• 1:45
  We've

  got

  brother
• 1:46
  John
• 1:47
  Dudley
• 1:47
  in
• 1:47
  the

• 1:48
  today.
• 1:49
  Thanks
• 1:49
  for
• 1:49

  today
• 1:50
  again,
• 1:50
  man.
• 1:50
  Thanks.
• 1:51
  Thank
• 1:51
  you,
• 1:51
  brother.
• 1:51
  I
• 1:52
  just
• 1:52
  created
• 1:52
  an
• 1:52
  edit
• 1:53
  for
• 1:53
  you
• 1:53
  there
• 1:53
  at
• 1:53
  the
• 1:53
  beginning.
• 1:54
  There
• 1:54
  we
• 1:54
  go.
• 1:55
  I
• 1:55
  love
• 1:55
  it.
• 1:56
  I
• 1:56
  don't
• 1:56
  want
• 1:56
  you
• 1:56
  slacking
• 1:57
  off
• 1:57
  over
• 1:57
  there.
• 1:57
  No,
• 1:58
  I
• 1:58
  put
• 1:58
  a
• 1:59
  little
• 1:59
  work
• 1:59
  into
• 1:59
  that.
• 1:59
  It's
• 2:00
  all
• 2:00
  good.
• 2:00
  And
• 2:00
  now
• 2:01
  here's
• 2:01
  the
• 2:01
  funny
• 2:01
  part.
• 2:01
  Johnny
• 2:02
  and
• 2:02
  I,
• 2:02
  if
• 2:02
  you
• 2:02
  first
• 2:03
  time,
• 2:03
  you're
• 2:03
  catching
• 2:03
  the
• 2:03
  show.
• 2:04
  He
• 2:05
  is
• 2:05
  back
• 2:05
  on
• 2:05
  again
• 2:05
  today.
• 2:06
  Him
• 2:06
  and
• 2:06
  I
• 2:07
  worked
• 2:07
  together
• 2:07
  back
• 2:08
  as
• 2:08
  contractor
• 2:09
  and
• 2:09
  I
• 2:09
  was
• 2:09
  his
• 2:09
  designer.
• 2:10
  He
• 2:11
  was
• 2:11
  swinging
• 2:11
  the
• 2:11
  hammer,
• 2:12
  I
• 2:12
  was
• 2:12
  waving
• 2:12
  my
• 2:12
  arms
• 2:13
  around
• 2:13
  saying
• 2:13
  where
• 2:13
  things
• 2:14
  should
• 2:14
  go,
• 2:14
  that
• 2:14
  kind
• 2:15
  of
• 2:15
  thing.
• 2:15
  And
• 2:15
  then,
• 2:15
  then
• 2:16
  he's
• 2:16
  hey,
• 2:16
  you
• 2:16
  need
• 2:16
  to
• 2:17
  get
• 2:17
  back
• 2:17
  to
• 2:17
  playing
• 2:17
  bass.
• 2:17
  And
• 2:18
  I
• 2:18
  ended
• 2:18
  up
• 2:18
  playing
• 2:19
  bass.
• 2:19
  And
• 2:19
  now
• 2:19
  we're
• 2:20
  working
• 2:20
  together.
• 2:21
  He's
• 2:21
  doing
• 2:21
  a
• 2:21
  bunch
• 2:22
  of
• 2:22
  designing
• 2:23
  of
• 2:23
  websites
• 2:24
  and
• 2:24
  stuff
• 2:25
  and
• 2:25
  him
• 2:25
  and
• 2:25
  I
• 2:26
  have
• 2:26
  really
• 2:26
  started
• 2:26
  to
• 2:27
  collaborate
• 2:27
  now
• 2:28
  because
• 2:28
  with
• 2:28
  both
• 2:29
  of
• 2:29
  our,
• 2:29
  what,
• 2:29
  35
• 2:30
  years
• 2:31
  in
• 2:31
  construction
• 2:32
  design
• 2:32
  and
• 2:33
  contracting,
• 2:34
  you're
• 2:34
  going
• 2:34
  to
• 2:35
  see
• 2:35
  a
• 2:35
  cool
• 2:35
  little
• 2:35
  part
• 2:35
  of
• 2:36
  our
• 2:36
  page
• 2:36
  up
• 2:36
  there
• 2:36
  where
• 2:37
  we're
• 2:37
  going
• 2:37
  to
• 2:37
  start
• 2:37
  helping
• 2:38
  companies
• 2:38
  out
• 2:38
  there.
• 2:39
  So
• 2:39
  if
• 2:39
  you're
• 2:40
  a
• 2:41
  design
• 2:41
  company,
• 2:41
  if
• 2:42
  you're
• 2:42
  a
• 2:42
  contractor,
• 2:43
  if
• 2:43
  you've
• 2:43
  got
• 2:43
  a
• 2:43
  product
• 2:44
  that
• 2:44
  you're
• 2:44
  trying
• 2:44
  to
• 2:44
  bring
• 2:45
  to
• 2:45
  market
• 2:45
  out
• 2:45
  there,
• 2:46
  Johnny
• 2:47
  and
• 2:47
  I
• 2:47
  have
• 2:47
  really
• 2:48
  worked
• 2:48
  in
• 2:48
  this
• 2:48
  marketplace
• 2:49
  for
• 2:49
  a
• 2:49
  long
• 2:49
  time.
• 2:50
  So
• 2:50
  we're
• 2:50
  gonna
• 2:50
  start
• 2:50
  doing
• 2:51
  some
• 2:51
  consulting.
• 2:52
  Just
• 2:52
  head
• 2:52
  over
• 2:53
  to
• 2:53
  the
• 2:53
  around
• 2:53
  the
• 2:53
  house
• 2:54
  online
• 2:55
  page.
• 2:55
  We're
• 2:55
  gonna
• 2:56
  make
• 2:56
  it
• 2:56
  really
• 2:56
  easy
• 2:57
  and
• 2:57
  we're
• 2:57
  gonna
• 2:57
  be
• 2:57
  able
• 2:57
  to
• 2:58
  give
• 2:58
  you
• 2:58
  a
• 2:59
  really
• 2:59
  honest
• 3:01
  look
• 3:01
  at
• 3:01
  what
• 3:01
  you've
• 3:02
  got
• 3:02
  going
• 3:02
  on
• 3:02
  because
• 3:04
  sometimes
• 3:04
  as
• 3:05
  a
• 3:05
  business
• 3:05
  owner
• 3:05
  and
• 3:06
  I've
• 3:06
  known
• 3:06
  I've
• 3:06
  been
• 3:07
  this
• 3:07
  way,
• 3:07
  it's
• 3:07
  so
• 3:08
  hard
• 3:08
  to
• 3:08
  see
• 3:08
  the
• 3:08
  forest
• 3:09
  when
• 3:10
  you're
• 3:10
  standing
• 3:10
  in
• 3:10
  the
• 3:10
  middle
• 3:11
  of
• 3:11
  it.
• 3:12
  Sure
• 3:12
  it's
• 3:13
  difficult
• 3:13
  you
• 3:13
  get
• 3:14
  caught
• 3:14
  up,
• 3:14
  it's
• 3:14
  back
• 3:15
  to
• 3:15
  the
• 3:15
  music
• 3:15
  thing.
• 3:15
  Which,
• 3:16
  by
• 3:16
  the
• 3:16
  way,
• 3:16
  I
• 3:16
  don't
• 3:16
  think
• 3:16
  we
• 3:16
  know
• 3:17
  a
• 3:17
  musician
• 3:17
  that
• 3:17
  hasn't
• 3:18
  worked
• 3:18
  in
• 3:18
  the
• 3:18
  trades
• 3:19
  at
• 3:19
  some
• 3:19
  point.
• 3:19
  I
• 3:19
  think
• 3:19
  it's
• 3:20
  part
• 3:20
  of
• 3:20
  a
• 3:20
  penance.
• 3:21
  You
• 3:21
  have
• 3:21
  to.
• 3:22
  I
• 3:22
  think
• 3:22
  it's
• 3:23
  part
• 3:23
  of
• 3:23
  the
• 3:23
  game,
• 3:23
  right?
• 3:24
  I
• 3:24
  think
• 3:24
  it
• 3:24
  is.
• 3:25
  But
• 3:25
  yeah,
• 3:25
  no,
• 3:26
  it's.
• 3:26
  I
• 3:26
  lost
• 3:26
  my
• 3:27
  train
• 3:27
  of
• 3:27
  thought.
• 3:27
  No,
• 3:27
  it's
• 3:28
  all
• 3:28
  good.
• 3:28
  We
• 3:28
  can
• 3:28
  talk
• 3:28
  about
• 3:29
  that.
• 3:29
  Okay,
• 3:29
  what
• 3:29
  was
• 3:30
  before
• 3:30
  we
• 3:31
  get
• 3:31
  into
• 3:31
  taking
• 3:32
  on
• 3:32
  projects
• 3:32
  and
• 3:33
  when's
• 3:33
  the
• 3:33
  best
• 3:33
  time
• 3:33
  of
• 3:33
  year
• 3:34
  to
• 3:34
  talk
• 3:34
  to
• 3:35
  start
• 3:35
  them?
• 3:35
  Then
• 3:35
  we're
• 3:35
  going
• 3:35
  to
• 3:36
  talk
• 3:36
  about
• 3:36
  that.
• 3:36
  But
• 3:36
  you
• 3:37
  know,
• 3:37
  we
• 3:37
  can
• 3:37
  start
• 3:37
  going,
• 3:38
  okay,
• 3:38
  let's
• 3:38
  make
• 3:38
  some
• 3:38
  drummer
• 3:39
  jokes.
• 3:39
  What
• 3:39
  contractor?
• 3:40
  What?
• 3:40
  What
• 3:40
  trades
• 3:41
  are
• 3:41
  the
• 3:41
  drummers
• 3:42
  versus
• 3:42
  the
• 3:42
  lead
• 3:43
  singers?
• 3:44
  Lead
• 3:44
  singers
• 3:44
  are
• 3:45
  usually
• 3:45
  painters.
• 3:45
  Right.
• 3:46
  Because
• 3:46
  they
• 3:46
  do
• 3:46
  it
• 3:46
  to
• 3:46
  their
• 3:47
  nails
• 3:47
  they
• 3:47
  figure
• 3:47
  they
• 3:47
  can
• 3:47
  cut
• 3:48
  in
• 3:48
  a
• 3:48
  window.
• 3:48
  Ah,
• 3:49
  there
• 3:49
  we
• 3:49
  go.
• 3:50
  There
• 3:50
  we
• 3:50
  go.
• 3:51
  They're
• 3:51
  getting.
• 3:52
  Making
• 3:52
  their
• 3:52
  toes
• 3:52
  and
• 3:52
  their
• 3:53
  nails
• 3:53
  match.
• 3:54
  Exactly.
• 3:55
  Spoken
• 3:56
  from
• 3:56
  a
• 3:56
  singer,
• 3:57
  by
• 3:57
  the
• 3:57
  way.
• 3:57
  Absolutely,
• 3:58
  absolutely.
• 4:00
  And
• 4:00
  the
• 4:00
  bass
• 4:00
  player.
• 4:00
  There's
• 4:01
  a
• 4:01
  lot
• 4:01
  of
• 4:01
  those
• 4:01
  jokes
• 4:02
  out
• 4:02
  there
• 4:02
  as
• 4:02
  well.
• 4:02
  It's
• 4:03
  all
• 4:03
  good.
• 4:04
  Yeah.
• 4:04
  I'm
• 4:04
  going
• 4:04
  to
• 4:04
  stop
• 4:05
  because
• 4:05
  I
• 4:05
  know
• 4:05
  drummers.
• 4:07
  Auto
• 4:08
  filter
• 4:08
  kick
• 4:08
  on
• 4:09
  right
• 4:09
  there
• 4:09
  and
• 4:09
  I'm
• 4:09
  like,
• 4:10
  oh,
• 4:10
  wow,
• 4:12
  that
• 4:12
  jump.
• 4:12
  People
• 4:12
  don't
• 4:13
  want
• 4:13
  to
• 4:13
  hear
• 4:13
  about
• 4:13
  drummers.
• 4:14
  Let's
• 4:14
  get
• 4:14
  down
• 4:14
  to
• 4:14
  brass
• 4:15
  tacks.
• 4:15
  Exactly.
• 4:16
  We'll
• 4:16
  get
• 4:16
  into
• 4:16
  that.
• 4:17
  This
• 4:17
  is
• 4:17
  that
• 4:17
  time
• 4:18
  of
• 4:18
  year
• 4:18
  when
• 4:18
  you're
• 4:18
  getting
• 4:18
  into
• 4:18
  September
• 4:19
  and
• 4:19
  we're
• 4:19
  mid
• 4:20
  September
• 4:20
  already
• 4:21
  somehow.
• 4:22
  And
• 4:23
  it's
• 4:23
  crazy,
• 4:23
  but
• 4:24
  this
• 4:24
  is
• 4:24
  about
• 4:25
  the
• 4:25
  time
• 4:25
  that
• 4:25
  people
• 4:26
  go,
• 4:26
  oh
• 4:26
  my
• 4:26
  gosh,
• 4:26
  we're
• 4:27
  creeping
• 4:27
  up
• 4:27
  on
• 4:27
  the
• 4:27
  holidays.
• 4:28
  It's
• 4:29
  time
• 4:29
  to
• 4:29
  start
• 4:29
  a
• 4:29
  remodeling
• 4:30
  project.
• 4:32
  This
• 4:32
  can
• 4:32
  be
• 4:32
  the
• 4:33
  worst
• 4:34
  time
• 4:34
  to
• 4:35
  push
• 4:35
  the
• 4:35
  foot
• 4:36
  to
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  gas
• 4:37
  and
• 4:37
  run
• 4:38
  the
• 4:38
  proverbial
• 4:39
  design
• 4:39
  car
• 4:40
  into
• 4:40
  the
• 4:40
  wall.
• 4:41
  Because
• 4:42
  I
• 4:42
  tell
• 4:42
  you
• 4:42
  what,
• 4:43
  and
• 4:43
  Johnny,
• 4:44
  you've
• 4:44
  dealt
• 4:44
  with
• 4:44
  it,
• 4:44
  I've
• 4:45
  dealt
• 4:45
  with
• 4:45
  it.
• 4:46
  It's
• 4:46
  always,
• 4:47
  hey,
• 4:48
  it's
• 4:48
  kids
• 4:48
  are
• 4:49
  back
• 4:49
  to
• 4:49
  school.
• 4:49
  Time
• 4:50
  to
• 4:50
  get
• 4:50
  that
• 4:50
  kitchen
• 4:51
  model.
• 4:51
  Because
• 4:51
  I've
• 4:51
  got
• 4:52
  32
• 4:52
  people
• 4:52
  coming
• 4:53
  over
• 4:53
  for
• 4:53
  Thanksgiving.
• 4:54
  Yeah.
• 4:55
  And
• 4:55
  we
• 4:55
  talked
• 4:55
  about
• 4:55
  it
• 4:56
  before
• 4:56
  we
• 4:56
  hit
• 4:56
  play
• 4:56
  here
• 4:57
  every
• 4:57
  year,
• 4:58
  busiest
• 4:58
  time
• 4:59
  of
• 4:59
  year.
• 4:59
  Everybody
• 4:59
  thinks
• 5:00
  you're
• 5:00
  going
• 5:00
  to
• 5:00
  get
• 5:00
  a
• 5:00
  three
• 5:00
  month
• 5:01
  remodel
• 5:01
  done
• 5:01
  for
• 5:02
  Thanksgiving
• 5:02
  and
• 5:02
  they
• 5:03
  call
• 5:03
  you
• 5:03
  on
• 5:03
  September
• 5:03
  20th.
• 5:05
  It's
• 5:05
  not
• 5:05
  fair
• 5:05
  to
• 5:05
  anybody.
• 5:06
  It's
• 5:06
  not
• 5:06
  realistic.
• 5:07
  And
• 5:07
  be
• 5:08
  cautious
• 5:08
  because
• 5:08
  there's
• 5:09
  plenty
• 5:09
  of
• 5:09
  contractors
• 5:09
  that'll
• 5:10
  tell
• 5:10
  you
• 5:10
  they
• 5:10
  can
• 5:10
  get
• 5:11
  it
• 5:11
  done
• 5:11
  because
• 5:11
  they
• 5:11
  need
• 5:11
  a
• 5:12
  buck.
• 5:12
  And
• 5:13
  that
• 5:13
  just
• 5:13
  made
• 5:13
  every
• 5:14
  contractor
• 5:14
  out
• 5:14
  there
• 5:14
  hate
• 5:15
  me
• 5:15
  because
• 5:15
  some
• 5:16
  probably
• 5:16
  can
• 5:16
  if
• 5:16
  they
• 5:16
  got
• 5:17
  a
• 5:17
  ten
• 5:17
  guy
• 5:17
  crew
• 5:17
  or
• 5:18
  a
• 5:18
  bunch
• 5:18
  of
• 5:18
  great
• 5:18
  subs.
• 5:19
  Somebody
• 5:19
  Might
• 5:19
  be
• 5:20
  able
• 5:20
  to
• 5:20
  pull
• 5:20
  it
• 5:20
  off,
• 5:20
  but
• 5:21
  they're
• 5:21
  only
• 5:21
  going
• 5:21
  to
• 5:21
  pull
• 5:22
  it
• 5:22
  off
• 5:22
  for
• 5:22
  one
• 5:22
  client.
• 5:23
  So
• 5:24
  you
• 5:24
  want
• 5:24
  to
• 5:24
  make
• 5:24
  sure
• 5:24
  they're
• 5:25
  not
• 5:25
  promising
• 5:25
  your
• 5:26
  whole
• 5:26
  neighborhood.
• 5:27
  It's
• 5:27
  a
• 5:28
  problem
• 5:28
  that
• 5:28
  I
• 5:28
  see
• 5:28
  out
• 5:29
  there.
• 5:29
  And
• 5:29
  sometimes
• 5:30
  marketing
• 5:30
  creates
• 5:31
  these
• 5:31
  false
• 5:32
  expectations.
• 5:33
  The
• 5:33
  bathroom
• 5:34
  in
• 5:34
  a
• 5:34
  week.
• 5:34
  Guys,
• 5:35
  if
• 5:35
  you're
• 5:35
  throwing
• 5:35
  another
• 5:36
  Home
• 5:36
  Depot
• 5:37
  vanity
• 5:37
  in
• 5:37
  there.
• 5:38
  Sorry,
• 5:38
  Home
• 5:39
  Depot
• 5:39
  little
• 5:40
  kit
• 5:40
  got
• 5:41
  the
• 5:41
  floating
• 5:41
  top,
• 5:42
  it's
• 5:42
  got
• 5:42
  the
• 5:42
  cabinet,
• 5:43
  got
• 5:43
  the
• 5:43
  sink
• 5:43
  and
• 5:43
  the
• 5:44
  faucet,
• 5:45
  and
• 5:45
  you're
• 5:45
  maybe
• 5:46
  throwing
• 5:46
  up
• 5:47
  some,
• 5:47
