- 0:07Welcome to Keeping It Real with Erin and Terry.
- 0:10Sponsored by Imperfection by Erin.
- 0:13And produced by Magic Door Studio.
- 0:15On today's episode, we're talking about sex and menopause.
- 0:23Sorry hold on a minute I did not know about any of this, this is
- 0:27new to me. What?
- 0:29I asked thousands of women questions about how often they
- 0:35have sex. They answered.
- 0:37I know she did not Men. He hasn't heard.
- 0:40I didn't. I don't even know the results.
- 0:43And the results actually surprised me a lot.
- 0:48OK, do. You.
- 0:50Want to hear it elaborate? OK, so I have some of them here.
- 0:55Bear with me. OK.
- 1:00No, honestly, right. I don't even know whether I want
- 1:02Tim to know about this because. Just tell me, will you?
- 1:05Come on. I think they were lying.
- 1:08I think they were. Well, just tell me and I'll tell
- 1:10you what I think my feeling on it is. 20% of people said.
- 1:19Right. What's the ages, first of all?
- 1:22Well, I don't know what the ages are, but some people are having
- 1:25sex four times. I'm all a week.
- 1:28Right. What age is Eddie in?
- 1:30Their 20s. I don't think 20 year olds
- 1:32follow me. I'm not cool enough for that.
- 1:34So you're talking about 30s then?
- 1:37Terry, who cares what age you're having sex?
- 1:40Four times a week, including days.
- 1:42Well, I can tell you now, Yeah, I'm 49.
- 1:45Nearly. Yeah.
- 1:45And I am not having sex four times a week.
- 1:47Yeah. Yeah, bad job.
- 1:49Or a month for that matter. OK, 30%.
- 1:53This was the most common. How many times do you think was
- 1:58the most common? 20%.
- 2:00The most common answer. About twice a week.
- 2:06Twice to three times a week. To three times a week.
- 2:10A lot is it. I haven't got the energy for
- 2:12that kind of stuff, I have to be honest.
- 2:13With you, OK, 25%, I think we're in this.
- 2:19OK, go ahead. Once a week.
- 2:22Once out. Yeah, it is.
- 2:24Yeah, I hear the lights. Me once a week.
- 2:26Is it not once a week? No, but it's not once a week.
- 2:29I mean, the weeks are rolling into themselves.
- 2:31It feels like last week. Don't get me wrong.
- 2:33Listen, you were that good. It felt like yesterday.
- 2:37That is such manipulation of the highest order yet.
- 2:40How could I ever forget you? It just feels like it was
- 2:43yesterday. Don't get me wrong.
- 2:45Listen, Camille, I'll tell you something.
- 2:46As time goes on, yeah, I think about it less, right?
- 2:50Because my libido is kind of dwindling will say, but to be
- 2:55honest with you and I'm going to be honest about this right I'm
- 2:57delighted me libido was lit to England because it's one less
- 3:00thing I have to worry about it's.
- 3:03A job sometimes, isn't it it? Is a job yeah, it really is a
- 3:06job no messing yeah, I want to be fucking destroyed.
- 3:09I'm not insane on the podcast, sorry.
- 3:12I was what I meant to say. What I meant, not what I meant
- 3:16to say, was my energy levels to be on the.
- 3:19Floor. I'll take it back now.
- 3:23I'm not taking it back for yourself.
- 3:24I'm trying. I'm trying to remain politically
- 3:27clean here. Too late.
- 3:30See, I already have AI, already have a little fan who just be
- 3:34mailing the page. Asking me to, Yeah.
- 3:37I'll tell you another thing. It's just as well, I don't know
- 3:38who it is. No one knows I'm who's dryer.
- 3:41Sending the fall grass at GM, bleed walkouts and all this kind
- 3:45of carry on. How can I say catfish?
- 3:48Now he knows I don't here. Now he knows I'm not in any of
- 3:51these percentages he might not want.
- 3:52To yeah mate, yeah, lucky, yeah, lucky if I get once, once a
- 3:55month. OK.
- 3:56So less than a week was 5% and 20% of people said really never
- 4:03their drive has gone. There you go.
- 4:06So that really leads me to talk about the menopause, OK.
- 4:12And what about my menopause? That's called and I have it
- 4:17wrote down. I have it wrote down Android and
- 4:23Andrew Pause. Otherwise known as menopause.
- 4:26Yeah, basically your penis pauses.
- 4:31It's. Is that what that means?
- 4:33The penis pauses. It's look we all know is a
- 4:36general information. Men's testosterone levels
- 4:39dwindle and decline from the age of 35 onwards.
- 4:44So. That's the way it is, right?
- 4:48That is the way it is. I want to read.
- 4:52Read them. Read them.
- 4:53Of these, wow. Read them three to four times a
- 4:57week. 14 years together. Get up there with that, will
- 5:02you? 44 Perry, 3 kids.
- 5:07Once a week if we can, but sometimes two weeks passes
- 5:12'cause we forget. Yes sister, I know what you're
- 5:16going through. Forget you forget to have sex.
