  SPEAKER_01: What's happening to you, there's a bigger story.
• 0:02
  SPEAKER_01: There's a bigger lesson.
• 0:04
  SPEAKER_01: There's a bigger plan.
• 0:04
  SPEAKER_01: Let's uncover that.
• 0:05
  SPEAKER_01: Let's unfold that.
• 0:06
SPEAKER_01: Let's allow it to make its way forward in a way that allows you to realize what's happening, allow you to calm your nervous system, allow you to move the fuck through it as fast as possible.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_01: Because this change that you're experiencing is also inevitable.
• 0:29
SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the Unity Code, where we explore what becomes possible when we stop keeping spirituality on the sidelines and start using our connection to spirit to actually change lives.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_01: I'm Nicole Pope, a medium teacher and former transformation corporate executive.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_01: I've spent more than 20 years obsessed with data, patterns, systems, and one question.
• 0:51
  SPEAKER_01: What actually creates change?
• 0:53
SPEAKER_01: These days I'm asking that same question about energy, consciousness, the soul, and our connection to spirit.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_01: And no, we're not keeping this theoretical.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_01: On the podcast, we're going to teach it, test it, demonstrate it, play with it, and bring real people into the conversation.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_01: We'll explore mediumship, energetic, intuition, ancestral patterns, human potential, and some things I'm not even sure we have language for yet.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_01: Because the goal is bigger than becoming more spiritual.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_01: It's about discovering what you're capable of, using it to transform yourself, expand your life, and step into possibilities you couldn't access before.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_01: This is the Unity Code, where spirit meets experimentation, transformation, and a community curious enough to find out what else is possible.
• 1:46
  SPEAKER_01: I'm so glad you're here.
• 1:51
  SPEAKER_01: Hello, everyone.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the Unity Code podcast.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_01: As always, I'm your host, Nicole, and I thought it would take this episode to pause and ask you, how are you doing?
• 2:08
SPEAKER_01: And not in that like bullshit United States way where we don't actually care what your answer is, because usually the answer is fine.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_01: And we all know that fine is the F-word, which is utter bullshit.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_01: But instead, I really honestly want to ask you, how are you doing?
• 2:28
SPEAKER_01: Because I have talked with so many people, the brave ones that have decided to be a little more vulnerable with me, andor my clients and students.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_01: And it has been made abundantly clear to me that as predicted, 2026 has not been a vacation year.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_01: In fact, this year has invited mass change, mass chaos, mass disruptions.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_01: And I personally don't know one person that has not felt it so far this year.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_01: And so I want to really ask like, how are you doing?
• 3:10
SPEAKER_01: Let's do a little bit of self-reflection for this podcast episode today.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_01: Because what I have found is that 2026 has been the year that things have been uncomfortably ripped out, right?
• 3:24
  SPEAKER_01: Exposed.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_01: Relationships and dynamics have changed in a way that we cannot ignore anymore.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_01: I've met so many different people who have used this year unexpectedly as a year of reinvention and had made old versions of themselves completely obsolete in a very uncomfortable and honestly, like including yours truly here, a very uncomfortable and very unsettling and unexpected way.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_01: And really, this year has forced us to relook at the tolerance we have given in life, the way that we have shown up in life, the way that other things have shown up in our lives, and really reassessed are we living out of alignment or are we living out of nervous system comfort?
• 4:26
SPEAKER_01: And so I want to in the next few weeks, I want to be a little bit of a podcast preview.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_01: Those of you on my Unity Code collective or the lab, hello, Ernesto's decided to show up, everybody.
• 4:42
  SPEAKER_01: Deadbell is here.
• 4:43
SPEAKER_01: Um, for those of you that are on the lab and if you haven't signed up yet, it is a free community.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_01: In a few weeks, we're gonna be doing a live session for the autumn equinox about resetting and welcoming in the last essentially quarter of the year.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_01: And not in that, like, again, like bullshit divine masculine, everybody has to have a plan.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_01: Way, but like, are you using the most of this fucking chaotic transformative energy this year?
• 5:15
SPEAKER_01: Because we can either be a victim to it or we can allow it to change us in the most fabulous way.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_01: And so, ahead of our fall equinox reset episode that will be coming up in a few weeks, I thought I would start the dialogue with all of you of what has the this year already been trying to remove from your life.
• 5:40
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_01: And this is completely on purpose, by the way.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_01: Obviously, you're talking to the person that always has a plan.
• 5:51
SPEAKER_01: Um, because if we start to look at now what this year has been trying to remove from your life, this gives us a few weeks for you to settle into that energy, to be conscious of the shifts that are already available to you or have already been completed in this incredible year and allowing you this beautiful transition period to determine who do you actually want to become?
• 6:19
SPEAKER_01: Where are you actually resisting the person that you're meant to be?
• 6:26
SPEAKER_01: And so allowing the self-reflection episode a few weeks before the reset actually allows the magic to start unfolding for you if you are open and available for it.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_01: And so let's rewind for a moment back to January and let's take inventory of the year we are actually living in, okay?
• 6:55
SPEAKER_01: And I want you to think back in at least for me, in the winter, in the spring, in the summer, and I want you to reflect back what has fallen away without you actively choosing it.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_01: You know, where are you suddenly no longer willing to tolerate something?
• 7:20
SPEAKER_01: What stopped working for you, even though it used to work?
• 7:25
SPEAKER_01: Where have you repeatedly tried to re-resurrect something that keeps saying, nope, we're not doing this?
• 7:33
SPEAKER_01: And what keeps finding its way back into your attention?
• 7:39
SPEAKER_01: And for me, this year has been this massive transformation so far.
• 7:44
SPEAKER_01: And those of you know know, I took the last two weeks off to, as Spirit literally told me, upgrade my ecosystem.
• 7:55
  SPEAKER_01: Isn't that interesting?
• 7:57
SPEAKER_01: And just to remind you, I started the year doing an entire rebrand on my website and me, right?
