- 0:34Speaker 3: What have you got for me?
- 0:35Speaker 4: Okay, I've got a juicy little number. I have the
- 0:41Speaker 4: greatest female villains in all of history?
- 0:45Speaker 3: Yeah, hit me.
- 0:47Speaker 4: So the top ten greatest female villains in all of history,
- 0:52Speaker 4: including movies and TV shows.
- 0:54Speaker 3: Do you have any guesses? Oh, of all time, all times?
- 1:00Speaker 3: Umbridge on there.
- 1:01Speaker 4: I'm not gonna say yes or no, but I hate her.
- 1:05Speaker 4: I reckon Krouella Deville could be on there. She's like,
- 1:08Speaker 4: she wanted to kill puppy.
- 1:09Speaker 3: That's pretty bad. She wants to kill is. Yes, that's
- 1:15Speaker 3: pretty bad. Yes, no, great? You know she had her things?
- 1:20Speaker 4: Yeah, number ten Regina George Okay, number nine Hella from
- 1:28Speaker 4: the Marvel Universe. She's in the Thorn movies, so over
- 1:31Speaker 4: your head. Number eight Dolores Umbridge.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Okay, she should have been higher in the ranking in
- 1:38Speaker 2: my opinion, but fuck her.
- 1:40Speaker 4: Yeah she's she's evil. Number seven Poison ivy.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Ah, I guess so. Number six Kruella Deville. There we go. Yeah,
- 1:51Speaker 3: good job. Okay.
- 1:53Speaker 4: Number five I don't know if you'll know this one,
- 1:56Speaker 4: Azula from The Last airbander Avatarge.
- 2:00Speaker 3: She's amazing.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:01Speaker 4: Yeah, she's one of those characters where they just committed
- 2:05Speaker 4: her to being a villain. Yeah, like they gave her
- 2:07Speaker 4: a little bit of nuance, but like she's just a villain.
- 2:09Speaker 3: Yeah, let her be a villain. And I love her
- 2:11Speaker 3: for that. Yeah.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Number four Maleficent, Yes, okay. Number three Circey Lanister.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Oh my god, of course, I'm.
- 2:23Speaker 4: Absolutely that is a villain. Yeah, okay, number two and
- 2:28Speaker 4: I don't know if I agree on this one.
- 2:29Speaker 2: But Harley Quinn, No, no, I don't think so at all.
- 2:33Speaker 4: She literally all her movies that she's in is basically
- 2:36Speaker 4: her being like a good person.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Yeah, but maybe like driven to madness. Yeah but yeah,
- 2:42Speaker 2: maybe in like original all her a villain.
- 2:45Speaker 3: She's like what are the villains called? When it's like,
- 2:48Speaker 3: but you root for them, like morally gray Yeah something
- 2:51Speaker 3: like that.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, and number one, the number one best female
- 2:56Speaker 4: villain of all time Bellatrix was strange.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Yeah, I do love her. Yeah. Do you think she
- 3:04Speaker 3: deserves number one?
- 3:06Speaker 2: Yeah? She kind of like is just undeniably evil and
- 3:12Speaker 2: doesn't really have like come with any sob story either,
- 3:15Speaker 2: Like she's pretty much just fucked to the core.
- 3:18Speaker 4: Love her, Yeah, I think.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Like Bellatrix and Sirce makes sense to me. Yeah, I agree.
- 3:25Speaker 3: My poot Regina George at number two.
- 3:27Speaker 4: Honestly, bitch, that is the uggliest effing skirt I have
- 3:33Speaker 4: ever seen.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Okay, what's your obsession of the week.
- 3:36Speaker 2: My obsession of the week is a little more wholesome,
- 3:41Speaker 2: and it's Love on the Spectrum season three.
- 3:43Speaker 4: Oh yes, bitch, Ben Done Sobs Died Cry just the best.
- 3:50Speaker 2: I love like the hope core genre. It is honestly
- 3:54Speaker 2: the best kind of reality TV. Never skeepe a hope
- 3:57Speaker 2: cool video, never ever, Like I Love on the Spectrum
- 4:01Speaker 2: like stuff like that that, I feel like it doesn't
- 4:05Speaker 2: boil up anger in me watching reality TV and you
- 4:09Speaker 2: believe in humanity once again.
- 4:11Speaker 4: Literally, I'm like that is the type of reality TV
- 4:14Speaker 4: show that makes you a better person for watching, yeah,
- 4:19Speaker 4: versus like other reality TV shows that are just like
- 4:22Speaker 4: rage bait exactly and just make you like hate, whereas
- 4:25Speaker 4: like Love on the Spectrum, I just cry every episode
- 4:31Speaker 4: and I just.
- 4:32Speaker 2: You laugh, you cry, like you like feel every range
- 4:37Speaker 2: of emotions and it's just.
- 4:40Speaker 3: So relatable as well. It's such a good show.
- 4:42Speaker 4: I've been singing boyfriend forever yeah at home, like since
- 4:47Speaker 4: I watched it.
- 4:48Speaker 3: I was like playing it at home. I was like,
- 4:50Speaker 3: will you be my boyfriendverever?
- 4:53Speaker 4: I love?
- 4:54Speaker 3: What are you doing? He's like, let's break it. I
- 4:56Speaker 3: was like, this is a bop?
- 4:57Speaker 1: All right?
- 4:58Speaker 3: What if I wrapped? See there? Literally? But no, I
- 5:02Speaker 3: love it.
- 5:02Speaker 4: What was your favorite part of Low on the Spectrum
- 5:04Speaker 4: this season?
- 5:05Speaker 2: Oh my god, I think they're spoilers so fast forward
- 5:10Speaker 2: thirty seconds if you haven't watched the season. Connor's whole
- 5:13Speaker 2: relationship like that with Georgie is just so beautiful, and
- 5:18Speaker 2: I think the moment that they have their first kiss.
- 5:21Speaker 2: But yeah, Connor and Georgie's relationship, he's just come so
- 5:25Speaker 2: fast since he was first on the show, and it's
- 5:28Speaker 2: so sweet and the moment that they have their first kiss,
- 5:31Speaker 2: and he literally is like vibrating, like so excited, full
- 5:35Speaker 2: of so many emotions, and he just like keels over,
- 5:37Speaker 2: and I'm like, isn't that just what everybody feels like
- 5:40Speaker 2: when they have their first kiss, Like it just like
- 5:42Speaker 2: vibrates or your whole body and you're like, what the
- 5:44Speaker 2: fuck is happening?