- 5:20Oh, slip my mind, who? Yeah, I understand that.
- 5:23But I, I just like think that three to four times a week is
- 5:25like. 20 year old shit like I want to have sex with you.
- 5:31I really. Like, don't get me wrong, when
- 5:33we listen, when we actually get around to what I really do
- 5:35enjoy, Me too, totally Like, you know what I mean?
- 5:38I love you for probably the good hour solid after.
- 5:42Actually, I think that's a lie. It's your way around.
- 5:45Cherry actually loves me. Like I love you all the time but
- 5:48I am obsessed. Which if I like about.
- 5:52No. OK, 20 minutes.
- 5:53This is what happens. OK so I'm sharing way too much
- 5:58information as I always do and I'm like if any of my male
- 6:02family is listening to this I'm sorry but they're probably not
- 6:05because they don't really give a shit what I do and even when I
- 6:07send them the podcast they. Definitely don't.
- 6:09Get into it So basically before Terry's looking for sex off me,
- 6:16he starts getting really nice to me, right I'm brushing off me
- 6:21and like. Don't mind though.
- 6:27That is not right. She is walking around the gaffe.
- 6:30Yeah. Looking like she hair upside
- 6:33down you heard there. Was a wind machine on her the
- 6:36fucking the house coat is is is blowing that much to show
- 6:39everything? No, you just have horny eyes.
- 6:43I I look like a wreck. Your horny eyes is after
- 6:46transform. Hold on a minute.
- 6:47I, I I honestly believe we're getting too graphic here.
- 6:50Yeah, tone of town. OK, it's tone of town.
- 6:52OK, so he's really nice to me and he's hinting for OK.
- 6:56And I'm like you're the last. Thing that was the last time.
- 6:59OK, I say. I say you're actually due to
- 7:02start doing that pretty soon. Then when I then when I say no
- 7:06like in a like just leave me alone.
- 7:08I don't want to do it anyway. Am I allowed?
- 7:12Am I allowed to share like my reasons for my?
- 7:16No. So then he gets annoyed because
- 7:18he's like, OK, I'm not getting it.
- 7:19Then I go the difference I think between a man and a woman is is
- 7:24you need to actually release that from your body.
- 7:28Me. Yeah, or I'm like, whatever.
- 7:30Well, I always have this theory, right?
- 7:32Terry's theory. New segment.
- 7:34It's official. Now, is it too much information?
- 7:37No. Terry's theory, this was
- 7:41suggested by a comment actually by somebody who you commented on
- 7:45the podcast. So we're going to try and
- 7:48introduce this wherever it needs to be.
- 7:51It's not going to be a an every week thing.
- 7:53But this is my theory for today, right?
- 7:55Don't mind her, right? So anyway, the Terry's theory is
- 8:01this because the man's organ of what we're talking about is on
- 8:08the outside of the body and the woman's organ is on the inside
- 8:12of the body to what we're talking about.
- 8:15I believe that that is why the man the man are the way they
- 8:20are, and it's just like nearly do and go.
- 8:26Do you get me where you go? And then you want to cuddle and
- 8:30you want to mind me and come on over to me.
- 8:34And I love you. And this time, you know what
- 8:36I'm. Saying so this is what I'm
- 8:37trying to get. But I believe it's because the
- 8:40the actual process of what we're doing, the ACT itself right, is
- 8:46more personal to you because of organ locations.
- 8:53No, you're just trying to manipulate me and be nice to me,
- 8:56so I'll want to have sex with you.
- 8:57And then after it, I'm like, oh, I kind of really like him now.
- 9:01He's actually really nice. Like I feel way more connected
- 9:04and you're like, yeah, I'm done. She doesn't like me.
- 9:06I actually do I so I actually really like them for a lot
- 9:10longer. So there that was another common
- 9:12denominator in the questions and answers was definitely feel more
- 9:17connected when we do sex. Well, that is a fact.
- 9:22That is a fact, yeah. OK, now what I will say, let's
- 9:28talk about menopause and libido for me.
- 9:33We all know that Aaron is in perimenopause.
- 9:35Or if you don't know, you do. Yeah.
- 9:38And when your oestrogen drops, you have a lack of empathy and
- 9:46time for bullshit. So oestrogen would have kept us
- 9:50nice and calm because basically we have to reproduce.
- 9:54So we are going to put up with their bullshit because we are
- 9:58trying to have babies with them because if we didn't have
- 10:02empathy and peace and understanding, we wouldn't wanna
- 10:08put up with it. No offence.
- 10:10So with that guys, you're shy in general.
- 10:14I mean, the podcast is not long enough for that.
- 10:17So that leaves OK, your libido leaves.
- 10:22Right, your libido are mine. Yours.
- 10:25As a woman, I I'm talking about. From your own perspective.
- 10:28Yeah, for, for, for menopause. OK, So I was put on HRT, OK.