• 8:09
SPEAKER_01: And I spent the entire first quarter of the year taking a look at my service offerings and bringing those closer into alignment into who I was becoming.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_01: And I think this is the really important part that people miss is that even being somebody like myself that is so tapped in that I can see my future, I can feel my future, I can feel the potential of my programs, and I am walking the path towards the success that is inevitable for me, I still don't have a clear path.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_01: And I don't think anyone does because we have inklings of all these things that are coming, but in the moment that I need to make a decision, I know that who I'm, for example, in earlier this year when I shifted from into soul mediumship and sovereign soul sessions, I knew that shift would be temporary because it didn't feel aligned to that future vision I felt.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_01: And this is what I'm talking about walking the path is that sometimes we have to move, even though it doesn't feel like the destination.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_01: And we have to move knowing it is incomplete and it is going to change, and feeling the energy, at least for myself, that it is incomplete and it is going to change.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_01: But it is the evolution of where I was to that moment.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_01: And if I don't change in that moment, I'm not going to be able to move from the past to the future.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_01: It's all a journey where steps add on each other, where paths become clear when you start walking them.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_01: Ding! And that is the journey that unfolds for you because we can't possibly see the entire journey laid out before us.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_01: But we can have the highlight reel that motivates us and moves us closer to the destination that you're feeling while also feeling very uncomfortable in your nervous system, right?
• 10:26
SPEAKER_01: And knowing that this is an incomplete path and knowing that this is not a permanent trajectory.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_01: And yet, what is in our life?
• 10:37
SPEAKER_01: And so for me, this year of transformation of moving my brands, of moving my service offerings and in the last two weeks, completely changing my entire ecosystem.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_01: And when I say entire ecosystem, yes, I changed my service offerings again, right?
• 10:53
SPEAKER_01: Yes, I'm really thinking about in a way, because I talked about I'm moving from I was doing modality-based and then I shifted earlier this year into soul mediumship and sovereign soul.
• 11:05
SPEAKER_01: And what I'm finding is dang god, Ernesto's on fire right now.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_01: Um, what I'm finding is that the people that are coming to me, I swear to God, that's not me.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_01: The people that are coming to me are this mix of people who just want to move on.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_01: Like this year of the fire horse has beaten them down.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_01: And yes, they want the mediumship connections, but more so though, they want certainty, they want trust in their path, they want to be in that future evolution of them.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_01: And so I wanted to rework the service offerings, or spirit wanted me to rework the service offerings to better reflect the evolution of the clients that I'm seeing, of looking into the past and uncovering what's holding you back.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_01: What are the hidden strands, the hidden hidden issues that are holding you back, right?
• 11:58
SPEAKER_01: Let's look into the present.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_01: Let's talk about the current issues that you're currently going through and see if we can find that root cause and we can start um resolving some of the pain or frustration or freeze mode that you might be in.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_01: And then as we talk about the future, right?
• 12:12
SPEAKER_01: Like we can talk about the potential futures.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_01: We can talk about what the path most likely looks like for you.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_01: We can talk about the different options and calibrate you to the future that you actually love and want to be in, right?
• 12:25
SPEAKER_01: And this is where my client conversations have been going.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_01: And so you can start to see how spirit has led me down this path of showing people that they don't have to live in this matrix anymore, and that there's so much information available that allows them, and by the way, information from spirit, not AI.
• 12:51
SPEAKER_01: Holy shit, that would be a whole other podcast episode.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_01: There's all this information available to you at a soul level that allows you to design your life in the exact way that you want to.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_01: And like people don't even know the power that exists when you can start to manipulate your own reality.
• 13:13
  SPEAKER_01: Hello, this entire podcast.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_01: And so shifting that service model that I had from very specific, I mean, I say modality-based continued from soul, mediumship, and sovereign soul to being like, I got you, whatever you need, I got you.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna get you to where you want to go.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_01: But that's not only at a personal level, because I'm finding a lot of my clients are practitioners, a lot of my clients are business owners, and separating out those and allowing people to really see themselves a little bit more clearly in the service offerings that I have.
• 13:51
SPEAKER_01: And this is exactly what I'm talking about with the evolution of us is that we put something out there, we walk the walk, spirit guides me to the next version of me, and then I have to be the one to get my fucking head out of the sand to recognize it and walk towards it.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_01: And so, where have you been walking the walk?
• 14:15
SPEAKER_01: And life has shown you what's ready to be plucked, what's ready to grow, what's ready to be thrown in the garbage.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_00: And you've been ignoring it because our nervous system feels so much safer in the status quo.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_01: And as somebody that is an overthinker like me, God, like I gotta, if there's an overthinking spectrum, I am on the far end.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_01: I am the worst one, which is why my team is always so frustrated in me because I just cannot, I cannot um just take anything at surface value, and this is definitely my human design, my one-three, right?
• 15:03
SPEAKER_01: Um, that I need to understand and experiment and get to the root cause.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_01: But you can't allow what is known in my prior life, analysis paralysis, to put you into a nervous system freeze mode that stops you from moving forward.
• 15:25
SPEAKER_01: And this is where I've seen so many clients this year in this freeze mode because the old version of them no longer computes, and the new version of them that is ready and waiting to be unleashed, to be brought forward.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_01: The thing that you have been asking for and waiting for, so many people are now frozen and unable to take that step because that requires letting go of the version of you that found safety.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_01: Just a reminder our nervous system will choose a familiar hell over an unfamiliar heaven every time because that's its job.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_01: Its job is to keep you safe.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_01: And if it can predict the failures, if it can predict the way that you used to live and knows how to experience that and knows how to help you through that, and knows how to keep you safe through it, even though it's very uncomfortable, it's not great, it's not where you want to be, your nervous system will override that.
• 16:47
SPEAKER_01: And just for those of you that are, in fact, metaphysical practitioners listening out there, your nervous system will also override your connection to spirit.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_01: Because I know so many of you are sitting in the dark waiting for again that next version of you to come.