- 5:45Speaker 3: It was just so beautiful. Ah love that ten out
- 5:49Speaker 3: of ten recommendation. Okay, so should we jump straight into it? Okay,
- 5:57Speaker 3: a little bit of context.
- 5:59Speaker 4: So last week, the week before give or take it,
- 6:04Speaker 4: was my birthday and I was inspired by my friend,
- 6:08Speaker 4: our friend friend of the show, Mattie McCrae, who always
- 6:11Speaker 4: does like a seven day glow up before her birthday,
- 6:15Speaker 4: and I texted her and I was like, Hi, can
- 6:17Speaker 4: I copy you? I said, I want to do that,
- 6:18Speaker 4: and she was like absolutely. She's like everyone deserves a
- 6:20Speaker 4: seven day glow up, and I was like, yes, they do.
- 6:23Speaker 4: And I kind of when I was doing it, I
- 6:26Speaker 4: wanted it to be obviously like it's really fun to
- 6:28Speaker 4: have the America's nextop Model rebrand, we love that, but
- 6:32Speaker 4: I wanted it to be about like having a week
- 6:35Speaker 4: that was genuinely just like bucket list items that had
- 6:38Speaker 4: me glowing from like the inside out, as lame as
- 6:42Speaker 4: that sounds, and this seven day glow up, we've kind
- 6:46Speaker 4: of taken what I did last week as well as
- 6:49Speaker 4: like things that we do whenever we need to like
- 6:51Speaker 4: pull ourselves out of like a funk or a rut
- 6:53Speaker 4: and put them into like a seven day checklist.
- 6:57Speaker 3: And this is not to say that.
- 6:59Speaker 4: You need to change yourself or that like who you
- 7:03Speaker 4: are at default settings is anything less than what you
- 7:07Speaker 4: need to be. This is more for when you're having
- 7:10Speaker 4: those rut days that you feel a bit met maybe
- 7:14Speaker 4: you just had your period, or you haven't cleaned your apartment,
- 7:16Speaker 4: or you just feel a bit you know, if you
- 7:19Speaker 4: could put into spell it, gee, that's what I too.
- 7:32Speaker 4: That just reminded me of when we ask people to
- 7:33Speaker 4: spell a cat's hiss oh yeah on Instagram and that
- 7:38Speaker 4: was one of the best days of my life.
- 7:40Speaker 3: So yeah, we want to.
- 7:42Speaker 4: Preface this by saying, this is a seven day blow
- 7:44Speaker 4: up for your mind, body, and spirit.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Like it's genuinely about pulling in all.
- 7:49Speaker 4: The things that will bring you joy, will make you glow,
- 7:52Speaker 4: and we'll just make you have a really good fucking
- 7:54Speaker 4: week that by the end of it you're like, oh
- 7:56Speaker 4: my god, I'm walking on air, and yes, you could
- 7:59Speaker 4: kick a door.
- 8:00Speaker 3: It's interesting.
- 8:01Speaker 4: Day one and this is probably the most important hence
- 8:05Speaker 4: why it is day one, and it is embracing the
- 8:09Speaker 4: Christmas day mentality. So we were giggling about a TikTok
- 8:14Speaker 4: we saw recently, and.
- 8:16Speaker 3: It's this guy crying. He goes, guys, I'm missing Christmas.
- 8:22Speaker 4: We like same, yeah, and soundmo big Christmas girlies. And
- 8:28Speaker 4: it's because you literally just choose to have a good
- 8:33Speaker 4: fucking time. Yeah, you choose to like romanticize it. You
- 8:36Speaker 4: wake up on Christmas and you're like, oh my god,
- 8:38Speaker 4: it's Christmas, but like it's really just any other day. Yeah,
- 8:42Speaker 4: but we choose to make Christmas enjoyable and fun and
- 8:46Speaker 4: light and happy and romanticize the day and the weeks leading.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Up to it.
- 8:51Speaker 4: Well that's the main thing, Like the whole Christmas time
- 8:55Speaker 4: and energy that's more fun than like actually Christmas that
- 8:59Speaker 4: actual day.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Potentially controversial opinion, sorry guys, but.
- 9:02Speaker 4: Yeah, And this came into like the glob that I
- 9:05Speaker 4: did last week, and this is kind of where it's
- 9:08Speaker 4: really important because it is a choice and it's not
- 9:10Speaker 4: the whole thing of being like no, don't be said,
- 9:13Speaker 4: oh you're fixed, like yay, yeah, like choosing things that
- 9:16Speaker 4: will lead into that Christmas Day mentality of like I'm
- 9:19Speaker 4: actually just going to choose to have a really good
- 9:21Speaker 4: day today, and one of those is less work more
- 9:25Speaker 4: plain So in that seven days, I know there are
- 9:29Speaker 4: some things within your control and some things that are
- 9:32Speaker 4: out of your control. But in day one, it is
- 9:35Speaker 4: your responsibility to look at the next seven days and
- 9:39Speaker 4: take off your plate whatever you can. If you can
- 9:42Speaker 4: take annual leave, take and you take one day, give
- 9:45Speaker 4: yourself a long weekend. If you in the position that
- 9:48Speaker 4: you can do less shifts at work, do that. If
- 9:52Speaker 4: you can push a project that you're working on to
- 9:55Speaker 4: work it's not necessarily needed that week, do it next week.
- 9:58Speaker 4: Whatever you can take off your plate that you do
- 10:01Speaker 4: not need to be doing within these seven days, meg
- 10:04Speaker 4: go away.
- 10:04Speaker 2: That could also even apply to life admin and this
- 10:07Speaker 2: shit that you feel like is weighing on your shoulders,
- 10:10Speaker 2: like write it down and schedule a day in another
- 10:12Speaker 2: week and be like that'll happen.
- 10:14Speaker 3: But that's not what this week is for. Literally, this
- 10:16Speaker 3: week is for play.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Yeah, And this Christmas Day mentality literally saved me from
- 10:24Speaker 4: like a family tiff because I had like a disagreement
- 10:28Speaker 4: about like what we were doing about one of our
- 10:30Speaker 4: family things, and I was like, I can't do that.
- 10:33Speaker 4: This is clashing with this blah blah blah blah blah.
- 10:35Speaker 4: And it's just a typical thing that are around birthdays, right,
- 10:39Speaker 4: And rather than like letting it fester, and we kind
- 10:42Speaker 4: of went away, and like I was annoyed and they
- 10:44Speaker 4: were a bit annoyed, and we were like I was like, no,
- 10:48Speaker 4: it's ruining my Christmas Day mentality. So I was like,
- 10:51Speaker 4: let's just nip this in the bud and literally just
- 10:54Speaker 4: like called and was like I love you.
