- 0:56SPEAKER_01: My mom does it all the time.
- 0:58SPEAKER_02: Would you ask your mom to make me a batch?
- 1:00SPEAKER_02: I haven't had some in years.
- 1:01SPEAKER_02: Yes, because she always says to me, Can't you call my ex-wife and be like, hey, can you make some haloopkies?
- 1:05SPEAKER_02: Do you want me to freeze you some stuffed cabbage?
- 1:08SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 1:08SPEAKER_02: No.
- 1:09SPEAKER_02: Yes, I do.
- 1:09SPEAKER_02: Please do.
- 1:10SPEAKER_02: I'm asking you to do that.
- 1:11SPEAKER_02: Does she do it with the Polish sausage?
- 1:13SPEAKER_01: I don't know what she does because I can add that later.
- 1:15SPEAKER_02: Can you just, yeah, would you please do it?
- 1:17SPEAKER_02: Because it's a process.
- 1:17SPEAKER_02: So in Cleveland, you have, you know, stuffed cabbage is a big one.
- 1:21SPEAKER_02: So you would just mention how Zach was up with his buddies up at the track last weekend.
- 1:25SPEAKER_02: And they do it right.
- 1:26SPEAKER_02: They do camping good.
- 1:27SPEAKER_02: They bring the smoker, they bring the salads.
- 1:29SPEAKER_02: Oh.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: And then this mac salad.
- 1:32SPEAKER_01: This mac salad didn't hit home for me.
- 1:34SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: Peas, carrots, celery, onions, tuna?
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 1:39SPEAKER_02: It is such a buffalo thing.
- 1:42SPEAKER_02: This is a is it is his friend from Buffalo area?
- 1:45SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 1:46SPEAKER_02: But I'm gonna bet you money he is.

- 1:56SPEAKER_02: They also went to the races.
- 1:58SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 1:58SPEAKER_02: He was talking about coming back and helping me get some trees down because he's had experience with that.
- 2:03SPEAKER_02: And no disrespect.
- 2:04SPEAKER_02: I don't want to pay a tree company$4,500.
- 2:07SPEAKER_02: He's like, give me a grand and let me stay the weekend and we'll get the lift and do it.
- 2:12SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, and he goes, I got the chainsaws and everything.
- 2:14SPEAKER_02: I'm like, you sure you want to do this?
- 2:16SPEAKER_02: He goes, I've done it before.
- 2:17SPEAKER_02: It's nothing.
- 2:18SPEAKER_02: I'll do it.
- 2:18SPEAKER_02: I'm like, okay.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: You need any trees cut back, Allie?
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: I do not, but just make sure it doesn't hit your neighbor's house.
- 2:26SPEAKER_02: Yeah, well, that's actually one of the things we're gonna do is make sure to cut a couple branches that are beginning to inch over.
- 2:32SPEAKER_02: When I say inch over, I'm like they're hanging over their chimney.
- 2:35SPEAKER_02: It's a canopy.
- 2:36SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 2:36SPEAKER_02: So at any rate, he was telling me, he goes, Yeah, we could cook dinner one night.
- 2:40SPEAKER_02: We could do Cheveta's chicken.
- 2:41SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah.
- 2:42SPEAKER_02: Huge buffalo thing.
- 2:43SPEAKER_02: And we could do uh we could do, you know, tuna mac salad.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: The salads.
- 2:48SPEAKER_02: And he goes, Heather makes one of those salads.
- 2:50SPEAKER_02: I was born and raised on this.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: Get the heck out of here.
- 2:53SPEAKER_02: Did you try it?
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: Oh, I did.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: I tried a couple, because I thought, what is that?
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: And then I asked if it was tuna, and he said yes.
- 3:00SPEAKER_02: So they put the protein in it.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then I took a couple bites and I just uh no thank you.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: And I love like I love tuna noodle casserole.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: I I eat tuna here every freaking day.
- 3:10SPEAKER_01: Was the tuna wet enough?
- 3:13SPEAKER_01: It was a very wet salad.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: It was a very yes, yes.
