October 12th
Opera, soul, Broadway rock, American folk and K-pop come together in today’s episode of The Music Dial, with stories connected to October 12.
We remember Luciano Pavarotti and Sam Moore, two extraordinary singers born on the very same day in 1935, revisit the Broadway opening of Jesus Christ Superstar, remember John Denver, and celebrate Jongho of ATEEZ.
One date, several generations, and music stretching from opera and classic soul to musical theatre, singer-songwriter tradition and modern K-pop.