- 10:56Speaker 3: This is just how that made me feel, Like do
- 10:58Speaker 3: you get it?
- 10:59Speaker 4: And they were like, oh my god, yes I get it,
- 11:01Speaker 4: like absolutely, and I was like.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Love you, No, like love you. We kids. We hugged,
- 11:05Speaker 3: We got over it.
- 11:06Speaker 4: Yeah, And like if I didn't have this thing and
- 11:09Speaker 4: being like, no, you were going to have a good
- 11:11Speaker 4: fucking week.
- 11:12Speaker 3: I probably just would have let it fester.
- 11:15Speaker 4: I would have let that little thing that shouldn't annoy
- 11:18Speaker 4: me so much just annoy me and maybe ruin that day.
- 11:22Speaker 4: But I was like no, no, And again it's probably something
- 11:25Speaker 4: that it pays to have as a habit and that's
- 11:29Speaker 4: also why these like seven day glow up tips. It's
- 11:32Speaker 4: fun to do for seven days, but it also helps
- 11:34Speaker 4: lay the foundation.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 11:36Speaker 2: Well, as the group says, there will be no sad
- 11:38Speaker 2: faces on Christmas.
- 11:39Speaker 4: Literally, Okay, Day number two. Rebalance your habitat, Yes.
- 11:47Speaker 3: Very important.
- 11:48Speaker 2: We all know the importance of decluttering and a clean
- 11:51Speaker 2: space for a clean mind. Like we've spoken about that
- 11:54Speaker 2: quite a bit over the years on the pod and
- 11:57Speaker 2: I do absolutely stand by it. So if part of
- 12:00Speaker 2: this does mean like doing a deep clean of your space,
- 12:03Speaker 2: that's great, but that doesn't necessarily have to be the
- 12:07Speaker 2: only thing that you do. And your habitat can apply
- 12:10Speaker 2: to your bedroom or your apartment, or even.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Your work desk or your workstation.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Like wherever you're going to be spending a lot of
- 12:19Speaker 2: your time during that week.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Let's shake it up.
- 12:22Speaker 4: Yeah, whether that be calibraates, Yeah, Like remember when you
- 12:26Speaker 4: were a little kid, Oh my god, I was literally
- 12:28Speaker 4: going to say this, Oh my god, I was literally
- 12:30Speaker 4: and it would.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Be late at night and your mum would like hear
- 12:34Speaker 2: scuffling around in your room, she'd knock on the door
- 12:37Speaker 2: and you'd be like, wait, do that again, and then
- 12:38Speaker 2: you'd like go and you close the door, and then
- 12:40Speaker 2: you'd be like okay, closure eyes, yeah, and then open
- 12:44Speaker 2: the door and you've just completely reorganized and restructured your
- 12:49Speaker 2: whole bedroom. Yeah.
- 12:50Speaker 3: I was going to say, literally, do that too, do that?
- 12:53Speaker 3: Do that?
- 12:54Speaker 2: Like that doesn't mean that you have to like take
- 12:56Speaker 2: everything out and declutter everything and throw everything away. It
- 12:59Speaker 2: could be like putting your bed up against a different wall,
- 13:02Speaker 2: or moving your mirror to a different spot in your room,
- 13:05Speaker 2: or buying a new plant and putting that in there, or.
- 13:09Speaker 3: A new bedspread.
- 13:10Speaker 2: Yeah, a new bedspread, some new cushions, an art print
- 13:13Speaker 2: like any anything, creating a vision board and hanging that
- 13:18Speaker 2: up like it can be whatever it is, but it's
- 13:20Speaker 2: just doing something to refresh and rebalance your space.
- 13:25Speaker 3: I like that.
- 13:25Speaker 4: I like that day two it's not labeled as like
- 13:30Speaker 4: a chore. Yeah, because again, like we've said, we know,
- 13:34Speaker 4: clean space, clean mind, de clutterup in Meguona and like
- 13:36Speaker 4: it's kind of boring and I'm like, you do actually
- 13:39Speaker 4: have to do that on day two. But it's more
- 13:41Speaker 4: about the balance that you feel when you kind of
- 13:46Speaker 4: take part in looking at your space and being like,
- 13:49Speaker 4: what's going to make me feel like grounded and good
- 13:51Speaker 4: when I wake up in the morning. And the key
- 13:53Speaker 4: for me that helps motivate me is like, when I
- 13:56Speaker 4: do this, it means days three, four, five, six, and seven,
- 14:00Speaker 4: and A're gonna not only be easier but a lot
- 14:02Speaker 4: more enjoyable when my like habitat is supporting that, and
- 14:07Speaker 4: like the rebalancing of it is so fucking key. Yeah,
- 14:13Speaker 4: and like the thing as well, and this is why
- 14:15Speaker 4: they ordered as well. It's like the Christmas Day mentality
- 14:17Speaker 4: is when I was doing my rebalance of my habitat,
- 14:20Speaker 4: I had the best time. I was listening to like
- 14:24Speaker 4: musical theater and I reckon, like if anyone was looking
- 14:28Speaker 4: into my apartment would have just been like laughing because
- 14:31Speaker 4: I was fully doing like a musical theater show. While
- 14:34Speaker 4: I was cleaning, I was like singing to my cats,
- 14:37Speaker 4: like I genuinely and like, you chicks know, I fucking
- 14:41Speaker 4: hate cleaning, but I genuinely had the best time. I
- 14:44Speaker 4: was like singing at the top of my lungs soorry
- 14:46Speaker 4: to my neighbors that it was just so fun.
- 14:48Speaker 3: Yeah, make it fun. Yeah, it was the best.
- 14:51Speaker 4: And like again, I think the tip of adding something
- 14:55Speaker 4: new to the space does also really help with the
- 14:58Speaker 4: rebalancing factor. Whether it's like even changing the angle of
- 15:03Speaker 4: your dining room table.
- 15:04Speaker 3: Yeah, Like I.
- 15:05Speaker 4: Changed it from vertical to horizontal in a room and
- 15:07Speaker 4: I was like, yeah, I love that.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Yeah, it just completely shakes up the space. You feel
- 15:11Speaker 2: like you're in a new room.
- 15:13Speaker 4: It's like when you change the phone case on your phone. Yeah,
- 15:17Speaker 4: and you're like new phone.
- 15:18Speaker 3: Yeah. Honestly, you need to do that to your habitat.