- 10:35And I actually didn't know that I didn't even have a libido
- 10:41anymore. That was how long it was gone.
- 10:43OK. Now remember, guys, we're
- 10:46extremely stressed. We had a very sick child, which
- 10:49again I think is very different for men like Terry would still
- 10:54want to have sex with me to maybe escape the hard day we've
- 11:00had where it is the last thing I want to do.
- 11:04Right. But now I have found at the
- 11:09moment I am not like that. Because of your What is the name
- 11:15for male menopause again? Testosterone levels.
- 11:18Have because you're. My my TRT levels so my
- 11:22testosterone levels have literally dropped to the floor,
- 11:26hence why I'm getting help with that now.
- 11:29So look as in through the. Proper channels through the
- 11:33through the proper eh channels. Blood walk, the whole Chabang
- 11:37Grey fellow Pentala, they're doing it.
- 11:39We both obviously at the same times our libido dropped in
- 11:45around the kind of thing. More or less the same.
- 11:48Age yeah so I actually went to the menopause hub and I started
- 11:55my HRT journey which my followers have been absolutely
- 12:00amazing and they're like Erin do not stop until you get the right
- 12:06dose for your HRT because it doesn't work straight away and
- 12:10sometimes you have to find your right don't it's.
- 12:11The sweet if they call it the sweet spot.
- 12:13This well. No, but that's what generally
- 12:16that's what they call it where hormone is concerned.
- 12:19Everyone's is different, both in male and female, so it's the
- 12:23sweet spot they call it, yeah. I'm sure you know all about
- 12:26that. Everyone's sweet spot is
- 12:27different. And so the roast of Terry
- 12:32Cabinet begins yet again. OK, so my father said don't give
- 12:37up, but the one thing that came up a bit was take testosterone.
- 12:44So do you know who I actually heard where?
- 12:46Where I heard that first? In where?
- 12:48Halle Berry. Oh, yeah, She takes it.
- 12:50She takes it, yeah. OK, so.
- 12:52That's who I said it to you, but you didn't really kind of you
- 12:55weren't in the place to actually hear me properly and pay
- 12:58attention to what I was. Saying OK.
- 13:00Which here which is 99% of the time by the way.
- 13:05I mean, I'd get a headache if I'd listen to all the time.
- 13:07Go ahead, carry on. Yeah.
- 13:10Who are you are to listen to? I am.
- 13:12Emily Bruce. Actually, who is funnier?
- 13:15I will say this right before we jump back to testosterone, I
- 13:18thought I was hilarious. Then I listened to this podcast
- 13:21and I was like, he's funnier than me.
- 13:24Was a bit sick where a little bit.
- 13:26Yeah, but it's OK. Just embrace it.
- 13:29No, I don't want to. I want to be funnier.
- 13:31Who thinks Terry's funnier than me?
- 13:33I'm Who's the lighted look? Listen, love.
- 13:39It is what it is. Terry.
- 13:40Terry's Terry. I lived in a bed suit for years.
- 13:45Terry's tears now if you keep it up.
- 13:46I lived in a bed suit for years. Anyway, getting back to.
- 13:51Back to testosterone OK so girls told me to go on testosterone OK
- 13:56so. Now, now when you say go on
- 13:59testosterone, a very minute, yeah, amount of it.
- 14:03And it wouldn't be the same sort of testosterone what a male
- 14:08would use. It's a lot more weaker.
- 14:11Well, it's a gel I take. It's a yes, but it's it's also a
- 14:14lot more weaker in. Strength wise.
- 14:17Strength wise, yes. OK, so basically when I asked
- 14:20for testosterone, the lady was kind of a little bit like kind
- 14:23of passed me off and I was probably in a menopausal age.
- 14:25And this is exactly what I said to her.
- 14:28I really don't give an F if I never have sex again for the
- 14:32rest of my life. But my newlywed husband may.
- 14:37And she said, OK, we'll get you tested and we'll give you so you
- 14:40can thank her for caring about you to give me the testosterone
- 14:46anyway, OK. I thank her every day.
- 14:50All of a sudden I'm going to share a bit too much
- 14:54information. OK?
- 14:55Oh. Shit, I would not be like you
- 14:57about you, about me, or you. No, me and Terry's not the
- 14:59jealous type, right? So he'll get this right.
- 15:02So testosterone is actually walking because all of a sudden
- 15:07Erin realized that she actually has bits now.
- 15:09She's like, what's going on? Like I can what?
- 15:12So I'm driving along with my car and I'm playing music and I'm
- 15:17laughing and smiling and this guy pulls up beside me and looks
- 15:22at me and I'm like oh I'm still hot.
- 15:27Yeah, but I think women like that recognition as well.
- 15:29No, but I. Haven't felt like that in years.
- 15:32And I. Just don't.
- 15:32I wouldn't begrudge you that. And also remember I said like.
- 15:36You don't begrudge people proposing to me when I'm out on
- 15:38a gig. They can have you.
- 15:40They give you. To me.
- 15:42But they would. Kill.