  patching
• 5:48
  up
• 5:48
  some
• 5:48
  drywall.
• 5:49
  You're
• 5:49
  putting
• 5:49
  a
• 5:49
  new
• 5:49
  plastic
• 5:50
  surround
• 5:51
  around
• 5:51
  the
• 5:51
  tub
• 5:52
  and
• 5:52
  changing
• 5:53
  out
• 5:53
  a
• 5:53
  light
• 5:53
  fixture.
• 5:54
  Yeah,
• 5:54
  you
• 5:54
  could
• 5:54
  do
• 5:54
  that
• 5:54
  in
• 5:55
  a
• 5:55
  week.
• 5:55
  But
• 5:55
  if
• 5:55
  you're
• 5:56
  ripping
• 5:57
  into
• 5:57
  the
• 5:57
  studs,
• 5:57
  doing
• 5:58
  a
• 5:58
  tile
• 5:58
  shower,
• 5:59
  new
• 5:59
  custom
• 6:00
  vanity,
• 6:00
  that
• 6:01
  kind
• 6:01
  of
• 6:01
  stuff,
• 6:01
  even
• 6:02
  if
• 6:02
  you
• 6:02
  have
• 6:02
  all
• 6:02
  the
• 6:02
  materials
• 6:03
  there.
• 6:04
  Yeah.
• 6:05
  A
• 6:05
  week
• 6:05
  with
• 6:06
  all
• 6:06
  the
• 6:06
  inspections
• 6:07
  is
• 6:07
  nearly
• 6:08
  impossible.
• 6:09
  And
• 6:10
  I
• 6:10
  was
• 6:10
  just
• 6:10
  going
• 6:10
  to
• 6:10
  say
• 6:11
  you
• 6:11
  mentioned
• 6:11
  materials.
• 6:12
  To
• 6:12
  be
• 6:12
  fair,
• 6:13
  it's
• 6:13
  not
• 6:14
  all
• 6:14
  on
• 6:14
  the
• 6:14
  contractor,
• 6:15
  right?
• 6:15
  No,
• 6:16
  the
• 6:16
  cabinet
• 6:17
  didn't
• 6:17
  come
• 6:17
  in
• 6:17
  this
• 6:17
  week.
• 6:18
  Sorry.
• 6:18
  We
• 6:19
  can't
• 6:19
  put
• 6:19
  your
• 6:19
  cabinet
• 6:20
  in
• 6:20
  because
• 6:20
  products
• 6:21
  are
• 6:21
  behind
• 6:21
  on
• 6:22
  schedule.
• 6:22
  It's
• 6:22
  busiest
• 6:23
  time
• 6:23
  of
• 6:23
  the
• 6:23
  year.
• 6:24
  So
• 6:24
  you're
• 6:24
  up
• 6:25
  against
• 6:25
  scheduling
• 6:26
  issues,
• 6:26
  you're
• 6:27
  up
• 6:27
  against
• 6:27
  shipping
• 6:27
  issues,
• 6:28
  and
• 6:29
  it's
• 6:29
  just
• 6:29
  a
• 6:29
  bad
• 6:29
  place
• 6:30
  to
• 6:30
  be
• 6:30
  pinned.
• 6:30
  Especially
• 6:31
  because
• 6:31
  everything
• 6:31
  gets
• 6:32
  more
• 6:32
  intense
• 6:32
  around
• 6:32
  the
• 6:33
  holidays
• 6:33
  already.
• 6:34
  Then
• 6:34
  you're
• 6:34
  gonna
• 6:35
  throw
• 6:35
  this
• 6:35
  remodel
• 6:36
  in
• 6:36
  the
• 6:36
  mix
• 6:36
  and
• 6:36
  suddenly
• 6:37
  the
• 6:37
  whole
• 6:37
  house
• 6:37
  is
• 6:37
  fighting.
• 6:38
  You're
• 6:39
  showering
• 6:39
  with
• 6:40
  a
• 6:40
  drop
• 6:40
  cloth
• 6:41
  for
• 6:41
  a
• 6:41
  shower
• 6:41
  curtain.
• 6:42
  Exactly.
• 6:43
  Back
• 6:43
  to
• 6:43
  that.
• 6:44
  Yeah,
• 6:44
  well,
• 6:45
  and
• 6:45
  here's
• 6:45
  the
• 6:45
  thing,
• 6:45
  and
• 6:46
  we
• 6:46
  talked
• 6:46
  about
• 6:46
  this
• 6:46
  a
• 6:46
  few
• 6:47
  weeks
• 6:47
  ago.
• 6:47
  You
• 6:47
  know
• 6:48
  it.
• 6:48
  All
• 6:48
  it
• 6:48
  takes
• 6:48
  is
• 6:49
  for
• 6:49
  that
• 6:49
  semi
• 6:50
  truck
• 6:50
  to
• 6:50
  get
• 6:50
  in
• 6:50
  a
• 6:50
  car
• 6:50
  accident
• 6:51
  on
• 6:51
  the
• 6:51
  way
• 6:51
  to
• 6:51
  the
• 6:52
  delivery
• 6:53
  site.
• 6:53
  And
• 6:53
  all
• 6:53
  of
• 6:53
  a
• 6:53
  sudden
• 6:54
  the
• 6:54
  truck's
• 6:54
  on
• 6:54
  its
• 6:55
  side.
• 6:55
  And
• 6:55
  so
• 6:55
  your
• 6:55
  cabinets
• 6:56
  and
• 6:57
  the
• 6:57
  tile
• 6:57
  on
• 6:57
  the
• 6:57
  other
• 6:58
  side
• 6:58
  of
• 6:58
  the
• 6:58
  truck
• 6:58
  landed
• 6:59
  over
• 6:59
  on
• 6:59
  the
• 6:59
  cabinets
• 6:59
  and
• 7:00
  you've
• 7:00
  got
• 7:00
  a
• 7:00
  bunch
• 7:01
  of
• 7:01
  twigs.
• 7:02
  And
• 7:02
  so
• 7:02
  these
• 7:03
  are
• 7:03
  things
• 7:03
  that
• 7:03
  I
• 7:04
  say.
• 7:04
  Okay,
• 7:05
  let's
• 7:05
  schedule.
• 7:06
  The
• 7:06
  tentative
• 7:07
  start
• 7:07
  date
• 7:07
  is
• 7:07
  going
• 7:07
  to
• 7:07
  be
• 7:08
  around
• 7:08
  this
• 7:08
  time,
• 7:09
  but
• 7:09
  we'll
• 7:10
  update
• 7:10
  that
• 7:10
  once
• 7:11
  all
• 7:11
  the
• 7:11
  materials
• 7:12
  are
• 7:12
  there.
• 7:12
  Yeah,
• 7:13
  and
• 7:13
  you
• 7:13
  really
• 7:14
  can't
• 7:14
  start
• 7:14
  that
• 7:15
  until
• 7:15
  someone's
• 7:15
  gone
• 7:16
  through
• 7:16
  and
• 7:16
  went.
• 7:16
  Right.
• 7:17
  Cabinet,
• 7:17
  right.
• 7:17
  Finished
• 7:18
  ends,
• 7:18
  right.
• 7:18
  Sink,
• 7:19
  right
• 7:19
  faucet,
• 7:20
  right
• 7:20
  tile,
• 7:21
  right
• 7:22
  system
• 7:22
  going
• 7:22
  behind
• 7:23
  the
• 7:23
  tile.
• 7:23
  You
• 7:23
  got
• 7:24
  to
• 7:24
  get
• 7:24
  all
• 7:24
  that
• 7:24
  stuff
• 7:24
  dialed
• 7:25
  in,
• 7:25
  then
• 7:25
  you
• 7:26
  can
• 7:26
  schedule.
• 7:26
  But
• 7:26
  the
• 7:27
  problem
• 7:27
  is
• 7:28
  tiny
• 7:28
  bathroom
• 7:29
  is
• 7:29
  the
• 7:29
  worst
• 7:30
  because
• 7:31
  it's
• 7:31
  a
• 7:31
  five
• 7:31
  by
• 7:32
  seven
• 7:32
  room
• 7:32
  half
• 7:32
  the
• 7:33
  time.
• 7:33
  And
• 7:33
  you
• 7:33
  can't
• 7:33
  put
• 7:34
  the
• 7:34
  plumber,
• 7:34
  electrician,
• 7:35
  and
• 7:35
  the
• 7:35
  tile
• 7:35
  guy
• 7:35
  in
• 7:35
  the
• 7:36
  same
• 7:36
  spot.
• 7:36
  Three
• 7:36
  guys
• 7:37
  can't
• 7:37
  work
• 7:37
  in
• 7:37
  that
• 7:37
  space.
• 7:38
  No,
• 7:39
  math
• 7:40
  doesn't
• 7:40
  work
• 7:40
  that
• 7:40
  way.
• 7:40
  So
• 7:41
  that's
• 7:41
  where
• 7:41
  it
• 7:41
  gets
• 7:42
  really
• 7:42
  tough.
• 7:42
  And
• 7:42
  then
• 7:42
  with
• 7:43
  kitchens.
• 7:43
  Oh
• 7:44
  my
• 7:44
  gosh.
• 7:45
  Let's
• 7:46
  talk
• 7:46
  about
• 7:46
  that.
• 7:46
  And
• 7:47
  we're
• 7:47
  gonna
• 7:47
  have
• 7:47
  to
• 7:47
  go
• 7:48
  out
• 7:48
  to
• 7:48
  break
• 7:48
  here
• 7:48
  in
• 7:48
  a
• 7:48
  couple
• 7:49
  minutes.
• 7:49
  But
• 7:50
  the
• 7:50
  problem
• 7:50
  is
• 7:51
  when
• 7:51
  you
• 7:51
  do
• 7:51
  a
• 7:51
  proper
• 7:52
  kitchen
• 7:52
  remodel,
• 7:53
  let's
• 7:53
  say
• 7:53
  you've
• 7:53
  got
• 7:53
  that
• 7:53
  1970s,
• 7:55
  1980s
• 7:55
  kitchen
• 7:56
  that's
• 7:56
  due
• 7:56
  for
• 7:56
  the
• 7:57
  remod.
• 7:58
  And
• 7:59
  even
• 7:59
  it's
• 7:59
  something
• 8:00
  that
• 8:00
  new,
• 8:01
  it's
• 8:01
  40
• 8:02
  plus
• 8:02
  years
• 8:02
  old,
• 8:02
  maybe
• 8:04
  you
• 8:04
  still
• 8:04
  have
• 8:04
  to
• 8:04
  add
• 8:05
  so
• 8:05
  many
• 8:05
  new
• 8:05
  things
• 8:06
  to
• 8:06
  get
• 8:06
  up
• 8:06
  to
• 8:06
  code
• 8:07
  with
• 8:07
  that.
• 8:07
  So
• 8:07
  you
• 8:07
  might
• 8:08
  need
• 8:08
  a.
• 8:09
  Back
• 8:09
  in
• 8:09
  the
• 8:09
  70s
• 8:10
  and
• 8:10
  80s,
• 8:10
  many
• 8:11
  times
• 8:11
  the
• 8:11
  wall
• 8:12
  outlets
• 8:12
  were
• 8:12
  on
• 8:13
  the
• 8:13
  same
• 8:13
  circuit
• 8:13
  as
• 8:14
  the
• 8:14
  lights,
• 8:14
  and
• 8:14
  now
• 8:14
  they
• 8:14
  need
• 8:15
  to
• 8:15
  be
• 8:15
  different.
• 8:16
  And
• 8:16
  now
• 8:16
  you
• 8:16
  need
• 8:16
  to
• 8:17
  have
• 8:17
  a
• 8:17
  dedicated
• 8:17
  circuit
• 8:18
  for
• 8:18
  the
• 8:18
  refrigerator,
• 8:19
  for
• 8:19
  the
• 8:19
  dishwasher,
• 8:20
  for
• 8:20
  the
• 8:20
  garbage
• 8:21
  disposal,
• 8:21
  for
• 8:22
  the
• 8:22
  microwave.
• 8:23
  Yep.
• 8:23
  You
• 8:23
  can
• 8:24
  easily
• 8:24
  be
• 8:24
  in
• 8:25
  an
• 8:25
  extra
• 8:25
  three
• 8:26
  to
• 8:26
  five
• 8:26
  circuits.
• 8:27
  Oh,
• 8:28
  wow.
• 8:28
  I
• 8:29
  only
• 8:29
  have
• 8:29
  two
• 8:29
  spaces
• 8:30
  in
• 8:30
  the
• 8:30
  power
• 8:30
  box,
• 8:31
  so
• 8:31
  now
• 8:31
  I
• 8:31
  got
• 8:31
  to
• 8:31
  go
• 8:31
  through
• 8:32
  and
• 8:32
  do
• 8:32
  a
• 8:32
  panel
• 8:33
  while
• 8:33
  I'm
• 8:33
  at
• 8:33
  it.
• 8:34
  Yep.
• 8:35
  And
• 8:35
  so
• 8:35
  before
• 8:36
  you
• 8:36
  even
• 8:36
  get
• 8:36
  started,
• 8:36
  you
• 8:37
  got
• 8:37
  an
• 8:37
  electrician
• 8:38
  in
• 8:38
  there
• 8:38
  doing
• 8:39
  a
• 8:39
  new
• 8:39
  panel.
• 8:39
  There's
• 8:40
  five
• 8:40
  to
• 8:40
  ten
• 8:41
  grand
• 8:41
  these
• 8:41
  days,
• 8:42
  especially
• 8:42
  if
• 8:43
  you've
• 8:43
  got
• 8:43
  GFCI
• 8:44
  or
• 8:44
  arc
• 8:44
  fault
• 8:45
  breakers
• 8:45
  in
• 8:45
  there.
• 8:46
  And
• 8:46
  then
• 8:46
  all
• 8:46
  of
• 8:47
  a
• 8:47
  sudden
• 8:47
  it's
• 8:47
  all
• 8:47
  right,
• 8:47
  here
• 8:48
  we
• 8:48
  go.
• 8:49
  As
• 8:49
  we
• 8:49
  know
• 8:49
  with
• 8:49
  the
• 8:50
  trades
• 8:50
  in
• 8:50
  there
• 8:51
  and
• 8:52
  permits,
• 8:53
  you
• 8:53
  might
• 8:54
  be
• 8:54
  waiting
• 8:55
  three
• 8:55
  weeks
• 8:55
  to
• 8:56
  three
• 8:56
  months
• 8:56
  to
• 8:56
  get
• 8:57
  the
• 8:57
  building
• 8:57
  permits
• 8:57
  on
• 8:57
  that.
• 8:58
  And
• 8:59
  again,
• 8:59
  I
• 9:00
  can't
• 9:00
  stress
• 9:00
  enough
• 9:01
  for
• 9:01
  us
• 9:02
  when
• 9:02
  we're
• 9:03
  slinging
• 9:03
  those
• 9:03
  things
• 9:04
  out.
• 9:04
  I
• 9:04
  never
• 9:05
  made
• 9:05
  promises
• 9:06
  that
• 9:06
  I
• 9:06
  didn't
• 9:07
  seriously
• 9:07
  consider
• 9:08
  like
• 9:09
  that
• 9:09
  I
• 9:09
  didn't
• 9:10
  know
• 9:10
  I
• 9:10
  could
• 9:10
  pull
• 9:10
  off.
• 9:11
  And
• 9:11
  that's
• 9:11
  adding
• 9:11
  plus
• 9:12
  20
• 9:12
  on
• 9:12
  the
• 9:13
  time
• 9:13
  frame,
• 9:13
  like
• 9:14
  always
• 9:14
  super
• 9:15
  cautious.
• 9:16
  The
• 9:16
  problem
• 9:16
  is,
• 9:16
  and
• 9:17
  I'm
• 9:17
  as
• 9:18
  a
• 9:18
  contractor,
• 9:18
  I'm
• 9:19
  backpedaling
• 9:19
  a
• 9:19
  little
• 9:19
  here.
• 9:20
  You
• 9:20
  don't
• 9:20
  want
• 9:20
  to
• 9:20
  fault
• 9:20
  the
• 9:21
  contractor
• 9:21
  because
• 9:22
  the
• 9:22
  cabinet
• 9:22
  that
• 9:22
  got
• 9:23
  delivered's
• 9:23
  got
• 9:23
  a
• 9:23
  huge
• 9:24
  gouge
• 9:24
  in
• 9:24
  the
• 9:24
  left
• 9:25
  side
• 9:25
  of
• 9:25
  it,
• 9:25
  or
• 9:26
  the
• 9:26
  faucet
• 9:27
  doesn't
• 9:27
  function,
• 9:28
  or
• 9:28
  there's
• 9:29
  so
• 9:29
  many
• 9:29
  things
• 9:29
  that
• 9:30
  go
• 9:30
  wrong
• 9:30
  or
• 9:30
  just
• 9:31
  even
• 9:31
  non
• 9:31
  delivery
• 9:31
  because
• 9:32
  they're
• 9:32
  backed
• 9:32
  up.
• 9:32
  Or
• 9:33
  great
• 9:33
  example,
• 9:34
  I
• 9:34
  ordered
• 9:34
  some
• 9:34
  cabinets
• 9:35
  for
• 9:35
  a
• 9:35
  project
• 9:35
  that
• 9:36
  had
• 9:36
  24
• 9:37
  inch
• 9:37
  pantry
• 9:37
  cabinets
• 9:38
  and
• 9:38
  they
• 9:38
  had
• 9:38
  double
• 9:39
  doors
• 9:39
  to
• 9:39
  two
• 9:39
  12
• 9:39
  inch
• 9:40
  doors
• 9:40
  on
• 9:40
  either
• 9:40
  side.
• 9:41
  It's
• 9:41
  what
• 9:41
  the
• 9:41
  order
• 9:41
  was.
• 9:42
  Cabin
• 9:43
  showed
• 9:43
  up,
• 9:43
  one
• 9:43
  had
• 9:43
  a
• 9:43
  single
• 9:44
  door,
• 9:44
  one
• 9:44
  had
• 9:44
  two
• 9:44
  doors,
• 9:45
  one
• 9:45
  was
• 9:45
  missing
• 9:45
  the
• 9:45
  rollout
• 9:46
  trays.
• 9:46
  And
• 9:47
  now
• 9:47
  you
• 9:47
  got
• 9:47
  a
• 9:47
  hot
• 9:48
  mess
• 9:48
  going
• 9:48
  on.
• 9:48
  We
• 9:49
  come
• 9:49
  back,
• 9:49
  let's
• 9:49
  talk
• 9:50
  more
• 9:50
  about
• 9:50
  this
• 9:50
  because
• 9:51
  this
• 9:52
  is
• 9:52
  where
• 9:52
  those
• 9:52
  projects
• 9:53
  go
• 9:53
  sideways,
• 9:53
  which
• 9:53
  will
• 9:54
  really
• 9:54
  ruin
• 9:55
  your
• 9:55
  holidays
• 9:55
  or
• 9:56
  whatever
• 9:56
  plan.
• 9:57
  It's
• 9:57
  like
• 9:57
  the
• 9:57
  people
• 9:57
  that
• 9:58
  plan
• 9:58
  those
• 9:58
  weddings
• 9:59
  around
• 9:59
  the
• 9:59