- 15:20Speaker 4: Get a different bedspread, get a new fucking candle, I
- 15:24Speaker 4: whatever you want, new towels in the bathroom, a plant, yeah,
- 15:28Speaker 4: whatever you want, just to rebalance. Okay, day number three.
- 15:34Speaker 4: So we've worked on our mentality on day one, We've
- 15:37Speaker 4: rebalanced our habitat on day two, and day three is
- 15:42Speaker 4: for your micro adventure. So this is definitely a little
- 15:46Speaker 4: bit of like a trending topic at the moment, I
- 15:49Speaker 4: would say, And it's basically using everyday micro adventures as
- 15:55Speaker 4: a way to live with a little more intention And
- 15:58Speaker 4: I think that's kind of the running theme throughout this
- 16:01Speaker 4: episode because with you know, working from home, which is
- 16:05Speaker 4: a great option but also like lockdowns and just seasonal
- 16:09Speaker 4: depression if you will.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Or even just routine if you go to the office
- 16:14Speaker 2: and then to the gym and then going home and
- 16:16Speaker 2: that's it.
- 16:16Speaker 4: Yeah, Like I love a bedrot as much as the
- 16:18Speaker 4: next person and being a homebody. But the goal of
- 16:21Speaker 4: this glow up is to get up, get out and
- 16:24Speaker 4: like recharge your energy. Yeah, so like that's what a
- 16:28Speaker 4: micro adventure is going to do. And it was actually
- 16:30Speaker 4: coined by British adventurer Alistair Humphreys. So micro adventures, coined
- 16:36Speaker 4: by British adventurer Alistair Humphreys, are short, local, cheap activities
- 16:41Speaker 4: that deliver fun, exciting and rewarding experience. So Humphreys has
- 16:47Speaker 4: a book, blog and video sharing ideas designed to encourage
- 16:50Speaker 4: ordinary people to get out there and do stuff for themselves.
- 16:54Speaker 4: So these bite size adventures can be like a sunrise
- 17:01Speaker 4: or a sunset, but they're more than just escapades. You
- 17:05Speaker 4: need to look at them as opportunities for like personal rejuvenation. Yeah,
- 17:11Speaker 4: like look at these as like this is an action
- 17:15Speaker 4: that is going to make me glow up, Like it's
- 17:17Speaker 4: going to make me glow Like after this, I'm going
- 17:20Speaker 4: to be glowing and that's often something that we put
- 17:24Speaker 4: towards exercise, and sometimes I think that can kind of
- 17:29Speaker 4: make life a little bit boring if the only activity
- 17:32Speaker 4: that's gonna like give us a glow up is moving
- 17:34Speaker 4: our body and exercising.
- 17:36Speaker 3: Which yes, there's science to like support that science, and
- 17:39Speaker 3: it's important and it's important.
- 17:40Speaker 4: Like going and doing a polates class that could be
- 17:43Speaker 4: a micro adventure, but don't limit your micro adventures as
- 17:49Speaker 4: your glow up to just moving your body.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Like one of the ones.
- 17:53Speaker 4: That was on my list that I like, everyone has
- 17:56Speaker 4: to go do it. It's actually rule. You actually can't listen
- 17:59Speaker 4: to another episode Shop Breaku. Who you do it is
- 18:01Speaker 4: go to a sound bath. I know it's wooy. I
- 18:04Speaker 4: know it's like maybe not for everyone. I recommend it
- 18:07Speaker 4: to a friend and she was like, yeah, I felt slate,
- 18:09Speaker 4: but she was like.
- 18:10Speaker 3: It was best life of had that, Like.
- 18:12Speaker 4: That was so fun because it's just not something that
- 18:14Speaker 4: I would do normally.
- 18:17Speaker 3: That's like outside of the normal routine.
- 18:20Speaker 4: The other one I did was going and buying fresh
- 18:23Speaker 4: flowers and like that's just so stereotypical, but for a reason,
- 18:29Speaker 4: like it was just so nice and like going home
- 18:32Speaker 4: and like cutting them and putting them in the bars
- 18:34Speaker 4: and then putting them in my rebalanced space, Like it
- 18:37Speaker 4: just is perfect. So incorporating microadventures into your routine can
- 18:45Speaker 4: be a transformative experience to offer like a fresh perspective
- 18:50Speaker 4: and renewed sense of self. And it does kind of
- 18:54Speaker 4: serve as a reminder as well that adventure doesn't require
- 19:00Speaker 4: spending thousand dollars on flights, and you don't need passport,
- 19:04Speaker 4: and you don't need to go and spend hundreds and
- 19:06Speaker 4: billions and millions of dollars.
- 19:07Speaker 2: You don't want to somewhere your suburb literally or yeah,
- 19:12Speaker 2: if you want to.
- 19:12Speaker 3: What's like your favorite type of micro adventure.
- 19:15Speaker 2: One that I do every month is that Chris and
- 19:18Speaker 2: I will go and do like a different date at
- 19:21Speaker 2: least once a month, so whether it's like a different
- 19:23Speaker 2: restaurant or a different cafe or activity or something that
- 19:26Speaker 2: we've never done before, because I think that's good for
- 19:30Speaker 2: a relationship because it also helps like shake it up
- 19:32Speaker 2: and make sure that you're not just doing the same
- 19:34Speaker 2: things with your partner over and over and you have
- 19:37Speaker 2: like new experiences and.
- 19:38Speaker 3: New things to talk about.
- 19:39Speaker 2: But also individually, then we get to like try different
- 19:42Speaker 2: cuisines or different things that we've never had, or do
- 19:45Speaker 2: different adventures together that we, you know, may have been
- 19:48Speaker 2: like a little bit nervous to do alone or whatever
- 19:51Speaker 2: it is. So that's something that I like to do
- 19:53Speaker 2: and also anchoring it to him. It's like an accountability buddy.
- 19:57Speaker 2: But even lately when I've been going on my like
- 20:00Speaker 2: hot girl walks, because one of my goals for the
- 20:03Speaker 2: year was to hit like a step goal every day
- 20:04Speaker 2: just to make sure that I'm not just sitting at
- 20:06Speaker 2: my desk at my laptop, is to go down different streets.
- 20:11Speaker 3: In different parts. I like, I had like.
- 20:13Speaker 2: The same sort of routine that I would walk basically
- 20:16Speaker 2: in a circle down to the lake and then back
- 20:18Speaker 2: around and home, and I was like, this is kind
- 20:20Speaker 2: of getting a little bit boring, even though it's beautiful.