- 15:43We're all good. But this is what I mean.
- 15:45So like I then said to cherry the force a week or two of I was
- 15:49like this is really fucking sorry.
- 15:52I shouldn't be coursing but this is really annoying because like
- 15:56is this what you had to do? As a.
- 15:58Teenager like is this what teenage boys have to do?
- 16:02Is like think about sex all the time.
- 16:05The thing about like it just. Wasn't even reminded like.
- 16:07Seeing what you're fit. What you're failing to see is
- 16:10that the male body and the biology of the male form is
- 16:14made-up differently, so we can deal with it differently.
- 16:17You. Know obviously I I've never had
- 16:18that much testosterone in my body so I was like.
- 16:21Yeah, and you were also new to the test that.
- 16:23So when you start taking a forced, it will in fact impact
- 16:28you with a bang, literally, hence here with a, hence the
- 16:33phrase with a bang. It then it the more you take it,
- 16:38the more you settle into it and does not and it levels out.
- 16:42Yeah, that's what happens. Like you know what I mean?
- 16:44Yeah, so it was really, really funny.
- 16:46And here's another little bit of information that people in the
- 16:51menopause might not know. OK.
- 16:55What also happens is, is when you're in the menopause, you
- 16:59start drying up a little bit, OK, in areas.
- 17:03So you'll have your night sweats which are drying up in your
- 17:07privates now. That's why some people will get
- 17:11Utis and there is cream for this to keep everything, you know,
- 17:19mice. KY Jelly.
- 17:21No, Terry, it's not KY Jelly. It's an actual bloody medical
- 17:26thing. It's a medical thing where our
- 17:29whole reproductive system. Are That was a joke.
- 17:32That was a joke. Relax with the menopausalness.
- 17:38I take a very serious one. I know how you do.
- 17:40That was a joke, OK? It's a very.
- 17:42Serious light hearted family show we're doing here.
- 17:44OK, no, we're not. We're talking about sex and
- 17:46we're talking about menopause and we're talking about whatever
- 17:49you're very. I feel like you're talking about
- 17:50it like with a vengeance. Yeah, because at the start I was
- 17:55like, Oh yeah, this is interesting.
- 17:57Then I was like, wait, this is it for life.
- 18:00I actually have to have this for forever.
- 18:02Like the sweats weren't normal, Terry.
- 18:05No, they weren't you, right? Like they really weren't normal.
- 18:08Anyway, back to the drying up of the area.
- 18:11OK, so here is a good bit of news just before it fully dries
- 18:17up, guys. If you're lucky, things become
- 18:22really sensitive down there and it is spicy sweet.
- 18:28Jesus Christ, I I feel like we're on the blade.
- 18:33Bonnie Blue. Fans here or some crap?
- 18:35Though I think that's important for for people to know that
- 18:37there's a good bit of menopause. Like, OK, I'm going to tell you
- 18:40when I was in the menopause, I didn't want to die, but I didn't
- 18:44want to live. I had no joy in anything.
- 18:47I literally had nothing, no joy. Everything I loved, I did not
- 18:52Not. Hopefully that changed as we can
- 18:54see. Because I'm I'm just trying to
- 18:56still find my dose but that. Your sweet spot, my sweet.
- 19:00I can help you out with that. It's really, really difficult in
- 19:03the menopause. The emotions are up and down.
- 19:06It's like it is so much different than being a teenager
- 19:12when you're starting in the hormones.
- 19:14It's it's, it's so up and down. And what I've also learned is,
- 19:18is that the younger you are, when you go into your menopause,
- 19:23OK, you actually need more HRT because your hormones are so
- 19:29high up here, right? That when they suddenly drop
- 19:34like that, it's such a big drop. So you actually need more to try
- 19:39and level yourself out. Here's another thing I did but.
- 19:42That's the same, but that's the same.
- 19:43Same for the man. Because the.
- 19:45Testosterone replacement therapy.
- 19:50Is this really bad of me to say that I feel like youths don't go
- 19:53through it the same way we do? No, I don't think we do.
- 19:56Anyway. I don't think we go through the
- 19:58Physiology hardships that you go through.
- 20:01And anyway, as a man, yeah, I, I, I totally agree with that.
- 20:06So here was like all these things that like, I didn't
- 20:09really realize. So people would say, you know,
- 20:11when you're in the paramount was wait, you get to the real
- 20:13menopause. Actually, you're only in the
- 20:17menopause for one day of your life.
- 20:20One day. So it's the pre and post is it?
- 20:24Perry and Post. Is there a post?
- 20:27Yep. So Perry, what Perry means is
- 20:35your body is still saying, wait, what's going on here?
- 20:40And it's still fighting. So it's fighting to keep your
- 20:43periods, it's fighting to keep the hormones, whatever's going
- 20:46on up and there. It's like fighting to keep it
- 20:49because it's losing it and it doesn't know why.
- 20:52So it's fighting really, really hard.