• 17:07
SPEAKER_01: But the dark is actually in your nervous system telling you're not fucking going anywhere because we don't know what that looks like.
• 17:13
SPEAKER_01: We don't know if that's gonna be successful, we don't know if that's gonna be safe.
• 17:19
SPEAKER_01: And so this is where we start to spiral everybody, is because there's a version of us that can feel the future, that can feel the unfolding, that can feel the fucking magic that is right there waiting for you.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: And at the same time, your nervous system and your body will keep you stagnant.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: And it will convince you that that's the wrong step.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_00: And it will reason and logic its way out of taking risks.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_01: And the thing that you need to do is recognize this entire dynamic, this spiral that you're in.
• 18:04
SPEAKER_00: Acknowledge the fear of the unknown and fucking move forward anyway.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_01: Because, much like I talked about with my service offerings, as you step forward, the path becomes clear.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_01: But it's not gonna be clear.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_01: There is not gonna be a next step until you take the first step.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_01: You can't be standing there ready to take the first step, asking what the fifth step is and what that looks like while you are unwilling to take the first.
• 18:36
SPEAKER_01: You cannot see five steps ahead.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_01: Sometimes you can, oftentimes you cannot.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_01: And this is coming from somebody who can see a whole fucking lot of my future, and I'm telling you, I can't see five steps ahead.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_01: Eventually I'll see where the things I'm seeing link up, but not yet, because I'm not there yet.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_01: And so I have to take the step and trust that spirit is leading me to that version of me that I've asked for, that I've manifested the shit out of.
• 19:07
SPEAKER_01: The path that I've set myself on so wholly and solidly that there's no other option but success.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: And so I have to walk forward taking that leap.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: Even though my nervous system is screaming how uncomfortable it is and how much it wants me to go back.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: But my faith has to be stronger than my fear.
• 19:43
SPEAKER_00: And so this is where I'm asking you.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_01: Where have you chosen fear over faith?
• 19:58
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 19:59
  SPEAKER_01: I like I'm sorry.
• 20:01
SPEAKER_01: I'm just, you know, like no one ever said these podcast episodes were gonna be light and pretty.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_01: You don't, you don't you're not listening to this because you want to stay in the old version of you.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_01: You're listening to this because you know there's a new version of you that is waiting.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_01: And it has yet to be achieved.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_01: And I'm here to shed the light on that while you still have a chance to shift this in the most energetically palpable year of fast fucking transformation.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_01: So let's start asking some of the questions because I will tell you when I am personally in nervous system freeze mode, which is, by the way, my default nervous system response, it just skips over fight and flight.
• 20:51
SPEAKER_01: It just goes right into freeze.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then I just go rock myself in the corner till until the energy passes.
• 20:59
SPEAKER_01: Um, but I a lot of times what happens in these nervous system freeze moments is that we can't even step out of our box to perceive another perspective.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_01: And so I'm gonna ask you some questions for reflection.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_01: And I'll pause just a little bit to let your mind wander, not too long, probably five or 10 seconds or so after each of these questions.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_01: But I just want you to think about some things that maybe showing up to show you there's a different version of you.
• 21:35
SPEAKER_01: You are living in an outdated version.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_01: You are on Windows 8, my dear.
• 21:39
SPEAKER_01: You are you are in the iPhone 10.
• 21:41
  SPEAKER_01: I was gonna say 13, but that's mine.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_01: And yes, I realize that's outdated too, right?
• 21:46
  SPEAKER_01: And that's okay.
• 21:48
SPEAKER_01: And if at any point in these questions your mind starts to wander, or you get a nervous system response of fight or flight, pay attention to that.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_01: Your nervous, like the number one thing I want to teach you is your nervous system is not bad.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_01: It's information, just like emotions are, just like feelings are.
• 22:12
  SPEAKER_01: It's information.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_01: And oftentimes when my nervous system is having the biggest response, I recognize that is where the biggest gold is a lot of the time in my business.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_01: It means that I'm holding on so tightly to the old ways of doing things.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_01: And usually there is a whole different and better approach to the way that I could do it.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_01: And so just recognize if you get the feeling to like shut me off, fast forward through this.
• 22:45
SPEAKER_01: Um, if you start wiggling in your seat, right?
• 22:49
SPEAKER_01: Pay attention to any of the physical, if you start thinking about your to-do list in the morning, in the middle of this, which might just be an indicator that I'm boring, you know, that's fine too.
• 22:57
  SPEAKER_01: I'll accept that.
• 22:58
SPEAKER_01: But just pay attention to your body.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_01: And you don't have to answer the questions while pushing through the body, because we never want to push through our nervous system response.
• 23:08
SPEAKER_01: We want to allow it to just unfold the way that it's supposed to unfold.
• 23:12
SPEAKER_01: Because if we start trying to shove our nervous system back into the box and be like, you're not allowed to come out, right?
• 23:19
SPEAKER_01: Um, what happens when I tell you, don't think of a pink elephant?
• 23:24
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 23:25
SPEAKER_01: Like that's exactly what happens to your nervous system.
• 23:27
  SPEAKER_01: It's like, I'm still here.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_01: If you try to shove me in the box, it's like negative reinforcement.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_01: You're still giving attention to your nervous system, but now you're allowing it to amplify the energy and make it even more difficult to overcome.
• 23:40
SPEAKER_01: So just fucking ride your nervous system response without judgment.
• 23:44
  SPEAKER_01: Let yourself pause me.
• 23:46
SPEAKER_01: Let yourself go for a walk.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_01: Let yourself come back down from the nervous system response and continue.
• 23:54
  SPEAKER_01: Like that's that's it.
• 23:56
  SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's that simple.
• 23:59
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_01: So here are some of the questions you can think about.
• 24:03
SPEAKER_01: Uh, and I will see if I can add these to the show notes as well.
• 24:06
SPEAKER_01: So let me, so then you'll have it.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_01: Um so I want you to ask yourself, where have you had like almost this violent loss of tolerance for things that used to be fine?