- 20:23Speaker 2: So now I've just been going down all of these
- 20:24Speaker 2: different side streets and it's really cool because in the
- 20:27Speaker 2: area that I live, there's lots of like old beautiful
- 20:31Speaker 2: buildings and like people who've lived there forever and have
- 20:33Speaker 2: amazing gardens and like old statues and their front garden
- 20:37Speaker 2: and stuff, and like even that's really fine.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Nice.
- 20:40Speaker 4: Yeah, I like that one of mine is if I
- 20:45Speaker 4: have time and I walk past like a Viniz or
- 20:47Speaker 4: a lifeline, I always go in. Like I was in
- 20:50Speaker 4: Mossman the other day for work and I was like
- 20:54Speaker 4: driving back home and there was like one on the
- 20:57Speaker 4: side of the road and I was like, yeah, I'll
- 20:58Speaker 4: pop in.
- 20:59Speaker 3: Yeah, why not? I love that.
- 21:01Speaker 4: Yeah. All the other day when we went and Sala
- 21:05Speaker 4: and I when I got a facial bougie and sal
- 21:09Speaker 4: went first and then I went second. So Salad headed
- 21:11Speaker 4: home and then I was walking past Anita, the like
- 21:14Speaker 4: ice cream place, and there was all these people lining up,
- 21:18Speaker 4: and I was thinking.
- 21:18Speaker 3: It made me think.
- 21:20Speaker 4: About how like when we were on holidays and at
- 21:23Speaker 4: the end of every day would always get an ice cream.
- 21:24Speaker 3: And I was like, oh, I wish I wasn't holidays
- 21:26Speaker 3: and I could go get an ice cream. And then
- 21:27Speaker 3: I was like what the fuck? Yeah, I was like
- 21:29Speaker 3: I can I have free will? Yeah, I have free will.
- 21:32Speaker 4: Micro adventures are about remembering you have free will. And
- 21:36Speaker 4: that's literally the exact same as like you being like, wait,
- 21:38Speaker 4: I can go walk down that street. And I literally
- 21:41Speaker 4: walked in and got an ice cream cone and then
- 21:44Speaker 4: went home, and it was literal and It literally just
- 21:48Speaker 4: made my day so much more fun and just literally
- 21:52Speaker 4: gave me like a little glow inside my chest.
- 21:55Speaker 3: I loved it. I loved it. Another one I do
- 21:58Speaker 3: like before we move on is bookstore.
- 22:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah, well a book store just always feels magic. Yes,
- 22:05Speaker 2: especially if it is like a little local bookshop. Honestly, Yeah,
- 22:10Speaker 2: Day four, Day four, bitches, fuck.
- 22:13Speaker 3: With a placebo because you know what I've always said,
- 22:16Speaker 3: I fuck with.
- 22:18Speaker 4: Okay, when we said that, we first said it, we
- 22:21Speaker 4: never said it, but then I've always edit We've always
- 22:25Speaker 4: said it.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Yeah, honestly, if you know, yeah, it became a pillar
- 22:29Speaker 2: of who we are as people that would also be
- 22:32Speaker 2: a mercher.
- 22:33Speaker 3: I fuck with a place.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Ebo definitely, Yeah, yeah, because it's just so fucking dumb.
- 22:37Speaker 2: But it's also very important and the focus of day four.
- 22:41Speaker 2: And I do love a place ebo honestly, who does it?
- 22:45Speaker 2: But if you're not really familiar with what a placebo is,
- 22:50Speaker 2: According to an article published by Harvard, your mind can
- 22:54Speaker 2: be a powerful healing tool when given the chance. The
- 22:58Speaker 2: idea that your brain can convince your body a fake
- 23:00Speaker 2: treatment is the real thing, the so called placebo effect,
- 23:04Speaker 2: and thus stimulate healing has been around for millennia. Yeah,
- 23:08Speaker 2: so a placebo is not a new concept, and we're
- 23:13Speaker 2: not saying no, we made it up.
- 23:15Speaker 3: It's actually.
- 23:20Speaker 2: But a placebo isn't going to cure something for you,
- 23:25Speaker 2: but it can give you a different perspective that can
- 23:28Speaker 2: make it easier because it's a mental thing. So it
- 23:33Speaker 2: can help, I guess, give you maybe a more positive
- 23:36Speaker 2: outlook or something to believe in, and just.
- 23:39Speaker 4: Give you the encouragement to do the thing, being like,
- 23:43Speaker 4: do you know what, I don't know if this is
- 23:45Speaker 4: going to work, because sometimes it does, Like, I don't
- 23:47Speaker 4: know if it's going to work, but I'm gonna fuck
- 23:49Speaker 4: with the placebo. Yeah that I'm going to choose to
- 23:53Speaker 4: believe that it worked. Let's enter a little bit of
- 23:56Speaker 4: delilue error in this glow up.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Yeah, honestly, which I do think that we need all
- 24:00Speaker 2: year round.
- 24:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:01Speaker 2: So they help shift your perception which will make you
- 24:05Speaker 2: feel better. And I think the thing with the plus
- 24:07Speaker 2: ebo for me is that it gives you a sense
- 24:10Speaker 2: of control and you can be like, well, I'm doing
- 24:13Speaker 2: something about this, and even that even taking the initiative
- 24:17Speaker 2: to do something is going to make you feel better.
- 24:20Speaker 3: A lot of the time.
- 24:22Speaker 2: One plus ebo that I've seen floating around is in
- 24:26Speaker 2: the morning when you wake up and you go to
- 24:29Speaker 2: the bathroom mirror and you're about to brush your teeth,
- 24:31Speaker 2: is saying good morning to yourself and talking to yourself
- 24:35Speaker 2: and greeting yourself for the day, because it makes you
- 24:38Speaker 2: feel less alone and you're still alone, Like if you're
- 24:43Speaker 2: doing it, you know what I mean, Like that doesn't
- 24:46Speaker 2: actually change the fact that you are doing a solo
- 24:48Speaker 2: activity and that you were going on your day as
- 24:50Speaker 2: an individual. But I think it helps us step outside
- 24:53Speaker 2: of our body and be like I've got myself and
- 24:57Speaker 2: that is enough and actually acknowledge, yeah, that I am
- 25:00Speaker 2: a person and I can speak to myself and be
- 25:03Speaker 2: kind to myself and speak to myself as I would
- 25:05Speaker 2: a friend or a family member or a loved one,
- 25:08Speaker 2: which I absolutely love.
