- 2:51Speaker 1: know how much it helps. Now, before we head to
- 2:57Speaker 1: Iowa for ours today, I wanted to share that we
- 3:02Speaker 1: do not have any new Amber alerts, but the Amber
- 3:06Speaker 1: alerts for Alan Fisher and his sister Rachelle Fisher out
- 3:11Speaker 1: of Idaho is still active. They are both still needing
- 3:15Speaker 1: to be found as of today. Alan is age thirteen,
- 3:20Speaker 1: Rachelle is age fifteen. They were both last seen in Montview,
- 3:24Speaker 1: Idaho on June twenty second, twenty twenty five. Now there
- 3:30Speaker 1: is reason to suspect that they are headed to Utah,
- 3:33Speaker 1: but we do not know how they were planning on
- 3:37Speaker 1: getting there. Okay, Now we are headed to Iowa today. Now,
- 3:44Speaker 1: if you don't know a lot about Iowa is admitted
- 3:46Speaker 1: with midwestern state known for its amazing rolling farmland, small
- 3:52Speaker 1: town and strong agriculture routes. Now it's often called the
- 3:58Speaker 1: Hawkeye Estate. I don't know if that that's how it's
- 4:00Speaker 1: said everywhere, but I know in Texas I always hear, oh, yeah,
- 4:03Speaker 1: the Hawkeye Estate, and I'm like, oh, Iowa. So it
- 4:07Speaker 1: sits between the Mississippi and Missouri rivers, and it is
- 4:11Speaker 1: a major producer of corn, soybeans, pork, and eggs for
- 4:15Speaker 1: the US, all very important things for all of us. Okay, now, guys.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Despite its large rural landscape, Iowa was home to vibrant communities.
- 4:25Speaker 1: You got De Moines, you got Cedar Rapids, Davenport and
- 4:29Speaker 1: Sioux City, and a lot of close knit smaller cities
- 4:33Speaker 1: such as Mason City. Now, guys, the state is known
- 4:37Speaker 1: for its quiet communities and strong sense of local local connection,
- 4:43Speaker 1: which makes cases involving missing persons especially impactful. Okay, as
- 4:49Speaker 1: families in entire towns search for answers together, I mean, sya,
- 4:55Speaker 1: it should be. As of today, there are one hundred
- 5:00Speaker 1: an eleven active missing person cases. Okay, not a lot
- 5:06Speaker 1: compared to some, but still a lot. Okay, still a lot. Now,
- 5:13Speaker 1: this first case today, I could not find a lot
- 5:16Speaker 1: of information on and that doesn't make it less important,
- 5:20Speaker 1: and in fact, to me, it believes makes me believe
- 5:24Speaker 1: we need to talk about it and share it even more. Okay.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Malik was twenty four years old when he vanished. He
- 5:31Speaker 1: has been missing since July fourth, twenty twenty three, and
- 5:35Speaker 1: his last known place that he was to be with Sydney,
- 5:39Speaker 1: which is in Fremont County, Iowa. Since that day, no
- 5:44Speaker 1: one has heard from him. Okay. Malik is described as
- 5:48Speaker 1: a blackmail approximately six four inches tall and around one
- 5:54Speaker 1: hundred and seventy five pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
- 5:57Speaker 1: At the time last contest act, he was twenty four
- 6:01Speaker 1: years old. Now, guys, I just noticed this because I
- 6:05Speaker 1: did not put the pictures together. He is wearing a
- 6:07Speaker 1: Houston Astros ball cap, which is my birthplace. Okay. Now,
- 6:13Speaker 1: for the people who know and love him, the silence
- 6:17Speaker 1: has been devastating and it continues to be devastating the
- 6:22Speaker 1: family and the friends say that Malik's disappearance is completely
- 6:26Speaker 1: out of character. Okay. He normally stayed in close touch
- 6:31Speaker 1: with peep, you know, those that he loved, which is
- 6:34Speaker 1: why when the sudden lack of communication happened, it cast
- 6:39Speaker 1: serious concern for his safety and well being. Some information
- 6:44Speaker 1: shared within the community suggests that the leak may have
- 6:47Speaker 1: been traveling or planning to return to San Diego, but
- 6:53Speaker 1: communications stopped before he ever arrived. Since that time, there
- 6:57Speaker 1: have been no confirmed sightings in know updates about where
- 7:02Speaker 1: he might be. Malik's case remains active and his loved
- 7:07Speaker 1: ones continue to search for answers. They are asking the
- 7:11Speaker 1: public to help spread awareness because sometimes it only takes
