get in high brand new coll repot. But I didn't go back.
- 25:42So long as I don't go back, we're doing just fine. So God
- 25:45bless her now with a documentary out just gotta found out last month that we've
- 25:51been nominated for Best Documentary of the Year. We find out June the twenty
- 25:56second, and the event is gonna be in Newport, Virginia. So being
- 26:03honored is truly a blessing, truly a blessing. So like I said,
- 26:08uh, and this is my kids will be and my kids and my kids
- 26:11and my kids. My kids would be all able to see this when I'm
- 26:15dead and gone. You know what I'm saying, What when when you leave,
- 26:18ten years after you're gone, what can they say about you? That's
- 26:22a question for the life. That is a great question. What ten years
- 26:26from now or ten years after you pass, what can they say? Were
- 26:30they glad to see you or glad that you was leaving? You know?
- 26:33That's that's the kind of stuff. And we need to do a soul search.
- 26:37And God changed me because I can't change myself. So for anybody who's
- 26:41out there that got a member that's on drugs, somebody that's delivering in a
- 26:45homosexual lifestyle, we don't hate them. You're supposed to hate the sin,
- 26:49but you can sometimes you can love the hell out of somebody. I don't
- 26:52care how much the hell they got out, but you show them love and
- 26:57win. It wins so much. You know what I'm saying. We can't
- 27:00judge nobody because none of us are perfect. So I want to say anybody
- 27:06who went through that, you remember we were the children. We didn't have
- 27:10a say something, so we got to start. I tell everybody I had
- 27:14a bridge that I was up under. You got a bridge. We all
- 27:17got a bridge. So coming up front of your bridge, walk over the
- 27:21bridge to your destiny. Don't sit there twill in your thumb talking about I
- 27:25wish I could have should have. You know how many people died with dream
- 27:29with dreams and songs and books because they were scared to what people are gonna
- 27:33say. They're gonna talk about it. Long as nobody put their hands on
- 27:37me, We're doing just fine. I'm not used. They gonna hurt you,
- 27:41lick your wound, carry on, because the same people, when God
- 27:48Uh prepare a table, they gonna wish they had a neck bone something from
- 27:52that table because they every and everybody can't go where you're going. We have
- 27:59to remember that everybody can't go. I'm still stuck back there where you said
- 28:04that we all are under the bridge, that we need to get from under
- 28:08the bridge, walk over the bridge to our destiny. You need to put
- 28:12that on a T shirt because that is so do you know? Do you
- 28:18know you are helping people come from up under the bridge when they come on
- 28:23your show. You understand me. You are helping people when you're getting your
- 28:27books together to come from up under your up on the bridge. You're what
- 28:32and what's good for you is because you're able to see how you help somebody.
- 28:37Sometime we think we're not doing nothing, all right the inn man?
- 28:41Have you think girls? Sit down someone? You know when I was coming
- 28:44up, we had was having a house party, and I used to cry
- 28:48so bad because they started calling me bubblelif baby, bubble lilt. I wanted
- 28:52the lift operation at eleven years old. Look at them now they're going to
- 28:56get the lift blowed up. I ain't gotta do none of that, okay,
- 28:59Look that is it's tucking on things get bigger, like what I used
- 29:04to have dreads down to my thighs because they represented I had him for fifteen
- 29:10years. Now I deal with a girl called alopecia baby. I keep her
- 29:14shaved and all put my lipstick on eyebrows and carry on, you've got to
- 29:18encourage yourself. If you don't, if nobody gonna come to hide and said,
- 29:23girl, you're doing a good job. So for anybody that's out there
- 29:26listening tonight or gonna listen later on, come from up under your bridge,
- 29:30come from up under there and and let God use you, because y'all we're
- 29:34gonna be accountable because we are not winning souls for the King like we're supposed
- 29:40to be doing. And that takes telling your story. Tell your story.
- 29:44Come from under your bridge, walk over your bridge to your destiny, you
- 29:49know what. So you got to tell us how we can follow you and
- 29:53if you know what, we can look at that documentary. Oh, I
- 29:57would keep you postable by it's something in the works now that it'll be.
- 30:02But I can't see nothing. I can't it's gotta be. I can't.
- 30:06I can't say nothing. You said, I'm just gonna give you a little
- 30:11teens. Got God did it that part. But you can follow me on
- 30:19Facebook Blossom Rogers. My phone number is three zero five seventy five three eight
- 30:26one sixty four Instagram Blossom Riders. Like I said, I'm here to help
- 30:30if it's anything I could do for anybody. I'm not. I can't tell
- 30:33you everything about the book because you're gonna have to go get the book.
- 30:36You can find that on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. But like I said,
- 30:40come from up under your bridge and live because tomorrow's not promised to us.
- 30:44God got so much in store for us. But we gotta go out.
- 30:47We gotta get out there and get it. Here you go, y'all.
- 30:52You heard what she says. I am standing on your underbridge. Get
- 30:56from my neck, walk over to your destiny. Yeah, it's a purpose.
- 31:00It's a purpose. It's and notice that it's a work. So you
- 31:06have to do the work. It won't come to you. You gotta take
- 31:08those footsteps first. And God then did all he gonna do when he says
- 31:12finished. When he said it's finished, he ain't got to do nothing else.
- 31:18Everything waiting for you. You gotta walk here. You got to walk
- 31:21there. Something of us are not going with a civilz school in my hand.
- 31:25You understand me, So don't let nobody tell you what you can't do.
- 31:26They told me I was gonna be a crackhead for the rest of my
- 31:30life, and I believe them. But look at God, I'm sitting here
- 31:33on a Saturday night back in the day, on Saturday night, I saw
- 31:37all this right here. Who called her? Who? If you got some
- 31:41dope? You know what I'm saying. So but God? And then once
- 31:45I get off from him, I turn on my Westerns, the old black
- 31:49and white movies, and next thing, you know, if you're watching me
- 31:52and God's will getting up and going to church tomorrow back in the day,
- 31:56go out, walk past the church or ask what one of the members could
- 32:00they give you a couple of dollars. I've done it because I have done
- 32:02that. But today, because God allowed me to walk from up under that
- 32:06bridge, I'm welcome to everything he got for me. You go, well,
- 32:10I thank you for being with me tonight, dropping all kinds of nuggets
- 32:17for those who are authors, those who are going through the struggle. You

- 32:49on the cake. Yeah, thank you, Thank you, y'all. Go