- 25:09Speaker 4: But even like what you were just saying, like, yes,
- 25:12Speaker 4: you're still alone, but there's a difference between alone versus lonely. Yeah,
- 25:17Speaker 4: So like even though physically yes, you are alone, that
- 25:20Speaker 4: behavior placebo or not makes you feel less lonely, and
- 25:25Speaker 4: like that's the whole point of like the seven Day
- 25:29Speaker 4: Got routine is to like glow up with the way
- 25:32Speaker 4: that you feel, and so like whatever the placebo is
- 25:35Speaker 4: and what you were saying before, it makes you feel
- 25:37Speaker 4: a sense of accomplishment and it gives you like the
- 25:40Speaker 4: motivation to go with that. It's like how a lot
- 25:43Speaker 4: of these things like we do see on social media,
- 25:46Speaker 4: Like you know, you get sunrise first.
- 25:48Speaker 3: In the morning, and there's science.
- 25:49Speaker 4: I know there's science, right, but like half the time
- 25:53Speaker 4: there's nothing for us to measure it with, right, Like
- 25:56Speaker 4: all these things that are supposed to make us feel good.
- 25:57Speaker 4: One of the things that I love is like those
- 25:59Speaker 4: little spicy immunity shots. Yeah fucking enough, they work, Yeah,
- 26:03Speaker 4: but I feel great when.
- 26:05Speaker 3: I have one.
- 26:06Speaker 4: I'm like, yes, like I am like energized just because
- 26:11Speaker 4: of the behavior. It's like the dopamine hit of doing
- 26:14Speaker 4: these things makes the placebo fuckable.
- 26:18Speaker 3: Yeah totally.
- 26:18Speaker 2: You know. Yeah, yeah, that's even like supplements or starting
- 26:22Speaker 2: your day with a beautiful breakfast, Like you're not necessarily
- 26:25Speaker 2: going to feel the impacts of these things immediately, as
- 26:29Speaker 2: they say on the back of the bottle, but inside
- 26:33Speaker 2: in your.
- 26:33Speaker 3: Soul, you're like, I'm better than everyone.
- 26:35Speaker 4: Literally, is this spicy ginger shot literally gonna boost my
- 26:39Speaker 4: immune system.
- 26:40Speaker 3: Fucking know. Yeah, do I feel amazing? Yes? Yeah? And
- 26:44Speaker 3: is that all in my head? Probably?
- 26:47Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 26:47Speaker 3: But guess what, I'm happy it's Christmas exactly because it's
- 26:52Speaker 3: because it's Christmas, bitch. It's also like lucky girl syndromes.
- 26:56Speaker 2: Yeah, that whole conversation that was happening over the last
- 26:59Speaker 2: year or so, and it's saying good things are coming
- 27:04Speaker 2: my way and telling yourself that like that is a
- 27:07Speaker 2: placebo because you're literally just speaking it into the universe,
- 27:12Speaker 2: you don't know. But the fact that you've said it
- 27:15Speaker 2: means that you have the motivation to put yourself in
- 27:18Speaker 2: situations where good things are going to come to you,
- 27:21Speaker 2: and you do have a more positive outlook.
- 27:23Speaker 4: And that I feel like it is the perfect time
- 27:26Speaker 4: to day five of the seven day glow Up, and
- 27:30Speaker 4: it's to get witchy and it's to feel like a
- 27:33Speaker 4: one thousand year old sorceress and bear with us here,
- 27:38Speaker 4: It's all going to come together, yeap, all right, because
- 27:42Speaker 4: being witchy isn't about casting spells under a full moon,
- 27:46Speaker 4: but like also a little bit, it's more about I
- 27:51Speaker 4: feel like in the first couple of days we've done
- 27:55Speaker 4: like your physical space we've done your mentality, We've taken
- 27:58Speaker 4: care of our mind. And Day five is about tapping
- 28:02Speaker 4: into your spirituality, and it's about tapping into your intuition.
- 28:06Speaker 4: It's about setting boundaries like a fucking badass and reclaiming
- 28:11Speaker 4: your power in a world that has spent basically centuries
- 28:15Speaker 4: trying to dim women's light. Like what I was saying before,
- 28:18Speaker 4: like when I had that little bit of a tiff
- 28:20Speaker 4: with someone, I was setting boundaries. I was tapping into
- 28:23Speaker 4: my inner fucking witch being, like.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Hmm, no, you shall not pass. You shall not fucking pass, bitch.
- 28:29Speaker 4: Historically, women who were intuitive, rebellious, healing, or even just
- 28:35Speaker 4: loud were labeled as witches. And honestly, that's kind of
- 28:39Speaker 4: iconic because that's everything I want to be.
- 28:43Speaker 3: Yeah, and being.
- 28:46Speaker 4: Witchy is code for being wise connected to nature, your cycles,
- 28:50Speaker 4: and being totally unapologetic for your knowledge and who you are.
- 28:55Speaker 4: And I honestly don't think you can encompass like having
- 28:59Speaker 4: a glove are better than that, Like to me, like,
- 29:02Speaker 4: if I was to choose between like going to the
- 29:04Speaker 4: gym five days a week and what I just said, like,
- 29:06Speaker 4: I'm picking being a fucking witch. Bro Definitely, so when
- 29:11Speaker 4: we're saying get witchy. It's through you know, the fun
- 29:14Speaker 4: small little tasks.
- 29:16Speaker 3: But when you're doing.
- 29:17Speaker 4: That, you're really being mindful in what you're tapping into,
- 29:22Speaker 4: in the spirituality of trusting your gut, the way you're
- 29:25Speaker 4: protecting your peace.
- 29:26Speaker 3: The rituals you use to reset and.
- 29:30Speaker 4: Things like herbal tea crystals, saying no without guilt, Like
- 29:35Speaker 4: that's modern magic, you know, Like being able to say
- 29:38Speaker 4: no to something is truly a spell in itself. Being
- 29:44Speaker 4: able to say yes or no is to me casting
- 29:47Speaker 4: a spell because there's an action that happens after it.
- 29:50Speaker 3: Yeah, just from your words.
- 29:52Speaker 4: And I just think more women who tune in and
- 29:55Speaker 4: trust themselves and say this feels right and that's enough
- 29:59Speaker 4: are just going to to.
- 30:00Speaker 3: Glow like every day of their life.
- 30:03Speaker 4: One thing that I love to do to like be
- 30:05Speaker 4: a bit of a witch is I love the tarot cards. Yeah,
- 30:11Speaker 4: and again this is why they all tie in.
- 30:14Speaker 3: Is it real?