• 9:59
  being
• 9:59
  finished
• 10:00
  that
• 10:00
  you're
• 10:00
  building.
• 10:01
  Don't
• 10:01
  do
• 10:02
  that.
• 10:02
  We'll
• 10:03
  talk
• 10:03
  more
• 10:03
  about
• 10:03
  that
• 10:03
  just
• 10:04
  as
• 10:04
  soon
• 10:04
  as
• 10:04
  around

  the

• 12:05
  it's
• 12:06
  like
• 12:06
  to

• 14:20
  Nobody

  Nobody's

• 14:34

• 14:37
  before

  an

  kind

• 14:47

• 14:47

• 14:48
  the
• 14:48
  problem
• 14:49
  is
• 14:49
  when
• 14:49
  you
• 14:49
  push
• 14:49
  it
• 14:50
  that
• 14:50
  hard,
• 14:50
  it
• 14:50
  never
• 14:51
  looks
• 14:51
  great.
• 14:52
  Yeah.
• 14:53
  Yep.
• 14:54
  Good
• 14:55
  time.
• 14:56
  Yeah.
• 14:57
  Great
• 14:57
  example.
• 14:58
  And
• 14:58
  I
• 14:58
  love
• 14:58
  my
• 14:59
  people
• 14:59
  up
• 14:59
  here
• 14:59
  in
• 14:59
  the
• 15:00

• 15:00

• 15:00
  of
• 15:01
  Dreams.
• 15:01
  Love
• 15:02
  those
• 15:02
  guys.
• 15:02
  They're
• 15:02
  great.
• 15:03
  They
• 15:03
  do
• 15:03
  this
• 15:03
  whole
• 15:03
  parade
• 15:04
  of
• 15:04
  homes
• 15:04
  thing
• 15:04
  up
• 15:04
  there.
• 15:05
  And
• 15:06
  over
• 15:06
  in
• 15:06
  Vancouver,
• 15:07
  Washington,
• 15:07
  if
• 15:07
  you're
• 15:08
  in
• 15:08
  the
• 15:08
  Portland
• 15:08
  area,
• 15:09
  they
• 15:09
  do
• 15:09
  a
• 15:09
  great
• 15:09
  show
• 15:11
  this
• 15:11
  time.
• 15:11
  They
• 15:11
  had
• 15:11
  a
• 15:11
  couple
• 15:12
  builders
• 15:12
  or
• 15:12
  three.
• 15:13
  Yeah,
• 15:13
  two
• 15:13
  builders.
• 15:14
  They
• 15:15
  bit
• 15:15
  off
• 15:15
  more.
• 15:15
  They
• 15:16
  could
• 15:16
  chew.
• 15:17
  Guess
• 15:17
  what?
• 15:17
  Street
• 15:18
  of
• 15:18
  dreams
• 15:18
  opens
• 15:19
  up.
• 15:19
  Their
• 15:19
  houses
• 15:19
  aren't
• 15:20
  done.
• 15:21
  And
• 15:21
  I
• 15:21
  hate
• 15:22
  to
• 15:22
  see
• 15:22
  that.
• 15:23
  But
• 15:23
  at
• 15:23
  the
• 15:23
  same
• 15:23
  time,
• 15:24
  these
• 15:25
  young
• 15:25
  bucks,
• 15:25
  as
• 15:25
  I'll
• 15:26
  call
• 15:26
  them
• 15:27
  as
• 15:27
  the
• 15:27
  guy
• 15:27
  told
• 15:28
  me
• 15:28
  he
• 15:28
  didn't
• 15:28
  know
• 15:28
  who
• 15:28
  I
• 15:29
  was,
• 15:29
  which
• 15:29
  was
• 15:30
  kind
• 15:30
  of
• 15:30
  like
• 15:30
  the
• 15:30
  way
• 15:30
  I
• 15:30
  like
• 15:30
  to
• 15:31
  roll
• 15:31
  around
• 15:31
  those
• 15:31
  things.
• 15:32
  He
• 15:33
  goes,
• 15:33
  man,
• 15:34
  I
• 15:34
  had
• 15:35
  four
• 15:35
  months
• 15:35
  to
• 15:36
  do
• 15:36
  this
• 15:36
  house.
• 15:37
  And
• 15:37
  on
• 15:37
  my.
• 15:38
  In
• 15:38
  my
• 15:38
  head
• 15:38
  I'm
• 15:38
  like,
• 15:39
  why'd
• 15:40
  you
• 15:40
  do
• 15:40
  it?
• 15:40
  And
• 15:41
  it's
• 15:41
  enticing
• 15:41
  as
• 15:42
  a
• 15:42
  contractor,
• 15:42
  right?
• 15:43
  You're
• 15:43
  like,
• 15:43
  we
• 15:43
  can
• 15:43
  do
• 15:43
  this.
• 15:44
  You're
• 15:44
  looking
• 15:44
  at
• 15:44
  big
• 15:44
  dollar
• 15:45
  signs.
• 15:45
  You
• 15:45
  need
• 15:46
  the
• 15:46
  money.
• 15:46
  Things
• 15:47
  are
• 15:47
  slow.
• 15:47
  You
• 15:47
  get
• 15:47
  this
• 15:48
  opportunity.
• 15:49
  Sounds
• 15:49
  great.
• 15:50
  But
• 15:50
  again,
• 15:51
  nobody
• 15:51
  ends
• 15:51
  up
• 15:51
  happy.
• 15:52
  And
• 15:52
  that's
• 15:52
  the
• 15:52
  point
• 15:53
  of
• 15:53
  doing.
• 15:54
  You're
• 15:54
  messing
• 15:54
  with
• 15:54
  people's
• 15:55
  homes.
• 15:55
  And
• 15:55
  like
• 15:55
  you
• 15:55
  said
• 15:56
  earlier
• 15:56
  in
• 15:56
  different
• 15:57
  segment,
• 15:57
  it's
• 15:58
  like
• 15:58
  a
• 15:58
  child.
• 15:59
  And
• 15:59
  I
• 16:00
  say
• 16:00
  nobody's
• 16:00
  happy
• 16:01
  because
• 16:01
  the
• 16:01
  contractor
• 16:02
  doesn't
• 16:02
  feel
• 16:02
  good
• 16:02
  about
• 16:02
  that.
• 16:03
  They
• 16:03
  didn't
• 16:03
  want
• 16:03
  to
• 16:04
  fall
• 16:04
  short.
• 16:04
  The
• 16:04
  homeowners
• 16:05
  irate
• 16:05
  because
• 16:06
  they
• 16:06
  got
• 16:06
  a
• 16:06
  wedding
• 16:06
  coming
• 16:07
  or
• 16:07
  whatever.
• 16:07
  The
• 16:07
  thing
• 16:08
  is.
• 16:08
  No,
• 16:09
  it's
• 16:09
  better
• 16:09
  now.
• 16:10
  You
• 16:10
  don't
• 16:10
  want
• 16:10
  to
• 16:10
  do
• 16:10
  it
• 16:10
  right
• 16:11
  over
• 16:11
  the
• 16:11
  holidays.
• 16:12
  It's
• 16:12
  the
• 16:12
  perfect
• 16:13
  time
• 16:13
  to
• 16:13
  do
• 16:13
  it.
• 16:13
  Hell,
• 16:14
  ring
• 16:14
  the
• 16:14
  kitchen
• 16:14
  to
• 16:14
  shreds.
• 16:15
  I
• 16:15
  want
• 16:15
  to
• 16:15
  see
• 16:15
  them
• 16:15
  this
• 16:16
  year.
• 16:16
  I'm
• 16:16
  starting
• 16:16
  to
• 16:17
  remodel
• 16:17
  right
• 16:17
  now
• 16:17
  because
• 16:18
  I
• 16:18
  know
• 16:18
  sure
• 16:18
  as
• 16:18
  heck
• 16:19
  I'm
• 16:19
  not
• 16:19
  going
• 16:19
  to
• 16:19
  get
• 16:20
  this
• 16:20
  ready.
• 16:21
  And
• 16:21
  three
• 16:22
  weeks
• 16:22
  early
• 16:22
  November,
• 16:23
  I'm
• 16:23
  going
• 16:23
  to
• 16:23
  send
• 16:23
  out
• 16:23
  the
• 16:24
  email
• 16:24
  to
• 16:24
  my
• 16:24
  relatives
• 16:25
  going,
• 16:25
  we're
• 16:26
  back.
• 16:26
  Ordered
• 16:27
  countertops
• 16:28
  are
• 16:28
  Back
• 16:28
  ordered.
• 16:28
  No
• 16:29
  way
• 16:29
  we're
• 16:29
  going
• 16:29
  to
• 16:29
  be
• 16:29
  able
• 16:29
  to
• 16:30
  get
• 16:30
  that
• 16:30
  done.
• 16:30
  But
• 16:31
  now
• 16:31
  you're
• 16:31
  doing
• 16:31
  it
• 16:31
  over
• 16:32
  your
• 16:32
  brother
• 16:32
  or
• 16:32
  sister's
• 16:33
  house
• 16:33
  and
• 16:33
  they
• 16:34
  can
• 16:34
  jump
• 16:34
  on
• 16:34
  the
• 16:34
  grenade
• 16:35
  for
• 16:35
  you.
• 16:35
  Now,
• 16:36
  if
• 16:36
  that's
• 16:36
  your
• 16:37
  style,
• 16:38
  start
• 16:38
  that
• 16:38
  project
• 16:39
  now
• 16:39
  because
• 16:40
  that's
• 16:40
  the
• 16:40
  way
• 16:40
  it's
• 16:40
  going
• 16:40
  to
• 16:41
  go.
• 16:41
  It
• 16:41
  just,
• 16:42
  it's
• 16:42
  sad,
• 16:43
  but
• 16:43
  it's
• 16:43
  just
• 16:43
  what
• 16:43
  happens.
• 16:44
  You
• 16:44
  need
• 16:45
  for
• 16:45
  major
• 16:46
  remodels.
• 16:47
  It
• 16:47
  will
• 16:47
  take
• 16:48
  months
• 16:48
  of
• 16:49
  planning.
• 16:50
  Yeah.
• 16:50
  And
• 16:51
  to
• 16:51
  be
• 16:51
  fair,
• 16:51
  life
• 16:52
  is
• 16:52
  quick
• 16:52
  and
• 16:52
  people
• 16:53
  are
• 16:53
  busy
• 16:53
  and
• 16:53
  you
• 16:53
  don't
• 16:54
  think
• 16:54
  about
• 16:54
  it
• 16:54
  until
• 16:55
  you're
• 16:55
  like,
• 16:55
  you
• 16:56
  just
• 16:56
  said
• 16:56
  it
• 16:56
  earlier,
• 16:56
  we're
• 16:57
  in
• 16:57
  the
• 16:57
  middle
• 16:57
  of
• 16:57
  September,
• 16:58
  however
• 16:58
  that
• 16:59
  happened,
• 16:59
  and
• 17:00
  people
• 17:00
  go,
• 17:00
  whoa,
• 17:00
  Thanksgiving's,
• 17:01
  we
• 17:01
  better
• 17:01
  call
• 17:02
  somebody
• 17:02
  to
• 17:02
  get
• 17:02
  this
• 17:03
  thing
• 17:03
  done.
• 17:03
  This
• 17:03
  thing.
• 17:04
  The
• 17:04
  rest
• 17:04
  of
• 17:05
  the
• 17:05
  year
• 17:05
  you're
• 17:05
  worried
• 17:05
  about
• 17:05
  kids
• 17:06
  and
• 17:06
  vacations
• 17:06
  and
• 17:07
  jobs
• 17:07
  and
• 17:08
  all
• 17:08
  the
• 17:08
  stuff
• 17:08
  that
• 17:09
  comes
• 17:09
  with
• 17:09
  life.
• 17:09
  And
• 17:10
  not
• 17:10
  until
• 17:10
  it's
• 17:10
  in
• 17:11
  your
• 17:11
  face.
• 17:11
  You're
• 17:11
  like,
• 17:11
  oh,
• 17:12
  homework's
• 17:12
  due.
• 17:13
  Let's
• 17:13
  tear
• 17:14
  things
• 17:14
  apart.
• 17:14
  And
• 17:15
  yeah,
• 17:16
  it
• 17:16
  gets
• 17:16
  crazy.
• 17:17
  And
• 17:17
  here's
• 17:17
  the
• 17:17
  thing
• 17:17
  too,
• 17:18
  and
• 17:18
  I
• 17:18
  just
• 17:18
  want
• 17:18
  to
• 17:18
  say
• 17:18
  this
• 17:19
  as
• 17:19
  well,
• 17:19
  is
• 17:19
  that
• 17:20
  so
• 17:21
  many
• 17:21
  people,
• 17:21
  and
• 17:21
  I
• 17:21
  love
• 17:22
  this
• 17:22
  on
• 17:22
  social
• 17:22
  media.
• 17:23
  There
• 17:23
  are
• 17:23
  so
• 17:23
  many
• 17:24
  great
• 17:24
  resources
• 17:25
  out
• 17:25
  there.
• 17:26
  But
• 17:26
  I
• 17:26
  was
• 17:27
  on
• 17:27
  a
• 17:27
  social
• 17:27
  media
• 17:28
  page
• 17:28
  today,
• 17:29
  and
• 17:29
  if
• 17:29
  you're
• 17:29
  listening
• 17:30
  to
• 17:30
  the
• 17:30
  show
• 17:30
  today,
• 17:31
  sorry
• 17:32
  if
• 17:32
  I'm
• 17:32
  calling
• 17:32
  you
• 17:32
  out
• 17:33
  on
• 17:33
  this.
• 17:34
  You
• 17:34
  reached
• 17:35
  out
• 17:35
  to
• 17:35
  the
• 17:35
  group
• 17:35
  and
• 17:35
  said,
• 17:35
  hey,
• 17:36
  I'm
• 17:36
  designing
• 17:36
  my
• 17:37
  own
• 17:37
  kitchen.
• 17:37
  What
• 17:37
  size
• 17:38
  of
• 17:38
  cabinet
• 17:38
  do
• 17:39
  I
• 17:39
  need
• 17:39
  for
• 17:39
  my
• 17:39
  dishwasher?
• 17:40
  And
• 17:41
  what
• 17:41
  size
• 17:41
  of
• 17:41
  cabinet
• 17:42
  do
• 17:42
  I
• 17:42
  need
• 17:42
  for
• 17:42
  my
• 17:42
  double
• 17:43
  oven?
• 17:43
  Yeah.
• 17:44
  And
• 17:44
  my
• 17:44
  answer
• 17:45
  was,
• 17:46
  wow,
• 17:46
  this
• 17:46
  is
• 17:46
  a
• 17:47
  perfect
• 17:47
  time
• 17:48
  to
• 17:48
  bring
• 17:49
  in
• 17:49
  that
• 17:49
  professional
• 17:50
  to
• 17:50
  make
• 17:50
  sure
• 17:51
  you
• 17:51
  get
• 17:51
  it
• 17:51
  designed
• 17:51
  right.
• 17:52
  If
• 17:52
  you're
• 17:53
  asking
• 17:53
  for
• 17:53
  what
• 17:53
  size
• 17:54
  of
• 17:54
  cabinet
• 17:54
  you
• 17:54
  need
• 17:54
  for
• 17:55
  the
• 17:55
  dishwasher,
• 17:56
  you
• 17:56
  need
• 17:57
  to
• 17:57
  help.
• 17:57
  You
• 17:57
  need
• 17:57
  to
• 17:57
  have
• 17:58
  some
• 17:58
  serious
• 17:58
  help.
• 17:59
  Back
• 17:59
  to
• 17:59
  pay
• 18:00
  the
• 18:00
  pros.
• 18:00
  Yep.
• 18:01
  And
• 18:01
  it's
• 18:02
  that
• 18:02
  important.
• 18:02
  So
• 18:03
  really,
• 18:03
  this
• 18:04
  planning
• 18:04
  stage
• 18:05
  is
• 18:05
  important.
• 18:06
  Now,
• 18:06
  whether
• 18:06
  you're
• 18:07
  doing
• 18:07
  a
• 18:07
  kitchen
• 18:07
  model,
• 18:08
  a
• 18:08
  new
• 18:08
  house
• 18:09
  build,
• 18:09
  that's
• 18:10
  all
• 18:10
  the
• 18:10
  same
• 18:11
  now,
• 18:12
  right
• 18:12
  now,
• 18:12
  I
• 18:13
  would
• 18:13
  say,
• 18:13
  is
• 18:13
  the
• 18:13
  time.
• 18:14
  If
• 18:14
  you're
• 18:14
  planning
• 18:14
  on
• 18:15
  adding
• 18:16
  that
• 18:16
  pool
• 18:16
  next
• 18:17
  year
• 18:17
  or
• 18:17
  if
• 18:18
  you
• 18:18
  want
• 18:18
  to
• 18:18
  build
• 18:18
  that
• 18:18
  outdoor
• 18:19
  kitchen,
• 18:20
  start
• 18:20
  the
• 18:20
  planning
• 18:21
  process
• 18:21
  now
• 18:22
  because
• 18:22
  by
• 18:22
  the
• 18:22
  time
• 18:23
  January
• 18:23
  comes
• 18:24
  around,
• 18:25
  you'll
• 18:25
  be
• 18:25
  getting
• 18:25
  close
• 18:25
  to
• 18:26
  ready
• 18:26
  to
• 18:26
  start
• 18:26
  that.
• 18:27
  Now,
• 18:28
  a
• 18:28
  lot
• 18:28
  of
• 18:28
  those
• 18:28
  exterior
• 18:29
  contractors
• 18:30
  are,
• 18:30
  over
• 18:31
  the
• 18:31
  next
• 18:31
  three
• 18:32
  months
• 18:32
  are
• 18:32
  going
• 18:33
  to
• 18:33
  be
• 18:33
  booking
• 18:33
  up
• 18:33
  their
• 18:34
  springtime.
• 18:35
  I
• 18:35
  know
• 18:36
  high
• 18:36
  end
• 18:37
  contractors
• 18:38
  that
• 18:38
  do
• 18:38
  decks
• 18:39
  and
• 18:39
  all
• 18:40
  those
• 18:40
  exterior
• 18:41
  things.
• 18:42
  They're
• 18:42
  already
• 18:42
  booked
• 18:43
  most
• 18:43
  of
• 18:43
  next
• 18:43
  year.
• 18:44
  So
• 18:44
  get
• 18:45
  in
• 18:45
  their
• 18:45
  books,
• 18:46
  get
• 18:46
  through
• 18:46
  the
• 18:46
  design
• 18:47
  process
• 18:47
  and
• 18:48
  work
• 18:48
  through
• 18:48
  it.
• 18:48
  And
• 18:49
  yes,
• 18:49
  I
• 18:49
  know
• 18:49
  the
• 18:49
  designer
• 18:50
  is
• 18:50
  expensive,
• 18:51
  but
• 18:51
  it
• 18:51
  will
• 18:52
  save
• 18:52
  you
• 18:52
  money
• 18:53
  every
• 18:53
  time.
• 18:53
  They
• 18:53
  will
• 18:54
  make
• 18:55
  horrible
• 18:55
  decisions.
• 18:57
  Yeah.
• 18:58
  Also,
• 18:58
  your
• 18:58
  options
• 18:59
  on
• 18:59
  contract
• 18:59
  is
• 18:59
  at
• 19:00
  this
• 19:00
  point
• 19:00
  in
• 19:00
  the
• 19:00
  year,
• 19:00
  just
• 19:01
  like
• 19:01
  you
• 19:01
  said,
• 19:01
  they're
• 19:01
  booked
• 19:02
  in
• 19:02
  the
• 19:02
  spring
• 19:02
  already,
• 19:03
  which
• 19:03
  leaves
• 19:04
  you
• 19:04
  a
• 19:04
  handful
• 19:04
  of
• 19:05
  leftovers
• 19:05
  to
• 19:05
  select
• 19:06
  from
• 19:06
  instead
• 19:06
  of
• 19:07
  maybe
• 19:07
  getting
• 19:07
  the
• 19:07
  contract
• 19:07
  you
• 19:08
  want
• 19:08
  because
• 19:08
  they're
• 19:08
  like,
• 19:08
  no,
• 19:09
  man,
• 19:10
  we've
• 19:10
  got
• 19:10
  three
• 19:10
  people
• 19:11
  present
• 19:11
  for
• 19:11
  Christmas
• 19:12
  already.
• 19:12
  Not
• 19:13
  going
• 19:13
  to
• 19:13
  happen.
• 19:13
  Yeah.
• 19:14
  Really
• 19:15
  what
• 19:15
  I
• 19:15
  say
• 19:15
  right
• 19:16
  now,
• 19:16
  spend
• 19:16
  your
• 19:16
  time,
• 19:17
  work
• 19:17
  on
• 19:17
  it.
• 19:17
  Go
• 19:18
  for
• 19:18
  that
• 19:18
  January
• 19:18
  start
• 19:20
  now.
• 19:20
  Now
• 19:20
  here's
• 19:21
  one
• 19:21
  thing
• 19:21
  I
• 19:21
  will
• 19:21
  say
• 19:22
  and
• 19:22
  this
• 19:22
  is
• 19:22
  the
• 19:23
  thing
• 19:23
  and
• 19:23
  it's
• 19:23
  depending
• 19:23
  on
• 19:24
  the
• 19:24
  climate
• 19:24
  you're
• 19:24
  in.
• 19:25
  If
• 19:25
  I'm
• 19:26
  doing
• 19:26
  a
• 19:26
  project
• 19:26
  where
• 19:26
  you
• 19:27
  are,
• 19:27
  Johnny,
• 19:27
  in
• 19:27
  Columbia,
• 19:28
  that's
• 19:28
  one
• 19:28
  thing.
• 19:29
  I
• 19:29
  don't
• 19:30
  have
• 19:30
  to
• 19:30
  worry
• 19:30
  about
• 19:30
  that.
• 19:31
  I
• 19:31
  don't
• 19:31
  have
• 19:31
  to
• 19:32
  worry
• 19:32
  about
• 19:32
  how
• 19:32
  am
• 19:33
  I
• 19:33
  cooking
• 19:33
  in
• 19:33
  my
• 19:33
  kitchen
• 19:34
  for
• 19:34
  two
• 19:34
  months
• 19:34
  while
• 19:34
  they
• 19:35
  work
• 19:35
  through
• 19:35
  this
• 19:35
  project.
• 19:36
  Sometimes
• 19:38
  if
• 19:38
  you
• 19:38
  want
• 19:38
  to
• 19:38
  do
• 19:38
  that
• 19:38
  in
• 19:39
  the
• 19:39
  springtime
• 19:39
  when
• 19:39
  you've
• 19:40
  got
• 19:40
  a
• 19:40
  covered
• 19:40
  barbecue
• 19:41
  outside,
• 19:41
  you
• 19:41
  could
• 19:41
  still
• 19:42
  be
• 19:42
  cooking
• 19:42
  and
• 19:43
  they
• 19:43
  can
• 19:43
  still
• 19:43
  be
• 19:43
  working.
• 19:44
  Yep.
• 19:45
  Maybe
• 19:46
  doing
• 19:46
  the
• 19:46
  January
• 19:46
  start
• 19:47
  for
• 19:47
  the
• 19:47
  kitchen
• 19:47
  remodel
• 19:48
  isn't
• 19:48
  awesome
• 19:48
  if
• 19:49
  you're
• 19:49
  out
• 19:49
  there
• 19:49
  in
• 19:49
  the
• 19:49
  snow.
• 19:50
  I'm
• 19:50
  a
• 19:51
  diehard
• 19:51
  barbecue
• 19:52
  guy,
• 19:52
  don't
• 19:52
  get
• 19:52
  me
• 19:52
  wrong.
• 19:53
  But
• 19:54
  it's
• 19:54
  not
• 19:55
  always
• 19:55
  awesome
• 19:56
  to
• 19:56
  be
• 19:56
  out
• 19:56
  there
• 19:57
  flipping
• 19:57
  burgers
• 19:58
  or
• 19:58
  brisket
• 19:58
  around
• 19:59
  when
• 19:59
  it's
• 20:00
  10
• 20:00
  degrees
• 20:01
  outside
• 20:01
  with
• 20:01
  blowing
• 20:02
  snow.
• 20:03
  Not
• 20:03
  the
• 20:03
  best
• 20:03
  for
• 20:04
  jumping
• 20:04
  out
• 20:04
  and
• 20:04
  doing
• 20:04
  that,
• 20:05
  but
• 20:06
  really
• 20:06
  plan
• 20:07
  that
• 20:07
  project.
• 20:07
  So
• 20:08
  you're
• 20:08
  going
• 20:08
  to
• 20:08
  be
• 20:08
  looking
• 20:08
  pretty
• 20:09
  good
• 20:09
  and
• 20:09
  then
• 20:09
  you'll
• 20:09
  be
• 20:09
  better
• 20:10
  off
• 20:10
  because
• 20:11
  think
• 20:11
  about
• 20:11
  how
• 20:12
  you're
• 20:12
  going
• 20:12
  to
• 20:12
  do
• 20:12
  it.
• 20:12
  Are
• 20:12
  you
• 20:12
  going
• 20:12
  to
• 20:12
  be
• 20:13
  doing
• 20:13
  the
• 20:13
  dishes
• 20:13
  in
• 20:13
  the
• 20:13
  bathtub?
• 20:14
  We've
• 20:14
  seen
• 20:15
  that
• 20:15
  before,
• 20:16
  more
• 20:16
  than
• 20:16
  twice.
• 20:17
  Yep.
• 20:18
  And
• 20:18
  the
• 20:18
  other
• 20:19
  thing
• 20:19
  is
• 20:19
  too
• 20:19
  is
• 20:19
  we'll
• 20:20
  talk
• 20:20
  about
• 20:20
  when
• 20:20
  we
• 20:20
  come
• 20:20
  back.
• 20:21
  I've
• 20:21
  got
• 20:21
  a
• 20:21
  couple
• 20:21
  little
• 20:22
  tricks
• 20:22
  here
• 20:23
  and
• 20:23
  we
• 20:23
  talked
• 20:24
  about
• 20:24
  it
• 20:24
  in
• 20:24
  the
• 20:24
  last
• 20:24
  segment
• 20:25
  a
• 20:25
  little
• 20:25
  bit.
• 20:25
  But
• 20:25
  there's
• 20:26
  some
• 20:26
  tricks
• 20:26
  you
• 20:26
  can
• 20:26
  do
• 20:27
  when
• 20:28
  you've
• 20:28
  got
• 20:28
  a
• 20:28
  limited
• 20:29
  space.
• 20:29
  If
• 20:29
  you've
• 20:29
  got
• 20:30
  that
• 20:30
  little
• 20:30
  tiny
• 20:30
  house
• 20:31
  construction,
• 20:31
  you
• 20:31
  want
• 20:32
  to
• 20:32
  live
• 20:32
  through
• 20:32
  it.
• 20:33
  I'll
• 20:33
  give
• 20:33
  you
• 20:33
  those
• 20:33
  tips
• 20:34
  just
• 20:34
  as
• 20:34
  soon
• 20:34
  as
• 20:35
  around
• 20:35
  the
• 20:35
  House
• 20:35
  returns.
• 20:36
  Don't
• 20:36
  go
• 20:36
  anywhere.
• 20:37
  To
• 20:37
  find
• 20:37
  out
• 20:37
  more,
• 20:38
  head
• 20:38
  to
• 20:38
  aroundthehouseonline.com
• 20:40