- 20:54That's why with perimenopause you'll get those like rage, the
- 20:59crying, this sudden they all these emotions up and down, up
- 21:03and down, up and down. I got that before you went into
- 21:05menopause with you. With me, yeah.
- 21:11No, you're a. Very emotional person.
- 21:14Terry that's different than menopause rage.
- 21:16You would did not want to see me in my 20s.
- 21:19I was probably that in my 20s and I feel look, if there's any
- 21:22exes watching, which I'm sure you're not, I probably was a bra
- 21:27but they were brats to me too. But that was quite strong in me
- 21:31and my 20s. It definitely levelled out.
- 21:33But it's it, it came back in the perimenopause.
- 21:37OK. So when you don't get a period
- 21:41for one whole year naturally, no period, OK, no spot, no anything
- 21:47on the the day of the full year with no natural period, that is
- 21:52the day you are in menopause and then the day after you are post
- 21:58menopause. So your body has now decided
- 22:01that it is time. They ain't going to fight these
- 22:04hormones anymore and this is your new level.
- 22:07So it's a little bit lower. Carry on.
- 22:14Let me know when you want to come back, when you want me to
- 22:16come back into the show. You can go back into the show
- 22:19now. What would you like to?
- 22:20Feel like for you as a man dealing with a woman who's in
- 22:27menopause. Just have an escape plan.
- 22:33What is? It a reason to get out of the
- 22:36house at a very quick right? Is that why you go shop five
- 22:42times a day? Well, I used to.
- 22:43I don't. I don't anymore.
- 22:44I don't know what you're talking, but you're definitely
- 22:46more rage than me. Maybe you're in the bleeding
- 22:48menopause. No, I'm.
- 22:50I'm definitely. Terry's like level of like 0 to.
- 22:5310 I I, I, I flip. Yeah, I do flip.
- 22:58I definitely do flip. There's no doubt about it.
- 23:00Like me, me guitar got left in London last weekend and I was
- 23:05standing at the belt of oversized baggage at 4:50 and I
- 23:10was due on stage at half 6. I know I hate.
- 23:13It and I was like an absolute Antichrist, I'll tell you.
- 23:20So yeah, I do flip. I tell you where I know it's the
- 23:27difference. Usually Terry's level is he can
- 23:31flip and I'll just go it because Terry's like the dog who barks
- 23:35and you just have to let him bark and then he's like.
- 23:37He's so now on the dog. No, you know the one that yaps
- 23:41and then he's like, oh, he's real quickly.
- 23:43And then viewers walking, sorry, choosing to watch us today.
- 23:48Yeah. You're a good looking dog.
- 23:50You're like a Husky. I am actually very Husky in
- 23:55France. Yeah, you're like a like, you're
- 23:56like a sex. Downstairs trying to make up for
- 23:58it now. I think since we're talking
- 24:00about, eh, the whole sex thing, I'm like, maybe we should do it
- 24:03soon. Maybe I'll pencil.
- 24:05In. In.
- 24:06See. In six weeks, Yeah.
- 24:07Six weeks. So, umm, what were we talking
- 24:12about there? I flipped the lid.
- 24:14Yes I do. Umm.
- 24:17I flipped the lid quite a bit because.
- 24:21Not my lid, not flipping my lid. Life and work loud gets to me,
- 24:27and torridness gets me. I'm getting older as well.
- 24:30It's all that kind of stuff, you know what I mean?
- 24:35It's just like one thing after another kind of thing, you know?
- 24:38But you look, as far as everyone's concerned, I do
- 24:41nothing. Sorry.
- 24:43That's right, Bab, you do nothing.
- 24:45Found me. Yeah, anyway, Terry flips the
- 24:50lid, but Perry Menopause Erin enters the group chat.
- 24:57What group chat? Not my group chat, it's.
- 24:59Your group chat, So usually Erin can be good calm and blue Mars.
- 25:06Terry, just let them go along. It's OK.
- 25:08Yeah, yeah, yeah. But sometimes when the rage
- 25:10kicks in, I'm like, I'm going to meet you here.
- 25:12Yeah. And every time I meet you, every
- 25:15time you meet me at this level, I'm going to meet you back.
- 25:18And there's been a few hairy moments where like Terry will be
- 25:22like, he's flipping the lid and I'm meeting this energy and it's
- 25:26going up and up and up. And he's like, there's something
- 25:29wrong with you. You're.
- 25:30And I'm like, yes, there is. It's called I don't give up
- 25:36menopause anymore. Yeah.
- 25:38So every time you meet me with this energy, you're going to get
- 25:42it back. And that's why I like menopause.
- 25:46I hate everything else about it. It's best the except the spicy
- 25:50drying up area. What makes it more tingly?
- 25:53I like that part and I like the fact that I don't give a 0 shits
- 25:59and I will say stuff back to you that usually my oestrogen would
- 26:03go. Keep the peace, be a nice
- 26:06person. Right.
- 26:07OK, great. Thank you very much for that
- 26:09rant. Get back to the comments.
- 26:11I think like twice a week at least and I'm 50.