• 24:20
SPEAKER_01: So a conversation is draining you, an offer um is not something that you want to do anymore.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_01: A family dynamic suddenly became something you can't unsee.
• 24:33
SPEAKER_01: You used to do a role, but now it feels like it's totally not who you're meant to be anymore, or a habit or obligation is trying to keep you from doing what you want.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_00: So, where have you noticed a violent loss of tolerance for things that used to be fine?
• 24:59
SPEAKER_01: And in the past two weeks, this is gonna sound wild.
• 25:04
  SPEAKER_01: I can't drink coffee anymore.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_01: Like, I just woke up one day, I was like, I can't drink coffee.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_01: Taste by the way, this is somebody that worked at Starbucks all through my college, right?
• 25:15
SPEAKER_01: Like, I fucking love coffee.
• 25:17
SPEAKER_01: I woke up and it tasted like dirt.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_01: Spirit literally made it taste differently because I should not be drinking it anymore.
• 25:29
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 25:31
SPEAKER_01: So notice where things are intolerable and yet you still persist through them.
• 25:37
SPEAKER_01: I tried to have a cup of coffee yesterday, I couldn't get past the first sip.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_01: I want you to look at where you're having big emotional responses without a clear root cause.
• 25:55
  SPEAKER_01: Ding.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_01: This one's a little harder to find, right?
• 26:04
SPEAKER_01: Because you will notice the big emotional responses are your nervous system telling you something's off.
• 26:17
SPEAKER_01: You haven't, this is something shifting without the status quo, right?
• 26:21
SPEAKER_01: Or sorry, this is shifting outside of the status quo.
• 26:24
SPEAKER_01: And so what you'll find for let me think if I can think of an example of this, is I have been up the past two nights in panic attacks.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_01: Like I slept for three hours last night.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_01: And middle of the night panic attacks are not a normal part of who I am.
• 26:45
SPEAKER_01: They used to be when I was in the corporate world, but uh, but I have been in this very emotional state.
• 26:58
SPEAKER_01: Like as soon as my brain shuts down for the night and I wake up at 1 a.m., 2 a.m., 3 a.m.
• 27:03
SPEAKER_01: the past few nights, and it's been just non-stop cycling and cycling and thinking and thinking and thinking and thinking.
• 27:10
SPEAKER_01: And like usually when that happens, there's a thread to a story that I haven't learned yet.
• 27:16
SPEAKER_01: I haven't learned my lesson in something yet.
• 27:19
SPEAKER_01: Um, this is gonna be really funny.
• 27:21
SPEAKER_01: This is hot off the press from last night at like one in the morning, by the way.
• 27:25
SPEAKER_01: And so an example of this for me is I have decided to rip up all of my garden beds this year.
• 27:37
SPEAKER_01: I keep so this is probably because on my shamanic weekend away, I visited a very lovely woman's herbalism store in like the backwoods of New Hampshire.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_01: And seeing the way that she loved and doted on the plants and the way that she took the plants and like made them herbal medicine, right?
• 28:00
SPEAKER_01: Like I love the idea of it as a projector.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_01: I just don't know if I have the energy for it, but I loved how closely connected.
• 28:09
SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay, that makes sense.
• 28:10
  SPEAKER_01: Spirits in my head.
• 28:11
SPEAKER_01: Um, she is with the plants and the symbolism and like she uses obviously the medicine of the earth as literal medicine for her body and her customers' bodies, right?
• 28:21
SPEAKER_01: Um I quite ironically, at the same time, I'm realizing the thing that Spirit just dropped in my head is I also had a past life that was uncovered to me.
• 28:33
SPEAKER_01: Are you ready to laugh?
• 28:34
SPEAKER_01: Oh God, this is so good.
• 28:36
SPEAKER_01: Um, I, as you can imagine, go into a lot of my lifetimes choosing the hardest path, choosing the biggest lessons, choosing the greatest impact.
• 28:46
SPEAKER_01: So my lives tend to be very tumultuous.
• 28:49
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna say it nicely that way.
• 28:51
SPEAKER_01: And the way that I receive respite in between lives, and we've all heard the story, right?
• 28:57
  SPEAKER_01: Or maybe you haven't.
• 28:58
SPEAKER_01: A lot, there's people that have come forward that said like they will reincarnate as trees, especially, for example, sequoia trees, to have like a thousand years of peace before they go into their next life.
• 29:12
SPEAKER_01: Um, that is not my MO.
• 29:15
  SPEAKER_01: I reincarnate as a flower.
• 29:20
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 29:21
SPEAKER_01: Because I want respite and I want to like enjoy it and I want to be beautiful and I want to be admired, and I just want to face the sun all day.
• 29:29
SPEAKER_01: But I know I have work to do.
• 29:31
  SPEAKER_01: So I don't choose a tree, I choose a flower that lives a few months.
• 29:35
SPEAKER_01: In particular, it was what was that?
• 29:38
SPEAKER_01: It was a daisy, is what popped up in my meditation.
• 29:42
SPEAKER_01: I came as a daisy to be admired and loved by like a little girl walking by in a neighborhood.
• 29:48
SPEAKER_01: And then I died, and then I moved into my next life.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_01: I died as a flower, by the way.
• 29:53
  SPEAKER_01: I died as a flower.
• 29:55
SPEAKER_01: Um, and so where the fuck was I going with this?
• 30:00
SPEAKER_01: And so, like, okay, bringing me back, spirits bringing me back.
• 30:04
SPEAKER_01: And so, like, these are the things that I've been doing.
• 30:07
SPEAKER_01: This is the thing that prompted it, right?
• 30:09
SPEAKER_01: I've had these experiences with flowers and now I want to rip out my entire fucking garden.
• 30:14
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 30:15
SPEAKER_01: And like suddenly being in my energetic space of my front garden, which is severely overgrown, I really do not have a green thumb.
• 30:25
SPEAKER_01: Um, I have plants behind me that I have to cycle out because I keep killing them.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_01: Um, there's not a lot of sun in this room, so that would make sense.