• 20:44

• 20:45
  right
• 20:45
  back
• 20:45
  after
• 20:46
  we
• 20:46
  convince
• 20:46
  the
• 20:47

• 20:47

• 20:48
  that
• 20:48

• 20:48
  is
• 20:49
  not
• 20:49
  an
• 20:49
  emergency.
• 20:50
  I
• 20:51
  think
• 20:51
  it's
• 20:51
  done
• 20:51
  now.

  we
• 22:37
  get

• 22:38
  I

  wanted

  thank

• 22:47
  right,

  G.
• 22:48
  Take
• 22:48
  it
• 22:48
  from

• 22:49
  Welcome

• 22:52
  I'm
• 22:52
  Eric
• 22:52
  G.
• 22:53
  Thanks
• 22:53
  for
• 22:53
  joining
• 22:54
  us
• 22:54
  today.
• 22:54
  We've
• 22:54
  been
• 22:54
  sitting
• 22:54
  here
• 22:55
  talking
• 22:56
  about
• 22:56
  how
• 22:57
  to
• 22:57
  get
• 22:57
  that
• 22:57
  project
• 22:57
  going
• 22:58
  in
• 22:58
  the
• 22:59
  right
• 22:59
  time
• 22:59
  of
• 22:59
  year
• 22:59
  to
• 23:00
  do
• 23:00
  it,
• 23:00
  because
• 23:01
  depending
• 23:02
  on
• 23:02
  the
• 23:02
  climate,
• 23:03
  you
• 23:03
  can
• 23:04
  make
• 23:04
  it
• 23:04
  a
• 23:04
  lot
• 23:04
  harder
• 23:05
  depending
• 23:05
  on
• 23:05
  the
• 23:05
  holidays
• 23:06
  or
• 23:06
  things
• 23:06
  like
• 23:06
  that.
• 23:07
  And
• 23:07
  here's
• 23:07
  one
• 23:07
  thing
• 23:07
  I
• 23:08
  wanted
• 23:08
  to
• 23:08
  bring
• 23:08
  up
• 23:08
  before
• 23:08
  we
• 23:09
  get
• 23:09
  too
• 23:09
  far.
• 23:10
  If
• 23:10
  you
• 23:11
  think
• 23:11
  that
• 23:11
  you're
• 23:11
  going
• 23:11
  to
• 23:12
  get
• 23:12
  anything
• 23:12
  on
• 23:12
  your
• 23:12
  project
• 23:13
  with
• 23:13
  contractors
• 23:14
  accomplished
• 23:15
  the
• 23:15
  week
• 23:16
  of
• 23:16
  Thanksgiving
• 23:17
  and
• 23:17
  the
• 23:18
  week
• 23:18
  of
• 23:18
  Christmas
• 23:19
  and
• 23:19
  the
• 23:19
  week
• 23:19
  after
• 23:20
  Christmas,
• 23:21
  you
• 23:21
  are
• 23:22
  sadly
• 23:22
  mistaken.
• 23:23
  Right.
• 23:24
  I
• 23:24
  mean,
• 23:24
  it.
• 23:25
  Manufacturers
• 23:26
  are
• 23:26
  down.
• 23:27
  People
• 23:27
  are
• 23:27
  on
• 23:28
  vacations.
• 23:29
  It's
• 23:30
  a
• 23:30
  dead
• 23:30
  time.
• 23:31
  Yeah.
• 23:32
  Contractors
• 23:33
  are
• 23:33
  people,
• 23:34
  too.
• 23:35
  Yep.
• 23:35
  I
• 23:36
  noticed
• 23:36
  this
• 23:36
  in
• 23:36
  the
• 23:36
  cabin
• 23:37
  industry,
• 23:37
  and
• 23:37
  it's
• 23:38
  been
• 23:38
  something
• 23:38
  that
• 23:38
  always
• 23:39
  goes
• 23:39
  on.
• 23:40
  At
• 23:40
  some
• 23:40
  point
• 23:41
  they
• 23:41
  have
• 23:41
  to
• 23:41
  shut
• 23:42
  things
• 23:42
  down
• 23:42
  a
• 23:42
  little
• 23:42
  bit
• 23:43
  and
• 23:43
  go
• 23:44
  through
• 23:44
  and
• 23:45
  go,
• 23:45
  hey,
• 23:46
  wait
• 23:46
  a
• 23:46
  minute,
• 23:47
  we
• 23:47
  really
• 23:48
  need
• 23:48
  to
• 23:48
  get
• 23:48
  that
• 23:49
  machinery
• 23:49
  fixed
• 23:50
  up.
• 23:50
  We
• 23:50
  need
• 23:50
  to
• 23:50
  swap
• 23:51
  out
• 23:51
  a
• 23:51
  saw.
• 23:52
  We
• 23:52
  need
• 23:52
  to
• 23:53
  upgrade
• 23:53
  the
• 23:53
  finish
• 23:54
  room.
• 23:55
  Many
• 23:55
  times,
• 23:56
  that
• 23:56
  is
• 23:56
  those
• 23:57
  weeks
• 23:58
  at
• 23:59
  the
• 23:59
  end
• 23:59
  of
• 23:59
  the
• 23:59
  year.
• 23:59
  And
• 24:00
  they
• 24:00
  can
• 24:00
  do
• 24:00
  that
• 24:00
  or
• 24:01
  they
• 24:01
  go,
• 24:01
  hey,
• 24:01
  we're
• 24:02
  behind
• 24:02
  schedule.
• 24:02
  We're
• 24:02
  going
• 24:02
  to
• 24:03
  use
• 24:03
  this
• 24:03
  to
• 24:03
  catch
• 24:03
  up.
• 24:04
  And
• 24:05
  so
• 24:05
  many
• 24:05
  times,
• 24:05
  those
• 24:06
  two
• 24:06
  weeks,
• 24:07
  heck,
• 24:07
  if
• 24:07
  you
• 24:07
  can
• 24:08
  find
• 24:08
  your
• 24:08
  salesperson
• 24:09
  or
• 24:09
  even
• 24:09
  the
• 24:09
  plumber
• 24:10
  to
• 24:10
  show
• 24:10
  up
• 24:10
  that
• 24:10
  week,
• 24:11
  you're
• 24:11
  lucky.
• 24:12
  Difficult.
• 24:14
  So
• 24:14
  don't
• 24:14
  count
• 24:14
  those
• 24:15
  in
• 24:15
  your
• 24:15
  weeks
• 24:15
  of
• 24:15
  the
• 24:16
  project.
• 24:16
  That's
• 24:17
  just
• 24:17
  not
• 24:17
  going
• 24:18
  to
• 24:18
  work
• 24:18
  out
• 24:18
  that
• 24:18
  way.
• 24:18
  And
• 24:19
  again,
• 24:20
  so
• 24:20
  you
• 24:20
  think
• 24:20
  about
• 24:20
  it,
• 24:21
  okay,
• 24:21
  so
• 24:21
  we
• 24:21
  have
• 24:22
  one
• 24:22
  week
• 24:22
  less
• 24:24
  during
• 24:24
  Thanksgiving,
• 24:25
  and
• 24:25
  we've
• 24:25
  got
• 24:25
  two
• 24:26
  weeks
• 24:26
  we
• 24:26
  lose
• 24:26
  in
• 24:27
  Christmas.
• 24:28
  Now,
• 24:28
  other
• 24:28
  weeks
• 24:29
  that
• 24:29
  you
• 24:29
  don't
• 24:29
  get
• 24:29
  things
• 24:30
  done
• 24:30
  on,
• 24:31
  there's
• 24:31
  a
• 24:31
  week
• 24:31
  in
• 24:32
  February
• 24:32

  Las
• 24:35
  Vegas.
• 24:35
  This
• 24:35
  year
• 24:36
  it's
• 24:36
  going
• 24:36
  to
• 24:36
  be
• 24:36
  back
• 24:36
  in
• 24:37
  Orlando,
• 24:37
  which
• 24:37
  I'm
• 24:38
  not
• 24:38
  looking
• 24:38
  forward
• 24:38
  to.
• 24:39
  Sorry,
• 24:39
  Orlando.
• 24:40
  Love
• 24:40
  your
• 24:41

