- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Listen, times are hard right now, and I know we
- 1:03Speaker 3: can't do the whole entire face glamor. You may not
- 1:06Speaker 3: be able to afford that, But the one thing we
- 1:07Speaker 3: know that will always punch your face up, ladies, is
- 1:10Speaker 3: a nice set of lashes. If you have nothing but
- 1:13Speaker 3: lashes and lipstick, this will dramatically change your look. And
- 1:18Speaker 3: right now, as you're pushing your product and your brand forward,
- 1:21Speaker 3: you have to make sure that you're putting your best
- 1:23Speaker 3: space forward.
- 1:24Speaker 4: You have to stand out.
- 1:26Speaker 3: So I would start to give her that messaging to say, hey,
- 1:29Speaker 3: this is an essential item. You know, there's a lot
- 1:32Speaker 3: of things that you may you can do without. You
- 1:33Speaker 3: might not need that eyeshadow, but you need those lashes.
- 1:37Speaker 3: And even if you have lashes, you're gonna need those,
- 1:39Speaker 3: you know. I mean, you have that eyeshadow, youre gonn
- 1:40Speaker 3: need those lashes. Make it essential, right. Another thing that
- 1:44Speaker 3: I would do is try to find another business.
- 1:47Speaker 4: Owner and leverage their audience.
- 1:49Speaker 3: So if I can find a girl who does lip gloss,
- 1:52Speaker 3: another girl who maybe is selling polish or whatever, we
- 1:55Speaker 3: need to get together and form a bundle packet.
- 1:58Speaker 4: We need to get together and collapse rate where.
- 2:00Speaker 3: I can say, hey, sis, okay, listen, you gotta live sick,
- 2:03Speaker 3: I gotta lashes.
- 2:04Speaker 4: Let's put this together and make this work.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Let's go live together, and let's leverage each other's audiences.
- 2:11Speaker 3: Let's offer them a deal or a bundle. Okay, that's collaboration.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Another thing that you're gonna want to do is help
- 2:17Speaker 3: your customer who's probably facing job loss and lower income.
- 2:22Speaker 3: Time them and to a salesman, why and how create
- 2:27Speaker 3: an affiliate program. That's the number one thing. If you
- 2:30Speaker 3: have a customer who's already utilized your product, they know
- 2:34Speaker 3: your product, they know your service, So this could be
- 2:36Speaker 3: one of your best salesmen, especially if you put a
- 2:39Speaker 3: criteria on it to say, Okay, if you shot with
- 2:42Speaker 3: me three or more times, I'd like to invite you
- 2:45Speaker 3: into my affiliate program because I.
- 2:47Speaker 4: Know you like my product. I know you love my product.
- 2:49Speaker 3: And what I mean by that is you've probably been
- 2:51Speaker 3: already singing my praises. That's what you call an evangelical customer.
- 2:56Speaker 3: So if you have an evangelical customer, they've already probably
- 2:59Speaker 3: red to onto your business. Why not help them get
- 3:02Speaker 3: a little bit of money and incentivize them now to
- 3:05Speaker 3: share your work. So now you're even tapping into marketing.
- 3:09Speaker 3: And the great thing about affiliate programs is unlike a
- 3:13Speaker 3: traditional salesman, Let's suppose I get a seale staff and
- 3:15Speaker 3: I have to pay them per hour. I have to
- 3:17Speaker 3: pay them whether they generate money or not. With the
- 3:19Speaker 3: affiliate program, I only pay them when they make a seal.
- 3:23Speaker 3: So that right there is a no brainer, and that's
- 3:26Speaker 3: a sell you otherwise would not have had. So what
- 3:29Speaker 3: you want to do is now let me put this
- 3:31Speaker 3: in the hands of my customer and let them get
- 3:33Speaker 3: some money.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Another thing you want to do is you want to
- 3:36Speaker 4: go be to.
- 3:37Speaker 3: B figure out a way how to wholesale your products
- 3:40Speaker 3: to a secondary buyer, as shipping issues are now going
- 3:44Speaker 3: to be impacting everyone. If you have the inventory, find
- 3:49Speaker 3: out a way where you're not selling in large books.
- 3:51Speaker 3: But there may be someone else who's struggling with shipping issues,
- 3:55Speaker 3: or they don't want to buy five hundred lashes. They
- 3:58Speaker 3: may just want to test something out and buy a
- 4:00Speaker 3: small amount. So if you can find someone who's interested
- 4:03Speaker 3: in that, do that. Another thing, teach someone how to
- 4:07Speaker 3: start the business that you started. So if you now
- 4:10Speaker 3: create a workshop saying hey, let me tell you guys
- 4:14Speaker 3: how I started my eyelash business, and you lay that
- 4:17Speaker 3: out for them, and then as a upsell or another item,
- 4:21Speaker 3: you could also sell your vendorless I've done.