• 30:32
SPEAKER_01: But suddenly I couldn't stand those plant beds anymore.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_01: And it's not a root cause because those plant beds have been around my house since I purchased this house 20 plus years ago.
• 30:50
SPEAKER_01: And so, like, the I see them every single day, multiple times a day, but suddenly I'm like, I can't do it anymore.
• 30:57
SPEAKER_01: I just this is not the way that I want like, and there's no reason for this besides what I just told you, right?
• 31:03
SPEAKER_01: So it could be a little bit of the apothecary store I went to, could be a little bit of this uncovering of the past life, but more so, like, there's just something in me that says I need to go change this, and I don't know why.
• 31:17
SPEAKER_00: And so this is part of like that big emotional response without having a root cause to it.
• 31:28
SPEAKER_01: Because I can love and respect the fact that my garden essentially self-sustained itself for 20 years and it looks like that, let's just put it that way, right?
• 31:38
SPEAKER_00: But I can also recognize the fact that oh, that's not how I want it to be anymore.
• 31:47
SPEAKER_01: And so, like, if you think about it, I'm letting go of the identity of my old garden at the same time that I'm letting go of the old version of my ecosystem, and I'm literally planting a new garden.
• 32:06
SPEAKER_01: And so what we find is that we're really good generally at leaving things that have a clear problem, a clear root cause, a clear way that things have harmed us or hurt us.
• 32:21
SPEAKER_01: But we are not good at leaving things that are just out of alignment, that are no longer representative of the version of us.
• 32:37
SPEAKER_00: Because as we all know, the plants are a bigger energy.
• 32:42
  SPEAKER_01: There's a bigger story behind it.
• 32:46
SPEAKER_01: Because the plants aren't just visual clutter that I can't take anymore.
• 32:53
SPEAKER_01: The plants are the version of me that allows things that are not in alignment for me to fester.
• 33:04
SPEAKER_01: And that was made so abundantly clear when I went to buy my new plants at the nursery yesterday.
• 33:14
SPEAKER_01: Because I have two plants in my house that I are holding, they're so near and dear to me, but they are holding by on by a thread.
• 33:23
SPEAKER_01: And like I have done the exact opposite thing that I should have done for caring for these plants.
• 33:29
SPEAKER_01: Both of them were plants that Spirit had me buy.
• 33:32
SPEAKER_01: One is a peace plant that I put outside in the direct sun, peacefully, um, while it was too rainy.
• 33:43
SPEAKER_01: So, like that thing is toast.
• 33:45
SPEAKER_01: Um, lesson learned, that's an indoor plant.
• 33:49
SPEAKER_01: And the other one I put in this office behind me, and it just keeps dying because it's supposed to get sun and it doesn't get any sun.
• 33:59
SPEAKER_01: And so both of these things, I'm like trying to revive it.
• 34:02
SPEAKER_01: I'm moving it, I'm making sure, like, I'm Googling the conditions of these damn plants.
• 34:07
SPEAKER_01: And I go to the nursery yesterday.
• 34:09
SPEAKER_01: And by the way, these things are like half dead now, like half of half of them are gone.
• 34:14
SPEAKER_01: I'm still trying to grow this thing.
• 34:15
SPEAKER_01: And like, could you imagine?
• 34:18
SPEAKER_01: I go to the nursery yesterday and they have beautiful versions of both of these plants right next to each other.
• 34:26
SPEAKER_01: Like beautiful, full grown, healthy, gorgeous peace plant.
• 34:32
SPEAKER_01: And then I don't know what this other plant is, but it's also gorgeous.
• 34:34
SPEAKER_01: They're right next to each other.
• 34:36
SPEAKER_01: Fucking full blooming, the epitome of healthy.
• 34:41
SPEAKER_01: Do you know how much they cost?
• 34:43
  SPEAKER_01: $25 each.
• 34:45
SPEAKER_00: I was fucking trying to keep these plants alive with a prayer and a hope.
• 34:57
SPEAKER_00: While the new beautiful version of them was available right next to each other.
• 35:06
SPEAKER_01: At a price where I'm like, yes, I can forego a coffee for a few days.
• 35:14
SPEAKER_01: If that was not a lesson in let go of the old version of me, and you will find the new version of you.
• 35:24
SPEAKER_01: Literally went to a plant store to get new plants that fit the new version of me, and there they were.
• 35:32
SPEAKER_01: God, I just love spirit.
• 35:34
SPEAKER_01: Like, you just can't make this shit up.
• 35:35
SPEAKER_01: You just can't make this shit up.
• 35:37
SPEAKER_01: And so this is what I'm talking about.
• 35:39
SPEAKER_01: Like, pay attention to the signs, the synchronicities, the big emotions that are around you.
• 35:45
SPEAKER_01: It was a long question, by the way.
• 35:47
SPEAKER_01: Um, because they're showing you a different and better way.
• 35:51
SPEAKER_01: The plants were a lesson in releasing the things that are no longer aligned to me, even though I want to hold on for dealer life because that's where I've been.
• 36:01
  SPEAKER_01: That's who I used to be.
• 36:02
SPEAKER_01: That feels nice and safe.
• 36:03
SPEAKER_01: And I was just doing it for my nervous system.
• 36:12
SPEAKER_01: And so the last question I'm gonna give you, and just to recap here, right?
• 36:18
SPEAKER_01: We're talking about a violent loss of tolerance.
• 36:20
SPEAKER_01: We're talking about like uh big emotions without a clear root cause.
• 36:24
SPEAKER_01: And then we have this really fucking maddening middle, right?
• 36:29
SPEAKER_01: Where the old thing has lost energy, but the new thing doesn't have structure yet.
• 36:33
SPEAKER_01: This is where I go under, everybody.
• 36:35
SPEAKER_01: This is where I go under.
• 36:37
SPEAKER_01: This is where I find a lot of people go foggy, restless, bored, unmotivated, detached, right?