- 26:17You're 50. No, the lady's 50I.
- 26:20Was gonna say since when are you 50?
- 26:22It it has to be what suits both of you, but you have to make
- 26:26time for. It depends on what you expect.
- 26:30Also, actually this is what I think men don't understand and
- 26:36we spoke about it before on our podcast.
- 26:38Here we go again. Foreplay.
- 26:41Foreplay is so important in a different way, so OK.
- 26:47Why are we going to categorize this podcast?
- 26:50Sex and menopause. It's going to be annoying.
- 26:53It's like watershed on this. It should be so OK.
- 26:59Why do we feel as women or like the statistics would be like to
- 27:04keep a marriage healthy you should be having X amount of sex
- 27:09a week. I actually don't know what the
- 27:10statistics is. Does anybody know it?
- 27:13Does anyone know that that statistic is 8?
- 27:18You wish. You wish pal.
- 27:21Wouldn't. Be the case, will you stop?
- 27:22Will you let's just say once a week, right?
- 27:25It's not, but we'll just. We'll say twice.
- 27:27Twice a week, OK, And women feel that pressure to have sex for
- 27:34their men because we know you're grumpy.
- 27:36You're a moany shit if you don't get Dex.
- 27:39Actually make me laugh. The way you go on with that, you
- 27:42know, women feel like, what did you just say there?
- 27:45We feel like we have to, you know?
- 27:46Keep you happy. Some women are more into sex
- 27:49than that men are. We don't talk about them women
- 27:53because. Well, I'm serious.
- 27:55We don't talk about them women. Which we're we're running an
- 27:58objective show. We're looking at all angles of
- 28:00this subject some. Yeah.
- 28:02Some. Some women are like that.
- 28:05I'm not saying all, I'm saying some.
- 28:07Some of them women, are in our group, my group, my group of
- 28:10friends. But we're not talking to even
- 28:13address your group. But we tell them never ever
- 28:16admit that to anybody in case the husbands find out.
- 28:20OK, so as far as all of the husbands are aware, we don't
- 28:25like having sex that often. It's great when it happens, but
- 28:29you know, get into it. I.
- 28:30Think we should rename this episode?
- 28:37Terry doesn't get it. Erin hates man.
- 28:41I love men. Erin hates man.
- 28:45Why do you think I hate men? This is about sex.
- 28:50So what I'm saying is, is right. You're not listening to my point
- 28:55and I. Actually am listening to your
- 28:57point but I'm zoning out. You're definitely not getting it
- 29:00now tonight. So it wasn't getting it anyway.
- 29:03If oh, you could have. I would not.
- 29:06Not unless you were going to come into the bleeding town
- 29:08there and meet me somewhere. OK, so.
- 29:11Excuse me? What I'm saying is, is it's
- 29:14healthy to have the statistics twice a week.
- 29:18OK, made it up. I don't know, but what is the
- 29:21statistics for what women want us for play?
- 29:24My love language is affection is cuddles is nicety.
- 29:32That makes me sorry, I'm yawning.
- 29:35See, that makes me want to actually do things with you and
- 29:41yawning. So like that's what I mean.
- 29:44You're like straight in there, like Lou, but you just called it
- 29:51KY. Jelly isn't what it is.
- 29:53That was a joke. Menopause has actually.
- 29:57Menopause has actually given Aaron the ability to knock out a
- 30:04joke when it's actually said. Wasn't a funny though.
- 30:08Wasn't meant to be that funny. I'm not Kevin Hart.
- 30:12He's smiling at me, by the way. Are you sure about that, Tiny
- 30:17Jerry? Well, he is in height anyway,
- 30:19don't know about anything else. So tell me, what is your idea of
- 30:24what do you think is healthy for sex for for a relationship?
- 30:29Yeah. I'm going to be straight up with
- 30:31you. Yeah.
- 30:31From where I'm at right now in my personal life.
- 30:34Yeah, right. Once every two weeks.
- 30:37I'm good with that. That's.
- 30:38Fair. Because I have to be honest with
- 30:40you, sex is not on my priority anymore.
- 30:42That's not really. And you know what?
- 30:44I'm kind of proud of that. You're proud that you only have
- 30:47sex with your wife to everything.
- 30:48We've got to do with you. It's not got to do with you.
- 30:51I love you and I'm attracted to you, but like, I'm happy just to
- 30:55look at you. I like.
- 30:59It's I just don't have the energy for sex anymore.
- 31:01So basically you have sex with me in your mind.
- 31:05That's not what you said. I just tell them I love the fact
- 31:08that you're a beautiful looking and I have a beautiful looking
- 31:11wife. Can you not just say you had sex
- 31:13with me in your mind? You're walking by the hit by me
- 31:15in the gaff. I'll look at you and go, Oh
- 31:17yeah, right. But like.
- 31:20The actual. The actual act of oh Jesus
- 31:23Christ, now there we have now I have to do pretty much a fucking
- 31:27hit class now for 10 minutes. I'd be literally need a fuck,
- 31:31need a fucking nebulizer after, you know, so that's the.