- 7:15Speaker 1: one person recognizing a face or guys remembering a small
- 7:20Speaker 1: detail to help move a case forward. If you believe
- 7:25Speaker 1: you have seen Malik Travell Kyle, or if you have
- 7:29Speaker 1: any information at all that could help, please contact the
- 7:33Speaker 1: Freemont County Sheriff's Office at seven one two three seven
- 7:37Speaker 1: four two six seven three And as always, guys, please
- 7:43Speaker 1: share Malik's story and his missing person poster that will
- 7:47Speaker 1: be located on our Middi Missing Facebook page and all
- 7:51Speaker 1: of Terry True Crimes social media page because the more
- 7:54Speaker 1: people who see his face, the greater the chance that
- 7:58Speaker 1: someone so where we'll see him and help bring him home.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Hey guys, if you know of someone, if you have
- 8:10Speaker 1: a loved one, or know of a case from your
- 8:11Speaker 1: area and you want us to cover it, please shoot

- 8:20Speaker 1: if you are a loved one and you want to

- 8:30Speaker 1: and don't want to come on live totally get it.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Please reach out to me. You can also reach out
- 8:35Speaker 1: in any of my dms. I will get back to you. Okay.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Now next up, and I am going to say, guys,
- 8:46Speaker 1: I had to sound out this because I want to
- 8:49Speaker 1: make sure I say it right. So. Jody Who's in Truth,
- 8:54Speaker 1: was twenty seven years old when she vanished from Mason City, Iowa.
- 8:59Speaker 1: She was the last seen on June twenty seventh, nineteen
- 9:02Speaker 1: ninety five, and her case has been classified as endangered
- 9:07Speaker 1: missing Okay. Jody is described as a white female, blonde hair.
- 9:14Speaker 1: I just now noticed that my microphone is way the
- 9:17Speaker 1: heck over here. Nobody's told me that they can't hear me,
- 9:21Speaker 1: so hopefully I've been able to hear me. Okay. Anyway,
- 9:24Speaker 1: She stood between five foot three and five foot four
- 9:28Speaker 1: inches tall. She weighed approximately one hundred and ten to
- 9:32Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty pounds. In nineteen ninety five, Jody
- 9:36Speaker 1: was working as an anchor and producer for KIMT TV
- 9:41Speaker 1: in Mason City. She was scheduled to report to work
- 9:45Speaker 1: at four a m. On the morning of June twenty seventh.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Thank you Buffy for letting me know. I realized my
- 9:51Speaker 1: microphone was way over there. Thank you, and good morning
- 9:55Speaker 1: to you. Now Jody had to be at workout like
- 9:59Speaker 1: I said, at four eight m. On the morning of
- 10:01Speaker 1: June twenty seventh, Holy bells, that's really around that time.
- 10:06Speaker 1: She spoke with a coworker at their station and said
- 10:09Speaker 1: she'd be arriving shortly from her home. Guys, she never arrived.
- 10:16Speaker 1: By seven am that morning, when Jodi still had not
- 10:19Speaker 1: checked in, her coworkers became concerned and contact authorities. Police
- 10:25Speaker 1: responded to her apartment complex, Key Apartments in Mason City.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Now in the parking lot near her red miata, investigators
- 10:34Speaker 1: found several of Jody's personal belongings scattered on the ground.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Items found included her red dress, shoes, a blow dryer,
- 10:45Speaker 1: bottle of hairspray, earrings, and her car keys. Okay, the
- 10:50Speaker 1: vehicle itself was accounted for. Inside her apartment, investigators found
- 10:56Speaker 1: no signs of a struggle, just what was found by
- 11:00Speaker 1: her car. Now, witnesses did say that they reported hearing
- 11:07Speaker 1: a scream coming from the parking lot shortly after four am.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Investigators believed Jody was taken against her will by an
- 11:17Speaker 1: unknown person or persons from the parking lot while leaving
- 11:22Speaker 1: for work. Guys, I have goosebumps all up my arms
- 11:28Speaker 1: because of that. Okay, that's just now. Jody was born
- 11:34Speaker 1: June fifth, nineteen sixty eight. She grew up in Minnesota.