• 36:42
SPEAKER_01: Um, I should care about this, right?
• 36:44
SPEAKER_01: But but why don't why don't I care about this anymore?
• 36:47
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 36:48
SPEAKER_01: Like you're still just like those plants holding on to this old version of you, but it doesn't have the same passion, joy, right?
• 36:59
SPEAKER_01: Uh reciprocity that it used to.
• 37:03
SPEAKER_01: And you know it's not what it used to be, and at the same time, you're like, where but where the fuck am I going?
• 37:15
SPEAKER_01: And I think this is the most frustrating part because the absence of the passion, joy, and energy for the old it doesn't tell you what direction to go with the new.
• 37:28
SPEAKER_01: It only it tells you something is worth investigating about the old version of you.
• 37:38
SPEAKER_01: And this is where I was all fucking summer.
• 37:41
SPEAKER_01: It's like I know the old wasn't me, but where is the new?
• 37:45
SPEAKER_01: Like, what does the new look like?
• 37:47
  SPEAKER_01: Where am I going?
• 37:54
SPEAKER_01: And this is where we start to follow the breadcrumbs that Spirit lays out for us.
• 38:01
SPEAKER_01: Because the new thing I think we expect when we leave behind something old, something new, just as big or bigger, has to replace it.
• 38:18
SPEAKER_01: But when you build a bridge, are you dropping in the whole structure or are you starting with the plan?
• 38:26
SPEAKER_01: Are you starting with the frame?
• 38:28
SPEAKER_00: Are you starting with brick one in the foundation of it?
• 38:35
SPEAKER_01: Because if we are saying goodbye to the old, we want something new to be created.
• 38:46
SPEAKER_01: Excuse me, that's just as momentous and big as the old.
• 38:52
SPEAKER_01: And I see this so much with clients who want to leave their corporate job and maybe open a practitioner business in some shape or form, and they're leaving a career they've built sometimes for 20 plus, 30 plus years, and they're walking into a space where they don't have the clients, they don't have the infrastructure, they're they're trying to figure out what their service offerings are, right?
• 39:27
SPEAKER_01: And you think that the new energy should match the already built old energy, but you don't want it to.
• 39:38
SPEAKER_01: That's why you're leaving the old one behind.
• 39:42
SPEAKER_01: You don't want to be that version of you anymore.
• 39:46
SPEAKER_01: And so that requires building new.
• 39:48
SPEAKER_01: And for your nervous system, that's gonna be very fucking uncomfortable.
• 39:54
SPEAKER_01: But hopefully, from your energy, you can realize how fucking exciting it is.
• 39:59
SPEAKER_01: Because you get to build it any way you want.
• 40:01
SPEAKER_01: You get to be whoever you want, you get to offer whatever services you want.
• 40:06
  SPEAKER_01: There is no limitation.
• 40:08
SPEAKER_01: Your only limit is your own imagination and where this can go for you.
• 40:15
SPEAKER_01: Who's got the heavy shoulders right now?
• 40:17
  SPEAKER_01: I can feel it.
• 40:17
  SPEAKER_01: You are you stiff?
• 40:18
SPEAKER_01: Did you like notice the buzzing in your shoulders?
• 40:21
SPEAKER_01: And you think that the new has to match the old in intensity, in revenue, right?
• 40:27
  SPEAKER_01: In income.
• 40:30
SPEAKER_01: And this is why, as much as I want everybody to take this massive fucking leap out of corporate, like you have to build it.
• 40:39
SPEAKER_01: And you have to build it from a place of nervous system support.
• 40:45
SPEAKER_01: Otherwise, you're gonna build it around scarcity and lack.
• 40:50
SPEAKER_01: And trying to make the new match the old in a new format.
• 40:55
SPEAKER_01: And it just doesn't work that way.
• 40:57
SPEAKER_00: It's the wrong energy to build your temple in.
• 41:08
SPEAKER_00: And so you have to start from the ground up.
• 41:12
SPEAKER_01: You have to start with the first bricks.
• 41:16
SPEAKER_01: You have to start with the first fucking steps of taking paid readings, of getting reviews, of building a website, right?
• 41:28
SPEAKER_00: Like you have to take these first steps in order to build the empire that it will eventually become.
• 41:40
SPEAKER_01: And do it from a place of fun and passion and curiosity and expansion.
• 41:46
SPEAKER_01: Don't do it from a place of I have to get the motherfucking job out of this job.
• 41:50
  SPEAKER_01: Like, I gotta go.
• 41:52
  SPEAKER_01: I can't stand it anymore.
• 41:53
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I get it.
• 41:54
  SPEAKER_01: I get it.
• 41:56
SPEAKER_01: But that's not the universe telling you to quit.
• 41:58
SPEAKER_01: That's the universe telling you create an exit strategy, right?
• 42:02
SPEAKER_01: Create a plan to build that bridge so you can get the fuck out of Dodge.
• 42:10
SPEAKER_01: But it ain't now that energy that you're getting is start building.
• 42:15
SPEAKER_00: Here's the motivation and energy you need to go.
• 42:22
SPEAKER_00: And you don't have to have the whole plan.
• 42:25
SPEAKER_01: Just like me, you don't have to have the whole path figured out.
• 42:30
SPEAKER_01: But what you can start to notice is where something is starting to get a little bit loud in your reality.
• 42:37
SPEAKER_01: Where is there something that you can't stop thinking about?
• 42:42
SPEAKER_01: Notice if there's a different way of working that's like popping up for you, an idea that keeps resurfacing.
• 42:51
SPEAKER_01: Notice if a person or conversation starts lighting you up.
• 42:54
SPEAKER_01: Notice if there's a curiosity you didn't have six months ago.
• 43:01
SPEAKER_01: And this is where I want you to start paying attention.
• 43:04
SPEAKER_01: I'm not telling you to build, I'm not telling you to remove, I'm not telling you to shift who you are.
• 43:12
SPEAKER_01: This is just a time to do this energetic assessment.