- 31:36Price we're so. Old.
- 31:38That's why I'm saying once every two weeks is fine with me.
- 31:42We. Had a great honeymoon.
- 31:46We had a great honeymoon. Just so you know, we had a.
- 31:49Great. No friends.
- 31:50We did that a great, to be quite honest with you.
- 31:53I've gone. You're gonna laugh at this,
- 31:54right? No, don't give them too much
- 31:56information. I've.
- 31:57Gone right, But I swear to God, I think the honeymoon.
- 32:02Yeah, I literally. Left it all there.
- 32:05I left it there. I left me drive in Mauritius
- 32:10because I was just like, we were just like, so into each other.
- 32:14We were just like, no, I'm not saying that we're not into each
- 32:18other, but the actual energy, the drive, the whole, you know,
- 32:23it was just like, it's probably because we were doing, we have
- 32:27our lives here as well. And so and.
- 32:29We did. We weren't doing that bar.
- 32:31We're going out to line a desert island and then come on, let's
- 32:34go quick, grab a head in the head, like drag you into the you
- 32:37know, you know yourself. I think as well, like we've
- 32:41often like sat there and be like, I really want to have sex
- 32:44with you. I really do.
- 32:45But like, let's just sit here and just like, yeah, relax.
- 32:50Let's hear let's just sit here and scroll on our phones.
- 32:53I'll watch television like it's not that we don't.
- 32:56Yeah, that's. Good to do like that.
- 32:57Yeah. But you see that that's where,
- 33:00that's where. And this is a very important
- 33:01thing. And I'm, I'm not joking when I
- 33:03say this. OK, that's where as well.
- 33:07Companionship now becomes part of the whole thing.
- 33:10But I do think it's important because I do think it builds you
- 33:13together and that goes back to foreplay.
- 33:15Why do you talk about sex? Yes, you also need to do things
- 33:19together because date nights feel like an effort, like doing
- 33:23things together feels like. So not only does sex feel like
- 33:27that when you've so many eve. Kids, my life feels like one big
- 33:32effort. Yeah, and and and and that can
- 33:35transcend into anger and. That's what transferred me
- 33:40anger. Fucking stupid bleeding things
- 33:42piss me off. Tell me.
- 33:45Like what? Like finding dog shit in places
- 33:49where it shouldn't be. We have a puppy.
- 33:51Whose idea was that? Yours.
- 33:53Who walks it? Me.
- 33:55See, we got a puppy. Luckily I've tried.
- 33:59Luckily I've tried to pack the puppy day to actually walk
- 34:02itself without delayed. Erin gets ideas that but do you
- 34:06love the puppy? I use a grand little fella, but
- 34:09Jesus, like, if you ever want to know how to make your life busy
- 34:16and stressful and hard, Erin, those courses, yeah, she does
- 34:24courses. She will give you a master's
- 34:25degree in it. So just hook her up on her
- 34:29e-mail or her Instagram, whatever way you want to do it.
- 34:32You will not be surprised or you will not be disappointed.
- 34:36So that is the end of our, I don't know what episode that
- 34:41was. We talked about sex and men.
- 34:43We talked. About my my end of things, about
- 34:45your are we talking about was your menopause?
- 34:48OK, it's not the end then. Come on, give it to us what you
- 34:51want to talk about, Hun. Men go through hormone changes,
- 34:55too, and I'm going to be straight up Jay.
- 35:02You better hope, yeah, that I don't find my own sweet spot in
- 35:06my libido because I've been chasing around.
- 35:08I'll be chasing around the house like Benny Hill.
- 35:10Yeah. So hold on, tell me, what is the
- 35:15change as you go through? What happens is you just.
- 35:19It does not become a priority in your mind anymore.
- 35:22You don't particularly. You're just like.
- 35:28So you're talking about sexy time?
- 35:29You're libido like it's just like what?
- 35:34What? And that's the thing for men.
- 35:36And that is why men go for TRT. I'm going to be open and say it.
- 35:41I I'm I'm going through a process at the moment.
- 35:44TRT is testosterone. Going through TRT, I'm not going
- 35:47to lie about it, but I'm I'm still at a point where I'm on a
- 35:53baseline where I have to get my Bloodstone now in June again and
- 35:58discover what my actual numbers are naturally, because they
- 36:02should be for a man of my age. And most men around the tour 27
- 36:07to 31 count right now. A lot of people who go to the
- 36:12gym end up with numbers absolutely triple that, right.
- 36:16Or people who don't go to the gym can end up with numbers that
- 36:20are actually half that, right? And that's not good, right?
- 36:24So it's to find a sweet spot, as we say.
- 36:27Yeah. So in order to do that, you have
- 36:30to go down to a baseline. But it's all all to do with
- 36:33blood work. You must get blood work done.
- 36:36If you're shooting blind with that kind of thing, you are
- 36:39literally risking your life. Yeah.