- 30:15Speaker 4: I don't know, but we're fucking with the placebo and
- 30:18Speaker 4: like doing tarot cards, whether it's before your birthday or
- 30:22Speaker 4: just in like a little glob and you light some candles,
- 30:25Speaker 4: it's again a practice like you could do by yourself
- 30:27Speaker 4: or you could do with other people and it's just
- 30:29Speaker 4: fun and like lighting incense or making a little herb garden.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Yeah, making a wish on things I love and I
- 30:38Speaker 2: think it's so cute and something that you can do
- 30:40Speaker 2: every single day, like even if you make a wish
- 30:43Speaker 2: at eleven eleven every day, Like I know, it's the
- 30:46Speaker 2: cheesiest shit ever, but also I feel like a witch
- 30:50Speaker 2: when I do, or like wishing when like a little
- 30:54Speaker 2: eyelash falls on you or a ladybug, or when you
- 30:57Speaker 2: see your angel numbers, like just I think being open
- 31:01Speaker 2: to things like that can also make you feel like
- 31:04Speaker 2: there is meaning beyond yourself in this world, but it
- 31:09Speaker 2: ties back to you and you were part of it
- 31:12Speaker 2: is like really beautiful and something that we should celebrate
- 31:15Speaker 2: in the seven day glow up. But like we've been saying,
- 31:18Speaker 2: you can carry on beyond this week as well.
- 31:20Speaker 3: All right, Day six. Day six is.
- 31:24Speaker 2: All about doing an independent learning project for grown ups.
- 31:29Speaker 2: Do you remember when you would do this in primary
- 31:30Speaker 2: score and you would get like a day or a
- 31:33Speaker 2: week and you could pick any subject you wanted in
- 31:36Speaker 2: the whole world.
- 31:37Speaker 3: It didn't have to be related to the curriculum. Or anything,
- 31:39Speaker 3: and you would just get to deep dive.
- 31:43Speaker 2: And I wish that we could do that more as
- 31:45Speaker 2: grown ups because we're learning constantly, which is amazing, But
- 31:50Speaker 2: a lot of the time it is to do with
- 31:52Speaker 2: being more productive, or something to do with adulting better,
- 31:57Speaker 2: or something to do.
- 31:58Speaker 3: With our careers.
- 32:00Speaker 2: What about the other things that we're interested in that
- 32:02Speaker 2: we don't make the space for.
- 32:04Speaker 3: And that's what this little ILP.
- 32:07Speaker 4: Is for independent learning project. Love that this is like
- 32:10Speaker 4: your niche brain glow up.
- 32:12Speaker 2: Exactly, it's your hyperfixation if you will, and pick any
- 32:18Speaker 2: topic that you like.
- 32:20Speaker 4: And I think it's important to note that this is
- 32:23Speaker 4: not a topic for self betterment, right, Yeah, it's something
- 32:26Speaker 4: that is fun, like fairies in Scotland exactly, or UFOs
- 32:31Speaker 4: what really happened to the dinosaurs?
- 32:33Speaker 3: Yeh?
- 32:34Speaker 2: Or the history of Barbie dolls, like literally whatever you like,
- 32:38Speaker 2: but you probably wouldn't make the space to do and
- 32:41Speaker 2: to learn about in everyday life, because at the end of.
- 32:44Speaker 3: It, what do you really get?
- 32:45Speaker 2: Like some fun trivia like that's probably what we would
- 32:48Speaker 2: typically look at it as. But really it's a great
- 32:51Speaker 2: way to tap into things that you are passionate about
- 32:54Speaker 2: and give yourself the permission to be creative and lean
- 32:58Speaker 2: into your curiosity, which we don't typically do. So pick
- 33:03Speaker 2: your topic, dive deep into it, Go to the library
- 33:06Speaker 2: and borrow books, listen to an audio book, find a
- 33:09Speaker 2: podcast there.
- 33:11Speaker 3: I bet there will be a podcast episode on this topic.
- 33:15Speaker 2: If not, send it to us, we'll research and we'll
- 33:18Speaker 2: publish it for you. Go down like a YouTube rabbit
- 33:21Speaker 2: hole and gather all of this information, take notes and
- 33:27Speaker 2: use it to You could write a creative story inspired
- 33:30Speaker 2: by what you've learned. Or you could make a TikTok
- 33:34Speaker 2: that's a sixty second explainer on the topic that you've
- 33:36Speaker 2: chosen and you can post it, or you can just
- 33:38Speaker 2: leave it in your drafts if you want to make
- 33:40Speaker 2: it for yourself, or put it into a canvas presentation
- 33:43Speaker 2: and present it to your housemates, Like imagine if you
- 33:46Speaker 2: and your housemates all did this and then you get together.
- 33:52Speaker 3: And it's just on the most random fucking topics.
- 33:55Speaker 4: Or like, you could do some journaling based on what
- 33:57Speaker 4: you've learned, Like, there are so many different ways that
- 33:59Speaker 4: you can I guess display the things that you've learned.
- 34:02Speaker 4: But I do think that having a project at the
- 34:04Speaker 4: end and working on something with this information is a
- 34:08Speaker 4: great way to really focus down and make sure that
- 34:10Speaker 4: you are staying on track. And it isn't just like, oh,
- 34:13Speaker 4: I've listened to one podcast episode on this webbing and then.
- 34:16Speaker 3: Sort of let it go.
- 34:17Speaker 2: Like I do think that that is part of the
- 34:19Speaker 2: fun and part of the childlike whimsy of this day.
- 34:24Speaker 4: Truly, because when you're going into this and you're like,
- 34:27Speaker 4: all right, I'm prioritizing myself for seven days, Yeah, this.
- 34:31Speaker 3: Is probably the most amount.
- 34:34Speaker 4: Of time you've given yourself to prioritize your own interest,
- 34:37Speaker 4: wants and needs in like how fucking long, right, So, like,
- 34:42Speaker 4: if you're ever going to embrace a niche interest for funzies,
- 34:48Speaker 4: it's within this week.
- 34:50Speaker 3: Yeah, so go do it. Yeah, lean into your curiosities.
- 34:53Speaker 4: And also, it doesn't have to be a whole day.
- 34:56Speaker 4: It can just be an afternoon. You can just like
- 34:59Speaker 4: breed a few articles, watch a YouTube video, and like,
- 35:03Speaker 4: if that's how much time you want to put towards it,
- 35:05Speaker 4: that's a lot more than you have done ever, So
- 35:09Speaker 4: like have fun with it. And that's the thing is
- 35:11Speaker 4: how often do you get to choose about the thing
- 35:13Speaker 4: that you just want to learn about just because it's funzies.
- 35:15Speaker 3: Yeah, and then at.
- 35:16Speaker 2: Your next dinner with the girls, you can be like,
- 35:18Speaker 2: did you guys know that the Platform show was blah blah?