• 43:16
SPEAKER_01: Start paying attention before we do our reset in a few weeks on the equinox.
• 43:24
SPEAKER_01: And so just start taking stock of all these different things that are happening in your reality.
• 43:29
  SPEAKER_01: What's irritating you?
• 43:30
  SPEAKER_01: What's breaking?
• 43:30
  SPEAKER_01: What's resurfacing, right?
• 43:32
SPEAKER_01: What conversation keeps popping up?
• 43:34
SPEAKER_01: Where do you keep minimizing things?
• 43:37
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 43:37
SPEAKER_01: Where do you feel relieved every time you imagine not doing something anymore?
• 43:43
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 43:45
SPEAKER_01: Are you envious of other people, jealous of other people, which is always an indicator of you identifying there's something in them that you are eventually going to step into?
• 43:58
  SPEAKER_01: Where do you feel?
• 44:00
  SPEAKER_01: Suddenly feel alive.
• 44:03
SPEAKER_01: And I don't want you to interpret it.
• 44:05
SPEAKER_01: I think this is where most spiritual people fuck up.
• 44:09
  SPEAKER_01: They fuck up here.
• 44:10
SPEAKER_01: They think everything is a sign that equates to action.
• 44:15
SPEAKER_01: It's a sign that equates to action.
• 44:17
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I got this now.
• 44:18
  SPEAKER_01: I have to go.
• 44:18
SPEAKER_01: This is the divine masculine way of being, everybody, of doing, of constantly.
• 44:25
  SPEAKER_01: Like you are not.
• 44:27
SPEAKER_01: It's like you're playing Texas hold them and you're getting all the cards and you're like, great, I got the cards.
• 44:33
SPEAKER_01: I'm going to put it down.
• 44:34
SPEAKER_01: And there's all fucking losers.
• 44:35
SPEAKER_01: There's no, no straights, no pairs, no nothing.
• 44:38
SPEAKER_01: You're just like, oh, I got the cards.
• 44:39
SPEAKER_01: I'm going to play them right now.
• 44:40
SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, no, no.
• 44:41
SPEAKER_01: You get the cards and you start strategizing.
• 44:44
  SPEAKER_01: You start planning.
• 44:45
SPEAKER_01: You start thinking ahead, and you start thinking these two are not in alignment with me.
• 44:48
SPEAKER_01: I'm going to put those down.
• 44:49
SPEAKER_01: I'm going to draw two new cards.
• 44:50
SPEAKER_01: And then I'm going to see how the whole hand looks, right?
• 44:53
SPEAKER_01: You start to strategize and trust and play the game thoughtfully, intentionally.
• 45:04
  SPEAKER_01: Like consciously.
• 45:08
SPEAKER_01: Instead of having life hand you the cards and playing them immediately, instead of receiving the signs and playing those signs immediately.
• 45:16
  SPEAKER_01: No, no, no.
• 45:17
  SPEAKER_01: We don't do that.
• 45:20
  SPEAKER_01: That's like spiritual psychosis.
• 45:22
SPEAKER_01: We don't do that here, everybody.
• 45:24
SPEAKER_01: My team tells me to do something.
• 45:26
SPEAKER_01: I ponder on it for at least eight weeks.
• 45:30
  SPEAKER_01: Good or bad.
• 45:33
  SPEAKER_01: We don't.
• 45:33
SPEAKER_01: Hopefully that will change in the future.
• 45:35
  SPEAKER_01: But I need a, I need, I need to reassess.
• 45:38
SPEAKER_01: I need to take time, and you should too, right?
• 45:40
SPEAKER_01: Because not everything that you receive is going to be the full picture.
• 45:47
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 45:49
SPEAKER_01: It's not that you know you're going to do this metaphysical work full-time eventually, so let me quit my job today.
• 45:55
  SPEAKER_01: No, no, no.
• 45:56
  SPEAKER_01: Hold those cards.
• 45:59
  SPEAKER_01: Right?
• 46:00
SPEAKER_01: You're not manufacturing a revelation just because you're impatient.
• 46:10
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 46:10
SPEAKER_01: So I want instead for you to start tracking the things.
• 46:15
SPEAKER_01: Start noticing the cards you are getting.
• 46:18
SPEAKER_01: Start noticing the feelings, the repeating patterns.
• 46:21
SPEAKER_01: Because sometimes something will show up and it'll only show up once, and you know, wait, not supposed to pay attention to that.
• 46:27
SPEAKER_01: You're not creating a plan for the future right now.
• 46:32
SPEAKER_01: You are collecting evidence, not instructions.
• 46:40
SPEAKER_01: Oh, that one was me.
• 46:43
  SPEAKER_01: That was not asked.
• 46:46
SPEAKER_01: Move my hand to grab my tea.
• 46:48
  SPEAKER_01: Never mind.
• 46:49
SPEAKER_01: I'm not gonna drink it now.
• 46:50
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 46:52
SPEAKER_01: So, um, so I really want you to think about this.
• 46:55
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna bring it back up to the bigger picture here.
• 46:58
SPEAKER_01: I really want you to think about this year as this trending of this identity shift that you've already been starting for the first nine months of the year, right?
• 47:12
SPEAKER_01: Um, and and if we're not conscious of the patterns that are telling us what to change and/or the patterns that are being ripped out of our fucking reality, and we're looking at all these things that are popping up defensively, right?
• 47:27
SPEAKER_01: Interpreting it as consequences, as bad things, right?
• 47:30
SPEAKER_01: As a bunch of unrelated life problems, then you aren't capitalizing on the energy that is allowing you to change fast this year, right?
• 47:47
SPEAKER_01: And this is why the I'm just I'm hesitating for a second here because it's such a such an important message, and I want to make sure I'm getting the words correctly because our nervous system reads change as chaos and fiasco.
• 48:17
SPEAKER_01: And so we are built to ignore the patterns.
• 48:20
SPEAKER_01: We are built to minimize every opportunity, every change your nervous system reads is a red flag.