• 24:41

• 24:41
  Getting
• 24:42
  to
• 24:42
  the
• 24:42
  convention
• 24:43
  center
• 24:44
  is
• 24:44
  a
• 24:44
  nightmare.
• 24:45
  It
• 24:45
  should
• 24:45
  be
• 24:46
  12
• 24:46
  lanes.
• 24:46
  It's
• 24:46
  two.
• 24:47
  And
• 24:48
  then
• 24:48
  it
• 24:48
  seems
• 24:48
  at
• 24:49
  least
• 24:49
  it's.
• 24:49
  Really
• 24:49
  hot
• 24:49
  and
• 24:50
  humid.
• 24:51
  Yeah.
• 24:51
  Even
• 24:51
  though
• 24:52
  it's
• 24:52
  February.
• 24:52
  The
• 24:53
  other
• 24:53
  part
• 24:53
  of
• 24:53
  it
• 24:53
  is,
• 24:54
  is
• 24:54
  this
• 24:55
  is
• 24:55
  one
• 24:55
  of
• 24:55
  the
• 24:55
  world's
• 24:56
  largest
• 24:56
  trade
• 24:56
  shows.
• 24:56
  And
• 24:57
  so
• 24:57
  it
• 24:57
  takes
• 24:57
  up
• 24:57
  the
• 24:57
  entire
• 24:58
  hall.
• 24:58
  And
• 24:58
  there's
• 24:58
  a
• 24:58
  mile
• 24:59
  between
• 24:59
  the
• 24:59
  two
• 25:00
  halls
• 25:01
  that
• 25:01
  you
• 25:01
  can
• 25:01
  walk
• 25:01
  on
• 25:02
  an
• 25:02
  exterior
• 25:02
  walkway
• 25:03
  that's
• 25:03
  covered.
• 25:04
  But,
• 25:05
  oh,
• 25:05
  my
• 25:06
  gosh,
• 25:06
  you're
• 25:07
  already
• 25:07
  walking
• 25:07
  12
• 25:07
  or
• 25:08
  13
• 25:08
  miles.
• 25:08
  And
• 25:08
  then
• 25:09
  you
• 25:09
  have
• 25:09
  to
• 25:09
  put
• 25:09
  a
• 25:09
  mile
• 25:09
  in
• 25:10
  there.
• 25:10
  It's
• 25:10
  kind
• 25:10
  of
• 25:10
  like
• 25:11
  Walking
• 25:11
  in
• 25:11
  Vegas
• 25:11
  to
• 25:12
  the
• 25:12
  next
• 25:12
  building.
• 25:12
  I'm
• 25:12
  gonna
• 25:13
  go
• 25:13
  next
• 25:13
  door.
• 25:13
  Yeah,
• 25:14
  it's
• 25:14
  a
• 25:14
  mile.
• 25:15
  Yeah,
• 25:15
  same
• 25:16
  thing
• 25:16
  there.
• 25:17
  Same
• 25:17
  thing
• 25:17
  there.
• 25:17
  You
• 25:18
  don't
• 25:18
  notice
• 25:18
  so
• 25:18
  much
• 25:19
  in
• 25:19
  Vegas.
• 25:20
  I
• 25:20
  know
• 25:20
  why,
• 25:20
  but
• 25:21
  we're
• 25:21
  not
• 25:21
  going
• 25:21
  to
• 25:21
  talk
• 25:21
  about
• 25:22
  that
• 25:22
  because
• 25:22
  this
• 25:22
  is
• 25:22
  a
• 25:22
  family
• 25:23
  show.
• 25:24
  But
• 25:24
  I
• 25:24
  will
• 25:24
  make
• 25:24
  this
• 25:25
  noise
• 25:25
  for
• 25:25
  the
• 25:25
  people,
• 25:26
  just
• 25:26
  to
• 25:26
  make
• 25:26
  them
• 25:26
  kind
• 25:27
  of
• 25:27
  laugh
• 25:27
  as
• 25:27
  I
• 25:27
  grab
• 25:28
  something
• 25:28
  here.
• 25:29
  Those
• 25:29
  aren't
• 25:29
  business
• 25:29
  cards.
• 25:30
  They're
• 25:30
  hanging
• 25:30
  out.
• 25:31
  But
• 25:31
  really
• 25:32
  the
• 25:32
  thing
• 25:32
  is,
• 25:32
  when
• 25:32
  you're
• 25:33
  running
• 25:33
  around,
• 25:33
  man,
• 25:33
  it's.
• 25:34
  There's
• 25:34
  certain
• 25:34
  weeks
• 25:35
  you
• 25:35
  just
• 25:35
  don't
• 25:35
  get
• 25:35
  anything
• 25:35
  done.
• 25:36
  That's
• 25:36
  one
• 25:36
  of
• 25:36
  them.
• 25:37
  Any
• 25:37
  one
• 25:37
  of
• 25:37
  the
• 25:38
  holiday
• 25:38
  weeks
• 25:38
  where
• 25:38
  it's
• 25:39
  Labor
• 25:39
  Day,
• 25:40
  Memorial
• 25:40
  Day,
• 25:41
  Fourth
• 25:41
  of
• 25:41
  July,
• 25:42
  write
• 25:43
  them
• 25:43
  off.
• 25:44
  And
• 25:44
  then
• 25:44
  really,
• 25:45
  you
• 25:45
  got
• 25:45
  to
• 25:45
  count
• 25:45
  it
• 25:45
  as
• 25:46
  a
• 25:46
  week
• 25:46
  because,
• 25:46
  yeah,
• 25:47
  it's
• 25:47
  three
• 25:47
  days.
• 25:48
  Everybody
• 25:48
  gets.
• 25:49
  But
• 25:50
  the
• 25:50
  two
• 25:50
  other
• 25:50
  days
• 25:51
  on
• 25:51
  either
• 25:51
  side
• 25:51
  of
• 25:51
  that
• 25:52
  are
• 25:52
  dead
• 25:52
  as
• 25:52
  well.
• 25:53
  Yeah,
• 25:53
  either
• 25:54
  they're
• 25:54
  not
• 25:54
  going
• 25:54
  to
• 25:55
  work
• 25:55
  or
• 25:55
  they're
• 25:55
  just
• 25:56
  not
• 25:56
  into
• 25:56
  it.
• 25:56
  They
• 25:56
  don't
• 25:56
  want
• 25:57
  to
• 25:57
  come
• 25:57
  back,
• 25:57
  or
• 25:57
  they're
• 25:58
  excited
• 25:58
  to
• 25:58
  leave
• 25:58
  and
• 25:58
  they
• 25:58
  leave
• 25:59
  early
• 25:59
  the
• 25:59
  day
• 25:59
  before,
• 26:00
  it's
• 26:00
  It.
• 26:00
  Yeah,
• 26:01
  it's
• 26:01
  a
• 26:01
  week.
• 26:02
  It's
• 26:02
  just
• 26:02
  not
• 26:02
  going
• 26:02
  to
• 26:03
  work
• 26:03
  well.
• 26:03
  And
• 26:03
  then,
• 26:03
  of
• 26:03
  course,
• 26:04
  you
• 26:04
  got
• 26:04
  the
• 26:04
  shipping
• 26:04
  and
• 26:05
  stuff
• 26:05
  like
• 26:05
  that.
• 26:05
  November,
• 26:06
  December,
• 26:07
  or
• 26:07
  anytime
• 26:07
  during
• 26:08
  the
• 26:08
  winter
• 26:08
  time,
• 26:08
  if
• 26:08
  you
• 26:09
  have
• 26:09
  to
• 26:09
  get
• 26:09
  something
• 26:09
  across
• 26:10
  the
• 26:10
  country,
• 26:10
  it
• 26:10
  can
• 26:11
  take
• 26:11
  a
• 26:11
  long
• 26:11
  time
• 26:12
  to
• 26:12
  get
• 26:12
  there.
• 26:13
  So
• 26:13
  that's
• 26:13
  an
• 26:13
  important
• 26:14
  one
• 26:14
  as
• 26:14
  well.
• 26:15
  Now,
• 26:15
  when
• 26:16
  you're
• 26:16
  designing
• 26:16
  outside,
• 26:17
  it's
• 26:17
  interesting.
• 26:18
  And
• 26:18
  this
• 26:18
  is
• 26:18
  one
• 26:18
  of
• 26:18
  the
• 26:19
  ones
• 26:19
  that
• 26:19
  I
• 26:19
  always.
• 26:19
  I
• 26:20
  take
• 26:21
  exterior
• 26:21
  renovations,
• 26:22
  like
• 26:22
  putting
• 26:23
  in
• 26:23
  the
• 26:23
  pool
• 26:23
  and
• 26:23
  doing
• 26:23
  the
• 26:24
  outdoor
• 26:24
  barbecue
• 26:25
  and
• 26:25
  the
• 26:25
  outdoor
• 26:25
  kitchen.
• 26:26
  It's
• 26:27
  almost
• 26:27
  more
• 26:28
  complex
• 26:28
  than
• 26:29
  doing
• 26:29
  it
• 26:29
  inside
• 26:30
  because
• 26:31
  you
• 26:31
  really
• 26:31
  gotta
• 26:32
  plan
• 26:32
  out
• 26:32
  for
• 26:32
  it.
• 26:33
  To
• 26:33
  me,
• 26:33
  when
• 26:34
  you're
• 26:34
  doing
• 26:34
  that
• 26:34
  exterior
• 26:36
  project,
• 26:37
  you
• 26:37
  have
• 26:37
  to
• 26:38
  design
• 26:38
  out,
• 26:39
  like,
• 26:39
  the
• 26:39
  entire
• 26:40
  project
• 26:41
  so
• 26:41
  you
• 26:41
  can
• 26:41
  do
• 26:41
  it
• 26:42
  right.
• 26:42
  I
• 26:43
  see
• 26:43
  so
• 26:43
  many
• 26:43
  people.
• 26:43
  I'm
• 26:44
  gonna
• 26:44
  put
• 26:44
  the
• 26:44
  fence
• 26:44
  up.
• 26:45
  I'm
• 26:45
  gonna
• 26:45
  put
• 26:45
  this
• 26:45
  around
• 26:46
  here.
• 26:46
  I'm
• 26:46
  gonna
• 26:47
  do
• 26:47
  this.
• 26:47
  And
• 26:47
  they
• 26:47
  go,
• 26:47
  let's
• 26:48
  put
• 26:48
  the
• 26:48
  pool
• 26:48
  in.
• 26:48
  And
• 26:48
  I'm
• 26:49
  like,
• 26:49
  dude,
• 26:50
  you
• 26:50
  gotta
• 26:50
  tear
• 26:50
  everything
• 26:51
  out
• 26:51
  to
• 26:51
  put
• 26:51
  the
• 26:51
  pool
• 26:51
  in.
• 26:52
  Right.
• 26:53
  Bring
• 26:53
  in
• 26:53
  machinery
• 26:54
  or
• 26:54
  bring
• 26:55
  in
• 26:55
  deliveries,
• 26:55
  whatever
• 26:56
  the
• 26:56
  case
• 26:56
  may
• 26:56
  be.
• 26:57
  Oh,
• 26:58
  it's
• 26:59
  so
• 26:59
  bad.
• 26:59
  So
• 27:00
  really,
• 27:00
  it's
• 27:00
  one
• 27:00
  of
• 27:00
  those
• 27:00
  things.
• 27:01
  Just
• 27:02
  design
• 27:02
  it
• 27:02
  from
• 27:03
  start
• 27:03
  to
• 27:03
  finish.
• 27:03
  Bring
• 27:04
  in
• 27:04
  that
• 27:04
  landscape
• 27:05
  designer.
• 27:06
  Even
• 27:06
  I,
• 27:07
  who
• 27:07
  planned
• 27:08
  everything
• 27:08
  else.
• 27:08
  I
• 27:09
  had
• 27:09
  my
• 27:09
  friends
• 27:10
  over
• 27:10
  at
• 27:10
  System
• 27:10
  Pavers
• 27:11
  over
• 27:11
  this
• 27:12
  last
• 27:12
  week,
• 27:12
  and
• 27:12
  I
• 27:12
  tell
• 27:13
  you
• 27:13
  what,
• 27:14
  I
• 27:14
  got
• 27:14
  them
• 27:14
  last
• 27:15
  minute
• 27:15
  on
• 27:15
  this.
• 27:15
  End
• 27:16
  of
• 27:16
  summer
• 27:16
  is
• 27:16
  not
• 27:16
  usually
• 27:17
  the
• 27:17
  best
• 27:17
  time.
• 27:17
  As
• 27:18
  everybody's
• 27:18
  trying
• 27:18
  to
• 27:18
  get
• 27:18
  their
• 27:19
  stuff
• 27:19
  done.
• 27:19
  I
• 27:20
  had
• 27:20
  them
• 27:20
  do
• 27:20
  this
• 27:20
  Beautiful
• 27:21
  patio.
• 27:21
  And
• 27:22
  check
• 27:22
  it
• 27:22
  out
• 27:22
  on
• 27:23
  social
• 27:23
  media.
• 27:23
  I'll
• 27:23
  have
• 27:24
  it
• 27:24
  up
• 27:24
  here
• 27:24
  soon
• 27:25
  if
• 27:25
  it's
• 27:25
  not
• 27:25
  up
• 27:25
  already.
• 27:26
  But
• 27:27
  they
• 27:27
  did
• 27:27
  this
• 27:27
  beautiful
• 27:28
  patio.
• 27:28
  I
• 27:29
  had
• 27:29
  a
• 27:29
  water
• 27:29
  line
• 27:30
  to
• 27:30
  one
• 27:30
  of
• 27:30
  my
• 27:30
  sprinklers
• 27:30
  going
• 27:31
  down
• 27:31
  there.
• 27:32
  Now
• 27:32
  I've
• 27:32
  moved
• 27:33
  so
• 27:33
  much
• 27:33
  dirt
• 27:34
  around
• 27:34
  this
• 27:34
  place,
• 27:35
  I'm
• 27:35
  like,
• 27:36
  guys,
• 27:36
  be
• 27:36
  a
• 27:37
  little
• 27:37
  careful.
• 27:38
  I
• 27:38
  think
• 27:38
  it's
• 27:39
  deep
• 27:39
  enough.
• 27:40
  But
• 27:41
  there's
• 27:41
  a
• 27:41
  couple
• 27:42
  areas
• 27:42
  that
• 27:42
  I
• 27:42
  had
• 27:42
  to
• 27:42
  go
• 27:43
  around.
• 27:43
  Some
• 27:43
  big
• 27:43
  rocks
• 27:44
  that
• 27:44
  I
• 27:44
  call
• 27:44
  icebergs
• 27:45
  because
• 27:45
  you
• 27:45
  see
• 27:45
  the
• 27:45
  top
• 27:45
  little
• 27:46
  bit
• 27:46
  and
• 27:46
  there's.
• 27:47
  And
• 27:47
  when
• 27:47
  I
• 27:48
  talk
• 27:48
  about
• 27:48
  rocks,
• 27:48
  guys,
• 27:49
  this
• 27:49
  isn't
• 27:49
  something
• 27:49
  that's
• 27:50
  40
• 27:50
  pounds.
• 27:51
  I
• 27:51
  had
• 27:52
  three
• 27:52
  rocks
• 27:53
  in
• 27:53
  this
• 27:53
  area
• 27:54
  that
• 27:54
  I
• 27:54
  removed
• 27:55
  so
• 27:55
  I
• 27:55
  could
• 27:55
  put
• 27:55
  the
• 27:55
  patio
• 27:56
  in
• 27:56
  that
• 27:57
  were
• 27:58
  36
• 27:58
  inches
• 27:59
  long,
• 27:59
  24
• 28:00
  inches
• 28:00
  high,
• 28:01
  a
• 28:01
  big
• 28:02
  oval.
• 28:03
  One
• 28:03
  of
• 28:03
  them
• 28:03
  was
• 28:03
  42
• 28:04
  inches
• 28:05
  long.
• 28:05
  Oh,
• 28:06
  geez.
• 28:06
  Yeah.
• 28:07
  So
• 28:07
  I
• 28:07
  had
• 28:07
  to
• 28:07
  go
• 28:07
  down
• 28:08
  to
• 28:08
  my
• 28:08
  friends
• 28:08
  at
• 28:08
  Park
• 28:08
  Rose
• 28:09
  Hardware.
• 28:09
  I
• 28:09
  rented
• 28:09
  one
• 28:09
  of
• 28:09
  the
• 28:10
  walk
• 28:10
  behind
• 28:10
  excavators.
• 28:11
  It
• 28:12
  weighed
• 28:12
  more
• 28:12
  than
• 28:12
  the
• 28:12
  excavator,
• 28:13
  but
• 28:14
  in
• 28:14
  the
• 28:14
  ground
• 28:15
  I
• 28:15
  could
• 28:15
  roll
• 28:16
  it,
• 28:16
  hit
• 28:16
  it
• 28:17
  with
• 28:17
  the
• 28:17
  bucket,
• 28:17
  push
• 28:18
  it
• 28:18
  along,
• 28:19
  stack
• 28:20
  some
• 28:20
  wood
• 28:20
  up
• 28:20
  against
• 28:20
  before
• 28:21
  the
• 28:21
  neighbor's
• 28:21
  fence
• 28:21
  so
• 28:21
  I
• 28:22
  don't
• 28:22
  send
• 28:22
  it
• 28:22
  down
• 28:22
  the
• 28:22
  hill
• 28:23
  and
• 28:23
  have
• 28:23
  to
• 28:23
  replace
• 28:23
  the
• 28:23
  fence
• 28:24
  too.
• 28:25
  But
• 28:25
  really
• 28:26
  I
• 28:26
  moved
• 28:26
  those
• 28:26
  things
• 28:26
  out
• 28:27
  of
• 28:27
  the
• 28:27
  way.
• 28:27
  And
• 28:27
  sure
• 28:28
  enough,
• 28:28
  in
• 28:29
  the
• 28:29
  one
• 28:29
  corner
• 28:29
  where
• 28:30
  it
• 28:30
  came
• 28:30
  down
• 28:30
  into
• 28:30
  this
• 28:31
  area,
• 28:32
  it
• 28:32
  was
• 28:33
  just
• 28:34
  in
• 28:34
  there,
• 28:34
  just
• 28:35
  enough
• 28:35
  where
• 28:35
  they
• 28:35
  could
• 28:36
  get
• 28:36
  the
• 28:36
  sand
• 28:37
  layer
• 28:37
  in.
• 28:38
  It's
• 28:38
  three
• 28:38
  inches
• 28:39
  below
• 28:39
  the
• 28:39
  block.
• 28:40
  But
• 28:40
  really
• 28:40
  I
• 28:41
  was
• 28:41
  like,
• 28:41
  oh,
• 28:41
  don't
• 28:41
  compact
• 28:42
  that
• 28:42
  area
• 28:42
  too
• 28:42
  hard.
• 28:43
  Yeah.
• 28:44
  Big
• 28:44
  rocks,
• 28:45
  big
• 28:45
  trees,
• 28:46
  gas
• 28:46
  lines,
• 28:47
  water
• 28:47
  lines,
• 28:48
  big
• 28:48
  roots.
• 28:49
  Right.
• 28:49
  Gotta
• 28:50
  pay
• 28:50
  attention.
• 28:50
  Gotta
• 28:51
  think
• 28:51
  ahead
• 28:52
  now
• 28:52
  with
• 28:52
  electrical
• 28:53
  as
• 28:53
  well.
• 28:53
  That's
• 28:53
  a
• 28:53
  big
• 28:54
  one.
• 28:54
  Right.
• 28:54
  So
• 28:54
  if
• 28:54
  you're
• 28:55
  doing
• 28:55
  electrical
• 28:55
  on
• 28:55
  this
• 28:56
  too,
• 28:56
  you've
• 28:56
  got
• 28:56
  landscape
• 28:57
  lighting,
• 28:57
  you
• 28:57
  got
• 28:57
  power
• 28:58
  for
• 28:58
  the
• 28:58
  pool
• 28:58
  pump,
• 28:59
  you
• 28:59
  got
• 28:59
  the
• 28:59
  hot
• 28:59
  tub,
• 29:00
  you
• 29:00
  got
• 29:00
  the
• 29:00
  cold
• 29:00
  plunge,
• 29:01
  whatever
• 29:01
  you're
• 29:01
  doing
• 29:01
  out
• 29:02
  there.
• 29:02
  Yeah,
• 29:03
  you
• 29:03
  could
• 29:03
  need
• 29:03
  six
• 29:04
  or
• 29:04
  seven
• 29:04
  circuits
• 29:05
  out
• 29:05
  there
• 29:05
  depending
• 29:05
  on
• 29:06
  what
• 29:06
  you
• 29:06
  got
• 29:06
  going.
• 29:07
  Yeah.
• 29:07
  You
• 29:08
  know,
• 29:08
  the
• 29:08
  hot
• 29:08
  tub,
• 29:09
  that's
• 29:09
  a
• 29:09
  whole
• 29:09
  other
• 29:10
  world.
• 29:10
  So
• 29:10
  this
• 29:10
  is
• 29:11
  really
• 29:11
  where
• 29:11
  you
• 29:11
  need
• 29:11
  to
• 29:12
  figure
• 29:12
  out
• 29:12
  what
• 29:12
  all
• 29:12
  your
• 29:12
  electrical
• 29:13
  needs
• 29:13
  are.
• 29:13
  Have
• 29:14
  the
• 29:14
  electrician
• 29:15
  come
• 29:15
  in,
• 29:15
  get
• 29:16
  them
• 29:16
  all
• 29:17
  basically
• 29:18
  roughed
• 29:18
  in
• 29:18
  for
• 29:19
  you
• 29:19
  so
• 29:19
  you
• 29:20
  know
• 29:20
  what
• 29:20
  you're
• 29:20
  doing
• 29:20
  and
• 29:21
  you
• 29:21
  can
• 29:21
  get
• 29:21
  it
• 29:21
  there
• 29:22
  and
• 29:22
  then
• 29:22
  do.
• 29:23
  It
• 29:23
  before
• 29:23
  you
• 29:23
  build
• 29:23
  the
• 29:24
  twelve
• 29:24
  thousand
• 29:24
  dollar
• 29:25
  deck.
• 29:26
  Right.
• 29:27
  And
• 29:27
  holy
• 29:28
  smokes,
• 29:28
  dude.
• 29:28
  Have
• 29:28
  you
• 29:29
  seen
• 29:29
  what
• 29:29
  the
• 29:29
  prices
• 29:29
  of
• 29:30
  decks
• 29:30
  are
• 29:30
  recently
• 29:32
  in
• 29:32
  Columbia?
• 29:33
  No,
• 29:33
  but
• 29:34
  I
• 29:34
  can
• 29:34
  only
• 29:34
  imagine
• 29:35
  since
• 29:35
  wood
• 29:35
  and
• 29:36
  copper
• 29:36
  and
• 29:36
  everything
• 29:36
  around
• 29:37
  you
• 29:37
  is
• 29:37
  tripled
• 29:38
  in
• 29:38
  price,
• 29:38
  I
• 29:38
  can't
• 29:39
  imagine
• 29:39
  what
• 29:39
  cedar
• 29:40
  looks
• 29:40
  like.
• 29:41
  Yeah,
• 29:42
  like
• 29:42
  my
• 29:42
  buddy
• 29:42
  Dr.
• 29:43
  Dex,
• 29:43
  Jason,
• 29:44
  he
• 29:44
  is
• 29:44
  up
• 29:45
  in
• 29:45
  the
• 29:45
  Tacoma
• 29:45
  area.
• 29:46
  You
• 29:46
  know,
• 29:47
  this
• 29:47
  cat
• 29:48
  does
• 29:49
  amazing
• 29:50
  decks
• 29:51
  and
• 29:52
  it's
• 29:53
  crazy
• 29:53
  because
• 29:54
  for
• 29:55
  him
• 29:55
  doing
• 29:55
  a
• 29:56
  composite
• 29:56
  deck
• 29:56
  and
• 29:57
  he
• 29:57
  does
• 29:57
  such
• 29:58
  amazing
• 29:58
  stuff.
• 29:58
  If
• 29:59
  you're
• 29:59
  not
• 29:59
  following
• 29:59
  him
• 29:59
  on
• 30:00
  social
• 30:00
  media
• 30:00
  and
• 30:01
  you're
• 30:01
  planning
• 30:01
  on
• 30:01
  doing
• 30:02
  a
• 30:02
  deck,
• 30:02
  take
• 30:02
  a
• 30:02
  look
• 30:02
  at
• 30:02
  it.
• 30:03
  This
• 30:03
  cat
• 30:04
  does
• 30:05
  some
• 30:05
  absolutely
• 30:06
  amazing
• 30:07
  stuff.
• 30:07
  So
• 30:08
  what
• 30:08
  he
• 30:08
  does.
• 30:08
  I'm
• 30:09
  going
• 30:09
  to
• 30:09
  share
• 30:09
  this
• 30:09
  up
• 30:09
  to
• 30:09
  Johnny
• 30:10
  here
• 30:10
  so
• 30:10
  I
• 30:10
  can
• 30:10
  show
• 30:11
  you.
• 30:11
  Sorry,
• 30:11
  guys,
• 30:11
  you're
• 30:11
  not
• 30:12
  going
• 30:12
  to
• 30:12
  see
• 30:12
  this.
• 30:12
  But
• 30:13
  he'll
• 30:13
  be
• 30:13
  able
• 30:13
  to
• 30:13
  see
• 30:14
  it.
• 30:14
  He
• 30:15
  does
• 30:16
  radius
• 30:17
  stuff
• 30:17
  where
• 30:17
  heat
• 30:18
  bends
• 30:18
  things.
• 30:19
  So
• 30:20
  you'll
• 30:20
  see
• 30:21
  the
• 30:21
  composite.
• 30:22
  Heat
• 30:22
  it
• 30:23
  up
• 30:23
  to
• 30:23
  a
• 30:23
  certain
• 30:23
  temperature
• 30:24
  and
• 30:25
  make
• 30:25
  it
• 30:25
  bend.
• 30:26
  So
• 30:27
  he'll
• 30:27
  do
• 30:27
  all
• 30:27
  these
• 30:28
  radiuses,
• 30:29
  he'll
• 30:29
  do
• 30:29
  all
• 30:30
  this
• 30:30
  cool
• 30:30
  stuff
• 30:30
  with
• 30:31
  it.
• 30:31
  And
• 30:31
  then
• 30:32
  when
• 30:32
  it's
• 30:32
  cold,
• 30:32
  you
• 30:33
  know,
• 30:33
  it'll
• 30:33
  get
• 30:33
  really
• 30:34
  warm.
• 30:34
  He
• 30:34
  uses
• 30:35
  these
• 30:35
  heat
• 30:35
  blankets
• 30:36
  and
• 30:36
  he
• 30:37
  puts
• 30:37
  them
• 30:37
  in
• 30:37
  a
• 30:37
  form
• 30:38
  and
• 30:38
  does
• 30:39
  all
• 30:39
  this
• 30:39
  really
• 30:40
  cool
• 30:40
  stuff.
• 30:41
  Well,
• 30:41
  that
• 30:41
  is
• 30:41
  amazing,
• 30:42
  right?
• 30:43
  Yeah.
• 30:43
  Looks
• 30:43
  like
• 30:43
  the
• 30:43
  Hilton.
• 30:44
  Yeah.
• 30:45
  It's
• 30:45
  just
• 30:45
  ridiculous.
• 30:46
  He
• 30:46
  does
• 30:46
  all
• 30:47
  this
• 30:47
  cool
• 30:47
  stuff.
• 30:48
  It's
• 30:48
  awesome.
• 30:49
  But
• 30:49
  if
• 30:49
  you've
• 30:50
  got
• 30:50
  a
• 30:50
  two
• 30:50
  tier
• 30:50
  deck
• 30:51
  and
• 30:51
  some
• 30:51
  steps
• 30:52
  and
• 30:52
  he's
• 30:52
  doing
• 30:52
  this
• 30:52
  stuff,
• 30:53
  you're
• 30:54
  seeing
• 30:54
  some
• 30:54
  of
• 30:54
  these
• 30:54
  deck
• 30:55
  packages