- 11:38Speaker 1: She was the younger daughter of the family. But guys,
- 11:42Speaker 1: in high school, I have to tell you, she excelled
- 11:45Speaker 1: at golf, winning the state Class A tournament with her
- 11:49Speaker 1: team in both eighty five and eighty six. I don't
- 11:52Speaker 1: know about you, guys, but I don't know much about golf.
- 11:55Speaker 1: But that's pretty good, Okay. She did earn her bachelor's
- 11:59Speaker 1: degree in nineteen ninety. She began her broadcasting career with
- 12:06Speaker 1: a CBS affiliate, but she had returned to Iowa for
- 12:10Speaker 1: her job there in Mason City. Guys, this is, you know, horrible.
- 12:18Speaker 1: They did file a missing person's report immediately, and investigators
- 12:23Speaker 1: have followed numerous leads over the years. Police and private
- 12:28Speaker 1: investigators have conducted more than one thousand interviews. None have
- 12:34Speaker 1: resulted in any conclusive in identifying a suspect or locating Jody. Now.
- 12:44Speaker 1: In nineteen ninety five, the family hired private investigators from
- 12:47Speaker 1: McCarthy and Associates. These investigators appeared on seven year old
- 12:52Speaker 1: national television programs including America's Most Wanted and Unsolved Mysteries.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Later that year, they traveled with members of Jody's family
- 13:02Speaker 1: to LA to even meet with psychics. Okay. They wanted
- 13:08Speaker 1: to do anything and everything they could. Now. In May
- 13:13Speaker 1: of ninety six, about one hundred volunteers searched in the
- 13:16Speaker 1: area after we guess a tip or something. Okay. Jody's
- 13:24Speaker 1: family did have her legally declared deceased in May of
- 13:28Speaker 1: two thousand and one, and despite that declaration, her case
- 13:32Speaker 1: remained open and unsolved. Okay. In two thousand and three,
- 13:37Speaker 1: the website find Jody dot com was created by Minnesota
- 13:42Speaker 1: television journalists Josh Benson and Gary Peterson to keep the
- 13:47Speaker 1: case in the public eye and serve as a clearinghouse
- 13:51Speaker 1: for tips. I mean her case has been covered. Twenty twenty,
- 13:57Speaker 1: they reviewed revisited her case on the tenth anniversaries. Guys,
- 14:04Speaker 1: this case is still active and open. Okay. In twenty twenty,
- 14:09Speaker 1: three new investigators who began investigating the account this case.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Announced he was offering a twenty five thousand dollars reward
- 14:18Speaker 1: for information. In September of twenty twenty three, that reward
- 14:23Speaker 1: increased to fifty thousand guys. In December of twenty twenty five,
- 14:29Speaker 1: it was doubled to one hundred thousand dollars, and that
- 14:33Speaker 1: is effective through June twenty seventh, twenty twenty six. That
- 14:39Speaker 1: will March thirty one years since her disappearance. Guys, one
- 14:42Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars reward is a big deal. Okay, Guys,
- 14:50Speaker 1: it's only good until June. If you know anything, even
- 14:55Speaker 1: if it's a rumor, call, Okay, call because more than
- 15:00Speaker 1: three day decades later, her family wants to know where
- 15:05Speaker 1: she is. But guys, she had a community, she was
- 15:09Speaker 1: on air. People know her. So if you know anything
- 15:14Speaker 1: about Jody who's in truth, please call the Mason City
- 15:18Speaker 1: Police Department. At Okay, I have two different phone numbers here.
- 15:24Speaker 1: I show six four one four two one three six
- 15:28Speaker 1: three six, and I just now am noticing on the
- 15:32Speaker 1: slide that it says five one five. I do not
- 15:36Speaker 1: know which one of those is correct, so try both.
- 15:39Speaker 1: But I will get it updated on our social media Okay,
