Speaker 1: My name is Craig Way. I do thank you very
• 0:09
Speaker 1: much for joining us.
• 0:10
Speaker 2: And us of course, also applies to the producer of
• 0:15
Speaker 2: this program, and that would be Cameron D.
• 0:18
Speaker 1: Parker. The D on the birth certificate.
• 0:20
Speaker 2: Stands for Dallas as in his favorite NFL team. I
• 0:26
Speaker 2: say favorite because I almost have to say a tongue
• 0:29
Speaker 2: in cheek because he refuses to watch him because he's
• 0:31
Speaker 2: been so discussed with such a conflicted world you have
• 0:34
Speaker 2: on that where it's you know, your heart's desire team
• 0:40
Speaker 2: and you can't bring yourself to watch them because you're
• 0:43
Speaker 2: so angry with them for being not good or only
• 0:48
Speaker 2: good enough to break your heart on a regular basis, and.
• 0:51
Speaker 3: You're just tired of having your heart broken on a
• 0:53
Speaker 3: regular basis. Is that how I'm reading this. There's no
• 0:55
Speaker 3: confliction at all, Craig. I'm enjoying life right now. I'm
• 0:59
Speaker 3: able to enjoy myself Thursday's Mondays whenever they play. Don't
• 1:03
Speaker 3: really care when they play. You know, I have my
• 1:05
Speaker 3: Carolina Panther friends who are living and dying with Andy
• 1:08
Speaker 3: Dalton springing his thumb in a car accident. It means
• 1:10
Speaker 3: Bryce Young is back. Bryce Young coming back. You know,
• 1:13
Speaker 3: their mental health is in the gutter. I'm chilling, man,
• 1:16
Speaker 3: I'm chilling. I'm enjoying life. You know, we got the
• 1:18
Speaker 3: number five team in the country right now in Texas football,
• 1:22
Speaker 3: we got basketball coming back, the sun and out.
• 1:25
Speaker 1: It's a great time to be alive.
• 1:27
Speaker 3: Right Well, I mean, what would happen to you if
• 1:29
Speaker 3: like the Oklahoma City Thunder started, you know, just cratering
• 1:33
Speaker 3: like the Cowboys and had bad ownership, And well, we
• 1:37
Speaker 3: have Sam Presty, who I think is the best gym
• 1:39
  Speaker 3: in in basketball.
• 1:41
  Speaker 1: He's good.
• 1:41
Speaker 3: Dallas Cowboys have Jerry Jones and Stephen Jones, and Jerry's
• 1:47
Speaker 3: more consumed with trying to figure out how they charge
• 1:50
Speaker 3: ninety dollars for his tour AI tour at the Star
• 1:54
Speaker 3: firstus trying to figure out why the Dallas Cowboys had
• 1:57
Speaker 3: the worst rushing offense in the National Football League.
• 2:00
Speaker 2: But you can we talked about this yesterday on the show.
• 2:04
Speaker 2: You can spend ninety dollars for a tour of the
• 2:06
Speaker 2: Star in Frisco where you actually have an AI experience
• 2:09
Speaker 2: with the AI Jerry.
• 2:11
Speaker 3: Or you can just throw your money into the trash can.
• 2:14
Speaker 3: It's forty dollars for the basic tour.
• 2:17
Speaker 2: I think it's what seventy dollars to get that that
• 2:21
Speaker 2: VIP package where you would get the letter of authentach
• 2:25
Speaker 2: authentication as a Cowboys fan from Jerry, so you can
• 2:28
Speaker 2: put that in a frame, use it as a toilet paper.
• 2:32
Speaker 2: And then the ninety dollars with the AI where you
• 2:34
Speaker 2: get to ask Jerry question. You could ask Ai, Jerry,
• 2:37
Speaker 2: why didn't you go after Derrek Henry and he can
• 2:40
Speaker 2: say I'm not gonna hypathetical with you could do that
• 2:43
Speaker 2: being tried. Yeah, that's right. So anyway, Okay, I get it,
• 2:48
Speaker 2: I understand, I understand, and you're just kind of sailing along.
• 2:52
Speaker 2: It's gonna be a weird re indoctrination for you. If
• 2:54
Speaker 2: the Cowboys get good, though.
• 2:56
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 2:57
Speaker 3: It's not looking good. It's not looking good. Well, that's true.
• 3:00
Speaker 3: We'll see how they do this weekend in San Francisco.
• 3:03
Speaker 3: There is Thursday night football tonight. The team I have
• 3:08
Speaker 3: so unfortunately, you know, shackled to the Los Angeles Rans
• 3:12
Speaker 3: to play the Minnesota Vikings.
• 3:14
  Speaker 1: So we'll see.
• 3:15
Speaker 3: We're not treating Matt Stafford and Cooper Cup as of
• 3:18
Speaker 3: two o four pm Central Time.
• 3:19
Speaker 1: I'm happy about that. I'm happy about ye.
• 3:21
Speaker 2: That would be all on talk about gutting the team.
• 3:25
Speaker 1: If you do that, yeah, fall on rebuild.
• 3:27
Speaker 3: Then you know, does that means Seann mcfay is going
• 3:29
Speaker 3: to go somewhere else because I don't think he wants
• 3:31
  Speaker 3: to sit.
• 3:31
Speaker 1: Through a right rebuild, a total rebuild as well.