• 30:56
  the
• 30:56
  time
• 30:57
  you
• 30:57
  put
• 30:57
  in
• 30:57
  the
• 30:57
  glass
• 30:57
  railings
• 30:58
  and
• 30:58
  the
• 30:58
  lights,
• 30:59
  they're
• 30:59
  $300,000
• 31:01
  for
• 31:01
  a
• 31:01
  deck.
• 31:02
  Yeah.
• 31:03
  And
• 31:03
  I'm
• 31:03
  not
• 31:03
  talking.
• 31:04
  It's.
• 31:04
  You're
• 31:04
  like,
• 31:04
  hey,
• 31:05
  that's
• 31:05
  a
• 31:05
  nice
• 31:06
  deck,
• 31:07
  but
• 31:07
  wow,
• 31:08
  it
• 31:08
  gets
• 31:08
  pretty
• 31:08
  crazy.
• 31:09
  It
• 31:09
  gets
• 31:09
  pretty
• 31:10
  crazy.
• 31:10
  Half
• 31:10
  the
• 31:11
  cost
• 31:11
  of
• 31:11
  another
• 31:11
  house.
• 31:12
  Yeah.
• 31:13
  You
• 31:13
  know,
• 31:13
  it's
• 31:14
  nice
• 31:14
  when
• 31:14
  you
• 31:15
  got
• 31:15
  a
• 31:15
  nice
• 31:15
  deck,
• 31:15
  but
• 31:16
  come
• 31:16
  on,
• 31:17
  that
• 31:17
  gets
• 31:17
  crazy.
• 31:18
  It
• 31:18
  gets
• 31:19
  crazy.
• 31:19
  Now
• 31:20
  when
• 31:20
  we
• 31:20
  come
• 31:20
  back,
• 31:20
  Johnny,
• 31:21
  we're
• 31:21
  going
• 31:21
  to
• 31:22
  wrap
• 31:22
  this
• 31:22
  one
• 31:22
  up
• 31:22
  because
• 31:22
  we
• 31:23
  got
• 31:23
  a
• 31:23
  lot
• 31:23
  of
• 31:23
  stuff
• 31:23
  to
• 31:23
  talk
• 31:23
  about
• 31:24
  here
• 31:24
  and
• 31:24
  I
• 31:24
  want
• 31:24
  to
• 31:24
  talk
• 31:24
  about
• 31:25
  a
• 31:25
  few
• 31:25
  other
• 31:25
  little
• 31:25
  things
• 31:25
  we
• 31:26
  can
• 31:26
  catch
• 31:26
  up
• 31:26
  on
• 31:26
  as
• 31:26
  well.
• 31:27
  Because
• 31:27
  I
• 31:27
  tell
• 31:28
  you
• 31:28
  what
• 31:28
  the
• 31:28
  nice
• 31:28
  thing
• 31:28
  is
• 31:29
  with
• 31:29
  these
• 31:29
  decks
• 31:29
  like
• 31:29
  this
• 31:30
  and
• 31:30
  any
• 31:30
  of
• 31:31
  these
• 31:31
  exterior
• 31:31
  projects,
• 31:32
  there's
• 31:32
  a
• 31:32
  lot
• 31:32
  of
• 31:33
  planning.
• 31:33
  And
• 31:34
  I've
• 31:34
  got
• 31:34
  some
• 31:34
  secrets
• 31:34
  for
• 31:34
  you
• 31:35
  too
• 31:35
  that
• 31:35
  might
• 31:35

• 31:35

• 31:36
  to

• 31:37
  a
• 31:37
  little
• 31:37

• 31:37
  on

• 33:53
  this
• 33:53
  guy
• 33:53
  and
• 33:53
  I
• 33:54
  go
• 33:54
  back
• 33:54
  25
• 33:55
  plus
• 33:55
  years
• 33:55
  of
• 33:56
  mayhem,
• 33:57
  music
• 33:58
  and
• 33:58
  everything
• 33:58
  else.
• 33:59
  Hey,
• 33:59
  there's
• 33:59
  a
• 33:59
  band
• 34:00
  name,
• 34:00
  I
• 34:00
  think.
• 34:00
  And
• 34:01
  Magic
• 34:01
  Eric
• 34:02
  Imagine
• 34:02
  Music
• 34:03
  and
• 34:03
  Magic.
• 34:04
  Sounds
• 34:04
  like
• 34:04
  a
• 34:04
  70s
• 34:05
  band.
• 34:06
  I
• 34:06
  was
• 34:06
  gonna
• 34:06
  say
• 34:06
  Russia
• 34:07
  Mushrooms,
• 34:07
  but.
• 34:07
  I
• 34:08
  figured
• 34:08
  70s
• 34:09
  band,
• 34:09
  we'll
• 34:09
  keep
• 34:09
  it
• 34:10
  easy.
• 34:10
  We'll
• 34:11
  keep
• 34:11
  the
• 34:11
  pizza
• 34:11
  toppings
• 34:12
  out
• 34:12
  of
• 34:12
  this.
• 34:13
  So
• 34:14
  we've
• 34:14
  been
• 34:14
  talking
• 34:14
  about
• 34:14
  just
• 34:15
  the
• 34:15
  right
• 34:15
  time
• 34:15
  to
• 34:15
  start
• 34:16
  these
• 34:16
  projects.
• 34:16
  And
• 34:16
  I
• 34:17
  tell
• 34:17
  you
• 34:17
  what,
• 34:17
  guys,
• 34:17
  it's
• 34:17
  one
• 34:18
  of
• 34:18
  those
• 34:18
  things
• 34:18
  that,
• 34:19
  man,
• 34:19
  we've
• 34:19
  all
• 34:19
  learned
• 34:20
  those
• 34:20
  lessons
• 34:20
  and
• 34:21
  I
• 34:21
  think
• 34:21
  we've
• 34:21
  all.
• 34:22
  Anybody
• 34:23
  that's
• 34:23
  had
• 34:23
  a
• 34:23
  house
• 34:23
  for
• 34:23
  a
• 34:24
  few
• 34:24
  years
• 34:24
  that
• 34:24
  have
• 34:24
  tried
• 34:25
  to
• 34:25
  do
• 34:25
  these
• 34:25
  projects,
• 34:26
  and
• 34:26
  it's
• 34:26
  the
• 34:27
  morning
• 34:27
  of
• 34:28
  the
• 34:28
  party
• 34:28
  and
• 34:29
  you're
• 34:29
  out
• 34:29
  there
• 34:29
  trying
• 34:30
  to
• 34:30
  fix
• 34:30
  something
• 34:30
  or
• 34:31
  put
• 34:31
  something
• 34:31
  together
• 34:33
  or
• 34:34
  any
• 34:34
  of
• 34:34
  that
• 34:34
  other
• 34:34
  stuff.
• 34:35
  And
• 34:35
  I've
• 34:35
  just
• 34:36
  seen
• 34:36
  so
• 34:36
  many
• 34:36
  of
• 34:36
  these
• 34:37
  things
• 34:37
  where
• 34:37
  you're
• 34:37
  like,
• 34:37
  I'm
• 34:38
  gonna.
• 34:39
  Okay,
• 34:39
  here's
• 34:40
  a
• 34:40
  good
• 34:40
  one.
• 34:40
  Raise
• 34:41
  your
• 34:41
  hand.
• 34:41
  I
• 34:41
  can
• 34:41
  see
• 34:41
  all
• 34:42
  of
• 34:42
  you
• 34:42
  out
• 34:42
  there
• 34:42
  listening.
• 34:43
  How
• 34:43
  many
• 34:44
  times
• 34:44
  have
• 34:44
  we
• 34:44
  done
• 34:45
  the.
• 34:45
  I'm
• 34:46
  gonna
• 34:46
  fix
• 34:46
  it
• 34:46
  from
• 34:47
  the
• 34:47
  party,
• 34:47
  but
• 34:47
  I'm
• 34:48
  gonna
• 34:48
  fix
• 34:48
  it
• 34:48
  right
• 34:49
  later.
• 34:50
  And
• 34:50
  how
• 34:50
  many
• 34:50
  years
• 34:50
  has
• 34:51
  it
• 34:51
  been
• 34:51
  sitting
• 34:51
  that
• 34:51
  way?
• 34:52
  1
• 34:52
  year,
• 34:52
  2
• 34:52
  year,
• 34:53
  5
• 34:53
  years,
• 34:53
  10
• 34:53
  years?
• 34:54
  Is
• 34:55
  it
• 34:55
  still
• 34:55
  there?
• 34:57
  So
• 34:57
  many
• 34:57
  times
• 34:57
  that
• 34:58
  happens.
• 34:58
  Oh,
• 34:58
  this
• 34:58
  will
• 34:59
  be
• 34:59
  good
• 34:59
  enough.
• 34:59
  I'll
• 34:59
  come
• 34:59
  back
• 35:00
  and
• 35:00
  get
• 35:00
  it
• 35:00
  later.
• 35:01
  Later.
• 35:01
  Many
• 35:02
  times
• 35:02
  doesn't
• 35:02
  exist.
• 35:04
  If
• 35:04
  it's
• 35:04
  good
• 35:04
  enough,
• 35:04
  it's
• 35:05
  still
• 35:05
  good
• 35:05
  enough,
• 35:06
  right?
• 35:07
  Absolutely.
• 35:08
  That
• 35:08
  is
• 35:08
  a
• 35:08
  contractor
• 35:09
  speaking
• 35:09
  about
• 35:10
  his
• 35:10
  own
• 35:10
  home.
• 35:10
  Right.
• 35:14
  But
• 35:14
  really,
• 35:14
  again,
• 35:15
  trying
• 35:15
  to
• 35:15
  plan
• 35:16
  these
• 35:16
  things
• 35:16
  out.
• 35:16
  And
• 35:17
  really
• 35:17
  the
• 35:18
  time
• 35:18
  of
• 35:18
  year
• 35:18
  is
• 35:18
  such
• 35:19
  an
• 35:19
  important
• 35:19
  one.
• 35:20
  And
• 35:21
  I
• 35:21
  can't
• 35:22
  say
• 35:22
  this
• 35:22
  enough,
• 35:23
  part
• 35:23
  of
• 35:23
  this
• 35:23
  design
• 35:24
  process
• 35:24
  is.
• 35:25
  And
• 35:25
  I
• 35:25
  say
• 35:25
  this
• 35:25
  about
• 35:26
  kitchen
• 35:26
  design
• 35:26
  and
• 35:26
  I
• 35:27
  want
• 35:27
  to
• 35:27
  say
• 35:27
  this
• 35:27
  again
• 35:28
  because
• 35:28
  we
• 35:29
  touched
• 35:29
  on
• 35:29
  it
• 35:29
  earlier.
• 35:31
  So
• 35:31
  many
• 35:31
  people
• 35:31
  think
• 35:32
  that
• 35:32
  they
• 35:32
  can
• 35:32
  do
• 35:32
  it
• 35:33
  themselves.
• 35:34
  And
• 35:34
  yes,
• 35:35
  you
• 35:35
  can
• 35:35
  do
• 35:35
  a
• 35:35
  lot
• 35:35
  of
• 35:35
  projects
• 35:36
  yourself,
• 35:37
  but
• 35:37
  when
• 35:38
  I
• 35:38
  would
• 35:38
  hire
• 35:38
  kitchen
• 35:39
  designers
• 35:40
  that
• 35:40
  were
• 35:40
  right
• 35:40
  out
• 35:41
  of
• 35:41
  a
• 35:41
  four
• 35:41
  year