- 4:24Speaker 4: All the work for you. Here's all the vendors.
- 4:26Speaker 3: Here's where you go and get your labels done, Here's
- 4:28Speaker 3: where you go get your packaging done. You lay out
- 4:31Speaker 3: every single thing that you know for them and teach
- 4:34Speaker 3: them how to sell and how to create their own business.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Now you have a digital product that's ever green that
- 4:41Speaker 3: you're able to also sell.
- 4:42Speaker 4: So you see how I literally just took that.
- 4:44Speaker 3: One eyelash business and just push that into several different
- 4:48Speaker 3: markets under several different messaging than there's several different targets,
- 4:52Speaker 3: and now I can elongate my business. Now I'm not
- 4:55Speaker 3: simply struggling. And that's going to be the easiest path
- 4:58Speaker 3: for you. Instead of trying to off in a whole
- 5:00Speaker 3: new lane right now, instead of trying to like take
- 5:03Speaker 3: on something brand new, take what you already have and
- 5:07Speaker 3: repurpose it. Take what you already have.
- 5:10Speaker 4: And extend it out.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Because, like I said, if you've already started a business,
- 5:14Speaker 3: then guess what, You've already solved a problem. So you're
- 5:18Speaker 3: already your foot's already in the door. If somebody bought
- 5:21Speaker 3: something from you already, you're already halfway there. Okay, So
- 5:25Speaker 3: do we have any questions to which platform do you
- 5:27Speaker 3: use for sales? Oh that's somebody else's asking a question.
- 5:30Speaker 3: So if there's anyone here who has a specific business,
- 5:34Speaker 3: right you have a question, you have something that you
- 5:37Speaker 3: want help with with your business and your pain point,
- 5:40Speaker 3: you can type that in and mag is going to
- 5:44Speaker 3: you know, either.
- 5:44Speaker 4: Find you or I'll find you here.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Please understand, when I do strategy calls, they're five hundred
- 5:50Speaker 3: dollars an hour.
- 5:50Speaker 4: Next year there'll be seven fifty. You got.

- 7:44Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 7:48Speaker 1: in Massachusetts an MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 7:52Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with

- 8:44Speaker 3: Are getting the opportunity to literally have that to ease
- 8:48Speaker 3: out for you.
- 8:49Speaker 4: Let's do this, let's work this out.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Just bye. Being in earn your leisure university. That is
- 8:55Speaker 3: one of the perks to doing that right. And I
- 8:58Speaker 3: know a lot of people now I do the same
- 9:00Speaker 3: thing before.
- 9:01Speaker 4: I never gave.
- 9:02Speaker 3: I never offered strategy sessions, you had to have an
- 9:06Speaker 3: existing business. I've pivoted and I also offer strategy sessions
- 9:11Speaker 3: to people who are working and they're trying to figure out,
- 9:15Speaker 3: you know, what is their next move or how they
- 9:17Speaker 3: can learn how to freelance themselves out, because if someone
- 9:22Speaker 3: is paying you for a job, you can get paid
- 9:25Speaker 3: for that job right If you're doing customer service, you
- 9:29Speaker 3: can find a way to literally freelance yourself out as
- 9:33Speaker 3: a virtual customer service.
- 9:34Speaker 4: There are so many freelance jobs.
- 9:37Speaker 3: If you look on fiver, there's people looking for copywriters,
- 9:41Speaker 3: video editors, voiceovers, narrators, like everything that you see polished,
- 9:48Speaker 3: especially on YouTube. These people are no longer doing this themselves.
- 9:51Speaker 3: They are outsourcing all aspects, like just editing the videos out.
- 9:56Speaker 3: You would be shocked at what kind of work you
- 9:59Speaker 3: can do where there's no degree required. It's, you know,
- 10:02Speaker 3: really easy to get yourself in there and next thing,
- 10:05Speaker 3: you know, start to take advantage of other people who
- 10:09Speaker 3: need help. Social media strategy questions Okay, for introverts not
- 10:12Speaker 3: currently on social active on social media, what types of
- 10:16Speaker 3: posts and content should I begin posting on my personal
- 10:19Speaker 3: account and business account?
- 10:21Speaker 4: That is a wonderful question, Sierra.