- 36:41So also umm, you discovered too much testosterone in males
- 36:47actually. Has a reverse effect.
- 36:48Opposite and then you become like it's an.
- 36:50Easter well I well look, we don't mind talking about this
- 36:53right? OK, I don't mind anyway, because
- 36:55it's my issue. I I'm a gym goer.
- 36:58I love the gym for my sanity and for my health, blah blah blah
- 37:02blah blah longevity, all that kind of crap we've talked about
- 37:05before. And so I did, for a time, use a
- 37:11testosterone blind shooting, right?
- 37:15Blind means basically he had no bloodstone.
- 37:18Basically, I was self diagnosis Dr. Yeah of TRT and it started
- 37:25off great. For the first year.
- 37:29I was like Superman going around the place, right?
- 37:32And what happened man, when I went to the legitimate Dr. which
- 37:37he has me on the baseline now and he said to me, I bet you
- 37:41felt great. He said for the first year and
- 37:43after that, then he says it just you just went downhill.
- 37:47He says because what happens is when there's an overload, he
- 37:50says it has to reverse effect. You start bloating, you start
- 37:53feeling fatigued, and you can't even drag yourself to the gym.
- 37:57Do you get man boobs? You can do, but I never did.
- 38:00I never did. I was lucky.
- 38:02I was lucky. I never got on like that.
- 38:04Ball around, see around the waistline and this, this.
- 38:07And that's from. Too much.
- 38:09Too much, yes. And I won't even tell you what
- 38:11my numbers were when I was tested.
- 38:13It was actually staggering. Staggering.
- 38:17No, I'm going to ask another question, OK?
- 38:20And I actually, I'm a bit embarrassed about this episode
- 38:22because I'm a bit of a prude, like, and I'm sitting here
- 38:24talking about this like I'm going to tell you.
- 38:25What to use? Think you approved the way
- 38:27you're going? On I know, but I actually really
- 38:28am. So what happens to men, right?
- 38:31Because like, obviously I talked about the women's end, the thing
- 38:34you hear about men taking that light blue tablet thing.
- 38:38Yeah, no, I know you don't. But why does that happen to men?
- 38:42Why does it stop working when they get older?
- 38:44I will say this. No, seriously, why?
- 38:46But there is. Yeah, man, the guy, the lad in
- 38:50in the doctor in talented, legitimate lad.
- 38:55He did actually prescribe me stuff for that kind of thing.
- 38:58Yeah, but that's. Not for you actually walking on
- 39:01me, but. You don't need it.
- 39:03But I've no libido. Yeah.
- 39:06Because it's the because I'm on a baseline.
- 39:09No, but I I'm not talking about libido.
- 39:11I'm talking about when men get a little bit older and their
- 39:14little thingy or big thingy stops walking.
- 39:17Why? Why does it stop walking?
- 39:19Yeah, I think it's hard to do with blood flow.
- 39:22So real stuffs flowing down there.
- 39:24Well, I think the older, I think, I think the all, I think
- 39:28just just Terry's theory again, it's not a fact, right?
- 39:31Terry's theory is not a fact, by the way.
- 39:33It's just an opinion, right? I believe it's blood flow,
- 39:36right? And the all that we get, our
- 39:39blood does not flow as freely as it should in every part of our
- 39:43body. And I believe that's included
- 39:45in. Can we actually have a real
- 39:47life? You know which you know we need
- 39:49to get. You know we need to get.
- 39:51Give me a Google please answer to why men's bits don't walk
- 39:56anymore when they reach a. Certain age need to get like
- 39:59what Joe Rogan has the Google screen so we can talk about it
- 40:05and go, well, there you go, there's the fact.
- 40:08Why men's willies stop walking when they reach a certain age?
- 40:12Can I have a fact the next episode?
- 40:17OK. So it's going to be a 2 parter.
- 40:20We're going to talk about Willy's on the next episode.
- 40:24Right. So we're going to have another
- 40:26because this was so enlightening and really detailed a lot in it.
- 40:32We're going to actually have another episode on Andropause,
- 40:38which is the male version of menopause right now.
- 40:42Before I carry on with the show, can we just take a minute here
- 40:45to just realise that I have joined the Croc Club?
- 40:50Look at that bad boys. They are as comfortable as any
- 40:54runner you'll wear. Yeah, he's definitely getting
- 40:57sex with them Crocs on. Honestly, but he was how I want
- 41:01it. Good, because you ain't getting
- 41:03it with them. Like these feel like Oh my.
- 41:07God, we are so old. You're wearing Crocs.
- 41:10We're talking about menopause and men.
- 41:13We want you to town. At my time, yeah.
- 41:15And I've seen young people in their 20s, funky trendy people
- 41:18wearing Crocs like this. We will leave it there, folks.
- 41:22Folks, until next time, please keep the comments coming.
- 41:26Any suggestions? Anything like that?
- 41:29Listen, we talk a lot, but ultimately we all know love
- 41:33needs, not words. We'll see you next time.