  degree,
• 35:43
  right
• 35:43
  out
• 35:44
  of
• 35:44
  college,
• 35:45
  I
• 35:45
  knew
• 35:45
  I
• 35:46
  had
• 35:46
  two
• 35:46
  years
• 35:47
  of
• 35:47
  them
• 35:47
  working
• 35:48
  full
• 35:48
  time
• 35:49
  before
• 35:49
  they
• 35:50
  really
• 35:50
  got
• 35:50
  their
• 35:50
  sea
• 35:51
  legs
• 35:51
  underneath
• 35:51
  them.
• 35:52
  Yeah.
• 35:53
  Which
• 35:53
  means
• 35:54
  you,
• 35:54
  as
• 35:54
  a
• 35:54
  person
• 35:54
  who
• 35:55
  usually
• 35:55
  will
• 35:56
  do
• 35:56
  one
• 35:56
  or
• 35:56
  two
• 35:56
  kitchens
• 35:57
  in
• 35:57
  a
• 35:57
  lifetime,
• 35:58
  are
• 35:58
  going
• 35:59
  to
• 35:59
  make
• 35:59
  massive
• 36:00
  mistakes.
• 36:01
  And
• 36:02
  mistakes
• 36:02
  are
• 36:03
  expensive
• 36:04
  in
• 36:04
  kitchens.
• 36:05
  To
• 36:06
  pay
• 36:06
  the
• 36:06
  pros
• 36:07
  tell
• 36:07
  me
• 36:07
  that's
• 36:07
  my
• 36:08
  mantra
• 36:08
  this
• 36:08
  week,
• 36:09
  pay
• 36:09
  the
• 36:09
  pros.
• 36:10
  Johnny,
• 36:10
  great
• 36:10
  story
• 36:11
  here.
• 36:11
  Real
• 36:11
  quick.
• 36:11
  And
• 36:12
  this
• 36:12
  was
• 36:12
  one
• 36:12
  of
• 36:12
  Those.
• 36:13
  This
• 36:13
  was.
• 36:13
  I
• 36:13
  was
• 36:13
  out
• 36:14
  at
• 36:14
  the.
• 36:14
  I
• 36:14
  told
• 36:14
  you.
• 36:15
  I
• 36:15
  was
• 36:15
  at
• 36:15
  the
• 36:15
  parade
• 36:15
  of
• 36:16
  homes
• 36:16
  and
• 36:16
  tri
• 36:16
  cities
• 36:17
  in
• 36:17
  Washington
• 36:18
  state
• 36:18
  and
• 36:19
  610k
• 36:20
  on
• 36:20
  a
• 36:20
  country
• 36:20
  with
• 36:21
  my
• 36:21
  friends
• 36:21
  over
• 36:21
  there.
• 36:22
  And
• 36:24
  beautiful
• 36:24
  house,
• 36:24
  top
• 36:25
  of
• 36:25
  the
• 36:25
  hill.
• 36:25
  This
• 36:25
  is
• 36:25
  a
• 36:25
  house
• 36:25
  that
• 36:26
  used
• 36:26
  to
• 36:26
  be
• 36:26
  really
• 36:26
  right
• 36:27
  where
• 36:27
  when
• 36:28
  I
• 36:28
  was
• 36:28
  in
• 36:28
  high
• 36:28
  school
• 36:28
  was
• 36:28
  make
• 36:29
  out
• 36:29
  point
• 36:29
  on
• 36:30
  the
• 36:30
  top
• 36:30
  of
• 36:30
  the
• 36:30
  hill.
• 36:31
  They
• 36:31
  actually
• 36:32
  flat
• 36:32
  took
• 36:32
  10ft
• 36:33
  off
• 36:33
  the
• 36:33
  top
• 36:33
  of
• 36:33
  this
• 36:34
  thing
• 36:34
  and
• 36:34
  made
• 36:34
  it
• 36:34
  wide
• 36:34
  enough
• 36:34
  to
• 36:34
  put
• 36:35
  houses
• 36:35
  on
• 36:35
  either
• 36:35
  side.
• 36:36
  Which
• 36:36
  to
• 36:36
  me
• 36:36
  still
• 36:36
  blows
• 36:37
  my
• 36:37
  mind
• 36:38
  because
• 36:38
  it
• 36:38
  was
• 36:39
  a
• 36:40
  maybe
• 36:41
  30
• 36:41
  or
• 36:42
  40ft
• 36:42
  of
• 36:42
  flat
• 36:43
  space
• 36:43
  that
• 36:43
  they
• 36:43
  actually
• 36:44
  leveled
• 36:45
  out,
• 36:45
  which
• 36:45
  was
• 36:45
  cool.
• 36:46
  But
• 36:47
  this
• 36:47
  house
• 36:48
  that
• 36:48
  they
• 36:48
  had.
• 36:49
  Now
• 36:50
  I
• 36:50
  gotta
• 36:50
  give
• 36:51
  the
• 36:51
  realtors
• 36:52
  smart
• 36:53
  on
• 36:53
  this.
• 36:53
  This
• 36:54
  was
• 36:54
  a
• 36:54
  big
• 36:54
  house,
• 36:54
  top,
• 36:55
  best
• 36:55
  view
• 36:55
  in
• 36:55
  the
• 36:56
  tri
• 36:56
  cities.
• 36:57
  They
• 36:57
  decided
• 36:58
  to
• 36:58
  put
• 36:58
  the
• 36:58
  house
• 36:58
  next
• 36:59
  to
• 36:59
  it
• 36:59
  on
• 36:59
  the
• 36:59
  market
• 37:00
  and
• 37:00
  do
• 37:00
  an
• 37:00
  open
• 37:01
  house
• 37:02
  during
• 37:02
  the
• 37:02
  time
• 37:02
  that
• 37:03
  the
• 37:03
  parade
• 37:03
  house
• 37:03
  next
• 37:03
  door
• 37:04
  was
• 37:04
  being
• 37:04
  done.
• 37:05
  Smart,
• 37:06
  right?
• 37:06
  Okay,
• 37:07
  Open
• 37:07
  house.
• 37:07
  Bring
• 37:07
  them
• 37:08
  in.
• 37:08
  Yep.
• 37:09
  This
• 37:10
  house
• 37:10
  was
• 37:11
  $2
• 37:11
  million.
• 37:12
  They
• 37:13
  were
• 37:13
  builders.
• 37:14
  And
• 37:15
  if
• 37:15
  I'm
• 37:15
  talking
• 37:15
  about
• 37:15
  your
• 37:16
  house
• 37:16
  guys,
• 37:16
  I
• 37:16
  apologize.
• 37:17
  I'm
• 37:18
  not
• 37:18
  trying
• 37:18
  to
• 37:18
  be
• 37:19
  a
• 37:19
  jerk.
• 37:19
  But
• 37:19
  guess
• 37:20
  what?
• 37:21
  This
• 37:21
  house
• 37:22
  was
• 37:22
  too
• 37:22
  much
• 37:23
  of
• 37:23
  a
• 37:23
  good
• 37:23
  thing.
• 37:24
  They
• 37:24
  needed
• 37:24
  to
• 37:25
  hire
• 37:25
  a
• 37:25
  designer
• 37:26
  because
• 37:27
  you
• 37:27
  walk
• 37:28
  in
• 37:29
  and
• 37:29
  think
• 37:30
  of
• 37:30
  black
• 37:31
  in
• 37:31
  white
• 37:32
  looking
• 37:33
  marble.
• 37:33
  But
• 37:34
  I
• 37:34
  don't
• 37:34
  think
• 37:34
  it
• 37:34
  was
• 37:34
  marble.
• 37:35
  It
• 37:35
  looked
• 37:35
  like
• 37:35
  it
• 37:35
  was
• 37:36
  porcelain.
• 37:37
  Printed
• 37:37
  tile,
• 37:38
  kind
• 37:38
  of
• 37:39
  4
• 37:40
  foot
• 37:40
  by
• 37:40
  2
• 37:40
  foot,
• 37:41
  big,
• 37:41
  large
• 37:41
  slabs.
• 37:42
  They
• 37:43
  must
• 37:43
  have
• 37:43
  got
• 37:43
  a
• 37:43
  container
• 37:44
  of
• 37:44
  it
• 37:44
  for
• 37:44
  a
• 37:44
  heck
• 37:45
  of
• 37:45
  a
• 37:45
  good
• 37:45
  price.
• 37:46
  The
• 37:47
  entire
• 37:48
  house
• 37:48
  looked
• 37:48
  like
• 37:49
  it
• 37:49
  was
• 37:49
  black
• 37:49
  and
• 37:49
  white.
• 37:50
  Tiger
• 37:50
  striped
• 37:51
  with
• 37:51
  white
• 37:52
  walls
• 37:53
  and
• 37:53
  white.
• 37:54
  Everything
• 37:54
  could
• 37:55
  be
• 37:55
  cool.
• 37:55
  Now
• 37:55
  we're
• 37:55
  back
• 37:55
  to
• 37:56
  Vegas.
• 37:57
  Yeah.
• 37:57
  But
• 37:57
  this
• 37:58
  looks
• 37:58
  like
• 37:58
  the
• 37:58
  Rio
• 37:59
  when
• 38:00
  it
• 38:00
  was
• 38:00
  built
• 38:00
  new
• 38:01
  and
• 38:01
  it
• 38:01
  needs
• 38:01
  a
• 38:02
  remodel.
• 38:03
  It
• 38:03
  just
• 38:04
  wasn't
• 38:04
  right.
• 38:05
  And
• 38:06
  the
• 38:06
  showers
• 38:06
  and
• 38:07
  the
• 38:07
  backsplashes
• 38:08
  was.
• 38:08
  There
• 38:08
  was
• 38:09
  one
• 38:09
  tile
• 38:10
  in
• 38:10
  the
• 38:10
  house.
• 38:11
  Wow.
• 38:12
  It
• 38:12
  was
• 38:13
  everywhere.
• 38:14
  And
• 38:15
  I
• 38:15
  walked
• 38:15
  around
• 38:16
  and
• 38:16
  went,
• 38:17
  this
• 38:17
  needs
• 38:17
  a
• 38:18
  $500,000
• 38:19
  remodel.
• 38:21
  And
• 38:22
  it
• 38:22
  was
• 38:22
  rough.
• 38:23
  They
• 38:23
  did
• 38:23
  some
• 38:24
  cool
• 38:24
  things.
• 38:24
  They
• 38:25
  pre
• 38:25
  wired
• 38:26
  all
• 38:26
  the
• 38:26
  windows
• 38:27
  for
• 38:28
  power
• 38:28
  blinds.
• 38:29
  Great.
• 38:29
  Now
• 38:30
  they
• 38:30
  make
• 38:30
  battery
• 38:31
  ones
• 38:31
  that
• 38:31
  are
• 38:32
  super
• 38:32
  efficient
• 38:32
  that
• 38:32
  you
• 38:33
  really
• 38:33
  don't
• 38:33
  need
• 38:33
  the
• 38:33
  plugins
• 38:34
  anymore.
• 38:35
  So
• 38:35
  there
• 38:35
  was
• 38:36
  a
• 38:36
  lot
• 38:36
  of
• 38:36
  that
• 38:36
  stuff
• 38:37
  to
• 38:37
  it.
• 38:37
  And
• 38:37
  it
• 38:37
  was
• 38:38
  on
• 38:38
  a
• 38:38
  side
• 38:38
  note.
• 38:38
  I
• 38:39
  felt
• 38:39
  bad
• 38:39
  because
• 38:39
  I'm
• 38:40
  like,
• 38:40
  wow,
• 38:41
  next
• 38:41
  door.
• 38:42
  How
• 38:42
  similar
• 38:43
  priced.
• 38:44
  And
• 38:44
  it
• 38:44
  was
• 38:44
  looking
• 38:45
  like
• 38:45
  a
• 38:46
  base
• 38:47
  model
• 38:47
  Chevy
• 38:48
  Cavalier.
• 38:49
  And
• 38:49
  then
• 38:49
  I'm
• 38:49
  looking
• 38:50
  at
• 38:50
  the
• 38:51
  fully
• 38:51
  loaded
• 38:52
  Cadillac
• 38:52
  next
• 38:53
  door
• 38:54
  for
• 38:54
  the
• 38:54
  same
• 38:54
  price.
• 38:55
  And
• 38:56
  I
• 38:56
  was
• 38:56
  like,
• 38:56
  oof,
• 38:57
  oof.
• 38:58
  Now
• 38:59
  there's
• 38:59
  a
• 38:59
  home
• 38:59
  for
• 38:59
  everybody.
• 39:01
  But
• 39:01
  there's
• 39:02
  also
• 39:02
  a
• 39:02
  problem
• 39:02
  with
• 39:03
  remodeling.
• 39:03
  If
• 39:04
  you
• 39:04
  ever
• 39:04
  think
• 39:04
  you're
• 39:05
  gonna
• 39:05
  sell
• 39:05
  it.
• 39:06
  You
• 39:06
  gotta
• 39:07
  think
• 39:07
  about
• 39:07
  resale
• 39:08
  value
• 39:08
  and
• 39:09
  you
• 39:09
  think
• 39:10
  you
• 39:10
  don't
• 39:10
  think
• 39:11
  about
• 39:11
  it
• 39:11
  until
• 39:11
  you
• 39:11
  have
• 39:11
  to
• 39:12
  sell
• 39:12
  it.
• 39:12
  But
• 39:12
  these
• 39:12
  guys
• 39:13
  are.
• 39:13
  Plans
• 39:13
  change.
• 39:14
  They
• 39:14
  obviously
• 39:15
  designed
• 39:15
  it
• 39:15
  for
• 39:15
  themselves.
• 39:17
  It's
• 39:17
  one
• 39:17
  of
• 39:17
  those
• 39:17
  problems.
• 39:18
  Yeah.
• 39:19
  Now
• 39:20
  there's
• 39:20
  another
• 39:20
  trend
• 39:21
  out
• 39:21
  there
• 39:21
  with
• 39:21
  remodeling
• 39:22
  that
• 39:22
  I
• 39:22
  think
• 39:23
  unless
• 39:23
  you've
• 39:23
  got
• 39:23
  that
• 39:24
  multi
• 39:24
  million
• 39:24
  dollar
• 39:25
  house,
• 39:25
  it
• 39:25
  makes
• 39:25
  no
• 39:25
  sense.
• 39:27
  Now
• 39:27
  culturally
• 39:27
  I
• 39:28
  get
• 39:28
  it.
• 39:28
  They're
• 39:28
  called
• 39:28
  spice
• 39:29
  kitchens.
• 39:30
  So
• 39:30
  you
• 39:30
  have
• 39:30
  a
• 39:30
  kitchen.
• 39:31
  You've
• 39:32
  seen
• 39:32
  them.
• 39:32
  They
• 39:33
  got
• 39:33
  the
• 39:33
  kitchen,
• 39:34
  big,
• 39:34
  huge
• 39:34
  kitchen,
• 39:36
  48
• 39:36
  inch,
• 39:37
  60
• 39:37
  inch
• 39:38
  Wolf
• 39:38
  sub
• 39:39
  zero.
• 39:39
  Right.
• 39:40
  They
• 39:40
  got
• 39:40
  the
• 39:41
  big
• 39:41
  range,
• 39:41
  the
• 39:42
  big
• 39:42
  five
• 39:42
  feet
• 39:43
  of
• 39:43
  built
• 39:43
  in
• 39:43
  fridges.
• 39:44
  And
• 39:44
  then
• 39:45
  there's
• 39:45
  this
• 39:45
  other
• 39:45
  kind
• 39:46
  of
• 39:46
  servants
• 39:47
  kitchen
• 39:47
  around
• 39:48
  the
• 39:48
  corner.
• 39:48
  Now
• 39:49
  I
• 39:49
  get
• 39:49
  it.
• 39:49
  If
• 39:50
  for
• 39:50
  religious
• 39:50
  reasons
• 39:51
  maybe
• 39:51
  you
• 39:51
  need
• 39:51
  a
• 39:52
  kosher
• 39:52
  kitchen
• 39:53
  or
• 39:53
  something
• 39:53
  like
• 39:53
  that.
• 39:54
  Totally
• 39:54
  get
• 39:55
  it.
• 39:55
  Awesome.
• 39:56
  My
• 39:57
  problem
• 39:57
  though
• 39:57
  is,
• 39:57
  and
• 39:58
  I
• 39:58
  saw
• 39:58
  these
• 39:58
  at
• 39:58
  the
• 39:59
  another
• 39:59
  parade
• 39:59
  of
• 40:00
  homes
• 40:00
  recently.
• 40:01
  When
• 40:01
  you
• 40:01
  have
• 40:02
  the
• 40:02
  level
• 40:02
  of
• 40:03
  the
• 40:03
  sub
• 40:03
  zero
• 40:04
  wolf
• 40:05
  and
• 40:05
  then
• 40:06
  I
• 40:06
  walk
• 40:06
  around
• 40:06
  the
• 40:06
  corner
• 40:07
  in
• 40:07
  its
• 40:07
  Frigidaire
• 40:08
  gallery.