- 10:23Speaker 3: That's a great question because a lot of people, myself included,
- 10:27Speaker 3: at one point, I was extremely video shot.
- 10:30Speaker 4: I am not gonna lie to y'all.
- 10:32Speaker 3: I hated even the thought of getting on video okay,
- 10:37Speaker 3: and I had to really work up to it. But
- 10:39Speaker 3: for those who are not there, one of the easiest
- 10:42Speaker 3: hat is narrating your video. So now you can go
- 10:45Speaker 3: onto reels and this is a quick hat. You see
- 10:48Speaker 3: an article or something that you want to talk about,
- 10:51Speaker 3: all you do is screenshot it. You can read the
- 10:54Speaker 3: article on reels literally, you know, pay according to Forbes,
- 10:59Speaker 3: fifty three percent of d and you just read the article.
- 11:02Speaker 3: Now what require actually read it in advance, of course,
- 11:05Speaker 3: but you can read it and get to some main points,
- 11:08Speaker 3: underline some points for people, and then you can pose
- 11:11Speaker 3: a question at the end. And all you have to
- 11:14Speaker 3: do is use your voice. That's it, no face required,
- 11:17Speaker 3: no extra editing, no work, you know what I mean.
- 11:20Speaker 3: That's it. Put a nice little track behind it. And
- 11:23Speaker 3: here's another hat for narration. If you find a track
- 11:26Speaker 3: that is very popular, put it behind your narration and
- 11:30Speaker 3: take the valume down to two. If it has a
- 11:32Speaker 3: lot of words, I'd say take it to one so
- 11:35Speaker 3: it's not competing with your voice.
- 11:36Speaker 4: I usually look for the instrumental versions, or.
- 11:39Speaker 3: I try to go to the beginning of the song
- 11:41Speaker 3: where it's more of the instrumental.
- 11:43Speaker 4: Part of the song.
- 11:44Speaker 3: But the song that's trending and that's popular, you'll start
- 11:47Speaker 3: to catch momentum on your real because that song is
- 11:50Speaker 3: trending and popular.
- 11:51Speaker 4: So just take it down.
- 11:52Speaker 3: Some people mute the song altogether. I don't know if
- 11:55Speaker 3: that works, so I only do it at you know,
- 11:57Speaker 3: as a one or two. Okay, that's a great Another
- 12:01Speaker 3: thing is utilizing your hands. So you can take your
- 12:05Speaker 3: phone or your recording device, place it above your hands,
- 12:09Speaker 3: and you can do demo videos. So instead of showing
- 12:12Speaker 3: your face, let's suppose you were showing something on an app,
- 12:15Speaker 3: you can just have your hands pointing.
- 12:17Speaker 4: To particular parts of your screen.
- 12:19Speaker 3: You can have your hands demoing the item, right, demoing
- 12:24Speaker 3: what that is? Okay, And so now you don't even
- 12:27Speaker 3: have to use your face. You're just using your hands.
- 12:29Speaker 3: That's a great thing. Also, using b roll type footage
- 12:34Speaker 3: over your narration. You guys, ever watch YouTube videos and
- 12:37Speaker 3: you love it when they show like they're talking and
- 12:40Speaker 3: they're like and the economy is stress, and then they
- 12:42Speaker 3: show a woman all stressed, right, and then they're like.
- 12:45Speaker 4: Such and such with a hotel and you see people walking.
- 12:48Speaker 3: You can get free b roll footage, free stock footage.
- 12:52Speaker 3: If you search free stock footage online, you can get
- 12:55Speaker 3: free quality stock footage. Now that takes just a little
- 12:58Speaker 3: bit more editing because you want, you know, splice that
- 13:00Speaker 3: footage in first, but you can use that also. You
- 13:04Speaker 3: can use it in between the news articles if you
- 13:06Speaker 3: want repost other people's videos. That's always a hack. So
- 13:10Speaker 3: if someone else has highlighted or discussed something that you
- 13:14Speaker 3: want to discuss, use their footage. Reaction videos are good,
- 13:19Speaker 3: so you can take the reaction from them, and you
- 13:21Speaker 3: compare that with just a steal image or the article.
- 13:25Speaker 4: Okay, so you don't have to pair that. You compare
- 13:27Speaker 4: it with your logo.
- 13:28Speaker 3: You compare it with just a still picture of you
- 13:31Speaker 3: if you don't like to go video that just has
- 13:33Speaker 3: your name and your information and everything on the side
- 13:36Speaker 3: of that as well.
- 13:37Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