• 48:31
SPEAKER_01: And what if you could take that to a higher level and instead invite the lesson or the opportunity forward at a soul level?
• 48:40
SPEAKER_01: And this is really the work that I do with my clients is I'm like, no, no, no.
• 48:46
  SPEAKER_01: What's happening to you?
• 48:47
  SPEAKER_01: There's a bigger story.
• 48:48
  SPEAKER_01: There's a bigger lesson, there's a bigger plan.
• 48:50
SPEAKER_01: Let's uncover that, let's unfold that, let's allow it to make its way forward in a way that allows you to realize what's happening, allow you to calm your nervous system, allow you to move the fuck through it as fast as possible, because this change that you're experiencing is also inevitable.
• 49:09
SPEAKER_01: But you might be too close to the problem.
• 49:13
SPEAKER_01: You may not see what is possible or the larger picture of the why at the soul level.
• 49:23
SPEAKER_01: And this is the shit that you can't fucking uncover with AI.
• 49:26
SPEAKER_01: You can't just Google or pop into Chat GPT.
• 49:29
SPEAKER_01: I'm having these middle of my heart palpitations.
• 49:33
SPEAKER_01: Um, these are the things that are going on my reality.
• 49:36
SPEAKER_01: Fucking decode everything for me, right?
• 49:37
SPEAKER_01: Like, and I'm like, I understand that chat GPT will seemingly do a really good job from a cerebral perspective because that's what it's supposed to do.
• 49:45
SPEAKER_01: And you'll probably keep asking questions until you start to allow your nervous system to feel better.
• 49:50
SPEAKER_01: So you're putting yourself back in that box.
• 49:52
SPEAKER_01: I'm just gonna put it there.
• 49:53
SPEAKER_01: But at the same time, at the soul level, we can go to your guides, your loved ones, your ancestors and say, in this moment in time, what's happening?
• 50:08
SPEAKER_01: In the near future, who are you becoming in the far future?
• 50:11
SPEAKER_01: Where the fuck is this going?
• 50:14
SPEAKER_01: So that you start to realize there's a bigger plan at play.
• 50:20
SPEAKER_01: And when you start to realize there's a bigger plan at play, I will tell you the nervous system calms down so much faster in every moment.
• 50:34
SPEAKER_01: Because the more that you listen to the soul, the more things work out in your favor, the more life hacks you have, the more that your nervous system inevitably trusts that steps that feel unsafe lead to security.
• 50:55
SPEAKER_00: And you start to train your nervous system to trust the step instead of being afraid of the step.
• 51:09
SPEAKER_00: And so this is what I'm asking you to do.
• 51:11
SPEAKER_01: A very long podcast episode, by the way, of me asking you to do this is to take stock, assess what this year has been for you so far.
• 51:27
SPEAKER_01: Without judgment, without wondering why it hasn't moved faster, wondering how it hasn't been smoother, wondering like why, like it's not about that.
• 51:36
SPEAKER_01: It's not about the judgment, it's about noticing the patterns.
• 51:41
SPEAKER_01: Because when you notice the patterns, you notice the opportunity of the magic that's to come.
• 51:50
SPEAKER_01: And so before we intentionally change anything in the next few weeks on the equinox, I just want you to track what has been impossible for you to ignore.
• 52:06
SPEAKER_01: Not what you need to manifest, not well, who should you become next, not what do you need to release?
• 52:12
  SPEAKER_01: Uh-uh-uh.
• 52:13
SPEAKER_01: Just what is repeatedly asking for your attention.
• 52:19
SPEAKER_01: And so again, in the show notes, I will give you a few things to watch out for over the next few weeks.
• 52:24
SPEAKER_01: Where have you lost energy?
• 52:26
SPEAKER_01: Where have you seen things become loud?
• 52:28
SPEAKER_01: What has ended or is ending?
• 52:31
SPEAKER_01: What feels alive, and what are you still arguing with?
• 52:36
SPEAKER_01: And then I would just like put a little note in your phone or like add a couple voice memos, or you know, write a sentence in your journal.
• 52:45
SPEAKER_01: Do people have journals anymore when something spikes?
• 52:53
  SPEAKER_00: So just notice something.
• 52:54
SPEAKER_01: That's all I'm asking you to do.
• 52:56
  SPEAKER_01: Just notice it.
• 53:00
SPEAKER_01: And again, I don't want you to fix any of this yet.
• 53:03
SPEAKER_01: I just want you to notice it because when we are getting to the equinox, we're gonna come back and actually do the reset.
• 53:09
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna look back at what this year has completed, what you're carrying past its expiration date, and what's asking to come forward now, so that you can consciously choose what you want walking into the next season.
• 53:23
SPEAKER_01: And why the next season, we'll get to that a little bit, but because those end up being like energetic portals that amplify a lot of the energy.
• 53:33
SPEAKER_01: And so, because the intention is out there in the universe and in the ethers across the world with these equinoxes, and so we ride the extra energy that allows change to happen faster because that collective energy of intention is already set, and we're gonna use that to amplify the results that you want.
• 53:53
SPEAKER_01: But the conversation in a few weeks is going to be infinitely more useful if you spend the next two weeks paying attention instead of trying to manufacture an answer when we get there.
• 54:05
SPEAKER_01: So just watch what keeps finding you, watch what keeps training you, watch what feels complete, and watch what suddenly feels alive because we're gonna use all of it.
• 54:19
SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for joining me today.
• 54:22
SPEAKER_01: This has been such a fun episode to record.
• 54:26
SPEAKER_01: And I can't wait to see what spirit is gonna show you over the next few weeks that is ready for you to beam closer into alignment for you, to almost be like reborn into this new season coming up and allow you to use the rest of this fire horse energy year to manifest the version of reality that you have always known is possible.
• 54:56
SPEAKER_01: Um Nicole, thank you so much for listening to this episode of the Unity Code, and I will see you soon.

• 55:49
SPEAKER_01: I'll see you next time on the Unity Code.