• 40:09
  Oh.
• 40:09
  In
• 40:09
  the
• 40:10
  same
• 40:10
  space.
• 40:11
  You
• 40:11
  got
• 40:11
  to
• 40:11
  stick
• 40:12
  with
• 40:12
  the
• 40:12
  right
• 40:12
  brands.
• 40:13
  You
• 40:13
  do
• 40:14
  vanity
• 40:15
  kills.
• 40:16
  When
• 40:16
  you're
• 40:16
  putting
• 40:16
  that
• 40:17
  Frigidaire
• 40:17
  next
• 40:18
  to
• 40:18
  the
• 40:18
  Viking
• 40:19
  or
• 40:19
  the
• 40:19
  Wolf,
• 40:19
  you
• 40:20
  can.
• 40:20
  See
• 40:20
  him
• 40:20
  in
• 40:21
  the
• 40:21
  same
• 40:21
  case.
• 40:22
  Yeah,
• 40:22
  it's.
• 40:23
  Yeah,
• 40:24
  it's.
• 40:25
  And
• 40:25
  I
• 40:25
  say
• 40:25
  this
• 40:26
  as
• 40:26
  a
• 40:26
  guy,
• 40:26
  it's
• 40:26
  like
• 40:27
  buying
• 40:27
  your
• 40:27
  wife
• 40:27
  all
• 40:27
  these
• 40:28
  diamond
• 40:28
  rings
• 40:28
  and
• 40:28
  then
• 40:29
  you
• 40:29
  go
• 40:29
  get
• 40:29
  the
• 40:29
  cubic
• 40:29
  zirconia
• 40:30
  one
• 40:30
  and
• 40:30
  say
• 40:30
  oh
• 40:31
  no,
• 40:31
  but
• 40:31
  it's
• 40:31
  great.
• 40:32
  Yeah,
• 40:33
  yeah.
• 40:34
  Tough
• 40:34
  sell.
• 40:34
  Tough
• 40:35
  sell.
• 40:36
  It's
• 40:36
  a
• 40:36
  tough
• 40:36
  sell
• 40:37
  to
• 40:37
  me.
• 40:37
  It
• 40:37
  doesn't
• 40:38
  work.
• 40:38
  And
• 40:38
  I
• 40:38
  think
• 40:38
  there's
• 40:39
  a
• 40:39
  big
• 40:39
  mistake
• 40:39
  with
• 40:40
  that.
• 40:41
  And
• 40:42
  unless
• 40:42
  you've
• 40:43
  got
• 40:43
  some
• 40:44
  cultural
• 40:45
  or
• 40:45
  religious.
• 40:46
  And
• 40:46
  I
• 40:46
  know
• 40:46
  there's
• 40:46
  plenty
• 40:46
  of
• 40:46
  them
• 40:47
  out
• 40:47
  there
• 40:47
  because
• 40:47
  I've
• 40:47
  designed
• 40:48
  them.
• 40:48
  But
• 40:49
  designing
• 40:49
  a
• 40:49
  spec
• 40:49
  house
• 40:50
  with
• 40:50
  that
• 40:50
  is
• 40:51
  pretty
• 40:51
  darn
• 40:52
  specialized.
• 40:53
  Yeah,
• 40:53
  that's
• 40:54
  a
• 40:54
  little
• 40:54
  bold.
• 40:55
  It's
• 40:55
  a
• 40:55
  little
• 40:55
  things.
• 40:57
  So
• 40:57
  when
• 40:57
  you're
• 40:58
  designing
• 40:58
  these
• 40:58
  projects,
• 40:59
  again.
• 40:59
  I
• 40:59
  say
• 40:59
  vanity
• 41:00
  kills.
• 41:00
  I
• 41:00
  think,
• 41:01
  I
• 41:01
  think
• 41:01
  a
• 41:01
  lot
• 41:01
  of
• 41:01
  those
• 41:01
  are
• 41:02
  just
• 41:02
  because
• 41:03
  people
• 41:03
  want
• 41:03
  to
• 41:03
  say
• 41:03
  they
• 41:03
  got
• 41:04
  one.
• 41:04
  Yeah,
• 41:05
  yeah.
• 41:06
  And
• 41:06
  you
• 41:06
  and
• 41:06
  I
• 41:07
  have
• 41:07
  both
• 41:07
  done
• 41:07
  some
• 41:07
  luxury
• 41:08
  things
• 41:08
  in
• 41:08
  the
• 41:08
  past.
• 41:09
  But
• 41:09
  the
• 41:09
  cool
• 41:09
  thing
• 41:09
  is,
• 41:10
  and
• 41:10
  I
• 41:10
  laugh
• 41:10
  about
• 41:11
  it
• 41:12
  so
• 41:12
  many
• 41:12
  times,
• 41:12
  these
• 41:13
  luxury
• 41:13
  kitchens,
• 41:13
  the
• 41:14
  homeowner
• 41:14
  looks
• 41:14
  at
• 41:14
  me
• 41:14
  and
• 41:15
  as
• 41:15
  the
• 41:15
  designer
• 41:15
  goes,
• 41:16
  I'm
• 41:16
  never
• 41:16
  going
• 41:16
  to
• 41:16
  cook
• 41:17
  in
• 41:17
  this
• 41:17
  anyway.
• 41:18
  People
• 41:18
  for
• 41:19
  that.
• 41:19
  Which
• 41:20
  is
• 41:20
  exactly
• 41:20
  what
• 41:21
  went
• 41:21
  through
• 41:21
  my
• 41:21
  head.
• 41:21
  And
• 41:22
  honestly,
• 41:23
  there's
• 41:23
  a
• 41:23
  bunch
• 41:23
  of
• 41:23
  those
• 41:23
  in
• 41:24
  Colombia.
• 41:25
  Really?
• 41:26
  Yeah.
• 41:26
  And
• 41:26
  these
• 41:26
  bigger
• 41:27
  old
• 41:27
  houses,
• 41:27
  old
• 41:28
  money,
• 41:29
  these
• 41:29
  penthouses
• 41:30
  where
• 41:30
  they've
• 41:30
  got.
• 41:31
  That's
• 41:31
  this,
• 41:32
  that's
• 41:32
  where
• 41:32
  the
• 41:32
  food's
• 41:32
  Actually
• 41:33
  made.
• 41:33
  Yeah.
• 41:34
  These
• 41:34
  fancy
• 41:34
  appliances
• 41:35
  out
• 41:35
  here,
• 41:35
  those
• 41:36
  are
• 41:36
  just
• 41:36
  vanity
• 41:37
  again,
• 41:38
  right?
• 41:38
  Yeah,
• 41:39
  we
• 41:39
  blew
• 41:39
  100k
• 41:39
  on
• 41:40
  the
• 41:40
  appliances,
• 41:40
  but
• 41:40
  they
• 41:41
  sure
• 41:41
  look
• 41:41
  cool
• 41:41
  when
• 41:41
  the
• 41:41
  friends
• 41:42
  come
• 41:42
  over
• 41:42
  and
• 41:42
  hang
• 41:42
  out
• 41:42
  at
• 41:43
  the
• 41:43
  bar.
• 41:43
  Yeah,
• 41:44
  but
• 41:44
  come
• 41:44
  on,
• 41:44
  man.
• 41:45
  To
• 41:45
  me,
• 41:46
  if
• 41:46
  I'm
• 41:46
  entertaining
• 41:47
  and
• 41:47
  I'm.
• 41:47
  I
• 41:48
  got
• 41:48
  people
• 41:48
  over
• 41:49
  and
• 41:49
  I've
• 41:49
  got
• 41:50
  that
• 41:50
  big
• 41:50
  range,
• 41:50
  I
• 41:51
  better
• 41:51
  be
• 41:51
  using
• 41:51
  it
• 41:52
  for
• 41:53
  sure.
• 41:53
  That's
• 41:53
  part
• 41:54
  of
• 41:54
  the
• 41:54
  deal
• 41:54
  for
• 41:54
  me,
• 41:54
  you
• 41:55
  know,
• 41:55
  that's
• 41:55
  my
• 41:55
  point.
• 41:56
  I
• 41:56
  don't
• 41:56
  want
• 41:56
  people
• 41:56
  in
• 41:57
  the
• 41:57
  back
• 41:57
  sitting
• 41:57
  there
• 41:57
  cooking
• 41:58
  for
• 41:58
  me.
• 41:59
  That's
• 41:59
  my
• 41:59
  point.
• 41:59
  You'll
• 42:00
  put
• 42:00
  that
• 42:00
  kind
• 42:00
  of
• 42:00
  a
• 42:01
  kitchen
• 42:01
  in
• 42:01
  of
• 42:01
  that
• 42:01
  caliber
• 42:02
  with
• 42:02
  those
• 42:02
  appliances
• 42:04
  and
• 42:04
  you
• 42:04
  need
• 42:04
  a
• 42:04
  second
• 42:05
  one.
• 42:05
  I
• 42:06
  mean,
• 42:06
  you
• 42:06
  got
• 42:06
  a
• 42:06
  thousand
• 42:06
  dollar,
• 42:07
  fifteen
• 42:07
  thousand
• 42:08
  dollar
• 42:08
  range
• 42:08
  and
• 42:08
  you're
• 42:09
  gonna
• 42:09
  cook
• 42:09
  it
• 42:09
  on
• 42:09
  the
• 42:09
  eighteen
• 42:09
  hundred
• 42:10
  dollar
• 42:10
  Frigidaire
• 42:11
  gallery
• 42:11
  in
• 42:11
  the
• 42:11
  back,
• 42:12
  right?
• 42:13
  Yeah,
• 42:14
  yeah.
• 42:14
  Drives
• 42:15
  me
• 42:15
  crazy.
• 42:16
  You
• 42:16
  also
• 42:16
  see
• 42:16
  this
• 42:17
  too.
• 42:17
  And
• 42:17
  guys,
• 42:17
  this
• 42:17
  is
• 42:18
  something
• 42:18
  to
• 42:19
  consider
• 42:19
  here
• 42:19
  before
• 42:19
  we
• 42:20
  go
• 42:20
  out
• 42:20
  and
• 42:20
  wrap
• 42:20
  the
• 42:20
  show
• 42:21
  up.
• 42:21
  Think
• 42:21
  about
• 42:22
  the
• 42:22
  materials
• 42:22
  you
• 42:22
  put
• 42:23
  in.
• 42:23
  I
• 42:24
  walked
• 42:24
  into
• 42:24
  one
• 42:24
  house,
• 42:24
  it
• 42:25
  was
• 42:25
  absolutely
• 42:25
  gorgeous.
• 42:26
  These
• 42:27
  recessed
• 42:27
  can
• 42:28
  lights
• 42:28
  in
• 42:29
  the
• 42:29
  living
• 42:29
  room,
• 42:29
  in
• 42:29
  the
• 42:30
  hallway,
• 42:30
  in
• 42:30
  the
• 42:30
  dining
• 42:30
  room,
• 42:31
  kitchen
• 42:31
  area,
• 42:31
  A
• 42:32
  great
• 42:32
  room.
• 42:33
  We're
• 42:33
  like
• 42:33
  8,
• 42:34
  900
• 42:34
  bucks
• 42:34
  a
• 42:34
  piece.
• 42:35
  Awesome.
• 42:36
  Beautiful
• 42:36
  fixtures.
• 42:38
  I
• 42:38
  walk
• 42:38
  into
• 42:38
  the
• 42:39
  bedrooms
• 42:39
  and
• 42:39
  they're
• 42:40
  $29Amazon
• 42:41
  6
• 42:42
  inch
• 42:42
  recessed
• 42:42
  can
• 42:43
  lights.
• 42:43
  You're
• 42:44
  killing
• 42:44
  me.
• 42:45
  You're
• 42:45
  killing
• 42:45
  me.
• 42:46
  You're
• 42:46
  a
• 42:46
  designer,
• 42:47
  son.
• 42:48
  I
• 42:48
  know
• 42:48
  it,
• 42:48
  I
• 42:49
  know
• 42:49
  it.
• 42:49
  But
• 42:49
  those
• 42:49
  are
• 42:49
  the
• 42:49
  things.
• 42:50
  And
• 42:50
  my
• 42:50
  buddy
• 42:50
  Ty
• 42:51
  was
• 42:51
  walking
• 42:51
  with
• 42:51
  me
• 42:51
  as
• 42:51
  well.
• 42:52
  He's
• 42:52
  so
• 42:52
  disappointing.
• 42:53
  You
• 42:53
  see
• 42:53
  this?
• 42:54
  Really?
• 42:55
  So
• 42:56
  think
• 42:56
  about
• 42:56
  how
• 42:56
  everything's
• 42:57
  going
• 42:57
  to
• 42:57
  play
• 42:57
  together
• 42:58
  in
• 42:58
  the
• 42:58
  project,
• 42:58
  guys.
• 42:59
  Even
• 43:00
  as
• 43:00
  a
• 43:00
  contractor,
• 43:01
  as
• 43:01
  a
• 43:02
  human
• 43:02
  in
• 43:02
  general.
• 43:02
  Oh,
• 43:03
  I
• 43:03
  notice
• 43:03
  that.
• 43:03
  I
• 43:04
  notice
• 43:04
  if
• 43:04
  that
• 43:04
  trim
• 43:05
  is
• 43:05
  crooked
• 43:05
  at
• 43:05
  a
• 43:06
  in
• 43:06
  and
• 43:06
  out
• 43:06
  burger.
• 43:07
  You
• 43:07
  know
• 43:07
  what
• 43:07
  I
• 43:07
  mean,
• 43:07
  dude?
• 43:08
  Like,
• 43:08
  eye
• 43:08
  for
• 43:09
  detail.
• 43:09
  It's
• 43:10
  a
• 43:10
  curse.
• 43:11
  I
• 43:11
  paid
• 43:11
  the
• 43:11
  pros.
• 43:12
  I
• 43:12
  always
• 43:12
  count
• 43:12
  on
• 43:13
  you
• 43:13
  for
• 43:13
  design.
• 43:14
  I
• 43:14
  don't
• 43:14
  know,
• 43:15
  like,
• 43:15
  yeah,
• 43:16
  how
• 43:16
  do
• 43:16
  I
• 43:16
  make
• 43:16
  this
• 43:17
  space
• 43:17
  in
• 43:17
  this
• 43:18
  kitchen
• 43:19
  look
• 43:19
  as
• 43:19
  cool
• 43:19
  as
• 43:19
  it
• 43:20
  can?
• 43:20
  Because
• 43:21
  I'm
• 43:21
  flipping
• 43:21
  this
• 43:21
  house
• 43:22
  and
• 43:22
  you
• 43:22
  would
• 43:22
  come
• 43:23
  over
• 43:23
  and
• 43:23
  I'd
• 43:24
  have
• 43:24
  ideas
• 43:24
  in
• 43:24
  my
• 43:24
  head
• 43:24
  because
• 43:25
  I
• 43:25
  done
• 43:25
  a
• 43:26
  thousand
• 43:26
  kitchens.
• 43:27
  But
• 43:27
  you'd
• 43:27
  walk
• 43:27
  in
• 43:28
  and
• 43:28
  go,
• 43:28
  oh,
• 43:28
  we'll
• 43:29
  do
• 43:29
  this
• 43:29
  right
• 43:29
  here.
• 43:29
  And
• 43:30
  this
• 43:30
  would
• 43:30
  be
• 43:30
  really
• 43:30
  cool.
• 43:30
  And
• 43:30
  we'll
• 43:31
  get
• 43:31
  some
• 43:31
  tile
• 43:31
  that
• 43:31
  goes
• 43:31
  with
• 43:32
  this
• 43:32
  and
• 43:32
  bam.
• 43:33
  Thank
• 43:33
  God,
• 43:34
  because
• 43:35
  I
• 43:35
  would
• 43:35
  have
• 43:35
  created
• 43:36
  a
• 43:36
  monster.
• 43:37
  I'm
• 43:37
  just
• 43:37
  gonna
• 43:38
  grab
• 43:38
  this.
• 43:38
  It's
• 43:38
  cheap,
• 43:39
  but
• 43:39
  it
• 43:39
  looks
• 43:39
  okay.
• 43:39
  Throw
• 43:40
  it.
• 43:40
  I
• 43:40
  paid
• 43:40
  the
• 43:41
  pros.
• 43:41
  That's.
• 43:42
  Yeah.
• 43:42
  And
• 43:42
  it
• 43:42
  looks
• 43:42
  good.
• 43:43
  And
• 43:43
  it
• 43:43
  looks
• 43:44
  good.
• 43:44
  Johnny,
• 43:45
  we're
• 43:45
  out
• 43:45
  of
• 43:45
  time,
• 43:45
  brother.
• 43:46
  Thanks
• 43:46
  for
• 43:46
  coming
• 43:46

• 43:47
  show
• 43:47
  today,
• 43:47
  my
• 43:47
  friend.
• 43:48
  Always
• 43:48

• 43:49
  to
• 43:49
  have
• 43:49
  your
• 43:49

• 43:50
  on

• 43:54
  That
• 43:54
  was
• 43:54
  very
• 43:54
  polite.
• 43:55
  No,
• 43:55
  man,
• 43:56
  I
• 43:56
  love
• 43:56

• 43:56
  for
• 43:57