- 3:15SPEAKER_02: Because it should be a very wet salad.
- 3:17SPEAKER_02: Maybe it was too wet.
- 3:18SPEAKER_02: Did they put dill in it?
- 3:19SPEAKER_02: Enough dill?
- 3:20SPEAKER_02: No.
- 3:21SPEAKER_02: Oh, but that's where it's gonna change it for you.
- 3:23SPEAKER_02: This is the most buffalo salad you will ever have is tuna in your macaroni salad.
- 3:29SPEAKER_02: Now it's not a pasta salad.
- 3:30SPEAKER_02: This is I just I'm a traditionalist.
- 3:32SPEAKER_02: It's the creamy Well, that is the tradition of the anybody else, please text us if you're actually listening still.

- 3:44SPEAKER_02: Or have you all checked out?
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: Wait, we do have one.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: If you ever put peas in macaroni salad, you will never be invited to the cookout again.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: No, I'm telling you.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: This is thank you so much, 9927.
- 3:53SPEAKER_02: It has to have the tuna.
- 3:55SPEAKER_02: That's why.
- 3:56SPEAKER_02: See what it is.
- 3:57SPEAKER_02: It's a cold tuna, it's a cold um tuna casserole, essentially.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: No.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: Here's what I equate this to.
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: Yes, I understand what you're saying, but I love tuna noodle casserole.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: But here's what I what I equate it to.
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: It's the same as when people put bananas and fruit salad.
- 4:12SPEAKER_01: It takes over the entire taste.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: Same with this.
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: The tuna just was the leading it was the stars the point.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: No, it was the star of the show, and I didn't like the star.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I love it.
- 4:23SPEAKER_01: It's like me watching, it's actually it's like it's like Scott watching a Jack Black movie.
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: Get out of here.
- 4:28SPEAKER_02: Oh, I mean, that's a harsh twist.
- 4:31SPEAKER_02: Well, that's the star of the show that you don't like.
- 4:33SPEAKER_02: Yes or no?
- 4:34SPEAKER_02: Have you ever had tuna noodle casserole?
- 4:36SPEAKER_02: Well, it's not tuna noodle casserole.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: Um have you ever had mac salad with tuna in it?
- 4:42SPEAKER_02: Uh yeah, that's what I want to know.
- 4:44SPEAKER_02: It's a buffalo tradition.
- 4:45SPEAKER_02: What is this?
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: I think the thing is why you like it is because you were raised with it.
- 4:48SPEAKER_02: Yes, yeah, well, well, I was gonna say.
- 4:51SPEAKER_02: I was not.
- 4:52SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, you weren't.
- 4:53SPEAKER_02: All right, I have to play this for you.
- 4:54SPEAKER_02: So this all started where I was asking, because your dad's on a GLP one.
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: Has he has he noticed, has he like an AC and stuff?
- 5:03SPEAKER_02: Does he get colder easier?
- 5:05SPEAKER_02: Because he's lost a significant amount of insulation.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: Oh, my dad's probably lost over 50 pounds.
- 5:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, so I'll ask him today.
- 5:12SPEAKER_02: He's a lean, mean, you know, mark machine.
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: And uh and that's like how we said the exact same thing.
- 5:19SPEAKER_02: And and I asked this because Gavin does the same thing that this mother pointed out about her kid on TikTok.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: And it is 101 degrees outside.
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: Why are you wearing a hoodie?
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: Why do you care what I wear, bro?
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: Just comfortable, mom.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: I bet you ain't too comfortable because I know you're sweating.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: You're out here smelling like onions and perfume because you're out here wanting to wear a hoodie in 101 degree weather.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: Oh, what?
- 5:47SPEAKER_01: I don't get it because I yesterday, I'm you, I mean I told you a second ago, am literally standing over top of the AC just to get the AC up into my nether regions.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't I want to wear as little clothes as possible.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: I'm to the point I come home, I take my clothes off, and I just starfish on the bed.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: I'm dying.
- 6:06SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, the mental image.
- 6:09SPEAKER_02: Back to the tuna in the casserole.