• 3:34
Speaker 3: So anyway they play tonight, it's a big high school
• 3:36
Speaker 3: game tonight, vist Ridge and Mayne are playing, and Roger
• 3:41
Speaker 3: Wallace and Keith Morland calling that along with Noah Gross
• 3:45
  Speaker 3: and that's on kbv O.
• 3:46
Speaker 1: That's their big game of the week because there could.
• 3:50
Speaker 2: Be all kinds of chaos for playoff spots in twenty
• 3:53
Speaker 2: five six A if Maynor were to pull the surprise,
• 3:57
Speaker 2: uh and they've been tie breakers, get in all that
• 4:00
Speaker 2: kind of stuff. If Vista wins, though, it's it's they
• 4:04
Speaker 2: are all but in the playoffs. In fact, they could
• 4:07
Speaker 2: even clinch a playoff spot if Vista Ridge wins tonight
• 4:09
Speaker 2: and then if say Westwood were to lose tomorrow, then
• 4:14
Speaker 2: then then I think they would be in because they
• 4:18
Speaker 2: would have an insurmountable lead before even having played Westwood
• 4:21
Speaker 2: and the Old the Tiebreakers on McNeil and see the Ridge,
• 4:24
Speaker 2: and would on Manor and Stony Point.
• 4:27
Speaker 3: Nice to have with three weeks ago in the season. Yeah,
• 4:29
Speaker 3: if you're spotlight, Yeah if if it happens that way.
• 4:32
Speaker 3: But but Mayner has shown some spunk and fight in
• 4:35
Speaker 3: some games, so we'll see how that goes. So there's
• 4:37
Speaker 3: a big game that there's NBA tonight toward that in
• 4:43
Speaker 3: the Spurs open their season in Dallas against the Mavericks.
• 4:46
Speaker 3: Bill Shooning, our good friend, my longtime broadcast partner and
• 4:49
Speaker 3: co host of the program here will join us coming
• 4:52
Speaker 3: up in a few minutes to talk about this this
• 4:56
Speaker 3: wemb two point zero version of the Spurs, and that
• 5:01
  Speaker 3: includes Chris Paul.
• 5:02
Speaker 2: So we'll visit with Bill Shooning. He'll join us from Dallas,
• 5:06
Speaker 2: coming up in a few minutes. So the first full
• 5:10
Speaker 2: lawn evening of NBA action took place last night after
• 5:14
Speaker 2: the Tuesday night games of Lakers, timber.
• 5:17
  Speaker 1: Wolves and.
• 5:20
Speaker 2: The Celtics and the nick So there was a full variety.
• 5:24
Speaker 1: I mean, you don't have the NBA.
• 5:26
Speaker 3: League Pass yet, right, did not, but you know, ESPNTO
• 5:29
Speaker 3: two games going on. I was following through Twitter on
• 5:32
Speaker 3: the other games and got to see the Suns Clippers
• 5:34
Speaker 3: and Katie knocking down Man such a tough jumper to
• 5:37
Speaker 3: tie it up and sent it in the overtime where
• 5:40
Speaker 3: they pulled it out, and it was cool seeing the endo.
• 5:42
Speaker 3: It don't Greg, I don't know if you saw it.
• 5:44
Speaker 3: Early fourth quarter, Katie had had two shots of the
• 5:48
Speaker 3: pre throw line in that new like wall behind behind
• 5:53
Speaker 3: the basket, you know, and they were going crazy. And Katie,
• 5:56
Speaker 3: who was a good three throw shooter, you know, he's
• 5:58
Speaker 3: part of the fifty to forty ninety club. Him and
• 6:00
Speaker 3: Larry bird A one time in his career, missed both
• 6:03
Speaker 3: and he said postgame, you know, yeah, it's crazy. It's
• 6:06
Speaker 3: gonna give a lot of opposing team trouble. It's cool
• 6:09
Speaker 3: to see a professional basketball team because you know, let's
• 6:13
Speaker 3: see it with new basketball arenas like Moody where you know,
• 6:16
Speaker 3: they're the sign for for college basketball and other things.
• 6:19
Speaker 3: But most professional new stadiums, right, Craig, they're they're just
• 6:22
Speaker 3: signed as entertainment venues. That's correct, because the stadium, Yeah,
• 6:26
Speaker 3: so far allegiate, those aren't, you know? They don't really
• 6:29
Speaker 3: scream out home field advantage, but Steve Balmer obviously into it.
• 6:33
Speaker 1: Dome is gonna, you know, have concerts.
• 6:35
Speaker 3: But he also made it so it's going to create
• 6:37
Speaker 3: a home court advantage, and I like seeing that from
• 6:39
  Speaker 3: an NBA team.
• 6:40
Speaker 2: He looked he viewed that as being the next piece
• 6:42
Speaker 2: to try to get the Clippers over the top. Also
• 6:46
Speaker 2: this morning, Steve Sarkishan had his weekly Thursday media Zoom session.
• 6:50
Speaker 2: That's the final media avail with Sark and we'll hear
• 6:57
Speaker 2: comments from that. Of course, we had long worn weekly
• 7:00
Speaker 2: with coach sark. Last night out at Pluckers, we recorded
• 7:02
Speaker 2: that show. It will air tonight at seven o'clock here