- 35:21Speaker 3: Did you guys know that Stonehendles aliens? Okay? And day
- 35:25Speaker 3: seven lucky, last lucky, last day.
- 35:28Speaker 4: Obviously we have to have the America's next top model
- 35:33Speaker 4: level glow up in here minus the body shaming and
- 35:36Speaker 4: trauma and trauma is have a little beauty day, like
- 35:42Speaker 4: whatever you want to do. You can go as big
- 35:45Speaker 4: or as little with this as you want. But for
- 35:49Speaker 4: my seven day glow up, my goal was to embrace
- 35:53Speaker 4: my son's sign so as like a fire sign. I
- 35:58Speaker 4: like went to the hair salon and I I got
- 36:00Speaker 4: like more highlights to put it through my hair as
- 36:03Speaker 4: if like I'd been sitting under the sun for like
- 36:06Speaker 4: literally my entire life without tending its skin tells and trauma.
- 36:11Speaker 3: Yeah, SPF flight, but no.
- 36:13Speaker 4: I literally went to the hassle and I was like,
- 36:15Speaker 4: I want it to look like my hair has just
- 36:17Speaker 4: been like I've been on an island. I've been surfing
- 36:20Speaker 4: my entire life and was just lightened by the sun,
- 36:23Speaker 4: which is not ever gonna happen for me. Because I'm
- 36:26Speaker 4: Italian and like, I know that I'm naturally a brunette,
- 36:30Speaker 4: but I was like, I want to have a little.
- 36:32Speaker 3: Fun blow up.
- 36:33Speaker 4: I want to embrace like something different and something new
- 36:35Speaker 4: and have fun with that, and I love it. Like
- 36:38Speaker 4: I'm like, yeah, I'll probably go back to brunette at
- 36:40Speaker 4: some point in time in the future, but I'm having
- 36:42Speaker 4: fun with it. Or like doing funky nails that like
- 36:45Speaker 4: you wouldn't necessarily normally do, or like I went and
- 36:49Speaker 4: got my ears pierced, which is so random, yeah, Or
- 36:53Speaker 4: getting a tattoo, like something fun that you can physically
- 36:59Speaker 4: look at and commemorate the last week, I think is
- 37:04Speaker 4: what I like to look at it as of being
- 37:06Speaker 4: like cool, I really get to physically see like I
- 37:08Speaker 4: think you would see this whether you changed something in
- 37:11Speaker 4: your appearance or not. You would just see that in
- 37:14Speaker 4: your face naturally.
- 37:15Speaker 3: But I think it's nice.
- 37:16Speaker 4: To treat yourself to like a facial or a hair
- 37:18Speaker 4: appointment or getting your nails done, to be like that
- 37:21Speaker 4: was a really nice week.
- 37:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 37:23Speaker 2: And also then when you look back at photos from
- 37:25Speaker 2: that period, you can be like, oh my god, that's right.
- 37:27Speaker 2: That's when I dyed my hair for my seven week
- 37:30Speaker 2: glow up, or when people like when did you get
- 37:32Speaker 2: that random tatoo of a fairy and it's like, oh
- 37:34Speaker 2: my god, I actually got it on the last day
- 37:36Speaker 2: of my glow.
- 37:36Speaker 3: Up, because yeah, kind of like a yeah.
- 37:39Speaker 2: An anchor that will bring you back to that time
- 37:42Speaker 2: and how you felt, and like you said, it's something physical. Obviously,
- 37:47Speaker 2: the way we look is not ever the be all
- 37:51Speaker 2: and end all, and I'm happiness should not rely on that,
- 37:54Speaker 2: but there is that little part of me that does
- 37:57Speaker 2: kind of feel like a little girl playing dress that
- 38:00Speaker 2: I'm like, this is just fun. And whilst I think
- 38:05Speaker 2: it is completely and one hundred percent ballad that we
- 38:09Speaker 2: critique the physical transformations as.
- 38:13Speaker 3: Just that they are just physical, but.
- 38:15Speaker 4: I also really made a point to skew the way
- 38:18Speaker 4: that I looked at it was like, there was nothing
- 38:20Speaker 4: bad with the original format of me, but I just
- 38:25Speaker 4: felt like a little girl playing dress ups and having
- 38:28Speaker 4: a really nice time and I got to be have
- 38:30Speaker 4: my mea Thermopolis moment of like feeling like I was
- 38:33Speaker 4: in the Princess Diaries or two thousands rom com And
- 38:36Speaker 4: I literally broke my hairstyle this brush. So she did
- 38:41Speaker 4: live so fantasy, did live the Princess Diaris fantasy again.
- 38:44Speaker 2: It's about free will, yeah, and that you have the
- 38:47Speaker 2: free will to be creative and play with it. You're hot, yeah,
- 38:52Speaker 2: and whatever makes you feel hot and feel like the
- 38:54Speaker 2: true representation of who you are in this moment. And
- 38:57Speaker 2: if that means getting your earpisd yeah, literally.
- 39:01Speaker 4: So to recap your seven day glow up is day
- 39:06Speaker 4: one the Christmas Day mentality.
- 39:09Speaker 3: We're having a good day every fucking day.
- 39:11Speaker 4: Day two, rebalance your habitat, whether that means restructuring your apartment,
- 39:16Speaker 4: getting your new bedspread, like, just rebalancing your space and
- 39:20Speaker 4: your habitat to kind of reformulate with your mood. Day
- 39:23Speaker 4: three micro adventure, something small, fun, easy and cheap to
- 39:28Speaker 4: make you realize you were just a little character that
- 39:31Speaker 4: you get to.
- 39:31Speaker 3: Choose and your own sim. You are your own sim.
- 39:34Speaker 3: You have free will. Yeah.
- 39:36Speaker 4: Day four, fuck with a place ebo, whether you're sitting
- 39:40Speaker 4: in the sun or what was your talking to yourself,
- 39:44Speaker 4: whatever it is, Fuck with that place eba.
- 39:46Speaker 3: Fuck that placeiber hard.
- 39:49Speaker 4: Day five, get a little witchy, cast a spell, tap
- 39:53Speaker 4: into your intuition and set some boundaries. Day six is
- 39:57Speaker 4: your ILP, your independent learning project and Day seven is
- 40:02Speaker 4: your America's next stop model makeover without the body shaming
- 40:05Speaker 4: and trauma.
- 40:07Speaker 3: Is your lag brat stole glow up. Yeah exactly.
- 40:12Speaker 4: Well, thank you chicks for having us in your ear holes.
